My air conditioning went out on Sunday evening. I called Monday morning and had a technician (Leo) at my house by 1. He was very thorough and did a great job of explaining the issue and my options. Great service. Sent in a request on Wednesday evening and Mike responded quickly. We got the details and he told me he would reach out Thursday to schedule. Quick phone call and we were booked for Friday. Mike called before arriving, showed up, and got to work. Quickly diagnosed the washer issue and found a clogged washer filter. Cleaned it out, tested it, showed me where it was for the future, and was out. Very reasonable rates, great service, and overall good experience.

This morning we came outside to have our coffee on the back patio and noticed one of our units was smoking. My boyfriend immediately shut the unit off and went to Yelp to find a reputable company for repairs. We both agreed on Boldt HVAC & Repair. He called and they were able to have someone out within a few hours, wow! Mike arrived and was able to quickly assess the issue and begin repairs. He quoted the cost before he began and explained the details of the repairs needed in order for the unit to function properly. Mike was efficient and professional and was easy to have a conversation with. He educated us on air filter types and maintenance, all while building rapport and being friendly towards our 4 dogs. We will definitely use Boldt HVAC & Repair again in the future, thank you Mike and all others at Boldt.

My HVAC system, while I'm sure worked fabulously when it was installed in my home in 1992, had slowly become my little housing nightmare. Like clockwork, it would crap out on Christmas Day, or July 4. After spending too much money band-aiding it over a few years, it was time to replace the system.
I had Hays provide a quote, along with 2 other contractors. I ended up selecting Hays, and besides going back to my natural hair color, it's been one of the best decisions of my life.
I was given a firm date and time for my install, and sure enough, the crew showed up on time, ready to work. It was incredibly well orchestrated. It's not like they arrived in waves, and stood around on the driveway, waiting for direction. Every person who showed up knew exactly what to do, and set to work doing just that. It was quite something to watch, actually.
8 hours later, I had a brand new HVAC system. And, they even cleaned the floors. lol
The owner, Chris, came towards the end of the install, and I thought that was a really nice touch. How many owners actually bother to check on installs anymore? I had my pool redone, and never saw anyone above the project manager. So, it meant a lot.
Since the install was completed, I received a few initial follow-up calls from Hays to make sure everything was working fine, and I was happy. The sales person came a week later to take heating/cooling measurements, to make sure the system was calibrated properly (!). Better yet, since it's been about a year since the install, the girls in the office actually call me to set up my scheduled service appointments. I don't remember these things, and if you miss your appointments, it voids your warranty, so I love that the employees stay on top of this for me.
The system itself works perfectly (nothing stops a Trane! lol), and my bills are 25-30% less per month than what I paid with my old, tired system.
I couldn't be happier with the experience with Hays, and I have such peace of mind knowing I can rely on them in the future.

Great company. I called them on a Friday at 1:30 PM and the were able to get to my house at 6:30 PM. The blower motor on my second floor AC was out. They needed to get the part and were at my house by 11:00 on Saturday. Everything working great by 12:00. Great price, response, and service. Capacitor went out when we got back from being out of town. Set up an appt for the next day, which I was surprised at getting one that fast.
Replaced the capacitor in around a half hr and the house is finally cool again. I highly recommend Cool Zone Air.

My husband and I have worked with Duke's for years now, so when our upstairs unit refused to come out of hibernation, we turned to them. To make matters more interesting, we're both considered high risk for this awful COVID disease, and have been self quarantining for over two months now. A Dukes technician visited, doing everything possible outside before covering up with gloves, booties and a face mask to check out the attic unit. Unfortunately, they had brought this equipment back to life for its last time --- we needed a new air conditioner.
Under the circumstances, we were very uneasy, but we were promised anyone entering our home would take the same precautions, so we moved forward. After answering the doorbell when they first arrived, I stayed tucked out of the way as technicians, covered in gloves, booties and face masks, made their way up and down the stairs as the work continued. Hours later we had a working air conditioner again.
I waited a week before leaving this review, simply so I could confirm what I desperately wanted to believe. The technicians had indeed taken every precaution possible, and a week later I'm happy to say we're both still healthy. While the timing of this was pretty unnerving, I have to give Duke's credit for taking good care of both our air conditioner needs and ourselves. Thank you for going the extra mile :-)

We contacted David in the morning to check on my A/C unit that was blowing warm air. He was very professional on the phone and asked what the system was doing and what work had been previously done. I could tell based on that conversation, that he was really listening and already had an idea what was going on with the unit.
He was at my house within a couple of hours. He assessed the problem quickly and gave me an estimate. I proceeded with getting the work completed. Within just a few hours, I had cold air again.

Lisa, one of their staff told me I'll see you Friday at 2pm. NEVER SHOWED UP. I call their office, no one answered, I call her phone she replied me with a text saying she will call me back soon. NEVER CALLED.
I texted her again asking if they were coming. She told me that the technician was still working in another place. She apologize telling me that she should told me that the schedule has a 2 to four hours window, and that most ac company does the same. Maybe that is true but she shouldn't confirm my time 2pm TWICE and never mentioned the time window.
She asked me to wait one hour. After one hour, NO ONE showed up. I ask her for an estimated time she said she doesn't have one.
So I called another ac company they schedule with me tomorrow and also acknowledged me about the time window.

Mike at this company was called at 8 pm last night after our company, Sonoran Mechanical left me hanging with no air for over 24 hrs. The sonoran guy came and couldn't fix and told us it needed 3 parts and that the company would call in am. Called Cave Creek. Mike picked up call and came in 20 min. In 20 min it was fixed!!! He had to replace the capacitor that Sonoran had just put in, and a starter which the other guy couldn't be bothered to do. I highly recommend this company and Mike as he is honest, efficient, reliable. He'll be our guy going forward. The other company mever called us and we were club members.

I initially met with Alex, who did a thorough energy audit of my house and gave a detailed explanation of the current status of my A/C, duct work and insulation. I had a lot of questions and Alex was able to provide me with detailed answers, which made me feel confident in choosing Ideal Energy to seal my attic and replace my duct work and insulation. We have used Pro-Skill plumbing over the years. Abby and Tyler are neighbors of ours and have always been helpful on the neighborhood Facebook page helping out neighbors and what not. We had to have our kitchen faucet changed out the other day and our technician Israel was very friendly. He offered to put the booties showing respect for our home. He was on time and did a nice job installing our faucet and cleaning up after himself. The job took about 2 hours and they charged about $125.00 which I thought was pretty fair. I would definitely recommend Proskill. We had also had them install a GE water softener that we had already purchased from Home Depot in our rental property. The technician Matt that did the install was trying to sell us their water softener and was a little pushy and I had to tell him no three or four times. We had already purchased and had the GE water softener delivered from Home Depot and didn't want to return it. The GE unit was also an all-in-one unit which saves a little space over the softerner with the separate brine tank. Matt did a good job of promoting his product, describing its features, and was very professional though. The funny thing was though the GE softener ended up being damaged and I probably would have been better off going with his unit. After it was installed I ended up having to call a GE service technician to come out and do a repair on the softener.

We had previously had Rising Sun air, out for an unrelated problem so I called them for help.
Pam in the office said she thought a technician was currently in Scottsdale and asked if she should contact him, I told her that would be appreciated.
As it turned out the technician could be at my house within the hour (my lucky day) to help me out.
As it turned out he determined that my air conditioner was incompatible with the ecobee3lite themastat, so he reinstalled my original thermostat for a modest service fee.
I'm totally happy with their service and personal and will highly recommend them to family and friends.
The communication with the office and the field technician could not have been better or clearer. I'm very satisfied with the service and will be sure to highly recommend them to family and friends.
