I wish I could give them 6 stars!!!  Ed went above and beyond to help when our pipe burst from the street to the house.  He was sadly not able to come for the repair but actually spent a great deal of time on the phone explaining everything to me to make sure that I was receiving a fair price and quality work from the plumber who could take the call.  He honestly went above and beyond what I would have ever expected!  I will definitely be calling him in the future

Kiet is amazing at what he does. We had an emergency appliance flooding at 4 pm on a Saturday and he responded to us within 3 minutes of reaching out and came over within 20 minutes. What a guy! I woke up to find my water heater blew up overnight. There was a puddle below the drain spout and an inch of standing water in the catch tray.

From prior experience I knew I had a non-standard water heater and it wouldn't a normal replacement and install. I needed a power vent heater which is about 2x the normal cost, ouch!

I called around for quotes and sure enough it was an arm & a leg. I did get a quote for service from someone on Craigslist that was a lot lower, almost $1500 lower but he was a one man show and I had to go with him to purchase the heater.... sounds more like more trouble to try and save some bucks.

I called Khan at AAA and he was very friendly and informative, he said he did work in my neighborhood already on similar heaters. He got all the information he needed through text, I sent him pictures of the existing heater and setup. He quoted me below other services and offered service that same day. I had called him at 9am and once we set the appointment he was at my place by 10:30. Work was completed by 12:45pm and the work area was cleaned and tidy, looked a lot nicer after the job was done.

I had a leak in my main and called three other plumbers in the area who were all too busy to take on my issue. So on the professional recommendation of these other plumbers I called Water Quality Plumbing. Since I had burned half a day trying to find someone to come out I was worried they wouldn't have time either. Fortunately they were able to dispatch someone within the hour of my call to come out and assess the situation. They determined the leak was under my cement sidewalk and gave me a few options on what to do. They gave me a few quotes to mull over but while I did that they installed a bypass for my main so that I had water in my house without the huge leak.

We decided to replace our whole main water line and WQP was out the next day to start the work. They were fast, efficient and their work was of the highest quality. Jason my estimator/project manager was in constant contact with me about progress of work and was always nice and cordial whenever we talked. He was straight up with me about what pricing was going to be and never tried to sell me on anything extra.

Let me put it this way, I don't know of much higher praise than from your fellow plumbers. I recommend them and so does the Bay Area Plumbing Community.

Hi there. Excellent experience. Responded quickly to my initial request. Came to my house on a Saturday. Polite, respectful and neat. He solved the problem, and his fee was reasonable. I would highly recommend him.

I used Vic to fix a leaky shower after I tried and couldn't fix it myself. He was great to work with, and even let me look over his shoulder and showed me how to fix it for next time. I would definitely call him again.

During a period of heavy rainfall, I noticed that the underground rain gutter was not properly draining and water was pooling close to the house/foundation. Not knowing where the the clog was, or where the drain ends, I knew I needed help.

I reached out to two plumbing companies, neither of which provide underground drain snaking services. Santos was the third person I spoke with - he was quick to recommend snaking and jetting, and said he could be at our Sunnyvale home in a timely manner. He was very responsive by phone / text.

Once Santos arrived, he worked quickly. In an hour, he had tried both snaking and jetting. Eventually we found the exit point for the water, and he helped remove dirt that had clogged it up. He charged what seemed like a fair price, and I would reach out to him again for future plumbing issues.

Gregg came out and capped off my drain. Friendly and professional. Also gave me a lot of advice on my remodel (how to install the faucet correctly, recommendations on fixtures, code compliance, etc.)

I am so happy we found Bueno Pluming as we were desperate to replace the toilet in our master bedroom. We got stood and strung along by another plumber for two weeks and I was getting very frustrated. So I called Bueno and they agreed to come the next day between 8-11am. Kevin showed  up on time approximately 8.30 and started working . We had already bought a new toilet and didn't check to see if it was damaged. Apparently it was and this added more to our frustration. But Kevin was very understanding and took the damaged toilet to return and picked up a new one and he was extremely nice to pay on his card to avoid any further problem. He did a great job and was very fast, and very knowledgeable and helpful. I wish we could find people like him, and when you're in dire need, this makes a world of difference!!! The best and quick to respond. Very professional and hats off to being such a great help!

We have been having this sewer like smell lately when we start our washer, and I for one I like to get involved and get my hands dirty. So I decided to fix it my self, it might be a clog after all right? I went to home depot got a 25' snake and as dirty as it was tried to unclog the pipes from the clean-out. Strangely it would not go beyond 10-15 feet, I still would be able to clean the pipes but no luck with the smell. I tried a couple of plumbers who came saw the issue - one even said your washer is the problem which did not make sense. Desperate to fix it as it was smelling, I checked online and found Anthony on Yelp to be highly rated. With some confidence in the system and the testimonials I called him, he came out on the day he said he would and I will tell you this man knows his sh..stuff. He diagnosed it correctly to be a clogged sewer pipe(like I did) but when he could not get his professional 60Ft long snake in to clean it(which was what I had experienced). He went crawling under the house and voilà there was a sagging plastic pipe, which caused the blockage. He had to push it up for the snake to go all the way and the lines were cleaned. We need to fix the pipe which he will do some time soon. So I learned something and think he is the best plumber I have met and trust me I have had my share of plumbers.  I would recommend him any day. Thanks Anthony!!

Our water heater needed replaced and Mission City, working with Tino, came quickly to replace it with competitive rates and warranty. A few other issues were discovered and repaired. We had a small issue after the service and Tino came out without charge to fix it. Reliable and good work. Recommend!

Reached out to several different plumbers for an emergency repair for a leak in my crawl space that I needed to get repaired ASAP. After my primary choice flaked out on me, Hightop Plumbing was extremely responsive. I normally am skeptical with providers with low reviews, but made an exception in this case and extremely glad I did.

Takai is the owner and arrived later in the afternoon. He quickly diagnosed the issue and warned me it was a fairly complex fix in my crawl space. He worked well into the evening, but got the job done. He even looked into a dishwasher leak issue I'd been having and resolved that issue as well.

Our kitchen sink sprung a leak this past weekend. I called John on Sunday and even though he had a full schedule on Monday, he came first thing in the morning to resolve the problem. He had suggested that I get a new faucet before he came in case that was the issue and indeed it was. Since I had a new one here, he was able to replace the old one quickly and efficiently. I was so pleased that he was able to help us in such a speedy manner. He's always pleasant to work with and his fees are very reasonable.
