Responsive and reliable at a great price! I had several companies reach out regarding my roof project. Ridge followed through. One of the other companies that did not do a thorough inspection told me that my entire roof needed replaced. Ridge explained the details of the inspection and took photos to show the damage that needed repaired, which was NOT the entire roof. The other company could potentially rip off customers! Ridge followed through with a detailed estimate, completed the repair within a week at a fair price.  So pleased with their work and will definitely recommend their business!

Amazing ! We had 1 tile fall off and loosen a few others. Landon responded quickly and said he would do the job for free!!! Did a great job replacing the 1 broken tile and nailed and glued the others down. It is nice to know there are still great companies out there. No other company could compare to this. Highly recommend for your roofing needs .

My parents used them to fix their leaking roof recently. The roofers were very professional and knowledgeable, price was reasonable. I would definitely recommend them to anyone who needs their roof fixed.

We had Ridge Roofing out to fix an area of our roof that was leaking. They sent two guys out on Thursday and they worked from 10:30 a.m. until they abruptly left around 6 PM. When we went outside we found out that they had destroyed our house, literally must have crashed into the side of it or something and the stucco and chicken wire are all exposed. I emailed and called right away, was supposed to hear something the next day, when I didn't I called the office again around 1:30 p.m., and was asked to send an email which I did around 2 p.m. on Friday. Yesterday afternoon I got a call from a contract company associated with them, that said they would come out and fix the damage to the stucco and paint it, the poor guy  showed up this morning and had to actually leave the job and say he would come back tomorrow because the damage was so extensive it was going to take him too long and he didn't have the materials he needed. I still haven't heard anything back on the condition of the roof and the tiles...

I would highly recommend Ridge Roofing!  I had a microburst tear my roof apart during monsoon season.  Garrett was amazing! He came out the very next day and gave me a quote that was not only reasonable but actually less expensive than most.  He not only quoted me in one day, but also started the work the very NEXT day (talk about amazing). His crew arrived right on time (the time promised) and did an excellent job.  This was a FULL roof replacement and it took only 3 days to complete! DONE!

The last thing to say is that if you need a roof or repair or even maintenance, Ridge Roofing are your guys!!!

After much research and multiple bids we decided to hire Ridge Roofing to replace a roof on my parents home. Tanner came out and completed the bid. He sent us an itemized list of what needed to be done along with a reasonable bid and detailed pics of the old roof. I had many questions and called multiple times...he answered all my questions and made me feel confident about my decision to go with Ridge Roofing. They got me on the schedule quickly, got materials on site and showed up on time. As the project went on Landon...the owner, kept me up to date on the progress. Again, there communication helped keep my confidence. Upon completion of the job, Landon came back to do an inspection and to take pics of the completed roof. As I mentioned at the beginning of my review...I got several bids before hiring Ridge Roofing ....my choice was based on the companies integrity and commitment to doing their very best work. I will absolutely be recommending Ridge Roofing to anyone in need of repair or replacement. Thanks guys!!

We had Ridge Roofing come out to repair a roof leak back in September. They showed up when they were supposed to, had great communication and were professional. Happy to say that after all the rain we've had since they fixed it, the roof repair is still holding up great!

We had a similar experience that Randy noted below.  Garrett was going to come and give us a quote, but never showed and didn't call to cancel.  When I reached him, he noted car issues (which I totally understand), but then said he had forgotten to call and cancel with us.  My mother had stayed home and waited all day for him to show up.  A courtesy call would have made a world of difference.  After reading Randy's experience in this area also, we will be obtaining quotes elsewhere.  Unfortunate, as Garrett seemed really nice over the phone.  Too bad too many forgots are happening. :(

Ridge Roofing is phenomenal in taking care of my roof. Landon was great in handling each aspect of the work and showed true professionalism and was patient with all of my questions. Seriously great guys to work with. You won't go wrong if you go with Ridge.

I'm a veteran, have multiple deployments under my belt. When I deal with businesses and people, there's a reciprocity of trust. When you break trust, there are consequences.
When selling a house while living out of state, Ridge Roofing was recommended for roof repairs. Garrett was professional, and came in at the cheapest of three bids, so we chose him.
The buyer's agent did their final walk-thru the day after the roofing work was to be finished. That morning I called Garrett for the invoice and to pay. He said he had to send a couple of guys out that morning to finish some work, but it'd be quick.
That night my agent emailed that during walk-thru, the buyer's agent saw roofers fixing damage to the patio roof and we risk missing the closing date based on the depth of repair. They sent an addendum addressing this risk. One part of the email read, Hunter McBride with Ridge Roofing happened to be on site cleaning up some debris that had been left behind. We pointed out to him that it looked like one of the roof repairmen had stepped through the ceiling. He confirmed this, and said his company would take care of it.. He took a paint chip with him to match the paint...
Next morning, I texted Garrett. Here's the verbatim exchange.
Me: Hi Garrett, the buyers did a walk thru of the house yesterday and saw a hole in the patio roof. They're asking 2 questions that I hope to relay answers back to them:
- Are you folks going to be able to do the repairs to the hole?
- Can we get an estimated time of completion for the work, ideally with photos of the repaired area?

Garrett: Are they wanting us to cover it? I have a drywall guy I can refer and could get it done pretty fast. It was a cracked seen in the drywall from having extra weight in the patio. The repair tech didn't do anything wrong the seem just cracked.
Piet: Hi Garrett, please check email. Hunter McBride owned up to the damage and said Ridge Roofing was handling these repairs (specifically the photo you sent), and Hunter even took a paint chip along to match paint. That info came from the buyer's agent. Has something changed since? Closing date is scheduled for tomorrow.
Garrett: If it was something our repair tech did to cause the damage we would cover it no questions. But that is not the case in this situation. We would gladly refer the drywall guy we use. But a drywall seem separating just from being on the roof, which he had too do is not our fault.
Ok. I told the guy representing the buyer that if our guy fell through and caused that we would cover it. But that wasn't the case obviously - this is what I got from Hunter
Photos taken the month prior show the patio ceiling in good shape. I'd hope so; we replaced it in 2015.
The buyer's inspector checked it on 3/14. He identified a number of items, to include patio roof, and he took a lot of photos of all faults. The drywall was fine.
Aside from Garrett's team, nobody was on the patio roof. Yet the day after work was finished, the drywall had a man-sized hole punched through. Garrett says his people didn't cause it. So sometime between the inspection, and my exchange with Garrett, the hole in the patio roof mysteriously appeared. It's mysterious because Hunter McBride took responsibility for the damage to the buyer's agent; but not even 12 hours later, Garrett stated that it wasn't the company's fault, that the drywall seam just cracked.
So no, I don't recommend Ridge Roofing. They're liars, unethical, irresponsible, clutzy, and don't own up to their mistakes. Their lack of ethics jeopardized my closing on the house.
They claim they're licensed & bonded. To avoid getting sued, check their documents in case one of their clowns falls through your roof, too. Or better, find a different contractor-one with more scruples and fortitude.

Great Experience.   We did our due diligence and obtained quotes from five (5) roofing companies.  The quote from Ridge was very reasonable compared to the other companies.  The warranty was the same.   They came out and explained everything to us; plus I even got a military discount!   The work crew was great and completed everything promptly and cleaned up the area well.   The project lead kept in communication with us and let us know what was happening; then he came and did a final walk through to ensure we were happy.   I would recommend these folks to anyone needed a roof or roof repair.

I have a roof leak and called lots of places to come out and check it. Some places were 2-3 weeks out before they could come out. Called and left Garrett a message, he called be right back and said he could stop by the next day. He called and showed up on time, then after checking my roof leak and talking to him, he told me because my house is only 9 years old to go after the home builder. I have not paid him anything and he is so willing to help. I am in the process of going after the home builder, and if things fall through I will be using ridge roofing to repair. Thanks Garrett!

Discovered a small rain leak in our ceiling in our front room. Requested a roofer via Handyman Connection and Garrett from Ridge Roofing called. He scheduled an appointment with us for a day or two later. He showed up on time and inspected not only the leak area but the entire roof. A couple of days later he provided us a quote for all repairs, including the leak. We called him back to schedule a date for the repairs and on the day his crew was supposed to show up, we called in the afternoon and he acted as if he completely forgot about us. We sent him an email reminder that if could reschedule, we would give him another chance. That's the last we heard from him. We did not pay any type of deposit, so we were not out any $$.

We are very happy with work Ridge Roofing has done. They used excellent craftsmanship, and got done in one day! Their guys were courteous and helpful, taking extra time at the beginning and end of the job to make sure that nothing was missed, and then cleaned up all the debris. We had gotten other roof estimates because of a leak in our roof over our back porch. Ridge found a cracked tile that our regular maintenance guy missed and a fan cover that needed to be replace. Finding this, when the regular guy did not will help us from needing more extensive roof repairs in the future. Additionally when we got quotes, Ridge was very competitive and our final cost was less then all of the rest of the quotes given by other roofing companies.
