Palisades Plumbing is extremely responsive. I called with an issue & they sent Miguel in one hour .
They're very efficient. I highly recommend them . They're always nice to deal with.

Don't waste your time with this guy . Terrible service an communication. He was no call , no show . Once I finally got in touch with him he tells me he forgot !!! As I sat there an wait for a plumber after a confirmed appointment, his answer was I forgot !! Wow . He would not compensate me at all . Terrible terrible customer service . Wish I could give no stars

Steve just cleaned out my kitchen sink drain.  WOW -- what a knowledgeable and professional guy!  Not only was it done correctly, but he told me how to avoid clogs in the future.  And he cleaned up everything before he left -- it was like Steve was never here!  -- other than the fact my sink was draining properly.

Please use this company!  Fabulous, knowledgeable and professional!!!

Ray came within the hour of me calling. Che worked very quickly and explained what he did.  He was very polite.  I asked about doing another drain and he said it would be a third of the price since he was still at my house. In the end, he said the drain was ok.

Luis answered so quickly and came within half an hour of talking to him came and fixed our clogged sinks so quickly! Appreciate him and his help will definitely be out go to person to call

Let me start off by saying this...if you're on yelp looking through reviews and trying to find a plumber whose honest, affordable, and does quality work the first time around...LOOK NO FURTHER AND GIVE GARY A CALL...TRUST ME! He had a guy out the very next morning, Rick, who took care of my toilet that was completely clogged and it was about 50-60 back in the main line. Rick was very polite, professional, efficient, great communication and customer service..everything was just spectacular and the price was right too! Check these guys out ASAP if you need a plumber! Maybe the single best experience I've had with a plumber. Our toilet had been running slowly and clogged up late on a Saturday. I call Luigi early Sunday morning and he was able to come by within a couple hours. He fixed the problem in a matter of minutes and was super friendly. Only charged us $75 (other plumbers were quoting $100+). Paid him $100 using a Yelp coupon because I was so happy with the service.

Tomas did an excellent job fixing a water damaged wall and installing a new sink and toilet. He works hard and takes his time to do the job right. Will definitely use him again in the future.

Allstar Rooter was the only companies, via the messaging quotation process, that was willing to negotiate on pricing, and not just a flat fee other plumbers were quoting just from a few pictures I provided.

After evaluating the actual work firsthand, Santos was able to provide more insight on how the piping layout should be.

He did all that was requested and cleaned up the previous plumbers' work, making it more user-friendly, as well as making it more secure. Great fast work! Easy to work with. IF and When we will need a plumber in the future, we will be calling Santos at ALLSTAR ROOTER first!

Our hot water was making a noise this week, and I wanted to get it checked out. I spoke to Robert and he said he would come out and do a free estimate that same day! After taking a look at our issue, A-Team came out the next day to take care of it for us. Robert also went above and beyond by calling the manufacturer when after they did the work he still heard a little bit of a sound. It turned out there was a recall on the parts! Thanks to Robert he arranged for the parts to be sent to us and to have the warranty company come install it :) We are very grateful! And we appreciate that everything was completed before Thanksgiving! Robert's company did a great job, was honest, and reasonably priced. We would definitely call them again for our plumbing needs :)

These guys are awesome!  I called them, explained the problem, and they came and fixed the problem the same day.  Aaron (sp) and the gentleman that he came with were polite, knowledgeable and thorough. Aaron even cleaned up the disgusting grease and gunk on the kitchen sink. I told him I would clean it but he did it anyway.

I highly recommend them.

Booked them to the installation of sinks, toilets on a remodel with a deadline of next week move in.

They did not show up. Refused to answer their phones. We left a few messages and 24 hours later still nothing.

We even spend the time and confirmed that they were coming.

Would not recommend them. I would not use them again.

Jaime came out and assessed the problem.  He told me the solution and within 20 minutes, competed the work and cleaned up after himself.  I recommend A-1 for their responsiveness, cleanliness, professionalism, and very polite!  I will call them again for all of my plumbing problems.

I like to fix a lot of things around the house by myself and I normally learn via You Tube.  This case was not something that I could do on my own so I called Beeto's.  .

I explained the problem over the phone to Humberto and he was able to come the same day.  Very informative and professional.
