Manny lived up to his reputation. He came promptly and assessed the situation without beating about the bush. He was honest enough to say that I don't need any work done at this time as the ejector pump is working fine.

My wife and I came acrosss Plumber New York a friends reccomendation and we were very glad. They answered the call immmediately and gave us a terrific estimate for our budget and agreed to do doing the work immediately. They were necer intrusive in our home nor were they tardy in getting the job done and cleaning up as if they weren't there at all! There was never a time when our call wasn't answered to swiftly if not immediately. As an added bonus we needed new fixtures and John helped us find the best (and tasteful, fashionable desiegn) kind and stay within our budget. We won't hesitate to call Plumber NYC again.

We had toilet clogs on weekend and desperately needed a help. They were quick to respond and Eddie came to my place in an hour after the phone call and resolved the issue. Life saver!! Price is reasonable. Will recommend them!

We used Angelo to remodel our first floor bathroom.  The work was adequate, with a few notable exceptions.  We had to disconnect our washing machine in the basement for him to work on the bathroom.  He cut the lines to the washing machine and never reconnected them.  I told him about this when I made the final payment, and he said he come back and fix it, but never did.  I had to buy the parts and do the work myself.
He connected a shower in the basement to be used while the bathroom was being remodeled.  He made me buy the pump to evac the water from the shower, without giving me a model number.  I bought a pump from the supplier he recommended, and he epic failed on the install.  He used the wrong pipe size, did not use a drainage slope, set 90 degree pipes when the instructions clearly state that 45 degrees is the max, and used about 5 clamps and adapters instead of the one provided.  The result is that the kitchen sink drained into the shower stall, and the pump would never shut off because it was overtaxed.  
Also, the bathroom he set up is leaking into the basement.

In short, I had to fix half the stuff that he set up.  Do NOT ever call this guy.  He has no clue what he is doing, and will not come back to fix his mistakes.

Terrific service, prompt and polite. John and George were really fantastic. Showed up very fast in an emergency situation and when we had another issue on a different toilet the next day, they carved out time in their schedule. I've saved their number in my phone and plan to use them for all our plumbing needs. Highly recommend!

I am writing this belated review because today I just contacted ClearFlow for yet another job.

Summer 2015:
My underground water line burst and was dripping water into my neighbors basement. The local water company(SUEZ)  threatened to turn off  water to my 2 family home unless I got the line fixed asap.

I found ClearFlow on HomeAdvisors.com. I emailed them late evening and Mr Rolando replied immediately(via cell and text) He came over the next day to inspect and evaluate.  
Mr. Rolando (project manager) outlined everything that had to be done and what He was going to do: obtaining city certificates, hired policeman, step up street signs to close street. sub-contracted sidewalk concrete guys, street paving guys, excavation guys, plumbing guys. We agreed on a date and I did not have to do anything else but be home.  All the trucks arrived EXACTLY at 8AM.
They started work non-stop except for lunch and finished everything the same day and cleaned up all debris in front of my house by 4PM  

The SUEZ water company showed up to turn my water off a few days later thinking the work had not started, Mr. Rolando and I happened to be in front of my house when he showed up to prove it to him it was already completed.

I contacted ClearFlow a few weeks later to replace all the turn-wheel  water valves in my house with lever types so I can turn off only what I wanted versus turning off water to the whole house. Again , Mr R kept me informed even though he was on vacation by e-mail and text , I was given a quote, we agreed on a price and they came and replaced (welding and solder work) in about 2 hours in the evening.

Clear-Flow tested everything before they left in both jobs.
They are expensive but you get what you pay for and the work is professionally done. You don't have to do anything but agree on a price , get out of the way and let them do their job. Worry-Free.

They ar good but there prices are very high my mistake is I signed a contract so I cancelled my contract for inspection . they said I could not get any money back sorry I signed a contract there prices are through the roof  cannot afford there prices. .

They were fine at my assessment, took $125 cash, promised a receipt by email and summary of their findings so I could get work done, then went MIA.  I have no proof I paid them, I've called 2x and texted 3x in the past 15 days, and no contact from them.  Don't use!!

Horrible. Scheduled an appointment and no one showed up or called to say they wouldn't be there. When I called the next day to see what happened the guy gave me some song about the truck not working. When I asked why he didn't call he told me it happens. I said I was simply hoping for a little courtesy call/common decency so I could let me tenants know they wouldn't make it and he told me I'm not entitled to anything and I get what I get, then he hung up. They work in a service industry but have zero interest in dealing with people, perhaps it's time for a new career. Would never recommend in a thousand years.
