After another company (initials: MC) cancelled on me less than an hour before my scheduled appt, I got Luis from Davila on the line. He called me back within a few minutes and said his guy, Josh, could be here in 45 min to an hour. Josh checked out the job (install new faucet), talked a little about the connection (made for a mobile home), and advised but didn't insist on replacing them. He had the parts on his truck to update the under-sink connections. He found another issue along the way that he suggested fixing. Thoroughly explained everything, polite, mindful of tracking anything in on his boots. He again explained everything he had done after he was finished. Thanks, Josh, for a job well done! Thanks, Davila Plumbing for bailing me out after Mike Counsil cancelled on me at the last minute.

Finally, Super-Helpful, Friendly and Solution-Oriented Plumbing Specialists!

I have had many disappointing experiences with plumbers until now. I had bathroom sink hardware that was not working and two plumbers told me that my only solution was to replace the sink entirely, including giving me unhelpful advice to put a vanity in a small bathroom.  

In contrast, The Plumbing Guys made this project so simple to fix! They removed my pedestal sink so we could wallpaper, then replaced the same sink with new hardware. It all works well and I didn't have to buy a new sink after all.

Eric and Victor could not have been more customer-friendly and helpful. They were also delightful human beings which was a lovely surprise after one experience after another with a surly service provider.

I will use this company for every plumbing need going forward.

Never showed up to our appointment and instead called an hour after. After some back and forth, concluded that my water heater needed replacement, which was based on no evidence of the unit needing anything more than descaling. Just went on to say that my relatively new unit was hard to work on and that I should pay them $4k to get a new one installed. Catch is that it's some brand that they work with and I'm assuming get a cut of all sales from. I searched the brand online and cannot find a single review or mention of this unit outside of the company's website.  I would not recommend working with this company because they are clearly just going for cash grabs and do not want to actually help out

Amazing experience. Called Martin at 4.30pm on Sat after waiting for technician from affordable water heater since 10am who were suppose to charge me $100 for just visiting.

Martin gave the quote over the phone after asking few questions about the heater problem. And told me that he wouldn't charge me if he cannot fix the problem. Gave an appointment for 7pm same evening came little late, but fixed the issue by 8pm and was done. Knew exactly what wasn't working and got the parts with him. Took exactly 30 mins to fix the problem.

Gave the one year warranty on the work. Will definitely recommend to friends.

These guys are awesome! They came to my house within an hour of my call and installed my water heater immediately. They gave me a fair price and were very courteous, friendly and clean. They even diagnosed some other plumbing issues I inquired about, which I plan to have them fix. Highly recommend!

Second time using these guys and they are great! Reliable, on time, and did a wonderful job. Had to get my water heater checked out since it was making a loud booming sound like someone slamming a car door. Rene came out the same day and realized the gas pipe fire hose was leaking, felt pretty dangerous so they helped me replace it immediately. The guys came around 6 and worked till evening to get the new water heater installed. Price was very reasonable and the guys definitely knew what they were doing, had the thing up and running in under 3 hrs. If you have any plumbing or water issues, these are the guys to call. Rene even called the next day to make sure everything was going smooth, great service!

8 months after Chirill fixed my heater, it suddenly acted up again, the flame was turning on and off every several seconds.  I called Fuse HVAC on Sunday afternoon, prepared to hear the voicemail and leave a message, and was really surprised when Alec picked up the phone, he told me their schedule was fully booked in the next 4 days, but he would contact Chirill and let me know if he could squeeze me in.  Less than an hour later, he called me and confirmed Chirill would come on Monday.  Chirill arrived on time, upon inspection, he identified the issue was cause by a blocking of air intake, he fixed it, AND didn't charge me, even though it is after 6 months' warrantee period.  I'm so impressed by how professional and customer centric they are, both Alec and Chirill and the company they represent.  I highly recommend Fuse HVAC Appliance Repair.

We have used this company several times and refer them to all our clients. They always go above and beyond and are very fairly priced but most of all have a faster turnaround time than anyone in the leak detection industry.

We were referred to Mike/Redwood through another plumbing company which didn't do the type of work we needed. Mike and crew were great to deal with. They weren't the cheapest nor the most expensive quote that we got, but they did great work. They were very knowledgeable, prompt and reliable. We ended up adding a couple of additional features that we didn't think to ask for and Mike suggested, but all pretty minor things we should have thought of and didn't, he def wasn't try to upsell us on anything we didn't need. We got waters and drains repiping, an on demand heater with recirculation and some gas line work. All of it is working great. I'm also very confident that he will stand by his work if any issues ever come up

Rich Briscoe is an honest and reasonably priced plumber who unclogged our kitchen sink Friday. He was very accommodating and easy to work with. I am happy to recommend him to others.

My faucets and PRV were squeaking since a month. I had called a plumber to take a look earlier and he recommended replacing the PRV. For $500!!

Then I remembered that San Jose Plumbing's Kevin had installed it about 6 years back. I gave them a call and explained the issue and asked them to quote me for changing the PRV. Kevin came to take a look. He said the PRV does not need to be changed.

Just a few turns of thread and the squeaking stopped. Just asked me for $20 for his effort to drive down and make a customer satisfied, which I gladly gave. These guys know their stuff and how!

I was impressed with them 6 years back and am extremely pleased with their professionalism and honesty.

I recently had two interactions with Miramar plumbing that did not go well. The first interaction was for a leak in my kitchen that was also bubbling my walls downstairs. I had thought it was the dishwasher that had leaked, but this was coincidental. Nonetheless, George looked no further and missed that the actual leak was behind the refrigerator. Of course this allowed additional damage and created more issues.

I thought I would give a local business one more chance. But on this occasion we called twice over 24 hours, once stating it was urgent, and then had to call a third time. Only to be told they did not have the tools needed to do the job.

When it comes to plumbing issues thoroughness and responsiveness are paramount. Unfortunately neither of those were satisfied in my interactions.

Had a great experience with Nick. He came on a Saturday, was totally honest, charged me a fair rate and fixed my clogged drain. This guy was a total winner and I was glad to work with him, as opposed to some big company that over charged me for radio dispatch.

Glad to see guys like him are still around.

Guys came in gave me a reasonable estimate which I accepted and they got to work. Super friendly, quick and straightforward. Will def be using again!

We had an urgent water leak, consulted Yelp for help, and found Steve Davis.  Fortuitously he was nearby and able to arrive within about 20 minutes of our call.  He works efficiently and had the problem solved (cut a pipe, solder a pipe) in an hour.  Minus one star for a small mistake that was promptly fixed.  Steve communicates via phone and email.

Sewer line backed up.  Called Isidoro (based on Yelp reviews) and he arrived 45 minutes later having diverted from another non-emergency job.  He discovered a couple of different plugs and cleared them out for a fair price.  Great service and fast when we needed it.  Wish all tradesmen were this good.

I received exceptional service yesterday from Mario of Commando Plumbing.  Late the prior evening our toilet and bathtub backed up and we could not take care of ourselves with plunging and a snake.  It's awful to be without a working toilet and shower, which really puts a homeowner in a difficult situation.  In the morning our local plumbing company was booked for several days, so I was on my own to find someone else.  Being a single woman plus living up in the mountains makes finding reliable and trustworthy services a real challenge.  After making a handful of blind calls to other companies and being told they' don't service La Honda, I finally called Commando and spoke with Mario.  With a reasonable fee for the extra travel time, he arrived within about two hours as promised and spent hours helping to locate the trap which was buried (he dug without complaint), relieving the clog with a snake, and then showing me from various locations the condition of my pipes via the video camera.  He was very knowledgable, kind and patient as I asked many questions.  He also evaluated my overall plumbing system which needs more work, and I'll definitely be hiring Commando to do it.  Don't hesistate to use this company!

We had all of the old pipes in our 98 year old house replaced. Advanced Repipe Specialist was efficient and professional, and were reasonably priced.
