Was very happy with them.  They repaired my Moms pump pipe next day for a fair price.

Had Eddie come fix my sink drain and overflowing toilets after a different Plummer messed them up and caused the problems. He was able to have everything fixed within an hour and helped out with any other little things that needed that we didn't even know about. Most plumbers I assume only come for one job and if something else needs fixing they won't tell you so you can call them to come again once it's really broken. Very nice to have a handy man that actually cares! 10/10

Updated - (changed to 3 star) - Got a call from owner who apologized and explained this is not usual and returned visit fee. Also offered to send some other technician and give discount if we wanted to continue work.
Original - Very expensive, unfriendly. We called them for leak under the kitchen sink. He was prompt but not helpful at all. Even found him arrogant to talk. Even though, we had planned to fix couple of things he mentioned, we just did not feel comfortable for him to do our work. I have feeling they like to do big jobs and not small home repairs. It would be good if they just said that.

I called Safety Plumbing Services because I had a leak in the kitchen sink and they came out on a short notice and fixed the issue efficiently. Honesty and integrity are soooooo nice! I called Drain Masters to come out and perform a hydro-jetting service (a very specialized pressure-washer for sewer lines) My line was not clogged, but I had easy access to the sewer system during a remodel and I new there was a bit of construction debris in the sewer line - so I thought why not get some peace of mind that it is clear.  Edward arrived early, and after some discussion he used his fancy sewer camera to examine my sewer line. He said my lines looked fantastic, and he saw no need to spend the extra money on the hyrdo-jetting service. Thanks Edward!

I like that I can get some rough estimate via Yelp from victor. He is pretty responsive. Answered all my questions professionally. Estimate via text/Yelp save everyone time, instead of calling multiple plumbers and scheduling to meet each of them just to get estimate.
I have procrastinated long enough on all the plumbing issues. So, I asked him to help fix everything all in once. Toilets, valves, kitchen faucet and bath faucet. He also offered to help pick up the items at Home Depot.
He offered very reasonable price. Will sure call him again for any future help needed.

Victor cares about his customers even after the work is completed. I had some parts problems that is not his fault. But he still answered questions and took care and fixed the problem.

Miguel Gonzalez and Wizard Plumbing are beyond great.  Our sewer lateral was plugged in a tight backyard location.  Miguel worked to the highest of professional experience using a snake and camera to dislodge the obstruction and clear the line.  Digging and repairing the lateral would have been very costly and the only step forward if the obstruction could not be cleared.

I thought I had called my regular plumber having googled them but didn't realize that Bueno was purchasing google ads so I mistakenly called them to come fix our garbage disposal.   They came out, charged us $80 to open it up and unclog it.   When we went to use the disposal, it was not working again - the same thing - a hum which indicates a clog. Obviously, they didn't fully fix it. So I called to ask if they could come back out and fix it for real the next day. However, I was told they would have to charge $80.  The person on the phone then instructed me on how I could fix it myself.  I will never use this business again and made sure I had my regular plumber on speed dial - who will come back at no charge to fix something if it wasn't fixed during the first business.  (BTW, regular plumber is Crown Plumbing and they do a fantastic job at fixing plumbing the first time and guarantee their work.)

UPDATE:  The business owner called and apologized for the response from the person who answered the phone.  After I called back on a second time n noting the satisfaction guaranteed statement on their bill, they agreed to make good on their written policy of satisfaction guaranteed and give me a refund.  He also requested that I change my review from 1 star to 5.

Availability:
On Saturday, I called. Anthony answered right away because that number goes straight to him. I think it's best if you text him, though, because at any moment he might have hands full of...stuff. In any case, he said he was free on Sat, but that I had to be home for them to be able to come. I called later on Sat, and he said it was too late. But he could come Monday if I couldn't find someone else. No BS, he knew I was gonna look for other people. I ended up scheduling Monday with him, because the other people I called were rude, and didn't want to deal with the snake my fiancé got stuck in the tub drain.

Pricing:
Anthony is very up front. He said, it could be $95, it could be $175, it could be $275. But he can't guarantee, so my expectations were set correctly. Once I told him about my fiancé getting he snake stuck, he said he might have to do it at $155/hr to go under the crawl space and cut the pipe. But he said he'd try to get it without cutting stuff open and keeping the price low.

Speed:
When I opened the door for Anthony and Victor, they were already looking down the drains in my yard, already at work. They introduced themselves and went into my bathroom got straight to work. They're like a fast and furious dynamic duo, except with drains. They took several turns trying to get the snake out. I laughed when I heard Anthony yell from the bathroom I'm a hero! As soon as that was out (and saved me money from having to get pipes cut), they went to work fixing the actual clog and suddenly, Anthony was on my roof, going to work on the drain from above. He told me they do it from the roof so that there isn't a mess everywhere. They got the kitchen clog out that way. Victor snaked from the tub with their own drill snake, and they eventually got it.

Education:
They told us everything we needed to know for the future:
1. Don't use Drain-o. It corrodes your pipes.
2. Use a snake.
3. If you're gonna get a snake stuck, call a professional.
4. Don't put too much stuff down your garbage disposal.

Cleanup:
They cleaned up. What? Awesome. I thought I would have to clean up the gross stuff that came up.

All in all, that was quick and painless. They're up front, quick, and don't BS around. In the end, I got charged $155 for their per hour rate. You know how you ask others, Hey do you have a plumber? Well, now I got one.

My wife and I returned from a short vacation to find that our garbage disposal was unresponsive. We got in contact with E.J. who got us a morning appointment set up very quickly over text. John and William were our plumbers, and they had the issue diagnosed and fixed all within about 20 minutes. They gave me a couple different options for how I could go about getting the issue resolved, all at different price points. Instead of pressuring me to replace my entire garbage disposal, they gave me both short-term and long-term options for how to manage it or what my options were if it totally conked out. Before that fateful day eventually happens, John even showed me how to manage my faulty disposal (and gave me my own unjamming tool!) They have won a lifelong customer!
