Just saved us!  In the past three years we've had three plumbers! Finally today we got the right answer and proof with video!  We've had so many reasons and even completely wrong information on where the sewer line was!  

Mr. Khan from Plumbing Connection, a very courteous and knowledgeable guy btw,  has a camera that shows what's in the lines and a pipe detector that shows exactly where the pipes are.  There's no B.S-ing, no guessing, the proof's right there!

Chris did a great job helping to clear a blockage in our sewer line. He tried multiple solutions until one finally worked. We also had him install a two way clean out so we won't have issues in the future. His prices are reasonable and he is very helpful and responsive!

I called 3 companies to get estimates, and decided to go with Trenchfree.  They showed up the same day we called and installed a temporary water main.  We were able to keep our irrigation going while on vacation for the following week.  When we returned, they showed up promptly on the day we had agreed upon.  Their crew was friendly and did quality work.  By the end of the day they finished, and left our yard all cleaned up.  They even replanted some of the plants that they had to dig up.  Great service all around.

We just purchased a new kitchen under mount stainless steel sink and motion sensor faucet. Abel was able to immediate size the project and provide an estimate after careful review of what it entailed. There was a lot of reconnections to consider, including a relocation of garbage disposal and water filtration tank. He was very helpful and upfront of the total cost and labor it would take, leaving no surprises for us at the end. The work performed was completed timely and our sink/faucet looks and works beautifully! We are extremely happy with his work and professionalism that we are scheduling our new water heater install with him as well:) Thanks Abel!

Jacob and Alex were awesome!   We had a plumber from Roto Rooter who completely botched the job.   J&A were able to correct the problem, do things the right way, and were very efficient, clean and professional.  They clearly had the correct expertise and were also quite pleasant to deal with.  The estimate process was very fast and accurate as well.

After scheduling an appointment Javier and his brother showed up and did a fantastic job.  Very kind, hardworking and professional duo.  As with other home repairs, what seemed like a straightforward fix morphed into a larger project.  Still, fixed my clogged drain due to rusting, aging pipes.  They were able to give me a fair price with a short time frame.  I won't hesitate to call them again if I ever have plumbing problems.

Another 5-star experience with Pro Roto today! They are the plumber for my condo building but also help out the individual homeowners. Recently my low-flow toilet started running constantly and overfilling. I called to ask if one of their guys could stop by the next time they were on the property. To my surprise they offered to send someone out that same day. Oscar and Alex showed up right on time (to my chagrin I was a couple minutes late meeting them!) and  followed Covid protocol by wearing masks the whole time. They inspected the assembly inside the tank and quickly determined that it just needed to be adjusted, not replaced. Within 15 minutes they had everything sorted out and left without charging me! Oscar also gave me his card so that I can contact him directly if I have any further problems. Customer service doesn't get any better than that! Called Victor at 10pm on Memorial day weekend and got a call back within 30min. We were expecting guests the next day in the afternoon and therefore the problem had to be fixed quickly. Victor came at 8am next morning and in 30min fixed the problem and gave 1 month warranty for his work. Very competitive rate and if I decide to replace the plumbing later the cleanup charge will be applied against re-piping payment. I'm very satisfied with the quality, promptness and cost of the service Victor provided.

Excellent work installing our new dishwasher! Plumber was on-time, price was as quoted. Shane and company have done much work for us in the past including a recent major main sewage line in the street that our cable had cut causing unknown / un identified backups for years. The cable company finally admitted to it once Letts cut into the pavement and showed them the cut.  No poop in the front yard anymore!!!

The service technician visited my house, told he could do the work and the administrative assistant confirmed that he could do the work.  I never received the quote and was told that he needed to come again to provide the formal quote.  After multiple emails and rescheduled appointments they just stopped responding.  Definitely not reliable.

Scott was on time and very professional and knowledgeable. He patiently listened to my explanation of the situation I was having after replacing a Hansgrohe shower control cartridge and housing, and solved the problem quickly.

The details: I replaced an old Thermobalance I cartridge and housing with a new one. But then I wasn't getting hot water and I couldn't figure out why. I thought I had tried everything taking it on and off testing this and that and couldn't figure out what the problem was, and decided I needed a pro, maybe it was something more serious?

Apparently there was some orientation issue with the hot/cold spring loaded control mechanism on the end of the cartridge handle that was not working the way it was supposed to work because I didn't put it back on correctly! It was not apparent to me that there was more than one way it should go back on, it just spun around 360 degrees so how could it be wrong?!? It looked pretty straight forward to put back on, how could that be the issue?!?

I don't know how the valve control got pointed the wrong way, but Scott immediately figured that out, putting it back together correctly and then we had normal hot/cold temp/pressure. I felt foolish that I couldn't figure that simple part out, but the previous Plumber we had out couldn't figure that out either, and he wanted $1500 to put in a new shower valve!

When I heard that I suggested we get a second opinion. It was well worth paying the service call to get a lesson in control handle orientation, than paying all that money for a new valve. I thank the Plumbing Gallery in San Jose where I bought the Hansgrohe replacement parts, for providing me with Scott's number.

I also appreciated that Scott provided some advice on how to deal with a couple other plumbing related issues.

We took his card so we knew where to call in the future for any plumbing related issues.

I can't say enough good about Mark and his crew. They are prompt, courteous, professional and fair. They know what they're talking about and do what they are asked to do. I am in the remodeling business and I have seen plenty of people who claim to be plumbers but end up not having the depth of knowledge necessary to solve the problem in the best way. Mark and his crew have that knowledge. And when they don't, they know how to find the answer. I have had Mark work on my own house and rental and I refer him to friends and business associates. And, on top of it all, he was referred to me by one of the most particular contractors I know, which says a lot since this contractor has impeccably high standards. Highly recommended!

I found out about IRBIS through Yelp after deciding to replace our old furnace and air ducts. I am very impressed with how they professionally sweat through the little details and how they deal with larger ones that arose.

From respectfully donning masks and shoe covers, I could sense a respect for the customer. I love how they intelligently used technology eg. by sending a smiling photo of the very technician about to arrive for the day.

When a miscommunication arose (they unknowingly texted to my landline), they apologized and rectified the situation to my satisfaction. When I had a quirky request to keep the furnace fan speed low, they did not say it couldn't be done but instead listened and problem-solved.

The technicians were hardworking and to this layperson's eyes, very competent. They left our basement cleaner than before! I enjoyed hearing how they have friendly internal contests to be the best installation team of the month, showing a spirit of always trying to improve.

No service provider is perfect but I wished more of them could be like IRBIS
