Ralph was responsive, professional and got the job done. I called him at 7:30am on a Monday morning - he was at my place by 9:30 and had fixed the problem by 10. Also was the least expensive plumbing service I called. He'll be my first call next time.

Manny arrived within two hours after calling as promised. Very professional and competent. I especially appreciated his willingness to move through all the crap in my basement left by tenants without complaint. Vert patient and courteous I would highly recommend him

Juan helped me install an electronic toilet seat. At first we thought it was an easy task, but it turned out the water pipe and valve needed to be replaced. Juan went out and bought all the parts for me and got everything done quickly. He is very friendly and helpful and the price is fair. Highly recommended.

Picked up when I called (unlike many others who I tried) and was very quick to come over fix my leaking sink issue. They were on-time and very clean. Thanks so much for your help!

My wife and I came acrosss Plumber New York a friends reccomendation and we were very glad. They answered the call immmediately and gave us a terrific estimate for our budget and agreed to do doing the work immediately. They were necer intrusive in our home nor were they tardy in getting the job done and cleaning up as if they weren't there at all! There was never a time when our call wasn't answered to swiftly if not immediately. As an added bonus we needed new fixtures and John helped us find the best (and tasteful, fashionable desiegn) kind and stay within our budget. We won't hesitate to call Plumber NYC again.

As a former contractor, I can appreciate great service when I see it.  Pete was exceptional!  He was able to come the same day that I called and was able to help solve my problem quickly and without an inflated cost.  He is honest and very responsive, which is hard to come by these days.  I highly recommend Pete for any of your plumbing needs.  I have used his services on more than one occasion and he has been great every time!  I have also recommended him at work and he was a pleasure to work with there as well.

I am not rating them based on their work but rather on their lack of customer service. Tuesday 6/15 at 6:05 p.m. I sent a message that I would be available on Friday 6/18. Received a reply on Wednesday 6/16 asking for my address which I promptly sent. Also mentioned that my husband was home if someone wanted to go by. Reply was I will let you know. Never heard from him until I messaged him on Friday 6/18 at 9:40 a.m. I sent a message asking if someone was going to come by and if so please let me know approximately what time. The reply was give me a few and I will let you know (10:33 am.) At 12:35 sends a text telling me what it could run me xxx dollars.
I replied I wanted to make sure the company can do the work. He said when I was ready to do the work let him know. To which I responded that I want to have a conversation first to discuss the work involved, cost & timeline. He replied he was booked for that day but can stop by on the weekend or during the week after 4:30p.m. Said he was free Saturday & Sunday, weekdays after 4 pm. Asked if he could come by tomorrow, Sat. 6/19. At first I said after 12 then sent another message with 8-9 a.m. Reply was give me a few and I will let you know (standard response). He can do 2-3 pm.  Saturday 6/19 at 10:10 sends me a message that his guy will be at my house in about an hour. I said I wasn't home but will be by 1 and reminded him that agreed time was 2-3. At 11:27 I let him know I was home. His response he will be there as agreed. At 3:16 I asked for his ETA. At 4:51 he responded with his guy got stuck on a job but will come by on Monday but someone needs to be home all day.. Excuse me? I told him to forget it because he wasted my time. He wasn't the first nor the only plumber I contacted but he was the only one that wasted my time. Everyone else showed up when they scheduled or called/texted to say they were running late. The person texting I am assuming is Zach who should learn that you get more bees with honey than with vinegar.

We used Angelo to remodel our first floor bathroom.  The work was adequate, with a few notable exceptions.  We had to disconnect our washing machine in the basement for him to work on the bathroom.  He cut the lines to the washing machine and never reconnected them.  I told him about this when I made the final payment, and he said he come back and fix it, but never did.  I had to buy the parts and do the work myself.
He connected a shower in the basement to be used while the bathroom was being remodeled.  He made me buy the pump to evac the water from the shower, without giving me a model number.  I bought a pump from the supplier he recommended, and he epic failed on the install.  He used the wrong pipe size, did not use a drainage slope, set 90 degree pipes when the instructions clearly state that 45 degrees is the max, and used about 5 clamps and adapters instead of the one provided.  The result is that the kitchen sink drained into the shower stall, and the pump would never shut off because it was overtaxed.  
Also, the bathroom he set up is leaking into the basement.

In short, I had to fix half the stuff that he set up.  Do NOT ever call this guy.  He has no clue what he is doing, and will not come back to fix his mistakes.

I am a student and live alone because of my studies. I am all by myself and I do all my work by myself. It was all going good till my water heater ditched me. I mean everyone of us are bound with the technologies. It was a morning and all I wanted was a good hot shower but just like i said My water heater ditched me. I am so used to it that I didnt show up in the college. I know it's quite awkward but that just happened. I was unable to heat up water which eventually resulted in a day off.

I started searching for a Water Heater repair company. As I am new I dont know much of the vendors here. I asked my college friends about it so they referred me one name Rishon Plumbing & Water Heaters. I started searching on internet and found good reviews from their customers so I decided to give it a try. I called them and booked an appointment in a specific time window. I work as a part time employee in a shop to support my expense so I was able to book a slot in my free time. Apart from the convenience , I am very much satisfied with the service. They were on time with every equipment needed. They repaired my water heater quite fast and the work was tidy and up to the mark.

I am very happy with the services and the amount of dedication they showed . They were quite friendly as well so I didn't face any problem with them. It was a good experience and would definitely recommend to everyone who are looking for water heater repair services.

My condo building used Clear Flow for a furnace/ water heater replacement. They were on time, worked all day- can't say enough good things!

They ar good but there prices are very high my mistake is I signed a contract so I cancelled my contract for inspection . they said I could not get any money back sorry I signed a contract there prices are through the roof  cannot afford there prices. .

If I could give Martin Plumbing less than a star, I would. We have always used them to service our boiler in the past, as well as do other plumbing. We had never had any problems before. Had to call them last week when our boiler overflowed, getting water throughout the system to leak from almost every radiator, none of which was Martin's fault. We had drained the system before their plumber arrived. Because we had done that to get the water out of the pipes and stop all the water cascading through every room in the house, the valve that caused the problem seemed to be working. The valve is old. The plumber (a new guy to us) came out, pronounced the problem was gone without really checking the valve carefully, or assessing it's age or anything. He decided sediment must of been the problem even through we told him we had flushed water out of the system about 2 weeks ago. He said its probably fine and we should flush water more often. We asked is something wrong with the valve and he said no since it seemed to be working fine now. We asked if this could happen again and were told no, very unlikely since it seemed to be working again without his having done anything. He did some work on another pipe at our request. No problems while he was here but less than a week later the whole thing happened again causing much more extensive damage in the house. When we called Martin, got same guy on phone who didn't take any responsibility since it was fine while I was there and during the time I did the other work. Also told us despite the fact we had to shut the boiler down and have no heat while it's 29 degrees outside that it would take 5 days for him to return because of his schedule. The new part would be $300 plus labor. We got a new plumber here who was able to see exactly what was going wrong with the valve immediately. As i sit here in freezing cold house, I can tell you that I am extremely unhappy with Martin Plumbing. I do not feel that their response was adequate at all, especially in light of the return of the original issue and the additional damage to my house.

I called this plumber today because the water heater in my tenant's apt broke. The reviews that stated they were rude were correct. They are and told me that not having hot water to take a shower is not considered an emergency and that my tenant could take a cold shower. I think he should keep his opinions to himself. I was looking for a plumber not a psychiatrist.
