We have needed some work on a couple of units over the years. They always get back to us quickly. Their service team has always been courteous and honest giving us options without being pushy. Thanks for helping to keep our units running!

The reviews led me to them and the service will have me coming back!

Routine check-up on my air conditioners for the house...someone told me it may get hot this summer.  Some changes in ownership with a past company I used and needed to look for someone new.  Set-up the appointment which went smoothly with a reasonable two hour window.  Day of the appointment received a call from the scheduled tech Tomas, if he could come about a half hour earlier, which was nice and received the text confirmation he was on his way when I agreed.  

When he got here he checked with me again what was needed and we went over what would be checked.  He let me know on some rust on a motor, but nothing needed to be done at the moment, looked at my duct work and condensation drain parts in the attic which I had concern with as well as part of the inspection/check which turned out fine.  

Afterwards Tomas made recommendations along with the questions I had on other work and let me know he would send me email quotes.  The GREAT part is at no time did i fell any kind of pressure or upsell.  I am sure we have all had that experience with some companies in the past where the check-up turns into a high pressure sales call...they suck.   Tomas was patient with my questions and did not make me feel that he was done and on his way.

The experience will definitely have me coming back and I felt the price and service were definitely first rate. Thanks Tomas!

I get my AC checked out every year before summer and have used many different companies to take care of this task. I have to say, I have saved 1st Choice Mechanical in my contacts on my phone after today's visit. Tim showed up right on time, kept me in the loop as to what he and his trainee were doing and even showed me some tips to keep my unit running efficiently (no other company I have used have done that). They were courteous and covid safe. No mess after their work, it's like they weren't even here! I will definitely call on them again for next years service or any service in between! Phillip Boldt, from Boldt HVAC came and installed all necessary parts today and repaired our air conditioning.

Highest possible recommendation. I called Johnny at 8:30 on a Monday morning in August and he arrived about an hour later!  It took him 5 minutes to determine the start capacitor was out on the compressor. He got a new capacitor from his truck, fabricated a new bracket, put everything back together and the unit was up and running by 10:30!  Johnny is honest, skips all the BS and his pricing is very, very fair.  I literally paid him more than he asked! He is basically the opposite of everyone trying to sell you a new unit. When I mentioned how old the AC units were, his reply was, hey, as long as they still keep the house cold - no need to replace them.   I've been in construction my whole life and this man is the real deal. - Thank you Johnny!

Our A/C unit started squealing last night.  After reading a few reviews last night I called Hays.  Even though they don't open until 7:00 AM, I called at 6:45 hoping someone could help ASAP; especially since they temp had climbed from 76 to 84.  They answered & were very courteous  .  They took my info and had a scheduler call me back.  They were able to fit me in for a 5-7 PM time slot which was better than any of the other companies I checked that were at least 2-3 days out.  I was pleasantly surprised when they called back at 2:20 & said they could have someone here in 45 min.  Jerry S. came right away; found the problem & replaced the capacitor. While I was on the phone with my husband explaining the problem and the cost Jerry also checked our other unit & for that capacitor was about to go out as well.  If our units weren't 13 years old we would have signed up for the warranty program; however, it just didn't make sense for us since we'll have to replace the systems soon and any other parts will be much more expensive.  Rather than me trying to explain the costs or components Jerry spoke directly to my husband making everything clear.  He even e-mail my husband the estimate for the parts and trip charge for today and the estimate if we were to sign up for the warranty program.  Jerry was very honest and professional; he definitely went above and beyond and we truly appreciate his service.  I will be sure to recommend Hays Cooling & Heating to everyone we know in need of help with HVAC.  For the 1st point of contact to the end Hays was professional, polite, honest and all at a very reasonable price.

Caleb is simply the best in the business. He was extremely prompt and professional. He gave my full A/C and heating system a look over. His inspection lasted about an hour. He then gave me a full list of things that needed to be done, in order of precedence. He told me honestly what should be addressed and what could wait.

He is extremely cautions to work cleanly. When he brought in a ladder to access the attic, he laid down a rug so his ladder wouldn't touch our floors. When he came in to give us the bill, he took his shoes off.

I would highly recommend Arizona Air Experts to anyone. All said and done, and inspection plus cleaning only costed $90.

I cannot say enough wonderful things about this company. I woke up to a hot house with my ac unit switching on and off. I found this company on yelp, received a quote, called and within 30 minutes a tech was out to diagnose and repair. Amazing and speedy service. They turned a helpless situation into a positive experience. Definitely will be using in the future and referring everyone I know to them.

I contacted Arctic Fox AC through their website on a Sunday afternoon.  I had a non-functioning heat pump that I needed repaired.  I was wary about AC repair companies that charged additional fees for weekend work, so I expected that they would contact me the next day.  Heath, the owner, called me within one hour to talk to me about my specific needs.  He promised that a technician would be arriving at my house within one hour.  Will, the technician arrived exactly when promised.  He looked at my unit and was able to diagnose the problem within a few minutes  He had the part in his inventory on his van and was able to install the part within a few minutes.  It was dark outside where he was working and to add to the potential difficulties, it started to rain and the outlet from the roof poured directly on where he was working.  He told me that he would wait out the rain unless it got too late and return the next day.  The rain stopped within about 30 minutes while he waited for the roof to stop dumping the water right on top of the unit.  He finished the installation within a few minutes.  From the initial contact to the finished repair ended up being only about four hours and the price was exactly what was promised.  I even got a warranty on the work.
I will definitely use Arctic Fox AC again and I would highly recommend them to anyone.

These guys are the real deal! A/C started blowing warm air and they came out within an hour on a Saturday! They were already here by the time Goettl even called back to schedule an appointment. Todd Crawford was the most punctual and personable person. He made sure to educate us on the repair he would do. Pricing and customer service was great. If you're over 55, there is a seniors discount!!!

Biltmore Mechanical has been to my house twice now. Once for an AC leak and again when my AC stopped cooling my house. Both times I was extremely pleased. Not only are they quick to respond and schedule an appointment, they are also extremely reasonable. When my AC stopped cooling my house, they sent someone out on a Sunday morning-no outlandish last minute emergency fee-and when the issue couldn't be fixed right away because of frozen coils, they came back a few hours later after my unit defrosted to get the AC working again. Highly recommend for their great service!

Last week I had called another company (Day and Night) to come do a check on my unit, since I had just moved into my house and wanted to make sure there were no major issues before the summer heat really set in. They said the unit is working well, but was very dirty and needed to be cleaned soon to keep it from breaking and running at peak efficiency. The red flag came when they quoted a price - $800 to clean the blower fan and coils! Since that seemed very high I declined and called around to a few other companies.

Fortunately Alan's Air was one of these companies and quote me $250 to clean the indoor coil and blower fan (even I knew that the compressor coil was on the outside of the unit and easy to clean myself). Bill came out the next day, took a look at both parts of the unit, and found that the indoor coil was a little dirty but nothing major and the blower fan was nearly spotless. He cleaned the indoor coil, telling me that its actually very easy to do this unlike what Day and Night said, and since the blower fan was already clean and didn't need to be cleaned only charged me half of the original quote too! This is a perfect contrast of the best and worst in HVAC contractors.

I'm absolutely going to use Alan's Air for any maintenance or repairs of my system as long as I live in the area. I'd recommend everyone else do the same!

A while back, Ideal Energy did an energy audit for us with pictures, numbers, and graphs of how we could improve our home's energy efficiency. They were extremely nice, professional, and timely. They answered all of our questions. Just recently, they fixed/repaired all of our AC ducts and added a bunch of necessary installation. They were very clean and worked quickly and efficiently. They took before & after pictures to show everything they did. Our AC air is now much cooler and blows more efficiently/better. As a result, our house cools down more quickly and and stays cool for a much longer time than it did before. This makes our 43 year old house so much more comfortable to live in and we look forward to the impact it will have on our bills! We expect to save so much in the heating and cooling of our house. Ideal Energy's work was very reasonably priced and worth every penny! I would recommend that everyone check out Ideal Energy for any energy needs your house may have!

Fidel came promptly at 9:00 AM. Very respectful, wearing a face mask/gaiter as well as shoe covers. He was fast and efficient, and most importantly fixed our heater. Definitely recommend Desert Comfort!

Outstanding experience from start to finish. Scheduling was really easy and I appreciated the confirmation and reminder texts. On my scheduled day, I also received another text with the tech's name and picture prior to his arrival. Ryan even arrived 30 mins earlier than the estimated time frame. He was very professional, efficient and honest. I never felt like he was trying to up-sell me. In fact, he was quite honest as to whether something really needed to be repaired or replaced. Ryan also gave me various options and advice with another project. He laid out any concerns and even gave me time to research it further while he worked on something else. Overall, everything was completed in a timely and professional manner. I also found the fees to be very reasonable and competitive to other plumbing companies that I've dealt with in the past except these guys are more knowledgeable, professional and courteous. I will definitely use them again for any future issues and projects!

Austin Sherman from Sure Temp Air conditioning installed a new thermostat for us today. I can't say enough good words about Austin and Sure Temp. He is very friendly and personable, friendly and took extra time explaining to us what he was doing. We have not had a thermostat like this before so Austin made sure we were comfortable with the programming, etc. We have nothing but high praise for this company and highly recommend them.
