Great experience overall -- Ralph came over to my apartment on short-notice, and late in the day to help with a toilet that hadn't been working for a few days.  He fixed it quickly and also fixed the broken toilet seat, no extra charge.  Very friendly, helpful - and I highly recommend him!

Manny lived up to his reputation. He came promptly and assessed the situation without beating about the bush. He was honest enough to say that I don't need any work done at this time as the ejector pump is working fine.
Wow - what a relief to find such an honest plumber!

I called Juan to check out an issue where the gutters were not dumping water out into the street like they were supposed to. He came by quickly and was able to diagnose the issue. He explained the situation and laid out his plan so I was aware of everything that was to be done. The work he did is excellent and the cost was very reasonable for all the work that was done. I am so glad I reached out to him to do the work and I will absolutely be calling him again if I need his services in the future.

Picked up when I called (unlike many others who I tried) and was very quick to come over fix my leaking sink issue. They were on-time and very clean. Thanks so much for your help!

My wife and I came acrosss Plumber New York a friends reccomendation and we were very glad. They answered the call immmediately and gave us a terrific estimate for our budget and agreed to do doing the work immediately. They were necer intrusive in our home nor were they tardy in getting the job done and cleaning up as if they weren't there at all! Carmine is absolutely the best! He's a one man shop by choice and specializes in old boilers. He is extremely professional, knowledgeable, polite, and funny. He came to look at my 1987 Burnham boiler, completely cleaned it out, inspected it, changed some old parts, and taught me how to maintain it. He's responsive and timely and chargers a fair price. I would not hesitate to recommend him to anyone!

I am writing this belated review because today I just contacted ClearFlow for yet another job.

Summer 2015:
My underground water line burst and was dripping water into my neighbors basement. The local water company(SUEZ)  threatened to turn off  water to my 2 family home unless I got the line fixed asap.

I found ClearFlow on HomeAdvisors.com. I emailed them late evening and Mr Rolando replied immediately(via cell and text) He came over the next day to inspect and evaluate.  
Mr. Rolando (project manager) outlined everything that had to be done and what He was going to do: obtaining city certificates, hired policeman, step up street signs to close street. sub-contracted sidewalk concrete guys, street paving guys, excavation guys, plumbing guys. We agreed on a date and I did not have to do anything else but be home.  All the trucks arrived EXACTLY at 8AM.
They started work non-stop except for lunch and finished everything the same day and cleaned up all debris in front of my house by 4PM  

The SUEZ water company showed up to turn my water off a few days later thinking the work had not started, Mr. Rolando and I happened to be in front of my house when he showed up to prove it to him it was already completed.

I contacted ClearFlow a few weeks later to replace all the turn-wheel  water valves in my house with lever types so I can turn off only what I wanted versus turning off water to the whole house. Again , Mr R kept me informed even though he was on vacation by e-mail and text , I was given a quote, we agreed on a price and they came and replaced (welding and solder work) in about 2 hours in the evening.

Clear-Flow tested everything before they left in both jobs.
They are expensive but you get what you pay for and the work is professionally done. You don't have to do anything but agree on a price , get out of the way and let them do their job. Worry-Free.

Ryan did a great job with my plumbing needs. He was quick and efficient,. His prices are fair and he tells you right up front exactly how much the job will cost. He is very knowledgeable and friendly. I did not realize all the different types of plumbing he does. I will definitely use him again next time I need any type of plumbing done. I will also recommend him to people I know.ah

A couple of weeks ago we noticed water leaking through our grout when the upstairs shower was on. The first few people who came did not accurately diagnose the problem or solve it-though we were charged anyway.

I finally called Martin Plumbing and Nuquay came the same day I called, took his time figuring out source of problem, found it and fixed it! I was sure they would have to break through walls and charges hundreds of dollars. But it turned out to be a relatively simple adjustment of a fixture and ended up costing $150 (though he was here for an hour). I had so prepared myself for a long and costly job that I was happily shocked.

Nuquay  was incredibly capable, personable and professional.He also made sure to clean up after he finished the job.   I could not be more happy with Martin Plumbing.

Had a leaky spigot in a bathtub that was making me drip, drip, drip crazy. Actually, it was more than a drip. Pini and Sons sent over two guys - older gentleman (one of the Pini brothers I think) and an assistant. They diagnosed the problem, said they needed a part from the shop and would be back in 10 minutes. They were back in... 10 minutes! Fixed the leak in another 10 and I wrote them a check. They were were nice, professional and good. They weren't cheap, but plumbing never is so I can't complain about their price which was competitive.
