I did have to wait an hour or so longer than agreed on, and had to call Edward back to find out when his guy was coming. Edward said that he had told me that the arrival time was within a window of time, which was not true, he never told me that, he probably would normally tell all his clients that, but he did not tell me that. But that was the only hiccup. I waited much longer than that for phone guys and cable guys.

Anyway, his guy did a good job. All is well. I would use #1 Honest Plumber again.

Our tub has only hot water and we contact Crown Plumbing. They respond quickly so we can get it fixed soon. Freddy come to our house. He is very helpful and patient. We requested the same service from another plumbing repair and they refused to come because they say the job is too small. They don't understand without cold water we cannot use the bathroom actually. Anyway Crown Plumbing accepts the job and get it done quickly. The price is also reasonable.

I had plumbing issues with a clogged drain about two weeks ago. I called Right plumbing services and they came out even though it was on a weekend. They fixed the clogged drain, cleaned up everything and were very helpful.
Today I had another clogged drain issue and they were able to come this evening and fix the drain. They were very professional, explaining the process and what needed to be done. They were very neat, cleaning the area and they were quick to analyze the problem and fix it. I was very happy with the outcome and with their work.

I highly recommend Kiet and Co. (Thang) as your go to for any plumbing issues! Saturday afternoon, I realized my water heater had a leak and quickly made some calls to get quotes for repair. I spoke to Kiet and he easily showed me how to shut off the water main to stop the leak. He had promised to come by to take a look, by end of day, as he was currently working on another project. (I mention this because other companies weren't willing to come out and even take a look! Some asked for pictures or some wanted to make appointments days out and I had an emergency leak)! The effort in just coming out for a quote was greatly appreciated! As expected, he showed up, evaluated the scene, and gave me a quote and also gave me a deal! Sunday morning, he showed up with Thang (his partner) on time and quickly started working on the repair of the water heater and new installation of our water filtration system and they did not leave until project was complete! The two were clean, fast, and accurate! I'm sort of OCD and needed everything to be precise! Kiet also called the following day to check up on the work and everything was running smoothly! My water heater went bad and was leaking water. Found AAA Affordable Plumbing and requested an online quote. They got back to me with 5 minutes. Impressed! I did contact other plumbers.
Let me know upfront cost with water heater and labor. Replaced my water heater at a very good price. Came over the next day and did a great job! Wore Mask and gloves during these times, very professional. Even updated new water heater, with hot and cold flex lines, new gas chip, and drip pan. Bringing my systems up to date. Will use him for future projects. Would recommend to anyone.

Yes, folks, I did a stupid thing and put stuff in the disposal I shouldn't have.  I called Ed because of the two prior reviews on here, and left him a message to call me back.  Within 30 minutes, he returned my call, told me he'd be here in about an hour, and sure enough, he showed up.

He unclogged the main drain in less than 10 minutes, which I'd tried to do for three hours on my own.  He gave me a 60 day warranty (I've never received anything more than a 30 day), and he charged $125.

Compared to the other quote I'd gotten ($182 just to come out), I thought this was quite reasonable.  He was professional, friendly and obviously knowledgeable.  

I hope I don't need him again, but if I do, he's the only one I will call.

Water Quality Plumbing recently replaced our old galvanized pipes with copper plumbing for our home. They are awesome!  They will go the extra distance to make sure you are satisfied and they take the time to explain the whole process.   Their prices are very competitive.

Victor deserves a full 5-star review, as he was the second plumber I asked to check my under sink pipes and garbage disposal for leaks, as the first plumber never did appear when their office said they would.   Vic was super responsive, actually a bit early and handled everything that needed to be done in record time.   I think his rates are very good and he is one hardworking man.  I'm pleased to recommend him, and would be my first-call for any residential plumbing work in the future (and note he is exclusively residential, at least at this point).

Found the water heater leaking on a Sunday morning.  Called around 9:30 or 10 am, they were here within an hour as promised, and Dustin was done with the replacement and cleaned up by around 12:30 pm.  I think the price was fair based on one other quote, maybe I could have done a little better if I had time to shop around and it wasn't a Sunday.  But other than paying them, it couldn't have been more painless.  These guys have tons of good reviews on Yelp, that's why I called them first, and they deserve 5 stars.

I had a leak in a 30 year old copper pipe going to my pool filter. Spent 3 days talking to about 6-7 plumbers to get an estimate. 2 of them showed up in person and one gave a quote over the phone by responding to a picture of the leak. First one gave a quote of almost $1000 and would not provide details on how exactly they will fix the leak. Second one gave an almost double quote but also suggested replacing the entire buried pipe for unknown 1000's of $$ more. Third one gave a quote in the same range but could not schedule the job for weeks. Finally, we got Edgar from Bueno Plumbing. Showed up on time, assessed the job requirements in detail, gave a competitive quote 15 minutes later in writing and scheduled the job 2 days later.

The work was done in an extremely professional manner and on time. It took him about 3 hours to finish the job. You can see the before and after pics below. This is how a professional service experience should be. The job was guaranteed for a year. I would not look at any other plumbing service in the future.

Takai is the owner and arrived later in the afternoon. He quickly diagnosed the issue and warned me it was a fairly complex fix in my crawl space. He worked well into the evening, but got the job done. He even looked into a dishwasher leak issue I'd been having and resolved that issue as well.

Great quick responses in Yelp and qoute! Needed our water softener cleaned out. Scheduling with them they were very busy with the recent storms. But they got Me scheduled when someone else had canceled. Very good service and he was done in less than 1 hour. A bit pricey for what I needed, but did the job right and excellent customer service. Ivan did an excellent job to help me identify the problem right away and quickly solve the issues by removing the roots from the clean out pipe.
