Called the company and they were at at my home within an hour.  Provided great service and very reasonable price.  Two men that worked and replaced out water heater did a very good job. Charged us with exactly the amount they quoted over the phone. The job came out more complicated than usual and required more parts but still charged the same amount. They also used the best water heater brand - Bradford White.  Since we are very happy with the service, we gave them tip as soon as the job was completed.  We'll definitely recommend this company with friends and family

Chris helped us solve the clog issue and give us some more tips how to maintain the kitchen drain line also because of I forget to close gap downstairs , once the clog clear there is a lot of stuff in the drain gets spill out and Chris helps me clean it.

TrenchFree came out to install a new lateral back in September 2014. The lateral replaced was only from the house to curb since we couldn't afford to do the entire way to main sewer line. It involved going into the city streets.

Fast forward a year later, we are having back up problems again. We called TrenchFree yesterday 8/21/15 to have them come check out what the heck was going on and they came right away!  The two young gentlemen (wish I got their names) that came were very profession, polite and patient. They checked and ruled out nothing was wrong with their line, but the problem was coming from the unreplaced old clay pipes (curb to main sewer line). Roots are growing and causing blockage.  They didn't have their actual work truck because they came in a hurry in their boss's nice truck from a different job site, so they drove to Home Depot to rent a snake machine!  They cleared the line for us and didn't even charge. Wow...that's what I call customer service.  I work in the service industry and that's the type of things we talk about constantly... going the extra mile.

Thanks to them we have a little extra time to figure out next steps. We definitely will be calling them for an estimate ASAP. The first time Ernie came out to give us an estimate (camera the lines for free too) and he was awesome and explained everything in a way we understood, a huge reason why we chose TrenchFree in the first place!

Thank you to Abel for coming out and repairing our bad leaking shower. Your professional quick customer service was exceptional. By far my best experience with a plumbing company I've ever had. Thanks for also working with our budget to get it repaired. Will definitely be using and  recommending your company for all future plumbing repairs.

Andy Telez just completed a technical job installing a custom-designed sink drain line for a remodel job. Andy had to work in confined space and re-rout the drain line and water supply lines around new heater vent pipes.
Andy also configured and installed new drain lines for a double-sink vanity. The new vanity was larger than the old vanity so the old drain line connections would not work. Andy modified the back side of the vanity to allow drain-pipe access and finished the entire plumbing job in one day.

I have been using Top Hat Plumbing since around 2003 when we had a barn put in with absolute satisfaction.  The prices and service are great and prompt.  Recently, to check things out, we got a quote from another plumber to replace a hot water tank that was leaking, then called in Russ with Top Hat Plumbing.  His price was significantly lower and the quality is exemplary.  Today, he finished another job for me.  This will be the only call I make from now on.

I always check in with Yelp to find local services...and so glad I did.  After reading the AMAZING reviews for Expert Plumbing...I looked no farther! I spoke with Talal  Dakkak on the phone and he was very flexible with his schedule...at first my clog seemed minor...but it turned out to be a major job.

Talal (with his arsenal of plumbing equipment) was determined not leave until the problem was resolved. During this time, Talal explained what he was doing to remedy the problem. O! And the bonus? I actually learned a few things!

I was impressed with Talal 's professional manner, his expertise in plumbing and his friendly and accommodating manner...!. Talal presented me with a quote at the beginning of the job...and although the job turned out to be more serious...he held true to the quote. Unbelievably cool!

I came home from a long and stressful trip to find that the plunger knob in my bathroom tank didn't work.  I called a number of alleged 24/7 services, to find that nobody had any plumbers available this evening.  One outfit, Roto Rooter, told me that they could come over but that there would be an evening call charge of around $250 per hour, one hour minimum, plus parts.  Outrageous! I just lucked out and got this service right away, and the gentlemen -- Tony and an assistant, came over within around 45 minutes of my call.  They fixed my problem even though they didn't have the parts handy and had to go to the local Home Depot -- and charged way less than I had anticipated, certainly nowhere near what Roto Rooter quoted!  The gentlemen were also very polite, very helpful, showed me what was done, and I am absolutely delighted to have lucked into this service.  I would most highly recommend this outfit to anyone, especially anyone who is in a bind.  Thank you, Tony and assistant, and thank you 24 Hr Drain Pro Plumbing, for your work!

I broke the main water pipe going into our house (made the mistake of swinging a tool too close!!!) and had no idea what to do.  I called Pro Roto and they said someone would be out in about 1/2 hour.  Long story short, my husband was able to come home and shut off the water line, but the tech that was supposed to come out called me back after I cancelled just to make sure everything was ok, and he even offered to come over and turn the water off for free.  I was truly impressed with this kind of customer service, it's not very often that a business actually cares and will go out of their way to help.  So, I didn't end up needing a plumber, but the next time I do, I'm definitely calling Pro Roto Plumbing!  Thank you!

Fixed my toilet issue but didn't caulk the whole base. The toilet moves and Im not sure if there is a way to fix that though.

I have been a customer of toms plumbing for at least 20 years and would always have given 5-stars.  My recent experience I downgraded slightly because of their refusal to give me an itemized bill for the parts and labor.  In the past I never felt the need so never asked however this time the bill seemed excessive.  I had hoped for an explanation but received none.  To their benefit, they offered me a 10% reduction and I accepted it but still felt that I had paid too much.  They could have at least separated the parts from labor.

We used Creativity Plumbing services for inspection of a major leak in the bathroom pipeline. Jokson was very quick to respond - he thoroughly inspected the issue and found the root cause. He was very patient, professional and knowledgeable in his work.  He took his time to also patiently walk through the steps to fix this and also looked at other plumbing issues we had in the house and gave us a reasonable quote. We are planning to use this services for this and going forward.

Barnett Plumbing is top-notch and very dependable.  I've used their services various times and have never been disappointed.  Their plumbers are on-time, courteous, expert and work is done right.  Yesterday, Ron replaced my water heater and it was a tough job due to the location of it.  It took 4 hours but at the end, I have hot water again!!  If I need a plumber, I will call Barnett every time.  Thank you!

I called because my water heater is well over 10 years old and I felt it needed to be changed.  A group arrived from Blossom Valley Plumbing and carefully inspected the water heater.  I was pleasantly surprised to find that they felt it was a high quality unit that they felt was superior to the current heaters on the market.  Their advice was to hold off on changing it.
WOW - I DIDN'T EXPECT THIS AND WAS TOTALLY IMPRESSED THAT THEY RECOMMENDED THAT NO WORK BE DONE.

Raymond came out to give an estimate for replacing our furnace and a/c. Although we did not end up going with them this time, the whole team was professional, responsible and knowledgeable.
