I had to switch out my kitchen faucet and Steven was fast to respond. He was able to send someone out within an hour and the installation took about 45 minutes.

I didn't like the placement of the handle so Steven sent someone the next day to fix it.

Prices are reasonable and job was done well. Would recommend!

I called the number here because of a problem with our basement sump pump. Even the call was so valuable I would have paid. I didn't need to call them out to the house after all. He definitely could have talked me into forking over a few bucks short-term, but chose not to be super helpful via phone instead. I'll definitely be using these guys in the future when I do need work.

Called Abram in the morning regarding a water heater leak. He was able to send out Mike fairly quickly. Mike had good manners, presented everything fairly, shared the technical aspects of his diagnosis, and was easy to talk with.

He offered advice on next steps that should be considered and was not pushy about it. I liked that.

If I have any more plumbing needs, I will be sure to go back to Mike, Abram, and Crown Plumbing.

My bathroom shower was clogged so I searched someone for help. They solved it within one hour! Very professional and quick service. I appreciate their help

I highly recommend Kiet and Co. (Thang) as your go to for any plumbing issues! Saturday afternoon, I realized my water heater had a leak and quickly made some calls to get quotes for repair. I spoke to Kiet and he easily showed me how to shut off the water main to stop the leak. He had promised to come by to take a look, by end of day, as he was currently working on another project. (I mention this because other companies weren't willing to come out and even take a look! Some asked for pictures or some wanted to make appointments days out and I had an emergency leak)! The effort in just coming out for a quote was greatly appreciated! As expected, he showed up, evaluated the scene, and gave me a quote and also gave me a deal! Sunday morning, he showed up with Thang (his partner) on time and quickly started working on the repair of the water heater and new installation of our water filtration system and they did not leave until project was complete! The two were clean, fast, and accurate! I'm sort of OCD and needed everything to be precise! Kiet also called the following day to check up on the work and everything was running smoothly! Thank you guys!! Great work.

I called first thing Monday morning and they said they would be out between 2 - 4pm but would try for earlier if they could. They showed up at 11:15am and had the problem taken care of with in 30 minutes. They were clean, respectful, knowledgeable and answered all my questions. I also liked the 60day guarantee. When I need to have the drains unclogged again I will call on them.

Well, It's done! Last day of copper re-pipe. The only thing that I am nervous about is that fact that you have 30 days to determine if everything is okay. So what happens if something goes wrong at 60 days?

1. Marty (one of the owners) is very responsive and shows a high degree of interest in customer satisfaction.
2. The workers (Arnold, Noyo, and Jose) were so nice, helpful and easy to communicate with.  They really made the process as painless as possible.
Jose even moved the smoke detectors at the city inspector's request---but the inspector was wrong according the the instructions in the smoke detector package.
3. Jenny in the WQP office was also always really nice to deal with over the phone in terms of making schedule arrangements, etc.

Con's:
1. From the all the collective experiences with WQP over the last couple of months, it seems that there is a range in terms of knowledge and skills when it comes to the plumbers. If they send out a a different guy, you may get another opinion and another outcome. But, hey, that happens when you see a doctor, too.

The 5-star rating is because I basically feel like Marty stands by his work---and that is of utmost importance to me.

Victor did a great job fixing a bathtub drainage issue at my place. He was prompt in coming over and explaining what the issue is, and worked hard to solve the complex problem with the drainage. His rates are reasonable and he is super responsive over phone and text. I'm be calling Victor whenever I need any plumbing help.

This was a great experience, Santos was super friendly, timely, and did a great job installing my utility sink even despite finding several issues when he got into the wall. The office texted me with arrival times and was very responsive. Highly recommend

I've used Wizard numerous times and they are really on the ball. Friendly staff, prompt, and they usually come in less than an hour.

I used them once to replace my sewer lateral and twice I have used them due to water heater issues.

Most recently I worked with Gregg Dolling on a water heater issue. He arrived on time, was friendly and explained the problem and his solution.

Bueno plumbing was very responsive and prompt. I had a shower valve leaking and it wasn't supposed to and he fixed it after having this issue over a month. He saved me money and very affordable ! Will definitely recommend for his knowledge and expertise !!

He  has more than once not followed up with appointments.
He needs to understand that time is a precious commodity for everybody and he needs to respect others time the same way others do for him.

I manage a property in San Jose, and one night while I was on vacation in Disney World, a property managers worst nightmare became my reality. A tenant called with news of a leak in the house, that then escalated to a flooding. This was at 9pm PST and 12am in my time zone.

I must have called 5 different plumbers before reaching Mission City Plumbing. With previous companies I was either unable to get a hold of someone or was told that no one was available. But with Mission City Plumbing, I finally reached an available plumber!

Tino was on the other side of the line, and simply asked for an address and left to the house without reluctance. He very well may have saved my entire basement from being flooded.

Being the first time I have needed a plumber, I had a fear of not being able to find someone who'd empathize with the direness of the situation. I've saved Mission City Plumbing as my plumbing contact, not only because they alleviated these fears, but because they provide top notch service.

In addition to preventing additional flooding, Tino provided me with a water restoration contact, and a detailed diagnostic of the problem. Turns out the hose clamps weren't rated for the water pressure my new water heater supplied.

Since the incident I've asked Tino to even install a new shower head, and water valve. He is a skilled plumber and an excellent worker; easy to contact, keeps to his estimates, and provides a quick service.

As someone who had to deal with a leak, I have been very irritated! But equally so, as a property manager, I'm thrilled to have found a great plumbing company.

We have had Takai reroute my shutoffs on my washer and he also replaced our main shutoff coming into the house,  also replace the pipe coming
into the house from the main, and replaced some fittings, everything he has
done has been excellent, I would highly recommend him to anyone, he is very reliable, honest and he knows what he doing!

John and his team upgraded the gas pipes and installed the ice maker waterline in my house. He arrived on time, communicated very clearly, and did a very clean and professional job. He handled the permit application, and we passed the city inspection without any issue. If I have any plumbing need in the future, I will definitely give them a call.

Had pretty much our whole house re-piped. George did a great job and was very accommodating considering we had some other remodeling going on at the same time. We even had him come back couple weeks later when we decided to move the piping for our bathroom sink over so we can fit a vanity in.  would recommend George at All Pipes Plumbing.

Not just on time, but gave me a courtesy call that he had a cancellation and asked if I was available a little early.  Took care of my clogged pipe that was causing the water to flow out of exterior kitchen clean out.  He was very quick and was even able to save me a little money on having to purchase a new plug.  Scraped out the rust and reused the old existing plug which wasn't in bad shape.  He gave me a few tips on the plumbing at my house which was built in 68.  I had many questions and he gave lots of good recommendations.  Price was descent and we even got a hand written thank you card a few days later for choosing Patterson Plumbing.   Awesome service.
