I had the mens of city of sewer come down to my house to fix the problems that needed to be fix and I have to say they have excellent customer service and they take their jobs seriously. They are very careful of what they do and after the job is done they would clean up their mess. I had other company come down before and they don't do a good job. But anyways, I highly recommend them to everyone.  Contact them for plumbing service.

Ed is seriously too nice! He wasn't able to come out with a booked schedule, but he said to give him a call if I had any questions. I did, and we discussed my issue and he gave me some great advice. He said if I didn't find someone by Monday, he would have time then, but he understood I might want to clear up our plumbing issue sooner.

I called him back for follow up advice.. really grateful for his time. I would not hesitate to call Ed in the future. His price quoted was fair, and he really deserves the title the honest plumber

I've noticed some plumbing issues in the past - such as pipes rattling when water dispenses from the refrigerator. I called Crown Plumbing and they were able to schedule an appointment. Shane came out and installed a water hammer arrester. He also noticed that the street water main to my home had a water pressure of 100. This should normally be at or below 60, per Shane. This was repaired and now the water pressure is contained - hopefully preventing any damage to the water pipes.

Such a nice people and their customer service is excellent we called them today for our toilet repair they were in my house in less than an hour.. he quickly noticed the problem..compared to all other places there prices are completely low and reasonable...we are facing the water leaking problem from long time and we tried so many plumber and none of them have cleared the issue but these people are awesome at their work..very friendly and best work they have done.

Had Kitchen drain clogged during cold week in December/January .. Called drain Master and told me someone would be out between 3-5 guys cost estimate over  the phone was $125-158. Guys  (Dave and nephew) showed up at 5pm and got to work.
Struggled for over an hour and was not able to free clog. Need to consider doing serious plumbing job to add an outside clean out in the line as their snakes can't get beyond the drop in the line. Dave was very conscious and caring and apologized for not being able to clean the clog. I was not charged anything and felt they did appropriate service given the circumstances. Thanks

Hi there. Excellent experience. Responded quickly to my initial request. Came to my house on a Saturday. Polite, respectful and neat. He solved the problem, and his fee was reasonable. I would highly recommend him.

Vic installed a clean out and snakes our home twice trying to clear a drain. When this didn't work, Vic and Giovanni (a plumber associate) contacted Crowne Plumbing, as a last resort to perform a Hydro Flush on my sewer line. This didn't work either.

Perplexed but not giving up, Vic was instrumental in explaining to a City sewer worker that something else was going on in that their was no evidence of a broken pipe and that the City of San Jose needed to find out the root cause of this sewer blockage. I checked with Vic repeatedly on the phone as helped guide me through my dealings with City of San Jose.

Lo and behold, while installing a new primary sewer line the City failed to connect my lateral line to the primary sewer line. After digging up the street, reconnecting my sewer line and repaving the street, I now have sanitation services.

(I know I called for 6 quotes).

I had a major plumbing issue with my house that needed immediate repairing. However, none of the plumbers were able to identify the issue with the eye (nor a camera) since my underground pipes were clogged with dirt, etc. After speaking with 6 plumbers, ONLY 2 provided me with a SMART, creative simple affordable solution to clear my piping (pumping from the front of the house to the toilet pipes = versus = pumping from the toilet to the sewer). This solution clear my pipes for a camera to enter and identify the real issues with my plumbing which we discovered was not under my house.  The issue had to do with the plumbing on the side of my house.

All the other 4 plumbers quoted me $13K - $23K+++ to break down my bathroom, kitchen wall, and drill under my concrete floors to see the issue under the house.  Had I gone with one of them, I would have spent $13K - $23K+++, only to realize the issue had nothing to do with the pipes under my house.

This review is not for people that actually do the work, they are all hardworking and have no problem with them. This is meant to be a direct feedback to the owner/management, about their project management practices, and overall communications with their customers.

January 18th, agreed on scope and cost. They gave me 5-7 days estimate to complete everything, I added an extra 3 days, and hence scheduled move out date from a temporary rental, assuming all will be done by end of month.  

January 20th, work starts.

For some reason, they decided to demo and replace all kitchen plumbing, pipes and drywall without my permission, they did not even pull a permit, mention it or ask for it.

Relocated and forgot a live electrical wire (dishwasher outlet) behind the wall right above the sink, had to bring the electrician again, open the drywall, push the wire down and relocate to where he had it first ($350).

Covered the kitchen hood pipe location with drywall, had to bring HVAC company to cut the wall so the pipe can go through the ceiling ($275)
Install the WRONG dryer pipe (2.5 inches vs 4 inches!), again, had to bring another company to cut the whole wall, recut cabinets and sidewall, install a new pipe ($450)

Refused to finish kitchen plumbing, expected me to yet hire ANOTHER plumbing company to do that, or charge me $4000 extra. If you cant finish the job, why start it in the first place? I did not ask you to remove all plumbing in the kitchen, YOU did that without even asking me.

Did not relocate water heater to a storage room outside as specified in the contract, still want to charge me for it.
Did not honor the agreement with matching another contractors bid for finishing bathroom, they had me pay for all material.

I thought I would get over this, and just move on, today, July 9th, my neighbor just knocked on my door, walked me to his next door property where we share a wall and showed me a leak from my bathroom because wizzard forgot to cap one of the vent pipes.

Kevin and his team at Bueno Plumbing did a great job! My kitchen sink was backing up and would not drain. They did a thorough inspection and found the 46 y.o. pipe under the house leaking and the cleanout corroded. Also my pressure valve was rusted shut and I had 120PSI coming in. They fixed it all, and I am happily back to being able to use my sink, dishwasher and garbage disposal once again!

Anthony was excellent in his service. We would have frequent main drain blockages due to tree roots growing into our sewer. Our regular plumber would just remove the blockage every time without fixing the problem. Anthony inspected the entire drain pipe up to the main sewer line with a camera, and used a root cutter to clean everything out. He's also given us a 1-yr guarantee on the service. This has fixed our frequent blockage problem.

We had a bathtub that I needed to get hooked up. We didn't have access to the plumbing from below so it was a little tricky.  Tino was really patient as I described my random thoughts to him by text. He said he would need to look at it. During our diagnostic, he showed up on time, definitely spent his time noodling on the problem, and figured it out. When it came time to do the work, showed up on time again and finished the work as promised.

Honest work! I would definitely call him again.

Reached out to several different plumbers for an emergency repair for a leak in my crawl space that I needed to get repaired ASAP. After my primary choice flaked out on me, Hightop Plumbing was extremely responsive. I normally am skeptical with providers with low reviews, but made an exception in this case and extremely glad I did.

Takai is the owner and arrived later in the afternoon. He quickly diagnosed the issue and warned me it was a fairly complex fix in my crawl space. He worked well into the evening, but got the job done. He even looked into a dishwasher leak issue I'd been having and resolved that issue as well.

Takai is very professional, courteous, personable, and thorough. I've continued to leverage him for any plumbing needs I encounter and would highly recommend him for any of your plumbing needs

They responded immediately to my request on Yelp and I hired him.  Glad I did that!  John and his assistant were extremely polite and efficient.  They showed up on time (even a little early) and did the job quickly.  I was very happy with their service and would definitely recommend them.

George is a hard working honest man.  You will not be disappointed. He was able to complete the tasks needed and work around some of our needed emergencies.  We did have some delays in the project however not any fault of his.  He was honest with the solution and willing to make things right. Ivan Patterson recently installed a new kitchen sink in our home and we couldn't be more satisfied.  He met with us days before hand and advised is on what options were available to us and which were most suitable.  We had an old porcelain drop in sink that required extensive bullnose tile to be removed without damaging the surrounding tile.  Ivan's removal was flawless as was his installation of the new sink.  He is a true craftsman and professional in every sense and the quality of his work is unsurpassed.  I recommend Ivan and Patterson Plumbing without reservation.
