I work for a property management company and City of Sewer is our go-to vendor for any plumbing issues for our properties in the bay area. Service was done by Steven Ho and was done very promptly and communication was very smooth through out. His pricing is very reasonable too. I would definitely recommend this business!

Our water heater was leaking on 8/12 night, yelp help me reach many plumbers in our area, Ed came in at 8:00am sharp, he put as in ease right away, he resolve the warranty problem, and put a new water heater for us. we are very happy. Ed is honest, and price was very reasonable.

They were able to come fix my clogged kitchen sink on short notice. They gave me a two hour window for arrival and they were on time. Luis was courteous and handled the job quickly and efficiently.

I had plumbing issues with a clogged drain about two weeks ago. I called Right plumbing services and they came out even though it was on a weekend. They fixed the clogged drain, cleaned up everything and were very helpful.
Today I had another clogged drain issue and they were able to come this evening and fix the drain. They were very professional, explaining the process and what needed to be done. They were very neat, cleaning the area and they were quick to analyze the problem and fix it. I was very happy with the outcome and with their work.

My review is for the customer service. Kiet came by to fix an issue blocking the main line. After a couple hours of trying to fix the issue, the attempt was unsuccessful but Kiet proposed if we were able to find anyone to fix the problem, he would refund us for the amount paid. We were lucky enough to find a resolution to our problem and Kiet stood by his word and refunded us the money. We are extremely appreciative of this gesture as many would not have done so. Thank you so much, Kiet!

Kahn and his crew are amazing. They came through clutch for my family. You never really know how important your plumbing system is until you lose it. Kahn came by and explained everything. He was here less then an hour and went the extra step to clear the blockage. They kept everything clean and even re-mounted the toilet. The cost was very reasonable for the service. Highly recommended over the big name plumbing companies.

These guys are real solid!  For everyone that complains about paying $125 to clean out a blocked drain please remember their experience, equipment and business costs are all apart of their cost structure.  They stand behind their work, have been prompt and in this mornings case showed up and got my household back up and running. In today's day and age finding guys like this that know their trade, show up on time and are accountable for their work is priceless.  I don't write reviews often so this is a testament to the work and the kind of business they run.  Thanks guys....as the next coffee is on me.

I'm an engineer so I'd like to think that I can fix anything. However, a recent leak in my home had me scratching my head for days. I eventually gave up and called Water Quality Plumbing to troubleshoot the issue. The company was familiar with my HOA and ended up working directly with our property manager to handle the problem. Within 2 days, they found the leak and fixed the broken pipe inside my wall. Although they left a big hole in the building, they did what was necessary to fix the leak and I'm thankful for that. I will be using Water Quality Plumbing again for all my future plumbing needs.

Replied quickly to my quote request with a fair price and time of when he could come.  Very responsive and proactive communicator via yelp messaging and phone.  Offered multiple time windows.  Arrived when he said he would, gave courtesy call before arrival.  Wore a mask but was able to clear my backed up kitchen drain from the roof without even having to set foot in the house.   Friendly, honest, and professional, will definitely use him again!

I've had Santos come and provide service two times and he was beyond excellent both the times.

He is honest, punctual, responsive, clear communicator and a pleasure to deal with. He spent enough time to ensure there were no leaks, that nothing was loose and that the job was done satisfactorily.

I'd certainly call him again for any drain/sewer/plumbing related jobs.

Northstart plumbing - We have a (what I would consider) expensive kitchen faucet that was leaking.  I was afraid we would have to replace it.  These guys knew exactly what was wrong, went to the store to buy the part, fixed it and went on their way.  Excellent service, reasonable price, knew what they were doing.  Let's also throw in pleasant and professional.

I manage a property in San Jose, and one night while I was on vacation in Disney World, a property managers worst nightmare became my reality. A tenant called with news of a leak in the house, that then escalated to a flooding. This was at 9pm PST and 12am in my time zone.

I must have called 5 different plumbers before reaching Mission City Plumbing. With previous companies I was either unable to get a hold of someone or was told that no one was available. But with Mission City Plumbing, I finally reached an available plumber!

Tino was on the other side of the line, and simply asked for an address and left to the house without reluctance. He very well may have saved my entire basement from being flooded.

Being the first time I have needed a plumber, I had a fear of not being able to find someone who'd empathize with the direness of the situation. I've saved Mission City Plumbing as my plumbing contact, not only because they alleviated these fears, but because they provide top notch service.

In addition to preventing additional flooding, Tino provided me with a water restoration contact, and a detailed diagnostic of the problem. Turns out the hose clamps weren't rated for the water pressure my new water heater supplied.

Since the incident I've asked Tino to even install a new shower head, and water valve. He is a skilled plumber and an excellent worker; easy to contact, keeps to his estimates, and provides a quick service.

As someone who had to deal with a leak, I have been very irritated! But equally so, as a property manager, I'm thrilled to have found a great plumbing company.

Reached out to several different plumbers for an emergency repair for a leak in my crawl space that I needed to get repaired ASAP. After my primary choice flaked out on me, Hightop Plumbing was extremely responsive. I normally am skeptical with providers with low reviews, but made an exception in this case and extremely glad I did.

Takai is the owner and arrived later in the afternoon. He quickly diagnosed the issue and warned me it was a fairly complex fix in my crawl space. He worked well into the evening, but got the job done. He even looked into a dishwasher leak issue I'd been having and resolved that issue as well.

Takai is very professional, courteous, personable, and thorough. I've continued to leverage him for any plumbing needs I encounter and would highly recommend him for any of your plumbing needs

The garbage disposal of my kitchen sink was broken so I used Yelps to get a quote for replacement. Most plumbing service providers replied me without a quote but asked me to schedule a time with them to inspect the issue. Agilis Plumbing is the only one that provided me a clear quote for the labor rate and also labor+new garbage disposal rate. I wanted to upgrade my garbage disposal with a more powerful one so I purchased one from Amazon and contact them again. They came the same day within an hour and replace the broken garbage disposal less than an hour with a very reasonable price. I will definitely use their service again if I have any in the future.

Great quick responses in Yelp and qoute! Needed our water softener cleaned out. Scheduling with them they were very busy with the recent storms. But they got Me scheduled when someone else had canceled. Very good service and he was done in less than 1 hour. A bit pricey for what I needed, but did the job right and excellent customer service. Therefore, earned solid 4 stars from me. Thanks all Pipes.

Ivan was prompt and he replaced our heater within a day.  He was very professional and left the place clean. The new heater is working great. He was also friendly and we would definitely call on him in the future.
