I have a reasonable amount of experience with roofers so I had some comparator companies in making my assessment of Caliber. Caliber is by far the best. Rocco and Chris are sharp, responsive, and extremely knowledgeable. They were both a pleasure to deal with--took my calls, answered my questions thoroughly, provided pictures with follow up explanations, got me scheduled promptly, and did an excellent job on my roof. I never felt rushed or confused about the process. Caliber is a top notch group offering top quality and good value. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again or recommend them.

Very happy with the cadence of getting a quote quickly after calling about my roof leak. Also very happy on their flexibility to come on Saturday and complete the work before the rain hit. Overall very pleased

Very disappointed with this company! We had Robert our twice to give estimates on roofing repairs and fixing our patio roof as well.
Juan was sent out today to do the repairs today at 12:00 pm. He arrived and only thought he was here to repair the fascia on the patio and he said another crew would come out to do roof repairs. (Lie one) Robert came out and told him what needs to be done on the roof after I called the company.
He started to remove boards on the patio and I saw there was rotting underneath and I said that would need to be repaired as well. I also said we need to check the  under the other board as well for rotting and it'll need to be repaired as well if there was rotting too. He asked if I had a ladder because he needed help removing the board Um No! Clearly two men were needed for this job and one should be qualified!! I then had a few things to get done in the house and I came back out and he said he was done for the day at 2:00 pm. He left and we realized he nailed a board up on that section I wanted to see if there was rotting. Sure enough there was a rotting hoard he covered up. I called the company and Robert called me saying he intended on repairing it in the morning. So why nail a board over it if repairs are needed. I was clearly lied to. The owner called and apologized but at this point we realized Juan is not qualified to do these repairs! The owner also tried to say repairs were intended which is not the case. He said it was handled wrong and Robert and Juan would be fired.
Do not hire this company. You lie to me you lose my trust as a reputable company.

Awesome service! Ryan came out today to evaluate my roof after a recent monsoon storm. He was extremely knowledgeable about the insurance adjustment and claims process. He was friendly, personable and didn't utilize high pressure sales tactics like some those other companies. He climbed up on the roof, took some pictures and debriefed with me afterwards. Ultimately, his recommendation wasn't to replace the roof quite yet. That type of honesty and trustworthiness is rare these days. When it's time to replace my roof, I can 100% guarantee I will be using Temple Roofing. Thanks, Ryan...you're awesome!

Arizona Shingle Pros has been nothing but phenomenal to work with. Had my front and back porch roof redone a year ago by PCC Roofing and they did a great job they were efficient and cleaned up great after. I had a monsoon issue a year later and they were quick to come out and help me with the issue they even fixed a part of my roof that had nothing to do with the job they did. Very professional good guys I'd recommend this company to anyone.

Our neighbor referred us to these guys and I'm so glad they did. I can't say enough about Ron and his crew.  From start to completion they had an amazing work ethic and were diligent about cleaning up after each day. The workmanship is wonderful and we are very happy with them and the result!

Eric, the Owner and CEO did a roofing inspection for us.  We recently replaced our roof with another company and had a leak right after.

There has been some confusion as to who needed to take responsibility, our roofer or HVAC.  Eric was hired to come and give his professional opinion on how to move forward to address the leaking roof.

Eric came out quickly and made a very thoughtful and thorough inspection.  He took time to explain it to all of us, as well as the two contractors.  I was beyond impressed by his patience and care.  He communicated clearly and helped us all understand the situation.  He communicated well with us from beginning to end; both in scheduling, inspection, and his thorough email.  This was most impressive.

We were so impressed by him, that we wished we would have hired his company to replace our roof.  I would not hesitate to recommend him and his company.  Thank you, Eric for a very positive experience during a stressful time.

I'm only at the quote / estimate stage, but I've been impressed with them so far. The estimator came out and spent an extensive amount of time carefully evaluating my roofs issues. So far, so good. Thomas is a straight shooter and an excellent salesperson that speaks credibly about the work to be done. He is also an excellent advocate for your brand.

Luis and his crew did a fine job for a reasonable price on our home that we are selling to make corrections for the Buyer.  He was quick to respond on my first inquiry, here on Yelp, and got back to me when I messaged him.  He provided photos of work done and a complete invoice.  Better and quicker and probably cheaper than any of the other roofers I inquired to on Yelp.
I'll call on Luis again in the future.

MSW Contracting is awesome!  When it was time to recoat our roof, we called 3 companies to bid.  From the time we met Charles, he was hands down the best company.  He was on time, had spot on recommendations, guaranteed his work and the outcome was better than we could have imagined.  While we know that in some years, we will have to do regular maintenance to our roof, we know exactly who we will call - Charles at MSW.  Additionally, his staff was amazing -  courteous, timely and were highly knowledgeable!

We have an HOA and were given specific colors to paint our house and trim. Alex came out and replaced our old clogged gutters with new Ones that match perfectly! He was extremely knowledgeable and efficient. While he was up on our roof, he noticed the our skylights were old and cracked. He gave us a fair bid and came out and replaced them as well! Great professional, friendly service! Highly recommend.

Tree fell on our house during one of this year's storms, German Roofing recommended almost exactly what the adjuster did - re-shingle the front of the roof, sister in new rafters, replace cracked fascia board.

Quick, fair estimate, work performed on schedule, easy to work with office staff, paid and done!

No leaks from the rainstorms in the month following the work.

Geremy installed floating wood shelves in the kitchen and did a good job. They're sturdy and look good, but could have been finished better in the end. Putty was left to dry and I had to have my handyman sand it all down as well as add more where there were some noticeable gaps at joints. I didn't ask Geremy come back to finish because it wasn't the end of the world to have to have someone else finish, it just would have been nice if he had completed the job himself. There was also an incident where he accidentally leaned against the stove knobs, turned on the burner and melted plastic on my brand new stove top that had never been used. It wasn't able to be cleaned up complete which is a bummer, but the worst part is he didn't tell me about it- I had to hear from my handman.

I hired him for a second job- a pergola over my back patio. After he rescheduled a couple of times and then didn't show up another one or two times, he finally came, but came so late in the day that he ran out of time and couldn't install my string lights. I went ahead and paid him the full amount for the job but I've never been able to get him to come back to finish the lights that he said he'd be back to hang the following day. After a lot of excuses, several texts and a phone call and continuing to tell me he'd come back to hang them, he still hasn't finished the job. I've been waiting since May 20th and now he isn't responding to my messages at all.

It's a shame because his work is good, but reliability and communication are terrible.

What a great experience, needed a tile fixed for the sale of our house and he was here within a couple hours and my invoice was handed to me as well as emailed. Very professional, reliable, and great prices.  Called other companies and they were more than double. Thank you for your awesome work and making this part of selling our house smooth and easy.

So this is an update. Since having my roof repaired by patriotic roofing its been raining. I'm so happy to say no more leaks. I highly recommend this company. Thank you.

Having used Revamp twice over this past year has made the not so fun issue of roof leaks go quite smooth.  Immediate response to email and texts, office is always a good help along the way as well, keeping us informed as to the next steps.  Super fair pricing, detailed quoting, and great communication during the repair.  Highly recommend!
