We needed a reliable plumber to assist in coordinating a meeting with our City inspector to final our permit for renovations. We were extremely stressed out, needed someone last minute and someone who would be able to work within the same time window as our inspector. Hector, from MTZ plumbing, made it happen. Not only was he friendly and professional, he was able to accommodate the schedule we needed and gave us the best price. Thank you so much for making such a stressful day go so smoothly. Anar was very quick and responsive. He was reasonable priced and did a great job. He did need to go get some things at Home Depot,  it came back quickly and let me know exactly what he was doing. He also cleaned up the area and it was a really efficient and well done job. We'll be using him again the future.

Working with Matt and his team was a true pleasure, relief and trust.  Having a plumbing issue is not fun or trivial when it involved the drain pipes leaking in multiple places of the crawl spaces.   Matt himself took the 1st call to check the situation himself, was really patience to explain to me including draw the pipes configuration to ensure I understand the issue and the proposed repair scope and options.  This is really awesome!  
His repair quote is reasonable and his team members of Richardo and Bernard were also extremely polite, nice and extremely productive and efficient: they completed the job in 3.5 hours out of 6 hours labor estimated.

Thank you to the Garrison Plumbing team!  My pressure tank finally blew out for once and for all and wasn't going to take another patchwork job by my hand. Shanna answered right away and Philip Garrison responded quickly to assess the situation who.  Gratefully, he prioritized my job so I could have running water again.  Garrison's great crew of Byron and Jacob went right to work on my 20+ year old mess, diligently working until a beautiful new pressure tank was installed with PVC piping that didn't look like a pretzel!  Great communication, great work, competitive price, and I'm a new fan.  I'll call again for future needs and you should too!

Our kitchen faucet started with a drip which over time stopped working altogether. We had no water coming out of the faucet. We sent out a Yelp request pretty late on Sunday night, and got a response from Andrew within minutes. He came over the next day, checked the problem and told us we need a new faucet and gave us a quote for the job. He came the next day and got the new faucet installed with no hassle. Will definitely call them for any future plumbing issues.

I've used Smart Plumbers for years! Most recently they installed two new toilets  for my new home. I ordered the new toilets at Home Depot, Smart Plumbers picked them up for me and installed them. They also moved a gas line for my new oven.  They are  professional in their scheduling and their prices are reasonable. I use Smart Plumbers for all of my plumbing needs.

We've used Ace twice now for very different problems.  One was a drain that was backing up sewage into our house - yuck.  It was a complicated problem but they A) responded quickly on a Saturday, B) didn't charge an arm and a leg, C) kept coming back until it was complete, including getting a new contractor to repair the cement job that was required outside when it failed to set up correctly.  Recently, we had them out to diagnose a leak that was presenting itself in the garage of our 4 unit TIC bldg.  They came out next day (after offering to come same day but I couldn't make it) and took a look.  (FREE diagnosis, by the way, which rocks.)  It was tough to tell what was wrong.  We arranged for them to come back the next morning at 9am to cut a whole in the ceiling and further diagnose.  Quote was $200.  Early that morning though, one of the other owners discovered that the leak might be coming from her washing machine.  Well, Mario from Ace (and 2 other guys) were already on site.  We had Mario drag the washing machine out of the cabinet.  As it turns out, it was the source of the leak.  He recommended that we get a handyman to change the leaky connections and repair the drywall.  Then he didn't charge us for the second trip.  Can you believe it?  These guys do quality work and don't screw you in the end.  I will always use Ace for my plumbing needs.  You should too!

Dan(Khoa) and his partner did a great job replacing Pressure reducing valve at our place.
I contacted him via Yelp on Sunday within hours he responded with the quote and promptly ( and courteously) responded to additional questions I had. I contacted him again on Tuesday to inquire when he can come to do the job and since he had availability he came same day and replaced the valve in couple of hours.

Highly recommend! I can't say enough great things about this company. Great customer service, Francielle is always there to assist and help with any questions. Julio and Christopher, owners were hands on. When they arrived to begin my repipe they explained what they were doing, even added a new pipe outside. They all worked together like an orchestra, and everyone was so happy and friendly. This is more like a family. The job was done on time. They cleaned up. When the inspector came to inspect job for permit, it passed without issue and after all pro came and did the patching, which looked great, the same inspector came back and said it was a really nice job. I definitely would hire them again! This is a company you can trust and these days that's hard to find!

Wow! George is one of the best Plumbers that I've had the pleasure to hire! He made quick work of replacing a corroded copper pipe in my garage, along with suggesting a better way to run my water recirculation device to save energy and $$. While he was at it, he also checked the salt level in my water softener and filled it for me. George provided me with an explanation of his work beforehand, his estimate and was very neat and tidy with his work. And to top it all off he is a polite and positive person who loves his work! I highly recommend George's Plumbing Service.

We had an emergency when my husband decided to cut through an old pipe and water started pouring out. He shut off all the water to the house and it was still coming out! We had to have EBMUD come out to turn the water off, get the pipe fixed, in order to have our water turned back on again. This was the first place I called and they were so responsive I was so relieved! They sent someone out immediately and they ended up arriving right around the same time the EBMUD guy came. Long story short they fixed our problems and was a life saver! Did we pay a premium for it? I think so, but we needed someone ASAP and they fit the bill so we expected it. Fantastic service in a pinch!

Whao!!! Lee is amazing, He came to our home on time and diagnosed the problem very quickly and found a creative cost effective solution. He was courteous, clean and totally dependable. I will absolutely use him again!!! The overall cost was unbeatable.

We unexpectedly found ourselves without the use of our hot water heater when PG&E red tagged it. We called Bellows Plumbing later Friday morning as we had had good service from them before. Jared Valdez came to our home, inspected the old water heater, and determined it needed to be replaced. Jared wrote up the estimate, checked for availability and scheduled the installation for Monday. Javier and Hector arrived on time on Monday. They completed the installation neatly and efficiently. They explained all of the details of the new water heater, the safety features, and answered all of our questions. Once again, we have found Bellows Plumbing to be polite, timely and efficient in their service. I would gladly recommend them and will call them again.

We had issues with our kitchen sink not draining.  Wilmar was quick to answer our call and made it out the same day.  He was wonderful to work with and did an excellent job.  I would highly recommend him.

Bellows is an overly expensive Company with poor customer service. They charge you excessive fees to fix things that are under warranty and do a pretty poor job if it. I like Costco and got in touch with Bellows through there. They make Costco look bad.

I recently had a new soft water conditioner installed at my house. I called  Serv - All  because I have been a client of theirs for many years. They installed my previous conditioner approximately 16 years ago. My new unit was installed promptly and very professionally. No mess everything cleaned up nicely. I'm very pleased with the work and install. The technicians for Service - All and Water Quality are very professional, knowledgable and courteous. I would recommend Serv - All to anyone in this area.

I called several local plumbers and they all wanted to charge me a service call charge of $110-$150 just to come and look at my faucet replacement. Sullivan plumbing said they would swing by to check it out.  They made the fixes and adjustments during that initial visit and didn't charge me for a service call or an outrageous price for my 20 min. fix.  I highly recommend them and I will use them again.

Called Dave's Specialized Rooter & plumbing . For a leaking water heater, made and appointment he came same day to take care my old water heater . He was on time , he recommended for a new installation , I was happy to have my hot water back I will recommend  Dave's to all my friends and relatives he was clean and professional all the way to complete the work and going the extra mile to finish in the same day.

Professional and courteous. They did a really good job in replacing our old water heater. I feel the service was quick and not as expensive as I had thought it was going to be. The leak was becoming a problem which is what resulted in the call. To sum things up I feel they were quick, not to expensive and got the job done. Hopefully I don't need them again, but if I do I know who to call.
