Response quickly after I sent out the quote. Was able to reach out to him on Saturday evening and setup a appointment next day. They showed up and unclogged my drain in about 30 min! Very happy with their service. Price is reasonable too.

When I started to prepare breakfast this morning, my kitchen sink was completely clogged. I watched You Tube videos and tried my best to no avail. I read the Yelp reviews on #1 Honest Plumber and decided to call Eddie. He gave me up front pricing, an arrival time and his plan for fixing the problem. He arrived on time, stuck to his plan and solved the problem. His pricing was very reasonable.

Mike was a pleasure. He showed up within the prescheduled window.  He wore a mask the whole time and put shoe covers on before coming into the house. He was friendly, and easy going, yet professional.  Mike identified the problem in minutes and replaced the broken part.  He helped me figure out another small problem with my other shower drain.

I am not sure if they are competitive compared to other reputable plumbers, but I didn't want to search around too much. I went off reviews on Yelp and another site and I am very happy I found them. I will definitely use them again - I just hope I don't have to for a while.  

I would share photos, but you'd just seem a finished result and a shower that needs a deep clean.  So I'll spare you.

Such a nice people and their customer service is excellent we called them today for our toilet repair they were in my house in less than an hour.. he quickly noticed the problem..compared to all other places there prices are completely low and reasonable...we are facing the water leaking problem from long time and we tried so many plumber and none of them have cleared the issue but these people are awesome at their work..very friendly and best work they have done.

My garbage disposal stopped working in the middle of the day and my kitchen sink wouldn't drain. Kiet worked around my work schedule the same day I called and even waited for me to get home (I was running late). It turned out I did not have to get a new disposal and he took the time and taught me how to fix it myself for the next time if this situation happens again. He charged me less than what he quoted me on the phone. I really had the feeling that this is a person you can trust and he was not trying to take advantage of my situation which is nice for future repairs. He is definitely getting put in my phone contact list.

Kahn and his company is the best!

I have a 1 month old and the worst thing to happen is for the shower to not drain when you get to have your 5 min shower in between naps and 3 kids. My shower drain would not drain at all! For the past 12 hours! Called Kahn at 11 and he was able to come between 2-4 on the same day! He arrived promptly at 2 with one of his workers with him. They took off their shoes and got right to the problem, in and out in 13 min and my drain is working perfectly! Nevemind the embarrassing foot long clog of my hair they removed 25 feet down...

Kahn was professional, personable and kind. He even gave me a newborn baby discount, which was so nice. All I wanted was a working drain from someone who I trusted. (We received his name from a friend and he came highly recommended.) Service was above and beyond, we won't be calling anyone else!

Second visit with a leaky faucet. Let me know when he would be out. Showed up on time and did an excellent job. I notice the less then stellar reviews were from people who did not want to pay his minimum. Tell your mechanic next time and see how far it get's you.

I want to start this review by saying that I can recommend this company if your issue is a common one with a clear fix but if you have a problem that requires exploration with advanced knowledge and service, I highly recommend you go elsewhere. The level of communication and service was so abhorrent to me that I have considered that I was possibly taken advantage of or dismissed for some reason.

  I used this company for two different jobs. The first was a clogged kitchen sink and I was very satisfied with the work completed. I contacted them a few weeks later when I noticed a knocking noise in the walls of our bathroom when water was turned on and off from any faucet in the house. What I encountered next was a stressful saga that lasted over a period of six weeks and the problem is still not fixed.

 Three different plumbers came out on four separate occasions. The first two visits were made by the same plumber but then the third visit was made by a different plumber. I had to spend quite a bit of time re-explaining the issue to him and he even had to call the first plumber to get more information. I really don't understand why the original plumber did not return upon that third visit. The fourth visit was made by someone different, per my request that I wanted an expert to come because I was frustrated that the problem still had not been fixed.

   After the third visit, I was told a supervisor would contact me within a day. A couple of days went by and no one had called. So I called them and spoke to a supervisor who was quite dismissive about the situation and unapologetic at all that it was taking so much time or that someone had not called me yet. He just basically said that knocking could be caused by many things and he would send someone out the next day. At that last visit, the plumber determined that it was for sure the shower valve that needed to be replaced. He was very apologetic that it had taken so much time and assured me that we would be taken care of. He said a supervisor would contact me that day. ONE WEEK went by and no one had called. I called in, spoke to a receptionist who said she would talk to the supervisor and get back to me. She called about 30 minutes later and asked me if I could re-explain the problem we were having because the supervisor had no idea what was going on. This was the same supervisor that I had already spoken with! Besides that, shouldn't all of our information regarding the problem and the work completed have been documented somewhere that the supervisor could have looked up? I found this to be unprofessional and insulting. Finally, I did talk to the supervisor later that day and again, he was unapologetic and just said that they needed to replace the valve and that would correct the problem. I went ahead and scheduled that visit but ended up canceling it because I no longer wanted to work with this company as the last lapse in communication proved to be the last straw. I never heard from anyone afterwards....

  I completely understand that our problem is a complicated one and requires some trial and error so I won't even go into details of all of the work that was completed (and money spent), including putting holes in our wall, to fix the problem. The last plumber to come out even said that noisy pipes are a plumber's nightmare. So, if that is the case, then why didn't a supervisor or the highest skilled plumber come out to begin with? Or maybe a small crew? Also, I should have been informed from the very first time I called in that this was a complicated issue and could require some time, which I was not. I was not billed for the last two visits, which i did appreciate.

  My main issue with this whole experience is the lack of appropriate response time  and level of respect in communication. I wonder if I had not called them those two times, would they ever have called me back? That made me feel like an extremely devalued customer. In fairness I will say that I had a separate, more positive experience speaking with a different supervisor after the first visit. Honestly, there were several other little things that occurred during visits that I had problems with but I have outlined the primary ones. Overall, I feel that they were given several opportunities to provide good service but never did.

We needed a kitchen faucet replaced . Andy came and did the job very professionally and timely . Great job !

Responsive, clean and available pretty quickly. Fair pricing. Vic replaced a kitchen faucet and gave us tips on how the motion sensor might work over time. A few months later we called again for a replacement of our guest bathroom sink faucet. Very happy with the work. Vic is knowledgable and friendly. Highly recommend.

Gomez Plumbing is our go to plumber. Honest, reliable, reasonable prices, on time, and an absolute pleasure to work with.  They consistently fix all out plumbing issues the first time.  We will never use any other plumbing company but Gomez Plumbing. If we could give more than 5 stars we would.

Would have been 5 stars. Gregg did a good job on my house, I have a hot water recirculating pump snd I was recommended to call wizard. I told the receptionist my problem that this was a clean water issue with hot water coming from cold spigots. She was very nice and scheduled an appointment, the crew arrived on time but clearly these nice young men had no idea how to fix my issue.
I had told them I replaced my recirculating pump so that was not the issue, they looked at the pump and asked me if I installed it upside down, basically blaming me even though there is only  one way to install it. After a half hour telling them what the problem was and them going outside several times and calling the office, they told me that they could not fix my problem, but would have another guy come. So after wasting an hour of my time, another employee Gregg came snd looked at my problem and told me repair was going to be 400-475 dollars for 2 hours and parts. He ordered the parts and arrived on the day scheduled, After an hour or so of work he replaced the parts that we diagnosed 2 days earlier, billed for for 475, why is it always the higher number. I liked Gregg, it seems to be working fine, but a little frustrated that I had to go through the exercise of trying to get the people resolved with two nice young men who clearly were not able to fix my problem. They would have been 5 stars otherwise.

We bought a new refrigerator, but when the old refrigerator was disconnected we had an initial leakage problem from disconnected icemaker from old refrigerator and we didn't know what to do. Furthermore the old refrigerator had copper wire for icemaker and we were having trouble getting it connected ourselves. When we called Bueno Plumbing they picked up the call immediately and through phone call was able to talk us through to locate the icemaker valve under the sink and close that so that the water won't be further leaked from disconnected icemaker from previous refrigerator. Then Kevin came over the next day and installed the copper wire for us - super fast! Throughout the process Kevin was very helpful and knowledgeable, honest about the quotes and prices, answered all the questions we had about refrigerator plumbing in general, and we have the 1-year guarantee where if the installation / fix didn't work in the next 1 year we would get the subsequent fix for free. Thanks Kevin for the wonderful job, we have our brand new refrigerator working well!

I came home from work and found that I had no hot water. My water heater is less than 4 years old but it's a GE Model # PG38T09AXK00 and apparently the first thing that goes is the thermocouple which requires a pilot assembly replacement kit PN SP20789
After calling over a dozen various plumbers in the bay area, Home Depot, Sears and GE themselves, I found Anthony.  Not only did he have the part, he said he could replace it immediately so I packed my things up at the office and headed home. Naturally he beat me but was not upset nor did he make me feel bad for being late. He had my water heater working in less than 10 minutes, charged a reasonable rate and was on his way. Minutes later my invoice was emailed to me and I can take a hot shower now! I could not have had a better experience.  Quick, efficient, reasonable rates and nice. You can't beat that in a plumber.

I sent out a number of requests for a quote on a new water heater.  Tino was prompt to reply and provided a phone number for me to call.  When I explained the situation, Tino was very helpful.  Not only that but he was sympathetic and understanding while maintaining professionalism.  I felt that he went out of his way to accommodate us while also offering his best price.  Communication via text (to provide ETA, etc) was excellent.  

I highly recommend Mission City Plumbing and will be sure to call Tino again should I have any other plumbing issues.

We have had Takai reroute my shutoffs on my washer and he also replaced our main shutoff coming into the house,  also replace the pipe coming
into the house from the main, and replaced some fittings, everything he has
done has been excellent, I would highly recommend him to anyone, he is very reliable, honest and he knows what he doing!

We had a drain back up into our garage and Agilis was super responsive and quick to help us out.  They did a great job, were efficient, and helpful.  We'd definitively recommend them and will use them for future plumbing needs.

I am not sure Why the last review didn't post.  But in this case I was lucky, when you get service, Ivan was driving by. Literally. The service was fast and efficient, I had a bent external pipe, that he had to go into the dry wall to replace, and it was taken care of within 45 minutes.  I would definitely use these guys again if I had another plumbing job in Sunnyvale.
