Our water heater leaked causing a leak in the kitchen soffit and ceiling. Hector checked all possible sources of the leak. The following day I managed to get the key to the water heater closet and sure enough there was the problem. While I did not end up using MTZ for the water heater replacement  -I need to say this: they are on time and sends a message they are on their way. This system is much appreciated. Thanks for your help Hector!

Anar ghosted me twice. I wrote a negative review the first time he ghosted me so he called I couldn't pick up no message no email no nothing ghosted twice .As property owner property ,manager & builder no way would I hire this guy.

Do you dream about finding a plumber who is super competent and impeccably ethical? Well, dream no more! Call Henthorn Plumbing instead. I was quite nervous about replacing a seventy-year-old toilet because, well . . . plumbing is unpredictable, and old plumbing can be very challenging. I was very pleased with the service provided by this company. Either Matt Henthorn is really good about hiring great workers, or he's really good about training them. I've worked with two different of their plumbers, and I was very happy both times.

My house in Spring Lakes  (Scotts Valley, CA ) was not able to pass the PG&E gas pressure test so the gas company turned off my gas service.  Phillip set up an appointment to send out Byron and Enrique.  They were able to quickly find the sources of the gas leaks and give me an estimate to correct the problems.  They had the problem fixed in about 4 hours and restored my gas service and hot water.  They showed up on time and wore shoe covers when ever they needed to enter the house.  The price was very fair for the amount of work that they needed to do.  I would recommend them to any of my friends and neighbors!

These guys do great, reliable work. I needed a 240V outlet installed in my garage so I could charge my EV and the process could not have gone more smoothly. I had an idea where to put the outlet but they came up with a better solution, even though it was more work for them - which they didn't charge me extra for. That is what I call quality service. They were in and out and even called a few days later to make sure everything was working properly. The quality of their work is first-rate and if I ever need *any* electrical work done to my home, these guys will be my first call. Highly recommend.

Needed my water heater replaced.  Chris came right over to give an estimate, and was able to answer all my questions about what type of heater to replace it with, and any code upgrades that were needed.  

He was able to do the replacement on a Sunday, it only took a couple of hours, and was a very neat and professional job.

I would not hesitate to use Smart Plumbers (and especially Chris) again for any plumbing jobs in the future.

There was a mysterious leak into our downstairs neighbor's place, and Derrick came out to help find the needle in the haystack. After testing multiple things, no leak could be found. Since there was nothing actively leaking, only apparent evidence of a leak, he said the only way to find the leak would be to open a wall and the ceiling.  We then started to go through our HOA insurance, who agreed to pay open the wall and ceiling.  While waiting for this to happen, my neighbor saw a couple active drips and thought it was related to our toilet.  I called Ace again to see if we could determine the cause of the leak before having to open up the wall/ceiling.  Again, Derrick did a thorough investigation but could not re-create the leak.  Fast forward, the wall and ceiling get opened up and the contractor with the insurance company was convinced the problem was with our shower pan.  To fix this, it would require our entire shower to be torn out and likely re-doing all the marble in the bathroom in order to match things properly.  Before doing this, I wanted another opinion.  I called Ace and Derrick came again, now able to really investigate with things opened up.  Thankfully for us, he felt it was very unlikely to be the shower pan and likely the issue could be resolved with re-grouting.  This absolutely made my day!  An infinitely simpler solution!!  Crisis averted.  Thank you!

Julio was fast, reliable, and kind. His crew performed the job extremely fast, efficiently and professionally.  They cleaned up their work and patched up all the drywall they needed to cut. Their prices were also significantly lower than all the larger plumbing companies we got quotes from, and stayed competitive against smaller plumbers' prices. We're very happy we went with them.

George came out to fix a stoppage on Saturday night. He finished the work in a very professional manner. I also had him install a water filter which was done well. Overall, had a great experience and would hire him again.

I needed a toilet replaced and a new faucet installed. Plumbing Solutions came when they said they would and performed the tasks in a timely manner. Very professional and courteous and pricing was on par with what I had expected too. Would highly recommend!!!

Wilmar and Joseph did a great job.  The job entailed more  than just a faucet change.  The house is old and had rusted pipes.  They did a great job of taking care of all the problems.  Wilmar is very  easy and pleasant  to work with. His knowledge of what needed to be done gave me confidence in his work. His pricing is reasonable and I will be using him again.   I would highly recommend  him!

Installed new water softener and reverse osmosis great service exceeded my expectations

I have been using Ser-All company for eighteen years. They just put a new one in for me yesterday and did a fine job. My installer Stevie was wonderful. Did a clean job and was a very nice installer. What a super good company. Thank you Jason for coming over and making sure everything was A OK after Stevie installed the system. Your company rocks!

Our water heater  needed to be replaced and Connor was very knowledgeable and showed us what needed to be done and why with a smile. Its nice knowing what is happening during the whole process. Highly recommend using their services as we will continue to do so, too.

Sullivan Plumbing was responsive, professional,  and knowledgeable. I noticed a leak in my water heater and they were able to install a replacement (an upgrade) the next day ... and in about 1.5 hours. It was by far the simplest and most efficient experience I've had with a plumber.

Our kitchen sink was clogged, I didn't want to cause any further damage so I contacted Dave's Plumbing Services. They arrived and within minutes they were able to fix the issue and even replaced my kitchen sink pipes. I was very surprised and impressed; furthermore, I never like to leave any business bad review because I know how hard it is to run a business. Seth and his partner arrived on time today, in which both were very friendly and knowledgeable.
