TSM roofing is awesome! We are in the process of selling our house and needed a minor repair to our roof. So many companies wouldn't even call us back, but TSM not only responded quickly, but they also treated us with respect and professionalism. I can't recommend this company enough. Their technician Dustin is amazing!!

I give them a 5 start, or six starts, the company is not greedy, like many roofing companies out there, I talked with 8 different roofers, all are trying to squeeze your wallet, if you allow them. Logan is the man you need to talk to, no hard sale like the other roofers that make you feel like you are buying a new car at the dealership! All employees are awesome. I will recommend this Company to friends and family.

Charles and team did a fantastic job. We called for a quote, Charles came out next day and entire house painted by the next week. Took one day to paint everything and replace panels. Excellent work and great communication.

We needed our patio roof repaired. The folks at Spearhead showed up when they said they would, did exactly what they promised to do and for the amount they quoted. They were wonderful.

I have no reservations about recommending Spearhead to anyone.

This company was recommended by my property manager. Their price beat a competitor's price by several thousand dollars.   The work was done in a very professional manner when they said it would be done. I was very impressed with this company.

I was fast approaching the need for a roof repair. My neighbor had used Ready Roofing and was very satisfied with their service, price and professionalism. I have a complex roof and a medium to large home. When I needed estimates for my roof replacement, I added Ready Roofing into the four estimates I received.

When I was comparing the estimates, I did not just go on price, I reviewed references, the quality of the workman used and the materials being spec'd out for the complete job.  I also went with my gut feeling for the people with whom I spoke and their professionalism. I was working with a neighbor down the street and we were comparing notes as he too was looking to have his roof replaced. For the same reasons we both chose Ready Roofing.

Steve was in constant contact with us and let us know what to expect, when and who would be running our job. His teams were neat, on time and very professional. They cleaned up after themselves every day and were able to finish the job on the early side of the estimate.

There were no added surprises for the final bill.

Roofing can be a costly expense and is typically one of the most dreaded repairs a home owner faces.  I would recommend Ready Roofing and Steve without reservation.

Had a small leak in my roof that I noticed after the last shower we had. Got 4 estimates from roofing companies. Now, I'm certainly not a roofer, but I am handy. To me, it really didn't seem like it was a huge job based on what the roofers showed me and described what needed to be done. Most estimates were about $2000. When Jose came by for an estimate, he was honest and said it wasn't that big a job, and would take about 2 hours. When his guys showed up to do the job, they were here for just about 2 hours. The quality of the work looks really good. They cleaned up when done. And Jose was very reasonable with his price. Had I chosen one of the other companies, I would have paid them about $1000 an hour. Who makes that kind of money??? Maybe the job was too small and they didn't really want to do it. Who knows. I would definitely recommend Jose and his team and will use again in the future. Also, as a real estate agent, I will also recommend to my clients. Thanks Jose!!

I have used BCS services for multiple projects involving my roof, wood fascia on my patio , and most recently work on the wood supports and trim of the garage doors which had been sun damaged and rotted. The workmanship is top notch, and the results always exceed my expectations. Dean is honest and upfront, his professionalism exceptional. He is business savvy and provides written estimates with explicit descriptions of the work to be performed. HIGHLY recommend!

JTD Roofing completed a job at my personal home and were paid in full per their bid.  They are now attempting to collect more money and writing false reviews on my business website.  I would have recommended them as they did a good job, however they are crooks trying to collect money they have already been paid.  I am attaching a copy of the bid and the receipts for payments that were made in full.

Allstate Roofing is a first class company with integrity!  After a recent hail storm we contacted a few roofing companies and quickly found out there is a huge difference!  Allstate, from the first contact by Chad, owner of the company to the friendly and helpful office staff and then to the removal and installation crews and then Nelson who supervised the job each day were all efficient, experienced and very customer oriented and dedicated to doing the best job possible.

We are very satisfied with Allstate Roofing and highly recommend them.

Rick and his team do an awesome job each and every time. His team has taken care of my roofs for three different homes and I never worry after that are done. I feel that their prices are fair and their work is outstanding.

I'm a veteran, have multiple deployments under my belt. When I deal with businesses and people, there's a reciprocity of trust. When you break trust, there are consequences.
When selling a house while living out of state, Ridge Roofing was recommended for roof repairs. Garrett was professional, and came in at the cheapest of three bids, so we chose him.
The buyer's agent did their final walk-thru the day after the roofing work was to be finished. That morning I called Garrett for the invoice and to pay. He said he had to send a couple of guys out that morning to finish some work, but it'd be quick.
That night my agent emailed that during walk-thru, the buyer's agent saw roofers fixing damage to the patio roof and we risk missing the closing date based on the depth of repair. They sent an addendum addressing this risk. One part of the email read, Hunter McBride with Ridge Roofing happened to be on site cleaning up some debris that had been left behind. We pointed out to him that it looked like one of the roof repairmen had stepped through the ceiling. He confirmed this, and said his company would take care of it.. He took a paint chip with him to match the paint...
Next morning, I texted Garrett. Here's the verbatim exchange.
Me: Hi Garrett, the buyers did a walk thru of the house yesterday and saw a hole in the patio roof. They're asking 2 questions that I hope to relay answers back to them:
- Are you folks going to be able to do the repairs to the hole?
- Can we get an estimated time of completion for the work, ideally with photos of the repaired area?

Garrett: Are they wanting us to cover it? I have a drywall guy I can refer and could get it done pretty fast. It was a cracked seen in the drywall from having extra weight in the patio. The repair tech didn't do anything wrong the seem just cracked.
Piet: Hi Garrett, please check email. Hunter McBride owned up to the damage and said Ridge Roofing was handling these repairs (specifically the photo you sent), and Hunter even took a paint chip along to match paint. That info came from the buyer's agent. Has something changed since? Closing date is scheduled for tomorrow.
Garrett: If it was something our repair tech did to cause the damage we would cover it no questions. But that is not the case in this situation. We would gladly refer the drywall guy we use. But a drywall seem separating just from being on the roof, which he had too do is not our fault.
Ok. I told the guy representing the buyer that if our guy fell through and caused that we would cover it. But that wasn't the case obviously - this is what I got from Hunter
Photos taken the month prior show the patio ceiling in good shape. I'd hope so; we replaced it in 2015.
The buyer's inspector checked it on 3/14. He identified a number of items, to include patio roof, and he took a lot of photos of all faults. The drywall was fine.
Aside from Garrett's team, nobody was on the patio roof. Yet the day after work was finished, the drywall had a man-sized hole punched through. Garrett says his people didn't cause it. So sometime between the inspection, and my exchange with Garrett, the hole in the patio roof mysteriously appeared. It's mysterious because Hunter McBride took responsibility for the damage to the buyer's agent; but not even 12 hours later, Garrett stated that it wasn't the company's fault, that the drywall seam just cracked.
So no, I don't recommend Ridge Roofing. They're liars, unethical, irresponsible, clutzy, and don't own up to their mistakes. Their lack of ethics jeopardized my closing on the house.
They claim they're licensed & bonded. To avoid getting sued, check their documents in case one of their clowns falls through your roof, too. Or better, find a different contractor-one with more scruples and fortitude.

Worked with Brad. They were great. Fixed my roof tiles at a very affordable price and they were even able to do it when I wasn't home, which made it really easy.

Circle G has done a number of jobs for us. They have repaired and coated our flat roof twice and replaced 4 skylights. All work was done on time at a fair price. If any adjustment or follow-up has been needed on a job it was taken care of immediately.

Terry and his team did a marvelous job on our very large roof.  His team was on-time, professional and kept the work area clean.  Not only did they do a great job but they extended services beyond the scope of their work due to our immediate family crisis (a death in the family).  Terry, seeing that I was overwhelmed with decluttering the house and preparing it for sale loaned me a flat bed trailer to haul items away.  His kindness and generosity during an extremely difficult time meant the world to me and will never be forgotten.  In addition, his associate Ben was extremely courteous and helpful during the week-long process of repairing the roof.  Their rates were entirely within reason and they did not try to inflate any aspect of the work that needed to be done to prepare our house for sale.  Thanks Terry and team!!

Do not spend a penny on the Right Way Roofing.

It costed me more than $11,000 to redo my flat roof without satisfaction. I had issues with this roofing company. Initially they did not keep the original schedule (I was waiting for them to show up on my PTO) saying they were busy but they showed up on my working day without telling me (unprofessionalism #1). Another issue was workers' lack of understanding of basic flat roof installation. From my understanding, to prevent puddling areas they have to install flat roof materials in sliding position so that water flows from high to low to gutter. After rain on 7/23/20, I found so many wet areas puddling and it did not dry up until the next day afternoon. I requested to fix it. John, manager came to my roof saying that as long as it does dry up less than 48 hours, it is normal (unprofessionalism #2). John emphasized that I can use paid 10 year warranty to fix it if it leaks. Their unprofessionalism is unbelievable. It is NOT WORTH it to have this company do their job on your roof.
