Responded super fast to our quote request. They were able to serve us the same day. They set a time window up with us and showed up on time. The person who came home to fix the issue had their mask on, put on new shoe covers before entering.

They were professional & efficient. Fixed the problem within 20 mins of showing up. They were also graceful with out rather barky dachshund.

Julio came out to my house to check out a water leak coming from my ceiling in the kitchen area. He was able to diagnose and repair the leak in the same day and set up my Sheetrock appointment for the next day. Julio was very polite, professional and worked quickly to take care of my issue. It was a messy job, but he cleaned up very well. Highly recommend Golden State!

Vlad is superb! He came at our house on a Saturday night to fix our 2 leaking faucet and 1 leaking main valve. He did such a great job and even fixed some pipes attached to the faucet. And it only took him about 90 minutes. He has so many professional tools and is quite experienced and confident about what he did. The price is also quite fair. And he wear masks all the time. I too found Affordable Plumbing Solutions on Craigslist, and was impressed not only by the layout, but also information provided regarding their business on their website.  I was able to book my appointment for 4pm the same day.  Richard was prompt, friendly and explained the situation with the leak in my toilet, answered all my questions regarding my pipes and why this and why that patiently and informatively, and was able to rebuild my toilet tank quickly.  

I found him to be extremely honest, efficient and dependable.  (And, as the name suggests, AFFORDABLE.)  I will definitely be keeping their business card, and will call APS for any future repairs that I need done.

Good Guys Plumbing is a reliable and no nonsense plumbing service that we used at our rental property. We had a leaking tankless water heater and called up several plumbing companies that were unable to diagnose the problem and finally we found GGP. They were able to get the whole unit replaced within a few hours at a very reasonable price. In addition, GGP is honest and values its customers. In our area, hard water is a huge problem and Adam consulted us about having filters installed. He was not pushy like other salesmen but said to call him up when we were ready because we wanted to try magnetic descaling before going to filters. After installing the filters, one of the magnetic descalers were missing. Adam were happy to order new magnets! A+ service and communications! We know were to call for our next service!

Mike arrived at our house in Sunnyvale and plumbed our aquaasana water filter system. Mike not only did an excellent job installing the system but also recommended a bypass In case we wanted to bypass the filter during any maintenance work on the filter system. The system turned out much better than I had anticipated. Thank you Mike.!!

We had a rusted and leaking pipe and a water heater that was leaking from its pressure release valve. I got a number of quotes on Yelp. Many companies wanted $75-150 just to come out, with that amount being credited if I chose them. In contrast, Matt gives a free estimate. He responded to my quote inquiry via Yelp within ten minutes, and was on site less than an hour later. And this was a Saturday. His quote for the water heater was 50% less than some of my other quotes. As I was worried about the leaky water heater, I asked whether he could come the next day. Sure enough, he was there the next morning and took care of both jobs quickly.  Matt is reliable, honest, and does a great job. I'm looking to him for future jobs. Finding an honest plumber like Matt is huge, as many of the other companies I looked at try to squeeze as much as possible out of you.

Dmitruy was courteous and professional. Assessed the leaky toilet issue, got the parts he needed and fixed it! After a week I can still report he must fixed the correct part. No leaky toilet.

Simm's pluming is absolutely wonderful; professional, knowledgeable and offer exceptional customer service. I manage a six room Inn, that has had it share of plumbing issues. Kathy and Sherry, who work in the office take excellent care of me, I have never met them in person but I feel we are already old friends, Elias, Steve and crew arrive on time make all necessary repairs in a very professional manner and leave the work area in perfect condition.  Professionally and personally I will only use Simm's Plumbing.

Our shower started to clog at 8PM on a Friday night. Of course it would, right? This is one of the few plumbers who will answer the call at this time, and the dispatch had Van call back right away. It was an issue with the whole house backing up, and we were willing to wait until the morning and he came first thing and unclogged the sewer.

He also has technology that can send a camera through to see the source of a problem, which can be very useful if a clog reoccurs. Altogether, a very good experience with a nice guy and his crew, and prompt service. Thank you Van!

A friend of mine (who knows a bit about plumbing) once told me that the best way to solve the plumbing issues in my old house was to get a newer house. A fine idea, however not very practical....We don't need a new house just a GREAT plumber. Kenny Rogers Plumbing is just that. 2 weeks ago we woke up to a broken water heater, by lunch we had hot water again. Yesterday we had a slightly smaller issue in our shower and by this morning that too is fixed. When Kenny himself can't come out, he makes a plan with one of his very capable crew to get the job done. They are on time, professional, courteous and good at their jobs. Fred and Joseph from royal plumbing are going to be my go to resource for all my plumbing needs. On Friday evening I noticed a leak near the wall that's adjacent to washing machine. Joseph picked up call on Saturday morning at 7 and sent Fred in couple of hours. Fred got to work and explained what he was going to do to figure out the leak. After he figured out multiple leaks he installed new p-traps. However, Saturday night when my wife ran the kitchen sink drain the sewer water overflowed from washing machine drain pipe and our p-trap in the kitchen sink also broke. It was a night mare and I immediately called Fred and he mentioned he will
Come out first thing Sunday morning since his tools were already locked. He came on time Sunday morning with Joseph and figured there was also a clog. He and Joseph then helped remove the clog and got everything again. Their pricing was reasonable and more importantly their honesty and not try to rip me off. They told me what needs to be fixed and what can wait. I will be hiring them for my next plumbing jobs as well. Overall honest, prompt and really 2 amazing individuals with lot of plumbing expertise and they are licensed too!

This review is to help future customers as well as the business owner of Miracle Plumbing to perhaps rethink your service offering.  I called Miracle Plumbing because they are one of the local Pros recommended by Rheem.  I was told that there would be a fee for someone to come over to check the problem.  I agreed but didn't ask how much.  Well, two gentlemen came in the time slot promised, very professional, but that would be $198 later.  I didn't know why they needed 2 persons to diagnose a problem that I have already described in detail on the phone (I'm an engineer by trade, so I know what I am talking about.  This is an intermittent problem, so I tried many things and gave them all the details).  But it turned out, these gentlemen were not Rheem experts.  First they offered to replace the water heater, a $2500 water heater less than 2 years old.  When I asked is it paid for by Rheem, the answer was that it was gonna be out of my pocket.  Next, all they did was calling Rheem technical support to describe to Rheem what I described to MP.  Then there were two possible causes, which I asked what would they do first and how do they test it because it is intermittent.  They said they can try one at a time or do both, because Rheem would send both parts.  They can't even tell me the costs, had to wait for the office to send official quotes.  Well, it would be $500+ for one, and $300+ for the other, so it would be $1100 total for labor and I still don't know how they would be able to test or even guarantee that they fix the problem for good.  Needless to say, I didn't call them back, still have the parts in my hand, but no instructions how to install.  Which brings up the next point, do not buy Rheem, they don't have technical support for owners (the phone # on the heater rings forever with no one asnwering, the one on the website kept asking you to call back because they have some issues), the link for user manual is broken, so they are forcing owners going through these supposedly Pros who are not pros and only interested in gauging.  Now, MP might be real pros in installing new one or fix real plumbing problems, but as for fixing water heater issues (igniter, temp control, etc...), don't waste your time and money.

No knowledge of fixing hot water heater at all.
We have paid $125 first trip +$200 second trip to 99 Dollars plumbing
But they didn't solve the problem on no hot water coming out.
We end up have it repaired by a handyman who replaced the burner.
The burner was provided by Rheem warranty program.
The handyman we hired said, it should  be easy to read red lights on the control valve which tells you which part may be the problem .
There was No formal invoice
No repair description on the receipt
