Ready Roofing

I was fast approaching the need for a roof repair. My neighbor had used Ready Roofing and was very satisfied with their service, price and professionalism. I have a complex roof and a medium to large home. When I needed estimates for my roof replacement, I added Ready Roofing into the four estimates I received.

When I was comparing the estimates, I did not just go on price, I reviewed references, the quality of the workman used and the materials being spec'd out for the complete job.  I also went with my gut feeling for the people with whom I spoke and their professionalism. I was working with a neighbor down the street and we were comparing notes as he too was looking to have his roof replaced. For the same reasons we both chose Ready Roofing.

Steve was in constant contact with us and let us know what to expect, when and who would be running our job. His teams were neat, on time and very professional. They cleaned up after themselves every day and were able to finish the job on the early side of the estimate.

There were no added surprises for the final bill.

Roofing can be a costly expense and is typically one of the most dreaded repairs a home owner faces.  I would recommend Ready Roofing and Steve without reservation.

We had a small leak this summer and realized the dreaded roof replacement was needed. Steve was very responsive even as he and his team were incredibly busy during monsoon season. We asked to delay the roof to allow us to get finances ready and he was very understanding.  He followed up with me a month later as discussed and quickly got us scheduled. His team has been great and they clean up very well every night.  He also sends daily picture updates in the evening which has been great to keep updated on the progress.  Give Steve a call and you won't be disappointed!

Had roof leak which caved in my second floor closet ceiling.  Contacted Steve at Ready Roofing.  He came out with his crew, surveyed the damage. Provided a quote the next day.  Throughout the process he was transparent, had great communication, was prompt and honest.  I had called several other roofers but they only seemed interested in replacing the whole roof.  Steve and his crew got the job knocked out as scheduled and only did the work that was necessary.
