I am incredibly satisfied with the work done by Keith and the other workers with The Plumbing Guys. I called and they came out for a free estimate and then were able to start work the following day after I accepted. They replaced all of the old existing cast iron pipes and a new supply for a sink and dishwasher all within ONE DAY! Amazing. They were very nice and professional. 10 out of 10. Great work.

Ruben's team at Alert Plumbing has just helped us on re-piping the cold and hot water line, and they changed a new sewer line for us as well. They are very professional and nice to work with. Ruben also helped us found the two blockages between the drain in our house and the city's, and replaced a new one for us. They completed this big project for us timely with 35-year warranty. If some thing happens, Ruben promised me they would come and fix it within 2 days. They have done a great job. I really appreciate it!

Bruce with Aptos Plumbing did an outstanding job. They were quick to respond to our request to have a water softener installed and were out here promptly to put it in. It's running great. I had a problem with my irrigation system and called them. It wasn't an emergency but Dimitri came out on a Saturday.  He was very polite but couldn't determine the exact cause.  He gave me an  estimate on what he thought the problem might be but stipulated  that he couldn't guarantee that the fix would eliminate the problem.  There was no cost for the visit.

I was impressed with Dimitri's honesty and professionalism.  Though I didn't get the problem fixed, it wasn't due to a lack of effort and I would have no problem using them again.  It was especially appreciated that they didn't charge to come out, take a look, and give an estimate.

Just recently moved in to a house and had some issues with our main sewer line. While running the washing machine for the first time, we found water coming up out of the shower drain and bubbles in the toilet with water leaking out of the base of it as well.

Quickly went to Yelp and decided to give Save Plumbing a call since it had so many good reviews. Wally picked up my call right away. Was able to assess the situation over the phone, gave me a respectable price range, and told me he could come by later on the same day.

Glad I found this plumbing company. Wally is a great guy and definitely provides quality work. He is punctual, very knowledgeable and informative. He is very courteous and professional as well. I would definitely recommend this company!

Awesome service and quick reply. I have had them out to my house 3 times over the past few months for various problems and each time they have been professional, showed up on time, and given me a fair price for services rendered. In one instance, I ended up needing to buy a whole new faucet for my laundry room sink because they were not able to fix it but I didn't have the faucet on hand. They didn't charge me for that visit and came back the next day to put the new faucet in once I was able to go to home depot to purchase it. Highly recommend!

Fast response with my inquiry, was able to send out a technician within an hour and even has a deal for the service fee. The technician, Nik, was really kind and patient. He made sure that he waited that everything was running well. He looked at all possible reasons why our furnace was shutting down.

I called Fuse to get a second opinion as another company was wanting me to spend $3,600 to replace our supply ducts and replace our 8-year-old furnace. I knew something was fishy then. I'm glad that Fuse came and confirmed that the other company was bogus on selling us work that we didn't need to be done.

Marcos was responsive & helpful! He found the leak within minutes of arriving, despite the fact that we also had a leaky shower valve. Turns out it was just a leaky landscape valve!

I would highly recommend this company.  We are in the middle of a total remodel and could not count on the previous plumber to show up.  These guys stepped in, were totally professional and did what we needed, basically re-ran everything and hooked up our tankless water heater and scaler, in the time frame they had quoted.

Awesome job.  Came out within an hour of my call to fix a blocked drain.  Identified some corroded pipes (even though the house is relatively new) and changed those for me too.

The cost was very reasonable. My experience with  plumbers in the past has tended to leave me feeling like I have been taken for a ride.  

Not this time.  I would not hesitate to use Briscoe again.

We had a great experience with Darryl from San Jose Plumbing.

Well, the overall experience was a nightmare of course, but, Darryl did all he could to help us through it.  The story...  Our 3-year-old water heater burst early on a Thursday morning, with water flooding the garage.  I called San Jose Plumbing, possibly waking up whoever answered.  An hour later Darryl showed up, determined the heater was under warranty, helped dry out the garage, and replaced the heater.  Next morning -- hot water, whew!  But Saturday morning -- no hot water!  Can you believe the brand new, replacement heater died due to a defective digital gas valve?  Darryl came back, called the manufacturer and arranged for them to send a replacement valve.

Unfortunately the valve would be sent out by FedEx on Monday, not arriving until Tuesday.  So four mornings without hot water!  Darryl tried everything he could to get us a temporary unit -- it didn't happen, but at least he tried.  Tuesday the part arrived, he came back, installed it and we're up and running fine now.  Throughout the process he was just great to deal with and was very apologetic about all the problems (none of which were his fault).

I'd definitely call San Jose Plumbing again.

We had a rusted P Trap and drain on an old bathroom sink, and Miramar came out on Monday and repaired it.  It got us back running in no time.  Highley recommend Miramar Plumbing.

I had an overflowing toilet and called Plumbing 911. They were out right away and cleared my toilet using some kind of hand snake thing. The price was very reasonable and they gave me some tips on how to prevent a clog in the future. I will use Plumbing 911 again.

I just bought a new home and, in the process of getting it ready to move in, I had the opportunity to meet Steve Davis.  While the home was new for me, it itself wasn't brand new.  So, there were several items that needed attention.  The home inspection reports detailed some of these.  But, in the process of reviewing the home myself, I found several more issues.

Steve worked with me to address the items originally detailed in the inspections.  But, as I found new issues, he came out and addressed each of the new items, too.

There were plumbing as well as grouting and caulking issues that needed to be addressed.  Steve made everything he worked on look brand new.  I'm very pleased with all of his work.  In fact, I'm glad I now know someone whom I can turn to when an inevitable plumbing problem arises.

Always satisfied with the service from this company. I have used them multiple times now.
They were always responsive, on-time (they are On Time Plumbing), gave accurate estimate, and completed the works well.
Some of the works they did: replacing few bathroom sinks, fixing the blockage under the kitchen sink, installing bathroom faucets. I am thinking of having them come back to replace the bathtub. Will update the review again after that.

Had a great experience dealing with Sam. He called 20mins before he arrived to say that he's on his way which I thought was very courteous. Would recommend.

i was very impressed with this company.  We had our entire house re-piped from pex pipes to copper due to many leaks we had with the pex pipes.  Ramiro was very professional and gave us an accurate quote and realistic timeline for the job.  They were excellent and stayed on schedule.  They were also very neat while doing the work (protected floors, etc).  Once the job was complete, they quickly patched up the walls and re-textured perfectly.  The staff were all very professional and polite.  During the process, they offered to change our shower faucets since the walls were opened up, as it would be a good time for that if we wanted it.  We now have new shower faucets and pipes that provide immediate hot water and are thrilled with the work done.  I can't recommend them enough.
