Best Plumbing Services in United States
Awesome, I cant believe my eyes, and my budget. A-Pro Plumbing was able to work with me and my budget, especially in these times, and still give me athe kitchen of my dreams. I had a great team and no problems considering i had the same plumbing tech all thru the process of design and he even helped me find the most cost effective fixtures and lighting for my budget... I couldnt have asked for better service or friendlier folks than the guys at A-Pro. They really are professionals. And i even signed up for their annual home inspection plan to help keep my home well maintained. I love my new kitchen - I love A-Pro Plumbing. ( They did it right Mike!) Thank you.

Allen is absolutely a gem!!! Had to get my home re-piped and Allen walked me through every step that was being taken. Him and his team took every way possible to avoid unnecessary cuts to the drywall. Very efficient and cleaned up behind themselves each day, leaving my home exactly how it was found. I would HIGHLY recommend Riverbend for your plumbing needs.

Over my 40 years of residency in Jacksonville, I've had occasion to deal with a number of plumbers, includes ones sent by Sears to install water heaters, one via my home insurer for leak damage, a couple for emergency services, a couple supplied by contractors on renovation projects, and Mike Wood for home plumbing needs of my choosing. Of all of these, Mike Wood has been by far the best and the one I've found most reliable.
When I first moved to Jacksonville I had a leaking toilet that defied the efforts of two different plumbers but was immediately solved and repaired by Woody Woods (the son of Mike Woods and now running the company). When I moved to a different property 30 years ago, Mike Woods did a plumbing inspection I insisted on as a condition of sale and in the process corrected some serious plumbing errors the prior owner had been living with. Over time, I've had Woody come out for one thing or another, so when the inevitable occurred and our 40 year old home needed a complete replumb, Mike Wood was the obvious choice, especially after hearing from two neighbors about the mess made by their plumbers when having their properties replumbed.
Replumbing requires someone resourceful and that is where Woody truly excels. He's also reliable, honest to a fault, and careful. We somewhat nervously agreed to schedule our replumb while out of town on a trip and were gratified on our return to find a house for which you could hardly tell they had been there, except for the blissfully functioning hot and cold water in showers, sinks, the kitchen, and laundry. Ours is a two story house, with a downstairs bath isolated from the main plumbing stack. That required ceiling cutouts to get new water lines to it; The task was complicated by having a textured ceiling, so I was braced for needing to also have a ceiling redone. As it turned out, the Mike Wood crew did such a careful job with the cutouts that they were able to reinstall them so as to almost completely hide any damage. Plumbing work was cleverly hidden in walls and the back of cabinets. All the new lines, which were run through the attic, were fully insulated and clamped. A new line was brought in from the meter with no yard damage, and on top of that, hose bibs were placed near the 4 accesses we had from the old plumbing, all damage free. The electrician who was contracted to put in new electrical ground rods at the conclusion of the job was not nearly as careful.
I would guess the actual plumbing work for the job would be something most plumbers would handle OK, but for the creative solutions and cosmetic care I credit Woody, which is exactly why I chose his company rather than go with someone else. Since it might be of interest, I should also note that the price was both fair and well-explained. In summary, the job was handled professionally, punctually, and in the amount of time promised (4 to 5 days). I wish all of my home repair work had gone as well as this one (which in truth I put off far too long because of two earlier kitchen renovation projects that were the stuff of nightmares, requiring a lot of prodding to bring things to conclusion).

Showed up in a mask, friendly, very informative and professional, punctual, and transparent. Would definitely use them again even though I hope I don't have to.

We recently purchased a home that needed to be completely remodeled. We visited Noland because it was in the location that a different plumbing supply company had previously occupied that we had purchased products from. We purchased all of our plumbing and fixtures from Noland because of Patty's (Patty works in the showroom) tireless attention to detail and follow up. I love all the products we used in our home from Noland (kitchen and bathroom faucets, jetted tub, toilet, kitchen sink, towel racks & rings, toilet tissue holders, robe hooks, raw plumbing fixtures (drains, etc.) & more! The entire Noland staff was helpful, but Patty went above & beyond!

We had a pipe burst on the second story of our rental home and our landlord was not answering his phone. In a panic, I asked Siri for a plumber and Crabtree plumbing was the first on the list, so I called. Our tech made it out in no time, found where all the water was coming from and had it fixed in a jiffy for less than $250! I was stunned and pleasantly surprised. I highly recommend this company after my experience with them.

They were recommended to me by a friend. They were on time, reasonable, courteous. They cleaned up after themselves. I would use them again.

Quick and efficient. And, very reasonable.
Not only did they clear the line, they found the cause of it.
The team I got listened to the snake in the ground, and where it ran into the clog in front of the house, they dug up the dirt until they hit the sewer line to expose the pipe. Sure enough they found the reason for the clog, a hole in the pipe allowed dirt to clog the line.
That!, is kick ass service!

I CANNOT SAY ENOUGH AWESOME THINGS ABOUT THIS COMPANY AND HAVE ONLY USED THEM TWICE SO FAR! I needed a plumber and quick and picked them because of their yelp reviews and am sso GLAD I did.. I purchased a town home (without going into much detail I was scammed) long distance after a long nasty divorce. My first trip up there it was discovered the entire sink was unusable due to not being sealed properly. They fit me into their schedule on my second trip up there - where we discovered the toilet in the 1/2 bath was not sitting properly. James fixed the sink and the toilet and I wrote the check WRONG I was so exhausted. They called when I was driving back to WPB and were EXTREMELY understanding about it. I am also having the backyard landscaped & needed the the hose spigot working. I had asked them about it when they called about the check. I called late one night at start of week and they were there the next morning - FIXED. The condition it was in I did not even think it was possible. I am moving up there not knowing anyone or who to rely on but can tell you if you need plumbers THESE GUYS ARE IT! They are pleasant no matter who you deal with, up front about the costs, carry just about everything you need on their trucks (which are usually better quality than something you might have installed - depending on where you live) do not waste time to pad the cost, friendly and truly CARE about what they do. THEY ARE NOW MY GO TO PLUMBERS FOR ANY OF MY NEEDS. If I could give 10 stars I would.

This place rocks. They charge by the job, not by the hour with hidden charges for everything.
It took the plumber 2 days to fix my backed up sink, but he did it far cheaper than any other plumbing company in Jacksonville.
They we gracious, and polite even when working on the roof, it had to be well over 100 degrees up there. Nothing but professionalism, give them a call next time you have plumbing needs.

I have a simple problem and called them (they are close to me). They said they would send someone out this afternoon. They didn't. That's not the problem. The problem is no one called and told me they could not make it today, and when I called Nick (the person who told me they would send someone out today) he didn't answer (I called before close-of-business). I called the number listed on the website and got an answering service (after 5 p.m.). If they had just TOLD me the situation I could have gotten someone else. They didn't and now I am leaving this review. I'll amend it if I merely hear from them and they commit to a day and approximately time, and make that day and approximate time.

It has taken three weeks to get a appointment with this company. Day of appointment nobody called to say they were going to be late or need to reschedule. I had to call to see what was going on only to find out that they didn't even have me down for appointment. The company didn't apologize in regards to their mistake. I do not recommend this company for anything!! You will be waiting forever!!!

I took the day off work for an appt I arranged 3 weeks prior only to have them o-show. Told me I cancelled the appt. to be fair, I used them years ago for my water heater and they were very fair then but won't use again if they can't be depended on.

Did plumbing work at our condo last week. Charged a exorbitant amount of money for next to nothing of work! Took advantage in his pricing because of it being Sawgrass. We have one sink that doesn't even operate now! I'm
So frustrated with this company and explained in his Voicemail because he never answers his phone, will never do business with him again!!! Ripoff!
