Ralph and his assistant were extremely helpful, they promised they would be here by 9 AM and they were here at 8:50! They figured out the problem immediately and cleaned up after themselves.  I highly recommend them

After being cancelled on by another plumbing company and unable to find an appointment, I was lucky to come across Manhattan Sewer Drain Inc! Manny returned my phone call within a few minutes, set up an appointment and came to my apartment within the half hour. He fixed my toilet problem and was very prompt and efficient. And the price was great! Thank you Manny!

Juan was very responsive and knows his stuff. I called him on a Saturday morning to ask for help replacing my kitchen faucet. He accommodated my schedule and came the same day. He was an hour early and texted me when he was en route.

I had Joe the Plumber's name scratched down on a piece of paper, so I think I got it from a neighbor a year or two ago.. I also saw him listed on Angies List. I called him last week to replace the anode in my 65 gallon A.O. Smith water heater (sold by Sears as a PowerMiser 9).  The A.O. Smith does not make that size water heater anymore, so I am trying to stretch the life of the current water heater by replacing the anode every 3-5 years.  For those unfamiliar with water heaters, the anode rod is a sacrificial piece of metal (usually magnesium or a zinc-aluminum alloy) that hangs in your water heater and prevents the tank from rusting. It takes the hit and oxidizes (ie: rusts) instead of the metal in the tank.

I contacted about 7 different plumbers, but only 2 plumbers were willing to come and replace water heater anodes.  Of those two plumbers, the other plumber replaces only large commercial water heaters anode rods at nearly double the cost, so the choice was easy.  Joe came the next week with plumbing crew, figured out how to remove a 4 foot long anode rod with less than 16 head-room above the water heater, and managed to squeeze in a new anode rod. The total cost was $250, which seemed fair the actual cost of replacing the water heater in about 5 more years if I did not replace the anode rod.

My wife and I came acrosss Plumber New York a friends reccomendation and we were very glad. They answered the call immmediately and gave us a terrific estimate for our budget and agreed to do doing the work immediately. They were necer intrusive in our home nor were they tardy in getting the job done and cleaning up as if they weren't there at all! There was never a time when our call wasn't answered to swiftly if not immediately. As an added bonus we needed new fixtures and John helped us find the best (and tasteful, fashionable desiegn) kind and stay within our budget. We won't hesitate to call Plumber NYC again.

I have to say. Pete is the best at what he does. My wife and I bought our house a little over a year ago not knowing there were major plumbing issue's  with the house. We've tried many other's that were very expensive, not very  knowledgeable, and didn't  even care about their customer's and questions they had.  Pete is prompt, knowledgeable in what he does, gives the best advice on your plumbing needs and very inventive. He cares about his customer's and the questions they have. Again, Pete is the best at what he does and is a definite go to person for any of my plumbing needs.

Zach responded immediately and gave us the best rate for our leaky sink. He kept us posted on his timing and fixed it quickly. Would definitely recommend!

I cannot say enough positive things about Carmine and the service he provided. I called regarding my 20+ year old boiler and each step of the way he was beyond professional. He shows up exactly when he says he would, completes the installation, makes sure it's running exactly as it should be, and leaves your home looking exactly the way it did - except now with a brand new shiny boiler. In addition, unlike other contractors, Carmine did not (and still has not) pestered me about writing a yelp review for him.

I messaged the company and George responded within 5'. I explained to him the issue with my water heater and we corresponded through phone and text. I sent him some pictures of my water heater and control panel and he was able to quickly provide the likely culprit of my pilot light no longer working.

He provided a very competitive offer and was very friendly and non-pressuring. He even encouraged me to speak with other companies (which I did consult a few other plumbers in the area).

Based on his strong reviews on Yelp along with his friendly and professional advice and service, I reached out to him and he was able to move things around to meet me the next day. He gave me a heads-up when he was 20' away and quickly went to work (with his assistant John).

I will follow-up to this review if there are any updates to share but I have the utmost confidence I will be able to take hot showers once again! :)

We have used Clear Flow over several years for both small jobs like a leaking sink and larger ones like replacing our heating boiler. We cannot say enough how pleased we have been always with their service. They respond promply,  do excellent work and charge a fair price.  The aways answer all questions and offer good advice. They are always our first choice. Wehighly recommend them.

Myguy was recommended to me by my HVAC guy, and before calling I read reviews on google (why are almost all of the Yelp reviews filtered? They're not all fake,  Yelp!) and looked them up on the Better Business Bureau website. Everything checked out and I gave them a call. Was told there was a fee for coming out to do the estimate  but that it would be absorbed into the price if I ended up using them. Mike (and apprentice) showed up within 20 minutes of the text that announced they were on the way, so they were on time. They both were wearing 2 masks which I appreciated, and when they entered my crawl space, wore booties. The pricing seemed reasonable and Mike actually ended up saving me some money by pointing out some reasons why I didn't need one of the items I had wanted to install. He also made some great suggestions like a WiFi shut off valve for my main water valve since this is a secondary property I must be vigilant on winterizing it.

Leon is very business-like and immediately makes you feel better about the fact that you need the hot and cold risers in your building to be replaced from the basement to the top floor. Their estimate was cheaper than Vigilante but not the cheapest we got. They came on time and did a great job. I also used them for a minor job: stop my toilet from running! It wasn't cheap (about $100) but worth every cent because they came right away, took 5 minutes and did a good job. Plus, I no longer have to lie on the floor with a pillow over my head rocking back and forth to block out the endless drip drip drip of my running toilet please god make it stop!!!

I have been using L Pini and Sons for years now and here's why. Recently I had a leak in my shower. I called them at 8am and were at my place that morning sorting out my problem immediately.

They are old school and approach the work accordingly, like when they fixed my water heater (2 other plumbers recommended replacing it). It's been working for over 3 years now with no issues since they fixed it.

Any issue I've had has been fixed. Anything that might need a tweak they come back and address it quickly.
