Steven was very quick to respond to a request I had to fix my shower drain that was draining very slowly. He was able to come on short notice the same day as my request and quickly diagnose and fix the shower draining slowly. Great pricing and fast service, definitely would recommend!

I wish I could give them 6 stars!!!  Ed went above and beyond to help when our pipe burst from the street to the house.  He was sadly not able to come for the repair but actually spent a great deal of time on the phone explaining everything to me to make sure that I was receiving a fair price and quality work from the plumber who could take the call.  He honestly went above and beyond what I would have ever expected!  I will definitely be calling him in the future

My Repipe quote for 4 bed, 2 full bath, 2000 sq ft home was a whooping $20,000. That was 8,000 above Repipe Specialist and Advanced Repipe Specialist (both $12,000). I called to discuss the quote and offer an opportunity to adjust the quote but the service rep said it's not worth our time. James Arguelles 5853 Cohasset Way, San Jose CA 95123. 1.18.21 Update - Owner called me after the post and offered an apology for the poor experience. I accepted his apology. He explained his reasons they are $8000 more than the quotes from Repipe Specialist and Advanced Repipe Specialist. The cost per hour for his workers is more than competitors and his tools are better. That said the reality is from a customer standpoint the two competitor companies have good reviews and quoted the same job. I have since selected Repipe Specialist who outsource to a local outfit and the experience has been good.

In my opinon it will be hard for diligent customers to agree to pay a cost nearly 2x for the same work due to a business model with higher overhead.

The silver lining here is the owner did call me back and explained his reasons. I will let the Yelp customers agree or disagree if they want to pay the additional cost passed on by the owner. I opted out. Honesty does count for something and I wish the owner and his company good luck.

Our neighbor downstairs was complaining that water was leaking to his garage while we were using the shower upstairs. It's a tricky issue, as we did not see any leak in our bathroom, but we thought something was wrong, maybe the pipes burst inside the wall ?! We called around couple places, and Right Plumbing was the most responsive and came with the most reasonable quote to investigate into the problem.

Ed first came and had to cut open a small area of the garage ceiling of our neighbor, and confirmed the shower in our upstairs unit was causing the leak. As we did not see any leak in the bathroom, he suggested ways to fix the problem by cutting open the wall behind the bathroom so he could see the pipes and fix the problem from the back. This was before the Christmas holidays, and we told Ed we would call him back in the New Year to fix the problem as we would be away for the holidays.

When we contacted Ed in the New Year, he remembered us and the exact issue, and we were able to set up an appointment the very next day. He did cut open a hole in the wall from the back of the shower, which is actually the wall inside the closet in the bedroom. But the problem was trickier than we thought. The pipes were in good condition and showed no leak, and Ed patiently traced the source and finally figured out there are multiple areas of the leak, from the shower spout and the shower head, as well as the shower wall where the caulking had worn off. He then went to Home Depot to get the new parts, and also re-do the caulking around the tub, and confirmed there's no more leak. All these took the entire afternoon, but Ed still charged us the initial estimate despite the problem being more complicated than initially thought, and he also had to buy additional parts.

And he asked us to wait till the caulking dry out the next day before using the shower, and to double check for leaks before asking him to return to patch the wall. And thankfully we don't see any more leaks, but there are some water dripping from the spout when we used the shower head. Ed came with the tools and materials to patch up the wall, he kept saying he's only an expert in plumbing but not the wall repair, but we think he did an excellent job. As this is the wall inside the closet, we did not bother to re-paint it. Ed also fixed the dripping from the spout problem for us.

We will definitely be using Ed for any future plumbing needs, hard to find anyone who's so friendly as well as thorough in the work.

So do your research--3 contractors--then choose All Go Rooter--I say do your research so that you will appreciate what your getting when Mr. Le comes to do your project:  a great price, excellent work, and and an honest tradesman who will go the extra mile for you. My project passed inspection with no pand he made it happen!

Our sewer was blocked with tree roots. They tried to run a snake through the toilet, but the sewer line had too many turns and they were not able to resolve the problem. They did not charge me.

The next step was to install a clean out access in front of the house. Again ran into problems with the sewer not being in the location they thought. They dug a second hole closer to the house and found the line, installed the clean out access and proceeded to get the roots out.

I scheduled an appointment to install water softener. The first time nobody showed up, I called and left a message. They called me back in 2 days, apologized and we rescheduled. The exact same story happened the next time. I was in disbelief, but decided to give them a third chance.

On the third attempt Drain Masters did come. And once they do - you should be happy! These guys did a fantastic job installing a water softener at my house. It required extensive piping and I was very very pleased with their job. Very. So much that when I needed to replace an expansion tank at my other condo I called them again. They answered the phone right away, and we scheduled an appointment.

Yes, you guessed it right - nobody showed up, and nobody called. Later they called, apologized and we re-scheduled. You guessed it right again - the exact same story. I called again and left a message. This time they didn't even want to return my call. I called a few times after that, and now nobody even answers the phone - it goes straight to the voicemail.

I believe due to their high rating at Yelp they have plenty of business, the customer are lined up, and they can choose who they want to come to. I guess I just wasn't one of those.

I noticed a leak in an outside pipe today and called Water Quality Plumbing. We had used them about a year ago for a clogged drain. A very nice woman answered the phone, listened, and then had me talk to someone else who then told me he could have someone there between 2 and 4pm... it was 1pm when we talked.

Rich arrived on time and fixed the problem!

I was home alone and felt completely comfortable.

This makes Water Quality two- for-two in my book!

Highly recommend Vic's plumbing company. Vic was knowledgeable in what could be the reasons for my leaking bath and shower valves. He fixed all 4 valves and I only needed to buy 1 new and he rebuilt the other 3 rock solid. He is a easy guy to talk to and explained what he was doing throughout fixing everything. Will definitely use Vic's Handy Plumbing again!

Very responsive, fair price and when I needed them to come look at something else that could've been related to my initial issue, helped me discover the issue and told me all my options. Definitely, they are going to be my go to plumbers for my old Craftsman house.

Dan was polite, efficient, and punctual, and completely resolved our slow-draining sink and bathtub troubles.

My disposal quit working.  Kevin was on time and very polite.  He fixed the problem and the disposal now works fine.  I would call Bueno Plumbing again if I have any plumbing needs.

called northstar plumbing early on a fri morning to deal with a main line backup at our home. Anthony and sam called ahead of their arrival, and arrived on time. they expertly snaked the main line which relieved the backup. they then, at no charge, used the camera so we could see the nature of the problem. we were able to determine the cause, root bundle, and location of the problem within the pipes. excellent service at reasonable cost. I am having them return to place a cleanout access so that the root mass can be removed. very satisfied.

I'm a retired contractor and of course hate to pay to have someone do work that I could easily do.  But my homeowner grade rooter equipment won't cut roots as well or as easily as professional grade equipment. So I turned to Mission City Plumbing for help.  Called at 7am, Tino answered and said he could come by at 10:30 am (He arrived at 10:15am Great start!)  He looked at the situation, quoted me a fair price and said he could knock it out for me in a few hours.
Tino quickly set-up and had the roots that were clogging the main sewer lateral cleared within 20 minutes.  He then proceeded to rooter the entire line out to the street. Now that the line was clear, he cut out a section of cast iron pipe and installed an ABS two-way clean out.
I thought okay, great, but then to my surprise Tino ran the snake the opposite way in order to remove build-up of the 4 underfloor sewer line.
Next he brought out the camera and ran that the full length in each direction.  I am very pleased at his prompt, courteous and professional service, qualities I used to pride myself on when I was a contractor. Call Tino at Mission City Plumbing you'll be glad you did!

Reached out to several different plumbers for an emergency repair for a leak in my crawl space that I needed to get repaired ASAP. After my primary choice flaked out on me, Hightop Plumbing was extremely responsive. I normally am skeptical with providers with low reviews, but made an exception in this case and extremely glad I did.

Takai is the owner and arrived later in the afternoon. He quickly diagnosed the issue and warned me it was a fairly complex fix in my crawl space. He worked well into the evening, but got the job done. He even looked into a dishwasher leak issue I'd been having and resolved that issue as well.

John and his team upgraded the gas pipes and installed the ice maker waterline in my house. He arrived on time, communicated very clearly, and did a very clean and professional job. He handled the permit application, and we passed the city inspection without any issue. If I have any plumbing need in the future, I will definitely give them a call.

I recently had George/All Pipes Plumbing repiped my whole house. He provided the most comprehensive, competitive bid, explained everything thoroughly, and has been reliable throughout the whole process. His is very knowledgeable and experienced, his work ethic is outstanding, he is friendly and takes great pride in his work. He is also very resourceful and takes all the challenges that come with replacing 70 year old galvanized plumbing in stride! He kept me apprised of issues I needed to be aware of during the job, and never used them as an excuse to bump the price of the work. He goes out of his way to keep his customers happy. I would give him 10 stars if I could. He's the best!
