When the property manager started using Davila's Plumbing, repairs were actually made, not fumbled. Luis is so eager to please in scheduling that he'll offer to come later at night than I feel comfortable requesting, when it's a non-emergency item. Luis says that the PM contract gives him a lot of work and keeps them very busy--and I'm thinking that the gist of most of these reviews is that he's going to have to hire more staff!

Our just-fixed problem is our tub/shower: very slow drain (in spite of hair removal from the drain itself as well as the drain cover, and several applications of drain cleaner) to the point where one showers in standing water, and there is never a funnel in the water outside the drain. Lots of sludge from soap left behind, as well; and the spigots & diverter were very difficult to turn off. Imagine, it takes both wet hands to turn each knob. Same for dry hands.

Sergio found a definite obstruction a few bends down, and did what he could to clear it. It is so lovely to have shower water that drains properly! He even cleaned up some of the scum.

We ourselves hired Davila for what we thought was a leak in the washing machine, but he discovered that it was something more properly handled by the property management, and let them know.

We wouldn't hesitate to hire him again. All his staff are pleasant, willing to explain as much as you want to know about your particular reason for calling them. It's my belief, from seeing several of his staff, that everyone is bilingual Spanish/English--so are the staff at my ophthalmologist--which is very valuable. The truck has a message about beating other estimates up to 15%, so if you think you're being taken by other plumbers, call Luis.

Now if only the PM could find a replacement for the current maintenance & repair firm, on the order of Davila Plumbing, I would be overjoyed.

Recently had some issues at our home.  The Plumbing care teams were able to help us out within 24 hours.  AlVictor and his apprentice came by my home less than 24 hours after contacting the website.  They were both very professional and courteous explaining to me what was wrong and putting in the time to fix the problem(Low pressure, sink faucet replacement) The best part about it was they treated the home with respect cleaning up the work area after they were done and explaining everything.  ALos Big Kudos to Hristo who also came on the same day last minute to do a descaling of our tankless water heater.  He was also very professional taking the time to explain the workings of the heater, and maintenance that should be done.  I honestly don't think you can go wrong with this business.  They also take the time to shoot pictures of everything they are doing which is helpful.

I had an emergency problem where my bathrooms were clogged and slow draining.  From calling them to coming to visit took around 2 hours, so they had an amazing response time(probably got lucky they were available).

They were respectful of our house(shoes off) and worked hard.  They diagnosed the problems easily identifying our overall pipe intricacies.   We ended up having roots in our pipes, which they said is quite common in Fremont and a preventive measure to keep the roots at bay.  The pricing was communicated openly and at a decent rate.

Overall, if I have any issues in plumbing I would contact them again.

My main valve to my house was broken. Rene came to help quickly. He was responsive quick and efficient.
He also went out of his way to help me fix some other irrigation pipelines and valves. Added additional valves to system to make it more reliable. They are prompt and efficient. They also keep their schedule perfectly fine. They are always on time.
They are good value for your money aswell.

I would definitely recommend Magnificient Plumbing. They, Rene in prticular,  have good business practices and goid business ethics.

Adam is a glorious angel sent straight from heaven above. This cherub responded to all email inquiries faster than any other company we tried to reach (and we tried several in a panic when our AC died on a hot San Jose weekend) and showed up to our business on the very same day, on a Saturday,  climbed our roof, and had our issue fixed within 20 minutes. I would have died in the heat, or at the very least complained very loudly. Saint Adam saved our lives and we are eternally grateful. High five, Adam.

As the owner of a water damage restoration company, I've had the privilege to work side by side with this leak detection company. Leak detection is a specialized industry that requires the right skills, right tools, and great integrity with its business practices. They also have a very fast turn around time. I've found the owner to be honest, skilled, punctual and knowledgeable in the field. This is why we heavily rely on their services when our clients need leak detection or a water damage source report.

We were referred to Mike/Redwood through another plumbing company which didn't do the type of work we needed. Mike and crew were great to deal with. They weren't the cheapest nor the most expensive quote that we got, but they did great work. They were very knowledgeable, prompt and reliable. We ended up adding a couple of additional features that we didn't think to ask for and Mike suggested, but all pretty minor things we should have thought of and didn't, he def wasn't try to upsell us on anything we didn't need. We got waters and drains repiping, an on demand heater with recirculation and some gas line work. All of it is working great. I'm also very confident that he will stand by his work if any issues ever come up

Rich Briscoe is, without a doubt, the finest plumber we have ever worked with in the last 40 years that we have owned our home. We had a bad experience with a local plumber years ago who did not complete the job as we requested and so, in our search for someone more reliable, we found Briscoe Plumbing. Not only is Rich professional, he is ingenious, thorough, and warm-hearted. He quickly responds to calls and goes over and above what he's being asked to do. A perfect example is the fact that we called him to do a bathroom job and he got it done correctly and left. 15 minutes after he left, we remembered we had a problem with a refrigerator grate that we were told by a Bosch refrigerator man was impossible to fix. Rich took on the job and fixed  it for us. Also, the handle of the refrigerator's freezer was broken and the same Bosch repairman charged us $150 to tell us it couldn't be fixed. Rich took the door off and with tenacity fixed it perfectly and we were so grateful to him and so happy. Moreover, Rich is reasonably priced, fair, and knowledgeable not just about plumbing, but about helping the homeowner get the care they need.

Set up an appointment on Monday for Wed. Tuesday get a call back from their office saying they lost all my info and were not sure when the appointment was set for. They also needed my info again(address, problem discription etc.) Got the slot 11-1pm for Wed again. On the day of the appointment around 12:30-45pm got a call that someone will contact me soon about coming to my home. 1:35pm get a call from Angelo that he will be at my house in about 30-40 minutes till 2:30pm, all this  with an appointment time of 11am-1pm!!!

If this is the type of service you get by booking 3 days in advance, dont really know what type of people I am dealing with. Just my experience after all I do have not have a common name...

OK here is what happened. Called them after 2pm to reschedule. I explained to the lady on the phone who said she will have to talk to the owner as after 6pm its another rate for the plumber. After about an hour I got a call and she told me that we could be accomodated after 5pm and the owner himself Kevin would be there. I would have still been at work but assured her someone will be at home to let Kevin in. Sure enough Kevin appeared and was a true gentleman and professional. Not only did he work for almost 2 hours he charged us for an hour knowing what happned earlier. All I can say is that I am a fan and will recommend him to all my friends!!! Extrememly happy with the quality of work and professionalism.

I recently had two interactions with Miramar plumbing that did not go well. The first interaction was for a leak in my kitchen that was also bubbling my walls downstairs. I had thought it was the dishwasher that had leaked, but this was coincidental. Nonetheless, George looked no further and missed that the actual leak was behind the refrigerator. Of course this allowed additional damage and created more issues.

I thought I would give a local business one more chance. But on this occasion we called twice over 24 hours, once stating it was urgent, and then had to call a third time. Only to be told they did not have the tools needed to do the job.

When it comes to plumbing issues thoroughness and responsiveness are paramount. Unfortunately neither of those were satisfied in my interactions.

Had a seemingly impossible plug in my main sewer and got some quotes that were outrageous and incorrect diagnostics which cost me a load of unnecessary $$$...called plumbing 911 and Nick saved us. Don't go with anyone but Nick. Very professional and had it worked out within an hour. This was a 2 day nightmare until I called em.

Edwin has always been quick to respond and reasonable in his pricing.  Honest and quality work. I've even had other plumbers refer him when they were really booked out.

Once again Steve came to the rescue fixing my major leak the very next day after calling him.  He is easy to get in touch with and returns calls quickly. I appreciate his concern for using good quality parts. Now I just text  him a photo of the problem  and he arrives with the materials I need on his truck - not wasting my time and money running around town looking for parts.

Came out to replace an old garbage disposal. Was very quick, communicated well in advance, and gave a lot of info and issues to watch out for in the future.

Leo was Amazing! We had a problem with our garbage disposal and he was able to come by and give a free assessment as for what was going wrong. He was very professional wearing booties and a face-mask.  Would definitely recommend.

The estimator was very good - complete description of everything to be done and great at answering my many questions. They scheduled things perfectly - all piping done in one day with minimal time without water. They were clean and efficient. The inspection the next day went off without a hitch. The following day, they came back to do the drywall repairs and were great.  
However, when they finished the repiping, the hall bath sink was spraying water everywhere - they had misplaced the aerator and didn't replace it. The kitchen sink was the same. So, they came back to fix those and weren't able to - they said that the problem was the new water pressure was so much that my older faucets probably needed to be replaced. I could buy that on the kitchen one but not the bathroom one, but we were leaving for a week and I figured I'd deal with it when we returned.
Unfortunately, when we returned it was to a minor flood in the kitchen. They had not hooked up the dishwasher correctly and so there was water under it, under the sink and in front of the sink causing the hardwood floors to curl.  I turned off the water and called in a plumber who fixed that problem as well as the kitchen faucet, and bathroom faucet.  
I contacted them and asked them to cover a portion of that repair. Two weeks ago they agreed but no check in spite of multiple requests.   I also asked them to send me a final invoice as I want that for my tax records and I have yet to receive one.
I would have loved to give them a 5 star rating, but between the flood and the lack of follow through, I just can't.
