We kept hearing a drip when we flushed our upstairs toilet. Alberto was able to diagnose the problem over the phone and suggest that he fix the wax seal first and see if the dripping stopped. All other plumbers I talked to said that they would have to open the ceiling to figure out the problem. I appreciated that he was willing to attempt this fix first before having to open up our ceiling. Alberto was able to come the very next day after I called. The pricing was very reasonable. I will continue to call Saucedo plumbing in the future.

I called. Alberto answeredthe phone. Initially I thought I wouldn't be able to fit them into my day while it was still regular hours without an after hours charge, but I ended up being off work early, so I texted him, and he was over within an hour.

He snaked the bathroom sink drain quickly and cleanly, determined it was a hair clog (long hair - shocking!), and he left the property neat and clean.

We had to replace a shower valve. It required cutting into an interior wall to access the plumbing. Alberto and I communicated about the job, he gave me an estimate, and we set up a time. This is my second time using this service.
The main pipe going to my apartment was clogged under the ground. Tree roots were overgrown and clogged the pipe.
It was an urgent matter.
I called Alberto and left a message on a Sunday around dinner time.

I needed a reliable plumber who services the Culver City area to help replace a shower cartridge and faucet for a rental unit. I called Saucedo pluming this morning when I was unable to connect the gas line to a new stove/oven we purchased for our condo. I received a call back within 20 minutes and Alberto Saucedo and his associate were there in a couple of hours as promised. They hooked up my stove without problems and spent additional time helping place the unit back into the space which was a very challenging fit. Finally they adjusted the legs and added a spacer I had so it was level. I was so impressed by their amazing customer service that I will always use them for any future needs!

Nano and company are the most honest folks you will have the opportunity to work with on plumbing needs.
Honest, responsive, price appropriate and easy to communicate with are all traits that describe doing business with them, and only just begin to scratch the surface of items I really appreciate.
I would be remiss if I left out the technical skills Nano brings. His equipment is state of the art and he is just magical with how he handles a hydro-jetter !
The only way to go wrong on your next plumbing need would be to not give Saucedo Plumbing a shot at it !

Honestly, if you live in or anywhere near the west side in L.A. and you need a plumber, call Saucedo. Alberto is great guy and a hands-on owner who really knows his stuff. The price he quoted was more than fair (far less than I was quoted by one big plumbing company...you know the one), and the actual price ended up being on the low end. Also -- and this shouldn't be a big deal but of course it is -- they actually showed up exactly when they said they would! I know, crazy! Also unlike the bigger companies, they didn't try to upsell me whatsoever. Great company, great owner, great experience overall.

I called Saucedo Plumbing for problems with my pipe to the hot water heater. Alberto answered the call and within a few minutes, he had already arrived with his colleague. I had called other plumbing companies through Yelp that only allowed me to leave Voice Mail(VM). Alberto has an solution to avoid VM so you can speak to a live person.

Alberto provides very friendly service and easy to talk to. He gave me an estimate of the job and the job was done. I had taken a picture of the leak and uploaded the leaking pipe video to YouTube, so Alberto knew the problem before he came. Alberto had the replacement pipes in his truck for my hot water heater. Alberto did an excellent job, he finished so quickly, I barely had time to get my credit card. Now there is no leaking from the hot water pipe and everything is working GREAT!

I would definitely use Alberto(Saucedo Plumbing & Rooter) again for all my plumbing needs as my FIRST CHOICE!!

Called up Saucedo Plumbing in the morning and even though Alberto's schedule was already booked for the day, he made time to swing by the same day after all his other jobs were done to fix our kitchen plumbing issue. Without his help, we would not have been able to use our kitchen, dishwasher, washing machine, etc due to a back-up issue. Super friendly, great communication, and gets the job done. Alberto is AMAZING. I had another plumber quote on the same project -- relatively minor, fix bathroom leak (and ultimately replace bathroom faucet.) The other plumber quoted double what Alberto did.

Small projects like this are good ways to get a sense for how good the plumber is at estimating their work and if they are pricing things fairly. This is a straightforward project so I had a basic idea how much this type of project should cost and it was about what this ended up costing. Now, I completely trust him with other and bigger projects.

He gave me a fair price and his communications are excellent -- he told me exactly what was wrong with the facuet and how much to repair/replace and the actual amount did not exceed his quote.

He finished a job near my rental property and asked if he could come early. My tenants were thrilled.

He is for sure my go to plumber.

So my plumbing was clogged one fine Sunday and the usual remedies weren't working including snaking the cartoon drain with my consumer level tool. I reached out to the Yelplisted businesses and Saucedo plumbing messaged me back in 5 minutes with advice and asking to call him to discuss the problem.

After talking for a few minutes we basically decided that the main was clogged and the line needed to be cleaned out. A quote was made and I was even told a way to alleviate the problem and offered to wait for Monday for a cheaper service visit. I was surprised that this was even offered but my boss told me to get it fixed and I jumped! Lol.

Alberto came out and cleaned out the drain of some roots as discussed future options including periodic services versus a more permanent option including costs.

I have to say that this company exceeded my expectations for honestly, promptness and service. Will definitely be using them in the near future for my plumbing needs!

Saucedo Plumbing is absolutely fantastic! We just moved into our new home and poured a bunch of old milk into our sink and then realized it was completely clogged. We called Alberto on a Saturday and he thought it might just be a jammed garbage disposal and actually swung by our house to help unclog it since we didn't have the tool. We ended up needing to replace it, but he and his team were at our house first thing on Monday morning to help. They replaced our garbage disposal, fixed a leaky sink, and a running toilet extremely fast. They were very kind, courteous, and also followed all COVID protocol. I found them on Yelp, so realize the importance of these Yelp reviews. They will be our GO-TO plumber for everything in the future. Thank you!

Alberto has a pleasant, friendly disposition. He came round at relatively short notice and gave me a reasonable quote on fixing my dripping shower which was beginning to drive me nuts. We made an appointment, and he showed up on time when he said he would. His co-worker Adam did the actual job, and worked quietly and efficiently at my home for a few hours. Alberto returned and they completed the job together. He explained the job they had done, and they cleaned up nicely before leaving. They did a nice job installing my shower and were professional and courteous at all times. The price was exactly as quoted, and there was no nonsense or messing around. Needed quick service and Alberto delivered! I have never used a plumbing service but needed help immediately, I called several plumbing companies but none of them were able to come out same day. I thought because it was the end of the day, Saucedos would not be able to come out the same day either, I was wrong. Alberto answered, and said he could be at my place in 30 minutes. Professional and pleasant, I cannot say enough great things about these guys. When my master bathroom sink had a leak, they helped me to not only replace the p-trap, but to also complete a new bathroom vanity installation upgrade. Really happy and satisfied that I found Alberto. I had a wobbly toilet that had a broken seal. Called Alberto and texted him a few pictures of the situation. Quoted me some very reasonable prices depending on what he found after lifting the toilet. He came out within a few hours. He and one of his guys got to work and completed the job very well. Alberto wasted no time getting to work on my kitchen faucet and drain and bathroom sink drain and faucets. After completing the work he cleaned up. I have had plumbers leave a mess bigger than when they arrived...NOT ALBERTO!

Alberto cares about his work and ot shows. He would not leave until he fully snaked one of my drains! That extra care tells me it is more than money, he protects his reputation!

Had an emergency request to unclog a drain pipe, 1pm on new year's eve.
Albert saw my missed call and called back in about 10 minutes.
They promised to arrive within 2 hours and they arrived on time.
Albert & Pepe unclogged the drain in about 10 minutes after arriving.
They were very clean: wore shoe covers & wiped the sink after.
Price was $120.

Had an issue on a Sunday afternoon with my bathtub, water starting to flow in from the drain (yikes!). Put out a request for quotes here on Yelp, got a response from Saucedo Plumbing within 15 minutes.

They gave me a quote, but told me it'd be 3x cheaper to wait one day until Monday. So I scheduled them for 7 am Monday, they showed up right on time, fixed the problem in 15 minutes, I wrote up a check and boom, all done! Fast service, really nice guys.

We run a motel and a room bathroom sink got badly plugged. Plunger and short snake didn't help. Through yelp I chose Saucedo Plumbing because I felt they understood my issue and responded so fast. Within an hour the room sink was unplugged and back in business.
Cost was so reasonable too. He was done in minutes and also checked other rooms adjacent to it just to be sure.
From now on in emergency he will be my guy. I'm also recommending him to two other properties for emergencies.

Our sink started leaking beneath the counter every time we turned on the faucet making it so we couldn't use our kitchen sink. You can imagine how stressful that was during a pandemic with two small kids in the house. You're going to love Alberto and his crew. We were having some issues with the sump pump, and had been told by others that the engine was burnt out and needed a full replacement and line rooting.

Albert came to the rescue - literally same day, he and his crew were on-site, on time, professional and precise. He immediately diagnosed the issue, confirmed it with a few tests and adjusted the line - at no charge. (Turned out to be an electrical issue).

Let me tell you something - in my line of work I come across a variety of trades and handy people, from electrical and air to plumbing and security. There are hustlers and then there are guys who just get it done. Alberto isn't in the profession just to take a few bucks off you. He's in the profession to be a professional. I wholeheartedly endorse Alberto and Saucedo Plumbing and can promise you now when that sump pump is ready for replacement, he'll have my business.

Alberto is Awesome!! Going into the basement workshop to put some tools away late Friday afternoon, I noticed water spraying out of one of our copper water pipes that feeds the house. It was at a joint that made a 90 degree bend to go up inside a wall and was notched into a 2x12 beam that was almost impossible to reach. I called Alberto and he arrived within 20 minutes. Much to my relief he was able to get a torch in and undo the leaking pipe at the buried joint and replace it. He was in and out in less than an hour and his fee was quite fair. This is our 2nd experience and the first was just as awesome. He will be my first call for all plumbing needs - (assuming the rates remain reasonable).

Called Saucedo Plumbing And Rooter LLC due to a note that was left at my doorstep from Golden State Water Company earlier in the day. It said that I needed to check my property/appliances for any water leaks. Apparently they noticed a abnormal reading from my water usage. I called Saucedo Plumbing and Alberto (owner) spoke to about this note that was left. He came to my house in just a few hours and was able to crawl underneath the house and find exactly what it was. He came back out to explain to me what he found and what it would cost. He was very thorough and answered all my questions and put me at ease. He makes you feel comfortable about the repair and does a quick job. Would recommend to everyone!!!!!

They installed the rough-in plumbing and final fitting installation for our washer/dryer and kitchen sink faucets including the drinking water filtration system, garbage disposal, and water lines to the refrigerator/freezer for new construction. Alberto also came out several times in between the the rough-in and final fitting installation to give construction advise at NO CHARGE! I rarely ever take the time to write reviews but I was so pleased and impressed with Alberto's service, that I just had to write one! If you are looking for an honest guy who isn't trying to nickel and dime you, Alberto is your guy. He is highly professional and it is very clear that he cares about his work.

We had an emergency and ended up calling the first person we could get ahold of and that guy told us we had tree roots penetrating our pipes. He told us he couldn't snake out the roots and that we had to replace our sewer line and quoted me $15,000! Thank god we called Alberto and got a second opinion.

Alberto arrived on time, was respectful, quoted us a reasonable price and took the time to properly explain what was going on. He then proceeded to inspect our sewer lines with a camera, showing us all 4 blockages on the monitor. Not only was he patiently answering all of our questions but he also provided us with the camera footage! He then snaked out all of the roots and pulled them out to show us, something the other guy claimed was not possible. Alberto did not at any point force unnecessary work and for that we are extremely grateful.

There aren't many honest people in this business; we are lucky to have found Alberto. I highly recommend him and his company for any emergency situations or plumbing needs you may encounter!

Our experience with Saucedo Plumbing is more than likely the exact experience you are looking for. Our gas line was shut off and we needed immediate help. After calling several companies, Saucedo Plumbing was able to come to our house relatively quickly and ultimately did a fantastic job. Alberto was fast, courteous, clean, friendly and knowledgeable. What made the experience most satisfying was Saucedo's fair pricing and willingness to solve additional issues that were not part of the original service call (toilet, etc). We were quoted $1000 by a competing company and Saucedo charged under $200 for the same service. If you want competence, fairness and honesty....hire Saucedo Plumbing. They have gained a customer for life.

So happy I found this plumbing gem! I had a couple of bidet seats that I needed help installing, as well as a few shower issues. I reached out to Alberto thru Yelp, explained what I needed done, and he gave me a great quote and scheduled time the following day. On the day of, he gave me a call, let me know that he could actually stop by a little early, and arrived right on time. He and his partner were super professional. When they stepped into my house they already had shoe covers in hand! They immediately got to work, with a mat to cover the ground, and then carefully wipe down everything they finished working on.

We had an issue with kitchen faucet. Alberto responded my Yelp request very quickly and was able to work around my schedule. He showed up on time and replaced the faucet very quickly. He was very nice and he even took our old ones. Highly recommend to Culver City residents!

When our old garbage disposal unit broke down, we knew we needed to install a new one immediately. Alberto came to our home on very short notice and installed a new unit promptly and affordably. Alberto is great, professional, knows what he's doing and nice. I called him up because i thought my toilet was backed up but he knew immediately this was something deeper. Same day he scoped out the pipes with a camera and blockage detectors and saw the pipes had to be replaced because of root damage (pic shows the blockage). They worked hard to clear the water to see exactly where the the roots were blocking, which was great because they found they didn't have to break any of the concrete sidewalk. He showed me his work every step of the way. Also, he is punctual, if he says 9 he''s there and ready to work at 9.

I needed a fast response plumber to unclog my toilet. Alberto replied within a couple of minutes on Yelp and gave me a fair quote. He came to my house within the timeframe he gave me and quickly unclogged the toilet. If you want fast and friendly service I would recommend Saucedo Plumbing & Rooter

Our water heater went out on a Saturday night. We tried the landlord and he had us go first with the gas company. Turns out they came quickly because we reported smelling gas. Props to SoCal gas for being fast and wearing masks and gloves. They tried repairing but ultimately said the thermocouple needed replacing and suggested calling a plumber. Our landlord's preferred plumber doesn't do weekend calls, so we reached out to city plumbing on yelp and selected the auto-multi-bid function, which also prompted a message from Saucedo Plumbing right away. The owner Alberto quoted a fixed price for Sunday work, came out within an hour, and when he couldn't fix it that day because we needed a special part, he didn't charge me for the visit and said would come back the next day after getting the part, but agreed to keep the price fixed at same initial quote even though he was having to order a new part special delivery from OC. Monday they got the part and came over safely suited up in masks and gloves and got the pilot light back on in minutes. I cut a check for the first quoted price, they were on their way, my wife had a hot shower, and we were back to life :) We couldn't be happier with the service, pricing, and attitude of Saucedo plumbing. Honest people, doing great work, at a fair price! What more can you ask for!!!

Excellent work and work ethic from Saucedo plumbing. He and his assistant installed a new tankless water heater and fixed a broken drain in less than a day. He even printed out the rebate for me! He is very knowledgeable about plumbing and is a hard worker.

I found Mr. Saucedo through a friend who had used his services snaking his mainline drain. I had purchased a washing machine but had no one to install it for me. I contacted Alberto & he quoted me a fair price. He arrived with an assistant on time & proceeded to get to work. He is professional, knowledgeable and courteous. I also had a sink that was backed up and he said no problem and snaked it clearing the stoppage with no mess or fuss. It was a pleasure doing business with an honest person.
