I had a problem with my toilet backing up and Davila plumbing sent out one of their guys.  It was fixed but unfortunately it happened again.  Luis (the owner) called about two weeks later to find out my satisfaction. I told him that the problem wasn't fixed and he came out right away and camera'd the main sewer line for free.  He was there for an exhausting 3.5 hours until he could figure out just what the problem was (we had many so it is hard to differentiate all the variables).  He was very thorough and knowledgeable.  He gave me a set of solutions--short term, long term, etc. His prices are all preset (showed me a huge catalog of their repair prices) so it's not like he's making them up.  They are probably more than average but they are reasonable, especially considering he'd get the job done right and he doesn't seem to just be choosing the most expensive solution.  He really is a very honest guy who wants his customers to be happy.  If you have a little problem, you could go with a company that just snakes out the drain.  But if you have a more complex problem or you have no idea what is going on, call him.  I highly recommend him.

Our kitchen faucet was broken and leaking. We needed immediate help and Plumbing Guys promptly returned our call and gave us a fair estimate. Once we agreed on price, they appeared promptly and replaced the faucet. I was really happy with their service.

Couple of month later we noted a bit of leak and reduced water pressure. I called them to ask for help. They came back immediately to look at the issue and fixed the problem as part of their warranty.

I am really happy with their service. I think this business truly deserves a five star. I found my go-to-business for any plumbing issue.

It is my pleasure to write a review about Aptos plumbing.  The immediate issue was a gas pipe leak (scary and dangerous).  Not only did Aptos plumbing show up immediately(during a busy time of the day), but they explained the process to me and conducted the work in a timely and cost-effective manner. Within one day, the project was completed with very little interruption. After the job was done, I could not figure out how to light the pilot on my water heater and the furnace.  They quickly came back to the house (no charge) to take care of it.  When they were here, they also put a small gadget on my propane tank so that if there was ever an earthquake, the propane would shut off.  The gadget was a bit sensitive and so when it triggered for another reason, they quickly came up, re-set it for me and re-lit all of the pilot lights.  This means that they came back 3 and maybe 4 times for follow-up each time on the same day I called.  That's pretty extraordinary.  I should also mention that we live WAY up in the hills of Aptos and it's not a hop/skip/jump to get to my house.  Aptos plumbing took care of me better than any plumbing company ever has.  They are fast, friendly and efficient and I am so happy to have found them.

I called about clogged drains that needed serious attention and I wanted estimates on water filtration and advice on getting more hot water moving around my house. Emil came right out and provided terrific service. He was patient as he explained quite a bit to me and then did a wonderful job on my drains. The price was reasonable and the estimates look thorough and good. Thank you, Emil.

This post is WAY long over due! We were having an issue with our toilet. It backed up and a pipe was clogged which affected all the sinks and bathtub in our house. We literally couldn't even turn on the water without the toilet overflowing. We had called rotor rooter and they wanted to
Charge us a CRAZY amount of money JUST to remove the toilet to see if they could even fix it! I got on the phone, called Save Plumbing after reading the reviews and everyone was RIGHT!! They came exactly when they said they would THE SAME DAY! Mind you, we had been living without running water or a toilet at this point for almost 24 hours with 2 adults and 2
Children in the house. We waited SO long for rotor rooter to come out for nothing and I was so worried we'd have to wait another day to get a repair. Luckily Wally is a man of his word! He came out with one of his crew, was totally conscious of COVID wearing a mask and keeping a distance and fixed our plumbing under 2 hours....just about 1 1/2 hours!!

I HIGHLY recommend Wally! Please use them and don't bother looking for another plumbing service! You want Save Plumbing! My garbage disposal went out late on a Saturday afternoon, and I didn't know any plumbers so I thought for sure I was either going to have to wait until Monday and miss some work, or pay emergency weekend rates, but I called Magnificent Plumbing bc I liked the name of the company and they had great reviews, and Rene was at my house within an hour! About 35 minutes later, he was all done, efficiently and inexpensive you!

Then, about 8 months later I get a notice from the garbage disposal company saying there is a recall on a part, and I should crawl under my sink and unplug things and try to find serial numbers! I started to freak out bc my disposal doesn't look anything like the photos that were sent in the letter, but apparently running my disposal could cause a fire, so I call Magnificent Plumbing, on a Sunday, expecting to leave a message, but Rene picks up the phone on the 2nd ring. We arrange a day/time for home to come over, he looks at the paperwork and my disposal and says my model is in the clear, and NO CHARGE! This guy is the best!!!

Mike from Fuse HVAC San Jose was great. He arrived right on time, and he was very polite and courteous.

I had a bad circuit that kept tripping when I would boot up my desktop computer, and Mike was able to replace the circuit very quickly and efficiently. He also took the time to explain why the circuit breaker kept tripping.

He fixed the issue in a matter of minutes. Super happy with his work. Thank you Mike and Fuse!

We have used this company several times and refer them to all our clients. They always go above and beyond and are very fairly priced but most of all have a faster turnaround time than anyone in the leak detection industry.

Mike and his team came highly recommended by our equally competent and highly skilled electricians. Mike came by the same day to check out our situation in our newly purchased house and delivered an honest and clear plan of scope. He admitted they were on the higher end of the rate scale but that it reflected the higher quality of work, and it sure did. If you want it done right, you hire the professionals.

Mike recognized the urgency in our situation (wife 8 months pregnant and delivering at home with leaded copper pipes poisoning the system) and moved around his schedule to arrange work the following week and brought his full team (all members super nice and willing to ensure everything is completed to high standards) to accomplish a miracle in 3 days. We now have new mixed PEX and safe copper pipes and drains that actually make sense, that are fully functional, that follow regulatory rules and design, and produce actual water pressure.

They even redid our laundry system, moved the units to the new location and rerouted the lint exhaust tube to ensure safety compliance. They also replaced a leaky toilet and nasty contaminated water heater, and accommodated a future water softener system install. They are our, in the end, our heroes.

You can't do better than Rich Briscoe for a plumber.  He responds quickly, appraises your needs thoroughly and accurately, explains exactly what he's going to do and why, and answers any questions expertly and honestly.  His prices are very fair as are what he charges for parts.  If he's got a spare of what you need he may not charge for it at all.  He's also very personable and while fixing or installing whatever it is in a jiffy he's never in a hurry and is very pleasant to talk with.

I have used this company for a minor sink faucet repair.  The scheduler ensured she assigned the job to a technician who was knowledgable with my particular brand of faucet as they are different to install... first thumbs up.  I was given an arrival window of 3-5pm.  I received a call around 4:15 stating he was finishing up his current job and would arrive closer to 5pm... second thumbs up.  Not many companies give you an updated ETA when using the appointment window system.

I have also used this company for a MAJOR repair of replacing my main water and sewer lines.  The team always showed up on time.  The city inspection went flawlessly.

I couldn't be happier.  I have used other plumbers in the past and ALWAYS had issues with the repairs.  My money is well spent using San Jose Plumbing.  I have an ease of mind knowing my plumbing issues will be resolved the first time, and they stand behind there work.  Added bonus, all the employees I have dealt with have been friendly and helpful.  

I can honestly say this is the only plumbing contractor I feel confident to recommend to family and friends.

Called Plumbing 911 the day after Halloween with an emergency toilet overfill situation.  Bart and team were able to come out to my residence that afternoon - right on time.  They were able to diagnose and solve our plumbing situation speedily.

Just OUTSTANDING!  We had an emergency stoppage (the line from the house out to the sewer had become clogged by tree roots, etc.)  Warranted Plumbing Services was out to the house in less than and hour and quickly fixed the problem at a reasonable cost!  Luis was very professional and thorough (and both technicians were following COVID-19 protocols).  Can't say enough great things about this team!

Once again Steve came to the rescue fixing my major leak the very next day after calling him.  He is easy to get in touch with and returns calls quickly. I appreciate his concern for using good quality parts. Now I just text  him a photo of the problem  and he arrives with the materials I need on his truck - not wasting my time and money running around town looking for parts.

Eddy was amazing! We had a sudden flood at our place of business, and Eddy was there within 20 minutes late on a Saturday afternoon.

It's been several weeks, and we have experienced no more issues, thanks to Eddy's quick work and excellent repairs.

Used their service in past, when contacted them again this time they were a total disaster, very unprofessional.   Didn't show up for the appointment, an hour later after no show called them and told me they can't make it today, will be tomorrow and wanted to charge double the price they charged me last time for exactly the same work.
Either they changed management or built confidence and trying to rip customers. Not recomendemos at all!

Ramiro came to my home on time for the first consultation and gave a detailed presentation to help me understand my options. He provided an accurate estimated cost, which was exactly what I paid for at the end. Their price might not be the lowest, but they were transparent about the materials and costs. I felt confident picking Advanced Repipe out of a pool of contractors.

Ramiro's team was well trained and had great attention to details -- most importantly, they did all the work with the current city codes in mind. They completed the project on time with great results. They patiently answered my questions and addressed my concerns during the final walkthrough.

The patching work was also done nicely -- which eased the pain from all the holes cut open for re-piping,

Overall, it was an easy five star. The team earned it with hard work and superb quality.
