Handling maintenance issues with our numerous properties is very challenging. However, Davila Plumbing makes it easy for us to deal with all our plumbing issues (minor to major). They are just one call/email away. We can still remember when we got our emergency with a water leak. Luis, the owner is very efficient in terms of scheduling (always there 24/7) he sends out his tech right away, his quote is very reasonable, and his assessment and recommendation is an assurance that the issue reported will be fixed completely in a timely manner.  The Maintenance team would definitely be a partner with them in the coming more years. Aaron and his company of qualified plumbers added all new bathroom fixtures on our master bath remodel in 2013.  Their work was excellent, timely and responsive. When we had one small issue with the sink stopper Aaron attended to it right away.

In February of this year, given our positive experience with The Plumbing Guys, we then decided to repipe our entire house which still had the original piping of 55 years. Aaron worked with us closely in explaining every detail of the job. I was impressed with his attention to safety when I heard him tell the guys to take fire extinguishers with them under the house. They took great care in making sure floors/carpets were covered at all times and cleaned up expertly when the job was completed.  After the job was done Aaron checked in with us several times to be sure all was working properly.

I noticed a wet spot in one of my downstairs bedrooms and knew I had to get in touch with someone to get it looked at ASAP. Got an appointment with Alert Plumbing the next day. Ruben and team promptly arrived, explained in detail the diagnostics activities they'd have to perform, and kept me informed every step of the way. He was very open and transparent and more importantly, incredibly patient and responsive with my many questions. Ruben and his team determined the root cause of the leak (from the upstairs master bathroom), picked up the necessary parts, and got the plumbing issue fixed in two sessions. He was a pleasure to work with and I would not hesitate to recommend him to my family and friends.

Those guys are Awesome!!! They show up on time, put on soft little booties so they don't wreck your carpet, and they do a great job!!! I'll be calling them again soon!!!

We had tankless water heater installed by Plumbing care professionals.  They are very efficient and get things done in a correct way.   The quote is very reasonable too.  Besides installing the water heater,  they happened to fix the water filter problem for us for free.  They are awesome.

Work quality was excellent.  Rene was very professional, understood the problem and addressed it quickly.  Pricing is a bit high considering the part cost, but I have no doubt that for larger jobs he would do an excellent job and the reduced headaches would make it worthwhile.

Installed a purifier system and an electrical panel. They finished all the work in a single day, I enjoyed the service. Everything works great. Passed the inspection easily.

We hired The leak Detection Company to find a water leak in our concrete slab house in Redwood City when other company was trying to brake concrete all over our house the technician from Leak Detection Company find exactly where the problem was and we where available to repair it a much better price, no doubt about it they know what they where doing  very trustworthy company.

I would highly recommend this company.  We are in the middle of a total remodel and could not count on the previous plumber to show up.  These guys stepped in, were totally professional and did what we needed, basically re-ran everything and hooked up our tankless water heater and scaler, in the time frame they had quoted.
Very impressed.  They came highly recommended from a General Contractor friend who lived near by....

Rich recently installed a new hot water heater and fixed another problem under a sink. He responded very quickly to our call and was extremely efficient and courteous. He was also reasonably priced. I would give him 10 stars if I could. He could not have done it better.

We worked with San Jose Plumbing for our whole home re-pipe project this past summer and we couldn't be happier with the results.  From our initial contact with Adam to obtain a quote we knew he was the guy we wanted to work with.  SJP wasn't the cheapest quote, but our gut instinct told us to not skimp on this and we are so glad we listened.  Adam provided a detailed quote and scope of the project and made sure that our expectations were met.  Although the scope did change for us due to our desired upgrades and ability to find the fixtures we wanted, Adam remained open to our changes and worked with us to update the quote in a very fair manner.  

There isn't much to say about the crew he assigned to our project except, THEY WERE AWESOME!  Israel was our Project Manager and I am so grateful for his expertise and professionalism throughout the process.  He made sure that we were updated on the status throughout the day.  Two things that really stood out were:

1. We have cats and we had to lock them in a side room during the project, which wasn't an issue for us or the cats.  I mentioned that one of them was skittish and we needed to check in on him often to keep him calm with all the noise going on. This prompted his team to really focus the first day on cutting all of the pipes which was the loudest part of the project.  They did so and the rest of the week was relatively quiet.  I really appreciated the awareness and accommodations made for our poor furbabies.  
2. While they were inspecting the pipes, they encountered an issue.  We were told that our water would be hooked up at the end of each day so we could carry on with our lives each evening.  However, since our pipes were extremely old and damaged, this would not be possible for the first evening.  Upon discovery of this, Israel immediately reviewed this with me and involved me in the decision to proceed or not.  I appreciate the involvement, but more importantly valued their immediate honesty with us when they found out they would not be able to honor an agreement they've made.  What's even more impressive, we received a call from Adam that evening to apologize AND the next day they showed up with an extra team member to ensure that we would have at least one fully functional bathroom by the end of the day so we would not have to go another evening without water.  Turned out, they had our whole house up and running by the end of that day.  New tankless water heater and all.  The next couple days were finishing touches and inspection.

We can't thank Adam, Israel, Julio, and the rest of their team enough for giving us a whole new life with strong, clean water.

I've done business with George for years, and he will continue to be my first call whenever I have a plumbing need.

Nick is a South Bay Area gem.  He is a remembrance of time gone by...those originally from this special area (South Bay) remember when work was done with people who felt like your neighbor!?! That's Nick.  He went above and beyond for us in so many ways...he even requested to come to the store with my other half to make sure the selection would work after a 2 hour job turned into a late night 6 hour job.

This guy is the real deal.  He's a talented plumber who at the end of the day doesn't make you feel like it's a corporate exchange.

Kind to me, our dogs, and our pocket book.

I requested a quote through Yelp and got a call back almost immediately. The plumber, Luis, came out within an hour to fix my garbage disposal. He was very nice and has great customer service.

I also ended up needing new pipes under the sink but the price was exceptionally reasonable. He got all of the parts including the new garbage disposal and pipes, came back and completed the job all in the matter of a few hours. I am very happy with the whole process from start to finish.

I called Steve at 830 after discovering that my hot water heater had blown up...  I called Steve Davis. Got right a hold of him. Him came right over confirmed the cost of new heater, did not try to talk me into higher priced model, only what we needed. He left to get the new Hot water heater and came right back. Got everything back up earlier than he had promised. Then for no charge he fixed the dryer venting on my dryer and made a few suggestions and it has really cut my drying time down. I would recommend Steve Davis Plumbing to anyone. Thanks Steve.......  Nice Guy too....

When you've sprung a leak under your kitchen sink, it's really hard to have a properly functioning household. It's tough when you can't cook and wash normally.

In this instance, On Time Plumbing came to the rescue. Calling several plumbers around town, most could only come the following day, one plumber could only come two days later, and no one could make it the same day except for Eddy and his crew. They made it out to my house in about an hour, in fact!

Eddy did fantastic work. He worked efficiently to diagnose the problem and replace the problem pipe. There was lots of gunk in the drain, so he cleaned it out as well. Eddy was great at explaining everything, making recommendations, and leaving the place clean. Thumbs up.

Had a great experience dealing with Sam. He called 20mins before he arrived to say that he's on his way which I thought was very courteous. Would recommend.

Ramiro and his crew did a complete re-pipe and installed an instant hot water system in our three bath 2,800 SF home. Their pricing was fair and the work was done on the schedule agreed. Patching of the walls and clean up met expectations. After the painting (handled on our own) it is not possible to tell where the many holes were cut. The crew doing the work were efficient and returned one bathroom to use before leaving on the first day. Inspections were done quickly and passed immediately. I would definitely use Advanced Repipe again.
