I called George Keith, because I had a leak in my roof.  He came out right away, immediately identified the problem, and explained how he would fix it.  He also identified other roof issues that could lead to leaks in the future.  Turned out that I really needed my roof resealed.  He had his crew out the very next day, fixing and resealing my roof.  He's very professional, prepared, and responsive.  This is the man you want to trust with your roof.

We just had our home painted and it looks absolutely fantastic. We selected our painter from the recommendations on Nextdoor and Yelp and also my community prepared a list. We live in Westridge Village in Fountain Hills . Adam came over the very next day he gave us an exceptionally great price and  he was very prompt. His crew was clean, efficient friendly and knew what they were doing. Now we're going to  have him paint the inside. I gave them three stars because the work was great, but getting to that point was less than pleasant. The guy who came out to give us a quote was decent, and we signed right then. We called later that afternoon to postpone the work due to a scheduling conflict for us. I get a call the day we had originally scheduled from my husband that he discovered a roofing crew on our house and 1/2 the roof ripped off. After a frantic call to the company they acknowledged the mistake was theirs and gave me the choice of having them finish the job or to put everything back they've done so far. They did offer us a discount for the screw-up, but only after I asked for it, hence the three stars.

I called many roofing companies and none wanted to do a small job ( I just needed fascia replaced due to wood rot) orthey never contacted me back or said they'd come n never did... Gleason came gave me an estimate and got the job done in 2 weeks... their workers are super friendly and the owner was a pleasure to deal with... deff recommend

We had a minor leak and needed some drywall, baseboard, and door trim work done. Taylor gave a very good quote, and his work was impeccable. I highly recommend him for any project, including drywall, painting, texturing, and flooring. When it's time for my roofing, he'll be my first call.

Appreciated the fast response, and fitting me into there schedule with very short notice.  Eric is very dedicated to his business and is very conscientious of doing a good job at a fair price.  He made a point of following up and addressed all my concerns after he finished the job of repairing my roof.

After communicating Chris from Mr PhxIt returned today 9/6 as we scheduled!  Chris replaced the newly fallen roof tile.  He did reglue pigeon spikes (these were the 2 main concerns of mine).  Additionally, Chris did glue an entire extra row of spikes (not there initially) to keep the birds from roosting at the entry door.  All in all, Chris PhxIt did my roof repairs, tune up, and return visit for a successful job.  Thanks, Chris.

These guys were great.  Had some communication issues but over-all they did a great job and I would highly recommend them for roof repair.  We hired them to do our entire roof as well as our front and back patio roofs.  Thanks George!

We just had our tile and our shingle roof replaced by Patterson roofing. William is professional and our roof looks great. William provided a detailed estimate immediately following the initial appointment. I actually enjoy the rain now that it no longer rains in the living room. The crew was tidy and left our yards as they found them. There was an issue with them leaving the side gate open and our dog got out. He apologized and followed up with them. If that's a concern of yours, I would suggest letting William know to communicate with the crew before they start.

Five Guys were quick to come out and take a look at my roof. Before I knew it there was an email for my estimate. Nice lean job and reasonable.

I am so comforted after my experience with Stapleton Roofing.  I had them redo my flat roof home in Scottsdale.  I live in California so I get particularly nervous dealing with contractors out of state.  They however were very responsive, fair priced, most most importantly, did extremely high quality work.  This particular house means a lot to me, and I will be using them for ongoing maintenance on that roof to help me sleep better!

I messaged to schedule a free estimate on our roof and we confirmed an appointment . However, on the day of our appointment no one showed up and there was no phone call.

Make sure to read the contract fully before signing there is no way for a client to get out of it without having to pay this company 33% of the total I was fully cooperative with all they asked for my side of the bargain so they could have an easy install when the install was ready I removed all my blinds and moved everything out of the way when I received a call saying they have all my products ready for install come to find out my order was never placed after 3 months and the windows they brought were not the correct windows or even the correct sizes for my house it was a different clients I called the next day she said it will take about 2 weeks. the lady that I was speaking to was fired due to messing up other clients orders. It has been over a month since I removed all my blinds and moved everything out of the way (which it's still like that because there's no point in putting them back)  I have not received a call or even heard anything from the company about my windows and doors so I called to cancel my services due to not fulfillment to the contract and Miscommunication on there side and to let them know that I just don't want the windows and doors anymore and immediately the guy said that is impossible due to the contract and they have the high attorneys for this situation and as a company we will not lose
I did not read the contract fully but there is NO EXIT CLAUSE for the client to have the right to cancel after the company has not hold up there bargain so just make sure you read the whole contract because this company only cares about one thing only and that is scamming people into contracts that only benefit them and could care less about a client I knew right away as soon as the guy I spoke to started bringing up attorney and lawsuits right when I said I would like to cancel the order than he also told me that it was my fault that I should of been calling them everyday because in his words and I quote if it was his house he wouldn't put up with that shit (laughing) how is it my fault as company you should of called your client and communicated with them of what's going on
