I called Davila for help clearing the line for my macerator (yuk), Josh actually had to build an adapter on the fly to fit his blowbag.  

He was responsible and kept us informed as to when he would be here, a lesson other plumbers could learn.

Our sewer backed up on new year day :( and we called The Plumbing guys next day Morning. They managed to send Eric to our home that morning. (I called several plumbing company. The plumbing guys is the only one can send technician out ASAP)
After inspection, Eric suggested us to call city Sanitation instead of spending $350 because the problem should be out of our property line and city sanitation should be responsible for that. We followed his suggestion and city sanitation did confirm what Eric told us. We had our blockage solved without breaking out bank.

We had a Sunday night emergency of the water heater shut down.
I called Alert Plumbing Sunday eve and was told the technician will be by tomorrow between 9 and 11 am.
Ruben showed up on time and proceeded to diagnose my problem. He asked what I had done and then proceeded to inspect and trouble shoot the problem. He got the heater burner working and consulted  with an other manufacturing expert and concluded that the heater was working properly. His timely arrival and professional expertise was greatly appreciated. He went out of his way to consult another expert and left satisfied that the problem was corrected.
I would recommend him highly.

Needed to fix a down tank-less water heater and had no idea who to call. Plumbing Care, Inc. was one of the recommended plumbers from the manufacturer and I gave them a call. It was already late in the afternoon, but they were able to get there the same day. They did not charge for the trip or to look at the problem and give me a quote to repair on the spot. The price was extremely reasonable and the hot water was back within 24 hours of going out. Eric was extremely helpful, professional had great communication with me. Would highly recommend and will be using again.

This review is well overdue! I have used Renee a total of 4 times and tonight he blew me away. I called him at 5:30 pm on the night before thanksgiving. I had no hot water to bathe my 3 kids or cook dinner tomorrow night. He told me to send him pics, he had the part and he would be there in an hour. One hour later at 715pm my problems are solved. I don't know if he is the cheapest as I don't call anybody else anymore but I do know he is the most efficient and service oriented. Kudos Renee! Happy Thanksgiving!

Marcos was superb on a very challenging job.
We had some water damage and hired multiple plumbers and remediation contractors to come out to find the source of the leak.  Nobody was able to find it, much to our disappointment.  However, Marcos succeeded, with his dedicated effort and good intuition.
Furthermore, Marcos is great with his communication and promptness.  We are very pleased to have found him.

Mike and his crew were great! He was clear and upfront about everything.  He came in and fixed a lingering issue we'd been having that my own general contractor couldn't. Really good work - they know their craft.

Rich did a great job fixing our leaking kitchen sink pipes and installing a new faucet.  He is professional, personable, and reasonable with his fees.  He seems to be very busy no doubt because of the quality of his work.

5PM on a Sunday no Water in the House and the Kids had Picture Day on Monday.

So I am one of those guys that's knows enough to handle little repairs but is also smart enough to throw in the towel when I know the fix is over my head.  After 4 hours of trying to repair a leak I needed help and looked to Yelp to find a Plumbing Company with good reviews.  

San Jose Plumbing was the first company on the list and they had many great reviews.  After my initial call San Jose Plumbing called me back and said they had someone free and they could be at my house in an hour.  

Daryl from San Jose Plumbing called before he arrived at my house and greeted me with a smile and firm handshake.  He got to work right away and took care of my leak quickly. Daryl cleaned up after the repair even handing me some of the tools I left in the attic after my failed attempt.  
San Jose Plumbing had great customer service from the initial call to the completion of the work.

The best compliment I can offer is that they have earned a new customer for all of my future plumbing needs.

George from Miramar Plumbing has helped out us with several projects over the years, including two plumbing emergencies: shower valves, a leaking hot water heater, and a blocked drain. He's a fantastic guy. His work is always excellent and reasonably priced. Johnny, who works with him, is also friendly and professional. Highly recommended!

Our kitchen sink backed up in the evening and we were scrambling to find someone to fix the issue that same evening. I called a few places and no one was able to help, until I got a hold of Nick. Nick was getting ready to go home for the evening, but he could tell how badly we needed to get things fixed, and so he agreed to drive over (40 min drive) and make the needed repairs. He was incredibly professional and nice. Our pipes ended up having to be replaced too and Nick went to Home Depot so he could finish the repairs that same evening. We were really happy with his services and would highly recommend him.

I normally do not write reviews for products or services. However, I want to give credit where credit is due to this excellent plumbing service. I got their contact information from Yelp and called them to help me resolve a clogged patio storm drain. The telephone receptionist was helpful and immediately scheduled a visit by their technician. She said he would arrive between 12 PM and 2 PM. The appointment was for the next day. Imagine my surprise when the technician Edwin and his partner Milton pulled up at 12:01 PM. They took a look at my problem and gave me a clear proposal on the spot. I was surprised at the expense quoted, which was $1600 for the first two hours of work and $500 per hour there after. Edwin assured me that they could finish the job in under two hours. Despite my concern about the high price, I went ahead and approve the job. Edwin and his partner showed up on the appointed time literally within one minute of the scheduled time with all the equipment they needed. They set out to do the job, and an hour and 15 minutes later the storm drain was completely unclogged, all debris was picked up and the transaction was finished. I was very impressed with their professionalism and would recommend Warranted Plumbing Services to anyone who needs plumbing services.

I have known Steve Davis for several years. So when my toilet overflowed he was my go-to person. He called back and 20 minutes later he was at my front door. He snaked my toilet and voila, I was much relieved and a happy customer. Once he arrives I know he will stay till whatever the problem I had is resolved. Thanks Steve.

On Time Plumbing is actually a very appropriate name for this company. We had an emergency situation, where all our plumbing was backing up an hour before we were supposed to leave on our vacation. They said they would arrive in 30-45 minutes, which they did, and they cleaned out the clog in 15 minutes.

Because this was an emergency, I thought for sure we would charged double the standard price, but their final charge was actually less than what I would have considered a standard charge! I gave them a nice tip, because they were absolute life-savers: They arrived quickly, resolved the issue quickly, and didn't charge a ridiculous price. I will definitely call them again for any plumbing issue I might have in the future.

Our sewer line backed up and we found out it was broken. It was an old ceramic pipe that the tree roots had finally broken up in several places. I got 3 estimates for a trenchless replacement sewer pipe from our yard to the property line and decided to go with Commando Plumbing. Victor came and did the estimate and also was willing to do the asphalt repair after the replacement since it went through our driveway. Victor was always professional. He responded quickly to any messages I left. He got the permits and supervised the inspections (that all passed). It's now all up to code and operating properly. We only had to have our water off for a couple of hours one day. Our yard was not dug up nor the tree roots much disturbed. Any unexpected delays were met with persistence and a positive attitude. I would use Commando Plumbing again and recommend them to others.

They did a good job of the re-piping, but subsequent leaks and other small fixes were ignored. After a couple calls, they even stopped picking up the phone.
I would not recommend them unless you expect the job will be done so well that there is zero chance of needing a followup visit.
