Fast and honest service!  Very nice and professional guys came out to work on my unit...ended up being a simple problem and they told me what I needed to do (change the air filters...I am not the most savvy home owner).  I will definitely be calling them for future service.

When our AC went out last week we requested quotes from a few different outfits.  American came in with a competitive bid, but what set them apart was their customer service.  Every representative has been friendly, on time and easy to work with.  I had questions about some differences between units/installs and they were more than happy to oblige.  The install techs were on time to our house and legit he job done fast and right.  I'd recommend American to anyone without hesitation.

A fantastic family owned company. I wouldn't hesitate to do business with them again in the future. I am very pleased with them. Tim and his father came out to repair our split HVAC system in 2020 which failed us right in the middle of Summer during the height of the Covid lock down and they were able to get us up and running in no time at all. Tim was very professional when he arrived to give me a quote on the replacement and was very well organized. Other companies that I had out for quotes just spit balled prices to me for low end HVAC systems where as Tim had his pricing in writing in a full color binder showing me all of the options that I had available to replace my system. Their pricing was also on point too and they came in lower than the other companies that I spoke with and offered a much better system. We had an older AC system from 1996 that ran on the more expensive r22 freon and it cost us an arm and a leg to repair or refill any time there was an issue. So we had Tim install a 14seer Trane unit with the newer r410 freon and we have had zero issues with it. Our new AC blows ice cold in the summer and our heater is nice and toasty in the winter. We are very happy with our decision to go with 1st Choice Mechanical and more than pleased with the quality of work that they did for us. I would definitely recommend these guys.

Fantastic service! Our air conditioning completely went out yesterday. We sent messages to a few AC companies. We heard back from Johnny almost immediately. This morning at 9am, we called and got right through. He tried to talk me through it, but it still wouldn't work. Johnny was at my house by 10:45am and after replacing a part in our HVAC, the AC was working again by 11:30! Fast service, very accessible and fairly priced. He is our AC technician from now on!

I had a $6000 HVAC installed on my roof a couple of months ago. They showed up on time, were respectful, installed the unit in a timely manner, and had a very competitive price, (I got six bids for the job). After the initial installation, a quality control person came out and inspected the installers work. Then, six weeks or so later they came back to do a another maintenance on the unit. Nice job Hays!

I met Caleb several years ago when I rented a house in surprise and he did all the spring checks on  my unit.
When I bought my home in 2012 I trusted him so much I had him come to check my AC for me. I use Caleb every year for my spring check ups and any other work that needs to get done that is not covered under my home warranty.
Recently my air went out and he had two portable units he let me borrow them while I waited for the warranty department to get back with me.
Caleb  and Misty have always been professional, on time and gone above and beyond for me .
I highly recommend AZ Air experts. If I did not have a warranty I would use them 100% for everything. I will NOT use anyone else.

5 stars to Cool Zone Air Conditioning and Heating! I attempted to install a new thermostat on Sunday and turned off the power like the directions said but  turned off to the AC, not the air handler and blew a fuse. My boyfriend found them on Yelp, have them a call and had David at my house within an hour and done in an hour, including the install of my new thermostat. David showed me how to program the new thermostat and didn't charge me an arm and a leg for quick service on a Sunday. Great service, Thank You!

I contacted Arctic Fox AC through their website on a Sunday afternoon.  I had a non-functioning heat pump that I needed repaired.  I was wary about AC repair companies that charged additional fees for weekend work, so I expected that they would contact me the next day.  Heath, the owner, called me within one hour to talk to me about my specific needs.  He promised that a technician would be arriving at my house within one hour.  Will, the technician arrived exactly when promised.  He looked at my unit and was able to diagnose the problem within a few minutes  He had the part in his inventory on his van and was able to install the part within a few minutes.  It was dark outside where he was working and to add to the potential difficulties, it started to rain and the outlet from the roof poured directly on where he was working.  He told me that he would wait out the rain unless it got too late and return the next day.  The rain stopped within about 30 minutes while he waited for the roof to stop dumping the water right on top of the unit.  He finished the installation within a few minutes.  From the initial contact to the finished repair ended up being only about four hours and the price was exactly what was promised.  I even got a warranty on the work.
I will definitely use Arctic Fox AC again and I would highly recommend them to anyone.

My mom's AC/heater was acting up, blowing smoke all up in her home and Dave from Gladiate Air flew in to the rescue!!! Big thanks to Dave's wife for setting up the same day service!!

When Dave arrived and turned the on the heater, the smoke decided not to rear it's dark cloud, but instead, it stopped working. Dave found the problem & fixed the broken wiring in no time and quoted me with a reasonable price! He was very professional and explained everything to me every step of the way. He's an expert in his field and provided excellent service!

Hopefully my mom won't have much more AC/heating issues, but if she does, I trust Dave and Gladiate Air for all of our AC/heating problems! Thank you Dave, you're a life saver!!!

Wow!  Dukes of Air came out same day and fixed my heat pump issue on the spot for a good price. Dustin gave me all the information I needed.  He is truly a professional, and his honesty was refreshing. This was such a favorable experience that I will never call another company. I wish Yelp had a sixth star.

Honest and reliable. David inspected the AC unit on a house that we are buying.  He gave us an honest opinion without trying to upsell other unnecessary services. I highly recommend his services.

This company does it all: they answer the phone, they call you back, they show up on time and they don't quit until its done right and proper!  We were having trouble with our air conditioning and Bumblebee figured out we had a leaky duct that needed repair.   Voila! The air conditioning is perfect now!  Really grateful for their top notch technicians and excellent follow through.  Thank you, Bumblebee.  I wish all service companies ran as well as yours.

Just had a spring AC maintenance and a part replaced.  These guys were extremely efficient, got back to me almost immediately, arrived on time, knew what they were talking about, were very nice and the pricing was in line if not better than the large companies working in the valley.  I don't recommend often, but you can't go wrong with CCCC.

In a world of HVAC companies that just want to sell you a new units Alan's air is the outlier. He has fixed three of my units which other companies just wanted to sell me a new unit. One unit I was told was leaking and it would be so expensive to find the leak and then if it leaked out again... Alan came out and put a starter kit on it (it was full of freon!) and now it's working perfectly.

After having scheduled a service appointment for a number of days, a representative contacted me by text and phone and wanted to reschedule the service appointment because of an unexpected heat wave and extreme demand. This is a total lack of respect for commitment to customers. In the end I had to cancel my appointment with this company.

DCM was quick to respond, quick to schedule, and quick to get the necessary work done! Their work is warrantied for two years as well. We'll definitely be using their services again in the future!

Called Proskill hoping for a water softener repair but unfortunately it was not repairable.  Chance and Harlin were extremely professional, respectful and courteous.  They explained everything including showing us what was wrong with our old unit.  We are more than comfortable referring them into your home as well.  I know that is who we will call when the next thing needs repair or replacement.

The technician was top notch.  In this day and age you get so many excuses for poor service.  I get tired of being told by a company we have issues due to the pandemic.  Rising Sun Air is old school.  They are honest on time and excellent at what they do.  I for sure will call them the next time I have issues with my AC.

Let me tell you something about this family owned business,what work they did is not important, what's important is they take care  of things fast and efficiently. Keith and his mom are by far the nicest people I have ever had the privilege to work  with in Arizona period. And to boot there prices are awsume as well. I find way to many companies out here, that want to bend you over, to come and work.  Honestly I wish they did more then ac work, would love to do other stuff with them as well. Well done for being the kind people you are keep up the good work.
