Juan, with Larson Air just finished up with a post install ac unit check up. Juan was personable, knowledgeable and friendly. He was thorough and completed the inspection while putting up with my barking dogs. He answered all of my questions and gave solid recommendations going forward.  I highly recommend Juan and Larson Air.

Tim came twice to fix our AC. He is very professional and knowledgeable. I highly recommend him.

I almost never leave reviews, especially when the service is performed as expected however, given my past experience with HVAC companies, I felt a review was required in this instance. I called and scheduled a routine maintenance on my two A/C units for today between 3:30 and 4:30 (I've never had a window that small so we're already off to a great start). The tech (Juan), arrived around 3:15 and was ready to start right at 3:30 (awesome!). Juan was wearing a mask and put on shoe covers. The shoe covers is a BIG deal to me, and while not necessary in my my house, I know many people will appreciate the mask. After doing a thorough inspection in the attic and on the units outside, Juan did an outstanding job of explaining his findings and the reason one of the parts was failing and in a very professional way. Here's the best part...the price for the maintenance and the installed part was very reasonable without a maintenance contract, club, program, etc. that all the other HVAC companies insist you but or else they charge you a ridiculous mark up. How refreshing! Good job Juan and BOLDT HVAC AND REPAIR!!

I highly recommend Johnny!  He actually scheduled an appointment (not the usual 2-4 hour window) and arrived promptly at the given time. He was thorough in explaining both the anticipated charges and what he would be checking. The work was completed efficiently and he made sure both heating units were operating correctly before he left.  I felt his charges were very reasonable, especially on such short notice AND on Saturday.

I had 2, twenty-one year old Trane units at my house that were still running fairly well.  Thought I was on borrowed time and decided to replace them.  Received three quotes from reputable firms in the valley and they all came in about the same price range.  The sales rep from Hays, Bill S., was very thorough in his presentation and fully explained the install processes.  He took the time to explain how the install would be considerable better than what I currently had and that an actual Follow-Up inspection would be performed several days later to confirm the install was correctly done and that I was totally satisfied with the operations of the units.

The installs were completed in one day as promised and everything was completely cleaned up and double checked.  I am amazed as to how much of a difference in the comfort level there is now and how much quieter they operate.  Difference between night and day.

The driving factor of our decision to go with Hays was the Yelp Reviews.  Hands down so much higher ratings than the competition.  Not a doubt in my mind that we made the right choice!

Our air conditioning unit went out this summer, so we needed a brand new unit. After getting several quotes we chose to go with Arizona Air Experts, and we are glad we did. We spent lots of time researching air conditioning units and installers, and we feel we ended up with a great product for our needs, and also at a really great price.  Some other companies came and some sounded great and offered some white glove touches, but Arizona Air Experts also included pretty much all of the same things, but the cost for a great quality product (American Standard) was significantly less expensive. We ended up replacing two units because the cost was reasonable for both. Very happy with the service and care of the installers. Start to finish, it was a great experience.

This is by far the best AC/Heating company in the valley. My fiancé and I have used them to repair our rental condo's AC that was acting up as well as our primary home. They are fast, professional, and high quality for the right price!

Technician was great! He repaired my AC unit swiftly, even went  the extra mile to make a return visit later that evening  when the temperatures  the house was not holding. He ever contacted me the next morning  to assure my AC  system was working perfectly.

I had my HVAC checked for drain clog. Great customer service and up front knowledge of the problem and corrective action at a fair price. No pressure to replace my secondary drain pain which costs hundreds of dollars, instead a quick fix that cost 10's of dollars.

Biltmore Mechanical has been to my house twice now. Once for an AC leak and again when my AC stopped cooling my house. Both times I was extremely pleased. Not only are they quick to respond and schedule an appointment, they are also extremely reasonable. When my AC stopped cooling my house, they sent someone out on a Sunday morning-no outlandish last minute emergency fee-and when the issue couldn't be fixed right away because of frozen coils, they came back a few hours later after my unit defrosted to get the AC working again. Highly recommend for their great service!

I had the most pleasant experience with this company. The  thermostat went out and the house was literally baking !! I reached out on yelp and received a response in less than 10 min. I received an appointment, and our technician Chase was prompt and even called to let me know he was just a couple minutes away.  He quickly identified the problem and did the repairs just as quick!  The company also sent status updates via text.  The pricing was reasonable and he gave me choices to fit my needs and my budget.

I will definitely call them again if I ever need any HVAC services, as well as recommend to anyone who needs  fair and reliable  services. Great company!

This is a real story from today... I had gotten a quote from AC by J just two days ago.  They charged me $135 just to come look at the unit. Then these jokers quoted me $7-8k to replace my AC.  Seriously, that's $8,000 dollars.  

Alan's Air fixed it for $450.  He honestly saved me $7,000.  The guy is honest, fast, reliable, and just a real nice guy.  I will always call him going forward!!!!

My family and I moved into a 1950's home in N.Central Phx 2 years ago. We knew the home had issues--10 tons of AC for 3500 sq ft of living space in all the wrong areas.  Old Hard Duct mixed in with flex ducts that had very little air flow in parts of the home.  Insulation that was spotty and not complete.   I started the process of finding a solution to our comfort issues in our home.  The journey was not easy.  In February this year, I started with the reputable HVAC companies in my area.  I had 2 smaller HVAC contractors and Howard Air, Day and Night Air, Hobaica (was the worst), and Larson Air(good).  Alex was the ONLY contractor who provided a complete solution to the many problems.  The other companies either provided a partial solution or did not even follow-up because the scope of the work was too much for their busy schedule.  Alex was the only one who crawled up into my attic space on a 105 degree day and provided solutions to insulate areas of my attic and roof that others did not even suggest or recommend.  He did his J-Load Calculations and recommended 7 tons of ac for my home, along with proper size ducts and insulation.  At first I was worried that the tonnage was undersized because other contractors had recommended that I maintain 10 tons of ac.  The team at Ideal Energy along with the project managers were all professional.  They made sure to place protective plastic and blankets over the work area every day and they vacuumed and cleaned up at the end of the day.  The entire project took 6 days.  The whole team was very professional.  They showed up on time. They were very receptive to any questions I had.  And they did all of this on the hottest week of June when the temperatures were over 110 degrees.   My family are I are now 1 month into our newly updated home by Ideal Energy, and the improvement is amazing.  The overall cost was on par if not better than the few partial quotes I received.  The flexible payment plan along with the APS rebates made the total cost much easier to manage.  My experience with Alex and his team was flawless, and it's nice to see that my monthly APS bill is going to be $200 less than last year.  Thanks so much!

Wow, what a great company.  Let me save anyone looking for a new HVAC system the trouble of shopping around.  I recently purchased a new split Gas and AC system (5 Ton) 14 Seer from Desert Comfort Mechanical (DCM) and my experiences with Fadel and his entire team have been nothing short of exceptional.  Many HVAC providers promise you great customer support and service but DCM and the entire team don't just talk the talk but they walk the walk in every interaction providing exception value and service.  Even during the due diligence inspection they worked around my schedule to arrive at 6:00am so I could leave for work on time, It's refreshing to know that there are companies like DCM here in the PHX metro area that still know how to deliver exceptional service along with extraordinary value.  Well Done Fadel, please pass on my many thanks to your team and you for delivering a pain free experience.  You can be certain that you and your company (DCM) are the one and only I'll have on speed dial.

It doesn't surprise me that this company has a 5 star rating. I had Precision air and plumbing install 3 AC units for me last year. Over $15,000 spent with them. 1 year later my AC quits working. 90 degrees in the house on a friday afternoon. Called  Precision to get someone out to fix it. Monday of the next week was there response! Called ProSkill Services and spoke with a very friendly gal, who had a service tech at my door within the hour! Aiden arrived. What a professional, Intelligent and very friendly young man. Aiden explained everything to me and the entire bill was only $125.00. He had to replace a part, that they covered under warranty, and waived the trip charge! I was only charged labor. I have owned my own business for 25 years, and can't say enough about the professional way all of the staff treated me. I had attempted to install an ecobee3lite thermostat and had difficulty and was stuck.
We had previously had Rising Sun air, out for an unrelated problem so I called them for help.
Pam in the office said she thought a technician was currently in Scottsdale and asked if she should contact him, I told her that would be appreciated.
As it turned out the technician could be at my house within the hour (my lucky day) to help me out.
As it turned out he determined that my air conditioner was incompatible with the ecobee3lite themastat, so he reinstalled my original thermostat for a modest service fee.
I'm totally happy with their service and personal and will highly recommend them to family and friends.

The communication with the office and the field technician  could not have been better or clearer.  I'm very satisfied with the service and will be sure to highly recommend them to family and friends.

Sure Temp responded to my query over a weekend and sent someone out first thing on a Monday to resolve one of my tenant's problems with cooling. Their technician quickly determined the problem was with a clogged air filter, but he got up on the roof anyway and checked out the entire system to make sure there were no other issues. Sure Temp's technician contacted me with the status and sent photos of the air filter and the heat pump. Sure Temp's responsiveness and professional technicians reflect credit on the premium they place on customer service. I'll be calling them again in the future. Well done!
