Fast, professional, terrific work.  Followed COVID protocol and we were able to continue to work from home while he was here -- he was very quiet and independent.  Totally happy.

I contacted Eddie with several plumbing needs - one which required some research. He had me send photos which helped determine what could be done. He worked with me on timing and came and did an evaluation and estimate on a Saturday. The work was done very well, timely and reasonably. He went out of his way to get me a water main key and showed me out to turn of the water in various places. I will definitely hire him in the future for my plumbing needs.

I want to thank the Safety Plumbing services specially from Edris and Mesbah both of them are very nice, friendly, hardworking and generous guys. They came on time and fixed the main water leaks outside of my house. The rate was reasonable and very fair than any other plumbing services. I definitely call them again.

We had a mysterious leak occurring in our garage that appeared to be related to our clothes washer. After unsuccessful attempts at diagnosing the issue with other appliance repair companies, we called All Go Plumbing and Rooter. Kiet investigated and found that the leak had nothing to do whatsoever with our washer, but rather washer and water softener drain water was coming back out of our uncapped service pipe and spilling onto the garage floor. He used his water jet to clean out our main drain line, which he discovered had been clogged due to being old and had not been unclogged for several years. He also fashioned and installed a service pipe cap to ensure that sewer gases would not get into the garage space. Both solved the drainage issue. Oddly enough, we found another leak issue after that visit that, as it turns out, had been occurring for some time without us noticing. Our two water softener and washer drain hoses had been sharing an old cast iron stem/stand pipe and the lack of pipe diameter caused the drain hoses to splash back water out of the stem pipe while draining. Kiet patiently came out to investigate this issue and helped us set up the drain hoses as well as they could be into a single stem pipe and did not charge us for the visit. Kiet is very friendly, knowledgeable, and easy to work with. I highly recommend All Go Plumbing and Rooter!

Adnan and Bakhtiar are true gems in professionalism and customer service. I had to call them outside of business hours for emergency repairs. Adnan was extremely helpful and caring. He went late in the evening to buy a toilet from the store for us so he could fix our toilet first thing in morning. I have no words to thank Adnan Khan. I feel very grateful and humbled by their response to our emergency situation. God bless your family and business.

Honesty and integrity are soooooo nice! I called Drain Masters to come out and perform a hydro-jetting service (a very specialized pressure-washer for sewer lines) My line was not clogged, but I had easy access to the sewer system during a remodel and I new there was a bit of construction debris in the sewer line - so I thought why not get some peace of mind that it is clear.  Edward arrived early, and after some discussion he used his fancy sewer camera to examine my sewer line. He said my lines looked fantastic, and he saw no need to spend the extra money on the hyrdo-jetting service. Thanks Edward!

I purchased an Aquasana Whole House Water Filtration System from the manufacturer in Texas.  So when it arrived, I needed someone to install it.  Problem was that the water main was at the front of our house and our garage had not been plumbed for any plumbling.

I called Water Quality Plumbing.  
They had to go under our house - which was a challenge because of multiple remodels and a maze of old substructures under there - and run pipes from the main, to the garage and back.  They also had to make sure that none of my 5 outdoor faucets were running through the filtration system.

Their men were well spoken, clean with their work, communicated what was happening and did an excellent job.  Jason did the actual installation of the system and I am now up and running in less than 2 days.  My down time for running water was minimized by the men running parallel systems until the actual hook up.

Wow - something that you don't always find in the construction type business.

I would DEFINITELY recommend these guys - matter of fact, I am scheduling them to come out to fix some other plumbing issues that we have.

Repeat customer! I'm really bad about writing reviews, but Vic's work prompted me to follow through. First time around, he replaced a leaking toilet shut-off valve, and fixed the wobble on the toilet itself. Today, he cleaned out a clogged drain. The guy knows his stuff. He responded to each inquiry ridiculously fast, requested pictures to get a better understanding of what the problem was, and quoted accordingly. Reasonable rates, courteous and professional. You have any plumbing issues, call Vic first!

Superb service.  Conscientious workers.  My job was large, ambitious, complex, including challenging setbacks, but they were up to the task.  And they pushed to have it completed and permitted in a timely fashion.  The price was also slightly lower than others quoted. They left the worksite clean.

In particular, Ivan Avila went the extra mile.  But all were easy to work with and communicated well.

Owner, Kevin, is a very competent, friendly, patient, honest, and responsible plumber. He knows plumbing. He goes out of the way to explain the problems and the solutions. Kevin fixed my bathroom tap for me (by replacing the cartridge). After the job, they give coupons for next job.

His staff, Jimmy, is also very friendly, competent, responsible. In the second job, Jimmy flushed the hot water tank for me. Well done!

I've worked with Anthony several times in the past.  He's done good work for me and so I've cut him some slack when he didn't respond right away once before.  This time, I reached out to him 4 days ago and still haven't heard back from him.  Not a hey, I'm really busy right now, you're better off finding someone else.  Not a, hey, I'm swamped.  Can I get back to you in another day or two?  Not even a hey, because of this Covid019 stuff, I'm not taking business right now.  Just... NOTHING from him!  I even tried reaching out to him again 3 days after my first contact attempt and still nothing. :-(

His phone voice mailbox is full (it's always been full).  His message says to just text him.  Texting him just leads to a black hole.  Sometimes, plumbing issues need to be dealt with right away.  If you're waiting for days for somebody to get back to you because you liked working with him, it would be good to know that he will get to you or he won't.  However, at this point, I'd say you're better off just passing on giving him a call.  Don't waste your time.  If he can't be bothered to return calls, he's not worth your business.

My review is now a 2.  If he didn't do good work, I'd give a 1 star because of how bad his customer service has gotten.  Truly sorry because he WAS very good, IMO.  I hope you get it together, Anthony.  You were top-notch.

After getting 2 quotes for backed kitchen line I called Mission City Plumbing they came out right away, they charged me $150 to cable the line and did a free home plumbing inspection, Service Tech was Very knowledgeable, friendly and clean, I highly recommend this company

Quick response and very efficient! Takai came in the next morning and did the job very smoothly on a leak from one of the outdoor valves. Was very professional with the work and easy to communicate with.

called Agilis Plumbing for a replacement of the dishwasher air gap. They sent John over the next day. This guy gets the job done. We have an unusual plumbing setup of the dishwasher/kitchen faucet/water filter system. John was able to quickly navigate through this and replace the air gap while ensuring it is compatible with the rest of the systems. I highly recommend him for future jobs.

Great quick responses in Yelp and qoute! Needed our water softener cleaned out. Scheduling with them they were very busy with the recent storms. But they got Me scheduled when someone else had canceled. Very good service and he was done in less than 1 hour. A bit pricey for what I needed, but did the job right and excellent customer service. Therefore, earned solid 4 stars from me. Thanks all Pipes.

The hot water faucet in the kitchen refused to shut off.  The only way to get the water to stop was to turn off the valve under the sink.  Called Patterson Plumbing, they were there the same day, right on time.  Diagnosed the problem quickly, Out in less than an hour, leaving no mess behind.  Doesn't get much better.
