Steven did a really good job fixing our clogged bathtub and basin. Very prompt in responding to our enquiry, came by our place on time and reasonable pricing - what more can you ask for. Steven will be my go-to guy for any repairs or clogs. Keep up the good work.

Eddie is one of the best tradespeople I've ever had the pleasure of working with. Extremely quick and thorough communications, always kept us in the loop with what was happening, especially considering the issues we ran into with the City of Mountain View's changing requests, permits, requirements, etc. I don't highly recommend very many contractors or tradespeople, but Eddie and his crew deserve it.

My experience with Crown Plumbing was great! I had issues with my toilet valve, and the actual piping to the toilet as well. I called their phone number, and immediately spoke to a friendly, professional-sounding person. Within a few hours, they sent someone out to take a look, and give an estimate. The price was very reasonable, and after about 30 minutes, everything was fixed and working again. It's been weeks since the work has been done, and I have no issues. -I'm happy, and would definitely recommend them.

Called them twice and both time they were very professional and helpful, and provided all the possibilities and recommendations I needed for the job to be done well. Their work was super clean and high quality. I didn't have to clear the area after them. I positively recommend them for anyone who needs help with plumbing.

Plumbing is nasty business, better to call the pros when things get backed up.  

Had problems with the 2 line, they were able to snake it in no time. Removed and replaced the frozen cap on the cleanout so they didn't have to slip on the mossy roof.

They were courteous and prompt. What more do you want? Just call 'em already.

Made an appointment on Monday for the following day. They said they would call in the morning with a 2 hour block for Tuesday. When they called they said we'll be there between 2 and 4pm.  We canceled our daughter's class to accommodate them even though we asked if they could come just 15 minutes earlier. At 4:35 we called them because no one showed or cared to call. I gave them a 24 hour chance to explain. There was no explanation until 1:30pm Tuesday. They have since rectified the situation by discounting me $25 and doing the work immediately upon the return call, albeit quite later than I had anticipated.

We needed a kitchen faucet replaced . Andy came and did the job very professionally and timely . Great job !

I had a backed up sewer main (emergency as no water in my house was able to be drained) and called a 5 Star Plumber I found on Yelp, they were completely booked but gave me Vic's number on the off chance he was free.  Best thing they could have done.  He was just finishing another job and was able to get over to me and fixed the issue within the hour.  He explained what happened and how he resolved the issue. Then gave me helpful tips on avoiding the issue in the future.  He cleaned up after he was complete and made sure I was happy with the result. And just like that, Vic just became my go-to plumber. I am definitely going to use him again if I get into trouble or have a plumbing project. Excellent service!  I would give him 6 stars if I could.

This was a great experience, Santos was super friendly, timely, and did a great job installing my utility sink even despite finding several issues when he got into the wall. The office texted me with arrival times and was very responsive. Highly recommend

Friendly staff answered the phone. Mike came over before the scheduled time! This was good since we needed the toilet! Super quick arrival. Mike did an amazing job explaining the problem and even gave me some tips to help prevent the issue down the road. Highly recommend Mike and Wizard plumbing!

Great service!  I called bueno plumbing I had a clogged sink.  Jimmy explained to me how it just needed to be snaked.  He gave me options also gave me recommendations on future projects!  I'll definitely be using them for all of my plumbing needs from here on out!

Anthony was honest, diligent, and reliable.  We spoke on Monday regarding the blockage in my main sewer line.  We agreed that Wednesday was a mutually convenient day for him and his team to come out.  He arrived when he said he was going to arrive, charged me a reasonable price, did a fantastic job, and gave me a one year warranty.  I have not had customer service like that in A VERY LONG TIME.

5 stars for quality work and fair price. My front water service was a nightmare of previous owner's mishmash of galvanized steel and PVC. Another plumbing company had tried to remedy the system by adding some copper piping and a ball valve. The result was unsatisfactory. My relationship with Mission City Plumbing did not start smoothly. I got canceled due to an emergency on another job. Tino kindly rescheduled me for the next day, Saturday which I think would normally be a day off. He analyzed what was going on and listened to what I wanted. I am very happy with the end result. BTW his price was significantly lower than another company popular on Yelp. Definitely worth giving these guys a call.

We have had Takai reroute my shutoffs on my washer and he also replaced our main shutoff coming into the house,  also replace the pipe coming
into the house from the main, and replaced some fittings, everything he has
done has been excellent, I would highly recommend him to anyone, he is very reliable, honest and he knows what he doing!

Replaced p-trap under kitchen sink. William did not finish the job by sealing the pipe. Just placed one pipe inside another. We didn't notice the gallons of water that leaked under the cabinets and down to subfloor for months. Beware of this company. I had another professional plumber come fix it. He could not believe the incompetence!

On time, fair price, got the job done (I had some clogged drains). That's pretty much all that needs to be said.
