Steven was very easy to work with. We replaced our old pipes to copper from city meter to the inside of the house. Not only were his prices reasonable, Steven was a great communicator and super responsive to any requests or questions I had. The work was done within a day.

We had a contractor install the bathtub after the plumbing was done and realized the rough in valve and the pipes were not aligned with the tub. Steven was very flexible and his team came in ASAP the next day to get it aligned.

I will be using Steven again in the future!

I filled out the Yelp form to receive a quote and Eddie responded back within 5 minutes!!!  (I don't know why Yelp has a 1 hour response time for #1 Honest Plumber, but not with me.)  

I called Eddie to explain what was going on with the organization I volunteer at that required 3 new toilets to be installed (replacing old ones) and a leaky urinal to be fixed.  Eddie is so on the ball, he had time the same day, but unfortunately, I didn't, so he said he had time the following day.  PERFECT!!!  

He and his coworker, Juan, came within the window Eddie stated.  All three of us went through what was going on with the old pre-existing toilets and leaky urinal, and immediately afterward, both Eddie and Juan were right on top of things building the new toilets and pulling out the old.  The two of them make a great team while working diligently and picking up after themselves.  The take away is there are three new working toilets and a urinal that no longer leaks!!!

Eddie communicated with me about all the particulars given that the building is extremely old and the fixtures are equally as old.  He showed me where the issues were located and gave me a timeline as to whether things could wait or really needed to be addressed.  I really appreciated that because sometimes finances and time don't always lend themselves to the luxury of being immediately addressed.    

Eddie works from referrals and I am most certainly going to recommend him.  His work ethic is right in line with those vendors I source which is to say he really cares about his clients, he values their business, and he's dead on excellent with his work.  

A handshake is old school and frankly that's all right by me.  Thank you Eddie and thank you Juan!

My Repipe quote for 4 bed, 2 full bath, 2000 sq ft home was a whooping $20,000. That was 8,000 above Repipe Specialist and Advanced Repipe Specialist (both $12,000). I called to discuss the quote and offer an opportunity to adjust the quote but the service rep said it's not worth our time. James Arguelles 5853 Cohasset Way, San Jose CA 95123. Be very careful as it's clear they are price gauging in tough economy. Good luck against competitors at those rates.

1.18.21 Update - Owner called me after the post and offered an apology for the poor experience. I accepted his apology. He explained his reasons they are $8000 more than the quotes from Repipe Specialist and Advanced Repipe Specialist. The cost per hour for his workers is more than competitors and his tools are better. That said the reality is from a customer standpoint the two competitor companies have good reviews and quoted the same job. I have since selected Repipe Specialist who outsource to a local outfit and the experience has been good.

In my opinon it will be hard for diligent customers to agree to pay a cost nearly 2x for the same work due to a business model with higher overhead.

The silver lining here is the owner did call me back and explained his reasons. I will let the Yelp customers agree or disagree if they want to pay the additional cost passed on by the owner. I opted out. Honesty does count for something and I wish the owner and his company good luck.

I want to thank the Safety Plumbing services specially from Edris and Mesbah both of them are very nice, friendly, hardworking and generous guys. They came on time and fixed the main water leaks outside of my house. The rate was reasonable and very fair than any other plumbing services. I definitely call them again.

Was doing some work on sprinkler valves, and shut off our main water valve. In turning it back on, the main valve broke and it would not open all the way, severely reducing our water pressure. This happened on a Saturday, before a holiday weekend, so I was thinking I would not have full water pressure until the following week. I found All Go through Yelp local recommendations, and called Kiet. Based just on a picture of the valve, he provided a reasonable bid, came out a few hours later and completed the entire job that same day -- in the middle of the 100+ degree day. Work was done quickly, cleanly and everything they did (including shutting off the water to the house) was communicated clearly so we knew what to expect.

All Go did a great job, and I will look to them as my go-to plumbers in the future!

If you have a plumbing issue you need fixed quickly, Khan and his team are the ones to call!  We received a visit from the ACWD the other day notifying us that we had a high Class 1 leak.  He opened our water meter and the entire opening was filled with water and the meter dial spinning.  We had not heard any dripping or water running in our home, nor did we have any leaks or soggy spots in the yard the ACWD rep turned off the water to our house to see if it could possibly be a leak under our concrete in the front yard.  After he turned off the water to the house, the meter was still running, so our leak was pretty much confirmed. I called AAA Plumbing that same day and Khan looked over the situation and came up with a reasonable solution that would not involve damaging the concrete.  I was really worried that he would have to cut the concrete driveway area we had laid just two years ago, and he assured me that he could do the entire job without busting my concrete and all within a single day.

Khan and his two workers promptly at 8:30 am the next morning as scheduled, and within five hours, the entire job was done including the trenching, pipe rerouting, installation, and replacing of all the dirt and plants dug up near my driveway.  He even changed out the leaky spigot in my backyard at no additional charge.  The new water line to the house worked perfectly, the leak issue was addressed, and the later meter dial stopped spinning!  Overall, I am very pleased with the level of service, the efficiency, and the quality of work that Khan and his team provided.  They did a fantastic job and I would definitely recommend him for all your plumbing needs.

We are frequent customers of Water Quality Plumbing given we own several investment properties. We've worked with other plumbing companies in the past but Water Quality provides the best service. We always request Phil. He is polite, professional and extremely knowledgeable. Nobody does a better job!

After reading the rave reviews of this company, I called Vic to replace the wax ring of a leaky toilet.  I described the job and asked him for a quote. He quoted a very reasonable price on the phone.  It's rare for plumbers to give a quote on the phone, let alone a competitive quote.  They typically come over and evaluate the job before quoting a price.  They don't even give a price range on the phone. And they charge for the estimate, ranging from $69 to a few hundred dollars depending on the job.  Their quotes are typically exorbitant. If you don't like their price, you'll end up paying for the estimate and be back on square one. Anyway, Vic came over the next morning and took care of the job.  His attitude, thoroughness and professionalism are exceptional. Going forward, Vic will be my first choice for all our plumbing work.

We are beyond satisfied with the service we received today by the folks over at Gomez Plumbing! Santa was the receptionist that took my initial call.  She was very nice and attentive. She quoted a very reasonable estimate over the phone and when I advised her that I was going to be calling around for quotes, she even made sure to let me know exactly what service work I needed to ask for, mainline flush. After calling several places, Gomez had one of the most competitive prices.  I found one company that beat them, but their reviews and our initial engagement over the phone left me feeling very uneasy. I decided to spend the extra money and feel confident the job would get done right! I called this morning to confirm a service call. Ivan arrived right on time and was super professional. He was here for a super long time due to a really bad back up that consumed much more time than your average mainline drain.  Ivan refused to give up on it and had several alternatives in the event the drain was not clearing up. After over two hours of working our issue, the drain finally unclogged.  Ivan ensured the issue was resolved and cleaned up the area very well.  I was beyond satisfied with the price I paid, and while it ended up being more than the estimate, it was to be expected given the time Ivan had to spend working out the issue.  I will no longer use any other plumbing company and highly recommend Gomez Plumbing! They are not out to make a quick buck and they really take care of their customers! Determined to keep us in service and very professional! Thank you Ivan!

A tenant complained of a noise in the garbage disposal.  I contacted WP&D to come out and assess/ repair. Note that I'm not in the same town, so WP&D could have told me anything and I'd have had no choice but to believe the.  Instead, they arrived on time, assessed the problem, and promptly solved it. There was some debris in the disposal. Remove the debris, problem gone.  Highly ethical, very courteous, and just good people.

My disposal quit working.  Kevin was on time and very polite.  He fixed the problem and the disposal now works fine.  I would call Bueno Plumbing again if I have any plumbing needs.

Called Northstar on Saturday morning wanting an earliest appointment possible because another plumber (service call through First American Home warranty) that came to fix a slow shower drainage left the bathroom complete mess without fixing the problem.  The earliest opening Northstar had was the following day (Sunday morning).  What a relief!

First, First American Home warranty is a waste of money and time.  We had two separate plumbers come out without any success.  They were only interested in trying a simplest method (snake down the shower drain) and refuse to do anything more.  I got tired of dealing with FA and called a real plumber.

Anthony and co-worker from Northstar showed up promptly on Sunday morning.  It was obvious they were serious about their work - came with all kinds of equipments to get the job done.  

After completely unclogging the pipe (now, our shower drains beautifully !), they even gave us a discount for having paid other plumbers not getting the job done.  Who does that?!!  

We will absolutely call Northstar for any plumbing related work in the future.

This time, kitchen sink/pipe was leaking and Tino came to the rescue.
He came with short notice and figure out the problem and rebuilt the kitchen plumbing pipes for a very good pricing.

Found a great plumber to install my Pelican whole house salt water softening system and reverse osmosis system. I thought it was fair pricing and quality work they performed. I would definitely recommend them to friends and family including using them again. They are recommended by Pelican water.

Our sewer cleanout backed up on Martin Luther King Day, and sewage was leaking into our front yard.  I was worried because it was a holiday that I wouldn't be able to find anyone to come fix it, but Ivan returned my call within two minutes, and he arrived at my house twenty minutes later.  He quickly snaked the line and fixed the issue.  While I had him on site I also had him to replace my faucet which I had been putting off doing myself for months.  A detailed invoice arrived by email within minutes after he was done.

Very knowledgeable and personable guy, would highly recommend and plan using him again!
