They did a roof for me 26 months ago. It cost $11,500 and was supposed to have a 5 year warranty.

26 months latter you can see the foam through the elastomeric coating and they won't do anything about it! Won't even call me back!

Here is my experience: I had four bids from recommended roofing companies for a completely new roof as our home still had the original builder supplied roof and after 21 years; it was time. I selected Anderson Roofing and Repair after seeing their work on a neighbors home. I have a good friend that owns a roof repair company as my superintendent. He was hired to make sure that I was getting the quality that I expected. His comment to me after visiting the work site Bob, this roof will outlast the both of us! They have done very quality work and I trust these guys to do my own home. Their crew is very efficient and work well together, very thorough This is pretty high praise from a roofing company owner who is semi-retired and is hard to please. Lexy and Regan made sure they kept me updated during the job as I was out of town. I am extremely pleased with their workmanship and their bid was exceptional. You will appreciate the piece of mind that comes with working with a company that is local and really cared about my concerns. Even the contractors that dropped off the materials on my roof were careful and courteous. They answer the phone, return e-mails and phone messages, and I couldn't be happier with their work! Tempel Roofing just completed the installation of a new shake roof on our house.  We cannot speak highly enough of the people we worked with and the work they did.  From the moment that Nate came to our house to provide an estimate, we have been amazed at the knowledge and work ethic he displayed.  In evaluating our old roof, Nate discovered storm damage which he assured us our insurance policy would cover.  Although skeptical, we turned the matter over to Nate to deal with our insurance company.  He handled our claim and dealt with the adjuster.  His hard work and persistence paid off when we received a sizable insurance coverage payment.  We next proceeded to make the necessary decisions on replacing the roof.  Although we had shake on the house, we asked Nate to explore other types of roofing to make sure we knew what was available and what would work best for us.  He found other available substitutes and provided us information on them.  We also asked him to look into certain additional work we wanted done when the roof was being replaced.  He researched each request and came up with several good ideas.  When we came to the decision to have shake and certain other work done, we turned the matter over to Nate who worked very much like a contractor.  He ordered the additional item/work we requested and scheduled everything including the start date to correspond with a trip we had to take out of town. We then left town on the start date for 2 weeks and left the entire matter to Nate to handle.  Nate was amazing.  Whenever there was an issue he contacted us with questions and options.  He took care of everything.  His effort was amazing.  Everything we asked for was handled with results beyond expectations.  Nate is a true treasure.  His work and effort was amazing.  The actual roofing work was excellent as well which Nate oversaw as well.  The roofers were professional and diligent.  The roof looks great.  As stated above, we cannot recommend Tempel (and Nate) enough.

Our roof was damaged in the hail storm last month.   The owner was looking at our neighbors roof and said he would look at mine for nothing.  He saw that I was a disabled vet and did all the work looking at the entire roof and marking he damage.  When he was finished he told me I did need a new roof and that when the adjuster came he would be there with him.   The adjuster came and Mike walked the entire roof with him.  At the end I got an entire new roof.  When the crew arrived to do the work, they were all great workers.  At the end of the job, they all walked around the entire house picking up every little piece of dirt and nails.  In my life I have come in contact with many contractors and this company, from owner, Mike, to the lowest man on the crew is by far the best I have ever worked with.  I would tell any one to use them, you will not be disapointed.  If any one would want to talk to me about them, my e-mail is [email protected]

Had my front and back porch roof redone a year ago by PCC Roofing and they did a great job they were efficient and cleaned up great after. I had a monsoon issue a year later and they were quick to come out and help me with the issue they even fixed a part of my roof that had nothing to do with the job they did. Very professional good guys I'd recommend this company to anyone.

One of the best contractors I have ever hired. Diamond & 4 Brother's Roofing is a family owned and operated company. Darron is the owner and a great person to work with. Have high respect for his work ethics and integrity. In my opinion, paying and getting the initial install done is the easy part. Getting the contractor back to fix any issues after the install (even with a warranty) is the hard part. This is why some pay big bucks to known brand name companies because they stand behind their work. Well, Darron and his company meets or exceeds these expectations. His prices are extremely reasonable, nowhere close to the big bucks.. and he always answered when I needed him. He does that even after 1.5 years after the install. That tells something about a person. There was a minor leak during most recent rains and his team jumped into action and took care of it. I am so glad I got my roof done by his company. Can't say enough about him and his team so THANK YOU DARRON!!

Ghosted me after they found out insurance wasn't going to cover a full roof replacement. Told me they would reach back out to the insurance company on my behalf and never got back to me.

Luis and his crew did a fine job for a reasonable price on our home that we are selling to make corrections for the Buyer.  He was quick to respond on my first inquiry, here on Yelp, and got back to me when I messaged him.  He provided photos of work done and a complete invoice.  Better and quicker and probably cheaper than any of the other roofers I inquired to on Yelp.
I'll call on Luis again in the future.

MSW Contracting is awesome!  When it was time to recoat our roof, we called 3 companies to bid.  From the time we met Charles, he was hands down the best company.  He was on time, had spot on recommendations, guaranteed his work and the outcome was better than we could have imagined.  While we know that in some years, we will have to do regular maintenance to our roof, we know exactly who we will call - Charles at MSW.  Additionally, his staff was amazing -  courteous, timely and were highly knowledgeable!

Alex did a wonderful job tearing down our old rusty, leaking gutters and replacing them with beautiful new ones.  Always called to let me know he was coming, showed up on time and did an excellent job.

I found G's Hone Services on Yelp, requested a quote, he got back to me within 20mins of my request & quoted me a fair price. I hired him for the job & he nailed it. Great service, great work, I highly recommend.

Arizona Roof Rescue replaced our decade-old 2-layer roof the week of May 25, and we couldn't be happier with the way things turned out.  Alan helped me pick the right type and color of shingle to satisfy my HOA requirements, and suggested things I do before they did the install to make my roof more secure and water-tight.

Installation went quickly (only 4 days for the whole process), and his crew cleaned up expertly at the end of every day.  When all was done, Alan and I went over all the aspects of the job so that he was sure I was satisfied with his efforts.  

We got heavy-duty materials for our new roof, and to that end paid a little more than other estimates we had gotten, but because Alan spent so much time explaining the why of what he was proposing, we felt much more comfortable having him take care of the job.

If you need a roof, you'd do well to call Arizona Roof Rescue.  Quality job from quality people.

This company has such great customer service!

After buying a new house with known roof issues, I had a few companies come out to do a quote on repair and eventually replacement of the roof. Revamp came out nice and quick to give it a look. Ruben (the owner) actually came out himself to do the inspection. He was very honest with me and was able to explain the reasons of why my roof needed replacement, rather than just saying it's bad and needs replaced.

Due to financial reasons, we decided to get the repair done before doing a full replacement. Ruben said the repair would hold us over until we could do the full replacement.

The guys came out today and did the repair. They did a very good job taking photos of everything they did on the roof. I really appreciated this, as I obviously am not going to climb on the roof to make sure the work was actually done. Ruben called me after the work was done because I had a question about the invoice that was sent over. He had amazing customer service again. Not to mention, their prices are very competitive. I highly recommend this company!
