Just finished getting our water softener replaced by AHWA.  Wow, impressed with the fact that a simple phone call yesterday with an explanation of the different models and what best fit our needs was all it took.  They said they would call this morning to schedule an installation time and Gerardo was right on time.  Did a great job and totally cleaned up the area.  Super nice kid.  

It's nice doing business with a simple company that understands customer service.

We had used Aqua Science in the past and they are a complete rip off!!  I will most likely need a new AC/Heater next year.  AHWA will be the fist place I call for an estimate.

we decided that with a 16 year old unit on the roof and the concern over availability during the phoenix summer if my a/c should conk out, it was time to start shopping for a replacement.  after reading the reviews and getting some quotes my first instinct was spot on.  don't bother dealing with the used car strategy that some of these other business' use.  1st choice came in with a good number without playing games and delivers an excellent customer experience as well as a quality product.  kept us in the loop and on time with a solid install job.  would highly recommend .

I needed a diagnosis and repair on the blower on my HVAC system.  Boldt HVAC was great.  They were able to send out a technician 30 minutes after I called and he was able to diagnose and repair the problem quickly.  This is why I prefer the Mom and Pop companies to the bigger ones; great customer service and a quick response.

Johnny's Air Conditioning is FANTASTIC!!  This is the second time I have had an A/C stop working on an extremely hot day.  The first call was in 2021 and, after calling several companies, I called Johnny and was delighted by the quick response, quality work, and fair pricing.

I had another breakdown today (different property), and this time, my first and only call was to Johnny's.  I called at 12:36 p.m. and Johnny arrived 30 minutes later.  He diagnosed the problem, replaced a part, and in under an hour, had my unit working again.

In today's world, service like Johnny's is almost unheard of.  He is the BEST and has my highest recommendation.  Thank you, Johnny!!

We had a service appointment for 5-7pm last Friday June 6th.  (our upstairs AC vents were not blowing properly in our multi zone house).

A lady from the office called us around 6pm to say that our service person was running a bit late as he had to pick up some parts.
**After that phone call...nothing.  
**No service person, no other phone call to let us know what happened.  It's tough being stood up :)

We called the on call number the next day (Saturday) to ask what happened and to get a message to the company.  The on call person was very nice and apologetic and promised to get the message passed on right away.
**Again...no phone call, no communication.  We received no call back.
**We awaited a call from the office on Monday.  
**Again....nothing, no communication from Hay's.

So, yet again, we called.  They didn't apologize nor acknowledge the missed appointment, but they did schedule a service person (who showed up!).

Michael was very polite and courteous.  And- BONUS- he put booties on over his shoes while he was in our house (love that).  
**He said our AC unit was way undersized (it was 4 tons, and we absolutely needed 5 tons) for our house.   This is not the case at all and would not logically explain our issue.  This would not explain why only one zone was not cooling. The other two zones cooled like champs!

This technician then said a comfort specialist would be in touch with us with to discuss remedies.

Out of the blue, another person from Haye's called us, saying he'd read the notes and he wanted to send out someone who specialized in multi zone systems.  The notes did not seem correct to him.
**Why was this not done in the first place?  Our notes from our initial call were very clear that we had a 3 zone house.
**Had this person not happened to read our notes, this would've gone undetected and we'd have gone down a road of repairs that would perhaps not fix our issue.

The zone specialist -Mike-came out today.   He was phenomenal.  (kind and courteous as was the prior technician)
As we initially expected, the problem is with the damper not closing / opening properly.
He was great and we already have the quote and are awaiting scheduling.

Overall, we are disappointed in this experience.  We understand things happen and appointments cannot be kept.  But, this must be communicated.
At the very least, please acknowledge the inconvenience and the issue.  We waited 3 + hours on a Friday night.

Secondly, I'd expect our notes to be read thoroughly and a qualified, multi zone technician be sent out.

*EDIT to respond to the owner's message*
There were zero missed calls from Hay's to us.  I have the call logs.
Last communication from Hay's to us was Friday evening around 6pm or so- as i mentioned letting us know the driver had to make a stop for items.
There is no way 6 calls were missed, as they stated.  It's absurd.  
Additionally, why was there no follow up after we phoned the on call service on Saturday?
The fact that we had to keep chasing you down- making yet another call on Monday to find out what's going on is unacceptable.
A no show is acceptable as long as there is sufficient communication.
Please don't state 6 calls were made to us that were unanswered as that's demonstrably false.
Let's pretend that IS true.  Why were there no voice messages left?

The technician Randy showed up to my home in less than an hour and it was a simple fix due to a wiring malfunction. He didnt try and up sell, he was in and out in less than 30 mins. Very satisfied and will defiantly use Arizona Experts in the future.

So impressed with the level of professionalism and knowledge of the company and tech who came to my home for the tune up. I didn't have any particular issues that warranted any maintenance, but I had a ton of questions that were all confidently answered and left me assured. I did ultimately move forward with some preventative maintenance, but did not feel pressure to do so. I'll continue to go to Cool Zone in the future for all my A/C needs.

During the heat wave of the week of July 23, 2018 my heat pump would shut off at the hottest part of the day and then return to normal operation about two hours later. I called Arctic Fox and let Misty (the owner's wife)  know what was going on with my unit. I told her it was not an emergency, as the unit was running when I called. We scheduled Friday of that week for Heath (the owner) to come out and look at the heat pump. Misty stated if it got any worse to call and they would fit us in.

I called back on Thursday morning, as my wife was concerned about our dogs and cat. Heath arrived at our house and did some troubleshooting on the unit. He could find nothing wrong with the unit. After providing him with the symptoms that occurred each afternoon he determined it may be the motor for the fan that cools the coils. It has a thermostat that shuts down the motor at 200 degrees. It did not occur when he was there (naturally). He stated he would return the next day with a new motor. Friday he removed the old motor and lo and behold, the motor was leaking oil near the shaft. The motor was heating to shut down temperatures the previous days. Heath worked fast and diligently to replace the motor as the heat pump was shut down during this task.

When it was all said and done, the motor was under warranty and there was no charge for it. Heath said there was also no labor charge. I disagreed with the free labor, as he came out two days and I know the manufacturer was not going to reimburse him for his time.  I asked him what his labor rate was for the two days he was at my home. He provided me with the cost (I think he may have low balled it) and I gladly paid.

I cannot say enough of the integrity, customer service and genuine care this husband and wife company displays every time I use their services. The big name companies cannot even come close to Arctic Fox's business ethic.

Responded quickly and arrived to do seasonal A/C and gas furnace checks in matter of days. Technician observed mask and social distancing in addition to shoe covers. He was friendly and polite. I will continue to contact them for any furnace and A/C needs.

I had scheduled three quotes to replace two AC units. They were middle quote, however I know once the guy was at my home this was the company. Very professional and very thorough.(Dustin)

Installation was great, took two days. The gentlemen very professional, cleaned up after them selves. (Manny,Luis,Fredy,Kalem) Also they were there on time.

I would recommend this company to anyone.

Our A/C unit hasn't worked so well in years. The Bumble Bee staff not only did a good job with their regular maintenance but correctly diagnosed some deficiencies, recommended corrective steps, and made the needed improvements, all at a reasonable price. We're very pleased-except my wife who thinks, It's too cold in here!

Mike is the best A/C guy. Yes, he absolutely is a professional and knows everything there is to know about A/C. If you have any problem, he can properly diagnose & fix it. What I like about Mike the most, is that when I call, he knows who I am. He takes time to get to know his clients. It's clear his focus is to have clients for life. CCCC is my go to!

Called Alan a couple weeks ago after buying and moving into a new house because there was no air blowing through the vent in the master bathroom.  He asked if I could meet him the next morning at 8am, I drove over to meet him and he was there right on time!  He checked out the problem and called me to say the duct was crushed and just needed a small new piece of duct.  He tried to find the exact type of duct but they don't sell it anymore so he ran a new duct line and did all this for about $100, I was expecting much worse.  He is honest, well priced, and a great guy to work with.

I just called him back this afternoon and he was here within a couple of hours when I asked if/how we could get any more air to the bathroom so he came and adjusted all our vents so that all rooms are getting equal air and it is now working great!  He gave us a few other possible suggestions on how we could improve air flow easily and went out of his way to make us a happy customer, this is 5+ stars in my book, especially for a contractor, he is great!

Alex and Elena were outstanding, informative, courteous and caring.  They answered all my questions during the energy audit for APS.  I applaud their professionalism and informative facts.  I would highly recommend them to anyone interested in an energy audit and they are APS approved.

I'm glad I found these guys, and you will be too.  There are 8 reviews hidden by the Yelp automated algorithm that you can read if you click on not recommended reviews and I'll save you the time- they are all 5 stars.  100% 5 stars out of 9 reviews, and now I'll add the 10th 5-star review.  

I hired these guys to convert my old drop-ceiling ductwork in my 8-year-old-store into the new open-ceiling style.  It's a big job.  Bottom line: they got the job done on time and on budget with no mistakes.  But there was so much more.  Sean is a master, he is the Jedi-Warrior of Duct Work.  He came in and looked at my system, pulled out his sorcerer's star chart, and started analyzing the flow.  Before these guys got to my store I could not get the AC to run below 82 degrees on a hot day.  There was a 5-ton unit and that should flow about 2000 cfm.  Sean quickly determined that with only 2 returns sized at 700 cfm each I was only inhaling about 1400 cfm.  My unit was asthmatic!  By adding a 3rd return now the unit can breath.  There were also some issues with the supply lines, again Sean and his chart showed that one of the trunks should have a maximum of 3 supplies on it but it had 6 which means it wasn't working properly either.  He removed and re-arranged some of the lines so they would be better spread out.  

Final result?  Not only do I have a beautiful aesthetic ceiling, but yesterday during nearly 110 degree weather it was 76 degrees in my store.  Will I save money?  I bet I will save so much money that this job might just pay for itself.  Thank you, once again Yelp helps me find a great company that restores my faith in humanity.  Desert Comfort Mechanical and Sean:  you guys are awesome!

I woke up this morning to a funny noise coming from the garage. Not knowing what it was, I walked in to find water gushing everywhere from the water heater. I was able to turn off the main water value to stop the water but now I had to replace the unit. A neighbor gave me a recommendation of a plumber he used  and said he would do it for $850. I thought it sounded fair. We have the same heater. After looking online, I found ProSkill Plumbing advertising the same unit installed for $599. I figured there was a catch but they confirmed on the phone that I could get the same unit for $599. They also were able to come out same day and arrived right on time. Travis was very friendly and knowledgeable. He used an app on his phone to check if my unit was still under warranty but the 6 year warranty expired 2 months ago.
I hope you don't have to replace your water heater anytime soon but if it is over 6 to 8 years old, you might want to have them check it out or replace it. I would also suggest the tray under the unit. They run PVC pipe to control water run off in case of a leak. I was so happy, I actually started looking around the house for any plumbing projects that I might need.

I had attempted to install an ecobee3lite thermostat and had difficulty and was stuck.
We had previously had Rising Sun air, out for an unrelated problem so I called them for help.
Pam in the office said she thought a technician was currently in Scottsdale and asked if she should contact him, I told her that would be appreciated.
As it turned out the technician could be at my house within the hour (my lucky day) to help me out.
As it turned out he determined that my air conditioner was incompatible with the ecobee3lite themastat, so he reinstalled my original thermostat for a modest service fee.
I'm totally happy with their service and personal and will highly recommend them to family and friends.

The communication with the office and the field technician  could not have been better or clearer.  I'm very satisfied with the service and will be sure to highly recommend them to family and friends.

Quality work, good prices, and went out of the way to help us when our AC unit died in the summer! I would highly recomend this place!!
