Patrick and James were great to work with.  I called the company late one night and the next morning Patrick called and scheduled James to check my roof where I previously had a leak.  James checked the area, took pictures and showed me the area that needed repaired.  James checked with Patrick who immediately gave me a reasonable quote to repair it 'on the spot'.  Within and hours or so, James finished the job, again showing me pictures of the area before and after the repair job.  I'll always call Multi-Pro for any roofing issues.

So I had a communication problem with this company. Although they said they left messages, I never received any. I was not going to use them but then John Haag called me from my house while I was at work. He was the person that was supposed to show up initially. I was not expecting anything from them but he took upon himself to rectify the situation. He explained his side which was perfectly understandable. He apologized for the miscommunication and got to work. He fixed the leak. He recommended some other work and advice which to my relief, it was not as bad as I thought.  He totally change my mind of this company because of his customer service.  Because of him I will end up using them again. Thanks John for saving the day.

I received 2 quotes for BUR and then called Mikku and Sons and their quote for foam was not much higher so I decided it was worth the extra expense after talking to Devin. Josh came out (on time) and taped the plywood seams and sprayed on the foam with a nice level coat of foam and offered to return to apply the second coat of elastomeric after the stucco guys finished, just in case the damage the coating. I was very pleased with the results and would not hesitate to recommend them for a foam roof.

Jason with America Roofing has earned 5 Stars!  Jason has exceptional customer service. He shows or his staff will come on the day requested to inspect the roof.  It is an efficient inspection. It is fair. They will tell you what needs to be done and  what can wait.  I will continue to call on America Roofing and refer them!

Excellent from start to finish. I am 2500 miles away from my home in Arizona and Josh handled everything. Arizona roofing came in well under the estimate and put better materials on the roof then I had before the damage. I highly recommend them.

Over the past few years, more and more shingles have blown off my roof. Quite a few roofing companies have knocked on my door asking for my business, but my insurance had already told me there was only $600 worth of damage since it was only the outer edge shingles. Last June I got a letter from Doni Calvert saying that ProWest would work with my insurance company to get them to pay for a roof replacement. And he and his brother Doug did just that. When the day arrived for the work to be done, the roofers arrived before dawn, and had the entire job finished and cleaned up about the time the sun was setting. The roof looks great. Luis and company were very responsive in providing a detailed estimate for a complete tear off and re-roofing project for an asphalt shingle roof on my 1,110 SF house.  They were professional with the contract paperwork, proof of insurance, ROC registration, and references.  All paperwork was provided via email and they use electronic signatures and payment (if needed) to speed up the process. Their pricing was very competitive. I verified all references, licenses, and insurance provider.  All questions were answered promptly, either by Yelp, Email, or even texts from the owner.  The work was completed in 2 days and the roof looks great.  I would use them again for another roofing project.  Luis, Thanks for a job well done!

We recently decided to have our tile roof repaired, i.e. tile removal and replacement of the underlayment which was 24 years old. Of 4 estimates by top Phoenix Metro area roofing contractors, we selected Brown Roofing (owner Craig Brown) in Phoenix to do the job for 5 primary reasons, i.e. lowest price, good reviews, good credentials, referral discount and an open, honest, and personal/personable on site estimate by Craig Brown. Craig's crew did an excellent job which was completed on time and within the cost estimate. There was also a two-day rain delay and Craig's crew's work-around was totally successful. We wish to openly thank Brown Roofing (Craig) for a job well done! Additionally, the dark brown facer and bird-stopper flashing turned out to be just perfect.

An added note for future roof repair seekers, make sure you read the estimate for your job
thoroughly. One of the five roof repair contractors actually put a clause in his estimate that his crew could have full access to and use of our in-home personal bathroom...ugh!

Loved rainstorms until a few weeks ago when I discovered a leak in my laundry room.  And by 'leak' I mean semi torrential shower, requiring towels, buckets and wine (for my attitude).
As with all home projects,  I yelped my way to help, and found John at Desert Eagle.  He immediately scheduled time to come out and assess the situation and found a few 'opportunities' on my roof. Gave me a reasonable estimate and scheduled the work. Within a week, and 2 storms later, my laundry room is dry, and I'm happy.
Here's the thing.  In a situation like this ...where you can't do it yourself, and there are hundreds of people out there who offer what you need,  and there are way bigger jobs that may be more attractive than yours, you need to have someone you trust (not 'settle' for).   Call John. Just call him!

When it comes to home inspections and repairs copper west roofing is the company to call. When I reached out for a roof inspection he came out the next day and did the inspection and let us know that needed to been repaired or replaced.  Jordan also included pictures of the roof to show the issues with it.

I would gladly use him again and refer him to anyone who needs inspections or repairs!

Our roof needed a little work. One other company came out to look at it. Between being a small job and not really wanting to work on a tile roof, we got the distinct feeling that the other company didn't want the job. When we called the Repair Guys, they were most responsive, had a guy out to estimate it the next day and we were on the schedule. The work was done on time, quickly and our roof looks great. They earned a five star rating from us.

I called and they called back.  We're off to a good start and it only got better from here.  Geoff shows up when he said, he was easy to talk with and trust.   He gave me a great description of what was happening followed-up with photos showing me what he was telling me about the roof.  I had 5 broken tiles, missing half the tile basically and a couple cracked that they fixed.   Erica in the office handled the majority of my communication and she was clear and thorough; very easy to work with and understand.  Garrett handled the roof and while I did not meet him as First Response handled it while I was at work without me having to be there--how awesome! but anyway, he did take pictures of the things he fixed and they were included in the report.  Overall--excellent service, superb follow through and I would highly recommend doing business if repairs are needed for your roofing.  I will be telling any of my neighbors.

Little higher price quote than competitor but went with them based on the thorouness of the appraiser on what needed repairs and pictures on what needed repaired . Arrived 4 business days after appraisal- brought 5 men with them - made repairs in timely manner. Did thorough cleanup before leaving .

I'm in Mortgage and often have clients that need to do roof repairs in order to sell their home so they can purchase. I've always recommended Jason! He's honest, reliable, and will tell you what does- and more importantly what does NOT need to be done!

One of my clients needed to sell in order to buy. The buyer for her home was not confident with the roof issues that came up on inspection. She got two quotes from other roofers and both said the roof needed to be replaced. She needed $12,000 and was going to pull it from a home equity line she had, called me in a panic, worried that the increased debt would hinder her prequal on the new home. I asked her to trust me and get one more quote, I passed her Jason info and she reached out.
Get this, she did NOT need a brand new roof! She did need a couple grand in repairs, but that was enough to make the buyer feel confident moving forward!

I started searching for a roofer in my area on Yelp and noted that Advanced Quality Roofing had received a large number of 5-Star Reviews. I contacted the company and arranged a meeting with the owner (Robert) for the following day. He arrived on time and wearing a mask. We spoke about the job at hand and he left promising to send me an estimate the following day. I received the estimate, was satisfied with it, and decided to use his services.
His crew arrived 2 days later and he joined them shortly thereafter. His crew consisted of 5 young men all eager to start the work. I have worked with a number of sub-contractors in the past and I must say that this crew was hard-working (working from 8:30 am sharp until 6:30 pm) and extremely efficient. No corners were cut and the final result was a roof that was professionally installed and included a 10 year warranty.
The job ended after 5 days but didn't stop there. The clean-up was not to be believed! All excess materials and trash were completely picked up and they even had a large magnet on wheels which picked up all nails and metal objects left on the ground.
To say I was completely satisfied is an understatement. I would not hesitate to highly recommend Advanced Quality Roofing to anyone desiring roof repair or installation. First Class Company!

Offered to replace a mission tile for $250.  It was fixed by another company for $60.  Yes, they told me no job too small but minimum of $250.  Another company, who told me the job was too small but recommended someone who does small jobs.  That's called integrity.
