Very prompt and pleasant. Called in the morning had someone there by 1 pm. Had an unexpected appointment while he was working. He was very agreeable to leaving and coming back. My issue was a Ethernet outlet which was dead.  Opened up the wall unit and it was a tangled mess, plus our outlet itself was wired incorrectly.

I was recommended to springs & sons by my pool guy to replace some burned out led lights. After getting quotes from a couple places and getting the run around, I went with these guys and so happy I did. They were efficient, the new lights look great and although it wasn't cheap it was worth it. There was one minor issue with the timer of my yard lights and they came out first thing to get it fixed. Hopefully I won't need to replace the lights again soon, but if I do I'll call them for sure.

They were very thorough during the quoting process (many of their competitors left out significant components). The quoted price was fair and was what I actually paid. The work was done as described and appears to be of high quality. I couldn't ask for anything more.

Tommy was great to work. Exceptional communication, before the job (while planning) as well as throughout. Their work was very detailed. Installing recessed lights in stucco can be tricky, but they took great care and the finished product looked amazing!

Our bathroom was stuck in the 80s and now it's not! We are so happy and don't even think we could be happier! Qualtire came in and got rid of our big tub and everything else and put in a water closet, put in a beautiful walk in shower, new cabinets, new flooring, new paint, everything is new and beautiful and such high-quality. Second time calling them out and was so impressed again the second time that I need to get a review done. They did a very large job for us three years ago. Job was well done. Contacted this week about during some further work and he was out the next day to give fair estimate. Quick and explains everything very well.

I had an issue with a hot water heater not working in a rental home in Tempe over the weekend due to improper installation by my plumber.   I called Lundell Electric Monday morning and was lucky to get the owner Dan to meet me at the property in the early afternoon.  He spotted the problem right away (wrong type of connector to connect aluminum wire to copper which caused the wires to loosen and cause a reaction)  He was able to install new wires and the proper connector to make everything safe.  He also talked to my plumber to let him know the proper connector that should have been used and the reason the red type aren't always the best choice.   I will certainly not hesitate to contact Lundell electric for all my future electrical needs for my own home and rentals.  Thanks Dan!
