Above and beyond!!! These guys are amazing.  I contacted a number of  plumbers through Yelp and MTZ was by far the most responsive and service-oriented.  They were timely in both providing a fair quote and scheduling the job in a way that fit with my schedule.  They were the most courteous and polite service providers I've encountered in 10 years of home ownership.  I couldn't be happier with quality of the work done.  Hector even told me that he was thinking about my project while he was at home and came up with several convenient improvements in my design which he then implemented WITH NO EXTRA COST TO ME!  Who else does that?!?!?  I'd like to think that if I had a small business, I would operate it with the same efficiency, courtesy, and quality as MTZ.

They answered my Yelp request with a fair quote and came the same day and did the job. For the second summer in a row, we got an ant infestation in the bathroom due to cracks in the caulking. They came, fixed the outside wall, the inside wall, and also did the shower in the other bathroom, all in under two hours. Very pleased. Thanks again!

Matt installed a new water-efficient toilet (Toto) in our older home. He helped us understand the options, arrived on time, and installed the toilet carefully and efficiently.  We recommend him to others, and plan to call him again the next time we need plumbing work. (Our next-door neighbors recommended him to us.)

I really appreciate the quick response time. They were able to come out on the same day that I called. Shay/Shane (sorry if that name is a little off, I may have misheard) was very nice, professional, and did an awesome job fixing my problem (I screwed up my water heater thermocouple when I was trying to drain and flush the heater). The rate was perfectly reasonable. I will definitely call these guys again when I need a plumber. Thank you!

Andrew and his plumber come by to fix the leaking toilet water supply line originally installed by the builder.   Even though it is a cold evening, Andrew made a trip to Home Depot to get the parts needed for the special plumbing setup different from typical single family homes.   They fixed the problem and are knowledgeable about the unusual setup installed by some builders and they were professional through the whole time here, and Andrew also made recommendations for the other old parts installed by the builder and still in use, so I can be careful not breaking these and keep them in service.  

I have a good experience with AY EMP and highly recommend Andrew's service.

I have used Smart Plumbers in the past for our company's repairs, so this is why I chose them to replace the thermo-coupler on my home water heater. Joel arrived promptly and did the job well. When there was a miscommunication in the estimate and job price, Jin worked with me to make things right. I would use this company again and will continue to give them my business.

Moustafa is a gentleman. He quickly assessed the problem and let me know how to fix it. The issue turned out to be unrelated to pipes, but rather the shape of my sink. Other plumbers might have tinkered around and found a problem to fix. I was impressed by his honesty. He didn't charge me anything, and I told him I would call Ace next time I needed any plumbing help.

OMG. I got a sewer backup. Got referrals from my neighbor. I called Team Contractors, they came to clear my sewer line, they then used camera to show me how bad it is when the rooting trees get into the sewer line. At the end they used the sewer jet to cut all those roots with a fair rates. I want to recommend this Team Contractors to others homeowners.

Today Julio and his team wrapped up our repipe job and main water line replacement. They were amazing to work with. Great craftsmanship, hard workers and a great price! Thanks again!

George was responsive, clear, honest, and hard-working. When my dishwasher was leaking he showed up fast, fixed the problem, and talked me through the rest of the water damage. When my sewer pipe was blocked, he responded quickly with a rotor and camera to show me what happened, clear the blockage, and explain what to look out for in the future. I'm working with him on quotes for larger projects. Great to have a reliable plumber.

Contacted them because they were listed as Emergency plumbing service. First called and the recording said they were closed on Friday and Saturday and open on Sunday. We hung up and within a few minutes received a call back from them. They might want to update their recording because I was already starting to dial the next company on list. The man appeared that called appeared indifferent & kind of short.  Although, it was 10:23 am Saturday morning and he said they don't have anyone available until Monday. This is supposed to be an Emergency Plumbing company. Next issue, he brought up how they take payments almost immediately. He said they do not do billing. When they are finished with the job, they are to be paid.  This is for a city agency. This type of policy can be difficult for cities and businesses. Not complaining in this post, just want people to be aware of the companies policies. Good luck

Expert at his craft. Super honest. Pleasure to work with.

This is a long overdue update. Since my original post, Lee's replaced my water heater, all my toilets, and the emergency water shutoff on my house. When my water heater finally gave out (see previous review) while Lee was out of town, I decided to go without hot water for three days rather than choose another plumber.

Lee is highly efficient and really knows his craft ~ he had better answers to technical questions than all other plumbers I'd previously talked to and willingly educates homeowners. Lee is also likely the most courteous and professional service technician I have ever worked with. He's on-time, super respectful, and patient. He's also gone above and beyond in the past ~ e.g. doing a roundtrip to the store for a toilet when they gave us the wrong model. On another occasion, he handled several unexpected back-and-forths with the city permit inspector for issues which turned out to be pre-existing and had nothing to do with his work.

I will never willingly go to another plumber. Rock on Lee!

Edited:  I had complained about the high cost of a simple repair. Turns out they wave the diagnostic fee if you get the repair (unless diagnosis takes inordinate amount of time.)  That wasn't clear to me. So therefore, no complaints and I hereby change what was a negative review.

The technicians who came were great (one is in training.)  Andrew and Jeremy.  Nice guys. Professional. No complaints at all.

While we didn't go with Wilmar plumbing this time, they were super responsive in coming out to give an estimate, followed Covid-19 protocols and quickly turned around a quote for acceptance.  The quote was comparable the other 4 quotes we received for installation of faucet, garbage disposal, new plumbing for a new sink and gas hookup for a new range top.  We had a few options and went with the plumber who could come out and do our install sooner.

I contacted Bellows Soquel to replace my aging Lennox Pulse and Lennox air conditioner, as well as the ducting in my crawlspace and attic. Everyone from Carl the initial salesman to Russel the project manager to the office staff was friendly, professional and willing to answer the many questions I had. Mikey, the install manager was an outstanding leader of his crew, including Brian, Jamie, Alvie and Rudy.  All of them were efficient and hard working professionals.  My new Lennox system is up and running.  I'm amazed at how they were able to tackle a complicated job and perform at such a high level.  They left my garage and home looking like they'd never been here. Everything is carefully and precisely installed. I'd give each of them ten stars if I could.  All of my questions were thoughtfully and thoroughly explained.  Bellows is a top notch company and you won't go wrong by choosing them.  One happy customer here.

I have been using Ser-All company for eighteen years. They just put a new one in for me yesterday and did a fine job. My installer Stevie was wonderful. Did a clean job and was a very nice installer. What a super good company. Thank you Jason for coming over and making sure everything was A OK after Stevie installed the system. Your company rocks!

Benjamin Williams was the person who came out to fix our toilet. He was really wonderful to interact with, he was prompt, easy going and efficient! He left the bathroom in perfect working order and cleaned up meticulously. It can be awkward to have a plumber but he made the experience a BREEZE. Loved him! He's an awesome asset! Thanks again!
