Caliber Roofing did an awesome job! We needed a full tear-off and replacement for our flat roof home.

I did a LOT of research and gathered 10 estimates. Rich was on time for the estimate, and was able to give us a price for roof replacement, gutters and even some electrical work to add ceiling fan outlets.

The job was scheduled within a reasonable timeframe. The project manager, Chris, came out beforehand and did some final measurements, lead paint testing, etc.

The job started on Monday. The crew was here at 9:00 sharp. They removed the existing roof, replaced it, applied the foam and the first layer of elastomeric coating in one day. The job superintendent, Tanner, was here for much of the day. Rich and Chris also came by to check on the work. The crew finished with a clean-up job that was perfect.

They returned on Tuesday to place the second layer of coating on the roof.

Our house is small, so I was amazed at the level of involvement by everyone at Caliber Roofing! Every detail was perfectly attended to.

We couldn't be happier with the care and service that we received. Everyone was extremely professional and explained everything throughout the entire process.

Five stars isn't enough, and I'm very discerning with my reviews. I would highly recommend Caliber Roofing if you are looking for a job done right, reasonably priced, and you appreciate excellent customer care.

The Roofing Co is top notch.  I had my roof redone four years ago (by another company).  It started leaking a few weeks ago so the following morning I started dialing for a roofing company.  The Roofing Company agreed to come out on Tuesday morning.  Meanwhile, I contacted a 20+ year friend who owns a roofing company.  He came on on Monday and advised the jacks on the rear of the roof had all been installed incorrectly four years ago.  My friend advised I would need to replace the entire rear roof at a cost of $$$$$.  Luckily for me, The Roofing Co came out on Tuesday morning and informed no need to replace the roof.  All the jacks could be repaired. I might add, at a fraction of the cost to replace the roof.  Shane was very thorough in explaining how the repairs would be completed, the warranty, the anticipated timeline the repairs would last, and advised I could have The Roofing Co out every two years for a complete roof inspection at a nominal service call fee.  No other roofing company has ever offered a preventative roof inspection service.

That Friday, the crew arrived as scheduled, and were very informative as to what they would be doing.  By noon, I had received text photos from Shane showing the work before, while in process, and completed.  The photos were an excellent customer service technique for those who cannot be home during the repairs.  I am pleased to say that during the last week we have experienced rain showers and no leaks.

I highly recommend The Roofing Co for their customer service, follow through, competitive pricing, honest service and workmanship.  I can attest that The Roofing Co will be my only roofing company for future needs and will be recommended to all my friends in need of their services.

I highly recommend Anderson Roofing and Repair! Here is my experience: I had four bids from recommended roofing companies for a completely new roof as our home still had the original builder supplied roof and after 21 years; it was time. I selected Anderson Roofing and Repair after seeing their work on a neighbors home. I have a good friend that owns a roof repair company as my superintendent. This is by far one of the best companies that I have ever had the pleasure of working with.  They were not only very professional but courteous and had terrific communication throughout the job.  They took several pictures before, during and after of the roof replacement. Send me the pictures kept me abreast of the progress they were making since I wasn't able to be there at the time. There was wood rot on my patio eves that I was aware of and other issues on the roof that came up.  They let me know right away what needed to be done and went above and beyond making me feel comfortable. They came out the first day that I called them to give me a bid, within a week all the materials were in and the job was started. Everything they did was above board. I can't say enough about their professionalism. The roof was completed in 1 1/2 days and looks amazing.  I highly recommend AZ Shingle Pros and will recommend them to my friends and family.

Checked the roof and it looks good.   The seams around the vents look very watertight.  The shingles looks like it's held down tight.  They also do wood work.  They removed my old, unused swamp cooler and put in an additional wind turbine.  They're registered with the state of AZ.  They're certified GAF shingles installers if you decide to get GAF shingles.  They also finished within 2 days.

One of the best contractors I have ever hired. Diamond & 4 Brother's Roofing is a family owned and operated company. Darron is the owner and a great person to work with. Have high respect for his work ethics and integrity. In my opinion, paying and getting the initial install done is the easy part. Getting the contractor back to fix any issues after the install (even with a warranty) is the hard part. This is why some pay big bucks to known brand name companies because they stand behind their work. Well, Darron and his company meets or exceeds these expectations. His prices are extremely reasonable, nowhere close to the big bucks.. and he always answered when I needed him. He does that even after 1.5 years after the install. That tells something about a person. There was a minor leak during most recent rains and his team jumped into action and took care of it. I am so glad I got my roof done by his company. Can't say enough about him and his team so THANK YOU DARRON!!

Floyd the technician was awesome.  Called the day before to reconfirm, was courteous and efficient, emailed me the paperwork I needed.  Everyone at Lyons was awesome.  Highly recommend!

Luis and his crew did a fine job for a reasonable price on our home that we are selling to make corrections for the Buyer.  He was quick to respond on my first inquiry, here on Yelp, and got back to me when I messaged him.  He provided photos of work done and a complete invoice.  Better and quicker and probably cheaper than any of the other roofers I inquired to on Yelp.
I'll call on Luis again in the future.

James called within an hour of finding MSW on HomeAdvisor. He came out the next morning and did an estimate, the pricing was much better than I expected. I needed my home's foam roof patched and resprayed with protective coating, they also did my shed. Everything was completed within four days of first contacting them. James did an excellent job, very professional and my dog liked him. He provided before and after photos and I have a 4 yr warranty.  I trust him and was happy with every aspect of the service. I would highly recommend James and MSW as a company for roofing (and they do house painting too).

No call, no show = no chance.  Had a scheduled appointment today between 3 and 5 PM.  As I said, I got no call and nobody showed up.  I waited until 520 PM to call them.  The number on their page was redirected to a different number which leads me to believe it was either the owner or the guy out doing work/estimates on a Saturday.  As of now. An hour later - crickets.  Customer service is apparently not a priority.

I found G's Hone Services on Yelp, requested a quote, he got back to me within 20mins of my request & quoted me a fair price. I hired him for the job & he nailed it. Great service, great work, I highly recommend.

Thank you Arizona Roof Rescue! Alan and his crew kept me informed every step of the way. They did exactly what they said they would do and more at no extra charge. The price I was quoted was the price I paid even after they found more issues to be corrected once they dug into the job! They did a fantastic clean up job! My yard etc was cleaner when they where done then it was before. There was debris that had been left behind from some previous work we had done on the house and they cleaned all that up as well. I am a Real Estate Broker and always get asked for recommendations for roofers and I didn't have one until now. They are hands down the best and have the best warranty on the work as well. The company owner was  prompt in his response, made an appointment for the next day & arrived on time with a courtesty heads up.  Shows up & spends quite awhile with us.  I was quite clear about how sick & tired I was of people coming, taking my time & then no estimate ever provided particularly when it is the company owner.  We discussed various methods to address our walk deck and patio overhang roof.  Tells us he would get back to us.  Nothing!  1 week later nothing so I sent him a text stating that I was astounded that he never bothered giving us a bid especially after I told him that I was tired of that behavior from contractors.  No response!  That is why I am posting this review which I haven't done at all previously.  It is completely rude & disrespectful to take one's time in this manner.  I did my due diligence in researching each & every one of the various contractors from the various trades I have been contacting over the past 8 months.  It is unbelievable to me how these folks stay in business & maintain 5 star reviews on yelp as well as clean ROC licenses.  Go figure!  If you need roofing services I suggest you look elsewhere!  BTW the guy shows up without a mask!

We had to do a complete redo of our roof in the house we've only been in 3 years. After getting several quotes, we decided on revamp roofing, and very happy that we did. One of the things that really caught my attention is how customer focused they are. Ruben came out, explained the issues, everything he stated was inline with what I heard from 5 others. He kept me informed as the work progressed, cleaned up daily so I never had to worry about debris around, and the finished product? Well, we couldn't be happier. I would most definitely recommend Revamp Roofing
