I work for a property management company and City of Sewer is our go-to vendor for any plumbing issues for our properties in the bay area. Service was done by Steven Ho and was done very promptly and communication was very smooth through out. His pricing is very reasonable too. I would definitely recommend this business!

What can I say that hasn't been mentioned on here already?  I called a few days and spoke to Eddie about the plumbing work I needed to be done in my laundry room. The house was built in the 1950s and the plumbing valve that connects to my washer is original.  I needed to upgrade the valve since I did not want to have any issues with the new washer I was going to purchase.  Once I mentioned the area I lived in, he was very knowledgeable of the history of this neighborhood and plumbing.  He wanted to quote me out accurately and recommend to come to the house to check out the scope of work.  We settled on a day/time and informed me he would send out Simon to provide the quote and do the work if I accepted.  The estimate was free.

Simon came today and I couldn't have been happier with the level of service and work.  After Simon was done with the initial project I had him start another project on my checklist.  He upgraded my main shut off valve and was done in 30 minutes.  He mentioned he had been doing plumbing for over 20 years and his experience shows.

Before I gave the green light for work to be done, Simon walked me through the process, gave me options, and answered all my questions.

Feels great to know I now have a go-to plumbing company for as long as I live in this area.

Amazing service for our plumbing catastrophe.  We had a big leak in the water line to the house that ran under a big concrete slab.  The house was flooded underneath.  Shane was out right away on a Friday to get a hose set up around the problem so we could have water service, then got a restoration company out that afternoon to pump out under the house and put in fans to dry it out.  The Crown crew came on Saturday to bore under the concrete without breaking any of it; they put in the new line that day.  

In the mean time, Shane found and diagnosed a problem with the flooring beneath one of the toilets, then came out Tuesday and fixed it all neatly without damaging the flooring.  We are thrilled with their service!

Our neighbor downstairs was complaining that water was leaking to his garage while we were using the shower upstairs. It's a tricky issue, as we did not see any leak in our bathroom, but we thought something was wrong, maybe the pipes burst inside the wall ?! We called around couple places, and Right Plumbing was the most responsive and came with the most reasonable quote to investigate into the problem.

Ed first came and had to cut open a small area of the garage ceiling of our neighbor, and confirmed the shower in our upstairs unit was causing the leak. As we did not see any leak in the bathroom, he suggested ways to fix the problem by cutting open the wall behind the bathroom so he could see the pipes and fix the problem from the back. This was before the Christmas holidays, and we told Ed we would call him back in the New Year to fix the problem as we would be away for the holidays.

When we contacted Ed in the New Year, he remembered us and the exact issue, and we were able to set up an appointment the very next day. He did cut open a hole in the wall from the back of the shower, which is actually the wall inside the closet in the bedroom. But the problem was trickier than we thought. The pipes were in good condition and showed no leak, and Ed patiently traced the source and finally figured out there are multiple areas of the leak, from the shower spout and the shower head, as well as the shower wall where the caulking had worn off. He then went to Home Depot to get the new parts, and also re-do the caulking around the tub, and confirmed there's no more leak. All these took the entire afternoon, but Ed still charged us the initial estimate despite the problem being more complicated than initially thought, and he also had to buy additional parts.

And he asked us to wait till the caulking dry out the next day before using the shower, and to double check for leaks before asking him to return to patch the wall. And thankfully we don't see any more leaks, but there are some water dripping from the spout when we used the shower head. Ed came with the tools and materials to patch up the wall, he kept saying he's only an expert in plumbing but not the wall repair, but we think he did an excellent job. As this is the wall inside the closet, we did not bother to re-paint it. Ed also fixed the dripping from the spout problem for us.

We will definitely be using Ed for any future plumbing needs, hard to find anyone who's so friendly as well as thorough in the work.

All Go did a great, safe and efficient job digging up and replacing broken storm piping from my backyard to the street.  Our backyard drainage was backing up during rain storms.  All Go came out, found the area that needed service, gave a fair bid and delivered on the day and timing of the job.  They were polite, clean, thoughtful and did some very good work on a tricky, broken pipe system.  Highly recommend for how quickly they responded to our call and the quality of work...well done, All Go!

I called AAA plumbing about issue with the toilet water tank.  Khan the owner came at the scheduled time and very professional and friendly.  He fixed my tank issue less than half an hour and was reasonable with the service price.  Will do business again.  Thank you Khan!

These guys are the real deal.

Called them at 10:30am on a Saturday with a completely stopped drain.  Edward said he'd be by in a little over an hour.  He showed up 30 minutes early and was done in 30 more.  Price for clearing the drain and replacing the stopper and trap was in line with what others have mentioned.

I agree  with Martin R's. review. I had a bad experience with the company and down to the owner telling me off on the phone WITH one of my clients listening to him.

Vic was quite responsive and helpful to my minor plumbing problem - unlike several other plumbers I had called - over the phone he walked me through what he thought might be going on and even how I needed to work with my condo association to get prepared for the repair (our assoc. needs several days of notice to shut water off in a building, etc.) I had not even contemplated any of that.  On the day, he was on time and very efficient.  He had to wait, unfortunately, for the water to be shut off (even though we had scheduled it to be at the hour he was to arrive) but did so with patience and good will.  The fix was quick and painless.

Our drains were running slow, so I went on line and did all the DIY fixes, tried all the drain cleaners, and even used water bladders in all the clean outs.  They all worked!  For a short period of time.
So I finally gave in and called a plumber friend, Will and asked for help.  Will got back to me to say unfortunately he did not have the equipment to do main line clean outs.
But as friends do, Will did help out.  Call Santos at Go-mez Sewer and Drain,  he'll do a good job for you.
So I did.  Left a message and Santos returned the call within 10 minutes.  He said he could be at my place in a couple of hours.
Santos was friendly, professional, courteous and on time.  Accessed the problem quickly and did excellent work to get the problem solved.
His prices were fair, reasonable and honest, no where near the over-inflated prices of the so-called big companies.  
I am all for using small independent companies, and Santos with Go-mez Sewer and Drain is a prime example why small businesses work.
It was a pleasure doing business with him and I highly recommend his services.

Mark, Francisco, and the whole team at Wizard did an amazing job. We needed a new sewer line and they provided a fair quote and started the job a few days after the initial consultation. They were professional and went above and beyond in communicating everything along the way.

I worked with Anthony for a plumbing emergency. Anthony basically helped me turn a very unfortunate situation into a positive experience! One evening, while taking shower, my toilet started bubbling. Afterwards, everything went downhill. The bathtub started flooding, and nothing went down in my toilet, which can be quite disgusting as you can imagine...or don't imagine it period! In any case, the very next morning, I was looking for someone to help me solve this quickly. Anthony took my call very early in the morning (7 AM) and quickly arrived at my home to fix the plumbing. He is absolutely professional, polite, and extremely knowledgeable as well. If it not were for this incident, I would not have met my plumber-of-choice! So in a way, now I know whom to go to for my future plumbing needs. Anthony is also helping me build a clean-out, a drain that goes outward and helps to clean in the future. I highly recommend Anthony's service to everyone.

I called Mission City Plumbing today and they came out within 45min to fix my clogged kitchen sink and replaced old piping. They did a good job and very professional. I will recommend them to anyone that needs any plumbing work.

Takai at Hightop Plumbing did an outstanding job installing a new water heater for us.  I discussed with him the job at 5PM and by 3PM the next day he was onsite working on the installation.  He discussed with me all of the work that would take place to get our 30 year old heater replaced.  His work was high quality and we are very happy with his communication throughout the whole job.  We will be looking forward to hiring Hightop Plumbing for future projects.

My garbage disposal broke and the kitchen sink clogged up. Not a good thing! I called several plumbers and Agilis Plumbing gave me the most reasonable quote. They were also available the very next day. I went to Home Depot and bought a new Insinkerator garbage disposal unit. John and William came out on time as scheduled. They promptly disassembled the old unit and installed the new one. They also identified a small leak in the pipe and fixed it at no extra charge. The garbage disposal works great now. And I can use the kitchen sink again. What a relief! I really appreciated the promptness, attention to detail, friendly service, and professionalism of Agilis Plumbing. I would definitely use them again.

I reached out to All Pipes Plumbing via Yelp, and George (owner) responded within a few min and was at our house within 15 minutes. He diagnosed the problem within 5 minutes. He is very knowledgeable and reliable. Can't ask for anything more. Thank you!

Ivan responded right away to our call, he showed up on time and got right to work. He had no issue getting our water heater back on track and his fees were reasonable. I would not hesitate to use Ivan for another plumbing issue and to recommend his services to others. It isn't easy to find a reliable plumber in SC County, look no further.
