My kitchen sink was clogged and flooding. I sent a request for a quote and Steven got back to me in less than 5 minutes. He was extremely professional, wearing a mask during his whole stay, and respectful of our home, taking off his shoes. He was in and out in 20 minutes. Fast work and very efficient. I highly recommend this company.

Eddie is great! I put out a request via Yelp and he responded within a few minutes. After a quick call describing my issue (main sewer line blockage), he stopped by in about half an hour. Super polite and personable. He helped clear the blockage quickly and also granted some advice on how to address potential future issues with our Orangeburg pipes. Would definitely recommend.

Such a nice people and their customer service is excellent we called them today for our toilet repair they were in my house in less than an hour.. he quickly noticed the problem..compared to all other places there prices are completely low and reasonable...we are facing the water leaking problem from long time and we tried so many plumber and none of them have cleared the issue but these people are awesome at their work..very friendly and best work they have done.

Our kitchen sink had a leak, so we called Ed who came in person, and fixed the leak, all while being very friendly and getting the job done fast.

We had leaks throughout our house and our water heater was not working well. We asked for a quote from 3 plumbing companies, including Water Quality Plumbing. I opted to chose Water Quality Plumbing as I noticed that the other companies used outside contractors for all their work and we did not feel comfortable. I like to be able to call a company back, if there is an issue, and not get the run around to call the contractor that did the work for us. This was our first big repair and I was pleasantly surprised at how well it all went. A special thanks to all the reps that worked on our house,  a few names I was able to catch, Javier, Don Onayo, and Hector. All the reps were super respectful, professional and very detailed in their work. Also a special thanks to Jordan, super friendly and great customer service. Water Quality Plumbing is at the top of my list for plumbing repairs. Thank you Marty for all your help and for having such a  great team!

Had a tub drain that was clogged. Vic answered our call @8, and was @ our place and cleaned it out by 10.  He was professional, helped us out, was thorough and fair on price. He quoted a high level number and stayed in that area. If it was higher, he seemed he would be fair about it. I'd certainly recommend him in his areas of work.

Woke up to a leaking kitchen faucet. I called 3 different plumbers and the only one who answered was Gomez Plumbing. They were very helpful and called back quickly to assure me that someone would be at my house within the hour. Santos Gomez responded to my house and installed my new faucet efficiently and for a very reasonable price. He also gave me tips on some other plumbing issues I was having. He is sincere, honest and a very good plumber. I will have him back for other needs in the future and highly recommend him.

Hired them later for a garbage disposal install. Several weeks after completion, sink back-ups began to occur, as well as some leaking. Called them to return and after 3 promised appointments in 2 days, they were a no show.  Never called me to reschedule. I had to hire another plumber who told me the hose to the disposal was improperly installed (by Gomez).  After this correction, I've had no problems.

Mr. Mo is the expert, leading a great team for the job.  Good Quality works, did it professionally.   Delivered what promised on time, in budget.  Clean, Quick. Nice Job.

We are a family dental office and noticed water coming up from underneath our vinyl plank flooring. Realizing that's probably not a good thing, we called Kevin. He was at our office within a couple of hours to take a look and quickly diagnosed a blocked P-trap coming from our dental vacuum system. Even though the actual issue was out of the scope of his expertise to repair, he rigged a bypass so that we could remain operational and stop any further damage. He also contacted a water restoration service who showed up at our office an hour later. Even after all that, he refused any sort of payment because he didn't really do anything. He kept us operational so we could finish working on patients for the day and got us started on the road to repair. We consider that kind of service priceless, and would not hesitate to use Kevin Bueno plumbing for future plumbing needs.

We had a backed up kitchen sync and Anthony was able to come on short notice.  He snaked the pipe, cleaned up and was done in less than 30 minutes.  Overall good experience.

I had already had a plumber come out and access my job who I was very disappointed with, so I called Mission City Plumbing. They were clear, reasonably priced, quick to respond to messages, and finished the work in a timely manner. The work also was completed very cleanly and my sink was left looking better than ever. Quick response and very efficient! Takai came in the next morning and did the job very smoothly on a leak from one of the outdoor valves. Was very professional with the work and easy to communicate with.

For an emergency and small job quick fix they are the perfect plumber .
I have used them twice now, the first time was installing my toto Toilette, this time fix leak under my sink, I was scheduled to install my dishwasher then they got there they wouldn't install it because they found a small leak under the sink and so I called these Guys,  no answer then I found another one and got an appointment for Friday and it was Wednesday after I made the appointment Rob called me back and told me that he will have someone come over in one hour. For me that fair enough for the pricey trip and they  got the job done.
The way they set up their service is  they will come out for one hour price set ( you can ask them about the start price before they come) plus parts, if your job is finished within that one hour, you have to pay that one hour set price only plus parts  not less not more even if they only finished your job for 5 mn you still pay the one hour price they offer you however if your work needed more than one hour they will then build you more by calculating the extra hours they add.

I think they are best for small job that need to get quick fix, if you have a bigger job that will need more time maybe they are not the best,  pricewise.
Though they work effectively, they don't try to waste time to bill you more, up to know their job at my house has been fall into the one hour task and this time they give my husband 10% discount because he was complaining about the price, since they were there only for half an hour.

Now I actually have question about the company, I am not sure if these people that come to do the job is from the same company or from whatever available plumbers out there,  since the numbers on my bill  and the person I spoke to set up the appointment is different.
In all I will call them again if I have any emergency, something small and need to get fix quickly. Also it seems the people install my toilette is the same as the people fix the leak, very effective.

I called Ivan about a sound that my water heater pump was making with the water main turned off. The irrigation contractor needed to do this to install some new valves. Ivan spoke to me for more than 10 min and told me exactly what to do - turn off the pump, and then once the water is turned back on turn on all the faucets to take out the air in the system - and then restart the pump. I was in a bind because I think that the irrigation contractor did not realize the effect on the water heater, so I had to call emergently about 10min after the water supply was turned off.

Basically he bailed me out by giving me urgent free advice. I did exactly as he suggested, and problem solved. I would definitely recommend him and will use them if I need plumbing services in the future.
