Stephen did an excellent job unclogging a tricky downspout clog using hydro jetting. He did a thorough job inspecting all the exterior drains all the way to the curb exit.

Based on other user reviews, I decided to give Midas Plumbing a try. Scheduled an appointment on 2/12/14 morning to have a leaking shower knob checked out on 2/14/14 10am. Got a call on the appointed time that they can not make it because thier car is in the garage. They tried to reschedule at another date but I declined. TOTAL WASTE OF TIME.

This is the second time I've used Fantastic Rooter, for very different jobs. First was fixing a leaking waste line under the house, second was cleaning out main line. Both times they responded quickly, were very clear about charges and options, were courteous, and did the work promptly and well. I'd definitely use them again.

When I started, I had a sink that leaked in two places and wouldn't drain. In no time at all, Evan had my sink doing everything it should do: drain and not leak. That clogged drain had me in fits and couldn't possibly be sanitary. And I never would have gotten that clog, it was 25 feet down the line!
Evan had all the parts, was in and out in a jiffy, and also was a good conversationalist, even as he worked, and had a great attitude. Wouldn't call anyone else, Able has my business for life!

I highly recommend Mike Counsil Plumbing! I had multiple plumbing issues, and techs Daniel and Zack took care of all. They were knowledgeable, efficient, provided thorough descriptions of each issue/solution, cleaned up the work spaces, and the price for the installations and repairs was very reasonable. I've used other plumbing companies in the past with not great results. I will be using Mike Counsil Plumbing for any future plumbing issues.

I had an overall excellent experience with this company.

I called them at 1:40pm today and was told I would have a plumber out within 2-3 hours. This sounded great since it's 24 hrs til Thanksgiving dinner and I have houseguests. The girl who answered the phone was very nice even though she sounded pretty busy (phones ringing in the background).

It is now 2:55pm and the plumber left 15 minutes ago. Mostly because my problem was an easy fix, but it was nice to have this done and out of the way so I can get back to the rest of my day.

I had a leaking kitchen faucet that had flooded the cabinet below. The plumber, Tim, identified the problem and fixed it right away - he is very knowledgeable about the different brands and common problems they have. He spent the extra time just to make sure my drains and water shut-off knobs were working properly.

I am kind of disappointed that I was charged the full hour ($86.50 but it was the price that was quoted). I'm just going to have to write it off as a stupid tax since I could have probably figured out what was wrong if I'd had the time and energy to work on it myself.

I'll definitely call these guys again. They're 24-7 and have crews available on holidays. Also, Tim has great bbq'ing tips.

Our tub leaked  into our neighbors ceiling due to 50yr old piping. This was due to normal wear and tear of aging copper pipes.  Israr repaid the damage with a 90day warranty, however the drainage leaked worse then ever in less than 2yrs  and now my neighbors whole roof is damaged, has black mold and I spent 300 for repair. I was also told I should replace the whole drainage due to original install not been aligned, uhe sed putty to plug a leak on a replaced junnciton see image and multiple gaskets and clamps for drainage which should be a single pipe. These are all indicative of poor alignment and bandages to fix the plug. Israr mentioned he provides a 90day warranty and he is not responsible, however all damage is from his install and the original lasted 50yrs I should hope for atleast 20 without an issue. Now he states it is the caulking which should be replace every 2 years. Down over 1000 and still not confident it is fixed, will need to pay an additional 700 for new compnenets and proper install. Would not recommend, pay extra and find someone reliable

Being accused of altering receipt, see image the cross out for overflow is actually the tail of the g from the word Leaking above. Did not change the overflow see before and after. This illustrates my point perfectly, he can not admit his install was unreliable and attacks you personally, enjoy working with Israr.

John stated to me that he prices his work for Seniors needing help.  I hypothesize this is the reason he does not have more yelp reviews on file.  I agree it is a poor reason given that everyone, not only Seniors, needs help living in expensive Silicon Valley.  But my formal education was pre-internet and one of the amazing things I learned on my recent month-long vacation in British Colombia is that some of the friendliest people in North America do not agree with using Yelp  to blackmail.  

John has come to my condo  twice in the past three years.  He is polite, honest, and hardworking in business for himself.   He installed faucets, hooked up a new icemaker inside this time and capped off leaks in my patio during the drought last time.

John also said he has plenty of work.  I pay by personal check.

Axel and Edgar did excellent work fixing my leaking sink as well as broken water pipe.  They were swift, friendly, and professional; they took time to explain the problem (and solution) and educate me a bit about proper preventative maintenance for my sink pipes/valves.  I highly recommend this service.

Jeremy is polite but be aware of that he would try to make extra money off you in various ways.
He tried to extend the conversation to show that he 'worked' longer hours and charged more.

We needed urgent help with a clogged toilet.  Plunger would not take care of the stoppage, so we started calling plumbing companies.  No one was available on the same day.  With Quality Plus, the plumber came to our house 12 minutes after the phone call, took care of the problem very quickly and left the bathroom clean.  Really appreciate the prompt, efficient help.

I really needed a plumber and left a message with on the voicemail which says ALL CALLS  will be returned the next business day. Really? Guess new business isn't important to them. If they were not interested in my business or couldn't do it, a call would have been nice.

Romeo and Isaac came to help me, we're very professional, respectful, and efficient in their work. We would recommend them for future preferences and to friends how are in need of a respectful, yet very professional plumbing company.

I called Marti's because I had a leak around the sink faucet.  They came the same day.  The plumber who came took a quick look, thought for a second, and immediately diagnosed the problem.  She was able to fix it in about a minute.  I was kicking myself for not having realized what the problem was, but I was happy to have the problem fixed ready to get my checkbook to pay for the home visit. She informed that there would be no charge for the visit.  I was extremely pleased with the service and would definitely use them again.

Brand new Rheem 40gal gas water heater from Home Depot wouldn't light; it is the model that lights the pilot when it needs to heat (pilot isn't on all the time). Had Bernard from Noah's Plumbing (referred by Rheem customer service) come out and he quickly confirmed it was a defective pilot assembly (probably a blockage in the tiny feeder tube). He verified proper operation with a 50gal pilot assembly he had on his truck but didn't have a replacement 40gal unit. After finding out Rheem was out of stock on the 40gal. pilot assembly, I found one in So. Cal. and had it shipped. When it arrived, Bernard picked it up at my office and went over and installed it. Water heater finally fixed. On a positive note, Rheem did reimburse me the cost of the replacement pilot assembly.

Bernard not only knew the Rheem water heater inside and out, I was especially impressed with his troubleshooting skills; fast and efficient. He, without a doubt, saved Rheem from a costly warranty replacement in this case. If you have a Rheem water heater with a problem, don't call anyone else, call Noah's Plumbing and ask for Bernard.
