I am so happy to have found MTZ Plumbing. I had an emergency situation with both toilets and showers blocked. Angela at MTZ answered my call and listened to the situation thoroughly, and sent Hector the same day. Hector was super professional and knowledgeable, and made sure the work was done correctly. Pricing is based on a fixed system so there is no haggling. He stayed until 9 pm to finish the clean out, and even cleaned up the toilet and resealed the toilet joints with silicone. I hope I don't have drainage problems again, but if I do I will call MTZ first and ask for Hector.

Great response speed and fast service. They were in and out within an hour, and fixed my leaking sink + installed a ceiling fan. Highly recommend!

Matt came out no more than two hours after I called. He snaked a clogged drain via the roof and in no time he was done and gone. Great service.

We have a community well association and we just had a tree come down and shatter the piping from our well holding tank to our main. Phil came out on time and did a great job replacing the line (4 inch PVC piping). The next day when we turned on the power we found another big leak from the well line and Phil was there within a couple of hours to take care of it.
We will be using Garrison again this summer for some dry season work.

I have used Smart Plumbers four times so far. Three for regular drain clog issues requiring using the rooter to clear out clogs. At the last visit, they recommended changing out the P-traps and arms under the tub and shower and also hydro-jet cleaning of the kitchen drain for our 50 year old house.

Well, I called them back and had them do the recommended work. It turns out that the P-trap + arm under the tub was old 1.5 metal pipes and somewhat rusted, however it was not clogged up so much (I visually inspected the pieces after removal).  

The P-trap+arm under the shower were 2 pipes and had been changed out by previous home owner. They were new pipes. The plumber did not tell me this and simply changed them out. That may have been unnecessary work.

These two tasks were quoted over a $1100.

The hydrojet job of the kitchen drain was done well, I expect - I have no way of knowing until the next clog.

I attempted to resolve the issue by calling the owner Mr. Lee. I spoke to a representative (calmly) and was told that Mr. Lee would call me back. It's been two weeks and he has not called me. I would have been OK with Smart Plumbers if they were to simply talk to me and offer some conciliatory service like a coupon or an extended warranty.

I am somewhat disappointed with the what was unnecessary work done by Smart Plumbers (cost me $500 - $600).

The company was recommended by the property manager and had great reviews online. For a simple snake to unclog a slow draining shower and a shower tub it was $275 for each of the snakes. Then on top of this the plumber charged another $275 to replace a toilet fill valve which is not complicated to do. I thought it was interesting that EACH service was a flat $275 so I called Ace to ask about their rates. I was told by billing/accounting that they do not have price ranges for common plumbing services and do not have a standard labor rate or service charge plus material either and effectively pricing is at the discretion of the tech. At the tech's discretion?! Who does business like this? The billing lady who was very courteous offered to have the tech, Leo, call me about the alarming $825 invoice. That was over a month ago and I have not received a call from Leo or anyone.

I have had bathroom drains snaked and unclogged by other SF plumbers and NEVER been charged these rates. Unbelievable! I do not recommend this place.

We used Team Contractors a couple of weeks ago to fix a leak under our kitchen sink. Khoa and Dan promptly replied to my quote request.  We set an appointment time and they arrived on time and replaced the leaking pipe.  I was very satisfied with their work so when I had a bathtub drain stop up I contacted them again. Today they came here and resolved the problem so that our bathtub drain flows again. Once again I am very satisfied with their service.  Always returns calls, always shows up as promised, always professional and solve our plumbing issues!

I was recommended to All pro repipe by a friend. I called for a quote and spoke to Julio he was extremely nice and professional. All other companies who'd give me a quote were rude or would ask me to call when I'm ready to set an appointment after I'd try negotiating their quote but not Julio. He highlighted why I should go to them and assured me that I'd be happy with their service. He booked me for the following day. Julio and his crew did the whole repiping in my house. They finished in one day and the following day the inspection and patching. They were clean and fast. I used their services a month ago and got a follow up call from Julio a few days ago. I have nothing but great things to say about this company. I will definitely recommend them and do business with them again

OMG! What a find! Honest, personable, knowledgeable, reliable and quick to respond. After a sewer backup we were told by another reputable company we needed all lines replaced to the tune of 20k!! They seemed so pushy we felt we needed to get a second opinion and so thankful we did! After lengthy inspection, climbing on the roof  and thorough camera inspection , George concluded it was just a simple clog that had needed to be cleaned. George explained every step and what we were seeing on the camera. Wow! Being an old house there will always be a need for a good plumber and so grateful we found this wonderful tradesman. Don't use anyone else...he is the best!

Our kitchen faucet fell apart and Mike ordered the repair kit from Kohler. He was able to do a temporary fix while we wait for the parts to come. Mike was very helpful and offered good advice on whether to fix the worn out handle or replace the the whole unit.  Great customer relations. I will definitely use them again and recommend to anyone.

Just had Lee from Kratzer Plumbing to the house today.  He is an honest guy.  Had to have my Franke water dispenser fixed and he was upfront that the replacement parts that Franke sent me might not work.  He said the job wouldn't take the full hour so if there was other things to look at he could do that too.  I'll be calling him from now on.  650-571-5580

I used Bellows twice for two different warehouse heaters and there was a minor communication/diagnostic problem with the second one. Too long to write it all, but their technician was great and Jason the CEO took care of the minor problem personally and promptly. I will definitely use them again.

I highly recommend Wilmar Plumbing!  We had a dishwasher that wasn't draining properly b/c the hose was connecting to the garbage disposal.  Wilmar and his colleague Andres, fixed the hose and put in an air gap so that the water would now properly flow and not backup in the dishwasher.  Wilmar and and Andres are courteous, kind, smart, and do a good job of prep and clean-up.   Responsive and trustworthy. Building a family business so Wilmar takes his work seriously and cares deeply about doing a high quality job!  Thank you!!!

Our furnace was out and after a number of calls to HVAC service providers in the area we made a call to Bellows.  

Not only did Bellows show up the same day (now that's great service!) but the technician, John Costales, was professional, courteous, and knew his stuff.  

John was able to diagnose the problem and suggest how to most economically repair our system.  

Would certainly recommend if you need HVAC service. We are a Bellows customer now.

Their price was a bit high @ $175, but the soft water was returned to service by this firm for the second time in 6 months. It appears my attempts to fix the conditioner did not work.

WOW... for the amazing experience today. This is exactly what great service should be. They were highly recommended by appliance techs as being super competent and fair. So I decided to give them a try for a very tricky plumbing issue.
From the first contact, Barbara at the main office handled my call and query with patience and professionalism. Then Sean, the business owner, went out of his way to pre-screen our problem via phone and email before coming out. He was eager to provide free honest and expert advice which was appreciated. Therefore I proceeded with scheduling and sure enough, they showed up right on time, deploying extra care and patience evaluating and handling the issue. The scary plumbing problem was fixed in no time to much of my relief and the fee was even super fair and to the point. This company is a true delight to work with and I will not hesitate to call upon them in the future.

I've used these guys for 3 separate jobs since moving to Morgan Hill. I cant recommend them highly enough, they are second to none. This is a family business, and they are straight shooters. They are good at what they do, and charge based upon time actually worked, not try to gauge you when you are in a bind, as I have seen others in skilled trades attempt to do. Dan and Brian are the only people you ever need to call for your plumbing needs.

Called Dave's Specialized Rooter & plumbing . For a leaking water heater, made and appointment he came same day to take care my old water heater . He was on time , he recommended for a new installation , I was happy to have my hot water back I will recommend  Dave's to all my friends and relatives he was clean and professional all the way to complete the work and going the extra mile to finish in the same day.

I had overflowing issues in my kitchen sink for a few days. Irwin Salas ( tech number 7 )came to the rescue. He was professional, very polite, and nice gentle man. He kindly tolerated my pets that were all over him,also even checked out all of my neighbors' sinks since the pipes are connected. I did not expect that much for one plumber to do all that. He made sure everything worked and cleaned up everything after the job is done. I am very impressed with the great job done here. I highly recommend Preferred Plumbing and Drain and Mr. Irwin Salas who is skilled and a very nice and polite individual!
