We were introduced to Jake and Caliber from our general contractor. We had a project that lasted several weeks. We had a few hiccups along the way which included some inferior product which was concerning at the time. Jake ordered new product at his cost to make sure we were satisfied. He also painted our new ceiling free of charge. We will use him again for any other roofing projects that we have. His project manager Matt was easily accessible and we felt like they really went out of their way to make sure we were happy. I read a review from another person that said they had problems in the middle. We also had some issues midstream but as I mentioned, Jake and Matt came by personally to address all concerns and made necessary changes at Calibers cost. The finished product is what counts and we are completely happy and look forward to spending a lot of time under our new covered patio.

Quick response . . . Quality work!  The estimate I was given was very accurate.  The two man crew showed up on time and was very professional.  The repair was finished on time and without any additional charges.  I will use this company for any future repairs, maintenance or remodeling.

I dreaded finding someone to address my roof and leak issues after the storms last year.  A friend recommended Tempel roofing with a glowing review and I thought it was too good to be true....  but, I was wrong and pleasantly surprised!!  Ryan (the owner) was professional, knowledgeable, thorough and managed to help me file a successful claim with my insurance company.  I would add a 6th star if I could!!!  Great experience

Our roof was damaged in the hail storm last month.   The owner was looking at our neighbors roof and said he would look at mine for nothing.  He saw that I was a disabled vet and did all the work looking at the entire roof and marking he damage.  When he was finished he told me I did need a new roof and that when the adjuster came he would be there with him.   The adjuster came and Mike walked the entire roof with him.  At the end I got an entire new roof.  When the crew arrived to do the work, they were all great workers.  At the end of the job, they all walked around the entire house picking up every little piece of dirt and nails.  In my life I have come in contact with many contractors and this company, from owner, Mike, to the lowest man on the crew is by far the best I have ever worked with.  I would tell any one to use them, you will not be disapointed.  If any one would want to talk to me about them, my e-mail is [email protected]

Checked the roof and it looks good.   The seams around the vents look very watertight.  The shingles looks like it's held down tight.  They also do wood work.  They removed my old, unused swamp cooler and put in an additional wind turbine.  They're registered with the state of AZ.  They're certified GAF shingles installers if you decide to get GAF shingles.  They also finished within 2 days.

One of the best contractors I have ever hired. Diamond & 4 Brother's Roofing is a family owned and operated company. Darron is the owner and a great person to work with. Have high respect for his work ethics and integrity. In my opinion, paying and getting the initial install done is the easy part. Getting the contractor back to fix any issues after the install (even with a warranty) is the hard part. This is why some pay big bucks to known brand name companies because they stand behind their work. Well, Darron and his company meets or exceeds these expectations. His prices are extremely reasonable, nowhere close to the big bucks.. and he always answered when I needed him. He does that even after 1.5 years after the install. That tells something about a person. There was a minor leak during most recent rains and his team jumped into action and took care of it. I am so glad I got my roof done by his company. Can't say enough about him and his team so THANK YOU DARRON!!

Eric and his team worked with me on a roof repair due to monsoon storm damage. They had great customer service, and the team did an excellent job doing the repair. Very pleased with installation, excellent repair or rebuild of wood decking and fascia (skilled carpenter). English speaker on site each day. Project Manager was outstanding- good communicator, took pride in work, creative solutions to challenges. Pleased with fixes to flashing and water drainage issues- but need hard rain to really evaluate ( was ok in light rain).

Got two leaks in heavy rain that Lyons would not fix. They do not honor their warranty, and left me to fix the two issues myself. One leak at stand pipe, flashing underneath did not stop water from pooling in heavy rain. One leak at odd corner where water in valley hits wood border around window - I had added piece of aluminum to keep water off wood, Lyons would not seal edges and would not add additional flashing to keep water off fascia board. Very disappointing, you can do a lot better than this company.

I needed a written Inspection Report from them for my refinancing company. They did come out in a timely manner; the problem was that they did not understand my request and did not give me the report just a receipt for the payment. As of today, I still have not had any response from them. Part of the problem was that the Gentlemen who came out did not speak or understand English. I would love to give them business, he was very polite and did seem to know what he was doing but they did not do what I ask and charged me for it

MSW Contracting is awesome!  When it was time to recoat our roof, we called 3 companies to bid.  From the time we met Charles, he was hands down the best company.  He was on time, had spot on recommendations, guaranteed his work and the outcome was better than we could have imagined.  While we know that in some years, we will have to do regular maintenance to our roof, we know exactly who we will call - Charles at MSW.  Additionally, his staff was amazing -  courteous, timely and were highly knowledgeable!

Alex did a wonderful job tearing down our old rusty, leaking gutters and replacing them with beautiful new ones.  Always called to let me know he was coming, showed up on time and did an excellent job.

I contacted Geremey due to an aging roof that was in desperate need of repair. I contacted 3 different companies, all who wanted me to wait for a few weeks just for them to come out. Due to storm damage from the first big monsoon of the year I needed an entire roof.  Ruben at Revamp was recommended through my agent.  I did also get 3 other estimates but still decided to go with Ruben and Revamp.  Very happy that I did.  We had some delays from more storms that were completely out of his hands, of which Ruben was very apologetic for...again no control of his....which I had no issue with because I had no leaks and felt the roof was secure.  When they did come they did a great job and the roof looks great!  As a business owner myself, working at peoples homes and businesses, I pride myself on doing honest and fair work and I believe I received both from Ruben.   I would gladly recommend Revamp Roofing to anyone who asks.  Respectfully,  Mike Puruleski Sidewinder Sunscreens.
