Caliber Roofing is an awesome company. I referred them to my good friend when he had some damage to his roof and they got back to him very promptly to schedule a free estimate/inspection. He had met with other roofing companies as well to get a few quotes, and Caliber was very competitive price-wise. He really enjoyed speaking with Derek and was impressed with his customer service and attention to detail. Their communication was great throughout the process and their Team did quick, but fantastic work. I highly recommend them to anyone!

We had an outstanding experience with The Roofing Company! We needed extensive roof repairs done on our home that we were selling due to problems that came up in the home inspection. First off, the quote from The Roofing Company came in well below everyone else. Other companies claimed things needed to be fixed when in fact it was not necessary. They were extremely quick to come out to the house and make the repairs, it was less than a week turn-around time. Leah, the office manager, was far more than helpful. She was quick to respond, honest, and worked with us in allowing a payment that worked for us. Sean, the roof man, was super easy to work with, kept in great contact and did an outstanding job on the repairs. I would highly recommend this company to anyone, especially if you are looking for a honest and affordable roofing company!

I dreaded finding someone to address my roof and leak issues after the storms last year.  A friend recommended Tempel roofing with a glowing review and I thought it was too good to be true....  but, I was wrong and pleasantly surprised!!  Ryan (the owner) was professional, knowledgeable, thorough and managed to help me file a successful claim with my insurance company.  I would add a 6th star if I could!!!  Great experience

Being a new home owner, roof leaks are especially stressful, not knowing how bad the damage will be. The owner, Mike, was able to put my mind at easy by quickly diagnosing the issue as a simple need for more caulking around the fixtures on my roof. He took me up there to show me exactly what he was doing and why. Friendly, professional, detail-oriented, and honest!

Had my front and back porch roof redone a year ago by PCC Roofing and they did a great job they were efficient and cleaned up great after. I had a monsoon issue a year later and they were quick to come out and help me with the issue they even fixed a part of my roof that had nothing to do with the job they did. Very professional good guys I'd recommend this company to anyone.

Our neighbor referred us to these guys and I'm so glad they did. I can't say enough about Ron and his crew.  From start to completion they had an amazing work ethic and were diligent about cleaning up after each day. The workmanship is wonderful and we are very happy with them and the result!

After discovering that our 20+ year old roof needed to be replaced, my wife and I got a couple of bids. We ultimately chose Lyons (even though they came in at a higher price) because they seemed more thorough and knowledgeable than the other company that came to inspect the roof. The initial interactions with Lyons were very pleasant and the actual roof replacement went well. At the time we replaced the roof we knew we might be selling our house in the very near future and would need to transfer the warranty. Normally that process comes with a $150 transfer fee but one of the project managers told my wife that that fee could be waived if the transfer was going to be so soon after the roof replacement.

It was during the sale of our house that Lyons' ugly side showed up. The buyer's inspector noted a few issues with the replaced roof. They were mostly minor - but failed inspection nonetheless. We began the transfer process with Lyons and informed them of the issues - even sent them a copy of the inspection report. Despite having that report for more than a week, the person they sent to our house to do the transfer inspection appeared clueless as to the repairs that had to be made. So they had to send someone else out a few days later. Ultimately, we probably had to call Lyons people over to our house 3-4 more times because each time they failed to do the necessary repairs or argued with us about what had to be done. We had spent $12,000 on our new roof, but apparently were no longer valued customers after they believed they had finished the job.

Ultimately they made us pay the $150 transfer fee, even though we were previously told it would be waived. When it was paid, we requested an invoice the same day so that we could give proof of payment to the buyers so as not to hold up our house sale. So of course Lyons' office staff left for the day without doing that. Lyons' terrible customer service nearly singlehandedly delayed our home sale because they took FOREVER to do simple tasks, argued with us every step of the way, and would not even provide us with the documentation we requested. We were valuable to Lyons up until the point that we wrote them a $12,000 check. Once they had their cash in hand we apparently were not worth their time.

Luis came to fix the cracked tile, patch the flat roof area and replaced missing tile. Luis and his team are very kind, hardworking people. I called them again few times when I want them to fix some more stuff and they did not charge me any of that anymore! I am grateful and will call Luis again for some roofing repair! Thank you Luis and your team!

Very professional and great work. I had a leak repaired and foam roof re-coated Jan 2017. Charles was on time, personally sprayed the foam to ensure a quality job and he showed me detailed photos afterwards. The price was reasonable. I will recommend them to friends and family.

Terrible response time. I requested a quote via this app only to be referred to a phone number to call to schedule a quote? Hello you call ME!  That's why I went through this app, terrible response for customer support. I ended up calling them only to be told... someone would contact me next week... today was Tuesday.... They truly don't want your business! I said no thanks, I would hire someone before then! Keep in mind I requested the response last week! When I mentioned this to the girl I spoke with on the phone..., she seemed less then concerned! It was like ok... _uck off thank you very little!  When I mentioned I had to call them! Just so you know. Piss poor!

It sure took a long time for this company to resby pond. I guess they had to make up a story and get every one on the same page. First off im not a he. 2nd the other company did not start the nect day. As a consumer you can get more than one quote which is what i was doing. 3rd its not only or always about money. Its how you are tested talked to etc. They wasted my time and never called back or replied when they said. So now they are also liars making up a story of what they think i was doind or going to do. Not an honest trustworthy company. I used and found a better company. I would not recommend this company to turn on my water. Do your research. They cant even tell if they are speaking to a man or women. I have notes emails etc. If they are not open at 6pm then they shouldnt tell possible clients that they will get back to them. I didnt even speak to her. So she is going by hear say. There is a much better company out there. Also she is lieing when she said i was looking for things and requested certain things. I will not be lied about. This company lies does not follow through etc. I dont recommend them. Also while i was getting the estimate they worded some information wrong and that is what i wanted fixed not changed. Estemater said he could not fix since he alteady printed the docs and it would have to come from the office. And that he would ne going back and have them to me by 6pm. He said 6pm not me. And ues i eanted to make a decision and eas getting quotes. Yes i kept getting emails from them and they became argumenative and i asked them to stop contacting me. They would not stop contacting me. If im not doing business with you i dont want or need your emails. You dont need my information either. She was rude she is a liar. She was the 4th person i had contact with and she wasnt around when i eas told certain things. So she dors not no. Dont use this company unless you want headaches and lies. They are not trustworthy plain and simple.

Geremy installed floating wood shelves in the kitchen and did a good job. They're sturdy and look good, but could have been finished better in the end. Putty was left to dry and I had to have my handyman sand it all down as well as add more where there were some noticeable gaps at joints. I didn't ask Geremy come back to finish because it wasn't the end of the world to have to have someone else finish, it just would have been nice if he had completed the job himself. There was also an incident where he accidentally leaned against the stove knobs, turned on the burner and melted plastic on my brand new stove top that had never been used. It wasn't able to be cleaned up complete which is a bummer, but the worst part is he didn't tell me about it- I had to hear from my handman.

I hired him for a second job- a pergola over my back patio. After he rescheduled a couple of times and then didn't show up another one or two times, he finally came, but came so late in the day that he ran out of time and couldn't install my string lights. I went ahead and paid him the full amount for the job but I've never been able to get him to come back to finish the lights that he said he'd be back to hang the following day. After a lot of excuses, several texts and a phone call and continuing to tell me he'd come back to hang them, he still hasn't finished the job. I've been waiting since May 20th and now he isn't responding to my messages at all.

It's a shame because his work is good, but reliability and communication are terrible.

During a quick visit to my Arizona home, I knew I had to take care of some needed roof repairs in a timely fashion. I called on Monday, Alan came by on Tuesday and explained everything that was involved in addressing the issues, work commenced on Wednesday and was completed early Saturday morning. Alan drew up a detailed contract and set a price that he assured me would not be changed regardless of any unknown factors that come up during the repair process. Alan's crew was meticulous in every way. Each day the property was cleaned up to perfection. They worked long and steady days to ensure that work would be done within my available window. They touched up painted areas when necessary and ensured that all areas needing it were painted to perfection. The final inspection allowed me to point out some very minor areas of concern that were immediately addressed. Every last bit of debris was removed when the job was completed. Alan and the entire crew were delightful to work with and exceptional in the way they treated both me and my property. I found the price to be most reasonable for the amount of work that was done and greatly appreciated the timeliness with which they were able to accommodate my needs. I highly recommend Arizona Roof Rescue in every regard.

Contacted Patriotic Roofing via Yelp. Owner John reached out to me and was able to provide estimate via Yelp using the photos I attached.  Which saves great time and hassle.  
Scheduled the job for a couple days later.  They showed up early, very nice and professional and completed the work and inspected the roof at no additional charge.  Thanks!!

Revamp Roofing was great from start to finish! Ruben was so friendly and professional. We had to repair the back half of our roof and Ruben showed up on time and the work was done quickly and efficiently. I am so happy with the work he did and recommend him to everyone.
