We pride ourselves on our customer service and by installing the best roofing systems with quality workmanship. Specializing in roof restorations and maintenance, but qualified for types of commercial & residential roofing and repairs. Daryl Moore, Sr. has been roofing in Arizona for over 30 years. He has previously worked as an installer, foreman, project manager, quality control and General Superintendent for two of the larger local roofing contractors in the Mesa area. Jared Mokofisi started in the roofing industry in 1997. He worked for one of the larger roofing companies in the Phoenix area as an Office & Production Manager before becoming a Roofing Estimator. He graduated from Arizona State University with a B.S. in Business Finance.

Update: we are updating our review resulting from the follow up we received from Roof Medics. After posting my initial review, the owner contacted me to apologize for the appointment and offered to honor the original schedule. Unfortunately, we had already made an appointment with competitor due to original post. The owner has reached out to me by mail to apologize for issue.
We called mid March to schedule an appointment with Roof Medics. We received a confirmation email that appointment was confirmed for April 1st. Due to change in my schedule, I called to ask if there was an earlier opening and was advised on this call that my appointment was cancelled in error by their system and that earliest available appointment was going to be April 18th. I informed receptionist this was unacceptable and not to schedule again. Very unprofessional! One month to schedule an estimate plus additional time to schedule service

Roof medics have repaired monsoon damage to my roof 2 years in a row. I wouldn't trust this to anyone else.

We had an underlayment replacement and upon completion we noticed the new metal used really contrasted with our paint making it look weird and that we'd like the water runoff to angle further away from the porch.
The very next day a crew was out with color matched paint and they did exactly what we wanted even though, at least for the paint, it was something they totally didn't have to do, they're roofing folks right?
Roofing is exactly what they did, a thorough and high quality roofing job with a follow up on customer concerns.
Great customer service is hard to come by but these guys provided that then went above and beyond with the paint the very next morning.

Just purchased a home that recently had their roof replaced from roof medic in 2019. We did have a leak in our roof and were thrilled to find out it was under warranty. They responded immediately via email and were timely to get the repair done before more rain storms came rolling in. I requested that we be compensated for the water damage on our freshly painted ceiling since the roof was under warranty- and awkward ask from a desperately poor & new homeowner-and they were kind enough to send me $100 Home Depot gift card. This paid for all of the paint and repairs!! While we did not personally hire them in 2019 to repair the roof, I would use them over and over based off of the customer service I experienced to make things right. THANK YOU ROOF MEDIC!
This company was recommended by my property manager. Their price beat a competitor's price by several thousand dollars. The work was done in a very professional manner when they said it would be done. I was very impressed with this company.
I needed my roof sealed. I contacted 5 companies with 5 star ratings. The Roof Medics was one of two companies that would consider helping me. They went out of their way to get a ladder tall enough to reach my roof tiles, to get to my roof. They took great photos to show me my roof condition and made a recommendation. I wanted to seal my roof and the bid was for foaming the roof. I chose a different company to seal the roof, but will definitely consider Roof Medics when I am ready to foam m roof. Jared came to my house in Fountain Hills and inspected my roof. He spent time with me answering all of my questions and provided advice from decades of roofing experience. My entire roof was redone, flat foam and tile with two layers of the best paper. Trim where required was replaced to a much higher quality standard than the original build. They went the extra miles and color matched and painted new trim, reinstalled cameras and installed bird block. All of this for 5k less than competition! The Roof Medics replace or repair everything needed, but nothing more, and your roof will be better than when your home was built.
The entire process was easier than I could have imagined, and electronic payment was aces. They even planned my reroof for when I was out of town!

The Roof Medics performed an entire replacement of the underlayment of our tile roof and also replaced the flat roof of our covered back porch. They were very responsive from the initial call for a quote through the end of the job. The crew worked very quickly and efficiently and cleaned up well each day. During the process, I called the office with questions and answers were provided quickly. The owner even reached out personally to us to communicate next steps, when needed. I can say with 100% certainty that this company is outstanding on every level. Reliability, Honesty, and Daryl the Owner has the highest standards of workmanship and integrity for himself and his employees. They have been in the business for a long time. My free evaluation and estimate were very thorough and they explained everything to me in detail with pictures. I'm an older gal and couldn't get up on my roof to see, so the pictures help tell the story. My roof was over 25 years old. They put a whole new roof on the house. My job was scheduled in a timely manner and they were done by the date they provided me. The crew was courteous and they cleaned up every day, no mess left behind at all! The job foreman kept abreast every step of the way with pictures. I have used them twice now. Once several years back for a major repair from storm damage ( They came out in the middle of the night to tarp my roof, the weather was horrible! We had some storm damage and a patio cover that wasn't built properly in the first place. From the first call, to the salesman who wrote our estimate, to the workers everyone was very professional and courteous. They did an excellent job cleaning up and the work looks fantastic. Originally I was going to get a quote from 2 roofers, one of which I used before and one recommended to me by a neighbor, after having rain damage several months ago. But the contractor who was going to do the inside repair suggested I contact Roof Medics so I got a quote from them, too. Their quote was very competitive and being the analytical guy that I am, I created a table to compare the quotes, showing additional factors besides price like Yelp rating, years in the business, BBB complaints, materials and warranty. The Roof Medics stood out as the clear winner in my evaluation.
The Roof Medics team was outstanding; I especially appreciated the thorough cleanup they did each day to remove debris and nails. Daryl was friendly and professional, and always answered my questions. They were there when they said they'd be and finished on time. I'd highly recommend them.
WOWZA!!! Cannot express enough what a GREAT job Daryl and his crew did on our 480 sq. ft. back patio roof and the front of our home's roof. Even with them trying to do a COMPLETE do over on the back patio roof in all this monsoon weather, it was all done in a timely manner and done with such pride of their workmanship!
From the time they came out for estimate, price for the job, doing the GREAT job, hauling away old debris, keeping us updated on progress, coming out checking on work being done, I cannot tell you how happy we are with Roof Medics!!

This is the way a company should be run. Competitive, friendly, punctual, and totally professional. They just finished resurfacing my flat roof on my large two-story home last week and they showed up on time each day and finished the job in just two mornings. I am from out of town and I own a rental in Tempe. I called Trevor to take a look at the roof. He came out promptly, took measurements, took pictures and within a day, sent them to me with a quote. the quote was reasonable and he seemed very honest. He came out as promised and finished the job in three days. He took before and after pictures and immediately sent them to me. He had online payment, which was great since I was from out of town. Jared and his crew did a commercial foam roof for my business. the quoting process was quick,efficient and the pricing fair. The work was scheduled and the crew arrived on the scheduled date and on time. The work was professionally done. During the process the foam which is sprayed on caused over spray (the wind carries over spray which can be unavoidable) on three of my neighbor's cars. Needless to say my neighbor was not too happy; however, what defines a business is how they handle issues with their work. In this case I was out of town but after explaining the problem, Jared called my neighbor, accepted responsibility, and corrected the problem when he said he would. After the fact, I called Jared complimenting his service and thanked him for the professionalism of his business. I would highly recommend you calling Roof Medics for your roofing project.

We had our roof completely redone with new underlayment, materials etc, with tile reuse and replacement. It was a big job being a large single story house with lots of roof. The Roof Medics beat three other companies that quoted on the job on price and quality of underlayment; they used 2 layers of SBS TU-45 underlayment for our roof. The owners Jared and Daryl are very professional and a pleasure to work with. Their crew is very competent and efficient and did an excellent job. The job was promptly scheduled and finished on time with one day of rain delay. They also waived the cost of some wood replacement that was not included in the price. I would highly recommend them for any roof work.
Couldn't be happier. This company does everything right. From setting expectations to communicating throughout the process. Professional staff, finished early and cleaned up after completion. Highly recommended!
