Very professional! We dealt with a shady vendor and after multiple horrible visits we finally got Davila to come out and actually find the issue instead of throwing darts. Everything was explained, and he took the time to communicate instead of rushing in and rushing out. Great customer service and results. I HIGHLY recommend Davila Plumbing!

Eric helped me with my stuck cleanout today. It was a great pleasure to work with him.

Our sewer line had been clogged three times in a year so that I was really concerned. I figured out by myself that there was a screw in the cleanout plug that is too long so that it keeps trapping sewage. I managed to remove the screw but couldn't remove the cleanout plug and I have no way to tell if the pipe is still partially clogged or not. That is why I called the plumbing guys yesterday.

Eric helped me cut up a brass cleanout plug and run a camera inspection. It turned out that everything is fine and he didn't charge me anything. He also gave me great insights on maintenance the how to prevent future leaking. I think the plumbing guys is a much more responsible and trustworthy company than other three ones I have used previously.

I had these guys install my gas cooktop and downdraft exhaust fan. It was a small job, but they were very prompt and polite. I would use them again.

Bruce and his team are incredibly helpful and honest.

He also has deep expertise, esp in the area of tankless water heaters. He saved me hundreds of dollars in an unnecessary installation that other plumbers assessed. He really knows his stuff!

His approach to helping the customer with solutions the customer needs (not just a solution that makes money foe the business) is refreshing. I will call him again for future problems.

This company charge $175 to come out and check the project! It is outrageous high rate before I know the service worth this much.  Looking the other way...

Took me a while to write this review!
Needed to install bidets for two toilets. I had done multiple such installs myself in the past, but this time around eroded threads on the flush pipe started causing leaks and I reaced for professional help.

Found Wally through yelp. The appointment was scheduled entirely over yelp. He was quick to respond to all the questions over yelp.

He was punctual to the appointment and professional throughout the job. He replaced the flush mechanisms on both the toilets and continued on to the bidet installations.
Not only did he complete the work professionally, the information he provided was quite useful for us, the new, first-time homeowners. His leak sensor recommendation later helped us detect a dishwasher leak and turn it off before any damage was done.

When contacted for a different job later, he was quick to notify of his unavailability during our desired time window. If the work wasn't time sensetive, would've waited for his availability too.

Definitely recommended. Five stars.

Very professional service. I had them for my backyard water tab which was leaking. The guy who came arrived at scheduled time exactly. He did awesome job. I was asking lots of questions to understand water system on my place better and he kindly explained for all my questions. Thank you.

Love working with Fuse. I have used them for all my appliance needs the last 4 years- refrigeration, dishwasher and hvac repair. Very reliable and reaponsive. They most  recently installed a new hvac system . Superb service and finished the job ahead of schedule . Highly recommend!

We hired The leak Detection Company to find a water leak in our concrete slab house in Redwood City when other company was trying to brake concrete all over our house the technician from Leak Detection Company find exactly where the problem was and we where available to repair it a much better price, no doubt about it they know what they where doing  very trustworthy company.

Mike and his crew were great! He was clear and upfront about everything.  He came in and fixed a lingering issue we'd been having that my own general contractor couldn't. Really good work - they know their craft.

We had a small water leak to our outside pipe connected to the main water supply.  I called Rich and he and he said he could be at our home in about an hour.  He did an excellent job fixing the leak and replacing it with all copper and removed very old plumbing that was attached to the pipe that was not needed.   We will definitely call Rich again for any plumbing needs in the future.

Kevin used to do good, if not pricey, work if you could tolerate his complaints about your choice of plumbing products. Lately though, he's taken to using customers to vent about the state and the governor. It is never a good idea to let political views spill over to what should be simply a job well done - especially when the customer is paying. His ranting about his politics is unprofessional and we won't use this company ever again.

George has met our plumbing needs many times, always with good result.  He provided same-day service today for a clogged kitchen drain, putting our kitchen back in service.  We always ask for George.

I've been incredibly pleased with the work Bart & Nick have done. I got in touch with them via a contractor to have a small bit of work done, which wound up escalating to significant work to replace our entire water line from the street (due to age of the existing pipe). They worked quickly and very hard, communicated status updates regularly, and have come back to ensure that everything is working and make a few adjustments elsewhere around our house. I'm definitely keeping them as my go-to plumbers!

I used Warranted for the first time this Sept. 2020, chosen based on Yelp reviews, for our condo in Walnut Creek, and I wanted to say how much I agree with everyone's 5 star ratings!!!
1. One 31 Aug Mon. our condo management sent a message saying water to a few buildings would be shut off on 2 Sept. Wed, from 9am-6pm, to fix a leak in the parking lot. I asked them to confirm that my building would have its water shut off, as I'd wanted some plumbing work done which required the water to be off, explaining exactly the work I needed, and they confirmed yes, the water would be off 9-6pm on 2 Sept. They knew I'd be taking advantage of the water shut off to get plumbing work done.
2. Warranted's plumber Juan came out to our condo on 1 Sept Tues to provide a quote for a) loosening the shower faucet which had been hard to turn, and b) more importantly, adding a turn-off valve to the kitchen pipe under the kitchen sink, something that was missing in the property report check when I bought the condo last year, and which was considered a risk if the pipe ever burst, as flooding could occur. We'd agree to a 9am appointment for next day 2 Sept. Wed.
3. The next day 2 Sept. Wed, the water to the building had yet to be turned off at 9am, so the appointment was postponed to 1pm. The water was shut off to the building at 9:30am instead of the 9am appointed time.
4. Warranted's Juan arrive promptly at 1pm, fixed the shower faucet, and moved on to the kitchen, around 1:30pm. Just as Juan was broke into the kitchen water piper to add a turn-off valve, the main condo plumbers had finished their work early, and turned the mains water back on, instead of at 6pm, the original planned time.
5. Of course, DISASTER!!!! The condo flooded, water seeped through our floor down to our neighbour below. The exact thing we were trying to prevent with this plumbing work actually happened! Juan called out Edwin while the apartment was flooding. The mains water turn-off valve to the kitchen was in a different part of the building than the turn-off valve to the shower (very odd construction). We finally got hold of the main condo plumbers for them to turn off the water so Juan could finish his work adding a turn-off valve to our kitchen pipes. He and Edwin then went to our neighbor's, whose ceiling was now puffed up with water, to create a small hole to drain their ceiling. So embarrassing, but luckily our neighbor was very understanding.
6. Warranted (Edwin and Juan) then bought fans to place in both our neighbor's and our apartment, to dry out both our apartments overnight and patched the neighbor's ceiling where they'd made a hole to drain the water from our flood.
7. At the end of all this, their bill remained exactly what was quoted, for the work they did on our condo, on our shower faucet and kitchen pipes. Their worksmanship is excellent. These are people who are decent, have character, and are extremely professional. I would definitely use them again, especially as I am hoping to do a bathroom remodel.

Tonight, we have running water again thanks to Steve! He came to our house at night to figure out where the leak in our garden was coming from. He diagnosed the problem correctly, but had to come back in the daylight to excavate. His diagnosis was correct! He found and fixed the problem quickly. His work was very neat and other then a trimmed hedge you wouldn't even know he had to dig. I will absolutely call on him next time we need a plumber. Best of all he charged much less than what one big company quoted us. Thanks Steve!

My favorite plumber in the bay area. I used On Time Plumbing many times for different services, replace toilet, install sewer line, replace water pipe, etc. Fast service and reasonable price. Definitely recommend them!

My 18-year old hot water heat broken on a Thursday night. The next morning Victor called me with a fair price to replace it. That afternoon Abraham and Christian came out and replaced it. Arrived on time, very polite, very professional job. They delivered just as promised. Will definitely use them again.

I chose the Advanced Repipe Specialist for one of the most difficult home improvement projects in my mind --- repiping the whole home. I needed a team of true professionals and Advanced Repipe pulled it off.

Ramiro and his team were easy to work with. I had a very positive experience from the beginning. Ramiro came to my home on time for the first consultation and gave a detailed presentation to help me understand my options. He provided an accurate estimated cost, which was exactly what I paid for at the end. Their price might not be the lowest, but they were transparent about the materials and costs. I felt confident picking Advanced Repipe out of a pool of contractors.

Ramiro's team was well trained and had great attention to details -- most importantly, they did all the work with the current city codes in mind. They completed the project on time with great results. They patiently answered my questions and addressed my concerns during the final walkthrough.

The patching work was also done nicely -- which eased the pain from all the holes cut open for re-piping,

Overall, it was an easy five star. The team earned it with hard work and superb quality.
