My laundromat had a drainage problem on a Sunday morning and as you may know, Sunday is the busiest day of any laundromat. My friend,who is also a laundromat owner, recommended Steven so I gave him a call. Steven  asked me a few questions and explained to me what might be my the issue. Steven & his team showed up at my store a few hours later. They fixed the issue and brought my business back in running within an hour!

My kitchen faucet began to leak.  Luis from Crown Plumbing correctlly diagnosed the problem, told me I needed to obtain a part from the manufacturer, and then returned to complete the job after I received the part.  He was on time and worked quickly each visit.  I have used Crown several times before and they were always competent and cost-effective.

We run into sudden and very complicated failures with toilet water running due to a broken part, incoming water switch for toilet not working and the main water switch not working that were just identified after the running water. We called Right Plumbing Services and Eddie answered the call right away and promised to be on site within 30 mins. Eddie came in time and fixed all issues. We are happy with Eddie's job and would use Right Plumbing Services again for future issue.

We had a mysterious leak occurring in our garage that appeared to be related to our clothes washer. After unsuccessful attempts at diagnosing the issue with other appliance repair companies, we called All Go Plumbing and Rooter. Kiet investigated and found that the leak had nothing to do whatsoever with our washer, but rather washer and water softener drain water was coming back out of our uncapped service pipe and spilling onto the garage floor. He used his water jet to clean out our main drain line, which he discovered had been clogged due to being old and had not been unclogged for several years. He also fashioned and installed a service pipe cap to ensure that sewer gases would not get into the garage space. Both solved the drainage issue. Oddly enough, we found another leak issue after that visit that, as it turns out, had been occurring for some time without us noticing. Our two water softener and washer drain hoses had been sharing an old cast iron stem/stand pipe and the lack of pipe diameter caused the drain hoses to splash back water out of the stem pipe while draining. Kiet patiently came out to investigate this issue and helped us set up the drain hoses as well as they could be into a single stem pipe and did not charge us for the visit. Kiet is very friendly, knowledgeable, and easy to work with. I highly recommend All Go Plumbing and Rooter!

I found Khan using Yelp to do a service on my leaky toilet tank,then after the services was done I still have to call him back because I still had the same problem.Khan came back twice and replaced the parts for free then the 3rd time it was the flapper that was the problem he charge me once for the prize of 2 parts including labor and on a Sunday.I don't think
I can find any great service like that.Thank you Khan.

Ed was able to quickly schedule our home repair, arrived on time and the garbage disposal replacement was priced as quoted and quickly handled. He was very easy to deal with and does great work so we found him super helpful!

Hired them a month ago to install a new 40gal water heater. Plumber arrived on time, wore a mask, and worked efficiently. He even replaced all the valves going to the water heater and brought everything to current code. He left the water heater closet cleaner than before! Price was totally reasonable too.  Great business, and will hire again!

Vic is the best!  This morning the main sewer line was clogged at my moms house.  I freaked out, we had water pouring out of toilets and the shower as well.  Had about 2 inches of water in each bathroom and was running around trying to contain all the water.  I quickly yelped a plumber and chose Vic based on reviews.  I called two other places before him and they both went straight to voicemail.  I was trying reach who ever was closest but couldn't reach anyone.  Vic answered pretty much on the first ring and asked me about my situation.  Immediately he told me how much it would cost and he said he would be over anywhere between 30-45 mins.  He came in about 15.  I count myself so lucky to have found him.

These guys came within a couple of days (it wasn't an emergency), did the job quickly at a fair price, and stuck around for the rest of the hour to help assess my broken irrigation and leaky faucet (even recommending a cheaper alternative for the irrigation). Good work!

While Mark did get back to us within a couple of hours, we couldn't wait 5 days for them to come out to unclog the kitchen sink so we went with someone else. They were referred to us, hence our call to them first.

Excellent service and very professional. Kevin came for estimate for couple of items on our todo list, he looked at external leakage. Took time to find solution and fixed it even though it was late evening. He took time to complete job even though it was 8:15 pm, very good customer service and educated us on what is right way to fix problem. Fixed price project work and no need to worry about additional cost. I will definitely recommend him for any plumbing work needs and use him next time.

My mother had a clogged kitchen sink this afternoon and on such short notice, Anthony was able to come to the rescue. He was very polite,  professional and was able to fix the issue within an hours time. His rates are reasonably priced unlike most other places I've contacted that charge by the hour and tag on crazy additional rates.  I would definitely recommend him to my friends and family for any plumbing issues.

Our water heater needed replaced and Mission City, working with Tino, came quickly to replace it with competitive rates and warranty. A few other issues were discovered and repaired. We had a small issue after the service and Tino came out without charge to fix it. Reliable and good work. Recommend!

Quick response and very efficient! Takai came in the next morning and did the job very smoothly on a leak from one of the outdoor valves. Was very professional with the work and easy to communicate with.

John and William came on time (actually a little early) to do the regular maintenance I do yearly on my 50 foot sewer line from clean-out to street.  I also needed an adjustment of a toilet flapper and my filters changed on my RO system.  They were GREAT, didn't mind me being a germ nut and asking them to wash their hands and put on the gloves I had because of handling my water filters.  John gave me an estimate on two jobs I want to do in the future.  They were efficient, pleasant and can I say half the price of other companies I called.  That is how to get repeat business which I will give them as well as recommend them to friends and family.  I'm always the one people call because  they know I vet people carefully.

Excellent work -- 6 plus stars!  I am so thankful that a friend told me about this great plumber she found.  He is now my plumber too.  Experienced, professional, efficient, thorough, polite, honest and just one of the nicest people you could ever meet.

(1)  George from All Pipes Plumbing replaced my old sewer line last year.  After vetting several other plumbers, he was definitely the right choice.  All the other plumbers said they would start by digging next to the sidewalk to search for the sewer line.  He located the line first, then dug which minimized the amount of trenching done to my lawn.  I asked all the plumbers about saving the grass that they would remove so that it could be put back after the work was done.  Not all the other plumbers wanted to do this, but George said he assumed that was what I wanted.  The grass was placed in a tarp; a few days later George neatly put it back and watered it after the job was completed.  Now the lawn looks great and you cannot even see where the trenching was done.  After he tamped down the ground there was a small pile of leftover dirt so he hauled it away. Then he hosed off the sidewalk so the job site was neat and clean.  George took care of the permitting process with the city and gave me the permit after everything was done.  (One of the other plumbers I vetted told me he would handle everything with the city but I would never need to see the permit; this sounded sketchy to me.)

(2)  A couple of months ago I hired All Pipes Plumbing for another major plumbing project to replace all the original outgoing pipes/drains under my house which have been a problem for years.  He took photos and showed me the poor condition of the corroded and clogged pipes which I already knew needed replacing.  I also had him replace the bathroom sinks, faucets and vanities.  My second Sears water softener was broken and George recommended a Pelican combination filter and water softener.  I really like the Pelican combo system plus it is salt-free and better for the environment.  George was so considerate in coordinating and minimizing the downtime when the plumbing would be unavailable.  He and his son, Anthony, did an outstanding job from demolition, installation, haul away and clean up.

Pattern plumbers put a new garbage disposal in for my parents.  They did an excellent job and at a great price.  They arrived on time, actually a little early which was nice.  Jose and his partner were very professional and pleasant.  I would tell all my friends to use their service.
