What can I say about Davila plumbing but simply they are the best at what they do. Good customer service is hard to come by nowadays.
I've used Davila plumbing twice and both times they have exceeded my expectations. They have gone above and beyond.
First time was the toilet was clogged with one of kids toys. Called Luis and immediately sent one of they plumbers on a Sunday afternoon.  Our plumber was Hunter. He was polite and respectful and wore the booties when he was in my house. He carefully explained my options and long story short our toilet was back in business.
Recently one of our pipes in our front lawn developed a leak so I called Luis again. Hunter was there to the rescue again.  He explained what was leaking and what needs to be done.  Couple hours later the leak is fixed.
I just want to recommend Davila plumbing on all your plumbing needs because the are the best at what they do. They have set the bar way way high. Hunter is the role model of professionalism and Luis he deserves to get promoted!  Good job guys keep up the great work

Called about a quote for a broken sewer line. I was told they would be up in the afternoon the following day before 4pm. They didn't make it. Called again the following day and I was told they would again be up before 4pm. ..... no call, no show. no kidding! Flakes!!

I noticed a wet spot in one of my downstairs bedrooms and knew I had to get in touch with someone to get it looked at ASAP. Got an appointment with Alert Plumbing the next day. Ruben and team promptly arrived, explained in detail the diagnostics activities they'd have to perform, and kept me informed every step of the way. He was very open and transparent and more importantly, incredibly patient and responsive with my many questions. Ruben and his team determined the root cause of the leak (from the upstairs master bathroom), picked up the necessary parts, and got the plumbing issue fixed in two sessions. He was a pleasure to work with and I would not hesitate to recommend him to my family and friends.

Aptos plumbing came to the rescue when we had a major septic issue / blockage. Bruce and his great crew of guys came in force and had all the right gear to isolate and repair.
Kept areas of work clean given they were digging major deep pits to find the issue, replaced my pavers ( and did a good job at it)
I added riser extensions (their suggestion) since I was deep into the project and am glad I did.
While I've seen posts about possible higher costs from Aptos, you get what pay for, I paid for urgent need, excellent service and got it.

If I could give 6 stars I would. The burner on my water heater cracked and the valve was faulty, it looked like it could shoot fireballs out when heating the water. I called Plumbing Care first thing in the morning and was greeted with a friendly staff who was prompt at scheduling the appt. Immediately after getting scheduled, I was contacted by Martin as he knew this was a common problem with the brand of my water heater and there was a big recall. I didn't have to explain the problem, he already knew what needed to be fixed. He even walked me through the steps on how to claim proceed with the claim/warranty with the manufacturer.

I got the typical run around from the manufacturer that they didn't want to cover the labor on this service, only the parts, unless I used one of their recommended servicers. Which is odd since on the manufacturers website, this company is listed on there! I talked to different reps and called back multiple times with no luck. In the meantime, I was in contact back and forth with Martin about this and again he knew about this and told me not to worry about it, he would have someone from the shop take care of my issue.

That's where Rupa comes in, she was responsive, fast, quick and she made sure everything was set and taken care of.

Martin showed up earlier than expected, was professional and knowledgeable about water heaters, the internal workings, california code etc. Installation was done in about 30 minutes, he double checked his work, cleaned up and was off.

I could go on and on about their great customer service, knowledge, professionalism and I will definitely be using them again for all my plumbing needs and would highly recommend them to friends and family.

It's hard to find honest hard working people these days to do any job. Wally was detailed in diagnosing the bathroom sink clog issue and did the job in the matter of minutes. To top it all off, his charge was more than reasonable. I will call him for all out plumbing needs from now on. Thanks!

There's a reason these guys have five stars and I'll tell you why.  Top notch customer service and very responsive.  Quality work at a fair price. Edgar was great.  His workmanship was impressive and he explained the issue so we could understand the problem.  He replaced a broken water regulator which was causing our water to flow at 105 psi.  Life is good now and we appreciate Edgar and Magnificent Plumbing!

The refrigerator stopped working all of sudden over the night. Everything was melting in the freezer, and water was dripping down from the ice maker. Called several places. Only Fuse HVAC was able to come out today. The other places offered to come in 3~4 days. It was easy and fast to make an appointment. Alex, the repair man came on time. He was very kind and performed a great work in timely manner.

Marcos was superb on a very challenging job.
We had some water damage and hired multiple plumbers and remediation contractors to come out to find the source of the leak.  Nobody was able to find it, much to our disappointment.  However, Marcos succeeded, with his dedicated effort and good intuition.
Furthermore, Marcos is great with his communication and promptness.  We are very pleased to have found him.

I was referred to them by our GC and I could not be happier with their service. They're reliable and they do quality work.

We recently got a new washing machine and it couldn't be installed by the seller as the connectors to the water supply weren't standard. I called Rich and he came out the next day, took at look at the connections and fixed it within a hour or so. He also replaced an outside faucet that was leaking.

He is an absolute pleasure to deal with and the total charge for the work was very reasonable and fair. I cannot recommend him highly enough and hope to use him for any future project.

After the technician didn't show up during his appointment window was past, I called the office. After they hung up on me, I called them back to learn that they forgot to call me an hour earlier to tell me he was running late. They assured me someone would be there that afternoon, and 10 minutes before the second appointment window was closed, someone (not the guy they said) arrived. At one point, he left to get parts, but after his return, I went to check on him and he was missing. He did a crap job at the installation of new shower stems. 1) he installed the stems on the opposite valves 2) he did not cut the hot stem to length 3) he cut the right stem too short so the thumb screw could not be tightened 4) he damaged my toilet seat cover when he used it to cut the stems 5) he did not pick up his mess 6) he tried to convince us that the hardware was specialty and he would return with more parts the next day, but what he really did was screw up the job so badly that he was trying to cover his tracks.7) tried to pass a used stem for a new one. 8) cross threaded the stem and bent it beyond repair. I wish I could attach photos. For a Diamond Certified company, they are a complete sham.

The plumbing under my kitchen sink was incorrectly installed by the previous homeowner. It was leaking badly and my wife also wanted a new kitchen faucet installed. George called me back right away and got here very quickly.  His rates are reasonable and he does great work.  We will definitely call Miramar plumbing the next time we need a plumber.

These guys were great! I had a huge emergency at my ice cream shop and they were in and out promptly so I could get my hectic day back on track! :D I will be defiantly be calling them back!

He installed a faucet for nearly $200 plus. Three months later it is seriously leaking so we turned off the water and called him.  He came and said their was no leak, and any issue was the faucet itself !! Don't think he bothered to turn the water was on. Called him repeatedly, left messages and even offered a little money to come fix it, even though it was brand new, from Costco, and was only installed  three months ago. Very disappointed! I just bought a new home and, in the process of getting it ready to move in, I had the opportunity to meet Steve Davis.  While the home was new for me, it itself wasn't brand new.  So, there were several items that needed attention.  The home inspection reports detailed some of these.  But, in the process of reviewing the home myself, I found several more issues.

Steve worked with me to address the items originally detailed in the inspections.  But, as I found new issues, he came out and addressed each of the new items, too.

There were plumbing as well as grouting and caulking issues that needed to be addressed.  Steve made everything he worked on look brand new.  I'm very pleased with all of his work.  In fact, I'm glad I now know someone whom I can turn to when an inevitable plumbing problem arises.

Isidoro responded quickly for my request for a quote and was at my place the same morning.  He replaced both my leaky shut-off valve and also the flushing mechanism for my toilet at a reasonable price.  No muss.  No fuss.

My initial interaction with Commando wasn't great--they delayed the appointment, then didn't show and didn't let me know. However, in talking with the owner, it appears it was a one-time, personal family situation that caused them to miss the appointment, and very much against the grain of normal business practices. We re-scheduled, and when they came, they did a great job! Courteous, professional and competent. We look forward to working with Commando again next time something goes wrong.

1500 sq foot home in Sacramento w/ Kitec piping that needed to be replaced with a high quality PEX and copper. We had offers for replacement that varied by $9000 and that that did not include putting the walls back together. ARS came in near the low end of our lowest bid and put the wall back w/ texture. They were fast and efficient. The plumbing was replaced in a day and the walls done in 2 days. Very happy we saw their ad. Saved us time and money.
