Handling maintenance issues with our numerous properties is very challenging. However, Davila Plumbing makes it easy for us to deal with all our plumbing issues (minor to major). They are just one call/email away. We can still remember when we got our emergency with a water leak. Luis, the owner is very efficient in terms of scheduling (always there 24/7) he sends out his tech right away, his quote is very reasonable, and his assessment and recommendation is an assurance that the issue reported will be fixed completely in a timely manner.  The Maintenance team would definitely be a partner with them in the coming more years. I've been looking around for a plumber to install a kitchen faucet and garbage disposal.  I tried the plumbing guys after reading the reviews on Yelp.  I decided to give them a call this morning and about an hour later they were at my door. Ceaser immediately handed me a business card with his name on it. * five stars on that*  took a look and was immediately on the job.  Ceaser was fast and friendly and even gave my mom a senior discount.
This is my first time using this company and I just call them again.

Came within two hours to assess and provide quote.  Returned next day to make repairs.  Knowledgeable and friendly.  Fast, fair, efficient.

Bruce did a great job helping us with getting our gas dryer connected, in Spring of 2017.  These guys got back to me, quickly, and helped us BIG TIME!

I noticed one day that there was water mark in the ceiling of our garage near the water heater. After some investigation I figured out that it was from one of the upstairs shower. When I called Plumbing Care I was really worried they will come out and take a look then tell me they need to rip apart my upstairs shower and I'd need to buy a new bathtub and replace all the tiles surrounding it. Instead, Boris came and tried a couple things and was able to identify the problem quickly and repaired the leak with minimal damage. Very happy with their service!

Great service! I called and spoke with the owner the day after Christmas to repair a leak at my mother's house. The owner came out and repaired it in less than an hour. He also repair my mother's toilet that was stopped up for no additional charge . Great price great service I will use him again.

I've used Fuse Appliance Repair several times for oven, dishwasher and most recently for refrigerator repair. Adam is very efficient, comes on time and stands behind his repairs.

I've found the owner to be honest, skilled, punctual and knowledgeable in the field. This is why we heavily rely on their services when our clients need leak detection or a water damage source report.

I would highly recommend this company.  We are in the middle of a total remodel and could not count on the previous plumber to show up.  These guys stepped in, were totally professional and did what we needed, basically re-ran everything and hooked up our tankless water heater and scaler, in the time frame they had quoted.

We have been using SJ Plumbing for over 10 years, and have been happy with their work.  So, we decided to get a quote from them for a property line clean out.  They were the middle bid, so we thought it was a no brainer to use them again.  

Once we committed to it, everything started going downhill.  The office told us it would be 3-4 days total. Day one was fine, both the plumber Jose, and Martin started digging away.  Every day we checked with them, their only comment to us was this is the hardest dig we have done in a long time They start late in the morning, take a lunch break, and rarely work past 5pm. At the end of the first week (5 days in) they were still digging.  I would have thought they would have brought in another laborer to help with the digging, but no, the two just kept digging.  

At the beginning of the second week, they finally called for a city inspection.  The soonest the city could come out was the following week.  We would never have known this unless WE CALLED THEM to find out what the heck was going on. They ended up having to pull another permit for work they did 10 years ago at our house, and this delayed the completion even longer. For three and a half weeks, we had an 8 foot deep exposed trench in our front yard.  They used extra lumber from around our yard to try and cover the trench (which wasn't very successful), we had to put up a barrier at our gate to keep our backyard closed off to keep our dog safe. Plus they killed 3 of my plants by covering them with dirt during that time. (How about asking me to move the plants temporarily)

We have done a fair amount of construction on our house and are well aware of the possibility of delays.  What really got me was the lack of communication from the plumber on the job, and the office to keep us informed. My husband works from home, so there is no excuse for not communicating with us. We had to call them while we were on vacation to see if the job had passed inspection.  The following week the office finally did call us looking for payment. No one from San Jose Plumbing ever contacted us to see how the job went and if we were satisfied.

They have lost a long time customer.  We are now looking for a new plumbing company.

I gave them two stars because the property line clean out passed inspection.

I had the pleasure of working with George a few times over the past five years. He is extremely diligent, personable, responsive and incredibly good at what he does. George worked on both a kitchen and bath remodel for us, as well as some one-off plumbing issues we had with our fixer-upper home.

Nick has done previous work at my house before.  The first time which was at least 5 years ago we had a sink in one of our bathrooms that needed to be hooked up, another time about a year ago we needed the shower knob replaced and most recently our water heater needed to be replaced.  What I like about Nick is he always comes out to see what needs to be done, informs us & then comes back the next day to get the job done.  He is very quick, efficient and most importantly honest.  We got other quotes from other plumbing companies regarding the water heater and they were at least $100 to $300 dollars more than what Nick quoted us.  We never have had any issues with the work he has done.  He is definitely my go to guy when I need any plumbing work done.

I had a great experience with warranted plumbing. They were able to come out at a convenient time. A quick and free estimate was provided. I needed a new faucet- which I was able to purchase the same day and when I called back to make an appointment, Juan was able to return within 30 minutes. The job was done fast and I am very happy. I would use warranted again. I had called warranted because my normal plumber could not come out for several days and the leak in my house could not wait several days. I would use warranted again for sure. Great customer service from the person who answers the phone to when the appointment is booked and the job completed. Thank you so much!

Steve Davis of Davis Plumbing was unbelievably helpful over the phone (he called us back right away) in diagnosing a curious plumbing problem. Originally we thought it was the water heater, and we were ready to buy a new one., but it turned out to be the recirculating pump. He saved us lots of time and money! He's very knowledgeable and I highly recommended him.

Needed main drain fat-ball clog cleared. Happens every 3-4 years in my 40yo home with poor plumbing design. On time replied to my request thru very helpful Yelp platform. Next day appointment was met on time, masks, booties, tarps on the floor & rootered my drain clog in half an hour. Excellent communication w dispatch, prompt response from plumbers & good work. Didn't get their names but thank you, sirs.

From the beginning to the end of the job, Advanced Repipe Specialist were outstanding in every way! I own a home in San Lorenzo that is 70 years old and so was the plumbing. We had lived with water flow that was a trickle at best. I called Advance Repipe specialist (NOT Repipe Specialist of the Bay Area). Romero came out and was a great help in estimating the job and explaining everything that needed to be done including bringing everything up to code. Veronica, also was a great help and an important asset in scheduling the work, getting the Required Permits and explaining the payments for the job.The crew that came out were amazing! They were professional, courteous, efficient and amazing in all aspects. They completed the Repiping job in 1 day which included replacing an old water heater and had the water back on by the afternoon. The water flow after they were finished was as good as a brand new home. Everything was up to code and ready for final inspection. Oscar, their patch man was great! He did outstanding work and was also very professional and efficient! I can't say enough about Advanced Repipe Specialist! Do not get them confused with that other company! Advanced Repipe Specialist has their own employees that are professional and work for the company. Unlike that other company with a similar name! If your water flow is low, call Advanced Repipe Specialist today! You won't be disappointed!
