Tim answered my service request right away.  He came out the early the next morning and reset my front door lock to fit my existing key that unlocks all the other locks in my home.  He was very courteous and professional.  The problem was solved in record time and the amount he quoted - very reasonable - was the amount he charged.  Highly recomend this company and will definetly use Lockology again when the need arises.  Thanks Tim!!!

Our palo verde tree had grown massive roots through part of our app-controlled sprinkler system (whoops), and we had our usual landscaper, our arborist, and our general contractor all make an attempt at figuring out how to replace the electrical cords and get our sprinklers functional again.  Eventually, we asked the old owners of our house who had originally installed our system, and they told us Divine Design Landscaping.

Turns out, Divine Design was NOT the original creator of the sprinkler system, but they were able to come out within a week and diagnose and fix in one day what our other contractors had struggled with for multiple days each before giving up.  On day two, when I turned on the sprinklers, we had a brand new flood in an odd corner of our yard, and Nathan's team showed up the next day again and fixed whatever additional problem had appeared, no questions asked.

Highly recommend this group.  They're extremely professional, prompt, and were able to figure out immediately what other contractors could not.  Super happy that our trees are now receiving an appropriate amount of water going into the hot summer months!

Valentin and his crew are not only professional and efficient, but they are also very reasonable. Quickly responds, sets up scheduling, and gets to work. Will turn to Valle Verde for all my landscaping needs.

Nick did a great job on my back yard. He is a hard worker, knows his stuff and finished the whole project quickly. Project:  Sprinkler system, brick pavers, sod, plantings- tree and bougainvilleas. It looks great!  I'm so happy!  I highly recommend Nick.

I highly recommend this company!  Got a quote on Friday and the job was completed by Tuesday the next week.  My new yard looks great and the pavers along the edge were meticulously placed.   The price was very reasonable and they did not leave behind a mess.

Just had Miguel and team out to trim a badly overgrown tree in our backyard. The crew was very polite and efficient. They did a fantastic job, and did a phenomenal job on cleaning up, pool and all! Best of all, price was great and they did it within 24 hours of requesting a quote ( which was done over the phone with a picture). Will definitely be calling them again.

I had gotten the name of this company from a very close friend of mine. She suggested but I use them for the emergent weed spray in the beginning of the year in order to avoid fines in the HOA. They did a fantastic job and all the weeds on my large parcel of this property died and have not returned. While I was on the phone scheduling this appointment I just happened to ask if they did pest control for bugs. They did and they were extremely reasonably priced for both the weed and the pest control services. They are punctual and on time and never rush through the job. They make sure that they are thorough and complete before they leave your premises. I truly would not use anyone else. I have recommended these folks for both services as I have had absolutely no problems after the services.

With a quick response, and even more impressive ability to come out and clean up the weeds in my yard from the storms I look forward to a long relationship going forward!

5 star service!!! They came back the lowest bid for a very hard dig. Geronimo and his crew were on time and did even more than what I asked of them.

Small company, but first to answer, show-up and complete the task at hand.  We are giving them more/advanced work to see how the next project goes; so far so good with Aispuros.

I needed to replace a key for my apartment, so I handed the guy my key and said "I need one just like this" to which he responded "I have one that shape but without the holes" so I told him that was fine and he made the key. I give my card to his daughter and then he hands me the key that has a big stamp on it with the name of the shop and its phone number. As I'm asking if there are any keys that don't have the name because it has to look like I got them at the same place she runs my card. Which wouldn't be a problem except they didn't have any I could use! And she was rude to while I was trying to explain that I couldn't use it with Hicks engraved one it... She said well all we can do it cover it with tape. Really? Tape is the solution? How about giving me my money back because I can't use the key and I specifically said they had to look the same? Ugh

EXTREMELY SHADY AND DISHONEST.  PRICE GOUGING! UNPROFESSIONAL AND RUDE BEHAVIOR.  DO NOT USE THEM.  

This is what their ad said: "$15 Locksmith, 24/7 Locksmith Chandler Quick And Local We'll Beat Any Price Call Now, 100% Satisfaction · Experienced Technicians."  Sounds good, right?  Well, I should have shopped around and researched them first.  

The technician arrived and checked out the five locks I wanted changed, on a total of three doors.  I specifically asked for an estimate before he started the work.  He scribbled for a bit, and then came up with an invoice that had four numbers written on it-- $14.99 service call (thus the $15 mentioned in the ad,) and then the numbers 55, 85 and 35.  Mentally totaling all of that, it would come to approximately $190.  I had expected the entire job to be under $200, so I agreed and signed the invoice, allowing him to begin the work.  

He went out to his car for awhile, presumably to make the new locks, and then he installed them.  When I asked for the total, he used his phone calculator and came up with the total of $494.99.  Outrageous!  I said, "Really, that's how much it costs?"  Looking down at the same invoice I had already signed, he had added a "4 x" in front of the $55, and a "5 x" in front of the $35.  I was outraged and didn't want to pay it, but I also wanted this guy out of my house.  I assumed I could fight it later.  A half hour later, I called the office and got the same kid, and he told me I'd have to speak to his manager the next day and hung up on me.  

Two days later, when I did get the manager (Tony or Tomi, something like that, foreign accent) on the phone, he immediately laid into me, assuming I was another person who had already complained.  He wouldn't even listen to what I had to say.  His tone was smug and argumentative right from the beginning, and he told me there was nothing I could do because I signed the invoice.  (Turns out he's right, because I tried to deny the charges through Visa.)  He told me that there's no way his technician would have added numbers to the invoice after the fact, "Because my technicians are very well trained."  Yes, very well trained in the art of scamming people.  And then in the next breath, the manager said, "Well, we don't know how much it's going to cost until the work is completed."  What?  When I told the manager I would be writing a negative Yelp review, he said, "Go for it."  So here it is.  So just want to warn everyone-- get a solid estimate upfront and DO NOT use this company.
