Our house needed to have the main sewer line flushed. Joshua came out to service us and did an awesome job!
He was nice, friendly, professional and very efficient. He knew his stuff.  There was more work to be done than was expected but he was patient and got it done.

The guys that showed barely seemed like they knew what there were doing. After I told them what was going on with our toilet, they both looked at each other puzzled. Then said You can replace the stopper or replace the toilet. I almost laughed out loud!! I mean really? Replace the entire toilet which is, by the way, 3 years old? They replaced the stopper but I will not have them back.

Ruben did what he said he would do at a very fair price.  He is a nice guy, arrived on time, and finished early,  Can not ask for more.

Never showed up to our appointment and instead called an hour after. After some back and forth, concluded that my water heater needed replacement, which was based on no evidence of the unit needing anything more than descaling. Just went on to say that my relatively new unit was hard to work on and that I should pay them $4k to get a new one installed. Catch is that it's some brand that they work with and I'm assuming get a cut of all sales from. I searched the brand online and cannot find a single review or mention of this unit outside of the company's website.  I would not recommend working with this company because they are clearly just going for cash grabs and do not want to actually help out

We had a faucet that just stopped working on a Sunday. I called their number and they asked me describe the problem. Upon description, they gave me some useful troubleshooting tips. I ordered a replacement part but that didn't seem to help much.

So I called them again on Monday and they showed up promptly at the scheduled time early Tuesday morning. The communication and coordination was excellent. The issue turned out to be that we had a touch faucet. We didn't even know about it. They refused to collect any fees at all, but upon insistence they charged us a very nominal amount. I couldn't believe how honest these guys were. They could've charged us an arm and a leg, but they didn't.

Overall, these guys are extremely reliable, honest and dependable. I am saving their contact information and calling them for all future plumbing work. I can't recommend these guys enough.

Two Person team cleared the drain clog in less than 1 hour with a same day appointment. Very efficient and cordial. I would go back to them!

Had some work done in February because both of my toilets were rocking. They were both pulled out, one got a new flange and they were both reseated properly. Come July and it's time to sell my house and a termite inspection turns up that one toilet is leaking under the house and there might be subfloor damage. Say whaaat?!? They came back out the next day and replaced a broken flange. Even crawled under the house to make sure nothing else was leaking. Super awesome that they came out so fast and fixed everything up.

My furnace was not lightning and we reached out to Fuse to have it fixed.

Fuse responded immediately and was able to set up an appointment for the next day.

During the appointment, my technician Matt C. was very professional and quickly identified and fixed the issue. The cost was reasonable.

Very pleased with Fuse's responsiveness and efficiency. Will reach out to them in the future for my HVAC needs.

This review is an amazing job performed by The Leak Detection Company.
I received a notification of excessive water use and potential leak via email and text. Checked and observed for a few days and, sure enough, the amount of water used was triple the average we normally see. After checking the house and ruling out the sprinkler system, I suspected an underground leak in the pool plumbing.
Contacted the folks at The Leak Detection Company and from the first interaction on the phone I was impressed by the responsiveness and professionalism exhibited by this company.
After setting the appointment, they showed up right on time, brought some sophisticated equipment and took the time to explain everything they intended to do and how this equipment detects leaks. After performing their magic, they located the problem area and offered several solutions. I took them on the offer to fix the leak, which they did, demonstrating excellent knowledge of their trait.
More importantly, these are really nice people that take pride in what they do. They are very reasonably priced and truly care, which is something we do not see very often these days. If I ever need such services in the future, The Leak Detection Company will be my Go To company.

Mike and his crew were great! He was clear and upfront about everything.  He came in and fixed a lingering issue we'd been having that my own general contractor couldn't. Really good work - they know their craft.

Rich is great to work with. He's responsive and knows what he's doing. The Coastside has lots of creative plumbing and I get the impression that Rich has seen some things in his career...  For our creatively-plumbed house, he has always clearly laid out our options, whether it's to fix what's there or to replace it.

Our bathroom sink was stop up would not drain so I called San Jose plumbing they came out and the were able to snake the drain the plumber had to use two different size snakes to break up what was blocking the drain. The plumber the installed a new p-trap and pipe into the main line when he left the place was spotless, a quoit from the wife now that's saying something and they were able to do it at a very reasonable price.

George has met our plumbing needs many times, always with good result.  He provided same-day service today for a clogged kitchen drain, putting our kitchen back in service.  We always ask for George.

Bart and Nick did a great job analyzing and fixing a slow drainage problem I have been having.  They were thorough with their investigating and careful to confirm the problem had been fixed prior to departing.  I would definitely use them again and would recommend them to others as well.

I had water coming from the wall after running my washing machine. It must have been a block somewhere,  Edwin helped to identify and resolve the issue. He was on time, got down to work right away and helped to solve the mystery. If I need a plumber I'm calling right away! Thank you Edwin!

I have known Steve Davis for several years. So when my toilet overflowed he was my go-to person. He called back and 20 minutes later he was at my front door. He snaked my toilet and voila, I was much relieved and a happy customer. Once he arrives I know he will stay till whatever the problem I had is resolved. Thanks Steve.

Recently called On Time Plumbing to deal with multiple issues with the toilet. They were abel to come right away, fixed it quickly, and for a very reasonable price. Recommend!

I needed a plumber quickly as my tenant was going to have guests arriving within a couple of days.  I had water leaking from the second floor into the first floor, which is a garage. Based on reviews and their website I called Commando Plumbing of Redwood City. My return call was made in an acceptable time frame. I told Victor the problem and he said he could have someone look at the issue late that afternoon. Based on reviews and initials calls I believed they were going to be reasonable in their pricing so I agreed to have them examine the problem. Victor sent over Leo that afternoon as stated. Leo diagnosed the problem; after testing the bath/shower and cut a hole into the sheetrock. As it was late afternoon he said he could make the repairs the next day about the same time in the afternoon which was agreeable to me.  He returned the next day as planned and made the repairs as stated. I agreed to the pricing before work started and was given a senior discount as I am retired.  Leo used shoe covers every time he entered the house. All went as planned, no surprises.  I am satisfied by the work and pricing. Thank you.

Started at 8:30 and were out by 3:30 with new copper pipes under my house plus a new main to the street. Professional and courteous. Welcomed my occasional watching. Not messy and cleaned up well. Sheet rocker on time and considerate and a good job. And under my budget. They insulated the pipes, and now my water comes in fast and hot. Nice folks. I can't believe I put this off so long. Call them. Awesome.
