Our roof was damaged in a summer monsoon. I reached out to a few roofing companies and Rich came out right away and did a thorough evaluation of our roof, recommending we replace half of it and following up promptly with a fair and detailed estimate. After our homeowners insurance also evaluated the damage, we were able to replace the whole roof under the claim. So the team came out and worked quickly. It took about 4 days. Unfortunately another monsoon storm came after the first day of roof work so we sustained some water damage to the interior walls. The team finished the roof up and they followed up promptly to inspect the water stains, brought someone out to repair everything, and covered the cost. When they quality checked the roof, a few spots required fixing and the team came back and took care of it. Definitely appreciated Rich's attention to detail and communication. The office staff are nice too. The project manager we were assigned was just okay (not quite as easy to connect with and not as communicative as we expected during the project).
Even with the hiccups, the company definitely made things right in the end. They were reliable, trustworthy and did good quality work for us. We are happy with our new roof and would work with them again.

Shane has been taking care of my roof for over 7 years. Unlike other roofers, he has repaired the leaks rather than trying to sell me a new roof I don't need. In every case, he responded to my calls promptly, arrived on time and completed the repairs during his initial inspection, always at a very fair price. He even stopped a problem with woodpeckers banging on my metal roof protrusions at 5am.
After 18 years, a portion of the roof needed replaced. As always, he arrived as promised and completed the replacement the NEXT DAY! I give Shane and The Roofing Company my highest recommendation.

Awesome service! Ryan came out today to evaluate my roof after a recent monsoon storm. He was extremely knowledgeable about the insurance adjustment and claims process. He was friendly, personable and didn't utilize high pressure sales tactics like some those other companies. He climbed up on the roof, took some pictures and debriefed with me afterwards. Ultimately, his recommendation wasn't to replace the roof quite yet. That type of honesty and trustworthiness is rare these days. When it's time to replace my roof, I can 100% guarantee I will be using Temple Roofing. Thanks, Ryan...you're awesome!

Checked the roof and it looks good.   The seams around the vents look very watertight.  The shingles looks like it's held down tight.  They also do wood work.  They removed my old, unused swamp cooler and put in an additional wind turbine.  They're registered with the state of AZ.  They're certified GAF shingles installers if you decide to get GAF shingles.  They also finished within 2 days.

Our neighbor referred us to these guys and I'm so glad they did. I can't say enough about Ron and his crew.  From start to completion they had an amazing work ethic and were diligent about cleaning up after each day. The workmanship is wonderful and we are very happy with them and the result!

Eric and his team worked with me on a roof repair due to monsoon storm damage. They had great customer service, and the team did an excellent job doing the repair. Russ was on top of the situation and followed up with me when the work was completed. Lyons Roofing needs to spend less effort on charming their customers and concentrate on their lack of  business ethics and skill. .After repairing my roof, I now come to realize they completely destroyed my pool's solar system.  I sent photos and other documentation which clearly indicated the horrific condition of panels and tubes carelessly thrown back onto the roof.  Paul, the owner of Lyons Roofing, refused to take responsibility, and is attributing the problem to wind - IMPOSSIBLE!!!  Even if wind miraculously through the panels and pipes around, it can only occur if they were re-installed poorly.  The company should spend less effort on charming their customers and concentrate on their lack of business ethics and skill. If you need further convincing to stay away from this company, check them out with The Better Business Bureau.

Luis came to fix the cracked tile, patch the flat roof area and replaced missing tile. Luis and his team are very kind, hardworking people. I called them again few times when I want them to fix some more stuff and they did not charge me any of that anymore! I am grateful and will call Luis again for some roofing repair! Thank you Luis and your team!

MSW Contracting is awesome!  When it was time to recoat our roof, we called 3 companies to bid.  From the time we met Charles, he was hands down the best company.  He was on time, had spot on recommendations, guaranteed his work and the outcome was better than we could have imagined.  While we know that in some years, we will have to do regular maintenance to our roof, we know exactly who we will call - Charles at MSW.  Additionally, his staff was amazing -  courteous, timely and were highly knowledgeable!

Terrible response time. I requested a quote via this app only to be referred to a phone number to call to schedule a quote? Hello you call ME!  That's why I went through this app, terrible response for customer support. I ended up calling them only to be told... someone would contact me next week... today was Tuesday.... They truly don't want your business! I said no thanks, I would hire someone before then! Keep in mind I requested the response last week! When I mentioned this to the girl I spoke with on the phone..., she seemed less then concerned! It was like ok... _uck off thank you very little!  When I mentioned I had to call them! Just so you know. Piss poor!

I've used German roofing for 7 years. They replaced 3 roof's for me and have repaired 4 more. The crew is professional and knowledgeable. I trust them. I will continue to use them for all my roofing needs.

Every once in a while... the stars align perfectly. I did a roof inspection myself about  3 months ago. All looked good to me. Two weeks ago I looked again, (my roof inspection drone makes it easy) and found shifted tiles and cracked tiles. This 22 year old roof looked like it was stressed. Could it have been from the massive storm? I started calling neighbors to see who they used...
So, I took some drone pictures and called Arizona Roof Rescue and Alan Monzon was at my home that day.
Alan got me onto the roof and offered me the choice to pick out any section of the roof and we would see what was going on. Well picture 1 & 2 is what the drone saw. Those little arrows... cracked tile.Picture A is what we found upon. removing a few tiles. Picture 3 & 4 is the condition of the roof after the tiles were removed. Yes, that is a big hole.
A 4 day job by the most polite and caring crew. They made sure every inch of my property was clean at the end of the day. They cared enough to keep me involved in the process as much as I wished... and they always had a big smile. Phenomenally and wonderfully happy. Roof is done, warranteed, and looks awesome!

This company has such great customer service!

After buying a new house with known roof issues, I had a few companies come out to do a quote on repair and eventually replacement of the roof. Revamp came out nice and quick to give it a look. Ruben (the owner) actually came out himself to do the inspection. He was very honest with me and was able to explain the reasons of why my roof needed replacement, rather than just saying it's bad and needs replaced.

Due to financial reasons, we decided to get the repair done before doing a full replacement. Ruben said the repair would hold us over until we could do the full replacement.

The guys came out today and did the repair. They did a very good job taking photos of everything they did on the roof. I really appreciated this, as I obviously am not going to climb on the roof to make sure the work was actually done. Ruben called me after the work was done because I had a question about the invoice that was sent over. He had amazing customer service again. Not to mention, their prices are very competitive. I highly recommend this company!
