Steven was very responsive to answering questions. I had a running toilet issue for a dual flush toilet. Not easy to fix. I send a request to ask quota and service. Steven responded in 10min and fix the issue in the same day !

Eddie is great and I would give him ten stars! He is very responsive and tried his best to accommodate my changing schedule. He arrived at my place in 30 min and finish the job really quickly and tidy. He offered me a discount because my job is easy and he did it quickly.

If I could give Abram and his company more stars I would! I had a gas leak of all the things in my new place I got and dealing with mt home warranty and PG&E, Crown Plumbing helped me so much and quickly. I was supported in dealing with this process with my home warranty and steps needed by them to potentially cover this. Abram was kind, patient and responsive. His company got the work done fast thankfully since I couldn't stay at my home. His team of guys led by Moises were super friendly, communicative and fast but thorough. They did a lot of work in a short time, and the install was clean and looks really nice. They took care of my water heater while at, without long waits to get a new one to install and brought things up to code. They offered not only great quality work and quick, but took care of me during a stressful time. Thank you Crown Plumbing for getting me back in my home!

I called very late after regular typical business hours not expecting my call to be answered. To my surprise, they picked up and listened to me explain that my current water heater was leaking and without hot water. He asked for the basic info of what tank I had currently and gave me a negotiable quote with and appointment for the next morning. That was a win already. The crew showed up as promised, got to work, and finished timely. They answered all questions, gave their word to stand by their work, and very responsive throughout the experience.

I called up Kiet for a garbage disposal replacement. After a quick call to provide an overview of my situation, he was able to arrive at the time we agreed upon.

When he got here, he confirmed what we discussed on the phone before starting the work. Everything had handled well and the area under the sink was well maintained throughout the process. The disposal was replaced and well tested before giving the final sign-off.

I won't hesitate in the future for any plumbing needs.

Khan and his guys just came to my home to fix my kitchen sink piping. I couldn't run the dishwasher or run the water in my sink and you know how inconvenient that can be, actually cried about it. I called them this morning and they arrived right after I got off work, as scheduled. They worked so fast, totally knew what they were doing like it's second nature. Also have to mention, they were all super nice guys. They got it all working, back up and running. Couldn't be happier, will definitely call them again as I have more work that needs to be done here. I called Drain Masters after trying to tackle the issue myself, but to no avail I was not able to correct it. I called on Friday morning, received a quote of $125 over the phone and received same day service. I was told service time would be between 2-3 and he showed up at 2:00PM - nice!

Service was thorough, friendly, and relatively quick. Within 30 minutes my washing machine was back to washing clothes and my dishwasher washing dishes! Yay for our household!

We needed a water softener to be installed in our rental. Jason came over and gave me an estimate, the work started the following week. It was done in one day, it was a very rainy day and the installer worked through the day and did an excellent job.

Hard to find a reliable plumber nowadays and Vic is it.
He has helped me out on three or four occasions and his work has always been first rate.

This most recent appointment was to install a new kitchen faucet and also check for any drainage clogs. As usual Vic came on time and had no trouble completing the work. I particularly liked him explaining just what he's going to be doing. Recommend Vic for all your plumbing jobs.

Before Santos started his own business, he worked at another plumbing company and had done some plumbing repair work at our house.  He did a great job and very reliable with very honest pricing. This is the 2nd time we've worked with Santos on a plumbing issue at our home. He and his team work quickly and efficiently, he explains everything that needs to be done, they are friendly and respectful...just a great experience. We highly recommended Santos and having a plumber you can trust and rely on.

Anthony came out the same day I called, even though it was not an emergency.  Our toilet had been backing up, requiring plunging with every flush.  He and his assistant looked at the sewer line with a camera then used a rotating blade to clean out the sewer line all the way to the back of the house.  He also threw in a clean out of the bath drain (hair) and garbage disposal (food) for us.  

Anthony is not a licensed plumber but says he works under the supervision of one.  Total cost: $175 with a 3 month warranty--cash or check only.  

We had thought the problem was tree roots, but it was kitchen grease!  Big surprise, as I cook vegetarian, so very rarely send grease down the disposal!  From now on it's grease in a can and into the trash just like Mom used to do.

We have an old sewer line outside our house that seems to get clogged every few months. Tino came over without hesitation and got straight to work. He fixed the problem faster than I thought at a very reasonable price. He also offered suggestions to help improve our sewer line. We are very satisfied. We found our new plumber.

Super happy with the service from Agilis. After another plumber cancelled on me, Agilis responded to me in less than an hour on Yelp. I didn't have to jump through any hoops for consultation or inspection. They responded to the issue, quoted me their hourly rate (very reasonable compared to others these days!) and told me when they could be at my house. John arrived on time, had the clog fixed in less than an hour and charged the quoted rate. They take cash, check or credit which is also very convenient. Thank you!

George is a hard working honest man.  You will not be disappointed. He was able to complete the tasks needed and work around some of our needed emergencies.  We did have some delays in the project however not any fault of his.  He was honest with the solution and willing to make things right. I would highly recommend George and his team.  I will be using them for future project. Keep up the great work!

I accidentally broke a PVC pipe that connects to our sprinkler system on a Saturday morning.  There was no turn-off at the point of the break, so I had to turn off water to the entire house to stop the gush of water. Ivan was able to come out within an hour to fix the problem and install a turn-off valve so that I wouldn't have the problem again in the future.  I was very happy with his timeliness (particularly on a Saturday) and the finished work.
