Octavio was wonderful! Very kind and dedicated! He made sure we were informed of all the needed repairs and very satisfied with the work that needed to be completed! Very personable.

My 22 year old water heater took stopped working the week of Christmas. I contacted AHW&A via Yelp message & phone the next day, and they cane ASAP with very competitive prices for new water heater and install, plus removal of old water heater. 10 days later I called after hours, as my new water heater was again not producing hot water. A tech and his apprentice were out first thing the next morning, and fixed the issue. I will say, their after hours answering service could use better customer service skills (they were very rude), but understand they are a 3rd party hired by AHW&A and have nothing to do with them. Overall, very happy with responsiveness, competitive pricing, and level of service from AHW&A.

I am long overdue for a review for this company! It is crucial that you find an HVAC company that you can trust in Arizona and I trust no one more than this company! We were fortunate enough to come across this company in our search for a new HVAC person several years ago, and we have not used anyone else since (All the previous claimed professionals would repair our system, but the fix would only be temporary before there was another issue!) Phil (He's the man!!!) and his team have serviced all of my family's houses and business. AC stopped working on what was going to be a 117 degree day. House was heating up fast! Started calling down the list of AC repair companies on Yelp leaving messages or given appointment times days later.
Fate brought me to Johnny's AC listing - Called, phone answered immediately, took our address and was here within an hour.
Straight forward diagnosis, price given, work done, no up-selling,
no non-sense. Great guys! The kind of people you know instantly you can trust. They keep a good inventory on their truck so no running out to get your parts. Clean, professional work.

Are you looking for a reputable, honest AC company?  Look no further than Hays.  Excellent service, honest technicians and an owner who cares about his customers.  

When we realized it was time to replace our unit we got 4 quotes.  Hays quote was competitive and their labor and parts backed up by a warranty.  Chris (the owner) took his time measuring our home and answering our many questions.  Install was quick, painless and on time.  Not only did Chris follow up, but we received a thank you card a few days later.

I've recommended Hays to many friends and family without hesitation.  More companies should conduct business like Hays does.

It's very refreshing to met a honest AC repair company.  I have used other AC companies in the past due to free or extremely cheap AC system inspection the repairman always turn into salesman. Celeb was straightforward and found part that was starting to weaken but did not pressure to replace it.

I have used Cool Zone for about a year and a half.  They installed a split system (for the previous owners of our home), which I couldn't figure out how to use.  I had another (redacted name company) out to replace a condensate line and to check the split system.  The other company indicated that the split system wasn't working and that they'd need to fix it.  I contacted Cool Zone since I found the split paperwork showing they had installed it and I was hoping it was under warranty.  Dave (owner) came out and showed me how to use the split system (no charge) and that it was working fine.  Since then, we've had them install a two stage system to address an issue with poor cooling of an area of the house, install Ecobee thermostats, do general checks and tune ups, and address a weird leak.  I've got nothing but great things to say about this company.  They are probably not the cheapest in town, but they show up on time, do the work correctly, and don't try to up sell.  Their prices seem about average, and less than (redacted company).  On a personal note, everyone I've interacted with in the company: Dave, Byron, Ryan, and Danette are great people as well.  

Support this local small business.  You will not be disappointed.

I just had Arctic Fox A/C & Heating out to service my a/c for the summer. They were recommended to me by my brother.  These guys are GREAT! It was explained to me in detail what they were going to do. There was a part they suggested to replace - it would eventually stop working and I don't want to deal with a broken a/c unit in 116 degrees. They had the part on their truck and replaced it very fast. The technicians, Heath and William were very knowledgeable and professional.  I will use them again and I would highly recommend them.

Fantastic! They came out on a Sunday morning and fixed my air conditioner in about an hour. Super professional! They are my new go to for my air conditioning needs!

May of 2018 I hired Arizona Dukes of Air to come out and perform a tune up on both of my air conditioner units. I was told I was low on Freon so I agreed to add Freon to one of the units and the bill total came out to $750. Two months later the same a/c unit that Freon was added to went out. I called Dukes of Air again to come out and take a look. I was advised that the air conditioner tripped and there was a button inside that can make the air conditioner reset. I asked the technician what caused the problem, and I was advised that it seemed to have been overcharged and it was the only issue that was found with the unit. Arizona Dukes of Air proceeded to charge me an additional $176 for the diagnostic of the issue. So initially, not only did I pay for too much Freon that the unit needed, but they charged me an additional $176 to fix (most likely) their own problem performed two months prior. They fixed the issue hence the two stars but I will definitely be moving forward with a different a/c company in the future.....

Update: After my initial review, Patrick the general manager of Dukes of Air reached out to me to discuss the situation and we both agreed I should not have been charged for the 2nd visit. I received a check in the mail from Dukes of Air for the full refund of the 2nd visit ($176) which was very much appreciated. 4 stars

I contacted Biltmore Mechanical and David came out the next day to troubleshoot my AC UNIT. It seems that the 2 stage function was unplugged and never wired inside the unit and my thermostat. David quickly troubleshooted and fixed the issue. Will use again for future needs.

Bumble Bee AC was recommended by a friend when I told her my bedroom was the hottest room in the house. I called and they were very helpful from the start. I called on a Tuesday and they sent a technician out that Thursday for an estimate. Craig arrived on time--early actually--and suggested a mini split unit with a separate remote for my bedroom. I was able to schedule the service for the following Thursday. Again, the technicians showed up on time and in a few hours, they had the unit installed and cleaned everything up. The service was top notch through every step. I cannot recommend them enough. I am so pleased with the new unit and the easy process, thanks to the wonderful staff at Bumble Bee.

This company is not only knowledgeable, but very honest when it comes to solutions to your problems.  The big HVAC companies work their employees on commission.   This company does not do that.  Very happy with their service and supporting our local business.

AC kept blowing warm air during afternoons. Had 4 different companies come through home warranty, all would come in the morning even though i asked them to come in afternoon so they could see the problem. They all said I could take the appointment I got or wait days for an afternoon one. Of course none of them found anything wrong with it. Called Alan's air out of pocket and they called me back the same day, tech (Bill) called to ask what was wrong and he told me to call him when it was blowing out warm air. He came out at the end of the day within an hour of me calling him and was able to diagnose the problem, overheating compressor. They changed out the part within two days. Awesome customer service.

I can't speak more highly of the team at ProSkill....and I'm a very tough one to impress. I just completed the purchase of a new home which had a good deal of complicated air conditioning and plumbing issues to address before the close of escrow. The entire team at ProSkill from Garrett their General Manager to Albert their excellent air conditioning technician to Greg their senior plumbing technician, all provided extremely timely, accurate and very fair technical advice in their counsel of  me throughout the escrow process. Without ProSkill's persistent effort to diagnose an air conditioning problem, very expensive repairs would have needlessly taken place. They figured out the problem, sold everyone on it solutions, then fixed the problem which enable the closing of escrow. I cannot recommend them more to anyone whom might need a very customer centric plumbing and air conditioning contractor.

They were fast, friendly and professional. I felt like they gave a fair assessment of the issue and the options I had to remedy.

This is the second time I have used Sure Temp through American Home Shield. I never had to wait long for call back and their techs show up on time. No hassle, no up selling, just fixed what I needed done. I would definitely hire them again!
