Had an issue with my sink backing up and as soon as an appointment was confirmed the tech, Joshua, showed up and was able to get the sink flowing again. He explained the issue, how to prevent it from happening again, and gave excellent advice.

The tech was friendly, extremely well versed in his craft, funny, and got my drainage issue fixed.

I would absolutely recommend both the company as well as Joshua in particular for any kind of plumbing repair after this experience.

From a commercial standpoint, The Plumbing Guys handled all of our facilities requests in a quick and concise manner, leaving limited down-time to our plumbing (servicing 30+ people).  His professional demeanor led us to using The Plumbing Guys again and again.

The Plumbing Guys were so exceptional, that I decided to give them a try when I had a residential need.  Again, Aaron responded in record time, fixing our problem with minimal interruption to our household!  I would recommend The Plumbing Guys for any plumbing need, both residential and commercial!

I had a sewer back up on Saturday and tried to run a snake myself, that didn't work. I called Alert Plumbing on Sunday and Joey came out and tried to get it unclogged. He was polite, friendly and explained everything he was going to do ahead of time. He was not able to get the problem fixed but made suggestions on how to proceed. The next day Ruben came out with him to look at the situation and also made some suggestions on what to do, which was dig a replace a suspected broken pipe. They were very accommodating to answer all my questions and even made a recommendation that could take business away from them. They went out of their way to try and fix this by grabbing a city crew they saw down the block and bringing them by. I felt like the were truly trying to do the best for my situation and I appreciate it. As it turns out, my issue ended up being fixed by the City (a few days later) and I did not need  Ruben's services. Alert Plumbing earned my respect any any future business as well as recommendations to others. Thanks.

Our water heater had some corrosion on the pipe fittings.  I had 4-5 quotes from other companies who all wanted to do a full replacement costing $$$.  Aptos was the only company that offered a short and long term solution.  Bruce was very knowledgeable, professional, and pleasant, they all were.  We really felt we could trust this team.  Big thanks to Todd, Bruce, Justin, and Jose.  Highly recommend.

Emo came to fix one of our shower handles and cartridges , and he was very competent and skillful, did a complete repair and replaced all the defective pieces. For some reason I had a sink, a toilet and an outside pipe break in one week! Luckily Wally came to the rescue. He was available and even on a Sunday I got quick professional service. He was very fair with the price and always wore a mask. I would definitely recommend Save Plumbing!

I had a kitchen faucet installed by a complete idiot.  Knew it wasn't right (even though he insisted it was, thankfully I wrote him a check and was able to stop payment on it) Called Magnificent Plumbing at 10:00 am, service tech was here at 1:00 and fixed everything the idiot did wrong in about 30 minutes.  They don't charge a service fee and my bill was $145.00 for everything.   Awesomeness!!!!

Fuse came out and fixed my furnace quick and without hassle. I will use them for all Of my HVAC issues going forward because they're so easy to work with.

I received a notification of excessive water use and potential leak via email and text. Checked and observed for a few days and, sure enough, the amount of water used was triple the average we normally see. After checking the house and ruling out the sprinkler system, I suspected an underground leak in the pool plumbing.
Contacted the folks at The Leak Detection Company and from the first interaction on the phone I was impressed by the responsiveness and professionalism exhibited by this company.
After setting the appointment, they showed up right on time, brought some sophisticated equipment and took the time to explain everything they intended to do and how this equipment detects leaks. After performing their magic, they located the problem area and offered several solutions. I took them on the offer to fix the leak, which they did, demonstrating excellent knowledge of their trait.
More importantly, these are really nice people that take pride in what they do. They are very reasonably priced and truly care, which is something we do not see very often these days. If I ever need such services in the future, The Leak Detection Company will be my Go To company.

Over the years I've had several different plumbers come to my house to unplug the drains in my old house - built in 1961. I called Rich Briscoe and he was at my house to unplug my shower drain within an hour even though he had a full day of business already booked. He quickly assessed my problem and got to work. In the process he did what no other plumber has ever done that came to unplug my drains. He inspected the way my plumbing was constructed and showed me why I keep having the same issues. He described how my pipes should be replaced from old metal to new PVC because the old metal pipes get rusted up inside and create places for various things that go down the drain to latch on and build up whereas PVC is smooth and never rusts!
Rich has over 30 years of experience building plumbing systems, repairing, and cleaning them. With this plumbing construction knowledge he also was able to show me how if we just reconfigure our plumbing system things will flow much better and there will be less chances for the inevitable clog. Not only does Rich do great work he is priced reasonably and was the lowest quote I found after several calls. I finally found a great plumber. I highly recommend Rich Briscoe for any plumbing work!

George is wonderful, careful, precise and does things right.

We had a leak in a pipe joint behind the drywall in our bathroom.  One of the best contractors in the area said we should call George to fix it.  We did and could not be happier.

Since then we have used George for all our plumbing  problems.

The Short: Nick from Plumbing 911 is the nicest, most honest and professional plumber! I would highly recommend his work.

Called Plumbing 911 to get a second opinion about low hot water flow my kitchen faucet. Previous plumber said that the water heater and piping was full of calcium build up and I needed to replace both the water heater and the piping to the kitchen for $1450.

I had already spoken to several plumbers over the phone to get secondary estimates and none of them questioned the diagnosis of the first plumber who said I needed a new water heater and piping.

After speaking to Nick on the phone for just two minutes he said that he doubted the water heater needed to be replaced and that the problem was probably in my faucet. It was the end of the day and Nick was at my house within an hour of speaking with him (6pm), within 20 minutes Nick had my faucet disassembled and cleaned, low and behold there was a small piece of rubber washer that had come loose somewhere and lodged itself in the faucet valve. Nick was in and out within an hour and only charged me his $125 service fee, saving me $1325 from what the other guys wanted to do!

Steve Davis of Davis Plumbing was unbelievably helpful over the phone (he called us back right away) in diagnosing a curious plumbing problem. Originally we thought it was the water heater, and we were ready to buy a new one., but it turned out to be the recirculating pump. He saved us lots of time and money! Isidoro was very responsive to my initial inquiry and was able to setup an evaluation visit to my house within a week. Then Edi showed up and said they were able to help with my water heater project and that they would write up a proposal, but the proposal never came and they stopped communicating altogether. I tried contacting them a few times for the next couple of weeks via phone, email, and text with no luck. I initially decided to contact them because of their review ratings but now I don't think I can trust them with my project anymore.

I own a business so it was important to have someone who was fast and professional at what they do. I had called several other plumbers beforehand, that only requested a photo and quoted me a price without really taking the time to understand the problem that impacted my business. Victor actually showed up, inspected the problem and gave me options on what I could do next, free of charge. He fixed the problem in a professional and quick manner. I couldn't be happier.
