I called Mario when the rains started and my sump pump had forgotten how to work!  He was here within 2 hours, gave me a reasonable price for replacement and even offered me the choice of whether (a) I wanted to get the hardware myself for them to install or (b) whether I wanted them to take care of the whole thing. I decided to just let them both provide and install the pump. The entire job was done within the same day. I found them super reliable and efficient.

I had a clogged kitchen sink, and wasn't able to fix it myself so I found Plumbing Connection. They came when they said they would and even put on some booty's so they wouldn't mess up the floor. He cleaned up the place well, was polite and got the job done quick!

Will call again.

I needed a toilet replacement, and Chris's estimate was fast, and one of the best. He didn't mind all my messages about the new toilet's shipping progress, and scheduling the replacement. After the first replacement toilet arrived damaged, Chris removed the old one and disposed of it, and agreed to come back to install a new toilet.

More back-and-forth about shipping progress then he installed the new one, and it took as long as he estimated. He said to give the grout 8 hours to dry. Based on his experience, he warned that the flush lever might break, but he would come back to repair it.

I appreciated Chris's patience, and desire to finish the job, and he did an excellent installation.

I did not have to remove my $80,000.00 driveway, they trenched my water line right under it. I am a contractor and know good professionals when I see them and Trench Free is professional.

I had dropped my wedding ring in the washroom sink and could not get it out. The only way was to open the pipes below and get it out.  I request Abel to come and take a look (it was a free quote visit) He looked at it and smiled and then just took the ring out by quickly opening pipes. He also cleaned the pipes and made sure there was no leakage. Asked him, how much did I owe? He said Nothing  Wow, I could not believe it, He said it was a simple job and he won't charge for that.

He was on time, kept me posted about his visit and was prompt in his response as well.

Mike, Austin and team were fantastic!  Replied quickly, did me a favor by getting me in before Xmas which I really appreciated because my old toilet was leaking under the house. They installed a new toilet that was a bit of a pain and did a great job.  These guys are not about ripping you off like so many other plumbers out there. They are detail oriented professionals and nice guys on top of that.  I'm planning on using them for all my plumbing needs going forward.

Oscar was very kind and patient. He returned multiple times to make sure the work is done right. Sometime there are unexpected things happen, at least, they stood by their commitment to make things right again.

After multiple phone messages back and forth, Russ and I got to schedule a time that was convenient for me. Although he ran a few minutes late, which was ok with me, he kindly called me ahead of time and let me know he was running late. You can't blame a plumber running late cause he never really knows the difficulties and problems associated with customers plumbing projects. Nonetheless, Russ showed up, friendly and courteous, and after describing and showing him my issue, he offered a very in-expensive and quick solution. He gave me a quote right there on the spot and thirty minutes later, my problem was fixed. I was so worried I was going to have to rip out my whole fiberglass shower costing at least 10K. But Russ help me solve that problem with an alternative solution!

I would highly recommend this company. They were fast to come out and give a quote and Talal was knowledgeable and willing to research some of our out of the ordinary plumbing needs.

My kitchen sink was clogged, and sewer water has leaked to laundry room. I called Steve after 5pm today, and he promised will come between 6 and 7pm. He arrived around 6:30pm. He not only explained how things work but also fixed my sewer pipe blockage in about 1 hour. Excellent job, highly recommend him if you run into similar issue. Thanks!

We just used Pro Roto for he first time to un clog our shower drain. It was a very good experience - good service and a fair price. We really appreciated having a quote before they came out so we didn't have any surprises.

Victor was very rude over the phone and never showed up. He argued with us about how he wants to receive a text and about whether 7:30 pm was too late to arrive. Then he told us that he doesn't need our business. We've never had someone argue with us before when we were a potential client. That was just a strange waste of time!

We have a business in Concord where our kitchen faucet leaked to the point we had to shut the water off. Since it was our only drinking water source, we had to get it fixed immediately.

I called Letts Plumbing and they sent us a plumber quickly. I was told that his truck would have most common parts on it so the problem should be fixed on the same day.

We are pretty skeptical when hiring anyone for anything knowing that people don't even show up a lot of times. But the plumber not only showed up but also fixed 1 faucet, 1 sink and 1 toilet (on the verge of a problem) for only $147!

We are very happy and would definitely keep their number handy in case we have any plumbing issue at work again!

Mixed feeling. A small job should have been completed in 15 mins took 2 days and 300$+. I asked these folks over for their good reviews and I am not pleased by their service. They come over and present you a rate sheet in which there is no mention or relevance of the issue. It's starts at 300$.

I had to cycle through 2 technicians as first one did not know or have right equipment. A lot of frustration due to waiting either on the phone or waiting for technicians. Had to take a day off.

Anyhow.. gave them 3 stars because the finally did the work.

our sump pump failed during a storm.  Scott sent a crew over that day.  our pump was located under the house in crawl space.  John crawled through the mud and 2 inches of water to replace the pump.  He was covered from head to toe in mud.  That is responsiveness, effIciency, and a willingness to do what it takes to complete a job.

Been using Barnett for 20 years, since moving to Pleasanton/Dublin.  No idea how their prices compare because I'd never go anywhere else for plumbing needs.   They let you know when they are nearby and always show up on time.  All of the plumbers I've dealt with from Barnett have been courteous, professional and transparent with pricing.   Matt from Barnett did a job at our house today and he even fixed another small leak while here.  Highly recommended!

Mike and Doug from Blossom Valley Plumbing was super helpful and fixed a leaky riser leading to my lawn irrigation in a snap at a reasonable price as quoted.  Doug also took some feedback on the answering service very positively.  Overall, I can recommend Blossom Valley Plumbing!

These folks were fantastic! I had a broken air conditioner and they responded to my Yelp quote request in just a few minutes, even though I sent it after hours. It was really painless to schedule the visit

They came right on time and called ahead of time as requested. They diagnosed the issue in about 5 minutes, showed me the broken part, fixed it with parts in their truck in a few more minutes and had a very reasonable charge. They also replaced my air filter. A/C works great less than 30 minutes from when they rang the bell.

Very happy with them and would definitely use them again!
