Larson Air is awesome! Why? Here's an example. Jaun came to do a routine checkup of our new install. He did great! He was very kind and thoughtful. He even went above and beyond and checked a bathroom vent that's not working well. He found it is crunched a bit and not the best setup. That was done by some other handymen so Juan gave me some great insight on how to fix the vent!

I have used them for years. Water Heater, circulator, water softener. Never disappointed and prices among the lowest. I've tried others before using them, such as Bob Brown, Pro Skill, etc. and none come close.

Great service. Sent in a request on Wednesday evening and Mike responded quickly. We got the details and he told me he would reach out Thursday to schedule. Quick phone call and we were booked for Friday. Mike called before arriving, showed up, and got to work. Quickly diagnosed the washer issue and found a clogged washer filter. Cleaned it out, tested it, showed me where it was for the future, and was out. Very reasonable rates, great service, and overall good experience.

Our AC went out on a Saturday night and he Phillip came out right away and went out to get the part. He got it done by 10pm on that sake Saturday night and was very nice and professional. He was very affordable and flexible. The next night our breaker box was broken so we called him to ask if it could have anything to do with the AC, and he said it didn't. He even called us the next morning to see if we got the breaker box and if there was anything he could do. He and his staff were great and we would recommend him to anyone and would use him again if needed (although we hope we don't have it break again ).

****** (that's more stars). This guy is unbelievable. It's Sunday morning, 8:30 a.m. and my furnace is blowing cold air. It's 32 degrees outside. It's getting pretty cold in the house. I hop on Yelp and find Johnny's. Johnny, himself, answers the phone. He tells me to turn the unit off and he'll be here within the hour. He calls me back 10 minutes later and says, Turn it back on. It was really cold last night. It may have gone into defrost mode. Sure enough, I turn it on and it's blowing heat. Johnny says, You don't need me. Johnny--you're the best. I am definitely keeping your number.

I was dealing with a warranty company when my AC went out. The temperatures ranged from 100-106F. It is now a week and I haven't heard from that company since they sent the third tech out. A friend recommended Hays Cooling. Within two hours of my call they sent out Aaron. He discovered the problems and even warned me that what little work had been done created a fire hazard. My unit is 20 years old and parts are almost impossible to find. He's returning today to measure for a whole new unit. Aaron explained everything to me in detail; he is very professional and knowledgeable.  I am cancelling my membership with the warranty company.

Our air conditioning unit went out this summer, so we needed a brand new unit. After getting several quotes we chose to go with Arizona Air Experts, and we are glad we did. We spent lots of time researching air conditioning units and installers, and we feel we ended up with a great product for our needs, and also at a really great price.  Some other companies came and some sounded great and offered some white glove touches, but Arizona Air Experts also included pretty much all of the same things, but the cost for a great quality product (American Standard) was significantly less expensive. We ended up replacing two units because the cost was reasonable for both. Very happy with the service and care of the installers. Start to finish, it was a great experience.

They came out and serviced my ac unit. They were very friendly and answered all my questions. I will be using their service if a problem comes up. Thanks for the hassle free checkup!

A friend referred Arctic Fox to me yesterday. I called this morning and talked to Tim. He answered the phone, listened to my problem, and had Steve come out almost immediately to look/fix the issue. Steve is very knowledgeable as is Tim. I will only call Arctic Fox from now on. They are reliable, friendly, on time, responsive, informative, helpful, honest, etc. Don't think twice! Call them today! A million thanks! A+++++ service!
Update - had a freeze up the day after and had to have the unit looked at again. Heath came out this time and located the problem and fixed it. He is EXTREMELY knowledgeable. I will be calling him for any future tune up/repaires for sure! Great service. Never has our a/c worked as it does now. Thank you Heath!

This place is wonderful. After calling my home owners warranty and finding it would take about a week for them to send someone out to fix my  AC (when it was 80 degrees on the inside and 105+ outside) I called here and they were able to send someone next day. Jill, their receptionist was even nice enough to flag it as important or high priority in case someone finished earlier to come same day. Although that didn't happen they came very earlier in their two hour window (10-12 and he was here by 10:30). Although they do not participate in my home warranty they were nice enough to call them to see if I can get reimbursed which was above and beyond what they had to do. It's now getting colder in my place already :)

David is fantastic. He knows what he is doing, he works hard, is extremely honest and he goes out of his way. We met him when he worked for another heating/cooling operation in town and we were so impressed by his honestly and work ethic that when he told us he was starting his own small business, we followed immediately and referred all of our friends. David has helped us when our air conditioning failed multiple times (often rearranging his entire schedule to come faster), when we realize that none of the ducts were sealed securely in our older house that had been remodeled, and just recently he put in an air scrubber for our home to help our sons immunosuppression issues. This is the first time we have ever turn on the heat without an asthma flareup in our house. And his prices are extremely fair.

We were looking for an affordable, friendly AC company that could help us out with our unit. Bumble Bee was the winner! We don't know much about the units, but they gave us detailed information about our unit and the different options we had for fixing versus replacing it. They worked with us a lot and definitely cared about our needs. This company is my go-to if I need their services again or if I need to refer someone. Thank you again Bumble Bee!

Mike was absolutely wonderful. We had installed a thermostat incorrectly and were stuck without AC overnight.

I had messaged him in the middle of the night for a quote and he was very quick to respond. The price was very very good!

I called him first thing in the morning and left a message and he called back shortly after. He asked what was going on with our new thermostat and had me send him photos. He was actually working on a different appointment that morning, but had to go to a supply store that was nearby our house, so he stopped by. He had everything fixed and the cold air was blowing in about ten minutes.

I will definitely use him and recommend him for all of our future needs with our air conditioning. He was very friendly and definitely knew what he was doing!

I was referred to Alan by Johnny's Air, another local guy who does repair and had great reviews. Alans air fixed my ac problem with honestly and professionalism. I will use them again. Its not easy to find honest service providers you can trust. My first estimate from another company was $1700.00 but Bob came to the house and fixed my ac for $320.00. Thanks for being honest.

My family and I moved into a 1950's home in N.Central Phx 2 years ago. We knew the home had issues--10 tons of AC for 3500 sq ft of living space in all the wrong areas.  Old Hard Duct mixed in with flex ducts that had very little air flow in parts of the home.  Insulation that was spotty and not complete.   I started the process of finding a solution to our comfort issues in our home.  The journey was not easy.  In February this year, I started with the reputable HVAC companies in my area.  I had 2 smaller HVAC contractors and Howard Air, Day and Night Air, Hobaica (was the worst), and Larson Air(good).  Alex was the ONLY contractor who provided a complete solution to the many problems.  The other companies either provided a partial solution or did not even follow-up because the scope of the work was too much for their busy schedule.  Alex was the only one who crawled up into my attic space on a 105 degree day and provided solutions to insulate areas of my attic and roof that others did not even suggest or recommend.  He did his J-Load Calculations and recommended 7 tons of ac for my home, along with proper size ducts and insulation.  At first I was worried that the tonnage was undersized because other contractors had recommended that I maintain 10 tons of ac.  The team at Ideal Energy along with the project managers were all professional.  They made sure to place protective plastic and blankets over the work area every day and they vacuumed and cleaned up at the end of the day.  The entire project took 6 days.  The whole team was very professional.  They showed up on time. They were very receptive to any questions I had.  And they did all of this on the hottest week of June when the temperatures were over 110 degrees.   My family are I are now 1 month into our newly updated home by Ideal Energy, and the improvement is amazing.  The overall cost was on par if not better than the few partial quotes I received.  The flexible payment plan along with the APS rebates made the total cost much easier to manage.  My experience with Alex and his team was flawless, and it's nice to see that my monthly APS bill is going to be $200 less than last year.  Thanks so much!

I just had the pleasure of having Fidel and his crew install a new AC Unit. I called on a Monday, and the next Saturday they installed the new Unit. Steve was my tech and he made our day. Being with out AC is pretty awful. Having it go out is stressful and worrisome. You know that it's going to be expensive and you just don't know how bad it will be. I was really impressed. Steve was awesome. He explained what was going on got to the route of the cars and fixed it. I can't be happier. I will use shore temp again. Thanks Steve!
