City of Sewer was responsive, came out within a few hours to resolve my issue (overflowing laundry drain) and the price was competitive. And they were friendly. Thank you for the help!

Ed truly deserves the #1 honest plumber name. He was super helpful and fixed the problem with the mechanisms in the tank of my toilet quickly, efficiently, and was a gentleman the entire time. So many plumbers will take advantage of a single woman, but Ed treated me fairly and with respect. I've been seriously overcharged by other plumbers, but Ed gave me a fair price and did a great job. I'd recommend him to anyone. He's truly the best!

Great service.  Came exactly when they said they would come.  The guy who came was very friendly and professional.  Our leak was a simple fix and he had it done quickly.  We appreciate the service.

We run into sudden and very complicated failures with toilet water running due to a broken part, incoming water switch for toilet not working and the main water switch not working that were just identified after the running water. We called Right Plumbing Services and Eddie answered the call right away and promised to be on site within 30 mins. Eddie came in time and fixed all issues. We are happy with Eddie's job and would use Right Plumbing Services again for future issue.

As a former QA manager, I tend to pay careful attention to details. They exceeded expectations in every respect: prompt communication, arrived quickly and ahead of promised time, fixed the blocked sewer line, tested confirmed that the problem was fixed, and educated me on some aspects to prevent future problems. They went above and beyond in cleaning up the repair site. The price was competitive as well.

Will have them back to handle some additional work.

What an amazing company! They truly live up to their name and deserve their 5 star average on Yelp! I recently had to move an outside hose to get a permit for a new outdoor electric panel, our house uses pex piping and not a lot of plumbers work with it.

Business is family owned and here are the things I loved about our recent experience with AAA:

-great pricing compared to other companies in the area, very easy communication on Yelp with fast replies.

-showed up on time and didn't have us waiting around all day.

-didn't change the quoted price and helped advise us on some other plumbing issues around the house, we will use them again for some future plumbing needs.

We made a huge mistake and called another company first. They quoted $370 for a simple job. I passed and called Drain Masters who showed up in under an hour and quoted the same $125 rate that everybody else has received. They were quick and friendly. It came with a 60 day guarantee that our problem wouldn't resurface and that's about all I can ask for.

I hired Water Quality to re-pipe my house on the recommendation of a friend, and in general, I'm very happy with their work. The guys who did the pipe work were terrific - on time, and everything was so clean at the end of the every day. I was also really impressed with how small the holes in the sheetrock were. Very professional. However, the guys who did the sheetrock replacement were less than tidy, and the texture matching was so-so. Water Quality also needs to improve communications with their customers. I had to call them several times to ask what the status of the job was (that's the reason for 4 stars instead of 5). I really couldn't tell when they were actually finished until they asked for payment. If I had it to do over again, I would happily hire them to do the pipes, but I would have someone else do the sheetrock. They really know pipes!

Updating my review... since 2019 I've had repeated clogged drains due to old galvanized plumbing so I had Fidel Gomez and his team change out our entire drain and supply lines back in 2020. They were very professional and respectful of our COVID precautions at the time as well. They've also been by the help seal a toilet wax ring on the weekend and a shower valve. Most recently, Fidel stopped by to help pinpoint a leak in our tankless water heater (installed by someone else) that was causing a high water bill. He fit us at the end of a very busy day (same day) and didn't even charge me a trip fee. I think I'm now in his cell phone speed dial but that's the kind of customer service you get with this company!

Biggest Rip off ever.  $950 for less than 2 hours work.  Installing an already purchased faucet, they bought the disposal and installed it

I asked him over the phone for a range of what it would cost to snake a tub drain which was a very simple job. Just a hairball in the P-trap they said between $160 to about $220 but when they got out there they said it be $240.   Took all of about 10-15 minutes to snake the drain. I understand, travel costs, and everything but still find the cost expensive for the amount of work involved.

Anthony and Victor fixed a Toto Aquia toilet for me, as it was leaking inside the bowl. First try didn't work out as expected but they didn't charge me and came back the next day right on time to finally and quickly get rid of my problem. Very nice guys, too. I'll definitely call them back for my future inevitable plumbing needs...

Tino and his team did an excellent job for our bathroom plumbing work. Tino is very professional, friendly, knows what he is doing, and finishes his work right on time when he has estimated. He and his team work very hard and have great attitudes. It was such a pleasure to work with him. We will use him again and highly recommend him to others.

Reached out to several different plumbers for an emergency repair for a leak in my crawl space that I needed to get repaired ASAP. After my primary choice flaked out on me, Hightop Plumbing was extremely responsive. I normally am skeptical with providers with low reviews, but made an exception in this case and extremely glad I did.

Takai is the owner and arrived later in the afternoon. He quickly diagnosed the issue and warned me it was a fairly complex fix in my crawl space. He worked well into the evening, but got the job done. He even looked into a dishwasher leak issue I'd been having and resolved that issue as well.

Super happy with the service from Agilis. After another plumber cancelled on me, Agilis responded to me in less than an hour on Yelp. I didn't have to jump through any hoops for consultation or inspection. They responded to the issue, quoted me their hourly rate (very reasonable compared to others these days!) and told me when they could be at my house. John arrived on time, had the clog fixed in less than an hour and charged the quoted rate. They take cash, check or credit which is also very convenient. Thank you!

We've had Patterson Plumbing out a few times to help us with our plumbing needs (everything from shower issues to irrigation issues), and we've had a great experience each time.  Ivan is always very friendly, polite, professional, and on time.  We're first-time homeowners, so a lot of these problems are foreign to us, but we never feel taken advantage of, and he is very fair about what he charges.  He is always up front about what the problem is and what he's doing, and has great advice about plumbing issues in the home.  I'm continually impressed with Patterson Plumbing and would definitely recommend this business to others!
