Best Heating & Air Conditioning/HVAC in United States

My air conditioning went out on Sunday evening.  I called Monday morning and had a technician (Leo) at my house by 1.    He was very thorough and did a great job of explaining the issue and my options.  There was never any pressure.   He fixed what was needed and my air is working great.  Thank you Larson Air and Leo

Awesome service!  Great prices.  Very friendly service techs.  Saw one of the American Flag cars on the road and called the number.  Was helped right away.  No sales pressure.  Just answered my questions.  I ended up getting a water softener.  It was installed and has worked great.  I have referred multiple friends and family members and all have had an equally great experience.

Tim came out really quickly and was able to diagnose our issue. He was actually the 4th company we had out for this issue and he was the only one that checked over everything thoroughly and went into our attic. He communicated everything clearly and let us know our options without trying to sell us anything extra. He didn't pressure us in the slightest, and he cleaned/touched up everything when he was done. Would recommend him to everyone and will continue to use him in the future.

We were out of town and our AC went out. Called Fran on a Saturday and within a couple of hours, they were there and quickly solved the issue for under $200. Amazing. I can't say enough about this company. Friendly, fast and honest. I will never use anyone else nor will I recommend anyone else!

I am shocked at all the five star reviews. Pros: Johnny and his guy came out on a Saturday on short notice, fixed an issue I was having with my AC unit. Cons: They were generally unprofessional- being loud and cursing to boot - while they knew I had an infant trying to sleep in the next room. They left a big mess and made minimal effort to clean it, while charging me for about twice the time they actually spent working on the problem. They also made several recommendations that were plumbing-related that a licensed plumber rebuffed.

First rate service.  We woke up Sunday morning and discovered we had no hot water.  We called and within 40 minutes or so, Chas showed up and quickly diagnosed the problem.  He helped us weigh the choice between a repair vs a new water heater.  And he showed up early this morning to install the new water heater.  He was efficient, thorough and did an excellent job.  I think we'v found ourselves a new plumbing company if a problem arises in the future.

Caleb is simply the best in the business. He was extremely prompt and professional. He gave my full A/C and heating system a look over. His inspection lasted about an hour. He then gave me a full list of things that needed to be done, in order of precedence. He told me honestly what should be addressed and what could wait.

He is extremely cautions to work cleanly. When he brought in a ladder to access the attic, he laid down a rug so his ladder wouldn't touch our floors. When he came in to give us the bill, he took his shoes off.

I would highly recommend Arizona Air Experts to anyone. All said and done, and inspection plus cleaning only costed $90.

Dave came by the evening I called to give an estimate on a new unit. Of four estimates, his was the lowest. I don't usually go with the lowest, but I checked him out with BBB and Contractors and besides he's in my neighborhood. He and his crew did a great job, quick and clean. He also added dampers, moved the air handler up and over for easier filter access and sealed some areas that my previous AC guys had created. At no extra charge. Now all areas of the house are comfy and quiet. Great guys!

The Arctic Fox team was very professional and knowledgeable. They answered all my questions, provided a very competitive bid, and did an excellent installation of two A/C and furnace units to replace old units. I highly recommend them.

I'm impressed with this company and I have used them twice so far. Once to give me a quote on my AC and once to fix my heater. Both times they followed up quickly and tried to troubleshoot on the phone to save me the cost of an unneeded house call.

Both time i did have to have them come out, however I was impressed with the service detail and prices. I will continue to recommend them to friends.

This company was ranked very high on Yelp so we gave it a shot for an AC and Heat tune up.  Dustin was awesome.  Called before coming and I explained my wife wanted me to handle everything while I was at work.  He took time to explain evertything to both of us.  Exteremely polite.  Asked my wife permission to set a clipboard on the table, asked if he needed to knock before coming back in the house, etc.  Over the top service.  Dustin explained that we had a part testing slightly high but still within specs on our unit and that it was probably a good idea to replace but not an immediate need.  Less than $200 for the part, labor, and tune up on a very dirty system.  I highly recommend these guys!

I cannot say enough good things about David.  He has taken care of my AC unit at my rental property at a moment's notice.  Once, when there was a leak and then again when the unit wasn't cooling properly.  He's responsive, thorough, and really excels at customer service.  He even went so far as to send me pictures of the issue.  I would trust him with any AC need.  It's nice to have someone you can trust AND depend on!

We've had them rescue our unit a few times now and ended up signing up with their maintenance plan for piece of mind.

Anytime they do work they take tons of pictures and are transparent about what they're doing, what they recommend, pricing etc. Highly recommended, they have great communication and service!

I am thrilled about finding Mike and Chase at Cave Creek Cooling.  I had been using another company for service and maintenance program, and felt they were always trying to sell me something.  After receiving their outrageous estimate for a Duct Zone Damper on my A/C,  I called Cave Creek Cooling.  Mike diagnosed the problem on the phone, and Chase appeared at my home  with the fix 3 hours later. HALF the price and a tutorial on the mechanics of it all, which I greatly appreciated.  I'm now a happy subscriber to their Maintenance Program for my HVAC system.

In a world of HVAC companies that just want to sell you a new units Alan's air is the outlier. He has fixed three of my units which other companies just wanted to sell me a new unit. One unit I was told was leaking and it would be so expensive to find the leak and then if it leaked out again... Alan came out and put a starter kit on it (it was full of freon!) and now it's working perfectly.

We chose to have Ideal Energy bid on a project that included having an SRP approved Energy Audit completed, adding insulation and the possibility of installing a new HVAC system for our home based on the stellar reviews of previous customers here on Yelp. All I can say is WOW!!! First of all, this company knows how to communicate with it's customers and every single person I encountered via phone or person was always professional, courteous and attentive with any questions/concerns.

Alex (Co-Owner) was always on time for appointments, very thorough when completing the energy audit and NEVER made myself or my wife feel pressured to buy ANYTHING. He explained how and what could be done but more importantly, what needed to be done to make our home more energy efficient. Elena (Co-Owner) was extremely helpful with setting up the SRP Rebate process which was streamlined and extremely easy, helping set up the funding PROMO for the project w/ local bank (0% APR 60mo - No early payoff penalty), and was able to get us scheduled 22 days ahead of our initial scheduled construction date. Chris (Construction Manager) and his crew ALWAYS showed up on time, displayed professionalism at all times and did a thorough clean up at the end of each construction day that went above and beyond what I've come to expect from most companies. Attitudes were great, they take pride in there work with keen attention to detail and NO CUTTING CORNERS ensuring a job done right. Construction was completed a day ahead of schedule because every single employee on the construction site busted his/her tail to get the job done right the first time.

After construction was completed, Chris gave a relaxed (not rushed) tutorial of how to use the new thermostat (which is the brains of the system). Chris also advised my wife and I that it isn't uncommon to have small adjustments made to a new system install as each customer or project has different demands that aren't realized until after the new system is up and running. After a few days of testing out our new HVAC system it was determined that a few minor tweeks needed to be made to the on board computer system which controls air flow, fan speed, how much etc. It's a smart system that has set parameters that only technicians can access. Chris and another technician came back the next day, on time and quickly was able to change certain parameters and verify. PERFECT!

We used to have a few hot rooms and a cold master bedroom upstairs with no control as our old thermostat was located in the hall. Our master bedroom would be consistently 2º cooler than the temp at the thermostat and our hot rooms easily 8º warmer than the temp at the thermostat. What a waste of energy...  NOT ANY MORE! Now we can control the temperature in individual rooms so nobody is too hot or too cold. It truly has been a wonderful experience having Ideal Energy as our contractor.

Highly recommend! These guys were great and came out the next day for an HVAC tune up requested by the people buying our house. Great to work with!

Chase T. with proskill services was great! On time, friendly, knowledgeable, and took covid precautions. I had an issue with my smart thermostat, he fixed it no problem, even took care of some preventative maintenance measures on my AC unit. I mentioned my guest bathroom was having issues draining and he checked it out and was able to fix it. Highly recommend!

Keith was brought to me through my property manager and my home warranty. I received a call that the A/C was not working at my rental home and Sure Temp was sent out to have a look.  Keith was very responsive and got out to the house quickly and the issue was diagnosed and repaired with no drama. I plan on using Sure Temp for all my upcoming seasonal check up's on the A/C system from now on.
