Twice they've shown up when promised and got the job done. Last Saturday I called them at 3pm, after Adeedo Plumbing suddenly bailed after I'd waited 6 hours.

911 told me it would be 2 hours, but Greg showed up in 30 minutes. He had a good attitude and unclogged the kitchen pipe below the house without a problem.

There was a weekend surcharge, as expected, but the price was fair for having a plumber arrive on short notice on a weekend.

I had a good experience with them in 2017 and now in 2023. Next time, 911 will be my first call.

Don't ever use these guys they overcharge.
The technician was nice but the company is archaic in their business practices and overcharge.  Too bad they would've had a good customer for multiple homes.

I had an emergency outside plumbing issue, they kept me informed on the arrival time of the technician. The technician worked late into the night making sure everything was fixed, worked in the very cold nighttime weather and followed up with LA DWP to also request a mainline valve replacement for me. I truly appreciate 911 Plumbing & Vic the technician.

Bear Plumbing had fixed the kitchen faucet twice in a week, including yesterday. Today, the dishwasher connected to the same faucet, flooded the kitchen and basement because the fix broke. So I had no water to the house because I had to shut off the main to stop the flooding.

American Home Shield, the insurance company, was very good. They told me to go ahead and find someone who could fix the problem on this Friday afternoon of the Christmas holiday weekend.

I found 911 through Yelp.

Kathy, the dispatcher, said she'd call right back. They did a terrific job.

Today, Art and Tony came to replace my broken kitchen sink faucet. They discovered that the cold water valve under the sink also leaked. They turned off the water to the house, replaced everything, tightened both water filter faucets and made it all better than ever.

This is THE best plumbing company I have ever used. They have been here multiple times for various jobs, always professional, always neat, always pleasant. Bear Plumbing had been dispatched by American Home Shield two months ago. They hustled me, never fixed the problem. I do not trust them.

Wow, it's so hard to find good house repair services these days! 911 plumbing picks up immediately, gives you an honest estimate over the phone (some plumbers force you to schedule a house drop-in before providing an estimate), and their schedule is SO flexible and available!!

They also do a check-in call before the plumber's arrival.

I had Greg come by to repair an imbalanced toilet and he was so polite, fast, and did great work. Would recommend them to friends in a heartbeat!

I called them for my hissing toilet that's hard to manipulate. Greg came out with efficiency and with an honest price. The courtesy call was a big plus and their customer service over the phone was fantastic. Will use them again for future projects and services.

I had a clog of tree roots in my main sewer line, about 150 feet into my drain line under the street and away from my main cleanout.

George and his partner were very diligent at removing at least 10 years worth of tree roots from my main line, using a water jet.

After using their camera, it showed that the line was not clear so George climbed into the manhole in the street to extract the massive clog.  This was much more work than I think was expected but no one complained and they honored their original estimate.

They were on time, focused and polite.  Highly recommend.

Our drain backed up and flooded our laundry room on a Saturday afternoon. I was afraid we would not be able to get someone to come fix it over the weekend and not be able to use any water for a couple of days.
I read the great reviews for 911 Plumbing and gave them a call. They sent Gregg out within a couple of hours. He diagnosed the problem and fixed it right away. Happy to have our water running again! Thank you!

I'm so happy that I chose to go with 911 Plumbing. It's hard to choose from so many options, but based on all the great reviews I decided to take my chances. Would I recommend them? Yes absolutely! The boys came in and fixed my plugged shower drain in no time. They were polite, professional and even rinsed off my shower after they were done. Thank you for coming to the rescue Vick and Henry!!

Well, I gotta tell you this revives my memory of when service was efficient and plumbers were honest.  

I had bought a new faucet to replace an other.
Two men arrived within the appointed hours, calling 20 minutes before arriving (as was promised when making the appointment) and went to work cleaning where needed and with a great deal of effort replaced the current faucet.
The price was exactly what it should have been without question.
I have deleted all the other so-called plumbers in my address book and should I need a plumber I will certainly call 911.  And so should you.

We had a leak around 7pm and thankfully we found a reliable, fast,  plumber. 911 answered right away and was able to get someone out within a few hours.

The technician who came out was very knowledgeable and friendly and solved our problem right away. Would def recommend and use 911 plumbers again.

Competitive prices, ok workmanship. The more senior level plumber did a good job in the master bath, but the junior level plumber did a less careful, thorough job in the other bathroom.

As a property manager who manages about 20 properties, I have to admit 911 Plumbing is one of the best companies that I work with.

It's my second time using them and every time they are very professional and the service fee is reasonable.  In fact in the second time they did not even charge me at all since it was just a matter of turning the water on since I did not even realize that my valve under the bathroom sink was turned off.  I feel silly but at the same they had their every right to charge me for making the home visit.  911 Plumbing will be the only service I will call from now on for all my plumbing needs.  They are honest and professional.  I highly recommend them.

I have used 911 plumbing a few times now. I've had them replace my water heater and fix leaky toilets. Today, I had them come out to investigate a potential leak in an underground pipe in front of the house. Vic and Henry were really great. They investigated the situation, explained to me what they were doing at each step of the way, and determined that there was no cause for concern. They were fast, polite, and professional. What I really love about 911 is that everyone at the company has been friendly, upfront, and honest, with a no-nonsense approach. You get a service window for the appointment and then a call 30 minutes before the guys show up. They email you pictures of the work they've done with the invoice. I so impressed by the professionalism of the company. I can't say enough good things about them. :-)

These guys (Art and Vic) were fantastic.  Super professional and they were able to fix a challenging plumbing issue in the kitchen (the garbage disposal and pipes were backed up fairly far down).  Would definitely recommend them to anyone with plumbing problems!

I wouldn't use anyone else. George redid my sewer line and also replaced my old tank water heater with a tankless one. When there was an issue w the water heater he came back repeatedly and spoke with the company numerous times until it was perfect. He cared to get it right and have a happy customer. He also told me how to get a rebate from the gas company. Kathy is phenomenal at getting things set up. Whether it's an emergency (and we have had several) or a project they are fantastic. Thank you!

I used their plumbing services on a Sunday. I made myself believe that I could change the outside hose spigot that was leaking (I blame YouTube for giving me the courage). I ended up bending the pipe while trying to unscrew the spigot and created a bigger problem. I found 911 plumbing services through Yelp and they picked up my call right away. I had a plumber arrive within the hour and he repaired my mess in less than 30 minutes! The plumber also replaced another old outdoor rusty spigot in 15 minutes. It was a great experience all around, from initial phone call to the plumber completing the job. They have gained a customer for all my future plumbing needs.

Also, just an FYI, they do charge a $150 fee for Sunday calls. The mess I made was entirely my fault so lesson learned.

Highly recommended! They were exactly on time for a huge job. Had a leak in the main water line coming into the house and they had to run about 50' of new copper plumbing all the way from the house, under the sidewalk to the street valve. Also repaired corroded fittings and repaired the pressure regulator. All for about $3k less than our other bids. And... they're nice guys!

I never review business unless asked but today I felt it was my duty to do so. I called 911 plumbing service this morning, on the same day I got 2 plumbers at my house. The service was outstanding, they checked my issues and got to it right away. They had all the necessary tools in their trucks.
Usually people come to inspect and it takes forever to actually get the job done and today they fixed everything under an hour.
Manvel and Vic were amazing, I am already planning on hiring them for an other job at my office.
Would 100% recommend this business to anyone. Again thank you and great job! (And prices).

My water heater started leaking over Labor Day weekend

, I called and they came out that same day and determined that it needed to be replaced and gave me an estimate.  As it was outside and still working, I told them OK to do work next day.  They came back the next day and replaced the W H as well as the connections in about 2 hours.  Very nice work, good attention to detail.  I would recommend them.

This is my second (maybe 3rd) review of 911 because I am always blown away by their intelligence in solving plumbing issues and their service. I have used about 10 different plumbers over the last 10 years for my home before I found 911. They just left my house after spending a good amount of time trying to solve the problem of water pressure and noise in the pipes. They came up with a solution (water hammer) and a fair price for it but told me to try something less expensive that I could do on my own first. They did not charge me for the time to figure out the problem. That is what I use them for everything.

Early into our conversation, Greg mentioned that his company's plumbing insurance does not cover for apartments above the 5th floor (going off memory, you should check with him). However, he still took the time to talk through all my plumbing concerns and the possible root causes. Incredibly patient and informative, he even told me what kind of prices to expect. I have used 911 Plumbing many times and I have always been very satisfied.  I have an apartment building and hav e all kinds  of problems.  They have  done big jobs like installing new pipes and little jobs like clearing pipes.  The plumbers are always professional,  polite and courteous.  They also give you the price before they begin work.  
Kathy, the office manager is very friendly and efficient. We always get same day service with usually a 2 hour window.  Kathy calls when they are 30 minutes away.  I have used many different plumbers, but now I only call 911 Plumbers!

Nice guys. Came fast. Service charge was $150 plus $85 to cap the lines to a faucet that broke off and was spraying water everywhere.

I would have snaked the drain also but they wanted an additional $120 to do that on top of all the other charges. I opted to wait for my regular plumber since that's fairly pricey on top of the service charges and the drain needed other work anyway.

I'd definitely use them again for emergency services but I'll stick to my regular guys for reasonably priced work.

This is the company highly recommend
My house is on top of Hollywood hill so has a strange injection pump.
If system stopped, the entire house plumbing is block.
I called another company first Red Lilly early in the morning but they are lying never came until night.
I called 911 and they came up here at 9 pm
That day Was very heavy windy but they works hard and fixed it right away.
I have many dogs so they had to walk around the hillside
But no complaining did the best job.

They said they would show up between 11AM and 2PM.  they showed up at 11AM, identified the source of the leak and fixed it within 45 minutes.  

Afterwards, they explained to me what the issue was, how they fixed, and what to do if it happens again in the future.

Kathy got us an appointment the same day when we called in a panic due to a pipe leaking thru the ceiling...Vic came and fixed the leak.   Communication with Kathy and Vic was clear and consistent and responsive the entire time.  Their prices are reasonable and they do not play games; they show up when they say they will show up and they are clear and forthright with their pricing.  I  recommend this company to anyone out there that needs an excellent and responsible plumbing company that they can truly rely on.  Thank you Kathy and Vic!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I would avoid using them for emergency services as the person they sent did not have a working van/vehicle when they arrived. The technician also did not have the tools to find the leak after opening the ceiling. I believe you should've had the tools to to look for the leak before you opened up the ceiling to charge me the $150 bill

I was still charged an emergency service fee as they harassed my tenant to pay as I was disputing the service fee.  They made my tenant pay and went around me.

I could've done that for free...

The owner Greg took the time  to talk through an issue I was having with my water heater until 10 pm. While we ended up going with replacement instead of repair will definitely use 911 for any future plumbing repairs because of the exceptional customer service.

I have managed rental property for twenty years and finding a good plumber has been the biggest challenge.  My experiences trying to get the plumbing fixed is the stuff of reality TV.  Greg and George from 911 plumbing are lifesavers.  They have snaked the mainline at my own house when my husband  had been flushing baby wipes and they had turned to concrete in the drain ( folks never, ever flush baby wipes.). They have installed hot water heaters and fixed leaks in my 1925 building and recently did a full inspection on our new house when we were deciding if we should buy it or not.  When we did buy it their bid was totally competitive to install a tankless hot water heater, vent our tub and upgrade our drains.  My best friend also owns a four unit building and has used 911 plumbing and they've been great.  Call these guys first and save yourself the crap (pun intended, sorry) that I've been through over though over the years.

My kitchen sink was heavily clogged and I needed help asap. I called 911, and they sent Greg and Melvin within a few hours. They were professional, friendly, and fixed the clog in 30 minutes. I highly recommend this company

Very straightforward service! The response time was for a quote was quick. They quoted me $125 for rooter service for the kitchen. We scheduled an appointment and they were right on time!

Gabe and co. They came. They saw. They conquered that clog! In about less than 20 minutes! They had a huge snake coil machine that's industrial strength that took care of the food that was backed up in the sink. They told me that the clog was over 50 feet deep.

It's been 4 months since they serviced the sink and it's still running smoothly. I really have nothing to complain about them. They met and exceeded my expectations!

Art from 911 Plumbing came out to fix our leaking kitchen sink - which is an older, farmhouse style. Since the part and finish was difficult to find - especially during covid with lack of supply, It took him a couple of weeks to find the right part. In fact he need to use two different parts to get it right. I'm thankful for Art's diligence and going above and beyond to fix our issue.

Abel, Ash, and Greg did an amazing job fixing the broken diverter on my shower fixture. They came out and diagnosed the problem, then returned to install the necessary defective part. They were fast, affordable, and they worked cleanly. I will definitely call them again.

I rarely write reviews, but felt compelled to comment on today's exceptional service by your company and, in particular, one of your service repairmen, Sam.  Sam was very professional and courteous.  He explained everything that he was seeing and doing to me and my wife.  He was honest, experienced, patient and very knowledgeable.  He listened carefully to our description of the intermittent problem and solved the problem.  He was thorough and skillful.  He tested the repair multiple times to completely satisfy himself that his assessment of the plumbing problem was correct and, just as importantly, that his repair was as well.  
   Your office was also efficient in setting up the appointment, timely following up to let us know that the repairman was in transit and even gave us the ETA.  Also appreciated the paperless and immediate receipt of the invoice.  
   Excellent service and experience.  Would definitely use them again!

Had to find a plumber in a jiffy today and I am so happy I found 911 Plumbing Services! The office was great and connected me quickly to a tech and they got to my house pretty quickly. They diagnosed the problem and went straight to work! They even had the missing part they needed to fix my shower in their truck ! In less than a half an hour they were able to fix the problem and wrap up the job. Plus the price was fantastic! I'm so glad I found this company and I will use them again in a heartbeat!

Called to make an appointment for a toilet issue.  The operator said she would ask the technicians and call me back.  I never received a call back.

***I am changing my review from a 1 star to a 5 star since I received a call the next day.  Greg offered to rectify the issue of not calling me back and apologized for wasting my time.  

Two guys came out the next morning as promised.  My original wobbly toilet issue has been fixed and everything is working now.  Great job on correcting a simple issue.

I requested a quote from a bunch of plumbers. Many wrote back offering a free consult, which is nice. But 911 Plumbing wrote back asking detailed questions about my issue. My gut was to go with them. I did and they were more wonderful than I imagined! Extremely friendly guys, and they didn't even end up charging me!! They just showed me how to resolve the issue. They even gave their opinion about another home I was having issues with. True mensches. They will have my business moving forward.

Art and Abel saved our lives!!!
Our apartment building has old plumbing that keeps getting backed up so of course my apartment got half flooded.
Management called them around 3 and they were only supposed to arrived between 6-9pm - they got here early (around 5) and did not leave till the job was done.
Both Art and Abel were knowledgeable and very nice. They knew what was going on and seemed to really care about their work and my problem unlike most of the workers who had come here before on the same issue. They fixed it and we're patient in explaining exactly what was going on.
I would definitely use their services again!

I'm going to have to disagree with the majority of the other reviewers out there, because I've had a series of terrible experiences with 911 Plumbing.

Most recently, Greg and Vic came out to repair a toilet handle for the 4th time!  Two weeks later, it was broken again.  They had advised me that if this happened, I should get a new toilet, but I was reluctant to spend a few hundred dollars on a new toilet.  So, I took the handle assembly apart and examined it carefully.  It looked as though a new handle had been stuck on the old lever (the piece with the holes onto which the flush valve chain attaches).  The two pieces were clearly incompatible.  I took the handle and lever to the nearby hardware store, where the staff plumbing expert confirmed my suspicions: Those plumbers saved four bucks by replacing only the handle instead of replacing both pieces.  For the princely sum of $8.75 (including tax), I purchased a new set (handle + lever).  Since I installed it, there have been no further problems with that toilet.

I'm never using this plumbing service again!

We had a small leaking on the ceiling of the garage after the earthquake, which we found out when we came back two days ago from our trip. I called to 911 Plumbing Services and scheduled the appointment for the next day. Greg and Abel arrived on time and Greg made the repairments, Abel helped him with the tools and the cleaning after work. They checked all the possible sources of the leaking and found out it were on the clean hot water pipe line and  repaired it They were very efficient, they save our vacation time!

Vick and Mambo came on short notice (within 30 minutes of me calling) to check out a problem with two of my showers. They were very professional, pleasant, and knowledgeable.  Unfortunately, after a thorough inspection, it was determined my showers couldn't be fixed on the spot.  One of the showers required a new pipe, which meant a wall/tile tear-down and replacement.  Since there was nothing they could do right then, they didn't charge me for their time!  They probably spent 30-45 minutes checking out my two showers, not to mention the time it took for them to get to me, find parking, etc... I'm floored (and incredibly appreciative) they didn't charge any type of inspection/appointment fee!  The least I could do is leave a positive review and share my experience with everyone here.

My shower knob broke off and the water would NOT stop running. My manager wouldn't pick up, so I tried calling a 24 hour plumbing service. All the other spots either would not answer, or promised a call back which I never received. Jumped on yelp and talked to George on the phone. My experience:
1. He was HONEST. Told me exactly what my problem was, how long it would take a technician to get to me at midnight on a weekend, and exactly how much I would expect to pay. I appreciated the honesty. He didn't pressure, and let me think about it.
2. Went ABOVE AND BEYOND to help me even though I was still mulling over what to do. He insisted that I send him a picture to give him an idea of what I was dealing with.
3. Took me step by step on what I needed to do to turn my water off via texts, pictures, and phone call assistance.

He saved me hundreds, and didn't ask for anything in return. It was a simple fix, sure, but he could have had me call someone over or just have me waste tons of water overnight.

I have renewed faith in services like this....I really appreciate the time he took to help me out....in the middle of a saturday night at that. Damn.

I have never used services by this company but I wanted to leave a comment without it affecting their 5 star rating.

At 2pm, my roommate and I decided to watch my favorite movie, The Lion in Winter, starring Peter O'Toole and Kathrine Hepburn. (*SPOILER*) Just as O'Toole was about to kill his sons after they committed treason, specifically Anthony Hopkins, we heard a noise outside of our living room window.

It was a clipping sound, something we could quickly identify as the sound of someone clipping their fingernails. My roommate looked out of our bay window to see a man enjoying his own sidewalk manicure, sprawled out of the passenger side of the heavily branded 911 Plumbing van.  At first, we shared the smallest moment, simply identifying the event before turning our attention back to Hepburn's tearstained cheeks. But it continued.

The cacophony of clipping was unwavering, unyielding, and uninterrupted for 10 minutes. We inspected the scene once more, checking to see the man had 10 fingers and was not hiding an extra between his thumb and forefinger. But alas, everything seemed normal, he was just a man, looking at his nails, asking them to love him.

I only hope the services 911 Plumbing provides are as thorough and takes as much care as this man took with his afternoon pruning.

After searching on yelp I found these guys. I made an appointment and was given the typical 4 hour window wait. Two guys showed up and I explained that my toilet was randomly running and my backyard water connection was leaking. They looked at the backyard first, talking to each other in another language the whole time!!!  Then they took a look at the toilet. After showing me that the flapper was warped (which it was) they proceeded to quote me $150. I then asked about the back. While they took another look at that, I googled how to fix the flapper. A 1 minute video popped up. One minute fix!?!  They quoted me $225 for the back. I told them no thank you. Unfortunately it seems that a lot of these companies will try to take advantage of single women. Just goes to show that ratings are sometimes paid for. If I could give 1/2 a star, I would. Don't call these guys. Crooks!

Total pros. Our water heater was acting up and we had to shut it down for safety reasons. They came out the next morning, removed the old one, and installed a brand new one. Did a fantastic job. Great customer service. Highly recommend.

Woke up on a Saturday morning to the smell of natural gas.  Not good!  Called SoCalGas who quickly sent a tech to run a few tests. But they weren't able to find the leak.  So, the gas supply was turned off at the main and we were asked to find a plumber.

I'm so happy we made the decision to call 911 Plumbing Services!  Kathy jumped through hoops to get us a weekend/Saturday appointment and a short 30 mins later the 911 Plumbing van was in our driveway.  

Greg and Manuel were extremely professional, knowledgeable and courteous.  They swiftly connected into our home's main gas access point and ran an air pressure test.  After another 30 mins they'd tracked down and fixed the source of the leak.  They then re-ran the pressure tests to confirm everything was good.  

Overall, FANTASTIC SERVICE, and HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.   911 Plumbing will be our go to plumbing service from now on!

I had both a busted faucet and a broken garbage disposal and as a result no running water in my kitchen. Greg came out right away and gave me a bid on the job that was far more reasonable than others (and I shopped around). Both Greg and Ash came back after I approved the bid and had my kitchen working beautifully right away! Very happy! Decent pricing. Respectful of my kitchen and residence. And their work was dynamite. They even went out of their way to clean up after themselves. I will not hesitate to use them again or refer them to others. A zillion stars!

911 plumbing came to my house for an emergency with my kitchen faucet that wouldn't stop runnin at 2:00am in the morning. The main office person, Cathy, is smart , effective, helpful and does what she says she is going to do!! They fixed my faucet situation in a flash. They are going to install a new shut off valve outside my house and will start next week. They are so knowledgeably!! And professional in approachING the job. They look for the most cost effective plan for your job, which is rare these days. Can't say enough good things about this company!!!!! Use them and I'm sure you won't regret it . I don't write reviews ever, but in this case , I had  to share some good news.

One of our rentals had a plugged upstairs drain. Our usual plumber was unavailable. Called plumber #2. They came out in the morning and could not clear the drain. They came out again in the afternoon and could not
clear the drain. I called 911 Plumbing Services and they worked with my tenant to set up an appropriate time to visit and was able to do what

Thanks to George (the field supervisor) for coming out to my residence and assisting us in turning off the water main and to fix our plumbing. We had a rude awakening (or for me, a bad morning) when I was ready to walk out my door for work and heard what sounded like a waterfall coming from one of the bathrooms in my house. Come to find out one of the small water lines under the sink broke and water shooting out non-stop.

Thanks to Yelp, I searched the local area and 911 Plumbing came up with high reviews and 24 hour plumbing service.

Even though there was some miss communication between the 911 Plumbing operator and their on-call service technician (minus the 1-star), George finally took the call and arrived at my house about an hour later (which was late since it shouldn't have taken less than an hour to get to my place). Apparently the person that was supposed to come out was still hungover from the night before and never picked up the call from their operator.

George brought his over 10 years plumbing experience and had the tools and knowledge needed to turn off the water and fix the the broken faucet in about 20 minutes. It was nice and a relief.

When it's an emergency, it will probably cost an arm and a leg for the fix! You can rely on 911 Plumbing and George for 24 hour emergency plumbing service though. Thanks to them for coming out to our house!

So I called these guys when I had a mysterious puddle in my bathroom and Greg was able to come out the same day. They found a small leak in the sink, patched it up and explained that it was a short term fix and also gave me an estimate for a long term fix. I rent so I had to leave decision making up to my landlord and just stuck with the immediate fix.

The leak was back the next day and Greg came back (they didn't charge me because it was the same issue) and discovered that the previous leak had cased some standing water to build up and was slowly seeping out of the bottom of the sink. He drained the standing water and showed me everything and explained each step of the way what he was doing and what the problem was.

Overall GREAT service, thank you Greg!

So pleased with the services! Had a few clogged drains and I contacted them last Friday- they were available to come the next Tuesday (today). They were prompt, had two men come and check all of our toilets and sinks and quickly fixed our issues. The prices were very reasonable and they were finished within 30 minutes! Thank you Art and 911 Plumbing Services for taking care of my problem and making it a 2-hour inconvenience rather than a multi-day nightmare!

I thought I had a leak from an old and unused sprinkler system on the front lawn. It turned out to be a fast leak in the water main (1 water supply line to house). At 4:25 on a Friday, I called 911 Plumbing who said they could have a technician out by 5:00. Art arrived early, provided a clear estimate and explanation, bailed the pooled water, dried the area, patched and re-welded the pipe, checked it for water-tightness, demonstrated the fix to me, cleaned up (including refilling the hole) and was gone by 6:25. The price was $225, which was within his estimate. The company did not charge me an emergency fee because I called within business hours.

I appreciate everything about this transaction. They could have raked me and did not. Art was courteous and tidy. The receptionist who took the call was knowledgeable and called me back with a time estimate within just a few minutes.

Let's start with the technician. I had Greg. He was absolutely outstanding. Thorough, detailed, careful. He explained each step along the way. And also an all around nice guy. Having to deal with a gas leak is already very stressful not to mention the major inconvenience and expense. Working with a very professional, very pleasant technician like Greg was a breath of fresh air.

Additionally, I called five other plumbers who were also five star rated but either didn't call me back at all or said they would and didn't. 911 came through the full way. I wish it weren't so costly. But thankful to even get someone out. Otherwise I may have been without gas for several days.

Mike was awesome - I am writing this on Thanksgiving and he just left. No one expects to find raw sewage in their bathroom when there was nothing there a few hours earlier. We called around 3 pm , grateful that someone answered on a holiday. Greg was very nice and said they could get someone to our house in an hour.

I had a minor plumbing issue I needed fixed quickly and my usual plumber was not available. I took a chance on these guys today and am SO happy I did. They answered on the first ring, were professional, helpful and courteous & had someone at my door within a couple of hours. They called, as they said they would with an ETA, and were right on time. They completed my repair very quickly, were tidy and once again totally professional. The price was very reasonable & now I am just making a list of all the things I'll be having them back for. Look no further, give these folks a try, a good plumber is a rarity but an honest one is even harder to find. You'll get both here, so what are you waiting for?

I agreed to pay $150 for the after hours service fee to address a leaking pipe in our front yard. When the guy showed up at 8pm, he said it was going to be a minimum of $750 to diagnose it and that might take care of the cost of fixing it but it could very well be more expensive. Mind you that's just the minimum he said. We had already turned off the water to the house and he said he was happy to take the $150 service fee and leave if we didn't want to pay that price.  With no guarantees that he'd be willing or able to fix the problem at a starting price of $750, we had him leave. I can't speak to the quality of work, only that 911 Plumbing runs a scam business model.

I was having some trouble in my bathroom with two sinks overflowing and the water not going so I called his company based on their yelp reviews and they were very prompt proficient and on time.

I called them yesterday around 3 PM and they showed up this morning around 10 AM. One of the guys was named Greg and he was extremely professional and knew exactly what to do and fixed my problem in such a short period of time literally matter of minutes.  Thank you guys for your prompt service I will definitely use your company again.

Needed a plumber to clear a drain. I found 911 plumbing online and am glad I did. They came out fairly quickly (next day) and came when they said they would. Kathy was great with communication and helping ensure my tenants schedule (Zoom!) was accommodated.  I almost didn't give 5 stars because I was told our plumber would have more PPE and just showed up with a cloth mask.  I was told he'd have booties and gloves, etc.  But all in all, took care of the drain quickly and for a reasonable price.  I'd use them again.

The guys were knowledgeable and nice, immediately knew the issue, and didn't charge us for coming out. Great service all around. Will use them again.

I wish I could give more stars to this wonderful team of plumbers.  My washer and dryer spigots had corroded, I needed a new dryer vent installed and my toilet had lost its water pressure.  They came EXACTLY on time, they were polite, accommodating and finished everything quickly and with attention to detail.  I will never use any other plumbers!

I can't believe these reviews are real. I have only one restroom and a non working toilet and obviously needed a plumber quickly. I was referred to this company when I explained to another plumber that I needed someone immediately. They came out promptly so they get a star for that but I felt like the technicians were just trying to scam me out of money. They showed up took one look without actually doing anything and said you need to replace the whole system and at this point I'm just desperate to have a working toilet so I agree replace it only to be told it would take 5 days because they needed to call the company to get a replacement. Of course this didn't sit well and I explained to them that I had researched how to fix it and I should have all the parts but that I felt like I was missing something because it wasn't working and I'm not a professional plumber. They then attempted to fix it only to be told it couldn't be done and would need to replace the flush system for a 179 dollars. The technicians also told me I didn't need the parts I had been sent by the company as a fix for the recall that was on the toilet-another sign they had no idea what they were talking about. It was clear the two plumbers had no experience with how to fix a Sloan Flushmate system even though I had made it clear to the person doing dispatch that this was the type of system I had and needed repaired. 6 hours later after reading through the Flushmate Manual I figured out what was wrong and fixed it myself with the 20 dollar replacement part the company says in their manual was needed. I'm out the 89 service charge but at least I didn't fall for their scam and be out even more money.

It's a shame companies like these are in business preying on single female household owners with no diy experience and desperate for help. I won't be giving them anymore of my hard earned money.

911 comes to the rescue again! I called in the morning (before 8 am) and by 9:30 Art and Henry were here to help. My toilet had backed up and as we are a one bathroom household, I was very concerned that we got it fixed as soon as possible.
Art and Henry were polite, wore booties on their shoes to keep dirt out of the house, accessed and fixed the problem quickly.
As a house owner, its a great piece of mind knowing that you have the name of a reliable, honest tradesperson in an emergency.

Vic was amazing!  He was able to fix EVERYTHING in my house that other plumbers had attempted to fix but were not successful in doing....from my $1000 toilets making weird noises and not working to my kitchen sink fixture leaking, pot filler leaking, rain shower not working...the list goes.  I will recommend him and this company to everyone I know.  I was dancing on a cloud and couldn't wait to write a review without him even having to ask me.

They were able to diagnose the issue just by texting with me, gave me a great quote (1/2 the price of the highest quote I received) and fixed it quickly and efficiently (no problems since) the next morning. This included ordering the right part.

For reference: they replaced my pressure regulator for the water heater in my garage.

I called 911 Plumbing Service to snake a shower drain where the clog was located 10+ feet down the pipe. Greg did a great job snaking the drain and then thoroughly checked all of the other sinks and showers to make sure the clog was completely gone. He's a really nice thorough guy. After much debate my husband and I decided to change our huge water heater for a tankless one. We called 911 and George came to the rescue. His team was punctual and very professional, customer service was great! I can say this was the best decision we've made. Seriously...Greg and Abel are awesome. They are as honest and professional as it gets. I had scheduled two other estimates from two other plumbers who all came late and never communicated anything with me. I had to reach out to them to get a response...like I was chasing business...but NOT Greg and Able. Both were on time and extremely nice. Kathy from their office even called to give ETAs. They didn't push their service on us or oversell anything. Our kitchen sink no longer backs up and we got new PVC pipes installed. The price was really reasonable and fair. Trust me...I compared a couple quotes and they were awesome!!! I will definitely be using them again if any plumbing issues come up. =)

I have dealt with plumbing companies through Yelp. Most experiences have been horrible until I called 911 Plumbing Services. The first time I called was to repair a leak in a pipe located in a tight spot over my refrigerator. Not only did Greg find and repair this leak but at a very reasonable price. After seeing how professional and honest Greg was and considering the quality of the work he did, I called Greg to change out my toilets and install two kitchen faucets in my house. I discovered a hot water leak underneath my home on Thursday and called 911 Plumbing and while they initially gave me an estimated arrival of between 12 and 4pm the technician ART showed up at 10:30am.  Art was courteous, professional and knowledgeable regarding my issue.  He quickly analyzed the situation and had the burst pipe repaired within a couple of hours.  
I would HIGHLY recommend 911 Plumbing and especially Art as he was excellent. In addition even though they provided same day service the pricing was very reasonable!!

These people are just amazing. Our kitchen was flooded all of a sudden so I called for help. They responded super fast, and a technician was sent to our door in like 40 minutes. That was a Sunday afternoon!
The technician, Greg, was absolutely professional. He came and found the problem immediately. After less then half an hour, everything just went back to normal again.

I called 911 Plumbing Services about a clogged disposal. The man who answered was polite and very easy to work with, and was able to find me an appointment the same day at no extra cost.

Greg and Sam arrived on time and clearly knew what they were doing. They fixed the problem in 15 minutes. I also was pleasantly surprised by how much they smiled and were simply nice.

Plumbing disasters always seem to happen on a weekend or late at night...well this one happened on a Sunday.  I own a 4 plex and one of the units  had a tub and toilet completely overflow.  Not good.  This was a job requiring heavy duty snaking of the cleanout located outside the building.  I called 911 Plumbing Services and was told someone would be out in 45 minutes..pretty good for a Sunday...but was so surprised when he showed up in 30 minutes!  He got to work right away..and was so through and efficient! Job done and problem solved...The gentleman they sent out was named Greg. He was professional and very thorough.  I highly recommend this company and Greg!!  I was able to go back to the dinner party I had left which was a miracle in itself as I thought I would be at the building for hours. We knew we'd be getting into some plumbing adventures when we bought an old house, but what we didn't know is how much trouble the previous owners had set us up for. So when the main line got the mother of all clogs at 10pm, we were stressed. We called these guys because they were the first result after doing a Yelp search by our zip code. Turns out, Yelp was fibbing and they didn't service our neighborhood. However, they sensed our frustration and sent someone out anyway!

Vic showed up on our step within half an hour, with a helpful attitude and ready to work. He was very knowledgeable and worked for over an hour to get rid of a hunk of nasty. The price was very fair and we knew we wouldn't have to look over Vic's shoulder to make sure he was doing the work. Our drains are all working beautifully now and we couldn't be more grateful. Awesome company!

This is the 3rd visit from this company - all for different issues. Today Vic came out and unclogged my shower.  It's just so easy dealing with them. This morning I woke up with water all over my bathroom floor. Even though the sink water was off, my neighbor upstairs ran the water and my drain was clogged. Bath mats wet and soggy, sink filled with water. I called lots of plumbers and they tried to book me end of week. My initial experience with 911 plumbing was not a positive one. Their tech was having issues with his cell phone and was working on an emergency issue prior to my appointment so he was unable to update me on his ETA. The job took longer than he had anticipated so I ended up cancelling my appointment because I couldn't wait any longer.

That same day of of the owners Greg called me to apologize and explain what had happened to cause the delay. After listening to my frustration about it he offered to send out a tech the next morning at no charge.

The tech arrived on time and was very professional, courteous and also apologized for what had happened the day before. I'm very happy with his work and the way the situation was handled. I would recommend this company because I know if I refer them to someone and they have an issue,911 plumbing will be willing to correct it in order to create a positive experience for their customers.

When I became a home owner (finally) a little over three years ago, I never thought I'd be writing a 5 star review for a plumbing company but here I am. 911 Plumbing has knocked it out of the park each time I've used them. The fact that they do an excellent job with competitive rates is one thing, that they do it with a crew that are the most polite and pleasurable is another. Yesterday Greg came over and gave me a quote on installing a new disposal. The rate was very fair and he was able to get to work right away and had it up and working in short order. Tonight after most plumbing companies had closed, we had a pipe burst and our bathroom was flooding with water. We turned off the water main, but the water still wouldn't stop. After frantically calling several other 24-hour plumbing companies and getting either voice mail or no answer at all, I called 911 Plumbing Services and was absolutely shocked when a real person answered the phone. She told me she could have someone out there in a few hours between 9:00 - 11:00 pm.  She called again at 9:00 and said they would be there in 45 minutes.

It took Mike (plumber extraordinare) less than 45 minutes to arrive. He quickly stopped the water, assessed the problem, and formulated a solution. Within an hour he had cut into the wall and replaced the part of the pipe that had broken. Best of all,  the price was extremely reasonable considering the nature of the problem and the time of night that it occurred.

I truly can't say enough good things about Mike. He was kind, respectful, professional, and he did an awesome job.  He's an awesome representative for 911 Plumbing Services, and I'll never hesitate to call them again.

Thank you so much, Mike and 911 Plumbing.  You guys are lifesavers and absolute rock stars!!!

After attempting to install a handheld bidet on my bathroom, after approx 24 hours, I discovered a water leak through my garage ceiling directly below the bathroom. I discovered that I left the t-valve on the bidet open the whole night and day I was away. Called 911 Plumbing Services and they were able to squeeze me in for an appointment next day. Their technicians checked the bidet to make sure it was water-tight and to check for other possible leaks, and they assessed that it was fine. I asked them to remove the bidet anyway so we don't keep having leaks if ever we forget it again. We also asked them if they could refer us to water damage restoration companies, but they told us after checking the garage ceiling that it's unnecessary at this point since molds only grow after constant water exposure. I discovered a leaky pipe tonight, inside a wall, dripping into the crawlspace in our basement. It was after 10pm when I called, but Greg was here in just over an hour and an hour later he had restored water to the house. Morning showers are saved! And all without waking my toddler, sleeping in the room right across the hall. He was calm, professional, listened to all my concerns and, from what I can tell, did excellent work.

The one potential gotcha worth noting is that they do not handle pex pipe (plastic pipe). In my case this wasn't a huge problem, since the leak was in a section of copper pipe. I do have a small section of pex in the vicinity, but Greg was able to solve the problem without touching it.

I had a very leaky tub right before going out of town.  I called and initially they weren't sure they could get someone out so quick so I called the smell good plumbers who said it would be $79.00 just for the estimate!  No thank you!  
This place called me back, was able to get someone here, give me a free estimate, fixed my faucet & saved me from worrying while out of town.
Mike was the plumber and he fixed the problem in less than an hour.  The price with parts was only $150.00!  YouTube said I could've DIY'd it for about $50 so that's not really a bad markup for the time and frustration hiring a pro saved me!

Vic is the man! We had a broken tub which would not stop running full blast at 1am on a Saturday. Called 911 Plumbing, spoke to George who told us we could have a plumber out that night. After realizing that it might take a bit longer than we expected (it was after all after midnight on a weekend), we arranged to have a plumber come the next morning. After we shut the water off for the night, George was super helpful-- told me to send pictures of the fixture so he could give me an estimate.

The next day (Sunday), Vic came out to take a look at what needed to be done. He was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. After fixing our tub, he even helped us turn the water back on for our complex and stayed to make sure everyone was getting hot and cold running water.

I highly recommend this place-- whether it's an emergency or not, 911 Plumbing Services provides excellent, reliable service!

My husband and I were out of town and our tenants called to say there was a leak coming from the ceiling. Wow these guys are great! We had a kitchen sink stoppage but couldn't get to it with the hand snake we had. Called another company they tried scamming us 750$ saying they needed to hydro jet because they couldn't get to it. Called 911 Plumbing Services and they came in cleared the line in 10 minutes, and got us up and running no problem. Altogether took 30 minutes and saved us hundreds of dollars. I did indeed have a super emergency one week ago, and 911 rose to the challenge. Our main sewage line was backing up into our toilets and showers around 6:30pm. It was Saturday night on MLK weekend and I was doubting I could get someone to help us that night. But I saw all of 911's amazing Yelp reviews and Kathy didn't bat an eye when I explained my situation. She gave me a window between 8-10 pm, said up front that there would be a $175 service call fee (I felt this was completely reasonable for my situation) and would call back when the technician was on his way. True to her word, she called just after 8 and Greg arrived soon after. He snaked our main line and made sure that all our toilets and drains were working properly within an hour. He was very attentive about cleanup and even washed down the driveway after with his own hose before he left! Can't recommend them enough and won't hesitate to call them again with any plumbing issues.

I have used this company twice now.  The first time, was when I clogged the kitchen sink.  They were professional and they wore coverings over their feet as to not track in dirt, etc.  They solved my problem and in addition they were much less expensive than the other companies out there.  

The second time I used them I had an emergency blockage in the bathroom.  The toilet in addition needed to be reseated.  Water had already leaked out onto the flooring and I had gone through 3 loads of towels in the laundry.  They were booked, but still managed to fit me in.  Thanks guys!!!!  I REALLY, REALLY appreciate it!

I contacted 911 Plumbing Services Tuesday evening via their website for water pressure issues. Nothing too urgent. They contacted me the next morning and had someone available to come out the same day. I didn't expect someone to come out so soon for a non-emergency so I rescheduled for Thursday.

Abel and Greg came out and did an amazing job. After fixing the water pressure, I realized I had a ton of smaller jobs and asked if they could do it. They were absolute professionals and did an amazing job. They didn't push any extra services, gave honest answers and even showed me how to fix common issues. All costs were reasonable and lower than I had anticipated.

Throughout the entire visit, they were professional, clean and respectful.

I plan to call them for any plumbing related problems or projects from now on. I am a total fan.

I use these guys for everything. They are quick to arrive for an estimate, reliable in a pinch, finish the jobs on time. Vic and Abel came by to check out a leak under my shower.  They went under the crawl space and did some tests to best understand where the leak was coming from.  Instead trying to gain my business via plumbing services they offered an alternative solution that they believed would fix the leak.  They recommended the appropriate tile company and home restoration company to help me with my problem and save me the most money.  911 Plumbing has earned by trust and will be the first plumber I call next time I run into any problems with my home.  Thanks again!

Abel and Greg single handledly solved my stopped up bath drain by--get this--flipping the drain handle, duh! I felt like such an idiot when they showed me my slow drain was simply the original tub filler (we have always used a plug) being in the wrong position.

Got a call from a tenant on a Saturday saying their shower wasn't draining and water was coming up in their tub. My usual guy was not available. Got these guys on my neighborhood social page. Called them and told them the situation and asked if they could go out next week. (I didn't want to pay extra for the weekend!). Greg told me that they would go out in a few hours! I asked him the price and he said $125, same as during the week. (NO EXTRA CHARGE FOR THE WEEKEND!) Awesome. Incredible service. We had the front end of a pipe explode in our bathroom around 5.30am. After we stemmed the flooding and got the water turned off, we called 911 Plumbing Services. Greg was at our house within 30 minutes and had it all repaired really fast, within 45 minutes. He was super professional, really nice and even checked some of our other pipes to make sure they were alright. I would definitely use this company again and recommend them highly. Thanks Greg!

I called this business around 4:40 with an urgent plumbing situation (both of our toilets would not flush due to a clog in the main drain), they showed up at our house in 30 minutes.  They were friendly, professional, and honest (I believe one plumber's name was Greg and there was also another very kind gentleman).  They got the job done quickly and saved our day!  They made an unpleasant situation as painless as possible, we were very grateful and would definitely use them again.

These guys showed up in 15 minutes, fixed a really bad leak in 10 minutes and were super professional and nice. On a weekend $125 seems like a fair price, considering that every other plumber said they would take between 3-5 hours. Highly recommended.

After my friend and I and two handymans playing with the kitchen pipes, we diecided to call them.  Called around 6 PM, they said that they'll call me back from 8-10 for an estimated time for the plumber to come.  Called me around 9:45 with the plumber in my place by 10:30.  

Good service over all, I got Mike and he fixed our problem, even made sure everything was in working order before he left.  Checked  any additional leaks in the other pipes to make sure.  Will totally use them again.

Great experience w/ 911 Plumbing. Called about a clogged sink at 9a, and they had someone out to us by 12, same day.

Greg was courteous and professional. He unclogged the sink quickly and was able to replace some of the sink plumbing as well.

Fingers crossed about not needing more plumbing work, but if we do, it'll be with this company again.

I had Waterworks coming out of a pierced water main line at 6pm on the 4th of July!
My bad...I know I'll need to pay a holiday emergency rate for any plumber.
I called 911 Plumbing and my plumber Vic was here in less than an hour. He expertly spliced an 8 length of copper pipe with an elbow in 45 minutes; and Boom! I'm free to enjoy the Fireworks blowing up Mid-City ~ with no water worries. The only way to have had a better experience is to have not pierced that pipe in the first place.

I manage vacation rentals in Los Angeles and I've hired 911 plumbing a few times and had only good experiences so far. They are available and quick most of the time. I wasn't happy with a $150 service charge when I had a late hours emergency, but emergency is emergency. Both the office (Kathy most of the time) and the plumbers are professional and courteous.

They are very responsive. I have had them do work for me twice. I had another estimate for installing 2 faucets that was three times as much as 911. The previous company even had me send pictures so they knew what they were dealing with. 911 was on time and they were very polite and explained everything so i knew the cost before they began.

Huge thank you to Mike and Gary. First off the guys arrived on time and I had plenty warning before hand to leave work and get home. That to me was a huge plus. I had originally called for them to hook up a dishwasher for me. But in the end it was as simple as replacing a part and not needing them at all. I was completely OK with paying the service charge for my own stupidity but they waived the fee. From someone that understands time is money for them I am completely amazed that they took the time to tell me how to install my dishwasher. Amazing company. Highly recommended and will keep them for my next plumbing needs.

Just want to post a quick update to how great this business is! We had a toilet clog with slow flush one morning with clients coming that same day. The customer service is, once again, outstanding!  The office answers the phone right away and gave a prompt follow-up call to schedule service. They were able to work around our schedule. Thank you!!! And they also give a call 10 minutes before service arrives. So pro! What was even better was the service that Art gave us. It wasn't a simple fix to just unclog the toilet. We have a 100 year-old house with odd plumbing pipes. Art cleaned out the first drain and spent some time into the night to figure out the issue was farther down the line. Anyway, I don't know what kind of magic he did, but he worked hard to get the problem solved. Once again, THANK YOU, ART!!!

Our dishwasher just stopped working and we had to have an electrician and a plumber out to fix it.

Vic came by 3 times - once to give us an estimate, the next day to do the work, and had to come back again after we'd had some electrical work done to help us get the water back on.

Vic was prompt, professional, and super nice (especially because we were dummies and could have saved him the last trip out here by simply turning the shutoff valve back on OOPS.)

I'll definitely be calling these guys again. Excellent service.

They came over the next day and in a few minutes, partly remedied a problem my handyman and I had not been able to fix for weeks (no hot water after 3 minutes).  They did not want any money, I gave them about $50 cash that I had in my wallet for ice cream money (that's what you get with $50 nowadays).  

For the curious:
The return pump was turned off.  The house went from no hot water to instant hot water every day.  Granted we are still puzzled why little hot water water before, but it seems like it's working.

MIKE AND GREG!!!! Just left my office building where they hooked up my fridge to the water pipes. I've been living like a peasant having to buy bottled smart water everyday for the past month so I don't dry up like a sponge. I'm in a building with a lot of other businesses and they were able to get here early and add a whole new pipe, get the fridge hooked up, and the water back on all under 30 minutes! So I didn't piss any of my neighbors off :) THANKS GUYS!

Look no further for plumbers.   My toilet tank shattered at 5:00 am.   Kathy the dispatcher answered the phone, and then promptly delivered on all the promises she made.  They worked with me on the limited budget I had, and beat others quotes.  

Greg and Mike were polite, efficient, fast and friendly.  Full replacement in under 30 minutes.  Will most definitely recommend.

There is nothing quite like the feeling of finding a serious leak gushing from your water heater. At 10pm. Ugh.

911 Plumbing Services to the rescue! Vic arrived in less time then ordering a pizza, and immediately assessed and FIXED the problem. Super friendly, helpful, and very respectful - Vic in our new copper pipe hero!

Don't look any further for your plumbing needs. We will definitely be repeat customers (though we have our fingers crossed we don't have another late-night plumbing adventure for quite some time!).

I took a shot at clearing a blockage in the kitchen sink line, but it was ultimately beyond the reach of my 20' snake. Plus needed a pair of new couplings. Time for professionals. My regular guy wasn't getting back to me. I saw good reviews for 911 Plumbing here on Yelp, so gave them a call. Kathy took my info and said she'd get back to me with availability, gave me an estimate for kitchen sink blockage. Called me back in about 1.5 hours, with an appointment available from 1-5p. So maybe not as quick as I'd hoped from some of the reviews, but this sort of thing can be luck of the draw, so no deductions there.

Greg and Mike called ten minutes out and then arrived. Nice, easy-going guys. I showed them the spot, told them I'd already made sure the p-trap and garbage disposal were clear. They set to work. Way harder job than they (or I) had anticipated, with considerable blockage going all the way to the main line. Still, they honored the original quote, no hemming or hawing, no upselling, just positive, will-get-it-done attitudes. Clean work on the couplings.

In sum, positive experience, no complaints, and plan to use 911 again the next time I need professional plumbing services.

911 Plumbing suggested that we get a new faucet first so that we would put in a faucet that WE would want, rather than just something on the truck. Fantastic suggestion and it allowed us to pick exactly what we wanted to replaced the faucet.

Mike and Abel came out today to replace our leaky water faucet.  They were on-time, friendly and fast with the service. Abel was clearly being trained by Mike and it was great to see him give guidance as they were doing the repairs.

It was nice to see a boss act act more like a coach and teammate.

Faucet (and angle strut) were replaced and all is well in the world.

I needed a new cartridge in my shower faucet so that the hot water pressure would return to normal. Greg and Able showed up at the front end of a 2-hour window, had the correct cartridge in their truck, and got everything working great in less than an hour. Able even snaked the drain in the bathroom sink, which he noticed was draining slowly. Both of them, along with Kathy at the office, are very courteous and friendly, and I recommend 911 Plumbing to everyone!!

911 Plumbing does everything you could want in a plumbing company - they're responsive, thorough, and do excellent work.

We recently had Vic and Abel out to our house to take a look at our dryer, which was venting moisture into the house. They not only fixed the problem quickly, but ended up installing a showerhead and fixed reversed hot and cold water on our shower - something that other plumbers told us would require punching through the walls and damaging the tile, but which they addressed in a few minutes. We really appreciated the quality of their work and their willingness to fix these other last-minute items.

They were a total pleasure to work with, and though I hope we won't have to call them out *too* frequently, we wouldn't hesitate to if we have any other plumbing issues in the future.

We had a main sewer line backup.  Filthy stuff coming up in showers and tubs in multiple bathrooms.  Art showed up within 90 minutes as promised, and had it snaked out soon after.  Then he had to snake out the bathtub because the backup had fouled it and it still didn't drain.
He explained the root problem (which was roots) so I understood, and gave me an estimate for fixing it properly.  Very professional, and he worked hard.

When I say I had been through hell trying to get a plumber out on a Saturday night/ Sunday morning for a massive leak in my apartment, I am not exaggerating. I went through at least 7 different companies, all of whom dropped the ball on even confirming a technician. One sent someone out who was totally useless and didn't even know how to shut off the water (!!!). Finally I called 911 Plumbing and it was NIGHT AND DAY. The person who answered was actually able to tell me right then and there if/ when someone could come (this is, I've learned, a complete rarity in the plumbing industry). He arrived as scheduled, was professional, knowledgeable and did whatever was needed until he found the source of the leak. He was also able to give me referrals for other vendors needed for the ceiling repair. Do NOT waste your time with other plumbers who claim to have 24/7 emergency service, because VERY few actually do. 911 Plumbing is the only vendor I found who actually was able to deliver that. THANK YOU 911!!!

I had a few other plumbers come out to try and fix a problem with a foul-smelling sink.  911 Plumbing came out and they were great.  Truth be told, the sink didn't smell when they came out, so it was difficult for them to diagnose/fix the problem, but they were kind enough not to charge me any sort of service fee.  On top of that, both guys (Abel and Greg) were friendly, professional and courteous and they offered a couple of recommendations that I can try to curb the bad smell.  Will definitely call these guys again in the future!

I usually don't write reviews, however this will be an exception to the rule. Called 911 plumbing to get an estimate to have a minor leak from the bathroom and kitchen faucets fixed.  Greg, the owner, had two of his guys come out that day. They discovered that the valve in the bathroom was broken and that the faucet and sprayer in the kitchen needed to be replaced. I arranged to have them come out after I purchased the faucets. The plumber, whose name is also Greg, came with a helper and they were prompt, neat, clean, and tidy.  The job was completed in a timely manner and they were very professional.

Great service from the person who answered the phone to Art, my plumber. I didn't have an emergency (i.e., water wasn't flooding anything and nothing critical was stopped up) but 911 was able to get someone to me in 3 hours regardless. They called to give me a heads up 30 minutes before Art arrived (nice). Art was fantastic -- polite, friendly, explained things well, and offered me options in terms of repair without putting on the hard sell for the most expensive choice. He did great work, fixed the problem quickly, did some additional work to ensure it wouldn't happen again,  and all at a great price. I will definitely be using 911 again and also recommending them to friends.  Thanks my fellow Yelpers for the heads up!

Very fast service.  Greg was really professional and arrived quite fast.  We had a clogged toilet, nothing too serious, but clogged to the point where we could not fix it ourselves without having the snake inside it. And it happened on Friday night!  I called Mike Diamon Services (for that $99 price :) and they could not sent anybody same night. Since we could not wait until Saturday and Saturday was planned to be super busy, I looked on Yelp for other service providers.  911 Plumbing Services promised same day service.  Of course it was more expensive but I believe totally worth it given the fact that we had the problem fixed within an hour.  I would definitely use them again in the case of emergency.

Wish I could give more than 5 stars and I mean it!

Had an inconspicuous, slow leak under the sink. Looked as though it was coming from my fancy water filter that the Mom Unit gifted me for Christmas. Gee, thanks, Maaaa'.

Greg and Ash came out within their allotted time frame. They were professional from the moment they arrived. After working on my filter for roughly 15 minutes, they determined nothing was broken and it was just a few nuts and bolts that needed tightening, if you will.

After putting back the contents underneath my sink back together exactly as they found it, they informed me there'd be no charge!!?

I found 911 plumbing on YELP and after reading their reviews I figured I would give them a try.  At this point I was already a REALLY BAD plumbing experiences in so how much worse could it get.  My shower faucet was leaking and my regular handyman recommended a plumber he worked with.    Plumber came out and told me that in order to fix the problem which was in the wall he needed to replace the turn knob. Well, three expensive new moen knobs later (2 months after the initial problem, the knob replacements were literally snapping off), I had resorted to using a wrench to turn my shower on and off.  The plumber kept telling me that my husband was too strong and that's why the new knobs he was installing were literally breaking off.  Hmmmm...

So 911 to the rescue.  Greg and another guy (forgot name) came out.  Super professional and explained everything they did.  Discussed options and prices.  Turns out the first plumber had made things worse rather than better.   The problem was not my husband's strength nor the knobs but the way the piping had been fixed in the wall.  It's now been almost a year since 911 completed the job and no problems with the shower or knob.  I was super happy but didn't write a yelp review.  UNTIL NOW a year later... when I needed 911 again.  

I had a leak in my front yard and needed to turn off water to my entire house.  Called 911 plumbing who scheduled to come out.  In the meantime, my husband figured out that the water leak was related the sprinkler system (not main water line) and that valve could be turned off separately.  I called 911 plumbing back to explain what had happened and Greg was super honest with me.  He said that sprinkler systems can usually be fixed by gardeners at cheaper rates.  WOW. What plumber guides someone to get a better deal elsewhere.  911 does because they are honest people.  I own my home so I am sure I will have plumbing needs again and 911 is the only people I will call.  Thanks guys !!

Found these guys almost by accident when I confused them with another plumbing service and dialed 911 instead. Kathy was very courteous on the phone and set me up with a same-day appointment to address my backed-up kitchen sink and a dishwasher drainage issue.

A couple hours later, Vic and Abel arrived at my downtown loft to save the day. Both were polite and professional and didn't waste any time getting to work. After assessing the problem, they gave me a very reasonable quote. Upon my approval, they brought in their equipment and got 'er done. The pipe under my sink was unclogged in a matter of minutes, and they also fixed my dishwasher's air gap so that my machine would drain into my sink and not flood my counter top (like it was doing before).

I highly recommend Vic and Abel - they were fast, friendly and most importantly fixed the problem for a very fair price. No question I will call 911 again for any and all plumbing needs. You should too!

These Guys impressed me.

I work in West Hollywood out of my Bosses Home.  I've had to get different services for him here- Cable, Plumbing, Contractors, Electricians, Air Conditioning Tech's... all sorts.  

My boss has hardwood floors, so we don't wear shoes inside.  These guys were not even asked- they got to the door and from their pockets took out shoe covers- AWESOME!  

I called and was able to have their team out the same day in a few hours.  Their price was extremely reasonable- we expected to pay a lot more.  They unclogged the restroom sink, fixed the clogged garbage disposal and dishwasher and adjusted the kitchen faucet.

Vic and Greg thanks Guys! I'll also note the intake person was informative and friendly and called me prior to the team coming to the location- I appreciate the communication.

I am definitely keeping this companies contact information and bookmarking them.

I want to write another review because these guys definitely deserve it. Their service is amazing! Came at midnight on a Saturday and fixed whatever needed to be done. He got up on the roof even though there was no access and got the job done. Their price, service, and staff is the best!

I have called 911 Plumbing twice and both times they were here almost immediately and got the jobs done very quickly. One time was to fix a leaky bath tub faucet and then the other was to fix a leaky garbage disposal. Both times they were able to immediately figure out what was wrong and fix it in under 30 minutes. And both times the prices were super reasonable and the technicians were very nice and professional!

They are wonderful!  Found them on yelp after scouring through reviews and was so happy I chose them.  We had an emergency on a Sunday and called expecting to have to wait until Monday but they squeezed us in and someone was there later that night to fix our shower.  The service charge was stated beforehand and they were specific about the additional costs and what they entailed and it was incredibly reasonable.  Highly recommend!

A couple of weeks ago my bathtub faucet broke around 8 pm -  the water was running and I could not shut the water off. I started crying really hard then called 911 Plumbing. The plumber was there within an hour, went to Home Depot to get the parts that needed to be replaced and gave me a discount because I was obviously going through it emotionally over the whole situation. Five stars, would call 911 Plumbing while crying again.

Called 911 on a Saturday morning after my guests reported....for some reason the toilet won't flush...we have no idea why. Hmmm. Can't imagine why, but I'm going to guess you put all sorts of stuff down the toilet that we asked you nicely not to.
I didn't have high hopes that someone could make it to the house quickly, but the friendly and very competent receptionist said Vic could make it out in just a few hours.
Vic got delayed at other jobs, but the receptionist called regularly to keep me updated on his arrival estimate. Much appreciated. When Vic did arrive, he got right to work. He was very polite and professional. He had to dig up a pump and service it...that is not pleasant work, but he did not miss a beat. Shocker alert.....the system was clogged with napkins and paper towels that had stopped the pump motor.
No matter how many time you tell people Only toilet paper down the toilet! they just don't listen.
Extremely pleased with Vic and Plumbing 911. The price was very reasonable for what was essentially an emergency visit.  I will use them for all my plumbing needs from here on out.

Parent's old kitchen skin had backed up yesterday and had called Express Plumbing from yellow page,  Tech claimed he had snaked 75 feet out from and can't get it to work...charge us $65 for the time and offer Hydro-Jet @$650 as only way to clear the line.  Declined the offer...
Called 911 Plumbing this morning and Kevin shown up.  After 30 mins and snaked 50 feet with handheld, the line are clear and no mess.  We also ask him to redo the entire plumbing under the kitchen sink since they show sign of leaking while sink had backup.  All done in about an hour and clean up all the mess as well.  
Will call 911 Plumbing again for plumbing issues.

The situation: I am a helpless renter, and my water heater pilot light went out. Disaster! (First world disaster, at least) I have no idea how to fix this. It's a rainy Saturday night and I'm outside, in the rain, in the dark, reading the instructions on the side of the water heater trying to get it fixed. I don't know what I'm doing and there are spiders surrounding me and of course I can't get it lit. I also can't reach my landlord but I decide to call around and see if anyone is available to come help me.

I called 911 Plumbing and George answered. I explained what was happening (I left out the spiders though, didn't want to seem too weak) and he said he could come out for sure. I said I would have to talk to my landlord first to make sure it was ok to call him out.
George said he can almost always fix any water heater with the universal parts he brings, but it's not certain. He advised that I take a picture of my water heater and send it to him, so he could confirm that he can fix it before he comes out and wastes anyone's money. Very nice, I thought.

I sent him the photos and he said it looked like he could fix it, and to let him know if my landlord called me back.

A half hour later, I let George know that my landlord was still MIA and thanks for the help, but don't worry about it. George called me back and tried to walk me through lighting the water heater. I failed and again said thanks for the help, thinking that would be the end of his kind help.
He then sent me a video of himself lighting a similar water heater, explaining what I might be doing wrong.
I then sent HIM a video of what I was doing to light it, obviously wrongly because it wasn't working.
He texted me that he was going home as he has the same water heater as I do, and he would get there in about 30 minutes and send me a video of how to light my exact water heater. !!!!!
At this point I felt a little bad and a little stupid, he was obviously going above and beyond what I would have ever expected. Also lighting a water heater should be simple right?? Apparently not.
He sent me a video of himself lighting my exact water heater, and I went outside and followed his video and I succeeded.
Conclusion: I have hot water, and I am happy. I am so impressed with George's helpfulness, which was amazing and unprecedented. He spent well over an hour helping me (for free!!)

I had a toilet clog I couldn't solve - and was very pleased with Vic who came out from 911 Plumbing.  He had to take the toilet off the floor to get a small plastic bottle that was stuck inside (a stupid friend must've flushed it and didn't tell me - don't you love that?)
He charged $175 - and he was worried it was a lot of money.  But I've had plumbers in the past who would've probably charged me double that - Plus he even did an easy fix on my garbage disposal at no charge - and showed me how to fix that myself in the future.  So I was very pleased.

I do read the negative reviews of any service provider on Yelp first, and this plumber did not have any. So that was a good sign.

Another recommendation for this company! We needed to get parts of our underground pipes replaced cause of damage from roots. Which I don't think any homeowner is excited to have to do. Our toilet was clogged this morning, but we just didn't have time to address the issue before we left for work. After work I came home to our 7th floor loft and began calling plumbing businesses. I was denied services from 5 different businesses because they wouldn't work past the 3rd floor, they didn't work in DTLA after dark, or because I would get charged a $300 service fee for living in DTLA; all contradicting their advertisements. At the end of my list was 911 Plumbing Services. Greg answered the phone and was so polite as he heard me out and worked with me. He was honest about the price-- it was a little expensive, but it was an emergency. He kept me updated about the plumber's arrival and what I could expect. When the plumber, another Greg, did arrive he was also polite. He went straight to work and fixed the problem in less than 10 minutes. He explained the problem and gave some recommendations.
We are so grateful for your service 911 Plumbing Service and for being polite, efficient, clean, and honest. If you need plumbing services, these are your guys; even if it's not an emergency!

I called them for a clogged bathroom sink drain and was so happy with their service and prices that we now use them in our entire building for all jobs, big and small. Very responsive office, especially Kathy, and very professional guys, especially Vic. They always schedule us within two hours or less, always come when they say they will, and never up-sell, over-charge, or leave a mess. Weekends and afterhours are never a problem. Can't recommend highly enough.

I have been putting off fixing a leaky shower for years.  A handyman replaced all hardware and it still leaked so I always kept a bucket under it to catch the water.  I was so hesitant to call a plumber in fear of a huge bill but the shower was leaking more and more.  So I finally went on Yelp to look at reviews.  Many had good reviews interlaced with a few bad ones.  At 911 Plumbing, there were no bad reviews, so I called them.  They arrived within the time frame promised.  Vic and Able were courteous and professional, analyzed the problem and said the first step of replacing 2 parts would cost $125 (less a 10% first time customer discount).  They fixed the problem and I am thrilled with the service and cost.  How refreshing!  I will not hesitate to use them again either for my home or my business.

Oh man I love these guys. Greg and Ash rocked my world. They were on time, professional and extremely nice. They came out to fix a water leak. They fixed it in seconds. And I think it was going to be free. They asked if I needed anything else done. I had new faucets I needed to put in my daughter's bathroom but hadn't gotten around to it. So I had Greg and Ash do it. It didn't take long at all. I will definitely call 911 Plumbing for all of my plumbing needs. Great guys. Great price. Great work.

A day and a half before the big party, our sink was clogged and making our laundry room's utility sink overflow! Eeeek!
I was stubborn and thought I could fix it myself, removing pipe parts, messing with the snake, to no avail. The day of the party, a friend of mine said Oh good grief, will you just call the plumber already?
I consulted Yelp and saw all of the good reviews for 911 Plumbing, explained my plight to the super friendly operater (thanks Kathy!) and the reviews don't lie, this business ROCKS.
George and assistant came to the rescue in less than 2 hours, and whirled our pipes into perfection just in time for the party crowd to arrive! These guys were fast, professional, friendly, and reasonable and I'll call them again if I ever have a problem.

They were amazing.  First, I called for an estimate and they scheduled me right away and the person (Vic) showed up exactly when they said.  They even called 20 minutes before to let me know when he would be there.  Vic was professional and gave me clear options for my blocked sewer line.  I felt like the price was really good and scheduled the work for the following day.  Again, I got a call right before telling me exactly when the person would arrive.  George, Art and Abel (I hope I spelled that correctly) were really great.  They showed me exactly what was wrong (a million roots blocking my line) with the video camera.  They worked until every last little root was gone and then showed me the entire clean line with the video.  They cleaned up everything and were very professional.  I 100% recommend these staff and 911 Plumbing.  I would use them again for sure.

This is my first Yelp Review, and that's because this company and their Professional Plumbers are top notch! Jack just left my house after fixing what I thought was a bad washer/dryer water valve, turns out it just needed to be tightened up and the leak stopped instantly!

Jack is awesome, he is honest and showed up right on time, I will most definitely be calling this company back in the very near future for all of my plumbing needs, and my father is a plumber so that should tell you something about this company! WOW!  I'm so thankful for a visit from Abel at 911 Plumbing.  Our shower is unclogged.  He showed up when they said they would.  Price was reasonable.  He was thorough, professional, and went above and beyond to show me what he was doing and even did a couple of extra little things like remove the water savers in both my showerheads so the pressure would actually rinse our hair (we have terrible pressure due to old pipes).  He actually cleaned up afterward too which is unusual!

I will definitely hire 911 for bigger jobs as needed!

Greg is an angel! 911 has not even come to my apartment yet but I already love them. I called last night around 11pm with no hot water(for about 24 hours at this point) and they were completely booked up. Greg said he would call me back in an hour regardless if he could make it work. True to his word, he called me back an hour later and had no availability for another 40 minutes. At this point, it was midnight, I had exhausted all other options and was extremely frustrated. I declined the service so I did not have to pay the overnight fee. I have to say Greg was incredibly understanding and assured me everything would be okay. He did not have to sit on the phone with me and calm me down, but he did! I called back this morning and booked an appointment for tomorrow morning. Im sure the their plumbing skills match up to their customer service. Thank you, Greg!

These guys are life savers! I called 911 Plumbing Services in a frenzy around 2pm today because I needed to get two of my sinks unclogged before I had a potential sublet come take a look at my apartment TONIGHT.

I had been letting the problems sit for months, and the situation was dire - way beyond anything Drano could solve for me. After a very easy, short & professional phone call, they said they'd dispatch someone within a couple hours.

Right on time, Jack showed up. He was incredible! Professional & super friendly. He took a quick look at the problem sinks, and had them fixed in MINUTES. He didn't even judge my pile of dirty dishes.

Greg busted his ass fixing our landlord's handiwork,  and did it with a smile. Kitchen sink was completely backed up with some really foul sludge, he replaced the P Trap and snaked it a million times to get it back in shape. Then he corrected a small problem in the bathroom for free. Will call these guys again!

Called this company to come and clear up a clogged kitchen sink they showed up in 15 minutes with the correct equipment and took care of business.   They charged me a very fair price.  While they were here I asked them to help me replace my kitchen faucet and they also took care of that.  

I would use these guys over any plumbers I saw on Yelp.  The reason I chose them was all of the yelp reviews I saw were good.

I just had an issue with my hot water heater and called my regular plumber who said, sorry, can't make it till tomorrow I quickly rushed to yelp to find a 24 hour service and I am so grateful that I found 911 Plumbing Services.  They were here in 40 mins, he gave me a step by step how to handle the situation if it were to occur again and was back on the road 15 mins later!!! I called 911 Plumbing based on Yelp Reviews.  Where else do you go at 7 in the evening when there is poop coming out of your shower drain?  Our plumber (our four year old said he was 'magical' and I will agree') is named Greg, and he showed up within the hour.  He really went the extra mile, examining the sewer drain outs that I knew existed, and finding the one that mattered, under the house, that didn't even know it was there!  I feel like an idiot but we had been flushing baby wipes and they had turned into concrete in the drain.  It took Greg quite a while but he stuck with it, I mean he really worked up a sweat, checking over and over that the drains were working.  About an hour and a half later everything is draining correctly, toilet is flushing and I am tremendously relieved.  Thank you Greg, we all appreciate your late night plumbing artistry.

Just got our kitchen drain unclogged by Greg from 911 Plumbing. Super courteous and efficient. Also took the time to unclog a hair-stuffed trap from my bathroom sink and to look at my tub drain and dishwasher, all for no additional charge!   And the price for the job was exactly as quoted on phone.  Highly recommend!

I called 911 Plumbing services this afternoon when a corroded pipe in the bathroom started spraying water everywhere!  

From start to finish, the service was exceptional.  Mike and Greg arrived within 20 mins, and got the job done fast and professionally, and they were both friendly and explained what needed to be done, and what the options were.

OUTSTANDING plumbing technicians.  Absolutely outstanding!!!!!!!!!!!!  If you have any plumbing needs, these guys should be your first call--and not just for emergencies.  I called them the first time several months ago because of a leak in my sprinkler system.  During that visit, the tech told me my regulator needed to be replaced at some point soon.  I called them back this morning and the techs were here within 30 minutes or less.  They fixed my leaking toilets AND replaced the regulator so that my pressure system is safe.  My pressure is SO much better in the showers but here's the main points......these guys are so professional and polite. I'm thrilled with this company and will always call them if I have any needs.  A++++++

I called at 1:00pm, by 2:30 pm the burst pipe under my house is fixed and Art is already out the door. This company was a pleasure to work with, especially Art who had to crawl 40 feet under my house in the dead of summer. He tackled the job with speed and professionalism. Had a clogged main under our house, that turned out to be a much bigger job once it was inspected.  My 84 year old home had tree roots embedded all along the 25 foot path to the city line.  Jack, the technician was able to show me exactly where the problems were via his camera inspection.  He diagnosed it correctly.  As the main was removed and taken apart, low and behold, tree roots (likely from an old tree across the street).  Jack and his assistant dug out what they needed to and completed the big job in a single day!  They left before the sun went down and my yard is clean and tidy and my drains are clear.  I highly recommend this company for plumbing emergencies.

Courteous, effective, and quick.  Greg showed up an hour after the first call and got our leak closed off about an hour after that.  Even though he couldn't visually see the leak, he identified the line that was causing it and capped it off, allowing us to have running water through the rest of the house so that we could have time to figure out how to resolve the leak.  Also, he only made the necessary cuts to the dry wall, and didn't cut giant chunks of wall out, which is helpful for our repairs.

Yes,  911 gets one star.   Your staff stated that we were out of the service area by less than one mile.   We didn't answer the phone because we were on the line calling someone else.   Why would anyone be expected to wait around to see of a company would change their mind?? And what's with the multiple voicemails stating that you want to make it right?  The problem was fixed,  so how can another company make it right after the fact?  The first review was nothing but fact....1)Our city was listed on your website as being within your service area.  2)Only after several minutes of taking our information were we asked about our location.   3)We were then told we were out of the service area.   4) After stating that our location is on the website did the woman say she would call back.   5) She did call back,  but did NOT leave a voicemail - we called her back.   6) Upon calling her,  she restated that we e were out of the service area.   When we complained that it was less than a mile she apologized,  but that was it.  7) We called someone else who was able to come within 30 minutes.   8) Awhile later we noticed a voicemail saying that they would make an exception and help us out.  Didn't return the call because we didn't need their sympathy help , we'd moved on after being told no - just like anyone else in our position would have.

We were having a problem with our in-sink garbage disposal, so we decided to give 911 Plumbing Services a try. Vic and Abel arrived on-time, and they were both extremely friendly and professional. They clearly explained what the problem was (loose screws and bad installation), and told us what the price would be to fix it. We thought the price was reasonable, so they proceeded with the fix. They corrected the problem in no time at all, and it's been working ever since. If ever I have another plumbing issue, we'll definitely use this company again.

Wow. Excellent service. I am in shock - in a good way. I have a 1920's house with perennial drain line issues, and I have over the years used many other rooter companies, including the national chains. I have always had problems - crews not showing up at appointments, sub-standard work, ridiculously high prices, everything. But no more, I am only calling 911 Plumbing from now on when I have a plugged drain. The guys showed up right on time, and had my clogged drain snaked out within 10 minutes. Their diagnosis of the best way to access the clog was better than mine; I thought they should go through a clean-out point, but they went straight through the drain itself with a mini-snake and got the job done in half the time I expected. AND they charged less than the router services, for twice as good a job. A+ for 911 Plumbing Services.

Just had their services by today. A corroded galvanized pipe broke in my tenants unit in South Central, and I was unable to do a repair myself, so I called them up on a Saturday evening, showed up 45 minuets later. On top of the problem I found, they found two others related and a fossil pipe they removed.

Art and Henry Did a wonderful job and were on point.

$150 Service charge, $525 for the repair, and on a weekend night, great price for wonderful service, and happy tenants.

We had a drain stoppage in the house at around 9pm. All the toilets and shower drains were backed up. We were afraid to use any of the sinks or anything that used water for fear of backing up waste.

I hopped online and did a search for emergency plumbing and this company popped up. I headed over here to read their reviews and decided to give them a call. After giving the woman on the other end of the line my information she gave me a quote of $225 and said we can expect someone in an hour to an hour and a half. Sure enough an hour and a half later Gus and his partner showed up to take a look at what was wrong.

They were very friendly and knowledgeable. They snaked the main line and cleared the blockage. To make sure it was clear they dawned their booties (to keep our floor clean/keep dirt out) and made sure all the toilets, shower and sink drains were clear. Gus even offered to snake a camera down the pipe to see what the problem was free of charge.

When all was said and done the total was the original quote of $225. Not bad for emergency service close to midnight. Definitely know who I'll be calling if I have another plumbing issue.

Very poor experience.  I called on Saturday morning before 9AM about a water leak.  They told me a technician would arrive between 1:00 and 4:00.  Around 4:00 I called again and they said I was next in line.  After 5:00 two technicians arrived.  They went down the stairs under the house and informed me that a copper water pipe had a hole.  The charge to fix it was $550, which sounded like a lot to me.  

I asked for a break out of parts and labor.  The guy said, What part of $550 don't you understand?  To which I said, So you won't tell me how much the parts will cost?  What's the matter with you?  He apologized and said that the parts will cost, less than $100.  (Red flag here:  Less than $x just means anywhere between zero and x.)  He also said it would take less than an hour to fix.  So that's $450 for an hour of labor, assuming a one hour minimum.  I told him I wasn't interested.  He said, Let me call my boss.  After the call, I was offered a $50 discount.  I asked them to leave.

I called another plumber who told me that, contrary to what the guy from 911 said, I wouldn't need any copper pipe replacement; that the cost of parts would be negligible.  The entire job cost $348.  Thanks for nothing, 911.

I was attracted to this company because of their five star reviews. I called early in the morning and explained my nasty kitchen sink situation. I immediately got a quote ($125!) and was told that a technician was available to come on the same day.

Sure enough, he arrived within the promised time. George was our technician, and when I described the situation, he immediately expressed his concerns, his plan of action and ETA (30 minutes!)

I asked him tons of questions and he was very patient and knowledgeable in answering every single one of them. He fixed the problem in less than 30 minutes and didn't make a mess at all!

One of his concerns was that clearing my drain would dump all the grease and gunk into my downstairs neighbor's sink. He was kind enough to talk to her and make sure everything was fine before he left.

I definitely recommend George and the kind woman on the phone who helped me schedule the service. I will be using them in the future should I have any other plumbing problems. They gave me a 30 day warranty, but I doubt I'll need to use it. Thanks 911 Plumbing!

I had bathtub faucet drip and a toilet that wouldn't stop running water, and it got to a point where I had to call someone, so I quickly hopped on Yelp and found 911 Plumbing Services. They sent over George the same day, giving me a courtesy call to let me know he was 45 minutes away, and 45 minutes later George showed up on time like promised! He was quick, courteous and honest. He showed me the part that needed to be replaced, and said that it would unfortunately be a few days to order it in. In the mean time, he fixed my toilet problem.

A few days later, I got a call to schedule something for the next day, and Greg and Vic (I think) showed up to pick up where George left off. They were also quick, courteous and efficient. They just seemed like trustworthy people. They did a good job on the toilet and faucet. The toilet started running again since George fixed it, but they explained it was probably because of some debris preventing a seal on the gasket when the pipes were flushed. They removed the gasket in front of me and there was a pebble there, just like he suspected. These guys are pros.

Honest work for honest pay. I even used the Yelp coupon for $25 off. I highly recommend them. You're in good hands with George and Greg.

Very pleased with everything. From my first call to Kathy at the office to the call prior to our technicians arrival. Including the actual service performed. Our guys names were Abel and Vic. I think Vic was the guy that actually installed our new kitchen sink. He did it quickly and efficiently. It's not his fault the faucet we bought didn't do what we had hoped it would. And it wasn't his fault that there was a humongous weight attached to the hose below the sink that jammed every time we pulled the hose out to clean the sink corners. As a matter a fact Vic was very patient with me and my grief. He spent extra time rigging the weight so it didn't jam. So we very much appreciated his efforts.

I called them because there had been a sewer smell coming into the back house.
Because of the holiday, they couldn't come for a couple of days. We ran the shower a few times during those days and by the time Vick came, there was no smell.
He didnt pretend that there was. He said what the problem could have been but said it was a really expensive fix, if that was the case. He said I don't want to say that is the issue because you could spend all this money and that wasn't it.
He also pointed something else out in the sink but said if it is not leaking, wait because it may never leak.

I really appreciate his honesty and integrity. So many plumbers tell you the worst scenario that cost tons of money and do we ever really know if that was the problem?

Plus they don't charge for coming out to inspect.

Vic and his partner showed up on time to look at a kitchen sink stoppage issue in one of my rentals. After checking the drain, they found out that there was no stoppage; It seems the issue had resolved itself. They refused to charge for the service call and gave my tenants some tips on how to prevent this issue from happening again. Will definitely call them again for any plumbing issues in the future.

I had a leak in my upstairs guest bathroom. The leak was coming from a valve in the bathroom sink, and water was raining down to the first floor. I discovered this leak in the evening, called 911 Plumbing. They took my information, and within 20 min they called back , and told me a plumber would be there within an hour. A little less than an hour, the plumber showed up and fixed the leak. He was there probably fifteen minutes.

Four months later the exact same valve broke. I discovered the leak in the early hours, and called 911 Plumbing at 4 am. They told me I would have to wait until they can get to the office, at 10 am. And when they open the office they have to see if they could get anyone out there as they had people on a few large jobs They advertise themselves as 24/7 emergency plumbers. If I have to wait six hours just to find out when a plumber can get here, that completely contradicts the 24/7 emergency claim. I now have thousands of dollars of water damage in my house because they could not send out a plumber during my emergency.

LIFE SAVER is the term i want to use for 911 plumbing. I had a leak on my main hot water pipe on a Thursday and the guys who came to find and fix it was nightmare form another company . They told ME to replace the whole pipe for $3500. I wanted to get a 2nd quote and after trying numerous plumbing service whole day I finally called 911plubming .

Kathy fixed an appointment within two hours (where as no other plumber wanted to come on a friday even though I was ready to pay a inspection fee)and *Greg* came write on for a inspection and free quote .  From the first meeting I knew these are the guys I wanna work with . So honest and trustworthy. Finally he did the work for $1100 . you can see the difference . not only there was huge difference in price but also the way Greg did the work with minimum disturbance and great care . I cant recommend him enough .

He is my official plumber for my unit and our whole HOA for sure. I wont hesitate to work with him in future .

Wow... Plumbing emergencies are a real drag, but these guys really made it as good as can be. Abel, Vick and Greg took such good care of me. It turned out to be a major, major issue with roots up and down my main line. They went out of their way to make sure I was informed of all my options. When I called 911 Plumbing Services to come and look at my leaking kitchen sink, Kathy (who answered the phone) set up an appointment and said they'd call 1/2 hour before their arrival. That's exactly what happened.  Nice to deal with professionals.

Abel and Greg were the plumbers dispatched and they brought with them courteous and friendly dispositions and, best of all, they quickly diagnosed the issue and had it repaired within 10 minutes!!  Wow!!  No wonder this company has such excellent YELP ratings.

Because I have an older house I know I will need to replace the old galvanized pipes soon.  I am very happy to know that i have found the right company to help me with the plumbing upgrades I need to do.  I will be calling them back this week to return to give me some estimates.

My hearty thanks to Abel and Greg. It's nice to have that peace of mind feeling when you finally find a responsible company that delivers what they promise.

I was having one of those days. Taking care of our 5 month old alone, replacing a blown out tire and both sinks in the kitchen had backed up with that sulfur water. At 5pm, a rusty sprinkler pipe broke in my front yard, forcing me to shut off my water main. I called 911 Plumbing and before 6:00 even rolled around, Vic & Abel showed up and it was fixed by 6:30! They even used WD40 and a blowtorch to breakdown the rusty connection, so I got both water and a show. The guys were extremely nice and professional. Highly recommended, totally affordable and will definitely use them again. UPDATE: I decided to refill my dog's water at 4am before flying out of town and the faucet busted! I had to call them from the airport on a Saturday and they came out and fixed it right away! Then, it turned out the faucet was an old-school high-pressure system so when I used it again, I couldn't shut it off and 911 ran right back out and upgraded the nozzle to accommodate the pressure. Greg and Sam were able to take a look at a new purchase for us and let us know what would work and what wouldn't. They had to make a run to the plumbing store for a replacement part to a valve that was stuck, but got things hooked up in short order. 911 was the third plumber I called to fix a toilet with a weak flush. The first plumber said try getting a new flapper, which I did. This didn't fix the problem. The second plumber put in a new flange and snaked part of the line but couldn't figure out the problem so recommended hydrojetting. Vic and Abel from 911 Plumbing Services came and used a wire-type tool to scrape out calcium deposits from the hole that comes out of the bowl. The toilet flushed fine after that. Took less than 10 minutes. Very satisfied customer!

I had a toilet water leak in my condo last July.  Hiring the right plumber is not always a sure thing.  Plumbing companies come in a variety of quality and service levels.  Some are professional, have good reputations, and stand behind their work, and well, some don't.

So I checked Yelp, looking for the best company I could find, and based on the Yelp reviews, decided on 911 Plumbing.  They removed the toilet, repaired the drain pipe, changed the wax ring, reinstalled the toilet and all was well.  But in February 2016, I noticed water was again seeping through the caulk at the base of the toilet.  911 Plumbing had fixed it just 7 month ago, so I called them back. Just like the first time, the 911 plumber removed the toilet, changed the wax ring and reinstalled the toilet. Since the warranty for the initial work was only for 90 days, I was charged for $150 for the second service call.

I didn't think it was fair, to be charged for the same repair in a short time, so I wrote a letter to 911. Greg from the Hollywood office called me after reviewed my repair record and my letter, and explained several possibilities unrelated to the initial repair, that could cause the toilet to leak again.  But then, as a gesture that shows why 911 Plumbing has such a great customer service reputation, listened to my concern, and gave me a full refund of the second service call.
 
While I may not know much about plumbing, I do know that if you're looking for a Plumbing company that is not only prompt, courteous, and professional, but also stands behind their work, look no further than 911 Plumbing.

Mike and Greg are two of the kindest and honest people I've meet! I had two plumbers come to my house before I called 911. I was quoted $250-$600 with a plus or minus of 5 days to complete the job.

I was convinced that the problem was much more minor than I was being told. Mike, Jack, George and Greg were able to resolve the issue and since I didn't actually need any parts, they only charged me the service fee.

This was the second time I had George and his assistant out to fix a problem. The first encounter required him to use a hydro-jet device to clean out a service pipe that made the kitchen sink back up. That was a few months ago and there hasn't been a problem with that since. I called again just a few days ago to have him fix a few new issues that weren't as urgent but needed attention. As before, he was very professional, showed up at the designated hour and took care of everything on my to do list. Best of all, he was extraordinarily generous in his charge to me. Maybe he is just very accommodating to senior citizens but whatever the reason, he was both courteous and generous in his dealings. I know I found a good guy and will look no further when the next plumbing problem pops up.

Had a pipe leak in the ceiling at 1 in the morning. Kathy was very nice and took all the information and my credit card and high fee for rush... I was told they would be there by 3am.. at 3 she called asking if I still wanted them to come out and fix the leak. I thought she was kidding. They never got a hold of a tech who was actually coming and had some excuse that he had been on a job for hours and could not make it, yet at 1am they were ready to come to me. They are liars and I hope they did not charge my card... Horrible people when you have an emergency to do this.

I had been toiling over a backed up toilet for a while and finally gave in to calling plumbing - took a while to find a service that could come day-of, but finally found 911 on yelp and the rest is history! Setting up the appointment was quick and painless, and they had someone dispatched immediately.

Greg and Sam arrived much faster than expected, and got straight to work. It only took around 10-15 minutes, and they made sure to quality check the work to make sure that things were fixed. Super chill guys in general, and really pleasant to work with.

Seriously amazing plumbings! Vic & Abel came to fix two severely blocked pipes in our old building - and these guys were absolutely incredible! I just had Greg and Abel out to my house to look at my terribly low water pressure in both showers. I had gotten a quote yesterday by another company for $2200 to do a partial repipe.  Greg and Abel were able to figure out that the part that needed repiping  was already copper piped and that my only issue was the pressure regulator in the front of the house.  They adjusted the pressure and retested everything and it was all fixed! Amazing that a little bit of investigation made all the difference! And all that for only their $85 service fee! I will definitely use them again! They were super friendly, very professional, and I appreciated the call from the company giving me a 20min heads up! Thanks again!

Our HOA had an emergency at 5 pm when one of the water lines underground burst flooding water everywhere. The regular plumber that we use does not cater to emergencies so were in a big bind. The HOA has 20 units and all the families were upset that water was out at such a critical time.

At this point, we called 911 Plumbing based on excellent reviews in yelp. Vic [Plumber assigned to this task] came all the way from North Hollywood to look at this problem and arrived within an hour. He inspected the issue and at first indicated that he would not have the parts given our special situation. Vic would need to seal the water pipe and then come back the next day to fix the issue with the right parts. We were all very dissapointed.  However, after further inspection he came up with a unique solution and then worked for 2 hours to fix the problem. His work was excellent - his attention to details was beyond compare.

It was 1:15 am in the morning and we finally had the water for 20 units working. Vic is a plumbing magicial and very honest. Highly recommmend Vic.

Awesome plumbers! They came knocked all the work in a day. We had three bath room faucets,  one bar faucet, kitchen faucet, soap dispensers, dishwasher, fridge, stove, and they threw in hooking up our laundry machines and some valves for free all in a days work. My ice maker decided to spring a leak at 7PM on Sunday night.  I pulled the fridge out and tried to turn the water off.  Handle broke.  Damn, had to shut the water to the whole house off.  After trying to call a few other people I found on Google with ZERO success, I yelped it and found 911 Plumbing.  Vic answered and said Greg would be out in 45 minutes.  Greg was on time and fixed my valve within a few minutes.  Water restored!  Fantastic!  Thanks Greg!

I had a sink that wouldn't drain and, earlier, a toilet that wouldn't flush or if it did, the water wouldn't stop running. It was time to call for a professional, so after checking Yelp, I called 911 Plumbing Services.

From the first contact via the phone call, to the visit to examine the issue, to the authorization to do the work, to the performance of the work and the explanation of the charges after the work was done (which matched what was provided during the authorization call), I knew exactly what was going on and what to expect. The service was polite and very competent.

While I don't know if there are less expensive plumbers with such high quality service, their price seemed reasonable and now that the visit is complete, I feel it was a great value.

I do not hesitate recommending them and will use them the next time I need plumbing services.

Probably the fairest and most straightforward plumbers you'll ever encounter.  I had a huge job in a condo with a mechanical vent/industrial water heater that no one wanted to touch - and those that did just quoted ridiculous numbers that basically said we don't want to do the work.  I had been without hot water for two full weeks - I got 911 from a reference and George came out that day - showed up when he said he would and told me he could convert me to a tank-less system when no others would touch it.  He was patient in explaining everything and thorough with every thing they did on this 7 hour job.  I'm back up and running and I have nothing but great things to say about this company - hard working, fair and straight shooters - which is a rarity in this world !

My house keeper discovered a leak under the sink while I was at work. The plumber I usually call was busy. Then I called 911 Plumbing and Greg and Mike met me at the house an hour later. Really nice guys! They discovered that the leak was from a water filtration system connector. They went and got the part and I was back at work in hour later. Thanks Greg and Mike!

Also, a month before, I had used 911 Plumbing at a rental unit I own. It was a Sunday and the plumber I usually call doesn't work weekends. I searched Yelp and saw the great reviews.
Vic ( also a really nice guy!) came out and fixed the garbage disposal.

Needless to say I may not be calling my old plumber back!

This company is completely bankrupt of morals. I called on a Friday at 11:30 PM because my toilet water would not stop running. I was told the visit would be $250, which is expensive but understandable given that it was a Friday night. The plumber arrived around 12:15 and replaced the valve in 30 minutes time. He then goes into his van and writes up a bill, charging me an additional $250 for the part. As a lone woman in a house now at 1 AM, I am forced to give this stranger my credit card information. GOOGLE THIS - a valve costs all of $10, and furthermore WHAT IN THE WORLD would ever cost $500. After repeated calls to the 911 plumbing dispatcher both from me and my landlord, we are still unable to talk to the manager and they went ahead and processed the $500 on my credit card for a simple visit that I was informed would be half the price. NEVER EVER GO HERE. These people are scum, and they have now made it so the only choice for me is to dispute the charge and for them to receive $0 as this kind of thing doesn't hold up in small claims court. If only they had fielded the call from me, we could have come to a solution -- but professional is not a word I would associate with this company. DISGUSTING is one I would use though.

Who knew you had to call a plumber for a gas issue? We got a new gas fireplace and I was worried about installing it myself. Greg and Abel came over and were just fantastic. Normally, plumbers just deal with gas line issues, but thanks to their help, I am now sitting in front of a roaring fire. I will definitely call on this crew for my next plumbing emergency.

Vic and Abel came out for a leaking hose-bib.  I had another estimate of $800 and was told by another plumber that the entire pipe needed to be replaced.  Vic and Abel were honest and said everything was working.  They fixed the leak and it was only $175.  Thank you so much 911 plumbing services!!!

Mike and Able came by within an hour of putting in a request for service. They were polite and friendly, and they didn't even charge me for the visit. Turns out the garbage disposal I had called about being fixed just needed to be reset. I figured they'd hit me with a $50 fee for their time, which would have been fair, but they didn't. Instead, they showed me how to reset the garbage disposal should I need to do it again, and simply asked that I think of them should I be in need of a plumber again. Vic and Abel came to fix my leaky tub. What awesome guys! My handy neighbor initially attempted to fix the leaks but no success. They identified that the seats of the knobs were worn and replaced them. My new cheap-o landlord claimed that it is the tenants responsibility for all plumbing leaks and Vic and Abel confirmed that something this deep in the system is arguably the landlord's responsibility. It's the morning of New Year's Eve and we're expecting a load of people at our house to ring in the new year... the night before, the powder room toilet wasn't flushing well, so we spent some time plunging, looking up home solutions like hot water, baking soda & vinegar, etc.  Nothing worked.  So I looked on Yelp and found a plumbing service near the area.  After a brief discussion with dispatch, Greg came to our house around 2p.   We explained the situation and quietly, Greg set to work assessing the situation.  He's a man of few words, but he's knowledgeable and quoted us $175 for snaking the mainline.  After taking one look at our clean-out pipe, he stated it would be an extra $150 if he had to remove the toilet because the clean out pipe was so corroded and tightly affixed that he didn't feel confident removing it without breakage.  My husband agreed to the pricing, as we had never accessed the clean-out pipes in the 10 years that we've lived in the house.  After snaking the mainline and pulling out some gnarly looking tree roots, Greg said it wasn't quite fixed and said that he had bigger equipment he could use for the clean-out pipe, but cautioned us about getting the pipe open in first place.  My husband set to work on trying to chip off the corroded areas of the pipe and the two of them got it open allowing Greg to snake that only to pull out more tree roots and branches.  It looked really bad... but now we have a working toilet.   In the end, the job was done without having to remove the toilet, we paid the $175 he quoted and he cleaned up the area very neatly.  I would highly recommend and I am keeping his number for the next time we need him.

PRO: Service was great. Did the trenchless piping in the front lawn to the street. Finished everything in one day and did not make a mess, which is a big plus. The work was professionally done and very informative. My only CON was the price. It cost over five grand, which was told upfront. This is my first post, but the service that I just received from the receptionist alone was unacceptable. I've been without gas during this weather for over 24 hours due to the gas company shutting my gas off due to a gas leak that can't be located in my home at the moment. I called to request service and was told that there is no availability for the remainder of the day which is understandable. The unacceptable moment in the conversation occurred when the receptionist chuckled and said that she could send someone out next week sometime!!! I don't know when she heard the opportunity to be humorous, but our conversation came to an abrupt end because I was not in the mind frame to continue to be the punchline of her jokes. Labor day.  Midnight.  2 days of trying to unclog my kitchen sink failed.  Called around, some places that said 24/7 were not.  Ratings were good so I decided to pay more, but go with someone who had excellent reviews.  Paid off!  Greg was courteous and excellent.  Did the job plus checked the peripheries in case there may be a problem down the pipe, as the blockage was far down.  I did pay a bunch as it is a holiday weekend, but very happy with the results.

I woke this morning and was overpowered by an awful smell when I went out for the paper.

A waste line washout had popped and my lawn was covered in...we you known what.  I called my plumber.  Locked up in a huge job out of the county.  Called 2 more plumbers who quoted awful prices before they'd come.  Angry I called 911. Sweet Kathy listened to my tale of woe calmed me and told me George would be here at three pm.  He arrived at 3:30PM with his cousin.  They surveyed the problem and went to work and never stopped smiling and answering my silly questions.  In 40 minutes they were done and packed up to leave.  A GREAT EXPERIENCE!  George is a total professional and a very hard worker. 911 is on my hero list!

I am a repeat customer and I plan on returning to 911 Plumbing Services again.  About a month ago, my sink shut off valves broke in the evening and Greg was there in under an hour, a very quick emergency service.  He saved my home from a major flood!  This week, we have had some shower issues and Vic and Abel came to check it out.  These guys are very professional and their customer service skills are excellent.  They were honest about what was needed to fix my shower, they provided photos of the type of job, and a fair quote.  They gave me common sense advice, I feel they were honest, and they were not trying to sell me anything I didn't need.  Thanks guys!

I contacted 911 Plumbing after reading the reviews on Yelp.  They are very respectful and professional.  We had a draining issue in our shower and toilet which was very frustrating.  I called 911 Plumbing and they were able to schedule us right away.  They said they would have a technician come out between 11 to 2.  Around 11 I received a call informing us the technician is on his way, which was great instead of other companies where you have to sit around and wait.  The technicians came, identified the issue and fixed it with no problem! I also asked one of the technician's if they would look at our dishwasher,  lately the water comes out of the air gap instead of draining inside the sink hole when running the washer.  He said not a problem, he fixed it while the 2nd technician was working on our bathroom issues.  Thank you so much 911 Plumbing, you are our number one recommendation for plumbing company.  Keep up the great customer service!

My friend recommend GEORGE for water leak in my house. He is very honest, super hard worker, and have done best job! Took couple of days to fix the pipe, until then I had no water but George even offered me to go get water for me!!!!!!!!

If we could give Vic at 911 plumbing 10 stars we would! What a fantastic job he did dealing with the issue at hand. The lady on the phone was very friendly and helpful and within 1 hour Vic arrived! He resolved the issue and went ABOVE AND BEYOND the call of duty even helping with some kitchen cleanup of the mess! This is the second time we've used 911 plumbing and both times they we're prompt, friendly and professional. We called the smell good people first and they didn't even answer the phone after on hold for 5 minutes! Beyond impressed with this company!

Responded quickly to my question via Yelp and came out and solved the issue the next day. The situation was pretty gross once help had arrived but they did a great job and got it fixed in about an hour for the same price listed by the plumber that never got back to me.

We had a plumbing emergency at a rental property we own at 10:30 on a Sunday night.  Our regular trusted plumber was not available, so I took the advice of the reviews here and called 911.  Not only did an actual person answer the phone, but he said they could have someone there within an hour.  He also quoted a very clear and very reasonable price. Then he called back 5 minutes later to say they'd be there in 15 minutes...and they were.  As it turns out, the guys who showed up weren't able to solve the problem at that time (through no fault of theirs), and they weren't going to be available to perform the next level of service until noon the next day (after my usual plumbers were available again), so I didn't wind up using 911 for the next steps.  They did, however, nicely discount the initial service call and offered to deduct that amount from the rest of the work if I decided later to have them come back.  I was very impressed overall.  Completely courteous, professional service from start to finish.  They will definitely go on my list to recommend and call again.

Abel, Greg and Vic have serviced our '30's home built as a duplex a number of times.  Each visit, whether it was to install a new water heater in my unit, snake out a backed up kitchen double sink threatening to flood my hardware floors or save my upstairs landlady from further disaster after clearing a main line in lower 40 that had backed up into downstairs studio, they are the most professional, thorough and courteous plumbers we have ever worked with. Sunday evening at 9.00pm I had a plumbing Emergency. My regular plumbers were not available.  So I checked Yelp and found 911 Plumbing Services. I am 100% satisfied with their service, 100%. These guys are amazing. We've faced back to back plumbing problems and in each case they were there for us in few hours. Mike Mkhitaryan, the technician who helped us, is a genius. We had a leak problem which another plumber couldn't fix due to wrong diagnosis. Mike found the problem in a blink, helped me find the parts on efaucets, which was a huge favor, and came back to finish the job as soon as the parts had arrived. The same professional response when we had another problem with a shower faucet. Great professional service, reasonable price, and a real 911 for plumbing.

Greg came to my home and stayed until 10 at night on a Saturday. He even helped me set up the other companies I needed to book. Greg and Vic just left!  They were fantastic.  Friendly, professional, told me the (very fair) cost up front.  Solved the problem in the dark with flashlights.  I am sold on 911 Plumbing!!  Our downstairs toilet overflowed and the problem was in the sewer main drain near the street.  I am pretty handy with most repairs but I was convinced this was going to be a disaster or major proportions.  Greg and Vic are the go-to team -- expert problem solvers.

I woke up in the morning to find my kitchen sink backing up and overflowing. So, I started going through Yelp and found several plumbing services that were near the area. After making several calls to other places, I finally came upon 911 Plumbing Services.

The call started with a person on the line, setting a price for the clogged sink, and scheduling a same-day appointment. Granted, they have the usual we'll come between such-and-such 'o clock and such-and-such 'o clock (with mine being 11 am to 3 pm), but I was pretty happy with the same-day appointment that I didn't mind waiting.

Anyways, 2:00 pm rolls around (pretty much what I expected, but again, not minding at all) and George and a co-worker (sorry, I didn't catch your name) rolls up in their van and they bring their equipment in to fix the problem.  They were respectful of my place, covering their shoes with booties as to not track dirt into my home.  After about 10-15 minutes, they cleared the drain and that was it.  They were extremely helpful and polite.  They definitely will get another call from me if I have any other plumbing issues.

These guys are as good as it gets.  Had an emergency on a Sunday night at 11:30.  Kitchen is starting to flood.  Not my place, not sure what to do so I call these guys.  They get here in 30 minutes and spend an hour doing everything they can to fix the leak.  The bill was better than I expected and since it was my first time with these guys, they even gave me 10% off.  They've got great customer service skills and you feel safe just letting them do their job.

Today was my lucky day--both toilets in my 2-bathroom condo stopped flushing properly on the same day!  After waiting in vain for a call back from my regular plumber all day, in the afternoon I called 911 Plumbing because of their good Yelp reviews.  Kathy told me they'd have someone at my place between 5 and 8 p.m., and Kevin arrived around 5:30 (not at 8 or later!).  He diagnosed both problems immediately, had all the parts on hand, and by 6:20 he had fixed everything.  911 Plumbing will be my regular plumber from now on.

I couldn't get in touch with our normal plumber for some reason and our water heater broke so were in desperate need of a plumber. I wanted to ask around to find a plumber but my daughter showed me the yelp page for this company. I usually don't like going with someone I don't know but I decided to give it a shot because no one could take a shower. They were also the only people that offered a first customer discount and other coupons which is awesome. They came out the next day after I called, on time, and were polite. They gave us an estimate and said they could come the next day and install it (I called another plumber and their price was much more expensive than 911's). There was actually more work than they thought but they didn't charge extra!! Overall very satisfied and will definitely be using again.

It's Christmas Eve... the last thing I needed was a clogged toilet. I called at 6:30 pm by 7:30 they were there.. I was quoted a price... actually several depending on what they discovered when they got there and my needs...  ( where the blockage was located) They carefully diagnosed my problem and eliminated the block. The technician ( Greg) was careful to protect my bathroom(Newly remodeled). Everything was neat and clean. He was thorough. He checked the drainage not just from that bathroom, but the others as well before he left. I paid what I was quoted. He actually charged me a dollar less than I anticipated! Thank you 911, I'll use you again.

This Thanksgiving I backed up my kitchen sink so bad, food was coming out of our bathroom sinks! Needless to say it was disgusting and that LAST think I wanted to deal with at 9:30 at night on Thanksgiving, when all I wanted to do was was the dishes and pass out.  Within an hour these guys were at my building and saved the night for us on a holiday! It was 3 sinks and cost $250, which I thought was more than reasonable because A) it was on Thanksgiving, B) it was so late at night, and C) it was a disaster.  They cleaned up all the food floating in my sinks and were in and out within 45 minutes.  CRISIS AVERTED! Definitely saving these guys business card! PLUS family owned and operated.

UPDATE: After writing the review below, I immediately heard from the owner (he even went as far as not charging my card until we had cleared things up). He was very nice and very passionate about ensuring that all of his customers were happy.  He was insistent that he refund the charge given my misunderstanding of what the visit would cost. He explained his business model and expenses and we agreed to a lower charge.  I was very impressed by him and now have a much higher trust of the business given his approach.  I will certainly consider them for future plumbing. I believe they have expertise and are committed to provide a good service at a fair price.

After reading all of the 5 star reviews we thought this was definitely the company to use for our main sewer line issue (and their offices were fairly close). I called on Thursday and let them know that it was not an emergency. We set an appointment for Friday from 2-6.  The woman answering the phone was very nice and said she'd let me know when they were on their way. I got a call at 5 the next day and two professionally dressed men arrived around 5:30. The original phone quote was to snake the main line would be $150. After a camera inspection, it was noted that there were roots in our line and they recommended a hyrdo-jet. They quoted me $650 but said that they would include the current visit.  I ended up paying $100 for the visit and not going with the company for the hyrdo-jet. After shopping around, I went with a cheaper quote on that service. The reason for my 3-star rating is the cost of service and the lack of clarity regarding what the visit would cost.  While I did not have an issue with them, I think they are just ok and am surprised by the 5 star ratings. Besides the receptionist, they were not overly friendly and their quote was the highest that I found.

Discovered a water leak on Sunday night and had to shut off all water to the house.  Started calling around first thing Monday and they were the only place (out of four) that I called that said they could have someone there in one hour which is the only thing you want to hear when you are going on 12 hours with no running water.  They came and it took them less than an hour to find the leak, fix it and turn the water back on.  Couldn't be more pleased.  The emergency service is an $85 fee on top of the repair which I thought was reasonable given the circumstances.  Thank you!
**Update-had another leak a week later, they had someone at my house in 30 min and he quickly determined that it was my refrigerator, helped me pull it out and disconnect the water line and then checked main water line gauge to ensure there was no more leaking and then told me that hadn't really done anything and said the visit was free of charge.  I couldn't believe it and offered to pay for the visit but haven't encountered an honest old school place like this in a very long time!

When our usual plumber told us he was busy on a remodel and couldn't come out for several days we panicked. It was Sunday morning and our kitchen disposal was backing up and so was the clothes washer. We were afraid to use the dishwasher or any other appliance that used water and we couldn't do dishes or laundry. We simply could not wait 2-3 days. So I went on Yelp. A few plumbing places with 4-5 star reviews said they were open and could come out quickly but after placing several calls and getting not til mid-week as an answer, I was getting worried. Then I called 911 Plumbing Services and a nice man said sure, we'll have someone out within the hour. What seems to be the problem? I couldn't believe my ears! I explained the problem as best I could and he gave me a quote. Within an hour Greg called and said he was arriving at our front door. After a number of trips to the 'clean-out' in our yard and down to the basement, the problem was fixed. And the quote was still good. 911 Plumbing saved the day for us and prevented our week from getting off to a terrible start. They kept to their quote and Greg was courteous, professional and prompt. I will be calling 911 Plumbing again for sure!
