Recent monsoons roughed up my garage roof so I called a handful of local roofing companies for estimates. Most were busy with other monsoon related repairs and had a 2-week minimum wait time to come out. I found only one company with a 1-week wait time, so I went with them first. They came out and were very professional, but it took them over 2-weeks to send me the estimate. When I finally got it, the cost came in too steep for a simple rolled roof fix, and I went looking for a second opinion.

The second company ran over an hour late, but didn't call to give me a heads up...so I booted them. The third company made my appointment but didn't bother showing up at all.
 
My final call was to The Roofing Company, a business owned by brother/sister team, Leah and Shane. They had lots of excellent on-line reviews so I gave them a shot. Leah's great customer service made me feel very comfortable, and Shane gave me an on-the-spot estimate with a price that made me feel even more comfortable.
 
The crew showed up on-time, got the job done very quickly, and were also able to make another small repair on my house (that same day) for an additional -- but very reasonable cost. The job looks great, it's warrantied for five years, and I'm pleased with the entire experience. I highly recommend Leah and Shane.

I highly recommend Anderson Roofing and Repair! Here is my experience: I had four bids from recommended roofing companies for a completely new roof as our home still had the original builder supplied roof and after 21 years; it was time. I selected Anderson Roofing and Repair after seeing their work on a neighbors home. I have a good friend that owns a roof repair company as my superintendent. He was hired to make sure that I was getting the quality that I expected. His comment to me after visiting the work site Bob, this roof will outlast the both of us! They have done very quality work and I trust these guys to do my own home. Their crew is very efficient and work well together, very thorough This is pretty high praise from a roofing company owner who is semi-retired and is hard to please. Lexy and Regan made sure they kept me updated during the job as I was out of town. I am extremely pleased with their workmanship and their bid was exceptional. You will appreciate the piece of mind that comes with working with a company that is local and really cared about my concerns. I contacted Tempel Roofing regarding roof damage after a storm. Gabriel returned my call promptly, informed me of the process and answered all my questions. I look forward to working with Tempel Roofing and know the job will be done right.

We called so many roofing companies, and we had a few that actually showed up. The roofing prices really didn't matter to much to us. What mattered mostly was the experience of the person like Mike that came out to our home to walk the job. Mike with A Shingle Pros. held himself high with knowledge and experience. Mike was the 1st company that actually showed us type and colors of shingles to choose from along with the issues we had on our roof. He was hired to do the job for us and, I must say they exceeded our expectations. They replaced a few boards that were bad, they built a cricket/ raised area behind the fireplace to stop water from pooling up. Yes they even cleaned up after they did roof tear-off and install.
We love the new roof, and we stick out from all our neighbors with our excellent quality roof done right.

Checked the roof and it looks good.   The seams around the vents look very watertight.  The shingles looks like it's held down tight.  They also do wood work.  They removed my old, unused swamp cooler and put in an additional wind turbine.  They're registered with the state of AZ.  They're certified GAF shingles installers if you decide to get GAF shingles.  They also finished within 2 days.

Our neighbor referred us to these guys and I'm so glad they did. I can't say enough about Ron and his crew.  From start to completion they had an amazing work ethic and were diligent about cleaning up after each day. The workmanship is wonderful and we are very happy with them and the result!

We had a different company come out and give us an estimate of some roof repair work (broken/shifted tiles from a few previous storms). This guy had done some repairs on the house across the street. The guy got on our roof and proceeded to tell us that we needed a whole new roof, That is was irreparable. That guy gave us a ridiculous bid for a new roof. We thanked him and he left.

Fast forward to the next day. We called ECO roofing to come out for an estimate (We knew of ECO Roofing as they did a complete re-roof of a friend of ours-so we knew the quality of their work).

Rich from ECO roofing came out and did a thorough inspection of the roof and quoted us two different ways-one was to repair/replace the damaged/broken/shifted tiles and give the roof a tune up-and the other was to redo the entire roof. He had pictures of everything that he provided to us.

We opted to have ECO do the tune up and scheduled the work immediately. We were notified of the date and time that the crew would come out.

On the day that the crew was supposed to be at our place-a mix up happened (Yes, things happen!). The crew didn't show up at the scheduled time. The ECO office folks felt bad and sent someone out late in the day-and he started to do the work. We just had the ECO folks reschedule to the next week-when it was more convenient for everyone.

The second time, they were early and there were 6 guys-and they completed the entire project in about 3 hours. They cleaned up when they were done as well. We are extremely please and will use them when the time comes for  our roof to be replaced.

Be very careful dealing with this company. They came out and made an estimate which we accepted. We signed the contract only to be informed later that there was a mathematical error in the number of squares and that they would not do the job for the contract price. They wanted 20% / $2000 more to do it. Very disappointing.

Update: Next day: the district manager called, apologized, and emphatically stated they stand by their contracts. I did not have to complain or contact them. So we will be getting the roof after all. Mistakes happen and this company is willing to make it right. I'm raising my stars to mid-level. Stand by for a final update, but right now I would say this company is ok.

Luis and his crew did a fine job for a reasonable price on our home that we are selling to make corrections for the Buyer.  He was quick to respond on my first inquiry, here on Yelp, and got back to me when I messaged him.  He provided photos of work done and a complete invoice.  Better and quicker and probably cheaper than any of the other roofers I inquired to on Yelp.
I'll call on Luis again in the future.

Very professional and great work. I had a leak repaired and foam roof re-coated Jan 2017. Charles was on time, personally sprayed the foam to ensure a quality job and he showed me detailed photos afterwards. The price was reasonable. I will recommend them to friends and family.

We have an HOA and were given specific colors to paint our house and trim. Alex came out and replaced our old clogged gutters with new Ones that match perfectly! He was extremely knowledgeable and efficient. While he was up on our roof, he noticed the our skylights were old and cracked. He gave us a fair bid and came out and replaced them as well! Great professional, friendly service! Highly recommend.

Geremy installed floating wood shelves in the kitchen and did a good job. They're sturdy and look good, but could have been finished better in the end. Putty was left to dry and I had to have my handyman sand it all down as well as add more where there were some noticeable gaps at joints. I didn't ask Geremy come back to finish because it wasn't the end of the world to have to have someone else finish, it just would have been nice if he had completed the job himself. There was also an incident where he accidentally leaned against the stove knobs, turned on the burner and melted plastic on my brand new stove top that had never been used. It wasn't able to be cleaned up complete which is a bummer, but the worst part is he didn't tell me about it- I had to hear from my handman.

I hired him for a second job- a pergola over my back patio. After he rescheduled a couple of times and then didn't show up another one or two times, he finally came, but came so late in the day that he ran out of time and couldn't install my string lights. I went ahead and paid him the full amount for the job but I've never been able to get him to come back to finish the lights that he said he'd be back to hang the following day. After a lot of excuses, several texts and a phone call and continuing to tell me he'd come back to hang them, he still hasn't finished the job. I've been waiting since May 20th and now he isn't responding to my messages at all.

It's a shame because his work is good, but reliability and communication are terrible.

I never felt so good about spending a lot of money. From the beginning, Arizona Roof Rescue was responsive and timely. I knew a new roof was required and had received bids from two other firms already. However, I was concerned that neither of the other firms had a presence on Yelp (or Angie's List) or had a website. Arizona Roof Rescue uses their own crew (no contractors that might or might not do quality work) which was important to me.

Alan's bid came in about 50% higher at first but when we talked it through it was clear there would be no extras for more tiles, plywood or anything. Also, after the discussion Alan reduced his bid a bit to get it closer to our budget.

We were out of town for the work but neighbors tell us that the work crew was fantastic. Cleaned up every night and even cleaned up some items that had nothing to do with them -  and I can tell you the work looks great.

I highly recommend Arizona Roof Rescue for your roof needs.

So this is an update. Since having my roof repaired by patriotic roofing its been raining. I'm so happy to say no more leaks. I highly recommend this company. Thank you.

So far extremely pleased. They worked with me to help with a leaky roof and allowed me to place that cost towards the replacement as the house is in probate and it will take some time to free up the funds. Kind and caring staff that are extremely professional. Highly recommend for an honest job.
