King Kong Plumbing was fantastic! We needed a new water pressure regulator asap (current pressure was reading 110 psi! Normally it should be set 60-70 psi) and they were quick and responsive and gave a fair and reasonable quote. Once we confirmed their availability, they were here within the hour! They were quick and diligent while working and stayed to confirm the right pressure was set. Would highly recommend for anyone looking for a realiable, honest and hard-working plumber.

I was lucky to call Eddie when he was nearby our house. He and his partner came by to unclog our kitchen drain. They were efficient and gave us reasonable pricing with a 6 month guaranty. And all this on a Sunday! You can't top that.

We had an issue with a badly leaking tub/shower unit. The person Crown sent over was very professional and personable. However, he barely looked to see what the problem was before providing an estimate. He wiggled the pipe coming out to the tub spigot. He made no effort to look into the wall. He assumed that I was helpless and had no ability to judge/assess the issue myself. He then asserted that the whole unit (valve, spigot, handle and all) needed to be replaced and re-plumbed. And on top of that the estimate was ~ $2400. I had another plumber come in the next day and fixed and found the real issue for a couple of hundred dollars. Will not call them again. If you do decide to use this company, get a 2nd or even 3rd opinion.

Called them twice and both time they were very professional and helpful, and provided all the possibilities and recommendations I needed for the job to be done well. Their work was super clean and high quality. I didn't have to clear the area after them. I positively recommend them for anyone who needs help with plumbing.

The plumbing crew was the first to respond and quick to arrive. They billed us a diagnostic fee ($89) despite us going ahead with their overpriced fix of total of over $400 for replacing one leaky shower valve. The lead plumber was very crass and unprofessional. He could not stop himself from staring at art work, touching our personal items, making sexist and uninformed remarks on items inside. For eg: Looking at jewelry boxes in my closet and asking me to give some to my husband, using the master bathroom without permission and then some more.

Update: After calling in a contractor, we learnt this plumbing company had misdiagnosed the plumbing issue and over-stated the water damage. We are glad to NOT have followed this plumber's recommendations on calling his friend's company to help with drying the area.
Given how they are keeping a close eye on reviews and boosting their Yelp ratings through positive reviews, I feel compelled to write this update.

I recently bought a house and had multiple plumbing issues. Seeing these guys with 5 stars, naturally I called. Fortunately I did. Rameez came and fixed the plumbing problems on a Saturday. He also explained what he was doing, what the various problems could be, and helped me understand what I should know about my new 60 yr old house's plumbing.

We did a remodel a few years ago and someone left a drain plug in place and then added additional construction pipe over the top.  Had One of these snake-rooter companies in and they had no clue what to do -- just wanted to drop a snake down the drain and go.  These guys took the time to figure out what was actually causing the problem.  they had to go under the house into the crawlspace.  True Professionals.

I had Water Quality Plumbing come in to replace a water shut off valve and install new shower trim.

Visit #1
They did a good job of replacing the valve but left a hole in the wall.  I was told to make ANOTHER appointment to have someone come patch the hole and put in a box to access the new valve which was in the wall.  For the shower trim, the plumber didn't bother to look at the existing valve or rough in even though I asked him multiple times to just take a look since there is a vent behind to see if what he was thinking was even possible but he cut through the wall behind the valve and after cutting through 2 walls found the vents were obstructing his access.  He couldn't do the work and now I had 2 holes in a bedroom.  So I scheduled 2nd appointment to patch all the holes and put in the box while I ordered a new shower trim that they could install from front with a smitty plate.  Took about 1.5 hours.

The sheet rock guy came and patched up the holes but didn't bring any box with him for the valve so left a hole to access the valve but I can't even access it to turn it.  Told me someone from Water Quality Plumbing would call me but no one called me back.  I called them and still waiting for them to call me back once they talk to the plumber.  Took about 1.5 hours.

The sheet rock guy came and put in the box for the water shut off valve and then he spent rest of time installing the shower rough in, valve, and trim.  At first he was just going to put in the box, but one of the owners had called me and told me everything would get done today so I had to call and ask why he wasn't finish everything off.  Few more calls and he finally started on the shower.  He did a decent job on the shower, though I've seen better on YouTube.  He tested the seal for cold water and hot water for rough in to tub spout, but not to the shower which was concerning.  Hopefully, there won't be a leak, he installed everything and tested it but the rough in was already covered up by valve so couldn't really tell if pipe to shower was sealed.

This company has terrible communication between scheduling lady, the guy who shows up to do the work, the owner, and all the subsequent guys who show up to finish the work.  Maybe this is how they have operated the business, but they need to make the transition into the 21st century, simple things like notes on receipts, setting customer expectations, and consistent execution would make it a 5 star company.  They have experienced personnel, but maybe if they were too efficient, they wouldn't be able to charge people for multiple visits, I don't know why they operate so chaotically.  Even after 3 hours, he couldn't finish the 20 mins sheet rock patch job, so had to schedule a follow up visit.  He was suppose to be on another customer's job but they sent him out to me instead.  They should have just set the right expectation at the front by communicating with me the exact work he was going to do and time he would be available.  Now they had 2 customers taking time off work to stay at home to get the plumbing work done and they only had one guy to do the work.

The sheet rock guy came, took him 20 mins flat to patch the 10'x10' hole.

They charge by the hour which is nice, but it took them 4 visits to replace a water shut off valve and install new shower rough in, valve, and trim.  I bought my own shower rough in, valve and trim and still ended up paying Water Quality Plumbing far more than I expected given their years of experience.  It was a time sink which I didn't expect and the communication within the company needs improvement.

Vic is the best!  This morning the main sewer line was clogged at my moms house.  I freaked out, we had water pouring out of toilets and the shower as well.  Had about 2 inches of water in each bathroom and was running around trying to contain all the water.  I quickly yelped a plumber and chose Vic based on reviews.  I called two other places before him and they both went straight to voicemail.  I was trying reach who ever was closest but couldn't reach anyone.  Vic answered pretty much on the first ring and asked me about my situation.  Immediately he told me how much it would cost and he said he would be over anywhere between 30-45 mins.  He came in about 15.  I count myself so lucky to have found him.

He is professional, very knowledgeable, and has a great personality.

We were in the middle of remodeling two bathrooms and found one of the toilet was making this weird sound and the shower would not drain well. We couldn't figure out why this was happening until Fidel came out and analyzed  the issue.

Long story short, he and his crew replaced the 60+ year old sewer line under the house within a day. Extremely efficient and we do not have the drainage issue anymore.

We were so satisfied with his service that we asked Fidel to install our new tankless water heater. He provided the full service, including hauling away our old water heater, applying for permit to the city, and being there for the inspection.

I cannot recommend him more, best plumber in the area!

Excellent service all around. The technician, Mo, was outstanding. Very thorough, thoughtful - looked into the root cause of issues and fixed several parts we thought we had to get expensive replacements for. Five stars on covid protocol as well.

Kevin was very professional and helpful, and I'll work with him again. He was reasonable in terms of  pricing and very flexible to our needs.

I called three previous plumbing companies & all were booked for a week, up to a month.  I viewed Yelp again and found Anthony at Northstar plumbing.  I let him know that my bathtub was backing up with water everytime I washed clothes, and thought the issue could be the sewer line since my friend already tried to run a snake in the bathtub.  Anthony quoted me a 4 hour arrival window and a price.  He arrived with another plumber within the hour, and told me that the job was easier than anticipated so he charged me less.  I was certainly relieved since most places were quoting $140 plus $35 for a snake, and an additional $32 per 15 minutes past the first hour.  To Anthony and his plumber assistant:  THANKS A MILLION!  I rarely log onto Yelp and provide reviews, but this one certainly merited one.

What can I say amazing service. I have been trying to get my tub and sink unclogged for three days finally I had enough its been hot and I needed to shower. I did not want to take a shower in dirty black water so I called around. From the time I called to the time he came it was only 20 minutes super fast. He was so professional and he was very nice. He fixed the clog and thanks to him I can now shower in a clean tub. If i ever need a plumber this is the plumber im going to call he is fast, reliable, and professional. Very happy with the service.

Takai at Hightop Plumbing did an outstanding job installing a new water heater for us.  I discussed with him the job at 5PM and by 3PM the next day he was onsite working on the installation.  He discussed with me all of the work that would take place to get our 30 year old heater replaced.  His work was high quality and we are very happy with his communication throughout the whole job.  We will be looking forward to hiring Hightop Plumbing for future projects.

Found a great plumber to install my Pelican whole house salt water softening system and reverse osmosis system. I thought it was fair pricing and quality work they performed. I would definitely recommend them to friends and family including using them again. They are recommended by Pelican water.

George was awesome. Fixed a leaky pipe in our kitchen that was preventing us from having running water as well as causing a leak into the downstairs guest room. He explained clearly what the problem was and that there was an 'easy' solution that might not work, and a hard solution that would be more expensive. Luckily his 'easy' fix worked! He explained that it's not a great long term solution, and told us what we might want to do in the future to fix the issue properly with ALL our pipes due to shoddy construction by the home builder, but didn't place any pressure on us whatsoever to actually do it. He definitely gave us something to think about for the future, and we'll know who to call when we want the job done. :)

Since moving into our house 30 years ago, we been relatively lucky with respect to home plumbing-related problems. But when problems do occur, it's always a hassle researching good plumbers on Yelp and other sites and then deciding who to call. And  it can turn out to be a grueling and expensive trial and error process.

The recent and increasingly loud popping and hissing noises issuing from our hot water heater finally forced me to repeat my research process, and by good fortune we chose Ivan based on his positive reviews on Yelp and elsewhere. Over the past few days, he has efficiently and expertly performed a number of repair and replacement jobs in the bathrooms, kitchen, and garage.

Glad to know we now have a go-to plumber of his high caliber.
