We rent a house. We got our sewage clogged and sewage hatch was flooded and there was *really* dirty poodle with bad smell.
So, I requested maintenance from my property management at noon, and around 5pm guys from Davila called me (twice) and scheduled the visit in an hour. Joshua came and did all the work! He was very nice, wearing mask, keeping distance, not entering home (all done on front yard). He asked just couple of questions.
I am completely satisfied by his work.
Just perfect experience - made request, got visit scheduled by phone and got all work done.

I called Aaron about a sewage back up -- he was very professional, honest and
informative. He could have easily come out and charged for his services, but instead
encouraged me to call the city for the problem since they could fix it for free.
He gave a lot of advise on what needed to be done and was very helpful.
If I have any more problems in the future, I will not hesitate to give him a call.
Highly recommended.

Danny Ochoa has given us great service.  He did a copper repipe of our home, as well as replaced the sewer line to the street, and everything was done satisfactorily and on time.

He also did sewer line replacement for our church, and whenever we had questions or needed him to come and check on something, he always came right out.

He's not like some contractors who, after he is paid, you can never get a hold of him again.  Danny is a true professional, taking pride in his work.  I cannot recommend him enough.

We had personally tried replacement of our toilet wax ring only to have it fail two times.  We called Aptos Plumbing and they determined that there were plumbing issues in the pipes below the toilet and the adjacent toilet in another bathroom.  They arrived around noon and worked steadily to repair the waste plumbing below both of our toilets until they completed the work at around 8pm.  Justin, Jose and Bruce did an excellent job of evaluating and repairing the failing plumbing.  We had company coming to stay with us that evening and Aptos Plumbing stayed with the project until it was done so that we would have functioning toilets.  Good work guys!  We are very appreciative of their abilities and professionalism.  Thanks to Todd, the owner, also for coordinating the job.

The toilets in the house started backing up late Sunday night. Tried the usual remedies from online to no avail. Called Plumbing Care first thing Monday morning when they opened. They gave me a window from 11am- 1pm to show up and check it out. Bill, one of the technician, was there right at 11am.

He troubleshooted things and installed 2 new toilets in the process. Very knowledgeable and personable too. Will be calling Plumbing Care for other plumbing needs in the future.

Wally is great!! Very pleased with my service call. I called him on Friday and I was able to get a next day appointment (it was a non urgent request) to replace a garbage disposal and kitchen faucet. I really appreciated his ETA status when he would get to the house. He was professional and efficient. I definitely will use Save Plumbing again!

So we are finally getting our kitchen fully repaired post-COVID and we forgot to call Magnificent Plumbing to reconnect our fridge waterline pipe - our bad - they needed to have us call them for that final step!  My wife called, and the original team came out in...like 30 minutes after our call to them - 30 minutes!!!!....They went in and finalized the connection while our contractor and his team was still here.  We lost no time in finishing our repairs thanks to Magnificent Plumbing.  They are awesome!

I wanted to have an EV charger installed, and contacted Fuse through Yelp; they responded immediately, and I had a virtual estimate call within a few hours.
The estimator was very professional and patient with my questions, and explained every part of the job and gave me recommendations to keep my costs down while still getting what I was looking for.

The job was then scheduled within a few days, and Tim was on time, very professional, and very knowledgable. The job had some complications (that were not the company's fault), and Tim took the time to work around them while explaining what he was doing. He even took time to hide the cabling behind a wall (without my asking) because he obviously took pride in his work!

Despite the increased complexity, I wasn't charged anything extra. I had a great experience with something I wasn't very familiar with, and strongly recommend Fuse.

We have used this company several times and refer them to all our clients. They always go above and beyond and are very fairly priced but most of all have a faster turnaround time than anyone in the leak detection industry.

Mike and his crew are incredible. After moving in, I was in search for a reliable plumber to help tackle a number of projects in our new home. His team has installed a water softener, filtration, worked on a bathroom remodel in our primary bathroom (shower, sinks, and new toilet)...but the biggest and most impressive work was the pipe and drain work in my home bar, The Lost Grotto.

The goal was to have a fully working sink, ice machine with drainage, and a bar rail drain with glass rinsing station. Mike's team worked with my desired layout, and the result is beautiful copper pipe and drain work under the bar.

The Redwood Pipe and Drain team is fast, efficient, and delivers high quality work at a reasonable price. They are experts, and the work reflects it! Definitely my go-to, and highly recommended for your pipe and drain needs.

Awesome job.  Came out within an hour of my call to fix a blocked drain.  Identified some corroded pipes (even though the house is relatively new) and changed those for me too.

The cost was very reasonable. My experience with  plumbers in the past has tended to leave me feeling like I have been taken for a ride.  

Not this time.  I would not hesitate to use Briscoe again.

Two years ago they installed a new water heater for me.  I was out of state traveling and we have a tenant so I had to get it done on the spot.  I paid these guys $1250.  The water heater came with a six year warranty.  Two days ago the thermocouple went out and we had no hot water.

The manufactures warranty card said I could call the installer and they would be able to take care of the warranty details.  So I called them, and told them I needed a warranty repair.  They lady on the phone looked up my info to confirm they installed it and that it was under warranty, then said she would squeeze us in the next day.

When Jason the technician arrived he had a poor attitude.  His first comment to me was they were not even supposed to be there doing this warranty repair.  I was a little stunned but figured I would leave him alone and let him do his thing.  

After the work was done he presented the bill for $145 and I noticed he had charged me for the part (which was supposed to be under warranty)!  When I asked Jason about this he dismissed me saying I had to call the manufacturer directly in order for the part to be covered under warranty.  I guess he's never read the warranty card on the water heaters he installs.  I complained but didn't fight him over it because the part was $25 and I just wanted hot water, but I felt bait and switched and taken advantage of.  

I would not recommend this place to a friend.  The only reason i am giving them two stars instead of one is he did find a small gas leak right by the water heater while he was fixing it.  That was appreciated.

Plumbing 911 is great.  Being a two man shop, they keep their costs down yet have the equipment of larger companies.  They came out to my house on a Friday night and snaked a drain that was clogged for a reasonable fee.  Knowledgeable and licensed, I won't hesitate to call them the next time I need a plumber or the sewer line snaked.

Edwin replaced my garbage disposal. He was on time and very professional. I would recommend him highly.

Steve is someone I've relied upon for many years. He's always willing to work and he's honest!

Garbage disposal was leaky and smelly.  I called around and others were either not available, or very expensive.  On Time Plumbing met my needs... I bought a replacement myself and had him do the install.  He was quick, but not rushed.  Very happy and labor fee was reasonable.

I've had three different plumbing companies fix the plumbing under my kitchen sink. In one case the pipe fell off after a fix. The pipe began leaking and Victor at Commando explained how the configuration was forcing water to flow upwards before it went down. He said best to access the main water-flow-away pipe by cutting into my bathroom wall behind the kitchen sink and reconfiguring the pipes so water would drain down and away instead of having to loop upwards and away. It made sense to me. Victor fixed the pipe configuration, showed what he did and how it worked. He called a drywall guy who came at the end of the day and patched up the bathroom wall so you couldn't even tell it had been cut into.
Victor was professional, polite. I'd call him a logical plumber, and I'm happy he works in the Redwood City area.

Unfortunately, I had to hire another plumber to finish the job. Summary of Advanced Repipe Specialist is below:

PROS:
* They worked really hard
* Great sheet rock work
* No leaks
* All new fixtures (look and work great)
* Fast and friendly quoting; Bill was very knowledgeable and efficient

CONS:
* They abandoned the job:
 - I had to hire a new plumber after 10 months of no work
 - I had to spend an extra $3,000 to finish the job
* They promised 1-2 day max to complete the first phase of plumbing work, but it took 4 days. That was difficult because I had only scheduled two days off work to keep the house open for them to work there.
* They left trash (excess pipes, pieces) under the house. It took me about two hours of crawling under the house to clean it up, which was required to pass inspection.
* Pipes were not secured correctly. Pipes fell down after plumbers left with no willingness to fix it. Another plumber was required to fix it and pass inspection.
* Too much up-selling, when working on plumbing
* The contract says the plumber will be there for inspections, but they did not show up.
