John at Summit roofing was great. He came by within 24 hours of me contacting him to do a roof assessment on my house after a large wind storm. He was very polite and knew what he was doing. He showed me how to fix the roof myself for the time being and estimated how long my roof will last before needing replacement. Asked me to call him back in a number of years which I will absolutely do.  Thank you John for your help and honesty, it is greatly appreciated.

PRICE: Not the cheapest but more than fair. Average to others: Middle.
PROMPTNESS: exceptional.  After initial inspection and throughout prep and actual repair they were timely and responded accurately to all inquires.  Everything was completed as scheduled.
WORKMANSHIP:  I was told by another contractor that was finishing another project for me that my Halo Metal roofing roof work was impressive.  He said the way they attended to details and latest technology my roof should last 15 to 20 years...maybe more.
CLEAN UP:  They made quite a mess but was cleaned at completion.  Nothing was damaged and everything they had to move was returned to its original location.

We had a relatively small roofing project on our front porch that needed attention. We've had other roofing companies work on our roof and most have been disappointing, dishonest or difficult to work with/unreliable. Jason was the opposite, honest, communicative and followed through. Here on out  Native Roofing will be our go-to and I will be recommending the company to friends and neighbors who need repairs.

I feel compelled to share my experience with Rain man roofing. I am huge on reviews and the ones for this company are great but they do not fully show how amazing this company is. Where to start?! From the first request for an estimate the business was prompt, professional, detail oriented, and provided the highest quality of service. They arrived on time and left no mess when they were finished. You cannot go wrong with this roofing company. You can expect detailed estimates with pictures and explanations for every item they find in need of repair.

Ironwood Roofing recently replaced my roof. They did an amazing job! The work was performed in a professional like manner and they always cleaned at the end of each work day. I highly recommend them and would definitely do business with them again!

I highly recommend Desert Canyon Roofing.  Edwin responded quickly to my request for a quote and walked through exactly what he believed needed to be done. It took less than a week to get the inspection and complete the job.  I just needed some broken/missing tiles taken care of and some mortar replaced on the house roof and a new composite put on the patio roof.  A small job relative to most roofing  projects but Edwin and his crew treated my needs just as valuable as someone needing to replace their entire roof.  Everyone was professional, efficient and did a great job.  Edwin walked me through what was being done while the crew was working and then showed me what had been done after they finished.  I couldn't be more satisfied with Desert Canyon Roofing's work.

We had  substantial pipe damage and had to have our kitchen ripped apart and rebuilt. These guys communicated very well through the entire process and kept scheduled appointments. The work was all done very well and the attention to detail on the little things to make sure we were happy was most important to me.  While we can't expect everything to be perfect every time in life, we were really happy that Gurr Brothers went above and beyond to make sure an item was redone at their expense because it was less than perfect. That was very admirable - a trait you don't see enough in business these days.

I would gladly recommend them for your project. Honestly and integrity are hard to find.

Awesome guy!  I had visibly lost a shingle after a storm.  I'll admit he was the second roofer I called as he was second on the search list with a 5 star review.  The first company I called said they were booked out 3.5 weeks.  Ernnie came out same day to take a look at my roof. After looking it over he explained I had three shingles total that had blown off and he could get us squeezed in between appointments 3-5 days later, but he would do the best he could.  He called the next day and asked if we had time to have him fix it that day.  After the storm the night before, and concerns of more of the same in the coming week, he didn't want to make our roof wait.  While on our roof he found a few shingles starting to lift, and noted our tree over hanging the home had damaged a few others.  He tacked down the loose ones while he was up there, and used the few extras he had that matched our roof to replace the few the tree had damaged, at no extra charge.  I will be referring him to our neighbors who have also lost a few shingles, and be calling him in the future for all my roofing needs.

Armando was the first person to respond to my urgent request and came out the next morning.  He was extremely helpful and I was grateful for his advice.

Had Jimmy out with Thompson Brothers Roofing and he and his crews did a full roof replacement for us back in May (underlayment and tile). Jimmy is like the uncle you never had. He's super responsive, always answers your calls and works with you to get a fair price for your roof repair/replacement. Highly recommended if you want someone who won't swindle you into paying the highest price just because of the pandemic. And someone who doesn't sacrifice workmanship because of price. You will have to wait for tile/materials however since that's just the way to world is these days.

Sections of roof flew way and were shattered during a recent dust storm.  I found this very disappointing because I had already paid for partial replacement of the same areas 2 years ago following a monsoon.  I got quotes from 3 companies, and Trident was not only the most friendly, but the lowest quote.  Torren was super kind, answered my many questions, sent a quote in writing the same day, and was out to fix my roof the following day.  He repaired many of the roofs in my area and even repaired my neighbor's unbroken tiles for free. His work looks great and I am very happy that we chose Trident.

I opted to have Reyes Roofing remove my old roof (2 layers of asphalt shingles) and reinstall a new roof.  I have a single story house roughly 1800 square feet, apparently the rough was double in sq/ft of what my actual floor plan.  My list of contractors that quoted me was approximately 10, some responded quickly, others not so much - the criteria I used to select those ten were as followed:  1) Registrar of Contractors (AZ ROC) in good standing with no previous or pending complaints, 2) A member of the BBB of AZ - also with no pending or previous complaints, 3) More than 5 years in the roofing industry as listed by AZ ROC, 4) listed by either Certainteed or Malarkey Roofing materials as a contractor for residential installations - the two shingle manufacturers I choose as suitable materials.  

Ultimately most of the bids were very close; ranging from 16,000 - 12,000 dollars to complete the job.  Reyes Roofing was my choice for several reasons; 1) simple and precise contract (some contracts had added fees - first layer of roof included, second layer would be billed at a per sq/ft basis, etc, etc), 2) the length of guarantee on workmanship - many contracts only quoted a guarantee/warranty on labor/workmanship of one year (something I felt was a palsy sum since the two types of roofing are lifetime warranty architectural laminated shingles (laymen terms multi-tab 30 year shingle) {Reyes offers 10 years as part of the quote}, and 3) Price.

I was not disappointed, my quote was exact, included taxes, fees, and there was no limitations or expressed loop-holes that other quotes I had received had.  Scheduling was simple, albeit not on my part - I had specific requests to prevent messing with my work schedule that other bidders did not promise any type of possibility to adhere to.

Removal of the two layers of roof was relatively simple, all and any debris that fell on the ground was picked up at the end of each work day.    Installation was just as simple, they took roughly two and a half days - first day removal, second day completed removal and applied roof to about 75% complete, third day completion and removal of trailer full of debris.

Contact was simple, any calls were answered promptly, and the only one time I left a message, it was returned in a timely manner.

Knowing now what I know and if I had to do it all over again, I wouldn't hesitate to choose Reyes Roofing.

I work with a lot of different vendors on a regular basis. After working with Trades Unlimited on a few projects, I felt it was time to pay respect to their Yelp review page. Everyone at the company is so kind and patient with all of my questions. Communication is outstanding. Paul called me a week before the project to outline details for my notices to owners. Quality of the work is really good. Workers clean up after everyday of work. Residents are super happy with their new foam room. We hired Platinum Exteriors to paint the exterior of our home and would highly recommend them to anyone.  From start to finish everyone we dealt with was professional, helpful and provided excellent customer service.  They made the whole process as easy as possible.  Their prices were very affordable especially compared to other quotes we received.  The finished product looks amazing and we couldn't be happier.

Called and spoke to Dan or Don. I must have caught him at a bad time. He said he would send me his email so that I could email him my address.  Not a peep after that!  And they had high recommendations from my neighborhood site. Oh well, that doesn't work for me.
