Larson AC recently completed a large job for us - installing four new systems at our home.  We were especially pleased with Jason and Mike's work.  They are efficient, informative, polite and highly skilled installers.

Despite the size of the job, they managed to keep disruption to a minimum and left the house each day clean and usable in each affected room.

I highly recommend this company and Jason, Mike and Claude in particular.

Our water heater went out yesterday afternoon. Leaking all over the place. We had to shut the water off to the entire house. Went down to American Home Water and Air to get a ball park figure on replacing the unit. Paul was very helpful, he let us know they could come out the next day to replace everything.  This morning I called the office number at 6:30AM by 8:30AM the guys were here to install the new water heater. They were done by 10:30!! They were very efficient and polite. They cleaned up the area before they left and made sure everything was working correctly. I highly recommend American Home Water and Air. I paid the amount that was quoted, no unexpected charges after the install. Wonderful Job!

We never had a fridge problem before, so this was our first time figuring out who to contact and eventually trust. The guy came early- within the 4 hour window. He was super nice and there's an $80 fee; however, it'll go towards the service. I'll definitely be using their service next time.

We purchased our current A/C unit from Boldt 3 years ago and cannot say enough about the integrity of this business.  No hidden costs.  No pressure.  No oversell.  And, any time, we have had a problem, someone has been here within a matter of hours to take care of it.  I called again this morning regarding a small issue.  Phillip was here to take care of it within an hour of the call.  I highly recommend this locally owned and operated business. They don't just SAY they care, they SHOW it!

My AC started blowing warm air on a 120+ degree day on a Sunday, the very next day i called various companies and they all put me off until the following business day. Johnny was able to come out the same day i called...

They climbed on my roof and had the issue fixed within 1/2 hour...I am very happy with the service & advice they provided....Not to mention a very, very reasonable price...

First rate service.  We woke up Sunday morning and discovered we had no hot water.  We called and within 40 minutes or so, Chas showed up and quickly diagnosed the problem.  He helped us weigh the choice between a repair vs a new water heater.  And he showed up early this morning to install the new water heater.  He was efficient, thorough and did an excellent job.  I think we'v found ourselves a new plumbing company if a problem arises in the future.

These guys were awesome!  I originally called another company just to service the a/c and he was a no show so I forgot to call another company and today my air stopped working.  I called Arizona Air Experts and they came out and fixed my air.  They discovered there was a short that caused my thermostat to break.  They fixed the short and replaced my thermostat and didn't charge and arm and a leg.  I will only be using them in the future.

Great overall experience with this company. They answered my request for quote within minutes and I was able to schedule an appointment for the next morning. Caleb, the technician, arrived right on time. He was friendly and informative. He explained everything he was going to do and then did a thorough job diagnosing the issue. He told me what the problem was and explained everything in way that was easy to understand. I will definitely be using this company for future repairs and service.

I contacted Arctic Fox per a recommendation from someone who had excellent feedback about the experience with the company, so naturally - I already felt a little bit more comfortable reaching out. I called about midday and nobody answered the call but we left a message for a call back, and we received a call back within 10 minutes. It was a Saturday and we scheduled for a Monday service call on the two units we have for the house. The upstairs unit was sporadically working and wasn't providing cold air so we wanted them to also take a look at that.

The person that came out at 9am was cordial, clear, and expansive in the sharing he provided about what he was doing, what he was looking for, and what we were hoping for. It was a bunch of gibberish to me because hvac isn't my jam but it was helpful information to have later so I could explain to my cousin who does know HVAC. By around noon he was able to determine what the issue was, tell us what part/s were needed and given us a quote for the service. He was going to be able to fix it before the end of the day and something excellent to note is that our old unit (original from '98) still had parts! (Something 2 other companies that had come out wanting us to purchase brand new units had boasted and made us fear!) That in itself made us trust that he was actually trying to help us and not just sell us a new AC unit in the middle of an AZ summer!

He left and came back with parts, a partner to help, and was finished right about 4pm or so. The price seemed fair for the service, parts, labor and overall the experience we had was positive so I was thrilled that by the end of the day, our old original unit (both of them for that matter) felt like they'd gotten a refresh and were back up and running again! Also, the warranty for service covered a year for the parts and 2 years for the service.

Overall a super positive experience and thrilled we didn't have to buy a new unit, that we fixed the issue, and that we feel covered for the next year! Thank you to Arctic Fox for the excellent service.

We needed help completing the install of our range hood ventilation. Gabriel came out 2 days after I called and gave us a very fair price for the work. We were more than happy with the service we received.

So this company is pretty amazing! We've been ha omg problems getting our AC to properly cool after we had a remodel done. We've even had another company out here redoing our duct work. Well, Dukes of Air told me, unfortunately I needed a new AC. They then fixed the errors made by 2 other contractors.

This is the first time in 4 years since our remodeling that our ac has properly cooled our house!

The installation, Manny and Beto were quick, clean and so honest!

Will use them for any ac need in the future!

David of Biltmore Mechanical is an absolute TREASURE! My A/C unit stopped working and I was completely gutted. David came out within a couple hours of my call and diagnosed my problem with integrity. He could have went the easy way out and told me my A/C was from the stone age (it's REALLY old) and there was no hope. Instead, he assessed and communicated the parts I needed in a step-wise fashion. He even changed them the SAME DAY!!! His personality, skill set, and pricing is why I would recommend him to anyone, anytime, and anywhere

When we needed a new a/c unit installed, Bumble Bee was the only company we trusted to do the work. Michael D. is amazing and assisted with my wiring problem ASAP. Others were taking much longer and were quoting super high prices just to diagnose and not even fix the problem. I was trying to setup a smart thermostat in my home, and he immediately knew what the problem was and how to solve it regarding c-wire. He was very knowledgeable and professional, if I have any further future needs or issues, I would not hesitate in contacting cave creek cooling company again. HIGHLY recommend.

Alan's Air was amazing. Alan answered my call on a Saturday. He then checked out what we needed to get done the following day Sunday. Then he got Bill to come out that next day Monday and he started working on our vents!

We needed our job done quick and with no notice. Alan's Air was there to save us. Every other company that came out to the job kept saying we needed a new A/C unit; which was SO not the case. We knew we only needed new duct work. Alan's Air was one of the only companies that actually listened to what we needed done. On top of that, they were extremely well priced!

Bill was super communicative and so nice. I really enjoyed working with them and will continue to seek out their services for our future projects; as well as, recommend them to my family, friends and clients.

While my husband and I love our new home, it is definitely not energy efficient so one of the first things we did when we moved in was research companies to conduct an energy audit through SRP's discounted audits. Ideal Energy stood out to us so we gave them a call and are so glad we did. Our attic is very poorly insulated and there are holes in the duct work so they will replace the duct work and install new insulation; their assessment was thorough and they provided us with detailed information about the work that was needed.

In addition, they promptly responded to my call regarding one of our air conditioning units, which stopped working after receiving some water damage from the excessive rains we recently had. They were very honest about what needed to be fixed instead of trying to sell additional work that did not need to be done. Very professional and courteous and I definitely recommend them!

Fadel came out and serviced/assessed our aging swamp coolers (20+ years) a few months ago.  He was professional and honest.  Got our coolers as functional as possible and advised us on future replacement.  Once the unit threw the belt again, found the motor housing cracked, he said it was time to replace.  Doug was very helpful in ordering & scheduling replacement.  Shawn & Adam were here on time and got started ASAP. Install went smoothly and Fadel came out to double check.  He even communicated with the electrician to ensure that portion of the work was new, correct and up to standard for the new unit. Would recommend Desert Comfort Mechanical to anyone.  Our experience is based on commercial building swamp cooler, but have confidence in their skill & integrity and will certainly call for other issues in the future!!

I've dealt with lots of decent AC repair companies in the past.  This one beats anyone else by a long shot. Took the time to check everything and not just the issue.  If you need an AC tech, call this place cuz you're done looking.  Amazing value.

I was pushing my 18 y/o Trane to try to make it through the summer. After a service call to another company and quote of just over $1K I knew it would be easier cheaper to replace it.
