Having had my own business, I know the vital importance of Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction.  It is very rare that I am highly satisfied with companies that I/we have done business with and spent a lot of money for services rendered.  

Larson A/C met my satisfaction to the fullest.  I want to thank Ish, Doug, Mike, Victor (sorry I can't remember the other tech's name) for all that they did.  Everyone was friendly, polite, and the most informative people I have encountered.  Never was I rushed when we were discussing the issues. Everyone took the time to really cover the ins and outs of heat pumps and importance of correct installation.  I learned more from them than I thought I ever would know.  My problem stemmed from IMPROPER INSTALLATION by (Emergency Air) when I purchased the unit from them.  Larson's crew spotted the problem, offered several solutions or choices I could make, but suggested the least expensive way first to solve my issue.

I really appreciate all the pictures they took and sent to me, describing what all was taking place.  It was very refreshing to be sent pictures of who was going to come to my door and I really appreciated Doug keeping me informed immediately of issues and when things were going to be done.  Never has anyone called like that to inform each step.  Ish came by for a final inspection of the Elbow installation and also sent me pictures.

All I can say is, I wish I would have found Larson A/C when looking for a contractor for a new unit.  It would have saved me a lot of very uncomfortable, cold days and nights the last three winters, not to mention the cost of electricity with the unit running for hours just to gain a few degrees.

All I can say is WOW. This company blows me a way. Call them, and you'll discover the same thing. If I could create my dream company as a consumer, this would be it.

We used this company a year ago for our RO system, which we love. I knew when we needed 2 A/C units that they would be first on our list to call. We did our due diligence and interviewed 3 companies, none of which could match the price or service of this one. Hands down, no contest. Brad came out for our estimate and was fantastic. Knowledgeable, kind and in no way pushy. He emailed back and forth several times with my husband, who is VERY thorough and particular, and my husband had excellent things to say about him.

The crew just left after installing our 2 units. This was a first class production!!! There were between 5 and 7 men onsite at all times. Jason did a fantastic job keeping me informed. They wore booties and laid down mats (a big deal in our home with little kids running around). Every man on the job was kind, respectful and incredibly talented. They did a great job educating me about what they do, why they do it, and more. No stone was left unturned.

This company is obviously invested in their staff, and they take great pride in their products, service and workmanship. They make sure to be as informative and preemptive as possible. As a female, I felt respected, safe and I trust them exclusively. Knowing that they did a phenomenal job with installation and that they will be there for us, day or night, whenever we need them helps me sleep better at night.

And one last example of the excellence of this company: We are having the exterior of our house painted in the near future. Brad is going to have his crew come and protect and cover the units before the painting company arrives to ensure they are kept in prime condition!

If you have even the slightest doubt as to whether or not you should choose this company, call them now. You will be thrilled you did! (And no, I get nothing other than the satisfaction of praising a well-run company from this review.)

My experience with 1st Choice was fantastic.  The person answering the phones was very attentive and responsive and was able to get a technician out same day and rather quickly.  The father and son duo were extremely professional and polite and had diagnosed my units problem fairly quickly and even had the part already on hand in their work can so they were able to get my AC fixed very quickly.  I highly recommend them and will definitely be using them for an future needs.

We were out of town and our AC went out. Called Fran on a Saturday and within a couple of hours, they were there and quickly solved the issue for under $200. Amazing. I can't say enough about this company. Friendly, fast and honest. I will never use anyone else nor will I recommend anyone else!

We called Johnny on the hottest day of the year when our air conditioner wasn't cooling. Johnny answered my call on a Saturday and was able to come out that afternoon. We really appreciated his responsiveness and going out of his way to help us, all when it was over 115 degrees out. What a wonderful person.

This is the fourth time I have called Hays with some type of heating or cooling issue. Their customer service on the phone is wonderful, the technicians are respectful, and I trust them 100%. I have had problems with other companies in the valley, and I highly recommend them.

When I called this morning at 6am, the man on the phone was very nice. I explained that I have 3 dogs, so I had to be home and safe. He told me to turn off my air conditioner and someone would be out by 9.

At 8:30am, I got a phone call from one of the rudest people I can remember speaking to. He asked if I had called other places. I said, 'No, I didn't know that I was supposed to.' At that point he got so argumentative with me, and every question he asked he got angrier at my responses. I cancelled the service. No way would I recommend that repairman. Based on the initial phone call, other repair people might be great, so I'm giving it a middle rating, in an attempt at fairness.

Capacitor went out when we got back from being out of town. Set up an appt for the next day, which I was surprised at getting one that fast.
Replaced the capacitor in around a half hr and the house is finally cool again. I highly recommend Cool Zone Air.

In the 5 years that I have used this company for my house remodeling they have earned this five Star rating - If you need ac or heating or evap cooler work or ductwork or plumbing from repairs to new install this company will not waste your time or money ,I shopped around a lot before my new install ac /gas  heat  combo  ,others wanted more for less work and or tried to lie to me about what all was needed to install unit I have built homes I know what's needed ,In my thirty years of owning homes for my self and several others I rented out to people ,This company is the best I have ever hired .Not a  greedy large company working on commission .

We truly coulombs happier with the service Gladiate provided. Our AC completely went out mid July, and after calling Gladiate in the morning, we had a quote on a new AC by earlier afternoon. Installation was prompt and the price was affordable. I have already recommended Gladiate to a couple people, and always will.

I've used AZ Dukes of Air twice in the last month, first for an emergency repair on a blown capacitor in my condenser, and then again for a system inspection and tune-up. When my condenser went out after hours, I left a message and had a call back bright and early the next day with an appointment for that afternoon.

Both times the techs have been prompt (early on the first emergency repair), professional, and willing to answer questions. Will not hesitate to use them again in the future.

Back in April Biltmore Mechanical replaced our A/C and duct work. We are very happy with the customer service and work they provided. The owner David communicated well throughout the project and afterwards. We are still dealing with some issues (low pulsing sound when the AC is on and lights flickering when AC kicks on), and although they are not resolved yet, we are confident that David will resolve them satisfactorily. Highly recommend!

Helped me several times -- recommended cheaper alternatives when others wanted to just replace the system.  Honest, dependable.  Good people.

From start to finish, Mike was great. We had recently converted our office to a nursery and the room wasn't cooling adequately for our daughter to sleep. Mike talked to me at length over the phone about the issue, scheduled to come out the next day, was communicative about his ETA on the scheduled date, was efficient at evaluating the problem and came up with a solution. He was in and out in less than two hours, and the price was reasonable. More than anything, I trusted him right away. You can tell he is an honest guy, and ethical, (which from what I've heard from others in the business is not easy to find.) What more could I ask for?! I will definitely recommend him to friends & family in the area.

My upstairs A/C unit was making a louder than normal noise and I had to get someone out to take a look.  Called Alan's Air around 8 am and they were able to get someone out same morning.  Turns out Alan, the owner, came out along with another gentleman.  Alan immediately diagnosed an issue with the motor and said that it wasn't worth it to repair now.  It could last some time and when it goes out then replace the whole unit.  I also had water in the garage by the air handler.  This was not related to the A/C motor and as timing would have it, the drain pipe for the air handler was clogged which caused water to build up and spill out.  Alan was able to tell me what happened and fixed the issue.  What's most amazing about all this is that Alan did not charge me anything for the service and help.  Truly great customer service and someone I will definitely be calling in the future.  Thank you Alan for the help!

First off let me say that Alex is nothing short of fantastic. I originally called them to get a quote on just insulation for my attic.  I had just gotten new windows and I had another company come in and give me an energy audit, however their price was outrageously expensive. They may as well have asked for a kidney as part of payment or my first born!
Alex came in and did an overview free of charge and brought me the results of his findings.  They were the same of course, however his solution wasn't going to cost me near as much money, not to mention I didn't need to do everything the other company was suggesting.  
Alex was honest and up front about everything, a very genuine person which in these businesses there aren't very many of - they all want to raid your pocketbook because everyone needs AC! But not Ideal Energy! Not once did he try and up sell me things or recommend things I really didn't need, he actually worked with what I had, and told me I didn't need the huge unit that was being almost force fed by the other company.
He took the time with me and explained everything in full detail, gave me his opinions and his solution was almost half of what I was previously quoted.

I was nervous about taking the chance, but I am very glad that I did. His team of guys are all very polite, they knew what they were doing, fixed the hiccups they ran into, they work very well together. Chris the lead guy communicated with me the whole time, and he and Alex discuss each job so he knew the little things that needed to be taken care of when he got there. He even patched my walls for me just because he had time, he went above and beyond for me.
After the job was done Chris went through everything with me, the team did an energy audit on my house after everything was finished and the numbers were almost perfect.
I am so happy with the work they did, as well as the people that represent the company as a whole. I would recommend them to anyone that needed work to be done without hesitation.  
I won't go anywhere else, I am so very grateful to have found them.

My AC went out on Saturday evening, I called them and they replied within a few hours and came out to fix it first thing the next morning. Great responsiveness, the other company I called who said they do Emergency services didn't even respond to me. Thank goodness there are companies that won't leave you hanging when your AC goes out in 105 degree temps!!!!!

Just had service done for toilet supply line. I scoured the internet as I am new to the area. And ProSkill kept coming up. I looked at many, but hard to find anything negative about this one. I see why! Was easy to make appointment, they came prepared with everything (even Covid precautions), my service tech knew his s*#+! Did the job quickly and precisely! Pricing was right on track (bounced it off a plumber friend what I should expect) - they were spot on! Gave some recommendations without being pushy, did a test for me on our water softener and water, stated the facts and such. No pressure to sign up today. Was really happy to see they also to HVAC & such too! I like having one place!! I am a loyal customer to companies who do it right. I have no need to shop around from now on! I have an amazing plumber in our primary home and now an amazing one at our new hideaway. The service tech was awesome! I hope he is the one who shows up every time! I'm sure they are all good, but sometimes you just get comfortable. He was professional, friendly and informative! From a career of customer service oriented business, this company sets a bar to follow! Even during these crazy times!!! Our house is in a small enclave of homes, in a community surrounded by many giant homes, their trucks seem to be the most I see. If those folks trust them... I should too... Yes, that fits!

My son was napping when they initially came out to inspect his room (his room is about 10 degrees hotter than the rest of the house) and they were so respectful he didn't even wake up! They installed a return in his room- quick, efficient and CLEAN! They left his room spotless even after installing the vent in a popcorn ceiling. Highly recommend!!!!

Matt came out and gave me a fair estimate to replace 2 Trane units. Their bid was in the middle; however, Matt's advice and explanation of the different units was honest and unbiased. The team that came out to do the install was great. Antonio lead the team; he was up in the small attic area installing the upstairs unit. The other crew members installed the downstairs unit in the garage. They did a great job. They cleaned everything up; afterwards another truck came by to remove the old unit and debris. Since the installation, the company has come out to do maintenance check. So far, so good.
