I've been meaning to get my kitchen faucet replaced for months, and finally contacted Mike after seeing an ad on craigslist. After searching through companies who quoted twice as much and twice as much time to get the job done - Mike replaced my faucet in half the time for half the cost. I didn't actually get a chance to hire Justin (hence the four stars) but I feel that my interaction with him warranted a review. I had an issue with my kitchen sink leaking and I couldn't get a hold of management in the building. Called Justin up and discussed the issue, he was very responsive and easy to work with for scheduling timing. Unfortunately/fortunately, my building manager reached out to me and got it resolved through them but should any plumbing issue arose on my end, I will definitely contact him again with no hesitation.

I had a problem with my boiler towards the end of last winter. It was freezing outside and we were cold. The boiler wouldn't start. I cleaned it, vacuumed the combustion chamber, did a couple blowdowns. The water was crystal clear. It would run for a little while and then shut down again, in the middle of the night for example. When we woke up the house was as cold as an Ice Age cave. I called this plumber, he came with his son and they replaced a couple of gadgets without looking at it too much. Just like that the problem went away. Did not ask me for appointment fee, the price was very reasonable. He told me that part of my heating system was done by someone who was not a professional. I have both steam and hot water heat for different parts of the house, the hot water heat part having been added much later and the job was not quite done the right way. The plumber recommended a solution and did the job quickly and for a reasonable price. He explained what had to be done and I could tell he knew what he was talking about, even though I'm not a plumber. Everything is looking good so far and I'm ready for the next winter.

Burns plumbing put a new furnance and boiler in my building a short time ago,  they did a fantastic job.  Work was done in a timely and super professional manner.  Its a pleasure too work with someone who takes pride in their work.  Pleasure to do business with Burns and Company.

Not only did the technician routinely service our gas boiler, but found a pet that needed replacement and then thoroughly cleaned the unit. As a resultt, our heating system works like a charm.

I called Zatos plumbing for the local law 152 gas inspection. They were quick to respond they did it on the same day and had it filed the following day. Highly recommend them.

I own an older home and my sewer system broke down on Christmas Eve. Not only did Roto-Rooter come out and diagnose the occurring problem; but set up and scheduled the renovation of my home's new sewer system. Everything went perfectly without any problems. The system replacement is now eight years old and everything is perfect. Great customer service.!

I reached out to Vincent over yelp asking for HVAC service. we needed our freon refilled ASAP to get through a hot & humid week.  Even though Approved Oil does not provide the service directly, they were awesome at providing me contact info for Steven Fillecia. Steven was great at understanding the issue, set expectation on pricing and showed up at agreed time to fix our issue.  This shows how businesses like approved oil care for the customer and enable other service companies or professionals during these tough times.
