Just had Cesar come out from Tip Top and help out on a water line emergency. Within a little bit of time, Cesar came from the other side of town, analyzed the problem and immediately went into work. Kept me updated on the process along the way and was a true pro. Water line bursts are something no home owner ever wants to go through but Cesar was a lifesaver. Thanks Tip Top for responding so quickly and big shout out to Cesar for coming through in the clutch. Highly recommend.

Andy our plumber was fantastic and he showed up right on time. Great to work and communicate with, he also gave us a lot of info to help better maintain from future plumbing problems. We are a little nervous when anyone comes to our house to fix or replace something but he had the experience smooth as possible. I enjoyed the fact that there was no up scale on pricing and he was very clear on price and transparent with everything else. The whole plumbing service went great and will be using him more if other problems do come up.

Best plumber.  Willy was polite, knowledgeable, THOROUGH, SMART, and just so competent.  He fixed the main drain problem and  he showed me why he couldn't fix the secondary drain problem and we scheduled a subsequent appointment to tackle it.  He made sure to explain and show me exactly what the problem was and how he diagnosed it.  Adeedo was great because he was great! Great service.

Fast, reliable, and honest! My water heater broke and they came out within an hour of my call, and replaced my water heater with a new one on the same day! Marty was my Plumber and he was great, he showed up on time explained everything thoroughly and worked clean and fast! I would definitely recommend these guys to friends and neighbors!

Water Heater Pros deserve a 5 star rating for 2 reasons: integrity and skill to fix the root problem without trying to upsell unneeded hardware. My 87 year old mother's 7 year old water heater's igniter wouldn't start. Water Heater Pros was able to restart it and charged a $95 service fee. They said that if it goes out in the next 5 days, they would replace a valve without charging a second service fee.  Why is this awesome? Another company came out, tried 6 times to start it and failed. Then they said, There is rust on top, we need to replace the water heater for $2600.

My three bad plumbing experiences in the 10 years prior were almost worth it to be able to immediately measure how different these guys are.

Water was seeping under all my walls, perhaps from the toilet, shower, and or washing machine. They got there quickly, though i had not been a customer before and quickly shut off the flow.
Next they shared the scenarios they had been able to quickly rule out and what information was needed for us to know what the solutions was.

We agreed on a course of action somewhere between the most minor patching and replacing everything. They were clear in describing what we were betting the problem was and where we might be wrong, and advised this course so that we didn't over-spend unnecessarily \

Unfortunately we lost that bet. A week later it happened again. They were right out at my house again. Cleared the iines again, added a way to make it easier to be sure it was working. Took it to the next level. And left. No charge.  (That was a big surprise. They had been up front the previous time about the work and gave me the option to make a bet that the cause was not the more expensive problem. So  when it seemed like we'd lost the gamble, i figured i'd be on the line. .)

Then it happened again. Again they were right out. And again were clear on what they were doing. Again, no charge, though they said that if they had to come out again they would need to. (Again, a nice surprise) . That third time was the charm and haven't had problems since, and that was more than a year ago.

these guys know their  plumbing . They bill fairly and as professionals. (And i have no problem paying when billed fairly for the work these guys do and the uh,stuff they have to deal with .)

They also interact like real people, I'm comfortable having them in my house, and they have the best logo ever.

My experience with them has been for both major and minor issues, some requiring quite a bit of investment and my take has been the same each time. This is not one of the seemingly common contractors who overdeliver on the tiny jobs to get good yelp and then gouge the big jobs.

Pleased to review them and wish i'd remembered to finish this months ago.

Oscar was very knowledgeable and gave me good advice and excellent service. There was a delay in getting here but Jose kept me informed so I knew what was happening and when they would arrive. I will use them in the future.

Very pleased with the professionalism, response time, the patient and fastidious attention to detail in installing a shut off valve, fixing the flange for a leaky toilet and performing maintenance on my tankless water heater.  Raffi, Eduardo, Francisco and Michael all worked as a team in doing the work.  I was especially impressed that they all consistently wore gloves, masks and protective shoe coverings during this pandemic which alleviated any fears of having people work in my house.  I don't write a lot of reviews, but I feel the need to commend this company for its outstanding service. I now have used them two times in the past month and will definitely continue to use them in the future.  They have built trust with me with their reliability, competency and fair prices!

We had a backup in the bathroom  toilet the plumber came out very quickly give us a great price for the work and took care of business very fast. He was very informative about what he had to do and what was the problem. I'm very happy with the level of service that PM Plumbing provides. For any future work that will be needed to be done they are the first ones I will call. If you need someone to help you with your plumbing needs I highly recommend PM Plumbing .

Called at about 2:30am since Yelp said 24/7. I thought there would be an answering service to leave my message for an appointment that same day. There was no answer so I hanged up to call in the morning.

About 5 minutes later Armand called back. I explained my water heater was not working. Armand said he would call me at about 10am to set up a more exact arrival time.  He called me at 9:30am and said he would arrive by 10am. Talking about fast service!

This situation worked for me, but I can see for people who work and leave the house, this rapid response may not be amenable. I'm sure arrangements can be made beforehand so it would be at a more convenient time for the customer.

The water heater took a while to fire up, but Armand was patient, sweat beading on his brow. More unscrupulous repair men could tell me a part needed replacIng to raise the price of the repair bill, but Armand is an honest repair man.

Also got a 10% discount for showing the Yelp discount. So Yelp is also a great way to save some money to put away into a Roth IRA for a more prosperous retirement.

Armand was business-like, efficient, sincere. 5 Yelp stars for your plumbing needs.

Patrick came on time. He was very professional and diagnosed our problem. Tried to fix and gave options to correct problem. He was able to fix the problem and he checked everything before leaving. I was happy with his service.

Our garbage disposal started to leak from multiple places. J&E messaged us relatively quick. They were very responsive. Within 12 hours, my garbage disposal was replaced and it is working fine. Yelp's messaging system really works. I would hire them again.

W O W. The quality of service was outstanding.  George is very through, informative, and honest.  I guess the quality doesn't lie in what he found but more of how he approached the problem.  We had what I thought was a simple clog in our kitchen and our restroom sinks which had been giving us a slow steady flow.  George quoted me over the phone with a range as an estimate but when he came over we found that they were two separate clogs. The kitchen sink he de-clogged without any difficulties, but with the galvanized piping that we have in our home made in the 50's, the restroom required cutting the piping and going in direct. He ended up spending four hours fixing our problem and just charged $180 to do the through job that he did -minus $20 for dropping a few drops of piping water on our bathroom mat -which I should have removed in the first place!  Each time he showed and explained the problem, educated me, and gave me upfront options along with reasonable quotes.

Two important advise from him:  

1) DO NOT use these draino-like products: Although it may initially open some clogs, the chemical reaction will create the grease etc.  to harden, creating further narrowing of the pipes in the future.  

2) DO strain kitchen garbage instead of using the disposal.  The disposal is apparently designed to cut up small crumbs of food, not chunks.  

George is very easy to talk to and with his calm and frank mannerism, I think I found my plumber for life.

 He expressed that plumbing is his passion and by talking to him, it showed.

Loved their service. Fast responses and quick services. Jared is really professional and also fast. He saved our kitchen and gave us good tips for an upgraded valve. Thank you Jared for an exceptional professional service.

I thought I had given a review to these guys.  WAY Overdue.  I was referred Tony and Sam from another vendor of mine.  He's been a preferred vendor ever since.  Tenacious, courteous and all around genuine guys.  Can't ask for more.  He's saved me money, rescued deals and done my own plumbing work.  Can't say enough about them.  On my speed dial.

Plumber showed up on time. Did an excellent job changing my gas valve for a fair price. I highly recommend.

David is by far one of the BEST plumbers. Honest! (Which is rare for their trade) friendly, and overall genuine. He answered my call at 9:30pm. Showed up at 10pm and got my issue fixed 40 min after that!

I work in a hotel, and I will definitely make sure I call HIM before I call anyone else if my hotel needs a plumber. I absolutely recommend him!

I've had Avi here on at least 3 different occasions and I've been incredibly impressed with his knowledge, professionalism, and his straight-forward assessment of the situations he's diagnosed every time (including a real head scratcher).  I've tried a couple plumbers in the years before, but I haven't called another plumber since.  I know exactly who I'm calling for all of my plumbing needs, big and small.

Watch out for these bandits! I own a fourplex and had problems with two shower valves.  I've owned this building for almost 40 years so this is not my first time dealing with this problem.  Usually it is fixed by replacing the valve cartridge and not the whole valve.  This is a relatively simple fix.

I called Beach Plumbing for an appointment and their guy showed up promptly.  With very little inspection he told me I needed to replace the complete valve assemblies, which would require cutting into the wall, cutting out the valves a soldering in new pipe connections and putting a big plate over the hole they create. The cost quoted was over $1500 per valve, over $3000 for the whole job. I asked about replacing the cartridges and he said that wouldn't work.  I asked why it would cost so much.  He claimed it would take a full day of labor for each valve plus the valve cost.  That still didn't add up to anything close to $1500+.  When pressed further he claimed that the company wants each job to be 50% profit (cost +100%). Nice work if you can get it.

I told him I would need to get other prices and if that is the best market price I will schedule the work. I also asked him to send me the quote, which I never received.  I called another local plumber and they sent someone over right away.  He discovered that one valve was actually working fine and replaced the other valve in about 30 minutes for $350.  How happy am I to solve the problem for $350 instead of $3000+?

Lesson learned: you can't rely on positive yelp reviews.  You need to do your homework and get multiple bids/estimates.  And just because someone looks professional and trustworthy doesn't mean they won't do whatever it takes to get as much money as they can from you.
