Eddie at #1 Honest Plumber has been focused on the needs at my residence every time I have contacted him with a plumbing issue.  Last time we called I had an emergency with backed up shower and toilets.  He arrived a couple of hours once the call went out (even though he was very busy). Eddie was creative in his analysis with multiple plans to address the main line blocked issue. He saved the day and charged me a very reasonable rate. I am grateful for how easy it is to talk to him and the services he brings.  Thank You!

Though I didn't have a chance to use them, they were exceptional in their customer service. It was right after the holidays and Crown Plumbing was the only company with the shortest timeframe for coming out. I explained to the dispatcher that I would keep their appointment but that I would look around for a plumber who would come out sooner. My neighbor recommended a plumber and he came out the next day, so I canceled with Crown but everything about them was brilliantly professional. Any company that responsive has to be terrific, hence the 5-star rating.

After my water heater went out, I called my warranty and they arranged a service call with Right plumbing . Had a technician in my house within a days and a replacement water heater within couple of hours. I can't say how grateful I am. With the cold weather approaching, no more cold showers. Technicians were very professional and quick. The whole process was extremely fast from start to finish and very convenient. Definitely made The right decision to give the business to right plumbing.

I contacted Kiet because I needed a plumber to replace a couple of out bathroom faucets. And, I was happy to find out that he was able to help with replacing our sprinkle valves as well. Overall, it was a pleasant experience. I will definitely contact him again if we need plumbing/construction works done around our house. Kiet was very responsive, easy to work with and helpful. I feel like his pricing was fair compare to other licensed plumbing companies in the area.

I had my main water line break in my front yard.  Called Drain Doctor and they sent someone over and he quoted me $3,800 to replace my water line with copper.  I thought that was a lot for the job so I looked up plumbers on yelp.  I saw AAA had a 5-Star rating with 253 reviews.  I called Khan and told him what happen to my water line.  He quoted me $1,500 for the same job, that's 40% less.  Needless to say, I went with AAA and they came the next morning, trenched my front lawn to get to my water line, replaced it with 3/4 copper and filled the trench and replaced the sod on my lawn.  They cleaned up my yard and walkway and after they were done, you wouldn't have been able to tell that they dug a trench in my lawn.  Khan and his crew were thorough, professional, knowledgeable and very friendly.

These guys are real solid!  For everyone that complains about paying $125 to clean out a blocked drain please remember their experience, equipment and business costs are all apart of their cost structure.  They stand behind their work, have been prompt and in this mornings case showed up and got my household back up and running. In today's day and age finding guys like this that know their trade, show up on time and are accountable for their work is priceless.  I don't write reviews often so this is a testament to the work and the kind of business they run.  Thanks guys....as the next coffee is on me.

We had a clogged line to the main sewer; two other guys came out and snaked but did nothing. Rey from Water Quality Plumbing was great; he knew what he was doing, he did it, and the clog went away.

vic is awesome - he quoted me a price to replace my tenant's garbage disposal - but when he came he was able to fix the current one - he saved me the cost of the new garbage disposal and even charged me less than his original quote for the labor - on top of that, he fixed my tub filler for me which had a broken diverter during the same visit

What can I say? Santos and his team are the bomb!

A couple of neighbors in our local dist email recommended them so I had them come by to check out a kitchen sink leak. Quickly diagnosed w/o charging and told me to buy whatever faucet I liked and he can come back tomorrow to replace.
Came back the next day and swapped everything out. Even fixed our broken-for-years garbage disposal at no charge!

Came early than scheduled (which is great for me) both times and has great communication.

Three words to describe this company and the men that I dealt with.

I had an issue with a clogged sewer line today. I called for an appt. on a Sunday and there was no additional charge. Mike, the Supervisor, and his assistant arrived easily within the appt window I was given.
Both men were courteous and worked well together, not wasting time.
The problem was mitigated in a short period of time and they took the time to explain and show me what the issue had been.
It's nice to find a Company that's honest and fair. The price I paid was a great deal. I will continue to use this company in the future for ALL my plumbing needs and will recommend them to my neighbors and friends.

This review is regarding my experience for getting an estimate.

Pro - I called them to schedule a time for someone to come by and give me an estimate on some fixtures replacement. I got the time scheduled the very next day with the typical 2 hour window. Mine was from 4-6 pm.

Cons - it's 5:39 pm and I leave my phone for 3 minutes. Kevin from Bueno called 4 times back to back and left me a message saying he has been trying my phone for the last 45 mins. Really? (See pic). Then when I called him it was clear he didn't want to come. I told him we can FaceTime which he refused and said send me the pics and I will send you an estimate. Which I did right away. That was last Thursday (6 days ago). No estimate. No acknowledgement of the pics. No follow up from Bueno.

When you get work done at the house, communication is key. This business doesn't seem to have that down.

Recently had a clogged tub drained.  Called based on reviews and the $95 flat rate.  When called I told him the problem and I knew the problem was due to my luscious hair falling out, the plumber was courteous and also quoted me $95.  I also told him about a couple of other minor problems I had, and he assured me that he would look into those as well.  

He arrived on time and was polite, took off his shoes without requesting to do so.  The tub drain was unclogged in less then 10 minutes (including going back to his truck and getting tools, writing up the bill, etc).  i would say, the actual work took 6 minutes tops).  He went to write up the bill and when I asked him to look at the other problems he was curt and did not look at any of them, rather talked about it with me (I could have done the same with any plumber over the phone.) and then he talked money.  So, I got the impression that he was there to do one job and if i wanted him to look at anything else, he would be sure to charge me first.  

Also, I was not charged the  $95 flat rate.  There was another service fee of $15.  I am thinking, the  6 minutes job for $110.  WOW....that's $1100 an hour.  Had he told me that it would cost me $95 to walk into my door and then depending on the job, there would be another fee, I would understand.  He also told me that he would charge me $120 service fee to replace the tub drain, if i wanted it.  Ummm...no thanks.  

Although I thought he was nice enough and timely.  It was a total rip-off for the job of pulling some hair out of a drain.  If you were looking for a date with a nice timely plumber, I would highly recommend him.  If not, look elsewhere.

We have an old sewer line outside our house that seems to get clogged every few months. Tino came over without hesitation and got straight to work. He fixed the problem faster than I thought at a very reasonable price. He also offered suggestions to help improve our sewer line. We are very satisfied. We found our new plumber.

We have had Takai reroute my shutoffs on my washer and he also replaced our main shutoff coming into the house,  also replace the pipe coming
into the house from the main, and replaced some fittings, everything he has
done has been excellent, I would highly recommend him to anyone, he is very reliable, honest and he knows what he doing!

These guys are terrific! I had a real mess,  a leaking corroded galvanized water manifold that was part of my front yard sprinkler system. A horrible mess. I reached out to Agilis Plumbing on Sunday; John and William were at my house early Monday morning. Great job. Reasonable price. They get the first call next time I need a plumber. Excellent work -- 6 plus stars!  I am so thankful that a friend told me about this great plumber she found.  He is now my plumber too.  Experienced, professional, efficient, thorough, polite, honest and just one of the nicest people you could ever meet.

(1)  George from All Pipes Plumbing replaced my old sewer line last year.  After vetting several other plumbers, he was definitely the right choice.  All the other plumbers said they would start by digging next to the sidewalk to search for the sewer line.  He located the line first, then dug which minimized the amount of trenching done to my lawn.  I asked all the plumbers about saving the grass that they would remove so that it could be put back after the work was done.  Not all the other plumbers wanted to do this, but George said he assumed that was what I wanted.  The grass was placed in a tarp; a few days later George neatly put it back and watered it after the job was completed.  Now the lawn looks great and you cannot even see where the trenching was done.  After he tamped down the ground there was a small pile of leftover dirt so he hauled it away. Then he hosed off the sidewalk so the job site was neat and clean.  George took care of the permitting process with the city and gave me the permit after everything was done.  (One of the other plumbers I vetted told me he would handle everything with the city but I would never need to see the permit; this sounded sketchy to me.)

(2)  A couple of months ago I hired All Pipes Plumbing for another major plumbing project to replace all the original outgoing pipes/drains under my house which have been a problem for years.  He took photos and showed me the poor condition of the corroded and clogged pipes which I already knew needed replacing.  I also had him replace the bathroom sinks, faucets and vanities.  My second Sears water softener was broken and George recommended a Pelican combination filter and water softener.  I really like the Pelican combo system plus it is salt-free and better for the environment.  George was so considerate in coordinating and minimizing the downtime when the plumbing would be unavailable.  He and his son, Anthony, did an outstanding job from demolition, installation, haul away and clean up.

Ivan is a competent professional. Replaced stems and hardware in bathroom. Worked quickly and answered any questions. On-time for appointment, came in under estimate and is a genuinely nice person. What's not too like?
