Anderson Roofing did an amazing job on our full custom home tile roof remodel.  Lexi was so polite and detail oriented thru the process.  We knew we were dealing with a true professional company with the knowledge and experience when the owner Regan came out himself to consult with us on the process and project.  We imported tile from Spain and needed true craftsmanship when it came time to install and properly blend this custom tile.   They did an AMAZING job and highly recommended.   RJ was so helpful during the install checking on our job regularly and making sure the installers always had what they needed to keep working smoothly.   They also had a very competitive price which was well worth the value and hands on professionalism we received

Beware Homeowners of what you are getting yourself into with this company. I will list simple facts about how this company operates for you to hopefully see this before you make the mistake of signing anything.
1) The contract Tempel Roofing uses is no ordinary contract, it is an assignment of benefits contract that will strip you as a homeowner of all rights to your own claim and money that will come with it, leaving all rights to Tempel Roofing to supplement and take as long as they would like before putting your roof on, and you will legally have no say in the matter after signing this contract.(Tempel has customers that have been waiting over a year for their roof to be put on after insurance paid for full replacement.)
2) Tempel roofing will rush to get a front end check from you, the next tactic in the process is to collect money fast to fulfill a 30% cancellation fee should you decide you dont like Tempel Roofings handling of your business and the final step into fully trapping you behind the assignment of benefits contract you signed.
3) In the supplementing process between Tempel and your insurance company, you will see that they are billing your insurance company twice the amount of full replacement paid by your insurance, sometimes 3 times the amount, even after insurance paid for a full replacement, and this can take quite some time of which you have no say in the matter. Not to mention the fraud committed in the supplements such as charging for a safety class for his roofing crews. 1. this does not take place and 2. there are no in house crews affiliated with Tempel Roofing, they are subcontracted crews.
4) Should you have any problems during the process and would like to reach out to the office, good luck. The office is a vacant rented room for mailing purposes, there is no one in office to greet you or a receptionist to take your calls. It is almost a guarantee that if you call the office number you will go straight to voicemail.

The above is simple facts provided in hopes to inform homeowners, so that you can make an informed decision about the contractor you choose. There are plenty of roofing companies in the valley that will be truthful, helpful, and respectful throughout the process.

Had my front and back porch roof redone a year ago by PCC Roofing and they did a great job they were efficient and cleaned up great after. I had a monsoon issue a year later and they were quick to come out and help me with the issue they even fixed a part of my roof that had nothing to do with the job they did. One of the best contractors I have ever hired. Diamond & 4 Brother's Roofing is a family owned and operated company. Darron is the owner and a great person to work with. Have high respect for his work ethics and integrity. In my opinion, paying and getting the initial install done is the easy part. Getting the contractor back to fix any issues after the install (even with a warranty) is the hard part. This is why some pay big bucks to known brand name companies because they stand behind their work. Well, Darron and his company meets or exceeds these expectations. His prices are extremely reasonable, nowhere close to the big bucks.. and he always answered when I needed him. He does that even after 1.5 years after the install. That tells something about a person. There was a minor leak during most recent rains and his team jumped into action and took care of it. I am so glad I got my roof done by his company. Can't say enough about him and his team so THANK YOU DARRON!!

There are a shortage of kind hearts and kind deeds in the world. Today, I experienced a kindness from an unexpected source, our roofing repair company! We are selling our home and moving across the country. Our buyers are nickel and diming us for every little fix they can get, down to removing morning doves nests and installing spikes in the eaves. Feeling very house poor and a little bit miffed about it, I called Lyons to look at the cracks and chips the report came back with... Thinking it was going to cost me $500 or more. We left to fly to Michigan for a house hunting trip and while we were gone, Jeremey from Lyons Roofing came to my house and repaired every chip and crack and notch for us and he did it for free as a farewell gift! He knew we weren't going to be here much longer and therefore wouldn't probably be using his company again anytime soon, but he drove 20 miles here and 20 miles back and took his time to fix my roof and didn't charge me anything. Tears come to my eyes while I'm typing this. He will never realize just how much his kind deed meant. I will whole heartedly recommend Lyons Roofing solely not only based on the terrific quality of work they do, but also on their customer service and small deeds of kindness that meant so much to me during such a rough time. thank you, Jeremey!! I needed a written Inspection Report from them for my refinancing company. They did come out in a timely manner; the problem was that they did not understand my request and did not give me the report just a receipt for the payment. As of today, I still have not had any response from them. Part of the problem was that the Gentlemen who came out did not speak or understand English. I would love to give them business, he was very polite and did seem to know what he was doing but they did not do what I ask and charged me for it

MSW Contracting is awesome!  When it was time to recoat our roof, we called 3 companies to bid.  From the time we met Charles, he was hands down the best company.  He was on time, had spot on recommendations, guaranteed his work and the outcome was better than we could have imagined.  While we know that in some years, we will have to do regular maintenance to our roof, we know exactly who we will call - Charles at MSW.  Additionally, his staff was amazing -  courteous, timely and were highly knowledgeable!

Terrible response time. I requested a quote via this app only to be referred to a phone number to call to schedule a quote? Hello you call ME!  That's why I went through this app, terrible response for customer support. I ended up calling them only to be told... someone would contact me next week... today was Tuesday.... They truly don't want your business! I said no thanks, I would hire someone before then! Keep in mind I requested the response last week! When I mentioned this to the girl I spoke with on the phone..., she seemed less then concerned! It was like ok... _uck off thank you very little!  When I mentioned I had to call them! Just so you know. Piss poor!

It sure took a long time for this company to resby pond. I guess they had to make up a story and get every one on the same page. First off im not a he. 2nd the other company did not start the nect day. As a consumer you can get more than one quote which is what i was doing. 3rd its not only or always about money. Its how you are tested talked to etc. They wasted my time and never called back or replied when they said. So now they are also liars making up a story of what they think i was doind or going to do. Not an honest trustworthy company. I used and found a better company. I would not recommend this company to turn on my water. Do your research. They cant even tell if they are speaking to a man or women. I have notes emails etc. If they are not open at 6pm then they shouldnt tell possible clients that they will get back to them. I didnt even speak to her. So she is going by hear say. There is a much better company out there. Also she is lieing when she said i was looking for things and requested certain things. I will not be lied about. This company lies does not follow through etc. I dont recommend them. Also while i was getting the estimate they worded some information wrong and that is what i wanted fixed not changed. Estemater said he could not fix since he alteady printed the docs and it would have to come from the office. And that he would ne going back and have them to me by 6pm. He said 6pm not me. And ues i eanted to make a decision and eas getting quotes. Yes i kept getting emails from them and they became argumenative and i asked them to stop contacting me. They would not stop contacting me. If im not doing business with you i dont want or need your emails. You dont need my information either. She was rude she is a liar. She was the 4th person i had contact with and she wasnt around when i eas told certain things. So she dors not no. Dont use this company unless you want headaches and lies. They are not trustworthy plain and simple.

I found G's Hone Services on Yelp, requested a quote, he got back to me within 20mins of my request & quoted me a fair price. I hired him for the job & he nailed it. Great service, great work, I highly recommend.

During a quick visit to my Arizona home, I knew I had to take care of some needed roof repairs in a timely fashion. I called on Monday, Alan came by on Tuesday and explained everything that was involved in addressing the issues, work commenced on Wednesday and was completed early Saturday morning. Alan drew up a detailed contract and set a price that he assured me would not be changed regardless of any unknown factors that come up during the repair process. Alan's crew was meticulous in every way. Each day the property was cleaned up to perfection. They worked long and steady days to ensure that work would be done within my available window. They touched up painted areas when necessary and ensured that all areas needing it were painted to perfection. The final inspection allowed me to point out some very minor areas of concern that were immediately addressed. Every last bit of debris was removed when the job was completed. Alan and the entire crew were delightful to work with and exceptional in the way they treated both me and my property. I found the price to be most reasonable for the amount of work that was done and greatly appreciated the timeliness with which they were able to accommodate my needs. I highly recommend Arizona Roof Rescue in every regard.

Contacted Patriotic Roofing via Yelp. Owner John reached out to me and was able to provide estimate via Yelp using the photos I attached.  Which saves great time and hassle.  
Scheduled the job for a couple days later.  They showed up early, very nice and professional and completed the work and inspected the roof at no additional charge.  Thanks!!

Needed some repairs after the storms last month and most places said they couldn't fit me in or had an 8-week wait. Revamp contacted me right away and came out for an estimate that week. Very friendly and gave a reasonable estimate. Scheduled the repairs within a week. Unfortunately it was pouring rain again the day we were scheduled, but they rescheduled right away. Showed up on time on the new date and finished the repairs very quickly. They had before and after pictures to show me as well. I will definitely use them again for any roof issues!
