My dishwasher stopped working and these guys fixed it no problem! I messaged them and the next day they came to see what the issue was. They fixed it quickly but also made sure to be thorough with their work. Very nice people as well. Would definitely recommend!

Handy Rooter & Plumbing was very reliable, and came over to fix a problem with a leaking toilet. They were right on time. I thought that it needed a new wax ring, but they discovered that it was leaking from the tank. Because this was an easier fix, they charged me less than the original estimate. I was very pleased with their work, and would hire them again.

Super responsive, great cost, and honest work. Would highly recommend. Really appreciate setting the expectations as any plumbing work can turn itself into a lot bigger of a project if problems are discovered.

There is 1 word that describes Khoa very well. Professional. And definitely at its finest. I was dealing with a bad main line leaking problem. Khoa responded to my call, calmly asked the right questions, and went over to analyze the issue promptly. He gave me directions on what I needed to do with the water company, gave rough estimates, and gathered his crew to fix the next morning in a timely manner.

Khoa documented all the fixes he did and even gave a lesson on what is wrong. He runs an outstanding business and I will not hesitate to call him again / refer to others.

Drain Rooter Service was not my first call. I called another highly rated rooter service first and they told me they could get someone to come by the next morning and gave absolutely no price estimate or even a guess. That was not satisfactory.

I called Drain Rooter Service and they told me there would be a technician out in twenty minutes and he would give me a price before he got started with NO charge to come out!!

Hung was my technician and he crawled under the house and checked out a few more things, carefully, before he gave me an estimate. Then he explained how he knew where the problem was. It all made sense, he gave me a very fair estimate and proceeded when I accepted his estimate.

He resolved the problem, gave me a thirty day warranty, cleaned up nicely and was on his way.

Fast service, very fair price, very professional service is what I received. As Hung left, I told him that I would call him next time I needed rooter service, but I hoped it wouldn't be too soon.

Marlon did an excellent job replacing my Kitchen sink faucet today.  Old one was original 23 year old faucet and he had to work very hard to remove (cut off) the old one.  Very prompt and diligent.  Recommend highly!

We had United Plumbing come and replace our water filter faucet. We had the parts before they came. They were in and out within 35 minutes with great quality work. Highly recommend!

Alright... check this out... Called these ARP to replace a main shut-off value.  Not only did they have one of the more reasonable quotes, they were able to come out the same day to do the job.

The job required shutting off the water at the street water shut-off, and unfortunately, it wasn't completely apparent which shut-off value was specifically for my home. The box we thought mapped to my home didn't seem to shut the water off, so we spent the next 45 mins hunting and digging around, looking for the correct water service box.

Long story short, we weren't able able to proceed with the project. Either the box we thought was for my house has it's own shutoff issues (likely), or the box is buried somewhere we weren't able to find. None of this was ARP's fault, and I was grateful for their assistance in trying to locate the right box (we tested a number of different boxes).

I'm going to contact the city to identify the correct water service box, and definitely call these guys back to complete the job.

The water heater supply line for the hot water was leaking and was impossible for me to get off. I took pictures of the pipe and sent them in to show the problem. Khuong was able to give me a quote, based on the pictures. He came out that same day and not only fixed the leaky supply line, but replaced some old pipes and fittings for the same price he quoted me with.

Overall, great experience. Khuong is very friendly and easy to work with and reasonably priced. I will call him again if I have more plumbing problems.

The reason I gave them a 1 star is because when I called a recording came on and when the recording said if we come out it will be $250/hour so I immediately hung up. If you're open 24h why would you charge so much unless this is their normal price even when it's not an emergency. With that price why would I even call them at all emergency or not? They will not be getting my business.
