Tip Top finished the work in just 3 days! Other companies were quoting 1-2 weeks. They provided updates throughout the work and completed a quality post inspection.

I reached out to Adeedo around 130pm on the Tuesday after a holiday weekend. My Navien tankless water heater had stopped working the night before. By 3pm Min and Sam were at my front door. I had already been told that Min specialized in tankless and he really knew his stuff. They diagnosed, spoke with the manufacturer and had me back in hot water in just under an hour and didn't even charge me extra. They also recommended some problem solving that the gas company could do to help us out.That is how you build loyalty. These guys are efficient and even offered to wear shoe covers in the house. I had a huge problem with the pipes from my house to the sewer. Mike came and was professional, gave me an estimate and fixed the problem. While it was expensive, I think it was fair and was a big job. He prevented my having to do a much bigger job by lining the pipes. He came back a couple weeks later for a toilet stoppage and although he said it was not related, he worked for two hours and didn't charge me, which I really appreciated after spending a lot of money the time before. This was above and beyond and I found out from the owner, was done on his own time, and was his own decision not to charge me.

Great works guys! Thank you so much for coming on a short notice. My tenant sent me a photo of the ceiling with a puddle dripping down. 3 guys showed up and quickly accessed the situation, they advised me of the holes they needed to make before they started anything. Once confirmed they quickly found the problem, sent me an estimate and said they would come back in the morning and get started if I wanted. They sent me lots of photos and showed me exactly what the issue was. They are not pushy in any way and they were great at not getting the tenant upset in any way with their work. I highly recommend them and will use them again!

This review is long overdue. I highly recommend hard hat rooter, they are the most honest plumber I've worked with thus far! The owner Ralph is very responsive and provides the estimate within 24 hours. I've worked with a lot of plumbers and they are professional and priced competitively!

We had a backup in the bathroom  toilet the plumber came out very quickly give us a great price for the work and took care of business very fast. Charles and his team did a fantastic job repairing a job that was previously done inadequately by another company less than 6 months ago.  They replaced the shower and tub drains and piping!  I can't give them a better review.  Also they came with 30 minutes of my call and worked with my schedule.  The price was more than fair...100% professionals.  No up selling for more services! Patrick and Ricky were great! They arrived on time, were super friendly, knew their stuff, fixed the problem, and charged us nothing. We then asked about a second, unrelated problem, and they fixed that too. And still didn't charge us for coming out or for either fix. We'll call them every time.

Jaime did a good job taking care of my mom's gas dryer vent.  He explained what he was going to do and even showed me the lint that came out of the vent.  (Gross!  So much came out!). I appreciated Jaime showing me what my mom needed to get done.

My water heater finally went out (on Christmas eve morning). Called AA Twin and George came out that day and replaced the water heater. Saved the day and allowed my family to have hot showers over the holiday.

Very kind, prompt and they actually honor their price and don't try to stick in a bunch of extra charges. Definitely appreciate their integrity.

Our second time using this company and both times our expectations have been exceeded. This time we had an issue that required immediate attention and when we called on a Saturday they answered right away and came to our home very quickly. The issue was solved (and explained well- which I always love.) Raul was very friendly and the prices are good. We will definitely be using him and Jorge for future plumping needs and would recommend to friends and family!

Our toilet backed up, we thought we could take care of it. Unfortunately we could not. Therefore we called David Rooter got here in less then 25min.  Erick the technician was very respectful, trust worthy. He went above and beyond to make sure our problem was resolved.

I had a problem with my bath tub when I had to fill it out the water would not hold I called different companies, the estimate was really high and ridiculous, when I called waterworks plumbing it was a big surprise in a good way, you could tell this company they are very honest people which is very important , I ended up fixing it in a very fair price service was really great I could not ask for better than that, and definitely highly recommended. My bathroom was backed up. I went on yelp looking for 5-star plumbing worried about the cost I may incur. The receptionist quoted me $199.00 for drain cleaning and set the appointment with a two-hour window. Fabian and Kevin came to the call. They were friendly, professional and went above and beyond the call of duty. The fee was just what was quoted. I felt lucky to have had two great guys hook me up big time.
