Mario and Kevin were super responsive. Even though they were fully booked up at the time that I called (Saturday) they  continued to follow up to see if someone was able to come out and help. By chance , one of their plumbers finished early with another customer and Kevin immediately called to see if I needed help still. They came out within 30 minutes and did a great job at a very reasonable price . I highly recommend them and will be calling them in the future for other projects .

Carlos arrived exactly at the appointment time for the estimate to replace my sewer line. He was the only person who opened both manhole covers near my house to make sure he didn't miss anything.

Later in the day, I received a very detailed written estimate online (which also acts as the contract if you accept by signing online). Of the five companies I contacted, TrenchFree was the only one that gave a written estimate.

The estimate was actually the lowest, which was a pleasant surprise. (Even my plumber commented how inexpensive it was). Not having to trench was a bonus.

The crew also arrived exactly at the appointment time, both to replace the sewer line, and for the city inspection.

Everyone I interacted with was courteous. I pretty much sat back and they took care of everything.

Had our toilet installed by Best Bay Plumbing and Rooter, it was great.
The owner responded to our request for a quote within minutes and was straight to the point,  a price and length of warranty - I appreciate that. They were available the next day, and I contacted them at around 4pm, so the turnaround is amazing.

The day of the installation came, they came on time, was polite, professional, and fast. The toiled was installed well, gave us a quick rundown of the toilet and off they went.

I'll go again to them for other projects for sure.

I have used Bayshore Plumbers many times to service my small office building.  They are reliable, efficient and effective.  Yesterday Christian arrived at the building and proceeded to the problem area to assess the problem and correct it promptly.  He called me to report on the results of his visit.  No fuss, no muss!  I'm thankful that I have found Bayshore Plumbers as my go-to company for any sort of plumbing issue.

Discovered a leak in the main waterline to our house.  Called Russ and he returned my call  promptly and was able to come out the same same day as promised.  He took the time to explain the problem and how he was going to fix it.  Had the repair completed within an hour or so and that included getting proper parts.  My husband, who is knowledgeable, was impressed because the workmanship and parts used were superior.  Thanks Russ

Highly recommend Expert Plumbing! Very happy with their service both times I have used them...on the phone and in person.
Our water heater went out last night. Talal was here by 9:30am this morning and we had a new water heater by 2:30pm.
Both times we have had them out they (Talal and Maurice) were courteous, friendly, explained everything in detail, honest in their advice and recommendations, very organized, and cleaned up perfectly.
Also, the first time they came out it ended up being nothing more than a valve that just needed tightening (I had hand tightened with every ounce of strength I had, but Maurice had better muscles and stopped the spicket leak with a quick hand turn!).
So this time they credited us the $95 labor fee they had charged on the prior visit! It's those little things that makes a difference.

They did a good job to repipe my gas line and fix three faucets. The work cost me $600. I'm not sure if that's a good price or not, but their job was done well.

I have needed Pro Roto's service on three occasions. Each time, they have been professional, thorough and done excellent work.

Two days ago, I noticed that my garbage disposal was leaking and saturating the cabinet underneath the sink. I called Isaac at Pro Roto within an hour of noticing the leak. I was pleasantly surprised to hear that Isaac could be at my home that evening after I got home from work (after 6:30 PM) to replace the garbage disposal! True to his word, Isaac arrived on time that evening and did excellent work. What a relief! I know that when I call Pro Roto, they will get the job done without a long wait. And this can be a critical factor when plumbing issues can do a lot of damage if too much time passes.

If you are looking for an honest on time and reliable plumber I would recommend Victor's service. I have used his help twice over the last 6 months. The second time he didn't charge me for his time or effort as the fix was minor. He is very easy to work with.

Had a water leak from upstairs through the ceiling and into the wall of another room. Called and got to speak to Janette (sp?), who was professional and courteous.
I've trained operators in call centers for over 6 years and Miss J spelled my name back to me, repeated my phone number and address (all for accuracy, good work!) and took a detailed description of my situation.

Steve and his trainee Mike were on time, in a vehicle with a company logo, introduced themselves and put covers on their feet before coming inside. They assessed the problem, described what their process would be and made sure I understood pricing and probabilities.

Once work began, they did not drag their feet. Rather, what they thought would be a two-hour job turned into one hour of work. They showed me the problem, described their solution, applied it and tested to make sure they had actually fixed what was wrong.
Steve then gave suggestions as to how to proceed on preventing a recurrence (rat chewed through a rubber joint).
Mike cleaned up, and even though they had laid down protective cloth, there was some mess around the place. Mike got every bit of it and left the place cleaner than when they arrived, which is a little embarrassing for me. :/

A great experience, and I definitely recommend this company provided they keep top-caliber professionals like Janette, Steve ad Mike: individuals who understand and provide outstanding service at reasonable rates. The kind that generates repeat business.

This review is well overdue, we've been working with Art and Anthony for 3 years now!

We got our house 3 years ago, and it came with a 3-zone mini-split inverter system.

When our first summer came around, we noticed the A/C wasn't cooling. So they came out, checked our freon levels, and sure enough we had a leak in our system. They sealed whatever they could to what they had access to (2 of the 3 systems inside and the unit outside), and they asked us to try it for some time.

After a few weeks, sure enough the A/C stopped cooling, and the 3rd unit that didn't have an access panel had the leak.

We worked with Anthony to put an access panel on our wall, so he can seal the leaks.

Long story short, it was good and our cooling and heating worked... for a year. So we called them up, and told them that after they fixed it, it stopped working. Each time, they came through and ensured that we were satisfied with the A/C unit.

Beware to homeowners of mini-split systems, if the people who installed it didn't properly seal the system, you'll have issues :) We don't worry because we have Mr. Reliable to take care of us.

This is where my wife and I are impressed and will continue to do business with them: they stand behind their work and will make sure their work, actually fixes the problem.

We loved working with them so much that we hired them to build an automatic pump for the condensation drip -- the previous owner had big buckets in the crawl space that just filled up every summer -- we didn't know until Anthony showed us.

They only charged us for the work to initially fix the system (freon re-fills, diagnosis, and everything) and to install a automatic pump for the condensation drip project... regardless of how many times they've come out to fix it.

All I can say is, we've found our HVAC people as long as we have our house here in the bay area.

This local plumber is a great find as they are very reasonably priced, professional and very service oriented. I originally scheduled them for a more expensive repair service but they fixed my problem without having to use the expensive option. They are about helping you out without taking your money which is hard to find these days. Since then, I have been a loyal customer for over 5 years and have never been disappointed with any work.

Joksan to is a incredible plumber. His response time was fast. Our plumbing broke in the middle of the night and he responded and fixed it within the hour. I would highly recommend. Thank you so much!

We purchased a new washer from a local big box store. They delivered the washer but would not try to install due to the age of he hot/cold valves. Ron installed new hot/cold valves for our new washing machine for a very reasonable price. He even moved the washer into position and hooked it up - so I didn't have to deal with big box retailer to finish the install. We always request Ron - he's the best!

I am very happy with the service I received. My 30 year old furnace stopped working and I wanted it replaced soon. IRBIS were able to schedule me at a short notice. Their price was competitive and they did an excellent job. Highly recommended.
