Our leasing co. hired Davila to fix a kitchen leak that caused a soggy mess! I was so impressed by the clear communication Davila's owner (and onsite plumber Joshua) provided.  Receiving updates and realistic expectations as we worked through red tape associated with the homeowner, leasing co. and HOA made a world of difference!

Throughout the project, Joshua worked hard and completed the job in a timely manner.  He was very personable and left our kitchen clean.

The reviews looked great, but these guys were shady. I got a couple estimates to fix some pipe corrosion under the house. Other plumbers went under the house and took a look finding no leak. These guys just stuck their head down, didn't get under the house, shined a flashlight on a pipe 20 feet away, and determined it was leaking and needed $2k in repairs. Lol. And they didn't even send the written estimate they promised 3 days ago.

Ruben and his crew were very thorough.  We had a clog in our sewer line, and after they removed the roots that were causing the problem, they determined that the line was sagging and split.  They made sure they did it correct the first time.  The broken pipe was replaced and they offered their recommendations.  Moreover, their prices were reasonable.

Todd has saved the day twice for us in the last year. He will come at off hours if need be as well. He charges way better prices then the competition yet is as competent. He offered us information and was really knowledgeable about plumbing, what our options were, with a full range of prices. I am recommending Aptos Plumbing to anyone who finds themselves in that hideous situation of.... Calling The Plumber.

We recently had Plumbing Care replace a hot and cold water filtration faucet in our kitchen.  We already had the new faucet on hand.  Vince was the service technician who came out to handle this job.  He took care of the install without a problem.  The new faucet works great and no leaks!!  The installation required the re-use of an existing heater tank.  One of the connectors on the tank was worn and needed to be replaced.  Vince drove to the local hardware store to get a suitable replacement part.  Vince was very friendly and professional and completed the job in a reasonable time.  My one criticism is the service fee.  The bill was over $200 for 1.5 hrs of labor (the only purchased part was the connector).  Of course, the drive to the hardware store added some additional time.  That being said, I feel that Vince did a great job and we will be calling Plumbing Care in the future for other work that needs to be done around the house.

I had a leaky Garbage Crusher that needed to be replaced. I got a quote from Wally within minutes of my request. He came at the said time and finished the job in no time. Very polite and courteous. Very impressed with his work.

I recently hired MP to address a clog in the dishwasher drainage that caused major leakage under the sink.  They were able to quickly troubleshoot the problem and recommend a solution. The repair cost was very reasonable for almost 2 hours of labor. They also tested the dishwasher to make sure there were no further leaks. I will definitely use this company again and highly recommend them as a reliable plumber.

We had Alan come out to figure out why our furnace was making a rattling noise. He was able to fix the problem. He was very clean and respectful to the house. I would use him again and highly recommend this company.

Marcos and his team were incredible -- they were prompt, quickly located the leak, and managed to get it repaired in the span of an afternoon. Throughout the detection process, he explained what they were investigating and why.

Mike and his team came highly recommended by our equally competent and highly skilled electricians. Mike came by the same day to check out our situation in our newly purchased house and delivered an honest and clear plan of scope. He admitted they were on the higher end of the rate scale but that it reflected the higher quality of work, and it sure did. If you want it done right, you hire the professionals.

Mike recognized the urgency in our situation (wife 8 months pregnant and delivering at home with leaded copper pipes poisoning the system) and moved around his schedule to arrange work the following week and brought his full team (all members super nice and willing to ensure everything is completed to high standards) to accomplish a miracle in 3 days. We now have new mixed PEX and safe copper pipes and drains that actually make sense, that are fully functional, that follow regulatory rules and design, and produce actual water pressure.

They even redid our laundry system, moved the units to the new location and rerouted the lint exhaust tube to ensure safety compliance. They also replaced a leaky toilet and nasty contaminated water heater, and accommodated a future water softener system install. They are our, in the end, our heroes.

Rich did a great job fixing our leaking kitchen sink pipes and installing a new faucet.  He is professional, personable, and reasonable with his fees.  He seems to be very busy no doubt because of the quality of his work.

I was stood up today by San Jose Plumbing. It's a Saturday, and I really needed a plumber to come out for a couple of very leaky faucets. Thank you San Jose Plumbing for wasting 2 and a half hours of my time waiting for you! No call either saying they weren't coming out. Very unprofessional!!!!!

I recently called this company to see if they would fix my water heater.  I was told he doesn't do jobs in Canada Cove where I live!  Why?  I'm only 2 miles away!
My business went to Five Star Water Heaters which I would highly recommend to anyone!

I experienced terrible customer service from Plumbing 911 this past week when a water pipe burst outside our house.  I chose this company because of all their 5-star Yelp reviews.  
So I called Bart on Wed. evening and he said that he would come out the following day between 8 and 10 am., and that he would try to make it out on the earlier side since it was an emergency (we had to shut off the main water line).  I called on Thurs. morning at 8:30 and asked for an updated ETA, and he said he'd arrive in about an hour.  Soon afterwards I had to leave for work, but my mom continued to wait for him.  Since he didn't show up by 10:30am, she called him and this is what Bart told her:

- he had lost our phone number and address, so couldn't contact us
- in any case, he couldn't make it to our house that day after all, and that it would have to wait until the following day
- he 'was happy' when my mom said that she may have to go with another plumber since this was an emergency... no apologies at all from him!

Apparently Bart found a new job to take care of that day, and we got sidelined.   Maybe he does a great job at what he does, but I find this level of unprofessionalism unacceptable.  I would discourage anyone from choosing Plumbing 911 in an emergency situation like ours.

I have known Luis Chavez for several years.  I have found him to be  100% reliable and honest.  He worked for a well known plumbing company in Walnut Creek for years and just recently obtained his license and started his own business.  I have recommended Luis to several of my friends over the years.  They have all told me how pleased they were for my recommendation.  Recently he has changed my garbage disposal.  Called him in the morning and by noon the job was completed.  He has saved myself and neighbors money.  This guy is the real deal.  His word is his bond.

We had an urgent water leak, consulted Yelp for help, and found Steve Davis.  Fortuitously he was nearby and able to arrive within about 20 minutes of our call.  He works efficiently and had the problem solved (cut a pipe, solder a pipe) in an hour.  Minus one star for a small mistake that was promptly fixed.  Steve communicates via phone and email.

I am extremely pleased with the response and work of One Time Plumbing to repair the broken faucet in my tub/shower. They answered my initial call and were prompt in scheduling an appointment. Cesar did great work. He was clean, organized, and efficient. He had to cut through the wall on the back of the shower to access the faucet and did a great job of patching the wall.

Leo from Commando Plumbing was very transparent throughout the whole process.

We had a leak coming from below our 2nd floor bathtub and a clog in the other room. He informed us that they were two separate issues and we decided to just fix the leak since it was the highest priority issue at the time. After inspecting the leak, he informed us that it would be a much bigger job because he would have to replace all the piping because whoever did the initial installation didn't put enough plumbers clay for the pipes.

Leo suggested we call our HOA if they were the ones to replace those pipes and fix it. Otherwise he would try to give us a discount because the pipes were basically brand new.

After the assessment, Leo kindly unclogged the toilet for free for us, which was greatly appreciated after the occurrences of the leak.

Please avoid using them at all costs!! Would give them 0 stars if allowed.
The only good part about them is that the estimator was a sincere older gentleman who was polite & did a good job. After that it was all downhill.

We had contracted them to replace all the pipes & drains for the house. There were multiple delays in plumbing work & 2 failed city inspections. Finally we, as owner had to change the permit to our name & work directly with the city to get the site inspected & approved. We were given an original estimate of 2 weeks to complete all the work but it dragged to 10 weeks. During the process they left the work site open for 5 weeks in between with a huge dug out in our front lawn. We had to worry about the safety of the kids.
In addition, they drilled a hole into our kitchen outside wall & left that open even after the work was completed. Worse nightmare!!
