Wowwwww.. speechless about Can Lee. He is absolutely amazing. We had about 8 plumbers come, and no one would get their hands dirty like Can did. He figured out our plumbing was all connected in certain areas when no one else was able to do so. He installed a sump pump for us when the crawl space was still wet, when other people wouldn't do that.

He is honestly AMAZING. We could not ask for a better plumber and will be keeping him and Steven's contact info for our next projects.

Also, VERY fairly priced. The best I could find.

Eddie is quick, precise, clean, thorough, and fun to talk to. Very different experience from all the other giant sewer and drain companies. Very good value. Recommended.

Had a faulty shutoff valve and a leaking fill valve.  Called them at 3:00pm, they arrived just before 4pm, and were done by 4:30 at a reasonable price.  Even got 15% off for mentioning I found them on yelp.  The guys were nice and professional.  I would use them again.

Our neighbor downstairs was complaining that water was leaking to his garage while we were using the shower upstairs. It's a tricky issue, as we did not see any leak in our bathroom, but we thought something was wrong, maybe the pipes burst inside the wall ?! We called around couple places, and Right Plumbing was the most responsive and came with the most reasonable quote to investigate into the problem.

Ed first came and had to cut open a small area of the garage ceiling of our neighbor, and confirmed the shower in our upstairs unit was causing the leak. As we did not see any leak in the bathroom, he suggested ways to fix the problem by cutting open the wall behind the bathroom so he could see the pipes and fix the problem from the back. This was before the Christmas holidays, and we told Ed we would call him back in the New Year to fix the problem as we would be away for the holidays.

When we contacted Ed in the New Year, he remembered us and the exact issue, and we were able to set up an appointment the very next day. He did cut open a hole in the wall from the back of the shower, which is actually the wall inside the closet in the bedroom. But the problem was trickier than we thought. The pipes were in good condition and showed no leak, and Ed patiently traced the source and finally figured out there are multiple areas of the leak, from the shower spout and the shower head, as well as the shower wall where the caulking had worn off. He then went to Home Depot to get the new parts, and also re-do the caulking around the tub, and confirmed there's no more leak. All these took the entire afternoon, but Ed still charged us the initial estimate despite the problem being more complicated than initially thought, and he also had to buy additional parts.

And he asked us to wait till the caulking dry out the next day before using the shower, and to double check for leaks before asking him to return to patch the wall. And thankfully we don't see any more leaks, but there are some water dripping from the spout when we used the shower head. Ed came with the tools and materials to patch up the wall, he kept saying he's only an expert in plumbing but not the wall repair, but we think he did an excellent job. As this is the wall inside the closet, we did not bother to re-paint it. Ed also fixed the dripping from the spout problem for us.

We will definitely be using Ed for any future plumbing needs, hard to find anyone who's so friendly as well as thorough in the work.

Our dog's tether got caught up on the pipes in the front yard for the water line incoming from the street and the hose spigot and pipe to the sprinklers got ripped off.  We quickly shut off the water main and called All Go.  They were able to get a tech out within a couple hours and Kiet replaced all the piping.

From the first phone call to the end of the work, the service was excellent.  Everyone was polite and professional and I would highly recommend All Go.

Called on Fri. afternoon  and had a new water heater by 10 am Sat.  Reliable and very efficient. Added new parts and made everything for nice and neat without extra charge. Would recommend to family and friends.

I called these guys based on the rave reviews. However, in my case they stood me up not just once but three times! How can some one run a business who does not value his customers' time? May be these guys do a good job when they do show up but am not going to wait to find out.

very pleased with their performance and proffesionalism.  Jeff arrived when they said he would and got right to work.  i had a kitchen faucet and hot water dispenser controler replaced.  both were done and work great.  while working on it jeff saw that the drain hose from the garbage disposal was cracked and replaced it for me.  everything works great  would highly recomend them

Recently we had a major issue with our kitchen sink faucet failing and causing a massive water leak. I reached out to Vic and he immediately responded via text.

Vic was highly responsive to my follow up questions and very reasonably priced. Once he came on-site he was courteous, clean and quick and installed a new faucet and solved a problem with our dishwasher in less than 40 minutes.

We look forward to working with Vic in the future in helping us replace our water heater.

Needed to fix some installation issues from a previous contractor to pass inspections for my water heater.

Couldn't be happier with the service from Wizard plumbing from the initial phone call till the work was complete.

Dispatcher was pleasant and made an appointment for an estimator to come by and quote the work in a very timely manner. Dino came out explained the work and provided a fair estimate on the spot. We were able to schedule the work for the following day.

Jose was dispatched and arrived when expected. Wizard texted to let me know he was on the way. Jose reviewed the work with me and got started. His work was clean and professional. He even noted an issue with my water pressure being above standard and we were able to agree on a price to install a pressure reducer valve. Jose picked up the parts and returned same day to install it.

Completely trusted and satisfied with the performance by the Wizard team!

My disposal quit working.  Kevin was on time and very polite.  He fixed the problem and the disposal now works fine.  I would call Bueno Plumbing again if I have any plumbing needs.

Waited all afternoon for these guys, and they didn't show up:

- I called on Monday morning, asking for an appointment
- They said they had a full-day job, but would fit me in at lunch time: they would call before they came, 1:30-2pm
- At 3:30, I got a call rescheduling for 5pm
- At 6pm, I called and said I would make other arrangements
- Later I got a call back saying that they had had a busy day, and that they could come out now, and that they would give me 50% off the service.

I appreciate that plumbing is an time-consuming business, and that estimating jobs can be very difficult. However, my time is valuable too, and I don't want to spend any more of it waiting for these guys.

I'm a retired contractor and of course hate to pay to have someone do work that I could easily do.  But my homeowner grade rooter equipment won't cut roots as well or as easily as professional grade equipment. So I turned to Mission City Plumbing for help.  Called at 7am, Tino answered and said he could come by at 10:30 am (He arrived at 10:15am Great start!)  He looked at the situation, quoted me a fair price and said he could knock it out for me in a few hours.
Tino quickly set-up and had the roots that were clogging the main sewer lateral cleared within 20 minutes.  He then proceeded to rooter the entire line out to the street. Now that the line was clear, he cut out a section of cast iron pipe and installed an ABS two-way clean out.
I thought okay, great, but then to my surprise Tino ran the snake the opposite way in order to remove build-up of the 4 underfloor sewer line.
Next he brought out the camera and ran that the full length in each direction.  I am very pleased at his prompt, courteous and professional service, qualities I used to pride myself on when I was a contractor. Call Tino at Mission City Plumbing you'll be glad you did!

Takai at Hightop Plumbing did an outstanding job installing a new water heater for us.  I discussed with him the job at 5PM and by 3PM the next day he was onsite working on the installation.  He discussed with me all of the work that would take place to get our 30 year old heater replaced.  His work was high quality and we are very happy with his communication throughout the whole job.  We will be looking forward to hiring Hightop Plumbing for future projects.

I had some water leaking in my bathroom. I needed to replace the water shutoff valve. Agilis Plumbing responded quickly and fixed the issue the same day for a reasonable price.  I highly recommend this company.

Great quick responses in Yelp and qoute! Needed our water softener cleaned out. Scheduling with them they were very busy with the recent storms. But they got Me scheduled when someone else had canceled. Very good service and he was done in less than 1 hour. A bit pricey for what I needed, but did the job right and excellent customer service. Therefore, earned solid 4 stars from me. Thanks all Pipes.
