Mario's Plumbing is fantastic.  We used them for a mysterious dripping we could hear in the wall beneath a second story bathroom.  They came in their stated window, they were clean, professional and respectful of covid safety requirements.  Franco quickly assessed the situation without tearing apart any walls or doing damage and determined we likely had a roof leak.  Even though he spent 25 minutes with us, he refused payment! Honest, fair, competent: They will be our go-to plumbers from now on!

Chris was great to work with and super responsive. He was able to help us update our old plumbing in the garage and figure out the best solution to work around issues of an old house. He takes pride in his work and genuinely wants to make sure we're happy with the results. I'm looking forward to working with Chris again the next time I have any plumbing issues.

We found a water leaks around water main initially and hired someone else and thought the problem was fixed.  Later the water bill was still too high.  We did not know where the other leaks were.  Then we called TrenchFree and Carlos showed up quickly.  After some investigation he concluded it was the water main but there was no visible evidence where the leak was and did not know how many leaks were there.  He recommended replacing the water main and at the end we went for it.  During the time we had communication with Carlos and he always responded to our concerns.  The workers (Jacob ...) just completed the work in 1.5 days and looks pretty good.  There are some loose ends Carlos promises will come back and take care of it.  So overall we are very pleased with their services.

Abel is very knowledgable and accommodating. He does a thorough and clean job. His staff is efficient and professional. They did a great job changing our softener and doing some of the crawl space plumbing.

Our house is over 100yrs old. Plumbing is a great challenge, but Mike and his company were up for the job. Working to find and fix the problem. As they were all finished and ready to leave they found a pipe that was completely plugged and going above and beyond they stayed to fix it also. The cleanup was great, no mess left behind. In addition, they cleaned the floor where dirt was tracked in. Amazing job done; by an amazing hard working group. So if your house is old or new trust Pure Plumbing Solutions.

This was my first time using Bayshore Plumbers, but I will definitely call them next time.  My sewer line clogged between the house and the street, as it does every few years, and I needed it cleaned out.  I called at 7:00 AM and was given a window of 8:00-10:00.  Gary showed up at 9:45 and took care of business quickly and neatly.  He was very courteous and professional.  Best of all, I paid less than I did when Roto-Rooter came out in 2006!  Very, very satisfied customer.

Called Russ after my plumber friend could not do my job because of a vacation.  We had a burned out thermocouple on a GE water heater.  No hot water for 4 days for a family of four waiting for the special part from GE.   Russ and his son Logan came out and fixed it within an hour.  I felt his price was fair and that he was a hard working, honest businessman.  He explained how everything works to a non-handyman person like me.   I will definitely call him the next time I need a great plumber.

These guys were great!  I was installing a new washing machine when a pipe behind the drywall broke when removing the old hoses.  I called 24hr Drain Pro, and they told me they would be at my house within about 90 minutes.  They actually arrived in about an hour.  The plumbers were easy to communicate with, polite, and knowledgeable.  This was a pretty complicated job, involving cutting through the drywall, cutting off pipe, soldering in new copper pipe and brass valves.  They were finished within 90 minutes, and even installed and tested my new washer at no charge!

Quick to respond to Yelp and texts. Punctual and professional - gave a heads-up call to let me know he was on his way. Explained options and pricing before proceeding with work. Resolved a clogged drainage line efficiently and at a reasonable price. Would definitely call on them again.

If you are looking for a plumber to come snake your system, even from the roof, these are your guys.   If you are looking for someone to snake your rain gutter drains, these are not the guys.

The owner and I miscommunicated, so he sent his workers over to snake the sewer lines.  The technicians were professional and respectful, and they arrived within two hours of me reaching out to Victor.  So if you need someone fast, call Happy Rooter.

Unfortunately, I needed my rain gutter drains snaked and I didn't discover the difference until the heavy rains came.

When he realized that we'd miscommunicated, he gave me a half-refund on the service and I think that was fair. So I really appreciate that he was willing to work with me on that.

A leak broke out in the kitchen of my parents' rental, so I called several plumbers that service the area.  

Having never worked with a plumber before, I had a lot of questions and Mary, with Letts, was very helpful in answering them.  We scheduled a visit for the next morning for Sheldon to come by between a 8am-8:30am window.  At 8 'o clock on the dot, Sheldon gave me a call to let me know he was 20 min away (fantastic customer service).

Sheldon was very professional and got to work right away (was even very patient with my dad who had a bazillion questions).  The source of the leak was quickly identified and remedied -- which was a **huge** relief for my parents.  

There's some additional plumbing work that needs to be completed in the unit, so we'll definitely be using Letts again.  If you're looking for a plumber in this area, I highly recommend calling Letts.

Without a doubt the most professional company I have worked with. My mini split died so I needed a new one. I got 3 quotes, they were in the middle. Best choice I could have made. Art AJ was very professional, on time, not ONE single issue. I now have heat and A/C.

I wouldn't use this company. We did and we have regrets for many reasons:

1) They worked T&M and padded the hours and overcharged us.
2) We've had many problems with plumbing they worked on and it resulted in thousands of dollars in repair to fix their faulty work.

The most recent problem is a leak in a pipe in a new shower, just completed less than 3 years ago. The cause was a screw in the pipe. Why? Mitch from Tom and Scott's Plumbing forgot to put a nail plate in front of it to protect it.

It is this type of negligent work that has caused us to regret using this company. It was also very clear to us that Scott, the owner has lost interest in the business and in neither proactive or conscientious. He constantly blames someone else for his faulty workmanship. I'd use a diff company.

Helped me to replace the shower cartridge, and reduced the noise from the shower. Good service.

I have an old house with old plumbing. So the thought of calling a plumber makes me anxious. I had a tub faucet that had been leaking for a while and took a stab at fixing it myself. Luckily the screw was stripped and I gave up. Had I continued I would have definitely made it worse.

My neighbor highly recommended Barnett and they were the only plumber I called. They even bumped up my appointment because they had a plumber Matt available sooner.

Matt our plumber is great. He's  wry personable and informative. He accurately diagnosed the problem and had the exact part on the truck.

The leak was fixed in under an hour and worth every penny. I should have called sooner.

I will call Barnett again for future plumbing problems and recommend them to others.

I called because my water heater is well over 10 years old and I felt it needed to be changed.  A group arrived from Blossom Valley Plumbing and carefully inspected the water heater.  I was pleasantly surprised to find that they felt it was a high quality unit that they felt was superior to the current heaters on the market.  Their advice was to hold off on changing it.
WOW - I DIDN'T EXPECT THIS AND WAS TOTALLY IMPRESSED THAT THEY RECOMMENDED THAT NO WORK BE DONE.
I WILL DEFINITELY CALL THEM BACK FOR ALL MY FUTURE PLUMBING NEEDS!

Our heater was not heating the house.  IRBIS HVAC were quick to respond to my request.  The technician came on time and assessed the problem.  He explained things really well and did a fine job making sure everything was working in order before he left.  Would highly recommend IRBIS HVAC.
