My dishwasher stopped working and these guys fixed it no problem! I messaged them and the next day they came to see what the issue was. They fixed it quickly but also made sure to be thorough with their work. Very nice people as well. Would definitely recommend!

We've had a few plumbing issues over the last few months and Giovani and his team were thankfully able to handle them both quickly and for a good price. We had them fix a clogged tub the first time and install a new kitchen faucet, garbage disposal, and shower head the second time.

Giovani and team are very professional, punctual, fast and easy to reach. Both times they've been to our house Giovani has offered me tips on how to keep the plumber away!

I'd highly recommend their services. I'm happy we have a plumber on speed dial, but selfishly (sorry Giovani) hope we don't have to see them too often!

Had clogged drain between kitchen sink and insinkerators.  We scheduled an appt same day and  Michael showed up, quickly diagnosed the problem and recommended solution and everything was fixed within an hour. Great service! And got 10% discount b/c I referenced Yelp. Highly recommend them

Trieu has come to my house 3-4 times for different jobs including installing a new water line for a new refrigerator ice maker, fixing a downed drain line under a kitchen, leaking plumbing under the floor of a bathroom, etc. He is the only plumber I ever call now. He is very professional, very fair, takes time to explain everything, shows and leaves you with pictures, and gives great advice.

Most recently when we had a bathroom leak and had water damage, he came out on request, inspected the plumbing, and presented possible scenarios of how we could deal with the water damage. I value his opinions/advice and he is always extremely fair with pricing.

Telephoned Rooter Hero when I had a major plumbing back-up of toilets
over flowing, tub and showers filling up - they arrived that morning and did an inspection under the house and pictures of our pipes which of course were plugged.  Gave us a fair price (called two other plumbers) compared to the other estimates. Two lines had to be cleaned and sewer boxes installed.  One box was satisfactory, the other box in our paved driveway was not.  After a few calls to rectify the issue employee Rudy

This was a perfect experience! Called at 7:49 AM and Todd arrived at 8:23 AM! We had a backed up toilet and he made quick work of it. Awesome plumber that clearly knows his stuff.

One of our office restroom toilets was experiencing a leak. JR was very responsive to my initial inquiry and had a Facetime call with me to identify the issue. Marcos was also very responsive when I required additional documents and information for entering our building.

On the day of our appointment, I was unfortunately delayed in getting to my office and JR patiently waited for me. During the time spent here, JR was communicative and professional and both technicians wore their masks during the entire visit. The leak was repaired in a timely manner and the cost was very reasonable.

Overall my experience working with Handy Plumbing Man was very positive. I will recommend them to other colleagues and highly recommend their services.

Javed is the best in the bay area! Not only is his prices affordable, he follows through in a couple of days to double make sure the problem has cleared. He is very friendly and a professional. I got my toilet unclogged by Javed and in a couple of days he asked me if the problem was solved and I said yes. But a couple of days later, I dropped another cap in the toilet. When I called him, he came to my house in 5 minutes!! On top of that since the problem was similar to the first time I called him, he did not charge in ANYTHING. If you need work done on your toilet...javed your answer.

Woke up Christmas morning to discover this. I was totally expecting to wait until Monday and that was ok. Within 2 hours, someone was at my door with a mask and booties. WOW! Sink is all clear and the cost was very reasonable. Can't recommend them enough.

I called Always rescue plumbing to fix my clogged kitchen sink. The guy arrived and gave me initial estimate. Once he started working he changed his estimate. Later on he said sink can not be fixed with current tools he had brought and would require bigger snake to remove the clog but that also was not guaranteed and also, he would have to go back to store and get it. Also, it would cost much higher like $600+ dollars. So, from initial $250 estimate to $600 just for going back to store and get bigger snake that he did not bring in the first place! I was not ok as I felt he did not know what he was doing and also, he kept changing price. So, I asked him if he can unclog the sink for time being even if it's not guaranteed as we initially agreed upon. He tried again a bit with same tools he had brought and then after some time he said he could not unclog and to fix the problem would require him to break the wall where kitchen pipes are located and that would roughly cost $3000. what!!!
At the end he charged me labor cost without fixing any issue. When I asked for receipt, he said office is closed and so he would email it to me next day. I am still waiting for the receipt.
Later, in the night, I found the u-pipe under the sink which he had opened for cleaning was not put back together properly and so started leaking.
He created a complete mess under the sink and also, in garage drain with grease and left without cleaning it.

I needed immediate help with a clogged drain that wasn't fix with another company 3 weeks ago. Steve was super responsive and completely fixed my clog within half a day of my inquiry. He was friendly, good with my 3 dogs, and pricing was more than fair. Hands down, this was the best experience I have had from any plumbing service.

The reason I gave them a 1 star is because when I called a recording came on and when the recording said if we come out it will be $250/hour so I immediately hung up. If you're open 24h why would you charge so much unless this is their normal price even when it's not an emergency. With that price why would I even call them at all emergency or not? They will not be getting my business.
