Ray came within the hour of me calling. Che worked very quickly and explained what he did.  He was very polite.  I asked about doing another drain and he said it would be a third of the price since he was still at my house. In the end, he said the drain was ok.

I was able to get a quote over the phone and schedule work the next day. The work was not urgent. I had a slow draining kitchen sink which I would snake every 6 months. But I could only go down 9 feet into the drain before my snake twisted up. I suspected a bad clog further in the pipe. I had old galvanized kitchen drain pipe about 22ft long. I called SER plumbing to have it replaced with ABS pipe. While they were replacing the pipe they noticed an existing ABS pipe that was not slopped correctly. So they also fixed that pipe as well. They were very professional and took the old large galvanized pipe with them. I would definitely use there services again and I highly recommend them. Also they stuck to the quote they gave me over the phone which I thought was supper reasonable.

First of all we had amazing service from Alex in replacing a toilet and three drains. He picked up toilet and delivered and made sure all areas were clean and we were absolutely happy before he took payment. He even went above and beyond and fixed a wobbly toilet for no additional payment. He even provided a great price lower than quoted on phone because we packaged the other drains with the toilet replacement. Highly recommend! Call them today.

Used Yelp to get some quotes for a kitchen drain clog on a Sunday night. All the businesses were closed but Andy still replied with a quote during the off hours. He came out first thing the next morning and cleared the clog for us. He was friendly and patient with my questions about my house plumbing and had the etiquette to wear a face mask (during Covid sheltering) and shoe booties to not track in outside dirt. 10/10 would recommend and I plan to call them for my future plumbing needs.

Luigi was great to work with. He was very responsive and able to get to my property on short notice to fix some plumbing issues under my house. He completed the job in a timely manner and at a very fair price. I'll continue to use and recommend Luigi for all of my plumbing needs.

Tomas fixed the bar in my closet and now it holds all my clothing. He did a great job. He was nice, worked neatly and his pricing was very reasonable. I highly recommend him and will use him again.

We don't know much about water heaters, so we had to learn real quick. Called to have 75 gallon water heater installed. Santos was AWESOME!! He recommended leading brand, let me pick install date and time. They were here before me and ready with equipment. I give credit where credit is due! Installed the heater in about 2hrs. Yes job was well executed and I would recommend them to anyone. Very dependable and honest. Their price was competitive and fair.

I realized I needed someone to come change a leaky valve at 4pm on a Friday. They arrived quickly and got everything taken care of. They are affordable and professional. They were also very good at communicating and made the payment process easy.

Unfortunately, I needed a leak detection company to help me find a landscape leak. I looked on line and left a request for service from another big company and never heard back. Then I came across Sherlock Leak Detection and was impressed with their reviews. I ended up leaving a message for Ron, who called me back the same day. He made an appointment for a couple days later. Both Ron and Amit showed up on time and spent several hours trying to find the leak. Because the leak is outside and might be under concrete, it was a very difficult situation. They suggested I have a sub-meter installed so that they could pressurize the line. After I did that, Ron and Amit returned to try again. This time they were able to determine the most likely cause of the leak and what direction I should go to resolve it. Bottom line with these guys: They were very professional, courteous, and reliable, not to mention very reasonable in their price. I would use them again and not hesitate to refer others to them. Seriously, Ron and Amit are the best. Look no further.

I went on yelp to find a plumber on the West side as I had a toilet that needed a new refill and flapper valve replacement. The first place I called (that had a good Yelp rating) told me the parts alone would be $300 + labor which sounded crazy as I could buy a new toilet for $400 and parts were probably $25 on Amazon. So I called Sunset on Memorial day, someone actually answered and booked an appointment for 2 days later at 9:00AM. The plumber was here at 8:55AM and did the job in less than 30 minutes and it was about $180 all in. Here's the funny part, when I tried to pay they told me they would bill me. Never heard of this service in today's world. Honesty and trust on both sides. Amazing...I don't think I have ever said that about a contractor. Thanks again.

I called Greg to replace my kitchen faucet.  He was on time and brought all the necessary tools with him.  He took off his shoes prior to entering the house, he kept the area neat and clean and took the old faucet and box away to discard.  He charged me an hour even thou he spent a bit more time on the job.
I would use him again and I would recommend him. His estimate was accurate for the job, he quoted an hour and he charged an hour. I called yesterday and he came out today.  Quick, easy and reliable.  The new faucet looks great and works well with no leaks.

Beeto's plumbing performed a trenchless main line sewer replacement and unclogged a slow draining shower drain for my husband and I. Our existing line had finally failed with multiple areas of damage and they replaced it with new PVC. They are very professional, honest with pricing, knowledgeable, punctual and courteous.
