Very professional! We dealt with a shady vendor and after multiple horrible visits we finally got Davila to come out and actually find the issue instead of throwing darts. I was referred to Plumbing Care by a few of my neighbors in my subdivision. We had the original Takagi tankless water heater which was about 15 years old.

It was taking anywhere from 2-3 minutes to get hot water to the faucets/showers from my tankless water heater due to the way the house was built. I had Martin come out and he was able to give me a solution and assured me there will be a 60-70% improvement in my hot water delivery.

He installed a brand new Rinnai 199 tankless water heater for us including a timer. We installed the bypass valve in our kitchen sink. We now have instant hot water in our kitchen sink and get hot water throughout the rest of the house anywhere between 20 seconds- 1 minute. This is a huge improvement from before and we're so glad we did it. We kicked ourselves for not doing it sooner since we've been dealing with it for over 4 years.

Martin is very detail oriented and a perfectionist. He uses top quality products and doesn't do any shortcuts. He was very thorough in explaining everything at the end. To top it off, he's very personable and nice. He gave us great suggestions on maintenance and he even registered the warranty for us with Rinnai. This is by far the best service we've received by anyone. We will definitely be using Plumbing Care from now on.

My main valve to my house was broken. Rene came to help quickly. He was responsive quick and efficient.
He also went out of his way to help me fix some other irrigation pipelines and valves. Added additional valves to system to make it more reliable. They are prompt and efficient. They also keep their schedule perfectly fine. They are always on time.
They are good value for your money aswell.

This was the BEST plumbing experience I've had in my life.  It was Tuesday, and I had been without water since Saturday! My home warranty company sent out the first guy late Tuesday afternoon. He refused to fix my leaking water heater, despite the fact it was STILL LEAKING. I called Rich in tears and he arrived in less than 30 minutes, fixed the issue, and gave me a fair price. He truly saved the day. I will only be using him from now on.

Update on the work they did four years ago to install French drains and two outdoor sump pumps...in the heavy rains this winter, one of the sump pumps failed.  They came back out and at a managerial level agreed to replace the pump with an even stronger one, at no cost.  The plumber Hammer worked very hard and labored through the rain. The new pump has valiantly operated through the waves of storms which have since been occurring, including ones dropping three inches of rain in a day.  And throughout the past few years, the French drains have operated magnificently.

One hopefully constructive suggestion (the only reason I am not providing another five star review): they showed up two hours later than their appointment window.  I can see from other reviewers that SJP has stood them up or been delayed.  It should be an easy, standard practice for their plumbers to simply phone in if they are likely to run late in a job and have a central dispatcher apprise the clients lined up for later in the day, so customers can adjust their plans and get errands or other things done rather than waste hours in a day waiting for a plumber who already knows he is running late.  This small investment of effort is not just courteous, but would also increase tips, business, and ensure more positive feedback for attracting other potential customers.

George is wonderful, careful, precise and does things right.

We had a leak in a pipe joint behind the drywall in our bathroom.  One of the best contractors in the area said we should call George to fix it.  We did and could not be happier.

We needed some toilets and faucets replaced and Luis did a fantastic job.  He encountered some hitches with our set-up but took the time to get everything installed beautifully.  The price was fair and he made sure everything was clean when he finished.  I'll be using them again down the road when the need arises.

Called Steve Davis of Davis Plumbing to handle three plumbing problems - bathroom where the hot water handle broke and water burst all over - bathroom where a sink was not holding.
