Today my sink got suddenly clogged. After running the garbage disposal and after seeing the water not going down and the pipes underneath the sink leaking, I knew right away that something was not right.

I didn't think twice in calling Mario's plumbing as this is my second time using them. Where should I start first....

One of Mario's employee showed up on time, with a mask on and with his boots covered since we have carpet.

After diagnosing the sink situation , it took him no time to figure out what the problem was. After fixing the clogged sink in only 20 minutes , he spot on another problem with a rusted pipe, hence the leak. He fixed the leaking pipe in literally only 5 minutes and left with a big smile on his face for being able to help me.

All I want to say is that Mario's plumbing definitely has them all... professionalism, high customer service, integrity and respect.

( In the hope that nothing else will break in the house)....  I will definitely use Mario's plumbing services again !!

This is my second time calling B. Khan. The last time was over 2 years ago. Our garage sink stopped draining as it regularly does and worst of all, water from the kitchen sink would drain out into the garage sink instead. Dishes and laundry were on hold for a few days. So I looked for Khan's contact and found that he had started his own business(previously he was with Plumbing Connection and now his own entity is FREMONT Pluming Connection). Anyway when it comes to your home you want to call someone who's trustworthy and most important of all gets the job done. Khan and team snaked our drain and were in and out in about 30 mins. and I'm happy to report that my garage and kitchen pipes are draining smoothly again. Very fast and professional. Replaced two toilets at my house. Was on time, Great communication, and the work was done well at a very competitive rate. Definitely recommended.

I've hired these guys twice. They are great. As some of the other reviewers mentioned, they don't seem very stressed by situations that other people think are difficult. They show up, they write an estimate, they do the work, they stick to their estimate, and they make it look easy. I had two disasters, both on old properties with old clay pipes in difficult settings. They didn't blink at either one.  There's not much worse than having sewage bubbling up in the yard. They make it all better. What more could you possibly want?

Abel is very knowledgable and accommodating. He does a thorough and clean job. His staff is efficient and professional. They did a great job changing our softener and doing some of the crawl space plumbing.

Mike and the team completed a house re-pipe job.  We have a 1939 house in Willow Glen with plenty of galvanized pipe going all the way out to the city water main.  They completed the job efficiently and at a competitive price.  I highly recommend these guys and plan to work with them again on some other plumbing upgrades.

We have worked with Bayshore Plumbers over the past 4-5 years and have found them responsive and punctual, professionally personable, experienced and skilled. Bayshore Plumbers staff including, their Dispatcher Marin, have always attentively listened to any problem or concern presented and have been able to schedule an appointment with one of their technicians without delay. Technicians have arrived at the time of the scheduled appointment and have worked diligently and efficiently to fix our plumbing problems. Their technician Jose Zavala has been terrific over the past week while fixing problems with our washing machine, rebuilding our kitchen sink plumbing and installing a new garbage disposal unit. We couldn't recommend this company and technician more highly.

We were in the process of moving so our schedule was less flexible than normal and Russ was willing to work with us on a time to work up an estimate.  The job was to install a larger gas line to the back unit of a duplex and add some branches for new and future gas appliances.  When here to make up the estimate he was great at brainstorming to determine the best route for the pipe to fit our budget and also make the finished job look great.  The bid was absolutely fair and he never asked for more. He always started on time, put in a full day and cleaned up.  He originally stated that he would be done by Friday and ended up being done on early Wednesday afternoon.  We have had no issues with the work and would absolutely call Russ again.

Best customer service experience I've had in a long time.   Talal was helpful on the phone when scheduling the appointment, taking the time to assess my problem and letting me know how to be prepared for the appointment.  Mo came out here and explained everything to me in a way that was clear and understandable- I have a whole new appreciation for my garbage disposal and dishwasher, thanks to the education he provided.  He was courteous, thorough, outstanding.  When I needed a follow up visit on an tangentially related issue, they didn't even charge me for the 75 minutes they spent addressing it.  Thank you, Mo and Talal.

Another well advertised emergency plumber just couldn't take on my clogged sewer issue on Sunday afternoon, but thankfully Mr Kim was available and got the job done. Mr Kim got to the job on time, kept good communication, provided a good up front quote, and resolved our problem.

We were having a sewer line backup so I called Pro Roto based on their reviews. I called and got Isaac, and after describing the problem, he told me that I could just call the Burlingame city public works emergency line and they'd take care of it for free. An hour later someone from the city was at my house, roto rootered the clog out, and cleaned up the spillover. Thank you to Isaac and Pro Roto for being such an honest company! I will definitely call them if we ever have any other plumbing issues.

Lett's Plumbing lives up to the hype!!

Sheldon was dispatched on New Year's Eve to repair a broken faucet diverter and the broken copper pipe feeding it. Sheldon was prompt, polite and obviously experienced. All repairs were completed in less than an hour, cleaned up and ready for use. A true professional!

We had Anthony come and look at our condensate pump on our AC.  He was extremely polite, professional, and knowledgeable. Everything was fixed and cleaned in short amount of time.  We will definitely be calling Mr Reliable for future plumbing and HVAC needs.

Melissa returned my phone call today Dec 30th at 8:15 am. Scott was here by 9:00 am. Fixed the toilet in under an hour. I could not be more pleased.  Good plumbers are hard to find. Scott is a great plumber. My dear neighbor told me to call this company and I am very thankful that I did.

The best plumber I ever had. Quick response, on time, honest, conscientious,  skilled, reasonable charges, goes the extra mile. Highly recommended.

Late review but had a technician come out to look at a few items.  They provided an estimate for my bath/shower project but shared that I might be able to fix it myself if I'm handy and told me the other two projects weren't necessary and shared easy fixes.  

I ended up being able to fix my bath/shower myself but almost made things worse.  It took an entire day for me to replace the positemp water valve.  After the time and stress, I wished I would have just gave Barnett the business.  Will definitely give them my business next time.

I just found this company from a friend that recommended them to me. I'm so happy I called them and they came to my home and met me there, ( I had to leave work and explained that to them ) and I was back at work by 1 PM. They did the job and cleaned up the mess all within 1 1/2 hours. I will defiantly use this company again.

Travis and Stephen are tremendously professional,  quick, and hardworking! Really appreciate their work on installing ac and furnace!
