Nothing is worse then no hot water, at 5pm on a friday night. I checked out Yelp and found Ralph. Although he was on his way home, he came and rescued us. We ended up needing a new hot water heater. Ralph came back the next morning and had a new water heater in place and fresh steaming hot water in my shower before my dinner company arrived. All for a VERY reasonable price, I couldn't believe it. Ralph is now our turn to plumber, and has since done numerous jobs for us, even adding a new bathroom. I always keep his card on me and would recommend him without hesitation.

The plumber was professional, friendly, and knowledgeable.  I'll hire him again for sure.

I scheduled an estimate with Statewide Sewer & Drain for a leaky pipe.
I thought Juan was professional and courteous so I scheduled with him for the next day based on his schedule.  Juan texted to re-schedule until the next day due to a job running late.  The next day came and after waiting 45 minutes, I texted to see if he was still coming or if we needed to once again re-schedule.  He never answered the text or bothered to apologize later.  Very unprofessional.

Joe and his guys  installed a hot water heater for me today. They showed up on time and completed the job within the time frame i needed. They are very professional and experienced technicians. They cleaned up whatever debris there was  and removed the old tank and all the packaging materials.  Joe stayed a little while after the job was completed to make sure that everything was functioning properly and he explained the settings on the heater to me.   His price was very fair for the job he did and he installed a good quality heater.  I've been around a long time and been in business myself for over 40 years and i pick up vibes from people.  Joe is a good guy and i believe he really cares about his customers satisfaction. I was able to sense these qualities when he came over to give me a work estimate and that's why i hired him. I highly recommend Joe the plumber for all your plumbing needs!  Al Biondi

My wife and I came acrosss Plumber New York a friends reccomendation and we were very glad. They answered the call immmediately and gave us a terrific estimate for our budget and agreed to do doing the work immediately. They were necer intrusive in our home nor were they tardy in getting the job done and cleaning up as if they weren't there at all! There was never a time when our call wasn't answered to swiftly if not immediately. As an added bonus we needed new fixtures and John helped us find the best (and tasteful, fashionable desiegn) kind and stay within our budget. We won't hesitate to call Plumber NYC again.

I had a leak in my kitchen sink and Zach was able to come the same day and replace the pipes. I especially appreciated that he took the time to fill up the sink and let it drain three times to make sure the water was draining properly and there were no more leaks. Would definitely use again.

I cannot say enough positive things about Carmine and the service he provided. I called regarding my 20+ year old boiler and each step of the way he was beyond professional. He shows up exactly when he says he would, completes the installation, makes sure it's running exactly as it should be, and leaves your home looking exactly the way it did - except now with a brand new shiny boiler. In addition, unlike other contractors, Carmine did not (and still has not) pestered me about writing a yelp review for him.

Had a broken pipe under house in the crawl space, tight area. Had other company come out and gave a price that was crazy. Said it's alot more because it's under the house. I told him to leave but thank you for coming and paid the 50 dollar service fee... didn't even look at pipe. I then called MY GUY and he came next day. Mike was the plumbers name. Very professional and extremely a nice guy. Talked to me like I was family. His price was 1/3 of the first companies price. No hidden charges or up sales. I'm in the home contracting business and this is how I treat my customers also. I was very impressed and will definitely be using My Guy on all my future plumbing jobs. Leon is very business-like and immediately makes you feel better about the fact that you need the hot and cold risers in your building to be replaced from the basement to the top floor. Their estimate was cheaper than Vigilante but not the cheapest we got. They came on time and did a great job. I also used them for a minor job: stop my toilet from running! It wasn't cheap (about $100) but worth every cent because they came right away, took 5 minutes and did a good job. Plus, I no longer have to lie on the floor with a pillow over my head rocking back and forth to block out the endless drip drip drip of my running toilet please god make it stop!!!

Supposed to replace the tub, vanity sink, toilets in two bathrooms.

DO NOT USE THESE GUYS.

Unprofessional.  Arrogant.  Offensive.  Looking to blame others when clearly the problem was created by them.

The first job was to replace the tub.  The tub was not level.  Never brought out a level. Came to the job unprepared, having to make several trips to the truck, had to borrow tools at the job site from the contractor.
Called Pini to tell them the tub was not level.  Returned to fix the tub but only came to start blame game, finally acknowledged that they are responsible.  However, said they need to return.  Promised to call that night,  Never called. Not the next day either.  Called Pini 6 times total the next two days.
Two days later when finally got them on the phone, said need to schedule the repair job which is already causing delays for the contractor.  Told me to stick the f'ing job up your a$$, I'm pulling the permit.
Called Hoboken Building Department, who confirmed that Tony Pini did pull the permit.  Advice is to get a new plumber and start the application process over.
Incompetent, unprofessional, unresponsive.
