Ed and Simon are the best! We've got help from them a couple of times and it was always great service. Not only do they solve the issue but also explain things clearly. Communication has always been easy. They DON'T b*. They get straight to the point and solve the problem for a reasonable price. Highly recommend.

Updated - (changed to 3 star) - Got a call from owner who apologized and explained this is not usual and returned visit fee. Also offered to send some other technician and give discount if we wanted to continue work.
Original - Very expensive, unfriendly. We called them for leak under the kitchen sink. He was prompt but not helpful at all. Even found him arrogant to talk. Even though, we had planned to fix couple of things he mentioned, we just did not feel comfortable for him to do our work. I have feeling they like to do big jobs and not small home repairs. It would be good if they just said that.

They are quick, efficient and highly skilled. I'm very happy with their service. Their service completely justify their ratings here on Yelp.

contacted drain master  based on yelp review and it does not appear that this company wants my business.  This company treated their time more important than mines. I had to follow up 3 times.  an appointment was scheduled, no show and no call. Finally contacted me a day later and said is ready to do the work.  I finally got the job done without Drain Master. It's a waste of my time.

My tub drain was backing up on a Saturday. I called several plumbers and only Water Quality had an answering service. Plumber Phil called me back immediately. He said he would come out in about 3 hours but I scheduled for Sunday morning. Phil came, used the electric snake on the drains in both tubs, fixed the problem within an hour and charged me the amount agreed upon in our phone call. Good work.

Highly recommended! Super responsive, able to come the same morning, and affordable. Vic quickly responded when I reached out to him about our bubbling toilet. We just had another plumber come fix it but the issue came back a month later. Vic was honest to try few things to see what would work before having to take out our toilet, was able to explain to us what he did, and how our whole plumbing worked. Will be using Vic for any of our plumbing needs from now on!

solid work! sewer line backed at night. the guys showed first thing in the morning. cleaned it and showed with the camera where the issue with roots is. will call again!

Wizard Plumbing's Christian U has greatly helped my family in a pinch and has taken the time to explain the processes related to fixing our issue. Anthony answered the phone when I called, understood what I wanted to have done, told me his next available appointment (in 2 days) and appointment windows (I chose 9-1) and had me text him my details.

The evening before he texted to confirm, asked if 8 or 8:30 would be okay. I said 8:30

Anthony and his Employee of the Month™ (I didn't catch his name) arrived at 8:15, got to work right away. They quickly determined that my ADA toilet, which had been installed a year ago, had been mounted off-center, and the wax ring was blocking the flow. They cleared the clog and re-installed the toilet the right way, tested it and it works fine.

Also had a bathroom faucet which was only producing a trickle, I was afraid it was a poorly installed pipe under the house, but they found it was just the aerator had 3 screens instead of the usual 1, and those were all clogged, Fixed that and now the pressure is excellent.

They cleaned up after themselves, and were done before 9 am.

Good people, easy to communicate with, and proud of doing a good job and saving needless work and expenses. Very reasonable price with a 6-month guarantee.

5 stars for quality work and fair price. My front water service was a nightmare of previous owner's mishmash of galvanized steel and PVC. Another plumbing company had tried to remedy the system by adding some copper piping and a ball valve. The result was unsatisfactory. My relationship with Mission City Plumbing did not start smoothly. I got canceled due to an emergency on another job. Tino kindly rescheduled me for the next day, Saturday which I think would normally be a day off. He analyzed what was going on and listened to what I wanted. I am very happy with the end result. BTW his price was significantly lower than another company popular on Yelp. Definitely worth giving these guys a call.

Quick response and very efficient! Takai came in the next morning and did the job very smoothly on a leak from one of the outdoor valves. Was very professional with the work and easy to communicate with.

I recently had George/All Pipes Plumbing repiped my whole house. He provided the most comprehensive, competitive bid, explained everything thoroughly, and has been reliable throughout the whole process. His is very knowledgeable and experienced, his work ethic is outstanding, he is friendly and takes great pride in his work. He is also very resourceful and takes all the challenges that come with replacing 70 year old galvanized plumbing in stride! He kept me apprised of issues I needed to be aware of during the job, and never used them as an excuse to bump the price of the work. He goes out of his way to keep his customers happy. I would give him 10 stars if I could. He's the best!

Ivan is fantastic! Our hot water suddenly disappeared and the pressure was very low. The cold water was not affected, only the hot water. After calling several different plumbing services who were slow to respond, we found Plumbing & Drains Unplugged. Ivan was at our house within 30 minutes and honed in on the problem right away.
