After having a terrible experience with a different local plumber I called Ralph (based on his yelp reviews) and bam! within an hour my toilet was fixed. My toilet has not worked properly for almost two years! he did a great job, was super responsive, came over right away (exactly when he said he would arrive), was nice and friendly and worked fast.

Very positive recent experience with Manny and Manhattan Sewer Drain. I had an emergency plumbing situation very early in the morning. Manny took my call and was able to come onsite in a very short amount of time to resolve my issue. He was very friendly, professional and competent. I would use this service again in the future and would also recommend it to others.

My house was a total disaster with multiple leaks that destroyed my ceiling. Juan came in and was able to uncover multiple problems in a very professional, timely matter. He was diligent and honest with us all throughout the project. I would not hesitate to use him again and have my plumber for future projects going forward.

I would highly recommend this plumber. I am astounded by the service he has given. Definitely high quality customer service and premium quality of repairs. Every time I have called him he comes within a few hours. He comes prepared with all the equipment he will need in his truck. My wife and I came acrosss Plumber New York a friends reccomendation and we were very glad. They answered the call immmediately and gave us a terrific estimate for our budget and agreed to do doing the work immediately. They were necer intrusive in our home nor were they tardy in getting the job done and cleaning up as if they weren't there at all! There was never a time when our call wasn't answered to swiftly if not immediately. As an added bonus we needed new fixtures and John helped us find the best (and tasteful, fashionable desiegn) kind and stay within our budget. We won't hesitate to call Plumber NYC again.

Found Pete's doing a search on here and saw the great reviews. Called and he came this afternoon right when he said he world. He did the job quickly and gave us tips on how to keep our drains clear. Reasonable prices and very friendly.

The day of the sheduled work his crew showed up in time and where easy to work with. They left the place clean and organized and all the work was done in the timeframe zach gave us... My family has been using Frank for almost a decade. He has done almost every installation or repair possible for us...and some very complex jobs. He always provides outstanding quality, quick turnaround, fair prices, available at short notice, and always with a smile. Do not hesitate to hire him. My only regret on posting this review is now I can't monopolize his services.

Carmine is the man you want for your gas boiler. My townhouse on Ave D is old and has a steam boiler for heating. According to Carmine, it was made in the 60s or 70s but has a good core. Even though it was a small job this time, I can definitely tell that he really knows his stuff. Before Carmine, I used another plumber who has 4.5 stars on yelp. While that fellow seems nice too, I don't think he has as much experience or is as focused as Carmine. You don't want your boiler serviced by someone who knows a little bit of everything. Carmine really KNOWS steam boilers.

Best bang for the buck! Great job . Had a leaking heater and they came out looked at it and gave a great price and was surprised in the work because it was way better than expected. Highly recommend and will use him for further plumbing and will recommend to my friends and family!

Martin's plumbing and heating was called to our residence after our smoke detectors went of due to our upstairs heat unit smoking. Christian and another guy fixed the problem but most important calmed me down. I can't thank them enough for their professionalism, fast service and explaining things in my language. Now I have a forever plumbing and heat company .

DON'T USE PINI.  We are renovating our bathroom and hired him to do the plumbing work.  A simple job, no moving or complicated work.  He set the bathtub but didn't glue it level with the floor - almost an inch off!  What plumber doesn't make sure his installation is level??  If he would have fixed it promptly, I would say - everyone makes mistakes.  However, he got emotional, blamed my primary contractor for not catching the mistake in time, and over the phone, said offensive things about my contractor screwing up because he is Chinese (he's not) and doesn't understand English.  He then told us to take the job and shove it up our a*&.  Pini is in it for the easiest way to make his bucks - and sadly, plumbing is an enigma to the average person so no one knows if they are doing the job the right way or not.  But worst of all, he is ignorant.  Don't hire him.
