I met with the gentleman and at first wasn't sure who to go with had few other companies gave me estimates one actually a little cheaper but the way the guys at A&O responded to my needs and the urgency of my situation Let me say the professionalism was impeccable very glad I chose them even though I may have paid just a little more definitely worth every penny just the comfort and convenience knowing I don't have to get it done again is why I will be calling them up for my next project in our home I highly recommend these people they left my house looking better than when they came in my hat's off to those young men

Carmine put in a water heater a year ago,  now called them back to replace our boiler. Jim, his son, called me back a few days later...and 2 pots of espresso later our boiler is in! Jim and his team stayed on site over 12 hours making sure everything worked & new boiler fired up ! Great people , they take pride in what they do and they do it well ! My real estate broker recommended them - they use Ventura a lot for Port Washington and Manhasset work.  They helped us twice - once I needed a service Ventura didn't perform -  they actually took the time to discuss it with me, double check the answer and call me back with the referral, who was very reasonably priced and helped us out in time to respond to our buyer's question.  It seemed awfully nice for a job they were not going to make any money., as it took them a few calls and they were very patient and made sure they had the right answer (another plumber I had called told me the wrong thing.). Then just today, I ran into an issue before our walk through and called them up for an emergency.  They were able to fit me in on the same day, charged a very reasonable price, did the work very well (I thought they would have to cut into my house siding and they did not - it was done very neatly) and quickly. Whoever the woman is who answers calls is very pleasant to deal with and just seems very bright and helpful.  The plumber Jose also was very pleasant to deal with.

2 men know their business.  Had bathroom pipe problem, knew exactly what to do. Cleaned up after job and oh yea very good character. Down to earth.

Zeek Plumbing really helped our family out in a time crunch situation. We woke up one morning to no hot water. We are a family of 5 and in the middle of the summer, showers are a must! We called a couple places, including the big home improvement chains and another local place. Zeek's guys made a point to ask when I would be available to come out - they came the same day I called. Once there, they tested the hot water heater and explained to me what was wrong, and was able to answer my questions in regard to the internet research I had done while I had waited. They then quoted us on a great quality replacement with up to code fittings, which our old one did not have. We scheduled the replacement and they were in and out in no time. I cannot say enough about how professional and competitively priced they were. I am now waiting to get the green light from my husband to start a re-do on our bathroom, because I know FOR SURE I will be using ZEEK Plumbing soup to nuts!

If you want an honest plumber, please call Jim Seaman.  Previous plumber installed my Navien incorrectly.  I called (10) ten different plumbers, all them which wanted $200 just to come out for an estimate or gave me a ridiculous number to redo the piping.  I found Jim Seaman on the Navien website, called him up and he came the following weekend to take a look at my problem, no charge.  He assured me that the boiler was safe to use for the time being, whereas the other plumbers on the phone said it was not safe to use (without even coming to see it), and that it would blow up.  Jim came the following weekend and fixed everything within half a day; re-piped  boiler, diagnosed and repaired improper wiring to the boiler, new circulation pump, bled all radiators, installed hose bib and fixed basket strainer for kitchen sink.  I love these guys and will be using them for any other plumbing work in the future.

I am very pleased with the work done by Manneh Plumbing.  He quoted the same price he charged with NO extras added on like some other plumbers do.  Plus he explained how things get stuck in drain pipes and clog.  He was very thorough and a super nice guy.  I will use him again even if I have to wait.   I've had a lot of repairs the last year and this was the best service man I've had to my home!  He's a small businessman with exceptional service and fair prices!  I highly recommend calling him if you need a plumber.

well ill tell you this much Harlem's Handyman really is a hand man he took a little long and i was late for a meeting but some people might find that as a good trait. he was professional with everything that he did. only issue was the time. like i said if you have all day he's definitely your guy .

Complete steam boiler replacement. I called three local companies for estimates, Cox was the only one to not only call back promptly, but he (Jimmy the owner), inventoried and sized the radiators. Another company I called just proposed a like-for-like replacement of the boiler and didn't walk through the house. More on that later.  

After I agreed to the written estimate, which layed out everything that was included, they were onsite in a few days.

The crew showed up on time, were quick and efficient, and unbelievably neat. Especially as they were removing a lot of cast iron and piping.
As they were working on the water and gas, they kept us informed of what would be off and for how long, which was not very long at all.

After the installation was complete (about 12 hours total over two days), their full explanation of what to do to monitor it was clear and very understandable. They even painted all the new plumbing so there was no raw piping.

Now for the boiler and why a like-for-like replacement was not a good approach. Steam boilers will never be more than 82% efficient which is about what the old one was. The difference in the new boiler, different manufacturer, is it runs for much shorter durations than the old one. The house still heats up as well, but with fewer firings of the boiler. I expect this to be a real savings in gas this winter.

All in, I'm very satisfied with the quality, speed, and professionalism of the work, and the hardware they installed. Highly recommend.

I called M&T Plumbing for a boiler issue.  Before they arrived, I figured out the problem and called the office to cancel.  I guess the office did not communicate this to the plumber and he showed up anyway.  I told him we didn't need him anymore, and he left.  M&T then sent a bill for over $700 claiming that they did a full system check-up.  I mean really?  Who does that?  Now they are threatening to sue me if I don't pay.

Beware of this company, they are a bunch of scammers!
