Daniel S is awesome. He came in and quickly diagnosed, and fixed our clog. I was not aware of the difficulty snaking a second floor apartment with P-trap plumbing in the kitchen.
In addition, he showed compassion given my mom's health problems.
We were done, then I remembered to have him check the dishwasher. Immediately, there was a problem. He figured out the issue and repaired it right away.
I was expecting to get a big extra charge. He said it was covered.

I've been using Flood Brothers for about 15 years. The entire staff over the years have been exceptionally knowledgeable, respectful, and honest. I can't tell you how many times they've gone out of their way to fix whatever went wrong. Today, Philip diagnosed the issue, went out and bought the part, installed the new insinkerator and took the old way to dispose of it.
The response was prompt. Unfortunately, it was later in the evening, but Brandon came out. He was friendly, professional and able to fix the mainline blockage. Thanks!

Second time I used them
The first time I was very pleased. This time I think I was full of up charges. Cost a lot more than I expected for the same work that had been done by others in the past. And they try to upsell me a lot of services.
Tony came out to give me an estimate to replace my tankless water heater. I was dubious about his knowledge from the beginning as he was unusually slow and did not seem to be very educated in what he was doing or talking about. Then he quoted me $8000 but said he'd give me a discount for 7k (lol) -I couldn't get him out of my house fast enough. I ended up using a very honest and reliable, insured and guaranteed installer who I found here on yelp who billed me $2500. I would stay far away from flood brothers.
These guys are HONEST! They'll come out for free to see a job before giving a quote, and won't push you to go with them if you can get the work done for less with a smaller company or misrepresent anything to get your business (even after driving a long way). Chris was extremely kind.
We've had Flood Brothers out a couple times to help with our house. After struggling with flaky and overpriced options in the past, once we found Flood Brothers they became our go to!
Most recently we had Tommy out to investigate a mystery noise related to our plumbing. The booking process is the best and most reliable of any company, not just plumbers! Once Tommy arrived he was super thoughtful and thorough. He explained everything before starting any work, and made a personal effort to look after our needs once we got the work done.

Had a great experience with Flood Brothers! Called at 7PM because my garbage disposal was leaking and explained how I needed someone the next day because of my personal schedule. They were very accommodating and scheduled me for the next afternoon.
At the start of the time window I was given, my technician Tony called to alert me he was going to be a bit late because of his current call. That was much appreciated. He also called when he was on his way to say he was in traffic- totally fine!
When Tony got here he assessed my disposal problem and immediately got to work. It took him an hour to replace the disposal entirely and he even took the time to walk my through the replacement, explaining what parts were what. That was very nice, because as a homeowner I like to learn about how to repair something in case of emergency.
Overall I had a five star experience with Flood Brothers and would suggest them to anyone in need of plumbing service!
First of all, thank you Flood brothers for the most amazing, comprehensive and honest service. I had an URGENT and developing plumbing situation that included raw sewage dumping into the crawl space under my house that was left undiscovered for a week until the smell alerted me to the problem. (This was due to the incompetence and possible criminality of a previous plumber ) Brandon was so thorough, and supported each new unhappy discovery so efficiently all along the way. Brandon was AMAZING!!!! The price quote was a little higher than others , but because of his very in depth explanation of what was going on, the time and patience he took, it gave me the confidence that I could depend on good work and $ for $ value. Then as a few more unexpected plumbing issues were discovered!!!!( I know. Worst nightmare) Continued to calmly troule shoot with me until a very reasonable and ingenious compromise could be actioned! Because of Brandon's trouble shooting , despite their quote, I ended up saving money in the end and feel I got a bargain. I am so grateful to Brandon and his team. IF YOU HAVE A PLUMBING ISSUE, ask for Brandon, and use these guys. There is a reason they have so many great reviews.

Our pressure regulator was broken and the water shutoff control arm was rusted. We also had a toilet with a bad valve piece and tank control where it wouldn't stop filling. Brandon was our plumbing technician who came out to look things over the next day, he was communicative and timely and gave us a quick quote on the repairs. Brandon also threw in a tankless water heater flush to descale the system. They sent out Eduardo the morning after, and he ended up replacing the whole control manifold and included an emergency pressure release valve, so if the pressure gets too great in the future for the regulator, the emergency valve will open and release the extra pressure. He also explained the work is guaranteed for three years. So glad they could work quickly! Would definitely call again.
Well--that was easy! Our sump pump that takes water away from the front of our house (hillside design, yay) had sprung a leak and the float wasn't rising on its own--and we were getting a lot of rain. Tracy came around, tightened up the elbow joint; it had just gotten loose. Removing leaves and tweaking the float just a wee bit did the trick.
No parts needed and then Tracy didn't want to charge for labor! Thanks, Flood Brothers!

I had a toilet clog that would not get unstuck no matter what I tried but one of the Flood Brothers plumbers came over (on time) and fixed it right away and didn't even charge me. Additionally, he gave me a rundown on how my toilet works in general and how to fix it on my own in the future - super helpful! Will certainly be using these guys for plumbing related issues in the future.
So far so good.
I call for an estimate they're extremely reliable dependable knowledgeable and Presentable.
I have a lot of questions they were all answered answered this is for an executive's property that I am handling endlin and I wanted to give a review because they are very responsive and professional.
We haven't decided on what we will do as of yet but yet but they are in the running for the project.

Tommy Saunders is nothing short of fantastic, I met Tommy through a friend of his at a 7-11... it was well past midnight and I had a student housing apartment flood multiple units. I was beyond stressed calling a bunch of plumbers who were supposed to be on call 24/7 and couldn't get anyone out.
Tommy called and made himself available immediately as soon as we spoke. Not only did he walk the job by himself, provide an estimate VERY quickly and self coordinate repairs, he followed up with pictures, helped source and schedule an electrician AND provided oversight for this vendor to job completion. I cannot understate how much I appreciate a vendor capable of autonomy!
It usually takes doing 2-3 jobs with a vendor for me to form any level of comfortability, but Tommy has quickly earned himself and his company a permanent spot on my trusted vendor list. 20/10 DO RECOMMEND!!!!

Very responsive! I had an emergency situation at 4pm - all toilets not flushing and showers not draining. I called Flood brothers and they told me they would have someone out between 5 to 7 PM. I called for help with a sink disposal - they were responsive and scheduled an inspection/estimate. Brandon was able to come by earlier than anticipated due to a cancellation, which was great, and was communicative about his arrival time. It turned out something was blocking the disposal and a replacement was unnecessary, which he diagnosed and fixed immediately. There was no charge for anything. Brandon was polite, friendly, straightforward and competent. I will be using Flood Brothers for all my future plumbing needs!

I wrote a review from an account I can't find so happy to leave a second review! I called Flood Brothers after submitting a general RFQ and after reading their yelp reviews. David came out within 24 hours for a free quote. Because I'm a renter I don't know if the quote is average but I know my landlord was fine paying it so I figure thats a good sign!
More importantly, I can leave a review of David who was awesome! He was honest, respectful and went above and beyond to make sure I was happy with the faucet he chose (I had a leaking faucet in the kitchen). I didn't feel at all that David was trying to take advantage of me or my lack of knowledge about plumbing! Instead he explained everything and I felt right away that he was a good guy. I really recommend Flood Brothers!

They did not abandoned me my kitchen sink did not clear the 1st time they came and when I got back to them that it's not open yet they immediately made arrangements for one of their more experienced technicians come over and resolve the issue. James was professional, knowledgeable, courteous and helpful very clean and made sure his work area is clean after he finished.
I had sprinklers leaking all the time and called my plumber of 12 years. He has moved to Tahoe. So I went to Yelp to hopefully find someone and I chose Flood Brothers. We set a time for the next day, 3:00 to 6:00.. I crossed my fingers because we usually get back from carpool by 3:00. I got a call around 1:00 confirming my appointment and was asked if I wanted him to come early. I said no and explained timing. They pushed the time back to 3:15 so we were able to get home by then. The problem was a corroded control piece, which is not really plumbing work. The solution was very easy for us to do--go buy a thing and screw it on. When I asked what the call out charge was, he waived it. Great communication all around. I might miss my old plumber since we had a history but I hope he is happy with his move and luckily I have found a new plumber.
Flood Brothers are the best, hands down. They've saved me on numerous occasions, most recently I had the pleasure of dealing with Phillip, who is AMAZING. Meticulous, thorough, kind, and trustworthy plus 20 other wonderful adjectives could be used when describing Flood Brothers' work and their plumbers. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY!!!!! Rip offs . I caught Jeff the technician try to take advantage of me. He was only at my home for 20min and then comes to me to tell me I need a hydro Jett for $1,100 dollars because the line wont clear. Could have a possible break. He was only here for 20min. I been getting this line clear every year for 5 years. and when I come to try this company because it was referred to me from a friend. This company couldn't even clear my main line . Had to call back rooter guard ! This is outrageous.

Home warranty company denied handling a water heater malfunction, stating it just needed cleaning. Called flood brothers to go out of pocket for the cleaning. David arrived on time and professionally reviewed the water heater in detail. He opened up the panel and found the broken part and said it should be covered under warranty and the unit possibly replaced - it wasn't in need of cleaning. He took pictures and gave me a detailed description of the issue to relay to the home warranty company. The home warranty company has already agreed to reassess and address thanks to David. While he was here, I on the spot requested estimates for other work and he was right on it. Punctual, forthright and knowledgeable. Thanks!

We needed to replace the pressure regulator. A real person answered my call, and shorty thereafter James came out to do the job.
Over Thanksgiving break our sewer line completely backed up due to a longstanding root issue. Flood Brothers was incredibly responsive and was able to successfully replace all the old clay pipe and install a new liner quickly and efficiently. Brendan L. was our contact and he was great about updating us at the beginning and end of every day and sharing photos of the work being done!
We had two separate plumbing issues two weeks apart. Both times, Jeff and his team came right out, speedily and efficiently diagnosed the problem, and presented a solution on the spot. Jeff was so great communicating with us. He was extremely responsive, sent photos and videos, and was amazing dealing with our old house. True professionals with great service.

I recently called the company for an estimate on a garbage disposal in my home which was not working. I received a prompt response via Yelp from the company. I then placed a call into the company soon after and they were able to schedule an appointment within a few days of the call.
Tommy was assigned to my job and had called me ahead of the appointment to let me know of his eta. Upon arrival, Tommy was very professional and came masked and wore booties on his shoes. He was very thorough and knowledgeable about products and was able to understand and fix the issue within a short time. He answered any questions I may have had about the issue, products and any other potential upgrades I could make.
I would definitely use the company for future plumbing work at my home and would highly recommend them and Tommy to my friends and family.
They Came out to give estimate of work, but I never got any estimate. James told me that my fixtures were too old to repair. I went Snyder Diamond, got the parts & repaired it myself

Am updating my review so you know the full story. So after I wrote my 5 star review- they really encourage you to write the 5 star reviews- I wanted to update to give the full picture. This review has nothing to do with the work or the plumbers who did the job, but management.
We had a sewer break and Mike, the manager, promised to help get part of the cost reimbursed with our insurance. After Flood Bros completed the job- he was very difficult to get a hold of. You had to call and text him several times. My insurance got the plumbers report and called it spotty so they needed to talk to him. My insurance agent called him many times cause the report was incomplete and wanted to have questions answered. This is not one week of calling but almost a month. Finally my insurance gave up trying to get a hold of Mike and came to the conclusion that they could not help cover the $30K repairs we paid.
The promises they make that oh don't worry your insurance will cover part of it are FALSE. We are now stuck with a $30K bill to pay of.

Plumbing issues are always a bummer but our issue was complicated by the fact that the issues came along when we were hosting house guests during the Thanksgiving holiday! Ugh. Anyway, the call was made to Flood Brothers and Jeff was sent out right away to diagnose and fix the problem. Sadly, the problem was more ugly than we had hoped but Jeff provided quality service, communicated very well throughout and followed up repeatedly over the course of several days. After the crisis abated, we learned we needed more extensive repairs and Jeff was able to provide a reasonable estimate for the future work. I can't imagine calling anyone other than Jeff at Flood Brothers for our future plumbing issues!
Mark was amazing! He was on time, professional, clean and well dressed. He did a fast professional snaking of our master shower drain; he even brought his own booties to cover his shoes. I'm putting Flood Brothers on speed dial for the future!!!

I called them out to do several minor plumbing jobs. The initial estimate was way too high. I had them do the one job that was reasonably priced. The next day I got an unsolicited call from a manager who heard about my complaint. He asked what the company could do to make things right. He told me that the technician who originally came out was new and did not understand the pricing schedules. He then offered to do the rest of the work at no charge to make up for the problem. The work was promptly scheduled and completed. The new technician was more experienced and completed the work professionally and quickly. I asked the pricing on some additional work and was given a very reasonable estimate. I am very happy with the experience.
I had a persistently leaky shower that other plumbers had been unable to fix. Chris came out, diagnosed the issue right away, helped me find the right parts and installed them, all in the span of about two hours. My first call should've been to Flood Brothers. I won't make the same mistake next time. Thank you Chris and team!
Needed to change the valve on my washing machine. James came to do the assessment, let me know how much everything will cost, and was able to fix everything in a short amount of time. He managed my situation and was very communicative and helpful throughout the process. He checked in on our progress frequently, and I really appreciated it!
This company is quick to respond, the technicians are very friendly do their best to explain the problem. They make an effort to find a reasonable and most cost effective solution. They are reliable and easy to deal with. I would definitely use this company again.

I really am pleased with the level of quality and professionalism of work that Flood Brothers Plumbing (service tech: Kyle) performed. The job was to fix our toilet/shower (wouldn't flush and water backed up). It was a great experience from start to finish. Kyle arrived on time and kept me updated throughout the process. My mom and I had several questions about the process and maintenance etc - all of which were answered. Also they provided me with several options and opinions moving forward. Flood Brothers Plumbing did it all at a very reasonable price and worked quick and on time. The communication was prompt and easy. Giulio was fantastic! If I could give more than 5 stars, he easily deserves it! We had a water pipe bust around 10PM and he was here within 30 minutes after talking on the phone. Very professional, wearing a mask and courteously had foot booties to put over his shoes in the house.

Called to schedule, no appointments until next week. Said they'd call back on Monday to schedule. No call back. Finally get technician out and he doesn't have the part to replace the flood valve that needed to replaced. Technician says he'll call to schedule an appointment. No call. I call 3 times and finally got an answer over text message to schedule for Monday morning. Monday evening comes around and no one shows up. When I ask why, Unfortunately we do not have the availability we apologize for the inconvenience. My advice: find another plumber, not worth the hassle if they don't have availability to send out a technician to an appointment already scheduled.
Elias (maybe spelling his name wrong) just came out and fixed our issue within moments, and didn't charge us anything. Was super friendly and knew his stuff. We've used this company before for big major projects, and we were worried this was going to be another big expense, but it was a quick (and free) easy job. Thanks Elias.

Had a weekend kitchen faucet leak( don't all leaks happen on weekends lol) and called Flood Brothers. If you have a service on a weekend expect a higher price rate. They sent Kyle Butler for the issue which ended up being more extensive. Kyle was professional and gave new rates before any work was done. Very happy with his service.

We had a need for service to fix garbage disposal. We called Flood brothers. They came right in. Look at the problem. Right away they knew what's the problem. They found one very tine screw stuck in between blades. Removed it and all working fine.
Their response was very prompt. I am beyond satisfied with my experience with them. I highly recommend this company for any plumbing need in Los Angeles area
Nice folks, but I had a complicated plumbing issue that took a while for them to understand and their estimates were higher than other plumbers
We haven't finished our work with Flood Brothers yet, but so far Junior has been really helpful and responsive; he came out to our house on an emergency call, even though it was pretty late at night, which we were so thankful for! They were able to resolve the initial clogging issue we had but discovered some extra issues (roots damaging the pipes) while working and we are working with them now to fix that too! I am hopeful the rest of the work will be smooth and we can get the issue fixed!

We had a plumbing emergency in our condo building and Flood Brothers were the only ones I could get a hold of right away. I was thrilled that they also had cleanup services for our sewage overflow available as well. They replaced a section of drain pipe for a few thousand dollars but that didn't seem to totally solve the problem (I had to push to test the situation after the fix). Then they hydrojetted in a different direction and created a new sewage leak. They recommended a $7K+ fix to replace a 3-story section of drain pipe without properly inspecting the situation (they said they couldn't get the camera through a curved section), which is when we decided to get another opinion. The other plumber was able to do a thorough inspection with cameras and smoke test and identified a different problem section entirely (the 3 story drain was fine!). Needless to say, I decided not to go back to Flood Brothers. The $1500 cleanup up was minimal which included sewage mop up, surface clean and 5 days of dehumidifying but they failed to vac up the adjoining bedroom carpet or even suggest that furniture should be moved as the wetness spread. They also did not vac up the mess created by their hydrojet in our stairwell. Basically, I think the team lacked experience, were inept at assessing the problem, and were overly aggressive in their approach. Go with a more seasoned pro if your problem is more significant.
This was my 3rd time using Flood Brothers, Jeff is absolutely great!! Tree roots have attacked the pipe in my backyard to our septic, they showed me on the camera, which was great to see!

They gave me an estimate of $7k for installation of a tankless water heater. Other contractors estimated at $3k or $4K. Their presentation looked very glitzy and they claimed to have a better warranty .. still it was a waste of everyone's time. I got the job done for $3400 by National Plumbing and the energy efficient Nortiz has been running flawlessly without complications

Brendan, Mike, and Anthony were responsive and did a great job assessing the issues with my clean out valve. They helped me select the right service (hydrojet) and got the clog in my kitchen sink resolved quickly.

I can't comment on their work because I ended up not working with them but their customer service was lackluster. I contacted them and was asked for my information for them to contact me. I exchanged a few texts and I was told a technician would call me to give me a quote. I never received a call even after I texted them again to inquiry about it. I ended up hiring a different plumbing company that actually followed up.

Flood Brothers are great! I had a sewage clog and a water heater go to hell at the same time. Flood Brothers sent Brandan and his trainee Brendon out and both were great, showing and/or telling what they were doing and giving me options. And instead of saying, Oh, you need to replace the pipes like another, crappy plumber did, Brendon offered suggestions that were cheaper and they worked! It's not that they worked that impressed me. It was the fact that instead of trying to shmooze me to make more money, he actively tried and succeeded in creating a cheaper alternative. I will ALWAYS take my plumbing needs to Flood Brothers. Short notice minor emergency: pilot light problems on the water heater! I didn't discover the issue until around 4:30 and it was well after 5 by the time I ran out of my own solutions. But you know, we gotta have our hot water in the morning! So I messaged Flood Brothers through Yelp, they responded within 25 minutes. I reviewed the problem over the phone, they quoted me a fair after hours rate, and their guy Phil arrived in an hour. Phil examined the problem and proceeded to finesse the mechanical box with his many years of experience with old GE water heaters. Got it lit and warming water within fifteen minutes. A total pro. Highly recommended.
I couldn't be happier with Flood Brothers! We've been struggling with identifying the source of the sewage smell coming from our dishwasher. We've used three different plumbers and none were able to figure it out (new drain hose, use cleaners, clean filter regularly, air stop, etc). Philip showed up on time, listened to my woes and figured out that one of the drain hoses was too long and was likely housing food bits. He pulled his screwdriver out, cleaned it thoroughly with bleach, cut the hose to the right size and put it all back together. We haven't had that smell come back since his visit. I was ready to replace the entire sewage line near the kitchen! These guys care and do things right.

Thank you thank you thank you!! Flood brothers is one heck of a good plumbing company. I was desperate and in need of a clogged pipe (turns out it was also cracked argh) however Efrain and his coworker were able to clear it out today to restore my pipes even temporarily which is fine!
They are professional, well dressed, courteous and friendly! Above all ... Reasonable!!! I called them before noon and was told before sundown they got here at 2pm, makes me a happy guy!
I highly recommend this company for all plumbing needs, I've only used them once but am scheduling them to fix the pipe later. A+ thank you Efrain, with plumbers like him on staff this place will be your go to plumbers.
JUNIOR IS AMAZING!!! I had an issue that came up with roots in my sewage pipe and called Flood Brothers needing same day service. Junior was able to squeeze me in. I thought all I needed was hydrojetting, but unfortunately there was a separated pipe and other issues that needed tending to immediately. Over two days, Junior was calm and professional, sent me regular updates, provided me with guidance and alternatives, and ended up fixing the problem and making the yard look like nothing had ever happened. I am so happy with their service, and while I hope I never need a plumber again, if I do, call them immediately!

great service from this guys. We had an emergency so we call around, we got a few quotes but Flood brothers beat most of them & they we're available within an hour. So we decided to go with Flood Brothers for our plumbing issue that we we're having for a few weeks now. They send their expert right away & he show us the problem, some roots that were blocking some of the underground pipes clogging everything. They had to break the cement, work their way there, replace some of the old pipes & got it back to new. I called late in the evening due to a toilet backing up. Someone answered! We established that it was not an emergency and they scheduled for the next day. The next day, the technician, Junior, came out and assessed the situation, explained all the options, explained what could and could not happen, etc. He was patient, helpful, and clearly answered all my questions!
We went forward with the agreed upon work the next day. They stayed in touch prior to arrival, they even made a last-minute appointment change due to my work schedule, the work went smoothly... all in all, it was a great experience!
I will certainly be using them again!

Recently, my earthquake valve needed to be reset and the pilot light on my hot water heater was not functioning. I called Flood Brothers about a potential problem with my water heater. The guy I spoke to was extremely helpful and friendly... over the phone, he walked me through the process of checking my water heater and the water meter out by the street. He was extremely patient in explaining how the various meters worked.
It turned out there wasn't anything in need of repair, but he still offered to come to the house to check for a gas leak if I wanted... FOR FREE!
I've dealt with some EXTREMELY crooked plumbers in the past, so needless to say, it was quite refreshing to deal with someone so helpful and generous with his time.

What a great service provided by Tracy from Flood Brothers! I had an issue where our toilet drains were clogged and drainage was backing up into our shower (ugh). I read reviews and decided to give them a try. They answered the phone promptly on a Sunday and to my pleasure said they could be there in 60 minutes. Tracy showed up right on time. He was masked and wore shoe covers to keep our house clean. As is always the case, magically the problem resolved when he arrived. But he was still thorough and offered to run a camera through our drains to see if he could identify any potential issues. He found some roots and had some logical recommendations to clear out our drain pipes and to prevent drainage from backing up into the shower or worse, namely an outdoor clean out so if it gets clogged again it will overflow there instead of the bathroom. Can't believe prior plumbers haven't suggested something like that before. Tracy was clean, fast, knowledgeable and friendly. I'm looking forward to having him and Flood Brothers come out and do the preventative work needed and give me peace of mind for the future. Thanks Tracy and Flood Brothers!

When I called at the end of a Saturday (because the large plumbing company we all know the name of, sent a guy who could not unclog my sink) to have my sink unclogged, they arranged to have one of their guys come out on Sunday to fix it. They took my problem and made it their own and got the job done because they knew I was having a socially distanced dinner on Monday and had to have my sink fixed. Thank you Flood Brothers! We had an issue with our main line causing flooding in our downstairs shower and toilet. I contacted Flood Brothers that evening and they came out first thing the next day to clear the blockage as well as send a camera down the line to see what the issue was. Jeff was courteous, efficient and fixed our issue within an hour. Before he left he even left us a quote to replace our main line ( in the near future) since it is in pretty bad shape given the age of our septic system. I would recommend Flood Brothers to anyone.

I am editing my review because this company has EXCELLENT customer service. After posting my review below, the owner reached out to my husband and me in order to find out what happened and fix the situation. Not many companies do this so I appreciate this type of service.
PREVIOUS REVIEW:
Unfortunately I didn't have the same experience as most of the other reviewers. We had a clogged bathroom drain and paid $150 to have it snaked over the weekend. Well, it didn't work! We were advised to contact our Property Manager/HOA because the plumber thought the clog was lower down. He thought that we may have to cut into the wall and cut out sections of the pipe to clear the clog. WTF? We ended up using another plumber that a friend referred, and he cleared the clog within minutes! It was only 4 feet down. Flood Brothers used a drill snake while the other plumber used a completely different device. I don't know what happened but it is upsetting that I just wasted $150.
Brendan was great. Showed up in a mask, covered his boots with booties, fixed our sink problem in no time and then carefully examined the dripping we were having in our shower. Our cartridge was worn out (as we suspected) but as the cartridge was little more than a year old he took the extra effort to carefully diagnose the underlying problem - that our water was coming into our home at a far higher pressure than recommended. He could have just replaced our shower cartridge, called it a day, and then come back in a little over a year to do it again. Instead he took the time to find out what was really wrong and saved us a bunch of money in the process. Thanks Brendan!

I reached out to Flood Brothers on the Friday before Memorial Day. Had a leaking toilet overnight. I couldn't locate the issue and needed help asap before my floors got ruined. The guy on the phone scheduled me for a same day appointment and kept me updated via email when the time changed. I love the automated systems they have to confirm appointment stuff. Very efficient and kept me informed!
Mike and Jerry arrived and investigated my issue. They quickly found out that there was a loose bolt/seal where the tank attached to the base of the toilet (it was improperly installed). They tightened everything up and adjusted the bouy as well. I tried to pay them but they wouldn't accept!! They said it was such an easy job (~15 mins) and it was my first time using them that they just wanted to create happy repeat customers.
Well they sure did create a happy customer. I highly recommend them and Flood Brother's is now my go to call for any plumbing issues in the future.

He came by this morning to take a look at what we thought to be a major leak in our kitchen sink/dishwasher piping. We had called numerous other plumbers early in the week who flat out refused to even step foot inside the house unless we committed to a minimum service charge of $200+ prior to any inspection of the issue itself... but not Efrain! He was as friendly, helpful, and professional as can be. He took a look underneath the sink in a complementary inspection, made a couple tweaks, and had completely solved our problem within a matter of minutes. Flood Brothers Plumbing has just become my go-to plumber. Yesterday around 3 p.m., my main water regulator went out. My pressure was way too high and I was on the verge of having a pipe about to burst. I was worried as hell because it was a Friday afternoon, I had to turn my water off and my regular plumber wasn't even available until Monday!
So I called Flood Brothers Plumbing and in barely an hour, one of the technicians--Brendan Lee--and his crew were on the job. In less than three hours from the time I first called, the job was finished. It was amazing!

I contacted them for a non-urgent issue. They came the next business day at noon to provide a free estimate and had the issue fixed by 1pm.
A previous handyman told me that the issue could not be fixed. After a few months of tolerating the problem, I decided to get a second opinion. I was expecting it to be a costly repair.
The person I spoke to correctly identified the issue over the phone, but they still sent someone out to survey my shower and provide a free estimate. Once he assessed the issue and I agreed to the price, he went out to get the part and returned for the repair/replacement. It was much quicker and cheaper than I was expecting. By the time I moved my laptop and charger to my living room, Brandon had fixed the issue! This was a few months ago, and everything is still holding up. I wish I would have called them sooner!
Brendan arrived extremely prompt, very friendly to talk to and fixed my kitchen sink issue in literally seconds. I could not have asked for a better technician to help me out!
If I ever have any issues moving forward, best believe that I will call Flood Brothers again and personally request Brendan.
One last point that made me very happy, is that before entering my unit, Brendan put on plastic coverings over his shoes. That little attention to detail made a huge impression on me!

Helped us in an pinch! We had friends staying with us (the best time for house problems) and it was a rainy weekend when our water heater stopped working. All of the quick fixes we knew we tried to no avail. They came on a weekend to figure out the problem, gave us a temporary fix so the hot water came back on and then fixed it on Monday.
Everything is new, we have filter and the unit is now is for outdoors like the other one we had was supposed to be.
Giulio and crew were polite and efficient. Looking forward to the free check ups in a year.

All I can say is I was blown away with the level of service I experienced with Brendan and a couple other team members at Flood Brothers. I would give way beyond 5 stars if I could. No one ever wishes to have to deal with a water leak in the home (or business, or anywhere) but when our tenant first discovered some water damage in our condo unit we immediately turned to Yelp in search of a plumbing company that could help us identify the source. I had to deal with this situation remotely so that was another factor. When I saw Flood Brothers' fantastic ratings and saw they also offer water mitigation/ dry-out services, I decided to give them a call to see what their availability was.
Given the nature of our water issue, they were able to send Brendan out within a few hours to visually inspect, with another person the following day to come cut into the drywall and conduct rigorous inspection to finally identify the root cause coming from the upstairs neighbor's HVAC. Brendan returned to the site to confirm then advised the tenants and upstairs unit how to stop the leakage until the unit could be fixed and they contained the area and set-up dry-out fans to eliminate the moisture.
Seems pretty standard but the reason I cannot sing enough praises is because of not just the efficiency but the level of communication and courtesy demonstrated by Brendan was beyond anything I've ever experienced for a situation like this. Brendan took it upon himself to play point between all the involved parties (myself, my tenant, and the upstairs neighbor) to ensure everyone was informed on the situation at all times. At one point, the upstairs had an HVAC company out and they had determined there was no issue with the system (even though there really was) and I was in communication with Brendan late into the night to ask more questions about what the leak could possibly be from and coordinating his return the next day to do more inspection/ troubleshooting on site. Brendan constantly made himself available to me and the building residents to answer questions and on multiple occasions re-routed his day so he could be on-site if needed. And he was always so friendly, informative and happy to help. Due to all the parties involved, there was even a delay in when we could have Brendan back to inspect post-dry out and he was nothing but accommodating.
I said it so many times throughout our ordeal - though I hope not to have to deal with this sort of thing for a long time to come, if and when I do, Brendan and the Flood Brothers will be my first call. Thank you team!

Extremely helpful even on a Sunday afternoon. They got back to me and They diagnosed / fixed my water heater problem through FaceTime within 10 mins after my initial inquiry. They were extremely polite (sorry I forgot who helped me). After three days of cold showers my only regret was not contacting them earlier.
Brendan is an absolute legend, Service was impeccable, he was in and out the door in 10 minutes. Love this company I would definitely recommend them to everybody. He even honored the original price that was quoted to me on the phone.
Junior is the best, very professional! He helped us with our clogged drain problem on the phone first, then when that did not work, he came over to diagnose the problem with us. The solution would involve the building and might be very costly, he suggested a few things to try before going thro the huge expense. He did not charge and asked us to keep him posted. I will use Junior and his company from now on if I have any plumbing issues which I hope won't happen too often.
We have had the best experience with Flood Brothers and use them for all the plumbing needs for our 10 unit condo complex. My primary contact, Brendon Lee, goes above and beyond to make sure I am in the loop at all times and is ridiculously responsive. I could not ask for a better partner in trying to make sense of the massive amount of plumbing work our old building has needed and I feel secure in the knowledge that I will always get a fair, honest price and high quality work done. Also, and this is an especially nice touch, when a technician is on the way they send a photo of who's coming - which really put me at ease the first time we used them. Highly, highly recommend!

Called and within 2 hours Johnatan was here to review everything. He took videos and pictures and I felt very comfortable with his knowledge.
I had what looked like an entire crawlspace flood. So I frantically searched Yelp for a good company that can deal with floods and found Flood Brothers. I called and they answered right away and sent two techs out in just a few hours, Brendon and Eddie.
They were really, really nice and professional. They checked to make sure my water meter wasn't running to rule out a live leak. They quickly realized that it was just localized water accumulation at the front of the crawl space and the rest of the space was completely dry.

Our bathtub faucet wouldn't turn off and we didn't know what to do and couldn't turn off the water for our whole building. Jerry was able to locate a faucet that would work just by a photo we sent and be at our apt to fix it within an hour. So thankful otherwise the water would have had to run all night long! He was very nice, professional, informative, and fixed the problem so quickly. Will definitely be calling Jerry for future plumbing issues for sure!

I am editing this review because of how seriously the Floodbrothers team took the feedback and reached out. They convinced me to give them another chance to earn my business and the chance came along faster than I could have possibly predicted.
The situation was a nail through a copper pipe which goes through the concrete floor to the level below. They handled that entire issue, replacing the pipe through the slab and cleaning up in about an hour.
The real kicker is that as I was turning the water on and running the bathtub to clear any sediment from the pipes they helped spot and diagnose a small leak coming from my bathtub drain! They were able to replace the cast iron drain fitting on the spot.
This was all during a kitchen remodel, if we hadn't spotted the bathtub leak now we would have completed the kitchen and the leak would have damaged our new kitchen and cabinets!
I am so thankful they came out and helped us get this kitchen remodel back on track.
We called Flood Brothers last minute for a broken garage disposal. Brandon H. showed up later that day and was very helpful. He advised us to replace our old super rusted disposal and quickly installed a brand new one. I'm very happy with his professionalism and expertise. I'm a repeat customer of Flood Brothers. Recently had an experience that didn't sit well with me. Long story, but they immediately responded to my feedback in an attempt to learn from my experience and to remedy it. Giovanni and Jerry went above and beyond to keep me as a happy customer.
I have been going through a bathroom remodel nightmare (understatement ) I called Flood brothers off of yelp because I've been having a series of issues. Not limited to wrong piping, wrong tub installation and having to rip out the tile and tub twice to fix mistakes. NONE of these mistakes were their fault but they have been generous with their time and patience!
They were on time, professional and so easy to work with. I am so grateful I found them - they are all good people. I can't thank them enough
Brandon and his team were absolutely wonderful. We were were in a state of emergency and lacked proper sewage setup at our home. He made the extra effort to fit us in while so many other companies we had called were unresponsive or delayed.
Upon arrival, his team and him immediately identified the problem and went through two days of intense repairs to get things done. It was incredibly hot as well and they still got the job done with a smile on their faces.
I can go on about how amazing the experience was. I will definitely be calling Flood Brothers and asking for Brandon and his team for future services, as well as recommending them to others. THANK YOU BRANDON AND TEAM!!

Flood Brothers is great! Kyle Butler came out and fixed our upstairs toilet. Not only did he fix the problem, but was so friendly to the whole family. Now our son can use the bathroom for his potty training. I would recommend Flood Brothers to anyone.
Flood Brothers are excellent plumbers/people. They show up right away if you need that and the charge always seems to be less than I would expect. They come with mask, gloves and shoe covers and get the job done. They are nice to my Golden Retriever, who insists on being their friend. The last time they did not even charge me because there was really nothing to it. Call these guys!

I called Flood Brothers late on a Friday afternoon - a live person answered the phone and was very helpful. I had a pipe burst and major flooding in my office, on Easter Sunday no less. They were fast, kept me in the loop the entire time, and when the plumber, Brenden, arrived, he was quick to diagnose and treat the broken pipe. He was very professional, courteous and empathetic to our situation.

I want to reciprocate and help this young business out as they showed me the plumbing profession has evolved to be a very courteous and attentive to detail kind of profession.
Specifically, you're lucky if you get Brendan and Julio (hard J). Both of these guys are so genuinely kind they made me want to hang out with them. They entertained me with great conversation while they 50ft. snaked my kitchen sink and shower. Their knowledge of the many of the many 100's of things that can affect drains was very impressive. They put little booties on their shoes as not to affect anything in my place. They laid a cloth tarp on the ground where they working. When they were done they grabbed some paper towels and cleaner and cleaned my sink and shower area leaving it more fresh than they found it.
From a business perspective I told them they don't charge enough for the type of premium experience they deliver. They charge the same as the John-Doe with the exposed butt who learns his trade by word of mouth.
They told me they're a younger company and they're doing their best to treat people right and create a longterm opportunity for themselves. I 100% hope that happens for them sooner than later. These guys make a dirty job feel like a 5-star hotel experience. Thanks Brendan and Julio, appreciate you guys a lot.

Luckily Giulio and Anthony came to the rescue with their big snake and got the crud out of my pipe! I also appreciate that they came early and wore masks and booties. Response was very quick after requesting a quote on Yelp. Giulio saved the day that same day. After the fumigators knocked my hot water vent loose he was able to quickly repair it and fix my ignitor as well. Also, very Covid aware which is appreciated.
Our garbage disposal seemed to die, so I called Flood Brothers and the dispatch connected me with Giulio almost immediately. After sending him texts of what kind of disposal we have, he waited in line at his supplier for an hour during the coronavirus crisis to get a new one. When he arrived, to install the new disposal, it turned out that my current one was just clogged and he didn't even charge me for the trip! What an amazing experience in customer service. Also, Giulio came in a mask, gloves, and plastic booties fully complying with the important co-vid virus guidelines. Flood Brothers has set the standard in my mind for customer service. Truly a GREAT company.

I had two different technicians come out for estimates on a leaking toilet, drain repiping project, and water heater replacement over the course of about 2 yrs. Mike G and Gulio were the technicians and both were top notch. They did a thorough evaluation, gave a very reasonable offer, and were very responsive to my multiple questions over text. On the last visit, there were 2 rats in rat traps in the crawl space and not only did they STILL go in and evaluate, but Gulio went the extra step in volunteering to dispose of the rats. I met with 2-3 other plumbing companies in the bidding process and flood bros seemed to do a more thorough eval, had better communication, and also happened to have the most competitive pricing. In the end, I ended up going with my contractor who offered a very competitive bid bc I was doing other work with him. If it weren't for that I'd have gone with FB. For future plumbing issues flood bros will be at the top of my list.

I called Flood Brothers because our gas and hot water were turned off Phillip came right over and solved the problem in 2 minutes. Totally professional and reliable I can not recommend them enough especially having gone through so many plumbers who dont know what they are doing.
Contacted these guys on a SATURDAY BEFORE XMAS. Surely no way I could get them out same day right? Wrong! They were here in under an hour and the amazing technician GIULIO fixed our problem in less time than it took to make a cup of tea! And all the while he was polite and sweet and lovely and even put on little booties before he came in the house. THIS IS WHAT CUSTOMER SERVICE IS SUPPOSED TO BE LIKE!
We had a bad odor coming from the bathroom. We thought it was a sewer gas leak because we were starting to experience lightheadedness, fatigue, and nausea. We called 5 different plumbing companies and Flood Brothers Plumbing offered the most thorough inspection process. Our Technician (Brandon) was great. He inspected everything in the bathroom and went under our apartment crawl space to look at all piping. He confirmed there was no plumbing issue and that the smell is likely coming from mold and that we should have a professional mold inspection done. He did not charge for the service because there ended up being no plumbing issue ( I would gladly have paid for the inspection).
So I had a hot water issue. So I called Flood brothers. They sent out Phillip. A great professional. He assessed the situation, worked his magic and was in and out in a jiffy. I have never dealt with a plumbing company that had employees that were that knowledgable and worked fast. You cant go wrong with Flood Brothers!

Mike at Flood Brothers is my go-to plumber. When you live in a house that's 100 years old, you have such services saved in your phone. I could go into detail about the first job I hired him for, but that would mean describing at greater length why/how my house smelled like feces.
I text Mike photos and he gives me a guesstimate about what the problem is, he shows up within 24 hours, he is polite, professional, very clear about cost and works quickly and efficiently. Marcelo, his assistant is also very polite and helpful. I would/will recommend Mike at Flood Brothers anytime.

I called Flood Brothers (found them on yelp) when my kitchen sink backed up and Mark came out the same day. He diagnosed the problem, explained everything clearly and set-up a schedule to have the issue resolved. It took several days to fix my plumbing issue, but it was a stress free as these things can be because of Mark's professionalism. On the 2nd day of the plumbing work, Jimmy came with Mark to work on my plumbing issue and they were both great! They left everything very clean and worked efficiently. I called Flood Brothers for help with a running toilet. Guilio came right out but unfortunately the toilet had stopped running. He tried a few things but couldn't get it to run. Very kindly, he offered to waive the service fee (without me asking!). Two days later it started running again but they were busy and couldn't get out for a couple days. When Guilio came it had stopped running again. He troubleshooted and replaced a small ring in the tank that looked like it may not have been sealing properly.
All in all, I felt that this was an excellent company with very good communication and fair prices. I will definitely use them again for all of my plumbing needs!!!
Mike and Bill just came out to my place on Thanksgiving Day within a couple hour window of me calling them and they were both super friendly, over the top kind and honestly can't say enough great things about this company, Flood Brothers Plumbing Los Angeles.

I called 3 plumbers and got estimates, Flood required me to sent pictures of the old faucets being replaced and a pic of the new ones going in. Their estimate was twice as expensive as the other two quotes. It was twice as expensive as the company that actually fixed them. The price the company charged for replacing the faucets also replaced hot water turn off valves on each faucet and it was still half the price. They might do good work, but i will never know as their prices are outragous
I was NEVER offered a free in home bid. Your employee called me back and quoted me this price on his own. I told him this sounded extremely high... he said oh well its what it is...i at first thought it was nice that you called me to discuss the incident, but soon realized it was only you trying to get me to change my review... the other company that came out, didnt give me a quote until they came and looked at the work. So that wasnt the issue. I stated i could not speak to the quality of your work since i never used your company. I only spoke about your prices...you have now escalated this issue on your own...please stop

Prompt, respectful, thorough and experts! Jerry Wise, the plumber / technician that was called to our house late Friday night not only called us first to get some details around what was going on, but he also set expectations on exactly how long it would take him to get there. From the moment he arrived, he was personable, curious and asked all the right questions to get the job done and provided solid advice on how to make sure the plumbing problem never happens again. I'm going to make this review as fair and objective as possible, based on my 2 experiences with Flood Brothers Plumbing. I was willing to give them the benefit of the doubt after my first bad experience, but as a result of the latest service I have no choice but to warn potential clients.
I like to start off with the positives. In my service appointments and phone conversations, everyone at Flood Brothers was polite, respectful and friendly. They send you text reminders for your appointments (awesome!) and the technicians call you when they're on the way and give you an ETA. This is a major point that most service companies miss and it makes a huge difference, so thank you for implementing that. They are now also doing follow-up phone calls to make sure everything went well and you don't have any issues, which is another plus.
Unfortunately, the actual quality of service left much to be desired.
TL;DR
Flood Brothers gave me an inflated quote on a fairly large project, the owner called to apologize, and I decided to give them a 2nd chance. Efrain came out to unclog my bathtub and initially it drained but clogged right back up after a couple hours. They gave no warranty, wanted to put in a camera and I said no. I had a different company come out, snake the drain, and now it works great (and they give a 30 day warranty).
Summary of Flood Brothers estimate on Jan 16:
A technician came out and I asked him to give me an estimate on replacing some gate valves in the garage of our building for our HOA. He had the incorrect address (not his fault, the office incorrectly listed my address and then failed to update the address that I gave them over the phone). He couldn't find my number (even though he had called with his ETA shortly before) and so I waited an extra hour or so while he was apparently outside. He then gave me a very inflated estimate for the job (~$7,000). I had 3 other companies provide quotes and all of them came in at around half the price of this estimate.
Giovanni (the owner) called me to figure out what happened and explained that it was the technician's first day in the field solo, and so he simply overestimated the amount of work required. He was very apologetic and seemed to honestly want to fix the issue. So when my bathtub stopped draining last week, I decided to give them another shot.
Summary of drain unclogging on Mar 2:
They were very accommodating and promptly came out to my apartment. Efrain had excellent communication and was very polite and even put on shoe covers (again, this is a often missed small detail that was a great touch). He found that our drain plug (basket attached to trip lever) was broken and pulled some gunk/hair out of the drain. And the water was draining, albeit a little slowly. He explained that it was an old drain and probably couldn't get any better. So I was thrilled. Unfortunately, a couple hours later when my wife went to take a shower, the tub quickly filled up and wasn't draining. I immediately called and let him know. He explained that it was draining well when he was here (true) and that it's an old pipe so there's no warranty (which I knew but is still kind of crazy), so he would have to put in a camera (expensive) and see what the problem is (fixing it more expensive). I asked how far he put the snake in and didn't get a solid answer. Maybe he snaked maybe not; maybe only a few feet. Either way it was ineffective.
I then decided to call another company who I had used before and knew could snake the drain. They came out 2 days later, put in 30 ft of snake, took out some gunk and 30 minutes later the drain was clear. I took a shower and it drains better than ever.
Final thoughts:
I do believe that Flood Brothers will fix your plumbing issues, but it will likely cost you dearly. There are definitely some positive things they do; however, I would recommend to find someone more experienced that will guarantee their work.

They showed up quickly and assessed the leak under my sink, out of the cabinet to the bathroom floor. I had thrown beach towels on it so it would not damage the wood floor out of the bathroom. The got the parts and returned for a quick repair. All wore booties, masks and gloves. Actual cost was lower than the estimate. All friendly, helpful and professional. I would recommend them.

These guys are awesome! Mike and Michael came out to unclog a drain, root my main like and also check on a water mitigation issue I thought I had under the house, which turned out to be from all the rain we got last year (weed growth).
The unclog drain was a breeze and the other two issues turned out not to be issues at all! I received valuable information on how to make sure my drain doesn't clog in the future and now I have a bit of time before working on the small amount of roots growing in the main line. Awesome service and plumbers you can trust to not take your wallet for a ride! Highly recommended!

We had Flood Brothers come in to check in a repair needed recently, and they were so helpful in figuring out the problem while patiently explaining what needed to be done to fix the situation. Brandon in particular took his time to text the details of the problem of what needed to be done, and even went further to take into consideration of our tight budget. Although we could not work all the way together to the end, Brandon constantly texted to be aware of what was currently happening, and offered assistance throughout the whole ordeal. Although he had worked to repair as much as possible he did the service free of charge knowing our situation, and was nothing but helpful and courteous. I will definitely recommend Brandon and also Flood Brothers, as it is very hard to find such kind and understanding people of profession these days.
Highly recommend them. Had a very nasty sewage back up in two bathrooms and Jerry came out and addressed the problem. He was on time, very courteous and didn't leave until the issues were fixed. He came out on Saturday, his day off, and didn't waste my time and did the job quickly. A complete pro.

Switched to Flood Brothers (Jerry specifically) after my previous long-time plumbers (the once great Plotke Plumbing) unfortunately merged with another company and, in doing so, became a totally different business, one that routinely overbilled for work that rapidly deteriorated in quality (often requiring more work only a few months later).
At Flood Brothers, a total contrast, Jerry and his team are always prompt, responsive, and courteous. They're thorough, willing to patiently explain (and show pictures/video of) all the details as to why they're recommending a specific strategy, and fair and reasonable in pricing. They've even come on weekends, when they had not intended to work, in order to get the job done faster than initially estimated.
I've used them for sewage blockage (roots), sewage line repair, replacing galvanized pipes with copper pipes, and other issues that come with expensive but not mainstream premium bathroom plumbing fixtures.

The Flood Brothers team have helped me with plumbing issues on multiple occasions. We had a main sewer line broken and the street had to broken to be accessed. We had gotten a bid from a plumbing company and it was astronomically high. We then contacted Flood Brothers for another expert opinion and the bid came back at about 25% of the other companys quote. It became apparent that the other company misdiagnosed the problem or was trying to take advantage of us. Needless to say we gave the Flood Brothers the job and the main sewer line was fixed as we were quoted by them. Since then we have never looked into using another plumbing company as having a reliable and trustworthy plumber is extremely important.
Flood brothers also redid the plumbing throughout one of my family members house.

Had one of my drains clog up while my dad was out of town. I had no idea who to call, I took the chance with Flood Brothers and I loved the great service I recieved! Highly recommended this to anyone in need of having thier drains unclogged. Guilo was a delight to have work for us. Any question I had he answered. He was fast and didnt get annoyed when I asked a bunch of questions.
Had a faucet in bathtub I wanted to replace. Messages Flood Brothers and they had Efrain our to me the following day. Efrain helped remove the piece and did everything very timely and in a professional manner. Very knowledgeable and would recommend and definitely use them again in the future.

When we first booked our Flood Brothers appointment, we got a call about an hour before arrival saying they would need to reschedule for another day, they had accidentally double booked. I was obviously frustrated, but the office was apologetic and kind and rescheduled for as soon as they could.
When the appointment did take place, Efrain was professional, kind and got the job done! He showed up on time and finished the work quickly and efficiently. All the while, taking extra care not to track any dirt into the house.
If I have another plumbing issue, I will definitely call Flood Brothers for help.
Flood Brothers came out to give me a bid on my project. Joseph was on time (ahead of schedule) and extremely transparent about the scope of work. Although the job was too big for Flood Brothers, I would give them an A+ for communication, transparency, and timeliness.
Great work, highly recommended. The staff is very professional and provided us with a very thorough assessment of the problem prior to addressing the problem.
Giulio was great. I heard back from him within a few minutes of calling the office, and he explained possible options on the phone for my clogged toilet. We made an appointment for that same morning. He arrived on time, masked up for Covid safety. Giulio fixed the toilet in no time and left me with a functioning toilet and a clean bathroom. Great service. Thank you!
Thank you Flood Brothers! Guilio and Mike were fantastic. Guilio unclogged my sink by snaking it with a 50 foot line, fixed my leaky pipe under the sink, and crawled under my house to further examine the line. They recommended that I consider replacing my drains in the near future, since they are all about 70 years old. I plan to do this larger project in the next few months, and I will likely have Flood Brothers doing this as well. All around great company and wonderful customer service.
Joseph from Flood Brothers was the last one of 5 quotes we received for redirection of a blocked drain we had been trying to solve for months. All the others had told us we needed to drill through our foundations at great cost to achieve a solution. Joseph went under the house into the tiny crawl space, quickly saw a better solution and provided a much lower quote. The next day he and his team had the whole thing done for less than half hour of first quote. Smart, clean, professional and fairly priced. I would use them anytime.

I had an emergency plumbing problem on a Saturday. I reached out to Flood Brothers Plumbing early in the morning and they answered the call right away and were very responsive. Efrain was able to come out immediately and fix my plumbing issue. He was great - took the time to explain to me what was happening, answer my questions l, fixed the problem (to my relief), and even cleaned up the area so he went above and beyond. With 3 small kids I basically need an on-call plumber !Brendan is basically one of the family now ! In a month our toilet swallowed a full lime , followed by a diaper , and endless handfuls of small legos! Yikes! He always makes time to get out to see us right away and always responds quickly to my S.O.S. He always shows up on time , following all COVID precautions! I had an issue with a constantly running toilet. I called Flood Brothers and I had a plumber at my door in less than an hour. Woo Hoo.
My tech was super professional, put on the clean booties to protect my floors, treated me with the utmost respect, answered all my questions, fixed my running toilet in 2 seconds. I had him check all the other toilets and showers in my home. Everything looked good. I asked how much I owed him and he said NO CHARGE. WHAAAAT???? He wouldn't take anything from me since there was really no work to be done. He still took his time to come out, check things out and yet no charge. I'm impressed.

Giulio and Efiren (sorry for the spelling) are miracle workers. We've had a horrible sewer smell in our house for four years. We've had at least five other plumbers come over and couldn't solve it. With one smoke test they did what the other guys couldn't do, they found the issue and solved it.

Had them to check why a sewer smell was coming from plumbing and crawl space under house . They found issues with broken piping in both bathroom and kitchen area. I don't do a lot of reviews but Brendan and Eddie came and were so quick in fixing the problem amd checking everything out including the pressure. I was really happy with them fixing my toilet. Will use them again for future issues for sure!
I called because I had a gas leak on the side of my house and needed my pipes fixed ASAP. Brendan showed up within 1 hour and fixed the pipe really quickly. He was SO nice and helpful. I will definitely be calling Flood Brothers again next time I need a plumber.

Today, April 17, 2018 our front water pipe broke and water started flooding down the street. We called Flood Brothers (24/7 plumbing service) and they sent Jerry Wise. He isolated the problem to an old pipe and repaired it. He was courteous and professional and offered recommendation that we refer to DWP a replacement of main shutoff valve that is old and leaking.
We are very pleased with his service and highly recommend him for any future plumbing problems. What a relief it was to get our water service back. Thank you Jerry and Flood Brothers !
I had a running toilet issue that was costing me a lot of money, and on top of that, the water valve (angle stop) was broken, too. After calling a few plumbers that I didn't go with (neighbor recommendations), I would up Googling Flood Brothers and my gut told me to go with them. I am glad I did. From the time I called them and spoke with Daniel, to the actual work done by Brandon, the communication, attention to health & safety and detail was second to none. Brandon wore a mask, gloves and booties on his shoes. He checked the job after complete, asked me to double-check, and then made sure all the water pressure in the house was fine after turning the water back on. This company cares about who you are and what they do. I hope I don't have another issue, but if I do, I know who to call and so should you.
So glad to see them having an expanded work area. The guys are always so clean cut, courteous and good to my clients. They have all the equipment. Provide competitive and comprehensive estimates. They collaborate with their team members and the ownership, nice local family, is fully engaged in the business. It's nice to know a one off local plumber but this company changed the way I felt about experience with a plumbing company that's a little bigger. They've just had a lot more to offer.
Prompt service and careful to wear protective gear in our home. Woke up and there was a pool of water on our bathroom floor. After a failed attempt to fix ourselves, and a call to our usual plumber who told us he wasn't doing house calls during the covid-19 quarantine, we called Flood Brothers. They had us video call to assess the problem and then were able to get Guilio to or house that day, which was excellent since we couldn't turn the water on until this was fixed. He had our sink fixed right away and even came back to fix a different leak the next day and cut us a break since he had just been there and it was a quick fix. I had a huge issue with my main sewer line clogged up with roots (January 11, 2019). I hired a company to hydrojet it, and they said that they could not clear it out and that the best solution would be to spend $4,000 to dig through the concrete and replace the pipe.
I contacted Flood Brothers and Mike came out (January 15) to double check the line for me and see our options. He was able to see the issue clearly (and emailed me a video), he helped me understand the situation, and reassured me that I did not have to do that huge job. I appreciated his help and told him that I would try to get the previous company back out to finish the job. He seems like a good, honest plumber, and I will definitely call him up again if I need assistance.
I found flooded brothers on Yelp because my toilet got clogged on Thursday night and they gave me a quate within 10 min around 10pm. Next day, I called them and the sent Mike G to my house within an hour. Mike is absolutely a life saver!!! He was very professional. He put a shoes cover on before coming in without me asking. Fixed my clogged toilet within few minutes. Looked at my sink that was leaking for a while and told me what was the issue. I can't tell you how grateful I am!!! Also, they charged me only $97 to unclogged the toilet!! Most company want to overcharge you because you're in a shitty situation but not these guys. This is by far the best plumbing company I have ever worked with. Scheduling is easy and their technicians are on time, friendly and very knowledgeable. I am hearing-impaired and find dealing with plumbers too stressful. Being a fairly good handyman myself, I usually ended up doing the job myself. Now I wanted to replace two 40-year old bath faucets with new ones that would match the decor better, but a sore thumb forced me to look for a plumber. Fortunately Flood Brothers responded promptly and courteously to my Request a Quote on Yelp and arranged an appointment with a technician noon - 2 pm within two days. Two guys in deep blue uniforms turned up at 12:15 pm, put on shoe covers before entering the house, inspected the old faucets and gave me an estimate. After agreeing on a price, they worked quickly and finished the job in 75 minutes. Brendan and Giulio were friendly and professional, and clean up well after finishing.
I am delighted with my experience dealing with Flood Brothers plumbers and the quality of their work. However, I did feel that I was paying too much for the job. So after they left I searched Google for the price range of bath faucet replacement jobs. (I did not do this beforehand because I thought I was just getting a quote from a technician. I was surprised to see two plumbers instead.) I found that indeed I was paying well above the high end of the scale. In most building trades, one gets three estimates before deciding on the contractor, but in plumbing they want to do the work immediately. Would I call them for my next plumbing job? Yes, I would, but I would also bargain much, much harder before coming to terms now that I know how plumbers operate.

I can not say enough good things about this lovely family business. I had water backing up in the bathtub. I called the office and Mike called me back in a half hour and him and his brother Giovani showed up within an hour. They let me know what the problem was. Giovani was very good at explaining what was happening and what needed to be done. They showed me photo's and video. Always answered when i called, they gave me 3 different ways on how i could handle the problem. They even offered to come back late at night/or FaceTime to help me explain to my husband.
I choose to replace all of the plumbing from the main line to the sewer so i would not have to deal with this ever again. The crew was great and every one was neat and tidy. They also do gas lines for outdoor heater/grills:)
It was such a great pleasure working with Mike + Giovani and i feel very lucky to have found them.

My hot water heater wasn't working and I had a plumber come 3 times and he couldn't figure it out. He said I would have to buy a new one for around 3k. Wonderful service. Came back from a trip to find a flooded bathroom floor due to an issue in the shared pipe below my unit. We called 3 other people and all their estimates in both time and price were all higher. Brendan came out in an hour an a half, pretty speed for late night on a Sunday, and had the problem resolved in about 45 minutes. He also kept in touch regarding his ETA, as he was coming from another job. Very professional, friendly, and a reasonable price for the work, especially considering the time and urgency of the matter. Next day I contacted them for a more detailed invoice to pass onto my HOA and Brendan was very helpful and gracious. Would use this service again!

Jerry saved us again! A toilet that wasn't flushing properly and he happened to be close by. He applied his expertise to the problem and figured out it was the age of our toilet and not something we had flushed down it like the landlord assumed. Even though it was clear we needed a new toilet, due to the age, he did a quick-fix MacGyver for us to buy us more time to convince our landlord by cleaning all the lime deposits away from the small opening. Jerry is like a therapist and a plumber all in one and he's very neat and clean! We love you Jerry! :)

After some bad experiences with previous plumbers, who created all kinds of pressure problems in my house (whistling toilets, squealing washing machine, loud knocking from a water hammer, etc.), I'm so glad that I found Flood Brothers. This is a family business, and what I love about it is that you get the same technicians (Giovanni and Mike Longo, the guys who own it!) each time. They remember me and my house every time, and they fix everything quickly at a fair price. Gio and Mike also took the time to look in my crawl space to see my piping and explain what future problems could crop up.
These guys 1) answer the phone, 2) let you know 30 minutes to an hour in advance when they are showing up AND show up on time, 3) actually fix what's wrong and think about creative solutions (e.g., when I had pressure issues previously, guys from other companies would, say, fix a toilet that was acting funny because of bad pressure, but would never consider that pressure was the cause and the toilet was the symptom) and 4) seem to genuinely care about their customers. I know that I can count on them for both routine maintenance and emergencies.

I'm a property manager who is always looking for good service people and I highly recommend Flood Brothers. My first problem at a property was finding a plumber who would be able to replace a tankless heater as not all of them do. These guys did so and were prompt and professional and very easy to deal with and they also gave the lowest estimate! They also let me know that the previous unit was something that should never have been installed because it was a dated unit from a manufacturer that is no longer is in business. I was in a jam at another property some weeks later out in Venice -- some plumbers will not service Venice because it's too far away, but it was Flood Brothers to the rescue. They managed to come out the same afternoon to diagnose and fix a leak just as my guests were arriving for their stay. It was a simple fix (for a plumber, not a layman) and they let me know and charged a fair price. Giulio and Brendan are pros and really nice and went out of their way to turn my headache into a solution. I will be calling them again.

A gas leak in the heating line to our lap pool led us to look for a plumber. Having had to search for a variety of service providers for major or minor renovation or repair work in a number of our homes over the years, too often coming up short on really excellent companies, we feel REALLY lucky to have found Flood Brothers!
Giovanni responded quickly to our phone call, arranging a service visit the very next morning. After checking all the lines outside and in (yes, he brought his own shoe covers!), he identified not only the original problem (a substandard/illegal gas line from the manifold to the pool installed by prior owners, but also discussed and showed us (via practical tests at the leaking sites) the condition of the other gas lines in our 105 year-old historic home.
Unlike other plumbers/service providers we have encountered, Giovanni didn't go for the hard sell, i.e., You have to tear out everything or your house will blow up approach. Instead, he talked us through several options from least involved, less expensive, and less durable (remove the illegal gas line and 'patch' the 'elbows' of other old lines to prevent leaking) to the more thorough, expensive and long lasting option (replace the lines with new state-of the art plumbing, offering greater safety and durability over time). Given the thorough information/explanation he provided, we opted for the more expensive and thorough service, to insure that this, like other repairs and renovations we have already done, would be 'one and done.'
The work took even less time than planned--only a day and a half, as both Giovanni and Michael teamed up, coming when scheduled and/or calling ahead once, when there was a little delay. Always, they showed up with a smile, carrying out their work expertly and efficiently and taking care as they worked in and around our property. Now we can settle back and enjoy our home without worrying about any future gas leaks springing up from patched but old, deteriorating lines. And the cost was very reasonable for such high quality work and professionalism.
Would I use Flood Brothers again? In a heartbeat! For any other plumbing needs, they are our go-to company!

This is one of the fastest and most honorable companies I have called in so long. We were asked to call a water restoration company by our insurance to make sure a small leak we had under our sink didn't cause any more permanent damage. They came out so quick and the agent Chris was so fantastic, incredibly knowledgeable and fast. He was also wearing a mask the whole time and very professional which I appreciate so much because I have an autoimmune. He explained there was no severe damage and gave us some quick tips to help us get out any residual water if we still had concerns by buying a dehumidifier and placing it under our sink where we had the little leak and he let us know the reason one of the faucets had no pressure was the last plumber had turned it off under the sink! The previous plumbers really led us to believe we had so much wrong they needed to fix and it was going to cost thousands of dollars and they were really aggressively pressuring us, but in fact they had caused what was wrong! Money is so tight because of covid and the losses to our business. This company prevented us from being completely taken advantage of by the first company we had called and we are so truly grateful to them and to the agent Chris that came out. It is so rare to find companies you can really really trust anymore and I would VERY HIGHLY recommend this company to anyone! The agent was so nice and so helpful and they even came out for free which is practically unheard of anymore and makes me feel like you can trust them even more. We will never use another plumbing company ever again. Flood Brothers impressed us so much they are our go to plumbing and restoration company forever!! We have a vacation rental in Hollywood Hills that had quite a few plumbing issues (leaks, clogged sinks, low shower head pressure) and found Flood Brothers Plumbing on Yelp. Giulio came out to the home first thing Monday and assessed the situation, then scheduled to come back Weds to fix everything. He showed up on time, was fast & efficient, and sent photos of everything! Thank you so much for your great work! Would definitely recommend Giulio and the Flood Brothers Plumbing!
These people take pride in their work and they're serious. First of all, I contacted multiple places in LA and they were quick to say we don't do tankless. I'm so glad Flood Brothers responded within a couple of hours and had a tech contact me. Denise was accommodating with the appointment. Guilio arrived on time and he was knowledgeable, patient and informative. I wanted this replaced right away so he made his connections and was able to set up an appointment to fix this. Efrain worked efficiently and had our hot water running in a couple of hours. Their follow up is excellent and I find them to be honest and caring professionals. Thanks to everyone else who posted their positive reviews as I was able to have a positive experience also.

I called Flood Brother after finding them on Yelp. They were fast, courteous, and didn't even make fun of me when one of my problems turned out to be my own brain. The other problem (plumbing) was quite real, though, and Jerry gave me some good options for dealing with it. I was really impressed with the company and I'll definitely use them again!

Holy, customer service! They were the first company to respond, first company to communicate pricing, and when their technician Justin called me, he was able to move someone around to accommodate an earlier time so I could still pick up my son! He called me before heading over, and arrived exactly on time. Worked quick and around my limitations. I've tried a few plumbers on yelp that upon a return I wasn't thrilled with, so fingers crossed I've found my go to! Thanks guys, you were all amazing, helpful and nice!
Thank you Giovanni for squeezing us in for an emergency flood issue the very next day when 5 other plumbing companies couldn't!! Jerry came out and attempted to snake the shower drain and returned the very next day to hydro-jet it. Very reasonable pricing and excellent, excellent customer service!! I had a major leak that required me to shut off the water to my house on Christmas Day. I called Flood Brothers first thing this morning and they came out promptly and fixed it. This is the second time that I have used their services. They are very knowledgable and thorough but also just really nice guys. In addition, they clean up afterward and are really reasonable priced. I will definitely use them again and highly recommed Flood Brothers to others with plumbing issues.
Flood Brothers is THE BEST! The office is very courteous and responsive as was Mike. They were flexible and able to prioritize an urgent situation as well as responsible enough to follow up and confirm that the problem was fixed. I would recommend them without hesitation and wish I could find vendors in every area that were this solid, professional, and pleasant.

We had a corroded pipe that needed replacing and Mike and his team took every measure to make sure we were getting the best options to fix the problem at a very fair price! They were available for a free consultation the same day I called. Highly recommend!

Jerry is always easy to get a hold of, does not waste my time making me wait around for him, and gives me quick solutions with long-lasting results. He has done everything from minor faucet leaks to fixing rattling pipes in my crawlspace to a full sewer line repair leading up to the city's sewer. His estimates are reasonable and his work is terrific. Most importantly, if we have a real problem that needs a fix FAST, he always makes time for us. I am under the impression that this concierge-type service is not just reserved for our family, but for all of his customers.

I don't have enough positive words to say about Flood a brothers. First of all, their name is hilarious. Second, their services were amazing. Michael was an excellent worker at my workplace. We had a broken faucet, toilet, and water heater and he fixed all of them. These are very important utilities at a workplace!! I also appreciated that he wore booties on his shoes because it kept the space stayed clean and uncontaminated! Thanks mike!
We were having problems with our shower and decided to change the whole thing. Flood brothers did a very neat job. I couldn't believe everything was so clean in the end considering all the mess Efrain had to deal with. The materials he used were good quality and everything works great now. He even went beyond and fixed some other small things he noticed were wrong without extra charges.
Recently had a back up at our rental property in West Hollywood. After clearing the line come to find out half our line that our old contractor installed was completely collapsed and clogged with mud. Mike and Giovanni came out and replaced our 4 sewer in one day. By the time my husband finished work it looking like nothing had been done. We got a before and after DVD and a great warranty. This was the best experience in service our family has had top to bottom. The work was fast, efficient and meticulously clean.
We had an emergency leak under our house and Jerry came to save the day. He did a thorough examination of our property and quickly assessed the issue. He then walked us through the entire process of what was going to be done alongside explaining in detail how much everything will cost. He's a joy to work with and his entire team is prompt and confirms all appointments immediately. Highly recommend Flood Brothers particularly Jerry!! You won't regret it!
Giulio did an amazing job helping with our toilet! Very attentive and helpful. I will be sure to ask Flood Brothers again in the future if I need any help with plumbing.

Brendan and Giulio were super friendly yet very professional. They showed up when they said they would and kept me updated via text about their arrival time. They took care of the problem quickly and taught me what I should do if I had a similar situation again - yes, they actually told me how to avoid having to pay them to fix this problem in the future. That kind of help and service is hard to come by, at least in my experience, and I'm super thankful for it.

Jerry was amazing. They got out much more quickly than anticipated, and he quickly diagnosed the problem. When faced with a choice between spending more time to fix the fixture or putting a new one in and making more $, he helped us out by putting in the extra effort. Totally professional, super clean, and our go-to from here on out.
I have owned my house for 15 years and I have never worked with such a professional and hard working company! I had old pipes that were no longer working. They sent a team of 4 over the course of three days to remove and replace 90% of my pipes. They explained the process, the quote was VERY reasonable and their team was excellent! I honestly have to say they are the BEST!!!!! Perfection!

Sent flood brothers a yelp inquiry this morning. They literally got back to me within two minutes. They sent Jerry over in the afternoon, super nice guy. Very quick, professional and friendly. So grateful that he came out to our place to look at our broken toilet. DEF. will be using their services again for plumbing! Highly recommend.

If there were 10 stars I would give them to Flood Brothers. I called in the morning with flooding. The receptionist was kind, respectful, and went to find me an emergency appointment. The Brothers showed up on time and took the time to locate and identify the problem. I have lived in my house and had issues for 20 years, and they were the first to properly diagnose the problem. They are the best! Honest, knowledgeable, prompt, and reasonably priced. SIMPLY THE BEST!
Had a leaky water heater the night before hosting the family for Thanksgiving dinner. Called Flood Brothers and within an hour, one of their plumbers Efrain was on the scene. He was fast, friend, courteous and knowledgeable. Fixed the problem and saved the day. Thanks Flood Brothers!

jerry came over to give me a quote today on what i thought was going to be a major deal !! another plumber came out last week and freaked me out!! i should of just call the flood brothers.. lesson learned..
jerry came out and took his time to research the issue and grabed his camara and let me see the issue. these guys are so honest!!

Took a chance based on Angie's List and Yelp reviews when our regular plumber could not deal with a gas line issue. Flood Bros is tops. No games, no b.s., just really decent and professional guys; super efficient & totally reasonable pricing. Needed wall oven gas line repaired 3 days before Thanksgiving. They came out next day & dealt with it. Ours was a bit of a delicate situation because there was super thin wood strips/moulding around the oven. Giovanni & Michael were terrific. They thoroughly cleaned up the work area, repaired the line & put the oven back in properly & safely. I would highly recommend.
In our attempt to get a beer and wine license, we were required to install a urinal in one of the bathrooms of our restaurant. What a fiasco that turned out to be! The LADBS complicated everything in such a way and scared away one plumber after another. 2 years and 8, (YES, 8!!) plumbers later, Jerry with Flood Brothers stepped in and was able to make it happen! He came highly recommended, provided excellent communication and did exactly what he said he was going to do in a timely, professional manner. We are so grateful that we will be able to complete this process soon. A huge thank you to Jerry for helping us out!
I have used Flood Brothers for a few years. I was selling my old house so Jerry came out to fix a few things and make sure my pipe out to the street would pass inspection. Then when I bought my new house Jerry came out and fixed some of the less than standard work the prior owners had done. He has also took a lot of time and effort fixing my waterless heater which was good of him because he didn't install it. He has been to the house a few times since we moved in, he is always on time, kind and professional.

Joe Flores did a fantastic job and was wonderful to deal with. First appointment quickly assessed the work to be done. Second appointment was scheduled for a handful of days later, due to both of our schedules. Unfortunately for Joe, the recent heat storm had by now knocked out my air conditioner so he had to do the work in a very hot environment (ie it was cooler now outside!) and he completed it well with a positive attitude and good humor.
Joe is just fantastic. He is super froendly and very knowledgable. He resolved my issues within no time. Deefinitely will recommend him if you are looking for fast convinient solutions to your problems. Thank Joe!
I would highly recommend Flood Brothers any time. No questions asked. Just ask for Brendan and Giulio. The two of them worked on my sewer under my house and did an excellent job. Very punctual, transparent and friendly. They also worked with my budget. They went above and beyond to find the exact type of shower head and tub spout that I wanted and they left everything clean and tidy. I would recommend these guys to anybody!
This place provides the best service when it comes to plumbing and customer service. They care about getting the job done and done right the first time. Unfortunately the last plumbers to come out had no idea what they were doing and left my bathroom in scrambles, but the flood brothers knew exactly what they were doing and they fixed it immediately. Kudos to them, if they hadn't came out so quick I'm afraid my house would be flooded and my cats would be on the ceiling.

These guys are very responsive and came very quickly for a call at 7 PM for a small area of my basement that was collecting water. They got the water out and I was able to install a new sump pump on my own the next day to fix the problem. They may not be the cheapest plumber in town, but they will show up and get the job done. My only criticism is if the plumber had just quoted me a more reasonable price for installing the sump pump at the time of the visit, I could have been done with the whole thing then and there. Instead, he just pumped the water out and left me to deal with fixing the sump pump. He did offer to replace the sump pump, but his quote for replacing the sump pump after hours was super high, so I was forced to just have him pump out the water and deal with the pump myself. I suspect their pricing during normal business hours is very competitive though. When the company owner later heard the price that the technician had quoted me for replacing the sump pump, he was all over the situation and did everything he could to make it right and said he would talk to his tech about pricing simple after hours jobs reasonably (at 7 PM mind you, not 2 AM). So I think this issue will be fixed in the near future.
I cannot recommend Brendan and Giulio from Flood Brothers enough. They are truly life savers. While renovating my newly purchased home, I basically had them on-call throughout the entire process, both for the foreseen projects (a laundry room relocation, snaking of existing lines, replacing the kitchen sink, and a full master bath renovation) and for the unforeseen upsets (two emergency water leaks!). They are two of the best guys I have ever met, personally and professionally. They're super attentive to detail and respond in minutes, no matter the task or the timeframe. They even helped me track down some hard to find pieces and parts that my plumbing supplier couldn't help with! No matter your plumbing needs, large or small, planned or unplanned, these are the guys to call. I look forward to working with them in the future, because now that I've found Flood Brothers, I'll never look for another plumber again.

Scam job in my opinion. It is Sunday, Mother's Day. But, my kitchen sink sprayer started leaking badly. I wanted to get a plumber to come out on this day as my wife wanted to cook a Mother's Day meal. I contacted flood brother's and was informed that it would cost $150.00 to come out. I said fine and scheduled a time for the technician to come out. The technician arrived and stated that it would cost $450.00 to replace the fixtures( maintenance only as I had already purchased the fixtures). I had previously informed them that I only needed to replace the fixtures. I believe that an experienced plumber would be able to provide a reasonable estimate of the maintenance cost prior to coming to my home. I think that the technician believed that being it was a Sunday afternoon he would have us over a barrel that he could charge an inflated rate. In fact, the technician called me approximately 30 minutes before he arrived and he could have easily informed me of the additional charges. Scam job.
