Circle G Roofing is family owned and operated Scottsdale roofing company with 3 generations of family on your job. Owner Joe Gordon has been roofing Scottsdale homes and doing home improvements for Scottsdale residents for over 40 years. I got several quotes for a commercial roofing repair/maintenance job at our preschool. This company did the best job of communicating, and offered a fair quote (not the very cheapest but reasonable). They performed the work when promised and cleaned up promptly. I was shown lots of pictures of the work and everything was thoroughly explained. Great to work with.

No problems with the roof foaming. This roof leaked for 20 years, finally NO LEAKS! I called them one day, a rep showed up the next day, quoted a good price, I accepted, his crew showed up an hour later, DONE! Same day.

Circle G has done a number of jobs for us. They have repaired and coated our flat roof twice and replaced 4 skylights. All work was done on time at a fair price. If any adjustment or follow-up has been needed on a job it was taken care of immediately.

What a guy!! Within hours of contacting him, Jimmy came out, inspected my roof and gave me a full rundown of what needed to be done - Nothing.

Yes, he told me there was nothing urgent to be done. The one repair that triggered the call could easily be fixed by myself and he even explained to me how.
I Quote: You have a great looking roof, that is in great condition, you don't need to worry about a thing at this moment.

Best of all, he was so honest about it. Hence he is now on the very top of my roofing needs list.

I didn't work with Circle G, but I'm giving them 5 stars for their honesty.
They told me that they weren't the right folks to tackle my roof based on it's construction.

I'd much rather know up-front than have them try to manage a job outside of their expertise.

Jimmy and the team there have been fantastic. We're undergoing a major remodel and we're expecting to change some areas of roof penetration. We fixed some rotten plywood on areas of previous leaks, and they worked with us on the scope of the project. Due to our delays we had to be pushed out a month and a half because of the flood of business with the monsoon coming up... we told them that any time and any day they can come, we're ready. They called a week or so later and said they're ready to go! Met the guys and they foamed the low spots and took care of a broken skylight. Today they're finishing up with elastomeric, and we have a 5 year warranty on the roof!

They have been incredibly patient, and all of the reviews show how responsive they are if leaks ever do show up. I'm so glad we found them. Already referred them to my brother in law's job, and looking forward to refer them to anyone and everyone I know!

Circle G replaced our foam roof years ago and at the time showed up promptly within 24 hours and did a great job. No leaks now, however there was a leak in the metal part of our roof (which was replaced 15 years ago by another company, before we owned the house). We called Circle G again as we'd had such a good experience, and they called back during a terrible stormy week, arranged an appointment, showed up on time and fixed the roof the same day. They are courteous, professional and reasonably priced. We highly recommend.

They repaired our flat roof three years ago and we had some leaks shortly after they did the work. It was a fight to get them to come pack and fix the work again. Then this year we ended up with 7 new leaks from the work they did three years ago. I would not use this company to do a flat roof. Expensive and they don't do quality work.

I tried to use this company to work on my flat roof. We agreed to price and had a contractor agreement we have all our contractors fill out that includes references and rules while working on our companies jobs. This company refused to fill it out and would not explain why. I'm not sure if they don't pay taxes but don't waste your time with this company.

The Circle G family were great to deal with. They were very responsive to our phone call requesting an evaluation of our roof. They were able to come out to the house fairly quickly for evaluation, suggested some work to fix minor issues without recommending additional, unnecessary work. A fair evaluation from them will secure our work with them in the future as the needs arise.

They did the roof for our home prior to our purchase of it. Prior to purchasing the home, we requested they come and inspect the roof and gave us reassurance the warranty would transfer to us. Recently we had a leak and they came right out. Turns out the leak was due to a skylight (not their fault), but they fixed it anyway. Their customer service is fantastic!!

I needed a patch on an area of my roof after I found a leak in the garage. I they came recommended by my neighbor so I figured I would give them a shot. They were there in 20 minutes and found the problem immediately. Super professional, efficient and reasonably priced. Fixed the problem in 10 minutes. I highly recommend them!

Jimmy Gordon came out the same day I made contact to estimate, which was half of another company's for the same. Jimmy and his crew power washed my flat foam roof and applied 2 coats of Elastomeric Coating to my surprisingly 'in good shape' roof in one morning and topped it off with a 5 Year Warranty. I will definitely use Circle G Roofing again and I've referred my neighbors!

This family company was truly a pleasure to work with. Needed roof repairs completed on house I am selling while living in another state. Joe took pictures of the before and after, daily communication and fair price for work completed. I never had to ask for anything which is rare for me when dealing with companies. Joe emailed, texted and updated me every step of the way. They we prompt, pleasant and attentive to my needs. I would say that not only did they exceeded my expectations, but in my opinion, created a new category for how you run a company and treat a client. You will not be disappointed.
