I have used them 4 times. Really good service. Hate it when they are busy and I have to search for other plumbers to fix emergencies. Definitely recommend them. This time I called them pretty late in the evening, their plumber came within an hour, fixed my plumbing in less than an hour. Mind blown.

They arrived in under 30 minutes and did a fantastic job of explaining not only what they were doing but also why they were doing it. Having called 10 other plumbers in the area before finding The Plumbing Guys I can safely say that they have not only the best deals but also the most professional technicians.

Ruben's team at Alert Plumbing has just helped us on re-piping the cold and hot water line, and they changed a new sewer line for us as well. They are very professional and nice to work with. Ruben also helped us found the two blockages between the drain in our house and the city's, and replaced a new one for us. They completed this big project for us timely with 35-year warranty. If some thing happens, Ruben promised me they would come and fix it within 2 days. They have done a great job. I really appreciate it!

Aptos plumbing came to the rescue when we had a major septic issue / blockage. Bruce and his great crew of guys came in force and had all the right gear to isolate and repair.
Kept areas of work clean given they were digging major deep pits to find the issue, replaced my pavers ( and did a good job at it)
I added riser extensions (their suggestion) since I was deep into the project and am glad I did.
While I've seen posts about possible higher costs from Aptos, you get what pay for, I paid for urgent need, excellent service and got it.

Plumbing Care Inc. was quick, responsive and SUCH a good value. The other companies I contacted took forever to respond and then arrived way outside their time windows AND quoted me nearly DOUBLE what Plumbing Care did. I was extremely happy with their service and very glad I reached out to them to compare quotes before going with someone else. They're going to be my go-to for future plumbing issues!

Wally is great plumber and tries his best to save money for the customer. I recently had a shower valve issue. Considering these were obsolete models not available today, he suggested I identify the cartridges online or working with hardware store so that he can replace without damage to walls or additional expense. While this may have taken longer to fix, it certainly helped save us money. He did keep his promise to fix them as soon as we received the cartridges. His prices are very reasonable and his work professional.

Good customer service.They immediately addressed the issue for dishwasher pipes in an hour after I called them!

I had an old hydronic central heater that wasn't blowing hot air.  Kostas came out and easily diagnosed a bad relay.  He had to special order a new one and came back a week later and installed without a hitch.  Stay warm everyone!

Marcos and his team were incredible -- they were prompt, quickly located the leak, and managed to get it repaired in the span of an afternoon. Throughout the detection process, he explained what they were investigating and why.

Mike and his guys did several jobs at my house over the last year including a partial repipe, new drains, and some work on gas lines. In each case there was great communication from start to finish, a very fair price, and the work was all top notch. So much so that other contractors that have been to my house commented on how good the work looked.

I have used San Jose Plumbing in the past and been very happy with their service.

But last week, they come to our regarding a slow draining kitchen sink. The technician snaked the pipes from the outside clean out twice, claiming he had put 75 feet of snake in (75 feet would have put his snake into our neighbor's house).

He went under the house and told me because of a bend in the pipe his snake was not able to clear the clog. I ran water in the kitchen sink and both bathroom sinks, and they drained with no problem.

He suggested using a Hydro Jet to clear the clog, stated that San Jose Plumbing does not have that equipment, and recommended another company. According to their website, San Jose Plumbing DOES offer Hydro Jet services.

When he gave me the invoice, he asked that I make the check out to him personally. I thought he was kidding and asked why. He said it was because he went under the house, and asked again that the check be made out to him. When I asked why not San Jose Plumbing, he said - Oh, yeah - San Jose Plumbing.

I contacted San Jose Plumbing the next day, but have not received a reply.

I've done business with George for years, and he will continue to be my first call whenever I have a plumbing need.

I've been incredibly pleased with the work Bart & Nick have done. I got in touch with them via a contractor to have a small bit of work done, which wound up escalating to significant work to replace our entire water line from the street (due to age of the existing pipe). They worked quickly and very hard, communicated status updates regularly, and have come back to ensure that everything is working and make a few adjustments elsewhere around our house. I'm definitely keeping them as my go-to plumbers!

My husband started replacing our bathroom faucet and ran into some difficulties. He kept trying to get it done but when I saw it was 1:30 pm on a Saturday afternoon I finally insisted on calling a plumber. I put out several  calls and or messages. I received 2 responses, one could not come out until Monday which would have been fine had we not been forced to shut down the water! The second was from this company. They agreed to be out between one and two hours. They arrived by the second hour which by then my husband had begun pacing. Luis fixed the problem easily and showed my husband where his error had occurred. Real professional service and friendly. I believe we have found our future plumber!

Davis Plumbing is honest, reliable, and exremely knowledgeable. Not only have I trusted Steve to make repairs in my own home, he is my go to guy for my real estate clients. The seal on my toilet broke. Someone picked up when I called and was very responsive. They gave me a fair quote over the phone and had a appointment for within the hour.  Luis showed up within 20 min after the initial call, he was professional and quickly fixed the seal within 30 min. Very happy with results I will definitely use them again!

The people at Commando Plumbing were very responsive and was available the same day. They identified the issue with the disposal right away and made the small adjustment to fix it. They also identified the problem with the leaking faucet, but did not have the parts on hand to fix it. The call out fee was reasonable and payment was very smooth.

We had all of the old pipes in our 98 year old house replaced. Advanced Repipe Specialist was efficient and professional, and were reasonably priced.
