This company has saved us twice this summer. Both our AC's had the capacitor fail about a month apart. American home water and AC were a pleasure to deal with and fit us into their busy schedule. The technician was knowledgeable , courteous and honest. Only fixing what was needed and gave a very insightful review of our AC system.

The while process was very professional and friendly.  No pressure either. We asked for a quote for routine maintenance on two ac units and our hvac.  They got back to me very quickly and so we scheduled for that week. For the day that the appt was for I did have a prior commitment to get to so I messaged them that day to find out when they will be here so it did not interfere with my other commitment. Anyways, they were willing to reschedule but we kept the appointment. Tim and Brandon came and were very friendly, respectful, and professional. They even pointed out a tip to keep the ac units clean. When we settled the bill, they mentioned the maintenance plan which I declined but there was no pressure from them.  We were very happy and will continue to use them going forward

We needed service fast, they answered my inquiry within 10 minutes and were able to come out within 12 hours (that next morning). Service was reasonably priced and the technician was great! My fiancé said he (the tech) was able to use great analogies to explain what he was doing. I understand why they have all 5 star reviews!! Will be using them in the future if we need them.

Ahh Sunday. A day of rest and relaxation and also the ONLY day kids and pets seem to get sick or your AC breaks down.  After a 7am text from my tenant letting me know the AC had stopped working, I headed over to yelp to look for someone with top reviews who also happened to have emergency Sunday morning hours.
Johnny answered right away even though it was before 8am (and again, did I mention it was Sunday?) He told me he would be out to the house before noon, but would get there ASAP, which he did. He coordinated between the client and myself, got there earlier than promised, diagnosed the problem and has the parts available to fix it same day.  He did it for a very affordable price and I also thought I would have a service charge as well as the repair charge, but he had included it all in the repair price, so I was pleasantly surprised to get a lower bill than I expected. Overall it was a great experience and I highly recommend Johnny for fair and fast service!

When we realized it was time to replace our unit we got 4 quotes.  Hays quote was competitive and their labor and parts backed up by a warranty.  Chris (the owner) took his time measuring our home and answering our many questions.  Install was quick, painless and on time.  Not only did Chris follow up, but we received a thank you card a few days later.

I've recommended Hays to many friends and family without hesitation.  More companies should conduct business like Hays does.

Ok, I just purchased a home, shortly after my AC united pooped out. I had called 3 other people and then called Arizona Air Experts. I spoke to Misty in the office she was super warm and professional she scheduled my appointment for Caleb to come out. As soon as I spoke to him I knew they were the company I wanted to replace my old unit. Misty would always keep me posted on when and what was going on. She is on it and lets you know whats going on before you have time to even realize. When I met Caleb the owner, I knew he was confident and knowledgeable and just knew what was up. I hired him to replace my unit. Him and his crew were great. Even his crew was warm and professional I loved them. After they got the job done, Caleb explained things to me about my new unit and told me if I had any questions or concerns to call them. I know for a fact I picked the right people to do this job and to do business with. How often can you say that? So, if you want a company with integrity and professionalism that is unparalleled, look no further, these are the people. I am telling my neighbors about them and anyone else asking or looking for AC/Heating company. They are a phenomenal company!!!!!!!!!!!

We noticed our AC in ceiling unit dripping about 4 weeks ago and Cool Zone sent Ryan out as soon our schedule allowed it, they were so flexible by sending him out after 5pm where I didn't have to take work off. A few days later we noticed our AC was dripping again and they came out that night at 7pm before our red eye flight to see what the issue was. Initially Ryan fixed the leak on the day he first came out but there was additional issues with our insulation that were not caused by them and he still send the owner out on the weekend to double check the issue. The owner was so helpful taking time to explain to us what the issue was with our AC specifically and dumbed it down to my knowledge, haha. Highly recommend Cool Zone to take care of your AC needs!

I am so blown away by the service we received from Arctic Fox, Heath is amazing!  We were so impressed with how fast he was able to diagnose and fix our ac...and in July!  Only waiting a few hours was a complete blessing in the middle of summer.  We are so thankful to Heath and will be only calling Arctic Fox from now on!

My A/C was acting funny with all the condensation coming out of the overflow pans from higher level pipes on my house.  Years ago when this happened my 2nd floor ceiling fell in so I knew the backup pipes were not supposed to be leaky.  I tried to fix myself with the stuff I saw on youtube by shopvac'ing it out and no luck.  I tried a couple of other things as I have had some expensive A/C bills in the past for what seemed like 15 mins work  and really  didn't want to pay again.  

I needed someone on the weekend so I bite the bullet and called.  Dustin fixed the clog and the bill was less than $100.  That is the first time I have ever spent so little on an A/C tech.  I know problems can vary but even with those 15-30 minute fixes I have paid twice or triple that with no real explanation what they did.  Dustin explained everything and seemed like a genuine guy.

He was very professional and super polite.  Goes a long way in my book.  I threw out the business cards of the previous 2 places I used to toggle between based on when they could make time to come by.  Duke's is my new first choice for all future A/C needs.  Irrespective of the reasonable cost, it was simply the best service I have ever received for Air Conditioning so they desire 10 stars.  Great company, great service....no offense to anyone else at the company but clone Dustin :)

Hello, there should be two reviews but it will only let me do one. David should have 10 Stars from me. A girlfriend of mine's AC went out this summer and she asked me for a recommendation. I had seen David's name on our Nextdoor site in our neighborhood. David was taking care of our neighbors and they were haopy. I called him up in the middle of summer and he was on a job site but he came right after. He got her AC up and running and followed up on with her to continue making improvements. Bet service and best prices no joke and a very nice guy.

Here's my second review, my heating wasn't working on a brand new Trane that I put up on a rental house and the installer was blaming it on a control board. The Trane was only a year-old and we've all heard the commercials Nothing Stops a Trane. I called David up on a holiday he came out and went through the whole unit.He spent 2 hours while his fiancee  had a nice ham waiting for him at the house. Got my unit back up and running and we diagnosed the problem. I saved over $500. Thank you. Give him a call on your next ACR heating issue you will be happy

After a great deal of research and a request for referrals for an AC repair company we decided to call Bumble Bee to inspect and maintenance our unit. We couldn't be happier with our choice! We just closed on our home and we knew that the AC unit was fairly old and would likely need replacement soon. Bumble Bee scheduled is within a week even during the peak busy time and massive heat wave in the Valley. The tech was friendly and knowledgeable. He let us know the unit was 20 years old and would likely stop working soon. He suggested either keeping it until it quit or replacement. We decided to go with replacement and are using Bumble Bee to do so. Lisa has been working with us on that and is so nice and helpful! She has answered all of our questions and has been patient with our decision making process. Our new ac will be installed tomorrow! I fully recommend this company!

Mike was outstanding - he came right on time and did a great job!  I really appreciated that since our HVAC systems are new, he suggested a lower tier of maintenance since all is well!  Definitely will use Cave Creek Cooling and will easily recommend!

I'm very happy with the service. They responded quickly and were friendly. The service lasted less than 20 minutes and they were all smiles and very educational. My AC stopped working and the house was 90 degrees. They came out and in less than 20 minutes it's up and running again for way less than I was expecting. Happy to recommend to anyone.

Another company that really don't want to say any prices over the phone but ball parked me 5 to 8 g on 14, 4 ton unit, without telling me anything else .. No interest in doing the business unless they can come and get their free 100 dollars to say yes, it's not working

I highly recommend DCM. We had them replace 2 AC units and put in some new ductwork for a home we purchased end of November.  Extremely professional, responsive, knowledgable.  They take pride in the quality of their work and the services they provide, and they do not disappoint.  Their rates are competitive as well (I had gotten quotes from a few other companies).  Joseph was absolutely wonderful to work with.  He is great with communication and following up throughout the entire process with thorough/detailed emails - from initial questions/estimates all the way to after install and setting up warranties for the units.  Shaun was also extremely helpful, detailed and took the time to answer many of our other questions about the home and HVAC.  And lastly, Fidel and his crew were wonderful - very hardworking, efficient and courteous.  My husband and I really appreciated the extra time Fidel spent over going the new systems with us.  Again, I am extremely satisfied with DCM and would highly recommend them.

We have been ProSkill customers for 4 years and they are an outstanding company.  We recently had some air conditioner repair work done at our home in Anthem.  Technician Pat Murphy was assigned our job and he was simply outstanding - he was very thorough, took the time to explain everything, and even showed us pictures.  Garret followed up right afterwards to check in and was extremely friendly and helpful in answering our follow up questions.  Great people and great service!

My wife and I are first time homeowners and this was our first time buying an A/C unit. Had to do a lot of research to know what was good and bad and to understand some of the terminology. We had probably 6-7 quotes done before we decided. I knew I wanted to get it done before summer since our Carrier system was almost 20 years old...Wasn't going to let our system run through another summer. Like telling grandpa to run a triathlon.
Pam was friendly and reliable to count on, to get any questions answered and to get us on the schedule. Kevin was knowledgeable and fair with his quote when he came by to take a look at our system. Haven't really had the need to test out the system since it's still nice but so far I'm pretty happy with our system and can feel more relaxed about having a new system in place for summer. I am happy about the 10 year parts/compressor warranty and 1 year service included. The two installers worked hard and got it installed and running in about 4 hours. Good choice of a company to choose.

Our A/C stopped blowing cold air on Sunday evening and hottest day of the year on top of things. My husband called and left a message at 7:00 pm Sunday night and received a call back within 5 minutes. Tech was to our house at 6:00 Monday morning and had the problem fixed in less than 30 minutes. Tech was courteous, prompt and friendly. We will recommend SureTemp to everybody we know. Hands down best customer service we have ever received!
