I procrastinated in writing this review, which I felt compelled to do after a great experience with Anthem Roofing LLC. However, I'm glad I waited so I can depict the entire experience working with this company.

First, I called the morning after a hellacious rainstorm we had in Anthem that exposed a leak in our bedroom. He answered the phone promptly and agreed to come out the same day. I mentioned I was busy that afternoon and he literally came over to the house within an hour of the call!

Next, when he assessed the situation, he quickly identified the issue and explained in detail what needed to be done to fix the leak. In addition, he recognized some dry rot under the eaves in our courtyard area that our home inspector completely failed to point out when we bought our house 6 months earlier.

He demonstrated competence, punctuality, and went about his business in a meticulous matter, which is extremely important to me personally. He was responsive and provided a fair quote. In fact, the job took a bit longer than anticipated, and I predetermined a fair compensation for his additional time. He declined, but I wrote the check anyway to express my thanks for his determination to complete the job correctly.  

Lastly, and to my complete surprise, I received a phone call some weeks later offering to come over and replace additional sheathing in our courtyard. What??!! I could not believe it! This work was not part of the original quote and while the sheathing may not have been aesthetically pleasing to the eye, you'd really have to look for it to even notice it. He had a member of his team come out and replace it that day! No charge and no kidding! This is why I'm glad I procrastinated in writing what would have already been a great review, so I could address what made the entire experience, quite frankly, unbelievable!

Thank you, Anthem Roofing LLC! Wayne, you are one of a kind in how you conduct business and you will be my roofer and referral from this day forward. And thanks to Brendon for coming out and doing a great job on the additional, yet unexpected work. For the cynics like myself, who feel as if it's a roll of the dice to find a good contractor, look no further for a professional roofing company that will absolutely WOW you with the way they conduct business.

RHS Roofing has done an excellent roofing job in addition to expeditious manner. Anthony came immediately to offer me an estimate that I believe his estimate was a good price for the whole roof as well and he was dedicated to his responsibility.
I would recommend it to everyone when it comes to roofing repair.

Had my roof replaced by Castillo Roofing LLC. Ubaldo, the owner came out and provided a free estimate. He explained what he was going to do, provided a written quote. Scope included a complete removal, anticipated wood repair, replacement of sky light and shed.

Projected 2000 square feet. Told him where I had a leak and he explained what they would do. Work had a reasonable warranty. Never had a complete roof repair and got another quote to cross check cost.  Was very happy with Castillo Roofing price.

Work was schedule but we had a rain delay. Job took two days to complete. Three workers Day 1 and four workers on Day 2. Ubaldo checked work completed at the end of each day. Good clean up and very polite and professional work force.

My Brother-in-Law highly recommended Castillo Roofing. He was right. Ubaldo is now doing roof repair for Niece! Happy to find a reliable roofing company and a small family owned business!

Only Roofer That Didn't Say NO WAY-WON'T TOUCH THAT ROOF
When you are in a jam, lets face it, you are in a jam. We have a property that needed a roof pretty badly. The problem was due to cost we could only afford to put on 1/2 of the roof now and the other 1/2 in six months. The only roofer that offered a price quotation was Arizona's Finest Roofing. The day of the job, they tore off the South 1/2 of the roof and realized it was not possible or practical to stop there. Their employee on site decided to tear off the whole roof without authorization because he realized there was no way the roof would stop leaking if only the south 1/2 was completed. (He had our back.) Since this was not in the agreement, Arizona's Finest Roofing explained the situation and didn't ask for payment for the unauthorized work-in fact they apologized. As it turned out, they stepped up and looked out for us so I actually offered to pay for the extra work if they could wait a bit. they were shocked that anyone in this day and age would agree to do the right thing. The way I looked at it, they did the right thing by me. They deserve no less than to have the right thing done by them. By the way, they are extremely nice people from the roofers themselves, to the office staff and I even met one of the owners. They are very approachable, practical and fair people who will try to work with you and won't rip you off. They are now my roofer and I recommend them to anyone that asks about roofing. Stick with this company for any roofing need and beware of STORM CHASERS. You will be able to find this company in 6 months or a year should a problem develop

Sorry to say I never got to an estimate because Anette, their office person, found it too difficult to actually pick up a phone and call me to discuss despite 3 requests via yelp messaging, each one with my phone number provided.   If I hadn't logged into yelp to continue the search for roofers, I'd never have known that she responded.  And, each time she did it was asking ME to call the office.  Me thinks it was an omen and best to look into a company that may actually appreciate some business.

The reputation and integrity of the company is a reflection of the people who own, operate, and work for that company. My wife and I just had our roof replaced by Legacy roofing. These folks are amazing. On August 5th we called Legacy for an estimate on a leak repair and possible roof replacement. Toby, the owner met with us the very same day. He offered us a choice between the two. Our roof was 25 years old so we decided to replace it. That evening Nancy sent our quote via email, and the following day Toby's brother Mike brought us some samples to look at. By weeks end we had our order in for our new roof. Tear off on the old roof was completed on Monday August 10th and our new roof was completed on Tuesday August 11th, a day earlier than anticipated. The tear-off crew was courteous, professional, and thorough. Roof was dried in, stocked with material, and cleaned up in the same afternoon. Dan and his crew arrived the next morning for shingles. Despite the monsoon rain off and on all day they finished that afternoon. The folks at Legacy said what they were going to do, and delivered with flying colors. I would recommend legacy to anyone looking for an honest roofing company for any roofing needs. Thank you so much for a job well done. We love our new roof!!

Firebird Exteriors was absolutely fantastic.  Kyle was prompt to assess and bid on my roofing project and the bid was received quickly.  His team arrived early and got to work and completely removed the foam on my existing flat roof, replaced some sheeting that needed to be replaced, re-foamed, and coated my roof in silicone.  They were done in a couple of days from start to finish.  I had a number of bids, and Kyles was the best.  I definitely recommend them and will use them for future needs and referrals.

I found Charles Stewart painting here on Yelp while looking for painting estimates for the exterior of my house. He was quick to respond back, came out the next morning for an estimate. His prices are so good, he's an excellent communicator and he and his team were very professional and did an excellent job. They prepped the house, repaired stucco and painted my entire exterior house and block perimeter wall in one day. The guys were very courteous, polite and experienced! I couldn't be happier with how it all turned out. I would definitely recommend them to anyone! Thank you, Charles! I absolutely love my new house!

Had my cabin roof redone. Had multiple bids but KGJ was the best. Incredible job and this company is head and shoulders above the others. Locally owned and could not be happier.

Rene and his team are the best.  Detailed and thorough quote.  The price was competitive and they give you a signed warranty upon completion.  I had my entire roofs underlay redone and new vents added.  Express Roofing was on time everyday , clean, and efficient.

Rene- emailed me an update of progress daily with pictures and videos (drone) explaining the progress and stage of the repairs.  The videos were fantastic.  We had five different contracts give us their opinions and prices.  Express roofing was not the cheapest or the most expensive.  But, they were the most detail oriented and organized.  Rene's experience in roofing was obvious.  Replacing a roof is a big investment.  I recommend Express Roofing.

Excellent service all round from Jose and team! Came through when we needed last minute job that was identified on inspection report for the sale of our home. Jose holds the utmost professionalism, has amazing communication and responsiveness, and does quality work - but is most of all HONEST. We received lower quotes from other companies, but A1 was by far the most professional company we interacted with. Jose was great at explaining why simply putting a bandaid on a larger repair is not the right thing to do. I would recommend Jose and A1 above all roofing companies I have researched in the valley.

Three interactions with customer service that were less than ideal.  Requested ownership to call me, no call back.  They are advertising on radio which would make you think they want to engage customers?
