Ralph and his assistant were extremely helpful, they promised they would be here by 9 AM and they were here at 8:50! They figured out the problem immediately and cleaned up after themselves.  I highly recommend them

Make this your first call because Manny is the man!  Great service from start to finish! I had a toilet issue late at night.  He answered the phone immediately, confirmed through email, and was on the job quickly. Household disasters don't work 9-5... they happen any time.  I'm please with the service, professionalism, and convenience.  Other plumbers had answering services and never got back to me.  If there were 6 stars... I'd give them to Manhattan Sewer Drain

Juan was really responsive when it came to giving me a price and coming to fix my issue initially. He said he guarantees the fix and if there's any issue to let him know. Well .. the issue wasn't fixed and guess who decided to stop answering their phone.

Was having a tough time installing a bidet. Joe came by on short notice and saved me a lot of aggravation. I highly recommend him and will call him in the future if I have any more plumbing-related issues.

My wife and I came acrosss Plumber New York a friends reccomendation and we were very glad. They answered the call immmediately and gave us a terrific estimate for our budget and agreed to do doing the work immediately. They were necer intrusive in our home nor were they tardy in getting the job done and cleaning up as if they weren't there at all! There was never a time when our call wasn't answered to swiftly if not immediately. Petes a great help when you're in a pinch. Needed someone to do an emergency pipe snake on a Sunday. Pete was more than happy to help and was on time as promised. His price was extremely reasonable and he walked us through exactly what he did and why. Would 100% use again

Zach is very genuine and upfront unlike most plumbers in the NYC metro area. He is always looking out for others and does not hesitate to offer help despite the conflict of interest with his business opportunities.

He offered some very nifty ideas that helped me save a lot of time and money.

I reached out to Zach on Yelp for a couple of plumbing projects. Zach was prompt to respond and visited me the very next morning to provide an estimate. He arrived on time and was a great listener. He listened to my basic ideas and vision and did an in-depth analysis of its feasibility.
Zach was very interactive and thorough throughout. While listening to my plans, he was simultaneously surveying and architecting them as we spoke. His unwillingness to compromise on quality was very relieving and refreshing to hear!

Multiple plumbers came by trying to rip me off on the smaller project I had under the kitchen sink. Instead of giving me a quote, Zach suggested a couple of techniques that worked like a charm!

Although his quotes were out of my budget, Zach offered his expertise in the form of consultation on plumbing techniques for no charge at all! I did not get a chance to directly work with Zach but I look forward to reaching out to him for my future plumbing questions and needs

We used Angelo to remodel our first floor bathroom.  The work was adequate, with a few notable exceptions.  We had to disconnect our washing machine in the basement for him to work on the bathroom.  He cut the lines to the washing machine and never reconnected them.  I told him about this when I made the final payment, and he said he come back and fix it, but never did.  I had to buy the parts and do the work myself.
He connected a shower in the basement to be used while the bathroom was being remodeled.  He made me buy the pump to evac the water from the shower, without giving me a model number.  I bought a pump from the supplier he recommended, and he epic failed on the install.  He used the wrong pipe size, did not use a drainage slope, set 90 degree pipes when the instructions clearly state that 45 degrees is the max, and used about 5 clamps and adapters instead of the one provided.  The result is that the kitchen sink drained into the shower stall, and the pump would never shut off because it was overtaxed.  
Also, the bathroom he set up is leaking into the basement.

In short, I had to fix half the stuff that he set up.  Do NOT ever call this guy.  He has no clue what he is doing, and will not come back to fix his mistakes.

My family has been using Frank for almost a decade. He has done almost every installation or repair possible for us...and some very complex jobs. He always provides outstanding quality, quick turnaround, fair prices, available at short notice, and always with a smile. Do not hesitate to hire him. My only regret on posting this review is now I can't monopolize his services.

Carmine really is the best. And I say that as someone who only met him a few months ago and now plans to be a longtime customer. I first called him to service my old boiler due to his great reviews on Yelp. He is a true expert and such a nice person to boot. Since that first maintenance call, he has also installed an Ecobee thermostat and taught me how to use it, and replaced several components inside the boiler (thermocouple and pilot assembly). He is super thorough with his work, he knows boilers inside and out -- to the point of being able to distinguish between different issues by the sound coming from the boiler -- and he figured out different solutions and was great about discussing them with me to find the right one for our household. I would recommend him to anyone!

Great work and very professional. They identified problems with someone else's prior installation of a water heater and did an expert job replacing the system. Very happy and will use them again if needed.

Clear Flow is completely unprofessional and a total ripoff. I called them to work on my steam heating system, because my go-to plumber was out of town. I have a 2-family house and a few radiators were leaking or not working at all. They came in, flushed the system and told me the radiators were fixed. I'm actually not even sure if they flushed the system or did a simple bottom blowdown - a partial cleaning that I could have done myself. They also unnecessarily replaced two radiator vents that were brand new and had nothing to do with the issue. When my tenants came in they informed me that the radiators were still leaking and not working at all. They charged me over $600 and when I tried to contact them again to troubleshoot the issue they disregarded me. Every time I asked them to reschedule me they told me to call back on the following Monday to reschedule. Eventually I gave up, which is probably what they wanted, since they already got their money. The company was referred to me by someone else who has also discontinued their service due to incomplete jobs and unprofessional behavior.

Had an emergency and they came right away to take care of it for us.
Definitely will be using them in the future.

Luis and helpers Michael and Will did a great job replacing some very old and corroded sewer and gutter pipes. They were very professional, skilled, and hard-working, arranging the work so that we were unable to use toilets and water for only a couple of hours. Leon, the owner, told us it would take three days, with only one day unable to use water, and they kept to the schedule exactly.  We will continue to call Martin Plumbing from now on.

Run away fast. Worst customer service, expensive and did a poor job in my apartment . Wont be using them anymore. Better off calling someone else
