My mom has a very older hole in downtown San Jose that had a backup that even Roto rooter could not clear. We called COS for a consultation because they had state of the art equipment which had a camera system to see inside the cast iron plumbing. Yes, back 200 years ago they used cast iron! We were able to look from the inside of the house all the way to the block which was where the house met the street. Unfortunately, we didn't have a clean out because 200 years ago they didn't think to design the plumbing that way. COS was able to clear our plumbing, get a new city permit immediately for a new clean out, and worked with my mom on the pricing to make it affordable since my mom had just gotten open heart surgery and is currently on disability! I am so thankful to this company for restoring the plumbing quickly so the waterlines could be used and expediting everything so affordably!

Eddie did a great job unclogging the washer drainage, he came on time as promised and he offered a great service at reasonable cost.

I called Safety Plumbing Services because I had a leak in the kitchen sink and they came out on a short notice and fixed the issue efficiently. Kit did a great job hooking up my washer with new hoses with no hard water residue.  He also flushed the faucets in my rental so the water flows better.  All in all a great job.

We had an issue flushing our toilet and had 2 plumbers come out over the weekend. Both of them worked for over 3 hrs and could not fix the problem and the last one said he had a crack in our pipe and needed to replace all of the piping under the house. Khan was the 3rd plumber to come out and he and his partner (didn't get his name :\) realized that a second clean-out needed to be installed. Once his partner started digging they found a huge piece of concrete on one of the pipes, they removed the concrete, installed the clean-out and the issue was fixed in less than two hours, thank God :)

Wouldn't know if these guys were any good at plumbing since they never showed up for the appointment.
I left 3 voicemails and did not receive a call back until the next day.  They said they got busy at another job so couldn't make it.  That would have been fine if I received a call letting me know.
I left work early to meet this guy and he didn't show.  Total disrespect for someone's time and totally unprofessional.

The owner connected with me to help resolve our long term issue. He says he will honor refund for last tech call. He believes prob may be with tankless water heater installed by builder. He provided a number and go to person for my brand name tankless heater. I appreciated his attention to try and help us  resolved our hot water problems.

Little tip about recirculating pump timers (needed for a tankless only), if pump does not have water running through it say due to a leak or shut off from water main and you don't know to turn off your pump, it will burn out even in a span of 15min! Pump is approx $450-$500 just the part. I hope this helps those who think paying extra for a timer for the luxury of having instant hot water, not worth it. Wish I had known this.

called him on monday at 4:PM he said he could come by on Tues between 7:30 and 8:00 AM this morning he was here at 7:30 looked at our problem and had it cleared by 8:00 AM no upsale just fact our main drain had build up because never cleaned I now have his name and # in my contact's would highley recommend him thank you Santos for your prompt work and honesty

wizard Plumbing does good work and their employess are friendly and dependable, but their prices are absolutely astronomical. For that reason I probably won't use them again.

My sink was backing up and my garbage disposal was making weird noises thanks to me not realizing it's pretty lame pouring a pound of flour down you garbage disposal even using hot water.  I happened to be on NextDoor and found Bueno Plumbing with fabulous reviews here on Yelp so I called. They responded in a very timely manner and sent Edgar out to save the day. He did a great job and the office was so kind. I highly recommend them.

I called Anthony he was super prompt. Sent him pictures and he sent me a reasonable quote immediately. Very impressed. I didn't use his service since another plumber happened to be in my area  at the same time but in future I wouldn't hesitate. Great response.

Tino was recommended by my son who has had plumbing issues in the past.  It was very easy to get a hold of him via phone.  He responded to our plumbing circumstance right away.  There was water collecting on our laundry room floor from a leaking water heater.  He diagnosed the situation quickly and promptly remedied the problem.  While he was there, he even looked into a secondary issue with a guest bathroom toilet.  We were all very pleased with his work and would recommend him to anyone needing plumbing assistance.

Takai at Hightop Plumbing did an outstanding job installing a new water heater for us.  I discussed with him the job at 5PM and by 3PM the next day he was onsite working on the installation.  He discussed with me all of the work that would take place to get our 30 year old heater replaced.  His work was high quality and we are very happy with his communication throughout the whole job.  We will be looking forward to hiring Hightop Plumbing for future projects.

They responded immediately to my request on Yelp and I hired him.  Glad I did that!  John and his assistant were extremely polite and efficient.  They showed up on time (even a little early) and did the job quickly.  I was very happy with their service and would definitely recommend them.
