I have used City if Sewer for a couple years now, if not longer for our property management business in the peninsula area. In my experience have very professional, efficient, punctual and reasonably priced. We have done small service calls as well as larger jobs such as full sewer lateral replacements, etc. and I look forward our continued business together.

I had a drain clog in my shower room and called Eddie, Eddie is professional and kind, he asked me to find City first bc he thought it should be clog in mainline. At last, it's true, it's blocked in the mainline, but people from City can't open the cap of the sewer. Eddie helped snake it from roof in minutes and moved the sewer cap the next day.I am very satisfied with his service.

This review is for a commercial space. Crown Plumbing was referred to me by San Jose Drain and Main as they don't do commercial. I have a backed up pipe that every time a toilet gets flushed, it is coming out at the floor drain (eew).

I called them today, 11noon, Shane arrived within the hour, told him the run down in 2 mins then he started working. Got it going in about an hour. He told me what the issue was (someone flushed a bunch of wipes- previous tenant, we are new).

So basically, all it took was 2 hours. I started for a plumber since last Friday and with the shelter in place order, it was quite difficult to get a hold of someone. I will be using them again, their number definitely will get plastered on the wall who to call in case of plumbing issue.

This is a messy job but Shane made it professional. Thank you kindly, you get my recommendation.

Excellent work ! My friend in San Jose Ca, needed  a plumber so I looked on yelp and found this service. He was prompt with excellent customer service and did and outstanding job of replacing an old toilet and a new sink with vanity. As my senior retired friend has some experience as a plumber, he knows a good job when it's done! Also I must add his fees were very reasonable!

My water heater broke during the winter months so went to Yelp for help. Typed in water heater repair and this was the top of the search (and I can see why).

Khan has been in the business for 17 years. Called number listed and scheduled the next day. His team showed up promptly. Very professional, prompt, and personable. He identified the problem quickly and didn't beat around the bush (can only imagine if I got a quote from Sears, Depot, Lowes).

Posting this review close to 2 months after service. We got leakage in Main Water Supply near the Meter when we were Out on Vacation. Edward was responsive and helped us to get this issue fixed coordinating on phone. Reliable and Trustable.

We are beyond satisfied with the service we received today by the folks over at Gomez Plumbing! Santa was the receptionist that took my initial call.  She was very nice and attentive. She quoted a very reasonable estimate over the phone and when I advised her that I was going to be calling around for quotes, she even made sure to let me know exactly what service work I needed to ask for, mainline flush. After calling several places, Gomez had one of the most competitive prices.  I found one company that beat them, but their reviews and our initial engagement over the phone left me feeling very uneasy. I decided to spend the extra money and feel confident the job would get done right! I called this morning to confirm a service call. Ivan arrived right on time and was super professional. He was here for a super long time due to a really bad back up that consumed much more time than your average mainline drain.  Ivan refused to give up on it and had several alternatives in the event the drain was not clearing up. After over two hours of working our issue, the drain finally unclogged.  Ivan ensured the issue was resolved and cleaned up the area very well.  I was beyond satisfied with the price I paid, and while it ended up being more than the estimate, it was to be expected given the time Ivan had to spend working out the issue.  I will no longer use any other plumbing company and highly recommend Gomez Plumbing! We had a great experience working with Danny, Mark, Jaime, Weylan and crew across a few critical activities at our new home. Sump pump repair, new tankless water heater, repositioning laundry hookups, and a complete replacement of our drainage lines under the house. Team was extremely responsive to requests and adjustments along the way, laying out in detail options and targeted recommendations for how to address. Prices were fair and competitive; team was courteous and professional. Will have them back as a first choice for anything down the line. Would recommend them to anyone.

We called Bueno Plumbing because the shower pan in our main bathroom was clogged. They are very responsive and were able to come within a day. They also have a nice text msg system for appointment reminders and ability to confirm the time. Kevin called us before reaching our home on time and quickly got to work. The machine that he hauled to the bathroom was padded to prevent any damage to the hardwood floors. He was able to snake the drain and restore water flow quickly to our bathroom. He also patiently answered our questions and provided advice about other plumbing related items around our house. We will definitely call them again for their plumbing services.

Anthony and Victor have been awesome. Anthony responds at anytime during the day/night and calls about 30 minutes before coming to make sure there is enough time for me to get back wherever I am. This is within a 4 hour window which is not bad. Anthony really understands that time is valuable not just to him but to his customers as well which I really appreciate. He also followed up with a second visit out of his way in the morning with his busy schedule to help us. I definitely saved his number as my go to guy when it comes to plumbing services. After getting 2 quotes for backed kitchen line I called Mission City Plumbing they came out right away, they charged me $150 to cable the line and did a free home plumbing inspection, Service Tech was Very knowledgeable, friendly and clean, I highly recommend this company

Reached out to several different plumbers for an emergency repair for a leak in my crawl space that I needed to get repaired ASAP. After my primary choice flaked out on me, Hightop Plumbing was extremely responsive. I normally am skeptical with providers with low reviews, but made an exception in this case and extremely glad I did.

Takai is the owner and arrived later in the afternoon. He quickly diagnosed the issue and warned me it was a fairly complex fix in my crawl space. He worked well into the evening, but got the job done. He even looked into a dishwasher leak issue I'd been having and resolved that issue as well.

We had a drain back up into our garage and Agilis was super responsive and quick to help us out.  They did a great job, were efficient, and helpful.  We'd definitively recommend them and will use them for future plumbing needs.

I know its April and I am JUST writing the review now, but I called All Pipes Plumbing back in December while visiting my moms house in San Jose and received amazing service. I don't remember the owners name, but he was the one who came out. He was super nice, honest and sincere! I would definitely recommend APP to anyone needing a plumber.  We have some improvement plans and definitely plan on having them come our for us again!!! This is the one you need to call!

Ivan is the owner and did an extensive gas pipe install into my house to accommodate a switch from my electric range top to a gas one.  Our home is a reverse floor plan with the kitchen on the second floor so doing the job was no easy task.  All walls he had to cut into were done neatly and as small as possible to allow for quick wall patch and repair.  He was extremely conscious of keeping a clean work area and throughly cleaned up the job site when finished.  He even installed my new dishwasher I had delivered the same day as the stove and made sure everything was running correctly.

In short, Ivan did an amazing job and his attention to detail, professionalism and skills as a plumber are highly sought after but seldom found.  Want a job done correctly the first time?  Go with Patterson Plumbing.  You won't be disappointed.
