My mom has a very older hole in downtown San Jose that had a backup that even Roto rooter could not clear. We called COS for a consultation because they had state of the art equipment which had a camera system to see inside the cast iron plumbing. Yes, back 200 years ago they used cast iron! We were able to look from the inside of the house all the way to the block which was where the house met the street. Unfortunately, we didn't have a clean out because 200 years ago they didn't think to design the plumbing that way. COS was able to clear our plumbing, get a new city permit immediately for a new clean out, and worked with my mom on the pricing to make it affordable since my mom had just gotten open heart surgery and is currently on disability! I am so thankful to this company for restoring the plumbing quickly so the waterlines could be used and expediting everything so affordably!

I've called Ed on several occasions to help fix different items and he's never disappointed.  He's quick, thorough and honestly, honest.  He was very upfront about what's needed and cost, and I trust his word as his honor.  

It's been about a year since he's been to fix anything and everything he's fixed is working nominally.  Most recently I've a water hose that won't come off, help Ed HELP!

I've noticed some plumbing issues in the past - such as pipes rattling when water dispenses from the refrigerator. I called Crown Plumbing and they were able to schedule an appointment. Shane came out and installed a water hammer arrester. He also noticed that the street water main to my home had a water pressure of 100. This should normally be at or below 60, per Shane. This was repaired and now the water pressure is contained - hopefully preventing any damage to the water pipes.

All Go plumbers are very professional, reliable and friendly. They arrived within 2 hours after my initial call. I had several problems with dripping toilet and broken shower, and they all were quickly resolved. Kiet went to several stores to find matching shower handles for my old shower and fixed it. They left the work area cleaner than it was before. Highly recommended and I will not hesitate to use their services again if needed.

Yes, excellent service. Water heater had an issue with therma couple and control valve. Call them and in five minutes they show up install new one, but a little issue occur and need to call him again, guess what he show up even late as 10pm , good job. I give him more than 5 star. We had an overflowing kitchen sink on Christmas Eve. Edward and David were able to come to our house within 45 minutes. They diagnosed the problem, a separated pipe, within less than 10 minutes. They had to cut a hole in the wall to reach the pipe. They fixed the problem within an hour without making a mess with when they snaked the pipes.

The only negative: They said it would be a flat $158 but charged us an additional $107 just because they had to cut through some dry wall. Being Christmas Eve and on our way out to celebrate with family, we paid it gratefully, but it was a bit steep.

They were punctual, friendly, professional, wore shoe covers. I would call them again and recommend them to friends.

I would have given 5 stars to this business. But they screwed up themselves for few dollars.

Hired this company to do a full repipe of the house and install new water softener that I bought from them. One of the plumbers damaged the bath tub while replacing the shower head; smartly put a patch and then denying it since then. After a long debate on over 2 months they agreed to bear 50% of the expense of tub repair and refinish.

Lesson learnt:

1. Never pay the contractor in full until you get all the work done (period). They agreed to take care of the damage so I paid in full and regret ever since.
2. Inspect everyday's work thoroughly without fail.

Positives:

1. Good quote for full repipe work. They were not the cheapest though. No issue with the repiping or water softener so far.
2. Release of Payment after the final city inspection was the important factor for choosing them for this work.
3. Business office staff is respectful and cool. Trina and/or Christina: you guys are awesome!!!
4. Sheet rock patching and was texture was done nicely. A very skilled chap whoever did that.

Negatives:

1. Broke the tub and put a filthy patch and denied having done it.
2. Plumbing company owner walked my whole house with shoes on whereas the city inspector was wearing the shoe covers the whole time during the inspection. Extremely unprofessional.
3. We were unable to clean the tub coz of the patch and the plumbers declared the patch as old. Plumber who came to inspect the tub calls it  filthy.
4. Took 2 weeks to complete the repipe work. That means that either you cannot clean your house till all the work is done and consider it declared filthy by the plumbers or clean your home everyday.

Hi there. Excellent experience. Responded quickly to my initial request. Came to my house on a Saturday. Polite, respectful and neat. He solved the problem, and his fee was reasonable. I would highly recommend him.

Vic came to the rescue for our plumbing emergency so quickly. He was able to snake our clean out in less than 30 minutes. He's very friendly and knowledge. He helped us figure out the root of our plumbing issues with advice on how to get it fixed. We'll be reaching out to Vic for all plumbing issues going forward. For reference we are in Sunnyvale Lakewood neighborhood. Cant recommend him enough!

This is an overdue review! Santos cleared my kitchen drain quickly and he was very professional in his work and interactions. Great guy, great work. I found him on Nextdoor, and he had lots of wonderful reviews there, too. So relieved to know I can call him the next time a plumbing issue arises!

Leo came here to check our water heater and did a great job! He solved the problem right away. The company is also very friendly about appointments and rescheduling. Would definitely recommend this place.

The drain under our kitchen sink started leaking at the P-trap. I called Bueno Plumbing and they were able to scheduled a technician for the next afternoon between 3pm and 5pm. Edgar called at 2:30 and said he was about 30 minutes away. He showed up on time, assessed why the leak started and gave a quote for the repair. He did the repair that afternoon and by 4pm we were leak free.

Great customer service, very pleasant technician who did professional work, checked our water pressure, and I'm happy to say he didn't try to upsell (or scare me) on other services as another highly advertised local plumbing company did.

I highly recommend Bueno plumbing-they are a locally owned company! A big plus for me.

Our sewer drain was backed up christmas eve and i called this company and the guy came right away. at first he couldnt find what was causing the drainage to back up but he found the problem using diffrent methods. Overall i am extremely happy with their service.

We had a bathtub that I needed to get hooked up. We didn't have access to the plumbing from below so it was a little tricky.  Tino was really patient as I described my random thoughts to him by text. He said he would need to look at it. During our diagnostic, he showed up on time, definitely spent his time noodling on the problem, and figured it out. When it came time to do the work, showed up on time again and finished the work as promised.

Quick response and very efficient! Takai came in the next morning and did the job very smoothly on a leak from one of the outdoor valves. Was very professional with the work and easy to communicate with.

The garbage disposal of my kitchen sink was broken so I used Yelps to get a quote for replacement. Most plumbing service providers replied me without a quote but asked me to schedule a time with them to inspect the issue. Agilis Plumbing is the only one that provided me a clear quote for the labor rate and also labor+new garbage disposal rate. I wanted to upgrade my garbage disposal with a more powerful one so I purchased one from Amazon and contact them again. They came the same day within an hour and replace the broken garbage disposal less than an hour with a very reasonable price. I will definitely use their service again if I have any in the future.

Excellent service.  Responded right away to my quote request with a good fixed price and a time slot for later that day.  Will definitely use again for any future plumbing needs.
