I turned my water supply off to the house at the main water supply at the house. When turning it back on, a screw broke loose internally on the cage valve, leaving me unable to turn the water back on without replacing the main water supply valve.

I called 2 additional plumbers before contacting Drain Masters on a Sunday. Both of the other guys calls went to call centers and would arrange for a plumber to be onsite for time and a half before 6:00pm on Sunday and double time after 6:00pm. I then found Drain Masters on Yelp and called them. I spoke with Edward and explained my situation. He said he would be onsite between 8:00am and 9:00am on Monday.

He showed up at about 8:15 ready to go. He took a quick look and diagnosed the situation. He started on the job and I asked if he could also change the water pressure control valve. I had preciously attempted to change the water pressure and found that turning the nut had not affect at all on the water pressure. He immediately headed back and got the right valve, and returned to finish the job.

After the job was complete, we noticed an additional leak coming out of the watering system connection. He offered to come back later and fix that. He showed up a few hours later and took care of that as well at a nominal charge.

Overall I was extremely pleased with the level work professional work, the very reasonable charges, and the attention to detail. Edward is a very good plumber and I would highly recommend him to do any work you need done. I am considering some renovations to my bathrooms in the future and I'm glad I have found a plumber I can work with and trust. Thanks Edward!

WQP has shown that good old fashion friendly service goes a long way.  Jason was right on time and installed the reverse osmosis system super fast! He's a real pro and nice to chat with as well. Finally we have healthy drinking water that actually tastes like water.

I asked him over the phone for a range of what it would cost to snake a tub drain which was a very simple job. Just a hairball in the P-trap they said between $160 to about $220 but when they got out there they said it be $240.   Took all of about 10-15 minutes to snake the drain. I understand, travel costs, and everything but still find the cost expensive for the amount of work involved.

Honest, knowledgable, friendly, descriptive, and got the job done for what he quoted.  Will be my first call for all future plumbing needs.  Thanks Anthony

Reached out to several different plumbers for an emergency repair for a leak in my crawl space that I needed to get repaired ASAP. After my primary choice flaked out on me, Hightop Plumbing was extremely responsive. I normally am skeptical with providers with low reviews, but made an exception in this case and extremely glad I did.

Takai is the owner and arrived later in the afternoon. He quickly diagnosed the issue and warned me it was a fairly complex fix in my crawl space. He worked well into the evening, but got the job done. He even looked into a dishwasher leak issue I'd been having and resolved that issue as well.

Replaced p-trap under kitchen sink. William did not finish the job by sealing the pipe. Just placed one pipe inside another. We didn't notice the gallons of water that leaked under the cabinets and down to subfloor for months. Beware of this company. I had another professional plumber come fix it. He could not believe the incompetence!

I called three plumbers, never got a call back. Ivan was recommended by a friend, so I gave him a call. He restored my opinion in plumbers! Came out on time the day he said he would, and installed a new water heater for a fair price. I would, and have, recommended him to anyone. I deleted the other numbers from my phone.
