They are just one call/email away. We can still remember when we got our emergency with a water leak. Luis, the owner is very efficient in terms of scheduling (always there 24/7) he sends out his tech right away, his quote is very reasonable, and his assessment and recommendation is an assurance that the issue reported will be fixed completely in a timely manner.  The Maintenance team would definitely be a partner with them in the coming more years. Thank you Aaron! Great service you have going on here... I forgot the name of the tech who came out but he showed up right on time and was super courteous. My toilet had a minor issue with a gasket and a hose. I'll definitely be calling you guys should I need plumbing services in the future.

Ruben's team at Alert Plumbing has just helped us on re-piping the cold and hot water line, and they changed a new sewer line for us as well. They are very professional and nice to work with. Ruben also helped us found the two blockages between the drain in our house and the city's, and replaced a new one for us. They completed this big project for us timely with 35-year warranty. If some thing happens, Ruben promised me they would come and fix it within 2 days. They have done a great job. I really appreciate it!

I highly recommend Aptos Plumbing. We were on vacation, the toilet was plugged. Bruce one of the owners showed up in less than an hour. He worked hard, troubleshot the problem with his camera and specialty locator device. In an hour or so he had the line unclogged and problem solved. Cheers!

Called Plumbing Care Inc on a Wednesday evening, and they sent someone out the very next day, which was Christmas Eve. Dimitry was amazing to work with, and was very honest about work that needed to be done. When we need to install a new water tank, we will definitely be calling Plumbing Care Inc, as we do for all our Plumbing needs.

Very responsive. I called about my clogged toilet and he asked me a couple questions to see if it was a building problem or my toilet problem. I called my landlord and it was actually the buildings problem and they fixed it. I would have known this if I didn't call them. Thank you so much for helping me out! He didn't even need to come out to fix it but he called me right away! Thank you!

Rene answered the phone and we were able to book an appointment the next day. He tried to use a snake to unclog a drain but was unsuccessful. The story may be continued another day, and if it is, I will update it. He was prompt and professional, and we appreciate that.

I called them early in the morning to get someone to fix our washer. The washer kept moving even there's no water or clothes in it. It would only stop when unplugged. A guy showed up at 11am. He said it had to be the controller and spent almost an hour to diagnose and fix the problem. He's very nice and thorough and willing to explain to me what I could do to prevent the problem from happening again. I will call them for repair if I have problem with any of my appliances but hopefully not for a long time.

Leak detection is a specialized industry that requires the right skills, right tools, and great integrity with its business practices. They also have a very fast turn around time. I've found the owner to be honest, skilled, punctual and knowledgeable in the field. This is why we heavily rely on their services when our clients need leak detection or a water damage source report.

We were really pleased with Redwood Pipe and Drain. We wanted to start moving into our new house and they were able to start the next week and tackle the whole job: new copper pipe, installation of on-demand hot water in different location, water softener, redo drainage, relocation of washer/dryer. His crew were friendly and they worked really well together. We were really pleased that Mike and his team did the work and left the yard just as they found it. The coordination with subs (electrical, sheetrock) was seamless. All that work an they were in and out in less than a week!

We had a small water leak to our outside pipe connected to the main water supply.  I called Rich and he and he said he could be at our home in about an hour.  He did an excellent job fixing the leak and replacing it with all copper and removed very old plumbing that was attached to the pipe that was not needed.   We will definitely call Rich again for any plumbing needs in the future.

Very bad. First they did not show up for the appointment I made (blaming that I never made the appointment in the first place). Then the next day someone came and told me: I do not speak English and we cant communicate just because I asked him to explain to me what he meant by his question:How often does the toilet plunge? because I did not understand what he meant by that and could not answer the question.
Outrages!  I wish there is a zero star option. Wow!

I recently had two interactions with Miramar plumbing that did not go well. The first interaction was for a leak in my kitchen that was also bubbling my walls downstairs. I had thought it was the dishwasher that had leaked, but this was coincidental. Nonetheless, George looked no further and missed that the actual leak was behind the refrigerator. Of course this allowed additional damage and created more issues.

I thought I would give a local business one more chance. But on this occasion we called twice over 24 hours, once stating it was urgent, and then had to call a third time. Only to be told they did not have the tools needed to do the job.

When it comes to plumbing issues thoroughness and responsiveness are paramount. Unfortunately neither of those were satisfied in my interactions.

We were very pleased when he came to our home. Nick was very timely,
straightforward, quick, efficient, and flexible in price. We enjoyed him greatly
as a person, and I would not hesitate to call on him again for any other

Our water heater went out so I posted a message on yelp to see who could help. Posted the message at 7 pm and these guys replied by 7:05 pm. They came out the next morning at 9 am and gave us clear advice in a very non-pushy way. Gave us all the options and spent time discussing pros and cons. We opted to replace the unit given ours was nearing two decades of use. They immediately purchased the new unit and had it installed by noon. Fantastic. I figured that since they were already here we might as well tackle the ice maker that never worked. They took a look and quickly diagnosed the issue. By 4 pm they had replaced the pipe coming to the fridge, which involved three guys and lots of activity in a very small crawl space. I'll enjoy a hot shower and cold filtered water tonight thanks to this crew. Can't recommend them high enough and will definitely contact them again for any plumbing needs.

Once again Steve came to the rescue fixing my major leak the very next day after calling him.  He is easy to get in touch with and returns calls quickly. I appreciate his concern for using good quality parts. Now I just text  him a photo of the problem  and he arrives with the materials I need on his truck - not wasting my time and money running around town looking for parts.

I asked five companies for ballpark quotes on hooking up a new kitchen sink, new garbage disposal, new faucet, existing dishwasher, and running a water line to my refrigerator.

I added On Time to my short list because they understood my project description  (whereas other plumbers did not bother to read my project description or did not understand English).

I chose On Time because their quote was nearly half of what other plumbing companies and general contractors quoted.

Minor problems were uncovered as work began; however, none of these problems cost me extra labor or parts fees.

The end result looked good to my untrained eye.

Consequently, I'm thoroughly happy with the On Time Plumbing's fixed low price, workmanship, and reasonable handling of problems that came up.

Victor and his team did a fantastic job! They got back to my message on Yelp immediately and called and set up a time to review the jobs we needed done. He gave really easy to understand explanations of our options and got back to us with a quote very quickly. He arrived at the exact time we set up each time and was extremely professional. We need a new water heater, down spout and insinkerator. The work they did was to a very high standard and he even helped us understand the maintenance needed. If you're looking for an knowledgeable, skilled and trustworthy plumbing service, look no further!

Advance Repipe specialists did a great job of repiping when they say one day repipe they weren't kidding! It took the crew 8  hours to repipe the entire house.  We were without water for only 8 hours start to finish! The crew was very professional and nice, and cleaned up whatever mess they made very thoroughly. We had 2 other appointments to patch up the sheet rock.   We now have clean water with no rust I recommend them for any repipe job.
