Stephen did an excellent job unclogging a tricky downspout clog using hydro jetting. He did a thorough job inspecting all the exterior drains all the way to the curb exit.

He  unclogged our drain in a timely manner . The drain was connected to our washer and it was clogged. Before his help we had water overflowing all over the garage and we couldn't wash our clothes .

I first saw the excellent reviews for Trevin and Bullet Plumbing on NextDoor and called him for   replacement of our pressure regulator valve and some hose bibs that were stuccoed / painted over from the time we bought the house.

Trevin was on-time, within or even below his initial estimate and the work was excellent. Even other plumbers who came for stuff like hot water installation commented on how good the work was.

Most recently, we needed to cap a gas line and I had a shower where temperature was too cool and flow too weak. He made short work of these.

It's always a pleasure to work with some like Trevin--super competent, honest, prompt and respectful. And if he doesn't pick up your call right away, it's probably because he's in the middle of a job--he'll get back to you soon.

I'd recommend him without hesitation.

...today I needed a good plumber,  and without hesitation I called John first thing in the morning.  He knocked on my door at 1PM on the dot as promised, fixed the problem, did a little preventative maintenance, and was on his way in a timely fashion.  Thanks John!!!  You're the best!!

Had a water softener and a whole house water filter installed in a new construction home. I was having water issues with chlorine and hard water.

Today the permit for final inspection was passed for the work to install one property line clean out, one building sewer clean out and remove one tree and stump at my house by Able Underground Construction. I'm pleased with the quality of service this company provides. Their staff always gave me a call before their workers come to my home. They were on time and finish all job in one day. The first inspection also passed on the same day that they finish their job.  It is efficiency and save time. Their field workers, Sergio, Ovet and Alejandro are friendly and hardworking. They did a good job with smile. Their office staff are also friendly and professional. From the first day to get the quote till the end of the job, they handled everything perfectly and professionally. Therefore I don't need to worry including all the paper works for apply permit  and arrangement for three inspection. They know what they do for this job. Beside, they have good equipment to do this sewer clean out and tree removal. Therefore  I would like to recommend this company to other because of my satisfaction with their service.

I'm not sure if I've ever written a yelp review, but I had to write one for Shane's excellent customer service/work/pricing.  I purchased a whole home water filtration/water softener system which was delivered to my house.  I went out for the day with my girlfriend during which time my husband decided he was capable of installing the system himself.  I returned to an extremely leaky system.  I called Shane and he offered to come over immediately (this was around 8 p.m.) to put a temporary fix and stop the leakage.  He then came out the next day to properly install the system and did a fantastic job.  He totally saved me!!!  I will definitely be using Shane for all future plumbing issues.  In addition, his pricing is totally reasonable.

Leo was great!  He was able to come check out the clog (due to wipes that were flushed by mistake) on the 2nd floor of our new home.  Prior to doing anything, he gave us an honest estimate (especially compared to other plumbers and high cost of Roto Rooter). To assess the situation, he used the snake from the drain/sewage pipe from the 1st floor but this didn't fix the clog. So unfortunately, he needed to remove the toilet (which is a slightly higher rate due to the work). He came back the next day (at our request). With some help of another tech, he was able to remove the clog in about 20-25 minutes after a few attempts.

What I appreciated about Leo is that he got to work immediately, even when he was just assessing the situation.  He was honest about what he was doing and explained thoroughly what he would need to do.

Thank you Leo for being responsive, and fixing the problem quickly!  We couldn't be happier, and we know who to call if we ever run into another plumbing need.

We had an issue with our kitchen sink backing uo, and we had a representative assist us right away. Cesar Aceituno was very friendly and professional, and was able to get it back in working order in no time. We are so thankful for the prompt and professional service!

I hired this company to replace a valve cartridge in my rental property shower.  Unfortunately, the main water line was shared with 3 other condos, which I do not own so I could not easily do the job since I didn't want to shut the water off for very long.  I hired this company since I thought they had the expertise to do the job efficiently and would identify the valve cartridge and do the job quickly without interfering with my neighbors' water.  The technican called me when he was on-site and he quoted me $200 to replace the valve cartridge.  He told me he did not have to shut the main water line off.  Two hours later, he said that he had shut the main water line off and he could not get the bad cartridge out and I would have to pay $1400 to get a new valve installed and the main water service restored. Per other plumbers, a shower valve costs $450 installed.  This plumber basically extorted $850 extra from me to avoid me angering my neighbors.  He did not come with a new valve, and had to call in another truck.  Avoid this crook at all costs.

I called Me. Khan around evening. He promptly received my call and fixed an appointment for the next day. He arrived with his plumber on time and finished our job very quickly. Recommend Plumbing connection for their work, timeliness and promptness.

John came over within an hour to fix a leaking kitchen faucet, and replaced the whole thing very quickly, with very reasonable rates.  He is honest, professional, and courteous.  Highly recommended, and will definitely be my first contact for any plumbing or general handyman work in the future.

There were a few problems and questions that I had that Axel was able to resolve quickly. Though the fixes were fairly minor, I had no idea how to do any of the stuff (turning hot water on, stabilizing toilet seat, how to empty the hot water tank for deposits, etc.) and Axel patiently answered my endless supply of questions until I was satisfied. Would recommend.

Also, Plumbtree was very quick to respond and Axel was very friendly and professional with COVID-19 precautions.

I got a call from the water company and had a huge leak.  I called Bullseye Leak Detection and could only get an appointment 2 days away.   But the following morning, Jeremy texted me telling me he had a cancellation so he could come that morning.  He is very good at what he does, finding the leak very quickly.  He is professional and very helpful, giving advice and referrals for repairing the leaks.  I would recommend him to friends and family.

Excellent work, reasonable price, clear communication while we were getting the project organized, and very thorough in cleaning up after themselves. I recommend them highly.

I can't say enough about Tony and his team. I just bought and moved into a new house which has old, cast iron pipes in the laundry room. The first time I tried washing clothes, water was spewing everywhere from the old pipes. I was desperately needing a plumber.  After reading Yelp reviews, I decided to call Tony.

He was at my house within an hour! I couldn't believe it. He looked at the pipes less than 10 seconds before stating what needed to be done. He went out to buy the needed parts and came back within 20 minutes. The entire job was done in less than an hour and I now can wash my clothes. Hurray!

HIGHLY recommend Tony's Plumbing for quality work at a great price. I will definitely be calling him again for any plumbing needs.

Home Depot sold me garbage disposals that didn't work, which meant Jordan and Henry (separately) had to remove and install three garbage disposals.  The first night we discovered the new disposal had burnt coils, Henry just bumped up the original quote for his need to uninstall and start again the next day.  Jordan, too, discovered the second new disposal didn't work, and Henry insisted he exchange it in order to get it done that night. Point is, like most successful business owners, Henry is a fair, responsive, and flexible problem solver. I got texts confirming orders and arrival times and digital receipts which was helpful.  They were on short list of preferred vendors provided by Home Depot, so trust their references but maybe not their products.

Nice guys. My water heater stopped working. Called Friday night at 10 pm, and got them to come Saturday morning at 10 am. Quickly re-ignite the water heater for me.

Downside is that it's quite pricy. Cost me $125 to ignite the heater. The guy told me that he can waive the the fee if I decided to replace my water heater, but have to be within 24 hours. I asked whether he can deduct $125 later from installation fee (after 24 hours), he said he can't. This is a little surprising as it's a quite common business practice.

My brand new Rheem water heater was DOA.  After I installed it, the pilot light would not stay on.  Rheem technical support tried to troubleshoot the problem over the phone, said they would send me a replacement part, shipping the next day, and an installer would be contacting me to replace the part.  I called back early the next morning to confirm the part was shipped only to find that part was out of stock!  The Rheem tech said he would authorize a replacement work order and put me in touch with a local plumber to handle it.  This is where Bernard comes in.  He's the Rheem man for the South Bay.  Rheem gave me the number for Noah's Plumbing (Noah is his eldest son, BTW) and said they would contact me within 24 hours.  I IMMEDIATELY called Noah's Plumbing after getting off the phone with Rheem and luckily Bernard was able to squeeze me in 3 hours later.  Now how lucky is that!

Bernard started by troubleshooting the problem and found the pilot light does light but it doesn't stay on, nor does the blue light in the front of the control unit light up.  He could have waited for the part to ship and leave me without hot water for a few days, but since Rheem authorized a replacement, we took that route.  I called Home Depot to confirm they had my model on the floor.  Bernard detached the unit, put it on his truck, and he and I went to Home Depot to get the replacement.  

Within 2 hours from Bernard arriving to my house, I had a brand new, WORKING water heater in place.  The speed of service was better than I expected.  Sure my DOA Rheem tank really pissed me off, but in the end I was happy to be without hot water for only a day.

Bernard was knowledgable, personable, and just seemed like a cool dude!  He's the owner and the technician so you deal directly with the CEO, CFO, COO, and the guy that sweeps up after the job.  No BS.  Not sure if charges an arm and a leg, but at least you know you're working directly with the guy in charge.
