Alison, the owner of Paragon Exteriors, made the experience of re-roofing my house easy. From beginning to end, Alsion arranged everything from the estimate and thorough explanation of costs to roof and gutter replacement, handling all interactions with the roofers--as well as dealing with my insurance company! Her crew was on time and finished the job on schedule. When Alison was finished, my yard was immaculate and could not even tell that any work had been done! She was professional and expeditious in her handling of all phases of my roof replacement. I would highly recommend Alison and Paragon Exteriors.

I want to thank universal roofing specialist for traveling out to California to inspect my boss' roof and install a new roof and be soo patient with the cities permits because we know how that can be. I love that he gave step by step details and pictures. Deshawn's communication is very thorough. I recommend his company to anyone needing any roof repairs.

They finally called and offer a refund after reading our reviews.  I'm glad they called and handled this and refunded us what we paid to the other company on repair cost.

My roof's paper was 25 years old, brittle and a good rain away from causing a significant leak. Over the last nine months I've had seven quotes with roughly a $4,000 to $5,000 difference in pricing range. Every quote was high pressure sales. Everyone wanted to put me out several months for the work.
Received a recommendation for Ultra Roof & Exteriors from a friend who was under contract with them. Joe was able to come out in a couple of days, evaluate my roof and provide me a quote on the spot.

-He was easy to communicate with.
-He answered all of my questions.
-His pricing was competitive.
-Warranty is significantly longer than everyone else I spoke with.
-His business is small but has been around a significant amount of time with previous roofing experience outside of Arizona.
-He was able to start work in a few weeks.

Very good experience! Orville, Martin, and their painting crew were top-notch. Initially we were somewhat skeptical that our house could be painted in only 2 days with professional quality results.
But once a couple of initial delays were overcome, the work was indeed completed in 2 days and we couldn't be happier with the results. From the fascia and trim, to the entry, security, and garage doors, to an attached storage shed, the speed and end quality was/is impressive. A shout out here to Mario of Martin's crew. He's an artist.

They are not trustworthy. A repair guy came out without any earlier notice, did his work as vaguely described in the job description, and left without saying anything. It turns out they argue that the drywall repair which they promised verbally executing was not part of the contract and I have to pay additional $$$ for this.

The team at Castile Roofing was extremely professional. They provided me a reasonable estimate over the phone and explained what to expect. They came and inspected my roof and performed the repairs in one day. They matched my asphalt shingles perfectly and completed a professional repair. They did not try to up sell me or pressure me for work than was not actually needed and I was charged only for what was actually needed so my invoice was less than the original estimate. I will use their services again and highly recommend them.

Arcadia Roofing stands behind their products and warranty. I had some issues with faulty shingles and they worked with the manufacturer to get me a new roof and installed it under my warranty. They prioritize customer satisfaction and if something isn't done to your satisfaction they are willing to make it right. I feel fortunate I found them. They were recommended by a StateFarm agent.

Following the memorable 2010 hailstorm that had everyone in Phoenix/Glendale/Peoria replacing their roofs, I decided to go local and called Glendale Roofing.  They came and did the roof partially, and then after much complaining, finished the job.  It then took months for them to come for the balance and when they did, they wanted 100% because their guy had stolen the original 50%.  After getting all that resolved, a year later they came back after me for another several thousand dollar payment.  After getting THAT resolved, there were problems within the first couple of years.  Twice since it was replaced, it has had to be repaired as have interior rooms where water got in.  Glendale Roofing claimed that the people doing business as Glendale Roofing during the hailstorm frenzy were no longer affiliated with the company.  So they accepted no responsibility; only money.  Now, less than 7 years later, I have a failing roof.  Swaths of it are literally coming off (it is a flat roof).  I would not recommend Glendale Roofing.  Though they may have rid themselves of their crooked counterparts, they accepted my money without accepting any responsibility for their work.

Best guys in Phx and All of AZ for insurance restoration and roofing. 10/10 thumbs ups y'all.
