City of Sewer was responsive, came out within a few hours to resolve my issue (overflowing laundry drain) and the price was competitive. And they were friendly. Thank you for the help!

Ed was really helpful in fixing our toilet leak at a short notice over the weekend and he did a great job. Would recommend him always for any plumbing tasks.

I had Crown Plumbing out for a shower clog. They communicated well, they were professional, they were on time. Victor Flores was the plumber who arrived. He was courteous, friendly, professional, and was wearing a mask (this was during Covid-19 Delta wave). He was quick, knew what he was doing, and left my shower cleaner than he found it. By a lot. Which I wasn't expecting. :) I would happily call these folks again.

I have been calling them for all plumbing jobs at my house for the last 2 years. I decided to get competing quotes after my last job (yesterday) and realized that their prices are no longer competitive.

Update: they called me immediately after seeing my review and refunded me a part of the payment. That's wonderful customer service!

Thank you Drain Masters and thank you Yelp for the service you provide. Called  Drain Masters Saturday evening before Superbowl Sunday because of a clogged kitchen drain. Nice guy answered the phone and said he would have someone out first thing Sunday Morning (Superbowl day), and said the charge would be $125.00. Very nice serviceman showed up as promised  wearing booties over his shoes so as not to dirty my floors. Had my kitchen drain unclogged in short order, gave me a bill for $125.00 and left.  Could not be more pleased with the service I received from Drain Masters.

I have used water quality for numerous projects,  bathroom remodels, kitchen remodels and service work.  They have always come met my deadlines as well as provided quality work.  In comparing other companies that I have used the major difference was the quality of work.  Some companies try and cut corners but not Water Quality.  The one drawback I must note is the new construction crew I have noticed can be a bit slow.  I think this is mostly due to the fact that they are so thorough.

I called a handful of plumbers and Vic was the only one to call me back right away. I described over the phone what I needed done and he gave me a competitive price. We agreed on a time and Vic showed up early. He's super-knowledgable and did excellent work. 5 stars all the way!!

I recommend this Gomez Plumbing Sewer & Drain.  Tony came and checked our sink. He was able to identify the problem @ once and told us his  planned. He can be trusted..

We had a leak under the kitchen sink in the crawl space so I called Wizard Plumbing for an estimate. Two men cane and went under the house to take a look. He came out and Told me that pretty much all of the pipes underneath the house was so old and corroded... That they ALL needed to be replaced Immediately. After he quoted me $15,000 to replace all of the pipes under the house... I asked him to just give me an estimate to repair the leak under the kitchen sink-  His estimate was $1500 to just replace part of the broken pipe!!  My gut feeling was that this price was way too high especially when he told me that it shouldn't take more than a couple hours to fix. I said thank you and called another reputable local  company that charges by the hour.... They came, they fixed, sent me a picture of the repaired finished product, all for less than 1/4 of the price!! Shame on you Wizard Plumbing for price gouging and taking advantage of people like this.

We had a pipe in our back yard use pressure. Kevin came over and explained what he believed the problem to be and gave us a quote. The thing I like the most is that he said the project would cost X amount, if what he did didn't fix the problem then he would credit that amount for the next step of fixing etc. Since it was a diagnose issue.
He was also very punctual and communicative. I had a window of 12-2. He called around 1:15 saying he was 10 minutes out which I greatly appreciated.
A bonus was that he gave a small discount and left us a whole packet with the companies contact info and everything we need.
We'll definitely use them again.

Anthony just saved the day. I called at 2pm, and he was available and able to come address our issues right away. Our washing machine had overflowed, the line was backed up, and Anthony had to try snaking it from 3 places (roof, drainage behind washing machine, kitchen sink!) before he was able to get to the blockage. He was friendly, persistent, and efficient. So grateful he was able to help us. The job took much longer than expected, but he still only charged us for the amount he said he would for a basic snaked line AND he took care of a leak that was on our water filter. I paid him extra due to all the extra work plus the extra care he gave to fixing my water filter. He also includes a 60 day warranty.  I will definitely call him again!

I could not write enough great reviews about Tino at Mission City Plumbing. We had an emergency sewage back-up with problems in the crawl space as well as the sewer clean-out. Tino came, took time to assess what was going on and then, he recommended a person (company) that did this kind of clean-up. They came, cleaned up, removed soil, sanitized and put down new topping (under the house). Then Tino returned, cleaned out the sewer line,  fixed some broken piping and dealt with an interfering root knob. The initial problem happened on New Year's Day. I got a call back from Tino saying that he had no more people to help that day but could be out at 10 the next morning. He came as he said he would. He was absolutely wonderful.

Takai at Hightop Plumbing did an outstanding job installing a new water heater for us.  I discussed with him the job at 5PM and by 3PM the next day he was onsite working on the installation.  He discussed with me all of the work that would take place to get our 30 year old heater replaced.  His work was high quality and we are very happy with his communication throughout the whole job.  We will be looking forward to hiring Hightop Plumbing for future projects.

John and his team upgraded the gas pipes and installed the ice maker waterline in my house. He arrived on time, communicated very clearly, and did a very clean and professional job. He handled the permit application, and we passed the city inspection without any issue. If I have any plumbing need in the future, I will definitely give them a call.

Since moving into our house 30 years ago, we been relatively lucky with respect to home plumbing-related problems. But when problems do occur, it's always a hassle researching good plumbers on Yelp and other sites and then deciding who to call. And  it can turn out to be a grueling and expensive trial and error process.

The recent and increasingly loud popping and hissing noises issuing from our hot water heater finally forced me to repeat my research process, and by good fortune we chose Ivan based on his positive reviews on Yelp and elsewhere. Over the past few days, he has efficiently and expertly performed a number of repair and replacement jobs in the bathrooms, kitchen, and garage.

Glad to know we now have a go-to plumber of his high caliber.
