I called Mark for a quote on a relatively small shower tile/pan repair job. His estimate was favorable in comparison to other contractors, and his explanation of things that could possibly incur extra work/cost was very thorough and reasonable. He and his crew did the work within the time estimated, and I'm very pleased with the result. Mark was polite, patient and pleasant throughout - I would be very happy to use MC Tile & Shower Pan again.

I needed a garbage disposal changed . I called around to get a sense of what is involved and how much it would cost. Of the five places I contacted, 2 gave me a price of $250-$300 and the other 3 were around $150-$160. Based on my telephone conversation with Daniel (turned out to be the owner) and the Yelp ratings (Yahoo also had similar ratings), I decided to go with this company. It was one of the best decisions I made.

We talked in the morning and made an appointment for the afternoon of the same day. Daniel and his assistant came on time, fixed the problem, cleaned out the work area, and even did some stuff which was not part of our discussion, WITHOUT ANY ADDITIONAL CHARGE. What a treat.

I will very highly recommend this company and I will definitely call them for my future repairs.

Wow, what an excellent experience from start to finish! From the first phone call, I got a direct quote, followed by speedy and responsive communication, and best of all, my plumbing problem was solved. Even better, Igor diagnosed the problem over the phone and the plumber, Arthur, showed up at my door with the right parts and ready to go cutting down the need from two visits to one. Avi was easy to reach. I was able to text him both my address and to confirm my appointment time. (Sometimes it's easier for me to text versus making phone calls! So I appreciate that!)

I have an small apartment building in West Hollywood, so I was looking for a reliable, long-term, plumber that I could trust not to screw me over.

First time I called him, turned out it was something he couldnt fix, but he did diagnosis that the appliance needed to be replaced and he didn't charge us for the trip or the diagnosis.

The second time, it turned out that my tenant had hired him before so he was already familiar with unit and the tenant. That made me feel more comfortable having him work in my tenants unit without my direct/constant supervision.  (I like to  supervise new contractors while they work in my tenants units until I build a relationship and trust with them).

The third visit, he fixed my tenants dishwasher that wouldn't power on. Some plumbers would just tell you it's broken and have you pay for a new dishwasher plus installation. $$$$ turns out it was just disconnected... he also replaced a disposal and under sink pipes in another unit during that same visit.  

He accepts credit card! And he sends an email invoice immediately! Makes bookkeeping so easy and automatic!  Very professional, efficient, and he makes it easier for me to not have a property management company! Win for everyone

Josh helped out on another project. He is extremely efficient. Edwin and Josh are a great duo. Reasonable pricing and efficient workmanship.

The response time to my initial inquiry, which was provided via voicemail, made a great first impression. The normal hours are from 8am to 4pm so I wasn't able to speak to anyone directly because the backed up main for the house didn't reveal itself until 7pm. Although I didn't utilize the emergency number, I'm glad that the option for it is available.

This morning I received a call back around 7:30am and was provided an eta of 30 minutes. I might be making this up, but it seemed like work had commenced at 8:01am! I value my time, especially when doodoo is backing up into my shower floor, so details like that speak volumes.

Enrique was my technician and he didn't waste anytime tackling the situation. Professional, pleasant, timely and clean (as clean as this kind of job could be) is the only way to describe my experience. Did he clear the blockage? Yeeess. Would I recommend this company to someone else? Yeeess.

My technician Brandon came out on one of the hottest days of the year in July when my air conditioning unit went out. He explained multiple options for repair and for a new unit. I ended up going for the repair and my unit is working great. About 2 months later when my neighbors complained about the noise, Brandon came back and put pads on it to help with the vibration. He remembered everything from when he was here before. He was very quick and helpful. Even during a time when parts are scarce. I will definitely call them back when I'm ready for a new unit.

I will definitely use this service again! They were prompt and fair. Cleaned and disposed of all the yucky stuff. They accept plastic and online payment.

Outstanding customer service! We recently called in another HVAC company (ACE Mechanical) to inspect and clear out our primary condensation line and they supposedly addressed the issue. However the issue was never fixed as we noticed condensation continuing to pour out of our second line. On top of that the techs were a bit arrogant and did a half ass assessment. Out of frustration we called NexGen and thankfully they were able to save the day. Eddie R. from NexGen is a class act - very polite and knowledgeable. He was able to come in to reassess and truly fix the issue. NexGen has earned our business for life.

I found an exterior leak at my home on a Saturday and was able to get a fast, friendly and quality repair from Jerome on a moments notice. Overall great experience and I highly recommend!

I have used their services twice now.  The first time was good so I contacted them again over the weekend via Chat with Julio.  He was very responsive and helpful.  I scheduled an appointment for today (4/27/2020).  Steve arrived on time and had a pleasant disposition from the get go.  He had to get a part and went back to the store same day and fixed everything.  Steve was awesome!

Marco saved the day! Sunday am my dog hid behind the toilet and broke the pipe! Marco knew I was desperate and stopped in the way to his kids game to help me out! I will be calling him every time!

We have been working with Gaby and team since 2010 and have had nothing but positive experiences.  Beyond executing on the basics (responsive, on-time, respectful, good communicators) they are honest and resourceful.   These guys aren't about going through the basics to take service fee check and head for the door - they know what they are doing and are all about really addressing the problem/long term solutions.    I've made the mistake of having other plumbers work on a couple of issues (they were bundled into a backyard project with the general contractor) and Gaby just had to come fix everything they broke...lesson learned!    Stick with the pros.

I had a great experience with these guys. I called in for a 40ft gas line for a BBQ grill that was a bit complicated. They quickly came over and assessed the work. I received 3 bids on this project and only theirs was reasonable on the first try. Their work was clean, professional and they went over and beyond to fix a few other issues that were unrelated to their work. Highly  recommended!

Almost two years after my first experience I needed to relocate a gas line. I called them up and hey came right away and in three hours I was good as new. I made the cardinal mistake of not asking for a price before they started. After the work they gave me a very fair and reasonable price for the job. It's such a pleasure to deal with good honest peoHighly recommended!

Used them again for a whirlpool filter Under sink. Reasonable price, no mess, and came the same day!

I have used Ruben's services on two occasions, both times everything was perfect.  He first repiped my entire house with PEX pipes and I have not had a single problem with it.  He was very professional and has competitive pricing.  He led me through everything he needed to do and takes his time to do quality work (my house took about 3 days with his whole crew because every water and gas pipe had to be replaced).  I was very happy with my repiping.  I brought him back out to my house to do my kitchen plumbing (sinks, dishwasher, gas for stove, etc) also.  He showed up on time, gave me a great price and finished the work in one day.  I just installed new cabinetry and he was careful not to scratch anything and made sure it was clean before he left.  I highly recommend Ruben and his guys.  I will definitely be calling him again for bathroom remodeling in the future.

This is our third time using JB plumbing.   Highly recommended.   We had toilets installed on their first visit, then we had a water heater installed.   On this last visit, I was awakened early in the morning by running water.   I discovered the leak was coming from the outside automatic sprinklers.   When I tried the shut off valve to stop the water, the plastic shutoff broke off.   I called Jose at JB and he offered to come out then, even though it was 4:30 in the morning!    He then returned later to install a brass shut off valve and repair what was needed.   Great to have a competent plumber if needed.   Thumbs up to this business.
