Alex has been our plumber for almost 1.5 years. He is great, always in a fast response mode and does everything nicely and quickly. Highly recommend him!

Got SPS plumbing contact info from manufacturer (AO Smith) when water heater failed to ignite after only 17 months in service. Out of the list of AO Smith certified technicians these are the only ones I could reach, so far so good
Here is the timeline:
1. Monday - Diagnostic charge was $170/hour, and the technician spent half of that time calling manufacturer and playing on their cellphone. Per diagnosis gas control valve needed replacement and shipped from manufacturer (free shipping option is ground only, so I paid extra $53 for UPS next day air)
2. Tuesday - no calls from them and all my calls/messages went nowhere.
3. Wednesday - got a call saying that 1 part has been received today (that's Wed. not Tue. !), but 2 parts needed replacement (which was not on the original invoice and never been discussed with me) my suggestion that they made a mistake was rejected.
4. Thursday - called AO Smith in the morning and asked them to clarify how many parts needed replacement and when they were shipped / received. AO Smith stated that only gas control valve needed replacement and it has been shipped on Mon. and received by SPS plumbing on Tue. (UPS tracking confirms that) Called SPS plumbing again and reported my findings, after some deliberation they called back and said that I was right and they can send a technician today to replace just the gas valve. The technician arrived pretty quickly with a box matching AO Smith shipping label, which confirms they have had this part since 9:57AM on Tuesday.  The part has been replaced (that's another 1/2 hour charge) and thankfully water heater is ok now.
Summary - Overall customer experience was not good, resulted in many unnecessary calls back and forth which could have been easily avoided. I will not be considering this company in the future.

My family has used Hai for a series of plumbing needs in our home for the last 2 years. He is both reliable and knowledgeable. He is determined to find the source of the problem and provide us with a permanent solution. He is respectful of our home every time, and it is a very easy decision to call him whenever there is a problem.

Our kitchen sink has been backed up for months. I began making my way through yelp in search of a specialized plumber and was put in contact with Bunnies plumbing. Adhemar, responded to all of my questions was very patient with me. When he came out to inspect the plumbing issue he was straight forward and explained everything so I could understand. Unfortunately, the plumbing issue wasn't fixed because it requires a second visit. I definitely recommend Bunnies plumbing.

Shawn is a lifesaver.  I have a recently purchased mobile home and he was able to get my dishwasher shut-off valve updated when other plumbers said they could not.  While he was here we discovered a major water leak from a busted pipe (thanks to the water company!) and he was able to correct that as well.  His prices are fair and he is very clear about what he is doing.  I will call him first in the future.  I highly recommend his services.

Charles came to install two lavatory faucets that needed to be replaced.

My water heater repair request was sent to 5 service providers randomly by Yelp, and JM plumbing was one of the three responded within an hour. Although their quote was not the cheapest and they had no reviews in Yelp, but I was convinced they were the best technician for the job because how sincere and knowledgeable they showed over the conversation. I did not regret my choice. JM was very responsive to requests and flexible on schedule. They got job done professionally.

I had a good experience with this business the last time I dealt with them, so when we had some additional plumbing issues we decided to go back to them.  In addition we wanted to get a quote for doing a repipe on our house as they had mentnioned we might want to consider it.  

First - they never responded to my request for a quote.  I had to call to follow up.  We scheduled them to come out and they showed up on time.  The person who came out first was polite, but wasn't able to even really give us a quote on either the toilet that was having issues or the repipe project.  He did a little looking around and scheduled someone else to come out later in the week.  He told us they would scope the pipes as they were actually copper already, but it looked like they were installed improperly.  

He said in terms of the toilet it would cost less if we purchased one in advance.  In case he was right we purchased one the day before the next person arrived.  He took a small glance the toilet to see where the leak was coming from and told us the cost to replace would be $600!!!  We said that's crazy as we already had the toilet.  He brought it down to the mid 200 range, which is high, but not crazy high.  

In terms of the repipe the next guy didn't bring a scope and more or less just looked at the pipes again and quoted (verbally) a price of around $10K.  Given that the pipes are already copper and had been replaced at some time in the past this is insanely high.  He said a formal quote would come later (and it never did).  They charged us 89 dollars for this even though their quotes are supposed to be free.  

We will never do business with this company again!

Mark was on time and wearing a mask. He's knowledgeable, professional, and good-natured. Our old kitchen faucet was rusty and finally broke. We purchased a replacement and Mark had the old one removed, the sink area cleaned of some old putty, and the new one installed in a little over 30 minutes.

He gets our very highest recommendation!

Great job done by Jose and his crew. Prompt, competitive pricing and great work. They replaced a main water line and were done as promised. Will definitely recommend and use these guys again if needed.

Thank you 5 Star Plumbing for coming to the rescue when my shower got clogged! As a woman with long hair, it's inevitable for the drain to clog from time to time. I was having visitors come over and needed to have this situation fixed ASAP! I called 5 Star Plumbing and they gave me a reasonable quote and were able to come super fast! They did a great job and offered tips on how to prevent future clogs. Thanks for the fast service and well trained staff!

Everything was great! Our water heater started leaking on a Tuesday night - Eric came out Wednesday morning for a free estimate and completed the install later that day.

Thank goodness for Honey Do! Handyman Services.  I have hired Paul in the past and I was pleased with the work he did then.  I am happy once again with the work he did for me today.  I am in the process of moving out of the place that I am currently renting.  I need to make sure everything is as it was when I first moved in.  I needed a couple of shower heads replaced, a new toilet seat and one of the tubs needed caulking.  

Paul responded promptly to the text I sent him about the repairs I needed done.  He was able to coordinate with my schedule within the week.  He was on time and came on the day that he said he would come.  He was fast and efficient in his work.  As a courtesy, he even tightened a shower rod that kept falling on me when I sometimes moved the shower curtain.

I plan to use Paul's services again in the near future.  His prices are good and his work is great!

Sadly, I feel like I should modify my original review.  We had a bad shower handle causing a horrible drip so had both handles replaced.  One still wasn't quite right but if we gave it a hard turn it was ok so we lived with it.  Like most folks, we were just too busy to deal with it but after a few months, it's starting to get worse so I reached out to Ricardo.  His response was he only guarantees his work for 90days (it's been 112).  I hadn't even asked him to come back out under any guarantee.  Just wanted to get the drip fixed before it gets really bad.  I think the real issue is that Ricardo is a handyman and not a plumber so would keep that in mind before contracting him.

I noticed that the toilet in my guest bathroom at my home had a slow leak last week.  We tried to replace the wax ring and flange ourselves by watching YouTube videos which was a huge mistake and created more problems.  I did a search on yelp and found R.P.S. Ribbs Premier Services which had excellent reviews and called for someone to come out.  I also noticed that their location was literally across the street from my home which was a big plus and made an appointment at my earliest convenience when I could schedule time off to be home from work.  

The morning of my appointment, Patrick arrived right on time.  When he came out the first time, he indicated that because we had created more of a problem, they might have to cut the floor and replace the pipes, dry wall, etc. and would very expensive.  I was stressing out!  He then called David to come by and ask his views if there was something they could do to avoid having to cut through the drywall, etc.

After reevaluating the problem, Patrick and Ernie returned in the afternoon and was able to fix the problem without having to do any damage to the floor.  (Thank goodness!) It did take a few hours, but it was well worth it rather than having to cut down the floor, etc.

After they did what they had to do, they noticed the toilet actually had to be replaced because the ceramic had a slow leak through a crack.  I went ahead and bought a new toilet, and  Ernie came by to install it a week later (due to my work schedule) which works perfectly.

Next time, I'll make sure to call them rather than trying to fix the plumbing problems ourselves.  I truly recommend Patrick and Ernie of R.P.S. Ribbs Premier Services.  Not only did they do a great job, but are also very professional, friendly, reliable, and knowledgeable of their work.

Had our old cast iron sewer pipes replaced after 60+ years.  Great service,  on time, friendly. Reasonable price, beat the competition. Cleaned up each night and had us reconnected with little down time.  Explained fully what the issues were and how to resolve. Russell, Dom and rest of team were fantastic. Would definitely use them again.

I've only had an initial consultation and estimate from Counsil Plumbing - for switching all our pipes out to copper - but am very impressed so far with their responsiveness, courtesy, knowledge and thoughfulness.

Nathanael went above and beyond to help me and my family. We had a water pipe leak. He and his son were kind enough to come on Sunday. Much appreciated!

I have used Rooter Hero in the past for clean out of my sewer system. This past holiday just two days before Christmas my whole sewer system under my home was leaking. Jose R came out explained what the problem was and what my options were for the repair. He came back the next day (Christmas eve) to do a temporary repair so my family and I could enjoy the holiday. He was on time and very considerate. He always explained what he was doing and approximately how long it would take. He came back the day after Christmas to complete the work. Very grateful and satisfied with the work performed. Today was the inspection by the city and all went well.
