Thanks for scheduling a time and never showing up! Waited around from 8-12 when they said they would show. When i called and asked if they were still coming out she said i will call you back. Never called back either. Bunch of wasted time. Save your breath and call someone else.

The company did a great job installing my new roof. I got quite a few bids and Rick was the only estimator who took the time to actually lift up tiles and see what was happening. Any questions were answered swiftly. The team worked quickly and cleanly. They are competitively priced and get the job done. My neighbors hired another well known roofing company but it took 3x as long to complete the roof and the work was shoddy. I did my research so let me save you some time...you want your roof done to Anderson standards (2 ply 40lb felt). 2 ply means there is an 18 inch overlap of the felt versus a 6 inch overlap. Some roofers will only quote for 1 ply or use inferior felt. Don't waste your time.

I reached out to four other companies for estimates prior to AZ Shingle Pros and wasn't feeling confident in any of the estimates provided. Checked the roof and it looks good.   The seams around the vents look very watertight.  The shingles looks like it's held down tight.  They also do wood work.  They removed my old, unused swamp cooler and put in an additional wind turbine.  They're registered with the state of AZ.  They're certified GAF shingles installers if you decide to get GAF shingles.  They also finished within 2 days.

One of the best contractors I have ever hired. Diamond & 4 Brother's Roofing is a family owned and operated company. Darron is the owner and a great person to work with. Have high respect for his work ethics and integrity. In my opinion, paying and getting the initial install done is the easy part. Getting the contractor back to fix any issues after the install (even with a warranty) is the hard part. This is why some pay big bucks to known brand name companies because they stand behind their work. Well, Darron and his company meets or exceeds these expectations. His prices are extremely reasonable, nowhere close to the big bucks.. and he always answered when I needed him. He does that even after 1.5 years after the install. That tells something about a person. There was a minor leak during most recent rains and his team jumped into action and took care of it. I am so glad I got my roof done by his company. Can't say enough about him and his team so THANK YOU DARRON!!

Eric, the Owner and CEO did a roofing inspection for us.  We recently replaced our roof with another company and had a leak right after.

There has been some confusion as to who needed to take responsibility, our roofer or HVAC.  Eric was hired to come and give his professional opinion on how to move forward to address the leaking roof.

Eric came out quickly and made a very thoughtful and thorough inspection.  He took time to explain it to all of us, as well as the two contractors.  I was beyond impressed by his patience and care.  He communicated clearly and helped us all understand the situation.  He communicated well with us from beginning to end; both in scheduling, inspection, and his thorough email.  This was most impressive.

We were so impressed by him, that we wished we would have hired his company to replace our roof.  I would not hesitate to recommend him and his company.  Thank you, Eric for a very positive experience during a stressful time.

There are a shortage of kind hearts and kind deeds in the world. Today, I experienced a kindness from an unexpected source, our roofing repair company! We are selling our home and moving across the country. Our buyers are nickel and diming us for every little fix they can get, down to removing morning doves nests and installing spikes in the eaves. Feeling very house poor and a little bit miffed about it, I called Lyons to look at the cracks and chips the report came back with... Thinking it was going to cost me $500 or more. We left to fly to Michigan for a house hunting trip and while we were gone, Jeremey from Lyons Roofing came to my house and repaired every chip and crack and notch for us and he did it for free as a farewell gift! He knew we weren't going to be here much longer and therefore wouldn't probably be using his company again anytime soon, but he drove 20 miles here and 20 miles back and took his time to fix my roof and didn't charge me anything. Tears come to my eyes while I'm typing this. He will never realize just how much his kind deed meant. I will whole heartedly recommend Lyons Roofing solely not only based on the terrific quality of work they do, but also on their customer service and small deeds of kindness that meant so much to me during such a rough time. thank you, Jeremey!! Luis and his crew did a fine job for a reasonable price on our home that we are selling to make corrections for the Buyer.  He was quick to respond on my first inquiry, here on Yelp, and got back to me when I messaged him.  He provided photos of work done and a complete invoice.  Better and quicker and probably cheaper than any of the other roofers I inquired to on Yelp.
I'll call on Luis again in the future.

Robert gave great service and very thorough follow-through.  His crew is first rate: on time, courteous, thorough cleanup.  MSW corrected blisters, cracks and low areas left from a poorly done previous roofing job.  For all practical purposes they have restored my roof to as-new condition.  They guarantee their work for five years.  I can see why they are confident enough to do this: they do good work.  Pricing was reasonable as well.

Communication was great when I contacted the company via yelp. Receptionist was really friendly and nice they sent a guy out in 2 days to give me a quote. He came out did some measurements and we talked about how the gutters could be installed and what colors. Being that I live in townhouse the situation is a little tricky. He would need an extended ladder to get to the roof. You actually have to get on top of my garage then extend the ladder to the roof, he told me he had to contact his supervisor or management to find out if he could do it and I never heard back from them. So just going to try to have custom awnings installed.

Updating my review because my complaint had been about communication. German roofing has much improved in this area. When I reached out for a few minor warranty repairs recently they were quick to respond and to make the repairs.

I found G's Hone Services on Yelp, requested a quote, he got back to me within 20mins of my request & quoted me a fair price. I hired him for the job & he nailed it. Great service, great work, I highly recommend.

I had called 3 different roofing companies to get comparable quotes for my mothers roof that needed to be repaired/replaced. From the moment this guy showed up it was like we were an inconvenience to his day.
He was extremely inattentive and was in and out in literally 10 minutes.
Both quotes from competitive companies came in around 10k. He said without even drawing anything up 15k minimum.
We asked for him to send an email of what needed to be replaced/fixed in writing and have yet to hear back.
Save your time and go with someone else.
Goes to show not everyone with good ratings is truly a good option.

Price: More than fair. John at Patriotic Roofing does small roof repairs to complete new roof replacements. Patriotic Roofing actually beat all other estimates.

Overall: Super fast to reply back to you,  super low prices, hassell free, comes out within a few days to do the job, and communicates clearly.

I've referred him to numerous people already!

ReVamp Roofing provided us with a new asphalt shingle roof for our home.  The owner, Ruben, was outstanding, a third generation roofer, a veteran, and an outstanding local roofing business.  Ruben and Revamp was competitive on price, got the work done on schedule, and were great to work with.  Communication with the owner, Ruben and onsite foreman, Johnny was outstanding during the entire process.  The ReVamp team was always on time, efficient, and did a great job.  Our job foreman, Johnny and the entire ReVamp team was always available, experienced, and very professional. They fixed out east side of our roof that was sagging with new construction bracing, fascia, and support.  The finished job was outstanding and perfect.  They cleaned up every day after the job and kept the yard debris free.  They did a great job from start to finish.
