I first wanna start this review by saying thank you Joshua who did my plumbing. He was very nice and knew exactly what had to be done. Although we ran into a leak from below the kitchen sink he was able to get the job completed by replacing the pipes and welded them with a blow torch. I have to admit I wasn't worried at all because he seems very professional. Will I refer this plumbing company to my friends and Family? YES! I will because of how well this Gentleman work ethics has shown me. Thanks again Joshua for your hard work..

I got home one night to find my garage full of water. The water heater broke. I immediately started calling repair companies to come out ASAP. Ruben was kind enough to come out that night to help get the situation under control enough so the technicians could finish replacing the water heater the next morning.
I highly recommend Ruben and all the technicians at Alert Plumbing. All of them were very kind, considerate and did a fantastic job of replacing my water heater. They went out of their way to ensure my job was done very well and my new water heater was situated better than before.

I needed a garbage disposal replaced These guy were great, quick response to set up an appointment on New Year's Day, communicated well day of appointment worked with my schedule. Once they arrived checked out the disposal confirmed it was shot and with in an hour I had a new disposal. Great experience would recommend them

Wally is the MAN. I had several leaking faucet handles in my home that I had tried to fix myself. It wasn't working, so I had several plumbers come out to take a look. All of them told me to just replace the entire faucet instead of attempting to fix just the handles themselves, which would have cost me way more money because I'd have to pay for more labor (quoted between $140 and $175) as well as buy an entirely new faucet for each sink (probably $100).

Wally was different. Wally came by early on a Saturday morning (which worked best for my schedule) on a day's notice, and told me that he would try to repair just the faucet handles since I had already purchased the replacement parts myself. He was very patient and showed me what he was doing step by step so that I could try to repair the other ones myself to save me money. He originally quoted me $75 per pair of handles, but since he only repaired one of them, he lowered it to $50. I'm going to try and fix the other handles myself and if it doesn't work, I'm going to have Wally come back to fix it.

As he was leaving, I mentioned that I had installed my kitchen faucet by myself and messed something up that I couldn't figure out. I connected the sprayer hose before I put the weight on it, and I couldn't figure out how to get the sprayer hose off so I could put the weight on. Wally took the time to take care of this for me, free of charge.

Wally provides great service and he is quick to respond. He is totally up front about his costs and is willing to try and save his customers money. The plumbing projects in my house are not over yet so I'm sure I will be calling upon Wally's services again soon. I highly recommend him.

Dee and Rene are great to deal with. Called on mon and Rene came out on Tues morning to do the job. I had a water softener system in the garage that needed to go. Plus install a couple of hose bibs. Prompt, courteous, and professional.  Attention to detail and thoroughness was especially noticed. Price was also very reasonable compared to the other Livermore plumbers. Would definitely call them again.

Fuse installed my new gas dryer yesterday. I scheduled the appointment last week. They showed up exactly on time (with masks on). Very friendly service, also they are very knowledgeable about appliances (dos and don'ts).   The job was completed in a reasonable time. The tested to make sure the machine was functioning properly. We have used this company several times and refer them to all our clients. They always go above and beyond and are very fairly priced but most of all have a faster turnaround time than anyone in the leak detection industry.

We were really pleased with Redwood Pipe and Drain. We wanted to start moving into our new house and they were able to start the next week and tackle the whole job: new copper pipe, installation of on-demand hot water in different location, water softener, redo drainage, relocation of washer/dryer. His crew were friendly and they worked really well together. We were really pleased that Mike and his team did the work and left the yard just as they found it. The coordination with subs (electrical, sheetrock) was seamless. All that work an they were in and out in less than a week!

Great job done quickly and professionally.  Pricing was good!  Had dishwasher and disposal replaced. Rich took the time to explain how the new ones worked.  Very happy and will definitely use again!!

Had them out to help me with a noisy plumbing problem. They diagnosed it as a faulty water pressure regulator, and gave me a verbal estimate of about $575.00. I also asked about changing the stopper in my guest bathtub. He said they would need to cut a hole in the wall (since I am on a slab) to replace it. This would be very expensive, and include drywall repair, texture and paint. I told them I was going to get another estimate, and he left.

I called another plumbing service, and they found the noise to be my toilet fill valve. They were also able to replace the bathtub stopper without cutting into the wall. All this done in about an hour and MUCH less $.

Isidoro did an outstanding job with our washing machine drainage.  He re-piped the discharge pipe and then snaked the system when it turned out to be obstructed.  He was prompt, pleasant and extremely capable.  Highly recommended.  

UPDATE:  On Time Plumbing stood behind their work and promptly returned to re-snake over a month later.  Kevin did an outstanding job, crawling under the house for a protracted process to assess the cause for re-obstruction.  He is pleasant, professional and a delight to work with!

Amazing and above and beyond service! We had a clogged bathroom toilet and sink in danger of  overflowing. Called Vic at 9:30AM, he gave us a 2 hour window 10AM-12PM and arrived exactly at 10:30AM. In this day and age, punctuality is like trying to find a needle in the haystack. Vic figured out the root of the problem very quickly and explain the procedures to us in a clear and concise manner, so we, the laymen, can quickly grasp the situation at hand. Then, he went to work and resolved the problem without much ado. Vic and his team is a rarity and gem in this industry. Highly recommended!

I chose the Advanced Repipe Specialist for one of the most difficult home improvement projects in my mind --- repiping the whole home. I needed a team of true professionals and Advanced Repipe pulled it off.

Ramiro and his team were easy to work with. I had a very positive experience from the beginning.
