We could not be happier. Mark sets a schedule and communicates every step of the way. His team are artisans.

Scheduled appointment for 6:00pm last night.  No show - not even a phone call.  Bad business practices.  Scheduled with another company.  Can I give 0 stars?

Our toilet flooded on Sunday evening and we called pacific plumbing, they sent us a plumber within half an hour and fixed our toilet perfectly, their price is fair and plumbers are professional and caring. Thank you guys!

Found Avi on YELP last night - and he was here this morning at 10:.  He will be the only guy we use as long as he'll have us!!  He was kind, fast, clean, and excellent at diagnosing and repairing our problems.  He also lives up to his name of affordable - you will not be afraid to call a plumber again!!  Very sweet guy...

Our HOA often uses Willy's Plumbing for service & repair and I've found working with them to be a pleasure. Juan & Miguel are professional, clean & communicate clearly what they are doing or may need to do. Willy will personally return phone calls within a few hours if I have a question and he does a great job being there for his guys if they need clarification when they're on site. That's important for HOAs because of all the extra people and protocol we have to deal with. The office staff are pleasant and communicate great with scheduling etc. Thank you Willy's Plumbing.

They came out to my house to give the estimate.
Our job included just to connect 3 sinks which were provided by us with all the materials.
2 shower trims provided by us
2 faucets provided by us.
Their estimate was $5,600
I literally had to ask them did they add an extra zero to the estimate.
All plumbing already exists, they just had to connect it without additional materials.
It's crazy! And they charge $88 just to take a look and give estimate which took them exactly 3 mins.
Avoid at all costs!
We went with another company and they did everything we asked for, for $530.

I don't know of anyone who WANTS to call a plumber, but I am glad I called Thousand Oaks Plumbing when my water heater quit working  and started leaking.  A technician arrived within a few hours of my call and the work was completed that day. I am so happy with the quality of work performed by the technician, Brad. He thoroughly explained what needed to be done and the cost, which is awesomely a flat rate,  so no surprises as the work progressed. He made several suggestions to help me save on water usage as well. The work areas were left cleaner than before he started!
I am impressed with the entire company as well. When I first called I had a lot of questions (as always) and the scheduler had a technician call me back within 5 minutes. Mike answered my questions clearly about installation process, function and  approximate costs on tank and tankless water heaters so I could make an informed decision.

Yesterday I called one plumbing company that quoted me a low price for fixing my jammed kitchen sink. When the plumber arrived, he took one look and said the cost would be 4 times what I had been quoted over the phone. I asked them to leave and left the problem until today.

This morning I called Drains Unlimited. I left a message and was called back just ten minutes later by Patrick. He quoted me a fair, flat rate price and was at my place in less than 30 minutes. Ten minutes later, my problem is solved. It's been a pleasure working with these guys.

I wish I remembered the name of my plumbers, but they were fast, reliable, reasonably priced, and effective in quickly resolving my problems with our bathroom commode.  I would recommend them and call them again when a new problem arises.

I've had a plumber before I met Jurguen thru word of mouth recommendation and oh man.. I told him... you are 2000% way better than the last plumber I used to hire.  I said this because he is very thorough in his investigation on source of water leaking under the sink and fixed it right away . Next was my problem on water pressure and hot water coming out in trickles. He ruled out the pipe being small in size., but did not stop until he solved the problem . The culprit was an almost microscopic sediment blocking the pipe so he borrowed a needle to take it off.  Can't believe that solved the issue! Been dealing with low pressure and almost non-existent hot water in the kitchen for 3 yrs now until Jurguen came and fixed it . Believe me, my previous plumber would always suggest to change pipes all the time,  without spending much time on investigation. It's easier for him to replace everything and charge more .  Jurguen was not like that that's why it felt like you were dealing with a true plumber, not a shark. He is very thorough, on time , cleaned after and very meticulous with his work .  Very respectful and professional too.  He said he was never on social media until recently, hence the few reviews, but if you are struggling to find a trustworthy and knowledgeable plumber, try hiring Jurguen to see for yourself.  Kudos to you Jurguen. Thank you for your help. By the way, my dog immediately liked him. And dogs are usually good judges of character. His assistant Gabino was also very professional and nice. Good team.

Bought a fixer upper that needed a lot of work.  Ruben and his team did a timely and excellent job repiping the house.  Very good at communicating what they were doing. Very happy with his work and his team.

Jose at JB has been our plumbing partner for several years now.  I say partner because he has helped us work through several plumbing problems in our older properties.  JB is VERY reliable , helpful,  fair and can come to our aid quickly when emergencies arise.  Prices are reasonable and the results are perfect. He is a problem solver and gives solutions that are workable and reality based.  We trust him and highly recommend JB plumbing.
