I am so pleased with Oakland Rooter!  I have used them twice and they are quick to respond when I call or submit an inquiry through their website. Their prices are also very reasonable compared to other plumbing services. The guys are always pleasant and very knowledgable.  This most recent job required replacing leaky pipes underneath my kitchen sink.  Juan and Jose (Luiz) came out.  Again very pleasant professional gentlemen, they replaced the pipes in a timely manner, they did quality work and left my kitchen very tidy.  Kudos to you both. I highly recommend  Oakland Rooter!  :)

I just had the privilege of working with Julio from Golden State Plumber (he just left about 10 minutes ago). I am getting my house ready to rent and the water valves under the kitchen sink needed to be upgraded. Julio was fast, friendly and professional. He even left the space under the sink cleaner than he found it! He is returning to update the gas line for the stove. After the nightmare I had with the last contractor ( repeated call backs to fix mistakes which led me to firing them); It is nice to have someone who does it right the first time. This was the third time Just Plumbing helped me with plumbing issue. Came on time, diagnosed and fixed the leaking very quickly. Very honest and highly skilled plumber indeed!

I finally found a plumbing service I can believe in.  Affordable plumbing is honest, competent and reliable. Richard was able to solve a clogging problem by reworking poorly placed pipes and charged me less than other plumbers have charged just for snaking the lines. He also resolved several other plumbing issues at a fair price.

Don't bother calling this guy, he does not return phone calls or emails. I don't think it is unreasonable to expect a return call after leaving two messages and sending an email.

Called them to fix a VPB at my house, but no one called me back.  I assumed the job was too small for them or they are just too busy.  I like to support Sunnyvale businesses so maybe I will try them next time...

Contacted Frank's plumbing (2/7/23) to come and discuss several plumbing items needing to be done at my home (install water softener, relocate outside water faucet, and replace water heater Anode rod).  I was asked to email a summary list of what was discussed during the meeting.  I was told they would get back to me with a quote.  Today is February 21st and I never heard back from either Jim or Jimmy.

Obviously, not very dependable.

The owner Awais is very responsive and professional. I got my kitchen drain snaked. Everything is done in a perfect way. He makes sure dirty surfaces are wiped clean after the job is done.

Abdul and his team saved the day! We had been having problems with our drains backing up almost every month for the past 2 months. We've worked with one local plumbing company for many years, but lately, they have not been consistent in their work. This past weekend, our drains were clogged and we needed someone dependable to come out and take a closer look. We asked our neighbors who they trusted and Abdul was highly recommended.

Despite having a packed schedule, he was able to fit us in for a quick visit. I My wife met him and he immediately asked her all kinds of very important questions, something no other plumber had ever asked. He then immediately went down into the crawl space and spent a lot of time looking at all of our pipes. After his review, he shared his findings and gave us a quote right away. He also said that he could move some things around so that we could have our entire sewage pipes replaced a few days later, all in one day.

As promised, he showed up with his crew this morning and they got to work right away. They pulled out all of our almost 70-year-old pipes and replaced them with new, high-quality pipes. They dug out a trench and replaced some old pipes with a new cleanout to help prevent and address any problems we may have in the future. Abdul was here the entire time, and doing a lot of the work. You don't see that kind of dedication too often, where the owner continues to lead by example and is right there every step of the way.

While he thought he could finish by 4 p.m., they found additional problems that were not found initially. He and his team worked on our home for close to 10 hours and got it all done and cleaned up.

We are super happy that we chose Abdul to come and help us with our plumbing problems. He is dedicated, hard-working, smart, and communicates everything with us, so we know what's going on every step of the way. That kind of service is rare.

Basically, you can't go wrong by choosing Abdul and the Matt's Plumbing team. They are the best of the best!

Used Oak plumber to install a water filtration system for the entire house.  Did a great job and  were very customer service oriented.  Wanted to make sure I was happy w their work.  Highly recommend.

Dmitrii responded very quickly to my Yelp request, then came out early the next morning and fixed a bunch of broken closet door tracks and some broken toilet paper holders, also took down some wasp nests and changed outdoor lightbulbs for me. He was fast and has a sweet and courteous disposition. He also charged a very reasonable hourly rate. I would easily hire him again the next time I have issues in need of fixing!

I rarely write reviews but I'm compelled to in this case. EDDY/EDUARDO from Simm's is THE most trust-worthy, knowledgeable, hard-working amazing plumber we have ever met - and we met with a lot of plumbers when we found out that a bunch of drains in our old house had basically rotted away. Scary stuff. Some were telling us to drill out an entire corridor through the house and refinished floor that we had JUST restored. But Eddy clearly knew his stuff and helped us fix the situation with minimal damage with a quality, long term solution. All the other plumbers were quoting us the most unbelievable numbers but Eddy helped us figure out what really needed to be done and six months later we are so grateful we listened to him and got his help. I really, really don't know what we would have done without his guidance and expertise. Super hard working and experienced and honest. Thank you Eddy! Look no further - this is your guy/company!!

My kitchen and laundry room drains plugged up late on Thanksgiving Day. My hubby called Van early the next day, and he was at my house working the problem within 30 minutes. The problem turned out to be a long-building clog in the sewer line under our house. It did take some time to remove the clog, but he did it and at a very reasonable cost.

We've also used Van in the past for less urgent problems, and he's always solved the problem in a reasonable time at a more than reasonable cost. Van is now our go-to guy for plumbing issues. Good man.

Alex and his crew went out of there way to get our gas leak fixed. We are very satisfied with their work. Thanks guys!

I had trees fall on my sewer line.. Bailey came right out and took care of it right away.. They had a crew of 6 for 12 hours.. Great job

Thank you Kenny Rogers Plumbing! We recieved the BEST service from them. When our sink becamed clogged and would not drain, I called several plumbers who could not be at my house until a later time. I had to be somewhere and was in a hurry but needed the problem fixed. After calling Kenny Rogers Plumbing, he showed up in a short time and fixed the problem.  Not only was he fast and reliable, but also polite and genuinely happy to help me. I was able to be on time to my apt. I strongly recommend his services.

Joseph has worked on multiple homes of ours. He was a referral from a friend after we had gone through few rounds of bad Plumber's experience. We got several of our plumbing issues fixed along with installing water filtration system at our home. Joseph also debugged an issue with kitchen faucet at my parents house at no cost. Overall very reliable and trust worthy plumber, experienced and knows what he is doing. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a reliable plumber in Bay Area.

Literally, one of the best experiences I've had with both customer service and install. Judy is an amazing customer rep, that had me laughing and joking in the first minute of conversation. The techs they sent were both extremely professional, prompt, and respectful. I will say that if you use this service, you're paying for the absolute best in quality that your money can buy and it really shows in every step of this process. It was completely hassle free and I appreciate that.

No knowledge of fixing hot water heater at all.
We have paid $125 first trip +$200 second trip to 99 Dollars plumbing
But they didn't solve the problem on no hot water coming out.
We end up have it repaired by a handyman who replaced the burner.
The burner was provided by Rheem warranty program.
The handyman we hired said, it should  be easy to read red lights on the control valve which tells you which part may be the problem .
There was No formal invoice
No repair description on the receipt
