I called Tip Top drain pros after reading the great reviews on yelp because i had old galvanized water lines underneath my crawl space that had completely burst due to old age. Marc came out within 30 min and shut the water off for me and gave me a couple of options on how to fix this mess I had.  I went with his recommendation to do a full repipe with new copper lines.   His price was beyond fair and he kept his promise on completing the job in 2 days. His crew was very polite and I will definitely be calling Tip top drain pros for any future plumbing problems I run into in the future! Thanks guys

I called two plumbers. The first one identified FIVE items that needed repair and quoted me at $2875 for it all.

So I tried Andy, and I'm so glad I did. He informed me there was only ONE problem that needed to be fixed for just $250! Now that's honesty. Less than 10 times the price of his competitor.

Andy and his employee were nice, they were in and out quick, and they got the job done right.

Adele took over the business of our former heating/cooling company. The previous company was a pretty good 4-5 star company. Adee is a definite downgrade. The first thing they did was put us on a totally useless maintenance contract. Nothing they've done since is under that contract. So we pay per year AND per visit! A couple of months ago they replaced our water heater. This did not pass inspection and they have been completely non-responsive to our calls to fix it! ADEE DON'T. Avoid. Stick with your local neighborhood vendors. They're much more reliable, responsive and appreciative. In hindsight when Adee bought our local vendor out we should have just found a new local vendor.

Fast, reliable, and honest! My water heater broke and they came out within an hour of my call, and replaced my water heater with a new one on the same day! Marty was my Plumber and he was great, he showed up on time explained everything thoroughly and worked clean and fast! I would definitely recommend these guys to friends and neighbors!

The best ever!  I called and Ryan came the next day, knew exactly what was wrong immediately, he was able to service my working water heater and replaced the broken one the next day.  So polite and friendly, expert repair.  Highly recommend!

So happy that I called Lords of Plumbing! When your ceiling is leaking from your upstairs toilet, you want that handled ASAP! I called and Hiracio came out within an hour. He was very professional, figured out the problem, fixed it quickly, and the price was incredibly reasonable! I will always call Lords of Plumbing for any future plumbing needs!

Oscar was timely,  thorough, and professional. He did a great job fixing my plumbing problems and educating me about the process.  

They loosened my tub faucet and said they would come back to fix it the next day but did not return the next day. That was disappointing, but they did get it taken care of that third day when I called in about it. All ended well.

Carlos came by today and he was great he fixed everything we needed. Fast and efficient very nice guy highly recommend it

PM Plumbing repaired several minor issues that had accumulated in my home.  Leaking tub faucet, running toilet, two sink faucet replacements, ice maker repair  and garbage disposal repair.  The plumber was professional and friendly and got the work done quickly at a reasonable rate.

Called Plumbing Dudes about a garbage disposer disconnecting from a sink and a dishwasher air vent leaking water. They had a technician out first thing the following day, and he was great! Fixed all the problems quickly and efficiently and the price was fair. Will definitely be calling them up again!

Highly recommend! I live in Pasadena and all these homes are old and have old cast iron plumbing. Nick was amazing! I really appreciate how much care he took to use the right tools for the job so the lines were cleared without damage. Was able to identify where the problems were and fix things promptly! I found him by asking my neighbor for contacts and he highly recommended and said he'd used multiple times. I thought the service and the price were excellent! Will definitely be calling him again for maintenance and when I'm ready to upgrade.

Do not call this plumber he is a rip off.  He did the work but the next day this happened, which means he just pushed the clot further inside.

George is great - we have had consistent problems with our plumbing since we moved into our new place, and he has been a lifesaver.  He is always available - nights and weekends - and is incredibly responsive, which has been key as our plumbing tends to give out in the most inopportune of times.  Also, George is just a nice guy - he has a positive attitude and always is eager and happy to help.  He is someone we would definitely trust in our home and we will continue to use his services (although hopefully not too often). :)

Arnold was friendly and quickly fixed our clog, even though it took a longer than usual snake. He left the place cleaner than when he came.

We have had to use them several times and have always been pleased.

I was slightly frustrated with my home warranty company, so wanted to find an alternative to finding someone to fix my clogged garbage disposal. I put out a general message on Yelp and pretty much instantly, Jorge replied back with a scheduled list of availability. I had a couple of questions and before I know it, I had someone at my door 30mins later. My garbage disposal was declogged and the price was better than the service fee charged by my warranty company. I loved that I was able to get service the same day and within the hour. The bonus is, I was shown what I can do should the same issue occur again in the future. I was told they do a lot of other services as well, and will certainly have their number handy for future needs.

We were having issues with our kitchen sink and we contacted David. He responded right away. He came to our house and gave a free estimate. We set up an appointment with him. David fixed our sink and did it in a timely manner. He did a great job and at a great rate. Will be definitely contacting him for any other plumbing needs. We highly recommend David. I'm going to tell my friends and family about him. Very pleased with his services. Thank you David!

Very responsive! Sigal is always on top of things when it comes to scheduling and follow ups. Avi is very accommodating and professional. He knew exactly what to do unlike the other plumbers I had to assess. Estimate is very fair. Highly recommended!

Matt came out and gave a quote to replace our water heater.  They are not the cheapest but are in a reasonable range.  Matt did a great job explaining options, and while many of the others were just trying to low ball a price to get in the door,  I learned that their prices would get nickled and dimed up close to what Matt's price was from the start.  Matt was up front and honest and pricing was all in.  

Install was great and he's a super nice guy, I'd highly recommend.
