This review is for the bad communication, attitude and professionalism.
I schedule a time to have someone to come and replace a toilet. I ask them precisely to call me 20min before getting to my house. That didn't happen.
JOSHUA, the guy they sent. Didn't wear his shoe covers, he place the old toilet bottoms screws next to my tooth paste on the cabinet counter and clean the pills from removing the old toilet was clean with my own bath mat.
After asking him to move his truck out the way on the street, he refused telling me to talk to his supervisor.
Not having this company again in my home.

We have used The Plumbing Guys twice now. Aaron is incredibly responsive and makes setting up an appointment a breeze. They showed up on time, were courteous and clean and got the job done quickly and efficiently. Can't ask for much more than that!

We had a gas leak, and they came out first thing in the morning to check out what needed to be done. They were very responsive and very flexible on the times. They went above and beyond to get us up and running again and made sure PGE came out the same day before they would even leave! I would definitely recommend them to anyone!

We had personally tried replacement of our toilet wax ring only to have it fail two times.  We called Aptos Plumbing and they determined that there were plumbing issues in the pipes below the toilet and the adjacent toilet in another bathroom.  They arrived around noon and worked steadily to repair the waste plumbing below both of our toilets until they completed the work at around 8pm.  Justin, Jose and Bruce did an excellent job of evaluating and repairing the failing plumbing.  We had company coming to stay with us that evening and Aptos Plumbing stayed with the project until it was done so that we would have functioning toilets.  Good work guys!  We are very appreciative of their abilities and professionalism.  Thanks to Todd, the owner, also for coordinating the job.

I've only used them once for a standard job so far, so I will update if I ever need them again. Kyle was great - really down to earth and up front about the cost of creating a gas hookup. I had a little snafu on the day of my dryer delivery from Home Depot, and Kyle did everything he did to make things better, even though the snafu had absolutely nothing to do with him or Plumbing Care. Would call them again should an issue come up in the future.

Great work, straightforward, and fast.

Main line was clogged and both bathrooms weren't working. Called this morning and left a voicemail. Got a reply very fast and a time window within an hour.

Wally was very straightforward and explained the problem and how he could fix it. He was patient and finished in no time.

Also, the 30 day warranty is great.

May call again for replacing a toilet. Highly recommended.

Renee is a wonderful, trustworthy plumber. My bathroom sink cracked from something I dropped. I have only 1 bathroom. It's a Thursday morning I called every carpenter, contractor I know. No one was available. I called a few local businesses for suggestions. I go on yelp for quotes. Renee responds right away. He said he's available for the next day, (Friday ) between 2pm to 4pm for an estimate.  I go to Dublin's BBB to request a few quotes
Must companies wanted pictures. Which I provided. The nightmare begins. A plumbing company said they could replace the sink for $600, but I'd need a counter top company to remove the stone and replace the stone.
Most businesses from BBB said my job was too small. A contractor from BBB quotes in a text $3,200. Then he offered a 20% discount, $2,800. I said it's a sink that needs to be replaced. The contractor said he'd shine up the  vanity for his discounted price. A plumber from yelp replies within a few minutes, I'm available Thursday, Friday & Saturday. Low cost, $1,200 to $1,600. High cost, up to $2,300
Most companies wanted a $25 estimate fee. Another company said go to Home Depot and pick out which vanity & faucet you'd like. Make sure it's the exact same size. Have it in your condo ready to install. What a joke!!
Renee is here on the money the next day like he said he would. He takes a look and said the sink can be replaced via underneath for $575. Before his estimate I offered to help him move the counter if he could give me a discount This was the absolutely lowest bid. Renee said there's no need to do anything else at all. He did request a $200 deposit for the sink, because many customers give the go and then decide on another style. Which is something I would do. I was looking at floating sinks, titled wild sinks. I was so upset with this entire issue I paid the material fee. Renee scheduled an appointment for next Wednesday afternoon. All weekend my antennas kept going up. It's so gross to use the kitchen sink for day & night's preparations. I also cancelled my grandson's sleepover. How could there be such a price difference? Renee was here on the scheduled time as quoted. I will be forever thankful for finding him. We've all unfortunately  experienced bad service via yelp, BBB, suggestions from friends and former contractors plus getting that terrible sticker shock is pretty awful too

Best experience! Our furnace was self restarting every few minutes. The entire process from booking the appointment to getting the problem fixed and paying was smooth and convenient. Sergiu was friendly, knowledgeable and reliable. He explained what the problem was (our furnace was not configured for the changed gas pressure) and fixed it quickly. Our furnace has been working flawlessly since then and we highly recommend Sergiu and Fuse HVAC to anyone who needs help.

We had a new leak that nobody could find but they were able to come out and quickly locate the leak. They were very quick and efficient and helped fix our problem when no one else could.

This was the BEST plumbing experience I've had in my life.  It was Tuesday, and I had been without water since Saturday! My home warranty company sent out the first guy late Tuesday afternoon. He refused to fix my leaking water heater, despite the fact it was STILL LEAKING. I called Rich in tears and he arrived in less than 30 minutes, fixed the issue, and gave me a fair price. He truly saved the day. I will only be using him from now on.

Woke up last Thursday to find our front street flooded, a valve had failed and we were unable to shut off the main valve into the house, so shut it off at the street.  They sent out Jose within hours who repaired the valve so we could have water in the house.  Jose came back the next day and did a lovely job replacing sections of old failing galvanized pipe with copper into a lovely configuration to allow us a substantial main valve.  He also replaced all of the old watering station valves that were failing with new ones and installed a new shut off valve to the stations up front.  I was told by a previous plumber some time ago that he wasn't interested in doing this work due to the age of the pipes, but Jose hung in there regardless of how frustrating it must have been and did a great job!

I've done business with George for years, and he will continue to be my first call whenever I have a plumbing need.

I started my Saturday morning off with the dreaded glug,glug sound coming from the toilet as the washing machine drained, indicating that the old main line was plugged up again. I called Plumbing 911 hoping that it wasn't going to cost me an arm and a leg to have them help me on the weekend.

They did a FANTASTIC job. They arrived early and cleared the line, all at a very reasonable fee (with no weekend surcharges, etc.). I recommend them highly!

I called this morning and was told a tech would be out between 1 & 3 PM. A minute later they called and said they had a cancellation and would come right out.
Edwin & Jose greeted me professionally & personably and explained their rates. I explained my plumbing problem and they assured me they could fix.
The problem was fixed in 30 minutes and they took time to explain what it was they did and how much better it would be. They told me they warranted their work and if I had any problems, to call them and they come right out.
It was a fabulous service and I highly recommend them. Edwin was exceptional!

Tonight, we have running water again thanks to Steve! He came to our house at night to figure out where the leak in our garden was coming from. He diagnosed the problem correctly, but had to come back in the daylight to excavate. His diagnosis was correct! He found and fixed the problem quickly. His work was very neat and other then a trimmed hedge you wouldn't even know he had to dig. I will absolutely call on him next time we need a plumber. Best of all he charged much less than what one big company quoted us. Thanks Steve!

Luis is an honest man, he keeps his words. He is very responsive and patient. His team did an excellent job to repipe my house. He also followed up a few times after that. I would call him in the future for any plumbing issues.

Victor came over the same day I called (and on time!) to re-route the plumbing in a family member's water heater closet and he did a great job in very little time. He quickly assessed the situation and gave me a fair price. Any questions I had during the job and even explained what he was doing to make sure we had an efficient setup. He was very polite, courteous and cared about getting the water heater to work with the new plumbing. I will definitely use Commando again.

We developed a leak, somewhere in the master bathroom- shower.  House is 15 years old, and bathroom was remodeled 4 years ago.  Had a regular plumber in 3 different times: recaulk- no change, new shower valve cartridge- no change, drilled hole and ran camera- witnessed a water drop gather behind wall on shower head pipe- remove reinstall, caulk- no change to leaking status.  My bedroom carpet behind the shower wall was still wet.
Called Advance Repipe, and they quickly set up appointment.  Diagnosed the dreaded Kitec plumbing, and gave me a very fair estimate.  (I had suspected the Kitec, and already had MUCH higher verbal estimates)  Got a written contract and Ramiro and his crew were able to start the next day.  (We have a handicapped individual who has a huge problem using the non-leaking tub/shower in the second bath)  That day, Ramiro also recommended that he open the wall behind the shower to verify the valve.  Sheet rock looked streaked, as through there had been water leaks, and I decided to have Ramiro replace it at the same time all the replumbing was re-done.  Since the water heater was 15 years old, I replaced that at the same time.
The crew worked extremely hard that day- and got the house ready for rough-in inspection by the city.  We had to wait for 3 days for the inspection, which included a weekend.  Inspection was on a Monday, and on Tuesday, Ramiro had his folks back in.  By noon on Wednesday, all was patched, and ready for me to paint.
Although whole house repipe is a very stressful situation, Ramiro did everything he said he was going to do, and in the time period he originally laid out.  I would definitely recommend Advanced Repipe Specialists if you need your water pipes replaced.  They worked hard, did a good job, and the price was very fair, considering the amount of work that goes into the job.
