Needed to find someone who could help with a plumbing emergency during Covid, and Jose was responsive, professional, and super safety conscious! He quickly diagnosed the problem with our leaking toilet and was able to obtain the parts and get it fixed within a few hours. I was so impressed with his work that I hired him for a few bigger jobs, one of which involved dealing with permits and the city. All throughout the process, he and his team have been communicative and a pleasure to work with. I highly recommend Real Plumbers and plan to contact them again for my future needs!

Just another encomium for this business, and for James in particular. 6 pm, on the day before I was to leave for NY, there is water dripping onto my dining room table. Panicked, I check Yelp reviews and find My Plumbing Doctor. So nice on the phone, and within an hour James arrived, and within another half hour, problem solved. Not expensive, either. Could not have been better.

I had a plumbing emergency and called probably 12 plumbers. Max happened to be available and nearby - he came out right away, was super cool, fixed the problem quickly, and didn't charge much at all. Highly recommended!!

This is a great company.  I called around 8:30 AM to report that I had a clogged kitchen drain.  I asked how much it would be to unclog the drain and was told $65.00 if they could access the drain through the exit valve in the wall outside the kitchen, $95.00 if they could not.

My house is configured such that Ramon couldn't access my sink via the access valve, so my job cost $95.00 .  Fair.  Just what I had been quoted.

I have had a great experience all around with this company.  A polite, knowledgeable lady answered my call, then told me she could have someone out between 10:00 AM and 12:00 noon.  Ramon arrived at 10:00 sharp.  Perfect!  Ramon is a fine man -- personable, polite, knowledgeable, and a hard worker.  He unstopped my drain in no time flat.  No drama.  No surprises.  Just good, old-fashioned quality service.

They take credit cards, cash, or check.  Convenient.  I recommend Ramon and his company to all, and will (if necessary) contact Charlie's Rooter Service first for any future plumbing or pipe problems.

I rarely ever take the time to write reviews but I was so pleased and impressed with Alberto's service, that I just had to write one!  If you are looking for an honest guy who isn't trying to nickel and dime you, Alberto is your guy. He is highly professional and it is very clear that he cares about his work.

We had an emergency and ended up calling the first person we could get ahold of and that guy told us we had tree roots penetrating our pipes. He told us he couldn't snake out the roots and that we had to replace our sewer line and quoted me $15,000! Thank god we called Alberto and got a second opinion.

Alberto arrived on time, was respectful, quoted us a reasonable price and took the time to properly explain what was going on. He then proceeded to inspect our sewer lines with a camera, showing us all 4 blockages on the monitor. Not only was he patiently answering all of our questions but he also provided us with the camera footage! He then snaked out all of the roots and pulled them out to show us, something the other guy claimed was not possible. Alberto did not at any point force unnecessary work and for that we are extremely grateful.

There aren't many honest people in this business; we are lucky to have found Alberto. I highly recommend him and his company for any emergency situations or plumbing needs you may encounter!

We called Ace after a different plumber (who gave a cheaper initial quote) did a half-ass job installing our new toto toilet and bathroom faucet. After the install, The new toilet rocked back and forth when we sat on it, breaking the caulking below, and clearly wasn't attached to the floor right. We didn't trust the original plumber to come back and fix it properly. He was either ignorant or lazy. The ACE office manager Darcy was so kind on the phone and even suggested the 1st company might be able to fix it for us free of charge, but we really wanted fresh professional eyes rather than risk damage or waste more time. The ACE business owner Chris came by that day to check it out for us and easily identified the problems. The first plumber had only used 2 of the required 6 screws mounting the toilet and just hoped we wouldn't notice (screws hidden under the skirt)!  Chris also voluntarily fixed another issue the other plumber had ignored on the installation of our new bathroom faucet, to be nice. Chris was efficient and didn't over-charge even though he easily could have.  Chris and Darcy at ACE have won us over for life, and we will tell our friends. Don't buy nice new fixtures and cheap out on the installation. You'll regret it. Sometimes, plumbing included, you really get what you pay for.

Chris was awesome! We had an issue with our hot water faucet, which had a safety on it to prevent it from getting hotter than warm. He quickly diagnosed the issue and made the necessary adjustment. He also cleaned out the drain and provided us with advice to keep it unclogged in the future. I will definitely be using Rockstar Plumbing again!

I've used New Pro Plumbing a number of times and I've found Miguel to be honest and very good at what he does. He's conscientious, shows up on time and will take the time to explain things to you even when he is very busy. Furthermore I've recommended him to my friends.

Victor and his team were absolutely fantastic.  We had a plumbing emergency and they came out same day, making sure our problem was fixed ASAP!  They also walked us through our entire sewage system so we could better understand our homes unique setup!  Completely professional and forthcoming, which was much appreciated!! Mike and team did an excellent job replacing old pipes from the crawl space to the unit for us.  From assessment to getting the job done,  they were prompt, professional and clean, everything is top-notch.

Great, fast service! Needed someone last minute and they came within an hour. The guy who came (I think it was Sam) was so so honest and kind. I had painters and cleaners all over and he was able to get everything done and even gave me a discount cause it was such a quick fix!

My sink was backing up and my garbage disposal wasn't working. The plumbers came and got it to work again, but noted the disposal was rusted/aging. I appreciated being given the chance to choose whether they replaced it or not, and in the end I decided to have them do it. I asked them to fix one other thing while they were at it, and they were kind to add it on. I also appreciated how the men handled my over-eager dog, who kept trying to join them. Overall, a great experience.

Our water heater begun to leak and we called Zoro after seeing very good reviews in yelp. Thank you yelpers for that. Zoro did great for fast responses to our questions and he sent George and John and they did a same day water heater installation service in our place in Monterey Park. Took only 1-2 hrs to replace our water heater. Enjoying our warm water right now. Perfect! Thank you!

Junior came out at 10pm on a Thursday night to fix our water heater that was leaking. He explained what the problem was (water pressure regulator valve) and then offered a temporary fix that night. He followed up and came out two days later to permanently fix the problem. Great customer service, great work and Junior was friendly and thorough. We will continue to use Flood Brothers for any plumbing problems that come up in the future.

Hymen drained my bathtub in under five minutes, every time I've called Sal's, I've been perfectly satisfied.

Came out to our house today, quickly diagnosed and fixed the problem. George and Abel were the techs and they did a great job.  And I'd recommend them to anybody in need of plumbing  services.

Very happy with my visit from Broc at Anytime Rooter. Response within 10 minutes from my inquiry, I sent a picture of my broken garbage disposal and Broc was out to my place within 90 minutes. He was in and out in about 15 minutes, fixed, cleaned up, paid and done! So convenient, pleasant, professional, and at least $50 less than the company I was thinking about returning too. I'm so happy I went with these guys today and now I have a fixed kitchen sink. Will 100% come back here if I have more issues
