Steven and his team were great! They change our home pipes to copper piping all the way to the main water line at a very reasonable/affordable price and finished earlier than scheduled (all within a day). They did exactly everything we asked them to do.  They also raised our water heater up from the floor so that it's up to code; installed a water softener; added a waterline for the refrigerator; and added an outside waterline in the backyard.  Given the quote he gave us, we didn't mind buying a few, small items like the cover for waterline for the refrigerator and the pedestal for the water heater.

Steven was so easy to work with.  He came on time and finished earlier than expected.  He also updated us with pictures as they work.  He communicated and clarified with us when needed (which we really like to avoid any miscommunication which is not uncommon in contractors we've worked with in the past).

They really care about their work. They even put the grass back in its original place after replacing the outside line in front of the house! :)

We highly recommend Steven and his team!  I'm so glad to find a trusted plumber!

I've called Eddie and his team twice now for two separate issues 1) busted water heater and 2) jammed garbage disposal. I received the same EXCELLENT service both times. Called them up on a Saturday morning.  Within 90 min he is at the door. 30 min later my clog is fixed!

Work done is ok. Communication is poor.  Ask them to do additional work at a rental property but never really got a straight answer as to whether the work was completed or not. Talk to them and they said yes, it's done. Invoice notes stated otherwise. I will need to check myself.

Call on Saturday, the really nice dispatcher made a Monday appointment for me. She was great, super nice and very understanding. On Monday Jimmy Sousa called let me know that he is on his way. He was another super nice guy. He gave me a couple opinion to choose from. I decide the direction that Jimmy recommended. Once he finished, he notifies me and started to clean up. I recommend this company to my friends and families. It hard to find good people and quality of services.

Anthony from Northstar Plumbing is a real professional. He picked up the phone right away and got to my house right on time. Believe it or not that by itself already sets him apart from 90% of the plumbers out there. My kitchen sink would not drain and Anthony diagnosed it's because the garbage disposal was broken. He took a new one right from his truck and popped that in. The whole process was fast and his crew took good care of me. Can't recommend enough.

Tino was straightforward, honest, and went over and above to help me out, even after he knew he was referring me to another plumber. Tino came out to take a look at a leak coming from the lines running up to my jacuzzi in the crawl space early on a Sunday morning before another job. He was prompt and a great communicator.

The way the lines had been plumbed in, it was a very tight space that he wouldn't be able to maneuver effectively in. He was honest and upfront saying that for him to do it, he would have to cut away some of the wood frame and it would end up being a lot more cost than for someone who was small and could work in that tight space. So he referred me to another plumber who also owned his own company and helped facilitate the connection. I ended up going with his referral and am very happy with the work that was done.

As we were walking out, Tino asked me when I wanted the work down by, and I told him as soon as possible since I had the water to my whole house turned off. He stopped and told me that there were valves at the tub that he could turn off so that the leak would be isolated and I could turn the water back on to my house. He already knew he wasn't going to get my business, and he went out of his way to go back under the crawl space (which was a very tight entrance and certainly dirty!) to go back in and enable me to have the water turned on to my house. My hero!

When I need a plumbing job in the future, I will absolutely call Tino - he was honest, straightforward in explaining everything, great to communicate with, and just an all around nice person who went out of his way to help me for no charge. Thank you, Tino!

They are super friendly and professional. And very nice to you. They responded to my odor issue very quick and came to my house quickly. They are able to locate the problem and gave me help. And they won't charge you randomly unnecessarily. I will definitely reach out to them first if my house has any issue with plumbing next time! Great people ! Great team! 10-year-old Moen shower valve stem broke Thursday night, so no one could use the shower at all, even with pliers. (Watched a few YouTube videos ...) Sent in Yelp request at 11pm, got a reply by next morning with quote. Called him at 10 AM, texted him photos, he was able to come to my Sunnyvale location Friday in 30 minutes with the official PosiTemp cartridge, and the issue was fixed in 20. He told me the house next door (all the houses are 10 years old) had the same issue 3 months ago and he detailed how he got the cartridge unstuck. I watched what he did and am proficient enough to install my own undersink reverse-osmosis system into existing plumbing -- but hiring him was worth it (the Moen PosiTemp cartridge is a bad design for replacement when the rubber door rolls over and impedes extraction). He wore booties inside the house (thanks!), everything works great, cleaned up after himself, and personally reminded me of my nicer co-workers (proficient, got the job done quickly / no hassle, easy to work with) -- thank you!
