I had another plumbing problem at my house so I contacted Eddie again.  
This time, my bathtub clogged and I told Eddie that he couldn't snake  through the overflow plate because the stopper in my bathtub was stuck. Eddie quickly identified the problem over the phone.  It was very amazing because a plumber came to my house years ago and he said my contractor installed the faucet wrong.   My bathtub had a slow throw for years but I could still use it.  It was very inconvenience.   This time,  Simon came over and help. He is very friendly and professional. He explained all the alternatives to us. Long story short, he  UNCLOGGED the bathtub. I am very very happy because I thought I need to remodel the entire bathroom. THANK YOU, Simon. You are awesome!  #1 Honest Plumber is #1.

We had a tough storm drain problem ... drain backing up in heavy rain. Pablo and his crew showed up and worked to get it as clear as they could ... the problem returned the next time it rained! They brought over the Hydro Flush machine and worked on the drains (3000 PSI) ... the drains got better ... but they backed up again and the crew came back (all under warranty) and finally found the blockage about 15 feet back from the curb in the storm drain system. Wow! totally fixed it this time using their high pressure equipment and plumbing savvy to clear a bunch of roots, mud, and stones from the drain. Works like a charm now ... much much appreciate their staying with the task until it was REALLY done and working ... BTW the first call was on Christmas eve ... no problem, over they came. Awesome service!

Such a nice people and their customer service is excellent we called them today for our toilet repair they were in my house in less than an hour.. he quickly noticed the problem..compared to all other places there prices are completely low and reasonable...we are facing the water leaking problem from long time and we tried so many plumber and none of them have cleared the issue but these people are awesome at their work..very friendly and best work they have done.

Kiet is amazing at what he does. We had an emergency appliance flooding at 4 pm on a Saturday and he responded to us within 3 minutes of reaching out and came over within 20 minutes. What a guy! He was extremely pleasant to work with, knew what he was doing and gave us some extremely helpful advice. Happy to find our go-to plumber now! We highly recommend his services! Thanks Kiet.

Khan was soooo awesome. We had a plumber come before we called khan and that guy was at my house for about 5 hrs with my dad and he couldn't get the problem fixed. He didn't even have a camera snake to look into the pipe! I found khan on yelp and called him right after that other plumber left and he was able to schedule me right away! ( think we got pretty lucky there he had free time today) khan and his buddy was able to clear the clog and show me the plant root causing the problem. He was very detailed in what they were doing and explained to me what was going on. They were in an out in an hr! That's crazy that last guy was here for 5 and he couldn't even fix the problem -.-  

Anyways khan was very helpful and we were able to schedule the root extraction appt today as well! Great guy. Highly recommend.

I hate to do this because I think the owner is great but I figure I need to be honest. I paid $110 for nothing.  A few weeks ago, my upstairs shower started to have low pressure and no hot water. Weird thing was that the rest of the house had hot water.  Water Quality (Issac) came out and gave me a diagnosis. He cleaned the screens and said it could be a couple of things but he wanted to start with getting my tank cleaned but they needed to reschedule for that. They also recommended getting a  a water softener and he also proceeded to tell me that I just have low water pressure in general. Ok. yeah well that shower had pressure two days ago though, strange?  So a few days go by and I'm still taking showers downstairs in the guest bathroom or at the gym. I finally get a call and guess what- it's not to fix my low trickle or my cold water shower.. It's to get a water softener quote. Um??? I think getting my shower fixed is a higher priority.  Anyway- after a week, I got fed up and rather than call back to try and get my problem fixed, I called a plumber who specializes in tankless water cleaning. He told me that the initial diagnosis was wrong. Makes no sense if the other faucets are getting hot water. Particularly the tub which is right next to my cold water shower.

I didn't bother to call because I wanted to see how long it would take to get a return call. In hindsight it might have been a blessng in disguise because I would have had to pay for the tank cleaning and the water softener before actually getting the problem resolved

Anyway long story short. I ended up calling Dempster plumbing. They were committed to fixing my problem. They said the tank cleaning was wrong too and went straight to replacing the thermo cartridge. In the end it was expensive but hey-- the goal was to fix the shower not spend weeks trying to diagnose the problem.  I am now taking the hottest shower with incredible water pressure. In fact, its kindof strong so I take down the handle a little bit. Woo Hoo! I guess I dont have low water pressure after all...

So all in all, I think WQP just didn't deliver and fell short of my expectations and frankly it was just as though I lost $100 bucks. I don't think it was intentional and I know they are professional. I spoke to the owner and let him know and he was very apologetic and wanted to fix the problem. But I was already in progress with getting the job fixed correctly the first time.

I know they have great reviews and I dont doubt the other reviews. In this case, it was just a waste of $100 bucks and week of waiting for a call and the inconvenience of having to shower in the guest bathroom which I hate.  Sorry to have to write this....

Hi there. Excellent experience. Responded quickly to my initial request. Came to my house on a Saturday. Polite, respectful and neat. He solved the problem, and his fee was reasonable. I would highly recommend him.

I'm very satisfied w/ Vic's job to replace the toilet wax ring. He is responsive, honest and easy to work with. I called him Thursday afternoon w/ some photos and he came to my house on Friday morning showing up 10min earlier than the appt time which was great. It took him less than 30min to finish the job.

Santos the owner is a pleasure to work with. After interviewing a few different plumbers to help me with work on my 100 year old house I couldn't be happier with my decision. His team is diligent, punctual, respectful, and most importantly do fantastic work. No need to look anywhere else these guys are fantastic.

I called to have someone come out and take a look at possibly replacing my toilet. They were able to send someone out the same day, a couple hours after I called. Oscar came by to take a look at the old toilet before suggesting replacing it. He even had the kind of elongated toilet I wanted in his truck. Unfortunately it didn't fit, so he went to Home Depot, got a new one and then came back to install it. All in the same day. Good, quick service from the call to the install.

Kitchen sink had a slow drain issue that I and another plumber were not able to resolve. Came as a team of two and gave a quick estimate and were immediately able to start working. They stuck on the issue and were able to resolve it in a timely manner.

I must not have use a plumber in ages because this outfit is high tech!  We had a sewage backflow problem manifest itself at 6am.  When snaking the drain ourselves didn't fix the issue, we called Anthony.  He was the consummate professional who was highly knowledgeable and was able to zero in on the problem right away.  He lowered a camera into the clean out drain and showed me the water wasn't making it all the way to the sewer.  He the snaked the pipe from the roof and presto he was done.  All told, he took less than 30 min.  These guys are efficient, trustworthy and reliable. I will definitely use them again.

Tino arrived on time and completed the GD installation perfectly.  No issues at all regarding his work/knowledge.  This is the second time Mission City/Tino has completed a repair/replacement.  An excellent source if you are looking for a quote.

Quick response and very efficient! Takai came in the next morning and did the job very smoothly on a leak from one of the outdoor valves. Was very professional with the work and easy to communicate with.

I had some water leaking in my bathroom. I needed to replace the water shutoff valve. Agilis Plumbing responded quickly and fixed the issue the same day for a reasonable price.  I highly recommend this company.

George was awesome. Fixed a leaky pipe in our kitchen that was preventing us from having running water as well as causing a leak into the downstairs guest room. He explained clearly what the problem was and that there was an 'easy' solution that might not work, and a hard solution that would be more expensive. Luckily his 'easy' fix worked! He explained that it's not a great long term solution, and told us what we might want to do in the future to fix the issue properly with ALL our pipes due to shoddy construction by the home builder, but didn't place any pressure on us whatsoever to actually do it. He definitely gave us something to think about for the future, and we'll know who to call when we want the job done. :)

Ivan responded right away to our call, he showed up on time and got right to work. He had no issue getting our water heater back on track and his fees were reasonable. I would not hesitate to use Ivan for another plumbing issue and to recommend his services to others. It isn't easy to find a reliable plumber in SC County, look no further.
