I was contacted by Alex who was on another call but agreed to come out within 4 hours. Needless to say he was personable, knowledgeable and timely. My showers were backed up with water coming up from the drain - turns out the main line was clogged. He offered to try and clear the main line before seeking other options and guaranteed that I wouldn't be charged unless the problem was fixed (this is something I greatly appreciated and was not offered by several others in the area). The issue was resolved in less than an hour and Alex was respectful and informative throughout. Others have said this and I'm going to repeat it because it's true: Alex is going to be my go to plumber! Thank you!

I was having issues with my water heater that no one seemed to be able isolate why our water heater was throwing an error. We had recently upgraded the gas line to a dedicated 3/4 inch line, which we thought would do the trick. I contacted Rinnai and was instructed to contact one of their authorized vendors. We reached out to SPS Plumbing to see if they could do a warranty repair. Setting up an appointment was easy and the person coordinating appointments was great. Once the technician got out to our site  he popped off the panel cleaned off a few sensors. Ran tests with running the water after cleaning the sensors and still nothing was working. He did a few measurements from the gas line to the unit. Comes back and tells me that our gas line is too small. I reached out to my plumber that originally did the piping and he was certain that the SPS tech was wrong as he had already looked over all the specifications and they are to what is required. From there it just felt like SPS was making up whatever reasons needed in order to get me to spend more money re-piping versus truly isolating the problem. Next he says that well there's too many right angles and that's impacting the gas flow. My plumber says no there's only one right angle so thats not too many. At the end of it he just says we need to increase the piping and that someone would send me a quote. Before leaving I asked him specifically that if we do increase the pipe size that our water heater will work and he replied yes. I get a quote for $1700, but I am still skeptical and reached out to my previous plumber who did the job instead. He was seriously trying to prevent me from spending more money as he said that he didn't believe that SPS assessment was correct. Anyways ended up upgrading to a larger size piping per SPS's recommendation and guess what.....it still didn't fix the problem. I managed to find a company that specialized in water heaters and they were able to isolate it to the exhaust fan which has now been replaced and our system is back to working better than ever. Seeing the water heater company vs SPS troubleshooting my issue was like night and day. SPS tech just kind of did his own routine and didn't really seem to deep dive into the issue and made more assumptions without testing any of those theories. The other company sat on the phone for over an hour with Rinnai running different diagnostics and eventually was able to figure out exactly what was causing the issue. I felt like I was getting ripped off and that they were just trying to figure out how to squeeze more money out of me. It also makes me wonder that knowing that the piping wasn't the issue, what would have happened next. That then I would have to pay them to change out the ventilation on the water heater which would have just piled on the expenses on something that shouldn't have cost me anything close to that. I ended up spending more money than I should have in order to fix an issue that had they been focused on fixing it versus making assumptions I could have avoided.

Hai helped us installed all three toilet and the change some of the pipings as the original built were  cheap grade.  He did a great job on the installation and the wiring is seamless as well.

Our kitchen sink has been backed up for months. I began making my way through yelp in search of a specialized plumber and was put in contact with Bunnies plumbing. Adhemar, responded to all of my questions was very patient with me. When he came out to inspect the plumbing issue he was straight forward and explained everything so I could understand. Unfortunately, the plumbing issue wasn't fixed because it requires a second visit. I definitely recommend Bunnies plumbing.

Shawn does a great job--he is very methodical and professional.   He installed our faucet and garbage disposal, which included new valves, supply and drain lines and an inline water filter. His cost was reasonable.  He was immediately available when we needed him,  returned our call the same day, and was willing to work around OUR schedule.  We will definitely use Shawn for all our future plumbing needs.

We contracted Charley's Plumbing to replace an old water heater that was on it's last leg.  Charles came out on time and performed the work efficiently with great communication all along the way.  He also solved a problem that we thought was going to be a much bigger job than it actually was in helping get hot water instantly to the faucets which are a very long run from our water heater.  The job came in exactly as quoted.  Charles and Matt were both incredibly courteous, knowledgeable and respectful of our home.  The work is top notch and we feel lucky to have found someone so trustworthy.  Added bonus that they like coming up to the mountains and doing work which is sometimes difficult to find.  I highly recommend them to all, and especially the mountain folk.

My water heater repair request was sent to 5 service providers randomly by Yelp, and JM plumbing was one of the three responded within an hour. Although their quote was not the cheapest and they had no reviews in Yelp, but I was convinced they were the best technician for the job because how sincere and knowledgeable they showed over the conversation. I did not regret my choice. JM was very responsive to requests and flexible on schedule. They got job done professionally.

I would give these guys 6 stars if I could.  We had an issue with a drain blockage as a result of some remodeling work in our Eichler.  Eichler's are notoriously tricky for plumbing issues given that they are built on a slab.  When our remodeling contractors couldn't fix the problem, we called another plumbing company who couldn't either.  They told us we needed to find someone who would hydrojet the line to fix the problem.  James from Gladiator came out promptly and came up with a creative solution to fix the problem.  He spent several hours over multiple visits diagnosing and fixing the blockage.  We could not be more impressed with his level of customer focus.  He and his brother are the real deal.   Highly recommend.

Mark was able to find time quickly and stopped by to do the job. All done and everything working as advertised.

Quick response and solved my issue with garbage disposer. Highly recommend Jose for your plumbing projects. No fuss and very thourough. It's great that we didn't have to replace it. I must have dropped a screw in the sink when we painted the cabinets. He found it, pulled it out and apparently we have at least another year with this one.

I needed an under sink water filter installed and didn't feel comfortable drilling through my quartz countertop myself. Paul asked the right questions about the installation, made sure I was happy with where it was going to go before drilling, and did a great job installing it. He also helped re-hang a door in my home that wouldn't stay in position.
Would highly recommend him as a handyperson for his great communication and work.

Ricardo was quick to respond to my requests.  He changed my toilets, lights, put a water line for my fridge all in a day.  He was professional amd did a great job.  Will use him again!

Patrick and Isaac were great!  Very friendly people!  They installed my faucet in superspeed and I'm very happy with the job!  The silicon job was not as neat but hey they threw it in for free for me so I'm not complaining :)

My husband trying to do a DIY project to replace the spout with diverter in the bathroom tub. In doing so he broke the faucet along with the piping inside the wall. At that point he didn't know what to do. He called Best Bay Plumbing and Russell the owner came out right away. He saw the problem and he cut open the wall and repaired the piping along with the faucet. He was very professional and he charged me a fair price. I am very pleased with his quality of work and I recommend his company.

Counsil Plumbing is the best!  Mike came out for a consultation to determine what was wrong with the kitchen sink and within 15-20 minutes he new exactly what was wrong and that it would be an easy fix.  He gave us a very reasonable price quote and worked with us as we saved the money we would need to fix the problem.  As soon as we had the money we called and scheduled the appointment.  I was given a promise that Valerie would call me 30 minutes before he would arrive to make sure someone would be home.  Mike showed up within 5 minutes of the 30 minute time frame given.  Knowing what the problem was he went right to work and didn't leave until the issue was resolved.  He made sure that the clog was clear and even made sure the garbage disposal and dishwasher were working before he cleaned up and left.  Mike took the time to explain everything he was doing and gave us some very interesting advice on how to avoid future plumbing issues.  He is very knowledgeable and a pleasure to work with.  I hope that we won't but If we ever have plumbing issues again I will be sure to call Counsil Plumbing.

Counsil Plumbing is the son's small family business and should not be confused with Mike Counsil Plumbing, the father's big high-end company.  Both father and son are named Mike so it is easy to confuse the 2 companies but once you have pleasure of working with Mike (the son) you will never confuse the 2 of them again!

If I could give them 10 stars I could! They responded right away to my inquiry and they were able to get out to my house in just a couple of hours. Other plumbers said they couldnt' see me for a few days and another quoted me a price that was more than double what Plumbing Point charged me.  This was also on a holiday (NY eve) in the middle of a huge rainstorm. The project was more complicated then he originally expected (it was a backed up sink and then they ended up having to use the clean out) but he still honored my original quote so I added in a little extra to m payment.  They saved the day! I recommend Plumbing Point to all.

We were dealing with a leak with tub, it caused over 100's of dollars in our water bill.  Angel came through, looked at everything, consulted with me, ensured that I knew what we're stepping into, and fixed everything in a jiff.  

He's a good guy and wasn't offset like other plumbers.  Rooter hero's pricing works extremely well for my family too. Being that I am a disabled veteran it means the most to me to see that we can get a percentage of the bill knocked down.  

All in all,  my highest recommendation for this company if I was able to give 10 stars you'd see them!
