Leo came quickly and was able to get everything done in 2 hours.

I had an old faucet handle attached to my washing machine that won't turn off the water. I wanted to replace it so I can turn off the water and replace the washing machine.

Leo came, gave me a very affordable quote including labor and parts. After inspecting he also advised me to repipe parts of my pipes from galvanized to copper, showing me the rust.

I especially like that he was clear and educated me in all decisions. He also explained and showed me that my other pipes connected were already copper which made changing the small section of pipes to copper a reasonable advice. Best of all, the upgrade in project scope was still very affordable.

Fantastic work, very responsive.

Leo did a thorough assessment, he was knowledgable of the area and its current water heater needs. He was able to give me options and very good recommendations.

Leo was recommended to me and I can truly say I have found my Plumber!  He and his team replaced the main sewer line under my house (~60').  No small job as it also involved some digging/tunneling in our front yard!  But his team was so clean and efficient they had the job completed in about 5-6hrs.  
I can't say enough about how clean of a job they did and respectful they were about our home.  Price wise, Leo was very competitive and upfront about what would be required.  However, he was able to get the job done for the price he initially quoted.

Super Plumber!!! He expertly fixed banging pipes that sounded like they were going to burst with every flush. Leo and Luis expertly secured the pipes. Now flushing is quiet & I no longer dread flushing. What makes Leo's plumbing repair outstanding is his flexibility in scheduling, exceptional plumbing skills, and professional demeanor.

I called other plumbers before getting a word of mouth recommendation for Leo from a co-worker.  Leo is very respectful, removing his shoes before the entered the house. He is a kind gentleman who agreed to give me an estimate at a time that worked for me, and when he came by he offered a reasonable price & got the job done well.

**COVID related: Leo and his staff were fully masked throughout the entire job

I had wanted to install a laundry box (Watts A2C automatic washing machine shutoff) based on recommendations from friends and This Old House (youtu.be/tR50vrnCShs).

Process:
Yelp message/text -- Free estimate -- Job

As an avid TOH watcher, Leo was gracious enough to explain what they were doing as they were doing it:
-remove drywall, insulation, and old pipes
-re-pipe with copper pipes
-install laundry box
-soldering (using a heat shield to protect structures)
-check for leaks
-patch drywall
-cleanup

This job took less than 1.5hrs.

While he was here, we went through my crawl space together to check out the piping layout and future Flo Smart Water detector location.
I was going to ask him to snake the cleanout because the drain couldn't keep up with the shower.
Notably, he diagnosed the problem and suggested no repairs were necessary.

TIPS -- cash, Venmo, and Zelle accepted

I just want to say that Leo is very honest and professional. I requested a quote from him thru Yelp and he responded immediately.
I called him first and he told me that it's a free estimate and if he has to clear a clogged pipe, he charges a flat rate of $250.
I have him scheduled to come the next day and he arrived as scheduled.
He checked my toilet and tub and after running the water for several minutes, he found out that the toilet paper that was clogging the pipe already dissolved and was free flow again.
He told me that we had an old toilet and we need to get one that has more pressure to push the toilet down. He recommended this if I have any gatherings inside our house since a lot of people will be using our toilet.
He didn't charge me for coming and told me to call him if there was any problem.
I honestly believe that Leo is a very respected businessman and will not give a service that didn't need to. He's not one of those car mechanics that tells you there's something wrong with your car and tries to charge you exorbitant fees.
It's hard to find a professional that's very honest and has a passion for his work. If only we can find a lot of Leo out there who you can trust and who have confidence that he will do the job right.
I want to give him a 5-star or better but I just want to reach out to other customers to try and give Leo your business. You will be satisfied that you'll get an honest opinion and perform a good job on your plumbing.

Called Leo again and he installed a RODI unit for me and even setup so my clean water line is hidden and into my shower to fill my RODI water just in case i forget to turn off water. My reef tank now has 0 LDS and cleaner than drinking water using my RODI unit and Leo's professional installation.

I was replacing the bathroom faucet and the water supply valve for the bathroom faucet. It was 30 years old and I could not get the ferrule out. It was getting late and so I need to ask for help. Leo and his team came to the rescue. He came within 30 minutes and fixed the problem and help me to complete the project. Most importantly, to my surprise, he charged at a very reasonable rate.

Leo is amazing, I called in the morning at 7:30, with 10-15 minutes he called me back and schedule to come out and meet to review the project at 11:00, my wife met him, he called me told me the problem how he could fix it gave me options and told me that he could got on it the following morning within a very short while he called back and let me know he had an opening and could do it the same day. I am very impressed with Leo professionalism, integrity and quick responses.  He clean up very nice. Stop searching anymore... call Leo's plumbing repair already!! He is your man for all your plumbing repair needs.He will do the extra mile for you. One of the most honest guy in the business. I was told by my previous plumber that it could be broken pipes underneath and that they need to come back to run camera's and such..i see $$$$ in there!
Until I called Leo for a second opinion and he stopped by our house same day to give it a try... sure it's just heavy grease build up that's causing the clog, and he didn't stop trying until he clears it... nothing is broken after all. I definitely recommend Leo for your plumbing repairs!

This guy is THEE BEST!! First of all let me say, I'm part Filipino and if y'all don't know, now you know;) so it's no shoes in the house and don't think Leo didn't take off his shoes before entering!! He came prepared, clean socks and all!! I've had several companies come in, to give me a quote on the job that needed to be done and they all wore their shoes and only one other one had shoe sleeves:( LEOS WITH THE ISH LOL HE KNOWS WASSUP;) Not only did he properly check for leaks, he didn't nickel and dime me, gave me the truth on things I thought were issues and didn't lie about them to get over on me and he did part of the job that I needed done right then and there were as other companies only got as far as giving me a quote, if that. Ugh ANNNDD he set up a game plan of how we're going to finish the second half of the job. I needed one new toilet installed which he did right then and there AND hauled my other toilet away including the box the new toilet came in..Yaay..and he discussed our next step for the second part of our little project. He's honest, to the point, a hard worker, respectable, and so easy to talk to and he don't beat around the bush on anything!! The other plumbing companies almost made me feel as if my little issues were never going to be resolved. He's made me finally feel at ease after getting the run around from other plumbers. My sump pump in our rental property's crawl space stopped working during the storms and I needed it replaced. I found Leo's on Yelp, and requested a quote. He was prompt with a reply and offered a fair price. He also suggested a place where I could purchase my own pump and he offered to pick it up himself. That was really convenient since I am not local. He scheduled the job, completed it and sent me pictures to confirm. I definitely recommend him, and would use him again!

Highly recommend Leo for his professionalism.  Leo always responded promptly by phone or text and was very thorough in explaining the steps and gave us a fair price.  We had a leak under the driveway that was seeping up through the concrete.  During the one day rain break in the storm, Leo completed the repairs and replaced the entire piping for us!  Watching Leo and his brother work, I could tell that Leo does the job properly so that it gets done without any issues, and that's why the job comes with a 2 year coverage.  Thank you for your honest and hard work!

Leo's an awesome guy. He works quickly with his bro and quality is top notch. I especially like how he tells you the price upfront and doesn't guess on how long it takes. Those hourly plumbers I always feel are lazier and take their time to Jack up the price (and make it seem like they do quality work). Well, Leo is honest, priced up front, and is above quality work. Leo is very professional, skilled, friendly and thoughtful, is really nice to talk to and he answers all questions. Getting a quote and scheduling is very quick and easy. His service is punctual, efficient and reasonably priced.
We had a clogged kitchen drain. He and his team went beyond the standard procedure of snaking it from under the sink for 50 feet and instead snaked it for 75 feet, from the roof vent access.  They fixed the issue very quickly and gave us a 90 day guarantee on the work. Thank you Leo!

Leo is awesome!!! I called him two days ago mentioning a funny smell coming from the crawlspace.  He was upfront with the price to go into the crawlspace and found no leaks (we thought it was a sewer leak) but found a dead mouse.  He cleaned up the mouse for us and was upfront and honest.  Thank you Leo and we will most definitely be calling you for any future plumbing repairs!

Leo is a very professional and honest guy. I hired him to replace the main water shut-off, bathtub shower pull-out cartridge, and down sprout. He charged me a reasonable price for the quality work.
Because of his quality workmanship, I also asked him to replace the galvanize hot water pipe with copper pipe 15 ft long. He even changed the other section 4ft long old galvanize with the new copper one without extra charge.
I won't hesitate to call him if we need any plumbing work in the future. For sure I will hire him again!

First of all Thank You Yelp Community. My Son and I had a Sheetrock and texture contractor over doing work when he was completely done on day 3 he used the outside faucet to clean up tools when he turned off the faucet it actually broke off as he turned off the water. Ok no problem I said I'll fix it the guy offered to fix it and I said it's okay it's a simple fix. Well I bought a complete faucet and took off the old one and Wow the  male to male pipe was so corroded it broke off when I was removing it and now my extractor for the male to male pipe wouldn't work either so I went under the house and it was all copper pipe fused together when they built the house. I came out from underneath the house and said to myself time to hire a plumber. Note I have no water now because I have a exposed water pipe with no cap. That's where the awesome people of Yelp came to my rescue. I seen 200+ 5 star reviews on Yelp from Leo's plumbing, I read most of them and looked at all the photos and called Leo on Saturday. I explained my situation and sent Leo photos of the faucet and underneath the house Leo said I can come out tomorrow (Sunday) at 11:30am gave me a price and I mentioned to Leo I seen another issue under the house it looks like a water leak. Leo said I'll check it out. He came at 11:30 with a Co-Worker they had everything they needed to fix the faucet and they were done with ALL NEW COPPER PIPE in under 2 hours. Leo showed me a video of the water leak once we turned on the water. I agreed to his very fair price and I took the morning off on Wednesday when he came back. They replaced 6-8 feet of pipe and another job well done.
Leo replaced the faucet with all new copper pipe then the second job was completed and I scheduled a 3rd job for a upgrade to replace Galvanized pipe with all copper. Leo's plumbing is definitely in my Contact list on my phone. Note: if it wasn't for the Sheetrock guy turning off the faucet and it breaking who knows how long the BIG issue of the 4 inch pipe leaking would of gone unnoticed.

Another successful project completed by Leo and his team! Our entire home needed to be repiped due to the aging of the existing pipes.   Leo and his team came in and completed the repipe in two days -- one day for the repipe and the second day to wrap up minor items and drywall patching.   Leo and his team made sure I had running water by the end of the first day.   During this time, Leo also helped me with installing plumbing for a second sink in my master bathroom, a new water heater stand, and plumbing for my new sink in the garage.  Thank you again Leo for all your hard work!

Leo's has done a couple jobs for us. He and his brother helped us retrieve jewelry that we dropped down the bathroom sink, and they also helped us clear a clogged shower drain. Their prices are very competitive  and the brothers are very nice, professional, and very experienced - they were super quick and efficient with our jobs. We wouldn't hesitate to call them again and will be doing so when we are ready to change our water dispenser and filter.

We had a foul odor that was coming and going. Flushed all our drains thinking we had a clog somewhere which helped subside the smell temporarily. After a year of dealing with the issue on and off decided it was finally time to call a plumber. Upon receiving an initial quote from another plumber that was extremely high just to look in our crawl space, I was compelled to seek more quotes. My next call was to Leo's. His initial inspection fee was less than half the original competitor and was available the very next day (unlike the other guy who had a 2 week wait).

Leo came out with his brother, and within 15 mins was able to identify we in fact had a broken drain pipe in our master bathroom. He replaced the pipe within an hour and even did all of the drywall patching for me (I was going to do it myself having had extra leftover from a home project) as a one time courtesy!

I'm happy to report that after a few days, the smell has been completely gone! I highly recommend Leo for his services. Very professional, friendly and honest.

out for an estimate replacing my Dad's old bathroom sink, faucet, pipes. Also inspected the two other bathrooms and toilets, which were ok. We're very
happy with quality of the sink and faucet installed.

Leo helped me with a backed up mainline 2 years ago. Turns out lots of roots growing into the pipe. He rooted the roots, and everything was good, but he noted at the time that without a clean out port on the line, his auger couldn't reach all the way to the city sewer connection.

Almost 2 years later to the day, all plumbing (showers, toilets) backing up again. I had been doing enzyme flushing periodically to dissolve root growth, but it didn't seem to be as fast as Nature.  Called Leo again.

He responded the same day, and arranged to come out the following day. We talked about rooting like 2 years ago (not able to clear all the way to city conn) vs cost to install a clean out access.  Went with the install.

Before noon, everything was done, installed, mainline rooted all the way to the city conn and site cleaned up. Water flowing freely, and now I have a clean out port available to make any future root removal a 5-min job.

Everything went great.
Leo is friendly, personable, efficient, qualified, clear with details and doesn't mind me flittering about taking pictures.

Last night our kitchen sink stopped draining, very Inconvenient. So I investigated, I clear out the trap, did just about everything I could do my self.

After realizing the clog was way down the pipe it was time to call a plumber. Leo was recommended to us through one of our parent groups we are in to another neighbor. So of course I jump on yelp to cross check!

My wife called Leo last night, and since it was not an emergency, he said he could be here at 9:30 the next morning. Leo showed up exactly on time. I showed him the sink, explained what was going on and he gave me a competitive price to clean the clog out.

It took him about 20 minutes of running the snake through the clean out to get everything flowing. From what he was pulling out, it looks like the previous owners dumped all their grease down the sink....ewwwww!

Now the drain is draining and we can do dishes!  Thanks Leo

I now fully understand why and how Leo has a 5 star rating across the board! Not only is he extremely knowledgeable and highly skilled, he is extremely professional and super fast.

Leo and his associate, came over to replace several sink and bathtub faucets. One of the faucets required a longer pipe which I did not purchase. Leo was prepared and had the extra piece and provided it at no extra charge.

Additionally, one of the faucets hardware had issues and Leo volunteered to come back the next day and squeeze us in between appointments to get the job done. He arrived on time, was efficient and quick and explained everything he did.

He is honest and has his clients needs top of mind. Do yourself the favor and stop looking for other plumbers as Leo is the best I've ever worked with and will continue to do so.

We had a backed up toilet. Leo responded immediately and unclogged the toilet. The next day we discovered the washing machine was backing up into the shower. Completed three jobs (washer drain, faucet installation, kitchen drain) with Leo, he is so punctual and honest. He leaves you the feeling that you are not getting robbed and taken advantage of. I had three bids and he was the lowest and the nicest one... he has saved me hundreds compare to the other bids.

I almost don't want to recommend him so he won't be booked up... but yup you won't regret going with Leo!

I called a national chain that wanted $350 just to take a look at our plumbing problem and they confirmed that the $350 would NOT go towards the repair- ripoff. Leo came out for FREE and provided a quote for the repair. He completed the repair quickly and efficiently and sent me photos of the issue along with the fix.  Support Leo's local business!

Wow. Just wow. If you want amazing service and work. Leo is the guy to call!

I quoted through the yelp page but it was quicker for Leo to respond by phone. I recommend calling because the yelp quote system doesn't give enough information for the plumber.

I messaged/called about 5 places and I guess the term saving the best for last is true. Leo was the last place I called before I given up hope. I called Leo explaining my situation of the overflow from the laundry to my toilet that ended in my shower.

Leo KNEW what the problem was, quoted me over the phone, and came to my house at the time he said he was. It was such a short notice on my end too and once he came over to my place, he went straight to work. Asked me what I prefer and how he will do it. In the end, he couldnt use the snake through the pipes because the clog was too far out. He gave me two choices (basically the only choices) was that they use hydro jetting which he said he can do BUT the issue may come back and cost me couple hundred dollars again. So he highly suggested a sewer clean out. It was very reasonable especially of what I was going through with the other companies. The other companies was way overpriced, giving me random excuses and reasons what they think it is before even trying.

I am a fairly new home owner (2 years+). Leo was great, he explained everything to me, and even showed me pictures. This here...was what I needed. I needed a pictures and explanation. He gave me a quote and I was super happy and amazed he was able to fit me in his schedule in such a short notice! He was very professional and now I don't have to worry about (costly) future issues. Don't let money go down the drain...LITERALLY!

Hired to instal 3 sets of Toto toilets + change out the water valves.  I called over 10 plumbers and nobody was willing to install toto's special flange.

Leo and his team did a great job on our repiping project for an affordable price.  From the beginning of getting the bid to finishing the job, Leo was responsive (quick reply on Yelp!), informative, and flexible.  They were able to complete everything in 2 days as well as troubleshoot additional issues I noticed while preparing for the repipe.

In conjunction with our water heater failing, we discovered that we had a slab leak in our garage, underneath the water heater.  Due to the nature of the leak and the unknown of whether there was one leak or many, I contacted several leak detection services and discovered that none of them would be able to assess and test until at least September or even into October.  Given that we are in a drought here in CA, that was simply silly.

Once more ... I called upon Leo and his team to assist in finding and repairing this leak.  He came by that afternoon and said that he and his team would be by first this in the AM to find and repair it.  

Beginning at 8:00AM, they quickly found the leak (within 1 square foot of where he said it appeared to originate), cleared the work area, found the leak and made the repair all within about 3 hours.

They were incredibly neat, thorough AND HE FIXED THE WATER HEATER (gas control valve) to cap it all off!

Leo is a trusted professional and I simply could not recommend him more highly.  I will always try to use him on any plumbing related matter.  THANK YOU LEO !!!

The bathroom tub spout had a leak and was driving me insane. Drip drip drip. The drip became a stream of water so I couldn't wait any longer to fix it. I called a couple of places and did some comparisons on Yelp. Leo asked for a photo and was able to give me a rough estimate over the phone. He came prepared with the right parts and explained what needed to be replaced. He was done within 20 minutes. Super kind, professional, and definitely trustworthy.

Had a clogged toilet and needed service quickly. Called Leo and he made an appointment for the next morning.

Showed up on time, took off his shoes, stayed masked the entire time and fixed the issue within about 20 minutes. No mess, no issues, even had his cousin check the exterior sewer lines for me  while he was inside working on the toilet as I was concerned we might have roots growing back in them.

Very polite, pleasant and knows his stuff. Even his prices are good.

This is our second time using Leo's, we will definitely call him again the next time we need a plumber.

Thank you my fellow Yelpers for making my life so much easier! Being a homeowner has its ups and downs and unfortunately our water heater finally gave out. I got a couple quotes prior to finding Leo and I reached out to him through Yelp. He responded quickly and came out the next day. Leo was on time and he kept it real. No BS or upselling. We scheduled a re-pipe of the entire house and replace it with copper pipes. We called Leo for an estimate and he was very informative of the entire process on exactly what he would be doing. The day of the job Leo and his team arrived 10 minutes before the scheduled time and finished the entire project in one day. I used to hire plumbers from a much larger plumbing company, but after a few visits that ended up being repeat visits without fixing the issue (and you know plumbers charge per visit plus time), and after recommendations from neighbors on Nextdoor, I gave Leo a try. So far at another house, he has replaced a leaky part on the pipes connected to the water heater, and cleared and capped an old trap that was improperly installed. He also attempted to replace my broken water heater at my house on a Sunday. His work was fast, clean, and quite frankly flawless if he's able to get the parts. But it was when I called him on a Saturday re: broken water heater and he came over on Sunday morning that impressed me. And he didn't even replace it himself. So why was I impressed? Because he didn't leave me hanging. He called his network of plumbing associates and searched for someone who has the correct water heater and can do the job on Sunday. Leo cleanly disconnected and removed my old water heater, and told me to wait for another plumber, who came a little while later, right on time, and to pay the other plumber what he had quoted me, not a penny more. Leo didn't accept payment from me. Turns out the other plumber was his mentor, and I'll save my review of them under their business, but it makes me feel very secure to know that Leo has a network of professional, capable plumbers who help each other out, that I won't be left helpless. If you don't have that same secure feeling about your plumber, you should consider giving Leo a try.

Amazing job! I had to replace inlet and outlet copper flex pipes on water heater. Leo was the first to responded to job quote and book a free quote estimate. I call him...speedy (yet efficient) Leo the plumber. My sink plumbing went to hell this morning..water everywhere..so I googled the best plumbing co. in the Bay Area and Leo plumbing repairs appeared. Leo was great!  He was able to come check out the clog (due to wipes that were flushed by mistake) on the 2nd floor of our new home.  Prior to doing anything, he gave us an honest estimate (especially compared to other plumbers and high cost of Roto Rooter). To assess the situation, he used the snake from the drain/sewage pipe from the 1st floor but this didn't fix the clog. So unfortunately, he needed to remove the toilet (which is a slightly higher rate due to the work). He came back the next day (at our request). With some help of another tech, he was able to remove the clog in about 20-25 minutes after a few attempts.

What I appreciated about Leo is that he got to work immediately, even when he was just assessing the situation.  He was honest about what he was doing and explained thoroughly what he would need to do.

Thank you Leo for being responsive, and fixing the problem quickly!  We couldn't be happier, and we know who to call if we ever run into another plumbing need.

I had to find a plumber for my mom who lived far away from me so I wasn't able to verify what plumbing issue she was having. I'm so happy with Leo's services for the following reasons: 1) he is very responsive with phone calls and texts. I just received great service from Leo's Plumbing Repair for the repair of an outdoor faucet that was leaking. Called in, set up an appointment, they came in the next day, and made repair fast for reasonable price.  Told me to let them know if there's any problems such as defects with the outdoor faucet that they would cover it. Before I called around I went down to the crawl space myself to check it out so I knew what the problem was from the start and what had to be done.

WARNING!!! NOT CERTIFIED/LICENSED/INSURED/BONDED, DEALING WITH A BIG MESS BECAUSE OF HIM.
I hired this guy first time last year, and, before hiring, I used YELP to see a good licensed contractor.  He is using similar name as Leo's Plumbing Service who is duly Certified/Licensed/Insured/Bonded.  Initially, I checked the license status of Leo's Plumbing on CSLB and all was well.  But got distracted, went back on Yelp and typed Leo's plumbing and two names showed up and without thinking of anything, just clicked on the top one.  He showed up on time, was polite.  I always double check and asked him about his license/insurance even after verifying on CSLB.  To my query on license/insurance, very vividly, he responded, Oh Yeah Brother, have all, gotta have all that
This time was the 3rd time, he left a slow drip in the inlet pipe.  Dripped for more than 100 days under the sink in the bath vanity only to show up one day as brown water dripping from the edge.  Called him, He came, tightened the screw, played cool, oh, it is pure wood cabinet brother, you are good'  But, with the amount of drip I estimated about 20 gallons of water gone in.  Now, have a mess in my hands, spending thousands of dollars to repair/replace everything and obviously, he is not responding to any phone calls and/or text messages.  The cabinet was rotten and mold had grown on the drywall.  Hired the Dehumidifiers to dry everything up for a week. Had to remove the vanity and then tiles to find exact damage.  Work is still going on.
STAY AWAY FROM THIS GUY.  He lied so easily in my face confirming the contractor's status that I just fell for it.  I spoke with the actual Leo's Plumbing Service owner and he is also sick and tired of this man.  CSLB is also investigating on this guy per my information.  Per my info, if one doesn't have a certification, can't use a trade name like Plumber/Painting/Electrician as they are just handy men which at best this person is.
This is the first review like this I am giving, NEVER gave a negative review to anyone.  I had posted 5 star for this guy too after his service previously.
But, this one is going to cost me about $7,500 minimum including the charges of the dehumidification equipment and he is nowhere to be found, ALAS!!!  I will be more vigilant in future when I hire a contractor between Yelp and CSLB crosscheck.

I called several plumbers to install a water pressure regulator. I got an immidate response by two. Leo is one of two. His price is very reasonable considering the tight space of our main pipe. He came on time as promised with all the materials. It took them two and a half hours to finish the job. He replaced the ball valve, installed the new hose rib and water pressure regulator. Patched back the concrete and wall. The work is beautifully done and clean. Our water pressure is from 110psi to 70psi.

From now on, our plumbing need will no longer look further. I highly recommend him to all my friends, family members and people I know who need a good, responsible and reasonably priced plumber.

My bathroom was clogged last weekend, called 4 plumbers and none of them can confirm they will able to come over to fix my problem. Found someone recommend Leo's from Nextdoor, I wasn't have much faith that he would able to help since I understand it's Saturday.

I called Leo, told him what the problem is and he said he would be there at 4pm. HE DID SHOW UP on time.

He took a quick look at my bathroom and knew what the problem was and fixed it in minutes.  

Unlike other plumbers I met before, Leo's is the most honest and puncture I've ever met/hired.

I ended up hire him to install a clean out for my place since out sewer is prone to clog by the tree grows near it. His price is impeccable, it's half of the price that another plumber quoted me. He told me he's from the same neighborhood, so it's his give back to the community.

If you looking for a honest and puncture plumber, Leo is your guy. Can't recommend him enough.

Leo just came out to our house to help diagnose leak. We were worried if pipe is burst. Called him this morning and he was in the area so he stopped by same day. He went under the house, inspected all the pipes, had me flush toilets and run the shower and put a hose to check our main like. He showed me pictures that pipes are not broken but wax seal in toilet needs repair. He thinks shower leaking from either grout or calling needs to be replaced. He doesn't do that but helped confirm it's not the pipes that are at issue.

Leo got the job done.  I had to replace about 30 feet of main sewer.  After talking to a couple of plumbers, I am so glad I hired Leo.  He came out to assess and provided his estimate.  He got the whole job done within 6 hours, as promised.  Impressive given the depth and length of pipe.  I regret not taking pictures of the old pipe completely blocked with a massive root.

I was only charged exactly what I was quoted, despite the fact that he still had to insert a blade into the sewer from the side walk all the way to the street to completely remove additional roots that had grown.

I highly recommend Leo's Plumbing Repair and I will definitely use them in the future for anything plumbing.

As you are taking your hot shower after a hellish day at work, you look down and suddenly notice the water pooling around your ankles. You hope it'll just drain slowly and shrug it off. When you use the toilet next, the  toilet fills with water to flush... but then doesn't flush. The image of waste water flooding your floors flashes before you, so you back away slowly. It's okay, you have your home warranty. Everything is fine, you tell yourself, as you file your claim for $75. That's easy, could be worse. Two extremely long days later of 60-second showers and planning your next bowel movement, the plumber finally arrives...  to tell you your problem isn't covered through the warranty and you won't see your money again.

You turn to yelp and you feel the stress start to overflow like your backed up toilet. What's wrong with my house? How much is this going to cost? Why didn't I just stay living with my parents? You decide a house without a toilet is no house at all, so you call around for quotes. Leo's friendly and sincere voice stood out to me like an umbrella on a rainy day. He provided a quote that was more reasonable than everyone else, and said he could be here the next morning. The next morning he came on time, cleared the clog within an hour, and was able to tell us exactly what and where the problem was. I was so relieved and finally feeling at peace again. Later that evening, I started a load of laundry and went to walk my dogs, only to come home half an hour later and discover water seeping out of my garage and into the street... I opened my garage door and unleashed a sea of soapy disappointment. I called Leo and he answered right away. He asked me to test my showers and toilets. They were working. Leo said if that was the case, the problems likely weren't related, but he could return the next morning to take a look. The next morning, Leo came on time again, confirmed it was a separate unrelated problem (I just have the luck of a cursed shoe) and fixed it within ten minutes. When we asked him for the fee, he was hesitant to accept anything, which made us tip him even more. I'm so glad we decided to choose Leo for our plumbing needs. Called Leo about a leak in the upstairs shower that we thought was from the pipes because another plumber told us so.  Within minutes, Leo figured out the issue was in the faucet and gave us an estimate.  He came back later in the day with all the supplies and new faucets for us.  He was also super flexible and agreed to fix a leak in the kitchen and install a new faucet for that too.  He was fast, and super friendly.  His prices were also very competitive.  We are in the process of doing some paint work in our bathroom and plan to have him back to replace all the faucets.  He is the best in town!

You can tell he's in the business to help people FIRST, provide an excellent customer service, and always does an EXEMPLARY job - EVERY. SINGLE. TIME.
I've had him fix / repair a few plumbing issues in the past (and today!).  It doesn't matter how big or small the job is, Leo shows up and with such INTEGRITY that he NEVER takes advantage of the situation by recommending unnecessary repairs (like most do - unfortunately!).

Had an unexpected major leak when the head of an old galvanized faucet broke off. Try getting a plumber on a short notice on a Saturday morning. I called everywhere and all were unavailable or will be there late in the day. I had to stop the leak by shutting off the water so we had no water at all for the house. Leo accepted the job, but he too said he couldn't be there until around 3PM.

After texting Leo my home address, he realized he was just up the street from me on another job so he decided to stop by. Leo got to work right away and gave me a new faucet head within an hour. The price was not exactly cheap, but he did a good job so it was worth it.

After calling 6 plumbers it was Leo who responded in less than a hour to come to the rescue. I unfortunately had a busted pipe running under the front of my house which Leo repaired in under 45 minutes. You would never even know that he was there when Leo was done. Called Leo about a leak in the upstairs shower that we thought was from the pipes because another plumber told us so.  Within minutes, Leo figured out the issue was in the faucet and gave us an estimate.  He came back later in the day with all the supplies and new faucets for us.  He was also super flexible and agreed to fix a leak in the kitchen and install a new faucet for that too.  He was fast, and super friendly.  His prices were also very competitive.  We are in the process of doing some paint work in our bathroom and plan to have him back to replace all the faucets.  He is the best in town!

Fantastic service! We called Leo's Plumbing for a quote for a toilet replacement and scheduled service for 4 days later (they could have done next day but I requested the later date). During the service everything was done so efficiently and professionally. We ran into a few hiccups during the install due to existing conditions that were all taken care of during the job without the need to come back for a second trip. We had faucets to both kitchen sinks replaced at a reasonable price. Leo was on time as promised. In addition he replaced the supply lines and valves to one faucet that had corroded and took out an old instant hot water server from under the sink for me. His work was both fast and of excellent quality. He even put away the old faucets and pipes neatly inside the boxes in which the new faucets came....No mess left behind!
I will definitely call him again in the future for any plumbing needs.

I yelp messaged Leo Saturday evening, he replied fast and told me what the problem was and gave a quote. He came first thing in the morning  the very next day (Today)Leo was very nice and seemed very honest! It was the weekend start and our kitchen drain was clogged and panic mode was set in. Leo was a lifesaver. He was prompt and came in and looked at the drain once and immediately knew what the issue was. This was at 6 PM on a Friday. Leo just finished fixing our second floor shower and tub for leak. I am typically picky when it comes to having work done to my house. He did not disappoint me very professional and personable. I have called Leo for multiple jobs. From installing an ice maker box / pipes in the kitchen to  putting in new water lines/ box for the washer and changing a utility sink in the garage. I needed someone to come out right away and that is exactly what he did. He answered all my questions over the phone and was able to do everything I needed him to do. (Cap off water and gas line,and installed 2 water supply angle stops for my kitchen sink) He saved me and my family a big headache.

I called Leo this afternoon about a water pipe leak in the kitchen that was wetting the area under the sink and inexplicably getting the carpet wet in the dining room; water seemed to be coming up from underneath the carpet.  Leo arrived at our home after finishing multiple other appointments.  He could have come in the morning, but he is very dedicated to helping people.

Leo is very skilled and was able to determine the source of the leak and fix it in an hour.  A master at his craft, he showed me how to check to confirm that there were no more leaks in the water pipe (the water pipe travels through the concrete slab of the house, so leaks may not be visible) by checking the water meter outside of the house to see if water was still running to the house when no one was using water.  He will be my first call when having a plumbing issue.

We inherited a nasty clog that backed up everything in the house.  Leo came out on a weekday evening on short notice to root it out for a great price. Worked very hard and was a total professional, explaining the work he was doing and made suggestions for future work (no pressure at all, merely suggestion).  He quoted me a great price for a sewer cleanout since my home didn't have one. Since he did such a great job, I scheduled to have it put in.  He and his associate came out bright and early that following weekend and did a great job on the cleanout. Now all my drains are working as expected and gives us such peace of mind.

I give more than 5 stars, that's how happy we are with his service. Leo is a very hard worker and honest person. We had a water leak on our private road and he kept digging in 90* degree weather until he found the leak Leo repaired our pipe and refilled the hole and put the asphalt on top. My family and I went almost one week without hot water, waiting for the manufacturer to send us replacement parts for our water heater. They ended up sending me the part I didn't need. After  manually relighting the pilot with Leo as a band aid fix, the heater later started to make some small explosion sounds and had some abnormal flames coming out of the burner.  Scary experience that I hope to never have to deal with again. 

Called Leo and he came back to my house before going to another job to check it out. He gave me some options to think over. 

Called Leo back with my decision and he was gracious enough to come to our house on a Friday evening with a brand new, much better brand water heater (Bradford White) and have it installed before dinnertime. I thought to myself, maybe I'd have to wait at least until after the weekend was over. Outstanding customer service! Contact this guy if you want something done right and quickly... Leo did a great job on the drain installation for the entire house which is old as 1960's. The price is reasonable for the hard work. He did much beyond that, such as change the faucet of bath room. He cares about the project no matter how small it is. Even help us to change the orientation of washer and dryer to make them work more convenient for us. The faucet/spout in one of our bathtubs didn't work properly because of broken washer, valve from the inside, causing the water to be dispensed incorrectly when the shower mode is turned on. I did a google search to see if I could just simply repair it. Didn't work out my way, so I called up Leo for help. A genuinely kind and honest person, very responsive to my questions and straight forward guy to work with. He advised me what was wrong and what needs to be changed. Unfortunately I didn't have the right tools for the job.  Leo offered a reasonable price that I could not say no. Recently had a clogged pipe that caused by kitchen sink not to drained. I tried a 25feet snake but that didn't help. Got a slap leak in the kitchen and decided to repipe the whole house. They are able to schedule me to do the job right away, which is very important as I don't want to deal with the leaks any longer. Leo did a great job and try to limit the cuts. At the end, only cut dry walls off one of my back to back bathroom, and didn't have to cut any of my bathroom tile.  Did a great job cleaning up. They are on time and responsive to my text messages. Highly recommend.

Leo's is great!! So check this out. This is my first yelp review ever and I use yelp all the time. That's how good I feel about Leo's. So I get a piece of plastic off my mop that falls into my toilet and jams up the flow. First I call another business (not to be named) and they come quote me for $400. They also charged me $50 just for showing up and not even fixing the problem. Ok fine, but sorry buddy not paying $400. I called Leo and they showed up in 1hr. Keep in mind this was on a Saturday. The guy shows up and he's totally professional. He hit my toilet with that motorized snake and boom problem solved in like 10 minutes. Easy!  He pulls out the mop piece and a used condom. He was totally cool about it. Charged me like $150, still more than I wanted but well spent for sure. Thanks Leo!

I would recommend this business to friends and family.  I would go and contact him for my future plumbing needs.  Leo answered my call promptly.  He made an appointment the same day and even arrived 15 minutes early.  When he assessed my plumbing leak, he determined quickly it was not with the pipes but the caulking.  Leo did not charge me for his time.  This is a great sign of an honest person.  I looked at the problem and fixed it myself.

this time a bigger problem in our garage (leaking).
he gave a detail plan, estimation, etc. i decided to go with him.

as usual, he punctual, came by with his partner, and get the job done in a day.. he opened the concrete, replaced the damage pipes, and covered the concrete back, and cleaned up thoroughly.

on top of that, he also even patched a hole in the wall which been there for years! (i didn't ask for that, and i'm surprised he noticed it)  :)

so far so good, its been a few weeks, the leak is gone..
He also gave long-term warranty for his work.

I rarely leave reviews on Yelp, but Leo definitely deserves one from me. I contacted Leo through the phone, and getting a quote and setting up an appointment with him was no hassle.

The issue I had was a blockage in the kitchen sink, which I suspected at first. The quote I got from Leo was very competitive and transparent. No hidden inspection fees or anything, just a straight up estimate on the whole job. I called 5 different places, and Leo's price couldn't be beat.

Leo was very communicative before, during and after the appointment. He was able to get the kitchen sink unclogged in under 1 hour, and he gave us some pointers on how to maintain a functioning kitchen sink in the future. Truly shows that he cares about his customers.

I will definitely call Leo whenever I have any plumbing related problems in the house. If you're new in the area and looking for a plumber in East Bay, you should consider Leo's services.

Leo was referred to me by another plumber as being a really good plumber.  He truly is.

It was a Sunday afternoon and 1 flush of the toilet changed everything. When my husband flushed the toilet waste water started to overflow in the shower we have. Almost tipping over onto the bathroom floor, I soon went on to yelp and seen Leo's plumbing at the number 1 spot. Two of the sinks in separate bathrooms clogged at the same time. I was scrambling to find someone to fix them ASAP. Leo and his crew came quickly, wearing masks and shoe covers. Leo looked at the sinks and got to work right away. They had to come back the next day but they were able to fix the clog. These guys are awesome and I will definitely call them again for any plumbing issues.

Leo is an experienced plumber who could solve any plumbing issues. When we had a yard construction emergency water leakage he responded immediately and replaced the main copper valves with a reasonable price. He replaced the water heater at our choice of brand and did a neat job. He even came right away when we had little knowledge to relight the pilot. Unfortunately, we've had see Leo a few times within a 2 month span.  Now for clarification that sounds worse than what I actually mean.  Fortunately, the very same reasons why we needed to see a plumber in the first place brought us to Leo's Plumbing Repair. Being a homeowner is great until things break.  Things that are broken have to be fixed or replaced.  When it comes to plumbing issues, they usually need to be addressed quickly or it's going to end up costing more the longer you wait.  

Leo's response time is top notch.  We recently suffered a significant leak from our water heater.  I called Leo and he was at the house to diagnose the issue within 30 minutes.  I'm sure I lucked out and caught him at a good time but with the previous plumbing issues we had, he responded accordingly and quickly.  

Leo and his brother are very professional and respectful of their work areas (i.e. your home).  Leo makes himself available for any questions you may have and explains things to you in case you don't know what to ask.  The job site is always left cleaner than what it was to start with.

Pricing is very reasonable and fair considering I shopped around for multiple quotes before going with LPR on our first couple of jobs.  Since then, I don't feel the need to look around anymore.  I highly recommend Leo's Plumbing Repair if it wasn't obvious already.

My parents needed a plumber stat so I looked on here and chose Leo because of his 5 star rating along with his reviews. I called left him a message and he called me back within minutes. Had an issue where the hot water side of the hot water heater piping had a pinhole-sized leak and was running water out on top of the heater.

Called Leo, and he said he would drop by in an hour or so to look at it. He arrived before an hour.

He examined both pipes going into the heater, and recommended replacing the flexible copper pipe piece (the one with a hole in it) with a stainless steel flex piece. He quoted a fair price, and said it would take about an hour to finish.

He stayed and did the job right then and there. Everything was finished in under an hour.

He provided an itemized worksheet and receipt. Very fast and efficient service. I will definitely keep his business card handy for any future plumbing needs I have.

Leo is awesome.  We needed our 3 toilets inspected for leaks and repaired so we called our usual contacts and they were busy.  I tried a few others and they seemed unreasonable.  I then remembered we had a home warranty, so I tried to go through them and they sent out a company that probably shouldn't even be a company, Judieh Plumbing.  They had some of the worst reviews, but my home warranty company insisted I give them a try.  I did and unfortunately the reviews were exactly right.

At this point, I was pretty discouraged, but I kept calling around and finally got in touch with Leo.  From the moment he picked up and answered my questions, I knew he was the right man for the job.  He's very busy these days, so he scheduled to meet me on Saturday.  He arrived on time and immediately knew what to do.  He fixed the toilet flanges, replaced the water valves and installed 3 toilets in about an hour.  His assistant was very helpful too and they were very clean and tidy about what had the potential to be a pretty messy job.

I'm very fortunate to get in touch with Leo as he turned what was becoming an increasingly cumbersome problem into a solution with quality workmanship.  He was quick, efficient and personable.  He charged reasonable rates and got the job done right.  I'm extremely happy to add Leo to my list of contacts and I recommend you do the same.

Leo is great!

I called Leo out on a Sunday. He was very reasonably priced and worked his tail off. I had a clogged sewer and he was able to fix it. He used his video camera to show me what was going on.

I asked him a couple questions about repairing my sewer. He indicated to me that he did not do that type of work because it was in the street. While I would love it if Leo did the work, I really appreciate his honesty about the type of work he wants to do and the type of work he is comfortable with. This goes along way in my book.

If you need plumbing work done, Leo is worth the phone call!

Leo is the BEST! I had to have my kitchen faucet replaced and I made an appointment with Leo who replied back within a half hour and made an appointment with him. When he came he discovered I had to have my water turned off because I share a valve with the main water line in my condo building. He explained to me what needed to be done and he even answered questions my HOA had as to why they needed to turn off the water. Once they were satisfied we made a new appointment for him to do the installation and valve replacements. He was so patient and understanding and I really appreciated his flexibility.  My new faucet works great and now I have an in unit shutoff valve so I won't need to bother the HOA to shut off water in the future. Leo replaced my 40 gal. hot water tank last week, and took away my old tank.  He and his partner did a very quick, good job.  The water is much hotter with the new tank because it's double insulated, and they did the job in an hour and 45 min.  Leo was quick to respond the day I called and came to my house the next day. I was not in any hurry because the old tank was not leaking.  The price Leo gave me was also very good.  I highly recommend this company.

Leo is the person to go to for all plumbing related Home repairs. I experienced my first water heater failure earlier this year and I needed work done. I called around first looking for quick service at a fair price. I received quotes from others which were way more pricey than expected with long lead times. I couldn't wait. If I could give him 10 stars I would. Leo has installed 4 faucets and replaced multiple valves in our bathrooms and kitchen. Excellent experience working with him. It was the second time I called Leo to do our kitchen sink. We live in a 3 story condo that shares the same water pipes and we are the one below hence clogged sink. He was very efficient on what he does and easy to talk to when I have questions on why it happened and how to prevent it. We had a leak in our kitchen pipes under the house. It was leaking down into the foundation area. We called Leo and he responded in about 20 minutes and came out that same afternoon. He arrived right on time and discussed the issue with my husband, gave us a price and went right to work. He repaired the pipe and finished the job in a quick efficient manner. He showed us the portion of the pipe that had been leaking.  His price was very reasonable and fair. Leo is very pleasant, polite and professional. My water heater went out and I contacted Leo to come and check it to see if it could be repaired.  He arrived promptly at the appointed time and checked it out and due to the advanced age of the water heater and the fact that the parts were unavailable and would have to be ordered directly from the manufacturer which would take days, I decided to forego that plan and just have a new water heater installed.  Leo returned about an hour later and installed the new water heater.  Three hours from start to finish and I now have hot water again.  Leo is extremely kind and courteous and I will definitely call on him again whenever I have plumbing needs.  Thank you Leo!  You're great!!

Had contacted 3 other plumbers before I reached Leo; one no show, one wanted to destroy my walls, and the other didn't seem to want to come out. Saw the reviews for Leo's business and took a chance. Glad I did! He came out at the agreed date and time. He took his time to try and sort out my problem and as soon as he did, we scheduled another date to repair it, plus I tacked on some other wish list items which he had no problem tackling. In total he replaced galvanized piping, changed out water heater, and re-routed a water line. Work was completed same day and I couldn't be more satisfied. Leo responded my emergency request literally within minute and agreed to come the same day.  And after we set up the appointment, he came to my door on the dot.  He is a very responsible guy and provided a reasonable quote, i decided to have him work on my project right away.  His work is not yet 100% to peefection but has great potential, and the work was done very quickly without any pain.  I would definitely keep his number and keep his contact in place in case of emergency plumbing issue.

Just got the best work experience from a contractor (plumbing, electrical, or otherwise). My communication with him throughout the project was excellent; keeping me informed of what he needed, when he'd get them, and when he'd be able to come back to the actual work.  Leo was very personable and polite. I see now how others spoke highly of him in the reviews I read.

And if you're like me where I must compare estimates, let's just say it was an estimate I felt very comfortable with. And of course the next question would be..  but how was his work?  Leo's plumbing work was done quickly, professionally, and as far as I can tell, done correctly.  What else is there to say?  Oh wait, there's a 90 day guarantee.

I definitely would not hesitate calling him again for any plumbing work I may need in the future!  Thanks a lot Leo!!

Needed our drain clean out asap and called Leo based on Yelp reviews. Loved that Leo showed up in a mask and keeping our safety a number one priority.  Leo's a total professional and has the great ability to explain everything in simple terms for anyone to understand as well as answering all of my questions. His taking care of the plugged drain problem and my needs matches the positive reviews I read.  Had the the same problem 2 months ago and have my plumbing guy for all my future needs and for referrals, as I saw my neighbor telling him Leo is the local plumber.  I feel this problem will stay resolved for a much longer time compared to the previous local plumber also found on yelp.  We talked about a back up flow stop device and he explained it so simply and everything he said makes so much common sense.  Also mentioned what previous plumber recommended me to do with a home made pop-up cleanout device. Leo had a manufacturer's one in his van which fit into existing cleanout box without any issue.  Leo even put the ground covering back that I prepared for plumber access.  He is definitely my plumber from this point forward.

We found Leo here on Yelp and so happy that we did.  He's friendly, quick, efficient and best of all, honest! I had originally contacted him about some leaks that were reported through our home inspection.  He came out on time and told me there was nothing to repair because the leaks have already been fixed (probably by the previous owner).  :)

I contacted him again to install new toilets for us, and he made time for us the next day. He has great, affordable rates and I'm happy we found a great local plumber.

We had an emergency situation with a clog in the bathroom.  The toilet wouldn't flush and there was standing water in the shower stall.  I contacted Leo (through Yelp, actually) and he responded to my email in a matter of minutes with quotes based on two possible scenarios. He told me he could be there at 4pm (two hours) so I agreed and he came out.  He was really knowledgeable, and knew exactly what he needed to do.  He cleaned out the line in a short time and answered a number of my other questions. I live in an older house, and he had a number of suggestions.  Leo was great, and will contact him again for any plumbing issue I might have.  5 Stars!

So, I'm totally immersed in moving boxes, phone calls from my Realtor, arrangements with movers and house inspectors, then the pressure in my kitchen faucet suddenly drops to a trickle.  I am imagining thousands of dollars, tearing out the bottom of my mobile home to find the leak - all the worst case scenarios.  I called Leo because of Yelp reviews and he was close, he answered his phone, gave me a time (next day) and called me close to the appointed time when he could see his previous job was taking longer than expected.  He was completely professional and on-the-ball dependable.  Then he texted me to let me know his ETA, shows up and gives me a quick estimate before proceeding, and as he expected (he could see by my pipes that there was probably a stoppage caused by corrosion in the galvanized pipes) he was able to clean out the stoppage lodged in the faucet and for $75 I was better than new, pressure restored to levels I hadn't seen for about 3 years.  Yay Leo!!!  I highly recommend his work and his work ethics.  I only wish I could take him to my new home in Texas.

My kitchen faucet was losing water pressure and finally went to a trickle on memorial day. I looked up Nextdoor and called a few folks, and their costs were either exorbitant or they were not available during the holiday weekend. I googled and found Leo's Plumbing Repair. He quoted a more reasonable price for the visit and inspection of the problem (flat fee, and half of what others had quoted me for the holiday price) and came over at the appointed time to clean the pipe and remove the blockages to get my water pressure back to normal in the faucet in less than an hour. He was very friendly and professional. Today the same faucet had a leak at the sprout and he came over and took a look at it, determined it needed a new sprout head since the washer was worn out, purchased and replaced it and did not charge me anything for today's work. Aside from having a more reasonable pricing I was really impressed by his professionalism, trustworthiness, guaranteeing of his work and his genuine interest to help. I know who to call when I need some plumbing work done!

I have used Leo several times, once for backed up mainline which needed to be addressed promptly and he did with a great competitive price. Just recently I had called another company for a shower valve replacement and they couldn't make the window they gave me. This was another time sensitive issue and Leo came thru with flying colors and a great price once again. He responds to calls and texts as soon as he can. My water meter registered an exorbitant amount of water use when I was on vacation and after being told by EBMUD that there is a $46 charge to have someone check for a leak and it will be 3-5 days for an appointment I called Leo and he was there in 3 hours.
Leo just left my house after checking the plumbing inside and out for a suspected leak and determined there is no leak, I need a new meter.
He was one of the nicest, most honest plumbers I have dealt with and would not let me pay him!!
Now it's up to EBMUD to do their job.

I have known Leo for three years. He did a few plumbing jobs for me. One time the old water heater at my house was leaking water into the drain pan. So I called Leo for inspection. He quickly found the leak in the water heater, and a hidden leaking pipe due to rusting behind the dry wall which was causing major water damage. With a couple of other plumbers he replaced the old water heater and fixed the water damages.

I was happy about his quality job. He explained the problems clearly, and gave good tips. He is also very flexible and offers reasonable pricing. I felt comfortable giving him more jobs both at my house and a rental property later. He replaced the water main shutter valve, fixed the lawn sprinklers, replaced kitchen and bathroom faucets and a few other jobs. I

Fast service. Reasonable pricing relative to other quotes. Leo came on a short notice and was able to fix the leaking P trap, in 10 minutes. He diligently applied Teflon tape and tightened the joints after replacing the washers with new ones. All for $75.

Leo is a trustworthy & honest plumber -- while another plumber quoted $180-$220 for a simple repair to install an additional valve under our sink, Leo was able to show us where the existing valve was and how to operate it to shut off a leak.  Highly recommend!  Gladly paid him for the $29 fee he asked for.  Will use him again for any plumbing issues in the future.

I need to replace faucet of bathroom sink. Leo came in the same day I called. He got it done with quality within 1 hr. I called 1 hour before closing with an EMERGENCY plumbing problem.Leo told me to give him the address and he'd be there,a man of his word. I had a significant problem under my old house with buried old irrigation lines from the 40's that were connected in with the house water supply . I started hearing a noise below the house a few nights ago and went down into the crawl space. One of the old buried lines had decided to rupture, spraying water everywhere . Fortunately I had previously found a shutoff valve and turned off all the house water . After pondering what to do I decided to turn the repair over to a pro . After reading some of the excellent reviews Leo had received I gave him a call . His response was fast and he came by the same day, isolated the house water supply from the old irrigation lines, fabricated some new copper replacement sections quickly and soon I had water service back in the house. Leo's price was exceptional and his work ethic is what anyone should strive for. I would recommend him to anyone needing plumbing solutions .
