Brad was on time, very knowledgable, and helpful! He went above and beyond to help me with my AC issue. In addition, their prices were half of what their competition wanted to charge me.

I get my AC checked out every year before summer and have used many different companies to take care of this task. I have to say, I have saved 1st Choice Mechanical in my contacts on my phone after today's visit. Tim showed up right on time, kept me in the loop as to what he and his trainee were doing and even showed me some tips to keep my unit running efficiently (no other company I have used have done that). They were courteous and covid safe. No mess after their work, it's like they weren't even here! I will definitely call on them again for next years service or any service in between! The owner (Phillip) and his crew installed a new air conditioner for me about four years ago. They did an excellent job then so when I decided to get a summer tune up on the unit this year I didn't hesitate to call them. The unit was working great so I was surprised when the tech came down from the roof to tell me that there was a problem. He called his boss to come out to take some pressure measurements. Turns out that we had a very small leak but it would be covered by the warranty. When Phillip called the manufacturer about replacing the tubing he convinced them to simply swap out the entire unit for a brand new one. I liked hearing that solution. There's more to the story but that is the long and short of it. I have found Phillip to be honest and informative. It is obvious that he knows the HVAC business. What I like the most about him is his willingness to go the extra mile to make sure that the job is done right. And Fran, who works the front desk, was great about scheduling and keeping me informed. I'm giving them 5 stars because they did a great job and they deserve it.

Johnny was awesome! When the companies that my home warranty sent my claim to said they could not come for a week Johnny was at my house in an hour. Johnny was great, affordable and really nice.

The company did a great job. The process starts with a quote, and I think this process was fair. Instead of just recommending the highest cost unit, they listened to how we will use the unit, and recommended one that will be cheaper to run and eventually fix. Ultimately they weren't the cheapest prices, but it was reasonable for the work they did.

Then install day arrived and I think they did a great job and it was a quality installation. Chris the owner also visited to check how things were going.

One negative is that after the unit was installed, they just closed the door and turned it on to measure the temperature. They were never in the attic after it was powered, nor did they check the outside unit.  Yes eventually they will come back a few months later to check it more, but I would have preferred more operational checks before they left. I've had my share of AC companies that said it was all fixed and left, only to find out it really wasn't really fixed. Only time will tell if everything is working perfectly, and I have no indication it isn't. If things should turn out differently I will update my review. But to date, all looks good.

We had other companies come out and look at our AC unit because it had stopped working.  We were told by 3 different companies we had a bad unit, and a leak in our system because we were missing about 10 pounds of coolant.  All three companies recommended replacing the AC unit, which would have cost about $8000 to get our AC working again.

Upon a referral from a friend, we called Arizona Air Experts.  Caleb came out and spent almost 2 hours investigating the issue.  We had a value that was creating a blockage, so our system wasn't working correctly.

Caleb came by the next night after 6pm and stayed until he replaced the bad part in our system, and added the coolant that was needed.

He could have tried to up sell us like the 3 other companies with saying we needed 10 pounds of coolant, at $150 a pound.  He could have said we needed a whole new AC unit, which would have cost thousands of dollars, just like the other 3 companies said.

He didn't.  He simply was honest, found the root cause of our issue and fixed it.  The whole job was about 15% of what the 3 other companies wanted to charge.

It was great working with someone who really takes pride in their work, is knowledgable and honest.  I won't call any other AC company again, and will refer anyone and everyone I know to Arizona Air Experts!

We noticed our AC in ceiling unit dripping about 4 weeks ago and Cool Zone sent Ryan out as soon our schedule allowed it, they were so flexible by sending him out after 5pm where I didn't have to take work off. A few days later we noticed our AC was dripping again and they came out that night at 7pm before our red eye flight to see what the issue was. Initially Ryan fixed the leak on the day he first came out but there was additional issues with our insulation that were not caused by them and he still send the owner out on the weekend to double check the issue. The owner was so helpful taking time to explain to us what the issue was with our AC specifically and dumbed it down to my knowledge, haha. Highly recommend Cool Zone to take care of your AC needs!

We decided to install a swamp cooler on our roof before the upcoming summer months. We found Arctic Fox online, requested contact through their website and were contacted back within one hour. Heath, the owner, came over to our house to discuss what we were looking for and to look at the existing system. He tied the swamp into the existing AC duct system, created custom duct panels to fit, and installed a custom water line. They showed up early in the morning, and worked throughout the day to get the system installed. They worked late to ensure the system was installed the same day. His quote for the work was right on and the entire team was very professional. We will, and already have, recommend Arctic Fox to anyone in the West Valley needing AC, heating, evap, or water heater work done. It was the best experience we have had with any company in this industry.

I highly recommend Gladiator Air. Dave and Gabriel immediately responded to each of my requests, even though it was the weekend and Dave was out of town. They were able to schedule an immediate appointment, provide a complete analysis of my system, and and identify the issue with my heating system (another company could not). These guys are experts and their pricing cannot be beat.

Called on a Sunday night and they were out on Monday morning. Communicated everything to me and were extremely professional and nice!! Didn't try to sell me a new unit just fixed what needed to be. I've already recommended them and would again.

Biltmore Mechanical has been to my house twice now. Once for an AC leak and again when my AC stopped cooling my house. Both times I was extremely pleased. Not only are they quick to respond and schedule an appointment, they are also extremely reasonable. When my AC stopped cooling my house, they sent someone out on a Sunday morning-no outlandish last minute emergency fee-and when the issue couldn't be fixed right away because of frozen coils, they came back a few hours later after my unit defrosted to get the AC working again. Highly recommend for their great service!

My heater stopped working and I wanted to hire a local small business that didn't have a star fleet of vehicles with commercials and billboards all over the place.   Bumble Bee sounded like what I was looking for.  
I made an appointment, they arrived a few days later (it was not an emergency).  I got a text the day before, and when they were on their way.  
The tech was very nice and clearly enjoyed working for BBAC.    He also practiced safe social distancing and wore a mask.   He did not need to enter my home in this case.   Fortunately for me it was a simple fix.    They even showed me the old broken part that they replaced.    I was not pressured or offered at all to buy a new A/C or subscribe to a yearly service subscription which I appreciate.   To sum it up, they checked all the right boxes, and I'll use them again if (when) my A/C requires additional service.

Mike was super responsive and professional. Loved that his system texted me to confirm his appointment, tell me when he was on the way, and when he completed the work.

Fast service and he was so HONEST. One of our units went out and our home warranty wouldn't get someone out till Monday. We called Alan and he was out within an hour and a half. He explained everything to us and made sure we understood what we needed and why. If we would have waited till Monday it would have been 1500 or more! SO GLAD we called him. He had the parts we needed and it took less than a hour. Thanks Alan!

So just to be honest we haven't technically gotten any services besides a free quote done by Ideal Energy but after having NUMEROUS air conditioning repair guys out I just had to review to say how thorough and professional Tanner was. Some of the guys today didn't even look in our attic, let alone measure our windows. Tanner, however, provided pictures and gave me more information than any other company. I wish I had the ladies name who called us from Ideal bc she was also thorough and professional but she mostly spoke with my husband.

Having dealt with a home warranty who doesn't want to replace our unit, the multiple techs that they've sent out who also didn't want to do the work, and then the guys who have been out all day today giving us quotes, I can quite honestly say it was an absolute pleasure getting a quote from Ideal Energy. It seems like more than a few guys know we live in AZ and pretty much have no other choice (especially when your ac poops out and you're in a 89-94 degree house). Thank you again, if you haven't just gotten a new client, you have definitely gained a new cheerleader!

The BEST Experience! Really!!!
Y'day late evening my air-conditioner started blowing hot air. (110 degree outside)... I tried calling a few different local companies/ contractors here...Being Friday night, no one was available...
Luckily, I was able to reach Doug over the phone. First he also said that the soonest one of his men will be able to come over would be Saturday AM. THEN, he asked me a few questions about the situation I was in and said that he'd like me to perform a few steps....NO WONDER - within a couple of minutes of him walking me over the phone...the air conditioner started working! WOLAAAA! AWESOME AWESOME AWESOME! Trust me Doug...I still owe you a case of beer! :-) Thank you Thank you Thank you! God Bless you!

Had our air conditioning serviced . They were on time ; did a thorough inspection of our system. Recommend a few things that needed to be fixed . Did the repair . Leonardo was very nice , explained everything with pictures of before and after work was completed. Definitely would recommend them .

Such wonderful people, they were extremely thorough, and gave excellent customer service!

I have to admit it was nerve wracking selecting a company to replace our 3 existing air conditioning units. It was a big job and was quite an investment. I was very impressed with several A/C companies that I received quotes from.  I spent a lot of time researching the pros and cons of all the different air conditioning brands. After careful consideration we decided to go with Sure Temp Air Conditioning LLC. I believe we made a great decision and let me explain why.  

I have never worked with a company where every person was in tune with the rest of the employees. I saw a real respect for one another within the company.  The communication between all areas of the company was on point.  Each employee completed their job with the attitude that their goal was to have a happy customer after the completion of their specific job. I couldn't be more pleased with the entire job.

Chad was our technician who gave us a quote for the job. He explained why Trane was the right brand to install in our home and why Sure Temp was the perfect company for the job.  He gave us a fair contract price and was instrumental in getting the equipment ordered. He was available any time I had questions.

The day of the installment, Damien, Antonio, Josue and an apprentice showed up bright and early. They worked throughout the day, working hard to complete a large job. While completing the job they were respectful of our home placing tarps down across all areas of traffic, opening and closing doors quietly as to not disturb anyone in the home, and working in an efficient knowledgeable manner.  I was kept abreast of the status of the job throughout the day. Their goal was to complete the installation in one day and they stayed until this was completed. When they left our air conditioners were up and running, our new thermostats had been demonstrated to us and our home had no signs that they had ever been there.

I had the pleasure of meeting the owner, Keith, and was very impressed with the respect he had for his employees and appreciated his assurance that our job was being completed by some of the best in the industry. I know he had several jobs going that day but he acted like our job was the most important, spending time answering any questions and making sure we were comfortable with the install.

The next day I called the office to pay.  I was met with a personable employee, Mary, who was expecting my call. Just another example of how excellent communication skills are key when running a business.

I have already recommended this company to a few neighbors. I know there are many great companies to choose from but I am very happy with our completed job and I would recommend this company to anyone IN A HEARTBEAT!
