I was looking for a reliable, reasonable roofing company. Multiple bidders simply glanced at the roof and then wrote an estimate to completely replace. Derek from Caliber did a complete evaluation and a gave me options on repair/replace and provided pros/cons. The crew was on time, clean & courteous.  Anytime I run across someone with a roof issue, I will refer them to Caliber.

Thanks for scheduling a time and never showing up! Waited around from 8-12 when they said they would show. When i called and asked if they were still coming out she said i will call you back. Never called back either. Bunch of wasted time. Save your breath and call someone else.

The company did a great job installing my new roof. I got quite a few bids and Rick was the only estimator who took the time to actually lift up tiles and see what was happening. Any questions were answered swiftly. The team worked quickly and cleanly. They are competitively priced and get the job done. My neighbors hired another well known roofing company but it took 3x as long to complete the roof and the work was shoddy. I did my research so let me save you some time...you want your roof done to Anderson standards (2 ply 40lb felt). 2 ply means there is an 18 inch overlap of the felt versus a 6 inch overlap. Some roofers will only quote for 1 ply or use inferior felt. Don't waste your time.

This February, a wind storm caused serious damage to my roof. I called my insurance agent. He gave me two names that could do the repairs. Mike Stell at AZ Shingle Pros was one of them. Mike [the president of the company] came by, examined the damage, and told me what he and his team could do for me. Then he gave me an estimate for repairs the next day. I was sold and looked no further. Mike worked with the insurance company and achieved an awesome settlement. Mike's crew under the leadership of his brother, came each day 7am till 5pm. This was no small task with 2 fireplaces, skylights, satellite dishes, and 7,300 sqft of roof. At the completion of the last work day, the crew stood on the uphill side of the driveway and assessed their work. There was even a high five.
In a time when contractors can be divided into two groups: those that focus on upsell, fast completion, and use cheap materials, it was heartwarming to see a dedicated crew that took pride in their work.
I have never done a yelp review before this one but felt compelled because AZ Shingle Pros excelled in every parameter you would use to measure a business. I am more than pleased.

Had my front and back porch roof redone a year ago by PCC Roofing and they did a great job they were efficient and cleaned up great after. I had a monsoon issue a year later and they were quick to come out and help me with the issue they even fixed a part of my roof that had nothing to do with the job they did. Very professional good guys I'd recommend this company to anyone.

One of the best contractors I have ever hired. Diamond & 4 Brother's Roofing is a family owned and operated company. Darron is the owner and a great person to work with. Have high respect for his work ethics and integrity. In my opinion, paying and getting the initial install done is the easy part. Getting the contractor back to fix any issues after the install (even with a warranty) is the hard part. This is why some pay big bucks to known brand name companies because they stand behind their work. Well, Darron and his company meets or exceeds these expectations. His prices are extremely reasonable, nowhere close to the big bucks.. and he always answered when I needed him. He does that even after 1.5 years after the install. That tells something about a person. There was a minor leak during most recent rains and his team jumped into action and took care of it. I am so glad I got my roof done by his company. Can't say enough about him and his team so THANK YOU DARRON!!

To start, I really liked our estimator and everyone seemed very professional and great to work with.  I have no doubt their work would be good, the pricing though felt fishy.  I just post this as a word of caution.

We have had an aweful time with our previous roofer, the roof we had Lyons look at was only three years old.  The estimator was able to come to our house early, and beat me there.  He called me from the roof and asked why he was there, it was a new roof.  

He was adamant we were to contact the contractor's board (we're past the two year statute of limitations and had exhausted the previous roofer with requests to fix the damaged boards around the chimney and the AC unit).  When I explained he said well, if you want to spend your money we can help with that, he said jokingly.

He said the roof was in good shape, then after reviewing the inspection report he went back up on the roof and came back with a quote for an entirely new roof, twice the price of the original bad roof and literally $12,000 over the other two bids we recieved.

Maybe he felt that we were wasting our time because he brought up the contractor's board several times, maybe he hoped it would turn into a lawsuit.  We've exhausted all optioins and just wanted it fixed with no lawyers.

Not sure what happened here but if you decide to use them, be sure and get more than one quote!

I needed a written Inspection Report from them for my refinancing company. They did come out in a timely manner; the problem was that they did not understand my request and did not give me the report just a receipt for the payment. As of today, I still have not had any response from them. Part of the problem was that the Gentlemen who came out did not speak or understand English. I would love to give them business, he was very polite and did seem to know what he was doing but they did not do what I ask and charged me for it

Robert gave great service and very thorough follow-through.  His crew is first rate: on time, courteous, thorough cleanup.  MSW corrected blisters, cracks and low areas left from a poorly done previous roofing job.  For all practical purposes they have restored my roof to as-new condition.  They guarantee their work for five years.  I can see why they are confident enough to do this: they do good work.  Pricing was reasonable as well.

My experience with Curtis-C Roofing was equal parts pleased and pissed. They contacted me after finding them at a local home show several weeks after attending. Was able to arrange a consultation for a free price quote that was measurably higher than expected but with construction costs on the rise, accepted that as the cost of doing business. After several emails back and forth between Dave - the general manager and myself ,an early morning appointment - 5AM due to the heat - was arranged for their installer Mario to come out and install a $1240 solar tube. Mario was an HOUR and a HALF late! At 5:15am I called Dave (got voice mail). Sent a text massage next. I called the office but of course, no one in at that hour. I finally received an EMAIL from Dave around 6:30am saying only He is still coming. Sorry for the delay. shortly after that Mario arrived with no idea that he was suppose to be there 90 minutes earlier!! Apparently communication is not this companies strong suit. My anger is rooted in the fact that had I known and planned for a 6:30am arrival - I could have showered and dressed for work prior to Mario's arrival but due to the lack of communication - I missed a half day of work. None of this seems significant to Curtis-C Roofing as they decided NOT to compensate me for any of the time, trouble and frustration. I now have a remarkably light filled kitchen due to the expertly installed solar tube but the lack of COURTESY from Curtis-C has left a bad taste in my mouth.

The folks at German Roofing are awesome! Their office staff is professional, courteous,  great at returning calls (no matter how busy it gets), and their technicians do a top notch  job. Within 4 days (during  monsoon season) they completed a roof on one of our rentals.  There were no surprises with their price and the amount they quoted me 2 months prior was the price we paid. Pictures don't lie, and the photos they provided at the end of the job showed quality work.  The clean up was also great. I will continue to recommend them  to my family and friends. Geremy installed floating wood shelves in the kitchen and did a good job. They're sturdy and look good, but could have been finished better in the end. Putty was left to dry and I had to have my handyman sand it all down as well as add more where there were some noticeable gaps at joints. I didn't ask Geremy come back to finish because it wasn't the end of the world to have to have someone else finish, it just would have been nice if he had completed the job himself. There was also an incident where he accidentally leaned against the stove knobs, turned on the burner and melted plastic on my brand new stove top that had never been used. It wasn't able to be cleaned up complete which is a bummer, but the worst part is he didn't tell me about it- I had to hear from my handman.

I hired him for a second job- a pergola over my back patio. After he rescheduled a couple of times and then didn't show up another one or two times, he finally came, but came so late in the day that he ran out of time and couldn't install my string lights. I went ahead and paid him the full amount for the job but I've never been able to get him to come back to finish the lights that he said he'd be back to hang the following day. After a lot of excuses, several texts and a phone call and continuing to tell me he'd come back to hang them, he still hasn't finished the job. I've been waiting since May 20th and now he isn't responding to my messages at all.

It's a shame because his work is good, but reliability and communication are terrible.

All roofers are very busy at this time because of recent rains in the area.  However, I've got a live person when I called the first time and got my appointment scheduled.  The owner then called me a few hours earlier than the appointment to see if he can come by because he was in the area.  He gave me the ball park estimate right on the spot, and based on the the info he gave out on how it would be done, he really wanted to make sure the job is done right if selected.  I would go with them if they were not backed up to far out (because of a lot of roofs need to get repaired) and I need to get it done fast to put solar panels on it.

So this is an update. Since having my roof repaired by patriotic roofing its been raining. I'm so happy to say no more leaks. I highly recommend this company. Thank you.
