Bad experience with caliber roofing. They were hired by my General Contractor and after their first visit I had flashings sticking up and additional broken tiles on my roof. They came out a second time to fix their first mistakes and left me with even more issues. After the second mess up my GC cut ties with them on my project. I am now left finding another roofer to fix the gaps they left between tiles and try to find matching tiles.

This company has to have the worst service I have ever encountered. I decided to get an estimate with them based on prior reviews. I am buying a home and needed a full roof inspection per issues that arose during the home inspection. They offered to complete this service this morning. Yesterday the office lady advised she would give me the time they would be there in the afternoon. She never called. I called in the afternoon and she told me she would have the time at 7am this morning. I called at 7 this morning and she said she would call back in 10 mins with the time. No call. I called an hour later and she said '9:30ish' so I agreed to be there from 9-10 so that I could allow them access to the garage and the attic space to review the subroof. I waited there for an hour for no call no show. I called and she advised me the contractor had to go to another job...no call? She could not give me a new time. I advised I needed to know if I should wait or go back to work and she said she would call me back. Yeah right! She never did. Two hours later (now that I am back at work) the contractor calls me to tell me he is there, but has no idea he was supposed to go inside or do a full roof inspection. I apologized but told him due to their service I would not be moving forward. Do yourself a favor and skip this headache and go with a professional company. Jared from Elite Roofing has already had more contact with me in the last 30 minutes than I did with TRC in the last 36 hours. With monsoon season hitting the north phoenix area, my roof was destroyed. In this house since 1994, never experienced such wind and damage to the roof before. Shingles were in the pool, across the street in neighbors backyards and flashing torn off. I filed a claim and began looking for roofers. I had four roofers come out and give estimates, and their proposals were all over the place. I checked all of them on the Registrar of Contractors. So discouraged, I again went on Yelp and checked again. One stood out than the others, but when I called, they were 6 weeks behind because of the storms, and there reviews were outstanding. I asked if they knew of a good family owned roofer like themselves, and she said yes and that's when she told me about Anderson Roofing & Repair. I give them 10 stars !!! Honest, friendly, and went over and above to make my experience a good one. Regan is the owner, and he assured me the work will be honest according to his measurements and damage. He was the only roofer that did not ask what the insurance check was for. His proposal was right on target with the other bids I compared them to. He had a crew of 8-10 men on my roof and were finished before 2pm the same day. The turbines were replaced and new brown ones installed to match the roof. All fixtures and flashing were also brown. Wood planks were replaced as needed and my roof looks AWESOME. By the way, my neighbor needed some wood and shingles replaced, so they did it the next day for him.
Regan Anderson is the nicest guy and his crew were so sweet that I bought them lunch. Oh I forgot, they cleaned up front, back, side of house, and swept around the pool. SPOTLESS cleanup. Used heavy duty magnet on rollers to pick up nails on the ground.

We were very pleased with Tempel Roofing. Robert Martin and Ryan were very friendly and kept us updated on every move / the roofing crew were great as well. Excellent work. Very pleased with everything. I highly recommend Tempel RoofI got.

My roof was damaged from the storm in August and I went through my Home insurance to cover it and Mike was with me every step of the way! They specialize in insurance claims. He was at both insurance inspections to guide the inspector/adjuster and thank god he was! Especially being a first time homeowner! The results far passed my expectations. The crew was amazing, friendly, professional and fast! 10 out 10

Had my front and back porch roof redone a year ago by PCC Roofing and they did a great job they were efficient and cleaned up great after. I had a monsoon issue a year later and they were quick to come out and help me with the issue they even fixed a part of my roof that had nothing to do with the job they did. Very professional good guys I'd recommend this company to anyone.

One of the best contractors I have ever hired. Diamond & 4 Brother's Roofing is a family owned and operated company. Darron is the owner and a great person to work with. Have high respect for his work ethics and integrity. In my opinion, paying and getting the initial install done is the easy part. Getting the contractor back to fix any issues after the install (even with a warranty) is the hard part. This is why some pay big bucks to known brand name companies because they stand behind their work. Well, Darron and his company meets or exceeds these expectations. His prices are extremely reasonable, nowhere close to the big bucks.. and he always answered when I needed him. He does that even after 1.5 years after the install. That tells something about a person. There was a minor leak during most recent rains and his team jumped into action and took care of it. I am so glad I got my roof done by his company. Can't say enough about him and his team so THANK YOU DARRON!!

We had a different company come out and give us an estimate of some roof repair work (broken/shifted tiles from a few previous storms). This guy had done some repairs on the house across the street. The guy got on our roof and proceeded to tell us that we needed a whole new roof, That is was irreparable. That guy gave us a ridiculous bid for a new roof. We thanked him and he left.

Fast forward to the next day. We called ECO roofing to come out for an estimate (We knew of ECO Roofing as they did a complete re-roof of a friend of ours-so we knew the quality of their work).

Rich from ECO roofing came out and did a thorough inspection of the roof and quoted us two different ways-one was to repair/replace the damaged/broken/shifted tiles and give the roof a tune up-and the other was to redo the entire roof. He had pictures of everything that he provided to us.

We opted to have ECO do the tune up and scheduled the work immediately. We were notified of the date and time that the crew would come out.

On the day that the crew was supposed to be at our place-a mix up happened (Yes, things happen!). The crew didn't show up at the scheduled time. The ECO office folks felt bad and sent someone out late in the day-and he started to do the work. We just had the ECO folks reschedule to the next week-when it was more convenient for everyone.

The second time, they were early and there were 6 guys-and they completed the entire project in about 3 hours. They cleaned up when they were done as well. We are extremely please and will use them when the time comes for  our roof to be replaced.

Very pleased with installation, excellent repair or rebuild of wood decking and fascia (skilled carpenter). English speaker on site each day. Project Manager was outstanding- good communicator, took pride in work, creative solutions to challenges. Pleased with fixes to flashing and water drainage issues- but need hard rain to really evaluate ( was ok in light rain).

Got two leaks in heavy rain that Lyons would not fix. They do not honor their warranty, and left me to fix the two issues myself. One leak at stand pipe, flashing underneath did not stop water from pooling in heavy rain. One leak at odd corner where water in valley hits wood border around window - I had added piece of aluminum to keep water off wood, Lyons would not seal edges and would not add additional flashing to keep water off fascia board. Very disappointing, you can do a lot better than this company.

I needed a written Inspection Report from them for my refinancing company. They did come out in a timely manner; the problem was that they did not understand my request and did not give me the report just a receipt for the payment. As of today, I still have not had any response from them. Part of the problem was that the Gentlemen who came out did not speak or understand English. I would love to give them business, he was very polite and did seem to know what he was doing but they did not do what I ask and charged me for it

Very professional and great work. I had a leak repaired and foam roof re-coated Jan 2017. Charles was on time, personally sprayed the foam to ensure a quality job and he showed me detailed photos afterwards. The price was reasonable. I will recommend them to friends and family.

We needed a gutter system that worked. Unfortunately the DIY plastic system I had installed, got warped and deteriorated over a 3 1/2 year period and did not work. so much in fact that a portion of our brick walkway was washed away during rains.   Alex from Curtis -C roofing - came out gave us a quote , we accepted and he came back within two days and installed approx. 240 feet of Gutter. install was done smoothly and within 2 days , color matching with the roof line and wall was done. We do not like downspouts and only the necessary amount were installed . Also removable extension downspouts were provided to divert water over walkways and concrete areas to go directly into the yard. Also due to the dual color matching , the gutter and downspouts are almost invisible.
Very happy and satisfied with the product, the 2 year labor warranty and the lifelong warranty on the metal material itself and the service provided by Alex of Curtis-C Roofing. As an added bonus, Alex even removed the previously installed plastic gutter and disposed of it at no extra charge- another company had quoted us $200 to do the same!
As of this writing , the newly installed system has not been tested as there has been no rain.
But i am sure i have a Robust  system that will safely divert the rain water away from my house and foundations to lawn areas.

I contacted Geremey due to an aging roof that was in desperate need of repair. I contacted 3 different companies, all who wanted me to wait for a few weeks just for them to come out. Thank you Arizona Roof Rescue! Alan and his crew kept me informed every step of the way. They did exactly what they said they would do and more at no extra charge. The price I was quoted was the price I paid even after they found more issues to be corrected once they dug into the job! They did a fantastic clean up job! My yard etc was cleaner when they where done then it was before. There was debris that had been left behind from some previous work we had done on the house and they cleaned all that up as well. I am a Real Estate Broker and always get asked for recommendations for roofers and I didn't have one until now. They are hands down the best and have the best warranty on the work as well.
