I had a tree fall on my new roof and called Multi Pro again due to my previous good experience. Totally different one this time. I called multiple times and no one called back. Finally found a text number to the owner. The office called me back the next day and set appointment time. I told them I would be paying of coarse since it was a tree that caused the issue.  They came out in a couple days, and the guys found 6 cracked tiles. They called their boss and he said to tell me about their $350 minimum and I would need to pay it for the 6 tiles, which by the way I was providing the replacement tiles. I told them no thanks.  I have since called another contractor and the charge is $60. Guess customer service and loyalty left with Charlie.

I recently had my tile roof reroofed by Hardacker roofing. The owner Clyde came out to provide the estimate and spent time on top of my roof reviewing the condition. I had several companies come out to provide me estimates and the ones who never walked on my roof were not even considered. Clyde was on time and very professional. He provided me with a lot of information about the condition of my roof and options to consider. His estimate was emailed to me in a couple days and was very competitive. I decided to hire Hardacker after talking to Clyde's wife Bonnie who was very helpful over the phone when I had questions about new roof tiles. Bonnie was very flexible with the scheduling and accommodated the dates I requested. The roofers were on time and worked very full days to complete my job on time. I work from home and watched the progress and was very happy with work being performed. Quality seemed to be the focus on the work done. If I had a question the workers were helpful and provided whatever information I requested. When the Job was complete Clyde came out to meet with me and discuss the job. I was very satisfied with the job performed and my roof looks great. I would recommend Hardacker Roofing to anyone.

Did a great job on complete roof job with skylight replacement. Very responsive. Quick estimate and  was able to start job right away. Finished job prior to heavy rains.

I really love these guys they did a great job. My roof looks great! The guys were very courteous. They made sure my yard was clean every day. After the whole job I found two nails which is unbelievable. I used to be a roofer myself and we did not compare to the standard that these guys have. The superintendent Luis Hernandez called us every day to make sure we were happy. When he came in for the final inspection he fixed some of my facia that was not even their responsibility. He also noticed that they did not torch down my patio which is one of his expectations. That kind of roofing will usually seal on its own but, he came back to my house and made sure that it was up to his standards. America Roofing really has a great asset in this man. If he's ever looking for a job I'll hire him. Of course I don't think that will happen. Great job Luis!! You're a bad ass!!!

These guys suck! Spent over $40,000 on The last roof you'll ever need - lifetime gaurantee!. Now I have 7 leaks in my roof. Some new, some of the same old leaks. I can't even get a return phone call! I have been calling them since November! They came out once, roof still leaks and I have been getting blown off ever since. Once they have your money - have a nice day!

All of the work was done on time and with the result that I was expecting.  They did a good job of cleaning up debris and nails.  I would recommend them to anybody wanting a quality job.

Jordan and Allie were so great! I never thought that my insurance company would cover a replacement and I needed one bad. I was dreading monsoon season, but not anymore! Jordan told me not to worry and he was right! Full replacement! They handled everything and made what should have been a very stressful process absolutely seamless. Luis and L&R roofing are honest, fair and competent professionals and I highly recommend them.  He did a great job in communicating and finding a solution in a timely manner and followed up accordingly.  I had damaged tiles that needed replacement and he went out of his way to fit in this smaller job with his busy schedule.  I couldn't be more satisfied!  His dependable work on the small things definitely reflects his great reviews and the excellent outcomes of his bigger projects.

We had a new vent from a water heater install that resulted in a gap that would have been a sure leak with upcoming rain.  They responded almost instantly and made a quick fix the same morning.  Highly recommend!

We had a few companies come out to give us a quote on a new roof. Brown roofing fell in the middle of the price range for estimates but we felt it was a fair estimate and we were in good hands, and in good hands we were. They finished the job in 2.5 days and each day they cleaned up so well which was important with little ones in the home! They replaced a few pieces of wood with no charge and painted the trim after. They had the roof inspected one last time before we paid to make sure the work was done impeccably. From start to finish it was a great experience and the roof looks great! I can't recommend them enough!

We have had two painting jobs completed by Desert Eagle.  The first was completed several weeks ago, and the second one just today.  In both cases we were very pleased with the quality of the work, and feel like we received a great value for the money that we paid.  The first job was the painting of our front entry door (inside and outside) and the repainting of several kitchen cabinet doors.  The second job was painting the inside of the the perimeter wall around our yard, a concrete block wall that was recently re-stuccoed.  We made contact with co-owner John Baker after he painted the exterior of our neighbor's house.  He successfully bid on the front door/kitchen job, we had him back to do the fence work, and we plan to use him next year again when we paint the exterior of our home.  John performed the work himself on the fence, and one of his men did the door and cabinets.  Both were very professional and took care to work clean and neat.  We do not hesitate in recommending this business.

We were selling out house and only needed minor work done. We could not find a roofing company that thought the job was worthwhile until Jordan! He came out and did the job in two days. Amazing work and awesome guy.

Nov 2019, keep in mind not monsoon season.  It took 10 days for them to show up.  They showed up on Thursday morning on Nov 7.  I did not hear back from them until Monday 11/11 late evening at which time they indicated the quote was still not ready but they supposedly were working on it.  The work was very minor and I did not expect to wait this long for a quote!!!!

I don't feel like they are properly staffed, and don't have the necessary resources to get the job done on a timely fashion.

They came to check my roof which needed absolutely nothing and they were honest about it. Really grateful for their honestly.

This is the second time I have used them for roofing needs.  If you want the highest quality work from an honest company who also has great customer service, then look no further!  I cannot say enough nice things about them and as a Realtor I deal with many roofers.  Thank you Juan!

June 17, 2022 a microburst tore through our neighborhood and after less than one minute much damage ensued. Among other things, our roof sustained damage and one of the ceramic roof tiles ended up in the neighbor's yard. State 48 Roofing was chosen from a list of State Farm recommended companies. We were contacted and scheduled within 1-2 days after we contacted them and work was begun within 3-4 days. There were pictures of the roof  damage provided to me BEFORE and AFTER the repair. A couple days AFTER the repair was completed and after they were paid, I noticed several areas of lifted tiles not seen in the pictures, I TOTALLY appreciated their fast response to my concern. I was mainly impressed because even though they had already been paid, Brent, a workman was sent back to my residence within one day of my complaint. Brent was friendly, caring, and amazing in his explanation and clarification of the miscommunication that had happened. He also instructed me to contact the office again if I see anything else that bothers me and that it would be rectified as fast as possible. Brent also provided pictures after he corrected the areas.
As a result, I have NO RESERVATIONS about leaving this POSITIVE review for State 48 Roofing!! I have recommended them to my other neighbors that were impacted by the microburst in hopes that they will also reach out to them for a fair and competitive estimate.

We had a leak in our ceiling on Christmas Eve! After getting a few quotes we confidently chose Advanced Quality Roofing. They were fantastic. Everyone was friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. We met with Robert and Trevor and they did a great job explaining things and even showed us pictures of what they found on our roof. We had our patio redone too - we knew that was going to need to be done soon! The crew that came to do everything was great as well. Jacob was so nice and informative. He answered every question I had (and I'm not afraid of asking dumb questions!). The group of guys he had with him were great too - always left things clean, did quality work and were also friendly!
