I know there are reputable companies in every industry and service; but often they are hard to find.  I met Dustin from TSM after a storm event in the Prescott Valley area.  Many roofs were damaged in our community and he was handing out cards like most companies do when there is opportunity for business.  Little did I know at the time, that my relationship with Dustin and TSM roofing would be an amazing experience.  Our insurance adjuster came within a week or so, and someone from TSM was here to help guide them through all the damage.  Well, the adjuster/company only offered a small amount for what HE saw as damages.  Dustin followed up with a detailed damage assessment, and after some back and forth, the insurance company paid for nearly a full roof replacement.  Dustin helped with the product selection and held off the actual replacement until the weather was warm enough to seal the shingles together.  The roof was finished in a day, it was an absolute mess, that the crew cleaned up perfectly.  And after they left, Dustin stayed for another hour or so walking the property with his magnet broom making sure that they got as many nails as possible.  He even sprayed and scrubbed some of the pavers on the patio and driveway that had some blackmarks from the process.  Don't look any further for a roofing company that you can trust.  Just call TSM.

I cannot recommend this company highly enough!

1.  I placed a call to request an estimate and received a return call within 30 minutes from the OWNER of the company. The owner additionally came to my residence to provide an estimate on the very same day!
2.  My project required removal of solar panels prior to my roof repair project.  All About Roofing is one of very few companies that works with solar panel contractors for removal and reinstallation.  This is SUCH a plus as all solar panel coordination is handled through All About Roofing!  
3.  All About Roofing coordinated: a) the removal of my solar panels; b) delivery of  repair materials to my residence; c) removal and replacement of my tile roof; d) delivery of trash container to my home; e) complete replacement of my underlayment + repairs; f) pick up of the trash container; g) reinstallation of my solar panels... ALL ITEMS COMPLETED WITHIN 8 (!) CONSECUTIVE DAYS!!  
4. Lastly, the technicians that completed the work arrived early each day.  They also, daily, cleaned my front and backyard before leaving.

I absolutely place great importance on customer reviews - hence this lengthy one from me.  You cannot go wrong in hiring this company!

We're in the process of listing an investment property we own and the interior needed repainting . Charles came out the day after I reached out and gave us a quote that was more than fair. We scheduled the work for the following week and they were done in less than two days. They painted the entire interior of our 1900 sq ft home including some drywall repair and repair and painting of the covered patio. He and his team were prompt and courteous and easy to communicate with. We wouldn't hesitate to use them again!

We needed our patio roof repaired. The folks at Spearhead showed up when they said they would, did exactly what they promised to do and for the amount they quoted. They were wonderful.

I needed my roof sealed. I contacted 5 companies with 5 star ratings. The Roof Medics was one of two companies that would consider helping me. They went out of their way to get a ladder tall enough to reach my roof tiles, to get to my roof. They took great photos to show me my roof condition and made a recommendation. I wanted to seal my roof and the bid was for foaming the roof. I chose a different company to seal the roof, but will definitely consider Roof Medics when I am ready to foam m roof. Thanks Roof Medics for all you did and for the information you provided me.

I had my patio extended recently by Dean and his crew and that was one of the best experience I've had dealing with contractors! Dean is on top of all scheduling and the communications for the project. I didn't have to check on him like I had to with the other contractors. He constantly updated me with the progress of the project and also responded to my emails and texts right away. Dean is very straightforward with the scope of work and the pricing. He explained to me in details about how he'll get the job done, and he delivered!

I had Allstate repair a leaking flat roof a few years ago. I was so happy with their work that I called them after a monsoon storm damaged my tile roof. Since the underlayment was at the end of its life I elected for a complete removal and replacement. I couldn't be happier with the quality of the work. They were timely and the job site was cleaner than when they started.5 stars !

Rick and his team do an awesome job each and every time. His team has taken care of my roofs for three different homes and I never worry after that are done. I feel that their prices are fair and their work is outstanding.

Ultra Foam LLc did my 14x20 & 8x7 patio roofs on time and for less than the other two companies that I received quotes from. But the reason I gave them the job wasn't price alone. They offered 2 foam, where the others were offering 1 and they offered 2 coats of sealer, where the others only quoted 1 coat.

So all the way around I feel I got a good deal and a quality install from this company.

We had Ridge Roofing out to fix an area of our roof that was leaking. They sent two guys out on Thursday and they worked from 10:30 a.m. until they abruptly left around 6 PM. When we went outside we found out that they had destroyed our house, literally must have crashed into the side of it or something and the stucco and chicken wire are all exposed. I emailed and called right away, was supposed to hear something the next day, when I didn't I called the office again around 1:30 p.m., and was asked to send an email which I did around 2 p.m. on Friday. Yesterday afternoon I got a call from a contract company associated with them, that said they would come out and fix the damage to the stucco and paint it, the poor guy  showed up this morning and had to actually leave the job and say he would come back tomorrow because the damage was so extensive it was going to take him too long and he didn't have the materials he needed. I still haven't heard anything back on the condition of the roof and the tiles...

Jimmy Gordon came out the same day I made contact to estimate, which was half of another company's for the same. Jimmy and his crew power washed my flat foam roof and applied 2 coats of Elastomeric Coating to my surprisingly 'in good shape' roof in one morning and topped it off with a 5 Year Warranty. I will definitely use Circle G Roofing again and I've referred my neighbors!

Terry and his team did a marvelous job on our very large roof.  His team was on-time, professional and kept the work area clean.  Not only did they do a great job but they extended services beyond the scope of their work due to our immediate family crisis (a death in the family).  Terry, seeing that I was overwhelmed with decluttering the house and preparing it for sale loaned me a flat bed trailer to haul items away.  His kindness and generosity during an extremely difficult time meant the world to me and will never be forgotten.  In addition, his associate Ben was extremely courteous and helpful during the week-long process of repairing the roof.  Their rates were entirely within reason and they did not try to inflate any aspect of the work that needed to be done to prepare our house for sale.  Thanks Terry and team!!

I hired Right Way Roofing for a complete new roof (shingles) in April 2018. They were punctual and completed the job on time. They even cleaned out my gutters for me. Scheduling did take about a month after the contract was signed despite good communication with the office staff/owner (Lori). Overall, I think they did a good job with the actual installation but it was less than ideal working with the supervisor and feeling duped or brushed off at times.

Before hiring them, I read online about what to ask a roofing company and one of the things that came up was the number of nails per sheet of shingles they use. The minimum number of nails per shingle in Arizona according to the building code and per the shingle manufacturer is four nails but if you use more (up to 6), it is more secure and manufacturer actually will give you a warranty for high wind rating. I asked their salesman Gary how many nails they used and he said they use 5, occasionally 6 nails. However, when I walked my roof after half the new shingles were up, they were only using 4 nails. When I asked the supervisor, John, about this, he argued with me saying that all the other roofing companies are using 4 nails per shingle and that the code only requires 4. I had quotes from other roofing companies that said they use 6 nails so that wasn't even true. He said that their salesman was misinformed and they always use 4. Four nails is indeed the minimum and is likely sufficient for Phoenix but it was something I had specifically asked in writing (I have the email). My mistake was not getting it in the contract. He did not agree to use more than 4 when I called him but after the second half of my roof was on, he did tell me that he started to use 5 nails on the remaining shingles. One of the owners of the business also defended the use of 4 nails when I asked her about it.

Additionally, we had a soft spot on the roof around our AC unit. We had some AC work done in February and two of the companies commented about it and I felt it myself when I walked on it. I told this to Gary (the person who came out to quote) and he said that they would be able to replace the plywood decking in that area. However, when I walked the roof mid-project, I could feel that the section of the roof was still very soft. I called the supervisor and he promised that they had replaced plywood there and that there was nothing wrong. He said that he has been a roofer for some 20 years and he knows what it the roof should feel like. We do have thinner plywood decking on the roof but I could tell that spot was especially soft compared to other spots. I insisted that they check it again. When the workers lifted up the plywood there, they found that the support truss had been cut. It indeed was very weak in that section and needed to be braced. The supervisor just wanted to brush me off saying that he was an expert and could tell it was fine when it really was not at all. After all this, they DID do a good job bracing that section to improve the strength but only after I heavily insisted that they check it again. So that was frustrating to have to argue with them but I am glad they were able to fix it in the end. Afterwards, the owner told me that they do not usually fix trusses so this wouldn't typically be something a roofing company addresses. That's fine and all but if your workers are checking out all of the plywood decking and the decking itself is fine but the roof is still very weak, you should let the homeowner know so they can get someone else to fix it properly it instead of just continuing with the project.
