So I called Summit Roofing because he was recommended by a friend who actually does roofing??? My friend is a general contractor and  told me to call Summit directly because they are honest and fair priced. Man, he wasn't kidding- first off I was told I needed to replace these metal things on roof, and they did not need to be replaced at all. Also, the area might need some flat wood and it was added into my other estimates as a for sure cost. Summit had it in their bill as an extra, only if after tear off of the section if the new wood is needed.

You get what you pay for, so I'm not going to just choose the lowest price ...but I will pick the most honest company.

Roof is now done, before and after pictures of the roof were emailed to me after competition for my records. The owner spoke to me personally throughout the process and although I'm sure he's a busy guy, never made me feel like an imposition.

I feel compelled to share my experience with Rain man roofing. I am huge on reviews and the ones for this company are great but they do not fully show how amazing this company is. Where to start?! From the first request for an estimate the business was prompt, professional, detail oriented, and provided the highest quality of service. They arrived on time and left no mess when they were finished. You cannot go wrong with this roofing company. You can expect detailed estimates with pictures and explanations for every item they find in need of repair.

Great response time, courteous, professional, dependable, and honest.  Angel went out of his way to check out my roof for several concerns that appeared on my home inspection report at closing.  He was honest in telling me my underlayment would last me a few more years and the other issues were minor and no repair was needed.  Wow!  He could have given me an estimate for any amount and I would not have known any different.  If and when I do need some work done this is my Go To company!

Edwin and his crew are top-notch. Our 25-year-old tile roof underlayment needed to be replaced as well as our 35 ft rolled patio roof. They were here for 4 days and did an exceptional job from start to finish. They repaired my patio roof leak and replaced the facia boards, installed new underlayment and 3-rib valleys on the main roof, new bird-stop, replaced broken tiles, and painted all areas to match. Communication and customer service are great. Solid job!

I must give kudos where it's due with contractors! I'm usually skeptical & very cautious with dealings. I HATE chasing down people & getting stabby with them but I will. My water heater had a slow leak & caused some sweet water damage to my garage drywall & inside my master closet wall/carpet! Edge Restoration dried it out & sent Gurr Brothers Construction to repair my drywall & replace the carpet. It was a seamless process throughout. Sam from Gurr Brothers showed up, kept me in the loop of when & who to expect @ my house & stayed in constant communication of plumbing, drywall & carpet people that were dropping by. Although a bit of a nightmare to have your houses gutted for a while?!? I couldn't be more impressed with the way it was handled & for them to deal with my Homeowner's Insurance too. Nov of 2013, we had 2 inches of rain in one storm, along with a large leak in our TV room and numerous leaks in the garage and outside covered deck. I called six roofing contractors and only two showed-up. Both had separate versions of what needed to be done to resolve the problems on the roof.
Then, online, I found Ernnie, at Sinclair Roofing in El Mirage. He came out the next day and checked-out the roof. After doing so, he asked me to come-up on the roof to see what was wrong. He showed me exactly what needed to be fixed, gave me a competitive quote and could have the job done in 10 days, which he did.
We have had 2--2 rains since then and not a drop water showing in the house.
I highly recommend Ernie and his company and he was very easy to work with.

Armando and his guys are awesome! Had a terrible woodpecker problem and they'd finally broken through to my fireplace and the damage was bad. Armando fixed the woodpecker damage and bird proofed it with wire under the stucco repair. I bought some bird spikes for extra measure and Armando installed those too. I also had him repair and replace some facia board (approximately 8ft), painted and sealed everything after he was finished. I recommend AEL Roofing Services and I'll definitely be using AEL in the future!

Had Jimmy out with Thompson Brothers Roofing and he and his crews did a full roof replacement for us back in May (underlayment and tile). Jimmy is like the uncle you never had. He's super responsive, always answers your calls and works with you to get a fair price for your roof repair/replacement. Highly recommended if you want someone who won't swindle you into paying the highest price just because of the pandemic. And someone who doesn't sacrifice workmanship because of price. You will have to wait for tile/materials however since that's just the way to world is these days.

I was referred to Trident Roofing by another roofer that didn't work in my area.  I lucked out!  Seth diagnosed the problem areas which were the struts the ac unit sits on.  We agreed on a price and his crew set to work.  They were very professional and kept me informed of the progress every step of the way.  In the end Seth sent an ac contractor to insure everything was connected correctly and provided me before and after pictures of the work.  This is the best experience I've had with a roofing contractor and won't be using anybody else going forward.

Highly recommend this company.  I was in need of a new roof and they did an excellent job at a very competitive price.

I've worked with a lot of different contrators and trades. Trades Unlimited just re-foamed my roof and they did a great job.  The set the benchmark for what you would expect from the industry - fair prices, good communication, good quality of work and the area where most seem to fail or have a hard time... they show up at the date and time when they say they will!  We had a slight disagreement about a wing wall and weather or not it should have been foamed.  Rather than argue the point or try to needle me for more money, they just came back and happily completed the work to my satisfaction.  It's a novel concept to be sure, but Warren R - the president - understands what customer service is all about.  I'd bring them back again.

My wife found this add on social media about this company and boy am I glad she reached out to them. Wife is always right and she proves it again this time around. I finally called Terry cause being the man of the house I gotta know things and stuff and glad I did. He had great customer service and the guys he sent out Manuel and his crew did such an amazing job on my house. I am beyond excited about the great work they did. Very fast, efficient and showed they cared about my house and I just can't say enough great things about them. I would 10/10 times recommend them to anybody and everybody. Thank you Terry and a big shoutout and thank you to Manuel and the crew.

They sent an older guy to give me a quote, his name was Dan and he could not even get on the roof to give me a quote due to his advanced age. He took a look at the area where I said I had the leak and I showed him a quote that I had from a different company with the purpose of giving him a list of the items I wanted to get done. He then walked away and said he was wasting his time. Just interested on selling new roofs?
