I had a water heater that was leaking from the T&P valve (outside on the side of water heater). I called on Sunday evening at 430pm and the person answered the phone call and immediately guided me on how to operate the valve so it would stop leaking.

I had been emptying buckets of water into my frontyard for last 1 hr to stop it from flooding my garage.

The person (forgot to take name) was happy to help me and warned me about what to watch out for next. Thanks very much!

I had two great experiences with SPS last year. This year, not so much. The job was to service my A.O. Smith Vertex hot water heater.  That meant drain, flush, pull out as much sediment as possible, and replace anode rods. (There are two.). On the first service call, everything was fine except he had no anode rods.  He said he would order the rods and call me.  A month later, after no word, I called them.  On the second service call, one of the anode rods was the wrong part. He was to order the right part and call me.  Two months later, I called them. On the third service call, he again had the wrong part, but it could be made to fit by rerunning some of the piping, which was done without talking to me first and seriously inflated the bill.  I called SPS with my concerns, and she was to talk to people in charge and get back to me. That was a week ago.  I'm still waiting.

Our kitchen sink has been backed up for months. I began making my way through yelp in search of a specialized plumber and was put in contact with Bunnies plumbing. Adhemar, responded to all of my questions was very patient with me. When he came out to inspect the plumbing issue he was straight forward and explained everything so I could understand. Unfortunately, the plumbing issue wasn't fixed because it requires a second visit. I definitely recommend Bunnies plumbing.

We called Shawn at 12:30 PM on Sunday. He came over at 2 PM and had our water heater back up and running (new thermocouple) by 2:30. Super friendly, professional, efficient and great price! Had the part with him in nis little trailer that he tows to jobs.

Beyond a 5 -star experience! I had a water heater problem and called Charley's Plumbing. Everything was fast and convenient from communicating on google and yelp to communicating on the phone. The response time was extremely reassuring and the arrival time was even better! Charles came out within 30 minutes at around 8pm in the evening. The same day service after hours was much appreciated. Charles was able to diagnose and fix the problem on the spot. Very skilled plumber with a ton of knowledge. This is the second time I've used Charley's plumbing in the past year. Also had a sewer problem in willow glen at a different house and Charles came out committed to taking care of the problem. They replaced an old sewer line in few days. What stood out to me was how clean they kept the job site. An honest hardworking company in my opinion. The quality of the work is parallel to none. I'm sure anyone who has had work done by Charley's Plumbing can agree. I would recommend to my family and anyone who is in need of any plumbing or drain help and wants things done right and assuring. My water heater repair request was sent to 5 service providers randomly by Yelp, and JM plumbing was one of the three responded within an hour. Although their quote was not the cheapest and they had no reviews in Yelp, but I was convinced they were the best technician for the job because how sincere and knowledgeable they showed over the conversation. I did not regret my choice. JM was very responsive to requests and flexible on schedule. They got job done professionally.

Extremely happy with Joe and the service call he just finished for me. Not only did he show up just an hour after I called but he showed me how to clean out two of the my sinks that were backing up so i wouldn't have to call them again next time it happened. They also replaced a leaking kitchen faucet and bathroom fixed a bathroom sink leak. Quickly and at a super reasonable price. I'd use them again in a heartbeat.

I had a broken water main near the street and called Mark Taylor frantically for immediate service.  He was so responsive and came out as soon as he could!
He was referred to me by my friend, so I was a new customer to him.  He dug out landscape, moved a huge rock and repaired a line and put in new fittings, plus took on an additional job of snaking out a line to the city sewer. I'm going to use him for all my future plumbing needs.  He was responsibly priced, informative, and considerate.

We had to replace old pipe that ran a very long span under pavement with new and larger diameter pipe. They did a fantastic job at tunneling under ground and tieing into the existing domestic system. No leaks at all and it was hard to tell they had even been here when they finished. Very responsive and easy to work with. Highly recommended!

Thank you 5 Star Plumbing for coming to the rescue when my shower got clogged! As a woman with long hair, it's inevitable for the drain to clog from time to time. I was having visitors come over and needed to have this situation fixed ASAP! I called 5 Star Plumbing and they gave me a reasonable quote and were able to come super fast! They did a great job and offered tips on how to prevent future clogs. Thanks for the fast service and well trained staff!

My friend worked with Paul before and recommended him to me. Glad that I contacted Paul to install our chandeliers. Before the appointment, he asked for photos and descriptions of the light fixture to be installed, and gave a reasonable quote. On the day of appointment, he was on time and did a great job. He even organized the boxes of packaging after he finished the installation. We are happy with the new lights and will definitely contact Paul again in the future.

Ricardo is quick to respond and gets the job done, so dependable. Another plus is that he also is friendly and offers some useful tips/solutions for DIY attempts! Will definitely depend upon him in the future.

So after such a great experience with the first hose bibb (see earlier review), I decided to have these guys do some other repairs that were also needed. I needed a new wax ring on one of the toilets (plus the toilet and tank needed tightening down) and two other hose bibbs needed to be replaced.

I sent them a message via their web site and didn't hear back for a couple of weeks. Not sure what went wrong there, but they somehow never received it or never responded. Sent them an inquiry via yelp on a Saturday evening and had a reply within a few minutes. I explained what was needed and we agreed on a timeframe Monday morning for them to come out. I mentioned that Dave had been out before and knew the property. I also mentioned that he'd know what was needed for the hose bibbs as they were identical to the previous repair, but without me messing them up first this time. (yeah, I made a hash of trying to rebuild the first one before calling them)

They sent two people out for this one... Dave and a guy Dave was training (whose name I unfortunately forget). Anyway, Dave went to work on the hose bibbs and the other guy tackled the toilet. (yeah, the new guy gets the worse job... RHIP I guess.)

Both of them were very careful and considerate of my house at all times. The repairs were completed very quickly, but not at all rushed. There have been no issues with the repairs and I'm again very satisfied with working with RPS.

Hopefully I won't need any more plumbing work any time soon, but if I do, these are definitely the guys I'm going to call. Local, Family Run, Friendly, and Excellent customer service at a good price. Hard to beat that combination.

Had our old cast iron sewer pipes replaced after 60+ years.  Great service,  on time, friendly. Reasonable price, beat the competition. Cleaned up each night and had us reconnected with little down time.  Explained fully what the issues were and how to resolve. Russell, Dom and rest of team were fantastic. Would definitely use them again.

When a different plumber wanted to charge us $3000 to dig up our driveway and replace the sewer main, Mike showed us how the other plumber had mis-diagnosed the problem, and that work wasn't needed at all.  He saved us $3000 and didn't charge us.

Later, we had Mike return to install two toilets.  On his recommendation, we had ordered the toilets ourselves directly from the retailer to save on the price; one of them turned out to have been damaged in shipping, and Mike took it and had it exchanged without charging us for his trouble.

The work was done well and professionally, and Mike is a pleasure to deal with.
