After purchasing our home, we learned that EBMUD could not turn on our water due to a leak. We were extremely worried that we might have to replace our entire plumbing system to replace the galvanized pipes with copper. At minimum, we knew we had to replace the water main pipe that was leaking. On top of it all, we had low water pressure and poor heat going to our rear shower, leak under the kitchen sink and leak in the bathroom.

We expressed our concern to Odie and he found a way to replace just the two most important pipes. We now have excellent water pressure and heated water throughout our 118-year-old house.

Julio came out to my house to check out a water leak coming from my ceiling in the kitchen area. He was able to diagnose and repair the leak in the same day and set up my Sheetrock appointment for the next day. Julio was very polite, professional and worked quickly to take care of my issue. I had a high pitch ear-piercing sound coming from my main water line regulator whenever I turned on my faucets in the house.  Thought it was my water softener causing it but after a visit from AAA water it was not.  I reached out to Vlad, he came out that same day in the afternoon on time and quickly diagnosed and fixed the issue.  No more pitching noise.  I would definitely recommend Vlad to my family and friends for their plumbing problems.

Excellent customer treatment and amazing kindness. My washer pipes were leaking but I mistakenly assigned the source of the leakage to the sink so I called Richard. Never used his services before. He came same day, and quickly diagnosed the problem, AND on top of that, didn't charge a thing!!! I couldn't believe it but I know for sure that I will be using his services again.

Right before Christmas I noticed our water heater was leaking. Called around a few places and was not to satisfied with the customer service over the phone. My step dad is a contractor and was able to get a couple recommendations for me.

I called Adam and he called back and was very laid back but knowledgable. You could clearly tell he knew his stuff and was not looking to jack you for outrageous prices like the other places I called. He was able to give me a very good quote over the phone.

Adam was able to squeeze in my water heater replacement right after the Christmas holiday, but before New Years. Perfect! He delivered everything he quoted over the phone and then some. Our 13 year old hot water heater broke down on Sunday.  I called Simm's at 8 a.m.   They asked me to take a photo of our heater and email it.  I was called back in 5 minutes by Shelly.  She said a repair man was coming out this morning.  Mike arrived by 9:30 a.m. and finished the work by 11 a.m. installing our new hot water heater.  He was friendly, courteous, and professional showing me how to relight the heater if necessary.  I really appreciate Simm's quick response and work.  We will get our bill in the mail.  Great to see this kind of service on the coastside.

After deciding to stop trying to locate Nick at Clarity Plumbing, (after a few no call no show situations and an incomplete job of fixing my water heater), I decided to call Kenny back as promised  if I couldn't get Nick to finish the job here....Kenny showed up and showed me things around my property that I didn't know about....new house for me so he gave me tips and tricks to make my future easier around this property. Joseph has worked on multiple homes of ours. He was a referral from a friend after we had gone through few rounds of bad Plumber's experience. We got several of our plumbing issues fixed along with installing water filtration system at our home. Joseph also debugged an issue with kitchen faucet at my parents house at no cost. No knowledge of fixing hot water heater at all.
We have paid $125 first trip +$200 second trip to 99 Dollars plumbing
But they didn't solve the problem on no hot water coming out.
We end up have it repaired by a handyman who replaced the burner.
The burner was provided by Rheem warranty program.
The handyman we hired said, it should  be easy to read red lights on the control valve which tells you which part may be the problem .
There was No formal invoice
No repair description on the receipt
