We just had our house painted by JK Painting and we were so impressed by George Keith and his crew! They came to our house, they do all the heavy lifting as far as moving all the patio furniture, they taped and covered virtually everything, power washed the house and painted the whole house in one day! They then put all our furniture back for us and cleaned everything up after themselves! They gave us a super price too! I would definitely refer these guys too anyone!

Desert Sky did an awesome job painting our house.  Adam was upfront with all the charges and everything was finished in a timely manner. The painters were hard workers and super customer service oriented. Very pleased!

To review, I requested Five Guys & Jake earlier for detailed proposal. I know exactly what I need, not another hop up there . $150 premium was asked for. Then I let go, so Jake the snake, steps up : says they'll communicate with metal guy to complete estimate using shared details. In this context, its ~2000SF asphalt shingle conversion to standing seam 24 gauge metal 20 interlocking panels, 1.5 inches tall. Part numbers for APOC self-adhesive underlay available as I'm no longer a Spring chicken at this. SO in hopes of feeling all the love of the smiley Lisas, Melanies, Jessics, Heathers out there, fully satisfied ladies who know how to rate 'em, I expected a robust confirmation from my guys out there in Gilbert.
But when I called emailed and texted back for follow up on its nonperformance, nada, you could hear a pin drop as emails, texts, voicemails, etc., got crickets in reply. When I came a knocking at their website (13 days later), chatter Hailey, hissed back, no engagement here, bro [warning, and be nice.] To Hailey and this curated collection of 'oh so satisfied' ladies, how can you engage with a player who says one thing , delivers something else? So there's that. Hailey's not a wicked snitch per se , another paid shill. Living the infomercial dream, yes. Do not recommend outfit that advertises one set of behaviors on phone but engages in hindsight another practice, folks. The estimator, Brooks, was great, very friendly, knowledgable and found where the leak was originating.  It would be several weeks before repairs could be done.  Fine.  The fist day the repairs are to be done between 8 & 10.  Nobody shows up.  I call; will be there the next day between 8 & 10.  8:30 the 2nd day, call that they can't come till next day.   Next day no one shows (it's a Saturday).  Calls to office and cell phone of estimator with no responseto my voice messages.  Finally someone shows at 2:30 when I've run an errand as I think they have again ignored our appt.  I pull into driveway and repair tech leaves.  Finally comes back on 4th day and does scheduled repair.  I do not recommend this roofer.

I had the same experience as Ron P - and my appointment WAS confirmed. They were supposed to come on August 19. This was confirmed with Tyler, the same guy who looked at my roof and provided the estimate. They did not show. I called both numbers I had for this company, went to voice mail and said voicemail was full. Finally got a hold of Tyler, he said the crew had a problem with their work vehicle and had not reported it. I was very unhappy as I had scheduled painters to come after the roof repairs. Asked to speak with the owner - Tyler said he'd send me Brian's contact info. Nothing. I texted the other phone number asking to speak with the owner. Someone responded to say they would have the office/owner contact me. Nothing. I messaged through Yelp asking to speak with the owner. Nothing. No one even followed up to reschedule the missed appointment.  
My best advice to anyone looking at this company?  Move on!  Don't waste your time like I did.

Appreciated the fast response, and fitting me into there schedule with very short notice.  Eric is very dedicated to his business and is very conscientious of doing a good job at a fair price.  He made a point of following up and addressed all my concerns after he finished the job of repairing my roof.

After communicating Chris from Mr PhxIt returned today 9/6 as we scheduled!  Chris replaced the newly fallen roof tile.  He did reglue pigeon spikes (these were the 2 main concerns of mine).  Additionally, Chris did glue an entire extra row of spikes (not there initially) to keep the birds from roosting at the entry door.  All in all, Chris PhxIt did my roof repairs, tune up, and return visit for a successful job.  Thanks, Chris.

George was extremely honest and very helpful. Our job was minor and not major like we expected. We reached out and he responded to our house the following day. He showed us exactly what we needed to do and how to do it, saying it would be a cheap TLC project. He was a rarity in today's world. Thank you for everything. Highly recommend.

David is awesome. He is honest and easy to work with.  His price for a new roof was extremely fair and his crew was professional and put my roof on in four days. My neighbors have all mentioned how nice it looks and asked for who did it.  I would HIGHLY recommend David Garcia and his company to anyone.

After my roof had extensive hail damage, I searched for reliable local roofing companies. Arrow Roofing had consistently good reviews, so I hired them. Every person I spoke to at Arrow was professional, responsive and reliable, including my representative Gregg Embley.  The job was completed on time and Gregg worked directly with my insurance company to provide them everything that was needed. The entire process was absolutely seamless and I would not hesitate to use them again.

We called Patterson Roofing after noticing a leak we had in the bedroom upstairs they seemed knowledgeable so we decided to go with them. When they came and stated they fixed the issue they requested payment asap but the next time that it rained the ceiling was still leaking... we called Patterson Roofing to let them know what a shady job they did and that they needed to come out and fix the issue asap... They just took my money and refused to come back out... I would strongly avoid working with this company.. they are RUDE and not a PROFESSIONAL company to work with... We will not be contacting this company every again..

I'm not sure how they are licensed but they are... we hired another company to fix Patterson Roofings job. Leak is now fixed.

They were great when we needed our roof replaced, but when we needed a small repair done they are just like every other company it is all about the money they do not care. They get the job and then will not call you back. Run do not use them!!

We got quotes for our leaky foam roof from several companies. A few never showed up at all, one went to the wrong house, another said they'd send a quote and never did... Mark Dunne with Dunne Roofing was the pure opposite of all that usual contractor nonsense!  He showed up when he said he would, he kept in constant communication, he sent his quote even faster than expected and shot me a message to let me know he'd e-mailed it.  He listened to our issues and explained to us in detail what the pros and cons of the project were, and showed us pictures of our roof to back it up.  Based on the pricing he quoted us, his expert knowledge (built from years working in the hot Phoenix desert), and his near magical level of contractor communication skills, hiring him was a no brainer.  He even did the work himself! We now have a roof with a warranty (certificate and all) for five years and he'll come by for annual inspections at our request to make sure it's staying in shape.  It has rained BUCKETS since he did the work in July and we are happy to report: NO MORE LEAKS, yay!!!  I would recommend him to anyone and everyone.

I messaged to schedule a free estimate on our roof and we confirmed an appointment . However, on the day of our appointment no one showed up and there was no phone call.

Make sure to read the contract fully before signing there is no way for a client to get out of it without having to pay this company 33% of the total I was fully cooperative with all they asked for my side of the bargain so they could have an easy install when the install was ready I removed all my blinds and moved everything out of the way when I received a call saying they have all my products ready for install come to find out my order was never placed after 3 months and the windows they brought were not the correct windows or even the correct sizes for my house it was a different clients I called the next day she said it will take about 2 weeks. the lady that I was speaking to was fired due to messing up other clients orders. It has been over a month since I removed all my blinds and moved everything out of the way (which it's still like that because there's no point in putting them back)  I have not received a call or even heard anything from the company about my windows and doors so I called to cancel my services due to not fulfillment to the contract and Miscommunication on there side and to let them know that I just don't want the windows and doors anymore and immediately the guy said that is impossible due to the contract and they have the high attorneys for this situation and as a company we will not lose
I did not read the contract fully but there is NO EXIT CLAUSE for the client to have the right to cancel after the company has not hold up there bargain so just make sure you read the whole contract because this company only cares about one thing only and that is scamming people into contracts that only benefit them and could care less about a client I knew right away as soon as the guy I spoke to started bringing up attorney and lawsuits right when I said I would like to cancel the order than he also told me that it was my fault that I should of been calling them everyday because in his words and I quote if it was his house he wouldn't put up with that shit (laughing) how is it my fault as company you should of called your client and communicated with them of what's going on
