Best Plumbing Services in United States
City Of Sewer was one of the best decision I made when it comes to plumbing...I called around asking for a quote about my bath tub being clog...The responses I got was they don't have time or it's a small job they don't have time to come right away...When I called COS, Steven was nice n on point of what needs to be done...He was here within the hr and unclogged my tub with ease...Price was reasonable, expectation was met n service with a smile...What else can u ask for...Thx COS for the awesome job...Highly recommended...

Excellent service. Very professional. Had a kitchen sink backup problem, I called Eddie at 10:00 AM, he was very courteous, answered all my questions including potential charges, and scheduled a 1:00 PM service visit the same day.
At 1:00 PM sharp, Simon was at my house, did a very thorough job, he was very polite, professional and courteous, and solved my sink backup problem. The charges were extremely competitive for such a clean and professional job. I highly recommend #1 Honest Plumber.

Overpriced and would not recommend. Here is my experience:
Had them come out to snake a slow moving drain through the back clean-out around a year ago ($275). They said it didn't look like roots or other items, just a regular clog.
4-5 months later water slows again, bring them out another time. I asked them when scheduling to do more diagnostics to see if its roots, etc. Guy was supposed to call when he came by to discuss what he is seeing. He just showed up, snaked, & left without calling. I am the owner and dont live in the area. I just get a text that job is done now pay $275 again.
6 or so months after that, slow drain again. I say I want a camera/diagnostics to see what is going on. They say they have to hydrojet the line first and then will camera, which is $750. Seems expensive but say fine. They show up and say there is something wrong with my cleanout and I need a new cleanout, which is an additional $1,400. Total is now $2,050.
In a timing bind so I go along with it. They start digging out the cleanout area, etc. Later after the job is done they call and say that a new cleanout wasnt needed, once they dug it out (maybe 3x4x2 ft hole) they could figure out how to get the pressure hose in. I would just need to pay for the 1 hr of digging. Seemed reasonable at first glance.
End result: dug around the back cleanout that was only 2 ft deep, hydroflushed the line, camera'd. Price $750 + $450 to dig the hole (and not filling it back in), so $1,200. Pretty steap for digging a hole. This is all on security cameras and was for 3 hours worth of work, including setup & cleanup. Their day also included a 2.25 hr lunch, another hour where they packed up and left then came back, etc.
Then their assessment was that my main sewer line is bad and needs replacement. They give me a quote for that which was $18,000. Complained about the $1,200 and they said too bad, workers were there for 6 hrs. Maybe they didnt think I could see that only half that was actually working? So $400 per hour, including digging a hole.
Afterwards got work done from other licensed, insured, 5st yelp plumbers and did the following:
- replace sewer main for $6k including permits (Crown quote $18k)
- replace/improve back cleanout for $400. (Crown quote $1,400)
- Hydrojetting quoted at two other places for $300-$400. (Crown $750).

I want to thank the Safety Plumbing services specially from Edris and Mesbah both of them are very nice, friendly, hardworking and generous guys. They came on time and fixed the main water leaks outside of my house. The rate was reasonable and very fair than any other plumbing services. I definitely call them again.

Called All Go Plumbing on a Friday night (6PM) due to my washer drain leaking and he picked up right away and scheduled me in for Saturday morning between 9-10am. He came at 9:30am. Super friendly and helpful. I told him I was trying to learn as much as I can so I could do things myself and he talked me through every single thing he did. He also noted a slope issue with one of the other drains and he worked on that too.
Overall, he fixed the issue, fixed another issue that was needed, and super friendly at the same time. Could not ask for more and will be calling him for other jobs if needed.

We had a plumbing backup at the house, and had arranged for another company to come out to deal with it in the morning. They didn't show. They told me they were 'on their way'. Then two hours later texted 'Sorry, I'm almost done here'. And then silence. After a couple of more hours and no replies to my voicemails/texts, I cut the first company loose and called Drain Masters. And I'm really glad I did!
Ed picked up the phone, asked a few questions, and then was knocking on my front door thirty minutes later. Wow.
He knew the neighborhood too - he and his brother were raised in Almaden Valley. He'd done work for one of my neighbors. He knew where the pipe runs were laid out in these houses. He knew his stuff.
Our problem was in our sewer line, but it was far, far down the line. So far down that Ed had to call his brother to bring over the truck with the bigger machine. And his brother was here in about fifteen minutes.
Both of them were a pleasure to work with. Respectful, easy going, and they listen well. I'd hire them again in a minute.

I messaged Vic to help me replace a toilet for better handicap access after my go to plumber ignored my call because the job was too small. Byeeee old plumber.
Vic responded in a timely manner , gave me a pretty accurate estimate and showed up as agreed upon. He and Carlos did an amazing job replacing the toilet. He took the extra time to carefully remove the old one and made sure the new one was positioned correctly. He even installed an additional wax ring for correct height and seal. I asked him about a leaky faucet in the garage and he kindly fixed it at no charge.
What made me respect him even more as a professional was he took the extra time to be thorough- test flushing the toilet with some toilet paper when he noticed the unusual waste water drainage pattern -turns out it works fine and was just unique to the toilet brand.
Nice guy, no airs about him or attitude, detail oriented and competent. I wish him nothing but continued business success.

I called their phone number to schedule an appointment. A lady responded and confirmed. No one showed up on the day and time discussed.
I rescheduled for the next day, the same lady confirmed the appointment with confidence, but same story: no one showed up and no calls. Great service!
Don't schedule if you're fully booked or not sure you can make it, don't waste other people's time.

I got a reply from the businesses owner accusing me of non-senses. They obviously recorded all phone calls but I am glad that I have good memory to fight back.
We went to your rental within the time window and called you to get in the gate. You DID NOT answer your phone or call us back for almost 30 minutes while we waited. We then left the job and moved toward the next call.
OK. Lets get this sorted out. I made appointment between 2pm-4pm. At about 1:50pm, you gave me a phone call saying 'we are very likely going to miss the appointment' time. Thats why I didn't make myself available between 2-4. I find it funny you ignored this call in your reply, on purpose or not.
You finally called us back and said you could be there in 15 minutes (with usually means 25-30 minutes)
Interesting. You basically said you don't trust your customer. Feel free to assume the worst of me, if thats how treat your customer
Why are you mad at us?
When I made the appointment, I made it clear 'I don't live in the property, if you want to me to show up on time, please give me a phone call 15 minutes prior to your arrival'. In the last phone call we made after the whole thing, you told me 'we don't call customer before arrival, and you have to wait in the property for two hours'.
If its still not obviously why I was mad, I understand you need rules for your business, even something like 'we don't call customer before arrival, customer need to wait for two hours'. But, you CAN SIMPLY REJECT my service request since I made it clear 'I don't live in the property'. I wasted entire afternoon, moved around my other schedules to accommodate the appointment around Christmas.
You have used us several times before and must have been happy with our customer service because you called us back the next time. I don't see any 5 star reviews from previous service where your happy with us but your sure quick to write a 1 star when your not happy. Doesn't seem fair
No. I have not used your service before. You might be upset by getting an one star. But, instead of thinking about how to improve your service, you argued with me on yelp with lies.

Anthony is a Rockstar. We called him 6 months ago to get the water system installed and he did an amazing amazing job. He is not only good at his work but an excellent person to deal with, down to earth, calm & a reasonable guy.Recently I called him again about my concern with the change of taste in water (that was due to a miss at our end)and he was very prompt & helpful. He came over in couple hours of my call and fixed the filter with no additional cost. He is a genuine person with an outstanding professionalism. Totally recommend him.

Tino is awesome! We recently bought a new house and were recommended to have a plumber come check out the sewer line under our master bath. Fortunately, there were no issues that needed to be addressed. However, a few weeks later our water heater went out! I called Tino at 9AM on a Monday and he was at our house with a new one that afternoon. By 6PM, the install was done and we had hot water. He is a character and I could tell he enjoys his trade. Will definitely bring him back for any plumbing projects in the future.

Quick response and very efficient! Takai came in the next morning and did the job very smoothly on a leak from one of the outdoor valves. Was very professional with the work and easy to communicate with.

These guys are great! They are incredibly responsive online and very punctual. We have used them a few times and they show up right on time, clean, and even wearing masks and gloves during this crazy pandemic! (Thank you so much!) They are friendly, polite and fast! They were in and out in under an hour both times. They do a great job and I think the prices are very reasonable. We appreciate these guys and all their hard work during this weird time! Very professional! Thank you, Agilis! We will definitely be recommending you to others!

George was awesome. Fixed a leaky pipe in our kitchen that was preventing us from having running water as well as causing a leak into the downstairs guest room. He explained clearly what the problem was and that there was an 'easy' solution that might not work, and a hard solution that would be more expensive. Luckily his 'easy' fix worked! He explained that it's not a great long term solution, and told us what we might want to do in the future to fix the issue properly with ALL our pipes due to shoddy construction by the home builder, but didn't place any pressure on us whatsoever to actually do it. He definitely gave us something to think about for the future, and we'll know who to call when we want the job done. :)

Great work by Ivan. He took care of all the clogged drains (3 in total) and it took just an hour. As others have said, Ivan is very personable and explains all the options very well. 5 stars!
