Showed up on time, did the install quickly, professionally, and cleanly. The unit they suggested is powerful, quiet, and working better than expected.

Office staff has always been professional and polite.

Found these guys on Yelp. Called and spoke with friendly owner. The other owner came out the same day to give us an estimate. He was not a salesman, but super knowledgeable and shot it to us straight. They installed the next day! Fidel and Junior, the installers, were super professional, fast, and friendly. They walked us through the system after the install.

Overall, I would highly recommend. Great experience.

Our AC stopped working when it was only 107 outside and First Choice was at our house within an hour and a half. They fixed the issue and Tim and Brandon were awesome. They were incredibly professional and efficient. We will be canceling our maintenance plan with another company so we can switch over to First Choice. We can't thank Tim and Brandon enough!

Phillip is very knowledgeable and answered a bunch of questions that I had about my system. The detail on what was going on with my current system was way more than I expected from a basic annual maintenance call. So happy I found a company I feel I can trust when it comes time for the rough stuff. Thanks!

I feel like I'm repeating what others have already said about Johnny's but here goes. They are great! My A/C went out around 9 p.m. It took me a little while to find them on Yelp. I called around 10 at night thinking I would leave a message. NOPE. Johnny answered and was as nice as could be. Within a minute or two he told me what the problem probably was and we set a time for the next morning. He even called me back a few minutes after we first talked to ask me to check if the part was still under warranty. He was willing to lose the repair job if it meant I would save money! Johnny and Johnny were here the next morning on time, found out the problem was a related but much less expensive part and my A/C was back up and running. I've dealt with a lot of repair companies and this was by far the best experience I've had. I wish all companies were like them.

Very professional, courteous and on-time. Reviewed both my gas units, performed yearly maintenance and gave recommendations for me to review at a later date.  Not a problem, I would absolutely use them again.

When I called this morning at 6am, the man on the phone was very nice. I explained that I have 3 dogs, so I had to be home and safe. He told me to turn off my air conditioner and someone would be out by 9.

At 8:30am, I got a phone call from one of the rudest people I can remember speaking to. He asked if I had called other places. I said, 'No, I didn't know that I was supposed to.' At that point he got so argumentative with me, and every question he asked he got angrier at my responses. I cancelled the service. No way would I recommend that repairman. Based on the initial phone call, other repair people might be great, so I'm giving it a middle rating, in an attempt at fairness.

So impressed with the level of professionalism and knowledge of the company and tech who came to my home for the tune up. I didn't have any particular issues that warranted any maintenance, but I had a ton of questions that were all confidently answered and left me assured. I did ultimately move forward with some preventative maintenance, but did not feel pressure to do so. I'll continue to go to Cool Zone in the future for all my A/C needs.

Great experience with Gladiate air conditioning. I had an appointment for a routine maintenance appointment. Gabe was great; very honest, knowledgeable and efficient. He found an issue with my air conditioner that could have given out in the middle of the summer and fixed it on the spot. I have been dealing with service people for quite some time now and this is a very good company, highly recommend!!!!

We really had a positive experience with this company.  We had a leaking, 23 y/o a/c unit that needed to be repaired.  The tech that came out was friendly and efficient - he told us exactly what the problem was and what it would cost, so no surprises.  He repaired the unit and recommended we consider replacing them.  Considering the age of our a/c units, we decided to move forward with getting a quote on replacing them.  The gentleman that came out the following week thoroughly inspected our setup and gave us a detailed estimate.  Ultimately, their estimate wasn't the lowest and contained limited options so we went with somebody else, but overall we were happy with the service we did receive from them.

So I wake up on a Sunday morning and it's 91 in my house... I first called a large chain AC place and briefly spoke with a receptionist/scheduler. Was given a 5 hour time frame and just didn't feel she (the company) really cared. I then decided to try someone else and I could not be more pleased with who I called!
David (the owner of Biltmore Mechanical H&C) picked up, very pleasant (again calling on a Sunday morning...) right from the get go. He was already on a call and gave me a 2 hour window (1-3); I said I'll take it, but earlier the better. Come 11am he stated he was able to finish the other job quicker than expected and could be over sooner.
11:30; David is here and in less than 1 hour, my AC was running again! Bad wiring led to compressor not kicking on/cooling. He checked  all aspects of outdoor unit (Freon levels, ensure equipment was working properly, etc.). He probably could have upsold me on something I didn't need to make an extra buck, but he didn't and I am very thankful for that (as I'm no millionaire...). He explained everything in a friendly / professional manner and I am so thankful that once again, myself and my dog are cool! Just in time, as it's about to be 115 on Thursday.

Cave Creek Cooling was amazing.  I woke up this morning to our house being 9 degrees above what the thermostat was set at.  Called them at 7 AM this morning and was scheduled for them to come out later this afternoon between 12-2 PM.  They ended up calling earlier than that and were able to stop by around 9:30 AM.  Only took a couple minutes and they swapped out the compressor run capacitor, which immediately fixed the problem.  Was really impressed and happy with the quick time response, especially since we're in the middle of the summer in Phoenix.  The repair was $265, and we couldn't be happier.

These guys are fantastic and Honest!! Returned my phone call within an hour and was out to my house the same day, diagnosed the problem and fixed it. I will always call them from now on!

Great service and support.  What I needed was just a question answered on a 105 degree day.  They walked me through my challenge and helped avoid an unnecessary technician call.  I will be using them for my air conditioner checks and any service in the future.  They have forever earned my business.
