I was referred to Davila Plumbing and called Luis late Friday afternoon.  Luis was friendly and promised he'd have one of his guys come out the following day (after a full schedule).  My kitchen drain/pipes were beyond being unblocked without professional help.  Luis sent Michael out Saturday late afternoon to build a clean out and hydro jet nearly 40 years of sludge/grease build up!!

Michael was very professional and knowledgeable in explaining how he was going to fix our problem.  It was a longer job than he expected, but he worked right through sundown finishing the job to our satisfaction!  The best part of this experience is that they didn't charge for the extra time or the distance in having to get to us -- and we paid over $600 LESS than what a couple of other plumbing companies quoted us.

Overall, Davila Plumbing ranks 5-Stars with us and we will definitely use them again.  Thanks again, Luis & Michael!!

What can I say? THE PLUMBING GUYS are all about taking care of what you need. I have had a couple of different plumbers come by to do a bid for repairing our bathroom. I lost hope in plumbers until the Plumbing Guys came along and took care of what we needed. We called Aaron to our property about 4-5 times and he never let us down. He showed up always amped up and ready to work. He likes to get things done and does not slack on anything. If he can get it done and work it around his schedule, he will. Aaron scheduled the guys to come in the next day. Once Lalo & Isaac came in, they got the job done by repairing the piping and now we have our toilet up and running. I will definitely be calling the Plumbing Guys for any plumbing issues...Thanks Aaron, Lalo & Isaac!! We appreciate your quick, efficient hard work. You got loyal customers from Victor and myself.

Our toilet was leaking and when I called Alert this morning they gave me an appointment for the next day, but called back later to say there was a cancellation and could come now--great!
Brian came and quickly fixed the issue. He was very polite and friendly and immediately found the issue. And, because it was a minor adjustment, he didn't charge us!
We have used Alert Plumbing a few times before and and have always had quick responsive service.

We discovered a leak in the ceiling in our garage.  It turns out the pecan pipe cracked at a coupling.  Francisco arrived in about an after after I had called.  I appreciate the quick service and how quickly Francisco was able to find the source of the leak.  He was very careful in cutting the Sheetrock so that he can replace it later.   Thank you Francisco!   Now I don't have to worry about it over the weekend.   I highly recommend this plumbing company.

I understand that pretty much all service companies want to start with a paid diagnostic visit regardless of whether a diagnostic is needed or not because that is how they convert a lead into a pre-paying customer, which they have a better chance of converting to a full paying customer.

The issue here is that I specifically asked for a quote for the job, and I get a cookie cutter response that someone can come over right away to do a diagnostic!  Ignoring my question, and refusing to quote for the job unless I pay is not customer service.

I probably would get the same response from most companies, but I'm taking issue because I got lured by the positive reviews and raves about customer service, aaaannnd I just got duped.  This review is for others like me that just would like to get an estimate/quote to determine whether I should repair or replace.

We had a new leak that nobody could find but they were able to come out and quickly locate the leak. They were very quick and efficient and helped fix our problem when no one else could.

Mike and his crew are incredible. After moving in, I was in search for a reliable plumber to help tackle a number of projects in our new home. His team has installed a water softener, filtration, worked on a bathroom remodel in our primary bathroom (shower, sinks, and new toilet)...but the biggest and most impressive work was the pipe and drain work in my home bar, The Lost Grotto.

The goal was to have a fully working sink, ice machine with drainage, and a bar rail drain with glass rinsing station. Mike's team worked with my desired layout, and the result is beautiful copper pipe and drain work under the bar.

The Redwood Pipe and Drain team is fast, efficient, and delivers high quality work at a reasonable price. They are experts, and the work reflects it! Definitely my go-to, and highly recommended for your pipe and drain needs.

Great job done quickly and professionally.  Pricing was good!  Had dishwasher and disposal replaced. Rich took the time to explain how the new ones worked.  Very happy and will definitely use again!!

We use SJP for all our plumbing needs at our firm.  Raul, Luis, Diana, (can't remember everyone's names ;) but they are all great and helpful!  They are honest and have never taken advantage, like I have been from another company...

I recently had two interactions with Miramar plumbing that did not go well. The first interaction was for a leak in my kitchen that was also bubbling my walls downstairs. I had thought it was the dishwasher that had leaked, but this was coincidental. Nonetheless, George looked no further and missed that the actual leak was behind the refrigerator. Of course this allowed additional damage and created more issues.

I thought I would give a local business one more chance. But on this occasion we called twice over 24 hours, once stating it was urgent, and then had to call a third time. Only to be told they did not have the tools needed to do the job.

When it comes to plumbing issues thoroughness and responsiveness are paramount. Unfortunately neither of those were satisfied in my interactions.

Nick is so nice and professional. He fixed my toilet super fast and it is working better then it ever has!!! For now on, I will be calling him for all my plumbing needs. He is a diamond in the rough.

This review is long overdue (work was done in Dec 2020). They offer free estimates which is awesome - no surprises. Juan did a great job on replacing all the valves in the house (bathroom, kitchen sink, dishwasher, washer), shower cartridge, valve, neck and spout. He answered all my questions diligently and  also made helpful suggestions related to my questions . Price is reasonable. I highly recommend this company. Thanks Juan!

I just bought a new home and, in the process of getting it ready to move in, I had the opportunity to meet Steve Davis.  While the home was new for me, it itself wasn't brand new.  So, there were several items that needed attention.  The home inspection reports detailed some of these.  But, in the process of reviewing the home myself, I found several more issues.

Steve worked with me to address the items originally detailed in the inspections.  But, as I found new issues, he came out and addressed each of the new items, too.

There were plumbing as well as grouting and caulking issues that needed to be addressed.  Steve made everything he worked on look brand new.  I'm very pleased with all of his work.  In fact, I'm glad I now know someone whom I can turn to when an inevitable plumbing problem arises.

Quick, courteous, careful.  Called 5p for a gas valve installation and Isidoro took care of it the next morning.  Turned gas on and off very carefully, showed me everything he was doing to test for leaks.  Responsive and came down on price when I asked about the charge for 2nd man to move the washer.  Will definitely call them again.

Generally speaking, this is good responsive experience. i did not choose this plumber at beginning. after done some market research, the quote they gave me is within the range, not the cheapest one but reasonable.

My parents needed a complete re-piping of their water pipes, plus a new water main to the city's water connection.  I called various plumbers to get estimates.  Bill from Advanced Repipe specialist was very professional and gave me a folder full of information and the best quote.  On the day we agreed upon, Ramiro and crew were out at my parent's house and in one day replaced all the water pipes with new copper pipes.  While I'm not a water pipe expert, I do a lot of home repairs by myself and the materials they used appear to be top notch (brass fittings, stainless steel connectors) and I was impressed with the quality of work. Going under the house is tough, dirty work, but they put down floor protectors to keep dirt contained and made quick work of this big project.  I wanted to give them 4.5 stars, but this is my first yelp review and I don't know how to score a 1/2 star!  The only reason I am not giving a full 5 stars is a few minor hiccups in the process.  1) The water heater gas wasn't turned back on so I called PG&E to turn on (quick and free); 2) the wire netting for the crawl space ventilation was cut to give access to install copper pipes and while the wire was bent back into place, I felt it should have been sealed to prevent rodents from entering crawl space; 3) after installation of water pipes, there was a week delay in completing the project (patching drywall and filling hole in front yard due to a problem with permit (city error).  Once the permit was corrected, they did great job of patching drywall holes.  I would recommend anyone using this firm (or any other contractor) to inspect work and use new connections before final payment.

They appear to be honest, hardworking people and I definitely recommend this company.  It's been about a month and the water pipes and faucets are working great!  In fact, I have asked for a quote from Advanced repipe to install a new tankless water heater in MY home.  Thank you Ramiro, Bill and crew!
