The reviews looked great, but these guys were shady. I got a couple estimates to fix some pipe corrosion under the house. Other plumbers went under the house and took a look finding no leak. These guys just stuck their head down, didn't get under the house, shined a flashlight on a pipe 20 feet away, and determined it was leaking and needed $2k in repairs. Lol. And they didn't even send the written estimate they promised 3 days ago.

We had a gas leak, and they came out first thing in the morning to check out what needed to be done. They were very responsive and very flexible on the times. They went above and beyond to get us up and running again and made sure PGE came out the same day before they would even leave! I would definitely recommend them to anyone!

Bruce and team (Ariel & others), came out and installed a tankless water heater, whole house water softener, entire new set up of PEX to replace all our pipes under the house and removed our old water heater tank. It was a big job and they a fantastic job. Ariel was the lead on our job and he was great. Easy to work with and very good at their job. Bruce was great, you can tell he knows what he is doing and cares about doing the job the RIGHT way and having employees that know what they're doing. Sabrina the front desk is prompt at returning calls and getting urgent service if needed. I highly recommend this team, they are a small business but do an excellent job and only have high quality great staff that know how to do plumbing. We will work with them in the future for sure! Price was also reasonable, probably helped that we did everything at once.  PS: this project was installed 6 months ago (our previous system was causing all kinds of clogs weekly - so much money spent on drano over the years). Everything has been working beautifully! So happy we finally were able to do this project and that we found outstanding folks to do it.

At about noon on a Monday, we realized that we did not have hot water. A quick google search for Water Heater Repair companies returned Plumbing Care as the first result. Called and was surprised at the details that we were asked - eg. serial number of the unit. It turns out that Plumbing Care is manufacturer-certified. They knew right away what the problem was. The Honeywell gas valve controller on our RUUD water heater had failed. They gave us a 3 pm to 5 pm window for the same day, even though they were busy and were short-staffed. The technician (also a Field Manager since inception) was Martin (nicknamed Mike). He called us and let us know that the unit was under warranty and that he had the replacement in stock. He kept us informed via text that he was running late. He arrived the same day, after the window, and replaced the failed Honeywell controller. In addition, Martin (Mike) was a really nice guy.

We were so happy with the service, that we asked Martin (Mike) to put the sticker with the company information on our water heater.

We are pleased to give this company and this technician a 5-star review.

We have used Magnificent Plumbing & Rooter recently for a few plumbing issues: They put in a new water heater within a day's time.  The work was done quickly, skillfully, and politely.  They also installed a new kitchen sink fixture along with repairing our pipes surrounding it efficiently and skillfully.   They also repaired a number of other plumbing issues with our toilets, showers, and bathroom sinks.  Everything they have done for us has been completed with their well qualified knowledge and all of their work has been excellent.  We are very pleased with their knowledge, quick service, and outstanding work.

After posting on Yelp about scheduling issues was contacted (and apologized to) by the owner who offered to send someone out the same day. Stan was friendly, helpful, and diagnosed the issue within an hour. We're now waiting for a part to come in and then he'll come back and fix it. I appreciate the attention from the owner and helping make amends!

We hired The leak Detection Company to find a water leak in our concrete slab house in Redwood City when other company was trying to brake concrete all over our house the technician from Leak Detection Company find exactly where the problem was and we where available to repair it a much better price, no doubt about it they know what they where doing  very trustworthy company.

Water heater started leaking and no hot water.  Called in the morning and Redwood came that afternoon and installed a new heater. Fast, professional, reasonable,

Rich recently installed a new hot water heater and fixed another problem under a sink. He responded very quickly to our call and was extremely efficient and courteous. He was also reasonably priced. I would give him 10 stars if I could. He could not have done it better.

I would like to thank Hammer for coming out to my house this past weekend and replacing my defective water heater. He was courteous, professional, and polite. I would also like to thank San Jose plumbing for their service as well. I highly recommend them!!!!

I noticed water under our kitchen sink last night, coming from garbage disposal. I called & left a message. George called this morning at 9am, came right out and replaced it. In & Out in 20mins!  He's the best!

Nick is a South Bay Area gem.  He is a remembrance of time gone by...those originally from this special area (South Bay) remember when work was done with people who felt like your neighbor!?! That's Nick.  He went above and beyond for us in so many ways...he even requested to come to the store with my other half to make sure the selection would work after a 2 hour job turned into a late night 6 hour job.

This guy is the real deal.  He's a talented plumber who at the end of the day doesn't make you feel like it's a corporate exchange.

Today, I replaced my old gas water heater with this amazing team. I was looking for the company where the company owner works, not just sends the employee. This company fits it and visited on time and provided free estimate at good price. He worked kindly, quickly, perfectly, and honestly. If you need to replace your water heater, contact him ASAP.

Steve has done a number of plumbing projects for us updating our older home.  Recently I returned home to find a toilet leaking water all over our new hardwood floors.  I called Steve, who appeared within a couple of hours, stopped the leak immediately, and quickly repaired the plumbing.  Steve had the parts and the tools he needed in his well-stocked plumber's truck and the knowledge needed to do the job quickly.  Steve's quick work saved us a small fortune in hardwood floor repairs. Thanks Steve.  No wonder you are called the Master Plumbologist!

Always satisfied with the service from this company. I have used them multiple times now.
They were always responsive, on-time (they are On Time Plumbing), gave accurate estimate, and completed the works well.
Some of the works they did: replacing few bathroom sinks, fixing the blockage under the kitchen sink, installing bathroom faucets. I am thinking of having them come back to replace the bathtub. Will update the review again after that.

Advanced Repipe Specialist is an outstanding company.  They repiped my Mother's house in Sacramento.  They work quickly to minimize water service downtime and general inconvenience.  They are clean, pick up their trash every day, and in general, they respect the property and also laid down flooring protection in the house.  They coordinated all work the City Inspector,  made follow-up corrections quickly, which makes it worry free for the property owner.  Aside from doing a great job on the repipe work, they are clean cut, and they were very respectful and courteous to my Mom, which was important to me.  To illustrate this, we left the work crew inside the house by themselves to run an important errand.  They looked after the house like it was theirs, this is my kind of people!  Advanced Repipe Specialist comes highly recommended - 5 Stars!
