I had these guys install my gas cooktop and downdraft exhaust fan. It was a small job, but they were very prompt and polite. I would use them again.

The might be good if they ever show up for the job.
Called about a plugged kitchen drain Friday after Thanksgiving and were very glad to get an appointment between noon and 3pm same day. The plumber never came in the scheduled time.

Called them again and were told the plumber tried to call us. This is not true. My wife and I were both home all day and if for some unforeseen reason we missed his call our answering machine was on and  we have caller ID. The office said they would call us back if they needed to reschedule.

Never got the promised call back, so we have a plugged kitchen sink all weekend because they could not fulfill they commitment and bother to show up or call us back.

I was dreading the day, but my 25 year old water heater finally quit on me.  I looked on yelp and saw that Plumbing Care had really high ratings and gave them a call. Since my water heater wasn't leaking and just not producing hot water, I set an appointment for 3pm the following day.  

The next morning it had sprung a leak!  I called Plumbing Care and they were so kind as to move my appointment up to that morning.  What a relief!  My concern was that the leak would get into the wall, and that would be a whole other problem.  

When Vince arrived, he shut everything off and drained the tank.  He explained everything step by step.  Since my water heater was up on a 2-3 foot platform and 75 gallons, he informed me that he would have to wait for help.  While waiting for the tank to drain, he left to pick up his other two coworkers and said he would be back at 3pm.  They were back at 3pm on the dot and proceeded to disconnect and remove the old water heater and install the new one.  By that night, I had a brand new water heater installed.  And he even cleaned up the water that was on the platform!

Plumbing Care gave me peace of mind knowing that everything was taken care of!  Thanks guys!

We called Save Plumbing on friday night and Wally the owner came over right away and assessed the issue.  The water heater is over 20 years old and had developed a leak in the casing so it needed to be replaced.  He was back the next day with the new water heater and completed the installation quickly.  A couple of months later the water heater stopped working and I called Save Plumbing.  Wally came over in the morning.  The water heater had an internal component go bad and he said that its under warrantee from the manufacturer but it would take weeks to get the part.  He was able to get the part that same day and completed the repair in the afternoon.  He did this without charge.  Amazing service and they stand behind their work, rare to find these days.  I highly recommend Save Plumbing.

Simply put, the best plumber we've worked with in the East Bay Area. Replaced our lateral sewer line, communicating along the way, cleaning everything up, and charging a reasonable amount. I highly recommend the company.

Sergiu patiently and professionally melted away the iceberg that blocked the back panel and failed fan for over 2 hours. No mess, everything reassembled correctly. The new part works, we have a freezer and ice again. We will use Fuse again.

Marcos and his team were incredible -- they were prompt, quickly located the leak, and managed to get it repaired in the span of an afternoon. Throughout the detection process, he explained what they were investigating and why.

We were really pleased with Redwood Pipe and Drain. We wanted to start moving into our new house and they were able to start the next week and tackle the whole job: new copper pipe, installation of on-demand hot water in different location, water softener, redo drainage, relocation of washer/dryer. His crew were friendly and they worked really well together. We were really pleased that Mike and his team did the work and left the yard just as they found it. The coordination with subs (electrical, sheetrock) was seamless. All that work an they were in and out in less than a week!

Great job done quickly and professionally.  Pricing was good!  Had dishwasher and disposal replaced. Rich took the time to explain how the new ones worked.  Very happy and will definitely use again!!

I called San Jose Plumbing a couple of days ago to replace my kitchen faucet and soap soap dispenser. Kevin did fantastic job and did some extra work as well! They are very professional and honest as well as reasonable.

He is very knowledgeable and such a trustworthy Technician!  He gained our trust and made a great impression upon his arrival and fixed an issue with a Navien Tankless Water Heater in less than an hour! It is worth mentioning that he came to help us cleaning the mess that 2 other companies' representatives created for us without having the knowledge and experience with these high tech units!  I have to mention that I have called few other companies before calling Warranted Plumbing but as soon as I explained the situation they stated that they are not able to help me for someone else already touched the unit!  But Warranted had no hesitation since they know their job inside out!

Steve is someone I've relied upon for many years. He's always willing to work and he's honest!

Sam installed a Toto Ultramax II for me in an upstairs bathroom. The experience was awesome:
- Charged for the full job, not hourly, which I find much easier to deal with
- Very responsive over Yelp / SMS / phone
- Scheduling was simple
- Work was good and efficient
- He was able to move toilets up and down stairs with no issues (I had other plumbers charge extra for this)

Would definitely work with again.

I'm thoroughly impressed with these folks. We did a complete repipe of our 1961 built home and Ramiro and his crew knocked it out in two days. Working with Aaron with the estimate and scheduling was a  breeze. I highly recommend these folks. AAA+++
