I needed to get someone to the house for a repair quickly so I called Palisades plumbing. I spoke with Mandy and she organized it for someone to meet me there within a few hours. She is helpful and very nice. A wonderful experience overall and I will definitely call them the next time we need something repaired!!! Thanks Mandy

On September 21st, I set an appointment for John to come fix my toilet. He was very friendly and prompt. He fixed my toilet. I paid him $70 and he left. The next day, the toilet was leaking from the same spot that he had attempted to fix the day before. I called them up and politely explained the situation (John didn't answer, it sounded like an older man). I basically said, Hey, no harm, no foul, I'm not mad, but the thing that I hired John to come fix hasn't been fixed, can he please come back and finish the job?

The man on the phone argued with me, telling me it had already been fixed (I guess he thought I was blind and/or messing with him). I said, I don't know what to tell you sir, I'm kneeling down here on the bathroom floor and it's continuing to leak from the exact spot I hired John to fix twenty four hours ago. The man said, John's not here, I'll have him call you back.

That was over a month ago. I called Plumbing Bros and they came and fixed it immediately.

So if you feel like giving a dude $70, having him NOT fix your toilet, and then having his phone guy argue and tell you that you're wrong, DEFINITELY call John!

OR, just give me the $70. I'll at least set us up a bar tab at the Village Tavern.

John, if you're reading this, feel free to respond. I'd love to hear it. (Seriously, I've been waiting over a month!).

Steve's great. He comes quickly and does the work at a fair rate. He will also let you know what you don't need to do, too.

Ray came within the hour of me calling. Che worked very quickly and explained what he did.  He was very polite.  I asked about doing another drain and he said it would be a third of the price since he was still at my house. In the end, he said the drain was ok.

Ser Plumbing is by far the most trustworty and reliabble plumbing company I've had the pleasure of dealing with during my home renovation experiences. For the project I had Luis and his team give me a quote on adding a bathroom to my garage. This would of course require extending the main sewer line and breaking up concrete along with the rest of 'the works' for a shower and full bathroom. I had many other plumbers come and give me quotes for the job all of which seemed way over priced and left me with no ore questions then  answers.

Luis and his  team were not only the most reasonably priced for the job but answered every questIon that same day. He and his team also would address every issue that would arise ( as things do when your dealing with a house built in 1940) immediately with me before  continuing anything further. He is fair, trustworthy, prompt and responsible. I'll never use another plumber!

Plus look at the work! Speaks for itself.

Had a great experience with this plumbing service. Called the day before for a backed up kitchen sink. Corey came out and snaked the drain which I previously tried to snake myself unsuccessfully. Thankfully Corey knew what he was doing and was able to get the drain unclogged. He then ran water down the drain to make sure that it was cleared out. They didn't try to up-sell me any services. Only charged me for what they needed to do to get the job done. I've been ripped off by a plumber before and will now be using Shellback exclusively for any future issues.

Great pricing and super honest. Would definitely hire again and recommend to all my friends. Doesn't charge unless he gets job done. Was able to get a big toilet brush head out of my toilet. Get these guys and you will not be disappointed.

I have a super old floor heater/furnace, was told it worked by previous owners but wasn't sure. Luis came out assessed it, turns out it worked. Showed us how to operate, re-ignite the pilot if it goes out, made sure it was safe (no carbon monoxide leaks).

He came out today on New Year's Day to East end of Boyle Heights, charged a small amount for him to come to house get it going, making sure it's safe and on a holiday.

Highly recommend, and will be my go to for any future heating/hvac related needs.

Would absolutely recommend. We had a time sensitive project repairing water damage in some drywall and he exceeded our needs in time, efficiency and quality of his work. His pricing was very affordable.

I can't believe these guys don't have good reviews yet.  They were the third plumber I called to clear a sink drain line blocked below the cleanout (I tried a standard ridgid drill/snake out to 25 feet with no results).  One plumber tried a rooter, and said they couldn't clear the line - they recommended hydrojetting ($1200 to $2000) as a temporary fix, or replacing the line running for $7500, including digging through the driveway.  Another plumber from the home warranty company sent a guy who only got his hand/drill snake caught in the line (at least he didn't charge me).

I was ready to spend $7500 but decided to make one more call so I could better stomach spending the money (or hopefully get a lower bid).  Allstar came out and cleared the line in 45 minutes for $100.  These guys will always have my business from now on.

Kyle came in and took care of the issue quickly and efficiently. He was very courteous and explained everything the entire time. The quote was lower than a lot of other plumbers I reached out to.

Overall A+ experience. Will use again.

Amit was outstanding. He was able to do an inspection the day I requested and even arrived early. Within a few minutes, he located the leak, which was minor, and resolved the problem. Very thankful for his expertise, professionalism and honesty.

DeVinney repaired my shower in no time and for far less than other quotes I received. They were professional and responsive. I would recommend them to anyone and will use them for any future plumbing needs.

We are extremely pleased with the entire experience. They are professionals, knowledgeable and the quality of the work done by Sunset West Plumbing is first rate.  Oliver was excellent.  The office staff is pleasant, efficient, and follows up regarding appointment scheduling.  Over the years and number of plumbers we have used while remodeling, we have been rather frustrated.  But not this time.  They are terrific.  Thank you.

My grandparents trusted Pitman Plumbing decades ago, as did my parents.  The next generations continue the tradition of honest service, quality repairs, and help in a pinch.  There are cheaper plumbers out there, but these guys come through time and again.  Special shot out to Greg for being so kind to my mother in law when fixing her leaking laundry sink.
