Barone Plumbing was great.  Ralph showed up early to the appointment and handled my problem expertly.  He also took care of my personal items and left the bathroom very neat.  Highly recommended!!!

My house was a total disaster with multiple leaks that destroyed my ceiling. Juan came in and was able to uncover multiple problems in a very professional, timely matter. I had a leak and my old plumber had retired. After calling several plumbers, I called Joe; he got back to me within the hour. He was at my home the next day (Friday, Labor Day Weekend). Joe was polite and respectful, he works neatly and efficiently. Joe's fee was significantly less than other quotes I got from plumbers listed on Yelp. Joe is now my new plumber; I recommend him without reservations.

My wife and I came acrosss Plumber New York a friends reccomendation and we were very glad. They answered the call immmediately and gave us a terrific estimate for our budget and agreed to do doing the work immediately. They were necer intrusive in our home nor were they tardy in getting the job done and cleaning up as if they weren't there at all! There was never a time when our call wasn't answered to swiftly if not immediately. As an added bonus we needed new fixtures and John helped us find the best (and tasteful, fashionable desiegn) kind and stay within our budget. We won't hesitate to call Plumber NYC again.

I just had a great experience with an exceptional and reasonable plumber...Pete. I can't recommend him more. I had a clogged main and he said he'd be there in 30 minutes and he was right on time! He was skilled, helpful and extremely courteous! If you live in Bergen County, NJ and you need a qualified plumber give Pete a call.

Found this gentleman on Yelp, decided to call as tub is rusty and clogged, Zack picked up after a couple of rings, explained my problem, he spent his time describing all the different reason why water won't drain, the different options available from the least amount of damage to the most affordable, felt he was really trying to understand and help, will try a product he recommend and see if it will work, he also does other household work like painting, remodeling, roof, etc, we will keep him in mind for all household needs, it's a plus he is in the area

My family has been using Frank for almost a decade. He has done almost every installation or repair possible for us...and some very complex jobs. He always provides outstanding quality, quick turnaround, fair prices, available at short notice, and always with a smile. Do not hesitate to hire him. My only regret on posting this review is now I can't monopolize his services.

My boiler was leaking and I needed someone ASAP.

When I called this place, someone picked up and said hello and I asked if this was Primary Plumbing and got hung up on.

I called again and it went straight to voice mail saying this is primary plumbing, blah blah blah, please leave a message. So I know I didn't call the wrong number.  Perhaps they blocked my number?  So I left a message.  Never got a call back.

My boiler was still leaking so I had to find someone else.

Don't know what was up with that.

Excellent service. Friendly. My father decided to replace our water heater with a Noritz Ne980D tankless water heater. They were straight to the point explaining installation and maintenance procedures. Aside from that they are very clean and fast. Overall very satisfied.

I can't begin to describe how wonderful everyone in the company is.  I hired them to fix a sump pump pit and add a pipe from the sump pump to an existing drain.  After they finished the job and were testing the new setup, we found water was coming in my apartment.  They stayed an extra 3 hours troubleshooting where the water was coming from, including breaking through walls when needed.  It ended up being an outdoor faucet pipe that had cracked in the wall and was ruing things.  They were there for a total of 7 1/2 hours and never complained.  I offered for them to come back another day to fix the new issue, but they kept saying that they didn't want to leave me with issues.  I've had plumbers in the past not want to take the time to break through a wall and find the issues, who didn't test things thoroughly and leave while there were still issues.  These guys were a breath of fresh air.

My outdoor shower was broken and MyGuy pluming did an exceptional job from making the appt to finishing the job with top notch!!! When I called for an appt, they were booked completely but told me they will put me in for float ...Gina called back for opening in Friday afternoon!   When they came, they were so professional and explained the options I had.   I end up putting new outdoor shower and it exceed my expectations!  He redid my old pipe to new one under basement area before due to poor original set up before he put the new shower.  Ryan and his team were excellent and professional. I will definitely used this company !!! Ryan went above and beyond for my outdoor shower!   Thank you so much.

Leon is very business-like and immediately makes you feel better about the fact that you need the hot and cold risers in your building to be replaced from the basement to the top floor. Their estimate was cheaper than Vigilante but not the cheapest we got. They came on time and did a great job. I also used them for a minor job: stop my toilet from running! It wasn't cheap (about $100) but worth every cent because they came right away, took 5 minutes and did a good job. Plus, I no longer have to lie on the floor with a pillow over my head rocking back and forth to block out the endless drip drip drip of my running toilet please god make it stop!!!

They charged $187 to spend 5 minutes replacing a washer and the pipe continues to leak.  They will rip you off if they can.
