Henthorn Plumbing is by far one of the best I have worked with in the Bay Area.  As a property manager, I have worked with a good number and confident to put in my recommendation.  I had him scheduled already to repair kitchen faucet.  Mind you this particular appointment was set with one simple quick phone call, when my other 5 attempts with plumbers failed.  The day of the appointment, tenant called with an emergency hot water failure.  Both mom and toddler were home with bad cold.  Because we were in the middle of winter, I called Matt immediately and he quickly rearranged his appointments and rushed over to fix both the kitchen faucet and replaced a new water heater!  He is super professional yet with an amazing sense of human touch.  He tries to understand the scope of the problem and has a superb plan on how to take care of the issue.  Matt is very calm and his workmanship is top notch.  There is no one doubt in my mind I would work and recommend him to others. Take my word, you will not regret calling his number.  There should be more of him around!

I cannot give 6 stars or I would.. I called Steve on a Mon morning about an overflow problem with my dishwasher..messy but not emergent. He said he was swamped with weekend calls but would see about the next day. I said thanks. At about 4:00, that same day, received a call from Alex at Gerrison and he said he was on his way..Well, he was wonderful and stayed til it was done right and reconnected properly...he was pleasant, didnt hurry and i was do appreciative. Price was very reasonable  and I will go to no one else ever again ! My go to from now on! Thanks again, Steve.....

AY EMP did a great job fixing some of my broken switches and installing a neutral wire for a smart switch upgrade. They were happy to work with my home warranty provider and quickly got the job done in a couple of hours.

I would highly recommend their service if you are ever need for electrical work done!

Min was AMAZING! He helped us with our kitchen sink. It only took him 5 minutes. He was friendly and helpful and very efficient. Our old plumber never showed up on time and would take an hour or more and he never really fixed our problem. Min is my new hero.

I avoid giving a one star review because it's been a tough year with the pandemic and everyone is making an extra effort. But this experience rates a zero star rating. Here's what happened: Russ came to our home on 5/24/2021 to check a bathroom fixture. He came, checked it, and said he'd get back to us in a couple of days. No call. I called the company the following week (around June 1) and spoke to Erica. She said I'll talk to him and have him get back to you by tomorrow. No call. Called again (around June 8). Again, a nice woman promised he'd call me by the next day and said they've had a lot of work. STILL NO CALL. I called for the last time today (June 14) and spoke to Phyllis. She said I just spoke to him; he'll call you back. Guess what happened? No call. So disappointing. Look elsewhere.

I'd like to thank Danh,  Khoa, and the whole Team Contractors crew for being the most honest, hardworking, friendly,  professional contractors in town!  This is the third time I used them.  Today was to unclog a bathroom drain but I've also used them to install a pressure regulator, a new section of drain line, and to investigate a water hammer noise.   Each visit,  they showed up before or on time, were extremely polite and friendly, cleaned up after themselves, protected my hard wood floors, took their shoes off before entering,  and were very knowledgable about their stuff.  I'm planning to use them again to install a sewer clean out too.  Danh accidently overlooked the time he was scheduled this morning,  so he had to reschedule for later in the day,  and because of that didn't charge me for today's visit!  They are all awesome guys so you should definitely hire them for your job.  You won't be disappointed.  :)

Julio and the team did partial re-pipe for my home. I am very happy with the work. Julio is polite and honest. He did what he promised. First work day for repiping, and second work day for city inspection and patching. Both the repiping and wall patching passed city inspection without any issue!

George was responsive, clear, honest, and hard-working. When my dishwasher was leaking he showed up fast, fixed the problem, and talked me through the rest of the water damage. When my sewer pipe was blocked, he responded quickly with a rotor and camera to show me what happened, clear the blockage, and explain what to look out for in the future. I'm working with him on quotes for larger projects. Great to have a reliable plumber.

I called these guys because I had a leak under my kitchen sink, one side of the kitchen sink that wasn't draining, and two toilets that weren't flushing correctly. The first company I called wanted over $50 just to come to my house. Whenever I see companies charging just to show up I think they're either not confident in their appearance (maybe they show up out of it or scary or something?) to the point that I'm too freaked out to hire them, or that they give outrageous quotes just so they can collect a quick buck and then spend all day going from house to house getting paid to do nothing.

The second company I called said they'd call me back but never did. Kratzer was a different story! They were able to send someone out the same day (Luis) and he worked so fast I couldn't believe it. I was heating up my lunch when he arrived, and when he left it was still warm. Clearly he knew what he was doing. I'll be calling Kratzer Plumbing again.

The crew who worked at my house on a sewer hookup project were just fantastic! I can't say enough about how professional, hard working, friendly and great communicators Hector, Jose and Alexus were. They did an excellent job and even made sure I was satisfied before leaving. I would recommend them in a heartbeat! Also the communication from the main office was really good as well. Great company with great staff.

I highly recommend Wilmar Plumbing!  We had a dishwasher that wasn't draining properly b/c the hose was connecting to the garbage disposal.  Wilmar and his colleague Andres, fixed the hose and put in an air gap so that the water would now properly flow and not backup in the dishwasher.  Wilmar and and Andres are courteous, kind, smart, and do a good job of prep and clean-up.   Responsive and trustworthy. Building a family business so Wilmar takes his work seriously and cares deeply about doing a high quality job!  Thank you!!!

Installed new water softener and reverse osmosis great service exceeded my expectations

I called Serv-All after ditching another company that we had been renting a water softener from for many years.  Jason came promptly and spent time with us discussing options and prices.  We selected a unit that was a good value and promised to save us both water and salt.  It took less than a week to get the new unit installed and they did not charge us for uninstalling the old unit.  We are delighted with our new water softener.  It regenerates a LOT less frequently than did the old unit, delivering on the promises of reduced water and salt use.  And the water is softer than ever.

Discount Plumbing installed my tankless hot water heater on the same day I called them. My old style hot water heater was irreparable and I decided it was a good time to upgrade. LB was great! He is knowledgeable, reliable, and friendly. Pricing was very good as well! Now that it's been a few months since installation I wonder how I managed so many years without a tankless heater! I highly recommend Discount Plumbing!

The first appointment was a no-show because plumber got sick but no one bothered to call to let me know. The second appointment, the plumber came on time & did his work quickly. He was polite & was also pretty careful not to make a mess. Pipes were unclogged & he charged $129.
