I found this company here on Yelp and was very happy with the result.  I needed a new shower for a rental property.  They worked directly with the tenant, showed up on time to do review the situation and provide me a quote.  They kept communicating with me every step of the way -- did what they said they would do, when they said they would do it.  Very easy company to work with.

Solid. Daniel was the only one who answered the phone at 8pm, had great manner on the phone and quoted a reasonable price. Totally flexible, he came out, identified the issue, fixed it with no fuss Awesome. Good on his estimate. Great experience overall.

If you have a plumbing problem, there is no better place to go then Pavel at Pacific plumbing. We had a water heater break that flooded an area and caused us great concern.  Pavel and his team came in, diagnosed our problem, explained our options clearly and then performed the work with expertise. You wouldn't think this would be much of an issue - to replace a water heater but our issue required some thought.  In 2021 we installed a solar panel battery power system in our home. We thought that switching over from the old gas water heater to an electric water heater made sense (and it did/does).  However to do that in our home required changing out the electric panel, putting in new amp switches and running a dedicated electric line to the washer as well as simply sticking up a new water heater.  They had all of this work covered with licensed technicians and I owe them my gratitude for the quick service. I saw all of these 5 Star Reviews and thought there is no way Avi could be as good as all of them said he was. Well I was right, HE IS EVEN BETTER!! Came over for a low pressure in my master bath and kitchen sink and was in and out in 10 minutes and both problems solved almost as soon as he walked in. Beyond nice and always gave you the cheapest alternative if you didn't need the more expensive option. He is my plumber for life and if you read my other reviews on here you know I am a very critical reviewer when I have to be.

We recently redid the shower and needed help installing the shower faucet and fixtures. Edwin gave me a fair price and we scheduled a time and date. Life happened and I had to reschedule, Edwin was good with it and rolled with the punches. Edwin is great at communicating, that is hard to find in a plumber. The job got done in a timely manner and looks awesome (of course it works great, too.) We will be calling ENK Plumbing for all out future needs.

I've used Willy's Plumbing for years and have never had problem with them.  Very reliable and at a great price! i highly recomend this plumbing company to everyone !

So grateful for NexGen! After talking to about 5 different companies over the past few years that we have lived in our home, we had had problems with our AC and Furnace. No one seemed to know how to solve the issue-- until Yasmin came over with Tom and gave it to us straight; we needed a whole new HVAC and furnace. They showed us what was wrong, told us why I was having allergy issues, told us how to fix it, and provided us with the best options so that we wouldn't keep having $700-$1200 electric bills!

During the installation, the installers were super kind, respectful, and efficient! They made sure everything was done well and showed us how to use the new system.

Great service. Jose showed up to help with plumbing issues within an hour of phone cal. He took videos and pictures for me. And he also wrote a very detailed description of service for me afterwards.

Definitely call them! They responded to my Yelp request so quickly and sent over a consultant that evening within a few hours. Started work in 36 hours! They provide quality work and professionals who show up as promised!! A very nice change from what we've been experiencing with contractors and subs lately. They work hard until the job is done...even sent more crew members to speed up!

On the downside, I had some complaints regarding worker's cleanliness at my house...left shoe coverings laying about, toilet seat up, and stained my carpet. Also, we were not consulted before they put the thermostat in and now it needs to be moved. Things happen during construction...understandable.  We can fix it all and they will be coming back to complete our HVAC for our home expansion. They said they will fix the placement of the thermostat and some of the wall vents moved to the ceiling per our request.

My advice to NexGen is to require a script for the supervisor to cover with the homeowners as well as their team.

The leader/supervisor on site didn't do a good job leading his team or communicating with us, but Norman stepped up to get things under control!! Norman recognized what was happening and took initiative to make things right. He was upbeat, thorough, and professional which saved the entire experience. Norman deserves a promotion because he cares about the customer first.

Marco was also outstanding and thoroughly explained the thermostat. He was always working diligently and was a pleasant person to communicate with.

Overall it was a very good experience with a slight hiccup on day 1. I would rehire them and just make sure you connect quickly with the supervisor about your expectations.

Ignacio, Sebastian, Salvador and the entire crew were great. I am very happy with the quality of work, kindness, and professionalism of their team. We would happily higher them again.

I just had Oscar come by from TO Plumbing for a camera inspection. He took the time to answer all my questions and was extremely polite and professional. He was very helpful and honest and you could tell he was very knowledgeable. I will definitely be calling TO Plumbing back for any other needs in the future.

My shower handle stopped working and I could not stop the water from coming out.  These guys came out, shut off my water and assessed I needed a new handle and cartridge. They quoted me $845 (pic attached) to go get the part and replace.  I knew there's was no way it could be that much and told them I would think about it. They were at my house for about 20 mins and charged me $135 to turn off my water and tell me I needed a new handle.  I found someone to do the whole job for $120, less than their service call.  These guys definitely will rip you off if they can.

These guys are amazing. We had a small leak that was quickly getting bigger. I called Drains Unlimited and they were there in 30 min and repaired the pipe quickly and affordably. I would recommend Drains Unlimited for all of your plumbing needs!

Our sink clogged late on a Friday afternoon and Liberty showed up promptly and saved us from some weekend hassles. We live in an old building and it wasn't an easy to clear out the ancient pipes, but they did a great job and fixed a leak as well. Highly recommended!

I had three major leaks underneath my house . I met with 3 different plumbers and decided to go with Jurgen and I'm very glad I did. He was on time every day, and he was very respectful to my wife and baby's sleep schedule. His work was so neat and professional that I hired him for another job at a rental unit. Again, he did an excellent job there too. One thing of note was how proud he was of the work he performed. I actually went under the house with him and he was more than happy to show me everything he did.  Marvelous job, good man,  great pride and fair prices. He is my go to plumber now

Rueben and his crew did a terrific job repiping 1/2 our home with copper piping a couple of years ago, 1/2 the house was done before we bought it.  First off, most companies I called didn't want to deal with only half a house, but Rueben did.  His price was less than other companies, which was great.  They were in an out in a couple of days (we had 3 bathrooms and several outside faucets to repipe). Our home has a slab foundation and we had a hole in one of the pipes, so they repiped in the attic rather than tear up the foundation.  They kept the holes to a minimum and they guy that patched the holes was top notch!  We have very smooth plaster walls and you cannot see where the holes were.  I'm glad we had them insulate the pipes which keeps it quiet and keeps us from getting scalded with hot water in the summer because the pipes are now in the attic.  I would definitely recommend Rueben and his guys to anyone needing repiping.
