My toilet needed replacing and when I looked up plumbers, Real Plumbers came up first. They already had great reviews and they responded quickly to a quote and had availability the next day. Freddy and Alfredo came by this morning. They were great and quickly replaced my toilet. We encountered a problem with it fitting it in because of part of my wall stuck out a little too much. So they went ahead and improvised and took the part off my wall that made it so the toilet fit. They did a great job and had a great attitude. I will definitely use them again for any issues I have. Thanks Jose, Freddy and Alfredo.

I called Plumber 2 The Rescue yesterday to unclogged my bathroom sink, they showed up on time as they promised, and after they spent one hour working on the sink they advised me that they couldn't unclogged it and they need to break the wall to find and cut the pipe to run a longer cable for $850.00 but no guarantee the work was going to be successful it may require more work and as a result more money. I called another plumber for a second opinion he showed up today and in less than one hour he fixed the problem by running a 65 ft cable for $85.00 no need to break the wall. Just make me wonder why Plumber 2 The Rescue was trying to do???

This is the third time I have used Max for fixing my problems with plumbing.  He is fast and efficient and seems to be able to handle any problem, and if not, he tells you that he can't...A lot of companies just come in and charge you and then can't fix the problem...Not Max...Give him a call ...he is a local guy and we need to support our local people....I am very pleased with his work...

Five stars may possibly not be enough to express how much I appreciated Charlie's Rooter Service and their team member, Luis who so effectively helped us with a major and long-term kitchen drain blockage problem.  I called in the AM and two hours later, Luis was there to expertly access the issue and quickly make the requisite repairs with a smile and a thorough explanation of what the job required.

Excellent work and fantastic service! Alberto and crew came quickly to my kitchen sink crisis. Covid protocols followed, shows covered, cleaned up .. friendly and just good people.

I can truly say that it was so refreshing to find honest and committed people that have VERY fair pricing but also are honest and will get the job done. I had a backed up toilet and bathtub and it was a complicated job... Chris really cared about getting the job done right!!! They took their time until everything was done... they left the bathroom like new!! I've used a couple of different plumbers for my house and Rockstar is going to be my new go-to plumber.  They offer the right combination of professionalism without over-charging for services.  I called them on a Saturday morning about an issue with my outdoor hose bib (leak and bent copper line) and they were able to squeeze me in that day!  Josh showed up early for our appointment, quickly assessed the problem and let me know how he would fix the problem and how much it would cost.  He was able to get it all repaired within an hour.  Great first experience and I will definitely be using them in the future.   I would highly recommend them to anyone.

Would definitely call them first!.  Our toilet at our business started running and it needed to be fixed right away.  They were out within an hour and the prices were great!

Victor did a great job for us on our construction.  He not only did what he said he would, but he went above and beyond and did things that he knew would help for other aspects of our construction like putting in drains for our driveway we were having done, and removing the cheap house draining lines and replaced them with quality solid drain ones so roots wouldn't damage the line.

Hayk responded promptly and came out the next day to fix our leaking tub spout. He diagnosed the problem and repaired it quickly with parts he had in the truck. He was courteous and clear about the problem and solution. I'll definitely call him in the future.

This company did an excellent job & we highly recommended! We are having problems  to our bathroom,sink &  to washer room.
Mandel is the man! He responded in less than 5 minutes, I talk to him tell him about the problem & following day he come out & fix our problem..If we have a problem again we definitely call him again..

Their website is plastered with the assurance that it costs $35 for them to come out to the house.  The plumber who arrived said it was $140.  When I referred him to the website, he said
Oh, that must be our Chicago site.
Really. The one that says you're at Westwood and Olympic.
He had no answer.
In fact, he had no answer for a lot of things. Every time I asked him a question - especially one that showed I had a clue about plumbing - he simply ignored me.

As for my leak, he said my fixture was old and it would be nigh impossible to find a replacement stem to fix the leak. And then, even if he were to find one, it would cost another $140 for him just to show up again, plus parts and labor.

As soon as he was gone, I went down the street to the nearest hardware store, and replaced the stem myself.  No more leak.

EDIT: The owner, Brian, gave me a call in response to my review. He seemed genuinely distressed (as he should be) and told me his man plain and simply got it wrong about the travel fee.

What exceptional plumbers! We were unable to have our new washing machine installed due to the previous washer leads corroding onto the nozzles, and we were eager to have our old, broken washing machine replaced with our new one ASAP. We called on a Friday afternoon and were able to have someone come out first thing Saturday morning. Our plumbers were on-time, professional, knowledgeable, and kind. They were able to fix our issues right away, and they also gave us some great advice about our water heater! All in all, these guys will absolutely be our go-to plumbers going forward!

Woke up on Saturday morning hearing  a loud hissing sound.  Headed towards the water heater  located on the side of the house and a pool of water was forming around it!  After locating Z&H on Yelp!, based on their reviews I gave them a call.  Zorro was on this from the moment I called. Diagnosed the problem of a 15yr old water heater that was leaking 'a lot' of water at the bottom plus I text'd pictures. The water heater had to be replaced.  Within fours hours of making the call, they came and installed a new water heater.  Zorro always keep in contact throughout the day and his crew were fast, efficient, checked the water pressure in the house and cleaned up after the installation.  Highly recommend Zorro and his crew!

The Flood Brothers are very courteous, professional, ethical and fair in their pricing!  In this day in age where just to call someone to come out will cost you almost a $100 or more, the Flood Brothers will investigate and then give you an assessment and pricing once they find out what is wrong.  Giovanni, Mike and the team are great! They were very careful and clean when they were in my house.  They put painters plastic all over our kitchen cabinets, laid cardboard on the kitchen floor before erecting the ladder and brought in a bucket for the dirty water and debris.  They even took off their shoes since they ran out of booties for their shoes.  They made sure to explain all my options and provided great feedback on my emergency leak and how they would fix it.  I didn't think they would come out to the SVG since they are based out in Studio City but he said they will come out to most of Los Angeles.  Giovanni even recommended a GC to come by to quote me on the drywall repair for our ceiling due to our leak.  Great family owned business and great guys as well.  Definitely using them for my next plumbing emergency as well as recommending to all my friends and family.  Yelp came through for me again in finding the Flood Brothers!  Call them.  You won't be disappointed!

Thomas was wonderful and so quick to respond when our kitchen sink was backed up late Saturday afternoon -- just two days before we had to move! He resolved the issue in less than 30 minutes, was professional in his conduct, and was COVID-ready and wore a mask the whole time. Would recommend highly to anyone in the LA/Beach Cities area. Yet again, Broc swooped in and saved the day!  He came as soon as he was available, and got started working on my main line even before I realized he had shown up early in front of my house.  Such service.  He snaked my main line again, this time with a more serious blade, and was able to dislodge and remove a significant amount of tree roots blocking the pipe.  His prices are exceptional, and his reliability and determination make him indispensable.  I will continue to recommend him, and am grateful for his continued service.
