Great service and reasonable price. Had a capacitor blow out in the AC. The repairman came at the appointed time and did a full check of the AC  and replaced the capacitor. Would use them again

Came quick and was able to fix. Would recommend for repairs. Sadly need a new unit but he at least got it temporarily working.

Called Hays today because my AC drain pan was leaking into my laundry room. Scheduled it in the morning for the afternoon and they came well within the window of time. The technician that arrived was knowledgeable, friendly, and let me know what he was doing as he was doing it. Would recommend this company to everyone! Refreshing to find a place you can trust

Our air conditioning unit went out this summer, so we needed a brand new unit. After getting several quotes we chose to go with Arizona Air Experts, and we are glad we did. We spent lots of time researching air conditioning units and installers, and we feel we ended up with a great product for our needs, and also at a really great price.  Some other companies came and some sounded great and offered some white glove touches, but Arizona Air Experts also included pretty much all of the same things, but the cost for a great quality product (American Standard) was significantly less expensive. We ended up replacing two units because the cost was reasonable for both. Very happy with the service and care of the installers. Start to finish, it was a great experience.

We had one of our a/cs go out, we called and they sent out a tech same day, he came within the time window provided and gave us a call when he was on his way.

We had a packrat take up residence in our 8-year old Mitsubishi ductless mini-split HVAC unit to our bedroom. WTF??? Called the original contractor, their estimate for replacement was astronomical. My wife called her BFF for a referral, and she recommended Arctic Fox. Tim contacted us immediately, offered to replace the system for a reasonable cost, and was there two days later with everything ready to go. Tim and Keith spent literally the entire day installing the new system, including careful sealing of the required new access hole, making sure all wiring and connectors were weather (and rodent) proof, as well as completely repairing the old hole (which was a rough hole that the prior contractor had simply punched through the wall, without any finishing, sealing or weather-proofing). I'm so very happy with this company! They arrived on time and immediately went up on the roof to examine my AC unit. The good news was there was nothing wrong and instead of telling me stories they admitted the truth! They told me what to look out for if I ever heard the noise again and how much it would cost to replace the motor. The price seemed very reasonable. I will return to them for all my AC and heating needs

Kalem came over for a 6 mo complimentary HVAC recheck and he was efficient and courteous.  I was late coming home and he waited over an hour outside my residence.  Overall we've had a great experience with AZ Dukes of Air.

I have used Bumble Bee Air for many years now. Several years ago I called them to fix a 30 year old air conditioner. They found the part for me and the unit is still working!  Since then, they have provided emergency service for us at some condos we own and just recently came out to our house on a sweltering summer day to get our air conditioner working. They found a faulty switch on our electrical panel and replaced that too.  They are prompt, friendly, and do an amazing job for an excellent price.  We will never go anywhere else.

Once again Cave Creek was able to do a remarkable job on our washer and dryer duct work.  This Company is definitely a keeper.  Love doing business with such a class act.

Alan and his team were such a big help! My AC stopped working this past Sunday and Alan himself came to address the issue. They were very knowledgeable and were flexible with my busy schedule. I don't know where to start but long story short, I initially contacted Alex and Elena at ideal energy because my summer cooling bills were ridiculous and some rooms in the house were warmer than others. I was sent Theo for a 3 hour thorough inspection and analysis and Theo knew exactly what he was doing. This was a guy who was a subject matter expert and provided me with a dozen page report detailing everything. It turned out that my insulation in the attic and the duct system was all messed up. So I scheduled an appointment for them to take care of all of those issues.
A whole crew was sent out to my house, i think 6-7 people with the crew lead Kristian who is definitely an expert at what he does. Each and every one of them was professional and well mannered, very knowledgeable, they did an amazing job and an amazing cleanup after they were done and all with a smile on their faces, which you don't see too often these days. Alex contacted me later in the afternoon to make sure that everything went well as i would expect from any business that knows how to take of customers. I have noticed a big change with the added comfort and i will definitely be contacting them again in the future.

The A/C started blowing hot air late Friday night during the hottest Labor Day weekend in history.  On Saturday morning, I started calling around to 24/7 A/C service companies and no one was available until Monday or Tuesday.  I searched Yelp and found Desert Comfort Mechanical.  Fadel was able to come out and find the problem right away.  I highly recommend Desert Comfort Mechanical.

Don't buy the local family man business they peddle on their website.  I used ProSkill to fix an AC problem during the summer.  When their technician arrived, I was given an excessively large estimate to fix the problem.  When I pressed the technician for an explanation of the problem, I was told I could take it or leave it'.  After a testy exchange, I decided to get a second estimate and found that it was 1/3 the cost of the ProSkill estimate to repair.  

What was worst of all is that the 2nd AC technician advised me that a prior AC technician had deliberately sabotaged my AC coil by cracking it in multiple places with a tool.  When I complained to the owners, they expressed concern, examined my AC unit to confirm the vandalism, but offered no reimbursement as I couldn't prove it was their technician who damaged it (who else?).  

Find yourself another AC company to use!  Any if you need a plumbing repair, I strongly recommend finding a competent plumber on Craigslist who will charge you a fraction of what ProSkill will charge you.

My wife and I are first time homeowners and this was our first time buying an A/C unit. Had to do a lot of research to know what was good and bad and to understand some of the terminology. We had probably 6-7 quotes done before we decided. I knew I wanted to get it done before summer since our Carrier system was almost 20 years old...Wasn't going to let our system run through another summer. Like telling grandpa to run a triathlon.
Pam was friendly and reliable to count on, to get any questions answered and to get us on the schedule. Kevin was knowledgeable and fair with his quote when he came by to take a look at our system. Haven't really had the need to test out the system since it's still nice but so far I'm pretty happy with our system and can feel more relaxed about having a new system in place for summer. I am happy about the 10 year parts/compressor warranty and 1 year service included. The two installers worked hard and got it installed and running in about 4 hours. Good choice of a company to choose.

We used Sure Temp this past week! Our AC went out and we had a sick baby at home. Sure Temp came out as soon as they could and had our AC fixed and running within an hour of arriving. Dominic was the technician that came and he was great! He arrived with a smile and despite this being their busiest time of year and the sweltering heat he was upbeat and very kind. Mary in the office was great too! Thank you guys for getting our AC fixed so quickly especially with a sick baby in the house. You guys rock
