We had a leak in our roof and hired Caliber to come out and fix it, they were very responsive and couldn't beat the price. So professional, highly recommend.

After an overnight rainstorm, we found a leak in our roof that was coming through the ceiling over our stairwell. After receiving a referral from an electrician that did some work on our house, and reading reviews about The Roofing Company online, I gave them a call. We setup an appointment, they were prompt (showing up within the first 45 minutes of the 5 hour window) and courteous when giving us the estimate.

The pricing was less than I was thinking it would be, and they were out early the next morning, removed our non-working swamp cooler, repaired/replaced shingles, sealed up everything, and were done in just a few hours!

Overall, I was very impressed with the response time, courteousness of the staff (both on the phone and those that came to our house) and 100% pleased with the result. If I ever need more roofing done, this company will be my only call!

Beware Homeowners of what you are getting yourself into with this company. I will list simple facts about how this company operates for you to hopefully see this before you make the mistake of signing anything.
1) The contract Tempel Roofing uses is no ordinary contract, it is an assignment of benefits contract that will strip you as a homeowner of all rights to your own claim and money that will come with it, leaving all rights to Tempel Roofing to supplement and take as long as they would like before putting your roof on, and you will legally have no say in the matter after signing this contract.(Tempel has customers that have been waiting over a year for their roof to be put on after insurance paid for full replacement.)
2) Tempel roofing will rush to get a front end check from you, the next tactic in the process is to collect money fast to fulfill a 30% cancellation fee should you decide you dont like Tempel Roofings handling of your business and the final step into fully trapping you behind the assignment of benefits contract you signed.
3) In the supplementing process between Tempel and your insurance company, you will see that they are billing your insurance company twice the amount of full replacement paid by your insurance, sometimes 3 times the amount, even after insurance paid for a full replacement, and this can take quite some time of which you have no say in the matter. Not to mention the fraud committed in the supplements such as charging for a safety class for his roofing crews. 1. this does not take place and 2. there are no in house crews affiliated with Tempel Roofing, they are subcontracted crews.
4) Should you have any problems during the process and would like to reach out to the office, good luck. The office is a vacant rented room for mailing purposes, there is no one in office to greet you or a receptionist to take your calls. It is almost a guarantee that if you call the office number you will go straight to voicemail.

The above is simple facts provided in hopes to inform homeowners, so that you can make an informed decision about the contractor you choose. There are plenty of roofing companies in the valley that will be truthful, helpful, and respectful throughout the process.

Checked the roof and it looks good.   The seams around the vents look very watertight.  The shingles looks like it's held down tight.  They also do wood work.  They removed my old, unused swamp cooler and put in an additional wind turbine.  They're registered with the state of AZ.  They're certified GAF shingles installers if you decide to get GAF shingles.  They also finished within 2 days.

One of the best contractors I have ever hired. Diamond & 4 Brother's Roofing is a family owned and operated company. Darron is the owner and a great person to work with. Have high respect for his work ethics and integrity. In my opinion, paying and getting the initial install done is the easy part. Getting the contractor back to fix any issues after the install (even with a warranty) is the hard part. This is why some pay big bucks to known brand name companies because they stand behind their work. Well, Darron and his company meets or exceeds these expectations. His prices are extremely reasonable, nowhere close to the big bucks.. and he always answered when I needed him. He does that even after 1.5 years after the install. That tells something about a person. There was a minor leak during most recent rains and his team jumped into action and took care of it. I am so glad I got my roof done by his company. Can't say enough about him and his team so THANK YOU DARRON!!

A roof is one of the most expensive and stressful purchases that we have ever had to make for our home. Top that off with the fact that we are military and were stationed in a different state when it all went down. Our biggest fear was that we would get a contractor who had limited knowledge, while also amassing hidden fees throughout the process.

Lyons was highly recommended on Angie's List, but honestly it was Katherine and Jim that convinced me to go with this company. Katherine spent at least 3 hours walking me through the process and answering every question that I could come up with. My conversations with her pointed me in the right direction for researching my options. I had many more technical questions after that, which she thought would best be answered by Jim. Boy, was she right! Jim really knew his stuff and had an answer for everything I threw his way. He thoroughly walked me through everything that would happen to our home. By the end of it all, I felt like I had two new family members who just happened to be in the roofing business!

I can't say enough good things about Lyon's Roofing. Their team did an amazing job. Our roof had wind and hail damage that needed to be fixed yesterday as Jim so eloquently put it.  Our project manager, Art, had to make the hard call to tell me that our initial start date was being moved back due to bad weather. He made sure to spend time with me and walk me through all the steps. When I heard that a big storm was moving in to Tucson, I called in a panic. That same day he sent some guys out to tarp the sections that could possibly leak into the house.

I was so relieved to have this amazing company guiding me through each step of the process. My fears were assuaged, and my budget was not blown out of the water. In fact, if I had gone with another contractor's bid, I'd be out an extra $2K right now. Thank you to everyone at Lyons Roofing! From start to finish, I experienced nothing but the highest customer service possible!

Luis and his crew did a fine job for a reasonable price on our home that we are selling to make corrections for the Buyer.  He was quick to respond on my first inquiry, here on Yelp, and got back to me when I messaged him.  He provided photos of work done and a complete invoice.  Better and quicker and probably cheaper than any of the other roofers I inquired to on Yelp.
I'll call on Luis again in the future.

James called within an hour of finding MSW on HomeAdvisor. He came out the next morning and did an estimate, the pricing was much better than I expected. I needed my home's foam roof patched and resprayed with protective coating, they also did my shed. Everything was completed within four days of first contacting them. James did an excellent job, very professional and my dog liked him. He provided before and after photos and I have a 4 yr warranty.  I trust him and was happy with every aspect of the service. I would highly recommend James and MSW as a company for roofing (and they do house painting too).

Communication was great when I contacted the company via yelp. Receptionist was really friendly and nice they sent a guy out in 2 days to give me a quote. He came out did some measurements and we talked about how the gutters could be installed and what colors. Being that I live in townhouse the situation is a little tricky. He would need an extended ladder to get to the roof. You actually have to get on top of my garage then extend the ladder to the roof, he told me he had to contact his supervisor or management to find out if he could do it and I never heard back from them. So just going to try to have custom awnings installed.

After noticing a leak in the ceiling reached out to a few companies for quotes, one even promised a quote but never received it, I believe it was Carlos who came out measured and looked at the area where the leak was, I received a quote, the team showed up on day stated and completed when stated. The work and the team were very professional the entire time during the project. The inspector came out about a week later to ensure everything was done correctly. Very satisfied the work performed and will use and recommend them. Thank you!

I was referred by a friend after a bad storm had revealed a leak in our new home. With another monster storm about to hit us, I reached for a consultation and Geremy drove an hour and a half out of his way on his own time to look at what was going on. Gave me a quick and honest assessment, when asked how much, he was beyond reasonable, and offered to handle the job on the spot, so the next storm wouldn't damage my house! You will regret using this company! My roof guarantees it!

Due to the recent monsoon and seeing the damage it caused other homes in the area I wanted to get an inspection done to make sure there was no damage to my roof.  I was unable to make it home in time for the appointment I set with revamp roofing. However, Ruben still took the time to inspect the roof and call me with his findings.  Luckily, there was no damage to our roof.  Honest company that was on time!  Sorry I wasn't!  Thanks for the inspection!
