Desert Sky did an awesome job painting our house.  Adam was upfront with all the charges and everything was finished in a timely manner. The painters were hard workers and super customer service oriented. Very pleased!

tl;dr: Not reliable, don't communicate well, questionable work and don't recommend them!
Their pricing was great, they scheduled two weeks out (weather permitting), and were all very nice. Unfortunately, that doesn't make up for the lack of communication and follow through from this company. Their email said we would receive an email 10 days before the job asking for a deposit. About 5 days before, we reached out to them asking if we were still scheduled because we received no such email. They said we were and sent out the email the following morning. We paid the deposit and expected them to arrive Monday morning by 8:30am. By 8am that morning, I checked the weather and it said there was a 20% chance of rain the following evening, but they said they could get it done in 2 days and hadn't cancelled yet. At 8:30 I had to call them asking where they were and was told they did not receive any news of problems with the job and that I would be called back immediately. I called back again at 9 and was told they meant to inform me they would not come because of the weather the following evening.
We tried checking other companies, but they were booked further out. Our AC was replaced almost a week sooner, but left a small portion exposed for the roofers to finish, so we had to stay with Five Guys. Sadly, they only offered $100 discount on almost a $13,000 job, but were otherwise okay if they lost the job. We agreed to do the job Wednesday and Thursday instead. Later in the week, the project manager informed me (accidentally) that the job was canceled on Monday because the person who they hired to do the bid received a higher bid he chose instead. He also said the guy could've had it done before the rain and would've brought his own dumpster even. Since they couldn't do that themselves, they postponed it.
The roofing job itself seems fine, but we aren't experts and other work we noticed was not great. Included in the job, was replacing a few fascia boards in our patio. The wood they chose was cracked and had several knots all over it, which was upsetting to see. The job wasn't finished until Friday morning and we were told the dumpster and some extra materials would be picked up later that day or the following day. It is now Tuesday, and the dumpster and materials are still on our driveway. We had to call them this morning to remind them it was still here and not picked up, and they said it would be picked up tomorrow!

UPDATE: Jared came out today and helped me with my roofing issue. He was very professional and polite. I'm glad that they were able to correct the bad experience that I had with sending someone out today. He arrived early, was smart and helped me understand the issues. Huge thank you to Jared!

Very unprofessional! I scheduled an estimate meeting 2 weeks ago for today between 10 am and noon.  My roof is 7 year old roof (replaced by them) and it's leaking in my dining room through a light fixture. I receive a call at 10:12 am today by a female employee stating that she has bad news. I was told that the estimator is running severely behind due to his truck breaking down and they asked me to reschedule with them for Monday. Unable to reschedule, I was left with no option for an appointment today. I don't appreciate getting a call during my appointment window time asking to reschedule for next week! I left the office at 9:30 am to be home and took the remainder of the day to work from home when I really wanted to be in the office. If this is how they treat me during the consultation appointment, I can be left to wonder how they will treat me during service appointments! Bad business Overson!

We had a minor leak and needed some drywall, baseboard, and door trim work done. Taylor gave a very good quote, and his work was impeccable. I highly recommend him for any project, including drywall, painting, texturing, and flooring. When it's time for my roofing, he'll be my first call.

Appreciated the fast response, and fitting me into there schedule with very short notice.  Eric is very dedicated to his business and is very conscientious of doing a good job at a fair price.  He made a point of following up and addressed all my concerns after he finished the job of repairing my roof.

Very nice owner. I had broken roof tiles fixed, home side slab concrete patched in a few places, and roof leak sealed. Quality work and efficient with time. Prompt, honest, and respectful. Reasonable with pricing and good communication. Recommended and will use in the future.

They were working on my next door neighbor's roof I figured I should get them to inspect my 20 yr. roof. Glad I did. Replaced several broken tiles and resealed roof over the porch. Remember repairs are cheaper than replacements.

We had our tile roof underlayment replaced this week by Patterson Roofing and they did a splendid job. The quality of their workmanship was outstanding and they paid attention to all the details of the job. We couldn't be happier with the results. We got 3 quotes from roofing contractors for the job and they were all licensed, bonded and insured and Patterson Roofing was the low bidder. Generally I wouldn't necessarily take the low bid but William's professionalism and attention to my concerns stood out as well as the promptness of the bid.
The team showed up on time everyday and worked hard and cleaned up after they were done each day and made sure we had no questions or concerns. The one concern I brought up with William on day 2 was promptly answered to my complete satisfaction. My opinion is that if you don't use Patterson Roofing for your project you are making a mistake.

From start to finish Stapleton Roofing has been fantastic!! Took me a while to decide between quotes and roofing options...I always liked the idea of a foam roof and so glad I trusted my instinct and went with this company! Experience was smooth from day one thru out the entire process...arrived as planned, each team had decades of knowledge & experience, worked professionally each day and yards were cleaned up daily! They suggested waiting out a rainy weekend and they were spot on back on Monday for the final coats. When it came time to spray they even covered the few cars parked near my home just in case! Each foreman gave me a daily update & what to expect next...all questions or calls were returned within an hour!! My neighbors were so impressed that Stapleton is replacing their tile room right now! I encourage you to call for your roofing needs...you will be glad you did!!

We had many leaks in our roof and had Mark Dunne come out to repair the roof. He told us we didn't need a new roof at the time and he charged us $8,000 to spray some stuff on it and repair it. We trusted his expert opinion and did what he told us to do. Every time it rained the roof continued to leak, over and over and over again. We called him to come fix it, he'd show up but still never fixed the problem. I have been dealing with a leaky roof now for 2 years after spending $8,000 on it. I'm extremely frustrated, disappointed and feel as though he scammed us. I would never use this company EVER again!

I messaged to schedule a free estimate on our roof and we confirmed an appointment . However, on the day of our appointment no one showed up and there was no phone call.

Make sure to read the contract fully before signing there is no way for a client to get out of it without having to pay this company 33% of the total I was fully cooperative with all they asked for my side of the bargain so they could have an easy install when the install was ready I removed all my blinds and moved everything out of the way when I received a call saying they have all my products ready for install come to find out my order was never placed after 3 months and the windows they brought were not the correct windows or even the correct sizes for my house it was a different clients I called the next day she said it will take about 2 weeks. the lady that I was speaking to was fired due to messing up other clients orders. It has been over a month since I removed all my blinds and moved everything out of the way (which it's still like that because there's no point in putting them back)  I have not received a call or even heard anything from the company about my windows and doors so I called to cancel my services due to not fulfillment to the contract and Miscommunication on there side and to let them know that I just don't want the windows and doors anymore and immediately the guy said that is impossible due to the contract and they have the high attorneys for this situation and as a company we will not lose
I did not read the contract fully but there is NO EXIT CLAUSE for the client to have the right to cancel after the company has not hold up there bargain so just make sure you read the whole contract because this company only cares about one thing only and that is scamming people into contracts that only benefit them and could care less about a client I knew right away as soon as the guy I spoke to started bringing up attorney and lawsuits right when I said I would like to cancel the order than he also told me that it was my fault that I should of been calling them everyday because in his words and I quote if it was his house he wouldn't put up with that shit (laughing) how is it my fault as company you should of called your client and communicated with them of what's going on
