Mike did an awesome job of replacing the drains. He was nice enough to workaround my schedule and worked Saturday so can't ask for more.

I had a shower/bathroom drain issue. Gabe arrived on time as was scheduled, explained his understanding of the problem and fixed the issue properly. Highly Recommended!

Bullet Plumbing was great. I called in the morning and Trevin said they had two jobs booked, but they could do our job as well. Xavier arrived at 4:30 and looked at both of our problems. The bathroom needed a new toilet shutoff valve and water line. The kitchen also needed to have the leaking sink faucet replaced. Xavier went to the store to buy the parts and returned to install everything. So both the bathroom and kitchen look great and work like a charm.

I was having a problem with my water heater. I just wanted an estimate on how much it would cost to fix the issue... a couple of other plumbers i called just told me that first needed to visit and check it out which would be $100 right off the bat. Midas was cool enough to talk to me over the phone to give me an honest estimate. As a homeowner on a limited budget I really appreciate that. Thank You! I will come back here next time.

The owner, Jaime, came right away and did a great job cleaning out our clogged kitchen sink drain pipe, and explaining the cause, and how to prevent it in the future. He was very friendly and professional, and his assistant was great as well. He bent over backwards to fit us into the schedule right away and help us out. We ended up hiring him to do a plumbing repair job shortly thereafter and again he went above and beyond,  creating something better than we had to begin with, instead of just fixing a leak. We would highly recommend Fantastic Rooter for any type of plumbing needs to anyone. You'll be glad that you called him.

If your looking for a dependable company for a project Able Underground is who I would recommend.  They worked with me on a septic/plumbing project at my home and did a great job.  No problems, always upfront and great employees that answer all your questions.  These guys work with you!!

Forget the 5 star I would give him 10+ if yelp let me! I had a water leak that I thought was from my bathroom upstairs that was making sounds, and it leaked all the way to my kitchen ceiling. Call a bunch of plumbers wanting to charge me even before looking at the problem. Only Shane return my phone call and told me that he can come in the afternoon but also referred me to another business if I needed to taken care of faster! That right there impress me because who does that nowadays to give up work to another company! Shane even work with my schedule that day because of some errands I had to run. He came to the house went upstairs and check out the problem and told me it wasn't the bathroom but the bathroom sink which I never use but didn't know that it was leaking underneath ad soaking through the cabinet. No wonder my water bill was so high. He replace the broken relay valve and install new ones shut off the water from the sink and also outside. Also one other things he always take off his shoes going in and out. No other business that I have hired have any respect like Shane does! The reviews for him on yelp is true and on the money.  This guy is a straight shooter and will always have my business! He is a workhorse and will get the job done rain or shine. Highly recommend! Don't call any other plumbers until you call Shane first! He's very humble and is like a part of my family now! Thank so much bro!

Leo is a gem of a guy. Told me when he will show up and he did. follow ups are prompt. Will let you know ahead of time that he's arriving at ur place. so much of courtesy. I love it. I had clogged drain pipe in my garage near my washing machine n garage sink. Leo brought 75 ft snake and cleaned it all up via my roof vent access. Now there is no backup or clogging. he's very efficient n quick. hardly any time wasted. I would highly recommend him for ur plumbing needs. Thank you Leo.

Was asked by our homeowners insurance to get an earthquake gas shut off valve installed.  Had no idea what would be involved and Mike Counsil plumbing walked me all the way through.  Alex did a great job coming out to look at our set up and determine what was needed, James, Luis, and a couple other gentlemen arrived on time and were efficient and quick to do the work.    They set up the permit inspection and again arrived on time and got it handled.  They are probably a bit more expensive than others but there were no issues and I appreciate their professionalism and response and clear communications.

I am calling them today!  I have always had good luck with these people, reliable, timely, and fairly reasonably priced. I did call Mt. View office at 650-968-1551.

I had kitchen sink entire pipe has been broken so I called him 8am and he called me back within 5min!
He came to my house an hour later to fix emergency situation.  When he saw pipeline was broken, he automatically asked me if there were drainage issues or not , even I don't mention it.

UPDATE:  Shibli is an honest, hard working professional.  The only reason I knocked off a star is because he installed my parent's Rhino Water Conditioner, it leaked, and then he came and fixed it for a FEE.  I would hope that if he stood by his work and if something he installed leaked within a MONTH, he would come and fix it without a fee.  I didin't agree with that but I wasn't about to let my parents flood their garage.

Tony was on time and very nice and down to earth.  He fixed the clogged drain and explained what he found. He cleaned up and departed.  I would recommend his service to everyone.  Top Knotch!!

We asked Tony and Rick to do some critical work for us in an effort to prepare our house to be listed.  They found a pretty bad leak and took care of several other issues.  Tony even braced our oven and that is not something a plumber normally would do. They cleaned up afterwards and had a positive attitude. Use Tony as your plumber and you will be happy with the results.

Romeo did a hydrojet cleaning. He was quick, responsive and clear in explaining what was being done. Overall he did a great job.

Amazing service!
First of all, when you call their number someone actually picks up and answers with the name of the business, which was not so with the first two plumbers I called (their numbers rang to automated voicemail messages that did not even state the business's name - I wasn't even sure who I was leaving messages for).

I called Thursday afternoon and they said the earliest appointment they had was Saturday. I said I was going to see if I could find someone who could come out before then. (I did - I had an appointment with another plumber to come out on Friday. That plumber was going to charge an $80 transportation fee, by the way. I think that means $80 just to show up. Hey, it's the valley, right? We have all come to accept this kind of nickel and diming.)

Then Steve from Marti's Plumbing called me back. He said they'd had a cancellation and could work me in that day! (I cancelled my other appointment and I'm so glad I did!)

I wish I could remember the serviceman's name who showed up. He was on time, courteous and very friendly yet professional.

He fixed my disposal, which was old and apparently had just been jammed (not clogged or broken). He was also able to identify the source of the leak (the disposal is leaking from the plastic seam - where it was made, the seam where the plastic was formed in its original mold). So the whole thing needs replacing. He quoted me $250 to replace it.

Since we rent I wanted to discuss the expense with my husband to determine if we or our landlord should address this issue.

I asked how much I owed him for his trip out today, and he DIDN'T CHARGE ME! Have you ever heard of such a thing in this valley? I think it's because there truly wasn't much work that he did plumbing wise. He opened up the disposal and just gave the old girl a push start, if you will, but still. I'm so used to everyone trying to make a penny where they can I was completely shocked!

The very LEAST I can do is tell my fellow yelpers about this honest company.

I don't think the man will ever know what his gesture means to me - it's so easy to become weary from life in this valley - how utterly amazing and refreshing to find a plumber that values kindness and grace over making a quick buck.

Marti's Plumbing has all my future business for plumbing issues in the Bay Area, and if you are looking for plumbers that you can trust and respect, they should have your business too!

Bernard went above and beyond today.  He arrived on time to replace the pilot assembly in our water heater and did the repair at a reasonable price.  After he left, we still had hot water issues, but it turned out to have nothing to do with the heater or his work. But, he kept talking and texting with me and diagnosed the true plumbing problem over the phone at no additional charge.  Super helpful and honest.
