Wonderful company!! I had reached out to a different company previously, and was ghosted by them after they had come for a free estimate.

Luckily, I found JTD Roofing and messaged them on Yelp. Received a response quickly and they were able to come the next morning to repair some tiles and check out the roof for any other damage. There was which they kindly sent a text about.

Juan fixed our roof, sent photos as proof, and was very reasonably priced.

Top notch customer service. Within the hour after asking for a quote late at night, I received a text message to schedule a free consultation the next morning. The team showed up on time assessed the leak, and provided me a detailed invoice of the repairs needed.

Pricing was very good, I expected the cost would be in the thousands for the leak repair, but received a quote for $900. I accepted the quote and the next morning JTD roofing came back and completed the work.

JTD Provided a quote via pictures and came out the next day to remount some fallen concrete shingles. I was at work while the job was being completed and Juan recommended 1 additional item be done. I was very appreciative that he waited for my approval via text before adding additional cost to the project. I was provided an invoice promptly after the job was complete.

Hired JTD to fix a single barrel tile that flew off during a monsoon. JTD was the only contractor willing to give an estimate via pictures I supplied.

His price was WELL below everyone else who quoted their minimum charge (often $500- 600 dollars for a 20 minute job).

JTD Roofing completed a job at my personal home and were paid in full per their bid.  They are now attempting to collect more money and writing false reviews on my business website.  I would have recommended them as they did a good job, however they are crooks trying to collect money they have already been paid.  I am attaching a copy of the bid and the receipts for payments that were made in full.

Fantastic from start to finish- excellent communication, very fair pricing, and the roof was completed in under 3 days. The roofers were very considerate and cleaned up every day after they went home for the day. Highly recommend!!!

Wanted to say Thank You, to JTD Roofing. Reached out to JTD after noticing some drips on our ceiling from the last heavy rain. Everything from the scheduling to completion was pleasant. Everyone showed up earlier and everything was anticipated to take one day. JTD came close except for a minor hiccup which they overcame. Juan explained the process as they were removing and installing replacement materials. I researched the Boral Seal they utilized and was pleased. Once completed any questions we had Juan answered. The tiles and everything looks cleaner than before, even room to brush debris and keep the drains from clogging. Everything was cleaned up before they left for the day and once the job was completed. We had storm damage to our roof with a few rows of shingles lifting.  JTD Roofing replied quickly to our request.  Juan prepared a professional bid listing all work to be done with pictures. He even found a few additional spots that needed repair. His pricing was very fair and he completed the job on a Sunday!

My roof need a repair, it is a problem existed a few years, I asked the quote, the response is quick, the price is reasonable. As I learned from the weather forecast, the rain is coming. I asked if we can make the appointment as early as possible, they looked at the schedule, made it work in a Saturday morning, A proper fix is implemented, they send me a bunch of photo (before vs after) on how the fix is done. The service is professional, the worker are very polite. I want to say, thanks for the awesome service.

Requested a quote for a roof leak and possible whole new roof.  They scheduled a quote with a 3 hour window. They never showed up. I reached out 2 hours after the end of their scheduled window of time.  I was told by the owner that they were really busy today and two people called out, so they couldn't make it today and he is sorry for not letting me know.  As the owner I would think he would be more on top of what's going on in his business.  I could only imagine what would happen if he was hired. Don't waste your time there are plenty of roofing companies out there.

We had great experience with JTD roofing. We needed few broken tiles to be repaired and they were very thorough, well priced, polite and quick to respond.

I had some tiles the broke and fell off my roof and needed them repaired.  Quoted with just pictures of the damage. Excellent response time, price and work!

Our son had roof tiles that cracked & fell off of the back of his house in the 70 mile an hour winds on 7-17-22. He didn't notice until that next week. On a SUNDAY, he called JTD Roofing. They answered immediately, made an appointment, came out & fixed the roof within a couple of hours. Awesome work, immediate, response & a very fair price!!! We will be referring them from now on.
