I've been calling Broc for years now since we moved into our home. He's managed to clear out old clogged main lines with a snake when other plumbers have said it's not possible or would need a more expensive option. He's super reliable, extremely responsive, and gives fair prices (typically below the costs quoted by other plumbers). I actually put his info on my company's message boards for colleagues in the area to call :)
Today he came out for an emergency visit (yet another surprise sewage backup into the house, so gross) and was promptly here at 8 am on a Sunday. Did the job in under an hour and showed me the pipes on the camera to indicate where the major root buildup was.
The 1 star reviews really surprise me - to anyone shopping around, do NOT look elsewhere. Broc is 10000% your guy.
They responded immediately to a yelp message confirming they could arrive same day. Contacted at 8am and arrived at 1pm.
Broc was polite, professional, and worked to quickly resolve our plumbing issue. He explained what caused our problem and provided advice to avoid it happening again.
The price charged was *very* reasonable when compared to other bids received for the same work. He quoted a price when he arrived and final amount was only slightly more... some amount of variance being typical for this type of work, depending on what is found when work starts.
I would not hesitate to use Broc again and recommend him to any friends or family.

Explained everything he was doing, showing each step of the process, and was so polite to my elderly mother, who also thought he was so charming :) Thank you, Brock and team, for solving our plumbing issue so quickly and skillfully. We had a plumbing emergency and called Anytime Rooter. Broc responded right away and he was at our house in Santa Monica within 2 hours as he promised.
He used a special camera and a viewing screen to show us the problem area. Explained all the process and hydro jetted the tree root that was clogging the pipe.
Broc was punctual, knowledgeable, professional and efficient. On top of that, they were neat and tidy. They hosed around our front garden to make the area clean after hydro jetting.
I will absolutely recommend Broc to everyone. He is not just an amazing plumber but also cares about what he does and he is a great person.
Broc was great. Came out quickly and repaired clogged toilet quickly. Had a great attitude and made me feel comfortable and confident that I was getting the best service.

Broc from Anytime Rooter caused thousands of dollars of water damage at my property by rushing through the job and making a massive mistake. Instead of fixing the issue, he ripped my water heater off the wall (stole it), left without saying anything, and blocked my phone number.
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!
After an absence during Covid, Broc is back again being his usual reliable and responsive self and he gets the job done. No one better and so glad here's back!

Well I take back my previous Broc is fantastic review. He's not, he's an uncooperative and immature hot head. When you kindly ask to please be careful and not scratch a $400 Kohler fixture finish as he'd previously done, he stops, refuses to do the work and promptly runs out the door telling you to find someone else who's more gentle to do the job.
When you expect someone to do the right thing and they tell you to pound sand, that's just really bad business. When someone says they really need your help to fix a problem and that's how you react...think about that before you give him your business. This is the last time I use him. If zero stars were possible, that's what I'd give him for his uncooperative and downright rude behavior.
Enjoy the bizarre harassing devil ideation text messages lovingly sent by Broc. Clearly can't take criticism for his poor attitude.
Our upstairs shower and bath drain water was backing up into our first floor kitchen sink. Called at night and since it wasn't necessarily an emergency, we said they could just come the earlier available (non-emergency appt). They came out first thing 9am on time the following morning and jumped on the job quick. He knew and looked like he enjoyed fixing plumbing issues so you know he's good. Done within 30min. Definitely recommend Anytime rooter to anyone looking for a plumber! They've got fair prices, quick responses, and very knowledgeable friendly plumbers that enjoy their job! This is your plumber.

I failed miserably at a DIY replacement of our shower's temperature mixer the day before New Year's Eve. The water to our entire home was shut off as a result. Clearly it was time to stop the DIY and call a professional so we reached out to Anytime. We scheduled for next day (morning of NYE), and from there the install went like clockwork. Broc is punctual, no bs, get it done, water on, shower back to fully functional in no time. We really appreciate the work.
Been using company for about 5 years now. Always responsive and punctual. Brock and his staff do very good work and prices are very reasonable. Would highly recommend.

These guys are knowledgeable Broc spent around 2 hours diagnosing the problem with my tankless water heater. He discovered it was a gas problem that the gas Co had to correct. Gas Co came fixed it. No more cold showers!
This is not a lie and not a bogus review. Here's 3 calls from one of my phones right here. Posted an honest review because he didn't call back. He said my review was fake and a lie, so here's a screenshot of the 3 times I did call. Now he's mad because I was honest and he wasn't. So he's resorted now to name calling and lying. I guess I just made this screenshot up for him within seconds. My original review gave him 3 stars for being average, but his attitude, immaturity and response should be zero stars. So sad...
His responses just get sadder and sadder. Good thing for screenshots. Now he claims he blocked me somehow. He had no way of blocking me because he wouldn't have known my phone number. But remember, he first claimed I never called him that my review was fake and bogus till I posted the screenshot. Now he's calling me a coward, I must have triggered him... He's posting up phone numbers and addresses in an attempt to dox me, sending this to the police and yelp. I have captured the screenshots.
This place is the best. Broc is the best. I have had at least 4 immediate plumbing needs and Broc always comes through.

Aric and Broc did an amazing job unclogging our main pipeline which was blocked by stubborn, overgrown roots. They were patient answering all of my questions and happy to explain the process. Thanks to their hard work and having all of the right tools, the job was a huge success.
Ditto all the 5-star reviews. I requested a quote on Yelp to unclog my tub/shower drain and did the thing where you have Yelp send the quote request to multiple companies. Of everyone who responded, Broc was one of the quickest to respond and had the cheapest price, AND he was available next-day. It only got better once he was here-- fast-working, friendly, fun to interact with, and was able to unclog my drain without a second thought (after I'd spent a week trying a plunger, vinegar, drain-o, you name it...to no avail). He made an otherwise-annoying problem much more enjoyable and I'll definitely be calling him for any future work!
We had a kitchen sink drainage issue. Called Anytime Rooter at 8am. Brock returned my call within 15mins and arrived within an hr. He diagnosed and fixed our issue within less than 20mins. (My fault for being overconfident in our disposal). Not only did we receive fantastic service at a more than fair price, but Brock was so polite & kind to my elderly folks. I called because I thought I had a pipe leak. Brock came over, took the pipe off asked me if I was sure it was the pipe, I assured him it was. He replaced the pipe like I asked him to do. It's my washing machine hose. NO FAULT of his.
He was at my house within an hour. Very communicative, professional, friendly and more than fair in price. He charged me a 1/3 of another plumber that came out yesterday. (I knew that guy was gouging) anyway, Brock is in my phone book, I will never use another plumber again, I will be seeing this Co. everytime I have an issue.

I had 2 different plumbers come and tell me they couldn't clear my kitchen sink drain (one didn't charge, the other charged me for nothing and wanted to install a cleanout for $1200). My daughter came for my sister's funeral and insisted on getting it fixed. She found him on yelp. He came on a Friday night, spent hours (including a trip to Home Depot for a part) and didn't leave until the water was running down the drain!! Nice, polite and fair. Couldn't be happier.
We contacted Anytime Rooter due to their perfect 5-Star rating on Yelp and could not believe it was possible they could be that good. Turns out they are! Complete 5-Star experience...outstanding service. Highly recommend and will use again!
We were desperate for a plumber - came home late on afternoon to find everything in our house backed up with toilets and showers overflowing (main line was backed up). Contacted Anytime Rooter and spoke to Broc. Got so lucky to find the right guy! Despite it being 6pm, Broc promised he was finishing a job and would be in touch and get to us by no later than 730pm. He get us up to date on his timing, showed up as promised, quickly diagnosed problem and stayed til 11pm trying to fix it.
He made progress but the issue was not resolved, so he showed up again early the next morning and worked diligently until the problem was solved. He works hard, is very communicative, extremely friendly and professional, and worked tirelessly until all was 100%. And when he billed us, the amount was completely reasonable and fair. Broc was very personable and really good at explaining what the problem was.
5-Star experience ...highly recommend and would use again!

The whole experience is excellent. He responded quickly to my call. He came out very quickly also and made short work of my problems. He charges a very reasonable fee also.
This isn't the first time I've used him either and my previous experience has also been excellent.
I can't recommend Broc enough!! I had a major sewer line blockage with a ton of roots and while others said it wasn't possible to clear out -- my man got the job done! It's nice to know there's still honest people out there. He's extremely skilled at his craft -- and walked me through every step of the process. If you have a plumbing issue call Broc!

Broc is my go-to plumber! He never fails to impress me with his punctuality, service, and problem solving. We had 2 substantial issues (sewer and gas line leak). He was great at identifying the problem, giving us options, and then doing the work efficiently at a fair price.
He is also great at cleaning up after his work, something that I wish all contractors would do. I recommend Broc highly. He's a really good guy!!

Have a plumbing emergency? Call Broc. He's professional and affordable, and the best part is that he responds quickly, arrives quickly, works quickly, and is done quickly. He efficiently diagnosed, explained, and solved the problem of my clogged kitchen sink.
I called four or five other plumbers and only one--other than Anytime Rooter--even bothered to call me back. In the future, I'm not going to try calling anyone else.
Broc has helped me with plumbing issues before but this time he went above in his delivery. We've had a reoccurring plumbing problem that was ultimately going to need a pipe replacement and Broc gave me a quote for it a while back. When our newest catastrophe happened, Broc got back to me immediately, came out the next day to confirm the scope of work (and honored the prior quote he'd given me). For comparison, I called several other plumbing companies for quotes and of the five that I called, one outright told me that they couldn't give me a quote for a few weeks, two never called me back and two said that they would check their schedules and never got back to me.
Broc came out and did the job within a day of my request and was professional, polite and very efficient. I cannot recommend his services enough!
Broc was a referral from a friend, and I am ever so thankful for it. Broc was an absolute professional and replaced our water heater within the same day during the pandemic. He was efficient, personable and was able to work around my schedule even on a tight timeline with two kids! I couldn't ask for anything better. I have no reservations recommending their services.

We had a mysterious and major recurrent problem with clogged toilet/sink/shower on the first floor of the house nobody could figure out. Broc responded very quickly to the call, came (on time) and equipped with a long snake camera which helped him to determine where the problem was. Broc is fast and very knowledgeable.
I would hire him again and I highly recommend Anytime Rooter.
Broc gets consistent 5 star reviews for a reason. We have been calling him to take care of our mainline for over 5 years. Along the way, he has also helped us with other plumbing issues. Today, he saved us from having to buy a new dishwasher. He is always able to come to our rescue right away, he's super professional, and the price is always fair. Highly recommend.

To me first impressions make a big difference, like calling you back when you leave a message. I can't tell you how many companies don't do that and miss out of business.
Minutes after I called Anytime Rooter, Broc texted me to let me know he could make it to my place in the morning and he'd call me once he's done. He kept his word, so we went with him.
He diagnosed our problem quickly and since we live in a condo complex fixing our kitchen sink was more complicated than the average job. Each step he walked me through and was very thorough about it.
I let him know I was hesitant to pay for anything that our (bum) HOA wouldn't cover, but he insisted on doing a complete job which was refreshing to hear.
In times like this people can take advantage of you because you are in need, but Broc didn't do that. Instead he was a straight shooter, but asked for permission before he started a task.
At the end he wrote a nice report proving it was not our fault. I'm looking forward to the reaction from our cheap HOA who asked for evidence before they step in. Broc tremendously helped our cause.
We had a sewer pipe overflow that came through our garage ceiling on Christmas Day ... ughhh... we had Anytime Rooter come out today and their subcontractor Broc did an amazing job. We couldn't be more pleased with the time and effort he spent on getting our house back to operational state. He answered every question patiently and with great detail. Broc is awesome! I've used him for both minor and major repairs and I can't say enough about his work ethic! He replaced our mainline sewer in two different locations in our place in Venice. He shows up on time and does an extremely thorough job. Since I wasn't local for the jobs he sent pictures and videos throughout the work. Total professional. I'd never call anyone else!!!
There's a reason they are 5 stars! Broc saved me thousands of dollars which another plumber was demanding to fix my sewage line - and he did it on time and with a cool, funny and knowledgeable attitude. Stoked to find my new go-to plumber!
Broc called me back immediately, listrened carefully to my challenging toilet and bathtub issue and said he could come out the next morning at 8am to fix it. When I asked him what it would cost for him to come diagnose the issue, he said there was no charge for the diagnosis but if he fixed it he would charge us. Fair enough!
He actually arrived a few minutes early. He tried one simpler approach without success and then had to use more complex equipment to fix things. It was quite messy and he fixed everything and reassembled the toilet impeccably. After cleaning up, he showed us that all was now working correctly. He also repaired the inner workings of the toilet.
His charge was very fair, he was gracious and a pleasure to deal with. Hallelujah! We have a new plumber.

Had a severely clogged kitchen sink. I tried for 12 hours to fix it but eventually realized i needed professional help.
I couldn't have asked for a better plumbing experience.
Brock returned my initial call in less than 5 minutes and was able to schedule a same day appointment.
After a brief conversation and a quick look over, he pretty much knew what my problem was and had things completely done in less than an hour.
Brock was courteous, incredibly knowledgable, professional, kind, and trustworthy. His prices are fair and represent a good, solid value.

Broc was very thorough. He takes great pride in his work.
The main sewer line from my 1954 house was broken, and the line beyond that was clogged. Broc was very responsive. He fixed it beautifully, checked-on the preceding pipe, then cleaned-out the remaining pipe. He then double-checked via camera that everything was in good shape all the way to the city sewer line, and gave me a USB copy of the video. He showed me all the work he did and explained it clearly. I also noticed the camera and other gear he brought were top notch.

****UPDATE AFTER FIRST REVIEW****(1 STAR INSTEAD OF 2)
TL;DR - Owner and technician sent very rude comments to me after leaving a very fair review of services provided to me. In my original review I recommended them for their good availability but I no longer recommend them for their extremely rude and condescending messages.
I thought my review was pretty fair (two stars out of five) - the tech spent almost two hours trying to fix the problem but ultimately couldn't. I was very clear on the initial communication that our toilet was leaking and was on the second floor. I had to pay $65 for a visit when the problem was not fixed or even slightly remediated which at the time I thought was a little bit fair due to him trying to fix the problem for two hours. Also, expanding on my a very slight rude attitude comment, my wife and I asked him two questions throughout the visit and his responses were literally: it's not funny and give me a second in a very rude manner. I guess he thought we were being rude ourselves or making fun of him but we absolutely weren't, we were just asking about the problem.
I was going to leave the review as-is with the two stars but it is a poor business practice that both the owner and the technician wrote to me privately mocking my wife and I. In this age of social media where the success of a business is mostly driven by feedback left by consumers in these types of forums it amazes me how a well reviewed business could operate like that. I frankly find it almost comical because the content of the messages don't upset me, what upsets me is that businesses operate like this.
I am attaching pictures of both the private message that the owner sent to me through Yelp and the laughing hard emoji that the technician sent to my personal cell phone after I posted the original review. If you read my original review carefully you will see that it almost matches the private message that the owner sent to me. Also, it is funny how the owner has a public and private persona as you can clearly tell from the public reply to my comment that he is very nice and apologetic whereas on the private message sent to me the story is quite different.
Next steps for me - propagate this review through other sites, including my community's Facebook page which includes around 600 households. I cannot recommend a service that acts in such a childish manner. Also as next step will be to dispute the $65 charge with my credit card company for services not rendered.

Had a fantastic experience with Broc today. We live on the bottom 2 levels of a 4 story townhome building with pipes that run into the garage below. Our bathroom sink on the top floor was flooding from below when we had no water running (coming from the unit above). Broc came in and quickly cleared our lines all the way into the garage in about an hour leaving no mess behind for a very reasonable price. I enthusiastically recommend him! Thanks Broc!

Awesome and affordable service! I called for a super clogged bathtub on a Sunday afternoon. There wasn't availability, which wasn't surprising, but Broc scheduled time for the next day. He was timely and thorough, checking multiple times to make sure the drain was clearing. Very reasonably priced too. Overall highly recommend.

Just bought our first home and this was our very first experience with a plumber. We found out our water valve had a leak and couldn't get our new washer installed. My husband tried to replace the valve himself and ended up breaking the pipe. We messaged a few companies on yelp and they were one of the quickest to reply on a Sunday night and arrived a couple hours later and fixed the problem in 5 minutes. We will definitely be using them again in the future and will probably ask them to give us an estimate to change our plumbing in the future.

Made such a good decision reaching out to the fantastic Anytime Rooter rather than calling a handyman for my leaky toilet!! Broc found what would have been a major problem and fixed it quickly and perfectly. Highly recommended!!
Anytime Rooter has come to our rescue twice in the last two years for different drain issues, one affecting our bathrooms (ugh) and one backing up our kitchen and laundry. I do not hesitate to recommend Broc as highly as I can and Anytime Rooter.
I clogged a kitchen sink badly by dumping old nasty frozen shrimp down the disposal, with tails on. Who knew? OMG What a frothy foamy.mess...made worse by trying to use a plunger. This was at 10pm on a Saturday night. Both sides the double sink were clogged and almost full to the top with standing water that was Brown with floating pieces in it.
My roommate and I figured it would be way too expensive to call in a plumber at that time so we waited until the next day. I looked through Yelp and called some plumbers and also one plumber recommendation. Most plumbers we found don't have Sunday hours but I called several.Most didn't call back, or called on Monday but Anytime Rooter called back within 5 minutes! Brock suggested he come at 8:00 a.m.Monday in case I needed to get to work but 845 was perfect, and he was Spot on time.
Younger than I expected but very competent, as well.as smart, nice, good at explaining the problem and what he was doing, , and clean-cut and dressed. No plumber's Crack to be seen even if his pants hung low.
Broc was great. Had it cleared and working in less than an hour on his Advertised $89 special even though he had to keep going back and forth from the third floor condo to his truck. For a slight extra charge he also replaced the pipe going into the wall removing the pipe that was filled with 20 years of junk and gunk. In spite of dumping buckets full of water and the gunk from the pipes, he left everything so clean you'd never know he had been there. A real treasure for the west side.
I can't say enough good things about Broc of Anytime Rooter. It was midnight before an operation. I was going to have to do the equivalent of preparing for a colonoscopy at 5 am the next morning, and my toilet backed up into my bathtub. I was frantic. I did a search for a 24 hour local plumber, and Anytime Rooter came up, with almost 200 5 star reviews. I left a desperate message, saying I needed a plumber by 4:30 am. Given that we are in the middle of a pandemic, I really did not expect a reply. But, Broc replied and was at my house at 4:30 am, saving the day and the operation for me. He was able to do a temporary fix, but the real problem was my old pipes, and required more work. Broc came back and finished the job for me. He was a pleasure to work with and has a great work ethic. I highly recommend him and his service, Anytime Rooter. I think his prices are also quite good.

Broc was really great. He responded to my inquiry quickly and showed up exceptionally fast. He was very personable and really good at explaining what the problem was. We've used Broc on a few major projects. His work was done well and for a fair price. PLUS he identified negligent work that had previously been done by other plumbers . He helped us get the prior plumbing company to correctly repair the negligent work. That saved us thousands of dollars.
Broc is always my first call for any plumbing issues.
Thank goodness for Broc, a professional that helped me out with a clog emergency. I would highly recommend.
I left two messages over the course of the day (Friday- a weekday) and didn't get a call back. I'm not sure they should be describing themselves as any time
Great service. Arrived promptly with short notice. Explains everything and comes across as extremely honest about the work. Got the job done.
Brock not only called me right back after I left a message explaining the sink back-up which was mind blowing after being the third place I called but he made an appt to come out the next day!!
The next day, sink back-up was fixed and working better than it ever had. Rooted with an extra long snake which took a bit more effort but he was persistent.
Brock is now stored in my phone as my go-to plumber. Unlike most of these yahoos on here who won't even call you back, he saved the day!

I FINALLY found a plumber I can trust. Mr. James is a great. I had a terrible plumbing issue that shutdown my household. Mr. James came out immediately and fixed the issue. He is very PROFESSIONAL, neat, knowledgeable, TRUSTWORTHY, and the price was reasonable. Mr. James knows what he is doing. Finally, a plumber that I can trust and rely on.

Tree roots blocking sewer line. Broc is the man. Lowest quote I received. Easy to communicate via text. Cleared everything out with a blade. No hydrojetting or camera inspection needed. Pipes are clear. Will use again!
Broc saved the day again. So Anytime Rooter is who other plumbers recommend for drain unclogging or rooter problems. The first time we had Broc and Anytime Rooter come out was about 2 years ago. Our kitchen sink started to back up again through having grease in the pipes building up through the last couple of years. I contacted Broc on friday and arranged to have him come out on monday. He was on time, texted me to let me know he was on his way. He did some diagnostic tests, ran the snake and got everything running and draining smoothly within 30-40 min. He tested everything to make sure the dishwasher would drain correctly. His price is also very reasonable. My only frustration is that I didn't call him sooner and put up with the slow drain for so many months. If you're having rooter issues, Broc is a great guy to know.
Very happy with my visit from Broc at Anytime Rooter. Response within 10 minutes from my inquiry, I sent a picture of my broken garbage disposal and Broc was out to my place within 90 minutes. He was in and out in about 15 minutes, fixed, cleaned up, paid and done! So convenient, pleasant, professional, and at least $50 less than the company I was thinking about returning too. I'm so happy I went with these guys today and now I have a fixed kitchen sink. Will 100% come back here if I have more issues

There is a reason for all the five star reviews. Brock has helped us out with a couple issues and each time the experience has been the same. He's on time, fixes the issue, explains everything, has a great attitude and does it all for a reasonable price. Highly recommended!
My roommate and I had a cleaning service come in and the person decided to flush down four paper towels and wipes down the toilet which caused it to back up. Annoying to come to a clean, tidied home but then the toilet's not working! Anyways, I called around a few places who were all closed over the weekend, but Broc returned my call in five min. He came to my home in less than two hours and thoroughly checked the drainage system and shower and sink. He made sure everything was clean and moved before getting in there.
I had another plumber come in for a similar job who didn't check the showers and other pipes, which all connect apparently, and they also left a major mess in my bathroom. So I really appreciate Broc's prompt and thorough service.
He also gave me the Yelp deal and seems really honest and wants to give you the best service. Thumbs up.

I always have an iffy experience with plumbers. We had a clogged sink and i've used a local plumber in the past in santa monica. I forgot that that place is a ripp-off. I quickly recalled when they quoted me prices. So i passed on them.
Then i called Anytime Rooter. He was super nice on the phone. He showed up pretty quick. Smartly, he sent me a video of the repair (since i was out but our nanny was home to oversee the work) and the video showed it was working. Smart move. The price was very resonable.

Sewage emergency on a Sunday in the middle of a pandemic. Broc answered his phone and quickly arranged time to come out. He arrived earlier than estimated. Got to work and within an hour had the sewage draining and running again. Identified a secondary problem before he left and gave good sound advice on next steps. Had to find an emergency plumber today but I think we may have found our next go to person. Reasonable, smart, efficient, knowledgeable, quick and confident technician. So grateful for this find on Yelp and Broc.
Brock was fantastic. Returned my call right away. Met me on time, and was totally knowledgeable and professional. Would recommend without hesitation and will use again.

This is the second time we used this company and Broc was so prompt and got the job done.
I highly recommend this company.
I experienced the dreaded clogged kitchen sink on a Friday night after running the dishwasher. I asked Broc if there was any way he could come over on Saturday morning, and much to my surprise, he did. I had to leave by 9:30am, and he was very respectful and conscientious of my time restrictions.
Broc was knowledgeable, thorough, and courteous. He not only fixed the problem, but also took the time to explain to me what had happened, and to make sure the problem was fully fixed before leaving. He charged a very fair price, and explained all the charges to me.
Can't recommend Broc enough--hopefully I won't have to call him again, but if the need comes up, he'll be at the top of my list.

Broc is amazing! We have a vacation rental that is ALWAYS having issues. He's been out at least a dozen times for various issues from roots in the pipes, cleaning out the mainline, fixing leaky pipes under the sink.
He's always a pleasure to work with, reasonably priced and is super quick.
I only wish I had more trusted vendors like him I could count on for other issues with our houses. :)

Can't even begin to say how awesome Broc was. It was a Saturday - no one else was answering or returning messages. He picked up when I called asked me questions as to what the issue was and was at our house within 30 minutes.
He was quick, professional, thoroughly diagnosed and treated the issues with our pipes/back-up and the price was reasonable. Especially for last second on a Saturday. Wonderful!

Of the many plumbers I contacted who say they are available 24hours to handle my late night emergency, Anytime was the only one who lived up to their name.
Broc is excellent. He is responsive, professional, affordable and a straight shooter. I'm so glad I contacted him.
I have a rental property that had a garbage disposal drainage issue. I called Broc and was so happy I did! He didn't try and sell me services that I didn't need. Broc at Anytime Rooter is a fantastically tenacious plumber and has twice solved problems that other guys have failed at. I can't recommend him highly enough. Fair prices and super easy to work with...give him a call!
Dishwasher flooded over the weekend and a hand crank snake was NOT doing the job so we called a couple plumbers and Broc called back right away, showing up 90 minutes later which is pretty fast in my book. He fixed the problem for a fair price and we will now call him first for any plumbing issues.
Broc was my SAVIOR!!!! He came to the rescue late at night as I walked in to my brand new condo's sink overflowing and ruining the hardwood floors :(
He worked for at least two hours to solve the problem and come to find out it's a building problem and not my unit! WOOHOO

Broc came over and helped us fix a broken drain. He was accommodating by meeting us early. Our issue was more complex than met the eye, and took some problem-solving. He gave us a great price for how much work he had to do, and left me happy with his service. I highly recommend him.

Seriously, the facts: commercial bldg, 80 people, none of our toilets are working. First, I went to yelp and started calling down the list since our normal contractor was on the other side of town dealing with another emergency. Broc was the only one able to come immediately! Second, he addressed the issue and got us up and running in no time (15 minutes). Now that is world class customer service... especially for something we all hate to deal with like plumbing issues.

New year started RIGHT with a clogged sink drain! I called few people around before I found Broc from anytime plumbing. Not only he was able to come over in 1hr vs. tomorrow between 1 and 5 that was quoted by other companies, but his fee was 1/2 of what others quoted!

Believe when I say that statement. I got a problem with my bathroom sink in a Saturday afternoon. I went to yelp looked for a Plumber service and found Anytime Rooter.
From the time I called to the time Broc was at my place was less than an hour.

I called Anyime Rooter after one of our neighbors told me how reasonable and professional these plumbers are. After my experience with another local plumber (feel free to read my review below), I was very cautious. The person who answered the phone was very pleasant and professional. They have been licensed since 1998. You can check the status of their license here: www2.cslb.ca.gov/onlines… Additionally, they are bonded up to $12,500.
Anytime Rooter arrived at our house exactly as scheduled. We had to replace our 7 year old water heater, replace our worn out water shut off valves. and replace the hardware on 2 of our bathrooms. We thought we had to replace our garbage disposal but the plumber informed us that it was in fine condition and merely hit the reset button. It was a huge bonus that he did not charge us for a service we did not need. The grand TOTAL was very reasonable and about half the rate of the estimate we received from another local plumber.
Give these guys a call since you have nothing to lose. They are duly licensed and they give free estimates.
WOW-- quick, competent and clean. Great plumber. Broc fixed my plugged kitchen sink quickly. He ensured it was working properly and then cleaned the guck out of the sink before leaving. How nice is that! I intend to call Anytime Rooter whenever I need a plumber and will be recommending this service to my friends also!

I just had such an exceptional experience on the phone with this company that I had to take a moment to write this review! Hands-down this is the best plumbing company to work with on the Westside.
99.9% of any other Plumber would've just sent a tech and charged me a few hundred dollars to make a house call and fix my plumbing issue (broken toilet)
BUT INSTEAD they were able to guide me over the telephone and make some suggestions on how I could do a home repair myself. Honestly, what great integrity, and what an exceptional Business philosophy to be able to be so generous and helpful and caring. Obviously with this company it's not about just making a dollar. It's about providing real service. I just moved to Venice Beach a few weeks ago, and should I ever need a plumber for anything. Fixing a problem or I'm considering maybe redoing the bathrooms. I know that this is THE company that I'll go to. Broc was the Technician person that I spoke to and that guy is incredible!!!

I was HIGHly pleased with Broc's service at my home last week. Not only did he take the time to carefully troubleshoot my issue, he explained his findings to me, fixed the problem with ease, and charged a fair and reasonable fee. Had Brock come by for a issue with the kitchen sink. I have some problems in our building which he was familiar with. He fixed a long time leak, unclogged the drain, cleaned up after himself, and tested his work. I'd definitely use his services again. Recommended on the west side. He has a good attitude and takes pride in his work.
Our shower drain was clogged on a Sunday evening. I sent a message through Yelp link requesting an appointment for the next day. Received a text back within an hour and was given a 11:00am appointment for the following day. Broc was here at 11:00am as promised. He was polite and professional. He was able to remove a drain cover that another plumber had said was permanently rusted closed. Broc snaked the drain and was out of here in less than 30 minutes. This is exactly how a small business should be run! Provide excellent service with speed and integrity.
Before setting up an appointment, Broc gave me a suggestion to try. After this didn't work on my own, I called back to set up a visit, which was very easy. Broc showed up on time and was very professional and friendly. Had the clog in our tug fixed in less than 15 min. Will definitely call again in the future for any plumbing problems. Thank you!

I had an issue with a clogged 4 main sewer drain - **** and stuff was spilling all over my grass. Old tree with roots seems to give us issues. He came and cleared the drain - back to normal.

So grateful that I found this company. So much wrong information out there it was refreshing to get the real deal. They came out and assessed the situation with top of the line video equipment for before and after sewer line video. I now have a perma sleeve through my sewer line connecting to city line. Many roots were trying to get in over time. Very important to get a camera check with someone who gives you the video and narrates exactly what is wrong. Had a sink clog in my kitchen and called these guys to come and fix it. They were there right on time. The plumber arrived very next morning early so that I could get it done before I went to work. Our 2 kitchen sinks--including 1w/disposal--very inconveniently choose to back up totally yesterday. Out of town guests, cooking for all
planned. Plunger, Earthworm degreaser no help.
Called our usual guy/explained it was kind of an emergency, & he said he'd be able to come in a week! Since gotten him quite a bit of business before, we were disappointed.
Yelp to the rescue/after reading a bunch of reviews, chose Broc/Anytime Rooter because of such positive feedback. Left vm & didn't expect a call back till today. Within 5 minutes, he'd texted, & committed to coming out this am.
He texted me to let me know when he'd arrive, & was prompt, a nice guy for sure, a real pro who diagnosed the problem, then got the job done quickly. Ice ing on the cake was even on a weekend, his price was incredibly reasonable! I'm happy to recommend him 100%.

We are very happy to have discovered Anytime Rooter. Brock is very knowledgeable and has access to all of the latest tech.
We had the worst of the worst needed to be done and he took care of us. After, he even called to check in and came out to clean up the front yard some more.
All flowing now and for a long time coming.
At 6 am last Saturday my engagement ring fell down the bathroom sink... its a very long story, but involves giving a cat a bath, and at some point during the very wiggly exchange my engagement ring got knocked in. I freaked out for a good 20 minutes then called Anytime Rooter and got Broc on the phone - he told me he'd be over in 45 and NOT to run the water.
Broc showed up swiftly and was such a pleasure, very friendly and professional and helped me calm down by saying think positive. Within minutes he had the drain taken apart, and plunk! my engagment ring falls out. Unbelievable relief!
Broc saved the day, literally! I will use this service for all my plumbing needs from now on.

Broc is the man. We had a drainage stoppage in our master bath, and we initially went through our home warranty to get a plumber. He said the piping wasn't done correctly (we bought from a developer) and it will cost me $3,700 - not covered under insurance. Got a second guy (who did my sewer inspection) to come in and he quoted $1,400, but since I have old pipes, I should replace those for $6,500. Right before pulling the trigger to pay $$$ to fix the supposed piping issue, I contacted Broc who I found from my Google search out of desperation. He comes by, fixes the issue in 1 hour - tells us no piping issues, just a big clog and the other plumbers were looking at us as a major target for a huge paycheck - new homeowners, youngish looking, etc. We ended up taking care of the issue for 1/10th of the lowest bid from the prior two plumbers. Broc told us that we won't have to see him for at least a few years and the piping is good. What a guy - really made our day. Thank god we found Broc.
We had an urgent plumbing problem with main line backed up. Nasty stuff coming out from the tub, shower and toilet. I called first thing in the morning and Broc came within an hour. He figured it out quickly and despite house being old and difficult to unclog, he took out the tree roots and unclogged it before my housemate was even up. We have plumbing problem often and this is the first time I used Anytime Rooter. Broc was honest and professional, told me why this was happening, and described how this could be fixed permanently without trying to sell me anything. I appreciated his honesty and work ethic and reasonable price.

Shower was clogging up. Called a couple places to scope out prices and they were over 100 bucks. Other places couldn't come until next week. Saw the 89$ deal on yelp, So I gave Broc a call. He said he could come that day at 3pm.... he actually made it earlier at 1 pm! Awesome! I have the rest of my day!
Broc was very professional and considerate. Before entering my place, he asked if he needed to take his shoes off. He scoped out the problem first then brought his equipment in. He unclogged the drain up pretty fast. He made sure not to make a mess and leave everything the way it was. He even scrubbed my tub and made it squeaky clean and smelling fresh!
Would definitely recommend and use their services again!

Needed the garbage disposal fixed. After a call to Anytime rooter I had Broc come out to to see what was going on. Broc was friendly and professional, with a no problem attitude. It was a minor issue easily fixed.
Currently have a separate plumbing issue to deal with so called Anytime Rooter again left a voice mail and Broc called me back within minutes. So speedy, I like it! Again setting up a time was easy. So far so good the second job not completed yet but if all goes well I will continue to call this business with any plumbing needs.
Broc installed our water heater with no problem. We called the company and within an hour we had some one at our house. Broc worked extremely fast and efficient. He even explained everything he was doing while working. If you have a plumbing emergency or just need a reliable plumber call this company and you won't be disappointed.

At about 3 am trying to use bathroom realized having a main line blockage. Toilet didn't flush, tub full of water, and sink did not drain. Simply sent a text to Anytime Rooter by Yelp text message and Broc replied very quick and was at my home at 6 am.
He was very informative and professional equipped. He found our main line clog and educated me of being a home owner and many things I did not know.
He fixed he problem quickly and efficiently. I would for sure recommend to all. BROC is the guy you want on the job

Broc was AWESOME, plain and simple. Our bathroom sink was clogged up and both baking soda/vinegar and plunger couldn't fix it. We have a party tomorrow and scrambled to find someone who could fix it on Saturday. We called at 10:30 and were amazed to hear they could send someone by 11.
Broc was great - very attentive, cleaned up everything nice, explained what he did. It was great.
Wonderful work at reasonable price. For the guy who complained about Broc not getting his joking and thinking him rude, Broc is super focused and definitely doesn't come to socialize. Comes in, does an amazing job and then, gets out. So nice to have someone so efficient and focused. We had a terrible clog, that another big named company couldn't fix yesterday, after spending an hour and a half in our home. Other company told us we should consider hydro jetting the pipes another time to correct the issue and prevent future problems. Broc did the job and in less than an hour for way less than hydro jetting the pipes. Nice family guy who is fast, clean, efficient and reasonably priced. Thanks Broc.

Yet another satisfied customer for Anytime Rooter here. I was able to get an appointment set for within 2 hours of my early morning call, which even got pushed up as Brock was able to arrive early (a very welcome change from other contractors who show up late if at all). Brock was a total professional and was able to troubleshoot and identify our problem quickly. (He was also thankfully chill about my dogs, which can be a difficult thing when people need to come and work on things.) He was able to find and fix the issue in short time, confirm it was done, and clean up on the way out. And totally reasonable on cost. I would absolutely give Anytime Rooter a call in the future if (God forbid) I wind up with plumbing issues again.

Broc's a nice kid. He just fixed my problem, didn't try to sell me anything.
He told me up front it was a $90 flat rate. Not sure if that varies based on the size of the job. Mine only took about 20 minutes to fix. I'll definitely be calling him again next time I'm in need.

I am happy to jump on the five star bandwagon for Anytime Rooter. Honestly, don't even bother calling anyone else. Brock is an enthusiastic, dedicated professional who comes and busts his butt to take care of your problem. We had an entire HOUSE that had gotten blocked somehow and he came and cleared up the main line. It wasn't an easy job but he handled it well.
He has good equipment and is proud of it. He's very up front on the price beforehand. I'm probably calling him soon to help drain a sink.
I had a clogged drain for my washer that flooded my place. I called Sunday evening, with the expectation to leave a message and hear back from someone on Monday. However, I got a call back within a few minutes and spoke to Broc. He had no issues coming by early Monday morning to fix the problem. Broc came out to clear my sewer main after my first rooter had to cancel, and I'm glad it worked out like it did. He was professional, knowledgeable, thorough and didn't try to up-sell me on a new sewer line. I recommend Anytime highly and would not hesitate to use again for any service.
I needed work done in my new place and because I was at home with a baby Broc came and picked up the keys to the new place and installed new toilets and snaked bathtub before returning the keys to me while I was out strolling my baby. He is trustworthy and professional- and everything is super efficient- which is priceless to a mom with a child at home.
Once again, an awesome job by Broc at Anytime Rooter. This time, I called around 10:15 on Monday morning with a backed up main line and he arrived within 10 minutes. Not only did he quickly get everything working, he CLEANED UP THE RAW SEWAGE!!! I was truly amazed and grateful that he did this for us. He also diagnosed that the problem was flushed paper towels and included that fact on his invoice so I could seek reimbursement from the cleaning crew that flushed them.

My kitchen sink got clogged. I opened and cleaned the PVC pipes under the kitchen, and used a 25-foot auger to open up the clog. All was unsuccessful as apparently the clog was much deeper into the piping.
I called Anytime Rooter around 3 pm on a Sunday. The plumber was at my door within 30-45 minutes. He used an industrial long auger to unclog the pipes from outside of the house. He was very professional, fast, and clean.

I called requesting that drain be snaked fm back to main in street. A young guy - very hyper - shows and insists on not going to back but rather start at front of property to see where problem is dispute the fact that I told him washer had flooded adjacent room. Finally after about 45 minutes he decided to pull toilet next to wash room and snake out with what looked like a 1/2 inch snake. I had to leave for appt elsewhere. My colleague reported he had a lot of difficulty running the small snake thru the pipe. It took 3 hours! WTF. Using suboptimal tools acting a bit nutty. This is not what I expected from reviews I read. My neighbor across street had same plugged sewer issue. I directed her to B&d plumbing. Hope she has a better experience. Aghhh. I've had this property snaked for many years. I wanted to use local service to save my plumber gas.

I had 2 plumbers come out to look at the same job. One plumber tried to charge $375 just to diagnose the problem...I told them to go home. Broc was able to diagnose the problem and gave me a fixed quote over the phone. He showed up on time, stuck to his original diagnosis and quote, fixed the problem quickly and didn't try to up sell me on any unnecessary extras (cameras, fancy cleansing instruments, or anything like that). Unfortunately, he doesn't quote you an hourly rate, but because he accurately diagnosed the problem upfront and his flat fee for the fix was reasonable, I didn't complain. For future more extensive work, I might ask for an hourly rate though just to be safe.
Broc did an amazing job of clearing my kitchen sink clog. He arrived on time at 8am on a Saturday morning and was very professional. He did a great job of explaining what was wrong and what he did to fix the problem. He even cleaned both the sink and below the sink. I would definitely call Anytime Rooter again.

beyond impressed by the professionalism, care, and promptness brock showed me. i called him at 7pm on a monday night after noticing my mainline was leaking. within 3 minutes he called me back. an hour later he was at my house and 30 minutes after that he had cleared the line. very professional and would totally use his company again. no questions asked.
Had another problem, this time some roots in the main line, (old house sigh). Called Broc at 9pm on the Monday before Christmas and he called right back and made an appointment for the next morning. he was right on time and called ahead to let me know he was coming, just like the first time. I showed him the problem and he was in and out in less than an hour. Roots and a feminine hygiene product cleared. Again no up-sell, no B.S. just a good dependable honest rooter guy. Can recommend him highly enough.
Brock is very efficient and courteous. This is the second time he has fixed my plumbing. I wouldn't want anyone else. My only concern in giving him any higher accolades is that he will be in such high demand I would not get him to come as quickly as he does, be he deserves the highest commendation.

I had a drainage issue with my toilet/bathtub and it had to be fixed on a Sunday. If you're in that situation you want someone that can respond quickly, can fix the problem, and do it at a reasonable price (even though its worth a lot more to you to get it fixed). Broc met all those needs on a Sunday morning. He was punctual, efficient, and his price was reasonable. Would highly recommend calling him. Hope I'm never in that situation again, but at least I'll know who to call if it does.

Broc is the man. He came out on a Sunday for a problem that he expected to take 30 minutes.
It turns out it was a much major issue and took over 3 hours.
Broc was optimistic, persistent, and he fixed the problem. He did such a great job I decided to right a review. Hire this dude. Good people.
On Christmas Eve as I start preparing a meal for 12 on the following day, my kitchen sink starts to back up. HELP!! We made it through the meal with minimal problems but I was unable to clean any dishes and wasn't going to look for a plumber on Christmas Day. First thing on the morning of 12/26 I called Anytime Rooter and Broc was at my door by 9:15. Very professional, very competent. By 10:15 I was washing the dishes. I will definitely call them again if I need a plumber.
Nobody wants to deal with replacing pipes in their home. I'm no exception. But if you do, I highly recommend Broc and Anytime Rooter. Our upstairs bathroom toilet overflowed and our regular plumber pulled up roots with his snake, so he referred us to Broc. Broc came out the next day and quickly determined that the problem was much bigger (worse!) than we expected. Approximately 10 feet of horizontal pipe and 6-7 feet of vertical pipe going up to the second floor were completely FILLED with roots. It turned out that the problem had literally been growing for YEARS, since the pipes dated to the original construction in 1933! The only option was to cut away and replace the pipe. He came back a few days later and ultimately they had to cut into a closet wall to put the new pipe in. They were done within a few hours and left the closet cleaner than when they found it. I would highly recommend Broc. He was polite, prompt, efficient, honest and clean in his work!!
Broc was here this morning to help me with my clogged bathtub. He is awesome! Used less than 15 minutes to fix the problem. The price is also cheaper than some other companies. Highly recommend!
Brock is awesome - He's fast, reliable and gets the job done. I found him on Yelp and have had to call him about once or twice a year for the last 5 years. He finds a way to be here immediately and he's on task every minute until the problem is fixed. He's helped me to clean up, move things, carry things -- goes above and beyond the call of duty, literally. I'd recommend him to anyone. He's even nice and understanding of my over protective dog.
I needed 2 toilets installed after trying and failing to remove the first one myself. I gave them a call and Broc gave me a quote for a flat rate, at a very reasonable price, cheapest I was quoted by 50%. He arrived on time, worked quickly, and even told me what I had done wrong, in case I want to try it again myself next time.
Professional, great work, will absolutely call him again when needed.

Broc seems like a good guy but he needs to employ better workers and pay better attention to what they are doing.
He installed 4 cut out drainage pipe in front lawn.
In the process however, the workers cut all the roots from a creeping trellis plant that gave shade to the front porch which has now died. Also they cut through a sprinkler system which I had to pay to get repaired.
I was disappointed and hope that the actual drainage work underground isn't reflected by whats gone on overground.
Brock is awesome! We had a mainline clog with flooding late on Sunday night. I called several plumbers, he called back right away and was there in about 30 minutes. He also lent me his wet/dry vac and took the time to explain the problem in a way that I could finally understand it. Highly recommended. Thanks so much!
Yet again, Broc swooped in and saved the day! He came as soon as he was available, and got started working on my main line even before I realized he had shown up early in front of my house. Such service. He snaked my main line again, this time with a more serious blade, and was able to dislodge and remove a significant amount of tree roots blocking the pipe. Great service. When a neighbor informed me (at about 8:00 pm) of an overflow at my sewer line cleanout, I needed quick service because of the effects on neighbors' property as well as having to ask the tenants in my duplex to limit water use. My usual plumbing service (advertised as 24-hrs.) did not respond to my message while I waited 1 1/2 hours. I went to Yelp and chose Broc because of his high ratings. He responded to my message within a few minutes and agreed to come over before midnight. He arrived around 10:30 and resolved the problem efficiently for a reasonable price, relieving me of a night's worry about neighbors and tenants.
There's a reason this business has so many 5 star reviews. We had a backed up main line and Broc was out here within a couple hours, fixed it, and couldn't have been nicer. He was very kind and considerate as well. Customer service is always a bonus, I'm not used to plumbers being so congenial!

Called Anytime rooter at 8pm last night, left a message and got a call back shortly after. Broc showed up for a 8am appointment this morning. He was able to fix my clog and clean out debris stuck in my garbage disposal. Really happy with his service, and how he was able to accommodate an early appointment so that I could get to work. This was our third time using Anytime Rooter and every time they came out they were very professional and was there at the time they quoted. There was never a window of 8am-noon or 1:00pm - 3:00pm which I really appreciated. Broc the young man who did most of the work, after checking to see what the problems were took the time to explain to us what he would need to do to fix it and also gave us a reasonable price quote which again I was very happy about. I would highly recommend this company to anyone who is looking for honest and great work at a reasonable price.

Broc does good work for reasonable prices. He's unclogged an upstairs sink, two downstairs toilets and the main line for me on different occasions. If you're in a pinch and aren't keen on spending a small fortune, then he's your man.
I called around on a Saturday morning to get some quotes on a toilet that had sprung a major leak the night before. Everyone was quoting $150-200 just to come out for a quote, not including the cost of the actual repair. Then I called these guys and got Broc. He gave me a very precise window of time that he would be at my place, and actually was there EARLY, which never happens. Most places require you wait around all day, and they show up whenever they want. Not Broc.
He was professional, clean, courteous, and efficient in his work. I don't think it took him more than 10-15 minutes to fix the problem. And he charged me $65, probably 1/3 to 1/4th the price that everyone else quoted. I will definitely call him again should another problem arise and recommend him highly to anyone reading this review.

Broc is very knowledgeable about clogged drains and tree roots. Turns out I didn't have a cleanout line after owning this house for 12 years and it never came up. When I finally had a main line drainage problem Broc came and cleaned out the roots through my toilet. He was fast and reasonable. Turns out I did finally need to put in a clean out line and a camera down my pipes so they could see what was going on. Broc charged 300 for the camera and 850 for the cleanout. The original quote from another plumber was 1500.
I had a minor problem later when I noticed the bolts for the toilet he removed and put back were sticking up too high to fit the little white caps that cover them up. He just came over and took care of it for free and with a smile. This was 8 months later. What a guy!

I don't review much of anything on Yelp, but I felt compelled this time. I called Broc on a Sunday afternoon and he was at my door in less than 30 minutes. He diagnosed the problem and didn't take my word for what it was. He explained everything, made sure I understood what he was saying and was a really nice guy. He was reasonably priced, even on a Sunday. He's going to be my go-to guy for any plumbing problems in the future.
Broc is awesome, Called him on a Friday @ 6pm, he was there by 7 and had my complicated problem fixed by 8:45. I was looking for a quick fix cause I had company staying at my house for the weekend and he was able to fix a reoccurring problem with my very old pipes quickly and without spending a lot of money. Companies that rooter out a clogged line are a dime a dozen. Just look how many are listed on Yelp. But I use Anytime Rooter. Why? Well, take today. I noticed water coming out of the main overflow line in my front yard - which means that my main sewer line was clogged (with roots) - again. I called Anytime (as I have before) and within 30 minutes (yes, 30 minutes) they were on site and working the problem. Within another 30 minutes the line was clear. They were fast, efficient and polite. They cared about doing a good job. That's why I use them.

I called a couple of places for quotes and information on when they could come, and another company (that has a relationship with my building) came first thing in the morning, so I ended up not having Brock come, but I absolutely would use Anytime if my kitchen sink had any more problems. He could not have been nicer on the phone, even though I called in the middle of the night--I thought I would get an answering service, but it seemed to be a direct line. I felt really bad about calling so late, but Brock was extremely professional and helpful, and quoted me a price for my sink, and knew exactly what I was talking about when I explained the clog. Brock was able to come in the afternoon, and was extremely flexible as to timing, and understood that I had to be at work. He called back the next morning to get my information, and was very nice, again. Based on his knowledge of the issue, I am confident he would have fixed it quickly.
Great service! My main sewer line clogged-up on a Sunday morning. I found Anytime Rooter through Yelp and left a voicemail. Broc James called back literally within one minute and was at my house within 90 minutes. He cleared my sewer line with his rooter machine, and checked my toilets and other drains. He then was kind enough to install a garbage disposal I had just bought at Home Depot to replace a leaky unit but hadn't had a chance to install yet. Broc was very professional, polite and friendly -- explaining what he was doing and what the problems were, etc. His charge was very reasonable -- especially considering his expertise and that he came out on short notice on a Sunday morning. Honest, trustworthy, and professional. Broc came to remove an old toilet and install a new one. He identified problems with the job, recognized it required special equipment, and did not charge for the visit. I am so pleased he did NOT do what I asked-- start and leave it half finished if necessary. his professional judgment was supported when the building engineer said the toilet we ordered did not have the proper mount.

I was referred to Broc by another reputable plumber who wasn't available. The referral occurred while I was in the midst of an up-sale hustle from a plumbing company I had to ask to leave my home, uncertain if they had fixed the problem or not. Broc, though out of town at the time I called, asked me questions, helped me trouble shoot before scheduling an appointment. Yes, he helped me without a fee and wasn't rushing to schedule an appointment if I could determine the problem was resolved. Imagine this, he helped me, sight unseen, never met before and didn't ask to be paid. When I was unsure if the problem was solved he scheduled an appointment. He was punctual, focused on the solution, took the time to explain everything he was evaluating; once the initial problem was resolved he looked at the concerns the other plumbing co said was in play, which wasn't true; all the while explaining and showing me what was going on.
I was reminded today that one Apple doesn't spoil the whole bunch. Moreover, I met an exceptional person and professional. Thank you Broc!
Broc is great! He is very responsive and was able to get us in the next day for a kitchen sink leak. He went out and got the part to replace and worked very fast and efficiently. I have also used him before for a major pipe clogging issue and was very happy with the results.
I thought this was going to be The Big One. Black sludge gurgling out of every drain in various parts of the house. The overflow tanks oozing everywhere. Broc comes within an hour of my mid-afternoon call, doesn't flinch, quickly assesses the situation and gets to work. In fifteen minutes, he has all the drains flowing, all the stink gone, all the anquish vanquished. Then he snaked the pipes again (at the same low, low rate) with a bigger claw thingee just to make sure it was clear. He's now our go-to plumber. We've tried many and he's the best in the Marina, Westchester, Del Rey, Venice, Culver City area. And at an exceptional price. No BS, no attitude. Just done.

I called Anytime Rooter, desperate because one of the toilets had backed up and we could not plunge it clear after 30 minutes of trying. Broc answered, listened to my tale of woe, and said he would be over in 30 minutes. While we waited for his arrival, we managed to get it flushed. Broc arrived in about 14 minutes, and we hired him to give us advice for any future clogging problems. He provided great advice and education, well worth the reasonable fee he charged. I would hire him again should the need arise.
Had a tough clog deep in the wall clogging up two bathroom sinks. It took them over an hour to fix and they persevered and did a really great job. Very nice and helpful answering questions.

My husband and I came home from a wonderful vacation to find our pipes clogged and waste coming out of an overflow pipe at the front of the house. It was TRULY disgusting and we could not get a plumber here fast enough. I called Broc and he knew over the phone what needed to be done and he gave me a time to expect him...not a 3-4 hour window! He also mentioned that he would try to come sooner if he could. He came on time, spoke with me first and he was very honest and pleasant and he got to work quickly. He was done within a half hour and he even cleaned up the unsightly mess which was definitely above and beyond my expectation! He fixed my shower drain in 20 minutes where as I just had another plumber here 2 days ago for an hour and a half and all he did was break my shower door. He was in Culver City an hour after calling, awesome service. Very friendly, nicely priced. Will keep his card for all future issues. :)

I called at 5:30pm hoping to leave a message and get him to come out the next day. Broc called me back within 10 minutes and said he'd be (and he was!) at my house by 7:00pm. He was professional, thorough and got the problem fixed in less than an hour. And he cleaned up carefully afterwards! All for what I thought was a very reasonable price. I can't imagine a better service experience. Highly recommend!
Contacted Broc via email on Yelp at 10pm. Got back to me within 20 minutes and was at my house at 6am the next morning. Cleaned the pipes and was gone quick. Easy and at a fair price. Found a new plumber!!!

Broc got my shower drain unclogged quickly after draino didn't work. His pricing was reasonable and he was very prompt- I called him in the afternoon from my office and was able to meet him at my home that evening.
The most amazing plumber ever!!!! Shows up right away and takes the time to explain things. He's so awesome and honest and does not rip you off like other plumbers. I never write reviews but this one is the best and I just had to right a review!

When our shower drain became clogged, we made a made a misguided attempt to fix it ourselves with a manual snake that got stuck in our drain. I called Broc the next morning and he was there within an hour. He was friendly and professional and removed the snake and fixed the clog within 20 minutes. Great service!
Broc is a terrific plumber and all-around hard working guy - he doesn't just phone it in, he genuinely wants to solve problems and takes pride in making customers happy. We have had him out to our house for several issues and he is unfailingly prompt and polite, and is persistent in the face of challenges. It is easy to get in touch with him and he is always quick to respond - a great quality in a plumber (no one wants a call center when their kitchen sink backs up). We couldn't be happier with his work and will definitely use him in the future!

Broc was a lifesaver. I came home sick from work to find that my kitchen sink had leaked all over the counter and on to the floor. I couldn't find a plumber that could come right away, but Broc said he could be there the same afternoon. He was very patient and professional in how he explained what was wrong and gave me suggestions on what brands to use to replace the faucet. He was also very courteous and polite. The sink works great now, and Broc would be the first person I call the next time I need a plumber.

Broc James, the head of Anytime Rooter, was a total pro. He made a late-night, after-hours call to my office -- and got the job done with zero fuss, cheerful attitude and a very reasonable price. He even showed me how I could fix another problem I had myself -- rather than having him charge me for a relatively simple fix. I'll be using him from here on in.
Amazing service! We had a clogged shower drain that no amount of drano or other types of quick fixes could fix. I found this company online and they were able to come over in 30 minutes. The plumber was punctual, professional, and gave a first time service discount. Would definitely use again and highly recommend!

Our kitchen sink clogged on a Sunday and we didn't know what to do until we found Broc. He was incredibly fast to come to our apt. And he was the nicest most professional individual. He fixed the sink in record time and for a very reasonable price compared to everyone else. Broc is the man and I will only use him for my future plumbing need as and I recommend him 100% amazing service - can't say how great he was
I found Broc/Anytime Rooter on Yelp a few years ago. I have hired him at least three times, maybe four. But - I haven't hired any other plumber since his first visit. Why? Because he is quick to respond to messages; quick to set an appointment and shows up on time. Efficient in diagnosing the problem and the options, and usually has the work done the same day. Today was no exception. Last night I heard the toilet leaking and figured it was the culprit to high water bills. This am I called Anytime Rooter; Broc called back quickly. I sent him a picture of the problem; he showed up with the right replacement part and was finished by 10:40 am. Last Thanksgiving or Christmas, I remember calling late in the evening - 9 or 10pm - because my garbage disposal wasn't working. It was a holiday time where cooking was unavoidable. I had a new garbage disposal the next day. Prices are reasonable too.
I grew tired of our usual plumber's 4+ hour waits and increasing rates and was impressed by the rave Yelp reviews. It's an emergency any time a sewer line backs up so it was time to try someone new. Broc arrived in less than an hour and even in that short span of time called to let me know how much longer I'd have to wait. This kind of work can be messy and he took the time to make sure that the area would be clean when he left. Most refreshing was not having to listen to a pitch for a video inspection or a new clean out installation...just straightforward professional work at a reasonable price. After today I've definitely decided to say so long to the old plumber.
