Like all other reviews, Manny is extremely professional, knowledgeable, and prepared.
From sending an image of the issue, Manny knew exactly what tools to bring, and had the foresight to know that I needed an additional 2 pipes replaced.  He even went as far as to alert me of a possible issue that will need the building's attention.  I'm so thankful to have had this first experience with such an outstanding plumber and will always turn to Manny for any future needs.

My house was a total disaster with multiple leaks that destroyed my ceiling. Juan came in and was able to uncover multiple problems in a very professional, timely matter. My wife and I came acrosss Plumber New York a friends reccomendation and we were very glad. They answered the call immmediately and gave us a terrific estimate for our budget and agreed to do doing the work immediately. They were necer intrusive in our home nor were they tardy in getting the job done and cleaning up as if they weren't there at all! There was never a time when our call wasn't answered to swiftly if not immediately. As an added bonus we needed new fixtures and John helped us find the best (and tasteful, fashionable desiegn) kind and stay within our budget. We won't hesitate to call Plumber NYC again.

As a former contractor, I can appreciate great service when I see it.  Pete was exceptional!  He was able to come the same day that I called and was able to help solve my problem quickly and without an inflated cost.  He is honest and very responsive, which is hard to come by these days.  I highly recommend Pete for any of your plumbing needs.  I have used his services on more than one occasion and he has been great every time!  I have also recommended him at work and he was a pleasure to work with there as well.

Carmine from Primary Plumbing and Heating installed my boiler last year and i couldn't be more satisfied. He is prompt, professional, and his price came in lower than two other plumbers that i had gotten estimates from. When he came out to look at my failing boiler he noticed a couple of code violations and brought them to my attention. I didn't feel  like he was trying the gouge me on the price. He was upfront and honest about everything. He came when he said he would and finished the job on time. I highly recommend him.

Rishon Plumbing & Water Heaters are spectacular. George responded swiftly to my initial request for a proposal, and all following communications with George followed suit - quick and easy. He provided a reasonable quote for the services we needed and booking was as easy as the rest of our communication. On the day of, George and his team arrived early and ready to go. They worked quickly, and kept me in the loop explaining what they were doing. Once finished, we made arrangements for payment and the price was exactly as quoted. A couple of weeks following our installation we had a leak (due to nothing with the Rishon team, to be clear, but to a faulty part with the component I had ordered), so George and his team came out within a day of me contacting them and had it fixed in no time at all. I can't recommend Rishon highly enough. Both their communication, as well as the quality of their work are top notch.

Rolando is my go to plumber & hvac service. He has a team of technicians that are very available. I recently had a leaking hot water heater and he had a technician to the property within 30 minutes. Martin Plumbing's Lindsey and Nu-quay rescued us when National Grid left us in the lurch in freezing weather.  Our story: A NYC mandated inspection found a small gas leak in our home.  National Grid SHUT OFF our gas on a freezing Tuesday morning.  National Grid's tech Justin broke the top cellar step when he came to SHUT OFF our gas (indefinitely!). His parting shot, You gotta get a Master Plumber. I called our long-time local plumber who could not come for 3 days. Another firm we'd used couldn't come until the following week. I called the other three well-known Park Slope plumbers. Only Martin Plumbing offered to come the following morning to assess the job.  Amazingly, Lindsey in Martin's office called back a couple of hours later:  Nu-quay (a Master) would stop in to inspect the problem now (Tuesday 5:30 PM).  He did and, as promised, called us at 8:25 AM the next morning with the estimate.  He could come on Thursday to fix it (the earliest of any plumber we contacted).  Still freezing outside.  Nu-quay arrived in the two-hour slot he'd given us for Thursday morning. In an hour it was fixed. He had the right pipe in his truck.
The next chapter was the agonizing task of getting National Grid to resume gas service.  I won't get into that here.

UPSHOT: we were not even a customer when I called Martin that cold, cold Tuesday.  Now we're a customer for life.  Thank you Lindsey & Nu-quay.  BTW, two other leading Park Slope plumbing companies never called me back. And, National Grid's tech left us with that dangerously missing top step (no apology, no offer of remedy.)

They charged $187 to spend 5 minutes replacing a washer and the pipe continues to leak.  They will rip you off if they can.
