Could hear water running in the wall/under house but no visible leaking anywhere.  Intensified so had to turn off water main.  Called Real Plumbers because of their high reviews on Yelp.  Found the problem, fixed the leak and were done within 30 minutes and the cost was very reasonable.  We had a nice conversation on top of the great service, which was an added plus.  Would definitely recommend their service and we have found our plumbers from now on.

I had a different plumber come out and not only did they fail to fix the problem, but they tried to stick me with $5000 in additional repairs.

Called Plumber to the Rescue for a second opinion. James fixed it quickly and easily and gave me great advice on how to deal with things going forward. I will NEVER call anyone else.

I requested a quote from Max because of all the 5 star reviews. For a toilet replacement. Everything included. He got back to me within 20 ~ 30 minutes with a very reasonable quote. I asked some clarification questions and he answered them. Because the quote was within the bounds of what I expected, I went with his quote and booked him. When Max arrived he had everything he needed to replace my toilet. He was literally in and out in one hour and fifteen minutes. Amazing. Love my new toilet (his recommendation)! Yes, Max is worth getting a quote from and hiring to do your plumbing job!

Brendan and Giulio from flood brothers were great. Same day appt, they actually called and asked if they could come early which was awesome. They quickly fixed my water line on my refrigerator. I would definitely call these guys again!

Awesome, don't hesitate! I felt a little hesitant picking someplace in this category, thinking I might have a bad experience. Instead Luis, the technician from Charlie's, totally rocked it. They were quick coming over on a holiday and charged me the same quoted amount for what was a better than expected experience by far. Such a relief. Luis was totally professional, clean and courteous... not sure how else the service call could have gone any better. Saved these guys to my phone book and I heartily recommend them without hesitation. Stop looking and get that drain cleared well now!

Our sink started leaking beneath the counter every time we turned on the faucet making it so we couldn't use our kitchen sink. You can imagine how stressful that was during a pandemic with two small kids in the house. We frantically called around and no one could come immediately and the companies that could come after hours were terribly expensive. Then we called Saucedo and Alberto came out within the hour and helped us solve the problem. We are SO grateful!!

Just called Chris for a plumbing issue with my kitchen sink. He was extremely friendly and professional. He came within 15 minutes, located the problem immediately, and fixed it free of charge. I don't have a regular plumber but I will definitely use this company from here on out. Would definitely recommend!!

These guys truly are Rockstars. I had 2 stop valve replacements and a faucet replacement I needed done. After quickly appraising the situation and giving me a quote, they got right to work and were able to locate my condo's water supply so we didn't have to cut water to the entire building. They were professional, friendly and courteous and did a great job.

Just bought a new home and found out the main sewage pipe that goes to the street had a crack and tree roots and could collapse any day. I called around town and everyone was giving me crazy expensive prices and not very knowledgeable. I called and spoke with Victor and he was very professional and friendly. The price he quoted me was very reasonable compared to the other companies. Victor and his crew did an amazing job, very professional and their equipment seemed top of the line (see all my pictures I posted). The company is licensed by CSLB. Mandel came to the RESCUE! A pipe on the water heater burst in my apartment and I could not get the water completely shut off. Mandel answered the phone right away, guided me through the shut off process, and in less than 30 minutes he was pulling up to replace the pipe and save my sanity. Pleased with this company! We had some misc minor plumbing issues, Sam came out and addressed each one. He came back a second time to rebuild a toilet and a third time to replace a handle at no additional charge! Very reputable and honest!

Our GE water heater pilot light would spark but no flame. Spoke w/ Zorro from Z & H and his answers were honest and understandable. He already knew that we needed to replace some thermo... part. Z & H had quick response time, great service, honest replies, and even a follow up via text to make sure we were getting hot water.

On time, professional, and friendly. I called for a sewer drain cleaning and Giovanni gave me a great deal. Plus he educated me on all kinds of preventative tips. I know who i'll be calling next time I need a plumber. Thanks Flood Brothers!

Sal's responded quickly to my inquiry, then came out right away and took care of the issue.

Customer service was initially poor but the owner called back and explained the situation, promised to rectify and make sure it doesn't happen again and offered to compensate me if I ever need plumbing help.
I didn't get to use the service but I appreciate the follow up and will take the owner up in the offer next time.

Connie is an exceptionally nice person. When you hear her friendly voice, there's a good chance that you'll not only want to hire her; you might also want to invite her over for dinner.

Connie called me back despite being booked solid, gave me the name and number of another plumber she trusts, and let me know exactly what I should say in order to quickly convey what was needed.

When I first called the office, another treat I encountered was the opportunity to talk to a friendly receptionist instead of a voicemail recording. It's a warm and friendly way to do business.

None of the other busy people I called were nice enough to make a recommendation. So while I cannot rate American Drainworks for fixing my plumbing, I can certainly write about the pleasant experience of interacting with Connie and her staff, and the wonderful way in which they do business.

Broc of ANYTIME ROOTER came to the rescue again in Playa Vista!  He is our go-to guy! Shower good as new; brand new garbage disposal after 10 year's time.
Broc is professional, courteous and charming.  He explains everything and will show you as he's fixing the problem. I concur with Daniel M's comments.  Does anyone else think Broc looks like actor Denzel Washington's twin?!
