You get what you pay for in this case. They're more expensive than other companies we've used, but the quality and customer service are high. We've been through many plumbing companies thanks to our 70+ year old house and its equally old plumbing, and Plumbtree has been the best so far. Most recently, we had a leaky sink, vanity, and shower head removed and replaced. It all looks great.
From wearing shoe covers and asking us if we'd like them to wear masks to cleaning up any mess from their work, the Plumbtree plumbers were professionals the entire time. Francisco did a great job assessing our issue and patiently communicating with me over text on multiple projects, and Whilliam and David did excellent work completing the projects. They were also kind to our kid and cat!
On a previous visit for a very simple call, Kyle was professional and honest (no attempt to up-charge) which is why we ended up calling Plumbtree for this much larger job. The receptionist/scheduler was super friendly and professional as well, even when we needed to reschedule. Everyone we've encountered has been professional with a strong customer service focus.

Mario responded to the house call and he's absolutely great - efficient, polite and super nice.

In a rental house, the shower nob became binary. Scalding hot water, if you're lucky. Trying to dial that down to a reasonable temperature resulted in ice-cold water. I do some basic plumbing, but this was beyond me and I wanted a professional.
Anthony showed up in his Purple truck. He said, Your cartridge went bad. He gave me a price that was their flat rate for that job, and it was very fair. Putting that in context, I'd had another plumber to give me a previous quote. Let's just say it was not even close to fair.

Thorough: He not only quoted the job but inspected everything in the house. He checked the water pressure, and advised me as to whether or not I should get a pressure regulator. He then showed me everything that would be entailed, including modifications to the water heater for that system and then quoted me another fair price. He also found minor issues with my water heater installation and advised me to fix them at some time.
Professional: Anthony explained everything in layman's terms, sizing up what I understood about plumbing and made sure I understood what he'd be doing. He was very polite and efficient in getting my quote together.
Use this company. This company seems to have great values and policies that you just don't find in plumbing companies anymore.

Our electrician had a mishap with our rewire project and drilled into a water line.
Anthony from plumbtree plumbing came and resolved the issue. He was extremely kind, professional, thorough, took before/after photos and left us with a much better setup!
By far the smoothest process fo make appointments They have online booking system which is so convienent than calling 10 random plumbers to see if they have an appointment.
Anthony , the plumber is very coordial and did a fantastic job. They are my go to plumbers from now on.
Had a few sinks with plumbing issues, and decided to try out a new plumber to see how they'd handle it.
Booking online was super easy. They were running late, so they did come about 90 minutes past the end of their original time window. I called their office about 15 minutes past the end of the time window, reached someone, who gave me an updated estimate, and they did arrive during that updated time window, so I'm not going to knock them a star. I was surprised and impressed I could get them out same day to be honest, so I didn't mind waiting a little longer.
They looked over all three sinks, fixed one (a minor adjustment) for free, and then gave me an estimate for the other two that was pretty reasonable. Not cheap, but not overpriced either. Communication was top notch and they showed me lots of pictures of the work beforehand so I knew what was needed. I had another fix I was thinking about and they did a great job warning me of some risks if I had them start it that would've involved some drywall adventures if things didn't work out, so I decided to skip that one and find another workaround. Really appreciated the honesty and advice for that one, saved me from a possible extra project!
Would definitely use them again, and actually they identified some projects that look like they could save me major plumbing headaches later, so figuring out when I want those done and will give them another call.
Anthony came out and did the job in under an hour. He had a garbage disposal on the truck to replace our recently smoking unit. Nice and competent guy. Great local company and will use them again. I was anticipating a week before we'd have the work complete so it was a lovely surprise.

My kitchen sink was blocked up and not draining. Andrew and Isaac from Plumbtree were professional and fixed my sink, checked it for leaks, and made sure everything worked good. I was very pleased with their work and recommend Plumbtree Plumbing and Rooter. I will continue to use Plumbtree for future repairs.

I called at 10:45am and they were onsite at 2:45pm on a Saturday.
Drain clean out completed within 60 minutes.
The tech who came to my house was professional, mature and was very thorough.
Will use them again and would highly recommend them for any emergency cleanup / drain situation.
Great service, but on the pricier side.
Our kid flushed his mom's diamond ring down the toilet over the weekend. I called the dispatch and was nicely greeted and was assigned a plumber for the first slot in the morning.
Anthony showed up right on time, and crawled under the house to see the connections. He then ran the camera from the roof and to our surprise, found the ring in the main pipe. Since we didn't have a main clean out, he recommended one since he would have to dig to get to the ring (where the clean out would be anyway).
He and Austin dug down to the pipe and opened it and were able to retrieve the ring and closed up everything cleanly by 3PM.
Overall great service. We paid a little over 4k for the inspection, parts and installation of the clean out.
Thomas and Anthony stopped by to assist with our water heater issue. We had shopped around for quotes, and they were the only ones that gave us an honest and fair assessment. They worked to remedy the issue, rather than just upsell. Aside from honest business practice, they were both super friendly (have fun at the Red Hot Chili Peppers concert ! )

Had a minor emergency when my water main broke after someone hit the meter box with a car. Plumbtree showed up, got me an estimate, did the work, and all with great communication for a fair price considering the emergency. Will use them again.
UPDATE - Plumbtree has become our go-to plumber! We've done a number of jobs with them - from fixing a toilet to a larger outdoor kitchen project - and they have exceeded our expectations every time! They are prompt, have great communication, and all of the staff is super friendly. Working with them is great and it's wonderful to have a reliable plumber to count on for when things come up.

When I called Plumbtree Plumbing, they were quick to set me with an appointment the next morning and the woman answering phone was so nice.
The next day, the plumber ran a little late but the woman I spoke to night before let me know way ahead of time, which I liked ( wish I remembered her name). Before the plumber came she called me to notify me. I love that they kept me on track with every step of the process. Right before the plumber showed up they sent me his picture and a short summary about him. That right away eased my anxiety and made me feel safe. When Anthony got here he was really polite and assessed the situation in a timely manner. He was honest and let me know that because of where the problem was the city may be able to help me for free but he couldn't guarantee . Given the situation and the comfort and ease I felt with Anthony and company I chose to go with them. And he got the job done in no time. He was respectful and seemed down to earth. I would definitely call this company again for any plumbing needs.
Thomas worked long & with great effort having discovered some difficulties with my tub faucet. He knew what to do, and he did it right! Friendly & obviously devoted to good work. I will definitely call on them again if I ever need help. I was very pleased!

Need plumbing expertise?? Call Plumbtree!
I called the helpful and friendly Hannah at 11 am with a pipe problem under my kitchen sink. Within 3 hours, and with no extra fee, Mario arrived to diagnose the issue. He was professional, friendly, wore shoe covers and a face mask the entire time he was in our house.
Mario explained the issue and had it done and dusted by 315!!! No stress, no problems and now our kitchen will quit flooding every couple of months when the dishwasher is running.
Lost a retainer, found a plumber! My kid's retainer got flushed down the toilet, and we couldn't retrieve it -- we considered the appliance a lost cause, but we worried it would harm the plumbing, so we went in search of a plumber/rooter, and Plumbtree was able to offer us someone the very next morning. Thomas showed up on time, was friendly, courteous, and professional, diagnosed our issue quickly, and gave good advice for what to look out for in the future. We're very glad there was no real issue today, and the silver lining is that we know who to call if we need someone again! (Also: Hannah, on the phone, was great -- so nice to speak to a real person, and one who understands the business and is eager to help -- thanks, Hannah!)

Completed the remaining amount of charge a few days ago, it was a long project, mainly because inspection, everything else has been settled way before that.
I talked with Austin and he gladly answered a lot of question about this job on my site, it's very clear and straightforward. I absolutely like their way of working and thinking.
Also shout out to Axel who worked really hard to accommodate us, also a pretty nice guy and easy to work with.
I had a serious problem. The city water department reported to me that their data showed my home had a quite serious water leak, yet there was no visible evidence of any leaking whatsoever. But I could verify the leak was real by looking at the city's online data for my home--and when I turned off my water supply from outside, the bathroom and kitchen areas got just a little bit quieter.
Through a chain of events, the leak detection company I brought in confirmed the link, still without seeing any physical evidence, but told me the area the leak was expected and gave me the name of Plumbtree Plumbing and Rooter as a company qualified to break open my garage floor, repair the mystery leak, then repair the garage floor afterward. I set up an appointment through Hannah, then Glenn and others from Plumbtree came in, conducted their own diagnosis and started to work immediately.
Other than water usage the leak was never actually seen. But Glenn and his associates sensibly felt the best course was to entirely circumvent the downstairs plumbing in my 40+ year old home in case there were additional plumbing areas which could similarly fail. The work took a few weeks (and never actually involved any work on my slab foundation as it turned out), but it was all extremely well done. The work was all stuff I feel would have been beyond the skills of the typical plumber--even though I've had other plumbing work I've been very pleased with.
Glenn, Hannah, and the entire very talented crew (all who participated are worth mentioning, but let me single out Whilliam, who I might have seen most often...and among other tasks Whilliam accompanied the city inspector) who were always courteous, professional, quick, and very clean working. I recommend Plumbtree to anyone with a plumbing need of any kind--no matter how small, or how large and complicated.
Anthony is a superstar! He took me through everything he was going to do, talked about options and really went above and beyond. Extremely professional. Plumbtree was delightful to communicate with and I will be asking for Anthony again in the future, if I need help.
We had a main sewer line blockage on this President Day weekend, and based on Yelp Reviews, we contacted PLUMBTREE PLUMBING of San Jose. They were able to come out just a couple hours later, and attempted to roto-rooter our exceptionally long sewer line (130 feet out to the street city pipe). They hit an immovable blockage far along the way and it turned out that we needed a high pressure HydroJetting of the line to clear the blockage. After hydrojetting, they did a visual inspection of the entire sewer line using a fiber optic snake, which I could also view on the screen, confirming that our entire sewer line was now completely free of any more problem areas. We were so relieved!

We called Plumbtree because of a leak coming through our kitchen ceiling. Based on its location and other evidence I was pretty sure it was a problem with a toilet wax seal on the second floor. Anthony was dispatched to our house, and was incredibly courteous and polite. He took a look at things and agreed that the wax seal was the probably culprit but promised that he'd get to the bottom of it regardless.
He offered two choices - either replace the seal or replace the toilet; we chose the latter, because our toilet was very old and we wanted one with a different height anyway.
He offered to check our pressure regulator and showed us that it was broken. Since he had to turn off the water to the house to make some of the repairs, he also checked our water heater to make sure there was no recirculating pump. He noticed that when I hired different plumbers 6 years ago to replace the water heater, they hadn't installed the overflow tank according to code, and that there was a leak caused by their use of galvanized parts.
He dealt with the toilet in a couple of hours, including going and retrieving a new one, but Plumbtree had to send two plumbers back the next day to deal with the pressure regulator and the water heater. They also fixed a leaky delta tub faucet for us - I supplied the parts, and he did the labor for a reasonable price. Finally, they found a small gas leak from a joint where tape had worn down coming into the water heater, and fixed that at no charge. They even replaced some valves with quarter-turn valves for us and reversed the order of the main water shutoff and the pressure regulator, which had been installed backwards when the house was built.
Their price was quite reasonable (for the Bay Area, at least), and they through in some freebies (including a 10% Yelp discount that had just expired and an upgrade on the toilet). They were all very respectful of our property and time, and were careful not to let the dog out or soil anything. Anthony even cleaned and sanitized our bathroom floor when he was done.
I will definitely use them again the next time I have a plumbing problem.
We had a bathtub drain backup issue last night. I scheduled online at midnight, and got the technician coming this afternoon.
Anthony came in to evaluate the issue, gave me options and quotes. Then went ahead with the work. He's very professional, and fixed the issue well.
At the end, he also checked our crawlspace for the overall condition of our piping, and gave recommendations, pointed out issues, and provided options for future upgrades.
Broken garbage disposal. Mario came to repair and upon checking the disposal advised us to replace the unit. He gave a few options, including replacing with the same model, however it was unavailable the same day. He came back the following morning and replaced it. Mario was very friendly and communicative throughout his visits!
Our upstairs (guest toilet, bath & laundry) were clogged day after Christmas. I originally called another plumber referred by a friend, no answer. I found Plumbtree on Yelp. They were able to come out the same day.
Anthony quickly diagnosed that it was a mainline pipe clog. He gave us a detailed quote & were able to fix the issue the same day.
Very happy with the service & appreciate the additional touches (putting on shoe covers, cleaning up the bathroom after he was done). Thanks!

Late one night in August, we realized (the hard way) that we had plumbing issues as the toilets would not flush and we had water backing up in our bathtub! We contacted Plumbtree Plumbing and they sent someone out first thing the next day. They were thorough and explained everything to us. Our home is over 56 years old and over the years the trees in the front yard continually grew into our sewer line. We were able to have them snake the line and clear it temporarily; however, there was no guarantee we wouldn't be back in this same position in another couple of weeks/months.
We were faced with the tough decision of either to do a complete clean out of the lines (with no guarantee that it would not eventually collapse or cave in) or just replace the entire line from our home to the property line. They provided us with 2 bids and we went with the replacement. The work took place over a couple of weeks during September and October (from the start to the permits, and closure of the work). Glenn and the crew were extremely professional, pleasant, explained everything, and always cleaned up upon completion of the day and job.
I want to shout out to Hannah because no matter how many times we called to ask questions or schedule something, she was super friendly, always pleasant and patient, and always followed up when she promised she would.
I believe you get what you pay for. Plumbing is never cheap but I would not hesitate to contact Plumbtree again. Thanks for the great experience and Hannah keep up the great work. You are an asset to their team!

I needed to service my 50 year old leaking valves in my laundry room. Plumbtree sent someone out the same day and they determined the type of valve insert needed. Mario came back the next day and replaced the inserts. They were on time and put shoe protectors on when they entered my house.

Very happy with the repair to date.
We have a shower over tub set up and the tap No longer worked properly. Turn in the direction to turn off and the water would instead come on. Turn in the other direction and the water would turn off instead of turning on.
Worrying, right? We thought so.
Called these guys and Juan came out and agreed with the diagnosis I had figured from YouTube, that the cartridge needed replacing.
Happily I had bought one and Juan took things apart and it fit. Hooray!
Having done some research on cost and time, I can say both were in the ballpark for this job. Not too high, nor too low.
Quick response from Anthony and Tristan. They did a great job and cleaned up perfectly! We'll call them again if we need a plumber !

I had a plumbing emergency and Plumbtree came to the rescue. I spoke to the owner who was super professional and knowledgeable. He is a recent SMB owner and one who is worth supporting.
Francisco who performed the actual service came on the same day, was very professional and communicative. It took him 2 days to resolve the issue but it was all good.
Showed up on time. Did great work!!! Highly recommend. Had an old toilet that needed to be replace and they did a great Job.

I just had my first experience with Plumbtree. I visited the company website, scheduled an appointment, and had a visit from one of their specialists, Anthony, within hours of making the appointment. He was knowledgeable, professional, and communicated extremely well. I had a quote within ten minutes and the job was completed a half-hour later. I'll be inviting them back in a few months to replace all of my shut-off valves, given that the 40-year-old valves I have throughout the house have already started to show signs of leaking. Since living in San Jose, I've been fortunate to find several vendors that I trust, and this company is one of them. I recommend them highly, and as I said above, plan on using them for all of my plumbing needs moving forward.
This is a rather long review since the work was extensive and so well done. I had Glenn from Plumtree Plumbing quote a rather large job for my home. I wanted a hot water shower installed in my backyard for my pool, a gas line installed into my fireplace to use with a new fake wood/gas burner, and install an earthquake shutoff valve at my main gas line. Glenn came out to my home and inspected all areas and gave me very practical and price conscious solutions for each item. For example the hot water shower was too far from the home so he advised installing a portable Insta-Hot gas water heater in my pool shed. He gave me a formal written quote and a very fair price for all 3 of these, and then did the work within a few weeks during a time that was convenient for my family.
Josh and Austin were the main men doing the work, and two others also joined for some of the hard gas line work under the home. Josh was the lead but both Josh and Austin and the others were all very professional and super thoughtful in the cleanliness of their work. They covered the floors with paper and covered their shoes with booties when inside the home. They even kept a vacuum on during some dusty drilling work in the fireplace, and disposed of any trash at the end of each day. And they always kon the door when they arrived and left the home to let me know where they were. Super polite all around!
They worked hard and serious for the full week, and finished pretty much on schedule. We thought it would take 3-4 days but during the project they discovered my home water heater was rusting out and leaking and we agreed to replace it as it was very old. Again they gave me a very fair price on the spot and replaced it the following day, so the whole project lasted a full 5 days. I thought they were extremely efficient with their time and mine.
The end result was fantastic! I love the new outdoor shower and it looks great with the copper pipes and all. Josh was very creative in how he laid out the pipes so they were not just functional, but also cool in design. And the Insta-Hot heater works fast and hot! The gas fittings in the fireplace are also niecley placed and ready for hook up to my new fire log burner. And the new home water heater works better and faster than my old one!
All in all I'm super pleased with these guys and their work and I would only think of calling them first for any future work. They stuck to their price, they did the work on time, they were super friendly and polite, and the end product shows that they care about what they do!

We found that we were having a problem with sewage backing up in our front lawn, Plumbtree was able to come out the same day, came on time and fixed the problem at a reasonable cost. Anthony and Tristan were very professional and easy to work with, and provided on target estimates of the work to be done as well as options for more significant work if we want this in the future. They have a very reasonable charge for initial diagnosis as well if we had decided not to have the work done.
Thomas and Tristan did a great job clearing a drain line. It was tougher than they thought, but they stayed on it until they broke through, definitely will call these guys out again!
Mario and Kyle were great. I needed a gas line capped and they were able to do that quickly, at a reasonable price. They were also able to answer all my questions regarding some other projects.
The company is tech savvy, communication was clear; I would use this company again.
We needed help with a broken sink faucet and a leaky toilet. Anthony came to our rescue! He was as friendly and professional as could be. He not only solved both problems thoroughly with incredible speed and care, he left our home cleaner than he found it. We are as happy as can be with his service, kindness, and professionalism. Our kitchen sink had a clog. When I ran the garbage disposal, the water came out from the other side of the sink.
I made a call to this 24hr service. Got an appointment for the next day. The plumber Thomas Navarro arrived at the promised time. Did a fantastic job cleaning the clogged pipes by running the snake and then wiping everything under the sink - making it cleaner than before.
Truly appreciate the service by this company and Thomas.

Someone actually answered the phone! Helen was very friendly. She schedule plumber the next day. The plumber was on time, very neat and tidy and cleaned everything after he was finished. He clearly explained my options and what he would do with each step. He showed me what the problem was and explained every step. Definitely 5 star all the way.

Our house had a gas leak that our initial contractor couldn't locate the leaking spot. Anthony stepped in, found the spot, and had it fixed within the same day. He also came in early the next day to set up for the city's gas inspection. We passed the inspection super smoothly. We really appreciated Anthony's quality of work, he's also very easy to communicate with. Five star well deserved!
Great service. They had to call and cancel the first appointment but came back the next day and waived their $40 visit fee. Whilliam got our garbage disposal installed
within a couple of hours, and even had to install Airgap since previous homeowner didn't have it done properly.

Our house had hot water problem. I called couple plumbers to diagnose. Both of them didn't find the root cause. After living without hot water for 5 days, I am so glad that I found Plumbtree.
When their technician is on the way, you will receive a text message with technician's name, photo and self introduction. This is really nice feature.

Out of this world rip-off! They appeared on time, spent twenty minutes taking photos, writing up an electronic essay, and then declared they wanted $849 labor to replace facet hardware and a sink strainer in my kitchen sink! I told him to get out, I will write a review on yelp, I will do the work myself, and I wrote them a check for a $40 trip charge. I received a call from a manager ten minutes later offering to work with me. I said you are crazy, an average plumber charges $170/hour and you will take four hours. I said I did not trust them, they offered to refund the trip charge, and then spent time knocking at my door and literally calling thru my kitchen window to hand my check back in person. Yes, an actual head thru the kitchen window calling me by name for ten minutes! I refused to accept the check. I should've noted when I called their reluctance to give an appraisal or an hourly rate. These guys are crazy.
I found Plumbtree on Yelp due to the reviews when trying to get a quote for some of the items that the inspector in our new home had pointed out. Anthony came to see us the next day right on time after a very friendly call with Hanna to schedule it, and he went over all the items. He was friendly, explained everything and told us what things made sense to fix and what others were not really adding any value and he would not do if we were us. He also suggested other areas to consider for the future and gave us the quotes on the spot with a discount. He also tighten a faucet for us.
Overall, great experience and I could not been happier. Next will be to tackle some of the work we need to do but I definitively feel we are in great hands.

I had attempted to install a countertop washing machine myself, but it wasn't compatible with my sink. I called Plumbtree and left a message. Hannah called back about three minutes later and got someone out promptly. Since it wasn't an emergency job time wasn't an urgent priority, and I was surprised at how quickly they sent someone out.
Anthony came out and was extremely friendly, efficient, and helpful. He went back to his truck to get footies to protect my hardwood floor, without me even asking. Anthony identified what sort of installation would work best for my situation and clearly specified exactly what parts he would use and why. He modified the standard dishwasher installation cost to account for the reduced labor needed for the countertop dishwasher compared to a full size unit.
The job required a part that was not immediately on hand in the truck, so Anthony retrieved the part and returned shortly and immediately got to work. Anthony completed the work quickly and triple checked everything during a test run of the dishwasher. I have had no leaks and am very happy with my service.
I was particularly pleased that the cost adjustment for the countertop installation was applied without me asking. Plumbtree was fair, fast, and did excellent work, I will absolutely go to them for any future plumbing needs!
We had a DIY project that quickly escalated to something we weren't comfortable completing on our own. We found Plumbtree on Yelp and the entire experience was fantastic. From the first phone call to schedule, text updates on timing, and a wonderful tech (Mario Q.) that was so respectful of or home (wearing boot covers + mask) that walked us through his work, provided a clear estimate, and did a great job, we couldn't be happier. We've finally found our go-to SJ plumber!
After confirming our appointment to check our home for low water pressure and for a bath fixture issue, Plumbtree called last minute to reschedule. After rescheduling for 3pm today, I was called at 3pm and told that they had to cancel a second time due to lack of technician availability. Upon asking why, I was told that plumber was at another call and had to fix that urgent issue. When I asked if they had other plumbers available , they said no. When I asked if plumber could come after he completed the current job, I was told that that would require overtime, so that could not be done. Obviously burning a customer takes priority over paying an employee overtime to meet a prior obligation.
Not recommended.
I used PlumbTree previously, and was very happy with their work on installing new faucets etc. in our kitchen, so I had no hesitation in using them again - in fact, I've used them twice in the last month, for 2 new projects: (1) removing cast-iron sewer and installing new cleanouts; (2) replacing a gas water heater with an electric one.
In each case, Francisco and his crew have done stellar work, and they are on my speed-dial for any future plumbing work. Good, dependable guys who you can count on for work that needs to be done at short notice.

We had an emergency situation with wet subfloors and Plumbtree came right out to inspect on the day after we called, which was much faster than other plumbers could fit us in. Wow! I've never experienced this level of customer service from a plumber. I had a leaking toilet and a faucet that needed repair. I had another plumber who came previously who told me you can't fix the faucet and clearly didn't fix the leaking toilet (but still charged me an arm and a leg).
Plumbtree picked up my call, scheduled a same day appt, called to let me know when an earlier appt became available and came exactly on time. The overall service experience was outstanding! Ann who answered the phone was quick and efficient getting Axel the tech out to our house in less than 2 hours. Axel was fast and efficient, explaining 3 options and his recommendation. The technology they used in real time to text updates, email quotes, obtain authorization, collect signatures , payment and receipts was the best I have seen and well integrated into their very professional process. Everything was easily done from my phone as I was out of town.

We live on the side of a hill in the Los Gatos area, and so we have a fairly complex water system involving a holding tank, a pump, and a couple of pressurized tanks to deliver water from the street below up to our house at sufficient water pressure. Recently we noticed what appeared to be a leak from our water supply line in the street and that led to us discovering that the holding tank in our crawlspace was overflowing.
Given that we're in a severe drought, we wanted to bring somebody out as fast as possible to diagnose and repair the problem. Glenn from Plumbtree came out the day after we called and spent some time in the crawlspace checking out our system. Not only did he patiently answer all of our questions, he promptly diagnosed the issue, made a series of additional suggestions to help prolong the life of our system, and spotted another possible problem that needed some follow-up -- all at no charge.
Because he's going to be out of the office for a couple of days this week and we want to get the problem repaired as soon as possible, he ultimately referred us to another specialist company able to make the repair.
After an extraordinarily unpleasant (and months long!) experience with a general contractor earlier this year, I can't tell you how much we appreciate Glenn's patience, his honesty, and his attention to detail. We worked with Plumbtree for a water softener installation and preventative horizontal re-pipe. They walked us through the entire process, gave us very transparent quotes and had no pressure while we waited a few months to start the process. We worked with Mario and he was amazing at what he did and I can't say anything negative. Every day they worked they ended the day with running water, a clean house and gave me a clear plan for the next day. 10/10 and I'll definitely use them again if we somehow have any plumbing issues in the next 40 years.

Plumbtree did a quality and timely job repairing our main water line that runs from the meter to our townhouse. Because we are in an HOA, Plumbtree had to open a service ticket with the 811 service (Call Before You Dig) to make sure all wires, pipes, lines, utilities were marked before digging. The service rep on the phone was helpful and courteous, and a technician came out to get the process started right away. They communicated with us every step of the way, answered our questions, provided accurate estimates, and followed up on everything they said they'd do, including completely testing the water and adjacent sprinklers. It was not an easy job, because the leak was almost 3 feet down, and there wasn't much space to work between the street, the driveway, two intersecting sidewalks, the meter box, and a tree. They put in a higher quality pipe than the builder's original (cheap) PVC, so it's better now than when it was new. The whole job was not inexpensive, but the price was fair for what they had to do, and especially for doing a quality job, right the first time. We will call them first for our next plumbing issue.
Plumbtree's 5-star ratings are accurate as I had the same type of service and experience beginning with the ease of making an on-line appointment, followed by a follow up call to confirm the appointment. Anthony was on time and diagnosed my shower faucet problem quickly and fully explained what he was going to do. He also agreed to replace the valve to my main line into the house even though I had not mentioned it before he got there. In addition to expertly doing both repairs, Anthony was very courteous and helpful. I especially appreciated that Anthony was very helpful answering my questions and didn't mind taking the time to do so. I would say their pricing is competitive and I will definitely call them again if I have another plumbing need.
Anthony, the technician who came today to see if we had a leaking shower, was punctual, respectful, and thorough. His priorities were to make sure all of our concerns were addressed and that we were satisfied, which was greatly appreciated. I was in need of a plumber to install a warranty replacement burner on my water heater. I called a good plumber that is highly rated on Yelp that I've used in the past, but they couldn't fit me into their schedule for 5 days. That was too long to live with cold showers, so I looked at other highly rated plumbers on Yelp and saw Plumbtree. They fit me into their schedule for the very next day, which my wife and daughter were happy to hear.
Thomas and Anthony were great, both super-friendly and very professional. They got right to it and had serviced our water heater quickly. While they were here we asked them for an assessment of some noises coming from our garbage disposal. They checked it out and recommended the line be snaked. They quoted me a good price and got right to it.
Most impressive was the follow-up call I got from Anthony the next day to make sure my hot water was fully restored and the noises from the disposal had gone away. I've never had any tradesman call me the day after to check on the work. Plumbtree will be my go-to plumber going forward and my number one recommendation to friends and family.
Anthony was amazing! What a nice, I'm very honest person he is. What a pleasure he was to deal with.

My daugher used their service to fix a kitchen faucet that was loose. So loose you could pull it in the air. Antony identified and fixed the problem. The fixture was broken but he replaced it by one of a similar design (did not have to come back). My daughter pointed out some dampness in the floor of a bathroom and he identified a leak and was able to fix it. All done in a very friendly manner. We will be using them again.
Kitchen sink backed up. Called Plumbtree and the friendly woman on the phone set me up with an appointment for the next day. It was for a two hour window, which is better than the half day windows I'm often given for this sort of thing.
Communication was great with follow up emails and a text when the plumber was on his way.
Axel arrived in the early part of the window. He was very professional. Wore a mask. Used shoe covers. Diagnosed and clearly explained the issue, what he could do to fix it, and the cost.
Axel finished the project quickly and efficiently and cleaned up after himself.
After that he even offered, for no additional charge, to put on coveralls and inspect the pipes in the cramped crawl space under the house for any additional leaks or other problems. He emerged with pictures of the pipes to show me and, fortunately, Axel gave me a clean bill of health.
I've been looking for a good plumbing outfit for a while now. Seems like I found one.

We were in panic mode two nights before Thanksgiving with plans to host 9 people for the holiday. One toilet backed up, then another and then a 3rd. 2 plungers we tried didn't work nor 3 plumber snakes. Based on other Yelp reviews my wife decided to call Plumbtree Plumbing. Glenn, the owner, was very courteous to her and scheduled an appt for the following morning.
Anthony, the plumber, arrived as scheduled. He was very courteous as well and very knowledgeable. He explained everything he was going to do and went immediately to what he believed would be the source of the problem - the main sewer line entrance from the street to our property. 15 minutes later using his industrial snake he told us to try the house toilets and faucets. Everything flowed smoothly! We were ecstatic! And very reasonable pricing! We would highly recommend Plumbtree Plumbing and plan to use them for our future plumbing needs.

I'm so grateful for their service. I had a clogging problem in the house and the toilet wasn't draining. The chat agent immediately connected me to their hotline, and the lady over there set up an appointment right away. Francisco the technician came on time within the promised window and did a thorough inspection including getting into the crawl space of the house. He was also very clean and used multiple shoes covers whenever he entered the house. He also used a crawl suit to keep himself clean while getting into the crawl space. I was so happy to see that because it really set Plumbtree apart from other plumbing services. He did a quote for me on the iPad after the inspection and answered my questions patiently before he drafted the contract. Everything was so clear without any ambiguity. It turned out I had a pretty bad clog on the mainline, and Francisco cleared the line. He was very knowledgeable, and he showed me the pipe camera image and communicated every step throughout the whole process, and he cleaned up everything afterwards, including all the messy stuff bursted from the pipe before he came. Everything was done professionally. All the paperwork was done electronically and there was follow up from the company shortly afterwards. Having a clogged pipe is no fun, but I'm so grateful Plumbtree made it a pleasant experience.
Axel is incredible! He took care of a stubborn main line clog which my father and I tried to snake for hours in just a matter of minutes. Francisco then came out and used his camera + locator to find some tree roots which were growing inside my main line. first let me start by saying that I am a plumber. I recently moved out of state and away from my family. My mom called me the other day saying that she had some plumbing issues. I called Plumbtree plumbing. I called and was greated by a friendly voice. I explained my moms situation, and gave them all the information. Shortly after tbey arrived at my moms the technician called me to go over what was happening and what needed to be done. (Really appreciated him going the extra mile). After he was done and left my mom called me and let me know how appreciative she was and how much she loved the service. i will definitely refer them to family members.

Plumbtree is fantastic at what they do and is very customer-oriented. Excellent communication throughout, from the receptionist to the plumber, until the job was done. Anthony is outstanding! He's knowledgeable, humble, professional, and kind. This, along with his honesty and friendly personality, led to immediate trust, which proved to be well-placed, as he did a terrific job repairing the plumbing underneath my kitchen sink. All at a great price. Plumbtree has my highest recommendation. My only regret is that I didn't find them sooner!
There were a few problems and questions that I had that Axel was able to resolve quickly. Though the fixes were fairly minor, I had no idea how to do any of the stuff (turning hot water on, stabilizing toilet seat, how to empty the hot water tank for deposits, etc.) and Axel patiently answered my endless supply of questions until I was satisfied. Would recommend.
Also, Plumbtree was very quick to respond and Axel was very friendly and professional with COVID-19 precautions.
Our kitchen faucet was leaking and we needed to call in someone to replace the cartridges. I found Plumbtree on yelp, and impressed with the 5 star reviews, called to schedule an appointment for a technician to come in the next day. When Anthony came in to assess the situation, he was extremely thorough and made sure that he checked and eliminated all other potential causes of the leak. Given that our faucet is already a little more than 10 years old, he recommended that replacing it would be most ideal. Replacing the parts would only be a temporary fix, but would go with whatever we decide. He also looked into our bathroom faucet, and gave us an honest assessment of the potential work that needs to be done. He then put together several options for us, and included estimates and a comprehensive description of the scope of the work/problem. Anthony was extremely professional and friendly - it was definitely a very constructive meeting and we now have the necessary information to make an informed decision! Thank you, Anthony!

I had a broken outdoor water faucet that was leaking below some pavers. I called them in the evening right before they closed and they were able to send someone early the next day. They were extremely responsive to my needs and went above and beyond making sure to diagnose the problem (even pulling out pavers and digging through some mortar) and come up with a good solution. Their pricing was very fair and they even threw in a first-time customer discount! I would recommend them to anyone looking for a fair and reliable plumbing service.
We purchased a new refrigerator to replace a 40-year-old one but the water line valve was too old, clogged and damaged to hook up the new fridge. (The old fridge didn't have an ice maker so wasn't needed)
Josh and Aaron came out the next day, replaced the valve and hooked us up in no time! They installed a steel braided cable water line. We are so pleased with their work and speed that they are now our go-to company for plumbing needs. We called another company but they were booked until September 1st. Thank goodness for Plumbtree, Josh and Aaron.
I would definitely be cautious choosing Plumbtree for your needs and please get other quotes. My experience with them is nothing short of frustrating. I called because our water heater was leaking and they said they're sending a technician the very same day. A few hours later, they canceled and said he'll come in the morning. Morning rolls around and I'm waiting, I get a call that they'll be late. So frustrating having to plan your day around these scheduled times and then having it change twice. I guess my real issue is that when a technician finally arrived to look at it, the quote was unreasonable. I already knew we were going to have to replace it and I've done my research; gotten other quotes as well. Ours is not up to code apparently so I knew it was going to cost more, but I couldn't believe what they were trying to charge. They quoted $4422, the quote for the water heater alone was $2800. I was shocked because our last two quotes were around $2700 for the same service with the code upgrades! Needless to say, we went with the other plumbing service who also has great reviews. Out of the three quotes I received, theirs was by far the highest! I highly suggest getting 2-3 quotes so you know you're getting the best deal you can.
We got a clogged kitchen drain and made a call to Plumbtree near 6:00pm on a Friday afternoon. Within 30 minutes, Anthony showed up. He found the root of the problem and fixed the drain quickly. Very satisfied with the service.
We had a weird situation where there was a clog in just the bathtub and toilet in our bathroom. Sink was draining fine. All other plumbing throughout the house was A-OK. Plumbtree sent Anthony within a few hours. He had to try a few different approaches, but eventually got the clog clear and everything is working great. They were prompt and professional and excellent communicators.

I had a plugged up toliet, and was recovering from major surgery 3 weeks ago. I called in the am, and received the best customer service, setting up an apt. For later that day, with an extremely kind I take person.
The apt was for between 3-5 pm.
They texted me they were done early, and asked if they could come then. Of course I said yes!
They came at 1:30 pm - Anthony and Juan. They were extremely courteous, and took a look,at the toliet, and fixed it quickly, and efficiently.
When they were leaving, one of them heard a hissing from my kitchen, and it was discovered my ice machine was pouring water out of freezer, flooding the kitchen and carpeted family room.
They immediately took action, and shut off water, plugged pipe, and proceeded to clean up entire floor, freezer and surrounding area.it was an enormous mess, and they did this and did not charge me a cent extra to do this. Since I had a total hip replacement 3 weeks prior, it would have been impossible for me to clean up, and there would have been much more damage to my new home.
(i didn't even know where the outdoor water shutoff was.)
They did all of this with a sense of humor and kindness, just doing the next right thing! Great people!

When I think of the name Axel, I think rockstar. Axel Mendez did not disappoint! Axel was so friendly and communicated so well! He even made the effort to learn how to pronounce my uncommon name, which he pronounced flawlessly.
My whole interaction with Plumbtree was outstanding. Glenn answered my initial phone call. He was really easy to talk to and I told him everything about my situation. Once an appointment was arranged, I received an email confirmation.
On the day of the appointment, I received a text that Axel was on his way. When he arrived, I was happy to see he was wearing a mask. Then, I spent a good ten minutes telling him the backstory of how a handyman tried to fix my tub faucet issue where the hot and cold pipes were backwards but the handyman caused a leak instead.
Before entering my home, Axel put on booties for his boots. I really, really appreciated that as the handyman mentioned above did not and left a mess for me to clean up.
Axel assessed the situation and quoted me a price from his tablet. I accepted and then he drew up the contract, again on his tablet.
After signing the contract, Axel went to work. When he was done, he fixed both the leak and reversed my hot and cold water!
I paid with my credit card which Axel processed through his tablet.
The service I received from Plumbtree was top notch and all other services should aspire to be as great. The whole process was so smooth. I am very happy with the results and the Plumbtree experience. Thank you, Axel and Glenn!
Our Garbage disposal in Kitchen stopped working suddenly. I called Plumbtree and got an appointment. Axel reached our home exactly at the appointment time. He was very transparent with the estimate and did the clean replacement of garbage disposal. He is very well mannered, friendly and took care of all the required precautions during Covid time. He also explained me the tips for troubleshooting small problems with garbage disposal. Will definitely use their services again if needed in future.

I had emergency repairs done today by Axel and am so happy! I set the appointment last night via several phone calls with Josh, who was very patient and helpful.
Poor Axel got completely drenched with water by my main valve shutoff blowup! He remained very nice and calm despite being dripping wet and having this experience for the first time. He completed the entire job (other repairs happened too) well, and thoroughly explained everything to me.

We had a mainline blockage late Friday afternoon and called Plumbtree plumbing. They responded to my emergency call promptly, and Anthony arrived with half-hour. He explained the details of our problem by using the diagram and his real-case pictures. He worked hard and got our problem solved quickly. Besides, he also noticed our water heater problem while passing by it and gave us some good suggestions. Anthony is very professional, and I highly recommend Plumbtree.

I attempted a DIY plumbing project to replace an air gap to my dishwasher - the old air gap and drainage tube was clogged. After much deliberation, I still had some minor leaks. I called Plumbtree and they came by within a few days to check out the issue; I met with Anthony and Mario. They were so polite and professional - even complemented me on my plumbing work :). Within minutes they were breaking down each stage of the piping system underneath our kitchen sink and had identified the problem as being related to poor water flow and not blockage. Rather than just trying to sell me an expensive solution, it was made clear to me why a simple fix wouldn't work. I really appreciated the effort to explain the flow issue with our current piping system, and what the new design would address. There was no pressure to agree to anything and the quote I received is good for 90 days. If we weren't remodeling the kitchen I would have hired them! Definitely will bring them back in the future for any plumbing issues we find. Give them a call for any plumbing needs at your home!
FRAUD ALERT! The only reason this plumber has so many positive reviews is because he cheats his customers. I was majorly duped by Glenn, and was charged $1064 to clear a blocked toilet! He first said that it will cost me $664. Then Glenn said that he could not find the blockage so it's most likely outside the house and he will need to come back in the morning to dig and cut pipes in order to clear the blockage and it will cost me over $2,000.00 and that I will not have any use of toilets until the following day. When I asked him to reinstall the toilet, since it was functioning prior to his arrival and got backed up only while I was using dishwasher and washer at the same time. He said it was not possible, but he could get his partner to come out and bring a better tool that might work for additional $400. I agreed, since being stuck without the use of toilets for the night and next day was not an option. I felt completely ripped off!!! Glenn couldn't find the blockage, and then oh miracle! as soon as I paid $1064 he was able to find and clear the blockage within 15 minutes!
I went ahead and wrote an honest review, warning all the single moms and women out there about Glenn's practices. The following day Glen reached out, offering a full refund in exchange of me removing my negative review. After confirming the refund on my credit card statement, I gave him a 4 star review. Imagine my surprise when refund disappeared from my credit card statement. I made sure to check from computer, thinking there is a glitch with my cell phone. . . . no refund! He must have cancelled it as soon as I changed my review, in hopes I will not notice. DOUBLE DUPED! I bet I am not the first one and there are unsuspecting customers out there who changed their reviews from negative to positive without noticing reversed refunds.
Glenn took advantage of a single mom by MAJORLY OVERCHARGING and CHEATING!!!

Update! Turns out my water heater they recommended replacing finally gave out, not only were they quick to arrive, but they installed a highly rated Bradford white, on top of that they even cleaned up all the water that had leaked from my old one, it looks excellent and no longer are we getting rusty water through our showers and faucets, they handled the permit and inspection so we didn't have to deal with the city, we couldn't be more pleased, thank you again Plumbtree!
These guys Rock!!! We had a drain line that was driving us crazy it was so slow to drain and eventually became blocked. Called them up and they were so great to work with in setting up an appointment especially after I messed up the first one we set up. The technician (Anthony) called before coming over and was extremely courteous and got right to work. He explained what he was doing and got right to work. Stayed late to get the drain cleared and briefed us on what he did once done. Billing was kick and easy and it was a great price for such a short notice call. will definitely keep these guys number for any future work!!

Our main sewer line backed up on a recent Sunday afternoon. I searched for and contacted several plumbing companies and Plumtree Plumbing felt like a good choice because of the positive reviews and that they sounded very professional. The plumber, Anthony, arrived on time the next morning and was very friendly and answered all my questions. He explained what the problem was and provided a written estimate. About 30 minutes later, the blockage was cleared and we tested the drainage system thoroughly to my satisfaction. I really appreciated how he walked me through the process and happily addressed any issues or questions. He even called back later that evening to ask if everything was working properly.
In summary, Plumtree Plumbing is a company who truly understands and provides excellent customer service, responds quickly and thoroughly, and provides great value for their service.

We decided to install a water softener and reached out to Plumbtree to do the installation. They were very quick to respond and transparent with the estimate. Once work was underway they discovered some areas under the house with some corrosion and leaks due to some shoddy patch work done from years prior. They provided pictures and clear explanation of the potential issues and gave us a range of options to remedy the issues. The team was friendly, clean, and thorough with the work. The owner would stop by to check on progress and timelines were always communicated and adhered to--even when staffing was short one or two days. My husband and I are happy with their work and the level of service we received.
These guys are the best. I had a plumbing emergency. They showed up quickly, assessed the problem, got the parts we needed, and stayed late to get the job done. They wore masks without me having to ask them to. They laid down plastic to protect my driveway from getting mud on it, and cleaned up afterward. Overall a very professional, top quality experience. Would definitely hire them again.

Very professional service from Axel. I needed to have a tankless water heater de-scaled at one of my rental properties. He came out on time and got things started. He explained the whole process so well that I will most likely attempt to de-scale the water heater next year. However, if I don't have the time to do it myself, I will absolutely have Axel come out and take care of it again. Many thanks Axel, you did a great job and you're a great guy to chat with.

These guys are really good. Other plumbers I contacted gave me an arrogant We're so busy response or, worse, Send me a photo of the inside of your toilet and then we'll talk as if they were doing me a huge favor--and they never responded to the photo.

This company exceeded my expectations. By far the best company I've gotten service from. Their reviews does not lie, people. Customer service and the interaction sets the bar. Anthony came initially and inspected my house and had snaked my kitchen sink. He then went over and beyond and checked my pipes even from the crawl space. He was very informative about what I may need in the future. I inquired about a clean out, since my home didn't have one. Gave me a quote and we went for it. After the clean out process, I've met another person name Glen who was also beyond my expectations. He took his time to explain everything to me. Even had a camera down the main system through the clean out created and showed me potential problems I would have in the future. Turned out Glen was the owner. He came over and gave a full assessment of the plumbing issues at my parents' house. He was very patient and explained what potentially needed to be done now and what might need to be done at a later date. There was no hard sell to do more than what our budget would allow. The final cost was exactly what was on the estimate sheet - no hidden fees or added items. Anthony & Josh came to do the actual work and they did a great job - again, very polite & professional, and everything was done really well. And they cleaned up afterward. Our experience with Plumbtree was great, very professional. We called about a clogged drain on a Sunday, and they had someone out to help us the next morning. Axel arrived within the 2-hour window we'd been given and texted shortly before he arrived. Wearing a mask and shoe covers, he asked questions and got right to work. He explained each step along the way and had the drain cleared in short order. He also went into the crawlspace to inspect for trouble under the house. Thank goodness there was none. But this is where he went above and beyond. I had not expected him to need to go under the house and had not cleared space around the access door. He lugged a heavy bookshelf out of the way and put it all back afterwards. Thank you, Axel! I was very impressed with Axel's professionalism, his friendliness, and his excellent communication. i recommend Plumbtree highly.
What happens when you buy your first home and you just move in? Leaks! But no fear, Glenn and Josh to the rescue. These gentlemen were prompt, super kind, understanding, and service was top notch. When you are a first time homeowner and things start to break, you want understanding people like this to help you out in your panic state (like I was). They came out same day (within a couple hours of calling) and fixed the issue. Cost was more than fair ($248) as I was quoted more from other places and expected I would pay more. Glad I didn't go with the other guys. I can' thank these two enough for their work today. Crisis averted. Thank you both.
I had Plumbtree Plumbing come do a drain cleaning. The company was prompt and professional from the receptionist to the plumber. Anthony was attentive and thorough and explained the situation and options in detail. He used an incredibly powerful machine. The cost was very fair. A couple days after that, I started hearing a water hammer noise upon turning off just about any tap. Since I realized I have a home warranty and also learned my HOA covers certain aspects of the plumbing, I had 2 other plumbers come before contacting Plumbtree again. That turned out to be a waste of time and money. Both of them incorrectly diagnosed the problem. The HOA plumber thought I needed to replace the fixture and advised getting another plumber, and the warranty-covered plumber was confident I needed to secure the pipes and the work wouldn't be covered by the warranty. So, I called Plumbtree back. They came that very afternoon and waived the service fee, since I now thought the issue was related to the cleaning they did. It was not related at all and was resolved by simply turning on all the taps. Anthony figured this out only because of the time he spent with me. The other plumbers spent hardly any time before quickly reaching incorrect conclusions. Now, I will say we came super close to going down an expensive unnecessary path as well. However, because Anthony took the time to listen and didn't rush through, he helped avoid a major unnecessary effort. This young customer-oriented business is top-notch and deserves a shot at success. This is the reason I am writing my first ever Yelp review.

Plumbtree Plumbing and Rooter easily earned five stars across the board from our family, especially our technician, Mario.
Our ancient bathroom sink decided to leak (on a Saturday, of course). Despite the fact that it was a weekend and he was about to view The Blue Angels with his family, Glen, the owner, answered the call. Glen was very patient and listened to my struggles in trying to explain the issue - It's a 50 year old sink with the knobs built-in to the counter and on opposite sides of the basin. After sending a few photos, Glen understood exactly what was going wrong and said that he would send out a technician, despite the fact that he only had two technicians working that day and they were pretty much booked. Fortunately, there was a technician working another job fairly close by. The technician's name is Mario and he is terrific! He arrived within the time window that Plumbtree's automated servicing tool had texted to me, wore a mask the entire time, and even put on booties to avoid any scuffs on our flooring. Mario took the time to confirm what the issue was, even showing me the defective parts and then outlined each option from least to most expensive. Since we plan to renovate this bathroom, Mario recommended the most practical and functional option. The price seemed pretty reasonable, especially considering it was a Saturday afternoon.
Because he was one of two technicians working that day and Glen squeezed us in between jobs, Mario had to leave as soon as he could. However, he never left us feeling like he was rushing or cutting corners. He was very efficient, professional, and kind. Mario even went to Home Depot to procure a replacement faucet because he did not want to leave our family of six down a bathroom sink for the weekend. He also saved us some money because he found that the valves that I had thought were broken actually were perfectly fine and did not need to be replaced. Mario installed the replacement faucet, cleaned up, and said that he would be back the following Tuesday to finish up (it was some very minor work - removing the old faucet's hot and cold knobs and then installing caps in their places). True to his word, I received a text from Plumbtree's service system on Tuesday and, yet again, Mario showed up well within the time window indicated on Tuesday.
Based on our family's experience with Plumbtree, it was easy to tell why they have such high scoring reviews... they earn it! Will not hesitate to call on Plumbtree (and Mario) in the future... HIGHLY recommended!
The drain got clogged unexpectedly at 7 in the morning and I had to do an impromptu Yelp search for plumbers that were open. I'm so glad I found Plumbtree because they were so quick and professional. Axel came within half an hour and solved the problem very promptly. I also got a first-time customer discount and only had to pay around $80. Hopefully I won't need a plumber in the future, but if I do, I will definitely go with Plumbtree.

Just wanted to take a moment to share my recent experience with Plumbtree, my tenants called me in a panic explaining there was water everywhere throughout the kitchen, (I live out of state and my tenants needed help sooner than later) after calling Plumbtree I was alerted via text that my technician Anthony was in route, no more than 20 minutes after his arrival, I received a call from Anthony with an explanation as to what was happening, he even texted me photos, when I asked, how much will this cost to fix? his response was well, there are a few different ways we can go about it, and proceeded to explain different remedy options, he then emailed me a breakdown of all of the options, I really appreciate him giving me options rather than telling me what NEEDS to be done, I never once felt as if I was being upsold, let me be clear, Plumbtree is no budget plumbing company, I'm confident I could have had this work done less expensive by many other companies, I did however, decide to go with Plumbtree, it's clear they very much care about their customers, and that they hold themselves to very high standards, I own other rental homes throughout the S Bay Area, and while I hope to not need their services again anytime soon, I won't hesitate to use them again, thank you Plumbtree for the excellent service

WOW! what a great service. Anthony was our technician. I would give Anthony 10 stars if I can. I had issues with my toilet, Anthony assessed the problem, he gave me some options, I decided to go with a new toilet. He picked up the new toilet and install it within 3 yours (very efficient!). Anthony is super polite and very professional. I love that they keep every clean for you (WOW!!). No other service provider that comes into my house does that. They have the house dirty when they leave. What an amazing service Plumbtree Plumbing and Rooter provides, and thanks to Anthony. He came in the house with booties and gloves on, and after he finished the work, he wiped my floor and sanitizes the area he had contacted with. Normally after I had any service done, I would have to clean after them. The next day Anthony called to check-in (wow!!), I've never had such an amazing service. He is amazing!! He will be my go-to plumbing guy!!
These guys are true professionals! I was really impressed with their knowledge, skill set, and communication skills. They explained everything to me plainly but without making me feel dumb. They may be a touch more pricey than other companies, but you absolutely get your money's worth with them. Hopefully I won't need their services again any time soon, but I know who to call if I do!

I have higher than average water pressure, my pressure-reducing valve is from the 1980s. I originally contacted Plumbtree to get an estimate for replacing the valve and maybe reconfiguring the existing water supply for my outside irrigation. Antonette call me back immediately to make the appt for the estimate and within 45 minutes Axel came by to provide the quote. He even tried to adjust the pressure-reducing valve. Axel gave me a comprehensive quote but it was a lot of work to reroute the irrigation pipes. Glenn the owner spotted the quote after this visit and gave me a call back to discuss other options that would be less expensive. I appreciated that he was proactive, helpful, and knowledgeable. Ultimately I will probably wait as I have an upcoming remodel that might mean I have to relocate the plumbing and in talking with Glenn it sounds like my pressure while high is not crazy. I appreciate a knowledgeable company like Plumbtree. I really like that they used technology to schedule visits and provide estimates.
My kitchen sink was plugged up and I needed help today. I called Plumbtree and was assisted by one of the best customer service reps I have ever interacted with, Ann. She was very friendly, courteous, professional, and followed up quickly and efficiently, in setting up an appointment within a couple of hours of my call. The techs that came to my house, Anthony and Juan, were right on time. They texted when they were on their way, made a quick analysis of the situation, and following a communication during which I was encouraged to ask questions and know what I was getting for the service, I agreed, and they went to work. My problem was resolved! Great interactions, great service, and NO paperwork -- they have the contracts, etc on paper and I was e-mailed the contract and information. I would highly recommend this company and the techs that provided the service! I will absolutely call on this company again if the need arises! Great service!
