I needed someone that could open a safe for me. Cory was able to get out to us the same day. Called when he was on the way too. Quoted us a price and thats what we paid. Very happy with them and would us them again and recommend them as well. Thank you Cory.

Tim answered my service request right away.  He came out the early the next morning and reset my front door lock to fit my existing key that unlocks all the other locks in my home.  He was very courteous and professional.  The problem was solved in record time and the amount he quoted - very reasonable - was the amount he charged.  Highly recomend this company and will definetly use Lockology again when the need arises.  Thanks Tim!!!

Where I live used to be farmland, and after the rainy summer, that's what our backyard essentially turned into. It looked like a cornfield, with weeds as high as my chest. These guys came in and cleaned the whole place up. From time of contact to the job getting done was only two days apart and they were very helpful and the workers were friendly. Would highly recommend. They work hard and efficiently.

Valentin and his crew did an exceptional job bringing our front and back yards back to their former glory. Well,  actually, better than before as I don't think they ever looked this good.

Valle Verde was quick to respond, quick to come out and see what we needed,  and provided a bid that was very reasonable. They scheduled the job and were very communicative about when and what time.

Given their commitment to excellence and customer service  their time on property can sometimes run long so they did arrive later than anticipated. But, again,  this was due to making sure the previous appointment was completed to their high standards. Valentin did, of course,  communicated this to me and keep me apprised of his progress. This was affirmed when they spent almost 7 hours (!) trimming, cutting, and cleaning our property. They even touched up areas I didn't even ask for.  I had even asked if they would plant a couple of cacti I just couldn't get to.

The invoice was exactly as agreed with the tiny extra charge for planning the cacti.

I cannot recommend Valle Verde enough. They are professionals from beginning to end. For any and all landscaping needs in the future,  they're my first and only call.

I appreciated the reply to my review and the honest apology, as well as the offer to take 10% off my estimate. Rafa was communicative after that point, and scheduled another in-person estimate as my scope had changed. He was able to get someone out quickly, and they were friendly and took the time to ask me questions about what I wanted and give recommendations. I received an estimate that next day that was fair.

Rafa was quick to reply to my questions via text regarding payment and timeline.

Ultimately I decided to go with another landscaping company but only because they were able to offer a slightly lower price. I would chalk the initial bad impression of Envision Landscape to a one-time mistake.

My husband and I have been wanting to upgrade our backyard for the past year. We did our research and kept coming back to Always Green Turf. The quote process was super easy. Bobby was our rep, he was on time and very professional. He showed us samples and was able to get a fair deal. They were able to schedule us less than 2 weeks out and completed the work in 3 days!! The crew did an amazing job and we now have the backyard we envisioned for our first home! Sion was our project manager. He communicated very well and was quick to address any our issues right away. We would highly recommend Always Green Turf. If you are in the market for a new backyard just make that call!

I used to deal with Manny who was a co-owner and Brother of Miguel, another co-owner. Manny left the business and I started to deal with Miguel. I won't work with this business after interacting with Miguel. While Manny was trustworthy specially that I am in San Diego and did remote work with him while he is at Phoenix, I did not feel the trust working with his brother Miguel. who was quick to dip into my pockets for landscaping job and got super irritated when asked about his prices. Despite doing so much work with them he told me if you don't like my prices leave, and this is poor customer service for someone who spend a lot of work and jobs with them.

For that particular job that caused the relationship to deteriorate, it was my first ever interaction with Miguel about irrigation not working at a house. He called me to tell me all valves are bad like four in the front and 3 in the rear, timer is bad, there is probably a broken pipe and he asked for over $1200 for the valves alone valves while he finds a timer and quote me a price. He told me this won't guarantee things to work as we will dig deep etc... as he thinks there is a broken pipe. I was surprised that everything went bad out of a sudden and I found his prices not reasonable too considering the parts are cheap per Home Depot.

To make story short, I hired another professional and he replaced two valves, a broken pipe for $266 and all is fine.

The conclusion is either Miguel is incompetent at the job or basically he wanted to dip deep into my pockets to take advantage of me being remote.

Very nasty

I used Custom Weed and Pest Control about six years ago at a rental.  I needed their services again at the same rental.  For $110 they sprayed the small weeds in the front and back yard.  Within a few days, all were dead.  I asked them to come a respray about a week later due to new weeds.  They said the growth was grass and they could not prevent it's growth.  However they resprayed anyway.   Customer service was excellent and they stand behind their product.

Great services and great workers came in and knock it all out no problem. Put all the trash in a pile to make it easier

The crew that showed up did a great job - literally the day after the estimate.  Quote was higher than I'm used to, but was able to negotiate a bit on price (thank you).  Very nice work - both trees were sculpted well.   They also helped trim back a bush that had grown threw a chain link fence and shape up a bunch of oleander bushes..  I didn't set up a recurring schedule, but I plan on calling them again when needed.     Easy to communicate with and lots of smiles - nice folks.

Poor customer service, don't use this place they are rude and not helpful. They need to learn how to treat people

I wish I could give this a .5 or 0 stars. I had an emergency locking my keys in my car with no phone no way of getting ahold of anyone I knew. I was in the middle of Phoenix and a circle k on 16th and Indian school where one of the female employees took the phone away from me while trying to get a hold of someone to help. Thankfully a man who was a medical transport was nice enough to let me use his phone to find a locksmith. The top one came up and it said $15 locksmith so I called and I just figured from the advertisement it would be 15 and maybe a little more. I was sadly mistaken... $275 later and it took the guy maybe 10 mins to open. He told me my Honda Civic is the HARDEST CAR to open and that's why it was so much. I didn't have any choice but to pay. My fiancé called other people he knew once I was able to get a hold of him. Everyone said it should be 90 tops and there are companies like this one scam people and give a bad name to reputable companies. I feel I was taken advantage of and this place needs to be shut down. I wish I read reviews but I didn't have a phone to be able to do that. I hope this helps at least one person.
