So glad I picked Larson Air Conditioning! I like to support family-owned businesses; Lyle from Larson Air did an awesome job. He was very knowledgeable and did a thorough and efficient job in a courteous and friendly manner. There was water leaking from the air handler causing damage to the wall behind it. The only thing wrong really was that the drainage pipe from the condenser was filled with sediment. A couple summers ago, we had the same thing happen but the repairman from another company only cleaned the drip pan. I didn't know he should also have cleaned out the drainage pipe. But Lyle cleaned out everything. He did a very thorough job of also cleaning the outside and inside coils and checked all other parts. He explained the maintenance plans Larson Air had available. I hadn't planned to get one, but I was glad to learn of them and after learning the services provided at a reasonable cost, I was glad to buy one. Although I knew that the AC should have regular maintenance, I didn't know what it would entail or what the cost would be. I highly recommend Larson Air Conditioning.

I would highly recommend American Home Water! We recently had The President water softener (which has a 10 yr warranty) and the RO system installed. They had to run the line from our main to loop the whole house, which includes our pool now. Our initial consultation lasted less than 15 min, in which we were informed of all soft water options and RO systems, no pressure at all...we were sold on not only the prices, but the water softeners were specifically made in AZ for AZ hard water! Our timing was great, as we got installed next day! Installers were very professional, cleaned up, explained everything, they were gone in less than 2 1/2 hours...we are extremely pleased. American Home Water will even remind us in a year that the filter in the RO system needs to be changed! You can't go wrong with this company...don't wait another day,  call them, they won't disappoint you!

A fantastic family owned company. I wouldn't hesitate to do business with them again in the future. I am very pleased with them. Tim and his father came out to repair our split HVAC system in 2020 which failed us right in the middle of Summer during the height of the Covid lock down and they were able to get us up and running in no time at all. Tim was very professional when he arrived to give me a quote on the replacement and was very well organized. Other companies that I had out for quotes just spit balled prices to me for low end HVAC systems where as Tim had his pricing in writing in a full color binder showing me all of the options that I had available to replace my system. Their pricing was also on point too and they came in lower than the other companies that I spoke with and offered a much better system. We had an older AC system from 1996 that ran on the more expensive r22 freon and it cost us an arm and a leg to repair or refill any time there was an issue. So we had Tim install a 14seer Trane unit with the newer r410 freon and we have had zero issues with it. Our new AC blows ice cold in the summer and our heater is nice and toasty in the winter. We are very happy with our decision to go with 1st Choice Mechanical and more than pleased with the quality of work that they did for us. I would definitely recommend these guys.

had a problem with my a/c unit on fathers day. i am so glad that i found boldt a/c on yelp. called and jeremy answered, he advised me he would call me right back after he checked the schedule. jeremy called back within 5 minutes and said he could come over right away. he was here within 15 minutes and diagnosed the problem and had it repaired in 15 minutes. i was impressed!!!!!!  good job jeremy!!!

It never fails.  On the hottest day (so far and many more coming) the main A/C unit failed after a power surge.  I called a couple companies, and they were happy to send someone out, but they needed to get back to me.  I called Johnny's to check on availability, and I was pleasantly surprised when I was told they would be here in an hour.

Turned out, it was less than an hour.  They diagnosed the issue, quoted a fair price and got the unit running in less than 45 minutes.

There really are hardworking folks in business getting things taken care of.  It's a breath of fresh air!

We love Hays! Nick Pratt was just here to service our tankless hot water heater. He was very professional, very knowledgeable, very pleasant to deal with and was able to take care of the issues we were having. The entire office staff is professional and pleasant to work with! The window of time they give you isn't half a day so you aren't stuck waiting, they call when they're on the way or if they're running a little late (which rarely happens). I wouldn't call anyone else for our heating, A/C and plumbing needs!

They were very reaposive and gave us info to help get the blower replaced. Maria was awesome, kind and good follow up. Thank you your old school customer service.

We had a packrat take up residence in our 8-year old Mitsubishi ductless mini-split HVAC unit to our bedroom. WTF??? Called the original contractor, their estimate for replacement was astronomical. My wife called her BFF for a referral, and she recommended Arctic Fox. Tim contacted us immediately, offered to replace the system for a reasonable cost, and was there two days later with everything ready to go. Tim and Keith spent literally the entire day installing the new system, including careful sealing of the required new access hole, making sure all wiring and connectors were weather (and rodent) proof, as well as completely repairing the old hole (which was a rough hole that the prior contractor had simply punched through the wall, without any finishing, sealing or weather-proofing). Very happy with the result, I highly recommend them. Bye, George!

You never want to find yourself with an AC issue on a weekend or after hours... but that's exactly the situation I found myself in recently.  

After some frantic calling around based on Yelp reviews, I discovered my new go-to heating and air guys -- Gladiate Air!  I worked with both of the owners, Gabe and Dave, and I have never felt more comfortable working with any company in the service industry!  They are both extremely personable, understanding, and genuine!  

Besides the quick accurate diagnosis and repair in my time of need, I love that they are not pushy!  I honestly cannot say enough positive things about these guys and this company, so if you have any AC needs AT ANY TIME, then do yourself a favor and contact Gladiate Air!

This company does not do ductwork inspections or repairs in the summer.  I have no problem with that.  I do have a problem with wasting my time and not being up front about this fact.  

I contacted this company through their website about uneven temperatures throughout our home as our bedroom is 10 degrees warmer than the rest of the house.  I recieved the following text message in reply a short time later: Good morning!  We charge $85.00 for a tech to come out and check out the ductwork to see what needs to be done to improve your air flow.  That is waived if you accept our quote.  Please call the office to check availability.  I called the office the next day.  After providing me a date and time for the inspection (2 weeks out, which I agreed to as it is not an emergent issue),  I was asked if I also needed maintenance.  I replied that I wasn't sure, that's why we were requesting an inspection.  I was again asked if I wanted to schedule maintenance or just the airflow issue.  I told the person I was speaking to just the air flow issue since, again, I wasn't sure if we needed maintenance done.  It was then I was told, Well, we don't really do ductwork in the summer because we are so busy.  

Speaking with this company was a waste of my time.  I was fortunate to call someone else who scheduled us for 2 days later without incident or hesitation

I hope this review saves someone else that time should they have the same issue.

They worked hard to make sure our needs were taken care of as quickly as possible. Kyle was awesome to work with, masked the whole time and walked through everything we needed to know. Nicole worked with us over email and text to keep us updated on everything, the additional communication was greatly appreciated.

Finally, guys who will fix your AC without replacing the whole thing for thousands of dollars.  I called out this company after trying another company that told me I need a new AC system (and they lied about its condition).  Cave Creek Cooling came out and replaced the fan blower motor and everything works perfectly.  If I listened to the other guys, I'd be replacing my AC every 3 years.  Cave Creek Cooling sells you what you need.  Honest repair people.  Skilled at what they do.  And rates are very competitive.  And yes, they can replace everything too if you really need that.  But they are happy to work with you even if you need a relatively simple repair to get you going.  That's almost rare in Arizona these days.  Would recommend to others.

Based on the other reviews here I scheduled Alan's Air to inspect and service my A/C system (maintenance check up) and repair the damaged fins.  I spoke with Alan -- he seems like a great guy who knows his stuff and I was very much looking forward to him doing the work.  

Alan referred me to the office manager Marcel to schedule the appointment.  I was scheduled for last Tuesday.  Marcel called me the day before to tell me they had to reschedule due to a truck issue.  I said no problem and we rescheduled for that Friday.  I called to confirm the appointment the day before and Marcel told me oh, I was going to call you to cancel.  Marcel said they received some last minute A/C breakdown calls that (according to them) take priority over maintenance and repair calls, even though it wasn't that hot out during those days.    That policy would have been good to know in advance so I could have avoided losing a week of time.

I asked if they could come over on Saturday -- Marcel said they were booked up.  I asked when they could reschedule and was told he had no idea.  He told me that if they received break-down calls any appointment I had would get cancelled and pushed back....not a great option to leave me hanging indefinitely.  I asked Marcel to let me know by the end of the day (Friday) when they could reschedule my appointment as I needed my A/C serviced/repaired and couldn't / wouldn't wait indefinitely having already waited patiently for a week.   Marcel never called back....so much for customer service!

Conducted an audit, identified a lack of insulation in a room that consistently was too hot (summer) or too cold (winter).  Professional staff, worked extremely hard to install a new unit.  Felt comfortable with them in the home around spouse and kids.

A/C is working great. Very personable/friendly technician came out on a Sunday to work on our unit.  (Next day service!)

We have been ProSkill customers for 4 years and they are an outstanding company.  We recently had some air conditioner repair work done at our home in Anthem.  Technician Pat Murphy was assigned our job and he was simply outstanding - he was very thorough, took the time to explain everything, and even showed us pictures.  Garret followed up right afterwards to check in and was extremely friendly and helpful in answering our follow up questions.  Great people and great service!

Called and they were out the next morning to service and inspect. Found an issue and unfortunately they are not on our home warranty list of contractors. Highly recommend honest, polite, good service

Sure Temp was so quick to respond, so I scheduled right away. Justin was very professional and able to quickly identify the problems, while providing a reasonable and honest quote. We decided to proceed with the repairs and even though it was a rainy day, Justin still managed to climb on the 2nd story of out home and complete the repairs on time as scheduled. We are happy that our air and heating systems are up and running again and ready for a long Arizona summer. We will be calling Sure Temp Air for any of our HVAC needs and will be asking for Justin again.
