Plumbing emergency resolved!!
The night before Thanksgiving we came home from to a clogged drain. At 630pm Jose picked up the phone and promised to be at our house Thanksgiving morning.
As promised he showed up and within in minutes unclogged our kitchen drain...just in time for all our family dinner.
Jose was a champion and true professional...he will be our family's plumber from now on!!

Called them due to great yelp reviews Warren came said he needed to go pickup the part needed in Santa Monica, door bell rings 1 1/2 later it's two new guys I ask who they are they say the plumbers I say where is Warren they say another job I guess. Then they tell me they are his sons. So I think to trust them. Two and a half hours later I am told they have bad news that the part was not correct!
Now I have another plumber here who says they broke the water heater because it is now leaking in places it did not before! Mind you I had the Gas Company come prior to them arriving so I know what work needed to be done!!!

Luis and team were lifesavers. As part of our home buying inspection period, we had Luis out to inspect the sewer drain on our new home. Complications led to him needing to return on another day, and Luis went above and beyond when it comes to accommodating our needs.

He gave us a thorough inspection and walked us through all of the things to know, what needed to be fixed now, and what to look out for in the future.

After closing on the house, Luis came out and made a speedy and high quality repair. He ensured I had visibility into every step, understood how the whole system worked and what to expect going forward.

I called Saucedo pluming this morning when I was unable to connect the gas line to a new stove/oven we purchased for our condo.  I received a call back within 20 minutes and Alberto Saucedo and his associate were there in a couple of hours as promised.  They hooked up my stove without problems and spent additional time helping place the unit back into the space which was a very challenging fit.  Finally they adjusted the legs and added a spacer I had so it was level.  I was so impressed by their amazing customer service that I will always use them for any future needs!

Their service was top notch, extraordinary and stellar!!! I was highly impressed with their receptionist, and coordinator, Darcy, who answers all the phones. She also does the scheduling, and who knows, but obviously more behind this small family owned business- by Chris and Warren, a Father & son dynamic duo!!

Their service was quick, prompt, honest, professional and efficient!!!! They do quality work that you can trust and rely!!!!

These guys are awesome. I was on a TV show in Woodland Hills where we needed some faucets removed. We were on a tight schedule (what show isn't) and they squeezed us in.

Chris came out, very quickly assessed the faucets and removed them in 10 minutes. Then a production crew member asked him to look at a toilet (I had no idea about) and he was more than willing to help. Thanks so much Chris!

New Pro Plumbing is great, Miguel was up to the task of putting in a water softener for me, he did great work in soldering some custom copper pipes, it all works flawlessly thanks to his help. I also got a great deal!

I called hermes plumbing and Hayk came out that same day to help me with my plumbing problem. I really appreciated how quickly he responded and came over. I know absolutely nothing about pipes and plumbing so I was very happy that Hayk explained to me what the problem was, how it may have happened, and what I can do to prevent it. It's a Saturday morning and our toilet is totally back up. Plunger didn't work, YouTube DIY didn't work, and chemicals didn't work, so I gave Rapid Action Rooter a try. Mandel responded to my request in less than 10 minutes.

We had a crazy day planned but Mandel worked with our schedule.  After finding out we only had one bathroom, he offered to come by any time that worked for us same day. Such a relief!

The process took less than 10 minutes, knowledgeable and great customer service. I highly recommend him for any plumbing needs!

I've gone to Chris at Rocket Plumbing for plumbing issues for a number of years, and we called them again this week when our dishwasher drain was backing up. Chris replaced our kinked drain hose and got us back up and running in no time.

Rocket Plumbing is fairly priced, but more importantly they are knowledgeable, trustworthy, respectful of your time, efficient, and hard-working. Not sure what more you could want when the plumbing breaks or you need some fixtures installed. Highly recommended without any hesitation!

They scheduled an Appt the next day . The estimate to come in was a bit high . The part that they fixed was done in about 20 min. No reduction in the fee , but they are plumbers and I needed my water back on . Very friendly and professional .

Zoro at Z&H Plumbing did an outstanding job. If anyone needs a plumber, I would not hesitate to recommend his services.  I had the water lines changed out, a new hot water heater installed and a broken drain line changed. Zoro came out and changed everything out in one day. The work was top notch and the price was very reasonable. Zoro definitely earned all five stars.

Brandan Lee made my toilet explosion situation as painless as possible. He even arranged for a dry wall, painter to come and finish the job so that I didn't have to do that legwork.

Prior to the toilet issue, I had another problem with my washing machine that another Flood Brother guy, Jerry came out twice to work on. He was absolutely amazingly generous and helpful.

They are all pleasant, NEAT, patient, nice, knowledgable, responsive--they text you to keep things moving.

I'm never going to even think about using anyone else in the future.

Mike was awesome, came out to my house within a few hours of calling on a Saturday to help locate a leak. He assessed my problem and told us what he recommended to resolve it. Will definitely be using this company in the future.

911 comes to the rescue again! I called in the morning (before 8 am) and by 9:30 Art and Henry were here to help. My toilet had backed up and as we are a one bathroom household, I was very concerned that we got it fixed as soon as possible.
Art and Henry were polite, wore booties on their shoes to keep dirt out of the house, accessed and fixed the problem quickly.
As a house owner, its a great piece of mind knowing that you have the name of a reliable, honest tradesperson in an emergency.

I emailed Chris over the holiday weekend as my in-sink garbage disposal had stopped working.  He quoted me a very reasonable price and, alternatively, offered to walk me through the process myself so I could avoid having to pay him to come over.  He told me what tool to use and I was able to fix it myself with his guidance.  If the garbage disposal really does shutdown on me or any plumbing issues come up, I will be sure to email or call him again.  Very honest and helpful.

I called at 5:30pm hoping to leave a message and get him to come out the next day. Broc called me back within 10 minutes and said he'd be (and he was!) at my house by 7:00pm. He was professional, thorough and got the problem fixed in less than an hour. And he cleaned up carefully afterwards! All for what I thought was a very reasonable price. I can't imagine a better service experience. Highly recommend!
