I procrastinated in writing this review, which I felt compelled to do after a great experience with Anthem Roofing LLC. However, I'm glad I waited so I can depict the entire experience working with this company.

First, I called the morning after a hellacious rainstorm we had in Anthem that exposed a leak in our bedroom. He answered the phone promptly and agreed to come out the same day. I mentioned I was busy that afternoon and he literally came over to the house within an hour of the call!

Next, when he assessed the situation, he quickly identified the issue and explained in detail what needed to be done to fix the leak. In addition, he recognized some dry rot under the eaves in our courtyard area that our home inspector completely failed to point out when we bought our house 6 months earlier.

He demonstrated competence, punctuality, and went about his business in a meticulous matter, which is extremely important to me personally. He was responsive and provided a fair quote. In fact, the job took a bit longer than anticipated, and I predetermined a fair compensation for his additional time. He declined, but I wrote the check anyway to express my thanks for his determination to complete the job correctly.  

Lastly, and to my complete surprise, I received a phone call some weeks later offering to come over and replace additional sheathing in our courtyard. What??!! I could not believe it! This work was not part of the original quote and while the sheathing may not have been aesthetically pleasing to the eye, you'd really have to look for it to even notice it. He had a member of his team come out and replace it that day! No charge and no kidding! This is why I'm glad I procrastinated in writing what would have already been a great review, so I could address what made the entire experience, quite frankly, unbelievable!

Thank you, Anthem Roofing LLC! Wayne, you are one of a kind in how you conduct business and you will be my roofer and referral from this day forward. And thanks to Brendon for coming out and doing a great job on the additional, yet unexpected work. For the cynics like myself, who feel as if it's a roll of the dice to find a good contractor, look no further for a professional roofing company that will absolutely WOW you with the way they conduct business.

Finally getting around to leaving a review for these guys. We moved into a townhome in Tucson knowing that one of our walls had water damage, and  had been told that we needed to reseal the flat roof to mitigate any further damage. So we scheduled to receive estimates from three companies, and to be honest the estimate from RHS was actually the most expensive (by a fairly small margin), but we really appreciated how transparent they were about the cost of materials and the work etc., and their estimate was very professional. We even had an architect friend look it over and they picked RHS's estimate as the best as well. So we went with them, and they got the job done before the monsoons started so we felt good that there would be no further leaks...

Cut to the first heavy rain of the season, and we immediately had water pouring into the house. We were devastated and we went up to the roof and saw their work and it appeared they'd done their job right, so we started calling window repair people because RHS doesn't do windows, just roofs. So we had several people come down and give estimates on windows, and everybody wanted to charge a ton of money to replace all the windows, even though the glass itself was fine on all of them. So the last guy who came to see the windows, he pointed out some places on the side of the wall where the water could've been coming in, and it really wasn't the kind of thing that new windows would even address, so we called RHS, and we asked if they could come take a look because we didn't want to go up and start using caulking ourselves because that would've voided our 10-year warranty. So RHS said they'd come take a look and do a water leak test, they came right away and saw what we were looking at- to be clear, it wasn't directly on the roof but on the side of the wall under some really high up windows, and they did the test and confirmed where the water was coming in, then went ahead and applied some foam sealing, and totally took care of the problem and it hasn't leaked since. We really got the feeling that they genuinely care about their work and their customers' experience, and really went out of their way to take care of us, so I definitely wanted to come back and leave a positive review because we were very happy with them.

Oh, and to be clear, our roof was definitely bad and had lots of little patches from prior owners doing quick fixes, so even if that wasn't the immediate reason for those particular leaks, it definitely was something we would've needed to do at some point so I'm very glad we got it out of the way.

We had this company give us an inspection and quote on our roof.  After reviewing 5 companies we felt this is the company we could trust 100%.  They did a great job and provided quality work.  The entire staff was very concerned that we understood every step in the process and were happy with the quality of the work.  They believe on doing it right the first time , no cutting corners.  They were professional and respectful and we would recommend them 100%.

Danny is obviously very knowledgeable, and he was able to diagnose my leak issue. I would definitely call on him to do repairs in the future.

Update: received a call from Johnson roofing after several days and was able to quickly set up a inspection with a quote for a roof leak.  Nice and efficient company would use again.

I am so glade I chose Legacy Roofing. I had invited six other companies to come over and bid on my project. None of them are in the same league as Legacy. Not only did they do a fantastic job, them came in on time and on budget. They offered to paint the drip edge & birdstop to match my trim (313') at no charge. I asked them if it would be possible to replace a piece of Fascia that was rotted out (the other companies wanted to use Bondo). They replaced all the pipe jacks, t-tops & new state of the art dormer vents (the other companies wanted to reuse the old ones). They also covered our pool & landscaping. When the job was complete they recovered all the nails that had fallen, blew out my yard and then power washed the side walks, driveway & garage door. This is a class company that I recommend highly.

Dave and his crew provided exceptional service.  They are prompt, efficient, and very professional.  Throughout the project, I was kept abreast of the progress of the work being performed.  Dave ensured to send pictures during each phase of the project.  I HIGHLY recommend this company for any and all roofing, and exterior painting needs.

Firebird Exteriors was absolutely fantastic.  Kyle was prompt to assess and bid on my roofing project and the bid was received quickly.  His team arrived early and got to work and completely removed the foam on my existing flat roof, replaced some sheeting that needed to be replaced, re-foamed, and coated my roof in silicone.  They were done in a couple of days from start to finish.  I had a number of bids, and Kyles was the best.  I definitely recommend them and will use them for future needs and referrals.

Charles painted our house and garage and we couldn't be happier with the quality of his work, the reasonable price and his consistently pleasant aim-to-please attitude. If you need a house painter in the East Valley, trust this Scotsman!

We had the roof on our 20 year old home in Show Low replaced by KGJ Roofing this year and couldn't be happier.  From the estimate, to the selection of roofing shingles, to the scheduling of the job, everything went smoothly.  The roofing team showed up as scheduled and completed the job, including removing old roofing and constructing a fix to a bad roof design, in less than 3 days.  Our property was always left in order and they used a magnet over the areas each day to be sure loose nails were picked up.  Kenny, owner, and Shirley, office manager, are not your typical Mountain construction team.  They communicated with us regularly and could be counted on to do what they said, when they said they would do it.  There were no additional charges when all was said and done - the original estimate is what we paid.  We would highly recommend KGJ Roofing if you are looking for top-notch professional roofing from a trusted, competent team!

The inspector for my condo clearly missed a huge crack in the roof.  As a result I had a flood in one room and needed help fast.  I needed to get 3 estimates for insurance purposes.  One was so high I would have had to sign up for a payment plan for a few years just to pay it off!  Also, all of them had 3 week wait times since we were in monsoon season.  The sales rep for Renco told me what I needed to have done now and what I could hold off on and repair down the road.  Their price was not only the lowest, it was more realistic for the scope of work that needed to be done.  Because I chose them that same day, the rep came back that same afternoon and sealed the major crack so that I would be protected in the event it rained before they could do the whole job.  They were able to schedule me within the week.and I didn't have to be home for them.  The workers were clean and efficient.  Moreover, the rep provided me with pictures and language that helped me get money back from the inspection company and the home warranty company!  They were honest, reliable and reasonable...what more could you ask for!

My neighbor employed Express Roofing a year or two ago. She said she was satisfied with the work and this recommendation led me to schedule an appointment for an estimate. Joe phoned me ahead of the appointed time to say he was on his way. He arrived promptly, inspected and photographed the flat roof and the ceiling area where I first noticed indication of a leak. He then showed me the photos and, after discussion about repair materials I requested a written estimate. I received that later the same day. I called the office about 5 days later to schedule a date for the work to be done but there has been no response to my request.  There is no excuse for this discourteous and disrespectful treatment.

Am VERY happy with the work and service from Jose and his team. I was in need of patio roof replacement and tile repairs quickly once my house sold and Jose was SUPER quick, efficient and easy to work with. I got a quote same day (which was a great compared to others I received) and work was done fast and looks great. Communication was clear, fast and professional. He went above and beyond and actually was able to fix more than originally quoted for the same price. I would recommend A1 to anyone looking for great roofing help at a great price.

I have a red tile roof home in Scottsdale. Their salesman Phil was very knowledgable and could answer any question I threw at him. They got the job done on time and did a great job cleaning up afterwards (one of my pet peeves). I would highly recommend them. I've had friends use storm chasers and these guys typically do a half ass job or take your deposit and never come back. Kyko is local and they are awesome.
