This company is well respected and does a good job. My recent review that gave them a bad review was meant for palisades plumbing not for real plumbers. please disregard the bad review I originally gave this company. So sorry for this review problem. I had a terrible time with yelp trying to delete the original message. My apologies:

I dropped my plumbing company of twenty years because they failed twice to show up for a scheduled appointment .   Desperate, I consulted yelp and found My Plumbing Doctor.  Warren  was was polite, prompt, fixed the problem and charged an incredibly reasonable rate.   He will be doing all my plumbing work from now on.

I called Max for a clogged shower drain.  He came the same day and fixed the issue.  His service, professionalism and kind manner far exceeded my expectations.  I highly recommend his service.  Great service at a great price offered with a smile!!!  I will defiantly use A-1 Rooter for my plumbing needs!!!

I don't do a lot of reviews but Brendan and Eddie came and were so quick in fixing the problem amd checking everything out including the pressure. I was really happy with them fixing my toilet. Will use them again for future issues for sure!

We've used Saucedo Plumbing several times for mainline rooter service and minor blockages in the kitchen drain. These guys are always on time, extremely professional and thorough. They never leave a mess and never try to upsell you on unnecessary repairs or services like we've experienced with one of the big players in the plumbing business.

Warren and Chris are great and give the best prices. They say they don't advertise and just get work by word of mouth. I was fortunate enough to run into Warren when he was doing a sewer line replacement for a nearby building.

They are my first people I contact for plumbing problems and they give free advice. Very honest people.

Service is amazing. Dijon came in wearing gloves, mask, shoe covers and a really nice personality. He helped fix all of our issues and we are so grateful especially during these times! Thank you

I called New Pro Plumbing with an emergency main line problem. I told them we needed 2 men because they had to clear it from the roof. No problem

One guy showed up, didn't have a ladder, and wanted over $500 when they quoted $100-175 over the phone.

Even a simple bait and switch would have been better. This guy wanted to remove my toilet to get to the main line just because he didn't have a ladder.

Don't call New Pro Plumbing. They lied about who they would send. They lied about the price. They lied about everything!

Be forewarned. This guy Victor is not right in the head. I called him because I have a leak and was desperate to get it fixed right away. He came out and quoted me $600 to cut an exposed pipe and seal it. I thought it was kind of pricey. And I am not a plumber, I don't know how much things cost. So I asked him if he could reduce his price, he said that's how much it cost, and I said ok fine, do it. He then told me he was going to check something, and just bailed suddenly! This guy has a temper and is not right in the head. Yes he has a right to refuse service. But this is bad behavior. It is not right to leave a customer high and dry like this just because I very respectfully asked him if he could reduce his price. I am afraid this guy is pretty off in the head, I don't know if he has a terrible temper or what, and who knows what else he would have done.. just be careful!

Fantastic service! Mike came over within two hours and took care all of the problems.   Very professional and clean work. Furthermore, they gave me first time customer discount of $50.  I strongly recommend Hermes Plumbing and Rooting.

The kitchen double sink backed up with ominous dark water. Called Rapid after DIY efforts failed. This is a great business and my plumbers from now on. Professional, skilled, honest. I would wait if they are busy rather than going with someone else if you can.

Sam was awesome!  He was professional and easily fixed our leak in the tub.  Will use them again.

Can't say enough good things about this company, their service, and employees. I first used them many years ago when we had back up in our sewer. Since then they have done many big projects for me, including placing a sewer liner in our old cement pipes.

Martín is fantastic, knows his customers and their property, will explain things clearly and allow me to observe.  Fernando the owner is top notch.  The office staff are great.  I never have to look for another plumbing company again.  Very happy customer in Highland Park.

I have used Z & H Before and happy again with last job they did by repair water heater on my rental property.
Vic arrived right on time and fixed the heater in less then 20 min, they know exactly what could be wrong with hot water when i sent few pictures.
Price was fair like before.
You guys are great and have customer for life

They dispatched the technician within an hour even though my issue wasn't urgent. Tony came and did a great job in fixing the shut off valve. The price included the parts and labor, no surprise. It was very sufficient.

I always have an iffy experience with plumbers. We had a clogged sink and i've used a local plumber in the past in santa monica. I forgot that that place is a ripp-off. I quickly recalled when they quoted me prices. So i passed on them.

Then i called Anytime Rooter. He was super nice on the phone. He showed up pretty quick. Smartly, he sent me a video of the repair (since i was out but our nanny was home to oversee the work) and the video showed it was working. Smart move. The price was very resonable.
