All About Roofing restored my faith in humanity as far as contractors go.

I personally never leave reviews. That being said, I would like to share my experience. I'm the owner of an executive rental. After getting a free roof inspection I was told something no one wants to hear: I needed a new roof. I have a new Tennant coming in in 5 days. Not wanting to disrupt his stay with noisy construction I asked, not expecting a favorable outcome, if they could do it within 5 days. To my utter surprise they said yes! They were finished in 3 days and all the workers were so polite and worked so hard to meet the deadline. They left the area around the house cleaner than when they started. It was immaculate. The cost was very fair and being an unexpected expense I was delighted that I could pay with my credit card. All in all they are a 10 in my book. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again or refer them to you.

Chris from All About Roofing was fantastic through the whole process from start to finish. His Cree was top notch. They were very efficient, cleaned up every day and made sure the quality was the best. I would recommend All About Roofing to anyone.

They did what I thought was a fantastic installation - it was painless!
When there was a problem with a few tiles, they sent someone who did a great job fixing them.
We have developed a strong relationship with the company and I'm confident it will continue if we have any issues in the future.

I give them a 5 start, or six starts, the company is not greedy, like many roofing companies out there, I talked with 8 different roofers, all are trying to squeeze your wallet, if you allow them. Logan is the man you need to talk to, no hard sale like the other roofers that make you feel like you are buying a new car at the dealership! All employees are awesome. I will recommend this Company to friends and family.

I called for a roof replacement estimate and the owner, Devin came out the same day. He provided a reasonable price with quality materials and we signed the contract that day.
The office staff, Maya was a wonderful lady who kept me updated on the scheduled date for work to begin.
I can't say enough of the roofing crew who performed the replacement. Some of the hardest working, professional and polite young men I have had the pleasure to meet. They stripped my roof and installed quality shingles in 9 hours total.
All About Roofing may not be the largest roofing company in Arizona with television, radio and billboard commercials, but they are certainly the best.

BEYOND EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE! I could not be more pleased with All About Roofing. Devin was excellent to work with and helped me every step of the way. They were super responsive and always available. Alberto was so helpful and explained all the repairs. The roof repairs were completed sooner than I expected and they left the property better than they found it. It looks great! I do need new underlayment very soon, as my roof is 20 years old, but they made the repairs that I needed to give me a little extra time. I will definitely use All About Roofing when I get this done. This was truly the best customer service experience I've ever encountered. They are a 10+ !

BE AWARE OF THIS COMPANY.

On the month of October of this past year (2022) I hired ALL ABOUT ROOFING to complete and replace my entire roof since it was over 15 year old. I had 8 different bits of different companies and contractors that came to my house and give me an estimate on my roof. All about roofing was one of them. Out of all this companies I was in between ALL ABOUT  ROOFING  and some other company. All the estimates were competitive on pricing but what got my attention was that this 2 companies work with Owens Corning shingles so This Guy Jake Gosta from ALL ABOUT ROOFING came to my house to give me that estimate on my roof on October the26th at 2pm with some other sales associate. So anyways he came and give me the total cost right there in there he e-mail it to me.  So after that day I was still making a decision who to hire for the job and for that I need it a couple of more days to make my decision. So on November the 8th I called JAKE and told him that we had made our decision to hire them for the job,  so when he got to my house the same day on that afternoon I showed him the book of different color options that OWENS CORNINGS offer. I showed  him a different  shingle colors sample book from a different  contractor that uses same type of shingles.  JAKES sample book had only 6 color options with QUARY GRAY  NOT been THERE. So I told him that I wanted  QUARRY GRAY and he said that it's ok he'll make it happen for me. Also when I called him over the phone I told him that I was going to do the whole process through my insurance, I told him that over the phone and in person when he got to my house to sign the contract.  So anyways I signed the contract give 50% money up front and he told me that they were going to start building on the week of the 12th of December. Once the day was getting closer he called me and told me that it was not going to be possible that week since they been so busy and working up north and it's been raining a lot over there, so I was little upset because I had made my plans with my family to go out of town on Friday the 16th for a week for our Christmas Vacation. So our vacations had to be push over for some other day. Jake told me that we were going to get build on the week of the 19th So we got upset but we understand what Jake told me.  So the day finally had arrived they came on Friday December the 17th and finished on Monday the 19th. The next Day Tuesday 20 I received a CALL from SIERA NYGAARD HARRASING me over the phone to collect payment or the remaining balance. I remember that day  because I was with my family doing the Christmas shopping. She called me trying to collect the remaining balance since the job was completed, I told her that I was waiting  to get remaining balance payment from my insurance, I also told her that when I signed  the contract I told her associate JAKE about it over that phone and in person. So she was telling me that was not  what she has in the  contract so we need to get the remaining balance because the job was completed. So I told her again what the agreement was with Jake and she still was going around in circles with the same thing that I needed to take care of remaining balance and if not she threaten me with going to a court process or legalities by putting a lien on my house. She was trying to intimidate me and scared me with that. So  That's when I got upset and mad and raced my voice at her and told her to do whatever she wants. Hasn't been not even days or weeks that the jobs has been completed and she's  harassing me like a collection company. With all due respect she needs a lot to improved on her communication skills when directing to a customer.

Long Story short since I got lots more things to say about this bad company I can easily write another 2-3 pages about their dirty crew that came to my house and left trash and debris  behind together with broken glass on my street  and big Nails everywhere.  

Please take my bad experience and DON'T HIRE THIS Company ALL ABOUT ROOFING. And who ever you hire make sure you get everything they promise in writing and if possible record the conversation about everything you agree upon with the sales associate. This Company  ALL ABOUT ROOFING, LLC end up installing  different color of singles that I didn't  agree(QUARRY GRAY)  OR WANT.

If you need a new roof, I recommend ALL ABOUT ROOFING because like the name say's this is what they do and they do it well without any fooling around and with honest, competent salespeople who mean what they say and follow throughout the process.
I couldn't be any more pleased with the new roof they did in one day as promised, with top brand materials and expert workmanship.

Gilbert G. was wonderful!! A pleasure to work with, kept me informed, worked with my solar company, and made sure everything was taken care of. The roofers were great, respectful, cleaned up the property very well, and my neighbors had no complaints either.

I researched several companies and it was between All About Roofing and another company and I just went with All About Roofing. Everything was explained to me and there were no surprises. The project team was amazing and got it done in 1 day. All About Roofing employees were amazing! I definitely would use them for any future projects and recommend them to other friends/family in need. We have had 3 storms since and absolutely no leaks!!

The worst !!!!  Justin is all talk and no experience on how to handle people. Said he was going to install roof along with his crew, never saw him on roof except last day. Offered to repaint leak in ceiling but refused when job done. Rang bell at 6.30 at night 2 days before job finished to collect balance of fees for roof job. Said had walked roof and all OK. When shown debris left on roof said he had not checked that part of roof, yet debris could be seen from street.  This was one of many LIES. Neighborhood watch came by and pointed out tile on roof not cut. Sticking out. In living room stated, AS ROOFER I KNOW EVERYTHING AND YOU AS HOMEOWNER KNOW NOTHING. Ordered to leave and only did so as home owner was dialing 911. He called owner of roofing company (RC) to bail him out. RC owner tried to charge $90 a sheet for plywood regardless of contract. RC owner said no paint available to paint caps. Why take on job when equipment not available. Caps on roof installed and painted 2-4 days later after calling office. Make sure EVERYTHING is in writing before signing contract. Photos and audio available for ANYONE disputing these facts.

Jake was our project manager and was fantastic to work with, from scheduling the work on our roof to communicating about our preferences on materials and any changes that needed to be made. He was easily accessible on the phone, email, and text. The build crew arrived on time and did excellent work. Overall the cost of the work was competitive in the Phoenix area and we felt great about choosing this company.

I'm had a leak in a portion of my house and after getting a few bids it looked as though the whole roof needed to be redone aside from the tiles. All about roofing had a very reasonable price, and I was impressed with their communication and professionalism. They did such a great job that I have literally gotten compliments on how good the roof looks. Really glad I had all the work done especially with how much rain and wind we have had recently. Roof is holding up great!

Honestly really disappointed to write this review. I read all the 5 star reviews and was super excited to work with this business. One of their roofers came to my house 10/13 to do an inspection for some wind damage to my roof. I assumed I'd get a call from him shortly after he came out. Weekend comes, nothing from the roofer. I thought okay, maybe Monday. Monday comes around and nothing. I finally text the roofer who came out, and he said he would have pics for me of the damage. Pictures never came through. Called the office and asked for him to call me, nothing. Texted him again on Tuesday, didn't get a response. Wednesday 10/19 I called the office again and complained. He finally answered my texts at 10:30 am and said he'd have an estimate for me ASAP. Estimate never came through. It's now a week since he was out, and I'm not closer to getting my roof fixed. I'm currently sitting with a damaged roof and no clue on fixes because of this company.

Very efficient and fairly priced the job was completed as promised in a single day. I highly recommend them for any roof replacement. However, the only reason this wasn't a five star review is because during the work they broke my plant bleeder lines in 4 different places and broke off 3 of my solar yard lights and shoved them into the rock cover so they would stay standing up. Cost me about $65 bucks for replacement lights and water line parts on everything plus time and effort. Still the roof work was excellent.

At the beginning of working with Justin at All About Roofing I would've rated these guys a 5 star (hence why we hired them); now, not so much. We had storm damage at the end of July 2021 that left us with two different leaks on opposite sides of the roof. After getting quotes from 3 different companies, we chose All About Roofing because Justin seemed the most trustworthy and we felt we would be getting good quality materials for our money.
Getting the roof refelted went smoothly. The crew was fast and cleaned up the back, front, and side yards impeccably. Up to this point, we received paperwork when we were told we would and they did our roof a month sooner than they originally said they'd be able to.
Since then, I haven't been able to get them to work with me regarding our previous roof's warranty and documentation I need to be able to file a claim against it. I also have had trouble getting them to call me back, answer my emails, or respond in any way. It was brought to our attention a month ago that the tiles that don't match AT ALL were all installed in a rectangle on one side of the roof instead of being peppered in like we were told they would be. I called once I found out about it and was reassured by Maya that the crew was supposed to pepper the new ones in and she would talk to her manager about when they could have a crew out to fix it. 2 weeks went by and I heard nothing, so I tried calling. I called 3 times during business hours and only got voicemail. I tried again their next business day and still got voicemail so I left a message. Several days went by and I still didn't get a call back, so I wrote an email. Still nothing. I called again today and was told this time that it's been too long and we were told the tiles wouldn't match. I reminded her of our previous conversation, how long I've waited to hear back, and that both she and Justin told me the crew was supposed to pepper in the new tiles so it wouldn't look like crap. She said she'd have the general manager call me by the end of the day. I still haven't gotten that call. I'm highly disappointed in their customer service and worried my HOA will fine me if they notice the tiles don't match. I'm also concerned that if I ever go to sell the house the new owners will think there's been a leak I'm not disclosing. I do not recommend this company.

They just did our re roof on our tile roof, from start to finish crew cleaned every day! Devin the owner was great To work with, and to the girls in the office as well communicating threw out the project!

So far all I can say about this company is they are great. I saw a sign in a neighbors yard down the street after a storm we had that ripped through our area. They sent a nice young man name Chris out and he said the roof was damaged and we should call our insurance company. We did and h ch was right. No arguments from the adjuster, full replacement. Then Chris came back and put a tarp over a spot on the roof that was real bad. No only has the service been the best but we also called a few other companies to get quotes and All About roofing prices was the best. Highly recommend.

Our roofing job involved a tile re-felt which meant removing the old tile, removing the old underlayment and placing new underlayment, new drip edge, new roof jacks, re-using most of the old tile, etc. Our Project Manager was Chris H and he was absolutely outstanding. He was in contact throughout the entire project. His crew was also fantastic and they worked their butts off! In our case, they were actually able to start the job a couple of days early and they finished in three days. Their price was very competitive as I obtained at least 5 different bids from other companies before I decided on All About Roofing. I would highly recommend All About Roofing if you need a new roof.

Just moved and needed my roof replaced. We worked with Gilbert and will never use anyone else. He was very genuine and made the whole process very easy for us. Such a great guy and company. Very very happy with the results and will be recommending them to all our friends and family.

I cannot recommend this company highly enough!

1.  I placed a call to request an estimate and received a return call within 30 minutes from the OWNER of the company. The owner additionally came to my residence to provide an estimate on the very same day!
2.  My project required removal of solar panels prior to my roof repair project.  All About Roofing is one of very few companies that works with solar panel contractors for removal and reinstallation.  This is SUCH a plus as all solar panel coordination is handled through All About Roofing!  
3.  All About Roofing coordinated: a) the removal of my solar panels; b) delivery of  repair materials to my residence; c) removal and replacement of my tile roof; d) delivery of trash container to my home; e) complete replacement of my underlayment + repairs; f) pick up of the trash container; g) reinstallation of my solar panels... ALL ITEMS COMPLETED WITHIN 8 (!) CONSECUTIVE DAYS!!  
4. Lastly, the technicians that completed the work arrived early each day.  They also, daily, cleaned my front and backyard before leaving.

I absolutely place great importance on customer reviews - hence this lengthy one from me.  You cannot go wrong in hiring this company!

I had a emergency issue, during the height of the monsoon season and needed immediate help.. Chris Hale was sent out to help me.. Chris did an Amazing Job of not only resolving my immediate issue but also providing me long term information on a permanent fix moving forward. He was extremely professional and was an amazing embassador for this company!! THANK YOU!!!

I called All About Roofing and the owner Devon called me back within hours. He came out the next day and gave me a price that I thought was really good so we went with them. Devon turned things over to Zach the Project Manager. Zach was very attentive and explained everything and always answered his phone. All About Roofing is local so we were happy to give them our business. The roof was installed 3 weeks later and there were 9 workers getting it done. When Zach came out to inspect he walked the yard picking up a few nails with a magnet and he noticed tire tracks on the driveway so he contracted someone to power-wash the marks and they did a great job as well. We are very happy with the way the roof looks and we would highly recommend All About Roofing!

This company has it down! Great customer service. Great Pricing. Great install team. They use the best materials in the industry. Team was at my house at 7:30 am and were done and all cleaned up by 2pm. Amazing!

I got all new underlayment and had a couple hundred titles replaced .. all done in 2 days with all new valleys vents and flashing,, looks great and all cleaned up .. super efficient and caring workers,  I would highly recommend them

We hired All About Roofing to install a new roof underlayment.  Our roof was 20 years old and we had had a few leaks so it was time to bite the bullet and have it replaced.  I can't say enough good things about this company!  I had gotten two other quotes before All About Roofing and Logan's presentation was far and away the most in-depth.  He took the time to explain the current state of my roof and everything his estimate included.  He even had a sample of the new roof underlayment which was higher quality than the other quotes I had received.  Once we decided to hire them for the job, Logan kept me updated on the scheduling which included the removal/replacement of our solar panels.  Not having to deal with this part of the job was a relief.  Every part of the job was done on schedule and within the scheduled time frame.  The solar panels were removed a few days before the roofing crew arrived.  The crew arrived on time and got to work right away.  The job was completed in the time frame and the crew did a thorough job of cleaning up.  Some of our tiles had to be replaced and they made sure to put them in an inconspicuous spot.  Our new roof is watertight and even looks a lot better with the new bird guard.  All throughout the job Logan inspected the crew's work and kept me updated on the progress, including photos.  All About Roofing made this necessary home repair so easy....no frustrations.  Thanks Logan and AAR!

Justin was very accommodated and they were only scheduled 3 weeks out. They gave instructions as to what they were doing. The roof looks great and great warranty!

We were pleasantly surprised how they worked, the roof looks super...all of the workers were friendly and hard workers..we were so happy and surprised how they cleaned up, we would advise if u need a new roof or just repairs we would definitely recommend them.

When we realized we needed a new roof, I started with getting bids with varying options and prices reading customer reviews on internet. I did not know  All About Roofing until a technical mishap in internet.  Anyway, Chris Hale from All About Roofing was the last one to visit our house. He gave us the best bid with the installation in ONE day. As our house has what's called death valley which is prone to keep water in place, I studied roofing materials further. Chris took the time to respond to all of my questions and provided me with additional options.  Through the exchanges, we felt comfortable moving forward with the company.  A few days prior to installation, the shingles were delivered to the top of the roof.  On the day of installation, the crew showed up a little before 6AM and worked through till  6PM when all the cleanup was done.  Despite the long day of work the crew had smiles on their faces and few felt the good working relationship among them. Chris walked through the new roof and ensured us that death valley portions were well covered. As they were leaving, Chris further went around the house with a huge magnet to make sure all  the nails/metal pieces were picked up.   He even provided us with additional paint to cover the areas where the replaced wood (mostly patio area) was exposed. Now that the leaky roof has been replaced,  we were relieved and we were happy that we selected Chris and All About Roof for the project.

This company is awesome.   Devin was very honest and upfront about the cost of the underlayment. We scheduled a date to have install and were pleasantly surprised when they were able to start 2 weeks early.   Crew  were polite and courteous, they cleaned up yard and area around house every day before they left.  Took about a week. Devin came by after work was completed and took care of a few little areas where stucco had come off. He was very willing to go the extra mile.  Very pleased with the work done.  Highly recommend.

I worked with Justin Blessing it was a great experience. He was professional and knowledgeable. He answered all of my questions with straight forward answers made me feel confident that they knew what they were doing. I have already given their information to family members.

Simply put, All About Roofing did everything right.  From Justin's first call at our home, the price, the flexibility and availability of this company was terrific.  They came out with a polite, professional crew, and got the job done (1875 sq. ft.) in one day.  I had a Zoom conference and they kindly took a 20 minute break so I could work without the noise of a roof installation.  They then went back to work and got the job done.  Moreover, they did an EXCELLENT job cleaning up -- even using a magnate to make sure no stray nails were lying around.  While we haven't been through our first rain yet, I'm confident my beautiful, reasonably priced new roof will last for decades.    Thank you All About Roofing.  Great job.

This company is the Best!  Amidst the multiple errors made by my HOA, this company went above and beyond.  Their entire team's customer service is hands down very customer service oriented.  Can't thank them enough.  I would definitely recommend.

All About Roofing did a fantastic job with the replacement of my roof.  It all began when they came to my house and knocked on my door.  JC and Angelina were very professional and respectful.  It was a pleasure to talk to them about roofs.  As the project manager, it was immediately evident JC new his business.  He stayed in contact with me and kept me updated.  The professionalism also extended to the office personnel that also called me and kept me updated.  They worked with my solar company to schedule removal and reinstallation of my solar panels.  Everything happened exactly as they said.  Their installation crew was amazing.  The roof on my house is fairly large.  The crew told me they would complete installation in one day and they did exactly that.  They did a top notch job with the installation and a great job cleaning up after they completed the job.  I would have never believed they could complete the job in one day if not for the fact that I saw them do exactly that.  For anybody looking to have roof work done I would definitely recommend All About Roofing.  They are a top notch company!

Best Roofer Ever! Just had our cement tile roof replaced on our home. All About Roofing did an excellent job. I have built over 6 million sf of buildings and have never had a roofing company do as well as All About Roofing. The experience was great from the beginning to completion. Our sales/project manager was very responsive. After my inquiry, he came to inspect promptly and promptly gave us our estimate, itemized list of services and agreement.
