Alex is The Man! I asked around, maybe 8-10 companies or so, on a quote for replacing 3 faucets, and he easily gave me the best price. I called him Thursday, and he was able to meet me Friday to do the job. He completed the job in a timely manner, and also did a great job cleaning up after himself, as dealing with sink work/plumbing can get messy. He allowed me to watch him complete the work, as I have aspirations of maybe one day trying to replace a faucet myself (those dreams have passed). He was also friendly/easy to talk to - during the job we talked about where we went to high school, about our kids, where we're from, even Disneyland made the conversation, haha. After the work was completed, he said if any of the faucets start to leak, let him know and he'll come by. If I have any other plumbing needs, Alex will be the first I call.

Our kitchen sink has been backed up for months. I began making my way through yelp in search of a specialized plumber and was put in contact with Bunnies plumbing. Adhemar, responded to all of my questions was very patient with me. When he came out to inspect the plumbing issue he was straight forward and explained everything so I could understand. Unfortunately, the plumbing issue wasn't fixed because it requires a second visit. I definitely recommend Bunnies plumbing.

Shawn is an exceptional plumber and human being.  He answered my call about a broken garbage disposal unit immediately, and he was at my home within an hour, right on time. First he asked me to go out and buy a new unit, in case I needed it, and told me what kind to buy.  He also told me the exact prices that he would be charging, depending on whether he would be able to fix the existing unit or install the new one.  

Once here, he did his best to save the old unit, but it was soon apparent that it was leaking water and beyond repair.  He then noted that my plumbing configuration under the sink was very unusual, and for a moment it seemed that he might not be able to do the work. However, he soon worked out a solution that involved getting a couple of pieces of piping from his very impressive truck and trailer and cutting them to fit.

I couldn't be more satisfied with his work and with all of the good advice that he gave me.

Charley was referred to us by another plumber and he is the best!  He helped us test our laundry set up as we wanted to make sure all the pipes and drains are working in preparation of installing a pair of laundry machines.  He also helped us correct the wiring for a couple of the new water heaters installed by this other plumber in order to make sure these water heaters are installed up to code.  But what impressed us the most about Charley is his friendliness and dedication to customer service.  On a Sunday night, we were out of town, and got an urgent call from our tenants who just moved into a property and discovered that there was no hot water.  Knowing that nobody really worked on Sundays, we reached out to Charley to see if he could help us resolve the problem first thing on Monday.  We explained the situation to him.  To our surprise, he said that he would be over to the house to check out the problem right away and he was at the house in about 15 minutes.  He located the problem water heater, was able to re-start the pilot and fixed the issue for us.  He also found some parts issues with the water heater and offered to return to fix the parts at a later time.  When we were about to find out how much the cost would be for this emergency visit, he said that this would be a courtesy visit, so he is not charging us for the trip.  We are so grateful and heartened by Charley's kindness and super-fast actions to help us address the problem.  We highly recommend Charley to anyone who is looking for an honest, reliable and skillful plumber - Charley is the best!

My water heater repair request was sent to 5 service providers randomly by Yelp, and JM plumbing was one of the three responded within an hour. Although their quote was not the cheapest and they had no reviews in Yelp, but I was convinced they were the best technician for the job because how sincere and knowledgeable they showed over the conversation. I did not regret my choice. JM was very responsive to requests and flexible on schedule. They got job done professionally.

I recently purchased a home that was aprox 60 years old, all of the plumbing needed to be upgraded, water and sewage lines both throughout the house all the way to the street. Gladiator came out and inspected all the plumbing under the house as well as inspecting the main sewer line with a camera out to the city line.  Many problems were noted and solid recommendations were suggested and very fare pricing was quoted to me. I also received quotes from other contractors for comparability, Gladiator Plumbing & Repipe offered the most competitive pricing for all stages. I went with Gladiator Plumbing and Repipe and am very happy I did so.  The work was completed in several stages, always done on the same day as started so there wasn't a time I went without water or sewage drainage overnight. Permits were also needed and Gladiator handled this process also, so the jobs were seamless for me with no worries - a turn key job every time. If any thing was noted by the city inspector, Gladiator Plumbing & Repipe got right on it and inspector was very happy with all work performed. Now all the work is done, everything!  It's like I have a brand new house with the plumbing and sewage lines all the way to the street.  The best part was all the employees and workmanship, they were fantastic! All employees were very friendly and accommodating as the different processes were completed, starting with the manager & estimator throughout every plumber and worker.  The workmanship was the very best, you can't even tell there was any work done inside the house, and any place you can see piping it's obvious the work was performed by very skilled plumbers - even the city inspector was impressed with workmanship. When a job was scheduled, they were there on time and prepared.  If things came up during the jobs, they got on it and handled what was needed, always keeping me informed during the process.  I'm rating Gladiator Plumbing & Repipe with 5 stars because that is the kind of work and service I received from them.  In a way I'm a little bummed, I'm probably not going to be working with this company anytime soon, all the work is done and it's very unlikely I'll need a plumber to come out for a very long time.  Way to go Gladiator Plumbing & Repipe, all you guy's are the best - Thank You very much for all you did for me and my new home.  I'm already recommending this company to everybody I know. Not only were they very quick in responding, but they were here for hours until the problem was resolved after trying multiple ways to fix my double vanity clog. Felipe and Victor were the most professional workers as well not leaving a trace. I highly recommend as they were also reasonably priced.

One of our smoke alarms was beeping due to low battery and had to be replaced. It would have been a simple fix had it not been mounted on a 20-foot ceiling. We didn't have a ladder that would reach that high so we called a few handymen around the area. Ricardo responded the fastest and was able to fit us into his schedule.

He was able to not only replace the one with the low battery but six other ones as well and was all done in less than an hour.

I researched 2 different companies and got quotes from both. I decided to go with Rooter Hero Plumbing because of their great employees!
Sal and Mario were professional, and very detailed. They went underneath my home and took pictures of the pipes and the damage that was done. They went so far as to insert the camera into the pipes and show me live footage of the different areas that were damaged. They gave me 3 different proposals and explained the difference. After we made our decision, they started to work immediately. It was a 1 1/2 day job, and when they finished, they left everything clean. Last summer, 2019, my husband and I decided to hire a company to change all the pipes under the house to copper. I explained to them that I had some major work done summer of 2018 so some of the work wouldn't be necessary.  Manny, the owner of the plumbing company went under, and found all the work with the exception of 1 pipe was not done. I explained I saw photos of completed work? Evidently they weren't from my home. t took many, many phone calls and documented photos to get a return call.
