I come home tired and late from work and found my kitchen sink filled with water. I tried calling couple other places but John was the only one who immediately picked up and sent Armond to help me out.
Even though it was late(9:30pm), Armond came on time, analyzed the problem, took his time to explain the situation. He was very professional, had good atitude and sense of humor.

I hired them to replace the original plumbing in my nearly one hundred year old house.  They did not employ the materials that were specified in the contract.  Riley kept saying their were gas leaks and then they charged three times their original estimate and caused enormous damage, not just to walls and tiles, but to my personal property.  I told them I wanted to pack up my antiques and Riley said I need not bother as they would be exceptionally careful.  But while I was out, they broke various valuable porcelain and glassware and swept up and hid the damage.  Riley is a con man.  I'm sure the original Mr. Ford, the founder of the company, is turning in his grave.  Perhaps they are okay for small jobs, like to fix a clogged toilet, but they are totally incompetent to handle a major plumbing job.  I also found out that their license was expired at the time of the work.

Just wanted to reemphasize that these guys are totally awesome. Professional. Friendly. Quick to respond. Knowledgable.
Can't tell you how nice it is to have these guys help out, not to mention they smell good.

So I called this guy, and he answered, and came within 20 minutes. He looked at the sink issue, fixed it right away, and was out of my hair in no time. Awesome service!

These guys are amazing!!  My wife and I recently bought a town home and discovered some serious plumbing issues.  The first person I contacted told us we would unfortunately likely have to replace some of our plumbing.  I wanted to get a second opinion, and called Mainline.  They quickly came out, and within a few hours were able to completely resolve all of our drainage problems!  I can't recommend them enough - courteous, efficient, and very reasonably priced.  They have got themselves a devoted customer for life!!

I called the office and Diane helped me initially. She took down all my information and made sure that she understood what the issue was. She then told me she would get in touch with Dave and contact me with a quote. Not even 10min later, Diane called me and gave me the most reasonable quote for the job I needed done. At this point I had already received 4 other quotes which were ridiculously high in my opinion. I asked Diane to schedule the job. She was so helpful, quick and polite!! Dave arrived the next morning and I can just say that D&D Plumbing is my go-to now for all things. Our water heater needed to be replaced and initally I had gave them the wrong size by mistake. He still honored the quote they had given me regardless. He was quick and explained everything thoroughly. Both Dave and Diane are extremely knowledgeable, professional, and honest people. Truly a rare find, 100% recommend!!!

I was so impressed by this plumber that I just had to review. The guys from RJ are legit! We had a pretty badly leaking tap in the kitchen and they fixed the issue in literally 5 minutes. I didn't pay because I'm renting, but they were on time, friendly, and effective.

Needed someone quick and affordable. Glad I picked Plumber Pro. Maik came by and was able to diagnose our problem (which was definitely different from what our suspicions were). He was able to fix it the same day. Not only did he fix the problem, but he made changes to the piping so that I could have the option of adding a sink in the future.
