Jose Murano came out to fix a blocked water pipe and fixed a couple of other things while he was there. He explained everything thoroughly and clearly, and was transparent about prices and comparing with other companies.  He couldn't have been more professional and nice to work with. This guy is a gem!

Julio came out to my house to check out a water leak coming from my ceiling in the kitchen area. He was able to diagnose and repair the leak in the same day and set up my Sheetrock appointment for the next day. Julio was very polite, professional and worked quickly to take care of my issue. It was a messy job, but he cleaned up very well. Highly recommend Golden State!

Vlad once again helped me out with my plumbing issue. He was on time, communicated clearly , discussed price prior to work, completed work in reasonable time frame and was clean and neat. Fast, efficient, and extraordinary!  Richard quickly diagnosed the problem with my clogged kitchen sink and proceeded to implement the solution.  During the work, he was personable and amicable, explaining in detail what he was doing.  You could tell he took great pride in his customer service!

Adam is hands down the best man for the job. I've used him to repipe a few of my rental properties as well as basic drain service or simple plumbing side jobs.

Every tenant that has met him has called me immediately afterwards to express how professional and knowledgeable he was about the job.  He gets in, gets it done, all the while very polite and cleans up afterwards.

For the repipe projects, he pulls out the old rusty galvanized pipe rather than just leave it under the house for the next guy.  All copper is layed out, soldered, and strapped much better than the jobs of any of the previous plumbers I've hired in the past.

Cost wise, he is very reasonable and can get out to your site right away.  

He's done such a great job on the properties that I manage, that he is now my go-to man for my own home.

Move ahead to April 2021, and we have a toilet whose pedestal is leaking at the base. We worried that this could rot the subfloor.
A&A came promptly and fixed the problem, not as severe as we had feared.
The technician was effective and polite.
Strange side effect, though: tried to call to thank them, for two days, and the phone was not answered (did not want to leave a message). I called both the Palo Alto (650) and Sunnyvale (408) numbers, with the same non-result.

Super service. Had a leaky Grohe shower faucet that required a cartridge change. Problem was the faucet was old with spare parts not convenient to get and many plumbers I called didn't want to or couldn't take the job. But thankfully Awais agreed to come on short notice. Because the faucet was so old, it was darn near impossible to remove the old cartridge. But Awais didn't give up and found a way in the end and successfully completed the job. Amazing attitude and never give up spirit. I definitely recommend him if you're looking for someone reliable and honest!

The staff was available within 12 hours. Honest and complete work. Would use Matt Plumbing next time!

Fantastic work and fantastic team. Had a leak coming up from under the slab in the garage, and Andrew and Johnny came in and knocked out out an overhead reroute. They even patched the holes they had to cut in the walls, when other plumbers that were consulted said they would not do that. Thanks so much guys, excellent work and excellent customer service.

Dmitrii responded very quickly to my Yelp request, then came out early the next morning and fixed a bunch of broken closet door tracks and some broken toilet paper holders, also took down some wasp nests and changed outdoor lightbulbs for me. He was fast and has a sweet and courteous disposition. He also charged a very reasonable hourly rate. I would easily hire him again the next time I have issues in need of fixing!

Simms plumbing came out to do estimates on repairs after our home inspection when we were buying a house. This included running PVC pipe to multiple sump pumps to the exterior, and fixing some corroded piping under the house. The guys that came out were great-- they communicated well and just got busy fast. I felt good enough about the situation I went to work, and they locked up nicely behind them.
Their pricing seems reasonable and they did a great job-sure we will be using them again next time.

OC plumbing is the best. Had issues with my garbage disposal and faucet they came out quickly and did very good job. The technician Diego was courteous and professional. He came out on time and did very good job. I would recommend OC anytime!

Contacted Kenny on a recommendation from a friend that had work done.  I had 2 bids out for replacing the main sewer line from the house to the city connection (street).  Kenny came out same day, reviewed the layout, suggested a much less intrusive way to accomplish the task, and his bid was 40% lower than others (a big deal when your talking thousands for a sewer line)! Other bids included tearing up 15 feet of aggregate walkway and pipe bursting.  Kenny explained the good and bad about these options, and laid out a plan, that did no concrete, plant, or sprinkler damage. Truly awesome when you think about the tight spaces. Kenny left to check another job and said he call that night with timing and the final price.  He called on time and we agreed on the price.
Kenny's crew showed up at 8am the next day and started to set up, and his foreman explained everything to me in real terms.  They had already conducted a city survey and all was marked and good to go.
All in all these guys are professional, timely, and left nothing to clean up.  Very please and highly recommend for a tough job like sewer systems, but also his crew is top of the line when it comes to standard house plumbing.  Not sure how he does it, but  he explains the most cost effective way to get the job done and you feel good about  your decision to call him.

Axel responded to my request for bids on replacing my sewer lateral, was responsive and helped me understand the differences between options. D&Ws TrenchFree technology was what fit my situation best. They completed the job quickly, barely disrupted our yard and garden and came at a good price. I'd recommend them for anybody.

Excellent service from Joseph and his team. Helped install a hot water circulation system for our house, and it works great!

Unfortunately, there was no miracle. Instead, frustrations. They charged me more than $550 (labor costs) without resolving the issue of my water heater. The plumber directly started to replace the gas control without a thorough inspection and diagnosis. I was not even sure if he knew what he was doing and the root cause of the issue before he started working. I made a huge mistake to 100% trust the expert and believed they were able to fix the issue. It turned out that everything was still not working after the replacement. I'd say he made the situation even worse. The gas control was able to show the status light. But after the replacement, it is completely dead now. And I was told there should be another part (burner assembly & Igniter) which may be broken, and it will cost another $550ish just for the labor costs. The plumber was friendly but totally unprofessional and irresponsible in terms of fixing the water heater and making it work again. I was not asking for a replacement service, but I expect the plumber should use their knowledge, skills, and professions to fix the water heater and make it work again. If you cannot fix it, tell the customer at the very beginning you cannot fix it. Don't perform and provide useless services and still charge a huge amount of money, which simply hurts your reputation and makes everyone unhappy.

No knowledge of fixing hot water heater at all.
We have paid $125 first trip +$200 second trip to 99 Dollars plumbing
But they didn't solve the problem on no hot water coming out.
We end up have it repaired by a handyman who replaced the burner.
The burner was provided by Rheem warranty program.
The handyman we hired said, it should  be easy to read red lights on the control valve which tells you which part may be the problem .
There was No formal invoice
