Steven from KKP was very quick to respond to my messages and gave me the best quote on fixing my garbage disposal. He was friendly, prompt and on time and would be glad to do business with them in the future.

It's not often you can find a service, any service, that is as honest, reliable and trustworthy as this plumbing service. Ed and Simon were on it when my water heater needed to be replaced! They communicate well and deliver everything they promise. I will definitely recommend them to friends and family and they will always be my first call when I'm in need of a plumber.

Kiet was the 1st plumber to respond my request with COVID safety guideline.  His team replaced a galvanized pipe and repaired couple copper pipe leaks in crawl space promptly.  He also replaced the T&P valve water heater.  The team completed the decent job very efficiently at reasonable price with multiple-item discount.  Highly recommended.

Kahn is THE BEST!!! He has helped me out many times on different plumbing issues, Water Heater, toilet replacement,  line clogs, etc. and he is always fast, friendly, courteous, and he knows what he is doing. The cost is more than reasonable. This time he outdid himself. I live an older flat-top home with special plumbing considerations. There was obviously a leak somewhere because the water meter was running too much, Kahn checked everything and it was looking like a BIG problem, and then he went the extra mile as always and with his experience he discovered a minor leak which saved me so much money and time. There is a place in Heaven for Kahn. But all drama aside, if you want a great, reliable plumber - Kahn is who I call!

Great service. Showed up on time as promised . Determined the problem and handled it same day (he had the parts in his van which was nice) very respectful , communication was great from start to finish ! Great price ! will definitely recommend to anyone I know and is need of a reliable plumber service .

We moved into a historic house with a list of repairs -
1. Hot water wasn't working in a powder room
2. Two different bathroom faucets were missing handles
3. One shower head was missing and the attached bathtub wasn't working
4. Three sink stoppers needed to be installed
5. Hot drinking water faucet was not working
6. Steam shower was not working

I was nervous about finding someone with experience who could handle antique fixtures in a historic home. I got an appointment within a week of calling and Jeff Pedro came over. He was great! For some repairs, the previous owner had pre-ordered parts and others, Jeff assessed what was needed and ordered parts. It's an old house, so a few issues needed investigation and one repair even resulted in old sink parts falling off. Jeff knew exactly what to do in each situation and fixed everything in our house. He had to return with parts on another day for some repairs on our list.

He was professional, punctual and communicated ahead of each appointment. He was clean and didn't leave a trace. I would strongly recommend this company.

Updating my review... since 2019 I've had repeated clogged drains due to old galvanized plumbing so I had Fidel Gomez and his team change out our entire drain and supply lines back in 2020. They were very professional and respectful of our COVID precautions at the time as well. They've also been by the help seal a toilet wax ring on the weekend and a shower valve. Most recently, Fidel stopped by to help pinpoint a leak in our tankless water heater (installed by someone else) that was causing a high water bill. He fit us at the end of a very busy day (same day) and didn't even charge me a trip fee. I think I'm now in his cell phone speed dial but that's the kind of customer service you get with this company!

I had a leak in one of the water connections in my crawl space. I called Bueno Plumbing to schedule a service and they sent Jimmy. I couldn't be happier with the work. Not only he fixed the problem within minutes, I asked him about a couple of other jobs that I was thinking of getting done. He gave me several options at various price points and I am very thankful for it. Bueno would for sure be my first call whenever I have a plumbing job at my house.

We had a clogged sink for about two weeks and had completely exhausted the drano option. Called last minute and we had Anthony at our door half hour after we called! He arrived early and ready to work, fixed the sink in less than an hour and gave us the best offer out of any of the plumbers we called!

We were very happy with Tino at Mission City Plumbing, he was a great communicator and explained repair options to us clearly.  He showed up when promised or texted if there would be a delay. We were very glad to have his services and highly recommend Mission City Plumbing.

Takai at Hightop Plumbing did an outstanding job installing a new water heater for us.  I discussed with him the job at 5PM and by 3PM the next day he was onsite working on the installation.  He discussed with me all of the work that would take place to get our 30 year old heater replaced.  His work was high quality and we are very happy with his communication throughout the whole job.  We will be looking forward to hiring Hightop Plumbing for future projects.

For an emergency and small job quick fix they are the perfect plumber .
I have used them twice now, the first time was installing my toto Toilette, this time fix leak under my sink, I was scheduled to install my dishwasher then they got there they wouldn't install it because they found a small leak under the sink and so I called these Guys,  no answer then I found another one and got an appointment for Friday and it was Wednesday after I made the appointment Rob called me back and told me that he will have someone come over in one hour. For me that fair enough for the pricey trip and they  got the job done.
The way they set up their service is  they will come out for one hour price set ( you can ask them about the start price before they come) plus parts, if your job is finished within that one hour, you have to pay that one hour set price only plus parts  not less not more even if they only finished your job for 5 mn you still pay the one hour price they offer you however if your work needed more than one hour they will then build you more by calculating the extra hours they add.

I think they are best for small job that need to get quick fix, if you have a bigger job that will need more time maybe they are not the best,  pricewise.
Though they work effectively, they don't try to waste time to bill you more, up to know their job at my house has been fall into the one hour task and this time they give my husband 10% discount because he was complaining about the price, since they were there only for half an hour.

Now I actually have question about the company, I am not sure if these people that come to do the job is from the same company or from whatever available plumbers out there,  since the numbers on my bill  and the person I spoke to set up the appointment is different.
In all I will call them again if I have any emergency, something small and need to get fix quickly. Also it seems the people install my toilette is the same as the people fix the leak, very effective.

I really liked that George was knowledgeable and efficient, really pleasant to work with and excellent pricing.  He'll be my go to plumber from now on.  Lucky to have found him!

Jose Hernandez came out to our home to fix a gas line so our new oven would fit. He came out within 30 minutes from when I called him which was greatly appreciated considering I would have to leave work early another day out of the week if he couldn't do it the same day. He worked quickly and explained everything he was doing. He was very pilot and respectful and friendly. My husband and I are first time homeowners and aren't so handy yet so he showed us how he did everything such as cut off the gas and re light a water heater. I would highly recommend Peterson plumbing.
