We have had good & great experiences with Palisades plumbing they are not the least expensive but if You are lucky enough (or request) Joe Green to work on plumbing concerns you will get the best.  Joe is excellent at diagnosing a problem thoroughly explaining and fixing it so that you do not require follow-up.  He's extremely trustworthy, he does not over-sell to increase cost and is safe to leave to complete his work without supervision.  Finally, he leaves the area he works on neat and cleaner then prior to any plumbing issue.  I highly recommend Joe Green & Palisades Plumbing.

total flakes. no showed on my tenant two days in a row.. they waited around for hours for them to show up and never did.  totally unacceptable. stay away from these guys

Steve offered a solution that no other plumber suggested. Very punctual and professional. His work is top notch. If you need any plumbing work, Steve is the guy to call!

Ray is a really nice, laid back guy who knows his stuff. The gas company said we had a leak and shut off our gas, and he made time to get it found and fixed so we could go on with our lives. I trust him and I'd recommend him to anyone.

Ros came out within 45 mins of me calling him and stopped the leak immediately at a reasonable price. I highly recommend if you are in the Lis Angeles area .

This company showed great  integrity and honesty--in a repair job that happened 3 years ago. Andy was a great help!  Started off with a small leak and had him finish other plumbing tasks including clearing drain lines and replacing multiple faucets.  I DEFINITELY would use his services again!  Jobs were done clean and he even puts on booties without having to ask.  He also accepts Venmo!

We have a semi-ancient floor heater in our semi-ancient (1936) house. When it was installed a couple of decades ago, replacing the original, the plumber assured my wife and me that it would outlive us. Happily, we are still both around, but the heater was seriously illin'.

Luigi came out straightaway, diagnosed the problem in a jiff, and although it took a bit to order and replace the defective (two decade old) part, he fixed it as soon as was reasonably possible, and it works like a champ.

His price was more than fair, especially in light of the amount of work he had to do (three trips, crawling under the house, searching out the defective part, etc.).

Plus, he's a nice guy, clearly dedicated and knowledgeable.  We're really happy with his service, and wouldn't hesitate to call him again should the need arise.

Serge's team de-scaled and patched a hole in the sewer line running from our house to the public line. Serge communicated clearly about our options, giving us choices that we could afford and helping us understand the tradeoffs to choosing one option over another. Serve was great about communication and scheduling and this team shit up just as planned. It's only been a week since they did their job but based on their overall professionalism and apparent skill, I'm hopeful the results will be good long term! Papa's will definitely be our go to plumbers from now on.

Tomas did an excellent job fixing a water damaged wall and installing a new sink and toilet. He works hard and takes his time to do the job right. Will definitely use him again in the future.

I was very pleased with the service from Allstar Rooter. Everything was completed promptly and they quoted me a fair price for the work. Much less than other quotes I received. What else can you ask for? I'll definitely call them next time I need help.

This business took advantage of me. They overcharged me so much that another local plumbing company apologized to my wife and I.

When I decided to confront the A team plumbing service about the high price, they said Sir, the parts cost a lot of money and the cost of labor. I then asked for a list of the parts needed for the job along with the price for all parts then I did a price check with three big name vendors. My findings revealed that that they lied about the total cost of the parts needed for the plumbing job.

Next, I confronted them about cost of the parts needed for the plumbing job and they told me that the price quoted to me was the exact price they paid for it. Lol. That's Lie #2!

I asked where did you purchase the parts? The company representative replied with Home Depot. I smiled. And said, I actually checked the price for all of the parts with Home Depot. The price you said you paid for the parts are 3X times more than what is advertised on the Home Depot website and even on the Lowe's.com website. He then said I can give you a copy of the receipt. I said you don't need to do that but okay. I appreciate that. Then the company rep said I will send it to you via text message. I said thank you.

Well folks, I never got a text message. So I called the company office and asked for the owner to give me a call to discuss this matter amicably. The company rep in the office said no problem, we will have him call you. Again folks, I never received a call. I called the office again, same story. I waited for about a week. No call back. It's been over 4 weeks now.

Now I am telling you my story. I'm sure this company may do good work but their core values stinks. Integrity is a real issue at this company. I don't trust them after my experience to do any work for me. And I would not recommend them to my family or friends nor to YOU.

I can't believe they were that desperate for money to overcharge a customer. It says a lot about the company's leadership. Don't spend your money with these people.

We had a leak back in June that went from our kitchen and into the dining room. I shut off the water and called Sherlock Leak Detection early the next morning. Ron, who is very friendly, came out within a reasonably short time and went right to work seeking out the source of the leak after turning my water back on and listening for it. He is well equipped with the necessary detection devices to get the job done; like in less then 10 minutes. Our dishwasher was the culprit. I'd call Sherlock Leak Detection again without hesitation should a similar situation ever arise.

Came out first thing in the AM, on time, and  did what they said they were going to do. I'd hire them again.

This company was really great. I needed a plumber ASAP and they were able to send someone within a couple of hours. The plumber was very professional and fixed all the issues properly. I would highly recommend them.

Dale is the best.  3rd generation plumber with incredible knowledge.  He is also very friendly and extremely trustworthy.  And my wife appreciates that he is very clean.  When he had to go under the house through the bedroom he laid out drop cloths, put on a special suit, and even vacuumed up after himself.

I needed a complete repipe of all water lines due to repeated water leaks. My plumbing co referred me to Michel and Avi who came in the same day. They have an excellent skilled team of young workers. The job was done in 3 days.
Michel and his brother Avi and all the workers were very friendly. I got impressed indeed with the quality of the job done in my house. I think they deserve more than 5 stars. I stayed home during those 3 days despite the inconvenience. My phobia of water leaks came to an end so now I am ready for new flooring of my house

Beeto has become our go-to for every plumbing related issue. He's punctual, trustworthy, and communicative. I trust him to give honest advice and not just make a buck - he clearly cares about customer satisfaction and repeat business.
We have him come for a hydrojet service on our old sewer line several times per year. This past winter when our old water heater finally went out for good (after multiple repairs and numerous cold showers!), Beeto very quickly walked us through the options for new units. We decided to go tankless, and he was able to route the appropriate gas and water lines and install the new unit in one day.
Simply put, he's truly the best!
