I have used City if Sewer for a couple years now, if not longer for our property management business in the peninsula area. In my experience have very professional, efficient, punctual and reasonably priced. We have done small service calls as well as larger jobs such as full sewer lateral replacements, etc. and I look forward our continued business together.

Picked up his phone right away on a Monday night at 9:15 and fit me in the next morning. He arrived on time. Ed literally saved us thousands! We got the snake stuck in pipes trying to unplug a drain went too far and it was stuck I mean STUCK! We tried for hours to pull it out and nothing! We were looking at possibly cutting pipes and drywall to get it out! He came and worked and worked and got it out! He was incredibly reasonable and informative. Would recommend him without hesitation and have finally found a skilled honest plumber.

Very professional. Our water heaters pilot light went out and we ended up needing the thermocouple replaced. The tech had the parts and fixed the water heater on the spot. I'm pretty sure we need a new water heater sooner than later and when we do, we will have crown back out to help. Very impressed.

Ed was really helpful and fixed our plumbing problems! He provided me with options and suggestions for fixing our slow drainage across the toilet and sink . He didn't rush through and did the job diligently . I highly recommend his services

Great company ...  I would give more than 5 stars if I could.  Very professional, courteous  and knowledgable . He explains the problem and gives a detail account of the solution. Very honest ... No hidden coast. I have used them numerous times and will continue for all my plumbing needs.

I called these guys based on the rave reviews. However, in my case they stood me up not just once but three times! How can some one run a business who does not value his customers' time? May be these guys do a good job when they do show up but am not going to wait to find out.

Highly recommend Water Quality Plumbing! We bought our house recently, and had no idea what is going on when our sewage backed up and the toilets not able to flush water any more. Our house starts to smell, and it's long weekend as well. I searched on yelp, found a couple of companies with good review and called, but a lot of them were either fully booked or not working during weekend. And I called Water Quality. The operator told me someone would call me back in 20 minutes, and Oscar did call me in time, and arrived in 2 hrs. He resolved the issue smoothly with a reasonable charge, and gave us good suggestions about what's going on and how to prevent it. We are very grateful for their in time service, they saved us for a smelly long weekend! Highly Recommend their sevice!

I contacted 5+ other plumbers and all others asked me to call back or they'd need to come to estimate (I can't be at home only for the estimate)! So his quick online response definitely stood out and is much appreciated.

A couple of neighbors in our local dist email recommended them so I had them come by to check out a kitchen sink leak. Quickly diagnosed w/o charging and told me to buy whatever faucet I liked and he can come back tomorrow to replace.
Came back the next day and swapped everything out. Even fixed our broken-for-years garbage disposal at no charge!

Came early than scheduled (which is great for me) both times and has great communication.

My heroes on a Sunday with a busted water heater! Such a reasonable price for a Sunday replacement. Huge thanks the crew!!

I asked him over the phone for a range of what it would cost to snake a tub drain which was a very simple job. Just a hairball in the P-trap they said between $160 to about $220 but when they got out there they said it be $240.   Took all of about 10-15 minutes to snake the drain. I understand, travel costs, and everything but still find the cost expensive for the amount of work involved.

I had an emergency with a water heater on mother's day. I called Anthony and he showed up within 20 minutes. He was able to replace my water heater the next morning. In addition, he fixed my shower head for free.

More recently, I had a water leak caused by a reverse osmosis system. I was able to stop the leak by shutting down the valve. Anthony was able to get it fixed within 48 hours of my call, and he had the cheapest price by a good margin vs several others that I called who couldn't even commit to a price and gave an extremely large range.

I highly recommend Anthony without hesitation.

Tino was punctual at coming to my house at an agreed upon time (within 3 hours of my initial inquiry) to provide an estimate for a leaky water valve going into the house. The quote was fair and the repair was done that day. Tino was very professional with his work.

Takai at Hightop Plumbing did an outstanding job installing a new water heater for us.  I discussed with him the job at 5PM and by 3PM the next day he was onsite working on the installation.  He discussed with me all of the work that would take place to get our 30 year old heater replaced.  His work was high quality and we are very happy with his communication throughout the whole job.  We will be looking forward to hiring Hightop Plumbing for future projects.

Replaced p-trap under kitchen sink. William did not finish the job by sealing the pipe. Just placed one pipe inside another. We didn't notice the gallons of water that leaked under the cabinets and down to subfloor for months. Beware of this company. I had another professional plumber come fix it. He could not believe the incompetence!

Had pretty much our whole house re-piped. George did a great job and was very accommodating considering we had some other remodeling going on at the same time. We even had him come back couple weeks later when we decided to move the piping for our bathroom sink over so we can fit a vanity in.  would recommend George at All Pipes Plumbing.

Ivan is just terrific! Extremely professional, super nice guy, great work. Helped us on a couple of different occasions, he's our go-to for sure now. So happy to have such a great resource!
