Handling maintenance issues with our numerous properties is very challenging. However, Davila Plumbing makes it easy for us to deal with all our plumbing issues (minor to major). They are just one call/email away. We can still remember when we got our emergency with a water leak. Luis, the owner is very efficient in terms of scheduling (always there 24/7) he sends out his tech right away, his quote is very reasonable, and his assessment and recommendation is an assurance that the issue reported will be fixed completely in a timely manner.  The Maintenance team would definitely be a partner with them in the coming more years. Cheers to us.

Had Plumbling issues again and they were so fast in responding and came right away even if it was 11pm. They helped fixed my flood I was having from the toilet. They always go above and beyond not to mention they come right away.

They came out to do the work and although they promised to leave the wall paint ready it was not done the first time.  The tech also left dirty, oily marks on the door frame.  The came out the second time and still the wall was not paint ready.  After that they hounded us to make payment even before the job was complete and have yet to get them to send us a copy of the invoice after 30 days.  I would have to think long and hard to do business with this company again.  Ruben talks well but he does not follow through with his promises.

I highly recommend Aptos Plumbing. We were on vacation, the toilet was plugged. Bruce one of the owners showed up in less than an hour. He worked hard, troubleshot the problem with his camera and specialty locator device. In an hour or so he had the line unclogged and problem solved. Cheers!

They are very prompt and upfront about the issue you are having. They even worked out a ASAP appointment for me .

Wally was recommended by Khan the plumber that I initially called and since khan was busy he asked me to call for Wally.
My kitchen drainage was clogged luckily I was able to have the appointment with Wally to come to see the problem the same day.

Wally was kind enough to let me know that he is running late for that I appreciate his mannerism.
Upon meeting I can see Wally is a very polite and friendly man.
He checked my clogged kitchen and soon he found the problem.
He finished unclogging my kitchen drainage within minutes. He gave us very reasonable price and warranty for his job.
We will recommend to have Wally and will use his service for future service.

I had a leak from my bathroom sink that went to the garage. They had to cut the sheet rock in the garage to see where the leak was, luckily they found the leak right away. Sergio was fast and diagnosed it and fixed it right away. Highly recommended.

Once my refrigerator Samsung stopped working. I tried to find on Yelp company who works with them.
It was hard to find repairmen that can service Samsung refrigerator apparently. I called up at least 7-8 places who couldn't do Samsung and eventually found Fuse.  Fortunately company works late and technician was able to come the same day.
Adam did an excellent job repairing my refrigerator which was not cooling. I liked the quick response, efficiency, customer service, price and application of their visit/diagnostic fee to the repair.  Great service.Thank you, Fuse!Thanks you Adam!

As the owner of a water damage restoration company, I've had the privilege to work side by side with this leak detection company. Leak detection is a specialized industry that requires the right skills, right tools, and great integrity with its business practices. They also have a very fast turn around time. I've found the owner to be honest, skilled, punctual and knowledgeable in the field. This is why we heavily rely on their services when our clients need leak detection or a water damage source report.

Mike and his guys did several jobs at my house over the last year including a partial repipe, new drains, and some work on gas lines. In each case there was great communication from start to finish, a very fair price, and the work was all top notch. So much so that other contractors that have been to my house commented on how good the work looked.

You can't do better than Rich Briscoe for a plumber.  He responds quickly, appraises your needs thoroughly and accurately, explains exactly what he's going to do and why, and answers any questions expertly and honestly.  His prices are very fair as are what he charges for parts.  If he's got a spare of what you need he may not charge for it at all.  He's also very personable and while fixing or installing whatever it is in a jiffy he's never in a hurry and is very pleasant to talk with.

Me and my brother have been working with Kevin of San Jose plumbing for many years. He is very experienced and does the job right. He is also a very nice person to have in your home. He fixed my shower faucet handle today. I highly recommend San Jose plumbing.

Nick is a South Bay Area gem.  He is a remembrance of time gone by...those originally from this special area (South Bay) remember when work was done with people who felt like your neighbor!?! That's Nick.  He went above and beyond for us in so many ways...he even requested to come to the store with my other half to make sure the selection would work after a 2 hour job turned into a late night 6 hour job.

This guy is the real deal.  He's a talented plumber who at the end of the day doesn't make you feel like it's a corporate exchange.

We had a pretty large clog in our kitchen sink drain pipe that came about pretty suddenly (I'm sure it was building for a while). Warranted Plumbing was exceptionally fast with response time and scheduling an appointment same day. Luis and Samuel arrived on time and completed the job very quickly. They were both very professional and very kind. Hopefully I won't need any plumbing services for a long time, but if I do I will definitely be using Warranted Plumbing!!

Steve Davis, Master Plumber

We searched extensively to find a plumber who could retrofit the master bathroom in our older home with brand new modern fixtures. After interviewing many plumbers we decided to let Steve handle our complex plumbing job and we are so glad we did.

Steve assisted us in the selection of the new fixtures and worked closely with the plumbing supply store. When the new fixtures arrived, he noticed several parts were missing.  Steve worked directly with the plumbing supply store to obtain the missing parts needed for a perfect installation.

During the installation process, Steve noticed that previous plumbers had made mistakes about 20 years ago. He corrected the mistakes and streamlined the entire plumbing system in our master bathroom. Instead of opening up tile work, he proceeded to crawl under the house to access the plumbing, thus saving us from an expensive tile job.

Steve was creative in solving our complex plumbing job and meticulous in implementation. He wanted to make sure that all the plumbing was done correctly and would last a long time. He was respectful of our budget, very punctual and left our bathroom clean and in perfect shape.

We'll certainly use Steve for any future plumbing problems and highly recommend him.

A long overdue and grateful review for on time Plumbing who saved the day for our family many times over. They installed a new water heater for us when the old one finally gave out, installed a new shower head and shower assembly etc. The time they really blew me away was when we had a new dishwasher delivered and even though I had paid for installation the Home Depot installer informed me they couldn't do it due to some technicality. On Time Plumbing responded within an hour of my call, installed, corrected the technicality, tested it and were just amazing to work with. Prices are very reasonable and service is very professional! Couldn't ask for more.

I am really happy with Commando plumbing and would recommend them to anyone looking for an excellent plumber! I had a bad leak under my sink and unfortunately discovered it on the weekend. I kept scrolling through Yelp and trying to find someone who could come out immediately and fix it. Victor came to the rescue! He was there within a few hours and immediately figured out what the problem was. Yet he did not stop there...he asked about  other water issues in my house and took a look at my water heater, where he discovered that the last plumbers who installed it had not properly vented the gas out of the house. Without him, I would still be breathing carbon monoxide in my house! He came back a few days later to fix that problem. It was a bit more expensive than I thought, but he gave me a small discount for which I was grateful. I was surprised reading other comments here that he is not responsive...he responded within hours whenever I texted him and always followed up. I think he is totally reliable and what is better is how proactive he was. I can't thank him enough for discovering my water heater problem...totally thorough and professional. Thank you, Victor!

1500 sq foot home in Sacramento w/ Kitec piping that needed to be replaced with a high quality PEX and copper. We had offers for replacement that varied by $9000 and that that did not include putting the walls back together. ARS came in near the low end of our lowest bid and put the wall back w/ texture. They were fast and efficient. The plumbing was replaced in a day and the walls done in 2 days. Very happy we saw their ad. Saved us time and money.
