Tim answered my service request right away.  He came out the early the next morning and reset my front door lock to fit my existing key that unlocks all the other locks in my home.  He was very courteous and professional.  The problem was solved in record time and the amount he quoted - very reasonable - was the amount he charged.  Highly recomend this company and will definetly use Lockology again when the need arises.  Thanks Tim!!!

So happy we went with Divine Design for our yard cleanup and maintenance needs. They were super responsive to our online consult and even came the next day to service our front and back yard. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE;  I was interested in getting a quote for fake grass. Their ad popped up, advertising a free quote. Submitted information on the weekend.  Monday morning, Amanda, from their company called. I was busy at work, so unable to take her call, she left a message. She texted 3 time throughout Monday. Not a big deal since it's a business wanting to lock in new business. First thing Tuesday morning, Amanda calls, I was already at work. We ended up talking by text on Tuesday, May 17th.  I gave her,some dates and my address so she could see who is available. She provided May 25th at 1:00 which I confirmed would work. She then texted wanting to know if the homeowner will be home so that whoever provides the estimate doesn't have to come back out with high gas prices and all. I told her yes. Later in the day, she texts, asking what areas I was looking to have done and a rough estimate of the size of,the area I was wanting to be done, stating it has to be a minimum of 250 sq ft.  I told her what I was looking at doing, but also would take input from whoever provides the estimate and at what cost. I told her I did not know the sq footage (hence the request for an estimate).  Conversation continues via text, she asks again about the sq footage. I tell her I already told her I did not know and if Always Green Turf did not want to provide a free estimate, please let me know. Amanda then calls me, explaining about the sq foot again and I tell her again that was why I was seeking professional input to give me ideas. She stated she would google my property and then I told her the areas I was wanting an estimate for. It sounded like she was working from home, because right after this there was a bad connection, call was lost. Amanda didn't call back, she texted 'sorry about the connection'.  I figured since we had already confirmed the appointment for May 25th  at 1:00 AND she googled my property to look at my yard, we were good to go. May 25th, I left work early to be home by 1:00. No one ever showed up, no one ever called, no one ever cancelled the appoint,ent that was scheduled. I wasted my time and took time away from work to be home for this free estimate that caused nothing but aggravation.  If they didn't think my initial request would meet their minimum sq footage, then tell me upfront or come out look at the yard, offer your professional analysis on what you think should be done and then go from there. Don't stand a potential customer up. It's plain rude and disrespectful of my time.  If you don't want business, don't off a free estimate.

We needed a sprinkler head fixed and they were able to come out to fix it right away. The price was perfect along with the service. I will keep this company on mind for any future jobs needed.

My yard was so overrun with weeds that the city was threatening to fine me.  They came out for an estimate on short notice, and had the job done for a competitive price within just a few days.  The job was done quickly and professionally, and I'm very happy with the results.

Miguel was responsive at first. We confirmed a date and time for a quote, but not only did he not come, but when I reached out half an hour after the scheduled time to see what was happening, I was left on read.

Custom Weed and Pest Control is amazing.  They have friendly staff and are worth every cent.  I spray once a year around the front and back.  Tara and her family have an exceptional service and they back their warranty.  I used them when I first moved here. Then I forgot their name and used someone else who killed 2 of my bushes.  I got an email from Custom Weed and Pest Control last year and had them come out again and I'm very pleased with their service.  I'll continue to use them in the future.

They were prompt and did a great job pruning our tree in our front yard. They even trimmed our bushes without asking and blew our whole front yard. Great job, great service,  very polite.

They came over to my house and gave me a fair estimate which I accepted. The day of the service they were late but communicated with me on their estimated time of arrival. They did a great job trimming 4 large trees in the back yard, a very tall palm tree in the front yard, trimmed all the bushes and cactus, and cleaned up both front and back yards. They helped me set up my automatic drip system because the trees needed more water. I would recommend this landscape service to neighbors and friends and would definitely use their services again.

I needed to replace a key for my apartment, so I handed the guy my key and said "I need one just like this" to which he responded "I have one that shape but without the holes" so I told him that was fine and he made the key. I give my card to his daughter and then he hands me the key that has a big stamp on it with the name of the shop and its phone number. As I'm asking if there are any keys that don't have the name because it has to look like I got them at the same place she runs my card. Which wouldn't be a problem except they didn't have any I could use! And she was rude to while I was trying to explain that I couldn't use it with Hicks engraved one it... She said well all we can do it cover it with tape. Really? Tape is the solution? How about giving me my money back because I can't use the key and I specifically said they had to look the same? Ugh

DO NOT CONDUCT BUSINESS WITH THESE CROOKS. They came to my house hours after they said they would be there and then charged me 150.00 to rekey one lock. Like an idiot I didnt look at the receipt until after he left cause I couldn't read his chicken scratch, only to realize I was charged 144.99, not 44.99! I was told over the phone this would cost 15.00 for the service call and 19.00 per lock. What a fucking surprise when I realized my receipt indicated 144.99. These people are crooked. DO NOT CONDUCT BUSINESS WITH THEM
