Plumber Joe is the way to go!  At Palisades Plumbing.  I have been calling Palisades Plumbing for several years  They've been great in helping me resolve minor plumbing issues.  Clogged sinks, leaks, toilet bowl replacement parts, etc....  I haven't had any major plumbing work needed yet and I never feel like they are trying to talk me into doing more work that is unnecessary.  Plumber Joe is trustworthy, friendly and funny!

When my water heater went out I looked on Yelp and they sent my info to 5 plumbing contractors. I believe thaT I hired the best. Steve gave me a great price, fast service and did a great job. He even met me at Lowes to pick it up. I will defininetly use him again.

Ray has done multiple projects, both small and large, for our family over the last few years.  He is always professional, friendly, and honest.  His prices are fair, and most importantly, the quality of his work is fabulous.  If something does not need replacing, he will be the first to tell you.  Because he does great work, he has a long list of happy customers.

Reached out to Ser Plumbing regarding a water line installation to service my Ice Maker. Luis showed up on time and installed our waterline in a timely manner. Will definitely recommend to family and friends.

My elderly mother had a hot water pipe burst at the water heater around 4pm that flooded the garage. I was at work and couldnt respond and she couldnt get the water to turn off. After calling the fire department for an emergency shutoff of the water, I called a few places that couldnt come out on an emergency basis. I called Shellback and they responded within two hours and fixed the pipe for $150.00--amazing. The technician was great and really put my mom at ease. We found out that another valve needed to be replaced but by that time the warehouse was closed. Mom had water but not hot water. Shellback came back the next morning first thing and completed the repair. The total cost, with the emergency response, was $300.00!! I believe the tech was Dejon and safe to say he is mom's new favorite! Thanks Shellback plumbing you just got a new customer for life!

Andy responded to our request.  Reasonable price compared to the crazy quotes I was getting.  He was very easy to talk to and explained what his solution to our problem was.

Took out our old pipes, snaked them and updated them with a new connection.

Just wanted to give Luigi a shout for his honesty. Our AC broke on a Sunday and he came over within a few hours. It turns out our breaker switch had just flipped (um, why didn't we check that? LOL) Instead of pretending to do work and charging us (because clearly we never would have known the difference), he was honest and just charged us the $79 house call fee.

Must say, i was very impressed from the initial phone call i had with Papas Plumbing. Serj was the one i dealt with and he provided exceptional over the phone customer service and was able to answer all my questions. I had a water heater issue and needed it fixed ASAP. Serj said he will be at my residence within one hour, and surely enough he showed up in less than an hour and took care of the problem quickly and not to mention the clean job he did, which is something i take very seriously when it comes to my home. Definitely recommend them to anyone.

Tomas did a great job fixing our kitchen sink piping. He made some corrections to the original piping which was not done properly years ago. Very reasonable prices. We use him again for any other work needed around the house.

I can't believe these guys don't have good reviews yet.  They were the third plumber I called to clear a sink drain line blocked below the cleanout (I tried a standard ridgid drill/snake out to 25 feet with no results).  One plumber tried a rooter, and said they couldn't clear the line - they recommended hydrojetting ($1200 to $2000) as a temporary fix, or replacing the line running for $7500, including digging through the driveway.  Another plumber from the home warranty company sent a guy who only got his hand/drill snake caught in the line (at least he didn't charge me).

I was ready to spend $7500 but decided to make one more call so I could better stomach spending the money (or hopefully get a lower bid).  Allstar came out and cleared the line in 45 minutes for $100.  These guys will always have my business from now on.

Bought an old house with lots of plumbing issues and Robert and his team have been an absolute dream to work with. All of the gentlemen are knowledgeable about older plumbing systems and upgrades, and how to prioritize what to tackle first to avoid disasters. Robert spent over an hour answering my questions and explaining things to my satisfaction. Exceeded my expectations by a mile.

We noticed a slow leak dripping from the ceiling. Ron at Sherlock Leak came out immediately on a Sunday afternoon. He used an infrared device to find the leak and then went into the attic to quickly diagnose the problem. He was informative, trustworthy and more than fair with his prices. I highly recommend for leak detection services.

Don DeVinney is highly professional, responds quickly and took care of our clogged drains quickly for us!  We highly recommend him & will use him again for sure!  Thank you Don!

I had a leak, didn't know where it was coming from. Called the owner of the company, such a nice guy. He even returned my call after hours and scheduled a time for his men to come out and investigate. Greg came out with another good man, and through thorough investigation and water test - they found the problem, which they quoted and finished job very efficiently and excellent work overall! They are clean and they clean up after themselves! Super nice and overall very good guys. I liked them a lot for the job they did and the price they quoted. Will work with them again and recommend them to my neighbors.

We had a minor flood as our plumbing was backing up from the shower and overflowing the toilet in our ADU.  Called A1 Apex Plumbing and they had a repairman out to our home within an hour.  Never heard back from a few other companies so I really value A1 Apex for their expedient and excellent service.  We needed to add a clean-out in front of our home and repair some of our main sewer line to correct the problems.  A1 got to work ASAP and fixed the problem as quickly as possible.  I was recently diagnosed with cancer, and it seems like we got bad news each way we turned.  We can't thank A1 enough for working within our budget, understanding our situation and making our home a priority.  Thank you to Jaime who explained the needed repairs so well and being in charge of our repairs.  Also, thank you to Sal, Sagee and Gilbert for working so hard to complete our repairs as quickly as possible.  All of the guys are super nice, knowledgeable and left the repair site very clean. A1 Apex Plumbing will be our go to plumbing company going forward.

These guys (Beeto and his assistant) were SO great, from start to finish.  My inquiry (about a new water heater) was met with a timely, friendly, and thorough estimate and timely communications (through text messages and photos of the site).  They arrived on time (even early), did a fast, clean, efficient installation of a new water heater, left the space spotlessly clean, and were organized, fast, efficient, effective and friendly the whole time.  Perhaps best of all, it was a GREAT service for a very fair price, and a great value.  Very impressed with their work; they deserve a lot of credit for doing everything great from start to finish.  Highly recommend this company.  (Para personas que se necesitan informacion en espanol, se recomendia este negocio con fuerzo; son buenos hombres y el trabajo fue perfecto para nostros).
