Jaguar responded immediately asking for the address to come for an assessment, and literally did the work at the assessment. Going to use them for everything now.

We highly recommend Jaguars Landscaping!! They just trimmed multiple trees, but our mesquite tree in our front yard is our favorite, especially as we start planning our Christmas decorations. They are great to work with, very reasonably priced and the quality of their work is impressive. Plus, cleanup was amazing and the attention to detail was noticeable

PHENOMINAL service! Octavio does amazing work. He services many homes in my neighborhood and does beautiful work. He may be difficult to contact, but if you text him and follow up, he will show up, and when he does, you can see the wheels in his head turning.....it's not about charging you more, but actually doing extra stuff. He not only sprayed my weeds but took out some offshoots of weeds and totally cleaned up my side yard. AMAZING WORK!

Octavio and his team did great work cleaning up my front and back yards. They were littered with leaves and full of overgrown weeds. They responded quickly to my request, took care of everything, and sprayed the lawns with herbicide to keep it clean the next week. Good price, good response time, friendly guy.

However, I am only giving them 4 stars because of the way they handle scheduling. For the yard cleanup job, they kind of just came and went as they pleased at whatever times worked for them. But it worked out eventually. I tried to rehiring Jaguars to help get my neighbors' trees pruned. Debra completely ignored my request for a few days' notice to give me time to respond and communicate with my neighbors. I'm writing this review after she messaged me 4 times at 5am, and then Octavio showed up at my house All of this happened while I was asleep, so I didn't even have a chance to respond. Very pushy and unprofessional.

I needed three trees trimmed as they were getting unruly. I reached out for quotes and Jaguars Landscaping was significantly more affordable than others (one quoted me at $750, another at $500, and JL at $350). They came the next day and did the work. Additionally, they blew my leaves and left my property looking very clean. I'm considering hiring them for routine maintenance, and additional aesthetic improvements like pavers, rocks, etc. Very pleased with the quality of work, price, and timeliness.

I received an in person quote and then was scheduled for service 6:30am yesterday. They no showed. I called around 7:30am inquiring what happened and if I was still in the schedule for the same day. I was told I would receive a call in hour- nobody called. I tried calling again and left a voicemail hoping to get service even if it was moved to the weekend. Have yet to receive any type of response back.

We needed to replace the irrigation valves as it was making a noise. Octavio was responsive and came the next morning to fix the issue. They worked 2.5 hours, fixed other leaks around the area. Their pricing was reasonable and competitive. Hardworking and honest guys. I would highly recommend them.

5 STARS for service and amazing pricing!!! When I contacted JL for my overgrown Ficus upon moving in my house, I was promptly engaged. Octavio came to provide an estimate -- he was on time, informational, and committal. He provided an early window to execute the service, and even called ahead to see if he could take the job earlier when his availability opened up. I accepted and Octavio exceeded my expectations to getting my Ficus back under control! He was quick to get the work done and clean up, but the best part is the PRICE!!!! Literally HALF the amount than other bids I received.

Put a request out through Yelp for a quote to give my yard a spring cleanup. Octavio was one of the few to respond. He came out the next day, quoted me and I was impressed with his knowledge and experience so I decided to use him.
We scheduled a time and they came out and did a fantastic job. I highly recommend this company. They are fair, experienced and do a great job. I will definitely be using them again!

I really can't say enough good about this company, Octavio and his crew! I have an acre+ property and it was a mess. Octavio came out, gave me a price which made me wonder how it would turn out because I thought it was low, and I took a bit to get the work scheduled with them. Well, they came out, with a 40 yard dumpster and went to town! Absolutely fantastic job!!! So clean now, trees, shrubs are beautiful and happy as Octavio says, It's a whole new property! Any work whatsoever you have, you need to call him. Oh, the dumpster is full! If you know the size of this type of dumpster, you know they earned their money!

Very happy with the service I received from Jaguars. They were able to come by within a couple days from when I reached out and they showed up right on time. I wasn't sure they'd be able to tame a big, unruly tree in front of my house that my HOA was giving me a hard time about, but they somehow got it under control! I asked for an initial quote of landscaping maintenance and a tree removal after $450 I asked for a service of maintenance twice a month not only did not show up and show up randomly but I wasn't getting an invoice as requested had to pay Thru someone else's Zelle account tried to contact company to ask why they are not showing up on the day we agreed upon for maintenance they said they got busy and are changing the day to Monday's once again NO SHOW!!! not only not showing up regularly for the regular twice month service but I requested an invoice 3 times no invoice I would not recommend this company as they charge a large first time service and good luck getting a regular service out of them. I really don't understand how some of these companies can treat customers so badly. I paid my bill without an invoice and the no show today was it I'm done with this company no more

Highly recommend! We had dead bushes and trees to remove and a lot of clean up on our trees and yard we couldn't keep up with. I sent a message on yelp and got a very quick response. He came out to provide a quote Friday and we got scheduled for the next morning Saturday at 7 AM. He was on time, professional, and did a great job. I plan on using this company for future maintenance as well once I can figure out a good time for me personally to do this.

Great work. I used Yelp to request quotes for a full backyard and front yard cleanup, and I also asked my usual tree guys. Octavio came out and gave me a quote the same day, and it was almost half the quote from my tree guys. Other companies did not respond as quickly. We scheduled two days out, they came right on time, and they did a great job. Highly recommend.

We hired this company after our landscaper stopped showing up. They get 3 stars because they did an excellent job when they came out to do the clean up, granted we did pay them $500

Today was the follow up to begin regular maintenance. Here is what sucked:

1. I had to contact them 4 weeks later. They did not proactively reach out to me.
2. They took a few days to respond but eventually gave me a time slot.
3. They were 2 hours late to the time slot with no communication which would not be a huge deal but considering they only accept cash I had to rush to the bank when they appeared.
4. I got told it would be $80 to maintain my yard. Then I got told $100 and today I got told $150. This is 3x higher than any other landscaper I have had.
5. I got told for the cost today it covered reseeding but it did not and when I explained that wasn't my understanding I got asked How long have you lived here, you don't reseed yourself?

Jaguars did a great job on my initial yard cleanup. They responded to my Yelp inquiry within minutes and Octavio was out the next day to review and quote the job. The quote was very reasonable based on the amount of work.

They were back 2 days later with a small crew to do the work and did a very professional job. They took care of some trees that were growing over the roof and also cleared out some very overgrown beds.

I will be using them for regular maintenance going forward.

Note: They do not take cards so have cash or check ready.

I scheduled a yard clean up for September 9th at 630 in the morning. Crew never showed up. Octavio came by that afternoon at 430p to give me an estimate for the yard clean up and a few others projects. By end of day I still did not have my yard cleaned up. We agreed they would take care of everything on September 24th.

I scheduled ANOTHER yard clean up and other projects for Thursday September 24th. No one ever got to back to me with an estimate or what time they would be arriving. Keep in mind I had a lengthy conversation with Octavio on the 9th reference this project. And yet again NO ONE SHOWED UP OR CALLED ME.

Don't use this company! It's apparent they can't keep a schedule and pick and choose which projects they want. Too bad as I had cold hard cash to spend $$$.

I have attached screenshots of the correspondence with Debra during this time period. I reached out numerous times and was brushed off.

Great work on an overgrown yard with a lot of weeds. Octavio and a helper worked the better part of a full day, then came back three times to follow up. Always on time. Always followed through. Solid work from two great people.

Poor communication and not on time. During the initial estimate, they confirmed they would send someone out at 2 pm to provide an estimate. After 2 pm, I reached out via messages to confirm if they were still coming and they informed us they wouldn't be able to come until 4-6 pm. After getting the quote, we scheduled them to come the following Wednesday at 7:30 am to complete the work. I messaged the day before to confirm they were coming with no response, they responded later on Wednesday apologizing that they were busy and couldn't make it and pushed it to the following day. Today they were supposed to come between 10-11 am and have not showed and also have not responded to any messages. If you are looking to actually get work done, don't reach out to this company! Very unprofessional and definitely would not recommend.

We previously hired another landscaper to get rid of the weeds in our front yard, who pulled up the rock and left us in a monthlong battle to finish the job. Jaguars Landscaping swooped in and saved the day and our yard! They got all the weeds, laid down a protective barrier and made our yard look better than when we bought our house. We are so thankful for Octavio and his team, and we are proud of our yard. He came quickly for an estimate, and finished the job in less than a day. Communication was great. Was really excited about the quality of work the first time. Signed on for monthly maintenance and then went out of town. No one showed up for the 2 months we were gone, zero communication about cancelling or anything. We arrived home expecting our yard to be as we left it, and instead it was a disaster. I'm talking 2 foot high weeds, lawn a foot tall, complete mess. Reached out and was told someone would come out in a few days. Was not given a time window. I was on an extremely important work call when the team wrapped up the yard and proceeded to knock for payment. Set the dogs off, my spouse said I was in the middle of work and could not be interrupted and that we would need to call them to pay later this afternoon, pay over the phone, drop off a check or something. The guys refused to leave and we're not at all helpful to my wife who was frantically trying to coordinate payment just an hour later after my call wrapped. I had to apologize and leave work to deal with them. Then they overcharged me from the rate we had agreed on (which I just paid because I wanted them the hell away from my house at this point). Finished my call and went out back to see that they did a truly terrible job. Leaves left everywhere around the fence line, weeds left in the front yard. Immediately fired them and will never go back. Get your operating model together guys. What do you do when no one is home? I assume you have a way to collect payment so why couldn't we go that route rather than forcing me to derail important work, take my wife away from a virtual doctor's appt, and deal with you? Ridiculous.

I've used Jaguars Landscaping on two occasions. The first time I used them, my yard looked amazing. A few months after I decided to use another landscaping service due to lower cost and deeply regretted that. I called Jaguars again and had Octavio come back out. Once again, he did an amazing job. Definitely will be using their services again.

Came out for an estimate for palm trees and fruit trees, with palm trees being main concern. Guy gave me reasonable quote on everything, but said he can do fruit trees only and his friend would do palm trees in the next few days. Guy showed up and did great job with fruit trees the next day. Asked him again about palm trees, he said in 1-2 days and to text him right then and there as a reminder, which I did. He finished the fruit trees, I paid and he left. Never heard from him after multiple texts about palm trees. Reached out to company about palms and they didn't contact me either. While they did a great job on fruit trees, guy knew my concern was not those, but palms. If he had told me from the start he couldn't do them or have anyone do them, I would have declined service on everything and moved to the next person.

These guys were friendly but used a weed whacker to cut weeds in my front yard, which is desert landscapes with rocks. This caused a rock to fly into the window of my parked car and shattered the window. Mistakes happen, I get it, but not one of the guys working on the yard stopped to tell me this happened. I spent $300 on yard cleanup to get a broken window & have a weed treatment on my yard that didn't work & I've got weeds in my yard after 1.5 months.
