I had my shower done by other people 5 years ago but the shower started to leak like crazy. I came across Mark and request a quote, he offer reasonable price with detail break down on what need to be done for this project.

Mark and his team did a great job on the project. They also keep the job site clean and organized. The communication was very good. I highly recommend Mark and his team for your bathroom project.

I called and left a message. Within 5 minutes they returned my call (we'll be right there) and in 15 more I had a fixed toilet. All this, after 3 hours of trying to fix it myself and scouring How-To articles and YouTube videos online for tricks. I could have hugged the plumber (actually, maybe I did).

Avi was excellent. I was not quite sure what was wrong with my kitchen faucet/pipes and he asked all the right questions so he could be prepared when he arrived later that day (!!!) Josh helped out on another project. He is extremely efficient. Edwin and Josh are a great duo. Reasonable pricing and efficient workmanship.

Willy's service was efficient, affordable, and friendly! I called in for help with hooking up my gas grill to the gas line with a turn off and turn on valve. I had another quote from a company with far more reviews than Willy's but it was so expensive and also the valve was going to be very bulky, which I didn't want. Willy's offered and fulfilled the service for a reasonable price (way below the other offering). The plumber even helped take a look at a somewhat clogged shower head in my master restroom as well for no extra fee. I recommend Willy's and will request their help with any other plumbing type projects.

Felipe was outstanding. I was running late, I was extremely late. He was very patient and knowledgeable.

He was very detail oriented, and thoroughly explain all issues and work-needed.

I recommend Jesus Nunez, from Local Service. TECHNICIAN Jesus Nunez was very knowledgeable. If you need any service ask for him. Jesus Nunez is very honest and fare too.

He told me that rubber splash guard was not replaceable and would have to get new disposal. That is not true.

When Do-It-Yourself plumbing repairs go wrong-call these guys!!!

While trying to replace a shower cartridge I snapped it off in the wall and was left without water in the whole house. Manny came out the same day and fixed it right up. It wasn't the easiest task but he was professional, fast and very neat.

Fast forward a week later and the water pressure in the shower was minimal at best which was not normal. Thinking that it was something to do with the new cartridge, I gave them a call. Manny came once again, took everything apart and tested the cartridge. It turns out the issue was my shower head. Amazingly enough, they didn't charge me for the call.

If you are looking for a plumber, look no further. The service doesn't get any better than Manny and the crew at Santa Monica Plumbing and Heating!

I am a designer who believes the world does have competent people who take pride in their work - I search on a daily basis for this and Drains Unlimited has joined my list.  I was referred to them by a GC, Gaby is amazing, he is a doctor of plumbing issues, the client described the issue she was having and he knew instinctively the issue, got a couple of tools and within 15 minutes problem solved, I waited for a few days just to make sure but Yay! my client is happy and I am thrilled.  Gaby I will be calling upon you again.  Thank you.

From start to finish awesome job. Contacted Rueben asked for a bid on a complete home repipe and new additional plumbing being added to the home. He came by we went over what needed to be done when he was at the home you can feel that he really knew exactly what he was doing small details that others don't think about Rueben does. Couple days later he gave us a full detailed quote which was acceptable and we scheduled the job. The crew he has is awesome they are so nice and take care of your home like it's theirs. The job was all done in 2 weeks and passed city inspection with flying colors actually the inspector said that it was one of the best jobs he had seen in awhile.

One thing that sets Rueben apart from the others is that when you hire Repipe Experts you don't just hire employees you actually hire the boss, Reuben was at our house every single day wrench in hand working hand in hand with all his crew which I think that's what sets him apart from the other companies. Great response time. I had two burst pipes on two different occasions and came within an hour to fix up the issues quickly and efficiently.
