I had underground water leaking and they sent Alex next day for evaluation and estimate for that.
After I shared the information for last several days happening with Alex, he gave me some options which sounded fair and understandable.
After I accepted his suggestion, Jesus joined him.
And they just stared digging the ground.
They both are in professional manner and found the location of leaking in an hour.
They fixed it at the day.
Their charge was more than fair as well.
Absolutely I would recommend this company to any my neighbors  in silver creek area who has plumbing issues.

I called them this morning for a clog in my kitchen sink and they sent the technician in few hours. Matt is awesome, cleared the clog very quickly and took his time to let me know the do's and do not's. Very friendly. I highly recommend Elite Rooter and Matt.

Called him up early in the morning for a clogged waste pipe, came within the hour. He had a look, gave me an accurate and affordable estimate, had it fixed in no time. As an added bonus: Besides being quick and professional, he's a friendly guy. Bottom line: You can't go wrong with him!

We worked with Fantastic Rooter and the behest of our Realtor.  We needed to get our bathtub replaced pretty quickly as we were getting ready to sell our house. They came out to our house, were very professional and said they'd get back to us with a quote within a short period of time.  

Initially we didn't receive anything.  It took more than a week until we did receive the quote.  During that time I did not get any updates directly from them without me initiating the conversation (this communication issue was continuous throughout the project).  

We had asked for the quote to show the various line items of the project, including replacement of the bathtub, the faucet, fixing the sheet rock, and flooring if it was necessary.  The quote did not specifically call out these line items at all an didn't include amounts for the sheet rock or flooring.  

I received the quote and decided to move forward with them as it seemed like a reasonable price and we were in a bit of a hurry.  I accepted the quote online and did not hear back from them.  I had to call to actually schedule the work for them to come out (though the quote site specifically says they will call you).  

They came out and did the work, making sure to clean up when they were done.  They did a pretty good job at getting everything done even though there were some issues with materials getting here on time (not their fault).  

When the job was done the sheet rock wasn't repaired and there was a large hole on the ground where they had removed the part that was connecting the flooring to the tub.  Before they left I asked if they would be able to do some simple/quick repair so that the tub could be used and so that it would look nice when we listed it.  The person that was here said they could do that and for me to schedule time with the office after we got the house painted (which was happening the following week).  

I paid them the full value of the quote that day, but I received a call from the office as well as the person from the site saying the charge did not go through.  It was clear on my bank statement that it did and it eventually showed up on theirs.  When I asked them about coming back out to do the simple repair that I asked he noted that he spoke with his manager (Jaime) and would not be able to come out and do the repair as it isn't their specialty and they didn't want to do a bad job.  I was very clear that I didn't care if it looked beautiful, as long as it was functional.  They still refused to do the work, so we ended up having to pay someone last minute to put something in place (also didn't look great).  

Overall they did a fine job on the replacement of the tub, but their communication was awful, and the part at the end where they wouldn't do something simple to help us out left an awful taste.

Very happy with the work Able plumbing did. The office staff and guys doing the work were great to work with.
They showed up when planned. They finished the job ahead of schedule.

They have the team and experience to get the job done right.

Besmir and Samuel did an excellent job in installing our whole house water filter system. They also pointed out a few things that were out of code in the house, and fixed it. Overall, great job, even though it was a bit pricey

My grama's house is a older house and the main line was back up. Zeke(plumber) promptly came out and cleared it.pulled out nothing but roots from a redwood tree in the back yard. We then decided to see how bad it really was. Gene(co-plumber) came out and camera-d the line, and low and behold the pipe was cracked..all along 50ft and was infested with roots. Another joy of being a homeowner-what u gana do? We went ahead and replaced the whole line..guys were very professional, and patient with explaining what the process was. They worked very fast(done in 1&1/2 days) and the price was very reasonable. I highly recommend Zeke and Gene..great team!

John is by far the best plumber I know! He's knowledgeable, professional, detail-oriented and courteous, and his work is always of top quality. 5 years ago he installed my water filtration system and replaced my kitchen faucet; today they still work like new. Recently he did an excellent job replacing a bunch of 16-yr-old cartridges for Hansgrohe faucets and showers for me. Due to the handles' old age (and possibly inexperience of the contractor who installed them) some of the handles were already fused to the old cartridges and were extremely difficult to take apart. John figured out workable solutions, helped me find the parts, fixed them in a timely manner, and showed me how to prevent the same problem from happening again in the future! If you need a proficient and honest plumber/handyman then I strongly recommend Mr. John Wakefield!

He got my issue resolved in less than an hour upon arrival, and the arrival was within an hour of me putting in the service request on their website. Super easy to schedule and so quick to respond - I will definitely use this service again!

Glad to have picked Jeremy for help.  He was professional, punctual and knowledgeable, professional and punctual.  He arrived promptly on promised time and gave me notice in advance of arrival, figured out where the leak was promptly once there.  At the end, he also helped me get a plumber contact to fix the leak on same day.   Thumbs up!!

They came out today to unclog our kitchen sink. They worked quickly and efficiently.  They also fixed the kitchen leak.  I was amazed they were able to do so much so fast.  They were very professional and I'll definitely call them the next time we have a plumbing issue.

Second time using Tony.  First time was a Trenchless water line.  This time was a clean-out where another plumber came out and couldn't clear it (turns out he was using too small of an auger - both the diameter and length were inadequate).  Tony had it unclogged in a jiffy.  His came equipped with his fantastic attitude, professionalism and sense of humor which was very welcome considering we had gone several days with a clogged sewer clean-out line.   Showed up on time and got the job done efficiently.  Highly recommend him.

Came out promptly on a Saturday at no additional charge. I called probably half a dozen plumbers and they had the most reasonable quote. Matt was extremely upbeat and positive, especially unusual given that is was a cold, dark, Saturday night and he was working outside. Will absolutely use them again. The coupon on yelp is extremely generous!

Called around 9am regarding my water heater. Seems the thermocouple went defective overnight. Result, no hot water! Bernard was on another job and called back promptly. He mentioned he probably had the part and would text me when he was on the way. An hour and a half later I received the text and within 20 minutes he had arrived. Service was friendly, quick and professional. Cost was reasonable. It doesn't get much better than that. Highly recommended!
