Mario came to my house yesterday and installed a new water heater.  I had spoken to him on the phone earlier in the day and he was very knowledgeable and spent time describing the various pros and cons of water heaters.  He even offered to come to replace the water heater on the same day.  His price was reasonable as I had quotes from others and, given his expertise, responsiveness and good reviews, I decided to go with him.  I was very happy with his service - the installation was well-done and Mario gave a good explanation of the service.  Excellent job and nice guy!

Called these guys after reading some yelp reviews about their service level.  As I read, I formed an opinion and expectation before they arrived.  The window of time they gave me, which was quite rapid, was soon approaching and I started to wonder if they would show on time.  At that point, they called and confirmed the address and still showed up in the one hour window they provided me.

As expected, they did what they said they would do.  They also had a great discussion on what the likely causes are and/or would be.  That being said, they charged me the special price they offered and identified the additional items to solve my problem.

I would use them again, and after determining part of my low pressure situation was due to sediment feeding our old plumbing lines and sinks and showers.  We decided we are going to move forward by taking that portion, albeit costly repair/replacement, out of the equation by replacing the old hot water heater with one they recommend (Bradford) in the near future.  I will write another review about them following my water heater replacement, but I'm sure the experience will be the same.

Their availability, their professional behavior and courtesy are very good and I feel comfortable they are not just trying to find ways of generating revenue on customer's ignorance of plumbing knowledge.  They are fair, honest and come highly recommended.

Chris came to fix my kitchen sink clog on time and even had shoe covers to keep our carpet clean which is much appreciated.

The guy is super friendly, great conversationalist, and answered all of my questions regarding why my previous attempts to clear the clog using drano and a 25 feet drain auger didn't work.

Next time I'll save myself the headache of failed DIYs and just contact Chris. His flat rate estimate and efficient workmanship puts the mind at ease.

After two flooding incidents over Thanksgiving, I knew it was finally time to replace our old sewer lateral (damaged by roots from the city tree). I promptly gathered estimates from five different plumbers. Not only was this company the most competitive in price, they also had the endorsement of three real estate colleagues.

I was impressed by every person on the team from Carlos who conducted the initial site visit/estimate, to Antonio who coordinated/scheduled permits, to Hector, Chon, and crew who did the excavation/installation. Hardworking, knowledgeable, and tidy, they got the job done in two days! We passed inspection without issue. I highly recommend this professional team.

Best Bay was referred to me thru Home Depot, where I purchased the toilet to replace the old one which was leaking for some time.  I had some concerns about the sub-floor, Abel went underneath the house to check.  Floor was ok, but the old pipes had a crack in it.  Found out bathtub line was also leaking. :(  

Abel gave me a competitive quote and came the next day to complete the entire job.  He used quality material and took extra care to do the job right, as if it were his own house.  Overall experience was great, Abel is very knowledgeable about his craft and took time to explain what he did and provided many pictures.  Highly recommended for honest and quality work at competitive price.

Mike and the team completed a house re-pipe job.  We have a 1939 house in Willow Glen with plenty of galvanized pipe going all the way out to the city water main.  They completed the job efficiently and at a competitive price.  I highly recommend these guys and plan to work with them again on some other plumbing upgrades.

Called Monday morning, they sent Eddie tightened  a loose pipe below our kitchen sink, no charge.

Our first experience with Russ was the water pressure regulator leaking the day before leaving on vacation two years ago. Russ and his son bailed us our so we could leave on time.  Since then Russ has just finished a second gas line for fireplace inserts.  The communication, efficiency, and quality of work were top notch.  We will be calling Top Hat for our future needs because of the honesty and pride in workmanship.

I called Expert Plumbing to detect a leak and repair the leak. I explained to them that a friend of mine with some experience suggested I replace a leaky spigot (main spigot that shuts off water to the house) to verify if the leak was under the house or under the driveway leading to the meter. They replaced the spigot and gave me a bill for $950! When I reminded them of the main problem of high water bills and that I needed to know where the leak was and needed it fixed pronto, they told me they don't find leaks and gave me a card to hire someone who could do it.

Mr. Kim seemed like the best plumber to go with after calling around several on yelp for quotes for service that night (of course these things happen after hours ~9pm... someone even quoted me $800!) Anyway, I decided it could wait till the morning and Mr. Kim called to let me know he was on his way the next day at 10:30am. He even came earlier like I had requested. He and Jose were nothing but professional and very knowledgeable about what was cause of my plumbing issues. After some investigation, it wasn't a toilet bowl issue like I had anticipated, but a main sewage line clog due to tree roots! He and Jose were extremely thorough and did a great job. I will gladly call him again if I ever have another plumbing issue! Highly recommended. :)

They did work for me last weekend. We're able to come out within 30 min of my call and give a quote. Competitive pricing, they documented everything they did, and very friendly.

Another successful job done by Letts! I confess that we had an appointment with Johnny but then canceled and tried another plumber bec he was going to charge less. It turned out he lied, overcharged us, AND did a terrible job!
Johnny and Andrew arrived at 5:30 (on a Sunday) and did an amazing job fixing our leak. They were fast, efficient, professional, and so personable! They listened, assessed the situation and resolved it! I will never call another plumber again! 5 gold stars to you Johnny and Andrew!

I would recommend this plumbing  company to everyone that needs plumbing work done from the smallest job to the largest job. They were quick to respond to me and Tony the plumber was cordial and informed me step by step on everything that he was doing. Great job Tony!

Great service.  Competitive prices. Showed up on time, for both visits.  Had to go back and get something (my fault not theirs).  Did a little extra work for me during the service call.  Mitch was very good.  Would recommend the company any time.

Joksan replied to my Yelp request for faucet repair, and I selected Creativity Plumbing due to his fast and detailed response, with the ability to come onsite to fix the issue within a day.

Joksan arrived on time, quickly diagnosed the problem, bought the replacement part, and installed it. He then helped with another smaller issue with the spigot.

Joksan is knowledgeable, professional, and friendly. Good to have a good plumber contact for the next time we need one.

Our tankless water heater has given us reason to contact Barnett twice in 2021 - and on both occasions, they were extremely responsive and reliable. Unfortunately it is difficult to get them to come out on an emergency/same day issue, but we have never waited more than a day to get an emergency appointment. The operators/dispatchers are always available and are super helpful. My family and I trust Barnett and will definitely use them again for our plumbing needs.

My first experience with Blossom Valley Plumbing was very positive. However, I used them again for another problem and had a terrible experience. The plumber was distracted with a phone call from another job and therefore could not figure out how to turn off the water to my house. He left and told me to figure it out on my own and then call him back. So, I did figure it out and it was obvious how to turn the water off but the plumber was so distracted and rude that we could not figure it out with him present. I asked that what I paid for that visit be applied to my next visit now that I figured out how to turn off the water - no thanks t the professional plumber - and I got no response. I am completely appalled at how I have been treated and that there has been no remorse on their end for the wasted time on my part not to mention all of the water that has been lost as my leak has persisted.

Got the service done in one day ., pricing is fair . And very prompt on the communication. Scheduling was not perfect., but hey service as fine and done in a day .
