Woke up Sunday morning no hot water found out our water heater is broken .phone called to steven City of Sewer' they came out within couple hours. They even went to Home Depot picked up new water heater for me and installed in timely mater. Jimmy was friendly and knowledgeable answers all the question I had , strongly recommend this company

I wanted to post this review because of the great experience I had with Ed and his team.  We needed some major work done (sewer out line needed to be completely replaced) - it was a long way down a hill from our house to the street, under a fence and through some heavy brush.  We had received two quotes which we felt both sounded high to us.  A friend recommended we call Ed and within an hour he was at our door.  The first thing he did was snake and examine our line to make sure it actually needed to be replaced rather than repaired (it did).  He then explained to me exactly what he would do to replace and how he would do it as cost efficiently as possible.  Hi pricing was very fair and he quoted 2 days to complete the job (competition was quoting 3-4 days). Ed has invested in state of the art equipment, and employs a top notch crew - they were able to bore the old line out without digging a trench, and replace it by pulling a new line through the existing chamber.  He was also able to advise me on how to comply with city permit issues and was careful to keep me informed about each step of the process.  Having your sewer line replaced is never fun or cheap - but I have absolutely no regrets about working with Ed as he saved us money, time and made the process as painless as possible.  I definitely plan to contact Ed and his team for any future work we need done.

Called Crown Plumbing yesterday to address a plumbing leak in my crawl space and got an appointment for a plumber to arrive today between 8 and 10 am. A bit after 8 Pablo Chavez from Crown arrived, found the leak and the source of the liquid leaking before quoting the repair. All of the parts and tools were on the truck and the repair was complete, tested, and cleanup finished (and paid for) shortly after 10 am.

Hard to beat getting the repair done just after the latest arrival estimate. Pablo was polite, knowledgeable, efficient, and masked.

I had plumbing issues with a clogged drain about two weeks ago. I called Right plumbing services and they came out even though it was on a weekend. They fixed the clogged drain, cleaned up everything and were very helpful.
Today I had another clogged drain issue and they were able to come this evening and fix the drain. They were very professional, explaining the process and what needed to be done. They were very neat, cleaning the area and they were quick to analyze the problem and fix it. I was very happy with the outcome and with their work.

Discovering All Go Plumbing was the silver lining to my recent minor gas leak that PG&E decided required shutting off the gas to the entire house during the cold snap the week before xmas - no heat, no hot water, no stove for 3 days with a child and dog in the house. :( After the first plumber I hired completely flailed on the job, All Go quickly arrived at the house and got to work, not only fixing the originally identified leak but finding another small leak and taking care of that as well. Great customer service, very tidy (they had to open the wall in my living room to get to one of the leaks), fast yet thorough. Thank you, All Go!

I had a backed up sewer lateral line and they came and cleaned out the roots and did a great job!

Had a backed-up drainage sink in the garage. Called at 2:45pm on a Monday.  They showed up within 15 minutes.  Had the problem solved by 3:15pm.  Couldn't ask for better service.  60 day warranty on their work as well.

The team at water quality is excellent with a very fair pricing! They also have weekends and emergency services. You should call the Water Quality Plumbing next time you need help with any plumbing, they have honest pricing with excellent results! One of the best service I have seen in years!

We needed a kitchen faucet replaced . Andy came and did the job very professionally and timely . Great job !

Vic replaced our compression fittings, and he did a great job. I was impressed with his responsiveness and his flexibility to make the timing work for the customer.

Had a sink drain at my dad's house that was clogged and one of the drain pipes was corroded and had a slow leak. We tried to unclog the drain without success. Contacted Go-Mez Plumbing.  Tech came out today within the stated timeframe. Took him less than 30-40 minutes to fix the problem. Reasonable price.  Professional service. Happy with their work. A tenant complained of a noise in the garbage disposal.  I contacted WP&D to come out and assess/ repair. Note that I'm not in the same town, so WP&D could have told me anything and I'd have had no choice but to believe the.  Instead, they arrived on time, assessed the problem, and promptly solved it. There was some debris in the disposal. Remove the debris, problem gone.  Highly ethical, very courteous, and just good people.

This review is regarding my experience for getting an estimate.

Pro - I called them to schedule a time for someone to come by and give me an estimate on some fixtures replacement. I got the time scheduled the very next day with the typical 2 hour window. Mine was from 4-6 pm.

Cons - it's 5:39 pm and I leave my phone for 3 minutes. Kevin from Bueno called 4 times back to back and left me a message saying he has been trying my phone for the last 45 mins. Really? (See pic). Then when I called him it was clear he didn't want to come. I told him we can FaceTime which he refused and said send me the pics and I will send you an estimate. Which I did right away. That was last Thursday (6 days ago). No estimate. No acknowledgement of the pics. No follow up from Bueno.

When you get work done at the house, communication is key. This business doesn't seem to have that down.

They are LIFE SAVERS!

Recently I had a clogged kitchen sink. The water drains very slowly in the sink. I tried to snake it myself but it seemed to only made things worse. Then it wouldn't even drain at all. We first tried another highly rated plumber on Yelp. They came and ran a 50ft snake through the vent on the roof (we couldn't find the cleanout to the kitchen sink). However, it did not resolve the problem. The kitchen sink was still clogged. They opened up the pipe under the sink and inspected. The conclusion was that it was grease that clogged the pipe and we needed to get specialist to use either hydro-jet or grease cutter to get the job done. It sounded like a quite expensive job. The good thing was that they didn't charge us.

We then contacted Northstar Plumbing. 2 Hours later, Anthony and Victor were at our door. The also ran a snake through the same vent but the snake is apparently bigger and more powerful. In a short while, magic happened. The water drained in the kitchen sink. They asked me to run hot water to the sink for a while and also mix some soap in to make sure the grease are cleaned off.

The charge was reasonable (155 for the job) and they also provide 1 yr of warranty.
Whoever got drain clogs should try them if other plumbers don't work. Or better yet, try them first, they are affordable and reliable!

I had a mainline backup. I called Mission City. Tino called me almost immediately. He came over looked at the problem and fixed it. Thank you again, Tino

Reached out to several different plumbers for an emergency repair for a leak in my crawl space that I needed to get repaired ASAP. After my primary choice flaked out on me, Hightop Plumbing was extremely responsive. I normally am skeptical with providers with low reviews, but made an exception in this case and extremely glad I did.

Takai is the owner and arrived later in the afternoon. He quickly diagnosed the issue and warned me it was a fairly complex fix in my crawl space. He worked well into the evening, but got the job done. He even looked into a dishwasher leak issue I'd been having and resolved that issue as well.

John installed our Pelican water system. The installation looks good and works. There was some dripping that they missed the first time and fixed when they came back a few days later for some other plumbing work.
They were wearing masks and cleaned up after themselves.

George is a hard working honest man.  You will not be disappointed. He was able to complete the tasks needed and work around some of our needed emergencies.  We did have some delays in the project however not any fault of his.  He was honest with the solution and willing to make things right.
