I first wanna start this review by saying thank you Joshua who did my plumbing. He was very nice and knew exactly what had to be done. Although we ran into a leak from below the kitchen sink he was able to get the job completed by replacing the pipes and welded them with a blow torch. I have to admit I wasn't worried at all because he seems very professional. Will I refer this plumbing company to my friends and Family? YES! I will because of how well this Gentleman work ethics has shown me. Thanks again Joshua for your hard work..

The pipes at our house were 41+ years old, and have never been changed. We called Alert Plumbing (Ruben) and automatically felt like family. With the help of his family, our 3 bathroom, 2600 square foot house was repiped in 2 days! All of our faucets are working beautifully! Ruben even let us know that our water heater needed replacing and did it right there! It's so nice to know that Alert Plumbing will be there whenever needed! They are now part of my family. I would recommend him to anyone that has plumbing issues!

Easy to schedule, prompt and friendly technician. Eric called ahead of the appointment and was super nice. Everyone's always happy when the plumber arrives, right?? He did a great job fixing our toilet and drain and processing the paperwork was easy. I even appreciate that he excused my messy house and reminded me my two little kids will grow up fast so it's okay to prioritize fun playtime over cleaning. Ha!

Two toilet got clogged and I tried a few approaches but didn't help. I called Wally and he came to my place within 2 hours for inspection. He suggested me to contact rooters since his approach may lead to a higher cost. On the second day, I checked with rooters and unfortunately a few ways they tried didn't work either. It finally came to the same solution, so I asked Wally for help since his quote is more reasonable and I appreciated his integrity the day before. Wally came here in 4 hours and finished the job within 2 hours. Now everything is back to normal. Highly recommend Wally because he is honest, responsive and professional. Thank you, Wally.

My main valve to my house was broken. Rene came to help quickly. He was responsive quick and efficient.
He also went out of his way to help me fix some other irrigation pipelines and valves. Added additional valves to system to make it more reliable. They are prompt and efficient. They also keep their schedule perfectly fine. They are always on time.
They are good value for your money aswell.

Honest and straightforward company. I own a rental property and needed electrical work done. I am new to property management and honestly had no clue what to do or who to call. I am so thankful this is the first company that popped up on Google, not only were they able to squeeze me in the next day but my technician was so kind and knowledgeable! Mikhail was not only able to fix my fuse issue but was also able to fix some other things I thought I was going to have to call somebody else for. Solid company and amazing technician. I will definitely be giving them a call again in the future.

We have used this company several times and refer them to all our clients. They always go above and beyond and are very fairly priced but most of all have a faster turnaround time than anyone in the leak detection industry.

Well my old water heater decided to take a poop on me in the middle of a shower so I called around a few places and everyone either didn't answer or was booked out a week. When I called Redwood Pipe Britney answered the phone (super nice!) she said that Mike the owner could come out that day and see what needed to be done. Mike arrived 2 hours later and waisted no time  looking over the old water heater. As I expected it was installed by the previous home owner incorrectly and that was part to blame of why it failed. Mike gave me a few options on what i could do and ultimately I went with his recommendation on getting an on demand heater. They scheduled me for the next day and I had hot water by that evening!! It's been 3 months now and I've noticed a reduction in my electric bill and the heater works like a champ. Thanks Mike and team for doing such a solid job! Come back for coffee anytime :)

Our water heater broke and I called SJ Plumbing.  Luis came out to take a look at it and gave us an estimate. He is very knowledgeable was able to clearly explain everything. He came off as a very honest man. He gave us 2 options: fix water heater which would be less costly or replace water heater. He did not pressure us into replacing and he did not try to upsell us, which we appreciated.  

We decided to replace the heater. Luis went out to get a brand new one--Bradford White, the highest quality brand.  The water heater is in the basement, so Luis and his partner laid out plastic and pads on our beige carpet and cleaned everything up afterwards.  He also was very willing to take a look at other small plumbing issues without charging us.  Though nothing had to be fixed because it was all functioning, he gave us advice and tips on taking care of it.  He took his time with us and was patient.

Great customer service. Honest man. He will become our household go-to plumber. Thanks Luis!

I noticed water under our kitchen sink last night, coming from garbage disposal. I called & left a message. George called this morning at 9am, came right out and replaced it. In & Out in 20mins!  He's the best!

An awesome plumber. Nick is everything you want; honest, fair, responsive, knowledgeable, and to top it all off he's a really nice guy. This is a guy you'll be very comfortable having in your home. My dog even loves him.

I'm impressed with their service. I called in for a leaking pipe connected to the garbage disposal and within an hour Luis came in and fixed the issue. Very professional and nice to deal with. He explained what the problem was and made sure I understood what needs to be done. He did a good job installing the pipe and left with no mess. Easy transaction and an  A+ in my book.

We've been using Steve Davis for years now. He is trustworthy, responsive, and reliable; and he charges reasonable rates. The most recent visit he paid us, he actually taught me how to fix the problem the next time around! Highly recommend Steve for your plumbing services.

WOw I can't believe the service.  When I called I described the situation that it was an emergency.  He came out within 30 minutes.  These guys worked through the night till the next morning in order to fix my Sump pump problem.  It was quite intricate as the drain lines were plugged and it wasn't easy to snake through the drain as it was quite clogged.  When I called I described the situation that it was an emergency.  He came out within 30 minutes.   He checked my sump pump and said that it was working good and that you just have to snake the lines.  He also quickly realized that the brand of sump pump was Zolar which he said is a very good pump and should last a long time.  He started at 4 pm and worked all the way through the evening til the next morning at 11 am.  I don't know any plumbing service that would do this for me.  I highly recommend them and will be using them from now on.

These guys are amazing. Our sewer backed up and we had a house full of guests. They came out at 8pm at night for 2 hours and got us back online. I'm only using these guys in the future for all plumbing needs.

I'm thoroughly impressed with these folks. We did a complete repipe of our 1961 built home and Ramiro and his crew knocked it out in two days. Working with Aaron with the estimate and scheduling was a  breeze. I highly recommend these folks. AAA+++
