This company is TOP NOTCH. The technicians are knowledgeable, sharp, honest, and determined to find out what is wrong. What's reassuring is that they will tell you upfront that they have never left a job without giving an accurate diagnosis. And that sure is the truth, thankfully! We called Larson after having had another vendor out to the house who obviously could *not* figure out what was happening w/ our system. What a waste of time and money! Larson's technicians diagnosed it within about 30 minutes. They had the system fixed the same day. What I also appreciate is the fact that they didn't try to upsell us and/or tell us that our units needed to be replaced in addition to needing 100 other things done to our existing units. I feel they are professional, honest, and GREAT at what they do. Jamie, who did my scheduling, was also top notch to interact with, she was wonderful!

Our AC went out and we weren't sure who to call. I saw an American Home Water and Air truck at my neighbors recently. I inquired and my neighbor said they did a very good job.
I called them and they were out that afternoon. The technician Drew quickly determined the motor died. Luckily we were still under warranty and the motor was covered.
Based on past experiences I was waiting for Drew to start up-selling, beginning with a multi year maintenance plan. It didn't happen! When the motor was installed and the AC was up and running, I asked him about a preventive maintenance plan. We purchased an American plan without being badgered. It was so clear cut. I was looking for the loopholes. Not there!
We are now back in the cool and can't say enough great things about American and Drew. He was so professional, knowledgeable, polite, customer centric and very well spoken.
Based on our very fresh experience, I would highly recommend American Home Water and Air. If you are lucky, you might get Drew.

I get my AC checked out every year before summer and have used many different companies to take care of this task. I have to say, I have saved 1st Choice Mechanical in my contacts on my phone after today's visit. Tim showed up right on time, kept me in the loop as to what he and his trainee were doing and even showed me some tips to keep my unit running efficiently (no other company I have used have done that). They were courteous and covid safe. No mess after their work, it's like they weren't even here! I will definitely call on them again for next years service or any service in between! These people are awesome.  My A/C wasn't cooling the house and of course it is never hot or anything outside when this happens, right!? (only about 113!!!).  Well, I called around to a couple of places that I had researched on yelp, also with positive reviews, and both told me that they had no time or anyone available to come out same day, and I get it.  It's mid summer and the busiest time of year for HVAC repairs.

Well I gave Boldt a call.  The woman who answered the phone was very friendly and got someone out to my house within a couple of hours, same day.  Awesome.  Fearing the worst, I was worried it would cost a lot to fix because 1. I know nothing about these systems and 2. there's always a fear that since I know nothing, that people will take advantage of my ignorance and charge me for things I don't really need.  Well fear not.  Mike came out, was very thorough with his assessment.  He first suspected I needed more refrigerant...so I trusted his word, and told him to do what he needed to do.  Later he came back with the final diagnosis and it was far far less cost for the repair than I thought and he told me that he checked the refrigerant and everything was fine, so he didn't need to add any.

It's this kind of honesty that makes me appreciate a business like this.  He could have told me anything.  Like I'm going to get a ladder, climb on the roof to make sure, right?  So I paid a very fair price for the work, my AC was up and running in less than an hour from his arrival and now I sit, writing this review in a nicely cooled house.  Thanks guys, you all are awesome.  Keep up the good work!

I know why Johnny and crew get great reviews.  They are print and honest.  My AC was not blowing.  They had me turn off the unit for a few hours to make sure that it was not just frozen.  They could have just charged a service fee and take advantage.  When I called later in the evening to let them know that the unit was not blowing, they were at my place by 6am.  I would recommend their services.

Honest, Fast, Professional, and Reliable. After firing a previous plumbing company for a sewer line inspection, I hired Hays. I was on a very short inspection timeline so I needed them ASAP. I called on a Sunday morning and a tech was out the next day. The previous company tried to tell me I needed a complete sewer repipe in the house and Hays showed me and explained to me everything I was seeing, with their cameras, that the lines were fine.

There was a complete difference to the pictures the previous company showed and what I was actually seeing with Hays' sewer line cameras.

This company saved me a lot of stress and money!

I called several places when our AC stopped working at 8pm on a hot Phoenix June night. No one answered or called me back except Arizona Air Experts, they came out that next morning and fixed our unit in under 30minutes and at a reasonable price. Highly recommend!

I have used Cool Zone for about a year and a half.  They installed a split system (for the previous owners of our home), which I couldn't figure out how to use.  I had another (redacted name company) out to replace a condensate line and to check the split system.  The other company indicated that the split system wasn't working and that they'd need to fix it.  I contacted Cool Zone since I found the split paperwork showing they had installed it and I was hoping it was under warranty.  Dave (owner) came out and showed me how to use the split system (no charge) and that it was working fine.  Since then, we've had them install a two stage system to address an issue with poor cooling of an area of the house, install Ecobee thermostats, do general checks and tune ups, and address a weird leak.  I've got nothing but great things to say about this company.  They are probably not the cheapest in town, but they show up on time, do the work correctly, and don't try to up sell.  Their prices seem about average, and less than (redacted company).  On a personal note, everyone I've interacted with in the company: Dave, Byron, Ryan, and Danette are great people as well.  

Support this local small business.  You will not be disappointed.

Heath is the best. Very reliable, great prices, knowledgeable and very customer service oriented. Love to deal with smaller companies because they actually care as owners. Wouldn't use any other company besides Attic Fox.

Very good service, great work and 1/2 the cost of the Parker & Sons estimate. I would definitely recommend them and feel comfortable in making the recommendation.

We had water dripping onto our ceiling from one of our air handlers in the attic.  I shut the unit down and after checking reviews on Yelp called Arizona's Dukes of Air. They were able to schedule a service call the next day which was fine as it was not an emergency.  Tom came out on time and did an assessment and determined that the drain lines were clogged for both units.  After quoting a price he blew out the clogs, made sure everything was running right and showed me how to check for it in the future.  Great service and hassle free.

Hello, there should be two reviews but it will only let me do one. David should have 10 Stars from me. A girlfriend of mine's AC went out this summer and she asked me for a recommendation. I had seen David's name on our Nextdoor site in our neighborhood. David was taking care of our neighbors and they were haopy. I called him up in the middle of summer and he was on a job site but he came right after. He got her AC up and running and followed up on with her to continue making improvements. Bet service and best prices no joke and a very nice guy.

Here's my second review, my heating wasn't working on a brand new Trane that I put up on a rental house and the installer was blaming it on a control board. The Trane was only a year-old and we've all heard the commercials Nothing Stops a Trane. I called David up on a holiday he came out and went through the whole unit.He spent 2 hours while his fiancee  had a nice ham waiting for him at the house. Got my unit back up and running and we diagnosed the problem. I saved over $500. Thank you. Give him a call on your next ACR heating issue you will be happy

We decided to give Bumble Bee Air Conditioning a  try based on the reviews.  We had a great experience from beginning to end.  Lisa was very prompt with returning my email to request service on my ac unit, and was able to get someone out the very next day.  

The day of service, I received a a phone call from Nicole, who was very polite and friendly, letting me know when my technician would be arriving; Which was in the timeframe they had advised me.

When my technician Kris arrived, he was very friendly and knowledgeable about my unit.  He answered all my concerns I had regarding my aging unit and never tried to sell me on anything.  

Overall, I am very happy with Bumble Bee and look forward to continuing to work with them!

Finally, guys who will fix your AC without replacing the whole thing for thousands of dollars.  I called out this company after trying another company that told me I need a new AC system (and they lied about its condition).  Cave Creek Cooling came out and replaced the fan blower motor and everything works perfectly.  If I listened to the other guys, I'd be replacing my AC every 3 years.  Cave Creek Cooling sells you what you need.  Honest repair people.  Skilled at what they do.  And rates are very competitive.  And yes, they can replace everything too if you really need that.  But they are happy to work with you even if you need a relatively simple repair to get you going.  That's almost rare in Arizona these days.  Would recommend to others.

Bill came out to my home today to install new Nest thermostats.  He was extremely knowledgeable and completed the work quickly.  Very impressed and I would highly recommend them!

We have had many issues with our AC and just as many issues finding a great company to help us. We decided to find a new company to help. Alex and Ideal Energy, are absolutely the best. They fixed our nagging coil issue (correctly, unlike the previous company) and did fantastic work. They made us a priority and took great care of us. I highly recommend them! Fidel responded to me right away and had two of his techs come out and address my HVAC systems.  They are very honest and upfront about the issues your system has and what is wrong with it. I got a service plan because I found them trustworthy and reliable. I will see them back for years to come I am certain.

The front office is kind & did great follow up to let me know Matthew was running late from the last job. He arrived and was informative and worked top get me a lower price. I didn't go with them because I wanted a Trane and they don't have those but I would recommend them to anyone looking for servicing.

Justin just finished a second repair for me. He was very knowledgeable and made it clear he would do the work right. I'm very glad to have found Sure Temp; it's so hard to find a trustworthy A/C company (spoken by someone who has been burned more than once by unscrupulous outfits). I recommend Sure Temp highly and plan to use them for all future work.
