I required a seismic automatic shutoff valve for the gas line as well as some exterior piping. I called and someone picked up immediately, and they were able to send one of their plumbers, Alberto, the same day to generate an estimate. A few days later I had Alberto complete the work and he was efficient and thorough. A few hours after he left, I had an issue with the stove pilot light and it was leaking natural gas--no one's fault since it's an old stove and neither of us knew we had to light the oven pilot light. I called him back and he immediately returned to assist with the issue. The only drawback to the service was that he was a bit late for both the quote and the service, but with Bay Area traffic I can't blame him for that--just make sure you clear your schedule when setting up work with this company.

Julio came out to my house to check out a water leak coming from my ceiling in the kitchen area. He was able to diagnose and repair the leak in the same day and set up my Sheetrock appointment for the next day. Julio was very polite, professional and worked quickly to take care of my issue. It was a messy job, but he cleaned up very well. Highly recommend Golden State!

I got a clogged kitchen sink and I came to Yelp to find a plumber to clean out the pipe. After sending out requests Vlad was the first one to respond in about ten minutes and was ready to come right away and he also offered the best price so it was no brainer. He came exactly on time we agreed upon and fixed the problem in about half an hour.

Richard is great! Had to have several plumbing jobs in the past year and Richard is the man. Reasonable price, friendly and polite, punctual (very communicative on coordinating convenient times), and every job he's done has been of great quality - never had to call him back for rework.

Don't bother calling this guy, he does not return phone calls or emails. I don't think it is unreasonable to expect a return call after leaving two messages and sending an email.

This company is GRRRRRRREAT!  I saw the great reviews on yelp and decided to give them a try. I had one really old ( 20+ years)  toilet, that had a tank that never completely filled up and  ran continuously as a result. Another toilet needed to be resealed because I made the mistake of picking some bozo plumber out the phone book  to install a new toilet two years before. :(

Anyway, Derek from A & A came over and right away I liked him, because when he saw my bare feet and white carpet, he immediately put little booties on his shoes before entering my place. YAY!

Then, when we were upstairs and I was trying to figure out how much money I would save by having my existing toilet repaired/re-built verses having a new one installed, he pulled out a typed-up price list. DOUBLE YAAY!

Other times when I have  had non-plumbing work done, I would swear that the price was determined after the contractor  looked at the inside and outside of my place decided what I could afford. Anyway, that was not the case with A & A, so I really appreciate that.

Derek was courteous, professional and presented me with options when available (clear vs white caulking, etc.) which I appreciated as well.  He did a great job, I got a good price, and I could not be happier.

It is so nice to have a reliable plumbing company that I trust. I strongly recommend this company to anyone in the area looking for quality and honest work.

Best plumbing company in Morgan Hill. Had a tub fill valve problem today which required turning off the water to the house. Called Frank's Plumbing and a plumber was here within 30 minutes and took care of the problem. Water back on. Wife happy! If you need an awesome local plumber, call Frank's Plumbing. They have been my go to plumber since moving to Morgan Hill over 40 years ago. They never fail to satisfy.

I accidentally dropped a mini shampoo bottle into the toilet while it was flushing. I tried to pull it out but ended up shoving it in further. Another company tried to scam me and said I needed a whole new toilet for $1000. This plumber came quickly and was able to clear the clog after a few minutes. He was super fast and courteous and very reasonably priced. Would recommend any time!

Abdul came out at 9pm after us calling 5 other different plumbers and they all said they couldn't. Abdul really came through when we were in an emergency with all 3 toilets in our home totally clogged. Excellent service and great pricing job took less than an hour and toilets are back to new

The technician was very caring and did an excellent job for a very reasonable price.   He worked very hard at getting it right!  His name was Jacob.

We have had the pleasure of using Simm's twice since we moved to the coast. In both cases they were excellent!  Ada came out today. I had an obnoxiously rude experience with these folks. I called up on the number listed on Yelp and I spoke to a pleasant lady who took down my details and said one of their technicians would get back to me. Promptly, I get a call back from a person called Chu Van who said it'd coat me $95 to repair one clogged toilet. He said he can be at my place in 15 minutes. After I hung up, I realized that I hadn't confirmed if $95 includes everything, so I called him back and asked the same. Also, I enquired if $95 is a fixed price to which Mr. Van took great offense and he hung up on me. I tried calling him back and he wouldn't pick up the call. Assuming there has been some misunderstanding and to give the benefit of the doubt to Mr.Van, my wife called back on the number listed on Yelp. She explained what transpired with Mr.Van and was told to expect a call back. Within a minute, Mr.Van calls back on my wife's number and very rudely replies to her saying that he has an appointment available for tomorrow morning at 9am but he wouldn't be helping her. She was taken aback by what he said. So, Mr.Van called us back just to convey that he won't help us. This is just pure spitefulness and we definitely don't deserve this sort of discourteous and nasty behavior. I have no idea of the kind of service they offer but if their social skills are anything to go by, I would never approach them.

Me and my family had  an AWESOME  wonderful experience with Mr Octavio, owner of OC Plumbing. I just called in today morning and was totally bewildered to get the same day Plumbing appointment. Octavio was punctual,  sincere,  on timer and with a smile after looking at the stucked water Drain in my upstairs bathroom tub,  he said no worry,  will take care of it. Octavio surprised me after 20 minutes that job is all done with all hairs,  mess all removed and water now flowing smoothly through my bath tub drain trap.
Upon my and wife's request, Octavio even cleaned up the downstairs half bathroom with a big mess of hairs and life was back on track!!
Bottomline, after the mess fix both upstairs and downstairs bathrooms, we were very impressed with clean well done job. I am gonna strongly recommend OC Plumbing to all my family and friends for all their residential and commercial home plumbing needs and requirements. My mobile home is quite old and I needed a new toilet and quite a lot of work in my kitchen sink I called Baileys Plumbing and Elijah came over that day and assessed the problems. He was extremely nice and very knowledgeable and helpful . I was very happy and impressed with how helpful he was, explaining every question and concern I had. Tomorrow they are coming back to do the work for me! 5 stars!!

Mario showed on-time and brought protective blankets to protect our floors.  He was very pleasant and easy to communicate with and not only did an excellent job but cleaned above and beyond what was necessary.
I only with that they did bath remodels because the entire customer service experience was brilliant.

I hired Royal plumbing to redo the entire plumbing at my house in San Francisco. The work has recently been completed. Over the past few months that I've been working with this team, I've seen nothing but a professional team that delivers high quality. The team is always responsive and available to answer my questions and address any concerns.

The scope included redoing the entire plumbing, installing water heater as well as the plumbing fixtures. They not only did a great job at the rough plumbing part and schedule/passed all inspections on time but also did a great job installing all my finishes.

Working at San Francisco is not easy as it has its own code and regulations. Royal plumbing offered a great price and completed the job without and issues at reasonable time. They showed up on weekends (Saturday and Sunday) when needed and proved that they truly care about their customers. I highly recommend them.

This is the third time I've used Miracle Plumbing and the second time Joel has been the technician.
For all 3 of the visits the pre-visit communication has been excellent and in all 3 cases the technician showed up on time within the appointment time frame, providing communication when they were in route to my home.
In all 3 cases, the technicians have been friendly, professional, and competent. They were happy to answer any questions I had and in the case of the second visit, were willing to work with me on a custom solution to my water softener issue.

For this visit, I was interested in replacing 2 toilets, one of which had a crack inside and was starting to leak.
As noted, Joel showed up on time, looked at the toilets, and provided a free quote for the work.
They offered a full package which included the new toilet, installation, and disposal of the old toilets. He was clear the pricing didn't include repairing the flange (which ended up needing to be replaced on one toilet).

Joel worked cleanly and efficiently. He removed the two toilets. Cleaned and prepared the area for the new units. Left briefly to pick-up the new units. When he returned, he discovered one the units was damaged, so another team member picked up a third unit and delivered it while Joel was installing the first one.
The second toilet had the flange issue and required additional work (and cost) to fix.

In all, Joel spent over 4 hours completing the job.
To be fair, I don't if the pricing was high or not. I didn't cross shop any other plumbers. However, I'm extremely satisfied with the quality of the work and the service. I will be using Miracle Plumbing again, when the need arises.

No knowledge of fixing hot water heater at all.
We have paid $125 first trip +$200 second trip to 99 Dollars plumbing
But they didn't solve the problem on no hot water coming out.
We end up have it repaired by a handyman who replaced the burner.
The burner was provided by Rheem warranty program.
The handyman we hired said, it should  be easy to read red lights on the control valve which tells you which part may be the problem .
There was No formal invoice
No repair description on the receipt
