Ultra Foam Roofing

Ultra Foam LLc did my 14x20 & 8x7 patio roofs on time and for less than the other two companies that I received quotes from. But the reason I gave them the job wasn't price alone. They offered 2 foam, where the others were offering 1 and they offered 2 coats of sealer, where the others only quoted 1 coat.

So all the way around I feel I got a good deal and a quality install from this company.

When I purchased my home 5 years ago , I was informed that the roof would need to be recoated with a protective material every 5 years. I started to call roofing companies for a quote to apply the protective coating.

One company looked and said they don't do that type of work. One company said that everything would need to be ripped down to the plywood and they would start over. I have solar panels that would need too be taken down and we then reinstalled

Foam and seal it with the proper sealant.
His crew was. Neat  and completed their work quickly. They coordinated  with the solar company for a seamless operation.

We have three flat roof sections and a walk deck that we have had coated every 5 years. After 19 years we wanted to do more than the coating paint and started researching roofers and foam products. We saw a couple of Ultra Foam company trucks in and around our area shortly before we started getting quotes. Ultra Foam Roofing had great reviews, but our final decision was when another roofer was out and said foaming was a good idea for the three flat roofs and then he recommended Ultra Foam Roofing who he had used himself. We got a quote and scheduled the work. Our tech was on time, explained what he was going to do, did the work and it looks great. Highly recommend this company.

We have been using Ultra Foam Roofing for our remodeling/addition projects. They are knowledgeable, friendly, on time and they do a great job! We do not get callbacks for warranty issues with the projects they have done. As general contractors, we love having people we can depend on, and Ultra Foam is someone we can. Just had foam roof completed this week on a complex I take of. Happy with the work done and at a fair price. Will work again with them when a roofer is required for sure.
