I met with the gentleman and at first wasn't sure who to go with had few other companies gave me estimates one actually a little cheaper but the way the guys at A&O responded to my needs and the urgency of my situation Let me say the professionalism was impeccable very glad I chose them even though I may have paid just a little more definitely worth every penny just the comfort and convenience knowing I don't have to get it done again is why I will be calling them up for my next project in our home I highly recommend these people they left my house looking better than when they came in my hat's off to those young men

This is our local plumber.  We have had to call a few times for various issues.  Service is always prompt, efficient and reasonably priced.  Brian is great and always provides good advice and exceptional expertise.  He has solved our leaking roof problem, a couple of leaking faucets and resolved plumbing issues left by bad renovations.  Thanks.

Called them regarding a home heating system installed several years ago.  It was not running properly.  They came quickly, were very pleasant to work with, and competently analyzed and repaired the problem.  The bill was reasonable too.

I can't say enough good things about Ventura Plumbing.   My wife and I were looking for a honest and upright professional whose business model is not based on up charging customers for general plumbing/heating services or getting us to sign up for VIP plumbing subscription services.  We wanted a smaller local company that did not route our calls from department to department.  They were punctual, professional and polite throughout the process.   The service technician discovered a faulty valve when completing the annual servicing of our water heater.  We had also used them to unclog our kitchen sink and investigate a small leak in our living room.   They were able to make an accurate diagnosis of our plumbing issues which were quickly resolved within a 24 hour time period and at a reasonable price.  I fully intend to use them for plumbing and heating services in the future.  If you are looking for a trust worthy plumber/heating service professional, look no further than Ventura.

Our building has used Hlad a few times, so we called them when our radiator wasn't working.  Joe came in and said that it needed a huge valve that wouldn't have allowed for the radiator cover to fit, or a small valve that would heat the place, but not get as hot as it could get.  We went with the smaller valve and paid him $200. The radiator was still stone cold, so we called another plumber.  These guys figured out that our boiler was running at 66%, which was low for such a small boiler, so they adjusted that, and then they replaced the value with a slightly bigger valve, but we were still able to cover the radiator. We paid another $200. The reason I am posting is not because Joe didn't check the boiler, which he probably should have, but because the second plumbers literally cracked up when they saw the valve that Joe had used.  They asked if they could take a photo of it for a Plumber's blog they are on where they post funny pictures of crappy plumbing work.  They said it was a water valve, not meant for a radiator.  I called Joe because I wanted a refund. He said he had to get paid for his time. I told him about the water valve and he said it could be used for either.  All I know is now we are getting heat, so we threw $200 away and Hlad Plumbing is $200 richer for no reason. I would recommend avoiding these plumbers.

There plumber fixed my toilet fast when I decided to use this company. He also showed up fast and he did not charge me much at all. He was very nice and very professional. If you need a plumber you found the best.

I had a leak under the kitchen faucet. After leaving message, he followed up with 3 phone calls (others have yet to call me). Then he walks me through to see if I can fix myself. All fixed up in less than 10 minutes and for free. This is a great story. It was a great service. I will definitely use him again and totally recommend in just one encounter. Thanks Willy!

Review 1: Aziz fixed my urgent AC problem quickly.  He was professional and courteous and cleaned up after he was done.  The cost was on par with what other companies charge for emergency service, however I would have to wait three to four days for others to come out to fix the problem. Aziz came to my home after 6 pm the day I called and worked until about 7:30 pm.  
Review 2: Bart came to my home last year to fix a broken hose bib on the concrete wall of the walk-out basement.  I had put this project off for many years as all of the other companies that came out to provide estimates said the concrete wall would need to be opened and the cost was over $1000! Bart fixed the hose bib WITHOUT opening the concrete and did it for $475! THIS is why I am a repeat Five Star customer.  Bart is an honest guy and the folks who work for him are truly nice, professional, hardworking people.

I have been dealing with Joe for over 30 years, ever since I was the Facilities Officer of the Ridgewood Savings Bank. Wealways call Joe and his for partner Darrin for ALL of our plumbing needs. Now that I am retired from the bank I still call him for my personal plumbing needs

These guys are terrific...I had a l leak in my upstairs bathroom that  was flooding the coat closet below it. It went on for days and  i had a number of big outfits in to  take a look and got nowhere with any of them. One tried to convince me that I needed to swap out all my pipes at a cost of over 7k...have these guys no decency?..,.Finally got a recommendation to try Zeek plumbing Jason from Zeek came on time and got right to work .He  cheerfully and accurately was able to quickly ascertain where my leak was coming from and then fix it completely in no time at all and at an extremely fair price. I can't say enough positive things about these guys .. thank you Zeek !!

I am very pleased with the work done by Manneh Plumbing.  He quoted the same price he charged with NO extras added on like some other plumbers do.  Plus he explained how things get stuck in drain pipes and clog.  He was very thorough and a super nice guy.  I will use him again even if I have to wait.   I've had a lot of repairs the last year and this was the best service man I've had to my home!  He's a small businessman with exceptional service and fair prices!  I highly recommend calling him if you need a plumber.

Have used this company for 12 years. So disappointed in them.  Had washer drain come off the main.  Cox plumber spent a long time working on this job.  I went downstairs to see if they needed anything only to find the pipes were now outside the wall. Not back to the way it was.  Ridiculous.  Plumber used a lazy, cheap shortcut which was wrong.  When I complained,  the owner, Jimmy, came to see it. He said nothing wrong with the pipes being outside the wall.  I wonder how many homeowners have their water pipes displayed outside of Sheetrock in finished laundry room - anybody?  Cox sent another plumber to put all right- which it is now.  
Bottom line: lousy, shortcut work and then charged me double plus $$ of the price to make it right.  Sadly, they lost a good customer.  I'm still pissed.  I paid for stupid plumber 1 mistake.

The owner and his team helped us avoid a huge flood in our basement apartment. The team showed up at 3am and stayed until the job was done. Highly recommend their services!!

Their driver (whomever it is that drives a Porsche with the company information detailed on the side of the car) is completely reckless. His driving was so dangerous that I took the time to look this company up. Just this past Wednesday afternoon he was weaving in and out of city traffic and creating his own lane with the vehicle. I do not know what kind of company would have such a volatile driver representing their brand, but alas I can only speak to the taking behaviors and aggressiveness of this individual. However, since he is a representative of their brand, I personally would not seek their professional (plumbing) services.
