Jose and his associate could not have been more timely, courteous and professional - they saved us from what could have been a true plumbing emergency (same day) all while doing an efficient thorough job - I could not recommend them more and have already saved them in my phone for all of our future plumbing needs!!

I was in the Mid-West visiting family and my brother in law's caregiver called me from Westwood saying that the new washing machine that was installed the day before was defective and leaking from the bottom.
Eddie to the Rescue again (2x in 2 weeks). He found the problem immediately and fixed it right on the spot. Entire job done in less than 20 minutes and he is very prompt!!!

I live in an older home in the NE valley. I called, got an appointment window, and got a call when the service person was near by and ready to come.
What a good service I received! Danny came to see me today and, even though I was pretty sure where he should put the cable down for cleaning, he double checked and verified along the way that the sewer backup did not occur again. Very hard working guy is this man Danny. Personable, sincere, full of energy. I cannot tell you how happy I am to get his help. We chatted through the issues an old property faces. He gave good advice.
Job done. Straight pricing. This is one firm that does exactly what they should. And Danny is my new friend.

I manage a small older building and we often have plumbing issues so I deal with a lot of plumbers. New Pro and Miguel are hands down the best company I've dealt with in the past several years.
We had a sewage backup recently and I called a few different companies including our regular plumber as well as New Pro. If the other companies showed up at all they showed up late and when they did show up they seemed annoyed by our problem. Miguel was on time, professional, courteous and thorough in his free examination and estimate. He explained everything to me clearly and was honest about what he could and could not do. We hired him immediately and he did an excellent job.
While working on that job he discovered a pipe leak under our building and he gave us another thorough explanation and fair estimate and again he was immediately hired. It was the easiest time I've had dealing with this type of service for as long as I can remember. Fired our old plumber and New Pro is now the first plumber on my list. Thanks so much Miguel!

As all the reviews mention, Victor is a super nice guy, and called back right away. Even took the time to give us some tips on how we could try to fix our broken water ourselves - but they themselves do not service condos or apartment buildings. Unfortunately DO NOT CALL l if you live in a condo or apartment building, even if you own your own condo and the water heater is in your own unit. Just leaving this review to save others in our situation the time of calling.

Mike and team did an excellent job replacing old pipes from the crawl space to the unit for us.  From assessment to getting the job done,  they were prompt, professional and clean, everything is top-notch.

Mandel, the owner, responded to my Yelp request in a very timely manner on Sunday and was able to confirm a technician to come out first thing Monday. Our technician, Anthony, arrived earlier than scheduled and was very professional, quick and thorough. He also wore a mask the entire time and maintained social distancing as much as possible, my toddler made this a challenge :-) I'll be keeping their number handy for future plumbing needs and would highly recommend. Fair pricing and excellent service.

A guy named Justin helped me a lot and said some carbon monoxide was dripping three I'll have to get it fixed but the price was very high I'll get ahold of Justin tomorrow. Super nice, very professional, only my brother doesn't want to fix it he's not in the condo though but I live here I'll get ahold of another heating and air vomiting man and hear what he has to say

If I could give Z & H Plumbing ten stars I would. First of all, I called them and in the same day they were able to schedule me, give me an estimate AND install a new TANKLESS hot water tank! They installed it up to code in record time. Their professionalism and attention to detail was amazing. They went above and beyond the call of duty. I also must add their price was half of other estimates and they also were able to give me a ten year warranty on my new tankless water heater. I will never use another plumber again, these guys are amazing!!!!

Anthony and the 2 other employees from Flood Brother's answered my call right away.  They arrived and were polite and very professional.  I was in some trouble as sewer water was coming up my bathtub drain.  

    I'm so grateful for all the work they did.  They explained the problem and gave me status every so often as I sat and did homework with my daughter.
They wore masks and always respected social distance when updating me on the progress.  

  Anthony asked me if I had a clean out..  I didn't even know what that was.  I'm so grateful to have found a company that didn't take advantage of me.  They even installed a clean out to make any future job a piece of cake!

Mike was awesome, came out to my house within a few hours of calling on a Saturday to help locate a leak. He assessed my problem and told us what he recommended to resolve it. Will definitely be using this company in the future.

I am a repeat customer and I plan on returning to 911 Plumbing Services again.  About a month ago, my sink shut off valves broke in the evening and Greg was there in under an hour, a very quick emergency service.  He saved my home from a major flood!  This week, we have had some shower issues and Vic and Abel came to check it out.  These guys are very professional and their customer service skills are excellent.  They were honest about what was needed to fix my shower, they provided photos of the type of job, and a fair quote.  They gave me common sense advice, I feel they were honest, and they were not trying to sell me anything I didn't need.  Thanks guys!
