Super responsive and efficient. We had an urgent issue that got resolved within a day of reaching out for a quote.

Our two toilets and two bathtubs were both clogged for a week and I had tried to snake through my toilet and bathtubs, a cleanout in my garage, and a main cleanout in the driveway but no luck. I spoke to the owner Ed on the phone and shared the issue with and he immediately knew the resolution and he really broke it down how piping in a home works and even shared some background history.

Ed gave me options of what I could do and never pressured me to do anything I didn't want which I appreciated. He came over the same day and did a walkthrough my home to see what would be the best place he can start snaking. He attempted to snake both the main and finally the roof. He said that most plumbers don't snake through the roof but he said he did. It took a couple punches with the snake through the roof but he was able to fix the clog!

Ed is friendly, credible, and professional and was able to resolve our issue the same day! Thank you for all that you do and sharing your knowledge! Definitely recommend his services!

Came out within an hour of us calling. We were in a real bind because the Airport Appliance installers would not install our washer because they said the hot water valve was bad. Technician replaced  Two Valves quickly, and replaced a third valve for free. Also gave us free consultation on some Faucet And garbage disposal repairs. We will be using them again real soon. Technician also practiced Covid precautions. Extremely happy with the service.

I would highly recommend Khan from AAA Plumbing. I contacted AAA Plumbing for the leaking main shut off valve since they have very good rating on yelp. Khan responded quickly with a very reasonable price quote, so we immediately set up an appointment.

Although they showed up a little late today due to delayed previous projects, but they came with 3 crew team, which makes the work more efficient. Once they started the job and took out the old valve, they immediate found the old pipe is crooked and not straight up, which makes the replace work much more difficult. They figured a way to work it out, and need to use more 90 degree elbow pipes to make U shape connections. They are professional and fast, finish everything within 1 hour. Although they did extra work, but they did not charge more. They also cleaned everything up when leaving.

We will definitely use them in the future & I would recommend to anyone who needs a plumber. Thanks Khan and AAA Plumbing!

Two for two.  Ed responded to my call and came the next morning to fix a leaky shower valve. It's been several years since I've seen him, but he is still the honest, professional, and above all competent contractor.  My shower was diagnosed and fixed quickly, and he even adjusted the psi from my outside sprinklers as a precaution.  His price is fair & competitive, so I tipped him - because he is worth it.  They don't make many good contractors like this any more.  He's like some best kept secret that I still want to keep.  Ok, Yelp.  This is me giving back to you since you helped me find him in the first place.

I had a Broken Water Main last week. Water Quality Plumbing was the first listing in YELP and has 5 stars... I figured they must be good. I called just after 6AM (Their hours on YELP are listed as open at 6AM), and got a message service. The person was unhelpful and very rude. I can't help you, can't give you any information. I can take your number, and have someone call you. All I want to know, is can you tell me how much it's going to cost me, and I can't turn off the mater main (it was rusted shut).  If you want emergency service, it's before hours (?), so it will be $165, plus $15 for something (garbled) So... $180 to shut off the water, then you will tell me how much to repair?

I was panicing at that time, so I left my home number for their plumber to call. When he finally called me 45 minutes later, my neighbor had already come over with the proper tool and shut the water off for me. The guy on the phone was rude again!

I'm gald I found someone else to do the work for me...

Yes, it was stressful. Good customer service companies know how to deal with situations like that. There is NO EXCUSE for being rude to people on the phone, period. Post your actual operating hours, and say you are open 24/7 for a price... Truth in advertising...

Hi there. Excellent experience. Responded quickly to my initial request. Came to my house on a Saturday. Polite, respectful and neat. He solved the problem, and his fee was reasonable. I would highly recommend him.

Our toilet got clogged and Vic came back with the most reasonable estimates in 5 minutes. He was able to fit us into a busy schedule and came over within 10 minutes of ending our call. Amazingly quick, and got the job done with no hassle, damage, etc.

We had a water pipe break at a commercial building. We received a competitive bid from them. They showed up on time, completed the job per the contract and cleaned up the area before leaving. It doesn't get better than that. We will absolutely use them again.

ONE STAR for WIZARD PLUMBING

Two guys came out to fix a clogged shower drain and a leaking sink pipe. The one who unclogged my shower had no idea what he was doing, couldn't communicate with me due to a language barrier and used a drain snake that was too aggressive for a shower. He ended up
poking a hole in my pipe. The next day water was leaking on my first floor ceiling. I had to have another plumber open the lath and plaster ceiling and replace the pipe that Wizard damaged plus get a painter to replace the ceiling and paint. So maddening that they sent out a plumber who was inexperienced and was not able to communicate with me at all.
Tried to talk to the owner but he refused to call me back. I was told by his assistant (Miguel) that their company is large and the owner was too busy to call me back. Really? Not worth the money. Also, quoted me double what another competing plumbing company did on replacing a sewer pipe.

We needed to replace 2 main water shutoff valves in our condo in San Jose, I reached out to a number of local plumbing companies with good Internet reviews, and Bueno Plumbing was the best out of all of them in communication, promptly scheduling the visit, and giving a competitive quote. The project required an HOA approval, they were patient and flexible in scheduling the work and providing all required data to the HOA. Good communication all the way. The valves were located in a tight and hard to reach space, Edgar with his assistant Dylan did a great job in replacing them, and completed the work faster than estimated. I do simple plumbing work myself, and for 20+ years in the valley had to call a number of plumbers for large projects - Bueno Plumbing is the best, definitely will call them again for the next project!

These guys are so good at what they do! I'm blown away. Anthony came in, quickly diagnosed my bathtub water backup problem. He then told me how much I'll be charged exactly. He had to go on my roof because I don't have a clean out. But within 10 minutes my bathtub was clear! His work carries one year guarantee as well!

I called another yelp 5 star company before calling him. They wouldn't come out and fix it unless I have a clean out. I didn't even know what a clean out was and turns out I don't have one either. I really appreciate how Anthony would go above and beyond to fix my sewage backup. Shame on those other companies who'd only pick the easy jobs.

I had this clogged line in the bathroom of my master bedroom. Though I sent a short notice, he showed up the day after my working hour, unclogged the line and checked the pipe under the building too. His price was fair and didn't add anything for checking the pipe line. Highly recommended.

Takai at Hightop Plumbing did an outstanding job installing a new water heater for us.  I discussed with him the job at 5PM and by 3PM the next day he was onsite working on the installation.  He discussed with me all of the work that would take place to get our 30 year old heater replaced.  His work was high quality and we are very happy with his communication throughout the whole job.  We will be looking forward to hiring Hightop Plumbing for future projects.

Agilis installed my washer/dryer unit in a small space. They were great. Friendly, fast, and reasonable charges. They cleaned up too. Can't ask for more than that. I highly recommend them!

George is a hard working honest man.  You will not be disappointed. He was able to complete the tasks needed and work around some of our needed emergencies.  We did have some delays in the project however not any fault of his.  He was honest with the solution and willing to make things right.
