Aaron's Plumbing & Rooter

Water heater at my rental property failed in the middle of winter, and Aaron's Plumbing sent Arizona out to take a look. Arizona was helpful and suggested that my water heater has aged out of warranty and a diagnose and fix might be able to extend the life of the water heater, but I'm looking at probably more out-of-pocket down the line and probably won't be cost efficient.

He quoted me 5500-6000 range to change a 50 gallon, power vent system, which I was told to be more expensive (about 2x the cost of regular water heater tanks). I was having a bit of a sticker shock, because I had not anticipated the cost to get so high. He was able to cut it down to 5000 if I get it done immediately since he doesn't have to come back out to do it.

After some consideration, I looked online to see comparisons for a power vent systems and a high end system would cost more than $2000 online, so I'm guessing after retail costs, transportation, and taxes, I'm probably looking at 2500 at the least, for just the heater. I'd probably be paying around 1-2k for labor and warranty, which I thought, given how quickly it was turned around. Yes, the cost was at a premium, but I've paid for happy tenants, and a load off my mind.

Aaron and Steve also came out to help during the install. There were some adjustments to be made but it looked like a good install so far.

My water softener doesn't work. Aaron's plumbing & rooter helping me to replace the new one with the reasonable price and great service, and it works great! Also they double check to make sure everything ok before they leave. I would recommend Aaron's plumbing & rooter to anything plumbing needs

Aaron and his team at a professional and know what they are doing. They offer superior service from any other plumber that I've ever met. They came in they diagnosed the issue made a great recommendation for my water heater and long and behold now we have a great tankless water heater installed that is going to save me money. I have very mixed feedback on Aaron's Plumbing.

First let me describe the job. I needed someone to replace a battery backup pump in a manhole on the side of my yard. The job is to cut the pipe, disconnect the wires and remove the old pump. Then glut in the new pump, attach the wires, and install the float.

They were fast to respond and send someone out to give me an estimate. But they clearly did not want the job. The person who came out did not know enough about the job. He called his boss. They talked for 5 minutes. Then told me $4500.

Are you kidding?!

We were noticing a musty smell in the kitchen, but couldn't locate the source. We thought it was the dishwasher. Turns out it was a cracked pipe in the wall. They came out multiple times to diagnose, get the water off and situated, and replaced the pipe, giving us clear options and timetables. Got the pipe sorted and came out again to deal with the drywalling and stucco. Fabulous job, and if we have any further plumbing issues, I know who we will be calling first.

I used the project feature for the first time in yelp and was sent Aaron's as a referral. They responded quickly on a Friday night during a holiday weekend. I was given a 10-12 service window for the next morning! Technician arrived promptly at 10am assessed the situation and described the situation in detail for me. I don't know much about pipes and plumbing and the technician answered all my questions. Gave me an estimate before starting project. Cleared my drain clog in about an hour. Price was comparable to other estimates I was given. $250 to snake and clear drain, checked pipes under house for any leaks or external corrosion. Happy job was done quickly and cleanly.

My old house was built in 1970's. The sewer line cleanout was buried underground.

I got estimation from multiple plumbers. Arizona form Aaron's Plumbing is friendly and honest and best plumber I have ever meet. He gave me multiple estimate for each situations. It requires City permit and he get it done in a day! Some plumber said it takes 6 months to get permit...

Job is so quick they get done in 3 days include city inspection.

Our sewer pipe was corroded and leaked into our flooded our basement. We called Aaron's Plumbing and they came with a couple hours to assess and started work immediately.
They were able to replace the pipe and also cleaned out the basement and crawl space areas affected.
They were responsive, timely, professional and the quality of their service was excellent.

Wow! What amazing and prompt service! We discovered a leak in the ceiling and in under 24 hours a very kind gentleman arrived and fixed the issue. Why can't all home repairs be this simple and the service be this great? Highly recommend!

Stephen did an excellent job unclogging a tricky downspout clog using hydro jetting. He did a thorough job inspecting all the exterior drains all the way to the curb exit.

Came home at 6 to find the toilets were backed up. Called and Aaron's sent Stephen out. Long story short Stephen got the job done fast and my house is draining properly now. Even with the after hour fee it was still reasonable. Will work with again in the future when issues arise.

Aaron worked as lead contractor for a major bathroom remodel and plumbing repairs throughout our home. We became acutely aware of the fact that our problem with several leaks was a major one when an ugly stain appeared on the downstairs ceiling of our dining room. We chose Aaron's Plumbing and Rooter, after receiving several estimates on the repairs, because he was well-connected with other construction workers affiliated with his business who were able to accomplish the entire scope of the necessary work beyond plumbing (like replacing walls and floors, damaged by several long-term hidden leaks). His own workers were amazing! Reliable, knowledgeable, friendly and completely cooperative. A few small problems arose with the sub-contractor (not unusual with a big job). What was unusual was the level of responsibility Aaron accepted when addressing the problems. His response was immediate. Anything we were not entirely happy with was resolved, immediately. In the end, we were highly satisfied with the work, and especially with Aaron as an individual and Aaron's Plumbing & Rooter as a company. We ended up hiring them to work on several other areas of the house, because we trust him, as a person, an expert in his field and a business owner. Excellent customer service! Aaron the owner is very honest and cares about customer satisfaction. I initially had a not so pleasant experience with one of his workers for a toilet installation. However during the job Aaron was incredibly responsive over the phone and he helped me and the worker resolve our issues. To go above and beyond, when he asked me how my experience went after the job was done, I told him about my honest perspective which was mixed. He wanted to make sure I was completely satisfied so he made additional efforts to make things better the next day (such as stopping by to make sure the toilet was perfect). I recommend Aaron to anyone looking for a great plumbing company.

Just moved into a new house and the washing machine draining into the utility sink was backing up out of the kitchen. Stephen was scheduled the same afternoon, was right on time, and got the work done quickly and successfully. He even spent the effort to check underneath the house to make sure my existing drain pipes would not be damaged by snaking and took some videos so I can reference them in the future.

It ended up taking a couple attempts to get the blockage pushed through and Stephen was great with answering all my questions during and after.

I rarely write reviews, but I decide to share my experience with all homeowners who struggled to find a good plumber.
We had an issue with bathroom sink: at first water would drain off very slowly but eventually it became completely blocked and unusable. It was definitely adding a lot of inconvenience in daily life and we were desperately looking for plumbers to help fixing the problem. At beginning we had a couple of recommended plumbers from our friends to drop by and took a look, but it was not until the third plumber who declared failure again that we realized that how serious the issue is. We also realized that maybe each unsuccessful attempt had made things even worse. We were left with a completely non-working bathroom and each plumber giving higher and higher quotes to fix them.
Not holding too much hope, we called Aaron's and Alex the technician came onsite to take a look. After listening to our story, he did a careful examination and wrote up a report with different options. We chose one of the options, and Alex and his team started the job the next day. They came in a well-equipped van, so all kinds of equipments and machines were readily accessible if needed. They went under the house to get an idea of the whole piping system before they started the project (they were the only team who did this, among all plumbers we used!). Two people worked for three hours and what came out of the hydrojet were a big tank of orange/yellowish water, that was caused by the corrosion of pipes over the years.
Needless to say, they fixed the problem and we had a fully functioning bathroom again! We couldn't be more thrilled by the result! The charge was also very reasonable compared to a lot of other skyrocketing quotes we had been hearing. We were really happy with their service, and would like to recommend them!

I though I had posted this in April of 2021.  I had a small outdoor plumbing issue, contacted them, with photos, and they were able to be here with the labor and the solution, almost before anyone else had even replied to my yelp request.

We hired Aaron's for a Flec SXT5600 water softener installation. Everything went absolutely awesome and the price was very competitive! He even got the salt for us and gave us some good tips. We programmed the water softener ourselves, but this was easy to follow from a video on YouTube.

Another company didn't know much about water softener installations and tried to charge us 8x what Aaron's was asking for. They wanted to pull 3x 45ft extra pipes and the design and labor charge was just insane.

5 Stars for Aaron's! Gotta go with someone that knows what they're doing!

Stephen did an awesome job replacing our toilet, quickly and efficiently.  The office was very responsive to our urgent request and fit us in as quickly as possible.  The prices were reasonable and the quality of work was exceptional.  Thank you for coming to our rescue, yet again!

We wanted to increase our existing hot water capacity and asked for quotes of various solutions from a few highly rated companies. Alex from Aaron's Plumbing & Rooter came. Of the different companies, he was the only one who actually crawled into the crawl space and attic to check out everything before giving us the recommendation and quote.  Their quote was not the lowest but we felt they had done the most due diligence and had built our trust with their attitude and professionalism.  

Alex and Steve installed a tankless water heater to supplement our existing water heater tank.  The job was professionally and beautifully done and works great!

After installing the tankless water heater, we asked Alex to inspect the crawl space for any leaks.  Alex found 5 leaks, fixed them and installed a 2-way clean out for easy diagnose in case we have problems in the future. They also fixed some other issues and pointed out things we need to take precaution for the future.

All in all, we were extremely impressed with the thoroughness and quality of their work.  They were also timely, and explained things really well.  I would highly recommend Alex and Aaron Plumbing to anyone!

Mike did an awesome job of replacing the drains. He was nice enough to workaround my schedule and worked Saturday so can't ask for more.

Alex C arrived within 30min after a phone confirmation. He was very clear and knew exactly what to do for a leak under the kitchen sink.  Changed all piping to ABS and secured the connections. Work done looks clean and professional. He tested and made sure everything was good. He also fixed a bathroom sink faucet (he picked  a couple out from Depot and texted me and I chose one) he had this done as well with no issues. Overall I am very happy and would have no problem calling this company back for other work.

I had clogged pipes in two places. I called Aaron's Plumbing &Rooter and they came right out and fixed it. Alex was very friendly and polite  and very easy to work with. He was also very knowledgeable! He is an asset to the company!

We are very happy with the work Aaron's plumbing and Rooter did on our house. We had all the water pipes, the main water line, and our water heater replaced as well as a new water conditioner system installed.  Not only did they have the best estimate among the companies we talked to but they got the work done quickly. They were also the only company we talked to who was able to tunnel under our driveway to replace the main water line instead of having to dig a trench next to our driveway or dig up our driveway. Late one afternoon last week I noticed the pressure relief valve on the water heater was stuck open and there was also water at the base of the heater.
I shut things down and called Aaron's Plumbing that evening.
Aaron was there the next morning to scope things out and back in the afternoon to do the repairs.
He installed a new water heater and pressure relief valve to the house. The old pressure relief valve had failed and the subsequent pressure at the house was huge.

Stephen quoted me $9000.
I had an emergency because there was a sewage pipe leak. That would have cost me $1500 as i have a crawl space. I asked how much it would cost to change my copper piping as Stephen recorded the poor craftsmanship of the sharkbyte connections. As i asked him what it would cost to get my whole system to work correctly especially the water pressure and the tankless heater to recirculate. He quoted me $9000 without measuring the copper pipe/pex hoses. He said it cost the same. I question the material price but oh well.  Anyways, i paid $9000 for the same water pressure. He said that there is sediments in my system because of the water. He said i should change all my fixtures(faucet, shower heads). I have 1 kitchen sink, 2 shower heads and 2 sinks. I gave up working with them and looking for a good honest plumber to address the water pressure.

Let alone, Aaron went and ask to up charge me with another quote to add the recirculating pipe while i was on an important zoom meeting. Thank goodness Stephen talked to him and apologize as he didn't know Aaron was going to do that. Communication between them was horrible let alone interrupting me while working.

After discovering a water leak, we were able to reach Aaron plumbing late in the night to get an emergency appointment for the next day on a short notice. Michael and his team did a very good job of replacing our leaking pipe which was not an easy job given the complexity of our old pipes and tight crawling space. They also promptly followed up the next day to finish the pending tasks. Would definitely recommend Aaron plumbing and Michael.

Aaron's Plumbing and Rooter responded very quickly to my request for services through Yelp. After assessing the problem Roy, the Technician, was able to provide a quote with a detailed explanation of the work that needed to be done. With a quick call to their office, I was able to schedule the services and have them start the following day. The work (sewer pipes replacement) was completed in 3 days and in accordance to the quoted amount. Aaron, the owner, was directly involved in the work. He and his crew were always very polite and did their best to finish the repairs efficiently and without delay.

To wake up to water on the floor is a nightmare. I called, set up a time and they came in and handled things right away. Timely, polite, professional and pricey.

The plumber showed up on time, and was very polite and professional. As I was unable to get a quote over the phone, I was told the price when the plumber arrived. I ended up paying $500 for 1 faucet installation. He very quickly removed the old leaky faucet and installed our new Delta faucet. The entire process took a little over an hour. He even disposed of the old faucet and water filter for us.

For starters, I would like to say that I am extremely glad that I decided to contact Aaron's Plumbing & Rooter. I was having an issue with water backing up in the kitchen sink, which was overflowing to the garage, causing a slight flood. I made the call, expecting them to tell me that I would have an appointment sometime next week; however, they informed me that they could have someone show up to my house within the hour.

I was fortunate to have Roy arrive in a timely manner. Not only that, but he was also very friendly and had a great amount of knowledge as to what the issue was, and how it needed to be resolved. After Roy had fixed the problem, he cleaned up after himself and was on his way.

After getting six different quotes, we chose Aaron Plumbing, and we were delighted with the experience and service for our new tankless water heater. We started our search with the outsourced vendors:  Water Heaters Only, Sears, and Home Depot, and besides the outrageous quotes, did not like dealing with a salesperson, so removed from the actual purpose. Sunday night our kitchen faucet started flooding the cabinet under the sink. Lucky us, we could stop the water flow but we are using the kitchen sink probably 20 times a day, so this qualifies as an emergency.
Through Yelp, I asked plumbers for a response and got an answer from Aaron's within 5 minutes on a Sunday evening! Great first impression. When I called Monday morning, I was given a 2 hour window for the same afternoon for a technician to come to our house. He was here right at the beginning of the 2h window. Another big +, being on time not wasting the customer's time. He found the problem within about 2 minutes, so he was competent. The solution was a bit more complicated. While it was only a hose that was damaged, the model was more than 20 years old and we could not get a spare part, so we decided to go with a new faucet. Michael bought the new faucet and installed it right away.
My wife is really happy and if my wife is happy, so am I :)

Had  a clogged kitchen sink late on night before Memorial Day. Aaron came promptly at 9 AM, gave me the 9-10 timeline. I was afraid I might need to replace it but Aaron saw no need, he investigated the leak and alas, water heater is working like new, leak free. Very friendly, timely and overall, honest. Highly recommended.

I was dealing with what was an emergency situation for a client whose Gas Stove/range was not working.

Firstly, Aaron was reachable on the phone  vs others that we called and got voicemails. While Aaron, on account of our last minute call and his schedule couldn't come until couple of days later, he asked a series of diagnostic questions on the phone and determined the probable cause. We shared that with another contractor that was working on the site who had not been able to diagnose the issue and it turned out that the probable Aaron had diagnosed was spot on.

While we didn't get a chance to directly work with Aaron, the way he handled the call, the confidence and knowledge he demonstrated and the confidence he gave us encouraged me to post this review. I will definitely have Aaron in mind next time I/my clients need the services he offers.

Aaron replaced the last remaining galvanized pipes under our house.  It was the connections from the kitchen sink and laundry to the ABS line.  Aaron came to the house (on time!) and did a full assessment, going under the house and taking photos of what needed to be replaced and how to make it more efficient.  He gave us a reasonable quote in comparison to a prior quote received.  He was able to do the work in one day.  Aaron took photos of the finished work under the house.  He did a neat job with the sheetrock removal & replacement.  And passed final permit inspection.  Aaron's work is impeccable and his prices reasonable.
