A clogged toilet is about the worst problem you can have when it comes to plumbing. OK, maybe not the worst, but it certainly ranks up there on the list.

When my toilet clogged last night, I tried over and over to clear it with a plunger, but had no success. After I tried again a few times this morning, I conceded defeat and called to schedule a time for the plumber to fix it.

When Khan arrived, wouldn't you know it, the toilet flushed without any problems. And, it flushed over and over without any problems. (Side note: I felt like it was intentionally taunting me. Seriously, you pick *now* to decide to work?)

Anyway, I was concerned that I'd now be on the hook for the cost of the service call even though the problem was fixed and no work was done. I was delighted when Khan said that there would be no charge. This is the second time I've used this company. I would love to have no plumbing problems ever again, but if I do, I'll be calling them again.

We had the kitchen sink clogged and found Pure Flow Plumbing through Yelp, Chris replied instantly and provided a very resonable flat fee. We made an appointment and Chris arrived on time. We are living in a townhouse, and it is not easy to fix the clog issue. Chris had to do the snake multiple times. The quality of work is excellent, and the kitchen sink drains perfectly after the fix. Chris also gave us advices on how to maintain the sink to avoid clogging the drain in the future. Highly recommend Pure Flow Plumbing to everyone who needs the plumbing service.

I needed to replace the sewer line in front of the house and these guys were terrific to work with! So great they didn't need to tear up all my landscaping! They thoroughly explained the process, were conscientious in their work, cleaned up the area each day and answered all my questions. They made sure that the irrigation and electrical system were in working order and even came back to remove all the PG&E markings on the pavement. The entire team (on sight and in the office) were very responsive and so nice to work with; can't say enough good things! Thank you TrenchFree..!

Our disposal broke and our sink started leaking. I jumped on Yelp for help and Abel at Best Bay Plumbing immediately responded - at 9:30pm. We set up an appointment, and technicians showed up the next day at a reasonable time, communicating with me all the while. The two technicians who arrived, Eddie and Sergio, quickly assessed the issue and offered a complete quote (part+labor and no surprises). I felt at ease with their expertise and guidance, answering every question thoroughly. Then we threw them a massive curve ball: we asked for more projects to be completed (replace two old toilets and fix a leaky shower). I assumed we'd have to book another appointment but they took it on same day! They left to get parts, and returned quickly and finished the job in record time. WOW!? These guys have the skills, customer service, adaptability, and hustle. I'm glad that I found a reliable plumber and would definitely call them again without any hesitation. THANK YOU!

Once again Bayshore Plumbers resolved a crisis. They came earlier than scheduled (after calling first) to diagnose a failed sump pump that had partially flooded a basement. They promptly removed the standing water in the sump, figured out the problem, corrected it so it will not occur again, cleaned up, and charged me only for the base diagnostic service.

I have used Bayshore Plumbers for quite a few years now, for major jobs (like completely re-doing our sewer line to the street with three new cutouts and cleaning up a biohazard mess in the crawl space) and minor ones (like unplugging a toilet) alike. Their crew are expert and friendly, and they do quality work at an extremely fair price.

This plumber is really good.  I usually read reviews, not write them.  We needed a new kitchen faucet, a disposal installation and a handle on a hose bib.  Russ is very good at his job.  Having owned a business in the past, a business needing quite a lot of plumbing work, I really appreciate a plumber who will arrive on time, do the job in a quick, efficient manner, and not have to be called back for leaks afterwards.  I would definitely call Top Hat Plumbing in the future if needed.  Russ even brings a mat to do his work on so you do not need to spend time cleaning up scuff marks.  Very neat!  Highly recommend him!

I found Talal through Yelp.  He came out to look at my plumbing problems. He said both the kitchen and bathroom faucets needed to be replaced, I agreed with this assessment.  But I was stunned when his estimate to replace them was $1000. He was polite and professional but I think his rates are way too high.

Mr. Kim was prompt to my service call and fast to fix it! He came out to my condo at 10:30pm, an hour after I called him. Our toilet was backed up because of a small plastic bottle that got flushed down the toilet. He stayed awhile after he was able to retrieve the bottle from the piping to double and triple make sure that things were working fine by making multiple flushes with wads of toilet paper. It was nice that he stayed to really check to make sure everything would flush fine. Again, he was so responsive and fast! (I did call 2 other plumbing companies  beforehand and they were booked until late the next day. So Mr. Kim really saved our night and now I know to call him FIRST!) My shower handle cartridge broke late in the evening and I called Pro Roto. Isaac got right back  to back to me to explain my options. He was able to come first thing in the morning and fix it no problem. I highly recommend Isaac and Pro Roto.

Great service by Victor earlier this afternoon. He was my 5th or 6th point of contact as i was trying to deal with plumbing emergency at my rental property. He responded immediately and arrived to the house within 20 minutes or sooner: Yes, it was that quick! He was very efficient and knowledgeable: he explained the problem, suggested a solution. Specifically he pointed out the need for city approved clean out. Great service!

I called Letts after seeing rave reviews on a local FB page. Our water heater was broken. The very competent plumber arrived within an hour of my call, and we had hot water again soon thereafter. The price was reasonable, especially for such quick service. I highly recommend Letts Plumbing!

Yesterday I had a really last minute plumbing emergency because the other guys I went to previously, never called me back the day before (3 voicemails left). I decided to give Mr. Reliable a call, as I received a great response from them on a quote for drain clearing before on Yelp. I was able to get same day evening plumbing service, with a toilet change (tank cracked all the way to the bowl), and changing out the leaking hose and valve that connected the toilet to the wall. Karla also had me set up a backup appointment for today in case everything couldn't be done last night.

Karla's customer service on the phone was top notch, and she was so friendly and understanding of our emergency. We had Tony come out and he was also very nice and knew what he was doing, even offered an inspection underneath the house, but we deemed it was too dark to see anything at that time of night. Overall, 5 star service and support. I'd recommend them if you have an emergency like us, or just need to setup a regular appointment.

our sump pump failed during a storm.  Scott sent a crew over that day.  our pump was located under the house in crawl space.  John crawled through the mud and 2 inches of water to replace the pump.  He was covered from head to toe in mud.  That is responsiveness, effIciency, and a willingness to do what it takes to complete a job.

Very helpful and solid fix! Clear the bathhub clearly! I will definitely come back if there is other issues!

Our hot water ran out yesterday morning and we called several places w/o any luck.  Most couldn't have a tech here until the next day or the day after.  One place told us to call a bigger company so that they have more availability, especially with parts.
I've seen Barnett Plumbing's trucks drive around livermore and I noticed they have amazing reviews on Yelp.  I gather they're not the the cheapest, nor the most expensive, so they're somewhere in the middle.  We gave them a call this morning and they had a technician here within 45 minutes.

Jesse T was our tech and he was fantastic.  He called when he was on his way.  He was very honest and upfront.  He said he could try to repair the box on our heater, but we would pay the per hour charge and he would have go around and look for the particular unit.  In the end, we decided to replace it since our heater is 12 years old and we just moved in to our home 4 months ago.  

He gave us 3 package options and we chose the one with a 6 year warranty on the heater and 6 year warranty on labor.  Again, they're not the cheapest, but their work is guaranteed and they finished within 3 hours.  Jesse did a walkthrough with us when he was done.  We felt that this was simple, honest, straightforward.....no gimmicks and we didn't feel like they were upselling.

Overall, I highly recommend and the next time we need anything, we will go to Barnett's again.

I called because my water heater is well over 10 years old and I felt it needed to be changed.  A group arrived from Blossom Valley Plumbing and carefully inspected the water heater.  I was pleasantly surprised to find that they felt it was a high quality unit that they felt was superior to the current heaters on the market.  Their advice was to hold off on changing it.
WOW - I DIDN'T EXPECT THIS AND WAS TOTALLY IMPRESSED THAT THEY RECOMMENDED THAT NO WORK BE DONE.
I WILL DEFINITELY CALL THEM BACK FOR ALL MY FUTURE PLUMBING NEEDS!
IT IS NICE TO FIND ETHICAL PEOPLE IN THIS WORLD.

We got 5 different quotes before choosing IRBIS. They were all in the same range but Raymond gave us a detailed quote and explained exactly what they would do. The day of installation Jesus and Marcos were complete in one day and did a very professional job. They were very polite and left everything as clean as when they arrived. We are very happy with our AC.
