Luis, the owner is very efficient in terms of scheduling (always there 24/7) he sends out his tech right away, his quote is very reasonable, and his assessment and recommendation is an assurance that the issue reported will be fixed completely in a timely manner.  The Maintenance team would definitely be a partner with them in the coming more years. I called Plumbing Care about kitchen sink glugging on Tuesday afternoon after I checked out other 5 business' availability. All other were either not picking up the phone or give me about 2 days wait time availability. My call to Plumbing Care was answered by a friendly voice and I was scheduled for the next day at 11 am. But technician (his name is Alvictor) could make it earlier and problem were fixed before 9am. Alvictor was professional, patient, and friendly - and he explained things along the way as he examined the problem. I liked his way to keep the place where he was working clean and neat. Do not hesitate to call these guys if you have any plumbing needs....I would give more than 5 starts if I could!! Highly recommended.

I recently hired MP to address a clog in the dishwasher drainage that caused major leakage under the sink.  They were able to quickly troubleshoot the problem and recommend a solution. The repair cost was very reasonable for almost 2 hours of labor. They also tested the dishwasher to make sure there were no further leaks. I will definitely use this company again and highly recommend them as a reliable plumber.

Quick response through the Yelp Quote system. They were able to schedule up an electrician really quickly, and even sent a photo of who would be showing up along with an introduction. Very customer-oriented and friendly service! The guys that came by did their work speedily and explained when I had questions. Mike was absolutely professional! Clearly explained what was going on with my pipes at each stage of the repair as well as a clear and accurate estimate of cost. He was also pretty quick, repairing my leaking pipes in way less time than I thought it was going to take!

I had an overflowing toilet and called Plumbing 911. They were out right away and cleared my toilet using some kind of hand snake thing. The price was very reasonable and they gave me some tips on how to prevent a clog in the future. I will use Plumbing 911 again.

They were curious and came the same day. Cleaned out the roots .Really grateful they came.

We've been using Steve Davis for years now. He is trustworthy, responsive, and reliable; and he charges reasonable rates. The most recent visit he paid us, he actually taught me how to fix the problem the next time around! Highly recommend Steve for your plumbing services.

On Time Plumbing is actually a very appropriate name for this company. We had an emergency situation, where all our plumbing was backing up an hour before we were supposed to leave on our vacation. They said they would arrive in 30-45 minutes, which they did, and they cleaned out the clog in 15 minutes.

Because this was an emergency, I thought for sure we would charged double the standard price, but their final charge was actually less than what I would have considered a standard charge! I gave them a nice tip, because they were absolute life-savers: They arrived quickly, resolved the issue quickly, and didn't charge a ridiculous price. I will definitely call them again for any plumbing issue I might have in the future.

A week ago I noticed a fairly good leak coming from the pipes in my basement. This is not ok! My photo albums and old Halloween costumes are down there!

Anyway, I call this place up because the name of the business to be honest, and get ahold of Sam, he owner. He is able to come out in an hour, Which is just terrific. He fixed it no problem and the pricing was very reasonable.

Sam is a terrific and trustworthy fellow. If you need any plumbing work or repairs done look no further, he will square you away.

The estimator was very good - complete description of everything to be done and great at answering my many questions. They scheduled things perfectly - all piping done in one day with minimal time without water. They were clean and efficient. The inspection the next day went off without a hitch. The following day, they came back to do the drywall repairs and were great.  
However, when they finished the repiping, the hall bath sink was spraying water everywhere - they had misplaced the aerator and didn't replace it. The kitchen sink was the same. So, they came back to fix those and weren't able to - they said that the problem was the new water pressure was so much that my older faucets probably needed to be replaced. I could buy that on the kitchen one but not the bathroom one, but we were leaving for a week and I figured I'd deal with it when we returned.
Unfortunately, when we returned it was to a minor flood in the kitchen. They had not hooked up the dishwasher correctly and so there was water under it, under the sink and in front of the sink causing the hardwood floors to curl.  I turned off the water and called in a plumber who fixed that problem as well as the kitchen faucet, and bathroom faucet.  
I contacted them and asked them to cover a portion of that repair. Two weeks ago they agreed but no check in spite of multiple requests.   I also asked them to send me a final invoice as I want that for my tax records and I have yet to receive one.
I would have loved to give them a 5 star rating, but between the flood and the lack of follow through, I just can't.
