This company is a disaster: poor management/supervision; poor organization; absolutely poor communication; and, poor value. From the beginning to the multiple trips here to repair leaks and more leaks and finish work that was never done, or not done well. We have called the owner, a personable man when he quotes and gets your business, after that you are on your own. No customer service. No concern about a job well done. For example, we discovered that there was no supervisor on our job, so that is why the workmanship was so bad. The owner admitted that much. Be careful.

These guys get an A+. I got 3 bids for my underlayment replacement, and while they were the lowest, their statement of work was complete and they have nothing but 5 star reviews here, so we accepted their bid. They started work about a week after I made a down payment and finished in 3 days. The crew was professional and cleaned up very well. The roof looks, well, the same as it did before except for the visible new drip edge, so that's a good thing! One of our solar lights near a wall took an accidental hit from debris, but we were compensated, so no worries there. The 10 year guarantee helps too!

We had this company give us an inspection and quote on our roof.  After reviewing 5 companies we felt this is the company we could trust 100%.  They did a great job and provided quality work.  The entire staff was very concerned that we understood every step in the process and were happy with the quality of the work.  They believe on doing it right the first time , no cutting corners.  They were professional and respectful and we would recommend them 100%.

This company is everything you look for when you hire someone to replace your roof.  They were prompt, communicative, competitively priced, and did an amazing job with the work itself.  I was out of town when they did the replacement and they took pictures of the progress over the days.  I will not hesitate to recommend them to anyone.

Failed to show for their appointment. Office person said someone would call me back to reschedule in 10 to 15 minutes. That didn't happen and was a lie. Called back and the lying secretary gal refused to answer the phone.

I found Legacy Roofing online and decided to contact them about my roof based on their reviews. They did not disappoint! Frank and his team were quick, efficient, and professional. They went above and beyond when a can light popped out while the roof was being repaired by coming inside and putting it back in place! What I liked best was that Frank gave us options. Other roofing companies wanted to intimidate us into doing more work than we were prepared to do. Frank was understanding and gave us good options for right now. I can't say enough about how pleased we are with our experience. I HIGHLY recommend Legacy Roofing to anyone and EVERYONE!!!!!

This company will try and screw you out of the warranty.

He coated, patched and fixed a roof just under 5 years ago that his company gave a 5 year warranty on. Had him out last week due to leaks, he identified it and quoted me $1500 to patch it. When I asked if it was covered, he said no that he only coated the roof and never did anything else. It's literally right on the invoice that he patched the leaks. After I realized and asked why he lied about it, I got crickets. He started saying that the warranty is non-transferable (I'm a new owner). I asked for the paperwork showing that but nothing. Then he said someone got on the roof and did work which voids the warranty.

Moral of the story, DON'T USE THIS COMPANY, they will NOT stand behind their work.

Received 3 quotes and Charles was easily the best.  Initially skeptical but happy we went with him.  His team showed up on time and completed the job in one day like he promised.  His workers were very polite.  The boss of the house gave her approval.  Even came out a couple weeks later to patch and repaint a spot that was caused by me.  Definitely recommending Charles to friend and family.

this company offered No Apologies for their mistake until they saw this negative review on yelp.  It's just for PR.

Just had Rene and his crew replace our roof. First and formost, I can't say enough good things about these guys. I did alot of research before choosing them and was so happy I did. They were very competitively priced, the job they did was outstanding and attention to details was impeccable.  They used the highest quality materials, they replaced all hip and ridge boards and any facia boards that needed it. They color matched and painted facia boards, etched, primed and painted all flashing and roof vents. These guys do alot of the extra things at no extra cost. Again, I can't say enough about how pleased I was with the job they did. If you are looking to have your roof replaced, give Express Roofing a call, you won't be sorry.

Jose gave me a fair quote same day on my patio roof and was able to start the job next day! He and his team finished the work repairing my patio and replacing broken tiles on my main roof within 2 days of calling him (this was a holiday weekend mind you)! Hey arrived each day on time as promised. I was truly impressed by his professionalism and prompt communication. I needed to get this job done to satisfy an inspection report while selling my home. Jose even took the time to explain the job to my realtor, so she could better explain it to our buyers. He took before and after pictures of everything and even took extra pictures of the bird debris under my solar panels, so I could submit them to my solar company for approval on pigeon abatement. I would definitely recommend Jose and A1 Roofing to anyone!

I have had a re-occurring roof leak for over 4 years.  Was taken advantage of by other roofer but luckily I met with Joe Jimenez today who was very honest and straight forward.  He helped me locate the roof leak and provided the necessary know how to resolve the issue.  Joe really cares about home owners and wants to help people out, especially during the monsoon season.  Thanks again Joe and Ky-KO roofing.  A reputable company you can trust.
