Had Plumbling issues again and they were so fast in responding and came right away even if it was 11pm. They helped fixed my flood I was having from the toilet. They always go above and beyond not to mention they come right away.

We hired Alert plumbing about 6 years ago to repipe our house. Ruben and his brothers did an amazing job, he told us the job will be finished in less than two days and true to his word they finished it in less than two days. In addition to that they were very courteous coming in and out of the house while performing the job and made sure the rest of the house stayed clean. Additionally they have the best customer service ever! They are very prompt with returning phone calls and informing their customers if they are running late... Highly recommend Alert Plumbing!!

The city water utility let me know that I needed to install a check valve on my water main due to pressure fluctuations increasing the risk of backflow ...so I called a few plumbers.  Bruce from Aptos Plumbing came out and was very informative about the possible causes of the fluctuations and my install options.  He completed the check valve install within an hour and at half the cost of one of the other quotes!  In the same time Bruce also helped determine if an unused circulating pump was working properly, and he explained where and how to troubleshoot further if hot water wasn't making its way quickly to different parts of the house.  I will be calling these guys in the future if I need more plumbing work.  Bruce was experienced, honest, and very helpful.

Vince installed my tankless water heater and went above and beyond the call. It was a pleasure doing business with them and I highly recommend Plumbing Care for any need you have. I am very happy and you will be too. Vince also helped to repair a front outside faucet that was leaking, so we killed 2 birds with one stone. It was a long day but everything worked out great. Our reverse osmosis plumbing system had a broken pipe.  Wally was super responsive.  He gave a fair estimate, came at the appropriate time, did his work well and offered to remedy any new leak that shows up in the next few days.  He came in with a mask on keeping social distance.  I couldn't have asked for more.

My water heater started leaking a few days ago and I couldn't find the source of the leak. I called Magnificient plumbing yesterday and they sent someone out to my house on the same day. I was able to make an appointment for this morning. Sergio showed up and replaced my water heater within 2 hours. Thanks for the great customer service!

A Fuse HVAC engineer came out right on schedule. They were courteous and prepared for working within COVID-19 constraints. The person was very professional in his approach, explaining to me what he was doing and why. He finally came to the conclusion that the dishwasher control box was likely faulty. He found a refurbished part online and texted me the link. He showed me how to replace the control box and then wrapped up. He was spot on with his analysis and recommendation. I replaced the control box and the dishwasher worked once more.

We hired The leak Detection Company to find a water leak in our concrete slab house in Redwood City when other company was trying to brake concrete all over our house the technician from Leak Detection Company find exactly where the problem was and we where available to repair it a much better price, no doubt about it they know what they where doing  very trustworthy company.

We were really pleased with Redwood Pipe and Drain. We wanted to start moving into our new house and they were able to start the next week and tackle the whole job: new copper pipe, installation of on-demand hot water in different location, water softener, redo drainage, relocation of washer/dryer. His crew were friendly and they worked really well together. We were really pleased that Mike and his team did the work and left the yard just as they found it. The coordination with subs (electrical, sheetrock) was seamless. All that work an they were in and out in less than a week!

Rich recently installed a new hot water heater and fixed another problem under a sink. He responded very quickly to our call and was extremely efficient and courteous. He was also reasonably priced. I would give him 10 stars if I could. He could not have done it better.

Our water heater broke and I called SJ Plumbing.  Luis came out to take a look at it and gave us an estimate. He is very knowledgeable was able to clearly explain everything. He came off as a very honest man. He gave us 2 options: fix water heater which would be less costly or replace water heater. He did not pressure us into replacing and he did not try to upsell us, which we appreciated.  

We decided to replace the heater. Luis went out to get a brand new one--Bradford White, the highest quality brand.  The water heater is in the basement, so Luis and his partner laid out plastic and pads on our beige carpet and cleaned everything up afterwards.  He also was very willing to take a look at other small plumbing issues without charging us.  Though nothing had to be fixed because it was all functioning, he gave us advice and tips on taking care of it.  He took his time with us and was patient.

Great customer service. Honest man. He will become our household go-to plumber. Thanks Luis!

George has met our plumbing needs many times, always with good result.  He provided same-day service today for a clogged kitchen drain, putting our kitchen back in service.  We always ask for George.

Nick is so nice and professional. He fixed my toilet super fast and it is working better then it ever has!!! For now on, I will be calling him for all my plumbing needs. He is a diamond in the rough.

BUYER BEWARE: I would not hire Davis Plumbing unless you don't care about the cost. I was told on the phone he charged $160/hr. and he estimated it would take an hour or two.  Steve arrived 25 minutes late (no phone call) and he and his assistant spent just a few minutes over an hour removing a vessel sink, replacing it with another. I was expecting a bill of $160 + parts. Instead, he charged me $860.
Line 1 lists Vessel sink removal with Labor costs of $160.
Line 2 also lists Vessel sink removal with a labor cost of $640.
That's labor charges for 4 hours when he and his assistant only spent 1 hour. On top of that, there was a $40 fee for a service call. He discounted the $840 price by $160 immediately which IMO should never have been on the bill to begin with. When I protested the charges, he took another $100 off. But I am still very unhappy about his bill and his lack of communication. I NEVER would have hired him if I had known that replacing that sink would cost $600. I feel the total cost should have been at most $320. The work was good, but I would recommend that you NOT sign an estimate of what is supposedly the highest amount the job could possibly cost when that's what, it seemed to me, he intended to charge all along.

Isidoro was very responsive to my initial inquiry and was able to setup an evaluation visit to my house within a week. Then Edi showed up and said they were able to help with my water heater project and that they would write up a proposal, but the proposal never came and they stopped communicating altogether. I tried contacting them a few times for the next couple of weeks via phone, email, and text with no luck. I initially decided to contact them because of their review ratings but now I don't think I can trust them with my project anymore.

I read about Victor on Nextdoor and decided to reachout to have him, first come out and look at the job. After reviewing the job, he came up with a very fair quote and upon arriving to the job, he encountered a small road block and he took it up as a challenge to solve and solved it! Very professional individual and would highly recommend him.

1500 sq foot home in Sacramento w/ Kitec piping that needed to be replaced with a high quality PEX and copper. We had offers for replacement that varied by $9000 and that that did not include putting the walls back together. ARS came in near the low end of our lowest bid and put the wall back w/ texture. They were fast and efficient. The plumbing was replaced in a day and the walls done in 2 days. Very happy we saw their ad. Saved us time and money.
