Chad Thomas was born and raised in Arizona since 1972. He started in the roofing industry at a early age of 15 with his father who was also a native of Arizona and one of the first licensed holders in the state. Needless to say roofing is in our blood. In 2001 Chad decided to start his own Roofing company named Allstate Roofing Inc. Allstate Roofing Inc. is a full service roofing company that is locally owned and family operated. The company was founded by: Chad and Kathy Thomas in 2001. Our core competency consists of services for virtually every aspect of a roofing project for both residential and commercial industries. Allstate Roofing Takes pride in every type of repair and roofing system installed. All projects are treated with the same respect, integrity and quality workmanship.

I reached out to a number of roofing businesses. Allstate Roofing had fantastic ratings and reviews on BBB. Quick response when I called. Veronica, in the front office was great to work with. She got a day/time lined up for Allstate Roofing to come out to give a quote which was appreciated. They were slammed with calls because of severe weather that had hit the Phoenix area.
I was told by one roofing business my whole roof needed to be replaced. The house was built in 2006 so I knew that didn't sound right. This was not the case!
When Chad from Allstate Roofing came out, he determined it was was the flat roof portions that were the issue. There were cracked tiles in a section of the tile roof so I decided to have those replaced while they were out there.
When the job started, which ended up being a month before estimated. Everyone knows products are on back order, but it turned out product arrived early. Brad supervised the project and he was professional and great to work with. Daily updates. The estimate I was given ended up being the final amount.
ALLSTATE ROOFING IS A 10 STAR COMPANY!!
On the south 202 this morning at 5:45am, one of the short Hispanic employees wearing a hat was driving in the HOV lane going slower than the rest of traffic. As I approached him from behind he started driving in 2 lanes putting other drivers in danger. He finally moved over and then FLIPPED ME OFF as I passed him. HE was the one doing wrong, but apparently he felt the need to harass me. Looks like he was reported in a review prior. This does NOT make your company look good at all and I would NEVER use a company that employs people like this. Word of mouth also prevents people from using companies, especially when they have idiotic employees that drive putting others in danger. HOW DOES AN EMPLOYEE IN A COMPANY VEHICLE HAVE SUCH DISREGARD FOR THE COMPANY THEY WORK FOR AND ACT LIKE THIS!!? He needs to be fired.
I had an overall great experience. Not only did the product come with the longest warranty for both labor and material, but it was also the best price. They were very respectful of my social distancing request. They were very easy to work with. They had a no pressure sales pitch and were willing to answer all of my questions. At the end of each day, they made sure to clean up. It was very easy to work with their office to coordinate the whole job.
My house had the original 60 year old tile roof so I couldn't complain much when it needed replacement. I had Allstate and two other well-regarded roofing companies come out for an estimate. Chad from Allstate was the one that seemed to be the most knowledgeable straight-talker. They really lived up to all these outstanding ratings. Every step along the way was pleasant and professional, from Veronica in the office to Nelson as the on-the-job supervisor. I hated to give up the tile, but these shingles are really beautiful. Come the monsoon season, I will be really glad I made this purchase.
I waited all morning for someone to show. No one came or if they did, they did not come to the door or call. When I called the office to find out when they were going to arrive, I was told someone (the owner, actually) had been to my house and was preparing a bid. I never received a bid. How do they stay in business?
Employee driving the company truck was driving recklessly and honked at me several times. Seemed to have severe road rage. Not a good look for the company.
We recently had our entire roof replaced from All State Roofing. The whole experience was wonderful. They were so efficient, hard working, and they did a fantastic job! We love it! They were honest and I will definitely recommend them to my friends and family!

Allstate Roofing is a first class company with integrity! After a recent hail storm we contacted a few roofing companies and quickly found out there is a huge difference! Allstate, from the first contact by Chad, owner of the company to the friendly and helpful office staff and then to the removal and installation crews and then Nelson who supervised the job each day were all efficient, experienced and very customer oriented and dedicated to doing the best job possible.

I had Allstate repair a leaking flat roof a few years ago. I was so happy with their work that I called them after a monsoon storm damaged my tile roof. Since the underlayment was at the end of its life I elected for a complete removal and replacement. I couldn't be happier with the quality of the work. They were timely and the job site was cleaner than when they started.5 stars !
Rain measured .85 today. No sign of any roof leaks.

A rarity for an Arizona contractor-On time, quality workmanship, courteous workers and pays attention to details. I had the entire roof stripped and replaced. Super good clean up and communication during job. No attempted add ons, job was done per quote.

I was in need of a new roof. After doing a lot of research I settled on Allstate Roofing. Am I glad I did. They were very easy to work with and very professional. They helped me select the shingles that looked good and gave me the warranty I was looking for. They also worked around a couple of rain days so I wouldn't have leak problems. The roof was finished in the timeframe laid out and I now have the best looking roof in the neighborhood. The price was also very competitive. I would recommend them and also use them in the future.
After getting a few estimates, chad and Allstate roofing were not only the most affordable but the most professional and friendly company I dealt with. Chad took the time to explain all of my options, exactly what I needed and I saw him several times during the project. This is a very professional company. They showed up on time,gave a very low bid. They had two supervisors on our roof every day. Never a problem. I would give this company a ten star if I could. They made things easy.
