My experience with these guys was very positive.

My entire plumbing system was completely backed up. I thought I fixed the issue the day before but the next day the issue got worse. it was about 5pm and we were desperate to get our plumbing issue fixed. My wife called several different places and none could come out. She finally found someone and that company was Davila Plumbing.

The worker came at about 6:30pm. We both search for the main drain and could not find it. Finally he went under the house and found it leading to the side of the house. Unfortunately, I had accidentally covered up by building a cobble stone walkway a few years later... LOL. The only way for the plumber to snake out the line was to go under the house with his snake which would have costed a nice pretty penny. The worker proposed a solution, which was to connect to the main line and pipe out a new line to the entrance of the house. This would save  anyone in the future from having to go under the house just to snake out the main line. It was an additional cost but in my opinion well worth it we I agreed. The plumber started at about 6:30pm and didn't finish till nearly 12 midnight. Wow, that was just awesome!

Cesar and Juan were efficient and completed the job quickly.  They even cleaned up after they were finished.  Wonderful customer service and everything was explained before they started so I understood exactly what they needed to do.

Aptos plumbing came to the rescue when we had a major septic issue / blockage. Bruce and his great crew of guys came in force and had all the right gear to isolate and repair.
Kept areas of work clean given they were digging major deep pits to find the issue, replaced my pavers ( and did a good job at it)
I added riser extensions (their suggestion) since I was deep into the project and am glad I did.
While I've seen posts about possible higher costs from Aptos, you get what pay for, I paid for urgent need, excellent service and got it.

This is really prompt and really professional company for all plumbing needs. I had to get new Gas Pipe drawn for the kitchen and the team at Plumbing Care showed up on time and gave he quote. They scheduled the job and got the entire thing done in one straight day. Very thorough, clean and in the process they helped fixing fence in the lawn. Emil and his partner were great.. I would definitely recommend them if you want to get the job done Right and On time...

Wow! Where do I even begin? Wally is extremely knowledgeable and is able to explain the situation in a manner you can understand. He is extremely efficient and has great customer service. I highly recommend having Wally as you're go to person for any plumbing issues.

Hey Edgar that was 22 minutes, not 20 minutes!

Yes, that's correct. The plumber took 2 minutes longer than he estimated. Okay okay, I can live with that!  

Seriously, the professional young man, Edgar, was very quick at a garbage disposal installation.

This company is a little different than other contractors. They first provide an estimate at no cost or obligation to you. Then you can decide if you want to proceed.

So Edgar checked out the new disposal to make sure it would fit properly, which it did. I authorized the repair, and Edgar noted that it would take about 20 minutes. I was pretty sure it would take me 20 hours, so this seemed like a good trade-off.

After he got the new disposal installed, he carefully checked to make sure there was no leaking from the sinks or the dishwasher.  Yay!  can now use my garbage disposal!

So all in all a professional, courteous job at a competitive price. Plus, no extra charge for those two minutes.

PGE came and said our water heater Grommet was broken, and had to be replaced. Recommended we replace the entire water heater, which Oleksii did fantastically well by himself. Also was able to hire him to repair our old garbage disposal that stopped working for the past six months. Grateful for his friendly communication, attitude, and personality. Even the phone call I had with them were amazing, coordinating a time to come was very easy and simple and they made me feel prioritized.

We had a new leak that nobody could find but they were able to come out and quickly locate the leak. They were very quick and efficient and helped fix our problem when no one else could.

Mike and his crew are incredible. After moving in, I was in search for a reliable plumber to help tackle a number of projects in our new home. His team has installed a water softener, filtration, worked on a bathroom remodel in our primary bathroom (shower, sinks, and new toilet)...but the biggest and most impressive work was the pipe and drain work in my home bar, The Lost Grotto.

The goal was to have a fully working sink, ice machine with drainage, and a bar rail drain with glass rinsing station. Mike's team worked with my desired layout, and the result is beautiful copper pipe and drain work under the bar.

I was stood up today by San Jose Plumbing. It's a Saturday, and I really needed a plumber to come out for a couple of very leaky faucets. Thank you San Jose Plumbing for wasting 2 and a half hours of my time waiting for you! No call either saying they weren't coming out. Very unprofessional!!!!!

George has met our plumbing needs many times, always with good result.  He provided same-day service today for a clogged kitchen drain, putting our kitchen back in service.  We always ask for George.

I had an overflowing toilet and called Plumbing 911. They were out right away and cleared my toilet using some kind of hand snake thing. The price was very reasonable and they gave me some tips on how to prevent a clog in the future. I will use Plumbing 911 again.

Found this company based on great YELP reviews and was not disappointed. Edwin showed up on time, had his mask on before he even got out of his vehicle (thank you for the consideration!), and have me an estimate to replace a toilet in a 3rd bathroom. The one I wanted was at Home Depot. He agreed to buy it and pick it up for just the cost of the new one with no additional mark up (nice). Installation was seamless. I even asked him if he could change out the water supply lines under the toilet and the sink for the earthquake ones (for a fee) which he did. I have his business card tape inside the medicine cabinet in that bathroom so I can easily call him for the next project. Very professional, which is getting tougher to find these days with independent contractors. Happy to provide a little extra revenue to a local family business, especially in these times.

Steve Davis of Davis Plumbing was unbelievably helpful over the phone (he called us back right away) in diagnosing a curious plumbing problem. Originally we thought it was the water heater, and we were ready to buy a new one., but it turned out to be the recirculating pump. He saved us lots of time and money! He's very knowledgeable and I highly recommended him.

We had a 130 foot, 70 year old main sewer line that had filled with roots and wasn't level anymore.  It had to be completely replaced which required half trenchless and half a brand new trench.  I got multiple estimates and the On Time Plumbing team was very competitive.   They did the work efficiently, on time  :-), and with excellent attention to detail and very high quality.   I would recommend them to my friends and family in a heartbeat.

Highly recommend these guys. I messaged them about a gas leak we had with our stove, and they were here within two hours.  The issue was identified immediately and resolved within a few hours. Prices were also very reasonable compared to the other quotes we received. Super happy with their work!

I developed a leak in my home and called a plumber.  I was told they could stop the leak, but the Kitec plumbing in my home needed to be removed, and my house repiped.  I got several quotes, and after speaking with a neighbor, who had just done the same work, I chose Advanced Repiping Specialist.   They started right on schedule and after the repiping the patching of the drywall was quickly started.    They even patched the drywall from the original leak!  The process took longer than I expected, but in the end, it all turned out very well.
