I called Mark for a quote on a relatively small shower tile/pan repair job. His estimate was favorable in comparison to other contractors, and his explanation of things that could possibly incur extra work/cost was very thorough and reasonable. He and his crew did the work within the time estimated, and I'm very pleased with the result. Mark was polite, patient and pleasant throughout - I would be very happy to use MC Tile & Shower Pan again.

These are the nicest guys we've come across in a while. We had a blocked toilet on a Sunday afternoon. It's our only toilet, so we were stressed, not sure if it could be fixed before the next day. They came soon, but it seems that between the toilet being called and their coming, the toilet had unplugged itself. They ran a few tests, checked things out, told us we were good to go, and then they didn't charge us because the toilet had been okay in the first place. We'll call them, and gladly, the next time we have an issue. Oh! And they put on shoe covers without our asking, which we've never seen anyone do before. Thank you!

Wow, what an excellent experience from start to finish! From the first phone call, I got a direct quote, followed by speedy and responsive communication, and best of all, my plumbing problem was solved. Even better, Igor diagnosed the problem over the phone and the plumber, Arthur, showed up at my door with the right parts and ready to go cutting down the need from two visits to one. Moreover, Arthur was knowledgeable, polite, and honest. Very grateful to have found this business and highly recommend!

This guy is a star. Not only did he tell me my old bathroom faucet and fixture had a lifetime insurance and saved me 200 dollars, he came over super fast and even came back later after a missing part finally arrived. He is a total gem and an all round nice guy.

Josh helped out on another project. He is extremely efficient. Edwin and Josh are a great duo. Reasonable pricing and efficient workmanship.

I wish I could give a good review because the guy came on time and was really really nice, but his work was just plain incompetent. I had a leak in my shower/tub. He spent a couple of hours trying to fix it, ended up telling me that they'd have to come back another time and open the wall. In the interim he put together a Rube Goldberg setup with top and bottom valves. I tried it after he left and water sprayed everywhere...totally leaky. When my regular contractor finally was able to come over, he was horrified at what this plumber had done, including apparently breaking a valve and leaving it in the wall. Just a travesty...and not cheap. My regular guy fixed the problem in less than an hour, without breaking open the wall. I will never ever use Willy's Plumbing again.

Mark was really fantastic he promo and arrived early explained all the services and different packages and what I would be purchasing, he even spoke to my mom on the phone who became a huge fan of him as well , we settled on a comfortable package that would suite our needs here in our home , thanks for much mark for being professional and courteous helpful and kind I appreciate it.

I had a bathtub clog that I couldn't get out, no matter how hard I tried. Hard stop, and seemed to be pretty deep in the pipes. Needed it out ASAP, two days before Christmas - reached out via Yelp, had an appointment booked for two hours later, they came as soon as they were able, and had the job done in 30 minutes. Fast, professional, friendly. I'd definitely use again.

NextGen was absolutely fantastic. They showed up exactly when they said they would. Technician was super friendly and very knowledgeable. We have a 30 year old Hydro fan heat system that other companies I contacted won't even look at but NexGen did.
I would 100% recommend them for plumbing or HVAC needs.

Derrick Fehn was  true gentleman and very knowledgeable. I would call on him again. I was impressed that he was not trying to make me pay more than was needed

Chris from Thousand  Oaks Plumbing was very sincere and quick to find the leak under our kitchen sink quickly. Very kind and professional.

My shower has been lukewarm so I called SM Plumbing. The receptionist is very nice and sent someone over within 2 hours. The service tech, Manny, was excellent. He discussed the problem with me and explored the options going forward. I'll be calling on them again when I decide if I want to replace the whole shower system.

Great service. I left a message before their 8 am opening and they called me back before 8.  Got a same-day appointment, and they called again and asked if they could come even earlier than promised.  Tim was fantastic, went all around outside to find out where the pipes went, gave good advice, was fast, thorough, and left the tub beautifully clean (AND RUNNING).  

Linda was great in the office, and got my payment through quickly, immediately sending confirmation and paid invoice to my email.  I really was happy with their work and their professional, friendly, get-it-done attitude!  I will definitely be using this service again.  Friday, in fact.

If only the plumbers my condo complex uses were this great... they're coming this afternoon, and I think Tim did their work for them!

I Called  this plumber After receiving a very high quote from a competitor they came out quickly give me an honest save me some money and did a great job highly recommend

After two water leaks in our home, we decided to replace all of the pipes. We got bids from several companies, but we were most impressed with Ruben's team. Ruben is very knowledgeable, skilled, and patient.  The biggest factor for us was that Ruben himself comes on site to do the work with his team, not some other group of people. All of the other larger companies in our area will send you a great sales rep, but that person is not the one who does the work for you.  Ruben is great at communicating with his clients, and that is very important. Many misunderstandings and mistakes occur because of misunderstandings between the client and the contractor. So, it was important for us to be able to communicate directly with the person who is doing the work in our house, rather than through an off-site project manager who then communicates with the workers themselves.

After the work was completed, we noticed a very minor issue with one of our faucets, and Ruben came out to fix the problem with no charge. Great customer service!

Great response time. I had two burst pipes on two different occasions and came within an hour to fix up the issues quickly and efficiently.
