Great company to work with reliable, efficient and integrity. To sum it up, I had to repair a about 80 feet of sewer line at my restaurant that has been there since 1980. It was a big job new check valve, 65 feet of pipe liner and 15 feet new abs pipe. It was a lot of work the majority of the pipe was deteriorating badly. They adapted to the circumstances of our restaurant and did a big part of the job over a couple long nights. The whole crew was great with or without supervision. They respected all COVID protocols even at night when they were the only people in building. The owner Jose is a solid stand up man of his word. Would not think twice about hiring them again.

Made a call, left a VM. Got a callback in less than 30 minutes.  Plumber arrived in less than an hour.  Truck was modern and unmarked.  Did a thorough job on a main line partial stoppage and double checked the line was clear to the municipal service.  Left the job site clear and billed as prompted. This company is now at the top of my list for on call plumbing needs.

Spoke to receptionist took ALL my info gave me a quote of $75 when I made clear I needed an emergency service. The plumber calls me and tells me that just to come it's $275 and that just the emergency, no service. I knew it would be more but they should have well informed receptionists to provide this insight prior to getting the call from the Plummer himself and having taken my credit card information.

Had a clogged garbage disposal and called these guys. They were very responsive and fixed the problem right away. Would definitely call them again! Very prompt, professional, and friendly.

We called today for someone to come out and check leak under kitchen sink and replace garbage disposal and we were given a 2 hour window. Technician Ramon called and let us know when he would be there he came exactly when he said. He came and looked at everything explained what he would need to do and price. He was very thorough and completed job in less than 2 hours was very clean and showed me everything fixed and replaced!  If I have any other plumbing issues will call them only!

These guys were great! They showed up right on time and cleared out our drain efficiently. I will be calling them again for future plumbing needs.

We hired New Pro to do a number of plumbing jobs at our house, and their representative, Miguel Lopez, was terrific. He was friendly, helpful, and ultra-competent. When one of the jobs turned out to be more complicated than we thought, he took care of it without raising the price. He also worked to locate a rare part that saved us from buying expensive new faucets. New Pro is now our go-to plumber.

The best experience with Victor.  Great communicator, organized, efficient and HONEST!

I suffered through another bad plumber and called Victor to come in and fix the mess that was left behind.  He quickly diagnosed the issue . ...and was the only plumber to accurately do so.  If only I had gone with him instead of another 5 star plumber on Yelp who turned out to be a disaster, I would have saved so much time and headache.

I'm so glad I called Victor who will now be the guy I call for any future plumbing repairs.  I give him the highest recommendation.

Less than 24hrs after getting in touch, Mike came this morning and fixed our shower. Amazing service, super nice guy and was very respectful of all COVID restrictions. Cannot recommend highly enough. Thanks guys!

Today we had a plummer by the name of Sam he was extremely great and punctual. We were provided with great quality service.Sam was very knowledgeable and quick. Venice Family Dentistry is pleased with the services provided we will be using this company again.

Our water heater was not working properly and the staff at New Generation Plumbing was great in providing me with good service at a competitive price! For reference, we paid $175 to change the water heater valve. Definitely recommend!

January 7 2020 it was time to have an updated 40 gallon water heater replaced. This is normal after 10 years it does have its wear and tear even though we were faithfully having it  flushed every year and maintained I reached to the owner Zorro Sunday January 5th 2020 and he provided me a quote replacing my old water heater with a new one.   His price was very reasonable   On January 7 2020 His technicians came out in a timely manner they do give you a two hour window they did show up an hour and 15 minutes within that two hour window. That's what I call excellent customer service. The technicians assess the situation and took care of removing my old water heater and installing my new the new one and made sure everything was up to code and The hot water heater pilot was lit it working  properly. They were eager and responsive to schedule fixing my drain. I rearranged a ton of my plans and then they just never showed up. I called when no one showed up and they said they couldn't send someone over during the time frame they promised. Great thanks for letting me know (only after I called) after they missed the appointment time. Very frustrating and unprofessional and so I can't recommend them.

I am using this company for the third time. My plumbing issues have been resolved. Thomas is extremely  polite, cordial, professional and very neat. I recommend using this company if you have any plumbing issues. They will get resolved. They usually give a window of two hours. But can call if they are on the way.

Greg came to my home and stayed until 10 at night on a Saturday. He even helped me set up the other companies I needed to book. What would have been an extremely stressful process turned out to be almost painless. He finished the job and kept me up to date on all progress throughout. I am going to recco them/him to everyone I know without a doubt. A good and trustworthy plumber is hard to find in this town. Holding on to this one for sure.

Connie is the greatest.  I had her do an inspection on a house we were buying and she provided a detailed through report in a timely manner.   She also asked if I wanted to go under the house with her when  she did her inspection so I joined her.  While we crawled through, she walked me though everything I was seeing and pointed out the areas of concern.  I also had her do a quote on some plumbing issues at my current place and she ended up getting me the parts for free from the manufacturer and advised me on how to install them.  I will definitely come back to her with any of my plumbing needs.  She clearly loves what she does, is knowledgeable, friendly and a straight shooter.

I don't review much of anything on Yelp, but I felt compelled this time. I called Broc on a Sunday afternoon and he was at my door in less than 30 minutes. He diagnosed the problem and didn't take my word for what it was. He explained everything, made sure I understood what he was saying and was a really nice guy. He was reasonably priced, even on a Sunday. He's going to be my go-to guy for any plumbing problems in the future.
