Called these guys because my daughter hit the pipe outside with her skateboard and broke it at 8am! Water pouring everywhere! They arrived within 30 minutes and had everything taken care of super quick, even made it to work on time WITH A SHOWER! Awesome service, excellent customer service and I loved the price! I noticed a wet spot in one of my downstairs bedrooms and knew I had to get in touch with someone to get it looked at ASAP. Got an appointment with Alert Plumbing the next day. Ruben and team promptly arrived, explained in detail the diagnostics activities they'd have to perform, and kept me informed every step of the way. He was very open and transparent and more importantly, incredibly patient and responsive with my many questions. Ruben and his team determined the root cause of the leak (from the upstairs master bathroom), picked up the necessary parts, and got the plumbing issue fixed in two sessions. He was a pleasure to work with and I would not hesitate to recommend him to my family and friends.

Plumbing Care provided a free estimate, which was the most reasonable of the 3 bids I got on a residential toilet leak.

The technician was experienced (25+ years) and knowledgeable. He assessed the problem and explained a few different possible solutions. I went with his recommendation. He did the work quickly and had all the necessary parts on hand. He left the repair area neat and clean.

This was during the COVID-19 pandemic and he wore all appropriate PPE.

Great service! I called and spoke with the owner the day after Christmas to repair a leak at my mother's house. The owner came out and repaired it in less than an hour. He also repair my mother's toilet that was stopped up for no additional charge . Great price great service I will use him again.

I first called Renee from Magnificent Plumbing when my kitchen faucet stopped working. He came promptly, on time, and advised me to get a new faucet since it would be too expensive (and not worth it) to fix the existing one (it was ugly :\). A few days later we had our dishwasher replaced via Costco. The very next day, there was no hot water in the faucet. I called Renee and he was prompt again to come the same day and fix the issue (even though it wasn't his fault).

Every time since then (and I've called him for big jobs now), his team has been professional, courteous and very clean at their job. When they come in for the quote, they brainstorm ideas with me and come up with a solution I am happy with. When they complete their work, they always say call us anytime if you have any issues. I highly recommend you hire Renee and his team, you shouldn't be disappointed!

EDIT: Shortly after submitting my review, Fuse contacted me and offered me some money back. I appreciated that they read my feedback and my concern about their pricing. Again, excellent customer service.

PROS:  This is a high tech Silicon Valley Company.  I reached a person right away when I called and received regular updates via text confirming my appointment and letting me know that someone was on the way.  The technicians were very polite.  When the tech worker that would be performing the service was running 3 hours late (annoying but it happens), he called and texted me to reschedule. Although the techs couldn't speak English well, they used their smart phones to communicate effectively with us.  Even the app they used to take our credit card looked somewhat sophisticated.  
This was also the only company out of 4 that I contacted that could schedule me within a couple of weeks.  Of course, this was during the 90+ heat wave a few weeks back.
Quality: I don't have the experience to truly evaluate, but the tech demonstrated that the new drain vent now drains outside our house instead of into our bathroom wall. I appreciated that he did that.
CONS: $$$$  All this tech comes at a cost.  $880 Service Charge for 1 tech to work for 2 hours seems steep.  And $190 for about 30 ft of PVC pipe (not including the fasteners) also seems expensive.  
Would I use them again?  Yes, and I am maybe more willing than most to pay extra for good service. But I'll try again to get a 2nd opinion next time, tho who knows if anyone else will be available.

I received a notification of excessive water use and potential leak via email and text. Checked and observed for a few days and, sure enough, the amount of water used was triple the average we normally see. After checking the house and ruling out the sprinkler system, I suspected an underground leak in the pool plumbing.
Contacted the folks at The Leak Detection Company and from the first interaction on the phone I was impressed by the responsiveness and professionalism exhibited by this company.
After setting the appointment, they showed up right on time, brought some sophisticated equipment and took the time to explain everything they intended to do and how this equipment detects leaks. After performing their magic, they located the problem area and offered several solutions. I took them on the offer to fix the leak, which they did, demonstrating excellent knowledge of their trait.
More importantly, these are really nice people that take pride in what they do. They are very reasonably priced and truly care, which is something we do not see very often these days. If I ever need such services in the future, The Leak Detection Company will be my Go To company.

You can't do better than Rich Briscoe for a plumber.  He responds quickly, appraises your needs thoroughly and accurately, explains exactly what he's going to do and why, and answers any questions expertly and honestly.  His prices are very fair as are what he charges for parts.  If he's got a spare of what you need he may not charge for it at all.  He's also very personable and while fixing or installing whatever it is in a jiffy he's never in a hurry and is very pleasant to talk with.

Me and my brother have been working with Kevin of San Jose plumbing for many years. He is very experienced and does the job right. He is also a very nice person to have in your home. He fixed my shower faucet handle today. I highly recommend San Jose plumbing.

I noticed a leak above bedroom last night, went into attic and confirmed small leak in hot water pipe. Called Warranted Plumbing in the morning and they were able to get here at 3p same day. Edwin arrive early, confirmed the bad pipe and holes, replaced in an efficient manner. Polite, clean work, uniforms and wore masks. We are up and running! Great work all around. Thank you.

I have known Steve Davis for several years. So when my toilet overflowed he was my go-to person. He called back and 20 minutes later he was at my front door. He snaked my toilet and voila, I was much relieved and a happy customer. Once he arrives I know he will stay till whatever the problem I had is resolved. Thanks Steve.

I bought a new garbage disposal unit from Home Depot and needed someone to install it.  At 2PM I came in contact with Isisdoro from On Time Plumbing and he was able to schedule me in that evening at 6PM.  As the name implies, he came right on time. The job took 1 hour and he tested to make sure it worked properly.  He cleaned up all the water drips.  He even took the extra step of giving me credit for a extra part I had bought but didn't need.  Professional and courteous!

Amazing and above and beyond service! We had a clogged bathroom toilet and sink in danger of  overflowing. Called Vic at 9:30AM, he gave us a 2 hour window 10AM-12PM and arrived exactly at 10:30AM. In this day and age, punctuality is like trying to find a needle in the haystack. Vic figured out the root of the problem very quickly and explain the procedures to us in a clear and concise manner, so we, the laymen, can quickly grasp the situation at hand. Then, he went to work and resolved the problem without much ado. Vic and his team is a rarity and gem in this industry. Highly recommended!

Yes I'm a fan and would recommend them. They just finished a complete repipe of our entire home. The water was off on the 1st day from around 9 am and back on around 6 pm. Our house is only 11 years old but we never got almost instant hot water until this company replace and insulated all the hot water pipes. Now it's nearly instant hot water all the time. They recommended new valves for our washing machine and had to reroute an outdoor faucet which was completed in a timely manner. There were a couple of minor delays in the complete job but Veronica in their office was pleasant to deal with and kept us well informed. And by the way, the total price was approx. $3500.00 less than 2 other bids we had acquired.
