Luis is about as honest and friendly as they come in the business.        Luis came over to video inspect and clear the existing roots.  Throughout the process, he explained what he saw, how he was performing each task, and what looked acceptable to  him.   He also recommended cost saving ways to repair a few transgressions from the last repair job without sewer main cutting.     Luis is fantastic and I wouldn't hesitate to use him again or recommend him.

Update: the civil engineering department reviewed the sewer lateral cleaning job that was done on the video recording and was satisfied with results.   5 stars!!

I made a quick call to  the plumbing guys !!! And I was glad I did . Arron came out promptly and gave me a fair estimate for the redo  . His crew did an amazing -quick job and came in a few hundred cheaper then the lowest estimate I had . Would recommend these guys in a heartbeat !

My upstairs bathroom's shower and kitchen faucet seemed to have low pressure, but the other faucets and toilets were working fine. I could also hear water in the wall behind the shower, which made me uneasy. My next door neighbor recommended Alert Plumbing, since she had a very good experience with them.
Bryan showed up within the time window I was given. He was polite, friendly, and knowledgeable. He fixed the problem with the shower and the kitchen water pressure. The told me what steps to take about the water I heard in the wall, because it might involve the HOA. Once I hear from them, if needed, I will call Alert Plumbing again without hesitation.

Bruce came out and put a new water heater in at my rental. He was polite, quick and efficient.  I will deffinantly be using them again. I also spoke with Sabrina in the office, one of the best customer service experiences I've had. I also love that they are local and family owned.

We are living in Moraga, CA. We just had the anode rod change and flushing of our hot water tank this afternoon. The technician was very professional and responsible and has done a very good job. The technician accomplished the work in about a hours. I would recommend this company to everyone.

I have been using Wally's save plumbing services for past couple of years he usually goes above and beyond to help his customers fix their problem. He is usually very prompt in answering phone calls, provide the right estimates and gets the job done quickly and very professionally. He was able to fix a complex bathroom situation recently for which i am very thankful. I would highly recommend Wally for anyone who are planning to use a plumber.

Marcos was responsive & helpful! He found the leak within minutes of arriving, despite the fact that we also had a leaky shower valve. Turns out it was just a leaky landscape valve!

Mike and his crew were great! He was clear and upfront about everything.  He came in and fixed a lingering issue we'd been having that my own general contractor couldn't. Really good work - they know their craft.

We had a small water leak to our outside pipe connected to the main water supply.  I called Rich and he and he said he could be at our home in about an hour.  He did an excellent job fixing the leak and replacing it with all copper and removed very old plumbing that was attached to the pipe that was not needed.   We will definitely call Rich again for any plumbing needs in the future.

We have been using SJ Plumbing for over 10 years, and have been happy with their work.  So, we decided to get a quote from them for a property line clean out.  They were the middle bid, so we thought it was a no brainer to use them again.  

Once we committed to it, everything started going downhill.  The office told us it would be 3-4 days total. Day one was fine, both the plumber Jose, and Martin started digging away.  Every day we checked with them, their only comment to us was this is the hardest dig we have done in a long time They start late in the morning, take a lunch break, and rarely work past 5pm. At the end of the first week (5 days in) they were still digging.  I would have thought they would have brought in another laborer to help with the digging, but no, the two just kept digging.  

At the beginning of the second week, they finally called for a city inspection.  The soonest the city could come out was the following week.  We would never have known this unless WE CALLED THEM to find out what the heck was going on. They ended up having to pull another permit for work they did 10 years ago at our house, and this delayed the completion even longer. For three and a half weeks, we had an 8 foot deep exposed trench in our front yard.  They used extra lumber from around our yard to try and cover the trench (which wasn't very successful), we had to put up a barrier at our gate to keep our backyard closed off to keep our dog safe. Plus they killed 3 of my plants by covering them with dirt during that time. (How about asking me to move the plants temporarily)

We have done a fair amount of construction on our house and are well aware of the possibility of delays.  What really got me was the lack of communication from the plumber on the job, and the office to keep us informed. My husband works from home, so there is no excuse for not communicating with us. We had to call them while we were on vacation to see if the job had passed inspection.  The following week the office finally did call us looking for payment. No one from San Jose Plumbing ever contacted us to see how the job went and if we were satisfied.

They have lost a long time customer.  We are now looking for a new plumbing company.

I gave them two stars because the property line clean out passed inspection.

George is wonderful, careful, precise and does things right.

We had a leak in a pipe joint behind the drywall in our bathroom.  One of the best contractors in the area said we should call George to fix it.  We did and could not be happier.

Since then we have used George for all our plumbing  problems.  
He returns calls to his cell phone within an hour or two (650-303-6965).
He makes time to fix urgent problems.
He works carefully and fixes the problems.

Had a seemingly impossible plug in my main sewer and got some quotes that were outrageous and incorrect diagnostics which cost me a load of unnecessary $$$...called plumbing 911 and Nick saved us. Don't go with anyone but Nick. Very professional and had it worked out within an hour. This was a 2 day nightmare until I called em.

I reached out to Warranted Plumbing for an initial assessment through Yelp. Both online messaging and phone call with the receptionist were seamless experiences. Edwin came to our house the following day (would've been same day if we didn't have a conflict). Found him to be courteous and honest about what may be going on. He gave us recommendations on what to do before doing more invasive steps for our guest bathroom.

Can't speak for execution of work yet, but am keeping Warranted Plumbing in our emergency contact list!

I just bought a new home and, in the process of getting it ready to move in, I had the opportunity to meet Steve Davis.  While the home was new for me, it itself wasn't brand new.  So, there were several items that needed attention.  The home inspection reports detailed some of these.  But, in the process of reviewing the home myself, I found several more issues.

Steve worked with me to address the items originally detailed in the inspections.  But, as I found new issues, he came out and addressed each of the new items, too.

There were plumbing as well as grouting and caulking issues that needed to be addressed.  Steve made everything he worked on look brand new.  I'm very pleased with all of his work.  In fact, I'm glad I now know someone whom I can turn to when an inevitable plumbing problem arises.

Great service. Called news years eve, they showed up in 15mins, had a leak from the water heater overflow which turned out to be a minor fix and only paid a nominal fee for their time. Thank you Eddy!

Victor and crew at Commando Plumbing are the best. In a very, very short period of time, Victor responded to my request for an appointment to fix our clogged kitchen sink. A crew member arrived at our door at the scheduled time with all COVID safety precautions in place.

We have been relying on Commando Plumbing for a few years now and they've become our go to plumber. Crew is knowledgable, punctual and friendly/courteous.

And in addition...we prefer to use the services of local, family-owned businesses and support our military veterans.

I chose the Advanced Repipe Specialist for one of the most difficult home improvement projects in my mind --- repiping the whole home. I needed a team of true professionals and Advanced Repipe pulled it off.

Ramiro and his team were easy to work with. I had a very positive experience from the beginning. Ramiro came to my home on time for the first consultation and gave a detailed presentation to help me understand my options. He provided an accurate estimated cost, which was exactly what I paid for at the end. Their price might not be the lowest, but they were transparent about the materials and costs. I felt confident picking Advanced Repipe out of a pool of contractors.

Ramiro's team was well trained and had great attention to details -- most importantly, they did all the work with the current city codes in mind. They completed the project on time with great results. They patiently answered my questions and addressed my concerns during the final walkthrough.

The patching work was also done nicely -- which eased the pain from all the holes cut open for re-piping,
