Had a emergency water leak in the kitchen..  Super plumber responded quickly , fixed it immediately.  Before coming, he quoted one of the reasonable prices compared to other folks in the area.

I will keep this short.  I have a leaking garbage disposal.  Shawn helped me to diagnose the problem and replaced the bad units almost a year ago.  Due to the problem of the garbage disposal design, it started giving me leaking problems once again just now.  I gave Shawn a call; left a message.  He courteously returned my call very soon.  Put me on top of his list and take care of my problem first, as I 'was' a paying customer.  He identified the problem and took time to fix it right there.  I expected to pay for this service call.  Typically many would charge after 3 months of labor warranty.  Shawn took care of my problem without asking for a dime.  This is above and beyond and I will definitely come back to him if I ever need help.  Many thanks!!

My water heater repair request was sent to 5 service providers randomly by Yelp, and JM plumbing was one of the three responded within an hour. Although their quote was not the cheapest and they had no reviews in Yelp, but I was convinced they were the best technician for the job because how sincere and knowledgeable they showed over the conversation. I did not regret my choice. JM was very responsive to requests and flexible on schedule. They got job done professionally.

Amazing experience from start to finish.  Great work, very thorough.  Very professional and friendly and punctual.  They came out to fix a broken water pipe and they made a bad situation much better experience.  Highly recommended them!!! I met Mark as the third bid on an issue with our first home. It was a leak in our main that seemed to be under the driveway. Mark looked at it and had the right people and external resources to find the leak accurately. That allowed Mark to provide us a quote, even with the need for an external service to locate the underground leak, that was significantly less than the other bids we received. On top of that we didn't need to dig up our concrete driveway to fix the leak since Mark had a way of locating it accurately.

When our sewer line started slowing down, I went to Angie's List and sought out 4 estimates. Jose was the first person to respond, and the first to make a site visit. My first impression of him was very good. It took a bit of prodding to get some of the other companies to get out for the site visit, and then more prodding to get an estimate. When I compared all the estimates, it was pretty clear that Jose's plan for the repair was the most creative and modern approach to fixing the problem, and his price was also very competitive. I contacted him, we scheduled the job, he showed up on time and he and his co-worker, also named Jose, went right to it. They were fast, efficient, and did a beautiful job. Problem solved. And moreover, especially in these difficult times, Jose's commitment to doing smart, high quality work and being friendly and communicative while doing it, really helped restore some of my faith in humanity. I couldn't recommend him more highly!

Thank you 5 Star Plumbing for coming to the rescue when my shower got clogged! As a woman with long hair, it's inevitable for the drain to clog from time to time. I was having visitors come over and needed to have this situation fixed ASAP! I called 5 Star Plumbing and they gave me a reasonable quote and were able to come super fast! I had to change two toilets in my home as they are old and one of them has broken at the base long with a small leak  . I called Rick and his response was very prompt. I had to explain my project to him and he was very quick to respond with an estimate which I believe was very reasonable within my expectation . He went beyond my expectation  helping me in selecting a right Toilet at nearby Home Depot. He came right at expected time along with his assistant, completed the job of Installing  two toilets after removing the old ones in about 3 hrs to my satisfaction. I will strongly recommend using him for any home based projects. He is reliable, sincere and very reasonable.

We just had a toilet put in by Ray Ibanez.  He was fast and did an excellent job!  Also, we purchased a grab bar to assist my 91-year old mother when she comes to visit us and Ray installed it for free.  Ray was very personable and very knowledgeable and we appreciated him very much.  Also, it was so refreshing to be able to call RPS at all hours of the day, even on weekends, and they actually answered.  We set up service on Sunday afternoon for the following week.  Bernadette in the office was great.  I highly recommend RPS - they are reliable and fast and they know how to give excellent customer service.  Thank you, Ray and Bernadette!

Had a chat with Regina and she got Richard out to help us reset a toilet, it took a bit to get someone out because they were busy and had a guy out sick but once he got here Richard did a really good job solving our problem. It was a warranty repair or I suspect they'd have had someone out sooner but it was within warranty and Richard took care of it for us no problem.

I bought a new double sink vanity and I needed to move the pipes to fit the new cut outs in the back. Nathanael came out the same week and did a great job. Also, when he went to shut off the water, the valve to the house was not working so he fixed that too. I'm super happy with him and the job he did. I have already asked him to do another project. He was friendly, professional, thorough, clean and fairly priced. I highly recommend Nathanael and Plumbing Point.

I honestly can't thank you all enough! John was incredible, my husband is very hard to please but was raving about the prompt service and courtesy of this young man, he was the most impressed by how much he actually cared. Someone give this guy a medal or raise, seriously something... he also needs to teach me his ways. Lol
