The Roofing Co is top notch.  I had my roof redone four years ago (by another company).  It started leaking a few weeks ago so the following morning I started dialing for a roofing company.  The Roofing Company agreed to come out on Tuesday morning.  Meanwhile, I contacted a 20+ year friend who owns a roofing company.  He came on on Monday and advised the jacks on the rear of the roof had all been installed incorrectly four years ago.  My friend advised I would need to replace the entire rear roof at a cost of $$$$$.  Luckily for me, The Roofing Co came out on Tuesday morning and informed no need to replace the roof.  All the jacks could be repaired. I might add, at a fraction of the cost to replace the roof.  Shane was very thorough in explaining how the repairs would be completed, the warranty, the anticipated timeline the repairs would last, and advised I could have The Roofing Co out every two years for a complete roof inspection at a nominal service call fee.  No other roofing company has ever offered a preventative roof inspection service.

That Friday, the crew arrived as scheduled, and were very informative as to what they would be doing.  By noon, I had received text photos from Shane showing the work before, while in process, and completed.  The photos were an excellent customer service technique for those who cannot be home during the repairs.  I am pleased to say that during the last week we have experienced rain showers and no leaks.

I highly recommend The Roofing Co for their customer service, follow through, competitive pricing, honest service and workmanship.  I can attest that The Roofing Co will be my only roofing company for future needs and will be recommended to all my friends in need of their services.

Parents house had roof dismantled by a storm. Mike Stell is who we dealt with. Unbelievably professional. Took care of the insurance part on his own, was able to get far better than the adjuster was even willing to give us. Mikes brother Junior and his team came out and delivered. Went above and beyond and didn't make more than what was needed. Wanted to involve us through the process. His team was efficient and excellent. Couldn't be happier with the final product. Had my front and back porch roof redone a year ago by PCC Roofing and they did a great job they were efficient and cleaned up great after. I had a monsoon issue a year later and they were quick to come out and help me with the issue they even fixed a part of my roof that had nothing to do with the job they did. Very professional good guys I'd recommend this company to anyone.

Our neighbor referred us to these guys and I'm so glad they did. I can't say enough about Ron and his crew.  From start to completion they had an amazing work ethic and were diligent about cleaning up after each day. The workmanship is wonderful and we are very happy with them and the result!

Eric, the Owner and CEO did a roofing inspection for us.  We recently replaced our roof with another company and had a leak right after.

There has been some confusion as to who needed to take responsibility, our roofer or HVAC.  Eric was hired to come and give his professional opinion on how to move forward to address the leaking roof.

Eric came out quickly and made a very thoughtful and thorough inspection.  He took time to explain it to all of us, as well as the two contractors.  I was beyond impressed by his patience and care.  He communicated clearly and helped us all understand the situation.  He communicated well with us from beginning to end; both in scheduling, inspection, and his thorough email.  This was most impressive.

If you want a roofing company that knows what they're doing (&, obviously, all of us do, right?), takes the time to make sure YOU know what they're doing & why they're doing it, & most importantly, won't try to swindle those of us who know nothing about roof durability & proper repair techniques, then Lyons Roofing is the company you want in your corner.  A very informative project specialist (Lou Ann) came by two days after my initial request for an appointment to assess damage to some clay tiles on the exterior portion of our complicated roof (pitches here, valleys there & flat, rolled roof areas on yet another portion) & to scope out a rather suspicious bulge in our interior kitchen ceiling.  She (yes, I said she) came to the appointment prepared with a Google Earth color printout of our roof with the problem areas highlighted based on the cursory info I had given the wonderful person (Katherine) with whom I spoke with initially to schedule the appointment.  After getting the lay of the land by viewing the ceiling areas corresponding to the exterior distressed areas, she got on the roof, took lots of pictures & closely explored the questionable areas.  Once she'd thoroughly assessed the entire situation, she showed me the pics & explained what my builder had originally done, what she would recommend & how these adjustments would fare over time taking into consideration the penetrating Arizona heat & how long-term sun exposure could affect the repairs, etc.  Each person I came in contact with from Lyons was extremely professional & very accommodating.  When planning for the repairs, they were very mindful of my budget & considered every aspect of the job to make sure it fell in line with exactly what we originally discussed with no surprises in the end.  This is the company you want making repairs to your roof - they have the knowledge & expertise to get the job done right & don't attempt to take advantage of the lesser experienced homeowner.

Luis and his crew did a fine job for a reasonable price on our home that we are selling to make corrections for the Buyer.  He was quick to respond on my first inquiry, here on Yelp, and got back to me when I messaged him.  He provided photos of work done and a complete invoice.  Better and quicker and probably cheaper than any of the other roofers I inquired to on Yelp.
I'll call on Luis again in the future.

Robert gave great service and very thorough follow-through.  His crew is first rate: on time, courteous, thorough cleanup.  MSW corrected blisters, cracks and low areas left from a poorly done previous roofing job.  For all practical purposes they have restored my roof to as-new condition.  They guarantee their work for five years.  I can see why they are confident enough to do this: they do good work.  Pricing was reasonable as well.

We needed a gutter system that worked. Unfortunately the DIY plastic system I had installed, got warped and deteriorated over a 3 1/2 year period and did not work. so much in fact that a portion of our brick walkway was washed away during rains.   Alex from Curtis -C roofing - came out gave us a quote , we accepted and he came back within two days and installed approx. 240 feet of Gutter. install was done smoothly and within 2 days , color matching with the roof line and wall was done. We do not like downspouts and only the necessary amount were installed . Also removable extension downspouts were provided to divert water over walkways and concrete areas to go directly into the yard. Also due to the dual color matching , the gutter and downspouts are almost invisible.
Very happy and satisfied with the product, the 2 year labor warranty and the lifelong warranty on the metal material itself and the service provided by Alex of Curtis-C Roofing. As an added bonus, Alex even removed the previously installed plastic gutter and disposed of it at no extra charge- another company had quoted us $200 to do the same!
As of this writing , the newly installed system has not been tested as there has been no rain.
But i am sure i have a Robust  system that will safely divert the rain water away from my house and foundations to lawn areas.

German roofing replaced our underlayment in May.  The crew arrived every morning at 7am to begin work.  They had a trailer to put the debris in and hauled it away every afternoon.  I appreciated it was not parked in our driveway for an extended period of time.   They cleaned up all the nails and debris before they left every afternoon.  We have had multiple rains since replacing the underlayment and our home has remained dry.  I appreciated the crews  cleanliness and respect of our property.  I appreciated the quick response via email whenever I had questions.

Geremy installed floating wood shelves in the kitchen and did a good job. They're sturdy and look good, but could have been finished better in the end. Putty was left to dry and I had to have my handyman sand it all down as well as add more where there were some noticeable gaps at joints. I didn't ask Geremy come back to finish because it wasn't the end of the world to have to have someone else finish, it just would have been nice if he had completed the job himself. There was also an incident where he accidentally leaned against the stove knobs, turned on the burner and melted plastic on my brand new stove top that had never been used. It wasn't able to be cleaned up complete which is a bummer, but the worst part is he didn't tell me about it- I had to hear from my handman.

I hired him for a second job- a pergola over my back patio. After he rescheduled a couple of times and then didn't show up another one or two times, he finally came, but came so late in the day that he ran out of time and couldn't install my string lights. I went ahead and paid him the full amount for the job but I've never been able to get him to come back to finish the lights that he said he'd be back to hang the following day. After a lot of excuses, several texts and a phone call and continuing to tell me he'd come back to hang them, he still hasn't finished the job. I've been waiting since May 20th and now he isn't responding to my messages at all.

It's a shame because his work is good, but reliability and communication are terrible.

I hired Arizona Roof Rescue to replace my roof if Tempe. Their bid was significantly lower than two others I received. They completed the job ahead of schedule and their work was perfect. I couldn't be happier with the service I received from Az Roof Rescue. I highly recomend them for complete replacement or just repairs. (They also did some minor repair work to a second home I have in Tempe)

John had amazing communication through the entire process and stuck to his word the whole way through. I would recommend patriotic roofing to all my friends and family. John's guys showed up on time and got the job done quickly while explaining the entire process.  Hands down a great experience and company.

Staff (specifically Devin) was patient and courteous - even showed up early (with a warning text beforehand) for the estimate. Took pictures of what the problem is and explained exactly the steps they'd take to fix it. Very professional, highly recommended.
