Our A.C. was not working.  We called late Sunday night.  They answered the phone asap..and scheduled an appt for 7am the next morning.  Juan arrived at 700 sharp put on booties as he went upstairs.... diaganksed the need to replace a part.  Total 130 for the part and 65 for labor.  Extremely satised.  Extremely.polite courteous explained everything.  I.would give this company 10 stars..  best a.c. repair experience ever. Wow, wow, wow. I just cannot speak highly enough of Johnny and his technicians. Last year my AC went out in the middle of summer and the house was 100 degrees. Luckily, (or so I thought) I had American home shield (who is just awful by the way). AHS gave me the run around and told me the soonest they could have someone out for something like 4 days. AWESOME!  Maybe I'll still be alive 4 days from now to let them take a look! There was no way I was waiting. I took to Yelp and found Johnny's who had awesome reviews. I call them and told them I had an emergency. They were at my house WITHIN THE HOUR. 20-30 minutes later they had the problem fixed and my AC was blowing cold again. Great, I thought to myself, is this going to cost me 1 or 2 legs? It ended up being something like $120-$130. Are you kidding me!?! So not only did they come right out, fix the problem immediately, but they were almost the same price as my American Home Shield deductible? Not only that but Johnny even offered to write me up something to give to AHS where I could potentially be reimbursed by AHS. Now, fast forward to today. AC goes out again, I have AHS still. I have a bad compressor which is very expensive. AHS is going to cover it, hooray! I find out from the AC repair company that bc they are replacing the compressor, they have to replace all the freon and OF COURSE AHS doesn't cover freon. No big deal, right? WRONG! It turns out the company is charging me $60 per lb of freon and I need 11.5 lbs!!! I feel like I'm getting ripped off. I called Johnny and he tells me that believe it or not that's actually a good deal and I should definitely take it. He tells me that a lot of other companies charge even more and to definitely take advantage and use them to replace it. Ok cool, at least I know I'm not getting ripped off. The day goes on and I have 2 other people tell me that I probably don't need new freon, that the freon in my system can probably be reused and I can save myself $600+ and that this AHS AC company is just trying to rip me off. Panic mode sets in again bc now I'm thinking I can pay Johnny or some other company $100-$200 to drain and reuse the freon instead of spending $600+ on new freon that I don't need. This other AC company is coming out to do the work in the morning and so I'm panicking. I called Johnny at 8:30 at night. I'll repeat that. I called Johnny at 8:30 at night and asked him if he could help me drain and reuse my freon. He spent 15 minutes of his night, politely going into depth and explaining why I did want to use new freon and why I shouldn't try to reuse the freon I already have. He probably worked a 12 hour day in 108 degree weather and was sitting on his couch eating dinner and he took my call and helped me out even when it wasn't going to benefit him. I really just cannot begin to describe how awesome he is. Johnny is 100% my AC for the rest of my life and I'm referring him to everyone i know. He is the best and if you want an honest, helpful, trustworthy, reasonable AC technician who knows his stuff, Johnny and his techs are your guys! Thanks again Johnny! My experience with Hays was almost Outstanding....the office staff keep me informed and Mark was personable, flexible and just a nice guy who knew what he was doing.  Even added some work from my original issue.  No,problem, gave me a price...and was done with both jobs in under two hours.   He also tolerated my annoying dog...sorry.
I will give the  the rating they deserve, not their problem that plumbing is SO FRIGGIN expensive.  They were competitive, but the people made the difference...THANKS

I can't say enough good things about my recent experience with AZ air experts. We had been told by a previous air co. that we needed over $1500 -$3,000 worth of work done, but air experts came in and fixed the problem for $330. They were extremely knowledgeable and trustworthy. They took the time to troubleshoot the problem and explain all of it in detail. It is so refreshing to find a company that is honest and straightforward. I will recommend them to anyone that needs a recommendation for their A/C!! Thank you!!! Thank you!!!

My wife and I finally decided to kick on the heater and when we did it just kicked out cold air. I requested a few appointments first thing the following morning and cool zone responded first, the next call from another company was hours later. They had a tech here in my home within hours to see what the issue was. After the inspection was complete we were given the unfortunate news that the compressor had given out on us. Our tech verified the unit was under warranty still, gave us a quote on what we would have to pay and got us setup for the next day. To have a job be complete from diagnosis to complete in less than a day made us very happy. From quick response and job well done to having a warm house our experience couldn't have been better. Heath is the best. Very reliable, great prices, knowledgeable and very customer service oriented. Love to deal with smaller companies because they actually care as owners. Wouldn't use any other company besides Attic Fox.

They found what was wrong with my A/C and fixed it. The price didn't seem outrageous or anything compared to how much time and effort was put into the repair. I would recommend and hope to see them again if I have any future A/C issues.

We're on a 5 year service contract with Dukes, and we're happy with their service (including office staff), the pricing seems reasonable, and the turnaround time has been great.  Most recently, our heater was keeping temp, but the startup sequence was strange and stuttered or seemed to terminate then start again.  Justin found several things that needed remedy in there and our unit is working very well now.  Thank you, Justin.  We think you're one of the best!

Biltmore Mechanical has been to my house twice now. Once for an AC leak and again when my AC stopped cooling my house. Both times I was extremely pleased. Not only are they quick to respond and schedule an appointment, they are also extremely reasonable. When my AC stopped cooling my house, they sent someone out on a Sunday morning-no outlandish last minute emergency fee-and when the issue couldn't be fixed right away because of frozen coils, they came back a few hours later after my unit defrosted to get the AC working again. Highly recommend for their great service!

Excellent service! Our AC went out at 8pm. Called Bumblebee and was able to get an appointment for the next morning at 7am. The tech showered up on time, was friendly and professional, and explained exactly what work he was doing. He replaced a couple of fuses and my unit was up and running. Huge relief to have some cool air in August, especially with a family at home all day. The cost was very reasonable as well. We will definitely use Bumblebee in the future for maintenance and repairs.

Mike at this company was called at 8 pm last night after our company, Sonoran Mechanical left me hanging with no air for over 24 hrs. The sonoran guy came and couldn't fix and told us it needed 3 parts and that the company would call in am. Called Cave Creek. Mike picked up call and came in 20 min.  In 20 min it was fixed!!! He had to replace the capacitor that Sonoran had just put in, and a starter which the other guy couldn't be bothered to do. I highly recommend this company and Mike as he is honest, efficient, reliable. He'll be our guy going forward. The other company mever called us and we were club members.

My upstairs A/C unit was making a louder than normal noise and I had to get someone out to take a look.  Called Alan's Air around 8 am and they were able to get someone out same morning.  Turns out Alan, the owner, came out along with another gentleman.  Alan immediately diagnosed an issue with the motor and said that it wasn't worth it to repair now.  It could last some time and when it goes out then replace the whole unit.  I also had water in the garage by the air handler.  This was not related to the A/C motor and as timing would have it, the drain pipe for the air handler was clogged which caused water to build up and spill out.  Alan was able to tell me what happened and fixed the issue.  What's most amazing about all this is that Alan did not charge me anything for the service and help.  Truly great customer service and someone I will definitely be calling in the future.  Thank you Alan for the help!

My experience with Ideal Energy was absolutely beyond my expectations. They were professional, on time, and I couldn't be happier with my home's new AC and Furnace. If you're shopping for HVAC services, don't hesitate to call these guys.  

If you want the details:
We purchased an older home. Built in the 1980's and it had its quirks; its had things break. We've had multiple contractors to our house to fix and install various things around the home. Windows repaired, blinds installed, drywall repaired, patio installations. We had a few AC quotes prior to working with Ideal Energy. We needed new duct-work. Our house had add-ons that just weren't getting air properly. We voiced our concerns to other HVAC companies, but all they wanted to so was replace our AC unit. This would have left our 35-year-old furnace and 35-year-old duct-work in place to run a brand-new AC unit. In my mind that was like putting a new engine in a 35-year-old car, and not bothering to replace the worn-out tires. We said we wanted all of it fixed, but with other contractors it fell on deaf ears. I can do the AC but we don't to ducts. I've had contractors come in with wild ideas to save money, including going and purchasing the AC unit myself, so I can save money with credit card points. I've got quotes written down on blank sheets of paper with no real explanation or break down for what I was buying. I've had contractors, in fact nearly all of them, fail to follow up when they said they would.
My experience with Alex and Ideal Energy left the competition in the dark. Alex showed up not only in the window he had promised, he gave my updates as to when exactly he would arrive. He showed up with a power point presentation outlying MY HOUSE. My floor plan was in his power-point. He explained the problems with my current duct working. He explained several solutions we could implement with various price points. He calculates the exact tonnage required for my home, based on computer simulations. Not a generalized rule of thumb like every other HVAC company that showed up had offered.

We settled on a state-of-the-art Zoned AC system. I can individually monitor and change the temperatures in various parts of my home. I can opt to cool infrequently used rooms less and keep the Master chilly at night without cooling my living room as much. While only using the single AC unit. It's absolutely incredible. (Ask them about it, its super cool... No pun intended) I didn't even know something like this existed. Alex's crew showed up on time with a convoy of trucks to remove my old system and install the new one. The task was a huge undertaking. His crew spent the better part of 3 solid days in the attic ensuring everything was good to go. I'm chilly in rooms of my house that have never been cold before.

An AC is a big investment. Let Ideal Energy take care of you. This has been the most streamlined, turnkey process I've had done to my house. Which is amazing. Considering its by far the biggest project I've had done. Don't hesitate to call them, they'll take care of you.

I moved into a new home that had a single unit on the roof with two stories, and my main concern was air flow. I had 6 different companies give me a diagnostic and quotes (the high end being 12K to fix duct work and add insulation) and nobody had one singular way to fix the problem I had. I reached out to Desert Comfort and they sent Sean, their air-flow guru to take a look at the system. He explained the poor design, the lack of access and the air flow issues. He also was realistic about what results I could expect, and how my system was choking with only a single return. He obviously had been doing this for decades and can work by feel. He said he would write up the scope of work.

I worked with Joseph Albertson who is the Customer Relationship Manager. He was nothing short of fantastic. We traded multiple emails back and forth,t he quote was upfront and reasonable, and I ended up adding on a few services and he guided me away from options that would only cost me money.

The crew arrived at 6AM, Sean and a partner. They go in my attic, added a new return, did an air balance, added a remote thermostat. While on top of the roof checking the system they spotted an issue with a line backup and a pound of refrigerant being low. Everything was informative and no salesmanship, I opted to have them take care of the issues on the spot. Joseph's first concern was our experience with the onsite. It was fantastic. E-invoice was easy to pay, clear to read, and this company was a pleasure to deal with. They don't advertise and they work via word of mouth and by their yelp reviews. Compared to the dozens of shady outfits in PHX that crowd out the good providers, these guys are a great provider.

Wow!!  What service!  I am a teacher.  They worked with me on their service hours.  So kind.  So family oriented to their own and to their customers!  They really work hard to make sure that I am not going anywhere else.   Thank you!

I had to call my Home Warranty company to get a one time exception for the company they originally assigned to my work order (I wont mention the company name but they have awful 1 star reviews) for a malfunctioning heater and they reassigned the job to Sure Temp.

Sure Temp was very professional from the initial appointment setting call I received from Keith on a Sunday morning to the actual appointment with Kevin the next morning.

Kevin showed up at my property at the EXACT time he called me to say he would show up and was able to diagnose and fix my issue in 30 minutes.

This company is the rare gem in the industry that truly does a great job and my experience with them absolutely matched the numerous other 5 star reviews they have received.
