We replaced our main sewer line using Steven's service. Very good service and competitive pricing.

Eddie truly lives up to the name of the company. He was honest and transparent about the work he would need to do and the cost. This was the first time I called a Plumber, and I was super worried I'd be overcharged bc of all the stories I hear, so I let him know right away that I wasn't trying to pay an arm and leg; however, when I met him, I could see he was a good guy and wasn't the type of guy to overcharge, and he didn't (haha whew) which was relieving!
When I called him, I gave him a description of my situation and he gave me a quote over the phone and was very clear about my options and the pricing and let me know there would be no hidden fees etc. He is obviously very experienced because he knew exactly what I was talking about and provided a solution and quote over the phone. He also voluntarily provided quotes from other companies to let me know that he wasn't charging me some arbitrary amount which was nice.
He was very kind, professional, honest, transparent, funny, and just a joy to be around.  He even voluntarily fixed my sink afterwards for no additional cost! He came the same day I called and arrived at the time he agreed to be at my home, which was nice because my problem was resolved right away so I had the rest of my Saturday to enjoy. I respect his honesty, punctuality, and professionalism. I also like that the company provides a receipt and a 30day warranty on the services. I will definitely not hesitate to call Eddie again! Not sure how many employees this company has, but I vouch for Eddie for sure! Thanks Eddie!

I'm a handyman myself, so many plumbing jobs are within my comfort zone.  Occasionally, however, the job is too major and/or I just feel it's better to pass and call in an expert.  Eddie is my backup, and it's AWESOME to have a company like Drain Masters on your team.  I tried for 3 days to unclog my own kitchen drain line; Eddie had it flowing in 20 minutes.  I confidently recommend Drain Masters to my customers--they're awesome!

We called Vic for a main sewer line backup, he came quickly (on a Saturday), got the job done and also cleaned up whatever overflowed out of the drain.

Woke up to a leaking kitchen faucet. I called 3 different plumbers and the only one who answered was Gomez Plumbing. They were very helpful and called back quickly to assure me that someone would be at my house within the hour. Santos Gomez responded to my house and installed my new faucet efficiently and for a very reasonable price. He also gave me tips on some other plumbing issues I was having. He is sincere, honest and a very good plumber. I will have him back for other needs in the future and highly recommend him.

Hired them later for a garbage disposal install. Several weeks after completion, sink back-ups began to occur, as well as some leaking. Called them to return and after 3 promised appointments in 2 days, they were a no show.  Never called me to reschedule. I had to hire another plumber who told me the hose to the disposal was improperly installed (by Gomez).  After this correction, I've had no problems.

I wanted to remove the utility sink, this project might be overkill to call a professional plumber, but Miguel still does it quickly and cleanly, 100% satisfied with his service and the price is also fair compared with other quote I got.

Kevin and his team were very responsive and professional. I was remodeling my kitchen and needed the water pipes to be rerouted since I was switching the positions of the sink and the dishwasher.  Kevin found another problem once the walls were opened and they fixed it too.  Everything was done on time. Highly recommend them.

I had sewer blockage due to damage/disconnect on sewer piple.  Anthony was able to get a reasonable quote compared to other vendors and come out get job done in a few days.

Just a big yes all around.

We had a bathtub that I needed to get hooked up. We didn't have access to the plumbing from below so it was a little tricky.  Tino was really patient as I described my random thoughts to him by text. He said he would need to look at it. During our diagnostic, he showed up on time, definitely spent his time noodling on the problem, and figured it out. When it came time to do the work, showed up on time again and finished the work as promised.

Honest work! I would definitely call him again.

We have had Takai reroute my shutoffs on my washer and he also replaced our main shutoff coming into the house,  also replace the pipe coming
into the house from the main, and replaced some fittings, everything he has
done has been excellent, I would highly recommend him to anyone, he is very reliable, honest and he knows what he doing!

We saw the dishwasher keep draining from the air gap and contacted Agilis plumbing on a Sunday late afternoon. We got response within 10 minutes and they sent a plumber to diagnose very next day. The communication is super smooth. They arrived on time, quickly found the potential issue, gave a very reasonable quote and fixed it. They also gave us a receipt with clear notes about what has been done.

George was awesome. Fixed a leaky pipe in our kitchen that was preventing us from having running water as well as causing a leak into the downstairs guest room. He explained clearly what the problem was and that there was an 'easy' solution that might not work, and a hard solution that would be more expensive. Luckily his 'easy' fix worked! He explained that it's not a great long term solution, and told us what we might want to do in the future to fix the issue properly with ALL our pipes due to shoddy construction by the home builder, but didn't place any pressure on us whatsoever to actually do it. He definitely gave us something to think about for the future, and we'll know who to call when we want the job done. :)

Ivan's five star reviews are well-deserved. From my first text communications with him via Yelp to the completion of the work, he was friendly, patient, responsive, knowledgeable, kind, and professional. His prices were comparable to our other quote--higher for two tasks, lower for the other two, so it all evened out. We had Ivan replace a shower head, a broken tub drain stopper, and a sink faucet/broken stopper; he also installed a hot water recirculating pump so that we could get hot water more quickly to the bathroom. Everything looks great and works well!
