Great service with quality work! They fixed the clogged drain and even ran a camera to troubleshoot further.  They took their time and went over the do's and don'ts.

Eddie provided excellent service even though he did not end up doing the job. He was prompt in replying, easy to speak to and did his best to resolve the problem. Because of an equipment issue, he referred me to another plumber so I could get the drain clog resolved as soon as possible. He also called later to follow up to make sure the job was completed by the other plumber satisfactorily. I highly recommend Eddie, he lived up to his company name!

They were fast to respond and sent a technician right away, which is highly appreciated when dealing with water related disasters

Not sure how these 5 stars review come from! Worse than substandard service. Dangerous incompetent service is what it is.

The guy installed a water heater, and it kept being  automatically shut down. They  refused to tender any services and follow-ups. We had to find a manufacture recommended contractor to check the unit.  It turns out the water heater WAS NOT PROPERLY INSTALLED. Because of the improper installation, the water heater keeps shutting down to protect us from the carbon monoxide leaking due to the bad installation.
The company was named Safety Plumbing and now changed name to Right Plumbing. Either way, the company was neither safe nor right for you.
We now have to spend another thousand of dollar to have the false installation corrected. Not to mention the risks we had been exposed to.
The terribly incompetent service was done in January of 2022.

Our kitchen disposal was leaking and water was pouring on the floor. Called All go plumbing and Kiet responded right away. He came to my house and explained to me what needs to be replaced and what caused the issue. He and his partner fixed the problem on the same day and price is reasonable. Thank you Kiet! I'll definitely call again if I need plumbing services.

Do you live in a 1960s-era Fremont ranch style home? Have the galvanized drain pipes under your house failed yet? Because they will, and if you're as unlucky as us, they'll leak kitchen sink and clothes washer drain water into your crawl space for weeks before being discovered.

Lucky for us, once we got the crawl space dewatered (see separate Yelp review), Kahn came out the next day, figured out the scope, gave us a reasonable price, and has his crew out that afternoon to do the work. and make it so we could use our sink and washer again. Fast, professional work done on the same day? Can't beat that!

These guys are real solid!  For everyone that complains about paying $125 to clean out a blocked drain please remember their experience, equipment and business costs are all apart of their cost structure.  They stand behind their work, have been prompt and in this mornings case showed up and got my household back up and running. In today's day and age finding guys like this that know their trade, show up on time and are accountable for their work is priceless.  I don't write reviews often so this is a testament to the work and the kind of business they run.  Thanks guys....as the next coffee is on me.

1st visit: Our kitchen faucet had become very stiff and difficult to turn on and off. We had them come out and they quickly confirmed that we needed to replace the faucet, as we suspected was the case. The plumber loosened the handle, which made it easier to turn on while we were waiting to purchase a new faucet. Unfortunately, we later discovered that doing that also disengaged the temperature control. Rinsing  lettuce in warm water for almost 2 weeks was not the greatest.

2nd visit: Installed our new faucet, though at first didn't orient it properly so that it would not swivel to the left, and swiveled into the wall on the right. After he left, however, we found that there was water leaking under the sink from around the air gap.

3rd visit: Sealed around the air gap. As instructed we did not splash water on it for 24 hours. But, when we ran the dishwasher, we found that water was coming out of the air gap, which it is not supposed to do.

4th visit: Put the air gap back together the way it should have been. But after he left, we found the new caulking around the air gap was all messed up, either by the water coming out the airgap, or by the repair.

5th visit: Replaced the gasket and fixed the caulking around the air gap.

It took nearly a month, but we are now satisfied with the repair. They never hit us with unexpected charges, were tidy, and came back willingly to fix the problems. Still, this should have been 2 visits, not 5.

Hi there. Excellent experience. Responded quickly to my initial request. Came to my house on a Saturday. Polite, respectful and neat. He solved the problem, and his fee was reasonable. I would highly recommend him.

Good experience with Vic. He came by a couple of months ago to install a Toto toilet for us. He was courteous and quick, and hauled away the old toilet as well.

I had a mystery leak in my garage that happened about once a month and always at night while I was asleep. Nothing obvious. Ivan looked at the pictures I had taken, looked at the hoses/pipes/appliances, and said water softener. The narrow discharge hose (if that's the right term) had come out of the big drain hose on the wall and when the softener regenerated (about once a month, at night), it would spray a whole lot of water everywhere. Ivan was friendly, showed up on time, didn't make me feel like an idiot, and explained exactly what was happening. Bless him for a 15-minute visit and an end to my watery mystery! I'll absolutely call these guys in the future if I need help with plumbing.

Dan Rodis is a great technician and did a great job replacing our p-trap on our guest bathroom sink.  He does clean work and is very professional. Thank you Dan and the staff at Wizard Plumbing for the hard work they did on a Sunday on Father's Day.

I thought I had called my regular plumber having googled them but didn't realize that Bueno was purchasing google ads so I mistakenly called them to come fix our garbage disposal.   They came out, charged us $80 to open it up and unclog it.   When we went to use the disposal, it was not working again - the same thing - a hum which indicates a clog. Obviously, they didn't fully fix it. So I called to ask if they could come back out and fix it for real the next day. However, I was told they would have to charge $80.  The person on the phone then instructed me on how I could fix it myself.  I will never use this business again and made sure I had my regular plumber on speed dial - who will come back at no charge to fix something if it wasn't fixed during the first business.  (BTW, regular plumber is Crown Plumbing and they do a fantastic job at fixing plumbing the first time and guarantee their work.)

UPDATE:  The business owner called and apologized for the response from the person who answered the phone.  After I called back on a second time n noting the satisfaction guaranteed statement on their bill, they agreed to make good on their written policy of satisfaction guaranteed and give me a refund.  He also requested that I change my review from 1 star to 5.

I had a few plumbing issues piling up at home, and found Northstar Plumbing on Yelp.  

The best things about Northstar Plumbing:
- Anthony and Giovanni were really friendly and easy to talk to.  I was hesitant to call them at first, but when I met them, I felt really comfortable.
- They were honest and patiently explained to me the issues I had in detail.  They also told me about other issues they found that I might need to fix in the future.
- They worked very efficiently
- I could communicate with Anthony through text messaging.  He did a good job getting back to me.
- Even though they give a time window, their 30 minute courtesy call was enough for me to take care of other things and get home in time to greet them.

I will definitely have them back again.

I had this clogged line in the bathroom of my master bedroom. Though I sent a short notice, he showed up the day after my working hour, unclogged the line and checked the pipe under the building too. His price was fair and didn't add anything for checking the pipe line. Highly recommended.

Quick response and very efficient! Takai came in the next morning and did the job very smoothly on a leak from one of the outdoor valves. Was very professional with the work and easy to communicate with.

Super happy with the service from Agilis. After another plumber cancelled on me, Agilis responded to me in less than an hour on Yelp. I didn't have to jump through any hoops for consultation or inspection. They responded to the issue, quoted me their hourly rate (very reasonable compared to others these days!) and told me when they could be at my house. John arrived on time, had the clog fixed in less than an hour and charged the quoted rate. They take cash, check or credit which is also very convenient. Thank you!
