They were great, install in one day after removing what was supposed to be new units installed four yrs ago. After losing 7k wish I'd have gone w/these folks first....they were quiet, efficient and tidied up before they left. It's day three and so far so good...so YES, go w/Larson and save the $$$ and aggravation.

Excellent experience from beginning to end.  There was no pressure during the consultation.  The consultation was very informative.  There was no up selling. I researched the information that was given to me and found it to be spot on.  Honesty in this industry is hard to come by.  The installation was very quick and clean.  Angel and his partner (so sorry, I can't remember his name at the moment) were professional and courteous through the whole process.   Would recommend them 1000 times over.  I am a super satisfied customer.  Thanks guys.

He made it out first thing this morning and he had our air blowing cold in 10 minutes. Thank you soo much! Our son's smile was the best thing to see. So thankful and relieved!! I can't thank him enough for saving the day!!! .

Our AC went out on a Saturday night and he Phillip came out right away and went out to get the part. He got it done by 10pm on that sake Saturday night and was very nice and professional. He was very affordable and flexible. The next night our breaker box was broken so we called him to ask if it could have anything to do with the AC, and he said it didn't. He even called us the next morning to see if we got the breaker box and if there was anything he could do. He and his staff were great and we would recommend him to anyone and would use him again if needed (although we hope we don't have it break again ).

Johnny is the best! Fair, reliable and years of experience. Definitely recommend them if you have any A/C issues.

Very professional and quick. I called first thing in the morning and was able to get an appointment that day. Also they were an hour earlier then originally planned but called to make sure it was okay first. Which was awesome when your ac unit is not working in the summer in Phoenix the earlier the better. And our technician was great! Frank was polite and got the job done fast. He was excellent at explaining to me what the problem was and gave me a few options for repairs. He went above and beyond getting our two units working perfectly and the expensive was less then expected. I also found it very useful that he gave me some tips on monthly maintenance I can be doing to keep my units running more efficiently. Being a first time home owner I really appreciated this. I will be using Hays for any of my future ac/heater needs.

This company is top notch. I'm also in a customer service business so have very high expectations. Randy and his crew were extremely professional, honest, did a great job, cleaned up perfectly and were priced extremely reasonably. This is by far the best AC/Heating company in the valley. My fiancé and I have used them to repair our rental condo's AC that was acting up as well as our primary home. They are fast, professional, and high quality for the right price!

We truly coulombs happier with the service Gladiate provided. Our AC completely went out mid July, and after calling Gladiate in the morning, we had a quote on a new AC by earlier afternoon. Installation was prompt and the price was affordable. I have already recommended Gladiate to a couple people, and always will.

My husband and I are building a house in Gilbert and wanted to have a company look at our new AC before we closed. I utilized Biltmore Mechanical to replace my unit on my condo. I based my decision on the paucity of negative reviews on yelp (people that are dissatisfied are much more likely to leave reviews than people that receive the level of service they expected). That and the fact that the other company that I had bid on the work only offered a 1 year warranty whereas Biltmore Mechanical offered a 10 year parts warranty (and I considered a 1 yr warranty unacceptable as a quality unit properly installed and maintained should last significantly more than 10 years in my opinion).  The job went perfectly, and I am confident that Biltmore Mechanical will assist me if I should have any difficulty with my AC in the next 15 years.

This is my go to HVAC company. Professional, on-time as promised. Wonderful polite technicians. Won't dream of calling another company ever!

Alan's Air is Awesome!!!  I called Alan's Air on a Sunday morning when my air conditioning stopped working and temps had been in the triple digits for days. Alan answered the phone himself and when I told him the symptoms he first walked me thru what I could do myself to fix the problem, thinking it was one of the fuses to the compressor. I was so impressed and thankful to find a person who would even take the time to tell you what you could easily do yourself to avoid a service call. I did what he said and when that did not work he stopped by within an hour and solved the problem. Alan is a dedicated professional with 35 years of experience and a very kind and honest man who I will recommend over and over!

these guys came HIGHLY recomended from SRP board members to preform a home energy audit.  they were very professional, timly, honest, and nice.  Alex and his team did a great job and were a pleqasure to deal with.  i would recomend them to anyone looking at a home audit

in addtion my AC actually went out and they were there at the drop of a hat to get it fixed.  i really like the team there and will be working with them in the future.

The A/C started blowing hot air late Friday night during the hottest Labor Day weekend in history.  On Saturday morning, I started calling around to 24/7 A/C service companies and no one was available until Monday or Tuesday.  I searched Yelp and found Desert Comfort Mechanical.  Fadel was able to come out and find the problem right away.  I highly recommend Desert Comfort Mechanical.

I came across Pro Skill Plumbing during a random search online for an affordable 40 gallon water heater.  I was already armed with quotes as high as $1400 (water heater only) to midrange $999 (heater and installation) to bargain $700 (heater and installation).  Price was not my only consideration since I work until 5pm everyday and live alone, so I needed a company that could work with my schedule.  Pro Skill blew all of them out of the water with a quote of $650 for a 50-gallon water heater installed this past Saturday morning.  Juan arrived on time and installed my water heater with courtesy and professionalism.  This family-owned company will be at the top of my list for any future plumbing needs.

I was just reminded of the invaluable issue 'trust' is when dealing with AC. Companies! Rising Sun Air has my complete trust. I was reminded once again just recently.

Great experience and price was less than another company. I needed my invoices to be detailed for the home warranty company and they provided promptly. They even filled out a form I needed completed within 24 hours. I will use them again if needed.
