Handling maintenance issues with our numerous properties is very challenging. However, Davila Plumbing makes it easy for us to deal with all our plumbing issues (minor to major). They are just one call/email away. We can still remember when we got our emergency with a water leak. Luis, the owner is very efficient in terms of scheduling (always there 24/7) he sends out his tech right away, his quote is very reasonable, and his assessment and recommendation is an assurance that the issue reported will be fixed completely in a timely manner.  The Maintenance team would definitely be a partner with them in the coming more years. I noticed a wet spot in one of my downstairs bedrooms and knew I had to get in touch with someone to get it looked at ASAP. Got an appointment with Alert Plumbing the next day. Ruben and team promptly arrived, explained in detail the diagnostics activities they'd have to perform, and kept me informed every step of the way. He was very open and transparent and more importantly, incredibly patient and responsive with my many questions. Ruben and his team determined the root cause of the leak (from the upstairs master bathroom), picked up the necessary parts, and got the plumbing issue fixed in two sessions. He was a pleasure to work with and I would not hesitate to recommend him to my family and friends.

Aptos Plumbing came out and replaced our gas lines the same day we called. It was a major fix, and they were fantastic: professional, thorough, and efficient.. I highly recommend them!!!

hadn't read the one star reviews before I hired Fuse to do the job as I was in hurry and only looked at Google rating and Google guaranteed logo. So, not sure if my experience would hold good for any future services. This review is only for the service I received at this time. If future experience differs, I would definitely come back and change the rating.

Our furnace wasn't working after the strong winds two days before. We had a low voltage situation due to lost neutral on the power pole. When PGE finally fixed the issue two days later, the furnace did not turn on. Fuse was the second company I called based on the google rating who had an appointment to come out the same evening between 4 and 6. Was happy when Matt called and asked if he could around 2pm. He was very professional and courteous. He asked if I would prefer him to wear shoe protector and wear a mask.  I explained to him what had happened. He opened the furnace, checked the fuse to make sure they hadn't blown out. Then he checked the voltage and he confirmed that the voltage coming into the transformer was 120V but nothing at the other end, which should be 24v. He said that would have to be replaced and hopefully the circuit board was ok and we would only know once the transformer was replaced. He was going to schedule it for the next day as he would have to get the transformer. I asked him if there was any way we could have it done today. He made a few calls and said he would have to go get it and then come back and install in the evening.  He quoted me what it would coast and I was ok though I had no price comparison. I wanted to get it done as we were out of heat for the last 2 days and the house was at 52F. He came back in an hour or so with the transformer and took about 20 mins to install it and it worked. Luckily it was just the transformer!!.

It was a pleasure to have Matt do the job. Non nonsense, get in and get out unlike a few we had in the past where they would try to prep you for a potentially big job saying it could be this, it could be that etc etc. Very smooth experience and would love to have them take care of any HVAC issues. Will definitely update this review if any future visits aren't as pleasant. Hopefully they can maintain the same quality of service.

We hired The leak Detection Company to find a water leak in our concrete slab house in Redwood City when other company was trying to brake concrete all over our house the technician from Leak Detection Company find exactly where the problem was and we where available to repair it a much better price, no doubt about it they know what they where doing  very trustworthy company.

Mike and his guys did several jobs at my house over the last year including a partial repipe, new drains, and some work on gas lines. In each case there was great communication from start to finish, a very fair price, and the work was all top notch. So much so that other contractors that have been to my house commented on how good the work looked.

Best of all Mike and team are good people who you'll want to do business with....Highly recommend!

My clean out line smelled (it's under my deck with hatch cover) upon opening hatch I saw stuff so I looked up for a rooter service and called Warranted!  He arrived 15 mins after I called! WOW, he quoted me a price and I said go he snaked out 25 feet and all junk went away! ( tree roots) at least it didn't back into house very respectful (I have to find my paperwork for his name so to his boss he was the employee who was working 3/20/2021 near Walnut Creek!

Steve did a great job installing the water filtration system in our basement.  He is up front with the customer on all issues.  He and his crew were diligent in their work.  The finished product was clean and professional.  Steve also took the extra step to tie down some equipment with straps to guard against damage from earthquakes.  That in itself showed me the guy cares about his work and goes the extra mile to make sure it's done right.

They were able to come out very quickly and fix a problem with one of our drains where the water was draining very slowly. Quick and efficient, can't ask for more than that!

Great service, reasonable price, super honest people.  They responded to the call, got the problem resolved and did not gauge me due to the emergency.  Would definitely recommend

I chose the Advanced Repipe Specialist for one of the most difficult home improvement projects in my mind --- repiping the whole home. I needed a team of true professionals and Advanced Repipe pulled it off.

Ramiro and his team were easy to work with. I had a very positive experience from the beginning. Ramiro came to my home on time for the first consultation and gave a detailed presentation to help me understand my options. He provided an accurate estimated cost, which was exactly what I paid for at the end. Their price might not be the lowest, but they were transparent about the materials and costs. I felt confident picking Advanced Repipe out of a pool of contractors.

Ramiro's team was well trained and had great attention to details -- most importantly, they did all the work with the current city codes in mind. They completed the project on time with great results. They patiently answered my questions and addressed my concerns during the final walkthrough.

The patching work was also done nicely -- which eased the pain from all the holes cut open for re-piping,

Overall, it was an easy five star. The team earned it with hard work and superb quality.
