TSM roofing

After the Oct 2022 hail-storm here in Scottsdale, our roof really took a beating. My husband contacted three different roofing contractors as per insurance instruction, but didn't have that 100% level of confidence that he likes to have. He was noticing one sign in most all of our neighbor's yards for TSM Roofing. By chance, he was outside and noticed a guy on our neighbor's roof; his name was Tyler and he was one of the owners of TSM Roofing. My husband asked him if he could do ours afterwards and we made an appointment for the following Monday.
He was on the roofing marking the storm damage, taking photos and writing the estimate for some time. When he came down he said that if we wanted to hire him, send him the insurance point of contact and he could take it from there. When he sent us the estimate later that night, his attention to detail was tremendous and his estimate was competitive. Due to his professionalism and his customer service skills, we hired him on the spot.
He started working with my insurance and a couple of weeks later we had a beautiful new roof and their cleanup was sensational. He was on site and his crew completed the roof in one day. When it came time to pay, he had exact figures from the insurance company and made sure that I did not pay a dime more than my deductible. Tyler was honest, had the highest level of integrity, and took great care of this military family. His office staff and his crew members were friendly and the crew did wonderful work. I know there are reputable companies in every industry and service; but often they are hard to find.  I met Dustin from TSM after a storm event in the Prescott Valley area.  Many roofs were damaged in our community and he was handing out cards like most companies do when there is opportunity for business.  Little did I know at the time, that my relationship with Dustin and TSM roofing would be an amazing experience.  Our insurance adjuster came within a week or so, and someone from TSM was here to help guide them through all the damage.  Well, the adjuster/company only offered a small amount for what HE saw as damages.  Dustin followed up with a detailed damage assessment, and after some back and forth, the insurance company paid for nearly a full roof replacement.  Dustin helped with the product selection and held off the actual replacement until the weather was warm enough to seal the shingles together.  The roof was finished in a day, it was an absolute mess, that the crew cleaned up perfectly.  And after they left, Dustin stayed for another hour or so walking the property with his magnet broom making sure that they got as many nails as possible.  He even sprayed and scrubbed some of the pavers on the patio and driveway that had some blackmarks from the process.  Don't look any further for a roofing company that you can trust.  Just call TSM.

Awesome family owned and operated roofing company. I called TSM Roofing because I needed to get an inspection done on my roof for my home owners insurance. I spoke with Carolyn , who was a delight to talk to, and explained to her what I need and she was able to get Wendell out to my residence the next day to do the inspection.

Wendell gave me a call before heading out to my residence and explained to me what he was going to inspect and how long the inspection was going to take. My insurance company needed a minimum of 6 photos of the roof from different angles and some details of the roof with the estimated age of the roof, which I asked Wendell about and he said that would be no problem. After the inspection was done, Wendell gave me another call and went over all of the details from the inspection and sent me an email with the pictures and documentation that I needed.

I highly recommend TSM Roofing for any roofing needs that you might have and I will be using them for all of my future roofing needs, again TSM Roofing is an awesome family owned and operated roofing company. Thank you TSM Roofing for your help.

TSM did an amazing job! They have an awesome team and got the job done quickly and cleaned everything up after it was all finished. They were very friendly and communicated through the whole process. My new roof looks great! I highly recommend this company.

This is way overdue. I had TSM out in July to do a full roof replacement. They fit me into the schedule in about 5 days. Not kidding. Within 1 week, I had a brand new roof...in the middle of monsoon season. Absolutely stellar job. When I reported a skylight leak, Carolyn sent someone out within a few days to fix the area on a Saturday and he reviewed the rest of the roof as a precaution. Super responsive, pleasant, and just all around good people. Thanks to Carolyn, Tyler, Courtney, and the guy I like to call flat roof guy (never got his name, but he was great too).

TSM roofing did an excellent job for our roof. No more leaks after they came out and did their repairs!
I am so grateful because I called after normal business hours and still received a prompt callback and service scheduled the next day.
I have already referred my neighbors to them since a few of us suffered after the recent storms.

Wow these guys are an amazing find. They are so fast professional and great prices. They came recommended to me by a friend. Called meet and quote next day. Roof installed 1 week later. I wish all trades were like these guys. If I good give 6 stars I would.

I have worked with many contractors over the last 50 plus years and TSM Roofing is one of the best experiences I have ever had.  They were responsive, timely, extremely professional and easy to work with.  The proposal/price to repair my roof was, in my opinion, more than fair, and the work was performed on time.   Tyler and Carolyn at TSM were a joy to work with and far exceeded my expectations.   The whole experience was simply outstanding!

Quality job at an affordable price by professional roofers. Did a GREAT. job cleaning up the mess each day and finished 1/2 day early. I would use them again and recommend them highly.
