I had the mens of city of sewer come down to my house to fix the problems that needed to be fix and I have to say they have excellent customer service and they take their jobs seriously. They are very careful of what they do and after the job is done they would clean up their mess. I had other company come down before and they don't do a good job. But anyways, I highly recommend them to everyone.  Contact them for plumbing service.

Last weekend, we had a kitchen sink and laundry room drain issue. I called Eddie, and he had a full schedule the same day, so we scheduled for the next morning. But Eddie was able to find a time that day, and came over to fix our problem in the afternoon. He did a great job, not only fixed the problem, also provided recommendations for a long term solution. It was a wonderful experience working with Crown Plumbing! I had a water heater leakage and called early in the morning. The receptionist was very courteous and was able to schedule someone to come within one hour. After inspection and recommendation I decided to get a new unit. Michael S. was able to get a second person to gather all needed parts and finished the job within two hours. During the process I have received several texts for updates on the status. I really appreciate the great communication, their professionalism and friendliness. Highly recommend!

Our water heater was broken and they came on time and made sure it won't leak anymore. They are very quick and know their job very well. We will keep them as our go-to plumber. I had a water heater leak and called several service places. AAA gave me reasonable price and came the same day to replace the 75gal water heater. They have done a great job and I am very satisfied. I will definitely use their service again if needed.

Ed was responsive and on target with suggestions on how to fix a toilet that wasn't flushing. It saved us a lot of headaches and wasted time. We appreciated his professionalism and that he got to the root of the problem right away. Out toilet is flushing again perfectly. We would highly recommend Ed.

After dealing with other plumbing companies (prior houses and recently only because Water Quality would take a few hours to come out and I needed someone faster), I can now gauge a fair opinion.  These guys are awesome.

I've had them come out to fix a few things (I bought a short sale house and not everything was up to par).  My in laws called them to fix something (not sure what, I wasn't home) and it turned out to not need fixing, so the next time I had them out they knocked off $50 from that visit!  Contrast that to my water heater emergency referenced above where the plumber had to come back because the part was broken and charged me hundreds of dollars for each visit!  If Water Quality had done the work I'm sure they wouldn't have charged me twice (the second day was a simple unscrew/rescrew, all the work had been done on day 1.  I was livid but had no other choice, I was going on day 4 without a shower).

Best customer service I've experienced, super friendly, super helpful, super knowledgeable.  These guys are my FIRST choice for all of my plumbing/water softener/water heater needs.

We hired Vic to install a new Toto toilet as well as two new bathroom faucets and drains. He came by on two separate occasions (as the sinks arrived later than the toilet), and both times he was punctual, completed the work in a timely manner, and thoroughly cleaned the space after he was finished (leaving it even cleaner than before he arrived!). He was easy to communicate with via text and kept us informed on his availability as we were thinking through our timeline (as we were coordinating with other projects that had to be completed). Overall, we were very happy with Vic and will definitely contact him for future plumbing needs.

Couldn't Be Happier...

I hired Bueno Plumbing and Rooter to provide Leak Detection service based on a report from the City of Sunnyvale that the meter was constantly spinning.  The city representative suggested there may be a possible leak.   Edgar Luna was the plumber assigned to the job.  He first checked toilets for leaks, asked if there was a large increase on my bill and then suggested not using water for 10 min to see if the meter continued to spin.  I explained to Edgar that we recently had tenants move into the ADU in back and both houses use the same water meter.  One of the tenants had just finished taking a shower.  Once water was not used for 10 min Edgar was able to determine that the meter had fact stopped spinning and there was no leak.  Edgar is a great problem solver who does not blinded diagnose an issue without clearly evaluating all possibilities.  Truly he is a genius, very knowledgeable, and trustworthy!   Did I mention he also provides great service, workmanship and is reasonably priced?      
I called the owner Kevin at Bueno Plumbing and Rooter to provide positive feedback for Edgar and he is a class act as well!  He cares about his employees and rewards them on merit.  He  was very appreciative of my phone call!  No need to look any further for a reliable and honest plumbing and rooter company!  I highly recommend Bueno Plumbing and Rooter to all my family, friends and acquaintances!  Ask for Edgar Luna!   I wouldn't use any other company!

anthony just came by today! he was on time! he told me what i think i need & what he can help and not help me. he will refer me to another contractor. i showed him another problem in my kitchen. he went out, searched for his tool; and lo and behold my 1 problem's fixed and he did not charge me! i offered to give him some $'s for his gas, he said no, it's ok!  there's a few people/contractors like anthony! so thankful i met this honest, accommodating, respectful man! thanks anthony, you are amazing!

5 stars for quality work and fair price. My front water service was a nightmare of previous owner's mishmash of galvanized steel and PVC. Another plumbing company had tried to remedy the system by adding some copper piping and a ball valve. The result was unsatisfactory. My relationship with Mission City Plumbing did not start smoothly. I got canceled due to an emergency on another job. Tino kindly rescheduled me for the next day, Saturday which I think would normally be a day off. He analyzed what was going on and listened to what I wanted. I am very happy with the end result. BTW his price was significantly lower than another company popular on Yelp. Definitely worth giving these guys a call.

Takai at Hightop Plumbing did an outstanding job installing a new water heater for us.  I discussed with him the job at 5PM and by 3PM the next day he was onsite working on the installation.  He discussed with me all of the work that would take place to get our 30 year old heater replaced.  His work was high quality and we are very happy with his communication throughout the whole job.  We will be looking forward to hiring Hightop Plumbing for future projects.

They helped with our fridge installation and water line.  The were virtuous and very helpful as well as quick.  Great service and customer service.
