My dishwasher stopped working and these guys fixed it no problem! I messaged them and the next day they came to see what the issue was. They fixed it quickly but also made sure to be thorough with their work. Very nice people as well. Would definitely recommend!

These guys were great! We had problems with out kitchen sink draining, it got so bad we couldn't wash our dishes from one meal without the whole sink filling up and taking a couple hours to drain. We called these guys and they cam the next day and immediately figured out the problem. Apparently the former tenants of our house had steadily been putting grease down the kitchen sink for years and it had solidified and left major blockages. They handled it no problem, but it definitely wasn't something we could have done on our own.

They were very professional and friendly. They even helped smooth things out with our neighbor who was complaining about the work (some water was splashing on his driveway). They went over and cleaned it up, no problem. They explained the issue and told us how to continue to help improve the situation with home remedies (dish soap and boiling hot water down the drain). Overall, excellent service and would recommend and use again. The main person we dealt with was Sam and his partner's name I don't recall but I believe it started with a J. Both of them were very professional and personable.

Anyway, completely satisfied with their work. Our sink drains amazing now, the headache that has been lifted can't be explained. Our sink has never worked this well and it makes our lives so much easier.

I am grateful that I found EJ Plumbing.  I started my search with a couple of Diamond Certified plumbers but I felt that they are expensive, and there were always some negative reviews.  Great reviews throughout for EJ Plumbing, so I called -- I had clogged drainage in the bathroom, but I had heard other people's stories about having to send a camera down the drain and found tree roots in the main...  EJ Plumbing's rate is the second least expensive in my research, and they charge by the job, meaning if they have to snake it for two hours, it'll be the same price; while others will charge me the incremental hour.  Plus there is no equipment fee.  And if they end up having to use the camera, their rate is the least expensive of all that I called.  And I had a not so bad conversation with the gentleman on the phone.

Luis came out and he was very neat, and actually smelled nice.  He had the sense of not putting on the dirty shoe covers from his last job, so I offered him mine.  He ran the faucets, flushed the toilets, and decided to snake one bathroom and machine snake the clean-out of the other bathroom.  He was polite and patient the whole time despite my questions and the hot weather.  After he finished, he went back to his car and came back to the door, clean again, and handed me the invoice that I was not afraid to touch.  The quality is in the details!

I am very thankful for Trieu and Handy Rooter & Plumbing.  Our toilet backed up and water was spilling over the toilet and onto the floor and into the laundry room. It was a mess. I reached out to Handry Rooter and got an appointment scheduled for later in the day.  Trieu arrived on time and was very friendly and efficient.  He took off his shoes before entering the house and brought a blanket to put down on the floor to protect while augering the toilet.  I also had him fix the refill valve on the toilet that was leaking water.  In the end he provided me a detailed invoice and went through everything with me slowly and clearly.  There was even a warrenty for his work.  All in all I am very pleased with the service I received and would highly recommend them and use them again.  Thank you!

Needed my Hot Water replaced.  I requested a Quote at 7am, and Joe responded within 30 mins.  Quoted price was in the ball park of others, but they were able to arrive that day.  A few hour after the initial conversation the job was done.

Marlon did an awesome in disconnecting the plumbing under our sink and reconnecting it as part of new countertops installation. He was very responsive via Yelp and went out of his way to do high quality work. He and tony make a great team and I would highly recommend him

I looked for a plumber on Yelp on a Friday morning and 5 Star Plumbing was one of the additional proposed professionals. They gave a free price estimate, and came the next day. They checked that their initial thought was correct and that the piece actually needed to be replaced. The work was completed in less than one hour. Their guy was very nice, patient and answered questions. 5 well earned stars.

Daniel came out in the rain the next morning, removed the rusted part, and helped advise me on a replacement part. Works great, very satisfied. Will use them again

I got an excellent plumber from ASAP. Showed up and clearly explained my options with fair pricing. The work was completed as agreed, within an hour and it has good performance since. The plumbers did nice cleanup, and billing close out was easy with nothing but professional service from my new guy... I have had allot of runaround before from other local plumbers. None have done as good work as ASAP, and fair pricing even that was better. On my next plumbing job ASAP will be on my call-list. Good job guys!
