We had a great experience with this company. From the first greeting on the phone, which was friendly and personable to meeting with Willie who came to our home. Willie was polite, extremely knowledgeable and courteous. This company is one I would definitely recommend to friends and family.

Andy was able to respond to our call to investigate a gas leak on the same day.  He briefed us on his plan to determine the scope of the problem, informing us they can be hard to trace in older buildings.  He also took care to explain the process he would use to narrow down the possible sources as not to have to do destructive searches unnecessarily.  

Andy and his partner Manny worked through a number of gas leak issues and addressed our issue on a reasonable schedule.  The cost was moderate, but given the gas company's feedback that the work was done well, we felt good about the outcome.

I have had this company out twice. They are always kind, efficient, trustworthy and professional. They even have amazing deals. Save yourself the hassle and call them. For real!!

Chris from Rocket Plumbing did outstanding work. We initially got an estimate from another plumbing co. to fix a shower/tub diverter for $1800 that would have required cutting a whole in the wall behind the shower.
Got a second opinion from Chris at Rocket Plumbing. He was able to replace the diverter unit, no cutting for a total of $315. Great job. Very trustworthy. Highly recommend.

Excellent level of service.  I was lucky to find these guys.  We came home with a newborn to no hot water. After explaining my situation he rushed over and had us back up the same day with a new water heater. Very professional and good price.  It's nice to see people still willing to go the extra mile for the customer. Can't stress enough how much I recommend them.

I usually do minor work at my place, but the main shutoff was leaking. I didn't want the chance of messing things further. So, I called in the professionals. Lords of Plumbing came right on time and was reasonably priced compared to the last two plumbers I called. They even knew that galvanized plumbing did not go well with copper and correctly replaced it. So, I would definitely call them again!

Great works guys! Thank you so much for coming on a short notice. My tenant sent me a photo of the ceiling with a puddle dripping down. 3 guys showed up and quickly accessed the situation, they advised me of the holes they needed to make before they started anything. Once confirmed they quickly found the problem, sent me an estimate and said they would come back in the morning and get started if I wanted. They sent me lots of photos and showed me exactly what the issue was. They are not pushy in any way and they were great at not getting the tenant upset in any way with their work. I highly recommend them and will use them again!

Recently our sink began to back up and not drain. We figured it required a simple snaking and found Hard Hat on Yelp. Called in the morning and they were able to have someone come out the same day. Turns out our drainage issues were not so simple, however the tech didn't give up (all the while attempting to be quiet as to not wake my napping toddler). He snaked the drain several times and even went under the house to check the pipes, taking video so I could see any problem areas. Finally the drain was clear and I was only charged the original drain clearing fee. They even called me later that day to help me with an unrelated air conditioning issue. Great, fast and efficient service. I'd definitely call them for future plumbing issues.

We had a backup in the bathroom  toilet the plumber came out very quickly give us a great price for the work and took care of business very fast. He was very informative about what he had to do and what was the problem. I'm very happy with the level of service that PM Plumbing provides. For any future work that will be needed to be done they are the first ones I will call. If you need someone to help you with your plumbing needs I highly recommend PM Plumbing .

I was hesitant about this company because of the lack of Yelp reviews.  But I'm glad I gave them a chance.  Plumbing Dudes are great!

I had another plumber that left the job half way through, leaving behind an open ditch in my backyard. It was a frustrating situation.  I immediately called Plumbing Dudes and they came out right away to finish the job. Reyes showed up on time and did an excellent job with the pipe replacement.  I had a major water leak underneath a concrete walkway and the pipe was not easy to get to.  But Reyes and his crew took their time and made sure the job was done properly. I'm very happy with the service. Thank you for the great work!

Great experience from start to finish. I was able to quickly set up a time for a visit through the Yelp messaging system. They provided me a two hour window and said they would call before arriving.

The day of the appointment I got a call from Nick (NP) saying he was 15 minutes away and arrived exactly when he said he would.  I appreciate that he arrived with his mask on for COVID safety. He also removed his shoes before entering the house. He didn't have to, but it was very considerate.

I had two bathroom issues. One was a loose toilet and was worried about possible larger issues. Nick assessed that it just needed tightening. The second issue was replacing a trap under the sink that wasn't up to code. Stopper and pipes got replaced all for a very reasonable price. Nick made sure everything was working properly. Clean work.

I plan on having a kitchen faucet replaced with Free Flo in the very near future.

Jaime did a good job taking care of my mom's gas dryer vent.  He explained what he was going to do and even showed me the lint that came out of the vent.  (Gross!  So much came out!). I appreciated Jaime showing me what my mom needed to get done.

We have had AA Twin Brothers Plumbing out to our business 3 times now with emergency type issues where we needed an immediate response.  They were able to come out and immediately fix the problems that we have encountered.  The gentlemen that work for this company are always professional, friendly and kind.  They have won us over as a permanent customer!  I highly recommend them!

Highly recommend Wester Rooter & Pluming. I used to do basic plumbing service every 2 years with this company. This is the first time to replace the pipe.

Really appreciate their hardworking with professionals especially during this tough 2020. They use pipe bursting tech replace my 60+ years old pipes only in 1 day. And cleaned my front yard back to the original look. Definitely will be returning to this company with any plumbing service needs in the future. Good Service

Called them on Thursday, had a backed up shower and toilet, advised it was probably my main line and they would see about getting someone out to me the next day. Josh called me Friday and came around 1:30pm, found the main line, snaked it (clogged with roots) and was done before 2:30pm. He was quick and cleaned up after himself all while being polite and courteous. I will definitely be using them again to find the root of the pipe clog (pun intended). 5 stars.

My 93 year old mother's fifteen year old water heater died on 12-30-22. On 1-1-23 at 5 p.m. I was furiously calling plumbers-- finally the ninth plumber, Properly Done Rooter (Jorge) answered the phone on the holiday and said he would come the next day! Jorge was early, and very nice, very efficient, calm, knew exactly what he was doing and installed a new gas water heater in a short 40 minutes. He cleaned up afterwards and took the old water heater away for free! Other plumbers finally got back to me the following day and gave me pricing much higher then Jorge's price.  So hard to find an honest reliable and reasonably priced plumber or contractor these days. From now on, I will only call Properly Done Rooter for my family's plumbing needs.

David Rooter did an amazing job. I had a corroded drain pipe and my washing machine was overflowing. I contacted David today, he replied super quickly, came out that afternoon with his partner to take a look at my problem, and they fixed it the same day for a price significantly lower than what other companies were charging. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!! David Rooter will be my go to plumber for eternity. Really stellar work, honest, great prices, and an all-around great service.
