Right Way Roofing

I was in need of a new roof and received recommendations for four different companies. Right Way was not the cheapest but it was in line with the other estimates. After learning that there would be a supervisor on the job and the crew doing the work were all Right Way employees, I decided to use Right Way. Once I made the decision, they were able to get started on the job within 2 weeks which was much faster than I thought it would be. The crew showed up when they were supposed to and worked throughout the day. What impressed me most was the care and attention they provided to my property. They cleaned up the area and made sure the gravel in the desert landscaping was in good shape. The supervisor checked in with me throughout the process. The roof looks beautiful. The day after they left I had a semi-annual maintenance call for my A/C. I asked him to check around on the roof and to give me an assessment of what he thought. He even commented what a good job they did. Time will tell on this job but I feel confident that this roof will last a long time. I highly recommend this company.

I wanted to use this business, I found out they are actually RIPOFF the Right way Roofing.
I have about 800 sq ft of foam flat roof thats about 1 year old.
I have a small area 8' X 2' that the foam company foamed over the solar drain back pipe which created a dam effect.
Which has caused a leak when rains.
I'm working on moving the solar the solar panel up about one foot to relocate the drain back pipe. This way the small section of foam roof over the pipe can be cut out and foamed back flat.
RWR will only do the job if they remove the entire 800' foam roof and re-foam.
I had hoped RWR might be a honest roofing company but found out different.
They claimed if they just patched the area they wouldn't be able to offer the 2 year warranty.
If its only a 2 year warranty then this company's honesty and craftsmanship  is questionable.
The company that foamed my roof can and will take care of this which has a 5 year warranty on foam roofs.
I have another shingle roof project and I just thought I could just have one company come in and fix both things right.
They was questionable on possibly fixing the other project, its obvious they practice false advertising to the public on TV.

Had an appointment scheduled for when I'd be home from work for an estimate to repair our roof. The guy showed up two hours earlier than our set appointmen. I saw him on my Ring so I called Rightway Roofing to have him come back at our scheduled time but they told me he was busy the rest of the day. I took time off from work to be able to be there at the scheduled appointment time. Asked to speak to Lori, the owner, and could tell she was half-way listening because she asked me questions about info I'd already shared. She could have cared less and never apologized for my inconvenience. Turned out to work in my favor because I found a great roofer who did a great job repairing my roof. You're paying for their commercials you see on TV. Shop around for a company with integrity.

Right Way Roofing inspected our roof after a rainstorm and found it was in need of replacing. They scheduled the job right away, and got the job completed quickly (just a few days). They did a great job! And were really great about communication--they sent photos, quotes, and the office girls were great about calling to schedule and any other updates needed!

easy communication at any time to get any concerns taken care of thru out entire process.

fallow up after the Job was complete was very professional and made sure that I was completely

Like the name of the company says its the Right way.

We recently had our tile roof underlayment replaced. Right-Way finished in one week. Our custom home is large and shaped much different from other homes in the area. Kevin was quite attentive and courteous. The crew are skilled and did a great job with clean up. We would definitely recommend Right-Way Roofing.

I had a roof repair done 4 years ago by this company.  I chose them because the estimator, Gary I believe was his name, was very kind & knowledgeable. Scheduling was a problem & communication wasn't great but I was told that it was because only the bad companies have quick, available appointments.  Good, busy companies are booked solid.  Uh, ok.  They caused some damage while fixing my roof.  I contacted Gary & he did not reply to me, instead he contacted the guy who fixed the roof & he came out & did a horrible job fixing his mistakes.  About a year later I heard the familiar sound of water dripping in my dining room, same spot.  I contacted right way roofing & they sent the same guy to repair his own horrible job.  Why wouldn't they send someone else with him to show him what he did wrong?  They missed a teaching opportunity for this employee.  His fix was very quick & ugly.  I pointed out his unsightly repair & told him the HOA would not like that & his reply was Do they come out to the backyard?  It can't be seen from the front/street.  Unbelievable.  I was dealing with the loss of my mom at that time in case people reading this are wondering why I didn't post a comment 4 years ago or the year after that when the leak returned.  I had bigger fish to fry back then. Hassling with a roofing company was not what I needed back then.  Here I am now, Christmas Eve, listening to the same familiar drip in my dining room as it rains throughout the valley.  Same spot.  Thank you Right Way Roofing.  I know my job wasn't a big money maker job for you but for me, it was difficult coming up with that money & it will be again to pay for someone else to fix it.  Merry Christmas.

We had a hail storm in 2009...remember? That's when our roof was destroyed and was replaced by Right Way. The work was mostly excellent. It looks good, anyway. I spent extra to have facias replaced and I was not disappointed. However, and this is the tough part because I love this company, but the roof has been leaking ever since Right Way installed it 12 years ago. With every heavy rain, water leaks in somewhere around our rooftop AC unit, and then in the middle of the night the living room ceiling ends up soggy and wet on the living room floor. I had Right Way come out several times over the years to try to fix it, but it never got repaired. Well, then the warranty ran out on the roof, but the leak is still there. So, Johnny (owner) came out, told me what was shot, and took a $3000 check from me. I was on vacation when the roof was actually repaired. I don't know what was done, but I know plywood sheets and new shingles were involved. I was soooo happy to finally have the 12 year-old leak fixed. But a week after returning home from vacation, we had a nice monsoon shower, and at 11PM, the living room ceiling landed with a soggy thud on the living room floor.  

We've been trying to launch a remodeling project in our house for better than three years, but no contractors will touch the house until the leak is fixed and the ceiling stops collapsing.  

Wanna know what's really aggravating? Before the hail storm in 2009, we had not a single roof leak. After Right Way installed the roof, we get an indoor rain shower when we get a moderate to heavy outdoor rain shower. We can only imagine how much mold is growing in the attic. This may turn into additional liability for Right Way, but we're not sure yet.  

UPDATE 12/9/2021: Right Way Roofing sent out two of the best leak detectors. They performed a water test and couldn't find the leak. But once they got into the attic and under the AC unit on the roof, they were able to find where the water is coming in around the ductwork. Lori Clark thinks the leak is coming from plumbing or the AC unit itself, but it's not. This is just a really difficult roof leak, that's all. We won't know if the leak is truly fixed until we get a rain with high winds. After the guys patched that leak, they returned two weeks later, did another water test, and the attic stayed dry.

After waking up on Christmas Eve to two leaks in our 22 year old home, we decided it was time to get estimates on replacing the underlayment on the tile roof.   After a thorough investigation of the on line reviews and the ROC web site, we decided on 4 roofing contractors to obtain estimates.   Right Way Roofing was the first to come out and provide us with an estimate.   John was our estimator and he sold us right away on this contractor.    John was a roofer so he was very knowledgeable and patient in explaining his estimate.  The next 3 estimators from the other 3 roofing contractors were clearly salesmen and couldn't answer most of the questions we had.  After we decided to use Right Way, Heather was on the phone scheduling materials and then Mark followed with a call to confirm the start date.  The crew that did our roof was professional, courteous and did a great job.   Jeff was the project supervisor who came every day to ensure that the job was getting completed to our liking and to answer any questions we had.   The crew cleaned up every day covering the ground with tarps and ensured that there were no nails left on the ground after each day's work.  Jeff came back and spent 2 hours on a Saturday walking/inspecting the roof's completion and walking the property with a magnet to again ensure that no nails were left behind.   This Company is run like a well oiled machine and the customer service is like no other.  I highly recommend Right Way Roofing for all of your roofing needs and commend them on doing such a great job from start to finish which is a rarity in this day and age.  Thanks Right Way!

Just had Right Way Roofing to get the underlayment replaced under my tile roof.  I have to say these guys were great to work with.  Since I knew what needed to be done, they provided me with a quote based on measurements from aerial pictures.  Then the inspector came out to walk the roof (on a Saturday no less).  He was great about spending time to answer any and all questions I had, explained their process and materials, all that.  
The roofers were insanely hard working guys!  They showed up at 6am every day, and didn't leave until 5pm.  They pretty much got got right down to it and I think did a great job.  After they were done, I think they left my property in better shape than it started in terms of clean-up.  The final inspector came out and I saw him using a magnet to pick up any loose nails even!

I think they went above and beyond and most definitely made me glad I picked them.  Would highly recommend checking these guys out

Right Way Roofing just finished my roof and I have nothing but nice things to say about their work, workers and management.
When first contacted Right Way for a quote the woman I talked to told me to check them out with the various agencies like the BBB and Register of Contractors and I did. They have a great reputation with them.
Then Right Way told me they would re-install my bird spikes already on roof and their workers also put up new ones I supplied without extra charge with Right Way oking that
When job was finished and asked the job supervisor about some work needed around the area roof work was done.
That also was done without charge.
So you can see why I can't say enough good things about Right Way Roofing

Right way did an excellent job replacing my roof.  They answered all my concerns and were an excellent team.  I can't thank them enough for all their hard work.

Their name really says it all! This company, ran by the two kindest people you will ever interact with, Lori and Johnnie, indeed insure that roofing is done the right way. Not just by the ROC standards but their customers as well. And let's face it, this is a huge stressful purchase, that typically comes as a surprise and can be a huge stress factor. Right Way works hard to remove that stress from you and make sure things are done in a timely professional manner.

This company is extremely competitive when it comes to pricing, especially when you look at the materials they use, and services provided. They also do not collect payment until the job is done and the customer is happy. In the 10-12 quotes I received, this was the only company that did this, most wanted at least 50% down at the time of signing the contract.

Furthermore, they offer a 30 year warranty on labor and materials. Which was unmatched by any other company I had quoted for our full roof. Most, if not all the companies I quoted only offered 10 years, and generally only on the material or defaulted to the manufacturer warranty duration.

Back to payment, a lot of the companies we quoted also wanted to charge an additional fee if you paid by credit card or finance charges when using their financing options. Right Way did not nickle and dime their customers in this way. They did not charge extra for a credit card payment, they also offered free financing through a bank when applicants qualified.

This company will treat you with respect by listening to your concerns and explaining the process in detail with patience.

They know roofing!

I can't say enough about this company.  They use a quality underlayment, have a great warranty, and their price is comparable to other roofing companies.  we were impressed by their work crew.  The crew cleaned up every day before they left, did a great job on our roof and completed our job when promised!
The crew supervisor came by after the job was complete to answer any questions and to make sure we were satisfied with the work.
After he left my husband received a phone call from the owner wanting to make sure the job was done to our satisfaction.
We even received a handwritten thank you note from the owners!  
It's such a pleasure to work with a company that values their customers and does quality work!

After soliciting 6 estimates in Dec and Jan for roof repair on a flat roof we chose Right Way.  Three bids said we needed a roof replacement, and three bids were for repair/recoat.  Of the recoat estimates Right Way was the highest, but the estimator (Gary) seemed very knowledgeable and the estimate was the most detailed.  We signed a contract the end of January, we were told they were scheduling at least 6 weeks out and weather might extend that, so we were aware it might take a while.
 
We finally got an appointment for work to commence on 23 April, so we did have a long wait.  On 21 April I received a call from a manager (John?) who told me the roof was too far gone for a repair/recoat and they could not do the work.  I reminded him we had a contract, and was told the contract was cancelled, that the sales reps were not experts on what may be needed.  This immediately seemed to be a bait and switch situation as a replacement is much more expensive.  Even if it was not intentional, my question is why was a contract written and signed, before an expert assessed the roof.  I received a call from Gary apologizing  for his mistake, but in my opinion the mistake was managements fault for not having the expert on site BEFORE a contract was signed.
 
The owner called my husband and offered to try and work us in the schedule for a roof replacement (!), but at this point this is not the company I would trust to do any work.  I waited a full three months for work to commence, only to be told 2 DAYS before that it was not going to happen. Apologies and excuses were not much help.

All of my other estimates expired in February, and I now have to start the entire process over.  I have lost a lot of time and effort and there is really no way this company can make this fiasco right. I would be aware their contracting process is a mess and what you sign for may not be accurate or honored.

After receiving a quote for $14,553.00 my husband and I took 2 weeks to think it over and ultimately decided to get the roof done. We signed a contract and the day after we signed the contract we received a call from Right Way indicating they had a price increase in the last 2 weeks and the new price would be $1,600.00 more. We couldn't believe it and told them to cancel the contract. So much for good faith on their part. BEWARE!!

We called Right Way because of a small leak. Had them fix the leak but also asked for a bid for the entire roof. Gary provided us with a competitive estimate for the new roof.
Then Kevin came out to find and fix the leak. First and second attempt did not work. He then had Johnny (the owner) come out to take a look. Johnny found several leaks and had pointed out that the problems were actually because of the types of doors previous owners had installed causing the structural wood to rot and allow water to seep through.
They quickly patched what they could and gave us several recommendations for a permanent solution. And gave us a referral for a handyman.
Each time they came to our home they were respectful and very professional. This is a family company and they are very friendly.  We will be using them to redo our entire roof in the near future.

Messaged through yelp and was told to call.  When i called scheduled to have them come take a look at one of my rental properties roofs as there are multiple missing and broken roof tiles.  

The earliest was in 10 days. They came out and said no problem i said lets get it done as soon as possible please.    It has been over a week without a call back to confirm when they will be coming to repair.  I have called 4 times and left 2 messages and still no call back.  

Horrible customer service, i will be letting my real estate friends know to not waste time contacting since they won't even call back when you want to give them actual business.

These guys put a roof on my house 15 years ago.  It never didn't leak. It always leaked. They came out twice to fix it, but of course it doesn't rain often, only to find they never fixed it.  I tried several other handy man guys to fix it, no luck.  Being stupid and thinking they might be sympothethic, I called them again to recap the last 15 years.  They sent two guys out to quote me, it took two weeks and me requesting a quote to get one.  The girl from office calls me and says, we cant do that job for XYZ reason.  She checks with Johhny Owner, he says we can do it.  

I asked if it includes work they suggested I get, they said no, need to rewrite the quote.  A week passes, they call just now and said , we don't do that work, even though it was suggested was the root of my problem.

I am writing this review with intention to edit in the future if the situation changes. I get that people are busy but when it's been 15 days with no call to schedule the repairs after signing an agreement, it doesn't sit well with me. I'm giving it a couple of more days then will look for other companies that are responsive and willing to do the work.
Update: exactly one month after signing the agreement for Right Way to do the work, I called and cancelled. I sincerely do not understand how you cannot have the courtesy to return two phone calls or make arrangements to do so in a one month time span. No matter how overwhelmed you are, it boggles my mind that I never got one phone call from this company. Save your time and energy and find someone else.

We found a hole in our facia and got four quotes. Right Way came in and actually showed us the product they were going to use as the underlayment. They also told us they have a 30 yr warranty. I researched them on BBB and AZROC and was very pleased. They have finished our roof and I would highly recommend them to anyone who needs their roof replaced.

I highly recommend these guys if you need any work done or unsure. I have a foam roof and had to get my a/c replace about a month ago and those installers had to cut some of the foam. I contacted right way roofing to come check it out. Gary came by and we went on the roof together to have a look. He was honest and told me that section is good and told me how to repair minor holes and what I need / how to recoat the sun protection layer. So I didnt end up needing them to work on anything but having them give an honest opinion and not just try to take your money was awesome. Great level of service.

I called this company to get an estimate they came out talked a good game made some promises to me and then they called  the insurance company and gave them the wrong information and I lost my claim due to their ineptness, They talk a good game but empty promises and their estimates are high, I never heard from this company again and they never called me back unprofessional and bad business

Do not spend a penny on the Right Way Roofing.

It costed me more than $11,000 to redo my flat roof without satisfaction. I had issues with this roofing company. Initially they did not keep the original schedule (I was waiting for them to show up on my PTO) saying they were busy but they showed up on my working day without telling me (unprofessionalism #1). Another issue was workers' lack of understanding of basic flat roof installation. From my understanding, to prevent puddling areas they have to install flat roof materials in sliding position so that water flows from high to low to gutter. After rain on 7/23/20, I found so many wet areas puddling and it did not dry up until the next day afternoon. I requested to fix it. John, manager came to my roof saying that as long as it does dry up less than 48 hours, it is normal (unprofessionalism #2). John emphasized that I can use paid 10 year warranty to fix it if it leaks. Their unprofessionalism is unbelievable. It is NOT WORTH it to have this company do their job on your roof.

How can I make your day? was the first words I heard from Wanda the office manager.  I felt this was a refreshing start to my initial contact with Riteway Roofing Comapny.

Lori (co-owner) runs a first-class operation.  It was nice to see the attention to detail to assure the project performed met or exceeded code requirements.  For instance, I was informed the original fascia board material needed replacement.  I wanted to have the board patched, rather than incur additional costs.  John, the project manager convinced  me to replace the entire fascia board because he could not in good conscience allow shoddy workmanship.  He was right in what he had suggested.  The project looked great.

I extend kudos to Sergio and crew for work on the tile underlayment.  I want to recognize Vicente and crew for the excellent foam roofing job.  Finally, I want to recognize Jeff who stayed on top of things and performed the final walk-through inspection.  

For those considering a roofing contractor, Riteway Roofing Company is the way to go.  They will do their best to make sure that you are a satisfied, happy customer.

This is one of the best companies I have worked with here in Arizona. Gary Terberg is amazing at explaining exactly what the process would be, and what materials would be used.  
John Bell managed the site very well, and was approachable, and easy to address things with.
Not only that but the price was very reasonable.  We had a quote from GSX Construction that was over 20 thousand higher and failed to include all parts of the job so it would have been closer to a 30 thousand dollar difference by my estimation.

Don't waste your time! Initial call and estimate to replace a section of my flat roof went exactly as described but after I agreed to move forward with their services it took two weeks to hear from John the scheduling manager. The day before the work was scheduled one of their roofers showed up unannounced said there's complications with the job and I would get a call from the manager John but that never happened. On the scheduled day for the work no one showed up, called or emailed. I called their main office after the estimated window of time just to be told they COULD come back out in a week. Valuable time has been lost and I'm back to square one.

I just had my roof done by Right Way and could not be happier.
They explained everything  about my roof and the product they would be using.  The crew clean up around the house each day, they were very professional and was always working.  They started the job and finished right on time.  
Off all the companies I looked in to this one gave me a 30 warrant on my roof which stay with the house.  They did not take payment till job was done, they also would let me use my charge card and not charge me more.  I did not get any of these offers from other companies.

I hired Right Way Roofing for a complete new roof (shingles) in April 2018. They were punctual and completed the job on time. They even cleaned out my gutters for me. Scheduling did take about a month after the contract was signed despite good communication with the office staff/owner (Lori). Overall, I think they did a good job with the actual installation but it was less than ideal working with the supervisor and feeling duped or brushed off at times.

Before hiring them, I read online about what to ask a roofing company and one of the things that came up was the number of nails per sheet of shingles they use. The minimum number of nails per shingle in Arizona according to the building code and per the shingle manufacturer is four nails but if you use more (up to 6), it is more secure and manufacturer actually will give you a warranty for high wind rating. I asked their salesman Gary how many nails they used and he said they use 5, occasionally 6 nails. However, when I walked my roof after half the new shingles were up, they were only using 4 nails. When I asked the supervisor, John, about this, he argued with me saying that all the other roofing companies are using 4 nails per shingle and that the code only requires 4. I had quotes from other roofing companies that said they use 6 nails so that wasn't even true. He said that their salesman was misinformed and they always use 4. Four nails is indeed the minimum and is likely sufficient for Phoenix but it was something I had specifically asked in writing (I have the email). My mistake was not getting it in the contract. He did not agree to use more than 4 when I called him but after the second half of my roof was on, he did tell me that he started to use 5 nails on the remaining shingles. One of the owners of the business also defended the use of 4 nails when I asked her about it.

Additionally, we had a soft spot on the roof around our AC unit. We had some AC work done in February and two of the companies commented about it and I felt it myself when I walked on it. I told this to Gary (the person who came out to quote) and he said that they would be able to replace the plywood decking in that area. However, when I walked the roof mid-project, I could feel that the section of the roof was still very soft. I called the supervisor and he promised that they had replaced plywood there and that there was nothing wrong. He said that he has been a roofer for some 20 years and he knows what it the roof should feel like. We do have thinner plywood decking on the roof but I could tell that spot was especially soft compared to other spots. I insisted that they check it again. When the workers lifted up the plywood there, they found that the support truss had been cut. It indeed was very weak in that section and needed to be braced. The supervisor just wanted to brush me off saying that he was an expert and could tell it was fine when it really was not at all. After all this, they DID do a good job bracing that section to improve the strength but only after I heavily insisted that they check it again. So that was frustrating to have to argue with them but I am glad they were able to fix it in the end. Afterwards, the owner told me that they do not usually fix trusses so this wouldn't typically be something a roofing company addresses. That's fine and all but if your workers are checking out all of the plywood decking and the decking itself is fine but the roof is still very weak, you should let the homeowner know so they can get someone else to fix it properly it instead of just continuing with the project.

Beginning with Gary (estimator) who answered all my questions and explained things I never thought to ask about (like pros and cons of Ridge vents), to John who did the Pre-inspection, to Kevin and Jason who came while the old roof was coming off and the new one going on, to Felipe and his two coworkers actually working on the roof....It was great.

There were some mis-communications about a couple of matters, but the problems were immediately and pleasantly rectified. They also spent a fair amount of time with the roofers and me when they came out.

The roof was replaced in a timely manner, cleanup was good, Kevin, came out for one last inspection, and the new Roof looks great.

I always get a bit stressed when dealing with contractors working on my home, and this time was no exception. But the stress level was 'way, 'way low.
One of the best experiences I've ever had with a contractor.
If you need roof work done these guys do quality work, competitively priced, and will make you very happy.

Right way Roofing is an awesome company. Their Estimator/Gary was great and explained everything thoroughly. The site supervisor Kevin was hands on and kept me informed on the progress of the job. The crew doing the work were also great. They are very hard workers and very professional and also provided updates on the job progress. It is so nice to work with a company that cares and is honest!!! I have already referred several of my neighbors and even had a couple come up on the roof to look at the work and they were very impressed.

Right way roofing replaced our roof in 2015. They even did it a little earlier than scheduled. They were courteous, professional, and did a fantastic job with NO hidden fees and no surprises. I recommended them to family, who were also extremely happy with them. And best of all they were reasonably priced, and stuck to the quote.

What a great group of people to work with! They have done roof repairs for us over the years and they are always on budget and stand behind their work. Lori, Kevin, Clarinda, Vincenze...they are honest and reliable. I highly recommend them!

I wish I could mark more than 5 stars. Our experience with Right Way Roofing was excellent from start to finish. We had a tile roof that was over 25 years old but had not leaked and did not seem to be in any sort of distress. However, given that we live in a desert, we determined to replace the roof this year with as little environmental impact as possible.  Right Way Roofing felt the same way. We were able to re-use many of our old tiles and replace only those that were broken or weakened. I believe this also saved us a bit of money. Now our roof looks brand new. The bird stops along the edge are much better than the homemade ones that came with the house when we bought it.  We've shared our experience with friends and have given them the number to call for roofing repairs or replacements.  

Another highlight was the cleanliness of the crew. Each day, they made sure our roof (which was done during the monsoon rain season) was sealed up tightly and we experienced zero leaks.  Furthermore, the crew cleaned up all of their trash at the end of each day. With the exception of the giant roll-away garbage bin in my driveway, you would likely not have known we were having our roof replaced.  They arrived on time and worked all day.  The workers were friendly but did not intrude on our lives.  

Such a great pleasure to work with the company.

Right Way just finished my roof and it looks beautiful!! The company was a pleasure to work with from start to finish. Began the process with Gary (estimator) who thoroughly explained the current condition of the roof and what was needed - he spent a good hour on the roof before giving me the quote. Right Way was able to start the work within a week, and Felipe and crew did a great job, including tidying up the yard after a monsoon blew scraps of stuff everywhere. Kevin and John were on site daily and very responsive when I had questions. The office staff - Lori and Clorinda - were so pleasant and provided excellent customer service. The final invoice contained no surprises. I would highly recommend Right Way Roofing!!

My husband and I recently had our roof repaired by Right Way Roofing.  They were the best!  When we received a free quote from them they put together a nice folder with all of the information we needed and sample colors of tiles we could choose from.  They were professional from beginning to end.  They were always available by phone and email which was very convenient.  The guys that worked on our roof worked very quickly and did quality work.  It is very clear that this company values their customers and takes pride in the work they do.  The whole process was very easy and I felt confident that we chose a trustworthy company.  I will definitely recommend them to others in the future.

This company is horrible (see attached photos for proof) for starters they DID NOT obtain a building roofing permit which was required by the city of Phoenix because we changed building materials, we switched from a rock roof to shingle roofing. A city building permit was required before proceeding and doing work however it was not approved by the city and a permit was never submitted to the city, this can be verified with the City of phoenix. Next Right Way roofing, installed poor building materials which should never be used by any roofing company (see the photos) they used a damaged beat-up 2x4 board instead of using new wood. The company actually explained to me saying they should have flipped boards over to hide damaged wood but that was not a good answer and should not be done either, instead the damaged wood should NOT have been used at all. The company obviously does not take pride in the quality of work they do or they would have caught this problem right away and not used damaged wood and a roofing company should never do work without city permit required city. I found several problems (see photos) and had to ask the company to correct and re-work the issues as well. When a new roof is installed only new quality building materials should be used but they were not instead they used (reused/old) and also wood filler was used to fill large cracks in the wood which should never be used to fix large areas of damaged wood.  Please checkout the BBB because there are other complaints for this company as well, also don't take the word of others on here when I have pictures that show the actual work was done and as I mentioned you can also call the city and verify that a roofing permit was never obtained by this company which means the City never inspected the roof so that means the roof may have been done incorrectly and since many homeowners are now complaining about heat insulation issues; I'm sure it was done incorrectly.  Finally, it is important to mention Lori's comments below; none of what she's saying has anything to do with quality of work that was done or why the bad materials were used in the first place or why the bad materials/wood was used and never corrected or why a building permit was not obtained from the City of Phoenix. You won't see a response to that, since I was told there was nothing the company would do because the roof was already completed and they can't and won't repair the poor damaged wood which should not have been used.  Don't believe what you're reading on other positive posts, since those posts appear to be single home simple projects however my roof was for a large condo project which was a total disaster and flop. Also another thing you'll notice about other positive posts is they are all positive reviews which were created mysteriously right after my post so it's like Rightway roofing may have asked all their friends and family to go online and post good reviews to help boots and raise their bad rating, which does not surprise me since this is a very shady company.  If you have any questions or would like more photos please feel free contact me.

Right Way Roofing was fantastic! Kevin came out and inspected our roof and provided us affordable options for repairs. He was able to seal the leaks right on the spot as a temporary repair, which was great! He was very friendly and we love supporting local, family owned businesses. Loved the service with Right Way Roofing. Lori was super helpful and kept us up to date on scheduling. The estimate wasn't the cheapest but it also wasn't the most expensive and I'm a firm believer that you get what you pay for and paying a little bit more was well worth it. I live in Mesa and had some damage in one of the monsoon storms that tore some of the tiles off my roof. They arrived when scheduled and completed the job on schedule. If I have roof  problems again I'll definitely give them a call.

Wow!  I was so impressed with this company.  The bid was in line with other bids that we received.  When they began the work they found that it was going to be a lot more involved than they thought,  They were up front and honest about the additional services needed.  They offered us the chance to get more bids based on the issues they found.  We went with them (again) to replace our roof.  I cannot tell you how happy we were with that decision.  This company is friendly, professional, and knowledgeable.  The quality of work was excellent.  I would definitely go with this company again.

These guys are great.  I had some leaking problems and they showed me right away the problems involved.  They know their stuff and they weren't super expensive like the other guys I had over.  They were quick and did what they said when they said it would be done.  Great job guys!

just had my complex of 4 townhouses done by this company and it was amazing!!!!!! the old roof had major leak and damage issues. The work was done sooner than I expected and it was done with better quality then other companies I have used on my other homes.They kept in contact with me 100% of the way during the job, they were honest in their work and pricing for the job. Everyone that worked on this was very friendly including the staff I talked to over the phone. Would recommend to anyone needing roof repairs!!

I had Right Way Roofing come to my house to give me an estimate on my roof.  They responded promptly and everyone was extremely professional and very knowledgeable.  The material that they used is of higher quality but was still in the range of my other estimates.  Throughout the roofing process the crews were very respectful, cleaned up everyday and did not leave behind any trash.  The roof looks amazing and has not leaked.  I highly recommend Right Way Roofing.

I am pleased with my new roof.  I am one of 34 condo owners at Citrus Manor.  The crew was friendly polite and did a wonderful job.  I had a question after my roof was complete and they were attentive and fixed two problems that were not directly related to the roof.  This team steped up and delivered.  All you need to do is communicate and they will respond - I would use and recommend them highly again.

I used Right Way for a new roof after references from a few friends. My old roof had held up well for about 20 years. I am particular about my home and do most of the work items myself, but this one was too big to tackle. Overall I thought they did an excellent job. Their quote was not the least expensive, but they appeared to know what they were doing, the materials were good if not better than what had been used in the past. They were excellent about meeting commitments and confirming dates. We had a big roof so I had questioned their size estimates, but Lori worked it diligently and we agreed. They were as careful as I would be in reusing tile and avoiding damaging other portions of the house and they had a few methods on installing dormier vents and interlaying with the flat roof that I thought were superior (having done preventative patching there in the past.) Cleanup was really well done and they did it nightly. They were able to match the tile and Kevin got a decent price for the extra pallet needed. This is hard dirty work (I have done it myself) but I thought they did an outstanding job. It took them a week to get the work done but they were hard at it every morning unitl late in the day including Saturday. In the end I am glad I trusted this to them. Warranty is good, but I don't think I will need it. Waiting to see how it performs when the Monsoons come, so far very pleased.
