I needed someone that could open a safe for me. Cory was able to get out to us the same day. Called when he was on the way too. Quoted us a price and thats what we paid. Very happy with them and would us them again and recommend them as well. Thank you Cory.

I am giving two stars instead of 3 because I had to followup with company to after being initially contact to inquire if they were still interested in providing an estimate.  They then proceed to schedule and appointment to which Nathan was prompt for.  Note: My original landscaper was here two weeks ago before taking sick so it was not that bad of condition.

Upon Nathan's visit he proceeds to tell me we would need cleanup before maintenance could begin.  After consulting with original landscaper he advised this was not needed and simply a way to get additional fees.

However to give Nathan the benefit of doubt completed walkthrough and waited for estimate.  The estimate contained only maintenance and not the fees to trim palms and hedges 2x per year.

Nathan reached out to ensure I received quote and advised to text a number with questions.  

After reaching out via text, to no response, we hired another company.

Pluses: Nice guy
Minus: up charge of bogus cleanup , incomplete estimate mate provided, no followup to questions

I just bought a house and the previous owners landscaped it, but never set up an irrigation system.  I've been outside every day hand watering grass, trees, etc, so I called Nicholas to have him take a look and install a system. He has a ton of knowledge, and is definitely an expert in this field.  He came by and assessed everything, told me the plan, and began in about a week's time.  He did it right - and literally checked every spaghetti, and sprinkler head to ensure there were no dead spots, and that every plant was getting water.  He's meticulous, and cares about doing it right. If you've got a project like this, you need it done right the first time, otherwise you've got to dig up your yard again.  Nicholas is the guy to call.  I'm glad I went with him and I'm excited every time the sprinklers come on.

This company started strong with a quick response and sent someone out to look over my yard for a quote. I need a yard clean up and someone to fix my drip system. We agreed on a price and they said their crew would be on site in the next few days.

After 3 days I reached out for an update as no one had showed up. They told me they had fallen a little behind and that a crew would be out on Wednesday.  I sent a message on Tuesday to make sure we were still good and received no response. We'll Wednesday came and went and still no one on site and they have not responded to two different messages. Reliability is not good with this company so I would recommend going in a different direction.

Yup the hype is justified.  They rock.  I've gone round and round with landscapers... Had that weird stressful expectations not being met and needing to ask them to fix their work or switch to another company thing -- all while paying 100 a month or so and...

We moved into our home a few months back and let our lawn maintenance get away from us. By the time we were ready to get it cleaned up, it became a job for a real professional. We sent out an interest form via Yelp and A-Z Landscaping answered the interest form within minutes. The owner communicated effectively back and forth to iron out the details and made sure we knew what services we were getting. The day of the job he and his team showed up right on the time estimated and completed the task faster than we anticipated and with stellar worksmanship.

Because of the work we had completed, we've decided to hire A-Z for our regular lawn maintenance needs.

They were prompt and did a great job pruning our tree in our front yard. They even trimmed our bushes without asking and blew our whole front yard. Great job, great service,  very polite.

We cannot thank Sam enough for the outstanding work he did on our front and back yards. From the very first point of contact he was extremely easy to get in touch with and the open communication continued throughout our entire project. He is super honest and fair and gave us a very reasonable price for the amount of work that he and his crew did. Sam installed artificial grass for us and it completely transformed our back yard. We are beyond thrilled with the finished product. Sam's flexibility and high quality work make it easy to give him a five star rating. We would rate him even higher than that if we could!

I needed to replace a key for my apartment, so I handed the guy my key and said "I need one just like this" to which he responded "I have one that shape but without the holes" so I told him that was fine and he made the key. I give my card to his daughter and then he hands me the key that has a big stamp on it with the name of the shop and its phone number. As I'm asking if there are any keys that don't have the name because it has to look like I got them at the same place she runs my card. Which wouldn't be a problem except they didn't have any I could use! And she was rude to while I was trying to explain that I couldn't use it with Hicks engraved one it... She said well all we can do it cover it with tape. Really? Tape is the solution? How about giving me my money back because I can't use the key and I specifically said they had to look the same? Ugh

If you were also scammed by this business please submit a complaint to the attorney general at azag.gov/complaints/cons…, we were quoted $14.99 service call fee plus labor to unlock the doors of a 2002 Yukon with NO ALARM, and ended up paying $298.02 which they did not tell us until after the car was unlocked.  I was told by other locksmith's this is a known issue.  Please submit a complaint to stop other people from suffering the same fate.
