I called this morning after two other heating guys told me could not come today, he squeezed me in between two appointments, spent 15 minutes diagnosing the heating problem as electrical, then referred me to an electrician, all at NO CHARGE!!

I will definitely use him the next time I have any plumbing problems.

Great for emergency drain cleaning. My sink was backing up a lot of black sludge. He showed up ASAP and put a drain on the pipe under the sink, and then snaked it. Price was better than my experience with big brand plumbing co.

I called Juan in the afternoon, he said he was on a job and told me to send him my address and he would give me a time he can make it. Never heard from the guy since... unreliable, don't waste your time.

I have used Joe several times in the Park Slope area for emergency/scheduled work. He is excellent, reasonably priced, trustworthy. I have rentals and am out of town often and know I can rely on Joe if and when a situation arises. RECOMMEND HIGHLY.

My wife and I came acrosss Plumber New York a friends reccomendation and we were very glad. They answered the call immmediately and gave us a terrific estimate for our budget and agreed to do doing the work immediately. They were necer intrusive in our home nor were they tardy in getting the job done and cleaning up as if they weren't there at all! There was never a time when our call wasn't answered to swiftly if not immediately. Pete's Plumbing is, hands down, the best in the area! He's professional, he's quick to schedule you and he puts your mind at ease! Nothing is worse than being surprised by an unexpected leak or a backed up tub, but Pete responds quickly and calmly and explains the potential issues in a way you can understand! Zach is very genuine and upfront unlike most plumbers in the NYC metro area. He is always looking out for others and does not hesitate to offer help despite the conflict of interest with his business opportunities.

He offered some very nifty ideas that helped me save a lot of time and money.

I reached out to Zach on Yelp for a couple of plumbing projects. Zach was prompt to respond and visited me the very next morning to provide an estimate. He arrived on time and was a great listener. He listened to my basic ideas and vision and did an in-depth analysis of its feasibility.
Zach was very interactive and thorough throughout. While listening to my plans, he was simultaneously surveying and architecting them as we spoke. His unwillingness to compromise on quality was very relieving and refreshing to hear!

Multiple plumbers came by trying to rip me off on the smaller project I had under the kitchen sink. Instead of giving me a quote, Zach suggested a couple of techniques that worked like a charm!

Although his quotes were out of my budget, Zach offered his expertise in the form of consultation on plumbing techniques for no charge at all! I did not get a chance to directly work with Zach but I look forward to reaching out to him for my future plumbing questions and needs

George and his team were fantastic! Quick to get me a quote on replacing my water heater after one phone call and 3 pictures.  Other plumbers either wanted to schedule an in person estimate a week out, took days to respond to my inquiries, or said they wouldn't replace my 75gal tank.  

On the job, George was courteous and communicative, took exactly 2 hours as he quoted me, and left the garage as clean as he found it.

George will be my first call next time i need a plumber.

I had a GREAT experience with these guys, working to clear a slow kitchen sink drain.  The problem was worse than they had originally thought, but they were good-natured and stuck it out to get the job done.  I didn't do any price-comparison, but if you are like me, you would gladly pay a little more for a good experience.

We have a 65-year-old family house on Barnegat Bay. The original water line with a (2 1/2) feet below grade shut-off valve is still there in a 16 square pit.

The original valve started leaking about 4 years ago and no plumber wanted to touch it because of the limited workspace and age.

I saw the 5-star ratings for My Guy Plumbing and asked them to look at it. The plumber, Mike K and his assistant Jake showed up on time (!!) and spent almost an hour inspecting the situation and coming up with a plan to break the 65 year old connections between the valve and water line and prepare an estimate.

After approving the quote, it took 2 more visits to finish the job based on tide levels (yes, the water box fills with water at high tide) and special tools needed. Along the way Mike K would call me to keep me informed.

I have never worked with a plumbing company which is so competent, easy-to-do-business with (thanks Jeana), professional and friendly. I would not hesitate to refer My Guy Plumbing and Mike K to friends and family.

Luis and helpers Michael and Will did a great job replacing some very old and corroded sewer and gutter pipes. They were very professional, skilled, and hard-working, arranging the work so that we were unable to use toilets and water for only a couple of hours. Leon, the owner, told us it would take three days, with only one day unable to use water, and they kept to the schedule exactly.  We will continue to call Martin Plumbing from now on.

I have been using L Pini and Sons for years now and here's why. Recently I had a leak in my shower. I called them at 8am and were at my place that morning sorting out my problem immediately.

They are old school and approach the work accordingly, like when they fixed my water heater (2 other plumbers recommended replacing it). It's been working for over 3 years now with no issues since they fixed it.

Any issue I've had has been fixed. Anything that might need a tweak they come back and address it quickly.
