Jason and his team are the best! They put on a new roof on my historic home a couple of years ago, but the latest interaction really just reminded me how good of a choice it was to hire him and his crew for the original roof job. I had a chronic leak on the roof overhang on the back of my porch, which my painter found. I called Jason, and he happened to be in my area. He came over right away, fixed the issue himself, and told me if I ever had any problems to contact him. Who has caring follow through in their customer service like this anymore? I really appreciated it, and choosing Jason and his team really was the right idea. The roof they installed has been solid and has been problem free other than the above mentioned. I feel compelled to share my experience with Rain man roofing. I am huge on reviews and the ones for this company are great but they do not fully show how amazing this company is. Where to start?! From the first request for an estimate the business was prompt, professional, detail oriented, and provided the highest quality of service. They arrived on time and left no mess when they were finished. You cannot go wrong with this roofing company. You can expect detailed estimates with pictures and explanations for every item they find in need of repair.

It's monsoon season and AZ end of July and been pouring for two days! I have a few holes in my roof from birds, the sun, ect. I didn't know it would leak in my living room until the rain came in. Chris was on my roof same day and came ready to take care it. He patched it up to get me through the weekend and more than fair and kind and prompt!!  I can't believe how genuine this guy is and we'll recommended from my friend Dennis! This is the guy to call for real service that won't jack up the prices because he's in busy season and 5pm on a Friday in the rain!!!! Do yourself a favor stick with the local guy who has his own business and not a big company who doesn't care! True 5 star guy and quality work! This was the third roofer out this month and he has my referal for life!

Professional , knowledgeable and experienced.  Just had a complete 5000 sq ft combo tile and flat original roof replacement by DCR, led by the owner, Edwin.  They did it in just 5 days , from tear down to completion.

The roofing crews were super efficient and listened to all my questions and addressed any and all concerns.  Tile work and foamed areas came out really nice.  Honestly the roof is much, much better than the original Glenn Alden builder had given us.  It's a perfect roof now and was tested already with zero leaks of course.  I'll sleep well come monsoon season.

Highly recommend these guys , as they offer a fair price , quality materials and craftsmanship, with great customer care / relations.  Edwin will take care of you.  I'm a reference now and will post updates over the years with or without leaks ;) just to let people know the eagle tiles and 40 double felt under it , and the flat foamed / white coating is still leak proof.  and I now have no fear of rain

He even came out to the property several times personally to check on his crews and on the progress of the job as well as to make sure that the quality of repairs was up to his standards! I needed to have some shingle work done after a storm. Ernie was very responsive and communicative about the entire process. He put in a lot of extra effort to track down materials in order to ensure that everything matched with the existing roof, and kept to his original quoted price. Even considering his search for materials, he completed the job in a timely and professional manner.

Had Jimmy out with Thompson Brothers Roofing and he and his crews did a full roof replacement for us back in May (underlayment and tile). Jimmy is like the uncle you never had. He's super responsive, always answers your calls and works with you to get a fair price for your roof repair/replacement. Highly recommended if you want someone who won't swindle you into paying the highest price just because of the pandemic. And someone who doesn't sacrifice workmanship because of price. You will have to wait for tile/materials however since that's just the way to world is these days.

I'm so glad I contacted Trident. I had just gotten a quote from another roofer saying that I needed a full roof replacement. I asked Seth for a second opinion. He came the very next day and inspected the roof for me. He keep me looped in with pictures and text messages. This was especially useful since I am out of state and this is a rental home. No new roof was needed, but he recommended a few minor thing that could be resealed.

I saved $12k by getting a second opinion from an honest person.

Payment was easy through Zelle and I received an invoice from him over email.

I have a flat garage roof, which has been troublesome for years. In 2010, I had Trades Unlimited repair it. They tore out the old roof, down to the plywood, and rebuilt it. Then they foamed it. That was three years ago, and I've had no trouble with that roof since.

Flat roofs are really a problem, in my experience. Trades Unlimited did a great job for me. I recommend them.

Their worker peed in the front yard of a neighboring house at a construction job. I was appalled and offended that I had to see that man's business. The job supervisor seemed completely unfazed. The worker zipped up his pants as soon as I yelled what are you doing? The picture is just to show the two men at the job site. The taller man said he's the supervisor. The shorter man, there on the left side of the picture, is the one who took a piss in the neighboring home's front yard. APPALLING!
