Steven was responsive, gave a great rate and quick/efficient service. He was thoughtful about covering up his shoes before entering the house to not track mud in. Fixed my clogged sink quickly but was very thorough. I will definitely call him first next time I have a plumbing issue.

To me, the important thing about a plumber is reliability. I went through a few plumbing companies before I found Crown. Crown Plumbing has been servicing my income-producing brownstone in Manhattan for many years. We're not one of their bigger clients, not by a long shot. But they treat us as if we were. They fix any issues with heating or leaks the day I call in. They check our boilers at the start of the winter. For some reason one of our boiler's pilot fails every couple of years. Aware of this, they always have thermocouples in the truck in preparation. And the couple of times that we've had a serious problem (it's an old building), they show up immediately any day of the week. Their reliability comes with very reasonable prices. Crown Plumbing delivers excellent service.

I called Safety Plumbing Services because I had a leak in the kitchen sink and they came out on a short notice and fixed the issue efficiently. Excellent Service. Came to my home on short notice and installed a gas line. Prior to adding the gas line they did a leak check and identified multiple leaks which they fixed for free.

After our old 75 gallon water heater started leaking, AAA were the fastest to respond with good advice and a very fair price.

Khan is friendly, honest and courteous.  He made subsequent visits to ensure everything was in good working order.  The installation was seamless, fast and professional.  We now have a much better-and-efficient water heater.

Highly recommend! I had a leakage issue under the front yard lawn, other plumbers I called either give higher price or cannot locate the leakage. Called Ed and he came in 30 mins, start to locate the problem right away and made his professional judgement quickly with reasonable quote. He soon found out the leak point and fixed it in a professional manner. Very experienced and nice guy, I will definitely call him again in case of any other plumber issue.

Called these guys because of a stuck faucet valve in a difficult to reach bathroom sink. Jeff showed up on time as promised; he was courteous, knowledgeable, and managed to fix the real problem with my sink, which was a seized ceramic cartridge (WD-40 plus elbow grease).
He did this in under an hour plus I got the yelp discount -- I would definitely call them again.

We had Gomez Plumbing worked on an extensive house renovation, they did the rough-ins, the finishes, and the outdoors, including trenches and outdoor shower.  We mainly dealt with Ivan and Fidel but also had Santos with their whole extensive crew came out throughout the project. They are a fun crew to have around and never complained about anything popped up unexpectedly or any product we ask them to help install. Fidel is a genius, he took an ordinary rain shower head, and turned it into a masterpiece, with first-class craftsmanship! They really took pride in the work they do, more than one time I caught Ivan looking at the rough-in he did for our house with admiration ;-) I have never seen or heard any plumbing service company that would go so much out of their way to be friendly, creative and helpful, their professionalism is evident throughout the project, and even months after the project, if we had an issue, they would come right by, no questions asked, even if the issue was determined to be with the fixture and not the installation, they will still fix the problem, that's how much they are committed to providing a bar-none service! If you are still searching for a plumbing service company, Gomez Plumbing is the best there is!

We keep chasing this company to return a DVD we paid for, showing a sewer line blockage from overgrown roots.

There have been no less than 4 calls and promises that the DVD and report will be completed. On the first call they said the report would be completed and emailed. On the second call, they said the report was ready for pick up but we asked for an email copy instead. Then they called back saying they needed the video to complete the report. They came by to pick up the DVD but haven't returned it since. We paid $450 to have our sewer cleaned and the video to take the the city to do a root clean.

Bueno Plumbing was awesome. I originally contacted them through the Thumbtack application because I didn't have any Hot Water pressure.

They offered to come out same day. We opted for the next day. They did a water diagnostic and found that my water heater finally died. Edgar was great.

Jimmy came the following Monday. Swapped out the water heater and repaired a valve in the bathroom shower.

Everyone I spoke to was extremely professional, polite, and quick. They aren't the cheapest, not the most expensive, but a bargain for the quality of service.

It was after hours and we had a terrible kitchen sink backup problem that omitted a disgusting stench! Anthony could hear how desperate the situation was and came to the rescue. He fixed the problem in addition to cleaning up afterward! He cares for his customers and is a man of his word. I would highly highly recommend Anthony to everyone and will be calling him in the future to fix any more problems that arise. Thank you Anthony!

Quick response and very efficient! Takai came in the next morning and did the job very smoothly on a leak from one of the outdoor valves. Was very professional with the work and easy to communicate with.

I had some water leaking in my bathroom. I needed to replace the water shutoff valve. Agilis Plumbing responded quickly and fixed the issue the same day for a reasonable price.  I highly recommend this company.
