Ralph has been a life saver! we recently used him for the 5th or 6th time. Last week one of my tenants called to say they thought there was a gas leak. I called Ralph right away and he was able to get to the apartment in 15 minutes. Turns out the pilot was out on the furnace and was leaking gas. It wouldn't light and Ralph was able to replace some part and get it going that cold night! So thankful!

Manny was amazing. He is the Drain Doctor for sure.  He just left after quickly assessing the problem, then clearing the clog which another plumber had spent 2 hours trying to get at with a snake. Manny was here for 15 minutes.  I am so pleased with Manny's professionalism and service. Highly recommended. He is the man!

Juan got back to me within minutes. He's very professional, personable and punctual with his time. Most of all, he's a honest plumber. He managed to put me on his schedule in less than 12 hours. My husband and I has been trying to unclogged the toilet for a month. We finally gave in and we did the right decision by calling Juan. I highly recommend Statewide for any of your plumbing job. Needed a new boiler and water heater for house recently bought.  Joe and his people were punctual, neat and efficient.  They also took care of other minor items saving an additional service call.   They took ownership of the job. I would highly recommend as opposed to going to some impersonal shop.

My wife and I came acrosss Plumber New York a friends reccomendation and we were very glad. They answered the call immmediately and gave us a terrific estimate for our budget and agreed to do doing the work immediately. They were necer intrusive in our home nor were they tardy in getting the job done and cleaning up as if they weren't there at all! There was never a time when our call wasn't answered to swiftly if not immediately. As an added bonus we needed new fixtures and John helped us find the best (and tasteful, fashionable desiegn) kind and stay within our budget. We won't hesitate to call Plumber NYC again.

The reviews are true! He came to snake out our sewer line which was backing up. He came out the next day ( It wasn't an emergency nor did I need it same day) and snaked out our line. He knows what he's doing and is very polite and very knowledgeable in his field. I'll use him again without a doubt

I had a leak in my kitchen sink and Zach was able to come the same day and replace the pipes. I especially appreciated that he took the time to fill up the sink and let it drain three times to make sure the water was draining properly and there were no more leaks. Would definitely use again.

I would like thank  Angelo from c Angelo plumbing and heating...I called with an emergency situation and he returned my call very quickly...Angelo was very professional and kind and I appreciated his help with the situation.

Although at this time I didn't need to use his services (due to unforeseen circumstances) I would definitely refer or use him in the future... he made me feel comfortable about my situation which alleviated a lot of my stress

I can't recommend Carmine highly enough. He is extremely knowledgable, helpful, and responsive. When our boiler started acting up on an especially cold Saturday morning, he was at our door in just a few hours. He carefully diagnosed and fixed the issue, adjusted the settings to make the system more efficient and reliable... all while explaining to me how the whole system works. That night, he called to check in and ensure everything was still working properly. Carmine is a professional who goes above and beyond to make sure his customers are safe and warm. We're glad to finally have a plumber we trust!

Fantastic. Our water heater stopped working recently and Rishon Plumbing came out within hours of calling them. It turned out to be a relatively minor issue which they promptly fixed. Very professional service all around. Highly recommended!

I got an estimate from this company to install a boiler and split a gas line (they came to the house to see it first). When I started asking for the details it turns out much of the work required was not covered in his original estimate. So Rolando, the owner, gave me a new, higher estimate. In hindsight, that should have been a sign but I gave him a 50% deposit ($1100) on the new price and he promised work would start the very next week. Time was an issue for me in this particular situation and he promised he would have his guys there promptly.

Over three weeks after paying back him the deposit work had still not started. Every week he rescheduled. Finally I asked him what's going on, he dodged my calls and would only text. He said he is canceling the job and will give me back the deposit, then the next text he sent he implied that the job required more work he would need more money. He would mail me back the deposit either way. At this point I was wary, it started to sound like a scam.

Well over a month after giving him a large deposit for a job he never started, I am probably going to have to take him to small claims court to get it back. He won't answer calls anymore and I still don't have the deposit back. A weird, time-wasting experience, and I think perhaps a scam. I'll update here if he does actually give me the deposit back for this job that he never started.

I used Martin Plumbing for the first time and had a great experience.  I found the plumber, Nuquay, very nice and it was clear he knew his trade. Like most contractors they will give you a 2 or 3 hour range for when they will arrive.  I asked them to call in advance so I had enough time to get home and they did that which was very helpful.  I feel like they are a very customer focused company which is great.  
Also I felt the company's pricing was fair.  Overall I would definitely use this company again and recommend them to my friends.

Run away fast. Worst customer service, expensive and did a poor job in my apartment . Wont be using them anymore. Better off calling someone else
