I had my shower done by other people 5 years ago but the shower started to leak like crazy. I came across Mark and request a quote, he offer reasonable price with detail break down on what need to be done for this project.

Mark and his team did a great job on the project. They also keep the job site clean and organized. The communication was very good. I highly recommend Mark and his team for your bathroom project.

Daniel and his crew were AMAZING.  Here are the reasons.  1. I called and he came over within an hour (no extra charge). 2. He fixed a problem another plumber came and tried to fix, but didn't (a plugged drain pipe). 3. Had the tools to do a quick and thorough job-- including a pipe camera and various washer heads that drilled out the gunk 4. Decided to reduce his quote (with no prompting from me) to 5 dollars less then the first guy-- Aqua plumping (he lacked the tools and quoted me for $2500 to fix the problem that Daniel found not to be a problem at all!  This was $30 dollars less then the quote. 5. Came back after the plugged pipe was unplugged just to further wash out the pipes. 6. Gave me a 30 day warranty.  I would call these guys over Aqua Star ANY DAY OF THE WEEK!

GREAT reliable team! I'm so happy to have found them. A bit on the pricy side but dependable and they get the job done.

I recently had an issue with my toilet and called. Within 30 minutes they arrived and fixed the problem, but that's not all. They also fixed the leaky sink faucet and the low water pressure shower. Within an hour of calling: My toilet was fixed, my faucet no longer leaked, and I had the strongest shower water pressure this side of the Mississippi. I'll NEVER call another plumber. They're inexpensive and they GET IT DONE! I wish I was able to give SIX stars.

Josh helped out on another project. He is extremely efficient. Edwin and Josh are a great duo. Reasonable pricing and efficient workmanship.

We had scheduled time for a plumber to come out yesterday, but I completely forgot. Willy's rescheduled for today and was quick to have someone out to fix our leaking toilet.

Tyler was the plumber that came yesterday and I apologized several times and he was very nice and understanding. He was fantastic at his work, very professional and respectful. He took care of multiple issues we had with the toilet and was thorough. I appreciate someone with such good work ethics and dedication for getting the job done.

I called NexGen for service on my AC/Heating and I am glad I did; it saved me money and the tech was a true professional, well informed and highly trained, college trained. Technician Jose Rubio was able to fix the issues and provided me additional information about keeping my unit running clean and efficient.

Our bathtub was clogged and backed up on a Sunday. Most of the plumbing companies were either closed or charging a ridiculous amount for overtime because it was a Sunday. Jose M Plumbing was fast, responsive, and able to get a plumber to my house the same day. The plumber was able to remove the drainage. We were very happy with the results. I'd recommend this company!! I will definitely be using them again.

I set up an appointment to have my A/C looked at/tune up, to get ready for the summer. Art was the technician. He was very friendly and helpful.  Art did a great job to make sure everything was working fine. He said I was good to go. He did recommend some things, which I will take into consideration, but was not pushy about it, which some other businesses can be. Thank you NexGen

Came home from a camping trip to find our drain completely clogged. Black water already was coming out of the shower and tub drains. Called LSP at 10 at night. David came an hour later. Identified I needed a drain clean out and snaked my pipes to clear it. He also crawled under my house to inspect the other pipes and ran a camera through the main where he identified an even bigger problem - bottom part of main pipe had ruptured and sewage was probably sleeping into the ground. Now I had a potential sink hole situation underneath my house.

After paying him for his service that night, which was fair, if not lower than average, I scheduled another appointment to get a full assessment of the problem and an estimate.  Throughout the process, he was professional, easy to talk to, and honest. I would definitely use him again.

We just relocated from NY and needed to get gas line set up before our new gas dryer was installed.  Also had clogged shower and sinks and Thousand Oaks Plumbing responded quickly, had great communication about updates on when the plumber was coming and when Jesse the plumber arrived, he was friendly, super knowledgable and welcoming as he knew we were just moving into a new home!  Since I am new to the area, I feel very lucky to have found Jesse and Thousand Oaks plumbing and their prices were very fair!  I would highly recommend Thousand Oaks Plumbing!

Great service (Julian was so friendly and helpful), came out quickly, and fixed my broken thermostat within the hour.  Their prices were reasonable, I would definitely use them again!

Rock stars of the plumbing world! The entire team at Drains Unlimited has worked very hard to put our aging building back together. From galvanized repipe & sewer replacement to hot water heater repair & drainage clogs, these guys have been top-notch in work and very fair-priced to doing so.

I had a great experience with these guys. I called in for a 40ft gas line for a BBQ grill that was a bit complicated. They quickly came over and assessed the work. I received 3 bids on this project and only theirs was reasonable on the first try. Their work was clean, professional and they went over and beyond to fix a few other issues that were unrelated to their work. Highly  recommended!

Almost two years after my first experience I needed to relocate a gas line. I called them up and hey came right away and in three hours I was good as new. I made the cardinal mistake of not asking for a price before they started. After the work they gave me a very fair and reasonable price for the job. It's such a pleasure to deal with good honest peoHighly recommended!

Used them again for a whirlpool filter Under sink. Reasonable price, no mess, and came the same day!

I've had a plumber before I met Jurguen thru word of mouth recommendation and oh man.. I told him... you are 2000% way better than the last plumber I used to hire.  I said this because he is very thorough in his investigation on source of water leaking under the sink and fixed it right away . Next was my problem on water pressure and hot water coming out in trickles. He ruled out the pipe being small in size., but did not stop until he solved the problem . The culprit was an almost microscopic sediment blocking the pipe so he borrowed a needle to take it off.  Can't believe that solved the issue! Been dealing with low pressure and almost non-existent hot water in the kitchen for 3 yrs now until Jurguen came and fixed it . Believe me, my previous plumber would always suggest to change pipes all the time,  without spending much time on investigation. It's easier for him to replace everything and charge more .  Jurguen was not like that that's why it felt like you were dealing with a true plumber, not a shark. He is very thorough, on time , cleaned after and very meticulous with his work .  Very respectful and professional too.  He said he was never on social media until recently, hence the few reviews, but if you are struggling to find a trustworthy and knowledgeable plumber, try hiring Jurguen to see for yourself.  Kudos to you Jurguen. Thank you for your help. By the way, my dog immediately liked him. And dogs are usually good judges of character. His assistant Gabino was also very professional and nice. Good team.

From start to finish awesome job. Contacted Rueben asked for a bid on a complete home repipe and new additional plumbing being added to the home. He came by we went over what needed to be done when he was at the home you can feel that he really knew exactly what he was doing small details that others don't think about Rueben does. Couple days later he gave us a full detailed quote which was acceptable and we scheduled the job. The crew he has is awesome they are so nice and take care of your home like it's theirs. The job was all done in 2 weeks and passed city inspection with flying colors actually the inspector said that it was one of the best jobs he had seen in awhile.

Thes guys were TERRIFIC! They came out on a Sunday on 4th of July weekend and diagnosed the issue, found the problem, fixed it and put everything back together in a cpl of hours and at a very FARE price! I had a sump pump issues where someone flushed a huge amount of paper towels and it got jammed in the motor. They were friendly and easy to talk too and professional. A small family business that I'm glad I have found. Will definitely have in my phone next time something comes up.
