My husband and I were recommended this plumber by Aimee W. Not only were they prompt in setting up our appointment, they gave us discounts we hadn't even known to ask for, snaked our kitchen drain, and replaced our garbage disposal, which has run for six months straight, no clogging, noise-making, or anything! (Our kitchen may be slightly cursed; we've had problems with garbage disposal longevity). Thanks, Aimee! And thanks, Davila!

Aaron came an hour and 15 mins late to the appointment. He came here to trouble-shoot where the congestion might be using the camera. As soon as he arrived, he said, it was a waste of his time because the clean out is not up to code. We did not know anything about it since we, the home owners, are not plumbing experts, hence we called him. He kept behaving with us like we somehow misled him. The house was built in 1960s and we are the third owners. We got whatever was in the house at the time of purchase. If we knew all this, we would have no need for rude plumbers like him.
Aaron was extremely abrasive, overbearing and disrespectful. He has no ability to listen to the customer or answer questions. He kept saying no you listen to me first. He decided to yell and walk out of our property. On his way out, threatened to to call the city to tell them that our clean out is not up to code. We're happy to fix whatever needs to be fixed and bring it up to code. But we do not want to be threatened and bullied and neither should anyone.
He was nice on the phone but was highly abrasive and aggressive in person. I'm glad that he walked out because if I had hired him, this kind of behavior would have surfaced at some point during the job. I'd have lost the money and he would have walked out with the job unfinished. It's so disappointing.
He had a camera and that was the reason I had to hire him. Otherwise, I would have hired another plumber who did a great job but didn't have the camera. But camera or not, poor service is not acceptable.

Danny Ochoa has given us great service.  He did a copper repipe of our home, as well as replaced the sewer line to the street, and everything was done satisfactorily and on time.

He also did sewer line replacement for our church, and whenever we had questions or needed him to come and check on something, he always came right out.

He's not like some contractors who, after he is paid, you can never get a hold of him again.  Danny is a true professional, taking pride in his work.  I cannot recommend him enough.

From the beginning Aptos Plumbing was so responsive. We contacted many companies for quotes to fix our flow issues. The other companies were slow to respond and seemed shady in their quotes. Aptos plumbing came and gave us a fair quote with multiple options for us to choose from. In the end it made sense to re-pipe the whole house. They gave us a great deal and the before and after water pressure is incredible. They also got it all done in a day which is great as not to disrupt the house water supply too long. I highly recommend working with them if you need some plumbing done.

I had Plumbing Care extend my water line along the house, extend it out to our outdoor sink and install the plumbing for the sink as well. They went over the project and the details with me and answered all of my questions. They were very detailed in the job and it ended up looking very professional. I have used them before to install my water heater. I definitely would recommend them for your plumbing needs.

A+ service.  He was all booked yesterday evening when I tried to schedule an emergency job to replace my shutoff valve for my toilet.  I tried to replace myself but realized I did not have the proper tools to continue.  I didn't have the tool available to remove the old compression sleeve and tightening bolt. I already had the water shut down.  And the old one wouldn't go back on so my water was shut down since 3pm on Sunday and it's Monday now.  Good thing I wasn't able to get another plumber out here and the other company no showed me 3 times (twice yesterday and again today) so I left Wally a message that I still didn't get my problem repaired and asked if he had an opening for today.  He said he would be in the area between 12-1 and that he could swing by.  Wally was here between the stated time.  Very professional and knowledgeable.  His prices were reasonable.  Most other plumbers try to price gouge you or up sell you something.  Wally did not.  I had already bought the parts but was told that the one he had was of better quality and design and he suggested for me to return what I had bought.  I purchased a multi-turn angle compression valve and he suggested a 1/4 turn angle compression valve as they are more durable and easier to turn on or off.  He was in and out in under 30 minutes to get my shutoff valve for my toilet replaced.  He left me with a magnet business card which I placed right on my fridge for the next plumbing issue I have.  I will definitely give him a call first next time.  Great to finally have a go to plumber when the need arises.  Thanks Wally for getting out here when no other plumber was not able to.  And thanks for the great job for replacing my shutoff valve and in record speed!

The first plumber I could find that would come out on Saturday.   Rene was great and easy to talk to and work with.  He explained everything thoroughly, tried a couple easy fixes before he had to climb on the roof to snake it!  
His advice for keeping healthy drains is worth it!   These 50 year old homes have clay pipes from the street, under the landscaping to the house.  To redo the pipes will cost $$$$$.  But at least we know to plan for it.

I rarely write reviews but figure I had to share my very unfortunate experience with Fuse.

Using Yelp, I reached out to various electricians.  I (still) need to hang one chandelier on a tall (~14') sloped ceiling and I need to extend another on another tall (but flat) ceiling.  All of the details were provided up front and Fuse was very quick to respond to my Yelp request in writing and then a subsequent video conference.  

After their review, the quoted price ($285) was better than I expected and they had near-term availability so I quickly moved forward with Fuse.  After the service was scheduled, but before the work started, I got a notification that the price of $285 was a mistake and it should be $400 instead.  I approved without question as I wanted to get the chandeliers hung asap.

Fuse sent an electrician out a day or two later.  The electrician was professional and seemed to do be doing a good job until he told me he needed a second person to install the chandelier.  I agreed that trying to hang it with just one was going to be difficult and I asked when he would be able to return.  He said the office would be in touch.

The office reached out to me and said that the $400 estimate (originally $285) was a mistake and that the new price was $1600, 5.5x the original estimate!  The reason was that two people would be required to do the work and that the $400 quote was per chandelier.  When I forwarded Fuse's written $400 estimate back to Fuse  (it very clearly states the $400 included hanging one chandelier and extending another), they went quiet on me.

My assumption from this very limited interaction is that Fuse quotes quickly and aggressively to get the business and then tries to upcharge you.  Their reviews are excellent, which is why I am surprised -- makes me wonder if Yelp reviews are real customers.

I suggest you stay away from Fuse.

UPDATE on 9/8/2021:

Fuse reached back out to me and agreed to do the work for the original quoted price of $285.  I will give them the benefit of the doubt and assume they never saw my review and simply made an honest mistake.  I have upgraded their review to 4 stars.

We have used this company several times and refer them to all our clients. They always go above and beyond and are very fairly priced but most of all have a faster turnaround time than anyone in the leak detection industry.

Mike and his crew were great! He was clear and upfront about everything.  He came in and fixed a lingering issue we'd been having that my own general contractor couldn't. Really good work - they know their craft.

Rich is great to work with. He's responsive and knows what he's doing. The Coastside has lots of creative plumbing and I get the impression that Rich has seen some things in his career...  For our creatively-plumbed house, he has always clearly laid out our options, whether it's to fix what's there or to replace it.

I called with an emergency (stopped sinks) problem on a Saturday. They gave me a 2 hour window Noon -2pm. Ceasar Chavez arrived at 12:40. He evaluated the problem, opened the cleanout, snaked well past the blockage which fixed the problem. He charged me the 1 hour minimum and gave me a 30 day guarantee.

In short, on-time, professional, reasonable price, fixed the problem, guaranteed the work. It doesn't get much better.

I called him up to ask about the cost to flush a hot water heater and he asked how old it was. Since my hot water heater is from 2004, he didn't recommend flushing it out. Due to age and likely significant sediment, it could stir it up enough to clog up the lines.  He didn't think it'd be worth it for me and recommended to save my money for replacing the water heater, which would likely be soon.

He's honest and gives a good opinion and I really appreciate that! Will call him when it breaks!

Wow! I called Warranted Plumbing after seeing one of their vans on the freeway. What LUCK. Free estimate with a price for the job, not per hour and the free estimate was not hidden in the coat of the job.  Luis was a total professional and made sure to check and recheck the valves for my bathroom vanity, and didn't charge extra for soldering and modifications.
I am a happy customer.  If your condo complex refers you to one of their approved plumbers, I dare you to compare.

Once again Steve came to the rescue fixing my major leak the very next day after calling him.  He is easy to get in touch with and returns calls quickly. I appreciate his concern for using good quality parts. Now I just text  him a photo of the problem  and he arrives with the materials I need on his truck - not wasting my time and money running around town looking for parts.

Bought an all-in-one ventless washer/dryer as a drop-in kitchen replacement for a dishwasher. I ordered it from Home Depot and paid for installation but their contractor, Temco Logistics, couldn't do it. I called On Time Plumbing and the next morning, Isidoro swung by, took a quick look, gave me an estimate, came back in the afternoon with the correct fittings/adapters/splitters to hook up under the kitchen sink and knocked it all out in around an hour. Wore a mask, booties for working in the house, totally professional, courteous, and fast work. I couldn't be more pleased! Will definitely call them again next time I need any plumbing help. Thanks!

Victor and Commando Plumbing came out to look at a potential broken pipe situation - we had water coming through our floor.  In 10 minutes, he identified that the problem did not seem to be a pipe, but was actually a sprinkler misfiring water through a gap in the wood siding of the house -- a $2 hardware store repair.  He was professional, courteous, and responsive -- Victor picked up when I called on Memorial Day.  We'll definitely call him next time we have a problem.  Thank you Victor!

Finally did our Kitec replacement with Advanced Repipe. Really pleased with the work done and the quality of the repair on the walls. The team genuinely cares about their work and strived to accommodate us in every way. I would definitely recommend them for this type of project which is very stressful.
