Discovered a leak from the toilet, contacted Mario's Plumbing and they came out within an hour. Toilet needed to be replaced (very very old) which they did a few hours later. Wonderful work, very professional. The team was super polite and showed up in a mask as a great sign of respect for health. Highly recommend and they are my next phone call when a plumber is needed.

Khan was awesome! He called me back within 30 minutes, and gave me a fair quote to get some help installing our water heater that leaked the night before. We had already gone to the store to buy the water heater, and unlike other places that said they needed to see the area before giving us a number, he was able to give me what seemed to be market value for just labor installation help. Other places we called gave us a way outrageous estimate for just installation, and I'm not sure if it's because most places prefer you  buy the water heater from them, but Khan was very straightforward and honest, which absolutely what sold me on his services.
He was able to schedule to come within an hour an a half after our call, and ended up being an hour early and when he showed was very respectful of our property and our rambunctious dogs. He came prepared and also was informative on the products. Installation took a little under 2 hours, quality checked the work and even cleaned up after afterward. All in all, great customer service, no nonsense, straightforward honesty and great work.  Would definitely recommend him for your plumbing needs!

Chris came 1.5 hour after I called him and took care of a stubborn clog that took a while to clean out .  Chris was persistent and continued to work on the clog until it freed up .. I'll be using him again if i have any plumbing needs.

We had a broken sewer drain and broken sewer flapper valve, exiting our house, under our driveway.  They had to cut out a square in the driveway to perfect the repairs. They did an extremely professional repair job splicing the broken pipe joint and updating the flapper valve; and then replaced the concrete that had to be removed.  I give the extremely high marks in all aspects of the job.  As a plus, they expedited the repair so we could use our plumbing that night.

Our disposal broke and our sink started leaking. I jumped on Yelp for help and Abel at Best Bay Plumbing immediately responded - at 9:30pm. We set up an appointment, and technicians showed up the next day at a reasonable time, communicating with me all the while. The two technicians who arrived, Eddie and Sergio, quickly assessed the issue and offered a complete quote (part+labor and no surprises). I felt at ease with their expertise and guidance, answering every question thoroughly. Then we threw them a massive curve ball: we asked for more projects to be completed (replace two old toilets and fix a leaky shower). I assumed we'd have to book another appointment but they took it on same day! They left to get parts, and returned quickly and finished the job in record time. WOW!? These guys have the skills, customer service, adaptability, and hustle. I'm glad that I found a reliable plumber and would definitely call them again without any hesitation. THANK YOU!

We had a underground pipe leak last night and Michael and his crews showed up first thing in the morning to help us fix it. Michael and his entire team are so approachable and professional. The work flow is very smooth - Michael scheduled an appointment confirmation via text, came to assess the issue, explained the solutions, sent out the estimate in writing, completed  the job, cleaned up the site and then sent out the invoice. Having plumbing issue is unpleasant but knowing that I have a team of reliable professionals to reach out to when problems arise is just reassuring.

Bayshore plumbers are outstanding!  I discovered a leak in the  pipe between our water meter and back flow valves  midday on the Wednesday before Thanksgiving.  They had a man on site  in just a few hours and had a temporary repair  by 3:00 that afternoon!  It is great to do business with good people who have great expertise; and I love supporting a small business owned by a US Vet!

I went to take a shower and steaming hot water came out.  Checked the water heater and saw the temp setting was already at the low end and water was dripping out.  Oh-oh!!  

So I called up Russ and he was able to give me options and help me through each stage.  I now have a nice new water heater professionally installed.  He gave me a reasonable fixed price at the beginning and despite the difficulties you encounter in any project, the price never changed.    

I'll definitely call Top Hat again when I have plumbing problems.

I called Talal based on a recommendation from a friend. I am a new homeowner and my tenant's sink was leaking, so I really wanted a quality plumber who would be honest with me. That's what I got! He showed me where the problems were, explained options, and stayed within his estimate. He showed up on time despite my remote location, and was respectful of my tenant's space. The job looks beautiful, and there are no more leaks. Talal is a kindly, honest, energetic person (who is also an EMT); I will call him again! (But hopefully not too soon.) Thanks Talal! :)

Unexpected sewer backup on a Saturday afternoon had me scouring Yelp for an emergency service. I called and was told he could be there in 30 minutes. In about 15 minutes he showed up, assessed the situation, and promptly rooted our pipes to remove the blockage.

In less than an hour of making my call, our service was complete and I could continue on with my day! Fast, friendly and prompt service.

Ocar and the crew repaired old broken drain pipes from the kitchen to the main drain. The started on time on finished on time and did a great job. They also replaced old pipes under the sink and diaogosed a low water pressure issue without charging extra. They are expert and reliable. I highly recommend

I was very happy with Happy Rooter!  Victor answered the phone quickly & fulfilled his promise to get back to me with an ETA within minutes.  His Technician Richard arrived in 20 minutes, quickly determined the problem under our leaking kitchen sink, gave us a quote, went out to buy the parts & came back and competently fixed the leak.  He also took the initiative to unclog the faucet head & tighten its handle. Workmanship is also under 30 day warranty. We were very satisfied!  Thank you Happy Rooter!

After waiting more than 40 minutes after initial call to request emergency service still have not received a call back from any technician call the number again and explain to them since it's an emergency I would like a call back with an ETA if they can't do that that's fine I will call somebody else it's now been 60 minutes and still don't know if anybody is ever gonna call me back.
A simple he's on a call now and may not be able to call you back right away would be sufficient but being kept in the dark is just plain stupid. Letts was my first choice as there's many happy people on next-door and other areas I'm not sure how that's true if they can't return the phone call apparently emergency service means whenever we get around to it will give you a call and let you know when we're coming but it might not be today. Update after a second call in for emergency service still have not received a call back why answer the phone for emergency service if no one is going to respond or call back. It's now been more than 2 hours
I will never call these idiots again and I will tell all about how I was treated.
Apparently the owner has no clue what occurs after hours. If so fix your ad if you don't respond to emergency work then delete it from your ad

Like a good neighbor, I was helping someone in my court with her tenant. They called the city and she had 5 days to complete the work. I desperately went to Yelp and submitted a quote and Mr. Reliable Plumbing & Heating called me within 15 minutes of requesting the quote. They quickly scheduled Bruce and within an hour he was at the property to inspect the work.

Bruce was honest and told us the leaks were minor and assured us he could complete all the work within 2 days. He regrouted the tub, fixed a broken valve, and repaired a leaky sink. They filed the needed permits if needed with the City. After the repairs were completed the tenant damaged them. Bruce went out again at no cost to ensure the repairs were completed before the City inspection.

They charged us $60 to inspect the repairs but overall they were competitive with the market and quick and efficient. Leaks are stressful, but they don't have to be with the right help.

Called this morning and left a message for service. They called me back within an hour with a time window. Kurt showed up within the time window and did an excellent job fixing our sink backup issue. He was really a class act.

Not that anyone hopes for plumbing problems to happen but if/when they do again I will gladly use Tom and Scotts as well as refer them to anyone having plumbing issues.

Joksan did a variety of repairs for me, some of which were difficult to figure out and solve:
- found issues regarding the discharge for a tankless water heater
- service and flush out tankless
- fix clog issues in shower and sink
- replace several valves

His price was reasonable, he was reliable, did an excellent job, and kept his word.  He is a skilled plumber - knowledgeable and smart. I will be using him for all my plumbing needs.

I have never had a bad experience with their team. Matt came out today and took his time ensuring there wasn't an easier way to fix the problem. He spent extra time checking his work and when we determined the leak could not be fixed without further work he did a great job replacing our washer valves.
They are courteous, fair and go above and beyond to ensure their work is done well.
In addition to this with all that they have done for my home I've never had to call them back to fix anything they have done.

Doug is simply the most reliable and expert plumber I have used in over 30 years of home ownership. He arrives on time, does quality work in an efficient manner and recommends the least expensive solutions.  Even on very difficult jobs, such as the kitchen sink problem which involved drilling and resetting the sink, he was persistent in ensuring that the everything would be fixed properly. Mark runs a fantastic operation.  You won't be taken sorry you called.

Experienced technicians that arrive on time quickly diagnose the issue and complete the repair without any hassle. These guys reponded to my inquiry within hours even on a Sunday in the middle of summer. They scheduled for me an apointment within a couple days when everyone else was a week or two out. They were on time efficient and honest they never tried to sell me on unecessary repairs or service. Thanks to Irbis I am chilling again even as the summer temps continue to climb. So there it is there one of the few businesses I feel deserve the 5 star review and one  I would not hesitate to recommend to any one who is looking for HVAC repair with no BS!
