Willie came to our facility and was quick to reassure us he had it handled. I have never had a company and friendly and was extremely reasonable with their estimate. Fortunately we did not have a gas leak however, any plumbing needs I have in the future I will be certain to call Willie!!

After calling on a local handyman and a large plumbing company, I was surprised when they both failed to address the blockage causing my toilet water to backup into my bathtub. The plumbing company suggested I call a rooter company willing to go beneath my home and clear the blockage with a large snake. I immediately looked up several plumbers on HomeAdvisor, unfortunately none were either willing to go beneath my home or owned the proper sized snake/rooter to address the blockage. By default, I ended up searching for a plumber on Yelp, and came across Andy's stellar reviews. I gave him a call and he responded quickly. After explaining my issue, he assured me he'd dealt with this type of situation before and after providing a very reasonable quote, he scheduled me for the very next day. Andy is a one man gang, and arrived at my address with his own company van, which was loaded with everything a large plumbing company might possess, plus more! Andy didn't waste any time getting right to work, he's a busy man as evidenced by his phone constantly ringing with new business. Once this seasoned plumber got under my house, he was able to maneuver the huge drain cleaning snake into the clogged pipe and attempt to clear the blockage. It turns out it was a pretty good sized object that was impeding the water flow into the sewage pipe. Andy made sure to take his time, and be very deliberate while clearing the pipe, which I appreciated knowing he had a slew of other appointments he needed to attend to. Once the problem was resolved, Andy cleaned up the surrounding area and left it as spotless as it was when he arrived. I should've just called Andy and his keen expertise of plumbing from the beginning, problem solved in just 45 minutes! Best money I've ever spent on an issue I wasn't so sure there was going to be an easy solution , after having several others pass on the job. If you're a homeowner, and you want a quick, easy, affordable solution to your plumbing needs, then consider yourself jackpot lucky once Andy the plumber takes care of business!

I had a sink hose that was leaking and Maffryn Martinez came and put on the replacement with no fuss. He was on time, quick, efficient, courteous, and attentive. I've used his crew in the past for larger scale plumbing issues and have never been disappointed. I will gladly call upon Maffryn and Adeedo for all future plumbing issues going forward!

Fast, reliable, and honest! My water heater broke and they came out within an hour of my call, and replaced my water heater with a new one on the same day! Marty was my Plumber and he was great, he showed up on time explained everything thoroughly and worked clean and fast! I would definitely recommend these guys to friends and neighbors!

Very happy with my experience with Water Heater Pros.  They instill a high degree of confidence in their ability to quickly and efficiently remedy a broken Noritz tankless water heater.

I have a family of 4, and we suddenly find no hot water late on a Thursday afternoon.  I contacted Noritz who provided 3 referrals to trained repair services.  

Of the 3, Water Heater Pros was the only one that answered my call (just after 5 pm) and arranged for an onsite assessment Friday afternoon.

Was further pleasantly surprised when Ryan had called me on Friday morning to see if he could arrive early, which I quickly agreed to.

When Ryan and Adrian arrived, both very pleasant and professional, they quickly assessed the problem and contacted Noritz for all parts affected, and had it shipped to my home address as the most efficient plan to avoid having to pick up the parts from their office.

Parts arrived over the weekend, and Ryan and Adrian came over on Monday afternoon, and within about 1 1/2 hours, we had hot water again.

From their preliminary assessment (with Jose), to the onsite assessment, to the actual repair (Ryan and Adrian), they were consistent in their information, pricing and time-frames, and cleaned up the area after the repair was complete (including recycling the boxes that the parts arrived in)!  Would be very happy if all repair services were just like this.

Needless to say, we will absolutely be calling them for all of our future water heater maintenance and service needs.

Asked a technician to come out on short notice. He showed up at the tail end of the two-hour window, but walked in, diagnosed the valve issue immediately, fixed it, and said No Charge. We've used this company before and so are regular customers, but that's the kind of thing he didn't have to do. So they can expect my next call as well, for sure.

Has a leakage from ceiling. But glad they come for the rescue.

I needed someone to help me install 4 bathroom faucets immediately! Ralph and Carlos came in immediately after I called. They worked together and did a wonderful Job and not to mentioned, their price was beyond realistic! Really happy with their service and I would recommend anyone trying them out! I would definitely call them again from my plumbing needs! 5 stars just isn't enough for them.

We had a backup in the bathroom  toilet the plumber came out very quickly give us a great price for the work and took care of business very fast. He was very informative about what he had to do and what was the problem. I'm very happy with the level of service that PM Plumbing provides. I have had to have Plumbing Dudes come out twice in two weeks for two different reasons. My regular long time plumber is retiring and I found Plumbing Dudes on the Internet.  They were great both times! Christian came the first time and put in a new sink fixture for me and put in new drain lines that I did not realize I needed until he showed me the condition they were in.  Then today, I met the owner Arman who was so fast and efficient and friendly. He was in and out in 10 minutes. Arman was very generous too! Both men were polite, professional, neat and so kind. I have a new plumbing company and will tell all my friends about them too. By the way the prices are very competitive. Thank you Plumbing Dudes!

Had another issue and Steve helped out again. Communication was good especially considering it wasn't the easiest situation on my end, and the pricing was fair.

Awesome service - contacted me within minutes of posting a job on Yelp quite late one evening and arrived an hour later. He was super friendly, diligent, and efficient. He even went above and beyond quickly fixing an additional issue we had with another part of the home's plumbing. Would definitely recommend.

The Yelpers are right on about George.  Super nice, knowledgeable and get ready, honest.  Really.  He had already come over to fix an issue with our water heater and we liked him.  So we called him on a Sunday to fix a sink that apparently had a clog that caused water from the floor above to overflow into our sink in the bathroom on the lower floor.  We told him it was no emergency and he came by the next day and they snaked the sink and voila', clog is gone.  For all the time he spent with us, the price was unbeatable.  Go with this company for your plumbing needs.  George, the owner, will keep you happy and dry.

I very seldom write reviews of services, but I felt that I must, in light of the professional service that I received from Plumbing Boys.  

I was looking after my daughter's home last week, while she was out of town.  A toilet had backed up, creating a nauseating odour.  I had three plumbing companies come out, all of whom were listed in Yelp in Los Angeles.  The first one told me that the repair bill would be $12,000.  The second one told me that the repair job would likely come in between $3,000-$4,000.  The last one, was Reyus, from the Plumbing Boys, who assessed the situation and told me that he could repair it immediately for, get this, $250!!!  

Not only was Reyus incredibly honest, but he was a very personable and first-class person with whom to deal.  I was so impressed with Reyus, that I called his manager, Tony, to compliment him on having such an incredible representative for his company.  

So, if you are looking for a professional company to provide honest and reasonable prices, I would strongly encourage you to meet with the great people from the Plumbing boys.

I have used Jorge and his crew for several jobs now. The first job was for a clogged laundry drain and few leaky faucets in the house. Next, I had a broken water heater thermocouple - the safety device that keeps the flame lit. They came out on a Sunday and fixed it but advised I start looking for a new water heater. They were right. A few months later my water heater broke and I had them install a tankless water heater.
For each job I checked prices and they were always the lowest or near the lowest. They were fast, efficient, clean, and low priced. Highly recommended.

David gave me a quote through the messages just asked for a couple pictures and gave a quote which was a smooth process. Other companies wanted to come out for a estimate and charge to come out. Basically just wanted to replace my toliet and faucet and couldn't go off photos. We set up for a Saturday 10-11am he called Saturday around 9am and said he can be here by 930-10 I said sure he and Eric showed up at 920 and they were gone by 1050am. They took the old toilet and sink and all the trash and boxes with them. Really appreciate that. David and Eric did a great clean job. They showed up introduced themselves got to work and had some good conversations so yes I highly recommend David rooter I already have the contact info saved for future. reading though these reviews I see they do emergency late night jobs so definitely saving the company info. Thank you again.

Thank you Waterworks Plumbing for saving my home!!! I can't say enough about how good these plumbers are.  I woke up to a disaster... It was literally raining in my home theater.  Me and my husband panicked.  We called Waterworks and they showed up right away. The plumber was so professional and knowledgable.  He found a leak from my upstairs bathroom, and fixed the problem.  I would have expected to pay a high price for emergency service, but no.... The price was very reasonable.  I would highly recommend them to anyone who needs a good plumber!

I wish I could give 10 stars. Richard and Kevin showed up within an hour or two of calling them today with our emergency. We somehow managed to flush an iphone down the toilet and other places were quoting us $200+ and we would have to wait hours. Luckily, Richard and his crew saved the day and gave us an incredible price. They were helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable. Would recommend to anyone who needs a plumbing solution!
