They tried to charge me $89 for giving a quote on insulation replacement. Im still a bit confused why anyone would charge you when they are asking for your business. Very strange. Of course i didnt do it.

What a great company with even better customer service. We just had our RO system installed and the installer ( Jose) was so super helpful. They gave me great advice, and were very friendly. We will be coming back to this company to have our Water Softner installed here shortly as well. I did a lot of research and asked for a bunch of quotes from other companies and no one could compare to this company. Hands down best prices and customer service. I had next day service as promised. Extremely satisfied with the service I received and I would highly recommend calling this office for your next service needs.

The while process was very professional and friendly.  No pressure either. We asked for a quote for routine maintenance on two ac units and our hvac.  They got back to me very quickly and so we scheduled for that week. For the day that the appt was for I did have a prior commitment to get to so I messaged them that day to find out when they will be here so it did not interfere with my other commitment. Anyways, they were willing to reschedule but we kept the appointment. Tim and Brandon came and were very friendly, respectful, and professional. They even pointed out a tip to keep the ac units clean. When we settled the bill, they mentioned the maintenance plan which I declined but there was no pressure from them.  We were very happy and will continue to use them going forward

5 stars  is not a high enough rating for BOLDT !   I've delt with a few different   AC service providers and this company  is by far the best. You want honesty, integrity, reliable, and professional then you found it.  My AC went down and I was back up and running within an hour of  my call, I could not  believe  it.  I recommend  this company,  hands down  the best in the valley! Called Johnny at 7am, here by 9am fixed by 9:45am!  When other companies said due to the age of the unit, parts were no longer available, Johnny diagnosed the problem, had the parts in his truck and fixed it for less than any other AC issue I ever had.
Johnny and his co-worked are punctual, knowledgeable and personable.
Highly recommend.

I would agree with many other reviewers that this is the company you want to be dealing with. Our sales rep, Bill, actually called to see if he could come out early because he promised to be at our house at a different time and he wanted to see if that was ok. Certainly different from other companies. I quoted. He was quick and efficient and made sure that we had plenty of time to ask as many questions as we wanted. At no point during the initial sales process did we feel rushed or more importantly pressured. Bill's professionalism and outstanding reviews led us to select Hays to replace both our A/C units (despite the fact that they were not the cheapest company to quote).

We called Bill on Monday and the crew showed up on schedule 3 days later Our install team was led by Jack who displayed the same professionalism that Bill did and had a great sense of humor (promised to make sure that anyone who fell off the roof would be dragged into the street so it wouldn't impact my homeowners insurance. Pleased to note that no tech's were harmed in this install). The crew replaced both units and removed an old Swamp Cooler in less than 4 hours. I was home working and barely heard them. The team even took time to talk a little Mario talk with my 4 year old son. When Jack wrapped everything up he mentioned that they noticed that some of my vents were blocked so his team went and fixed them for us.

I was very apprehensive about making such a big purchase and switching out A/C units just prior to summer here in Arizona but Hays made the process painless and easy. I will be using them for all maintenance and service issues for anything HVAC or Water heater related for as long as I live in Arizona. If there were more stars to give this company would have each one! From the star of contacting them till the end of the service, Arizona Air Experts were excellent! The lady who helped me get an appointment the same day was sweet and has great customer service and great communication, she called every step of the way. Darrin was our technician and he was AWESOME. Very honest, friendly and helpful. He showed us every step of the way of what he was doing and how to help the performance of our AC unit. He was also very patient with us as we had to go through our home warranty for authorization for our reimbursement process. Great company and I will most definitely be using them for our maintenance on our AC and any plumbing service! Thank you so much, your company made our day!

We decided to install a swamp cooler on our roof before the upcoming summer months. We found Arctic Fox online, requested contact through their website and were contacted back within one hour. Heath, the owner, came over to our house to discuss what we were looking for and to look at the existing system. He tied the swamp into the existing AC duct system, created custom duct panels to fit, and installed a custom water line. They showed up early in the morning, and worked throughout the day to get the system installed. They worked late to ensure the system was installed the same day. His quote for the work was right on and the entire team was very professional. We will, and already have, recommend Arctic Fox to anyone in the West Valley needing AC, heating, evap, or water heater work done. It was the best experience we have had with any company in this industry.

I'm so very happy with this company! They arrived on time and immediately went up on the roof to examine my AC unit. The good news was there was nothing wrong and instead of telling me stories they admitted the truth! They told me what to look out for if I ever heard the noise again and how much it would cost to replace the motor. The price seemed very reasonable. We had just gotten home from a week long hospital stay with our 6 week old. When we walked in the house was 97 degrees inside. At some point during our hospital stay our air went out. I went to yelp and looked for a repair company with good reviews. I called AZ dukes of air. By this time it was already 5pm. I was terrified we'd have to find a hotel for the night and be displaced for another night. I called and they said they'd dispatch someone right away. They gave me a 3 hour window, but the tech was there within the hour. He was able to replace the part we needed and our home started cooling down. So grateful for this company and their quick response given our situation. I couldn't be happier and have already recommended them to friends and on our community board.

Best service company I have dealt with in a long time. Mike was onsite in one hour when all the other companies I called said they couldn't be out any sooner than a day and a half. He diagnosed the problem quickly and resolved it the same day. If I ever have any ac issues in the future it will be this company first.

My A/C was making a lot of noise and I was worried it was about to die. I called Ideal Energy and they came out immediately.
I live in Canada and rent the house out and the technician from Ideal Energy identified the problem and called me in Canada to let me know the problem even before my tenant came home to meet him. The whole process from calling them to having it fixed only took a few hours. The cost of the repairs seemed very reasonable and I was able to pay over the phone. If I ever have any A/C issues in the future I know I can trust this company.

My A/C compressor went out based on age and the storm we had a few days ago, so we didn't get any cooling in the main are of the house. I called the number after reviewing the comments on Yelp and thought why not give it a shot. Usually I'd like to get referrals through friends and family. I called at 7:30am and had Fadel, the technician, out at the house by 11am. Within minutes he identified the problem and was in and out in less than 30-mins. While he was here he serviced both Trane units and replaced the compressor for the second A/C as well as it was getting to an age. He was honest and told me the fan motor is squeaking on the larger unit that he came to replace the part for. It is currently working, but not sure how long it'll last. Rather than replacing a working part, he suggested I call back when the A/C goes out again as he already knows what the issue will be. I mean it's like the 6-star service you expect and almost never get nowadays. The price was fair too. You earned a new customer and my referral will go towards this locally owned business. Thank you for being prompt, courteous and most importantly honest!!!!

There is a reason these guys have 5 stars here and on google. My AC went out and a tech was available shortly. They text you the tech's name and picture, which I thought was nice. He fully inspected and tested everything and quickly determined the problem. He replaced the part which he had in his truck immediately. My tech was Nate and he was amazing, knowledgeable and personable. I will definitely use them for any of my service needs.

Very happy with the service. The cost was good. And the service man Kevin was fabulous   I wanted them to come out to make sure my main ac was ready for summer. I had a mini split put in about a year ago by another company. It never worked. I really like it to be cold in my room at night. If needed Freon. Once in it works great. Thanks yoj

Originally I had planned on using another local competitor; but fortunately for me, I opted to message Sure Temp.  I'm glad I did, as other reviews state not only did Sure Temp beat the competition in price, they were the quickest turn around.  I contacted two other well-known named competitors, but never heard back.  Keith contacted me in less than 30 minutes after me contacting him through yelp.  I now have a brand new Trane Seer 16.0 Heat pump, it was excellently priced - 500 less than the lowest quote, and over two thousand less than the other Trane dealer quote.  I opted to take advantage of a SRP rebate by getting the higher Seer 16 unit.  I didn't look forward to mailing in the rebate form and waiting for a check in the mail - if ever.  Sure Temp takes care of that as well and discounts the price up front - eliminating a big headache for me.  I highly recommend this company and I am glad I contacted them.  This was a very easy and fast process, thank you Sure Temp!
