I requested main sewage line to be unclogged. Khoa provided an affordable pricing. He arrived on time and was quick. He provided excellent and professional service. He was knowledgeable. I was extremely pleased with his clean, quick, and excellent work. Next day, he followed up to make sure the main sewage line was working good. I highly recommend him.

While fixing the dishwasher drain hose St my mom's house, I found broken 2 drain pipe inside the wall underneath the kitchen sink. At this point I knew it was above my pay grade. I called Local Rooter, gave them my info, and Tino called me within 10 minutes. He was here within the hour. Located the problem, picked up the parts and finished the repairs by 6 pm. Thanks for all of your hard work. Mom couldn't be happier  Next time I need a plumber, you'll be the first call I make!!

Marco didn't actually come out to fix my plumbing, so I can't review him on that.  However, I called because I thought my sump pump was broken.  I called several other plumbers and it sounded like an expensive repair.  I told Marco exactly what the problem seemed to be (sump pump not pumping out the water) and he suggested I try taking the lid off and using a broom stick to see if I could dislodge TP from the float that regulates the sump pump.  

I tried it and it worked!  Everyone else quoted me $1100-1200 for the repair but no one suggested trying this one simple thing.  I appreciate the honesty and helpfulness Marco provided and if I need a plumber in the future will use him. Thanks Marco!

I appreciate how quickly Joe came out to help - several companies I called were not available. My home warranty sent someone to fix what we thought was a main access line blockage. They were not covered because I don't have an access line, and said the would charge over $400 for access from the roof. Joe came and quoted a price of $380. He used a camera  to determine I did not have a blockage in the main access line. He then cleared the blockage that existed in two different places in my home, and showed us that the garage utility sink had been backing up unknown to us. He was able to access this from the bathroom rather than the roof top, and did so without damaging the bathroom tiles even though he removed the toilet.  He installed wax rings when reinstalling the toilet, and came back to fix it when it turned out the wax rings caused a bit of blockage in the toilet. He was careful, kept my white rugs in the bedroom adjacent to the bathroom clean, and was quite friendly. He gave me a quote for fixing the lines in the home that led to the blockage (noting some pipes were too small for their intended use and that another pipe was either cracked or bulging, although he could not see the problem). He was willing to wait for me to get a second opinion on the scope of the work, although he was not willing to give a written estimate without a deposit because of his fears that such an estimate would be used to underbid. I'm waiting to meet the plumber for the second opinion, but very likely to use Joe in the future.

Edit: I have met with another plumber, also found on Yelp. This plumber believes my pipes are in excellent order and took pictures to show me the condition of the pipes. He stated that some of the pipes that Joe thought needed replacing because they were too small in diameter, were relatively new, very expensive copper pipes of a standard diameter. He also did not see anything that suggested I had a break or bulge in a pipe. I will not be replacing the pipes or doing the more extensive work Joe recommended, but did appreciate the rapidness of his response.  I have revised my rating down to 3 stars since I am appreciative of the rapidness of the response and how cleanly and thoroughly he fixed the problem, but not sure what to make of the difference in opinion about my problem.

I needed my pressure regulator replaced. Integrity Plumbing responded promptly and did an excellent job at a reasonable price. I will use them again.

We had a leaking P Trap under our sink and called United Plumbing. They answered the phone and were very nice and professional. Our technician Tony was very friendly, worked quickly and did a great job! Their price was reasonable and they stayed within the quoted budget. As good as it gets. Highly recommend!

I had a shower that would not turn off we had tried to replace the lever ourselves and were very un successful.  Reached out through Yelp on a Saturday afternoon around 130pm.  The call center took all our info we got a call back in 2 mins from a tech Gabriel and he was at our door by 330pm.  I had to turn the water off to the house and was in a panic to get it fixed...on a weekend...during a pandemic!  

Gabriel came out mask on safety booties greeted us and I showed him the issue.  It was a simple piece replacement cost 250.00 and was done with in 20 mintues.  He was very kind explained what he was doing showed us how our attempt to fix was not the entire problem but never made us feel silly for trying.  He was very friendly cleaned up and took the time to look at a few projects we were curious if his company could do.  Walked us through what it would take (ice maker water line broke and need a new toliet) and the office to call and set it up.

I can not say enough good things the service was awesome the response time was amazing and they understood the urgency we had with no water and 5 member family.  I would recommend them again and again!!

The reason I gave them a 1 star is because when I called a recording came on and when the recording said if we come out it will be $250/hour so I immediately hung up. If you're open 24h why would you charge so much unless this is their normal price even when it's not an emergency. With that price why would I even call them at all emergency or not? They will not be getting my business.
