After another company (initials: MC) cancelled on me less than an hour before my scheduled appt, I got Luis from Davila on the line. He called me back within a few minutes and said his guy, Josh, could be here in 45 min to an hour. Josh checked out the job (install new faucet), talked a little about the connection (made for a mobile home), and advised but didn't insist on replacing them. He had the parts on his truck to update the under-sink connections. He found another issue along the way that he suggested fixing. Thoroughly explained everything, polite, mindful of tracking anything in on his boots. He again explained everything he had done after he was finished. Thanks, Josh, for a job well done! Thanks, Davila Plumbing for bailing me out after Mike Counsil cancelled on me at the last minute.

OK, most of us will get that and... most of that was terrible. But you know what isn't terrible? Every single, bit of remarkable customer service I just got from The Plumbing Guys!

This morning, I arbitrarily noticed a weird drip, drip sound coming from the cabinet underneath the kitchen sink. Then suddenly, the dainty, almost peaceful, sound turned into something reminiscent of automatic sprinklers. Automatic sprinklers do not belong in the kitchen. Now praise the Lord I had the day off of work today (Veterans, my kitchen and I salute you) or else, I would have come back to a flooded home- and we're talking on Biblical proportions.

So... Yelp, Yelp, call, call and a few guys later, I get in touch with Aaron from TPG. He was very helpful over the phone and proceeded to tell me I could save myself some scratch, pick up a kitchen faucet from my local hardware store, and his guys would install it for me at a RIDICULOUSLY reasonable rate.

While at the store and entranced by the sea of faucets cascading down the wall, I called Aaron (as opposed to attempting to track down a store employee- [you'd think neon orange vests would be easy to find]) because I had a question about what to fish out. Again, he was very helpful with me, guided me through and BOOM! Faucet in hand; talk about above and beyond!

Just like any good plumbing business, TPG was busy today, but Aaron reassured me he'd get someone out to me as fast as he could. And he did. When Cesar and Victor arrived, they were equally as pleasant and got the job done in no time. Professional, quick, done. They were fantastic.

So... no need to keep Yelping through the options, cuz your toilet/sink/tub is still jacked up as you read this and it's not gonna fix itself. Go ahead and give Aaron and the rest of The Plumbing Guys a call; you'll be well-taken care of. :)

I am writing the review 11 months after getting the service. was busy with many projects at home finally got a chance to write it up.
I got a quote from Ruben Oacha for running a gas line to the kitchen and fire place. the quote was very reasonable, and got on schedule pretty fast. Joey worked on the project and was awesome. He finished the project on time, and cleaned up the whole place after he was done.
Alert Plumbing also helped securing the permit for the project and it went so well.
After few days of this work, our water heater started giving trouble. the pilot would not stay turned on, and i contacted Joey. He came over to turn it on and did not even charge us. Later we realized that it was time to replace the water heater as it was almost 15 years old and Joey helped replace it too and did a very good job. i am extremely happy with the work.

These guys are awesome!!! Family member needed some help over the hill so I called and spoke to Todd who assured me my family would be in good hands. Let me tell you, not only was the job done right the first time at a great price, Todd called me as soon as the job was finished and let me know exactly what was done and the warranty info. Never had an experience with a plumber like this before. Will definitely be using these guys again.

Eric did a professional job in installing a new toilet, reinstalling a defectively installed tankless water heater and installing a state of the art main valve for our home's water supply.

He was courteous, and his work professional and neat.

The prices were transparent and very reasonable.

I would highly recommend Eric and PC Inc. for any future plumbing job.

On Mother's Day as we were cleaning up at my Mother In Laws house the garbage disposal leaked everywhere.  As it was late Sunday evening we decided to wait until the morning. I am out by Modesto so was unable to be onsite, so I wanted to make sure we had a reliable plumber with great reviews.  After several calls I found Wally at Save Plumbing, he verified he could fit us in at the end of the day and even offered a senior discount which saved about $75 on the service.  He showed up on time and spoke to me over the phone throughout the process.  He completed the job in less than an hour, was very knowledgeable and explained the process to my M-I-L as he went through the service.  He sent pictures to verify completion and even replaced the sink drain casing at no additional cost.  I appreciate Wally and the customer service he provided to my elderly family members

very professional, they came really fast and also solved the problem that i was having, and the price that they gave me was great, im really happy with the job that they did. i'm for sure calling them again, also what i really like is that after the worker Sesar when he  finished he cleaned up everything wich i though was very professional from him and the company.

My refrigerator had an issue with ice build up at the back of the fridge, so I called in the morning to make an appointment, Kostas was able to come by on the same day to make the diagnostic and repair.  He was professional and price was reasonable.  I would definitely use Fuse HVAC and Appliance Repair again.  There is a reason they have some many positive reviews!

Marcos and his team were incredible -- they were prompt, quickly located the leak, and managed to get it repaired in the span of an afternoon. Throughout the detection process, he explained what they were investigating and why.

Rich recently installed a new hot water heater and fixed another problem under a sink. He responded very quickly to our call and was extremely efficient and courteous. He was also reasonably priced. I would give him 10 stars if I could. He could not have done it better.

I will give a five for service and nice people, but........my issue is back after a short while. After waiting quite some time for the special part....I am not excited to have to wait again.

The thing is, I do not have any special fixtures, I live in very basic and cookie cutter townhome (lest you think I am a tech multimillion airing my gripes...nope....just like you).

Nick is so nice and professional. He fixed my toilet super fast and it is working better then it ever has!!! For now on, I will be calling him for all my plumbing needs. He is a diamond in the rough.

We had an urgent water leak, consulted Yelp for help, and found Steve Davis.  Fortuitously he was nearby and able to arrive within about 20 minutes of our call.  He works efficiently and had the problem solved (cut a pipe, solder a pipe) in an hour.  Minus one star for a small mistake that was promptly fixed.  Steve communicates via phone and email.

I have only good things to say. They were accommodating to my schedule, showed up on time, professional, once seeing my toilet he knew the issue within a minute & fixed it within 10 minutes, and honored the rate we spoke about previously.

I needed a new water heater and fast! So I called Commando Plumbing. Sam showed up within an hour, who I might say is very handsome, buff and very professional. Service was quick and flawless. Sam was not only helpful but also very charming.

I can start by saying that use caution when dealing with these guys. The permit was pulled  11/1/16 and was finally signed off by the San Jose Inspector on 4/12/17.

Our experience started with the estimate.  The estimator (Bill) did a great job in outlining the process of repiping an older house and gave us our estimate promptly.  On wrinkle that we made was to request the installation of a tankless water heater a week before the guys arrived to start the project

The team arrived at the house promptly the first morning and started clearing out the old pipe and cutting holes in the walls to run the new pipe.  The guys worked quickly but I noticed that they were taking a shortcut by running the pipes that supplied the hose bibs through the vents.  Several vents were cut and I had them remove the pipes and run them through the exterior wall where they belonged.

Another crew arrived to repair the sheetrock.  We were satisfied with the quality of the work and our painter did not have any problems painting.

Everything was completed in four days and that is where things got bogged down.  The inspector ordered that the condensate from the tankless water heater was to be run to a gravel filled pit measuring 2'x2'x2' rather that on the concrete at the back of the garage. The inspector also required that they install a expansion tank near the hot water heater and perform a pressure test on the new gas line.

The crew installed the expansion tank and then called for another inspection.  It is important to note that they were not ready to perform the pressure test and had not dug the condensate pit. The reason the pit was not dug was because the owner of the plumbing company did not feel that is was necessary.

About a week later the inspector arrived for the third time and again asked to have the pressure test as well as have the condensate pit dug. The owner of the plumbing company argued with the inspector and the final word was that they needed to dig the condensate pit.

After numerous calls over several months the crew arrived and dug a condensation pit.  The owner came by the house and told me that he was digging the pit to Make me happy, I repeated to him that this was code specified and was what he needed to do. I felt that he still believed he was doing me a favor.

The fourth inspection failed due the how the pressure test was performed and how the condensate was run to the pit.  The owner of the plumbing company convinced the inspector to return later in the day.  The pressure test was finally performed and approved.

I made my final payment and hope that this is the last I will ever see of this company.
