We have worked with Luis Davila and his operation for some years now and always been satisfied - they have been out at our place for multiple things. Including a new kitchen faucet install, multiple shower cartridge replacements (I finished one, but the two others were really stuck due to corrosion), blocked drain clearing outside the house, etc..
Luis is honest, explains things thoroughly and he and his guys do good work. One time, we had a newer person from them, but it turned out to be more difficult than we expected (I had tried to remove the shower cartridge myself first and knew it might be a difficult thing to avoid braking the pipe behind the wall). i am glad the guy said that he was uncomfortable continuing and they sent a more experienced person later - I think it was Abel
Anyway, I have recommended Davila Plumbing to others, and they have also had good experiences. Luis has personally come out to help me with a blocked drain outside our house and gotten things working again - the first person I called wanted a few thousand dollars to dig our driveway up to get to the back-flow valve that needed replacement!

Thank you, Wally and John
I am so happy to find a plumber that does what he says.
I called on behalf of my tenant and spoke to Wally who arranged an appointment right away for John to go to Dublin---convenient for tenant.
John was able to clear the line lickety split and everyone is happy.
I was quoted one price to just snake the line, and another to also pull the toilet if necessary. Luckily it wasnt necessary and I appreciate not being taken advantage of --as I was not able to be there.
Thank you, again. Will definitely call again.

Boris installed a new kitchen sink, disposal and faucet for us in August. This is mid-November. Since Boris' instal, the coupling that links the u-joint to the straight pipe out of the disposal has come loose and flooded the area under the kitchen sink twice.
The first time, Boris came by and manually decoupled the collar and explained that we had bumped it ourselves to dislodge it. Um...not true.
Yesterday, we were having a quiet cup of coffee when we heard an unusual trickling. Sure enough, the same joint had come uncoupled and the whole cabinet had flooded again.
We asked for a more experienced plumber to come out.
This time, Vince came and helped us out. He explained that the vibration of the disposal was uncoupling the joint so he would need to brace it. He came back with a piece of wood. I warned him that the cabinets were original and had a very thin backing. He seemed to understand. I left him to work. When I returned, Vince had indeed done a nice job securing the pipe to the cabinet base, but when I walked around to the front where we sit with counter stools, 5-6 sharp screws were now protruding!
He apologized, swore a few times and placed the wood underneath the pipe instead, securing it with a screw to the cabinet floor. It is kloogie but it will probably work.
I retrieved the cabinet paint, some spackling, sandpaper and a paint brush and he repaired the damage but did not sand down the holes. The surface is therefore rough and you can see where the screws were. Um...he is not a painter.
He told us that it probably will hold but if we have any more problems, we could call him personally and he would do the whole thing over because he would have done it differently in the first place. Wow.
That led us to have a conversation with the owner who refused to speak with us when we expressed our consternation over the whole ordeal. He refused to have the job redone properly saying that the job was sufficient.
All the plumbers that work for this company are from Eastern Europe. They are extremely polite and easy to talk to. But sadly, they are not the best plumbers and the owner will not back up the work.
We do not recommend this company.

Fuse has been responsive and professional for the installation of a NEMA 10-50 and DCC box for my EV. Mikhaïl has been very nice and respectful in the scorching heat, plus left the place clean, even correcting the panel incorrect fuse labels.

This review is an amazing job performed by The Leak Detection Company.
I received a notification of excessive water use and potential leak via email and text. Checked and observed for a few days and, sure enough, the amount of water used was triple the average we normally see. After checking the house and ruling out the sprinkler system, I suspected an underground leak in the pool plumbing.
Contacted the folks at The Leak Detection Company and from the first interaction on the phone I was impressed by the responsiveness and professionalism exhibited by this company.
After setting the appointment, they showed up right on time, brought some sophisticated equipment and took the time to explain everything they intended to do and how this equipment detects leaks. After performing their magic, they located the problem area and offered several solutions. I took them on the offer to fix the leak, which they did, demonstrating excellent knowledge of their trait.
More importantly, these are really nice people that take pride in what they do. They are very reasonably priced and truly care, which is something we do not see very often these days. If I ever need such services in the future, The Leak Detection Company will be my Go To company.
Highly recommended.

Mike and his team came highly recommended by our equally competent and highly skilled electricians. Mike came by the same day to check out our situation in our newly purchased house and delivered an honest and clear plan of scope. He admitted they were on the higher end of the rate scale but that it reflected the higher quality of work, and it sure did. If you want it done right, you hire the professionals.
Mike recognized the urgency in our situation (wife 8 months pregnant and delivering at home with leaded copper pipes poisoning the system) and moved around his schedule to arrange work the following week and brought his full team (all members super nice and willing to ensure everything is completed to high standards) to accomplish a miracle in 3 days. We now have new mixed PEX and safe copper pipes and drains that actually make sense, that are fully functional, that follow regulatory rules and design, and produce actual water pressure.
They even redid our laundry system, moved the units to the new location and rerouted the lint exhaust tube to ensure safety compliance. They also replaced a leaky toilet and nasty contaminated water heater, and accommodated a future water softener system install. They are our, in the end, our heroes.

This was the BEST plumbing experience I've had in my life. It was Tuesday, and I had been without water since Saturday! My home warranty company sent out the first guy late Tuesday afternoon. He refused to fix my leaking water heater, despite the fact it was STILL LEAKING. I called Rich in tears and he arrived in less than 30 minutes, fixed the issue, and gave me a fair price. He truly saved the day. I will only be using him from now on.

Very bad. First they did not show up for the appointment I made (blaming that I never made the appointment in the first place). Then the next day someone came and told me: I do not speak English and we cant communicate just because I asked him to explain to me what he meant by his question:How often does the toilet plunge? because I did not understand what he meant by that and could not answer the question.
Outrages! I wish there is a zero star option. Wow!

I recently called this company to see if they would fix my water heater. I was told he doesn't do jobs in Canada Cove where I live! Why? I'm only 2 miles away!
My business went to Five Star Water Heaters which I would highly recommend to anyone!

Had a plumbing emergency over the holidays and the guys came out and fixed the problem right away. I have some additional work that needs fixing and today they came out and fixed the outdoor pipes. They were wonderful! I will be calling them to for any plumbing issues that may come up (I really hope I don't see them soon)

So glad that I went with Warranted Plumbing services . Luis is very honest and nice. He was very thorough and explained everything he was fixing. He gave me options and wasn't trying to rip me off like other companies i have dealt with. I am definitely calling them back for my future plumbing needs. Thanks Luis!!!

We had an urgent water leak, consulted Yelp for help, and found Steve Davis. Fortuitously he was nearby and able to arrive within about 20 minutes of our call. He works efficiently and had the problem solved (cut a pipe, solder a pipe) in an hour. Minus one star for a small mistake that was promptly fixed. Steve communicates via phone and email.

Unexpectedly our water heater went out... It leaked horribly. I called and left a message on Sunday when it happened and they were closed but I left a message. On Monday morning I received an early call from Maria in the office and she said she send someone over a s soon as possible. Izzy came over within the hour and quickly found the issue and gave me an estimate. He came back within a couple hours with Cesar and another gentleman, replaced the water heater and took care of a problem in our master bathroom sink as well.
I'm extremely please with the quick response time, quality of service, and the polite, professional and friendly demeanor of Izzy, Cesar and the other fellow.
On Time Plumbing is on the top of my list for ANY plumbing issues I have in future. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND them for any plumbing needs you have!!
Thank You ON TIME PLUMBING!!!!

We had an ongoing problem with our kitchen sink which got clogged all the time. We called Commando Plumbing and they sent Alex to give us an estimate. He went into the crawl space and found that there was a bigger problem with our pipes being old and leaking. Through my conversation with him, I found him very knowledgeable and experienced. He was able to explain the root cause to me and also answer all my questions with great patience. I trusted him right away. Since this became a much bigger project, we also called a few more plumbers, all highly rated by yelp. However, they were either being pushy, or sent someone rookie, or quoted a much higher price . We eventually decided to go with Commando Plumbing.
On the day of the project, Alex and his team arrived on time. They worked on the pipes the whole morning and fixed the problem. My kitchen sink now works great and I have brand new pipes. Definitely a high five to Alex and his team. Thank you, Alex! You'll be my go-to person in the future.

We developed a leak, somewhere in the master bathroom- shower. House is 15 years old, and bathroom was remodeled 4 years ago. Had a regular plumber in 3 different times: recaulk- no change, new shower valve cartridge- no change, drilled hole and ran camera- witnessed a water drop gather behind wall on shower head pipe- remove reinstall, caulk- no change to leaking status. My bedroom carpet behind the shower wall was still wet.
Called Advance Repipe, and they quickly set up appointment. Diagnosed the dreaded Kitec plumbing, and gave me a very fair estimate. (I had suspected the Kitec, and already had MUCH higher verbal estimates) Got a written contract and Ramiro and his crew were able to start the next day. (We have a handicapped individual who has a huge problem using the non-leaking tub/shower in the second bath) That day, Ramiro also recommended that he open the wall behind the shower to verify the valve. Sheet rock looked streaked, as through there had been water leaks, and I decided to have Ramiro replace it at the same time all the replumbing was re-done. Since the water heater was 15 years old, I replaced that at the same time.
The crew worked extremely hard that day- and got the house ready for rough-in inspection by the city. We had to wait for 3 days for the inspection, which included a weekend. Inspection was on a Monday, and on Tuesday, Ramiro had his folks back in. By noon on Wednesday, all was patched, and ready for me to paint.
Although whole house repipe is a very stressful situation, Ramiro did everything he said he was going to do, and in the time period he originally laid out. I would definitely recommend Advanced Repipe Specialists if you need your water pipes replaced. They worked hard, did a good job, and the price was very fair, considering the amount of work that goes into the job.
