I can't say enough great things about Larson Air. from the owners, to installation techs, to service techs. their service is superior, they are thorough and they don't make you wait. They are a family and they take it seriously when there is an issue or when it's time to upgrade. This is NOT a pushy company. they listen to your specific needs and they don't believe in snake oil products and want very much to make sure you're happy, not how much money they can make. I wouldn't go with any other HVAC company. they don't have a ton of 5 star reviews for nothing. I'm very hard to impress, they impress me and I don't have to be concerned or worried that something is overlooked.

On Monday July 6th our AC started to trip a breaker and my husband knew right away it will be costly repair. I looked up Yelp and found this company with great reviews and Brad that everybody raved about. Called them up and requested someone to come look at the unit. Within 15 min got a call from Brad and he said he will be by the house around 4:00pm that day. Showed up 30 min early, assessed the issue correctly (husbands dad was in AC repair business for 35 years so we knew replacement will be better rather than fix the compressor and motor) Brad scheduled replacement next Monday but lend us owner's AC unit for a week so we would have cooling in a meantime. Louise's crew showed up next Monday 6:00am as schedules replacing both AC units. They worked 12.5 hours to get it done.

This company is amazing - honest, curious, knowledgable and hard working. Guys work hard and even clean after themselves. Prices are reasonable and work quality is amazing. Awesome customer service!!! Will use them again anytime.

Our AC in our new home started short cycling in the middle of a heat wave, and our home warranty company was unable to find anyone to come until 4-5 days later. We have a newborn baby at home, so it was imperative that we got it fixed immediately.

So I was on my own to find someone. Luckily 1st choice got right back to me in less than an hour and were here the next day. Tim and Brandon showed up ready to rock and roll and figured it out very quickly. After both AC's started blowing cold, Tim was adamant to come back the following day to check everything out and make sure all was well. These guys were so personable and solid, I wish every company operated the way they do.

I was even more impressed when I got the bill. I was shocked at how affordable they were as they could have easily charged me anything at that point to get my house cool again.

I can't say enough good things about Tim and 1st Choice. They work hard, and are just plain nice people who won't take advantage of you. My family and I are so grateful for getting us taken care of on such short notice.

We came home from vacation to find our AC unit running but nothing coming from the vents. We found Boldt on Yelp and called. Phillip answered right away and we had him at our house in about an hour. He inspected our system and showed me exactly what was wrong and we went over a few options to fix it and he gave me a quote. He arrived the next morning soon as the rain cleared and fixed our system. (this was on the day of the insane rainstorm that flooded everything in Phoenix). He was very pleasant and professional and the work got done at a VERY reasonable price (exactly the amount quoted). 100% calling him again if ever our system goes down.

I am SO impressed with Johnny's Air Conditioning & Heating.  While away on business my son called to say the AC broke and it was 120 degrees. I called around to see which AC company would be able to repair my AC the same day.  In the busy AZ summer season Johnny was able to squeeze me in and within an hour from the initial call Johnny repaired my AC.  Thank you so much Johnny for your professionalism and true efficiency!

I have two AC units and have to get them checked annually to maintain a Trane manufacturer extended warranty.  I had been using a company called Bob Brown Service Experts, but I got tired of the no-call no-shows and poor customer service (See my 2-Star review of them on YELP as well.)  I decided to pick another company and selected Hays based upon the number of excellent reviews.

I called and scheduled an appointment.  A pleasant young woman took my info and said that I would be getting an email with picture of the tech the day of the service.  I never received the email, but did get a phone call about 45 minutes prior to arrival.  (4/8/16 Update: the email with technician picture was found in my junk mail.) Jerry was the tech.  I found him  to be pleasant and professional.  He took pride in his work and spoke highly of his company.  He went into the attic and checked the air handlers.  This took around 20 minutes per side.  Then he went outside and checked the ground units.  Freon and capacitors checked out to be fine.  Jerry had to use new screws to attach covers, as the previous screws were a little stripped.  Total time spent at my house was around 1.5-2 hours.  The cost $79 per unit.

Constructive criticism:  My previous company charged around $100-$120 to check both units and to me seemed to do a little more.  My previous company would blow out the condensate lines then pour water down the lines to ensure that they are open.  This company did not do that.  This company's website also says that a tune-up includes oiling the blower and outdoor fan motors.  I watched closely and did not see this done.  The site also says the indoor coils would be checked for buildup.  This also was not done.  I was never asked about my indoor filters or if I would like them to be changed.  The site says a 33 point inspection...I don't think so...maybe next time.  I should have asked up-front for what my $80 service per unit included.  I feel that the price is a little too high for what I received.  If I am going to spend that much, a company had better do what is says it will do.  It would also be nice to get a discount for a second unit as the tech is already on-site.  I asked the technician about a discount for a second unit, and he commented that the service fee was already discounted.  I knew the price going in so I did not make it an issue.

A second issue I had was the arrangement for payment.  The technician was required to manually punch in my credit card number into a tablet-type device, including my 3 digit security code.  In no way do I think Jerry would try to do anything illegal, such as stealing credit card information.  I have had other companies do service at my house and like it when the technician simply swipes my card, bills wirelessly, and never sees my full credit card number long enough to write it down.  Only the last four digits of my credit card appear on the receipt visible to the technician.  (4/8/16 Update:  I am watching my credit card statement, and still have not seen the transaction appear.  I do not like this.  The transaction supposedly took place a few days ago.  Why no record?  I'm feeling a little uncomfortable.4/8/16 Update:  I called to inquire and was informed that Jerry's machine/swiper was broken and that my credit card will be billed manually next week when Jerry comes into the office. Little awkward.  I guess I will be watching next week for the transaction.)

Over-all, I generously rated this company 4 out of 5 stars, as I saw definite room for improvement.  Based on the service and price, I guess I am a little hesitant about whether on not to use them next year for tune-ups.  My units were already in top-notch condition and needed no repairs.

I called several places when our AC stopped working at 8pm on a hot Phoenix June night. No one answered or called me back except Arizona Air Experts, they came out that next morning and fixed our unit in under 30minutes and at a reasonable price. Highly recommend!

We noticed our AC in ceiling unit dripping about 4 weeks ago and Cool Zone sent Ryan out as soon our schedule allowed it, they were so flexible by sending him out after 5pm where I didn't have to take work off. A few days later we noticed our AC was dripping again and they came out that night at 7pm before our red eye flight to see what the issue was. Initially Ryan fixed the leak on the day he first came out but there was additional issues with our insulation that were not caused by them and he still send the owner out on the weekend to double check the issue. The owner was so helpful taking time to explain to us what the issue was with our AC specifically and dumbed it down to my knowledge, haha. Highly recommend Cool Zone to take care of your AC needs!

A friend referred Arctic Fox to me yesterday. I called this morning and talked to Tim. He answered the phone, listened to my problem, and had Steve come out almost immediately to look/fix the issue. Steve is very knowledgeable as is Tim. I will only call Arctic Fox from now on. They are reliable, friendly, on time, responsive, informative, helpful, honest, etc. Don't think twice! Call them today! A million thanks! A+++++ service!
Update - had a freeze up the day after and had to have the unit looked at again. Heath came out this time and located the problem and fixed it. He is EXTREMELY knowledgeable. I will be calling him for any future tune up/repaires for sure! Great service. Never has our a/c worked as it does now. Thank you Heath!

We needed help completing the install of our range hood ventilation. Gabriel came out 2 days after I called and gave us a very fair price for the work. We were more than happy with the service we received.

I had an excellent experience with Dukes of Air. Our air conditioner stopped working on one of the hottest days of the year. When I called at 7 a.m. they said they would get someone out between 11 and 1. About five minutes later they called back to say they had freed someone up to be out to me within the hour. It it had been a tough, hot night and we were all cranky but the response time was amazing. I can't say enough about Tarr. He was quick, helpful, knowledgeable and through. I will recommend them every time!

We contacted David in the morning to check on my A/C unit that was blowing warm air. He was very professional on the phone and asked what the system was doing and what work had been previously done. I could tell based on that conversation, that he was really listening and already had an idea what was going on with the unit.

He was at my house within a couple of hours. He assessed the problem quickly and gave me an estimate. I proceeded with getting the work completed. Within just a few hours, I had cold air again.

He was very prompt, knowledgeable and, professional. Thank you David again for being such a hero! You rock!

Was sitting here at home yesterday working when I notice my AC was no longer blowing cold air.  Naturally I panicked.  Weekend coming up, hotter than blazes outside.  So I called 3 different companies to be sure I was going to get someone in the next day or two before I turned into beef jerky sitting in my living room.  I texted Bumble Bee, they came over an hour later, found a blown fuse on the compressor up on the roof, replaced and voila! Winter is coming.....So so grateful for the rapid response and professional service...

I had the most pleasant experience with this company. The  thermostat went out and the house was literally baking !! I reached out on yelp and received a response in less than 10 min. I received an appointment, and our technician Chase was prompt and even called to let me know he was just a couple minutes away.  He quickly identified the problem and did the repairs just as quick!  The company also sent status updates via text.  The pricing was reasonable and he gave me choices to fit my needs and my budget.

I will definitely call them again if I ever need any HVAC services, as well as recommend to anyone who needs  fair and reliable  services. Great company!

Our A/C stopped working and we came home from work to find our house at 90 degrees.  I called Alan's Air and they showed up within an hour to fix it.  They were very professional and honest.  Excellent service and they are now my go to for HVAC.  Very pleased and highly recommend.

I can't say enough good things about this company and the people who represent it!  The entire staff, from the installers to the project coordinator to the estimator to the designer were all sensitive to our needs and truly concerned in reaching the best solution for our situation.  The attention to detail, the little things, set this company head and shoulders above their competitors.  It was noticed and very appreciated!  Thank you, all of you guys, for doing a spectacular job on our demo and install!

Fantastic company. Fadel, the tech was informative and super helpful. My AC went out at 2pm. Got a hold of Desert Comfort Mechanical and had an appointment for 6AM the next day. Fadel called at 7pm and said he was running ahead of schedule and could fit me in same day. He was here in about 11min, had the problem diagnosed and fixed very quickly. He explained everything that he did and double checked the compressor, fans, voltage, everything. Great company, reasonable pricing and great service!!!! If you are looking for a great HVAC company, call them.

ProSkill services a/c technician, Pat Murphy, is super skilled and knowledgeable in the detailed work in hooking up my hood insert to the exhaust line. He moved the duct and secured the appliance so it will work for years to come. Pro skills was the only company in the area that could do this work and was done in an excellent way. I cannot thank Pat and Pro-Skill Services enough!

Thank you! Thank you! Thank you! What an amazing team! What you see is what you get! I did a service request to about 5 company and received his response with in seconds. They came out the same day. Side note: I had my air checked in July by a company (see my reviews) referred to me by American Home Shield, they neglected to secure my panel and due to monsoons my unit was destroyed ... beyond repair. I contacted them to voice my concerns and they couldn't have cared less. ........ Kevin came out right on time, did a diagnoses, tried his best to get it up and running but due to exposer to the environment my compressor burnt out along with several other issues. After seeing the pictures I was devastated. The previous company basically set me up, so they could come back and install a new one. smh... But Kevin was also concerned about us in the heat and came back with an amazing option to get me up and running by Monday. This happened on Saturday btw. Adrian the owner and Kevin showed up today 1hour earlier than scheduled, secured a payment that only an angel could do to help in this type of situation. Come to find out his middle name is Angel! From the first time speaking to him and his wife they have been nothing but kind, comforting and accommodating. I would highly recommend this team for your heating and air services, they will do it right the first time! ... and don't invest in American Home Shield... so ready!!!

Sure Temp responded to my query over a weekend and sent someone out first thing on a Monday to resolve one of my tenant's problems with cooling. Their technician quickly determined the problem was with a clogged air filter, but he got up on the roof anyway and checked out the entire system to make sure there were no other issues. Sure Temp's technician contacted me with the status and sent photos of the air filter and the heat pump. Sure Temp's responsiveness and professional technicians reflect credit on the premium they place on customer service. I'll be calling them again in the future. Well done!
