Nothing is worse then no hot water, at 5pm on a friday night. I checked out Yelp and found Ralph. Although he was on his way home, he came and rescued us. We ended up needing a new hot water heater. Ralph came back the next morning and had a new water heater in place and fresh steaming hot water in my shower before my dinner company arrived. All for a VERY reasonable price, I couldn't believe it. Ralph is now our turn to plumber, and has since done numerous jobs for us, even adding a new bathroom. I always keep his card on me and would recommend him without hesitation.

Juan got back to me within minutes. He's very professional, personable and punctual with his time. Most of all, he's a honest plumber. He managed to put me on his schedule in less than 12 hours. My husband and I has been trying to unclogged the toilet for a month. We finally gave in and we did the right decision by calling Juan. I highly recommend Statewide for any of your plumbing job. The pricing for his labor is very reasonable.

Have been using Joe for a number of years now and have always found him to be more than fair and honest - and lead times for appointments has been reasonable.  Excellent communication.  Also nice to see that Joe and crew are wearing masks during this time of COVID.  I don't remember how I found him but I'm glad I did and I haven't hesitated to recommend him to others.  Joe has installed faucets, repaired toilets and also repaired my boiler and I will continue to use him in the future.  Just a good guy.  Rare these days.

My wife and I came acrosss Plumber New York a friends reccomendation and we were very glad. They answered the call immmediately and gave us a terrific estimate for our budget and agreed to do doing the work immediately. They were necer intrusive in our home nor were they tardy in getting the job done and cleaning up as if they weren't there at all! There was never a time when our call wasn't answered to swiftly if not immediately. As an added bonus we needed new fixtures and John helped us find the best (and tasteful, fashionable desiegn) kind and stay within our budget. We won't hesitate to call Plumber NYC again.

The reviews are true! He came to snake out our sewer line which was backing up. He came out the next day ( It wasn't an emergency nor did I need it same day) and snaked out our line. He knows what he's doing and is very polite and very knowledgeable in his field. I'll use him again without a doubt

I am not rating them based on their work but rather on their lack of customer service. Tuesday 6/15 at 6:05 p.m. I sent a message that I would be available on Friday 6/18. Received a reply on Wednesday 6/16 asking for my address which I promptly sent. Also mentioned that my husband was home if someone wanted to go by. Reply was I will let you know. Never heard from him until I messaged him on Friday 6/18 at 9:40 a.m. I sent a message asking if someone was going to come by and if so please let me know approximately what time. The reply was give me a few and I will let you know (10:33 am.) At 12:35 sends a text telling me what it could run me xxx dollars.
I replied I wanted to make sure the company can do the work. He said when I was ready to do the work let him know. To which I responded that I want to have a conversation first to discuss the work involved, cost & timeline. He replied he was booked for that day but can stop by on the weekend or during the week after 4:30p.m. Said he was free Saturday & Sunday, weekdays after 4 pm. Asked if he could come by tomorrow, Sat. 6/19. At first I said after 12 then sent another message with 8-9 a.m. Reply was give me a few and I will let you know (standard response). He can do 2-3 pm.  Saturday 6/19 at 10:10 sends me a message that his guy will be at my house in about an hour. I said I wasn't home but will be by 1 and reminded him that agreed time was 2-3. At 11:27 I let him know I was home. His response he will be there as agreed. At 3:16 I asked for his ETA. At 4:51 he responded with his guy got stuck on a job but will come by on Monday but someone needs to be home all day.. Excuse me? I told him to forget it because he wasted my time. He wasn't the first nor the only plumber I contacted but he was the only one that wasted my time. Everyone else showed up when they scheduled or called/texted to say they were running late. The person texting I am assuming is Zach who should learn that you get more bees with honey than with vinegar.

I would like thank  Angelo from c Angelo plumbing and heating...I called with an emergency situation and he returned my call very quickly...Angelo was very professional and kind and I appreciated his help with the situation.

Although at this time I didn't need to use his services (due to unforeseen circumstances) I would definitely refer or use him in the future... he made me feel comfortable about my situation which alleviated a lot of my stress

My family has been using Frank for almost a decade. He has done almost every installation or repair possible for us...and some very complex jobs. He always provides outstanding quality, quick turnaround, fair prices, available at short notice, and always with a smile. Do not hesitate to hire him. My only regret on posting this review is now I can't monopolize his services.

So glad that we found Carmine on this board.  Our boiler wasn't firing and I wasn't thrilled with the annual service we received in the past from other providers.  He arrived on time and got everything up and running and for a reasonable price.

We'll be sure to use him in the future.

Gave them a call because I noticed a huge leak under my kitchen sink. They arrived within 30 minutes, identified the issue and drove to the nearest hardware store immediately to pick up a replacement part. They were very professional, fast and helpful and reasonably priced. I would highly recommend and plan to use them again in the future.

BUYER BEWARE!!!! Stay away from this company. The owner is a scam artist. Requests 1/2 the amount quoted upfront it's for plumbing supplies in order to start work, wrote a check for 2k, cancelled directly with him a few short hours later, no problem, I'll   forward to bookkeeping for you to be refunded. Follow up two weeks later because still no check or wire transfer. No answer. A week later, Good morning just sent you $2000 deposit via zelle. Nothing in my account. Follow up #2, there is no money in my account. His response, Let me check. Receive response two weeks later, It was mailed Monday the zelle was returned. Never received the check. Follow up #3 still waiting for a reply since the beginning of August. Do Not AND I MEAN DO NOT GIVE THESE PEOPLE ANY MONEY!!!!! Bad business practices, lies and steals. I now understand why your foot was in a boot.

Ryan did a great job with my plumbing needs. He was quick and efficient,. His prices are fair and he tells you right up front exactly how much the job will cost. He is very knowledgeable and friendly. I did not realize all the different types of plumbing he does. I will definitely use him again next time I need any type of plumbing done. I will also recommend him to people I know.ah

I called to get a quote for a job in manhattan.  they said they didn't do jobs in manhattan, but recommended somebody who did and took the time to explain a few things related to NYC plumbing codes.  very helpful.

Came on time, addressed the problems quickly and effectively, charged reasonably.   Could not be happier, and will definitely use them again
