I recently used MC Tile & Shower Pan for some tile work in my bathroom and kitchen back splash. The owner Mark was very friendly and helpful throughout the process. He was always available to jump on the phone or a quick text if I had any questions. His work was very thorough and precise. The tiles I selected were quite intricate, but Mark did an excellent job. He's also very affordable. I will be calling Mark again for some more work in the near future. Highly recommend!

Professional, speedy, and on-time, these guys don't mess around. They quickly diagnosed the problem with the garbage disposal--a stupid little stuck screw--and within minutes we were up and running with a working kitchen sink again. The quote was very reasonable and the service top-notch--would definitely recommend Gateway for your next plumbing job.

Arthur was a great plumber to work with.  He returned calls and was on time.  He didn't complain or make excuses.  He did what he said and did so in a competent manner.   You can tell he really knows his stuff.  I'm in real estate and I will recommend this plumbing team for my West LA properties.   I'm a happy customer.

My boyfriend and I moved back into my condo after being away for a few years. We discovered on a Sunday morning that our shower wasn't running hot water. Having had a great experience with Avi in the past, I immediately called him. He responded right away, and after a few calls and pictures of our shower plumbing, he was able to diagnose the issue over the phone. Rather than coming out and having us incur a costly repair, he walked my bfriend through the fix. Avi is amazing and didn't give up until he found a solution. Had we needed, he was more than happy to come out, but he was just as happy to help and save us the cost. Who does that??? Avi! Call him...you will not regret it.

Josh helped out on another project. He is extremely efficient. Edwin and Josh are a great duo. Reasonable pricing and efficient workmanship.

Had an emergency plumbing issue, called Willy's on New Year's Eve and they were there with in an hour.
Reception was very sweet and comforting as I was a mess!

The plumber that came was very professional, prompt and reasonably priced.  there was no price gouging and I was very happy with the service they provided. I will be calling them with my plumbing needs from now on.

We needed our AC unit checked out and NexGen got it done!  Justin, the technician, went above and beyond in fixing our aging unit even though some parts were no longer available.  Fast, reliable, honest... Highly recommended!

When I flush the toilet, dirty water came up through the tub. It was clogged. Another plumber came and ran a snake earlier today but wasn't successful. I called Jose who answered the phone immediately. He was upfront with prices and the price was very reasonable. He showed up at the house within 40 mins. He had to run 100 ft snake and it took him multiple times because the pipe was very clogged.  I'm thankful he didn't give up. He was able to clear the clog (lots of things came out on the snake), made sure water was draining, put back the toilet and sealed the base. He was very helpful and also gave recommendations for the future. Thank you Jose!!! You're the best and saved the day!!! Will definitely be recommending him to family and friends that need plumbing work in the future.  If you need help with plumbing, call Jose. He has the right tools to fix the issue and he was very honest with the price.

The team at Local Service Pro Plumbing is professional, thorough and knowledgeable with their work. Both Juan Castro and manager John came in and immediately found what the problem was, spoke to our HOA and managed themselves with the upmost professionalism. Thanks to their quick work and handling several moving pieces, we now have our plumbing issues solved. Shout out to the entire team for working extra to resolve fast. Recommended 100%.

I had a leak on an outdoor valve appear last night and Thousand Oaks Plumbing was the only place I contacted that was able to answer some questions after hours. They were able to come first thing in the morning to fix the issue and even referred me to an irrigation specialist who can help me reconfigure my system to mitigate future issues. Jesse G was our guy and he was on time, super nice and gave me pricing up front. I hope I don't have any plumbing issues any time soon, but if I do I'm using these guys again.

First I want to say that Manny and his assistant are great.  They are courteous and helpful and they get the job done.  I have no gripe with the service.  

My problem with this company is with their treatment of repeat customers.  I have been using them for several years now and I recently had them out to do some yearly preventative work on my sinks. I was not aware that this did not include making sure that the overflow drains were working properly.   When I called them back to inquire about this, their receptionist would not give me a straight answer as to whether or not there would be a charge.  She kept on saying that they would have to come out to see.  So...they came out to see and were not able to fix the problem.  Manny called the owner (Marco) to see if there would be a charge and needless to say, there was.  $100 for them to come look at something they didn't look at the first time, poke at it and tell me they couldn't fix it!  I tried to reason with Marco but he insisted that because they had to come and park and look at the sink it was a $100 dollar job.  

Despite being a return customer they still charged for a pointless service call.  Unfortunately they seem to me more concerned about a couple of dollars than they are about loyal customers.  

I'm sorry Santa Monica Plumbing, but I will be looking for someone else to service my plumbing needs.

I can't imagine how anyone can have complaints about Drains Unlimited. I've been using them for years, for my own home and various properties I've flipped. I wouldn't dream of using anyone else and always recommend them to everyone I know. In fact, after repeatedly being ripped off by other companies, finding Drains Unlimited was a Godsend. They've been more than fair in every single interaction I've had with them and they're really nice too.

We have had problems with our copper plumbing due to poor material used by the contractor which built our tracts. There was an immediate need to repipe the entire house (two story home).  I called a number of folks off of Yelp. Some gave me some outrageous quotes, some average and one came to my home and never followed up with me nor returned my calls for a quote.  Ruben from day one was the most professional. Additionally, as I found out,  the most reasonably priced.  It was a tough financial decision to make, but I had no choice.  He finished the job along with pulling the permit and approval within 5 days!! Quality work, professionalism from beginning to end. Mind you, there will be disruption to one's daily routine, but he made the best to minimize that disruption. Ruben is great!!!

These guys came by at night for an emergency clog situation in our single toilet home. It turned out there was a root ball in the sewer right where it turns into the house. They couldn't get to it without a price bump I wasn't prepared for (for a more elaborate solution)... so I decided to wait til the morning and get another option. But these guys were honest and reliable, and didn't charge me anything for their time (even though I offered), which I really appreciated. And their option ended up being right in the ballpark of the other guys.  Thank you!
