We had several roofers come out to give estimates. None of them had the customer service and knowledge like Proficient!  Mike and Lauren were always available to answer any questions that we had on the materials or timeline, etc... We had our home, cabana and shop re-roofed and they all look AMAZING! The crew was on time and we didn't have a single issue before, during or after the install. Not to mention the price! We saved THOUSANDS with them. Seriously - it was thousands. We had all of our roofing completed for LESS than what competitors wanted just to do only our home AND with a better quality material!  It has been about 8 months since our roofing was done and even though we had a few nasty storms, the roof still looks perfect! We have gotten so many compliments too!  THANK YOU MIKE & LAUREN! When we start doing rental properties, you will be our roofer!

We recently hired Poor Boys to pour our cement driveway and a cement patio in the back yard. Everything from the estimate to the finishing work was top notch. They arrived on time on the day they said they would and when they left the job was clean with not a pebble out of place. I highly recommend them and will hire them again if I need a contractor.

We wanted to remodel our kitchen, with way too many ideas in our heads. Lyra really honed in on what we were talking about and her design was came out better than we could of imagined. Ryan and his crew were prompt and his communication was great.

Axis did a great job with our new shingle roof. Shelby was great to work with so we're Shania and Shawna. There was an accident that occurred on our property during the tear off (a water line had been broken) and Kevin and the office made sure to get it taken care of. Finally a great roofing company! We worked with Donnie and he got back to us quickly after we reached out, came out within a day or so, provided a very reasonable estimate, and then fixed everything right on schedule. He provided documentation on all the repairs made including a warranty on the work, which we were able to pass on to our new homeowners. We will definitely contact Zobec again for any roofing needs!

They completely replaced the front half of my ancient roof in December 2015 after a storm blew off many of the shingles and it is still looking good today.

They were easy to deal with, on time, and the best thing is that they were the lowest of the three estimates I got.

We had Ed Gilson of Diamond seal roofing do our entire roof five years ago in Arcadia.  He was very involved making sure we received an excellent product. Great service and good clean-up and NO LEAKs!

I highly recommend them - easy to work with and they did an outstanding job.  The men were thoroughly and everyday they cleaned up.  Very courteous and respectful.  Yes they are higher priced then most but there is a reason they have been voted the #1 Roofing Co for the last 12 years.

Very dishonest company. Per them they could not find tile and would have to charge an outrageous amount. I went to the store looking for tile. Guess What, they had the tile.

We had Pinnacle fix an area over the garage.  They were on time, professional, quiet, and left the yard as tho they had never been here.  Scott and Nichole are very professional and personable. A great experience!!  I would recommend Pinnacle Roofing to everyone!

Excellent work at a fair price.  Great communication and they don't subcon the work out to others.  They provide warranty from underlayment materials suppliers also after the job is done.  Very satisfied customer!

This company is not reliable and we have been getting the run around and  broken promises. We had gutters installed for almost 1000.00 a few months back around June 15th 2020 in the hot months. We have only had 1 monsoon rain to really test these out. They leaked so bad like there was not even gutters ( like  before installation) We called and spoke to Joe (the father) and advised the situation and he informed us that someone would get back to us ( no call back) called again and spoke to Joe Jr and he advised someone would be out to fix the problem. No show again! We called back and George Watson the owner showed up in person and said he would have his guys come out in 2 days to fix the problem that was the middle of September. We called again 2 days ago and was advised by Joe Jr once again that they would take care of the problem on Thursday Oct 8th before 12 and again a no show today. They are not answering the phones. This is poor customer service, they are very condescending when you try to communicate with them. Phone is on  full voicemail. Next step is going to be the BBB and then channel 3 on your side.
