Trevin did a quick and professional job of replacing our lateral sewer line, adding a two way clean out, and copper repipe of our water supply line from the meter to the house.
This was a big job and he did the work quickly over 2 days with minimal disruptions.
He came out quickly to estimate and was easy to communicate with on phone calls and text message.  I would recommend for prompt and quality work.

John was courteous (called when he was running late), kind (took his shoes off when he entered my home), excellent communication, honest (he showed me the problems and offered solutions and prevention advice), and has very reasonable pricing.  He will be called the next time I have any plumbing needs for my home and I would recommend him to my family and friends.

I was able to determine that our septic tank was in need of servicing. I had a challange locating the second lid, but after talking to Able I was given a clue to find it. I located it and had both uncovered.
Alberto and Lucas arrived in the appointment window after calling to update me with an ETA.
They were quickly set up and worked for an hour pumping out the tank, which it was obvious was overdue.
In addition Alberto check the inlet to make sure that it was unclogged. They even greased the lids to make removal easier for next time.
Altogether it was as good an experience as can be expected.
See you again in about 7 years!

Shane came out on super short notice at 3:30pm on a Sunday to help me.  I was trying to install a new kitchen faucet and it felt like the locking nut had been welded to the faucet head. After trying for hours to get the thing pulled apart, I reached out to my sister who asked him to come help.  He showed up 10 minutes later.

His work was art. He used tools I'd never heard of and skills that only a plumber with years of experience dealing with this kind of stuff would know. After about 15 minutes he had removed it!

He was friendly, professional, and did work that I doubt I would have finished if I had all week in just a few short minutes. Incredible. 10/10 would recommend.

Our Master Bath toilet was broken after a number of years. While I considered doing the replacement myself, I didn't have anyone available to assist me with properly lifting a new one in place, plus there was the removal / disposal of the existing one, etc.
I turned to Yelp to help gather some quotes. The team here stepped up and responded right away - others I pinged, called or requested via Yelp have still not bothered to even respond. Understandable given this was just after the COVID-19 initial lock down had started to lift and businesses were trying to get their feet back under them. That said, the response from Mike's folks was impressive with a home visit to provide a quote. The quote followed their published price list and I got a discount (plus the quote thrown in) by adding a couple of other tasks: Slow draining in the master bath sinks and replacement bib on the tub inlet.
Very professional engineer, exactly as agreed ... The problems all addressed, the remains hauled away and a Master Bath feeling almost like new a decade and a half after we first moved in.

I had a plumber out two days ago and the experience at the time was fine. Although he was much later than when the woman on the phone told me he would be, he was nice enough. He snaked my clean out and told me he removed the block (the problem i had was the water from the washer was backing up in the bathtub). He also told me he put a camera down there and there is a break in the line which the city would fix if I have them come out and install a property clean out. Though he cleaned out the block the problem occurred when i did laundry the same night. I called them back to say that it hadn't been fixed and they said there was nothing they could do. So basically they did nothing and charged me for it and wouldn't come back to try again as they say 'no warranty' on the work. So if you use them just be sure the problem is fixed before they leave because they won't come back unless you pay them to. They did call the city of Santa Clara and told them they suspected it was a break in the line past our property line.

Also to note, it sounds like they tell a lot of people that the problem is on the city side and that a property clean out needs to be installed. I called the city of Santa Clara and they will install a clean out for $290 and then if there is ever a problem they will come out for free. The problem with the city is that to get them to do it it takes a while (approx. 1-2 months). It sounds like these guys count of that and get people to just have them to do it for significantly more cost.

The water pipe under my driveway leaked suddenly. Luckily I had guys from Plumbing Connection come over and they came up with a great fix plan and solved this issue in just ONE day. Amazing service and reasonable price. I recommend them to you if you are looking for reliable plumbing or repiping service.

John provided honest feedback with reasonable rate. My husband and I have a good impression of his feedback. We will for sure contact him for future handyman project!

Thomas and Tristan did a great job clearing a drain line. It was tougher than they thought, but they stayed on it until they broke through, definitely will call these guys out again!

We also had a skimmer leak.  Jeremy came up from San Jose to Fremont to detect the leak.  We had him and his workers repair the leak within just a day or two.  The job involved going thru our flagstone deck, removing the old and broken skimmer/pipe, put in a modern skimmer and re-install the flagstone.  Everything looks great, and we no longer have a leak in our pool and the pump is no longer just sucking in air bubbles.

AMAZING!!!  Really lucky to have found this company and Ramez.  He has been to our house twice now in last 2 months for varied services (installation of whole home water filtration system, repair of leaky pipes, tub/shower faucet installation and diagnosis and repair of some other issues).  He is a very nice and knowledgable plumber that always goes beyond what is needed -- while sticking to his original estimates -- to provide us with the best end product.  Great prices, super service, quick, punctual, and an all around great guy.  Definitely my first choice for all our plumbing needs!!  Thanks Ramez for all that you have done for us!

This is actually one review for two fantastic jobs that HR Silicon Valley Plumbers have done for us in April and May, respectively.

First job was installing a new Smart Toilet and moving one existing toilet to another bathroom. Henry and his crew showed up on time with all the preparations - coverage for our hardwood floors all the way from the bathrooms to the entrance, shoe covers, etc - and got the job done within two hours.  They were professional, friendly and effective.

I didn't write the review as it was our first time.   And I want to wait until we have another job to see if they are consistent.  And boy, they did.

My second job was fixing the kitchen sink for an rental property.  I was traveling when the tenant called in a panicky way - Kitchen sink was clogged!  Help!.  

I contacted HR Silicon Valley in the morning.  In two hours,  Henry and his crew were there - yes on the same day - and voila.  They fixed the problem in no time.

Now, that's when I know that these guys - especially Henry - are totally accountable.  And I will never have to find any other plumbers in the Bay Area!

PS - Did I mention how comfortable that HR Silicon Valley Plumbers use real-time messaging scheduling platform to keep me informed at every step when they dispatch someone?   And the entire order-to-invoice process is so smooth?  Wow.  It's really THE Silicon Valley experience!

Probably like you're doing, I searched Yelp! from my iPhone. Marti's didn't come up first, but as I scanned down list for good reviews, Marti's was first with a great review rating.

I called up, and my appointment was planned very courteously. There were a couple of more brief phone chats to confirm the time and arrival  (love that!). Then the plumber came over and took care of all my requested needs. I happened to have 3 sinks that needed various repairs.

I'm going to use Marti's in the future anytime I have a plumbing need.

I had the pleasure to work with Bernard of Noah's Plumbing and I must say he was very easy going, easy to talk to, and he has ~20+ years experience in plumbing. More than that, he has people to call when in need to harness 30+ more years of experience. A place to turn for that kind of resources is very valuable, because time is money and he gets results. I had a very positive experience working with him on replacing a water heater, he went above and beyond the call of duty because of my unique circumstances. I would definitely recommend Noah's Plumbing for ANY plumbing job small or large.
