Long story below. Short story is that their plumber failed to properly install a toilet. We now have close to $10k in damages and these plumbers will not admit fault or help with damages. Unethical and incompetent.

A plumber failed to install a toilet. The flush water had been leaking above my kitchen ceiling for months. We noticed water damage and the same plumber came over to take a look. He blamed the manufacturer of the toilet. We replaced the tank but not the bowl. It leaked for several more months. The ceiling caved in and fecal and urine water splashed all over kitchen. There was extensive mold. Remediation experts ran dehumidifiers and air filters to dry it all out and used chemicals to disinfect. Contractors redid the sheetrock, insulation, cabinets, lighting, paint, etc. 2.5 months later we are close to $10k in costs not including having to eat out and the electricity costs of running industrial equipment 24/7 for weeks. Maybe they have done good work for others but this is an disastrous failure.

I choose The Plumbing Guys from Yelp because of the 5 Stars review, and it definitely proven. I got Eric and his team helped me re-piping my house, they get it done in two days plus re-organized my laundry area, installed a new utility tub and the shower faucet. Eric is very knowledgeable, friendly, and efficient! His team made the work beautifully done, my garage now looks clean and organized. The price is reasonable too. I highly recommend this plumbing company!

Ruben Ochoa from Alert Plumbing did a fantastic job clearing a very challenging clog in my kitchen sink.  I had another plumber come earlier in the week and he couldn't clear the clog. Ruben was professional, wore a mask and put in the extra effort needed to get the job done right! Thank you!!!

Really great people, very personable and knowledgeable-- tried to save us money and didn't charge us for a little side thing I needed done. Showed up on time and was eager to explain what was wrong. Reasonably priced. Earned our business tenfold. Highly recommend this company.

Don't know who gave Plumbing Care of San Ramon 5 stars or any stars,
but my experience is real:
Called them and clearly explained that toilet was leaking and needed to replace wax ring! Was told that will be done same day and given 2 hours window for an appointment. Nobody showed up. Called them again: office said that tech was busy. Shouldn't they notify customers of any delays on their part?
Later tech called, office never. An hour later technician showed up and said -not aware of any delays! Said - can't do today, bcz don't have parts - wax ring for toilet? Really? The appointment was to replace the ring. Besides, any plumber usually has it on the truck.
4.5 hours of wasted time, job not done, toilet not operational! No call from the office to even apologize.
If you value your time and want your job done, don't bother with their services, enough plumbing services around who respect customers.
Btw their charges appear to be higher than most. Maybe that is why they don't quote their hourly rate over the phone, as others.

Wally and his assistant worked on a major leak in my bathroom and installed a new kitchen faucet.  They were professional, and did an excellent job.  They also are honest and fair with their pricing.  I will definitely use them to service my home again!!!

Our water heater was leaking and called Magnificent Plumbing and thank god we did. They came in 30 mins. Told us we needed a new water heater and that our old one was cracked. They were able to replace a new one and also created a new pump in case the water heater leaked again. Francisco did an amazing job and all in one day. I would definitely recommend Magnificent Plumbing. Great service!

I emailed Fuse HVAC at 1pm today and by 6pm my oven was fixed and dinner was cooking. Thank you to Felix for getting it done quickly and satisfactorily. Given these uncertain times I was pleased to see him wearing gloves and a mask the entire time. I will use again of the need ever arises and would recommend as well. Thanks!

We have used this company several times and refer them to all our clients. They always go above and beyond and are very fairly priced but most of all have a faster turnaround time than anyone in the leak detection industry.

Over the years I've had several different plumbers come to my house to unplug the drains in my old house - built in 1961. I called Rich Briscoe and he was at my house to unplug my shower drain within an hour even though he had a full day of business already booked. He quickly assessed my problem and got to work. In the process he did what no other plumber has ever done that came to unplug my drains. He inspected the way my plumbing was constructed and showed me why I keep having the same issues. He described how my pipes should be replaced from old metal to new PVC because the old metal pipes get rusted up inside and create places for various things that go down the drain to latch on and build up whereas PVC is smooth and never rusts!
Rich has over 30 years of experience building plumbing systems, repairing, and cleaning them. With this plumbing construction knowledge he also was able to show me how if we just reconfigure our plumbing system things will flow much better and there will be less chances for the inevitable clog. Not only does Rich do great work he is priced reasonably and was the lowest quote I found after several calls. I finally found a great plumber. I highly recommend Rich Briscoe for any plumbing work!

My water heater went out with water pouring into the garage.  The office dispatched a tech and the new water heater was installed a few hours later.  Great service and the price was fair.

For me, Nick did not work out.  It was a small job and I could understand if he did not want to take it.  But to make and break appointments and not follow up on commitments is a waste of time for all.  This was my second time to request help from Nick and both times a 1 star experience.

These guys are the best. We needed all new water lines, and they re-plumbed the entire house with new copper, installed new washer and dryer hook-ups all in one day, at a very competitive and reasonable price. Soon after, we had a sewer line issue, they came back and addressed that issue in half a day. We will always use them.

Steve is my first call for any plumbing issue. He's handled small jobs like my recent scrub brush down the toilet to large ones like replacing the leaking shower controls which required breaking through the wall.

Steve's responsive, efficient, and detail oriented. He leaves thing just like he finds them, except working.

Eddie arrived promptly and assessed the issues I'd called them for (leaky toilet, clogged shower and dripping sink). He provided a quote and I chose to move forward with just the toilet repair & shower drain. The toilet water knob and an internal part were replaced quickly and efficiently. The total cost was higher than I initially expected but the quality of work and the team's professionalism made it worthwhile. Thanks!

Our plumber showed up on time and fixed our sink that has been a constant problem. It works great and we will definitely call them back in the future if we have any other problems.
