My kitchen sink has been making gurgling sound for like a week, I poured half a bottle of clog remover gel and then the gurgling stopped. When I used my dishwasher, the gurgling restarted and I noticed a minor leak. Steven replied to me in less than a minute after I requested a quote from him, then he sent his crew to my house within 30-45 mins. His crew fixed the noise and leak extremely fast and charged me very reasonable price. Meanwhile, all of the other quote I got is around 200 dollars and they can only arrive the next day.

1st time using this family owned company and I will use them again if needed.  I called 3 companies and Eddie was the first to reply.  He said he was finishing up a job and would be over in about 1 hour.  True to his word, he sent me a text prior to coming.  His prices are reasonable and he also gave me a discount for being a frontline healthcare worker!  He said he actually lowered his prices due to the pandemic because he knows that times are hard these days and he is doing his part to make it a little better.  What a nice guy!

To me, the important thing about a plumber is reliability. I went through a few plumbing companies before I found Crown. Crown Plumbing has been servicing my income-producing brownstone in Manhattan for many years. We're not one of their bigger clients, not by a long shot. But they treat us as if we were. They fix any issues with heating or leaks the day I call in. They check our boilers at the start of the winter. For some reason one of our boiler's pilot fails every couple of years. Aware of this, they always have thermocouples in the truck in preparation. And the couple of times that we've had a serious problem (it's an old building), they show up immediately any day of the week. Their reliability comes with very reasonable prices. Crown Plumbing delivers excellent service.

Called All Go Plumbing on a Friday night (6PM) due to my washer drain leaking and he picked up right away and scheduled me in for Saturday morning between 9-10am. He came at 9:30am. Super friendly and helpful. I told him I was trying to learn as much as I can so I could do things myself and he talked me through every single thing he did. He also noted a slope issue with one of the other drains and he worked on that too.

Overall, he fixed the issue, fixed another issue that was needed, and super friendly at the same time. Could not ask for more and will be calling him for other jobs if needed.

We had a kitchen clog & nothing we did from home was unclogging it so it was time to call for plumbing services. He came out the very next morning to fix it. A very trustworthy company.

I found Vic on Yelp and chose him because he had great reviews and was near me...I'm so glad i did!  He was prompt, courteous, and did great work.  Not only did he unplug my drains and install a new bathroom sink, he noticed that my water heater was not vented properly and he went out of his way to return and repair it.  I will definitely be using him again!

Ivan is really amazing! I had a clogged kitchen sink and contacted Ivan the night before. He was very clear with a quotation upfront arrived on time. When he came in, he took a quick look and was able to clear the clog in 5 minutes. It was a simple clog, but I was worried he'd charge me for the full hour. He didn't! He said he wouldn't charge me anything, except for a $40 fee for coming down! Can it get any better than this? This is the 2nd time I'm using their service, and highly recommend them. Last time I had lot of bathroom work done, and completely satisfied with their work. I highly trust them and found them very professional, fair and honest.

I've used Wizard 3x now, and each time service was excellent, timely and professional. The latest was today for a clogged drain. Manny and another specialist (I should've gotten his name) quickly ID'd the issues, which turned out to be a little more than just a simple but stubborn clog and involved questionable piping work from when the house was first built. At any rate, they resolved the problems within a few hours. They also wore masks, gloves and booties while working inside the house. The other times Wizard came over were for a water-heater replacement by Danny and his assistant last year and an irrigation-pipe replacement by Steven way back in 2014. So as you can see, this company can work on various types of water-flow related projects, big and small.

Great service!  I called bueno plumbing I had a clogged sink.  Jimmy explained to me how it just needed to be snaked.  He gave me options also gave me recommendations on future projects!  I'll definitely be using them for all of my plumbing needs from here on out!

I called Northstar Plumbing on a Friday when I noticed the pressure regulator was leaking inside my house.  So I looked on Yelp and I liked what was said about the company and it's owner, Anthony.  So I called him up.  He asked me to text a picture.  I did.  He said that he could do it on Monday or Tuesday.  We decided on Tuesday.  He brought the new part with him and very efficiently installed it perfectly.  I will certainly call him again for my future plumbing needs.

We had a blocked sewer on dec 26 and I called over 20 plumbers but none of them were available or willing to come that day. I spoke to Tino who was based in San Jose but offered to see if any of his friends near Palo Alto were available since he understood my dire situation of having guests that week. He was so diligent in his follow up and called me to say he could not find anyone. I thanked him anyway for his effort and resigned to plan B which was using nearby friends homes! After 10 minutes he called me and told me he would come over himself and rearranged his schedule and plans as he felt bad for me! I could not believe his sincerity and thoughtfulness. He came in the next hour and fixed the issue but also explained in detail about the longer term fix as my pipes were 80 years old. He is just the best and I will never use anyone else! Such a great guy with a large heart!

Takai at Hightop Plumbing did an outstanding job installing a new water heater for us.  I discussed with him the job at 5PM and by 3PM the next day he was onsite working on the installation.  He discussed with me all of the work that would take place to get our 30 year old heater replaced.  His work was high quality and we are very happy with his communication throughout the whole job.  We will be looking forward to hiring Hightop Plumbing for future projects.

Did not end up using Agilis due to their high cost/quote. I got four separate quotes and Agilis were over 60% higher than the other three quotes. The other three were all similar in pricing. This is comparing apples/apples: full house re-piping from street to fixtures, materials, labor, permit..etc. Text Agilis to see why the big cost delta as I was curious....never heard back so I went with a different contractor. Net-Net: do your homework and get comps.

I reached out to All Pipes Plumbing via Yelp, and George (owner) responded within a few min and was at our house within 15 minutes. He diagnosed the problem within 5 minutes. He is very knowledgeable and reliable. Can't ask for anything more. Thank you!

I had an issue with a leak under my sink that I couldn't stop, and Ivan was able to come by to take a look in less than half an hour.  He showed up wearing a mask and gloves, and made sure to follow all social distancing protocols the entire time he was in my home.  I appreciated that he not only fixed the issue quickly, but also explained how he diagnosed the problem which helped me understand what happened and what to look for in case it happened again.  He also took a look at the other sinks in my home to make sure everything looked okay there as well.  Ivan is very professional, knowledgeable, and honest, and I'll definitely be calling him for any plumbing issues I might have in the future.
