When our kitchen sink backed up and was completely clogged, we needed a plumber right away. Alex from Super Plumber Rooter Service responded to my request very quickly. He came over to our house that afternoon and fixed the problem. He was professional and courteous. I highly recommend them when you need a good plumber.

Steven is the guy who came out to assess the problem and was very professional came on time and on the second visit the second guy Ruben was able to help Steven finish the job quickly. Our kitchen sink has been backed up for months. I began making my way through yelp in search of a specialized plumber and was put in contact with Bunnies plumbing. Adhemar, responded to all of my questions was very patient with me. When he came out to inspect the plumbing issue he was straight forward and explained everything so I could understand. Unfortunately, the plumbing issue wasn't fixed because it requires a second visit. I definitely recommend Bunnies plumbing.

My water heater repair request was sent to 5 service providers randomly by Yelp, and JM plumbing was one of the three responded within an hour. Although their quote was not the cheapest and they had no reviews in Yelp, but I was convinced they were the best technician for the job because how sincere and knowledgeable they showed over the conversation. I did not regret my choice. JM was very responsive to requests and flexible on schedule. They got job done professionally.

Gladiator Repipe was professional, thorough, prompt and most of all did an excellent job in relocating our corroded kitchen drain pipe. This was a complicated problem as we live in an Eichler, built on a slab, with working radiant heat set inside the slab and the plumbing all under the slab.  In addition, the kitchen is uncharacteristically set in the middle of the house. Yuri and Jose came up with the creative solution of relocating the kitchen drain line directly to the sewer lateral located outside, thereby avoiding much of the radiant heat piping.  The job required jackhammering up the floor and slab, and all without destroying the radiant heat, then tunneling under the front door way and trenching through our garden to the lateral. We consulted several plumbers, and Gladiator was by far the most experienced and familiar with the particular idiosyncrasies associated with an Eichler.  They did a great job including all the finishing tile work to make our home whole again.  Start to finish in one week. We highly recommend them.

I've called Mark out twice to our rental house and he's been fantastic both times.  Quick, professional and he could have said things were more complicated than they were - I wouldn't have known the difference - but he didn't.  Both times turned out to be quick fixes that took him less than 30mins.  He charges a minimum of 1hr which is fair for his time coming out. I'll definitely be relying on Triton for any future plumbing issues.

Jose and his crew do excellent work. He was recommended to us by our realtor and we are so thankful for his help. He discovered that our entire sewer line had eroded, which meant that a new trench had to be dug and new pipe laid. He was able to pull permits quickly and get the whole job done very efficiently for a reasonable price. We will definitely be calling him again for future plumbing needs!

Thank you 5 Star Plumbing for coming to the rescue when my shower got clogged! As a woman with long hair, it's inevitable for the drain to clog from time to time. I was having visitors come over and needed to have this situation fixed ASAP! I called 5 Star Plumbing and they gave me a reasonable quote and were able to come super fast! They did a great job and offered tips on how to prevent future clogs. Thanks for the fast service and well trained staff!

Everything was great! Our water heater started leaking on a Tuesday night - Eric came out Wednesday morning for a free estimate and completed the install later that day.

Not sure what to say; They replay to my initial contact, scheduled appointment to come and give estimate for some plumbing work (installing main valve and adding one more valve). They came with 15 min delay (from 2h window they provided). My wife meet them and explain what we need. They told her they can come next day and do it. However, my wife asked them to submit quote by email. They left and since then we never heard from them anything. Strange?! Or they do not like to provide quote?

My last experience with Counsil Plumbing was absolutely terrible - a complete reversal from my first.  I had to wait 1 week for an appointment and then received a the morning of the appointment that a customer decided they wanted more things done - vs. an emergency of some kind.  I had to wait 4 more days for an appointment and then on the morning of the appointment, I received a call at 8:20am asking if the plumber could come in half an hour for a 10am appointment.  I said that wouldn't be convenient, and then was told, Hopefully nobody will call between now and then.  Really.  

Then, Aaron misdiagnosed both issues I had - banging pipes and a showerhead was making a screeching noise.  

Aaron's diagnosis of the banging pipes was that a hanger that was holding a pipe inside the wall had come loose.  Then he said that it was the neighbor's pipes (we live in a townhouse). He said that it wouldn't cause any problems and the only way to fix it was to open up the wall. After he left, I thought about it and decided that it didn't make sense that the problem was with the neighbor's pipes since the only time we heard banging was when we turned on our facets.  I did some research on the Internet and found that this is a common problem and you need to drain all of the water from the pipes.  That worked.  Aaron most definitely should have figured that out.

Then he unscrewed the showerhead, ran some water, and said it was fixed.  It started screeching after he left.  My husband installed a showerhead from our other shower, and it worked fine.  It was simply a faulty showerhead.

I sent an email about all of this to the email address on the Counsil website, but have not received a response after 2 weeks, which is why I am writing this.  So much for the guarantee of 100% satisfaction.

We called Nathaniel at around 7:20 PM on a Saturday night after a clog started a flood of dirty water into our shower. We had called multiple other plumbers with more reviews, who were all booked, so we took a chance with Plumbing Point. We are so glad we did. Within 40 minutes, Nathaniel was at our house. They tried everything they could think of with the materials at hand before eventually giving up a few hours later, but they were back early in the morning with longer snake. It turns out the clog was in the city's pipes (not ours), so they cleared it and are writing us a note we can use to ask the city for a maintenance check. The pricing was very reasonable, and we would definitely call them again for an emergency!

I have used them three times and will use them again. They are professional and price is reasonable. I had them cleared drains and replaced a sink drain pipe. Satisfied with their service and highly recommend them.
