Summit roofing is as good as it gets!  They're fantastic.  I selected Summit Roofing to replace my roof that as damaged by hail last October 2018. John did an outstanding job on the bid, staying in touch, and with his team as they performed the work efficiently.  They replaced the roof in 2 days and cleaned up every scrap.  This was the best company to work with.  I highly recommend contacting them.

PROMPTNESS: exceptional.  After initial inspection and throughout prep and actual repair they were timely and responded accurately to all inquires.  Everything was completed as scheduled.
WORKMANSHIP:  I was told by another contractor that was finishing another project for me that my Halo Metal roofing roof work was impressive.  He said the way they attended to details and latest technology my roof should last 15 to 20 years...maybe more.
CLEAN UP:  They made quite a mess but was cleaned at completion.  Nothing was damaged and everything they had to move was returned to its original location.

I feel compelled to share my experience with Rain man roofing. I am huge on reviews and the ones for this company are great but they do not fully show how amazing this company is. Where to start?! From the first request for an estimate the business was prompt, professional, detail oriented, and provided the highest quality of service. They arrived on time and left no mess when they were finished. You cannot go wrong with this roofing company. You can expect detailed estimates with pictures and explanations for every item they find in need of repair.

Great response time, courteous, professional, dependable, and honest.  Angel went out of his way to check out my roof for several concerns that appeared on my home inspection report at closing.  He was honest in telling me my underlayment would last me a few more years and the other issues were minor and no repair was needed.  Wow!  He could have given me an estimate for any amount and I would not have known any different.  If and when I do need some work done this is my Go To company!

This business is rapidly growing and I can see why. I was recommended by a friend and they did an amazing job. Reliable, fair pricing, and great quality. They have many options to choose from. Definitely will be using again for future projects.

We had a leak from the bottom of my water heater which is in our garage. That leak damaged the surrounding structures. We hired Gurr Brothers, Kitchen & Bath plumbing, and Salt River Restoration. All of thee guys were great!!! Gurr Brothers repaired our wall and replaced  our cabinets very quickly and efficiently. The work done was outstanding!!! We were so pleased with how friendly and knowledgeable they were. We definitely recommend contracting Gurr Brothers!!!

I needed to have some shingle work done after a storm. Ernie was very responsive and communicative about the entire process. He put in a lot of extra effort to track down materials in order to ensure that everything matched with the existing roof, and kept to his original quoted price. Even considering his search for materials, he completed the job in a timely and professional manner.

I had Armando and his crew over on 10/30 and 10/31 to re-roof my garage flat roof. Armando beat every price I got on my roof and I was able to verify all of his credentials.

They came by on 10/30 to rip off all the old materials and then finished up on 10/31 in the morning. Armando and his crew were respectful and everything went off without a hitch! I would definitely recommend him to anybody who needs roofing work

Had Jimmy out with Thompson Brothers Roofing and he and his crews did a full roof replacement for us back in May (underlayment and tile). Jimmy is like the uncle you never had. He's super responsive, always answers your calls and works with you to get a fair price for your roof repair/replacement. Highly recommended if you want someone who won't swindle you into paying the highest price just because of the pandemic. And someone who doesn't sacrifice workmanship because of price. You will have to wait for tile/materials however since that's just the way to world is these days.

Needed 2 roofs done at once, Very impressed with not only the price, but also the quality and care they took to take care of my properties,  they also cleaned up and didn't leave debris like previous roofing company,  they went above and beyond the 5 stars, will definitely be recommending thier services

I opted to have Reyes Roofing remove my old roof (2 layers of asphalt shingles) and reinstall a new roof.  I have a single story house roughly 1800 square feet, apparently the rough was double in sq/ft of what my actual floor plan.  My list of contractors that quoted me was approximately 10, some responded quickly, others not so much - the criteria I used to select those ten were as followed:  1) Registrar of Contractors (AZ ROC) in good standing with no previous or pending complaints, 2) A member of the BBB of AZ - also with no pending or previous complaints, 3) More than 5 years in the roofing industry as listed by AZ ROC, 4) listed by either Certainteed or Malarkey Roofing materials as a contractor for residential installations - the two shingle manufacturers I choose as suitable materials.  

Ultimately most of the bids were very close; ranging from 16,000 - 12,000 dollars to complete the job.  Reyes Roofing was my choice for several reasons; 1) simple and precise contract (some contracts had added fees - first layer of roof included, second layer would be billed at a per sq/ft basis, etc, etc), 2) the length of guarantee on workmanship - many contracts only quoted a guarantee/warranty on labor/workmanship of one year (something I felt was a palsy sum since the two types of roofing are lifetime warranty architectural laminated shingles (laymen terms multi-tab 30 year shingle) {Reyes offers 10 years as part of the quote}, and 3) Price.

I was not disappointed, my quote was exact, included taxes, fees, and there was no limitations or expressed loop-holes that other quotes I had received had.  Scheduling was simple, albeit not on my part - I had specific requests to prevent messing with my work schedule that other bidders did not promise any type of possibility to adhere to.

Removal of the two layers of roof was relatively simple, all and any debris that fell on the ground was picked up at the end of each work day.    Installation was just as simple, they took roughly two and a half days - first day removal, second day completed removal and applied roof to about 75% complete, third day completion and removal of trailer full of debris.

Contact was simple, any calls were answered promptly, and the only one time I left a message, it was returned in a timely manner.

Knowing now what I know and if I had to do it all over again, I wouldn't hesitate to choose Reyes Roofing.

We had our roof replaced by Trades Unlimited. The work was outstanding. Everyday the crew cleaned up all around the house (really important when you realize all the nails). They made the roof much tighter by adding additional roof tiles.
In summary they exceed all expectations.

The house and cool deck look fantastic. Thank you Kevin and Holly for your attention to detail and kindness. Will highly recommend you.

I can't thank Jack the Roofer and Dan Schroff specifically for all his help replacing my roof after the Microburst at the end of July 2014. My roof and evaporative cooler were torn off by the 70 mile winds. My neighborhood was blanketed by storm chasers and while I did get three quotes, Jack the Roofer was not the cheapest (don't ever go with the cheapest bid) but he was extremely reasonable, offered the highest quality product and best warranty! They also did the job in a reasonable amount of time-I witnessed my neighbors replacements take 3 hours, skipping staples and I know their roofs will not last. So happy to have a new roof over my head and have the peace of mind knowing it was done right the first time!
