This is way overdue. I had TSM out in July to do a full roof replacement. They fit me into the schedule in about 5 days. Not kidding. Within 1 week, I had a brand new roof...in the middle of monsoon season. Absolutely stellar job. When I reported a skylight leak, Carolyn sent someone out within a few days to fix the area on a Saturday and he reviewed the rest of the roof as a precaution. Super responsive, pleasant, and just all around good people. Thanks to Carolyn, Tyler, Courtney, and the guy I like to call flat roof guy (never got his name, but he was great too).

Being a home owner has its perks however, when a major repair is needed like roof repair you need to ensure you do your research that's when I came across ALL ABOUT ROOFING LLC. When I was in need of roof repair the competitor was over priced, over booked, bad reputation with sub contractors etc. ALL ABOUT ROOFING LLC Project Manager Justin B. came out the same day. He performed an inspection and found some problem areas also inspected my roof leak. After the inspection Project Manager Justin B. quoted me a price that was very competitive and won my business. I was scheduled out three weeks however they were able to complete the job within two weeks and only took two days, with very limited inconvenience. My roof was tarp and protected from forecasted rain, Justin came out every time I called. Justin always answered his phone and was very pleasant to talk too. Charles and his crew were great to deal with and did an excellent job.  Living in AZ part time added some hurdles I encountered as I tried to get the painting of my house completed while I would not be here.  After scheduling and completing numerous bids for this work I appreciated his approach.  Since the house was recently purchased he looked at the pictures posted on line,  saw the SQ footage and gave me a quote with out having to come see the house.  

His crew showed up on time and worked full days to get the house completed one day early!   Didn't have to pay him until I was able to return home and verify the work.  I must say I would use him again in a heartbeat!

We needed our patio roof repaired. The folks at Spearhead showed up when they said they would, did exactly what they promised to do and for the amount they quoted. They were wonderful.

I have no reservations about recommending Spearhead to anyone.

I would recommend this company to anyone. Kim was the first person I had contact with and he showed up on time and was very thorough with the estimate. The day of repairs the gentleman that came to do the work were so very polite and efficient. Maryann in the office was especially sweet and courteous! They did the job and cleaned up completely, you couldn't even tell they had been there! Thank you Roofing Specialists!

Jared and his crew did a commercial foam roof for my business. the quoting process was quick,efficient and the pricing fair. The work was scheduled and the crew arrived on the scheduled date and on time. The work was professionally done. During the process the foam which is sprayed on caused over spray (the wind carries over spray which can be unavoidable) on three of my neighbor's cars. Needless to say my neighbor was not too happy; however, what defines a business is how they handle issues with their work. In this case I was out of town but  after explaining the problem, Jared called my neighbor, accepted responsibility, and corrected the problem when he said he would. After the fact,  I called Jared complimenting his service and thanked him for the professionalism of his business. I would highly recommend you calling Roof Medics for your roofing project.

They were Professional from beginning to end. They were able to come earlier than they were expecting, which made us very happy. I would highly recommend this company to anyone who needs a roof repair on roof replacement.

We had a small leak this summer and realized the dreaded roof replacement was needed. Steve was very responsive even as he and his team were incredibly busy during monsoon season. We asked to delay the roof to allow us to get finances ready and he was very understanding.  He followed up with me a month later as discussed and quickly got us scheduled. His team has been great and they clean up very well every night.  He also sends daily picture updates in the evening which has been great to keep updated on the progress.  Give Steve a call and you won't be disappointed!

Had a small leak in my roof that I noticed after the last shower we had. Got 4 estimates from roofing companies. Now, I'm certainly not a roofer, but I am handy. To me, it really didn't seem like it was a huge job based on what the roofers showed me and described what needed to be done. Most estimates were about $2000. When Jose came by for an estimate, he was honest and said it wasn't that big a job, and would take about 2 hours. When his guys showed up to do the job, they were here for just about 2 hours. The quality of the work looks really good. They cleaned up when done. And Jose was very reasonable with his price. Had I chosen one of the other companies, I would have paid them about $1000 an hour. Who makes that kind of money??? Maybe the job was too small and they didn't really want to do it. Who knows. I would definitely recommend Jose and his team and will use again in the future. Also, as a real estate agent, I will also recommend to my clients. Thanks Jose!!

Nothing but good things to say about Dean and his crew! Charged a fair price and is most importantly responsive to any issues that might come up.

We had great experience with JTD roofing. We needed few broken tiles to be repaired and they were very thorough, well priced, polite and quick to respond.

I had Allstate repair a leaking flat roof a few years ago. I was so happy with their work that I called them after a monsoon storm damaged my tile roof. Since the underlayment was at the end of its life I elected for a complete removal and replacement. I couldn't be happier with the quality of the work. They were timely and the job site was cleaner than when they started.5 stars !

Contacted this company by e-mail.  No response.  Called and arranged a roofing inspection with Kyle.  Inspection never happened.  Called to complain and spoke to Rick.  Rick was not interested in resolving the matter, simply passed the phone to Kyle who made some excuse then hung up the phone..

In terms of customer service?  There clearly is none.  

Be wary of a company that fails to respond to e-mail, schedules appointments but fails to follow through and is totally unresponsive to the resulting customer complaints.

Just had foam roof completed this week on a complex I take of. Happy with the work done and at a fair price. Will work again with them when a roofer is required for sure.

Ridge Roofing replaced my patio roof. I'm happy with the workmanship, service and price. They're easy to do business with and I would recommend.

Worked with Brad. They were great. Fixed my roof tiles at a very affordable price and they were even able to do it when I wasn't home, which made it really easy.

Joe and his crew are awesome! They go out of their way to get your job done as quickly as possible. I would highly recommend them, honest, caring and really good at what they do.

Terry and his team did a marvelous job on our very large roof.  His team was on-time, professional and kept the work area clean.  Not only did they do a great job but they extended services beyond the scope of their work due to our immediate family crisis (a death in the family).  Terry, seeing that I was overwhelmed with decluttering the house and preparing it for sale loaned me a flat bed trailer to haul items away.  His kindness and generosity during an extremely difficult time meant the world to me and will never be forgotten.  In addition, his associate Ben was extremely courteous and helpful during the week-long process of repairing the roof.  Their rates were entirely within reason and they did not try to inflate any aspect of the work that needed to be done to prepare our house for sale.  Thanks Terry and team!!

I can't say enough about this company.  They use a quality underlayment, have a great warranty, and their price is comparable to other roofing companies.  we were impressed by their work crew.  The crew cleaned up every day before they left, did a great job on our roof and completed our job when promised!
The crew supervisor came by after the job was complete to answer any questions and to make sure we were satisfied with the work.
After he left my husband received a phone call from the owner wanting to make sure the job was done to our satisfaction.
We even received a handwritten thank you note from the owners!  
It's such a pleasure to work with a company that values their customers and does quality work!
