Fast, professional, terrific work.  Followed COVID protocol and we were able to continue to work from home while he was here -- he was very quiet and independent.  Totally happy.

Plumbing needs are usually unexpected and stressful. Eddie's professionalism, helpfulness, and positive attitude over the phone helped put us at ease right away. Thankfully, he was able to fit us in the next morning, and he showed up right on time. The pipe from the kitchen sink was badly clogged. Eddie patiently ran the drain equipment several times over until the clog was finally cleared. He performed all of the work from the outside with mask and gloves at all times.

Note to fellow Yelpers: Don't try to unclog your drain with baking soda + vinegar + water. It was the baking soda paste that ultimately backed up our kitchen sink.

Fabulous work by Mesbah & team! We had a leak in our kitchen sink which could potentially cause water damage to our kitchen floors & cabinets. The team here responded quickly. They diagnosed the problem - a broken sink, broken drain pipe & a leaky kitchen faucet. They replaced the drain pipe & faucet then applied glue to the sink to repair the issue. They went to Home Depot to get the faucet & communicated great! Sending pictures to select from. They also guaranteed the work saying they'll do a free repair if the leak occurs again.

We had a mysterious leak occurring in our garage that appeared to be related to our clothes washer. After unsuccessful attempts at diagnosing the issue with other appliance repair companies, we called All Go Plumbing and Rooter. Kiet investigated and found that the leak had nothing to do whatsoever with our washer, but rather washer and water softener drain water was coming back out of our uncapped service pipe and spilling onto the garage floor. He used his water jet to clean out our main drain line, which he discovered had been clogged due to being old and had not been unclogged for several years. He also fashioned and installed a service pipe cap to ensure that sewer gases would not get into the garage space. Both solved the drainage issue. Oddly enough, we found another leak issue after that visit that, as it turns out, had been occurring for some time without us noticing. Our two water softener and washer drain hoses had been sharing an old cast iron stem/stand pipe and the lack of pipe diameter caused the drain hoses to splash back water out of the stem pipe while draining. Kiet patiently came out to investigate this issue and helped us set up the drain hoses as well as they could be into a single stem pipe and did not charge us for the visit. Kiet is very friendly, knowledgeable, and easy to work with. I highly recommend All Go Plumbing and Rooter!

I messaged Bakhtiar on Yelp looking for some help with our fire pit table in our backyard. We had just set it up to use natural gas instead of propane, but the fire was a lot smaller now using the natural gas line. We were told that it's likely something to do with the plumbing, so that's what brought me to Yelp.

He was super quick to respond and called to schedule a time for him to come take a look. When he came, he was very straightforward with us, telling us that this is a problem he's never worked with before and that he'd need to do some research and ask some other people he knows that are more knowledgeable about gas fire pits. I really appreciated his honesty and his willingness to do some research for us and learn. He is clearly passionate about what he does!

It has been an ongoing process with him, but he gives us regular updates via phone and text, and he has already come back to the house a couple times to take a look. Most recently, he took everything out and tried replacing different parts to see if it would work, but unfortunately it didn't. We seem to still be missing an integral part. He was courteous enough to put everything back in place with the old part so that we could at least have a working fire pit (albeit with the problematic small flame) and said he would continue to do more research and try to help us fix our problem. He even stopped by some shops to look for our missing part while on holiday in Sacramento with his family! That's the level of dedication you'll get from him.

Although our problem is still unresolved, he has made it clear to us that he has not forgotten about us and will continue to try to help us! To date, he has not charged us for his services, even though he has already come over multiple times and done research on his own time. I'm holding out hope that he'll be able to resolve this issue for us!

Determined the problem and handled it same day (he had the parts in his van which was nice) very respectful , communication was great from start to finish ! Great price ! will definitely recommend to anyone I know and is need of a reliable plumber service .

I had a leak in my main and called three other plumbers in the area who were all too busy to take on my issue. So on the professional recommendation of these other plumbers I called Water Quality Plumbing. Since I had burned half a day trying to find someone to come out I was worried they wouldn't have time either. Fortunately they were able to dispatch someone within the hour of my call to come out and assess the situation. They determined the leak was under my cement sidewalk and gave me a few options on what to do. They gave me a few quotes to mull over but while I did that they installed a bypass for my main so that I had water in my house without the huge leak.

We decided to replace our whole main water line and WQP was out the next day to start the work. They were fast, efficient and their work was of the highest quality. Jason my estimator/project manager was in constant contact with me about progress of work and was always nice and cordial whenever we talked. He was straight up with me about what pricing was going to be and never tried to sell me on anything extra.

Let me put it this way, I don't know of much higher praise than from your fellow plumbers. I recommend them and so does the Bay Area Plumbing Community.

A month ago I had a shower tub leak and I called Vic to have an inspection and repair. Vic and his crew were super responsive and friendly. They went down to the crawl space and located the leak. They repaired it quickly - it was late afternoon, well passed their business hour but when they found out a component was missing, they drove to the nearby home depot to buy it instead of asking me to wait until the next day. The original leaking pipe was not installed properly and took a big effort to remove, but Vic removed it with minimal damage to the tub. He even offered to remove a metal sheet that was a trip hazard after they finished the repair.

Their quote was on the pricier side but their services worth every penny. I'll definitely recommend them if you need a plumbing job done.

Just had them come out to clear out a long drain pipe and a badly clogged sink drain. Had them replace the under sink plumbing and washer standpipe with ABS. They are a pleasure to work with and the prices are reasonable. Highly recommended!

The other guy told me my furnace had to be replaced and he could so it that same day for $5K, but since he liked me, he would do it for $4K.  I smelled something fishy.

I called Wizard (Gregg) and they replaced a circuit board.  Total cost: $600.

Kevin came to unclog the drain. Right after they left I checked and the drain was still not completely unclogged and I called him  right away. Kevin sent someone to look into it and they were able to completely resolve the issue. Five stars for accountability.

These guys rock! I asked Anthony how much it was going to be and he gave me the price not a ballpark but the price.  Very quick and painless experience. Victor his helper is more than just his helper he is also very experienced in finding ways to get the job done. I will definitely keep their card and recommend them to my friends.

I'm a retired contractor and of course hate to pay to have someone do work that I could easily do.  But my homeowner grade rooter equipment won't cut roots as well or as easily as professional grade equipment. So I turned to Mission City Plumbing for help.  Called at 7am, Tino answered and said he could come by at 10:30 am (He arrived at 10:15am Great start!)  He looked at the situation, quoted me a fair price and said he could knock it out for me in a few hours.
Tino quickly set-up and had the roots that were clogging the main sewer lateral cleared within 20 minutes.  He then proceeded to rooter the entire line out to the street. Now that the line was clear, he cut out a section of cast iron pipe and installed an ABS two-way clean out.
I thought okay, great, but then to my surprise Tino ran the snake the opposite way in order to remove build-up of the 4 underfloor sewer line.
Next he brought out the camera and ran that the full length in each direction.  I am very pleased at his prompt, courteous and professional service, qualities I used to pride myself on when I was a contractor. Call Tino at Mission City Plumbing you'll be glad you did!

Reached out to several different plumbers for an emergency repair for a leak in my crawl space that I needed to get repaired ASAP. After my primary choice flaked out on me, Hightop Plumbing was extremely responsive. I normally am skeptical with providers with low reviews, but made an exception in this case and extremely glad I did.

Takai is the owner and arrived later in the afternoon. He quickly diagnosed the issue and warned me it was a fairly complex fix in my crawl space. He worked well into the evening, but got the job done. He even looked into a dishwasher leak issue I'd been having and resolved that issue as well.

I know its April and I am JUST writing the review now, but I called All Pipes Plumbing back in December while visiting my moms house in San Jose and received amazing service. I don't remember the owners name, but he was the one who came out. He was super nice, honest and sincere! I would definitely recommend APP to anyone needing a plumber.  We have some improvement plans and definitely plan on having them come our for us again!!! This is the one you need to call!

Called Ivan for a clog in our toilet/shower drain. He called back within a few minutes,  and showed up on time that he promised.  The clog was due to roots getting into the drain, and it took a lot of effort in pouring rain for him to complete the job, and he did it with utmost professionalism.

Will definitely hire him for any plumbing job in the future.
