Here is the second day of our new A/C heating unit being install. We also are updating all the duct work, and blowing new installation in the rafters. I'm so happy  to of hired Larson Air. They have been amazing! There team sealed every crack/hole in my home making it air tight. I am so grateful to have found them on yelp.  Because they have the best customer service and go up and beyond for delivering customer satisfaction. The crew is genuinely caring, and very hard workers. I would hire them for future jobs  100% percent. I also had them do a energy audit, before they started work on my home. I cannot wait to see the results on the 31st of how much energy and money I will save by this update. If you are looking for professionals who go beyond your expectations and install everything right the first time. There team is it! They definitely impressed me. I highly recommend. Called to get a air check up and was told they are not accepting new customers right now. How nice, they have all these good reviews yet can't even come out for a new customer and just for a check up.

The while process was very professional and friendly.  No pressure either. We asked for a quote for routine maintenance on two ac units and our hvac.  They got back to me very quickly and so we scheduled for that week. For the day that the appt was for I did have a prior commitment to get to so I messaged them that day to find out when they will be here so it did not interfere with my other commitment. Anyways, they were willing to reschedule but we kept the appointment. Tim and Brandon came and were very friendly, respectful, and professional. They even pointed out a tip to keep the ac units clean. When we settled the bill, they mentioned the maintenance plan which I declined but there was no pressure from them.  We were very happy and will continue to use them going forward

Phillip shows when he says he will and does what he says he will. He also goes through the trouble of explaining exactly what is wrong and will go into as much detail as needed so that the customer can make an educated decision about what to do. Fran does the administrative work and is very personable, helpful and responsive. It is so nice to have a reliable HVAC company that is also priced right.

Not much to say that hasn't already been said! Easy to get a hold of, arrived within an hour (late afternoon, mid-summer!), professional, and honest to boot. Got the A/C going for the time-being, but they fully explained that we may need a larger repair in the near future. Fair pricing and friendly service. Thank you, guys! We'll be recommending you to friends and neighbors and won't hesitate to call if we need help again!

My AC went out at midnight on Tuesday. Wednesday morning I got a referral from a friend who advised me to call Hays. They were called at 9 a.m. in the morning and at 4 p.m. that same day, a tech arrived. The tech name is Karl he was very courteous, prompt, informative and knowledgeable. I wouldn't hesitate to refer them. Several other companies were called and they stated they could not arrive until Friday mid-morning. Thank you to the management at Hays for running an efficient company.

This company is top notch. I'm also in a customer service business so have very high expectations. Randy and his crew were extremely professional, honest, did a great job, cleaned up perfectly and were priced extremely reasonably. My neighbor recommended them and I couldn't be happier to have this crew swap out 2 complete units for me. Thanks so much to the entire team!

I requested quotes from several companies. Cool zone was the first to respond and had the soonest availability. I was told a tech would be to my house between 3-5pm the same day I requested the quote. I was delighted at 1:30pm when I got a call saying the tech could make it earlier. It was nearly 90 degrees inside my house when Ryan arrived. He got right to work and had the problem solved and repair completed before 3pm! He stuck around and chatted for a little while to make sure that the temp was dropping in my house. He was very nice and professional. I would definitely recommend cool zone to anyone needing AC repairs!

We own rental properties in Surprise and have had a need for a/c repair services on multiple occasions. Heath, Misti and their team are so incredibly responsive, day and night. Arizona's Dukes of Air is a great company! We started using them for maintenance years ago. Last year we had to replace our old AC unit and did it through them! They let us use two portable AC units that kept us cool until they could get the new unit in. They are quick to respond. Priced well. Employees seem passionate about their job and their costumers. Always professional! Nothing but great experiences with every employee I've worked with.

Hello, there should be two reviews but it will only let me do one. David should have 10 Stars from me. A girlfriend of mine's AC went out this summer and she asked me for a recommendation. I had seen David's name on our Nextdoor site in our neighborhood. David was taking care of our neighbors and they were haopy. I called him up in the middle of summer and he was on a job site but he came right after. He got her AC up and running and followed up on with her to continue making improvements. Bet service and best prices no joke and a very nice guy.

Here's my second review, my heating wasn't working on a brand new Trane that I put up on a rental house and the installer was blaming it on a control board. The Trane was only a year-old and we've all heard the commercials Nothing Stops a Trane. I called David up on a holiday he came out and went through the whole unit.He spent 2 hours while his fiancee  had a nice ham waiting for him at the house. Got my unit back up and running and we diagnosed the problem. I saved over $500. Thank you. Give him a call on your next ACR heating issue you will be happy

Recently my AC went down at my house in Tempe. I had a different company come through and try to fix it and they did an okay job to buy a few more days on the unit.... but it's really old and it was time for a replacement.

I got quotes from 4 total companies over the course of a few days trying to see what they'd each do for replacement and what the cost would be. A friend Kris Ross recommended I check out Bumble Bee as one of my options. I went to some other highly reviewed brands, but Bumble Bee was the most responsive, most comprehensive, and most friendly throughout the process. They also offered me the most affordable rate!

Once I committed to them, they had their team and a crane in the very next morning to replace the unit and do a lot of additional work on my roof, in my attic, and in my house to improve the ventilation in addition to dropping in the new unit.

Super easy, great experience. Will definitely use them for maintenance on the unit in the future or in other homes.

After dealing with my home warranty company after 2 days being down in 112 degree temperatures, I got recommendations on Cave Creek Cooling Company.  Within 30 minutes of my call with Mike, he was here at my house and quickly diagnosing the issue and trying to get my ac back up and cooling.  He explained things in details along the way.  He was amazing as his driving factor was to get my 20 year old unit back and operational, which he did.  Mike saved me more the $5k and headaches associated to home warranty company and I would HIGHLY recommend Cave Creek Cooling for your needs.

I've had a fantastic experience with these guys. They're extremely responsive, friendly, and efficient. Each time I've had a problem with my A/C, they've responded within an hour (even when contacted in the evening) and been at my house within 18 hours. First off I would like to thank Ideal Energy for all their expert advice and professionalism.

Alex came out to visit with us and did the audit on our house which was built in 1978. It's a block style home and getting older so it's not very efficient. Alex spent a good 2 to 2.5hrs doing the audit. During the audit I asked if I could follow him around to see what they were doing and ask questions and he strongly advised I do that. He certainly educated me along the way about several questions I had. He explained what upducts are which I had no clue as there are 4 of them installed through out my house. Here for the past few years I would open all the windows in our home when we ran our swamp cooler. It was annoying having to always open/close the windows and it would also let a lot of dust in the house plus it's a security risk where a burglar could easily open the window and come in our house. Alex explained the upduct and how it works and no longer do we have to open our windows when running our evap cooler.

After the audit was done Alex crunched some numbers and came back out to visit with us going over the results. He had several options for us, breaking down several quotes from all the work to be completed and others being just the major/most cost affective. We opted to do 3 of the 4 recommendations. They were to seal all the duct work in our attic and all the registers in our house. Add more insulation in the attic to move us from an R22 to R38 value and lastly to get rid of our money hungry 1hp pool pump and install a variable speed pump. Once we signed the contract Alex and his crew came back out to complete the agreed work.

It took them 2 half days to finish the work as it June when they were doing the work and very hot outside. The crew was very professional, knocked on doors when needing to enter the house. Cleaned up very well after themselves etc. They allowed me to ask all the questions I wanted and they even pointed a few things out that were changed. I felt confident they were doing a great job.

Once the work was completed they ran another blower test on our house to verify the results. Everything came back PERFECT. Our house is much much more efficient and comfortable to be in. We had several hot spots in our home including the master bedroom which was always a good 5-7 degrees hotter than the rest of the house. The new/additional insulation really made a huge impact with how our home feels on the inside. The duct work sealing also made a huge difference. Sitting on the couch in our living room I could never feel the air conditioner blow on me through the vent. Now I can easily feel it and i'm sometimes in search of a blanket even though its July right now. Alex explained how leaky our ducts were, he said if we were to imagine a 17 hole in our duct work, thats how big of a hole we had if you add up all the leaks we had. AS you can see by fixing the leaks, we now have a much larger volume of cold air coming into the house instead of our attic. In return this will and should save us significant amounts of money. I know for a fact the comfort of being in our home has changed a lot. It always felt hot in here and never the temp our thermostat showed. now it feels perfect and we enjoy being in the house.

I highly recommend Alex and Ideal Energy if you are considering getting an energy audit done and wanting to make your home more efficient. They returned phone calls and emails promptly during pre-sales, construction and post sales.
