Summit roofing is as good as it gets!  They're fantastic.  I selected Summit Roofing to replace my roof that as damaged by hail last October 2018. John did an outstanding job on the bid, staying in touch, and with his team as they performed the work efficiently.  They replaced the roof in 2 days and cleaned up every scrap.  This was the best company to work with.  I highly recommend contacting them.

PROMPTNESS: exceptional.  After initial inspection and throughout prep and actual repair they were timely and responded accurately to all inquires.  Everything was completed as scheduled.
WORKMANSHIP:  I was told by another contractor that was finishing another project for me that my Halo Metal roofing roof work was impressive.  He said the way they attended to details and latest technology my roof should last 15 to 20 years...maybe more.
CLEAN UP:  They made quite a mess but was cleaned at completion.  Nothing was damaged and everything they had to move was returned to its original location.

I feel compelled to share my experience with Rain man roofing. I am huge on reviews and the ones for this company are great but they do not fully show how amazing this company is. Where to start?! From the first request for an estimate the business was prompt, professional, detail oriented, and provided the highest quality of service. They arrived on time and left no mess when they were finished. You cannot go wrong with this roofing company. Very pleased with their customer service, efficiency, value on my reroofing project (shingle and flat roof).  Presented options and choices, got the work scheduled quickly and completed everything ahead of the schedule they had estimated.  Would definitely call them again.

Needed complete restoration/remodel of entire first floor after burst pipe flooded everything.  Had tile flooring, cabinetry and drywall done, as well as redoing a leaky roof.  Every person who came to work on my house polite, professional and did absolutely beautiful work.  They exceeded my expectations.

Found Ernie (Sinclair Roofing) through Home Advisor and decided to get an estimate from him based solely on the glowing reviews; he must be doing something right if that many people speak well of him. I discovered they were all 100% correct.

When we first spoke on the phone he took the time to answer my questions and explain details such as materials used and warranties. Most companies--especially the larger ones--answer the phone nicely enough, take your name, address, and phone number, then schedule the appointment time and say goodbye; there is a difference between doing business and doing business well. Ernie understands the latter and applies it.

Not once did I have the feeling he was trying to put one over on me. Honestly, I felt more like he was more concerned with being trusted to do the job than to make a buck. He thoroughly explained what needed to be done and why then gave a reasonable quote and time frame for completion.

Ernie and his dad did the work and paid very close attention to details. He even informed he that he found a couple soft spots and suggested a bit of remediation. There was a little added cost to me but I was happy he told me instead of doing it then charging me. He gave me the option of doing it or not, which I absolutely had done. The end result speaks to all the rave reviews he has earned. Quality, without question.

I plan on having Ernie do the re-coat when it's due. I will also wholeheartedly recommend him to any of my neighbors, or to anyone wanting their roof done for that matter.

Had Jimmy out with Thompson Brothers Roofing and he and his crews did a full roof replacement for us back in May (underlayment and tile). Jimmy is like the uncle you never had. He's super responsive, always answers your calls and works with you to get a fair price for your roof repair/replacement. Highly recommended if you want someone who won't swindle you into paying the highest price just because of the pandemic. And someone who doesn't sacrifice workmanship because of price. You will have to wait for tile/materials however since that's just the way to world is these days.

Got a referral to Seth and Trident to repair a leak in a tile section. No other roofer would come to look at a repair, they just want to do full refoofs.

Seth arrived- found and fixed the leak right away. Then we started looking at my older flat roof section and he quoted to do that part also... at a better price and faster completion time than other quotes I had.

They did both jobs on time, clean workspace and as quoted.

I opted to have Reyes Roofing remove my old roof (2 layers of asphalt shingles) and reinstall a new roof.  I have a single story house roughly 1800 square feet, apparently the rough was double in sq/ft of what my actual floor plan.  My list of contractors that quoted me was approximately 10, some responded quickly, others not so much - the criteria I used to select those ten were as followed:  1) Registrar of Contractors (AZ ROC) in good standing with no previous or pending complaints, 2) A member of the BBB of AZ - also with no pending or previous complaints, 3) More than 5 years in the roofing industry as listed by AZ ROC, 4) listed by either Certainteed or Malarkey Roofing materials as a contractor for residential installations - the two shingle manufacturers I choose as suitable materials.  

Ultimately most of the bids were very close; ranging from 16,000 - 12,000 dollars to complete the job.  Reyes Roofing was my choice for several reasons; 1) simple and precise contract (some contracts had added fees - first layer of roof included, second layer would be billed at a per sq/ft basis, etc, etc), 2) the length of guarantee on workmanship - many contracts only quoted a guarantee/warranty on labor/workmanship of one year (something I felt was a palsy sum since the two types of roofing are lifetime warranty architectural laminated shingles (laymen terms multi-tab 30 year shingle) {Reyes offers 10 years as part of the quote}, and 3) Price.

I was not disappointed, my quote was exact, included taxes, fees, and there was no limitations or expressed loop-holes that other quotes I had received had.  Scheduling was simple, albeit not on my part - I had specific requests to prevent messing with my work schedule that other bidders did not promise any type of possibility to adhere to.

Removal of the two layers of roof was relatively simple, all and any debris that fell on the ground was picked up at the end of each work day.    Installation was just as simple, they took roughly two and a half days - first day removal, second day completed removal and applied roof to about 75% complete, third day completion and removal of trailer full of debris.

Contact was simple, any calls were answered promptly, and the only one time I left a message, it was returned in a timely manner.

Knowing now what I know and if I had to do it all over again, I wouldn't hesitate to choose Reyes Roofing.

Called about my office building, was told I would get a call back to make an appointment in 3-5 business days.  3 weeks later, no call.  So I called back and when I finally got someone on the phone he acted like I had never called, but then started describing my issue (so he did know that I called) and stated that my type of problem is to expensive for them to fix and they won't take it on, but this company did not have the professional courtesy to call me back.  They just decided they didn't want to do it and left me hanging with no call backs.

We love our new paint job and our 26 year old home has never looked better. The crew worked quickly and efficiently and completed the job in a day and a half. The few minor issues we noticed were corrected immediately. They even took down a pigeon block I had erected at the crest of the roof when I was much younger. They painted it the new colors and returned it at minimal additional cost. We couldn't be happier with the cost and results and would recommend this company to everyone.

I had my roof installed by Jack almost 10 years ago. They have a great warranty and any time there is any kind of damage, they respond and repair my roof quickly.
