I know there are reputable companies in every industry and service; but often they are hard to find.  I met Dustin from TSM after a storm event in the Prescott Valley area.  Many roofs were damaged in our community and he was handing out cards like most companies do when there is opportunity for business.  Little did I know at the time, that my relationship with Dustin and TSM roofing would be an amazing experience.  Our insurance adjuster came within a week or so, and someone from TSM was here to help guide them through all the damage.  Well, the adjuster/company only offered a small amount for what HE saw as damages.  Dustin followed up with a detailed damage assessment, and after some back and forth, the insurance company paid for nearly a full roof replacement.  Dustin helped with the product selection and held off the actual replacement until the weather was warm enough to seal the shingles together.  The roof was finished in a day, it was an absolute mess, that the crew cleaned up perfectly.  And after they left, Dustin stayed for another hour or so walking the property with his magnet broom making sure that they got as many nails as possible.  He even sprayed and scrubbed some of the pavers on the patio and driveway that had some blackmarks from the process.  Don't look any further for a roofing company that you can trust.  Just call TSM.

This company has it down! Great customer service. Great Pricing. Great install team. They use the best materials in the industry. Team was at my house at 7:30 am and were done and all cleaned up by 2pm. Amazing!

Jared and his crew did a commercial foam roof for my business. the quoting process was quick,efficient and the pricing fair. The work was scheduled and the crew arrived on the scheduled date and on time. The work was professionally done. During the process the foam which is sprayed on caused over spray (the wind carries over spray which can be unavoidable) on three of my neighbor's cars. Needless to say my neighbor was not too happy; however, what defines a business is how they handle issues with their work. In this case I was out of town but  after explaining the problem, Jared called my neighbor, accepted responsibility, and corrected the problem when he said he would. After the fact,  I called Jared complimenting his service and thanked him for the professionalism of his business. I would highly recommend you calling Roof Medics for your roofing project.

We had a significant interior leak as a result of a heavy rain, and were referred to BCS by our original builder. Dean personally responded quickly to our request and promptly set up an appointment. He checked our roof and discovered large holes in the surrounding stucco resulting from extremely poor work done recently by another contractor, as well as several repairs needed on our existing roof from 10+ years of wear. He quickly provided us an estimate of all required repairs, set up a convenient time for the necessary work to be done, made the required repairs on time/budget and returned to perform a water test to ensure the leak was indeed fixed correctly. Furthermore, Dean came during the weekend in-between providing his estimate and making the repairs to plug the stucco holes so that the possible rainfall that weekend wouldn't cause further damage. We couldn't have been more pleased with Dean's work quality and timeliness, and would certainly recommend him to others.

After getting a few estimates, chad and Allstate roofing were not only the most affordable but the most professional and friendly company I dealt with.  Chad took the time to explain all of my options, exactly what I needed and I saw him several times during the project.  His office followed up when they would be available to do my roof and kept me updated.  His work crew was professional and friendly.  They came in and got the job done! We have been using Ultra Foam Roofing for our remodeling/addition projects. They are knowledgeable, friendly, on time and they do a great job! We do not get callbacks for warranty issues with the projects they have done. As general contractors, we love having people we can depend on, and Ultra Foam is someone we can. We are very happy with work Ridge Roofing has done. They used excellent craftsmanship, and got done in one day! Their guys were courteous and helpful, taking extra time at the beginning and end of the job to make sure that nothing was missed, and then cleaned up all the debris. We had gotten other roof estimates because of a leak in our roof over our back porch. Ridge found a cracked tile that our regular maintenance guy missed and a fan cover that needed to be replace. Finding this, when the regular guy did not will help us from needing more extensive roof repairs in the future. Additionally when we got quotes, Ridge was very competitive and our final cost was less then all of the rest of the quotes given by other roofing companies.

Wow!! Thank you for installing my new roof!! The roofers were extremely respectful, communicative, and reliable. They stuck to the timeline we agreed upon and pricing was comparable to other companies. The difference with this company, that I haven't seen before, is there ability to communicate. With each step/day they asked if I had any concerns or questions and updated me on what was being done next. For me, I like to know what's going on and what time someone is going to show up... the worse part about other companies I've used is the lack of reliability and communication. Other companies just come and go as they please... playing loud inappropriate music, and not cleaning up after themselves. Truvo (Brad) was a breath of fresh air!! Terry and his team did a marvelous job on our very large roof.  His team was on-time, professional and kept the work area clean.  Not only did they do a great job but they extended services beyond the scope of their work due to our immediate family crisis (a death in the family).  Terry, seeing that I was overwhelmed with decluttering the house and preparing it for sale loaned me a flat bed trailer to haul items away.  His kindness and generosity during an extremely difficult time meant the world to me and will never be forgotten.  In addition, his associate Ben was extremely courteous and helpful during the week-long process of repairing the roof.  Their rates were entirely within reason and they did not try to inflate any aspect of the work that needed to be done to prepare our house for sale.  Thanks Terry and team!!

I can't say enough about this company.  They use a quality underlayment, have a great warranty, and their price is comparable to other roofing companies.  we were impressed by their work crew.  The crew cleaned up every day before they left, did a great job on our roof and completed our job when promised!
The crew supervisor came by after the job was complete to answer any questions and to make sure we were satisfied with the work.
After he left my husband received a phone call from the owner wanting to make sure the job was done to our satisfaction.
We even received a handwritten thank you note from the owners!
