I thought I had a few shingles come off the roof as there were multiple shingles in my yard. With all the monsoons, everyone's roof is taking a beating. I called around and roofing companies were 4-6 weeks out.  Which shows how busy it was.

But we keep getting monsoons and I was getting nervous that I would get a leak from missing shingles.

Multi-pro had great reviews on nextdoor app, so I decided to call. Chris just happened to be in the neighborhood and was at my house within 10 minutes! What a relief!

It was hot but he went up to the roof and the good news for me (bad for the neighbor) was the missing shingles were my neighbor's in the back. Chris said my roof was perfect and well made. He didn't even charge me!

Very friendly, professional, and very honest. Someone could have told me I was missing shingles and I would have not know. I easily would have paid for someone to climb on the roof with this heat, but he didn't charge. Great company and service!

So we needed a new roof. Never a good thing to have done, but it was time after the monsoon season and a leak was found. I got 5 bids. Then I was driving home and a Hardacker truck was stopped at the light.
Later I saw online reviews were good and gave them a call. Clyde showed up a couple days later for the bid. It was the very busy season, post monsoon like us...and everyone was a few weeks out. After comparing bids, we chose Hardacker. They were not the cheapest or most expensive. I like that they are a smaller company. They showed up on time and did the work. There was an issue when his guys drove up on our yard and ended up breaking our irrigation line. But we notified them and they came back the next day and took care of it. At the end, Clyde stopped by to get paid and there were a few little things we pointed out. He got right on it, brought his ladder out and fixed things . Hoping this roof lasts a long time...looks great and appreciate the work and communication!

We had a leak develop in our roof at Christmas, I called 4 companies after Christmas, only Mikku & sons called back, they came2 days later, estimated to fix the leak & do the whole roof since I was planning this later in the year.  I decided on the whole roof, estimate came within 1 day, roof was scheduled 2 weeks later, amazing.  The crews were on time, every day, very professional, the place worked like a well oiled machine.  They set up a website to communicate & coordinate.  The end product is excellent.  Cleaned up, picked up debris, nails, I wish half the companies I hire worked this well.  You can not go wrong, really good guys too. BTW, only one of those 4 companies called me, it was 2 weeks later, and they said they could come in March.

Jason with America Roofing has earned 5 Stars!  Jason has exceptional customer service. He shows or his staff will come on the day requested to inspect the roof.  It is an efficient inspection. It is fair. They will tell you what needs to be done and  what can wait.  I will continue to call on America Roofing and refer them!

We had Arizona Roofing Systems replace the underlayment on our roof. In general, they did a pretty good job. The people are super friendly and accessible. There were just a couple issues I wish had been handled better. First was the scheduling. We had certain days that were not good for us due to my daughter working the graveyard shift on Wednesday and Thursday night, they schedule us for Monday-Wednesday. Well, the job didn't complete until Friday afternoon. It would have been much better had they communicated to us what was going on the day before so we could have adjusted our schedules. Second, they couldn't find matching tiles. They assured us they would do it in such a way it wouldn't be noticeable. Well, they didn't. I have a couple very noticeable stripes. A little disappointing since every other house in our neighborhood that has had this done doesn't have this problem. Also, I asked that the mortar be tinted and it wasn't. These weren't huge issues, but certainly wish they had been handled better. Now, it just better be leak free!

Finding  a company you trust to service your investment property is hard especially when you can't be there. After requesting a quote via email, I was scheduled shortly after followed by the bid for repair which I was told when I should receive and like clock work, I received as promised. I knew this was the one to hire. Customer service is exceptional letting you know what is happening throughout the process and the price is good. After repair, Bill was sent and paid shortly after followed up by another statement showing payment was received. Little things like this makes it much easier during tax time. Throughout the process, communication was done via email which was nice not having to disrupt your day but keeping posted what was going on and eliminating having to play phone tag.

The monsoons of 2018 did a number on the back side of our roof. We had microbursts in our neighborhood that were ~70-80 mph, and it peeled up the entire back side of my house over our flat roofed Arizona room. I have a buddy who works in the pool industry who recommended I call Riley with Pro West because he had worked with them in the past.

The next day Riley came out to assess the roof and said we need the whole roof replaced(original roof from 1972 from what I understand). Not only was the back side of the flat roof ruined, but he found many missing and loose tiles on our actual pitched roof. I could end the review here, because I didn't have to do much after the first visit... They called our insurance, they filed the claim, and then scheduled the roof replacement the next week.

I think everyone in Phoenix was getting their roof replaced during this time so I was impressed they got out to our house so quickly. I was worried the claim might affect our insurance premiums but Riley was very well educated on the claim process and explained that the storm was classified as a catastrophic event and would not affect our personal premiums. more than likely our whole neighborhood(or zip code) would see increased premiums due to the amount of claims in the area.

The whole process was stress free and effortless for my wife and me. Riley recommended we go with a black roof which we didn't know if we wanted, but after seeing a few pictures he showed us of similar houses with black roofs we decided it would look great on our house. He explained it was not hotter than a lighter colored roof, which was our concern with the 120° temps in AZ summers.

Fast forward one week and we have a brand new roof and could not be more happy with how it looks. No trash left in our backyard, no cleanup needed. I just came home one afternoon and had a new roof, awesome. My air conditioning even went out when they were working on the roof and he had his HVAC guy come out and fix it the same day (just a fuse or bad wire I'm told). That was the real icing on the cake. I can't even get an AC guy out to my house same day when I have an actual AC problem!! he didn't charge us a dime for the AC work because it happened when his workers were on our roof; no questions asked.

Charles and his brother George and their crew did a beautiful job on our 2 story house. The colors that we choose are stunning. They fixed issues we had with our stucco, high pressure washed all the walls and finished the job quickly. They are professional and solicitous. They ask for feedback and truly wanted us to be happy with the job. The price was very reasonable. I highly recommend Charles and crew.

Great service.  Reasonable pricing.  I submitted a request for a quote on repairing water damage on my roof on a Saturday and heard back from the owner within a couple of hours.  He came out that day to look at my roof.  I told him I was going to request other quotes and compete his business.  He welcomed it.  He had his crew out to my house within 48 hours and emailed me a quote with contract for service within 24 hours of that.  He didn't use the damage as an excuse to try to sell me a new roof.  He just provided an honest assessment and a quote for the needed repairs.  

I contacted a competitor (TRM Roofing) for a quote the same Saturday I first contacted L&R.  That  company told me they'd send someone to take a look.  I never heard from them again.  

My time is valuable and I didn't want to waste it looking for other bids given the professionalism I saw from Luis (L&R's owner), but I still wanted the best deal.  I told Luis if he'd give me a discount on his already reasonable quote that I'd skip going out and looking for other bids.  He agreed and gave me a generous discount.

I highly recommend this company.  No BS.  Honest assessments.  Reasonable prices.  Prompt service.  Quality work.  Don't waste your time waiting on the other guys.

Ok, if you're tired of contractors not showing up, call SF Roofing. This company came out in the rain, climbed up on the roof, did some clean up and didn't try selling a thing that wasn't necessary. Fantastic pricing, prompt and professional. And, bonus, ladies, they don't talk to women like they're brainless!

I have an older home that I knew would need a new roof within a few years of moving in.  I researched a number of roofing businesses myself, and was referred by my brother to Brown roofing.  I was immediately impressed with Craig, as he was the only roofer who did the inspection and provided a written quote on the spot.  In addition, the quote was all inclusive, and Craig promised that he would not charge beyond what was quoted, and the quote was extremely competitive!  He was able to get me on his schedule in less than 2 weeks, and was finished within about 2 days.  Each day when I got home, the entire perimeter of my home was completely clean, and at the end Craig even came back and did paint touch up.  He ended up having to replace a number of facia boards and as promised, there was no extra charge.  I found Craig and his crew to be very professional and friendly.  I highly recommend Brown roofing.  They are fast, reliable, and did an amazing job.  My new roof looks great!

BEWARE BEWARE BEWARE I requested a quote through Yelp and never heard back. I ended up calling and eventually speaking to someone who I asked I send them an address and a few images of the paint job. He said he could come out either Fri or Sat for a quote. Heard nothing on Fri and texted Sat to ask when he would be arriving. He told me he was on the other side of town and wouldn't be out. I let him know we would continue looking for other companies and the reasons why. His reply says everything. Please take a look as I have posted it as well. Dodged a bullet with this one! Want to make sure others know what and who they are hiring. Here I am the whining coward simply because I expected communication, professionalism and respect of my time. You've been warned.

They were great ! They helped us with our rental. Communication was quick and easy. Very flexible with time as my husband and I work full time. Trustworthy, friendly, and great pricing !

Kyle returned my phone call very quickly.  Even though The Repair Guys couldn't come out he took the time to explain what a homeowner should look for when getting quotes for a tile roof that has leaked.  He was knowledgeable and also answered my questions.  He looked the property up (aerial view)  and pointed out other things in addition to my initial issue.  What great customer service!!  He should be given a raise!

Needed a quick quote and subsequent repairs done as we were selling our home. Evelyn- the owner- sent out Jake for the estimate. They were quick to respond, polite, and prompt! Just waiting now to get the work done- busy monsoon season and all !!

Of the several quotes I received, Estrella Roofing was the most comprehensive and reasonable.  Bart was extremely thorough and explained in detail why my roof was leaking.

Raul and his buddy did an excellent job completing the work, even providing pictures every step of the way.   They also left the work site spotless.

Poor communication. I called numerous times spoke to them and they said they were going to come by. And never did. They stop answering my inquiries for no reason. Seemed like a nice company unfortunately didn't get the service I thought I would given the rating

It's hard to find a roofing company that can be trusted and honest and experienced, and although my repairs aren't serious, they helped me with the repairs right away, thank you very much Robert and Dorothy, whose efforts and attitude can hold me to their trust.

After getting a second leak after my HOA jokingly repaired my roof in 6 months, I knew it was time to get it done right. Alex came out on Monday and gave me a quote to clean, repair and apply the top coating to the roof of my townhome. His estimate was spot on what I was expecting after receiving quotes from two other companies and I appreciated his friendly attitude and promptness.  I was put on the schedule for Saturday that week and then notified they could do my job on Friday - awesome! His crew showed up and promptly went to work, putting mesh around my air conditioner to prevent the pigeons from nesting and reattached the plumbing for my a/c unit as well. I appreciated their ownership as they protected my interests and made sure my neighbor's a/c run off was routed away from my roof as well. I would recommend Alex and team for any roofing job!
