We needed a reliable plumber to assist in coordinating a meeting with our City inspector to final our permit for renovations. We were extremely stressed out, needed someone last minute and someone who would be able to work within the same time window as our inspector. Hector, from MTZ plumbing, made it happen. Not only was he friendly and professional, he was able to accommodate the schedule we needed and gave us the best price. Thank you so much for making such a stressful day go so smoothly. I called Anar to come help with adding a new vent hole for my dryer in the garage. He responded very quickly and gave me a reasonable price and was able to do the job same day. Highly recommend for any work needed around the house!

Matt Henthorn is such a nice gentleman. I am writing this review because I was in the Home Depot today very frustrated trying to locate things for a sink repair. He could tell that I was struggling and he asked me if he could be of help and proceeded to help me solve my problem.
I was with a handyman or I would've hired Matt to help me with the job I was working on. But I asked for his name so that I could call him for my next home repair. It is so seldom these days that a person would volunteer to help you. Everyone is always so busy with their own tasks.
I wasn't surprised when I saw all the fives in his reviews, he is just a great guy. The next time I need a plumbing repair I will definitely call Matt!!!

Amazing. He was onsite 45 min after I broke my water main digging in the yard and had our water restored less than an hour later. Fast friendly fair price and saved my bacon. I put this number in my favorites. Thanks guys!!

AY EMP did several installations in my house. From my very first contact, Andrew and his team were very responsive and provided a high quality service to install a new kitchen sink, toilet vanity, faucets, and accessories. Andrew was even following up after the service to ensure that all expectations were properly met. Therefore, I highly recommend AY EMP.

BOTTOM LINE.  DO NOT USE THEM!

I called these guys to fix a main line block. They do not keep up their appointment window which is over 2 hours.  An unmotivated, lackadaisical employee showed up an hour after the appointment window who first suggested that this was a problem with the city sewer line with just superficial analysis.

We called the city and the cleared the line and then there was still sewer backing up. So we called these guys again. They didn't keep up their appointment on the day we requested and they had an appointment 2 days later. The same character who did the initial analysis showed up again and sure enough did his useless job and went out.
We are still stuck with a backed up sewer. I am going with a different plumber this time!

The company's name is ironic because there is nothing SMART about their service.

I looked at the other review about the people who have posted positive reviews here. I'm shocked and surprised!!

Big shoutout to Omar! He came after hours and did miracle repair for several hours. Although he could have stopped after several attempts to fix our mess, he persevered and 2 hours later left successfully at 11 pm, onto his next project...Omar was fast efficient, professional polite and fun to work with! Thank you Omar!!! And Ace!

One of the best plumbing contractors we have ever worked with. Very professional, arrived on time with all the necessary materials. Worked diligently, and explained thoroughly what they had done. Best of all, received a call back the day after to confirm the status. They deserve five stars without a doubt!! Surely will call them for any future plumbing needs.

The guy came in to look at the items but did not provide the complete quote and said that his brother who is the owner of the company will provide the complete quote later today. Never heard from his brother. Called several times but could not reach him. We finally got the work done from another plumbing company but wasted 2 days for the work to start. Will never do business with this guy.

George came out to fix a stoppage on Saturday night. He finished the work in a very professional manner. I also had him install a water filter which was done well. Overall, had a great experience and would hire him again.

My experience with Plumbing Solutions was amazing, exactly what I expected based on all of their reviews. I called after 7 PM and was able to get an appointment early the next morning. Joel walked me through the worst case and most likely scenarios, gave me a quote, and began working. He immediately identified the problem and promptly fixed my issue, which was the most likely scenario that he quoted. All in all, my experience was great and I will definitely be using Plumbing Solutions for any of my plumbing needs going forward.

Lee and his team have helped me with several upgrades and repairs over the year.  I've found Lee to be friendly, timely, trustworthy, competitive on price, and communicates well throughout the projects.

Use this place only in emergencies.

Scheduling an appointment was easy. The plumbers and the phone/dispatch were all professionals. The giant flaw with this particular experience was with their diagnostics and pricing.

Check out the attached photo; it's a screen shot of part of their invoice/work order. That's a Moen faucet which retails at Home Depot for $143. Check out the pricing that Bellows gave me: $829 (this includes install).  I said nope. So they said they could back out $500 if I provided my own faucet. Again, I said nope that and I got a second opinion. Apparently I didn't need all this work done, and all that was needed was some tightening of some valves - W T F bellows!?

These plumbers poorly diagnosed my leaky faucet and tried to gouge me. I've used them before and they gouged me then too. Plumbing gougefest.
There seems to be some sort of racket and/or price fixing; Roto-Rooter Plumbing are a bunch of crooks as well. They charged me $500 to unclog a kitchen sink.

Regular people don't know enough about plumbing to ask questions. When you have a leak or your water isn't running, you become desperate and you stop asking questions and getting second opinions (I get it) - these plumbers have become accustomed to this and now they are brazen AF. Let's get the power back - ask questions, pick apart their arbitrary work order. . . or don't - who cares.

Wilmar and his team have always been so responsive and timely. They have come through for us in a pinch quite a few times. I would 100% recommend this company. They are respectful and knowledgeable. Again, quality business!

Had a good experience with Bellows when we had a sewer project in the Santa Cruz area. Called them for another project in the South Bay where we had sewer water overflowing in the front yard. Was able to get an appointment for inspection/evaluation in a matter of a couple of days. However, even before showing up for the in-person appointment, the Tech called ahead to clarify what we were experiencing and told me that it might be an issue covered by the city and I should consult them first before having a paid service call by Bellows -- as it was likely a lateral drain/sewer line blockage covered by the city. Sure enough, the city Sanitary District Dept came out to take a look and said it was in fact their job to clear the blockage close to the main. Thanks Bellows for the excellent customer service!

I recently had a new soft water conditioner installed at my house. I called  Serv - All  because I have been a client of theirs for many years. They installed my previous conditioner approximately 16 years ago. My new unit was installed promptly and very professionally. No mess everything cleaned up nicely. I'm very pleased with the work and install. The technicians for Service - All and Water Quality are very professional, knowledgable and courteous. I would recommend Serv - All to anyone in this area.

Highly recommend.  They are friendly, responsive, professional, and care about their work.  I'm fast becoming a loyal customer.

This is my second time working with Discount Plumbing, and they'll be my first call when I need a plumber again.  At 8am this morning I started calling plumbers for an urgent problem.  The scheduling/logistics team had LB headed to my place within an hour of my call. LB arrived, we did a quick walk-through and he listened when I described the issue.  He did a great job identifying and solving the immediate issue, and explained to me the conditions which created it.  He provided estimates for the larger issue, but I didn't feel pressured to make a big purchase today.  Painless, affordable, and I'm now well informed.

Ditto on the last 5-star review!  Dan and Brian are the best!!!!  We own 3 properties in Morgan Hill, and I would never consider using anyone other than Sullivan.  More honest than my own family members!  Thx, Dan and Brian. . .

Dave was very responsive and able to schedule fixing a clogged sink on short notice. He explained what was wrong and very efficient! I'll definitely use him in the future for any plumbing issues!

Scheduling disaster...

Scheduled an appointment for an estimate last Thur for this Monday... Then got a call from them late Friday with a suggestion that a Sat time slot is available. I accepted. On Sat they started calling at 7am  (and a few times after) to confirm the appointment again, because they were not sure if it's correct (looks like they still kept Monday appt record). I didn't have my phone around to respond, so they cancelled it..

Then there was an attempt to move during Sat, they couldn't make it. Then they scheduled for Sun morning. Nobody showed up, no calls.

And now they're calling me on Monday morning to confirm if i still need my old appointment..

I appreciate proactive calls, but if you're not keeping your records properly and if one person in your call center has no idea what another just did, it doesn't make things better.

If it's so bad just to do an estimate, i would rather go with another company.
