By far the best Plumbing Company, I have ever worked with. Luis was FANTASTIC!! He has very high standards of knowledge. He listened to my concerns and answered all of my questions. He really went out of his way to ensure our satisfaction. We had an emergency at our home and were unable to use any water faucet as it would bounce back up to the kitchen, laundry room and bathroom. It was horrible and a major inconvenience! Luis was able to work with my schedule and came to my house around 4pm (same day appointment) He was very professional and came well prepared. He looked very clean and organized. He had all his tools and was wearing gloves and other safety gear. He didn't make a mess nor leave anything, very clean!! After fixing the major backup or clog through the main line, he also fixed our garbage disposal. He gave me good tips on how to prevent things like this to happen. His work has a warranty and reminded him to call at anytime if I experience any issues. I took just a relaxing shower and felt GREAT!!! Overall, highly recommended, I informed my colleagues and friends about him, for any plumbing issues.

I had them exchange a garbage disposal believing it would be an hour to an hour and a half job. Although, the plumber they sent was extremely helpful it took him literally 22 minuets to complete the task. My end bill included the price of the disposal ($150-$200) and labor. However, it totaled $525.

We want to highly recommend Alert Plumbing (408-272-1423), a family business in the Berryessa district.  Our old water heater completely failed, flooding our garage on a Friday night.  While other plumbers were closed for the weekend, Alert Plumbing came out on Saturday to walk us through purchasing and installing a new water heater.   They were very patient, and kindly helped us return and swap a water heater that turned out to be defective when we opened the box from Home Depot.  Their prices were very reasonable.  And we even got a rusted water main valve replaced by them on the same day.  Kudos to the plumbers, Jesse and Jose.

I had little success with other plumbers regarding problem I had with water issues. Bruce immediately diagnosed it and returned within a week to fix it. He was personable and most important, he did not talk down to me because I am an older woman (like the others did). This is your go-to plumber!!

This is the absolute best plumbing company ever.  I called for a clogged toilet, and they were here in 40 minutes, got it fixed in 5 minutes - very professional, very reasonable cost, and fast!!  Thank you Martin!  I will recommend you to everyone - you are truly the best.

Wally at save plumbing was a life saver. I had a backed up drain and water and sludge coming up through my bathroom sink and shower. I have a small house with only one bathroom and needed help. I called him at almost 6 at night. He came right over and cleared all the drains, the main,sink and shower. Cleaned everything up. Very friendly and professional. Gave me some tips on how to prevent future problems. I am truly blessed to have met Wally. I encourage anyone with plumbing issues to call him.

I am giving this company five star.  My kitchen faucet needs to be replaced so I called Renee early morning.  He gave me an estimate over the phone and sent the technician within an hour.  I am very pleased with fast service.  The technician did a really good and clean job fixing my problem right away.  Also, he charged me with a reasonable price.  Since this is a local business, I am going to continue to support them and recommend to all my friends.  Really appreciate the hard work and make my day smoother and nicer to keep going my daily routine. Took advantage of the deal of the day they had for two appliances that needed repair.   Got a confirmation call the next day to explain what the problems were, and then the technician called to confirm my appointment.

He arrived few minutes after he called me and fixed our water heater pretty quick.   I did have a fridge that wasn't staying cool but he showed me the age of it and offered advice that maybe better to replace but can be fixed as an option.  Being that this was my parents house, I'd rather replace it.   Overall my issues were well handled and I'm pleased, I was even more impressed with the cost as well.

I received a notification of excessive water use and potential leak via email and text. Checked and observed for a few days and, sure enough, the amount of water used was triple the average we normally see. After checking the house and ruling out the sprinkler system, I suspected an underground leak in the pool plumbing.
Contacted the folks at The Leak Detection Company and from the first interaction on the phone I was impressed by the responsiveness and professionalism exhibited by this company.
After setting the appointment, they showed up right on time, brought some sophisticated equipment and took the time to explain everything they intended to do and how this equipment detects leaks. After performing their magic, they located the problem area and offered several solutions. I took them on the offer to fix the leak, which they did, demonstrating excellent knowledge of their trait.
More importantly, these are really nice people that take pride in what they do. They are very reasonably priced and truly care, which is something we do not see very often these days. If I ever need such services in the future, The Leak Detection Company will be my Go To company.

Mike and his team came highly recommended by our equally competent and highly skilled electricians. Mike came by the same day to check out our situation in our newly purchased house and delivered an honest and clear plan of scope. He admitted they were on the higher end of the rate scale but that it reflected the higher quality of work, and it sure did. If you want it done right, you hire the professionals.

Mike recognized the urgency in our situation (wife 8 months pregnant and delivering at home with leaded copper pipes poisoning the system) and moved around his schedule to arrange work the following week and brought his full team (all members super nice and willing to ensure everything is completed to high standards) to accomplish a miracle in 3 days. We now have new mixed PEX and safe copper pipes and drains that actually make sense, that are fully functional, that follow regulatory rules and design, and produce actual water pressure.

They even redid our laundry system, moved the units to the new location and rerouted the lint exhaust tube to ensure safety compliance. They also replaced a leaky toilet and nasty contaminated water heater, and accommodated a future water softener system install. They are our, in the end, our heroes.

This was the BEST plumbing experience I've had in my life.  It was Tuesday, and I had been without water since Saturday! My home warranty company sent out the first guy late Tuesday afternoon. He refused to fix my leaking water heater, despite the fact it was STILL LEAKING. I called Rich in tears and he arrived in less than 30 minutes, fixed the issue, and gave me a fair price. He truly saved the day. I will only be using him from now on.

Very disappointed with Adam who happens to be an owner.He scheduled my work on a wed.and I was called Tuesday evening saying he could not come that day and rescheduled for Friday between 10 Am and noon..Friday at 9Am he called and said he could not make the appt.
And asked if Monday was ok.At. That point I lost all faith in him and the
Company and told him I would not be needing his services.I was referred to him by a close friend and never checked with yelp .If I had I

I called him up to ask about the cost to flush a hot water heater and he asked how old it was. Since my hot water heater is from 2004, he didn't recommend flushing it out. Due to age and likely significant sediment, it could stir it up enough to clog up the lines.  He didn't think it'd be worth it for me and recommended to save my money for replacing the water heater, which would likely be soon.

He's honest and gives a good opinion and I really appreciate that! Will call him when it breaks!

My toilet overflowed and I called Plumbing 911 due to a positive review from a neighbor.  I left a message and received a call back within 15 minutes.  They came out when they said they would, fixed the problem, and charged me a reasonable price.  Very professional, courteous and prompt.  Bart also gave me so quotes/estimates for some future work that will need to be done so I will call him when that time comes.  Highly recommended!

Excellent service from call to visit. Although they said earliest availability for a non-urgent visit was the following day, one of their techs, Luis, gave me a call to follow-up along with offering to stop by in 20-30 minutes as he was already in the area. Couldn't be happier with their expertise and visit. Honest and helpful!

Tonight, we have running water again thanks to Steve! He came to our house at night to figure out where the leak in our garden was coming from. He diagnosed the problem correctly, but had to come back in the daylight to excavate. His diagnosis was correct! He found and fixed the problem quickly. His work was very neat and other then a trimmed hedge you wouldn't even know he had to dig. I will absolutely call on him next time we need a plumber. Best of all he charged much less than what one big company quoted us. Thanks Steve!

Messaged them at 8:15, they called back immediately, were here within an hour, and fixed the problem without cutting corners.

My husband had them out to our house to look at our plumbing issues.  They were very knowledgeable and helpful.  My husband is very handy and knows enough about plumbing that he knows when plumbers seem to know what they are talking about or not.  He really likes this company and will hire them when we are ready to start the job.

Advance Repipe specialists did a great job of repiping when they say one day repipe they weren't kidding! It took the crew 8  hours to repipe the entire house.  We were without water for only 8 hours start to finish! The crew was very professional and nice, and cleaned up whatever mess they made very thoroughly. We had 2 other appointments to patch up the sheet rock.   We now have clean water with no rust I recommend them for any repipe job.
