Sewage is blocked at 9 pm at night. Panicked. The wife digs out the contact for Super Plumber Rooter Service. Alex has helped us with blocked sewage a year ago in another property. And I remember that he did a really good job and help me try out two cleanouts until the blockage is cleared.

Alex arrives within 15mins, I am lucky that he has just finish a job and is ready to move immediately.

Alex help me search for a cleanout and found only one small one for the kitchen sink. Alex is kind to try this out and he really genuinely attempt to fix my problem, instead of pushing me to install a new toilet cleanout that would cost me $2K.

I have always seen Yelp responses like this from companies and wondered whether the company actually does make things right.   Well, you have my contact information so let's see if you actually reach out or not.  

We don't disagree over anything that has happened.   Yes, you told me there was an initial $185 fee.   But I was also told it would be taken off the total if I had you do the installation.   No, I did not end up having you do the installation, but can you fault me for losing confidence after what happened?   Yes, you still removed and discarded the water heater.   Now was this a $550+ service?   Heck no.   No plumbing company charges even close to that.

Well, the owner Mr. Sosa did actually end up calling me back and apologized for the situation.   Offered money back though I'm fine being charged a fair value for the work they actually did do.   I didn't write the original review or this update for the money though, but rather just to keep my fellow Yelpers informed.    As I mentioned before, the technicians were all great, but the office receptionist really dropped the ball.   Mr. Sosa assured me he's looking to rectify the situation.    I can't give 5* considering all that happened, but for a company acknowledging their mistake and looking to rectify it show me that they are an honest company.

Another perfect recovery of a poorly installed wax ring and bath tub leak from previous contractor. I am glad I found Cardinal. 5 stars !

Our kitchen sink has been backed up for months. I began making my way through yelp in search of a specialized plumber and was put in contact with Bunnies plumbing. Adhemar, responded to all of my questions was very patient with me. When he came out to inspect the plumbing issue he was straight forward and explained everything so I could understand. Unfortunately, the plumbing issue wasn't fixed because it requires a second visit. I definitely recommend Bunnies plumbing.

I called Shawn today, for someone to take a look at our restroom plumbing. He worked on our toilet and one sink.  He was very professional and friendly. I really appreciate him coming over on short notice.  I felt comfortable with him working on our plumbing and he even took a little time to educate me on some money saving tips.  Problems were fixed...plumbing works great! What else can I ask for? I'd call him next time I come across any plumbing problems.  Thanks Shawn!

My water heater repair request was sent to 5 service providers randomly by Yelp, and JM plumbing was one of the three responded within an hour. Although their quote was not the cheapest and they had no reviews in Yelp, but I was convinced they were the best technician for the job because how sincere and knowledgeable they showed over the conversation. I did not regret my choice. JM was very responsive to requests and flexible on schedule. They got job done professionally.

I love the Yelp quotes tool.  It's so easy to send out a note to 6 of the top rated companies and then wait for people to call you back.  

1 minute after I sent out the request, Noor called me back.  He was extremely professional and polite on the phone, and quickly scheduled time to come take a look for us around our availability.  

Our appointment is scheduled for tomorrow.  I'll update more, but for now, Noor gets 5 stars in my books!

Made an appointment with Mark to install two new toilets, haul away the old and replace a faucet.  Mark's team were extremely careful not to make a mess, cleaned up afterwards such that you could not have known they were here, removed all the garbage and the work looks first rate.  Pricing was competitive and he did not seek to exploit the situation when we discovered on removing a toilet that a previous repair had been made incorrectly and required some additional work to fix it. Only wish I had found him earlier. Would recommend you call him.

Fantastic work by the Pipe-Thru team and Jose. Had a sewer pipe that was completely broken and the team did all the work to replace the pipe with minimum mess and fuss. Completed in record time and extremely courteous and polite. Came in with the best estimate (across 5 vendors) and was worth every penny. Highly recommend

My water heater started acting up, suddenly water would come out hot and cold so I wanted to get it checked out right away. I called 5 star plumbing to have them come out to check it out and give me estimate. They were so fast and efficient, right away they knew what the issue was. My water heater was just too old and needed to be changed. I asked if they could do the job the same day and they said yes. Within a couple hours I had a new water heater installed and have had zero issues, I love having nice hot water and not worry about the water heater anymore. Their quick availability, reasonable pricing and professional services are what makes them the only plumbing service I will continue to use in the future I highly recommend them.

Everything was great! Our water heater started leaking on a Tuesday night - Eric came out Wednesday morning for a free estimate and completed the install later that day.

Had our old cast iron sewer pipes replaced after 60+ years.  Great service,  on time, friendly. Reasonable price, beat the competition. Cleaned up each night and had us reconnected with little down time.  Explained fully what the issues were and how to resolve. Russell, Dom and rest of team were fantastic. Would definitely use them again.

Mike came highly recommended by a friend, and I can definitely see why.  Both Mike, and Valerie, who scheduled the appointment, were quite nice and very helpful.  Mike arrived within the scheduled time frame, and I got a heads up 10 minutes before he arrived.  My kitchen sink had backed up, and the air gap to the dishwasher was leaking.  He quickly fixed the problem, and when he noticed that the swivel on the faucet had become tight, he fixed that too.  He also consulted with me on an issue we've been having with one of our toilets and confirmed my belief that it is something I can fix myself without much trouble.  Mike will definitely be getting my business next time I have a plumbing problem or need new fixtures installed.

I had a whooshing noise that wouldn't stop from the crawlspace in my home. I found Plumbing Point on Yelp and decided to give them a try since they seemed responsive and honest. Nathaniel and Armando diagnosed the bad leak in my crawlspace and over three days we got all the pipes in our crawlspace replaced. Nathaniel explained that the folks who installed my pipes didn't clean the flux off properly and so the copper pipes corroded after a decade. They offer a 5-year warranty on their work and they were professional, on time, responsive (e,g. Let me know asap when two of their workers couldn't show up) and cleaned up very well daily. Will call them again if I ever get plumbing issues again (knock wood!)

We had some serious plumbing issues develop and I contacted Rooter Hero for an estimate. Their representative Julio Septien came out and estimated the work for clearing out our pipes (due to water backup), replacing our garbage disposal unit and replacing our kitchen faucet. I thought the estimate might be a little high and of course it is always advisable to get a second quote so I called another company for a second estimate. Theirs turned out to be quite a bit higher so I called Rooter Hero to do the work. I am pleased to say that I feel fortunate that Julio was our plumber. This young man is polite, courteous and professional. He put on shoe covers even before he walked in the door. As he did each stage of the work he advised me what he found or needed to do. On top of his taking the time to inform about the work he was doing he was extremely neat and organized. He completely took apart the pipes under our sink to clear them out and they were very clogged. He was able to keep the mess from the pipes in the bucket he brought. He did the same when he dismantled the garbage disposal. He kept everything contained to a small work area (our kitchen is small) and did not make a mess. Even when he left, I noticed there was hardly a mark on his uniform. This employee of Rooter Hero is an asset to the company and so good at what he does, I would even say he could teach how to do the work to new employees. What I appreciated about him most of all was how polite he was when communicating anything about the job. Good estimates and good work from this representative.
