iThe salesman was pleasant and polite.  The estimate that came from a different person at Caliber amounted to eight to ten times what the estimate was from two different companies for the same work.  So I will go with a different company.

Shane was able to show up quickly for a quote on repair for my roof, gave me a reasonable and affordable estimate, and was able to do the work there on the spot. He sent photos and a description of the work he did and what to expect. Great customer service and I would recommend them to anyone!

When my roof started leaking during a monsoon storm, I called Anderson Roofing for an estimate.  They were able to come out within 3 days and evaluate my roof issue.  They gave me  a bid in writing the same day.

Anderson is very competitive in pricing and included extras in their base price (always read those contracts).  I chose Anderson's bid and I was very impressed that they were able to schedule the work within a week.  

I'm a detailed person and asked a fair number of questions.  Anderson answered all my questions promptly and courteously.  Honestly, I was very impressed and would highly recommend using them for your roofing needs.

Awesome service! Ryan came out today to evaluate my roof after a recent monsoon storm. He was extremely knowledgeable about the insurance adjustment and claims process. He was friendly, personable and didn't utilize high pressure sales tactics like some those other companies. He climbed up on the roof, took some pictures and debriefed with me afterwards. Ultimately, his recommendation wasn't to replace the roof quite yet. That type of honesty and trustworthiness is rare these days. When it's time to replace my roof, I can 100% guarantee I will be using Temple Roofing. Thanks, Ryan...you're awesome!

This February, a wind storm caused serious damage to my roof. I called my insurance agent. He gave me two names that could do the repairs. Mike Stell at AZ Shingle Pros was one of them. Mike [the president of the company] came by, examined the damage, and told me what he and his team could do for me. Then he gave me an estimate for repairs the next day. I was sold and looked no further. Mike worked with the insurance company and achieved an awesome settlement. Mike's crew under the leadership of his brother, came each day 7am till 5pm. This was no small task with 2 fireplaces, skylights, satellite dishes, and 7,300 sqft of roof. At the completion of the last work day, the crew stood on the uphill side of the driveway and assessed their work. There was even a high five.
In a time when contractors can be divided into two groups: those that focus on upsell, fast completion, and use cheap materials, it was heartwarming to see a dedicated crew that took pride in their work.
I have never done a yelp review before this one but felt compelled because AZ Shingle Pros excelled in every parameter you would use to measure a business. I am more than pleased.

Checked the roof and it looks good.   The seams around the vents look very watertight.  The shingles looks like it's held down tight.  They also do wood work.  They removed my old, unused swamp cooler and put in an additional wind turbine.  They're registered with the state of AZ.  They're certified GAF shingles installers if you decide to get GAF shingles.  They also finished within 2 days.

One of the best contractors I have ever hired. Diamond & 4 Brother's Roofing is a family owned and operated company. Darron is the owner and a great person to work with. Have high respect for his work ethics and integrity. In my opinion, paying and getting the initial install done is the easy part. Getting the contractor back to fix any issues after the install (even with a warranty) is the hard part. This is why some pay big bucks to known brand name companies because they stand behind their work. Well, Darron and his company meets or exceeds these expectations. His prices are extremely reasonable, nowhere close to the big bucks.. and he always answered when I needed him. He does that even after 1.5 years after the install. That tells something about a person. There was a minor leak during most recent rains and his team jumped into action and took care of it. I am so glad I got my roof done by his company. Can't say enough about him and his team so THANK YOU DARRON!!

Eric and his team worked with me on a roof repair due to monsoon storm damage. They had great customer service, and the team did an excellent job doing the repair. Lyons Roofing service is above and beyond any of my expectations.  I have used them and recommended them to friends and neighbors for many years for the great job they have done in the past.  It is the latest experience I had that took the level or service to the highest level possible.  What was thought to be a roof leak was discovered to be additional caulking needed on a recent installation of windows.  Art Cargola, project manager, took the time to diagnose the problem and came back the following day to fix the issue.  This was not a roofing job, but he took care of the problem for me as a courtesy.   WOW, that care and service goes above and beyond.  Thank you Art and thank you Lyon Roofing.

Luis came to fix the cracked tile, patch the flat roof area and replaced missing tile. Luis and his team are very kind, hardworking people. I called them again few times when I want them to fix some more stuff and they did not charge me any of that anymore! I am grateful and will call Luis again for some roofing repair! Robert gave great service and very thorough follow-through.  His crew is first rate: on time, courteous, thorough cleanup.  MSW corrected blisters, cracks and low areas left from a poorly done previous roofing job.  For all practical purposes they have restored my roof to as-new condition.  They guarantee their work for five years.  I can see why they are confident enough to do this: they do good work.  Pricing was reasonable as well.

This is my first time using German Roofing. I got a deal for a roof tune up through Angie's List very fair price $149 for the tune up. My appointment was on Monday 10/3/2016.
Carlos, the roofer/estimator, arrived within the window of arrival time that I was given and he called me about 20 minutes prior to arrival per my request.
He was professional, worked efficiently, clean, answered all my questions and addressed my concerns.
Part of the tune up they check for other damage that isn't covered and they send you a written estimate and photos of what needs to be done.
Carlos notified me of the stuff that is need of repair which wasn't extensive, replacement of 3 tiles since the one that were on the roof were cut too small and left gap to allow water to penetrate the underlayment. Lucky no major damage or leak so I wanted to address it quickly.
He showed me the photos that he took and the office sent those to me on Wednesday 10/5 with the quote for the repair.
Manuel the owner approved the repair for a very reasonable price and they scheduled me for today with him.
Manuel called me when he was getting close to my house per my request. When arrived he went straight to work. I requested that he will take photos of the job as he completes and that the office will send those with receipt of payment.
I am positive that I will receive photos and receipt per my request in the next couple of days.
Dianna from the office is very nice as well, she is the one that coordinates with clients.
There is another girl that works in the office and she is the one that scheduled my tune up, she was very accommodating and pleasant to deal with. I apologize for not remembering your name.

Geremy installed floating wood shelves in the kitchen and did a good job. They're sturdy and look good, but could have been finished better in the end. Putty was left to dry and I had to have my handyman sand it all down as well as add more where there were some noticeable gaps at joints. I didn't ask Geremy come back to finish because it wasn't the end of the world to have to have someone else finish, it just would have been nice if he had completed the job himself. There was also an incident where he accidentally leaned against the stove knobs, turned on the burner and melted plastic on my brand new stove top that had never been used. It wasn't able to be cleaned up complete which is a bummer, but the worst part is he didn't tell me about it- I had to hear from my handman.

I hired him for a second job- a pergola over my back patio. After he rescheduled a couple of times and then didn't show up another one or two times, he finally came, but came so late in the day that he ran out of time and couldn't install my string lights. I went ahead and paid him the full amount for the job but I've never been able to get him to come back to finish the lights that he said he'd be back to hang the following day. After a lot of excuses, several texts and a phone call and continuing to tell me he'd come back to hang them, he still hasn't finished the job. I've been waiting since May 20th and now he isn't responding to my messages at all.

It's a shame because his work is good, but reliability and communication are terrible.

I had called 3 different roofing companies to get comparable quotes for my mothers roof that needed to be repaired/replaced. From the moment this guy showed up it was like we were an inconvenience to his day.
He was extremely inattentive and was in and out in literally 10 minutes.
Both quotes from competitive companies came in around 10k. He said without even drawing anything up 15k minimum.
We asked for him to send an email of what needed to be replaced/fixed in writing and have yet to hear back.
Save your time and go with someone else.
Goes to show not everyone with good ratings is truly a good option.

The company owner was  prompt in his response, made an appointment for the next day & arrived on time with a courtesty heads up.  Shows up & spends quite awhile with us.  I was quite clear about how sick & tired I was of people coming, taking my time & then no estimate ever provided particularly when it is the company owner.  We discussed various methods to address our walk deck and patio overhang roof.  Tells us he would get back to us.  Nothing!  1 week later nothing so I sent him a text stating that I was astounded that he never bothered giving us a bid especially after I told him that I was tired of that behavior from contractors.  No response!  That is why I am posting this review which I haven't done at all previously.  It is completely rude & disrespectful to take one's time in this manner.  I did my due diligence in researching each & every one of the various contractors from the various trades I have been contacting over the past 8 months.  It is unbelievable to me how these folks stay in business & maintain 5 star reviews on yelp as well as clean ROC licenses.  Go figure!  If you need roofing services I suggest you look elsewhere!  BTW the guy shows up without a mask!

It is the workers that make a company good or bad, and this company has excellent customer service.  Ruben was god send when my roof got some damage after a monsoon.  He was able to get me an appointment fast before the rain came again with a reasonable quote.  Brad did an excellent repair and was great with explaining what he did, which I appreciate.   Excellent company to work with.
