I doubt these positive reviews are from real people. Set up 3 different appointments, they never showed up. Each time I called to inquire they had no memory or notation of my appointment. Cancelled and would not use again.

We needed a bathtub drain unclogged in a pinch and Manny was able to come the same day. He was very courteous, professional, and even took off his shoes before coming into the apartment. His pricing was reasonable and overall it was as great an experience as having a bad bathtub clog can possibly be. We will definitely call him again in the future if we have any other plumbing problems!

Juan was really responsive when it came to giving me a price and coming to fix my issue initially. He said he guarantees the fix and if there's any issue to let him know. Well .. the issue wasn't fixed and guess who decided to stop answering their phone.

Needed a new boiler and water heater for house recently bought.  Joe and his people were punctual, neat and efficient.  They also took care of other minor items saving an additional service call.   They took ownership of the job. I would highly recommend as opposed to going to some impersonal shop.

My wife and I came acrosss Plumber New York a friends reccomendation and we were very glad. They answered the call immmediately and gave us a terrific estimate for our budget and agreed to do doing the work immediately. They were necer intrusive in our home nor were they tardy in getting the job done and cleaning up as if they weren't there at all! There was never a time when our call wasn't answered to swiftly if not immediately. As an added bonus we needed new fixtures and John helped us find the best (and tasteful, fashionable desiegn) kind and stay within our budget. We won't hesitate to call Plumber NYC again.

What else is there to say about Pete? Simply put, best option out there. Reliable, knowledgeable, efficient, friendly, effective, willing to explain things. Use him, he's the best!!

I had a leak in my kitchen sink and Zach was able to come the same day and replace the pipes. I especially appreciated that he took the time to fill up the sink and let it drain three times to make sure the water was draining properly and there were no more leaks. Would definitely use again.

Carmine from Primary Plumbing and Heating installed my boiler last year and i couldn't be more satisfied. He is prompt, professional, and his price came in lower than two other plumbers that i had gotten estimates from. When he came out to look at my failing boiler he noticed a couple of code violations and brought them to my attention. I didn't feel  like he was trying the gouge me on the price. He was upfront and honest about everything. He came when he said he would and finished the job on time. I highly recommend him.

Water heater was leaking and I wanted to replace with tankless. George said he installs both, but in my circumstance he strongly recommended I not go with tankless, even though they stood to make a lot more money from installing a tankless system. They like Bradford White water heaters, but I wanted to use a Rheem after researching it a bit, so they just gave me a price for their labor (which was very fair) and then gave me their price on whatever brand of water heater I would want to install. Within a couple of hours they had gotten the water heater I wanted, brought it to my house and began the install. They also gave me an outlet so if I ever got a leak again the pan would drain to a spout and exit the house rather than soak the wood and walls. Very friendly, very straight forward on pricing and very professional. Highly recommended.

My condo building used Clear Flow for a furnace/ water heater replacement. They were on time, worked all day- can't say enough good things!

They ar good but there prices are very high my mistake is I signed a contract so I cancelled my contract for inspection . they said I could not get any money back sorry I signed a contract there prices are through the roof  cannot afford there prices. .

Luis and helpers Michael and Will did a great job replacing some very old and corroded sewer and gutter pipes. They were very professional, skilled, and hard-working, arranging the work so that we were unable to use toilets and water for only a couple of hours. Leon, the owner, told us it would take three days, with only one day unable to use water, and they kept to the schedule exactly.  We will continue to call Martin Plumbing from now on.

Called on a holiday (MLK) for a sink leak and was still open for service. Came within 2 hours of my call.

Very reasonably priced and great customer service! The whole pipe was cracked. They came ready with all the necessary parts and replaced the pipe within a half hour.

Would HIGHLY recommend them to everyone. It's always a breath of fresh air when a plumbing service doesn't try to rip you off.
