Great company to work with.  Moved into a newly built house with dirt as a backyard. The Landscape Architect, David Bales, provided a truly inspired design.  He listened to us & delivered.  Crew foreman Francisco got on it to deliver on the installation.  We could not be happier with the results.  Price-wise, very reasonable.

Valentin is extremely friendly and professional, promptly returned all my phone calls and texts; patiently answered all my questions re fabric under-layment and sizing of rocks; performed job as he promised; and, as I'm out of state, he sent me not one or two pics as I requested, but
nine or ten pics; highly recommend this company.

Update - highly recommend this company. Even though there was some slight miscommunication at the beginning they made it right. There was no hesitation. They are here for their clients. My dad will be doing turf in the future and I am telling him to use Always Green!

Nick did a great job on my back yard. He is a hard worker, knows his stuff and finished the whole project quickly. Project:  Sprinkler system, brick pavers, sod, plantings- tree and bougainvilleas. It looks great!  I'm so happy!  I highly recommend Nick.

I couldn't recommend this company more. Ana came out on Wednesday to give us a quote and next day they were at our house. We had a pretty overgrown yard from the storms and the crew knocked it out in a couple hours and did an amazing job. They went above and beyond!!!!! Thankyou!!

Best money spent!! I try to stay on top of the weeds in my yard but unfortunately with all of the rain, they took over. I called Custom Weed & Pest Control. They responded incredibly fast, set up an appointment within a couple days and 4 days later... my weeds are dead. I couldn't be happier with the service and I will definitely be using them in the future to keep the weeds at bay. They are prompt, friendly and efficient. Highly recommend!

We moved into our home a few months back and let our lawn maintenance get away from us. By the time we were ready to get it cleaned up, it became a job for a real professional. We sent out an interest form via Yelp and A-Z Landscaping answered the interest form within minutes. The owner communicated effectively back and forth to iron out the details and made sure we knew what services we were getting. The day of the job he and his team showed up right on the time estimated and completed the task faster than we anticipated and with stellar worksmanship.

Because of the work we had completed, we've decided to hire A-Z for our regular lawn maintenance needs.

Loved how they cleaned up my yard.  Also fixed my irrigation system. While definite use them again and would recommend them.  fair Price and great work

I was torn on exactly how to rate this company on a single grading scale. Overall, I'd say 3/5.

5/5 on the quality of the finished product so far. The yard turned out very well, and overall we are happy with it.

2/5 on their ability to keep to the schedule they told us. The turf was supposed to be done on a Friday, and it wasn't even close. So then they said their guys would be here on Saturday. That Saturday, nobody had shown up by 3pm, and then we were told that they weren't coming until Monday, but that it would be finished then. Long story short, the turf wasn't done until Wednesday. Their workers quite literally moved our patio furniture around and sat on the chairs for hours at a time playing on their phones. And then had the audacity to just leave the furniture without even putting the table and chairs back. I get it. It's Phoenix. But if you give us a schedule, we expect that schedule to be met. Especially when we see the workers sitting out back doing nothing, and they didn't get here until late in the day. We shouldn't have to cancel plans and reschedule our own things because they can't keep up with theirs.

3/5 customer service. We were told they would come back the following Sunday with the receipt for the final payment we gave them. They never showed up, and didn't bother letting us know they weren't bringing it. They also left bags of trash on the side of the house. This was a $20,000+ project for our backyard. Turf, gravel, pavers to extend the patio area, and planting bushes along the border. When I texted them to ask about the receipt for our tax records, all we got first was an email with the amounts. Not an actual receipt, and no response to the text messages. While they were always nice to talk to, their overall customer service was severely lacking. For over $20,000, I don't expect to find garbage bags on the side of the house, having to consistently ask for an actual receipt, and constant delays.

Yes, the work turned out nice. There's no complaints there. But with all of the other aggravations, I would go some place else in the future. I understand that they have other customers, but we shouldn't have to pay the price for them taking on more work than they are able to handle. Not sure where the issue is in their business line, but it needs work in that regard.

I needed to replace a key for my apartment, so I handed the guy my key and said "I need one just like this" to which he responded "I have one that shape but without the holes" so I told him that was fine and he made the key. I give my card to his daughter and then he hands me the key that has a big stamp on it with the name of the shop and its phone number. As I'm asking if there are any keys that don't have the name because it has to look like I got them at the same place she runs my card. Which wouldn't be a problem except they didn't have any I could use! And she was rude to while I was trying to explain that I couldn't use it with Hicks engraved one it... She said well all we can do it cover it with tape. Really? Tape is the solution? How about giving me my money back because I can't use the key and I specifically said they had to look the same? Ugh

If you were also scammed by this business please submit a complaint to the attorney general at azag.gov/complaints/cons…, we were quoted $14.99 service call fee plus labor to unlock the doors of a 2002 Yukon with NO ALARM, and ended up paying $298.02 which they did not tell us until after the car was unlocked.  I was told by other locksmith's this is a known issue.  Please submit a complaint to stop other people from suffering the same fate.
