Great guys. My water heater is also used to heat the house, and it's complicated. I have dealt with previous water heater problems at my place years ago so I was expecting another winter without heat.  When the installer hit a snag and needed help Steve, the owner, came out and would not quit until the job was done.  Fantastic service and workmanship.

Our kitchen sink has been backed up for months. I began making my way through yelp in search of a specialized plumber and was put in contact with Bunnies plumbing. Adhemar, responded to all of my questions was very patient with me. When he came out to inspect the plumbing issue he was straight forward and explained everything so I could understand. Unfortunately, the plumbing issue wasn't fixed because it requires a second visit. I definitely recommend Bunnies plumbing.

I just called because I have a leak and a co worker said he does great business but he is currently closed until the shelter in place is over and I am sorry I did not get to see the job well done as my co worker said he would not hire anyone else.

Charles is professional and very responsive. I had a leaky single handle shower valve. Another plumber solution was to replace the entire valve assembly by cutting the pipes around it. Very $$$. Charles came in, diagnosed the problem correctly as the back end of the valve assembly, replaced it and bingo, problem solved.

My water heater repair request was sent to 5 service providers randomly by Yelp, and JM plumbing was one of the three responded within an hour. Although their quote was not the cheapest and they had no reviews in Yelp, but I was convinced they were the best technician for the job because how sincere and knowledgeable they showed over the conversation. I did not regret my choice. JM was very responsive to requests and flexible on schedule. They got job done professionally.

Gladiator did an EXCELLENT job.  I found them from recommendations on Nextdoor and was not disappointed.   They came out, did an assessment of what needed to be done, recommended what to do and got back immediately with an estimate that was reasonable, in plain English we could understand.  When they told us they could re-pipe our aging 2 story house in a day we were skeptical but the entire team showed up on time and were done by the end of the day.  They worked so hard, prepped the entire house so nothing got dirty and cleaned up at the end of the day and you would never know they were there.  We were so impressed.   We now have water pressure and all new fixtures they brought and installed for us.  And they carried away the old stuff!!  From the sales call to the end result all was fantastic.

Mark was on time and wearing a mask. He's knowledgeable, professional, and good-natured. Our old kitchen faucet was rusty and finally broke. We purchased a replacement and Mark had the old one removed, the sink area cleaned of some old putty, and the new one installed in a little over 30 minutes.

Amazing team! I had a sewer pipe that kept backing up and overflowing into my front yard. I called 4 contractors: 3 of them said i simply needed to reline the pipe. Pipe-Thru Trenchless said the pipe had sunk in one part on the yard due to settling and had probably gotten partly cracked. Being an engineer myself, something told me to go with this company. They quoted also half the price of the other companies! When we dug up the pipe it turned out Pipe-Thru Trenchless was 100% correct. The pipe had cracked due to settling. If i had used any of the other plumbing companies that offered to fix it via pipe relining, my sewer pipe would still be backing up. My two cents: if you have some serious pipe repairs, dont use plumbers - go with a company that specializes in pipeline repairs

Everything was great! Our water heater started leaking on a Tuesday night - Eric came out Wednesday morning for a free estimate and completed the install later that day.

I highly recommend JTR Plumbing and we have already scheduled them to come back and re pipe our home!

I had previously used him for resetting a leaking toilet in one of my bathrooms so was hoping for this next project to go as seamless. I messaged a picture and measurements requesting an estimate for a 7x7 resin shed I needed assembled. His rate was higher than several others, but I figured if I wanted it done correctly I wouldn't go with the cheaper companies. He also mentioned that he has done several of these assemblies. After mentioning I was a repeat customer, he ended up taking $50 off his quoted range so final price was $400. I scheduled with him for his next available appointment the following weekend.

He arrives one hour late (original eta 9-10a but arrived at 11a). At 9:13a he hadn't arrived so I reached out to him, he replied saying he was at another Client's walk through and was running late. I found it odd that he didn't even bother to let me know. This is where the lack of communication started.

He arrives and seems surprised that the shed is a big one. I show him the existing concrete pad where the shed is to be assembled and placed. I let him get to work. Again, I found it odd that he appeared surprised when I had provided all detail and sizes during the estimate request from the beginning. He also mentions later on it's a two man job which leaves me wondering why he said he has done these before. Certainly he would know then.

3.5 hrs later he was done. I went to check out the shed and tested the doors. Immediately I heard the door scrapping on the concrete and saw the doors were offset and did not align properly. I started to inspect the doors to try and figure out what the issue was. I also started checking the locks and handles. Next issue I noticed is there was a lug nut wrench adapter stuck to the back of the door handle. He then tells me passively that he can't get his tool off, it's stuck. At this point I go back to the door issue and he tells me that because it's larger than the concrete pad, the surrounding pavers would need to be leveled in order to level the shed to resolve the door alignment issue. I was shocked that he wouldn't mention the issue BEFORE proceeding with the assembly. No communication at all. If this issue would have been brought to my attention I could have then made a decision to fix and level the pad out before the shed was placed there. During this time he keeps assuring me it has nothing to do with his workmanship. I tell him I'll contact the manufacturer and if there's an issue I'll reach out to him. I assumed he would say sure, if there's any issues I can take a look. No, he just confirmed again that it has nothing to do with his workmanship. I immediately got the tail light warranty vibe which is never a good sign. I then go back to the stuck tool issue. I politely told him I would prefer to not have him leave his tool handing off the back of the handle and if he needed a wrench I could see if I hand one he could use (he showed up in a small sedan not a work truck so I thought maybe he was limited with tools). Before I could finish my sentence he sighs UGGGGHHHHHHH and he huffed and puffed walking away back to his car. At this point it I was not happy. I was paying him over $100/hour and he was being super rude and did a shoddily job. He then returns with a can of lubricant spray and a tool. He sprayed it and slipped his adapter off within 15 seconds. I wasn't surprised, he lacked any type communication or effort to do the job correctly.

If he would have communicated properly from the beginning and warned me of the leveling issues I would have been more than happy to pay him an additional rate to add some pea gravel or sand under the pavers or to even return another day. Now I have to pay someone else to move the shed and level the area out. Hopefully that fixes the door alignment and gap issues as I would not want to contact him again. Customer service, communication and common courtesy are non-existent.

No tip or no further work from me. I just hope I don't have any further issues down the road ( leaks).

One of our smoke alarms was beeping due to low battery and had to be replaced. It would have been a simple fix had it not been mounted on a 20-foot ceiling. We didn't have a ladder that would reach that high so we called a few handymen around the area. Ricardo responded the fastest and was able to fit us into his schedule.

He was able to not only replace the one with the low battery but six other ones as well and was all done in less than an hour.

I would reach out to him again for future work!

So after such a great experience with the first hose bibb (see earlier review), I decided to have these guys do some other repairs that were also needed. I needed a new wax ring on one of the toilets (plus the toilet and tank needed tightening down) and two other hose bibbs needed to be replaced.

I sent them a message via their web site and didn't hear back for a couple of weeks. Not sure what went wrong there, but they somehow never received it or never responded. Sent them an inquiry via yelp on a Saturday evening and had a reply within a few minutes. I explained what was needed and we agreed on a timeframe Monday morning for them to come out. I mentioned that Dave had been out before and knew the property. I also mentioned that he'd know what was needed for the hose bibbs as they were identical to the previous repair, but without me messing them up first this time. (yeah, I made a hash of trying to rebuild the first one before calling them)

They sent two people out for this one... Dave and a guy Dave was training (whose name I unfortunately forget). Anyway, Dave went to work on the hose bibbs and the other guy tackled the toilet. (yeah, the new guy gets the worse job... RHIP I guess.)

Both of them were very careful and considerate of my house at all times. The repairs were completed very quickly, but not at all rushed. There have been no issues with the repairs and I'm again very satisfied with working with RPS.

Hopefully I won't need any more plumbing work any time soon, but if I do, these are definitely the guys I'm going to call. Local, Family Run, Friendly, and Excellent customer service at a good price. Hard to beat that combination.

Had our old cast iron sewer pipes replaced after 60+ years.  Great service,  on time, friendly. Reasonable price, beat the competition. Cleaned up each night and had us reconnected with little down time.  Explained fully what the issues were and how to resolve. Russell, Dom and rest of team were fantastic. Would definitely use them again.

I need to update my review based on owner's response.  

To Counsil Plumbing:

Please do not lie.  Your technician and you NEVER explain anything  When Aaron came to estimate he said come in the morning and will be done 12 noon  so I expected to finish by 2 or 3pm but it was near 6pm when they finished.  When he came that day, he did not say any words, didn't explain anything. In the middle of his work, I asked him how's going?  He didn't say what time would be finish.  The replacement was only outside the house (front yard area) so it made sense to finish in 3-4 hours.  But I was never upset or anything.  

When water came back and our new two toilets never worked, I checked the toilets tanks,  it was FULL of dirt, mud, gravel, etc... I was really shocked to see them.  ANY toilets would be broken from so much mud/gravel no wonder our new two toilets were broken.  It is so obvious that: 1) He did not inform us anything - he should have tell us to close toilet water lines  2) He wasn't careful not to put so much dirt inside the pipes.   BUT I never complained to him.  After that I replaced our RO (reverse osmosis) filters which was only two months old, but worried it may be broken later.  

He failed to inform us necessary procedures AND wasn't careful and put so much dirt inside pipes.  All your fault, you were blame us and our toilets parts.   Any handyman and entry level plumber can fix in 10 minutes with new $10 part.   He failed to fix twice!!  Who want to pay someone who failed to fix TWICE.  It was because he didn't buy $10 part to replace in the first place that's why it didn't work.  The parts were damaged because of so much dirt.  

If it was revised - You installed our toilets and replaced pipes was different plumber and toilets were broken.  You WOULD NOT fix our toilets even within warranted.  You WOULD blame plumber who replace pipe LIKE YOU WERE DOING TO US.

Also please do not lie that I was upset.  You were the one upset and didn't listen my story.  I never upset you or Aaron.  I was very patient.  All I asked was fix our new toilets which could do it in 1-15 min.  Maybe I was too patient so you started to blames us.  

I'm sure Aaron did work hard to install pipes.  Why couldn't he get $10 part and replace it??  It would take only 10 minuets.  Why it was so hard to do???   I didn't have to take time to write bad reviews and you and we would been happy.   This is very unfortunate that you left our new, perfectly working toilet broken.

Our Instant hot water dispenser in the kitchen finally broke after 10+ years and I contacted my previous plumber but they did not respond. I used Yelp to fish for a more reliable plumber and that was when Nathaniel responded within 30 mins. Reading the reviews from Yelp about him helped me determine he is who I want to work with. I understand Yelp has its own unfair reviews filtering, but the reviews are true. Nathaniel is amazing. The reason I say that is because he takes customer service to a whole new level. He is very responsive, responsible, polite, patient, honest, and genuine. Hoping everything would go smoothly, of course it did not. A part he replaced was defective. A job that seemed simple turned into a 2 week job waiting for a new part. Throughout the entire process Nathaniel was extremely responsible. He told me he will order the new part and updated me throughout the two weeks letting me know when the part will arrive and for me to schedule for his return to complete the job. At no point did I think he would not complete the job after I paid for his service. I am so thankful Nathaniel has such integrity and i will continue to work with him whenever we have any issues with our plumbing. In the near future, i will work with him with replacing our whole house water softener system as we are no longer happy with our Rayne Water system currently.

Rueben and Luis did a fine job of replacing the sewer line on our property by forcing a new plastic drain pipe through a tunnel created under our property and thus escaping the costly need to dig a trench. Fine job at a fair market price (which I compared to many other such jobs). Careful and clean and very pleasant workers to have around. The clean outs installed at the home foundation and at the property line were exactly as prescribed in the county code, and the job sailed through the inspectors nicely.
