Hired John's Plumbing to install a water filtration system and faucet. Had to cut a hole in the countertop for the faucet, and many plumbers weren't able to do so. John did that and installed the system within a couple hours. Happy with the service!

I needed to snake my sewer drain that was clogged and Steve was able to take care of the issue with no problem. Upon first call, he greeted respectfully and provided outstanding customer service. As the situation was an emergency, he arrived promptly and took care of the situation with no further complications. Thank you Steve! I will do business with you again brother!

Just as it was getting dark on a Friday night our HVAC suddenly stopped pumping cold air and the temperature started climbing. I called Luigi and he agreed to come take a look before he went home even though he was clearly tired from a long day. Called them on the 4th of July and they were here 45 minutes later. My tub was clogged and I had tried a snake, drano, and the plunger. They unclogged it in less than 5 minutes. Excellent service and very friendly.

It's been 5 months with all new water supply line, copper, drain system and tankless wifi controlled hot water system - circulating hot water pipe designed and installed by Robert and his team.  1800 sqft single family home -  4 bedroom / 3 bath overhaul.

My place is about sixty years old and showing it. I can do some maintenance but recently I had to bite the bullet and hire a plumber. I picked Sunset West because it was close to home and had good reviews which appeared genuine rather than manufactured. Set a time between 2 and 4 p.m. and waited with some trepidation. I figured whomever arrived would probably show up around three or so.

The doorbell rang at 2:03 p.m.

Oliver was the fellow who'd been assigned my case. I explained to him that I had a blocked bathroom sink and tub that hadn't been used in ages and, if he was up for it, that I needed a few other things done as well. He was more than willing to fix the other problems even though Sunset West's website did not list them as services performed. Off to a great start as far as I was concerned. So far, so good.

Unclogging the bathroom sink took a little time but ended up(Through no fault of Oliver's, but of the vagaries of sixty year old plumbing) causing my downstairs' neighbor's sink to back up and flood as well. I asked Oliver if he wouldn't mind taking care of her first and that I'd pay. He was able to fix her problem in a little under a half hour and now my neighbor doesn't resent me. So far, so great!

Once both sinks were taken care of he moved on to the bathtub. This turned out to be a problem, again due to sixty year old plumbing. Oliver proceeded to draw diagrams explaining what the problem was, and we headed up to the roof of my place to see if he could snake through the vents up there but it turned out it wasn't doable. We'd have to go through the wall to get to the pipes themselves. I asked him if he new a contractor he could recommend and he replied he could do it himself and take care of the drywall and plastering. So far, so fantastic!

All in all, took about three hours, far less time than I expected, even with the fact there's still work to be done. I am more than confident next week I'll finally have a working bathtub after four years of having to use my other shower. I'm going to make a point to ask for Oliver again when I make the appointment. Fellow was old school competence, total class act. Can't recommend him enough and consider him extremely trustworthy. Pricing was pretty reasonable and I look forward to hiring this company again. In fact I will definitely now consider Sunset West my de facto plumbing service.

Michele and his crew were very professional and honest. They came out and tried to fix a clogged toilet but unfortunately it was a sewer line that collapsed due to years and material it was made from. They replaced the sewer line and installed two clean outs for future needs. Michele and his team took the time to make sure everything was done in the best possible way. I highly recommend A-1 Apex plumbing.

I had a hot water heater emergency earlier this week and came to Yelp for a good recommendation. Beeto's did not disappoint! They were super responsive, came out that morning to replace my old, broken hot water heater and that afternoon I was able to take a warm shower again.

Not only that, but they were very good at explaining what did what. I'm no expert on hot water heaters now, but I know a lot more than I did before.

I highly recommend them and will be using them in the future to take care of some other, less urgent, plumbing repairs.
