I procrastinated in writing this review, which I felt compelled to do after a great experience with Anthem Roofing LLC. However, I'm glad I waited so I can depict the entire experience working with this company.

First, I called the morning after a hellacious rainstorm we had in Anthem that exposed a leak in our bedroom. He answered the phone promptly and agreed to come out the same day. I mentioned I was busy that afternoon and he literally came over to the house within an hour of the call!

Next, when he assessed the situation, he quickly identified the issue and explained in detail what needed to be done to fix the leak. In addition, he recognized some dry rot under the eaves in our courtyard area that our home inspector completely failed to point out when we bought our house 6 months earlier.

He demonstrated competence, punctuality, and went about his business in a meticulous matter, which is extremely important to me personally. He was responsive and provided a fair quote. In fact, the job took a bit longer than anticipated, and I predetermined a fair compensation for his additional time. He declined, but I wrote the check anyway to express my thanks for his determination to complete the job correctly.  

Lastly, and to my complete surprise, I received a phone call some weeks later offering to come over and replace additional sheathing in our courtyard. What??!! I could not believe it! This work was not part of the original quote and while the sheathing may not have been aesthetically pleasing to the eye, you'd really have to look for it to even notice it. He had a member of his team come out and replace it that day! No charge and no kidding! This is why I'm glad I procrastinated in writing what would have already been a great review, so I could address what made the entire experience, quite frankly, unbelievable!

Thank you, Anthem Roofing LLC! Wayne, you are one of a kind in how you conduct business and you will be my roofer and referral from this day forward. And thanks to Brendon for coming out and doing a great job on the additional, yet unexpected work. For the cynics like myself, who feel as if it's a roll of the dice to find a good contractor, look no further for a professional roofing company that will absolutely WOW you with the way they conduct business.

RHS Roofing has done an excellent roofing job in addition to expeditious manner. Anthony came immediately to offer me an estimate that I believe his estimate was a good price for the whole roof as well and he was dedicated to his responsibility.
I would recommend it to everyone when it comes to roofing repair.

We had this company give us an inspection and quote on our roof.  After reviewing 5 companies we felt this is the company we could trust 100%.  They did a great job and provided quality work.  The entire staff was very concerned that we understood every step in the process and were happy with the quality of the work.  They believe on doing it right the first time , no cutting corners.  They were professional and respectful and we would recommend them 100%.

Detected a leak in our sky lights and based on Yelp reviews called this company immediately.  April in the office is utterly a delight and so very pleasant to work with.  She had someone come out to assess the problem.  That initial process had some hiccups and finally we arrived to what needed to be done. The stellar people are David and Charlie.  They know their business and after a couple of call backs had us 100% happy and they did what was asked and MORE!  Note David and Charlie's names are the names you see over and over in the reviews.  Great company!!!  Next time I will go direct to David and Charlie and skip the first step.  Thanks guys!  Hubby and I are happy campers!!

We had a roof leak due to recent heavy rains.  Kyle was right on time for the appointment, quickly found the problem, and told me how to easily fix it myself at very little cost.  He didn't even charge me for the service call.  I offered, he declined.  Johnson Roofing will definitely get my future roofing business, should I ever need any.  Thank you Kyle!!

When my husband and I decided to hire Legacy Roofing, we were initially very impressed with the company. Alex, an inspector, came out to our home and did a thorough inspection of the roof, complete with detailed pictures and explanations of the work that was needed. After the initial inspection was completed, my husband made sure to correct his phone number with Alex, as Alex had my husband's phone number incorrect on his paperwork.

After reviewing the quote given to us by Alex, my husband and I decided to hire Legacy roofing and made an appointment for our roof to be repaired on 5/10/17 @ 7am. On 5/10, the roofers were late. At 8:15am, I called the office and one of the owners, Frank, answered the phone. He was surprised no one had started work on my home, and informed me that he would call me back at the number I called him on asap to give me a status. 30 minutes later, Frank had not called me back, and I called the office again. Upon calling the office, a female employee answered and informed me that Frank had attempted to call me back, but had the incorrect phone number-- we had corrected the phone number on the account with the inspector the week prior. Frank called me back and informed me that the roofers would be arriving within an hour. So instead of starting the job at 7:00 as scheduled, the team arrived around 9:30am.

After the roofers finished their work, they left my home unannounced. There was no knock on the door and no phone call to say that the work had been completed- very unacceptable!  My husband and I had no idea if the work had been completed because no one bothered to update us or check in. My husband had to reach out to Frank, (it should have been the other way around) and was informed that the job was completed and that an inspector would be out the following day to inspect the work. I have never had work completed on my home, where a company did  not call when they were hours late and did not bother to inform the homeowners that the work was completed. We were very dissatisfied  with Legacy roofing by this point, and  the worst was yet to  come.

By 1pm the following day, no one had called to set up the final inspection. When I called Frank to inquire, he was less than concerned. I expressed my dissatisfaction with the service thus far and the fact that no one had called us to set up the final inspection. I hinted that I felt that some type of compensation was due and all Frank could say was What is it that you want? He did not offer any sort of compensation for our dissatisfaction and just made excuses about how slammed his crew was with work. His lack of caring attitude was disheartening to say the least. Frank informed me that an inspector would be in contact with us shortly.

Alex, the inspector arrived around 3pm that day. Upon inspection, my husband was horrified to hear that the roofing crew had failed to complete a huge portion of work that was included in our initial quote. Our gutters were not cleaned and some of the mortar work had not been completed. Alex was very apologetic  and ended up doing 2 hours of work for us that day, in order to compete the job. Alex is Legacy's only saving grace. Unfortunately, Alex did not have the authority to offer any discount off of our bill for the incompetence of the roofing crew from the previous day, We paid our bill, and never heard anything from Frank, the owner. No apology, no explanation, nothing. We will never recommend Legacy roofing and will never use them again.

Wonderful experience.  I will definitely use this company for my future roofing needs.   Competitive prices and quick response is important... David delivers on all.

Roof had a leak after neighborhood holiday celebrations that included mortar skyrockets and gunfire. Stonecreek was responsive and was onsite quickly to ascertain work needed. Workmanship was clean and timely. Jerry, my account rep, was available by phone or email when I had questions. I highly recommend Stonecreek Roofing and will use them for future projects.

Cannot recommend Kyle and Firebird Exteriors enough! He was super responsive when it came to scheduling a consultation, and arrived exactly on time for our scheduled appointment. He communicated throughout the process and we are very pleased with the work!

Ive wanted to write maybe 20 reviews in my life and never made the time. this one i am compelled to. I contacted Charles Stewart Painting a few months ago as my home remodel was underway. i contacted him because of the great reviews, which seemingly were on an older yelp profile with many more reviews. also his ability to paint interior and exterior. Now there are only 18 reviews, and no mention of interior on his yelp page. what happened here?

Charles came to my project  to give me a bid, in which i was not present. this bid was for Interior and Exterior paint. he text me the bid all inclusive of both. we agreed on that price. I told him i had doors to stain as well as my vaulted timber truss patios, he said he will throw those in with the price. I then wanted to meet him in person to review the project details and he came then and confirmed his quote, assured me the project would turn out great, assured me he can stain and prep wood, even gives me names of stains he prefers. advised me that he uses dunn edwards paint and that he did not want to start that week on the exterior of the home (which was ready) and said he wanted to do it all at once.
Now that my home is complete, i call him to schedule his services and he sets an apt with me the very next day to bring the contract by. 30 minutes later he texts me and says sorry friend, i spoke to my crew and they are not comfortable doing your project. frustrated, i call him out and he says the text was meant for someone else (which was not true). to save face, and likely try and avoid a bad review, he still came by the home, and after walking the home, again tells me he is not going to do the project and kept saying honestly, i'd be better going with someone else. telling me about all the things he is not good at doing, like priming. His argument is that he doesn't know how to prime and/or paint fresh wood or drywall. he only paints pre-existing paints???? what painter does not feel comfortable priming wood or drywall. that is ridiculous.

Clearly Charles must have not liked his bid and wanted to renig on his offer. He came to the house 3x, knew the entire time that it was fresh wood, fresh stucco and fresh drywall. why now is he not comfortable painting? this home should be a painters dream. There isn't even any masking or covering areas that need protection.

i would not have cared if he retracted his offer the 1st couple days, but now i have turned down or away my other 3 bids, i have let my unfinished cedar wood beams fry in the sun and rain on his advisement, because he didn't' want to stain them and coat them until the inside of the home was ready for paint as well. so i let it sit the last 3 months getting weathered. I have also spent hours at dunn edwards choosing paint colors for him to start next week, because dunn edwards is who he uses. (I dont even prefer dunn edwards). and now he is not doing my project, i am supposed to move into the home in 4 weeks, and have to chase down now 3 more bids since i blew off the last 3 i received.

Had my cabin roof redone. Had multiple bids but KGJ was the best. Incredible job and this company is head and shoulders above the others. Locally owned and could not be happier.

Got a bid on a tile roof job after waiting a month due to their schedule. Once the bid came in I asked a couple follow up questions to which I did not even get a response. I think they are so busy that they don't care if they get jobs or care if they have good customer service. Also, I thought the bid was a bit high. I contacted them based on positive yelp reviews but there is no way I would use them given their poor customer service.

Our overall experience with Express Roofing has been great and very satisfying. During our initial search for a roofing contractor Express Roofing came across as one of the few companies that had outstanding reviews across the board on all major review sites namely yelp, google and BBB. There were companies that had great reviews on one but not so good on others. While gathering quotes from 4-5 companies, Express Roofing in terms of quoted price was the second best but by a small margin. What really caught our attention was their communication and ability to nicely explain how they offered the complete package which is best quality materials and best quality workmanship. Their owner Rene is a fantastic person and his mannerism definitely reflected the integrity and best quality service that they always strive to offer to their customers. There was also a lot of willingness to do the job for us. Their quote ended up being the best in terms of warranty, materials and the extent of desirable features like number of ventilators and roofing accessories. And all that good stuff with a very competitive pricing. At that point we were convinced that we are getting the best deal. As expected the actual re-roofing work went smoothly and final finished roof looked nothing less than phenomenal. All along that project that spanned for 4 days, we were updated on a daily basis with aerial videos of the roof along with Rene's commentary explaining all the work that was happening on the roof. This level of communication was indeed very helpful. In summary I can say without any hesitation that honesty, quality, competitive prices and excellent communication is the hallmark of this company and that is perhaps the reason why they have excellent reviews all across the board. What else could I have hoped for, I am glad that I found Express Roofing to take care of our roof. Thanks a lot Rene, Jeff and your roofing crew.

They came out after we had heavy rains to look at and advise on a leak in our roof, and they advised they needed to come back out with a drone to get a better look at the roof. They never called us back or followed up. Definitely not a reliable company.

Repaired leaking 2nd floor decking. Were quick to arrive and provide an estimate. Estimator took time to educate me on the process. Workers arrived and explained their plan. They did the work, cleaned up and left without leaving a trace. The new deck looks a 1000 times better than the one our original builder did.

Would gladly use Ky-Ko again and would recommend them.
