Selling a house, the Home Inspector found a few problem areas with roof. The roofers came in, not only doing a great job repairing areas identified in inspection report, but then checked entire roof to ensure there were no other problems not included in inspection.

It was no easy feat for me to find a trustworthy, quality roofing company.  I tried to get in touch with the one I used on my old house in 2016 but I don't know if they're still in business as they didn't answer the phone nor could I leave a message with the mailbox full.  I sent out multiple Yelp inquiries to several companies and this one was the first to respond.  This company was the most appealing to me out of the other ones with it's good reviews and friendly customer service team.

Their estimator Todd was able to come out the same afternoon.  I was on edge all day with the damage stressing me out and I really appreciated how Todd was so friendly, knowledgeable, and thorough he was during the inspection.  I spent some time with him outside while he was inspecting and he took the time to explain to me what he was seeing and answered all of my questions.  What sold me before the visit was over was that he cared enough to carry his clipboard with him to take notes, took pictures, and came inside my home to see how the damage from the outside was affecting the inside.
I had different roofer come out before him and did none of this with the visit ending after 10 minutes.  Todd's visit took about 30 minutes.  He was able to confirm the same details as the other roofer and provided so much more information.

At the end of the visit, Todd wrote out an invoice with the details of the job and quoted me a price I could live with to my relief.  The different roofer wanted to replace only half of the roof and leave the other half alone as it was still in good condition.  Different roofer also said that he doesn't work with foam and there was some damage that occurred in the areas where the foam was.  Todd's proposal only needed to have my roof resealed, a couple of broken shingles replaced, and all the holes left by birds patched up.  They had no limitations on the materials to work with, including foam.  I was able to save thousands of dollars in unnecessary work and get ALL of the damaged areas repaired thanks to him and ARS.

Now that the repair is done and payment taken, I wanted to leave my thoughts.  There were some hiccups that prevented me from rating a perfect 5 stars but those hiccups were quickly rectified to my satisfaction.  You can rest easy with choosing this company.  I won't hesitate on calling them again for future projects.

Years ago after the hail storm, I had these guys come inspect my roof.  To my surprise, they said the roof was fine and did not charge me for the inspection.  Their honesty stuck with me, so when we noticed a leak from our deck roof at our new house, we called them.  They showed up on time, did a great job and were excellent to deal with.  Only issue was some flashing came loose a few days after they were here.  I called them about this and they came right away to fix.  That is all you can ask for.  I recommend this company!

I reached out to Prowest following a bad storm in Tempe that caused roof damage and leaking.  I was contacted back the next day by Jeff Guthrie.  Mr. Guthrie was very helpful and professional for the entire process.  Upon evaluating the roof and reviewing the storm that took place on the day the damage occurred, he recommended involving my insurance agency.

Mr. Guthrie worked on my behalf and handled the insurance claim start to finish.  He laid out the expected timeline and was very upfront about what to expect when dealing with the insurance company for the roof replacement.  I was relieved that Mr. Guthrie was so knowledgeable on the insurance claim process.  Mr. Guthrie made sure to make himself available for me at anytime and was at the insurance inspection, I felt relieved that he saw his work though start to finish.

I had limited knowledge on roof material but conducted research and found that Prowest was a GAF Master Elite contractor.  This was great assurance knowing I found a great reliable company that is certified appropriately and uses the best material available.

I would recommend contacting Prowest and working with Jeff Guthrie for your roofing needs.  Jeff and team have made this process very easy for me.  The re-roof turned out great and happy not to have to worry about my damaged / leaky roof anymore.

Yelp is fantastic being able to send our Job requests via messaging to either one company or receive competitive messages and quotes- L&R roofing was phenomenal in responding in just minutes, we had someone to our home the same day with a quote and a follow up card in the mail as well.   Luis was informative, and we paid 50% down right away b/c as you can imagine with all the monsoons and half of Phoenix needing roof repair we needed to get going.

This was a 1700 sq. ft. home with a 41 year old tile roof and two leaking skylights on the Arizona room begging the question what will they find under there? The job was completed in less than three days within the cost estimate and I honestly have to say that the completed results of the two new roofs could not have been completed with more attention to detail or constructed more perfectly than if they had done the work on their own homes. John Baker & John Baker Jr. are awesome guys and they do great work! Have used them for a couple years now as my go to roofers for myself and my clients. They just re-did all the underlayment for my client in Glendale & are going to be doing some foam roof repairs for a client in Sun City after escrow closes. I highly recommend them if you want the job done right and reasonable pricing.

I had some repairs and maintenance work done after I had some leaks during monsoon season. Most of my home has an asphalt shingle roof, but an addition has a foam roof. The Repair guys re-sealed my foam roof and did an excellent job.

Estrella roofing went beyond my expectations. From the start the estimator (Bart) did the most complete inspection of our roof of the four estimates we received, he was the only one who removed tiles to get a good look underneath and give us a true and honest quote. Their price came in middle of the road which worked for me. Once we chose them the office kept in touch with us, letting us know when material was going to be delivered and when the actual work would begin. And once the work started the crew were like machines. Two days into the work when it rained it was no problem- they had taken precautions and everything was protected from the elements. Finished up in five days, inspected the work a couple days later, and sent a painter out to match a fascia board we had replaced. They kept every promise they made and sent pictures as the work was getting done. Payment was easy and they worked with us as we moved money around for this big purchase. Every step with Estrella Roofing was easy and professional, can't recommend these guys enough!

Extremely disappointed with my experience with State 48 Roofing. The company provided a quote and did not honor it. I can understand if there was a slight mis-judgement. But they wanted to charge us MORE THAN DOUBLE what was quoted. Price gouging is real and that was my experience with this company. Definitely do not recommend after that experience. Thankfully, we had the opportunity to go with a different company for close to the original quote provided by State 48. Buyer beware with this company who won't even honor their own word.

We had a HUGE problem with our Patio deck above our garage.  1st it was so difficult to get anyone take on this type of project.  But fortunately using Yelp which I have had very good experience with,  I had 3 people give me Quotes.  I felt the most comfortable with Spartan Roofing and Alex who gave me the quote.  Not to mention they were the cheapest by far.  Even though it was the cheapest I decided to use them because Alex seemed to be the best fit for us.  Well, my gut was correct.  They were FANTASTIC!!!!! The guys that did the work were super kind and very knowledgeable about what they were doing.  They cleaned up and were very respectful to my home.  I will be always using them in the future for ANY roofing service.  Thanks Alex and crew for being honest, fair and kind on your work.
