Their technician, Richard, was  courteous, professional, and efficient.  He took the time to explain each step of the service call.  Also, Cheryl, who facilitated the maintenance plan for us, was a pleasure to work with.

This company is on top of their business! Super easy to arrange for a service visit and understand all your options. Jose was detailed, precise and to the point (unlike some sales people from other companies we have met with). Competitive pricing, too. I can't say that I've ever worked with a more kind, honest and hardworking company. We filed a claim through Fidelity for our AC when it stopped working. Unfortunately, this happened during COVID, and everything is in shortage status or delayed. Tim worked with Fidelity to get us expedited on the process. Tori did an amazing job at keeping us updated throughout the waiting period. Mike (owner) called us to check in on things as well.  I truly believe that we would still be forced out of living in our home if this company wasn't involved in the process.  They originally replaced a compressor for us, and then we found out that the coil and condenser needed replaced as well (1997 unit). They got the order into Fidelity, and then came back and replaced the entire unit. The amount of hours and attention they put into this project were amazing. Every person we dealt with was top notch, and we would absolutely recommend using them in the future. Thank you for saving our sanity and getting us back to comfort!

My AC went out last night, After calling a few places I found Fran from Boldt she was able to get someone out the same day as I called.  Juan and Phillip actually showed up earlier than the scheduled appointment time and although I didn't get to meet Phillip, Juan was very professional, knowledgeable and courteous while in my home.  Prices were reasonable and they fixed the issue within an hour from knocking on my door.  Boldt will be the only AC repair company I choose from now on.  Thanks again!

I called Johnny on one of the hottest days of the year when our AC went out.  I called him because of the wonderful reviews that he has received.  He came out in an hour ( ! ) and said that all that was needed was to re-connect an electrical wire.  He only charged us for the service call.  As hot as it was, we would have almost paid anything to get the air back on.  His honesty and professionalism would have earned him 6 stars is they were available.  Wonderful experience.  Can't recommend him higher.

If there were more stars to give this company would have each one! From the star of contacting them till the end of the service, Arizona Air Experts were excellent! The lady who helped me get an appointment the same day was sweet and has great customer service and great communication, she called every step of the way. Darrin was our technician and he was AWESOME. Very honest, friendly and helpful. He showed us every step of the way of what he was doing and how to help the performance of our AC unit. He was also very patient with us as we had to go through our home warranty for authorization for our reimbursement process. Great company and I will most definitely be using them for our maintenance on our AC and any plumbing service! Thank you so much, your company made our day!

This is by far the best AC/Heating company in the valley. My fiancé and I have used them to repair our rental condo's AC that was acting up as well as our primary home. They are fast, professional, and high quality for the right price!

Great service and knowledgeable technicians. We've had companies charge a initial visit fee only to tell us that they don't know how to fix the AC unit we have (commercial Carrier). These guys have only ever sent technicians who know what they are doing. And they are always super-nice and polite. Happy are we found we them.

We have tried a couple of different companies in the past but haven't felt quite comfortable until we found Dukes of Air. We just signed up for their bronze level maintenance program. Very happy with Jesus's  thorough explanation of what service we needed to have done. He went over and above what we expected.

Bumble Bee deserves its five stars.  Good people and they do excellent work.  I started out with a won't-work problem, and ended up with the problem promptly fixed, plus educated on proper care of an AC system.  High recommendation!

Found with the help of Yelp contractors. After he reached out to me promptly, we scheduled an appointment same-day for an AC that wouldn't turn on. He was able to arrive a bit early, which was great. He was friendly and went right to work. AC was on in the matter of minutes! When he came back inside he told me what was wrong and what he fixed. He even inspected the system to check overall condition and found out fan speed set too slow. For years we've lived with our AC not blowing hard enough for this simple reason. It's already cooler than normal in our house!  He accepts credit cards and emails receipts. Will hopefully not have to call him again for some time but I know who to call if I need someone!

Alan's Air is AWESOME!!!  He just saved me $1400!  I had another AC repair company come out and give me a quote of $1600 for parts and labor to fix my AC unit.  I called Alan and he fixed it with one part in 30 minutes and the total was only $200!  He's a great guy and does great work!  I highly recommend this company to everyone!

Wow, what a great company.  Let me save anyone looking for a new HVAC system the trouble of shopping around.  I recently purchased a new split Gas and AC system (5 Ton) 14 Seer from Desert Comfort Mechanical (DCM) and my experiences with Fadel and his entire team have been nothing short of exceptional.  Many HVAC providers promise you great customer support and service but DCM and the entire team don't just talk the talk but they walk the walk in every interaction providing exception value and service.  Even during the due diligence inspection they worked around my schedule to arrive at 6:00am so I could leave for work on time, It's refreshing to know that there are companies like DCM here in the PHX metro area that still know how to deliver exceptional service along with extraordinary value.  Well Done Fadel, please pass on my many thanks to your team and you for delivering a pain free experience.  You can be certain that you and your company (DCM) are the one and only I'll have on speed dial.

I loved the man that installed our water softener and carbon filter.  Extremely knowledgeable and professional.  I only give them 4 stars is because it was a fortune and the credit service they use for financing are real a-holes.  $1895 for a customer supplied newer water softener, and a new carbon unit.  I would recommend this company just for the service of our professional.  Another gripe is that to do financing we were required to go through another company and they wouldn't work with us at.  They denied me and my husband credit because of activity on our cards.  Of course we are going to put everything on credit when we buy a new house.  An hour later and it put our service tech behind schedule and inconvenienced everyone involved. No, we were not able to get financing.  If you're in a bind this plumber will not help at all because of GreenSky. That's money back on our CC bill every month.  Our credit is perfect by the way, since we pay all CC each month.  GreenSky is the company that refused to take us for monthly payments. Screw them! ProSkill needs to ditch that credit company because it left a sour taste in my mouth.

We were extremely pleased with the service we received from Rising Sun Air.  They were so responsive and had a technician out the next day.  Kevin, the technician, clearly knew everything about A/C, HVAC care.  He was so very professional and patient.  We have been looking for an air conditioning / heating service we can partner with on a long term basis and we feel like we have found that in Rising Sun Air.  They make you feel like family!  We highly recommend them and will be using thm for all our A/C, heating needs.
