Our roof was damaged in a summer monsoon. I reached out to a few roofing companies and Rich came out right away and did a thorough evaluation of our roof, recommending we replace half of it and following up promptly with a fair and detailed estimate. After our homeowners insurance also evaluated the damage, we were able to replace the whole roof under the claim. So the team came out and worked quickly. It took about 4 days. Unfortunately another monsoon storm came after the first day of roof work so we sustained some water damage to the interior walls. The team finished the roof up and they followed up promptly to inspect the water stains, brought someone out to repair everything, and covered the cost. When they quality checked the roof, a few spots required fixing and the team came back and took care of it. Definitely appreciated Rich's attention to detail and communication. The office staff are nice too. The project manager we were assigned was just okay (not quite as easy to connect with and not as communicative as we expected during the project).
Even with the hiccups, the company definitely made things right in the end. They were reliable, trustworthy and did good quality work for us. We are happy with our new roof and would work with them again.

We called Regan at Anderson Roofing after they were recommended to us by another highly rated company.

Great experience with the appointment scheduling and subsequent phone calls, it was really refreshing to talk to a human and not a machine.

Regan came out just as promised, and took a look at our roof, told us we didn't have any problems, and even put some caulk where it needed it - all in about 15 minutes and all for free.

About the man himself, his experience in doing this work shows in his calm, confident and reassuring manner. He was even awesome with  our dog!

Although we ended up not needing any actual roof work, Regan will be my only call if we ever do need it, and I can safely say I will recommend him and his company to whoever I can.

I reached out to four other companies for estimates prior to AZ Shingle Pros and wasn't feeling confident in any of the estimates provided. Mike came out for an estimate the very next day and reassured me him and his crew could provide the necessary repair at a very reasonable price. I had a signed contract within less than 48 hours and the job was started the very next week. From start to finish, the entire process was seamless. Had my front and back porch roof redone a year ago by PCC Roofing and they did a great job they were efficient and cleaned up great after. I had a monsoon issue a year later and they were quick to come out and help me with the issue they even fixed a part of my roof that had nothing to do with the job they did. Very professional good guys I'd recommend this company to anyone.

Our neighbor referred us to these guys and I'm so glad they did. I can't say enough about Ron and his crew.  From start to completion they had an amazing work ethic and were diligent about cleaning up after each day. The workmanship is wonderful and we are very happy with them and the result!

We had a different company come out and give us an estimate of some roof repair work (broken/shifted tiles from a few previous storms). This guy had done some repairs on the house across the street. The guy got on our roof and proceeded to tell us that we needed a whole new roof, That is was irreparable. That guy gave us a ridiculous bid for a new roof. We thanked him and he left.

Fast forward to the next day. We called ECO roofing to come out for an estimate (We knew of ECO Roofing as they did a complete re-roof of a friend of ours-so we knew the quality of their work).

Rich from ECO roofing came out and did a thorough inspection of the roof and quoted us two different ways-one was to repair/replace the damaged/broken/shifted tiles and give the roof a tune up-and the other was to redo the entire roof. He had pictures of everything that he provided to us.

We opted to have ECO do the tune up and scheduled the work immediately. We were notified of the date and time that the crew would come out.

On the day that the crew was supposed to be at our place-a mix up happened (Yes, things happen!). The crew didn't show up at the scheduled time. The ECO office folks felt bad and sent someone out late in the day-and he started to do the work. We just had the ECO folks reschedule to the next week-when it was more convenient for everyone.

The second time, they were early and there were 6 guys-and they completed the entire project in about 3 hours. They cleaned up when they were done as well. We are extremely please and will use them when the time comes for  our roof to be replaced.

Great company, great customer service. It looked like one of my shingles came off but the guy notified me that it was just the ventilator that came off from the roof. The wind knocked it up from the tar. He climbed up the ladder, glued it back down all for no charge. Other companies would try ripping you off for a task like this.

Luis and his crew did a fine job for a reasonable price on our home that we are selling to make corrections for the Buyer.  He was quick to respond on my first inquiry, here on Yelp, and got back to me when I messaged him.  He provided photos of work done and a complete invoice.  Better and quicker and probably cheaper than any of the other roofers I inquired to on Yelp.
I'll call on Luis again in the future.

Robert gave great service and very thorough follow-through.  His crew is first rate: on time, courteous, thorough cleanup.  MSW corrected blisters, cracks and low areas left from a poorly done previous roofing job.  For all practical purposes they have restored my roof to as-new condition.  They guarantee their work for five years.  I can see why they are confident enough to do this: they do good work.  Pricing was reasonable as well.

Alex did a wonderful job tearing down our old rusty, leaking gutters and replacing them with beautiful new ones.  Always called to let me know he was coming, showed up on time and did an excellent job.
Highly recommend this company.

German Roofing is the best!!!  They replaced our entire roof and did an excellent job.  Everyone with German Roofing is professional and pleasant.  They worked beautifully with the solar company that had to remove our panels and then place them back.  After the job was done, Manuel came back to check on the work and make sure we were happy with it.  I highly recommend German Roofing.

Geremy installed floating wood shelves in the kitchen and did a good job. They're sturdy and look good, but could have been finished better in the end. Putty was left to dry and I had to have my handyman sand it all down as well as add more where there were some noticeable gaps at joints. I didn't ask Geremy come back to finish because it wasn't the end of the world to have to have someone else finish, it just would have been nice if he had completed the job himself. There was also an incident where he accidentally leaned against the stove knobs, turned on the burner and melted plastic on my brand new stove top that had never been used. It wasn't able to be cleaned up complete which is a bummer, but the worst part is he didn't tell me about it- I had to hear from my handman.

I hired him for a second job- a pergola over my back patio. After he rescheduled a couple of times and then didn't show up another one or two times, he finally came, but came so late in the day that he ran out of time and couldn't install my string lights. I went ahead and paid him the full amount for the job but I've never been able to get him to come back to finish the lights that he said he'd be back to hang the following day. After a lot of excuses, several texts and a phone call and continuing to tell me he'd come back to hang them, he still hasn't finished the job. I've been waiting since May 20th and now he isn't responding to my messages at all.

It's a shame because his work is good, but reliability and communication are terrible.

Thank you Arizona Roof Rescue! Alan and his crew kept me informed every step of the way. They did exactly what they said they would do and more at no extra charge. The price I was quoted was the price I paid even after they found more issues to be corrected once they dug into the job! They did a fantastic clean up job! My yard etc was cleaner when they where done then it was before. There was debris that had been left behind from some previous work we had done on the house and they cleaned all that up as well. I am a Real Estate Broker and always get asked for recommendations for roofers and I didn't have one until now. They are hands down the best and have the best warranty on the work as well. I reached out to Patriotic Roofing for a roof replacement quote of a house I was considering buying. John responded promptly and meet me the next day to inspect the roof. He is someone I will consider going forward.

Word cannot express my gratitude to Ruben and ReVamp Roofing.  My rental home in Phoenix suffered roof damage during a storm in August and, to say the least, it was a nightmare.  Ruben came to the rescue, and although there were a few bumps in the road, he was always ready and willing to make things right.  He worked wonderfully with my tenants and was able to make everyone happy.  I would use ReVamp and Ruben again in a heart beat and highly recommend them.
