I dealt with the owner of Summit after a micro burst tore our roof up. He was replacing the roof next door,  he looked at mine gave me a great price and did a wonderful job.  This was over two years ago and no leaks and a fine looking shingle job.  I would highly recommend Summit Roofing.  Honest and on time

PRICE: Not the cheapest but more than fair. Average to others: Middle.
PROMPTNESS: exceptional.  After initial inspection and throughout prep and actual repair they were timely and responded accurately to all inquires.  Everything was completed as scheduled.
WORKMANSHIP:  I was told by another contractor that was finishing another project for me that my Halo Metal roofing roof work was impressive.  He said the way they attended to details and latest technology my roof should last 15 to 20 years...maybe more.
CLEAN UP:  They made quite a mess but was cleaned at completion.  Nothing was damaged and everything they had to move was returned to its original location.

Where should I start. After the crazy rain spell we had back in November i started to notice some buckling in the ceiling and even had some drywall come down in my great room.

I was referred to Arizona Native Roofing by my in laws. I spoke with Jason and he was very helpful. We were expecting the worst but luckily just needed repairs in a few spots. The cost was very reasonable.

The workers showed up on time and were very nice and got right to work. No more leaky ceilings for us. I definitely plan on telling all my friends about Jason and his great company.

I feel compelled to share my experience with Rain man roofing. I am huge on reviews and the ones for this company are great but they do not fully show how amazing this company is. Where to start?! From the first request for an estimate the business was prompt, professional, detail oriented, and provided the highest quality of service. They arrived on time and left no mess when they were finished. You cannot go wrong with this roofing company. You can expect detailed estimates with pictures and explanations for every item they find in need of repair.

Impossible to get a hold of. Have left numerous messages, texts, emails and left message with phone service. Nothing!

They did $3000+ in repairs and after 18 months was having problems again. It's the nature of the Mexican tile roof. That's not my complaint. It's that after coming to my house again, looking at it twice again with his drone and saying he would start in a few weeks, he disappeared and won't return any calls.

They're still looking for new business on Angie's list so they're still in business. Unacceptable!

Gave up on them and having two other contractors bid a complete roof replacement. Around $30,000. This could have been Ironwood's job but since they won't get back to me, their loss!

This company cracked my ceiling and left the AC drain disconnected so i had water pouring into my bedroom in the middle of the night and I had to fight for them to agree to come and fix it and demanded they give me a date when they would be coming out to do so because they kept beating around the bush. When they finally came out to fix my ceiling all they wanted to do was paint over it and I had to fight again for them to properly fix the cracked ceiling. They did a terrible job fixing the ceiling and I have pictures of the terrible job done. They also unplugged and moved my AC and now does not properly work. I am now fighting for them to come out and fix it. And yes I did get my AC inspection before they started the job so they cannot say that it was not them.   This is not a fake review, you can contact me directtly if you have any question, there proof and witness about this damage caused by them...

Needed complete restoration/remodel of entire first floor after burst pipe flooded everything.  Had tile flooring, cabinetry and drywall done, as well as redoing a leaky roof.  Every person who came to work on my house polite, professional and did absolutely beautiful work.  They exceeded my expectations.

I needed to have some shingle work done after a storm. Ernie was very responsive and communicative about the entire process. He put in a lot of extra effort to track down materials in order to ensure that everything matched with the existing roof, and kept to his original quoted price. Even considering his search for materials, he completed the job in a timely and professional manner.

Armando and his guys are awesome! Had a terrible woodpecker problem and they'd finally broken through to my fireplace and the damage was bad. Armando fixed the woodpecker damage and bird proofed it with wire under the stucco repair. I bought some bird spikes for extra measure and Armando installed those too. I also had him repair and replace some facia board (approximately 8ft), painted and sealed everything after he was finished. I recommend AEL Roofing Services and I'll definitely be using AEL in the future!

Had Jimmy out with Thompson Brothers Roofing and he and his crews did a full roof replacement for us back in May (underlayment and tile). Jimmy is like the uncle you never had. He's super responsive, always answers your calls and works with you to get a fair price for your roof repair/replacement. Highly recommended if you want someone who won't swindle you into paying the highest price just because of the pandemic. And someone who doesn't sacrifice workmanship because of price. You will have to wait for tile/materials however since that's just the way to world is these days.

I had a priority roof issue that needed attention and Seth was incredibly responsive and excellent to work with. Quality of the job is an A+ and he was communicative throughout the entire process, keeping me updated as he went. Price was competitive and work was completed in very timely fashion. I would highly recommend him to anyone!

I am so happy with Reyes Roofing! From start to finish their promptness and professionalism and exemplary customer service was the highest I've seen in a very long time.  Not only did they repair my roof but included that if anything comes up even if it's small; call us, we'll take care of you. I am very pleased with Trades Unlimited for their roofing expertise. Warren (owner) takes pride in his business and the work he and his employees do for their customers. They did a great job locating and fixing a roof leak and made sure they cleaned up after so you wouldn't even know they had been there. Warren is trustworthy, honest and one of the nicest guys you'll ever meet. His team were all very respectful and courteous. That can be hard to find these days. I hope I won't have the need again, but if I do, I wouldn't use anyone else.

Platinum Exteriors did an excellent job with our home. Kevin was very responsive and his crew was fast and friendly. We looked around at several other companies and Platinum used the best paints at the best prices. Very happy with our decision to use this company and will continue to reccomend to our friends and family.

Disappointed with customer service... This is not the first time this has happened to me over the past few months, but have the most details on days/number of times called... Started out noticing a nice sized bubble on an interior wall near our front door, and because our roof was warranted for 30 years from Jack the Roofer and we aren't even close to end of this warranty gave him  a call to see if he could come out and inspect on 2/24/17. I was told that he was backlogged and that they would be out sometime the next week to take a look at this for us. By 3/3 no call/no show, called back to see if I could get an ETA on when to expect him to come out and inspect. Was told that he would be giving me a call shortly to discuss. No Call/No Show again, tried again on 3/10, same party line, took my information and I should expect to hear back from Jack when he gets a moment. Fast forward to 3/24, still haven't heard anything, still hasn't shown up to take a look. So called on 3/24, and was told that Jack would definitely be giving me a call back to set up an appointment. It is now 3/30 and I STILL haven't heard anything. By this point, I have already attempted to repair the roof myself (though I really want a professional to look at it) and repaired the wall where the water was leaking in to. With the last round of rain, everything looks ok, but this is the most piss-poor customer service I have ever received in my life. Again this is not the first time this has happened to me... Also had a leak back in December and once again, no-call/no-show for weeks... Finally ended up fixing myself and then about a week later a guy shows up and starts stomping around on my roof... Had no idea he was even there if I hadn't heard him walking around (a little freaky to say the least)... This was not Jack, but rather a contractor that he hires out to look at maintenance items... Guy left a bead of goop around the fireplace (where the leak was occurring) and left without saying anything more. This has been a very frustrating experience... Looking back over the reviews that are coming in, looks like I am not the only one experiencing these issues. So much for a warranty on my roof if I can't even get a call back to discuss my concerns let alone try to get a date/time for an appointment.
