We were really struggling with sewer problems and completely clogged sewage lines. Multiple plumbers couldn't easily detect what was going on. I got referral for Steven from a friend and he said he'll come clean it. No work no pay.

He came within 2 hours, ran snake and hydrolic cleaning and cleaned up once. He then ran a camera through the line and figured that a tree root had displaced the pipes beneath the tree. He asked me to get permission for property line clean out, and gave a very competitive quote.

He then came and did the entire thing (cutting the tree, digging 10ft hole, replacing pipes, and fixing the stuff) in a day. He followed up punctually with the inspectors and got inspection done in a few days and then covered the hole.

He also did a 2 way clean out next to our house for minimal charge.  

Steven was a savior in this dreadful situation. So thankful we found him. 5 stars to city of sewer.

I had a brief interaction with Eddie which left a strong impression on me. I called him to have him come over to fix our garbage disposal. Instead of coming over and fixing it himself he told me let me save you some money and proceeded to explain to me over the phone how to unblock and restart my garbage disposal. This kind of character is unfortunately rare nowadays and I'll definitely be calling Eddie for my next repairs.

I thought my garbage disposal had failed and called Crown to replace it.  Salvador came right on time and checked it to see what the problem was.  Turned out there was nothing wrong with the disposal.  He checked the drain line and gave me some suggestions on how to make sure I didn't clog the line.  Very impressed with this honest company.

Kiet is awesome.  I had a clogged clean out line in the kitchen that I needed repaired asap.  Kiet came right away and fixed it in no time at a very reasonable cost.  He's friendly and was helpful in explaining the issue to me.  Will definitely call them again for any other future plumbing issues.

No one plans for their water heater to break. It just does and then you start worrying about where to find help and how long it will take to get warm water running again. We quickly searched on yelp for a reliable plumber to help us over the weekend. Like advertised on Yelp, AD was extremely responsive when we contacted him. We exchanged text conversations about the issue and he was fortunately able to come to my house within 30 minutes on a Saturday.

His team came with the necessary equipment and respecting that we wanted to communicate with masks on. They came in a timely manner, fixed my issue within an hour, and it has been working well with no issues since. Payment was exchanged then and there. I am satisfied with the job.

Rental house was just purchased (bank owned) as is, new tenants just moved in. There were many plumbing issues that needed to be worked on. Main problem was when the second floor toiled flushed, water came out of bathtub drain. Yukk.
Called Drain Masters through my real estate office recommendation from other agent who used them all the time, and Yelp reviews. They were out at the house the next day just as they promised. Since there was no cleanout line outside the house, they had to remove the toilet in the garage to access the main drain line. They reinstalled the toilet with a new wax seal and asked us to try it again. It had improved 70%, but the upstairs was still draining slow.
The 1/2 bath in the garage was an add on that was planning to be removed anyway. Demolished the 1/2 bath in the garage and the problem became obvious. They came back the second time and replaced the drain from the upstairs bathtub using the ceiling access from the garage. The drain was clogged and leaking and they replaced it with a new drain, overflow, J pipe etc. It was a 100% improvement and now all the drains worked like new.
The bill for replacing the complete drain and for 2 day's work was amazingly reasonable. I was expecting at least twice that amount, based on paying other plumbers for similar work.
I don't get impressed by someone doing the job they are paid to do, but I can honestly say that these guys went way above and beyond what I expected.

Water Quality Plumbing recently replaced our old galvanized pipes with copper plumbing for our home. They are awesome!  They will go the extra distance to make sure you are satisfied and they take the time to explain the whole process.   Their prices are very competitive.

We developed a leak from our toilet shut off valve. I called Vic based on a neighbor's recommendation and I am very glad I did. He was super professional, efficient, and very nice to deal with. He replaced our ancient valve with a modern one and run a bunch of test to make sure that everything was OK.

I'm super-happy to have found him and he will be my go-to plumber for all my future needs.

Superb service.  Conscientious workers.  My job was large, ambitious, complex, including challenging setbacks, but they were up to the task.  And they pushed to have it completed and permitted in a timely fashion.  The price was also slightly lower than others quoted. They left the worksite clean.

In particular, Ivan Avila went the extra mile.  But all were easy to work with and communicated well.

I thought I had called my regular plumber having googled them but didn't realize that Bueno was purchasing google ads so I mistakenly called them to come fix our garbage disposal.   They came out, charged us $80 to open it up and unclog it.   When we went to use the disposal, it was not working again - the same thing - a hum which indicates a clog. Obviously, they didn't fully fix it. So I called to ask if they could come back out and fix it for real the next day. However, I was told they would have to charge $80.  The person on the phone then instructed me on how I could fix it myself.  I will never use this business again and made sure I had my regular plumber on speed dial - who will come back at no charge to fix something if it wasn't fixed during the first business.  (BTW, regular plumber is Crown Plumbing and they do a fantastic job at fixing plumbing the first time and guarantee their work.)

UPDATE:  The business owner called and apologized for the response from the person who answered the phone.  After I called back on a second time n noting the satisfaction guaranteed statement on their bill, they agreed to make good on their written policy of satisfaction guaranteed and give me a refund.  He also requested that I change my review from 1 star to 5.

I called Anthony at Northstar to fix a leak under the utility sink in my garage.  He answered the phone immediately, and since the leak was not an emergency, he scheduled a visit for the next day.  He arrived on time, found the leak was caused by a pipe joint that had become loose, and fixed it within two minutes - at no charge!.  Couldn't ask for better service or better price than that!  I now have his name and number in my list of favorites.

Tino is a professional.  He fixed both my upstairs and downstairs showers because they weren't giving any hot water only lukewarm water. He takes pride in what he does and makes sure the job is done right. I don't usually have plumbing needs but if I do I would go to Tino again, he's the man!

Quick response and very efficient! Takai came in the next morning and did the job very smoothly on a leak from one of the outdoor valves. Was very professional with the work and easy to communicate with.

Our kitchen sink sprung a leak this past weekend. I called John on Sunday and even though he had a full schedule on Monday, he came first thing in the morning to resolve the problem. He had suggested that I get a new faucet before he came in case that was the issue and indeed it was. Since I had a new one here, he was able to replace the old one quickly and efficiently. I was so pleased that he was able to help us in such a speedy manner. He's always pleasant to work with and his fees are very reasonable.

I needed to replace a couple of water pressure regulators and decided to use Yelp's feature to request quotes from several plumbers. Ivan was one of the quickest to respond, and after requesting more information from me, gave me a specific quote. Of more than 5 plumbers, he was the only one that gave me a number -- a few gave wide ranges, and most just said call me. Not only that, his quote was at the bottom end of the few ranges I got from others.

He even showed up early (after telling me) to make sure he got the work done that day, and his quote included not only the new regulators, but also reworking the piping to move the shut-off valve before the regulators rather than after, so they can be replaced in the future without having to find the street-side shutoff valve.

He also willingly spent time to give estimates on a couple other issues we had, and was polite and friendly throughout.

I'll use him again in the future and highly recommend him.
