Best Plumbing Services in United States
Barone Plumbing was great. Ralph showed up early to the appointment and handled my problem expertly. He also took care of my personal items and left the bathroom very neat. Highly recommended!!!

Manny is totally professional, provides A1 service and really fair pricing. Totally trustworthy and pleasure to call and refer to friends and colleagues alike Manny went way out of his normal schedule to assist receiving my call on Friday nite and being here on Saturday morning. He was also able to detect hidden problems and fixed all issues at a really great price where other vendors would have ripped me off!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I called Juan in the afternoon, he said he was on a job and told me to send him my address and he would give me a time he can make it. Never heard from the guy since... unreliable, don't waste your time.

This review is for Joe The Plumber, Brooklyn, 6124 16th Ave, 11204, tel: 917-295-5243, email: [email protected]…. Their master plumber is Ray Derosa, LIC#955. As a courtesy, I have entered this same review under the listing for the plumber Ray Derosa.
I had Joe the Plumber's name scratched down on a piece of paper, so I think I got it from a neighbor a year or two ago.. I also saw him listed on Angies List. I called him last week to replace the anode in my 65 gallon A.O. Smith water heater (sold by Sears as a PowerMiser 9). The A.O. Smith does not make that size water heater anymore, so I am trying to stretch the life of the current water heater by replacing the anode every 3-5 years. For those unfamiliar with water heaters, the anode rod is a sacrificial piece of metal (usually magnesium or a zinc-aluminum alloy) that hangs in your water heater and prevents the tank from rusting. It takes the hit and oxidizes (ie: rusts) instead of the metal in the tank.
I contacted about 7 different plumbers, but only 2 plumbers were willing to come and replace water heater anodes. Of those two plumbers, the other plumber replaces only large commercial water heaters anode rods at nearly double the cost, so the choice was easy. Joe came the next week with plumbing crew, figured out how to remove a 4 foot long anode rod with less than 16 head-room above the water heater, and managed to squeeze in a new anode rod. The total cost was $250, which seemed fair the actual cost of replacing the water heater in about 5 more years if I did not replace the anode rod.

My wife and I came acrosss Plumber New York a friends reccomendation and we were very glad. They answered the call immmediately and gave us a terrific estimate for our budget and agreed to do doing the work immediately. They were necer intrusive in our home nor were they tardy in getting the job done and cleaning up as if they weren't there at all! There was never a time when our call wasn't answered to swiftly if not immediately. As an added bonus we needed new fixtures and John helped us find the best (and tasteful, fashionable desiegn) kind and stay within our budget. We won't hesitate to call Plumber NYC again.

Working with Pete's Plumbing has been the only easy thing in my life lately. And I am not kidding. He is super responsive to calls and texts. He arrives on time or early (no joke). He is very clean and never leaves a mess. He is very good at communicating and helps me understand what exactly the problem is and what the fix will be. He is honest in his pricing. Pete is a great guy. I found him after my last plumber and general contractor left me in a bind. I called Pete and he came the next day. He eased my worries and fixed the problem. Since, I have used Pete on three other occasions. All have been great. Thanks Pete's Plumbing!

I am not rating them based on their work but rather on their lack of customer service. Tuesday 6/15 at 6:05 p.m. I sent a message that I would be available on Friday 6/18. Received a reply on Wednesday 6/16 asking for my address which I promptly sent. Also mentioned that my husband was home if someone wanted to go by. Reply was I will let you know. Never heard from him until I messaged him on Friday 6/18 at 9:40 a.m. I sent a message asking if someone was going to come by and if so please let me know approximately what time. The reply was give me a few and I will let you know (10:33 am.) At 12:35 sends a text telling me what it could run me xxx dollars.
I replied I wanted to make sure the company can do the work. He said when I was ready to do the work let him know. To which I responded that I want to have a conversation first to discuss the work involved, cost & timeline. He replied he was booked for that day but can stop by on the weekend or during the week after 4:30p.m. Said he was free Saturday & Sunday, weekdays after 4 pm. Asked if he could come by tomorrow, Sat. 6/19. At first I said after 12 then sent another message with 8-9 a.m. Reply was give me a few and I will let you know (standard response). He can do 2-3 pm. Saturday 6/19 at 10:10 sends me a message that his guy will be at my house in about an hour. I said I wasn't home but will be by 1 and reminded him that agreed time was 2-3. At 11:27 I let him know I was home. His response he will be there as agreed. At 3:16 I asked for his ETA. At 4:51 he responded with his guy got stuck on a job but will come by on Monday but someone needs to be home all day.. Excuse me? I told him to forget it because he wasted my time. He wasn't the first nor the only plumber I contacted but he was the only one that wasted my time. Everyone else showed up when they scheduled or called/texted to say they were running late. The person texting I am assuming is Zach who should learn that you get more bees with honey than with vinegar.

We used Angelo to remodel our first floor bathroom. The work was adequate, with a few notable exceptions. We had to disconnect our washing machine in the basement for him to work on the bathroom. He cut the lines to the washing machine and never reconnected them. I told him about this when I made the final payment, and he said he come back and fix it, but never did. I had to buy the parts and do the work myself.
He connected a shower in the basement to be used while the bathroom was being remodeled. He made me buy the pump to evac the water from the shower, without giving me a model number. I bought a pump from the supplier he recommended, and he epic failed on the install. He used the wrong pipe size, did not use a drainage slope, set 90 degree pipes when the instructions clearly state that 45 degrees is the max, and used about 5 clamps and adapters instead of the one provided. The result is that the kitchen sink drained into the shower stall, and the pump would never shut off because it was overtaxed.
Also, the bathroom he set up is leaking into the basement.
In short, I had to fix half the stuff that he set up. Do NOT ever call this guy. He has no clue what he is doing, and will not come back to fix his mistakes.

My family has been using Frank for almost a decade. He has done almost every installation or repair possible for us...and some very complex jobs. He always provides outstanding quality, quick turnaround, fair prices, available at short notice, and always with a smile. Do not hesitate to hire him. My only regret on posting this review is now I can't monopolize his services.

I did not have a service performed by Carmine because he doesnt service commercial properties however he did walk me through my boiler issue at 8:30pm over the phone and gave me peace of mind that kind people still exist! Thank you and when I have a home in Brooklyn I will definitely reach out to you!

It's never fun to call a plumber: it usually means that there's something wrong. But luckily in our case, we just needed a kitchen faucet replacement (#upgrade) so it was actually a good thing! We wanted to replace the cheap faucet that came in our apartment with a pull-down one we had purchased on Amazon and these were just the guys to do it.
I reached out for a quote on Yelp, got a response quickly (within 15 minutes), and booked an appointment for that week. They showed up in face masks and were very considerate so I never felt unsafe. Not only did they replace our faucet, but they also noticed some issues in the water lines and repaired those without any additional costs. They were efficient, friendly, and even helpful in explaining what they were doing and asking questions about my preferences when needed. I would recommend Rishon without a doubt for all your plumbing needs!

Rolando is my go to plumber & hvac service. He has a team of technicians that are very available. I recently had a leaking hot water heater and he had a technician to the property within 30 minutes. Very responsive, very reliable and super professional work. I highly recommend him. -- Andrew Elkins, Realtor, Jill Biggs Group, Coldwell Banker, Jersey City & Hoboken

Luis and helpers Michael and Will did a great job replacing some very old and corroded sewer and gutter pipes. They were very professional, skilled, and hard-working, arranging the work so that we were unable to use toilets and water for only a couple of hours. Leon, the owner, told us it would take three days, with only one day unable to use water, and they kept to the schedule exactly. We will continue to call Martin Plumbing from now on.

This was probably the worst customer service I've ever experienced. They were supposed to come to my apartment in the afternoon, but never showed up. I called three times, and was assured someone was coming. I waited around for five plus hours and never received a call saying the appointment was cancelled. Finally, I called a fourth time and the office was closed. Time to take my business elsewhere, I supposed.
