I wrote the below after our first experience.  Our second was a serious downgrade. He insisted on $140 to simply show up after two days and didn't bring a single tool to address our sump pump.  So obviously he didn't fix anything. I will continue to be on the hunt for a decent plumber until I go back for my plumbing license it seems...

Ralph solved our problem with our heater quickly and efficiently and arrived within 3 hours of my call.  i am looking for a new plumber for our very crochety building and I hope we will be able to have a straight forward relationship  moving forward.

The other reviews were right. Manny arrived right on time, was professional, courteous, and, most importantly, fixed a complex drain problem that we weren't able to resolve ourselves. He even cleaned up our bathroom afterwards. One other thing I appreciated is that, instead of charging me extra for another simple issue I asked a question about, he said we could easily and cheaply just get a replacement part for it at Home Depot.

We contacted Statewide Sewer and Drain for a clogged kitchen sink around 4:45 pm. Juan provided a response with an estimate within minutes. His price was very reasonable. Although he was on another job, he made a special effort to put us on the schedule and come out later that evening as soon as he finished his other job. He called when he finished the other job and provided an estimated arrival time (8:00 pm). He arrived at the stated time and cleared out the clogged drain at the agreed to price. We were very pleased to get the clogged drain fixed so quickly at a reasonable price.

Was having a tough time installing a bidet. Joe came by on short notice and saved me a lot of aggravation. I highly recommend him and will call him in the future if I have any more plumbing-related issues.

My wife and I came acrosss Plumber New York a friends reccomendation and we were very glad. They answered the call immmediately and gave us a terrific estimate for our budget and agreed to do doing the work immediately. They were necer intrusive in our home nor were they tardy in getting the job done and cleaning up as if they weren't there at all! There was never a time when our call wasn't answered to swiftly if not immediately. As an added bonus we needed new fixtures and John helped us find the best (and tasteful, fashionable desiegn) kind and stay within our budget. We won't hesitate to call Plumber NYC again.

I highly recommend Pete's Plumbing. I recently had a small leak under my kitchen sink and was pleased with the service I received from Pete, the owner. He answered my call promptly, arrived within 30 minutes of my service call, and was professional and efficient in his work. The price was fair and remained the same as the estimate (he even gave me a small discount!)

I have had trouble in the past getting plumbers to come out for small jobs, but Pete was more than happy to help. I will definitely be using Pete's Plumbing again in the future.

Found this gentleman on Yelp, decided to call as tub is rusty and clogged, Zack picked up after a couple of rings, explained my problem, he spent his time describing all the different reason why water won't drain, the different options available from the least amount of damage to the most affordable, felt he was really trying to understand and help, will try a product he recommend and see if it will work, he also does other household work like painting, remodeling, roof, etc, we will keep him in mind for all household needs, it's a plus he is in the area

I would like thank  Angelo from c Angelo plumbing and heating...I called with an emergency situation and he returned my call very quickly...Angelo was very professional and kind and I appreciated his help with the situation.

Although at this time I didn't need to use his services (due to unforeseen circumstances) I would definitely refer or use him in the future... he made me feel comfortable about my situation which alleviated a lot of my stress

My family has been using Frank for almost a decade. He has done almost every installation or repair possible for us...and some very complex jobs. He always provides outstanding quality, quick turnaround, fair prices, available at short notice, and always with a smile. Do not hesitate to hire him. My only regret on posting this review is now I can't monopolize his services.

I never actually got to try them.

My boiler was leaking and I needed someone ASAP.

When I called this place, someone picked up and said hello and I asked if this was Primary Plumbing and got hung up on.

I called again and it went straight to voice mail saying this is primary plumbing, blah blah blah, please leave a message. So I know I didn't call the wrong number.  Perhaps they blocked my number?  So I left a message.  Never got a call back.

My boiler was still leaking so I had to find someone else.

Don't know what was up with that.

I don't really leave reviews usually but George and John did an amazing job helping me switch out my garbage disposal. The whole process took less than 20 minutes and they seemed very knowledgeable and skilled. They were very polite and cleaned up after themselves as well. I would definitely recommend.

We have used Clear Flow over several years for both small jobs like a leaking sink and larger ones like replacing our heating boiler. We cannot say enough how pleased we have been always with their service. They respond promply,  do excellent work and charge a fair price.  The aways answer all questions and offer good advice. They are always our first choice. Wehighly recommend them.

They never responded to my request, after asking for phone number. When I called the office the said they couldn't fit me in for at least 5 days. Not too impressedwith this company.

Have used them for years. My landlords used them before I was a homeowner and even as a tenant when they came to service the building they gave me good information. Now as a homeowner of over 15 years, I've depended on them....their work is always good, and if they don't get it right the first time (say, in diagnosing a problem), they will stand by their work and get it right. Also have had them do big jobs (switch out older water heater/boiler.) In my experience, it's a good business run by dependable and pleasant people.

This was probably the worst customer service I've ever experienced. They were supposed to come to my apartment in the afternoon, but never showed up.  I called three times, and was assured someone was coming. I waited around for five plus hours and never received a call saying the appointment was cancelled. Finally, I called a fourth time and the office was closed.  Time to take my business elsewhere, I supposed.
