Eduardo Navarro came up and fixed my garbage disposal in 5 hot minutes. It was super easy. Plus their time estimate was spot on.

I would give these guys 6 stars if I could.  We had an issue with a drain blockage as a result of some remodeling work in our Eichler.  Eichler's are notoriously tricky for plumbing issues given that they are built on a slab.  When our remodeling contractors couldn't fix the problem, we called another plumbing company who couldn't either.  They told us we needed to find someone who would hydrojet the line to fix the problem.  James from Golden State Plumber came out promptly and came up with a creative solution to fix the problem.  He spent several hours over multiple visits diagnosing and fixing the blockage.  We could not be more impressed with his level of customer focus.  He and his brother are the real deal.   Highly recommend.

Vladislav came out and repaired a leaky cracked main line into our unit.  He was very professional and timely and charged a fair price for the service.

This gentleman came to my house today(on behalf of my landlord) I was cleaning my shower and the water turn on handle came off in my hand... He fixed our issue and was out in about ten minutes. Thank APS

Right before Christmas I noticed our water heater was leaking. Called around a few places and was not to satisfied with the customer service over the phone. My step dad is a contractor and was able to get a couple recommendations for me.

I called Adam and he called back and was very laid back but knowledgable. You could clearly tell he knew his stuff and was not looking to jack you for outrageous prices like the other places I called. He was able to give me a very good quote over the phone.

Adam was able to squeeze in my water heater replacement right after the Christmas holiday, but before New Years. Perfect! He delivered everything he quoted over the phone and then some. I would highly recommend Adam and will most definitely use him in the future for any plumbing needs.  very trust worthy, knowledgeable and on time!

From Mike to Dave these plumbers are the only ones I will EVER use.  Let me start from the begining.  My father took a spill and fell in the bathroom, hitting the toilet and breaking the tank right off the bowl. (dad is okay :) ) I called Mike at 6pm on a Sunday, left a message for him to call me Monday Morning, he called me back 10 min later, listened to me bemoan my broken tank, and worry about the cost. Talked with me gave me a good idea as to cost from repair to replacement. (it was actually less), then said he would have his lads out Monday morning at 9am.  Monday morning at 9am two WONDERFUL young men showed up and replaced the commode. These guys, Dave and WIll were just fantastic and as nice as they come.  Fast forward to today, backed up sewer drain, who do I call, Mike at A&A?, who comes out at the scheduled time?, Dave. It is fixed in a short time with his usual nice self.  If you need a plumber who is GOOD, NICE, PROFESSIONAL, and inexpensive then A&A Plumbers are the ones to call.  Dave and Mike and Will and Jesse, you guys are amazing!!! Love these guys!! I've always used them, they are no nonsense. Had an emergency today in the middle of Covid-19. Not sure if they could help. Jim came out in less than an hour and not only fixed the problem but put a few extra parts on the problem so we no longer will have an issue, made it better!! No contact, we stayed in house, they're going to send the bill.

I accidentally dropped a mini shampoo bottle into the toilet while it was flushing. I tried to pull it out but ended up shoving it in further. Another company tried to scam me and said I needed a whole new toilet for $1000. This plumber came quickly and was able to clear the clog after a few minutes. He was super fast and courteous and very reasonably priced. Would recommend any time!

I hired him doing many different jobs after purchasing an old property. He is smart enough to figure out things.

I had a garbage disposal problem and needed some quick help. I talked to Joe who is such a good guy he tried to walk me through fixing it myself. I hired him to come and he found a space in his busy schedule to come and fix the problem. Problem solved!

Thank you Kenny Rogers Plumbing! We recieved the BEST service from them. When our sink becamed clogged and would not drain, I called several plumbers who could not be at my house until a later time. I had to be somewhere and was in a hurry but needed the problem fixed. After calling Kenny Rogers Plumbing, he showed up in a short time and fixed the problem.  Not only was he fast and reliable, but also polite and genuinely happy to help me. I was able to be on time to my apt. I strongly recommend his services.

Axel responded to my request for bids on replacing my sewer lateral, was responsive and helped me understand the differences between options. D&Ws TrenchFree technology was what fit my situation best. They completed the job quickly, barely disrupted our yard and garden and came at a good price. I'd recommend them for anybody.

Responded and came quickly.  Replaced our broken faucet and was very friendly.

I hired them to locate and snake out the drainage on my property.  The price discussed on the phone was no where near the price in person.  1500 vs 2400.  This I can understand as he didn't know the extent of the job on the phone.

They started doing the job and found that they couldn't do the job properly because of root balls in the pipes and their equipment was not adequate for making turns in drainage pipe.  The camera and locator was a very basic camera on a cable without any panning or turning ability.  They also didn't want to cut the root balls in the pipe because they said it posed a safety risk to them.  I have had this performed on other properties and have never heard this.  

After 4 hours they decided they couldn't get anything else accomplished and that it was time to give up.  Sounds reasonable to me that if you didn't accomplish the task you were hired for, not to mention you have only been there for 4 hours, you would reevaluate what you can ethically charge.  Nope, they want full pop regardless of their time or effectiveness, with the response (I charge flat rate.)

Bottom line, I would never do business with this company again.

No knowledge of fixing hot water heater at all.
We have paid $125 first trip +$200 second trip to 99 Dollars plumbing
But they didn't solve the problem on no hot water coming out.
We end up have it repaired by a handyman who replaced the burner.
The burner was provided by Rheem warranty program.
The handyman we hired said, it should  be easy to read red lights on the control valve which tells you which part may be the problem .
There was No formal invoice
No repair description on the receipt
