I made an apt through the Yelp app and then they called me to say they didn't service that area, despite the fact that I had given them the zip code. What's worse is that they waited 2 days until the actual apt time to tell me they weren't coming.

Armando and Waldo came in today to fix my old water heater from 2003. They fixed it and did not push me to buy a new one. But I decided to do it as it's old and I asked them for recommendation! They replaced new water heater with all parts and labor included with no hidden fees. Great people, highly recommended!!!!!!

I hired Red Lilly for some plumbing work after a brief chat with Dave, one of their plumbers.  After first speaking to and getting price quotes from some other plumbers who seemed to not enjoy their work, Dave was quite the contrast.  On the phone he sounded cheerful and, dare I say, fun?  His price was quite competitive, so I thought, why keep looking?

I later learned that Dave has done many big, high-end plumbing projects but I just needed him to snake a clogged sink and to put new parts into a toilet tank that took forever to fill up with water.  

He worked fast and very competently -- he knows his stuff -- and he was careful to no let any of the porcelain in the sink get a single scratch.  

Also, he was quite cheerful, and we had a great conversation while he was working, talking both about plumbing and other things.  It's nice to hang around someone like Dave who is both great at his job and who simply enjoys being alive.  

My recommendation is quit looking for a plumber and just hire this guy.  The company (Red Lilly Plumbing) has other plumbers who I haven't met.  But I would vouch for Dave so I'd say ask for him specifically.

Shahar was fantastic. He was expedient, reliable, and trustworthy. I had him snake one bath tub drain, fix two stoppers in the vanity, and change the water filter. He not only did his work fast and professionally, but he alerted me to potential problems in the future to watch out for because of the way the pipes were built in my old but beautiful home. I will definitely use him again.

Excellent and prompt service! I called Cali Rooter at 930p and they reached my home within 30 minutes. Alex was very thorough and he explained the the root cause of the problem and the solution. He even took pictures and attached them to the receipt. I highly recommend this business and Alex!

My brother in-law recommended Prodigy Plumbing. He was really happy with their customer service. I gave them a call at 12:17 and Cesar came 12:50. We had to replace pop up system in our bathroom sink and Cesar took care of it in a timely manner. Very happy with Cesar's work and customer service. Highly recommended.

I was in the market for a jetter service after another company did the snake service at my home but did not offer the jetter. Based on reviews and they are 5 stars, I left a message to get a quote. A tech named David gave me a call back within a few minutes, we spoke about my situation at home and seemed he was giving me good honest advice, gave me a quote and waited to confirm appointment.

I then called to confirm appointment for next day, they came in and started work, very nice 2 guys, got it done quickly and efficiently. Then they left without payment, I was a bit confused, but figured they would call later, and they did at end of day, very nice lady called for my payment info. Everything went smoothly with this place, I recommend.

Plumbing experiences are never how I want to spend my day - but John responded immediately, showed up and replaced a defective water heater all in just a few hours.  So... prompt and good work.

Alex was so incredibly helpful in diagnosing with the problem was with my toilet. He even showed me how to do some of the replacement so that I didn't have to spend a ton of money. I appreciate his expertise, his explanation, and his kindness. I would hire him immediately!
