We had an outstanding experience with The Roofing Company! We needed extensive roof repairs done on our home that we were selling due to problems that came up in the home inspection. First off, the quote from The Roofing Company came in well below everyone else. Other companies claimed things needed to be fixed when in fact it was not necessary. They were extremely quick to come out to the house and make the repairs, it was less than a week turn-around time. Leah, the office manager, was far more than helpful. She was quick to respond, honest, and worked with us in allowing a payment that worked for us. Sean, the roof man, was super easy to work with, kept in great contact and did an outstanding job on the repairs. I would highly recommend this company to anyone, especially if you are looking for a honest and affordable roofing company!

Being a new home owner, roof leaks are especially stressful, not knowing how bad the damage will be. The owner, Mike, was able to put my mind at easy by quickly diagnosing the issue as a simple need for more caulking around the fixtures on my roof. He took me up there to show me exactly what he was doing and why. Friendly, professional, detail-oriented, and honest!

Checked the roof and it looks good.   The seams around the vents look very watertight.  The shingles looks like it's held down tight.  They also do wood work.  They removed my old, unused swamp cooler and put in an additional wind turbine.  They're registered with the state of AZ.  They're certified GAF shingles installers if you decide to get GAF shingles.  They also finished within 2 days.

One of the best contractors I have ever hired. Diamond & 4 Brother's Roofing is a family owned and operated company. Darron is the owner and a great person to work with. Have high respect for his work ethics and integrity. In my opinion, paying and getting the initial install done is the easy part. Getting the contractor back to fix any issues after the install (even with a warranty) is the hard part. This is why some pay big bucks to known brand name companies because they stand behind their work. Well, Darron and his company meets or exceeds these expectations. His prices are extremely reasonable, nowhere close to the big bucks.. and he always answered when I needed him. He does that even after 1.5 years after the install. That tells something about a person. There was a minor leak during most recent rains and his team jumped into action and took care of it. I am so glad I got my roof done by his company. Can't say enough about him and his team so THANK YOU DARRON!!

Eric, the Owner and CEO did a roofing inspection for us.  We recently replaced our roof with another company and had a leak right after.

There has been some confusion as to who needed to take responsibility, our roofer or HVAC.  Eric was hired to come and give his professional opinion on how to move forward to address the leaking roof.

Eric came out quickly and made a very thoughtful and thorough inspection.  He took time to explain it to all of us, as well as the two contractors.  I was beyond impressed by his patience and care.  He communicated clearly and helped us all understand the situation.  He communicated well with us from beginning to end; both in scheduling, inspection, and his thorough email.  This was most impressive.

I called and scheduled an estimate with Lyons roofing. It has been 4 weeks after they came to my home and I still haven't even received an estimate. I called 10 days ago and was told by the rep who came over to my home that he will send me the estimate by the weekend. It has been over a week and still nothing came in. You can just imagine what kind of service you will receive if they can't even send you the estimate as they promised!

Luis came to fix the cracked tile, patch the flat roof area and replaced missing tile. Luis and his team are very kind, hardworking people. I called them again few times when I want them to fix some more stuff and they did not charge me any of that anymore! I am grateful and will call Luis again for some roofing repair! MSW Contracting is awesome!  When it was time to recoat our roof, we called 3 companies to bid.  From the time we met Charles, he was hands down the best company.  He was on time, had spot on recommendations, guaranteed his work and the outcome was better than we could have imagined.  While we know that in some years, we will have to do regular maintenance to our roof, we know exactly who we will call - Charles at MSW.  Additionally, his staff was amazing -  courteous, timely and were highly knowledgeable!

Communication was great when I contacted the company via yelp. Receptionist was really friendly and nice they sent a guy out in 2 days to give me a quote. He came out did some measurements and we talked about how the gutters could be installed and what colors. Being that I live in townhouse the situation is a little tricky. He would need an extended ladder to get to the roof. You actually have to get on top of my garage then extend the ladder to the roof, he told me he had to contact his supervisor or management to find out if he could do it and I never heard back from them. So just going to try to have custom awnings installed.

I noticed a broken tile on my second story roof and didn't have a clue on how to proceed. I used Yelp and found a few recommended companies but I always select owner operated first. I called German Roofing first and a friendly voice greeted me. I told her what I found and she said she would have someone out the next day for a no cost estimate.
Sure enough they showed on time and hopped right up there. I was hoping they could do a simple repair or replace but the guy (who wound up being the owner) shoes me the felt underneath was dry rotted and he said it was probably 6 months old. He also said I had a total of 5 broken tiles which they showed me pictures of and on other spot also had dry rotted felt. And to top it off there were several cement caps busted.
He came down and explained the proper repair and said they would do all the repairs, replace the tiles and remove and replace all the cement caps for a very reasonable rate. And it would be done by the end of the week.
I accepted the offer without getting anymore quotes.
They showed up on time and finished in about an hour. Looks great!

I contacted Geremey due to an aging roof that was in desperate need of repair. I contacted 3 different companies, all who wanted me to wait for a few weeks just for them to come out. We live in Virginia and my girlfriend needed a roof replaced on her home in Chandler, AZ. I started researching online and ran across Revamp Roofing which had a high rating. I started reading the reviews and said to myself no way can a company be this good. So I called three roofing companies for comparison and left messages for a call back at two of them but, I didn't have to leave a message at Revamp because Ruben picked his phone up while on the beach in Florida with his family. I was impressed. Ruben was a pleasure to talk to and deal with. Not only did he give me the best price and what I thought was a reasonable price he told me we didn't have to pay one penny till we were 100% satisfied.
