Their service was Okay, crew arrived on time and did what they supposed to.  The owner, Mario seems professional, and approachable; only wish his son, Kevin could be more affable and learns better business etiquette.

Based on your experience we found that Kevin only wanted to make sure the bill that you were going pay was for the right address. Since he never had spoken to you he had no records of your address. Best Service Ever!!!  Had a total emergency and they came and fixed it.  When they couldn't change the part right away, he left and came back.  Fixed what was needed.  Khan is a very reliable and knowledgeable of the situation.  Worked fast and efficiently.  Would call them with any future plumbing or heating issues.

Chris came to fix my kitchen sink clog on time and even had shoe covers to keep our carpet clean which is much appreciated.

The guy is super friendly, great conversationalist, and answered all of my questions regarding why my previous attempts to clear the clog using drano and a 25 feet drain auger didn't work.

Next time I'll save myself the headache of failed DIYs and just contact Chris. His flat rate estimate and efficient workmanship puts the mind at ease.

TrenchFree was very professional, quick and clean. Justin was awesome and personable. We had a new clean out installed at the property line and and he replaced the original one. They worked fast and didn't leave us waiting, also really knowledgeable and answered all our questions. I highly recommend TrenchFree for your outside Plumbing and sewer jobs!

Abel has delivered excellent and prompt service .  I had a toilet issue.  He came on time and was very professional and price is best reasonable. I will definitely use his service again!

Mike, Austin and team were fantastic!  Replied quickly, did me a favor by getting me in before Xmas which I really appreciated because my old toilet was leaking under the house. They installed a new toilet that was a bit of a pain and did a great job.  These guys are not about ripping you off like so many other plumbers out there. They are detail oriented professionals and nice guys on top of that.  I'm planning on using them for all my plumbing needs going forward.

When I was looking around for the service to replace our very old and leaky garage sink faucet, Sam got back to me and tried to accommodate our needs in a very professional way without pushing their services at all but giving me the right advice and the reasonable price quote. And then today we had Mike to get our requested job done. He was really professional, not only in his performance to replace the faucet with a new one but also finishing up his job through careful checking and even cleaning up! The job was finished so quickly and accurately, so I will definitely get back to Bayshore Plumbers for future jobs! Thanks, Sam & Mike!

I have been using Top Hat Plumbing since around 2003 when we had a barn put in with absolute satisfaction.  The prices and service are great and prompt.  Recently, to check things out, we got a quote from another plumber to replace a hot water tank that was leaking, then called in Russ with Top Hat Plumbing.  His price was significantly lower and the quality is exemplary.  Today, he finished another job for me.  This will be the only call I make from now on.

Excellent service! I can't' thank Talal and Moe enough for their responsive and professional competency. I called Expert Plumbing on a Wednesday morning before work about our leaking water heater. Talal called me back within 15 minutes and was able to stop by soon after to assess our situation. We had an old propane water heater located precariously in the attic. Talal walked me through all the options and estimated costs. We knew it was going to be a big project because we wanted to eliminate the attic option and install a new water heater into an outside workshop shed. Talal was able to schedule it for the very next day so we wouldn't have to be without hot water for very long. I was very grateful to not only have hot water but to get a new water heater installed a safe location by Thursday night. I will definitely call them again!

Easter day and both bathrooms clogged at our place. We called Steve by 3:30 and he gave us time that he will be there by 4:30, 4:32 - he was there! He looked at all possibilities to do it with minimal damage, including climbing up on the roof , sticked to the price he quoted on phone , and did great job and he was quick! I would totally recommend him.

Last week I had Pro Roto come out for what I thought was an emergent plumbing fix having just had a catastrophic mini flood when my sub-contractor sawed into one of our main kitchen lines - we had what I thought was just a quick patch job done at the time of the accident.  Obviously I know nothing about plumbing - and I called several plumbing companies asking for someone to do a real fix - Marco Acosta of pro-Roto called back and agreed to meet me early before normal working hours and save the day.  He was timely, professional and HONEST!  
After taking a look at the situation Marco could have pretty much told me anything and I would've signed on the dotted line- but alas HE TOLD ME ALL WAS GOOD AND DIDNT EVEN charge for the call.  PRO ROTO AND MARCO saved the day!!! And made my day

Called and spoke to Victor on Saturday morning due to my rentals sink that was backed up.  Victor said they had a few jobs ahead of me but would call when they were on their way.  Approx 2hrs later he called and said his worker was on his way.  The worker showed up and took care of the problem.  

Great communication by keeping me updated and his price was fair for a last minute Saturday call.  

I put his number in my save file.  Very impressed.  Thank you.

Update- Another leaky sink at our home (12/18).  Called Victor Saturday night and asked him if he come Sunday morning and put in a new faucet.  At first he said they couldn't then he said he would call me back and check to see if one of his guys could.  Called back in 5 minutes and said he would be over first thing in the morning.  They installed my new faucet with no problem.  Again great service and he did not leave us without a kitchen faucet for the weekend.  Thanks!!

9/23 - Now a broken water main.  Called Victor on Friday at about 3:30.  Victor sent Juan out who arrived at about 4:45.  The job was too big to start on Friday but Juan came at 8am Saturday morning.  By 11:00 he was done and did a great job.  I can say enough good things about Victors prompt service and Juans excellent work.  Thank you once again.  (BTW their price was excellent)

We will definitely call them for any future needs.

Yesterday I had a really last minute plumbing emergency because the other guys I went to previously, never called me back the day before (3 voicemails left). I decided to give Mr. Reliable a call, as I received a great response from them on a quote for drain clearing before on Yelp. I was able to get same day evening plumbing service, with a toilet change (tank cracked all the way to the bowl), and changing out the leaking hose and valve that connected the toilet to the wall. Karla also had me set up a backup appointment for today in case everything couldn't be done last night.

Karla's customer service on the phone was top notch, and she was so friendly and understanding of our emergency. We had Tony come out and he was also very nice and knew what he was doing, even offered an inspection underneath the house, but we deemed it was too dark to see anything at that time of night. Overall, 5 star service and support. I'd recommend them if you have an emergency like us, or just need to setup a regular appointment.

I used Tom &Scott's plumbing in 1998 for my kitchen remodel. Fast forward to December 2020 when my water heater went out on a Sunday (of course!) I left a message for Scott that day and got a call back at 8:00am the next morning. Cody arrived promptly at 11:00 on Monday and I had a new water heater by that afternoon. I love how patient and detailed Cody is in his work. So much so that my my mom decided to have her 26 yo water heater replaced by Cody before it leaked or left her without hot water. Today was another successful installation!! Thanks Cody!

Joksan was extremely professional, knowledgeable and reliable. We needed to replace a sink in our bathroom. I was quite nervous not to break the stone. Joksan came in time, did the work marvelously. I would highly recommend Joksan and creativity plumbing.

Been using Barnett for 20 years, since moving to Pleasanton/Dublin.  No idea how their prices compare because I'd never go anywhere else for plumbing needs.   They let you know when they are nearby and always show up on time.  All of the plumbers I've dealt with from Barnett have been courteous, professional and transparent with pricing.   Matt from Barnett did a job at our house today and he even fixed another small leak while here.  Highly recommended!

Had a water heater leak on me last week. Found Blossom Valley Plumbing on yelp and let me just tell you, these guys are great people and very professional. They were really flexible with my schedule and the prices were very reasonable. Highly recommended for all my future plumbing needs. Great company
