Best Heating & Air Conditioning/HVAC in United States

I had to post a review this company is over the top. My 3 1/2 year old LG refrigerator stopped cooling. I called Felix Appliance Repair and they sent Mike out, we talked with him earlier because he was having a hard time getting the compressor, we ended up ordering it. Mike came out the next day and installed it, it cooled for about 12 hours then stopped. Mike came out the next day when I called even though it was Saturday and they don't normally work that day. He worked on it for awhile and said they would send Kevin out Monday since he was the expert with LG's. Well, Kevin couldn't fix it, so unfortunately she was sent to the scrapyard. The owner Robert Felix came to our door today with a refund for the service since they couldn't repair it. He didn't have to do that, but I very much appreciate it. If you ever need appliance repair, this is your guy.

This is one great contractor to have inspect, service or replace your system. The technicians were Honest, Truthful, and true to their word. I would call or hire nobody else in the Payson area. PLEASE Give them a chance to earn your trust in great local Ac/Heating Contractor, I recommend them 110%.

Great service from Nick and his company, I literally texted him nextdoor this morning, he responded very fast, and was at my house in 2 hours to fix our AC unit, now it starts and operates much better, much quieter. Sorry for the delay of the rating. Somehow I got side tracked. Apparently, easy at my age. Joe was very prompt in addressing my a/c problem, and corrected and repaired the unit. I recommend Wise Mechanical for service and repair.

James came by in the middle of summer- at 330 pm ( heat of the day) and got up on our roof and did an amazing job cleaning the coils - inside and out, checked my system and said said everything was working perfectly. Thank you for your hard work! he was recommended through a friend- so I am recommending his service to everyone!! Thank you again so much!

480 Mechanical is fantastic. From the office staff to the technician- friendly, knowledgeable & helpful.  AC & Heater issues are never fun or timely.  However, Dominic was quick to respond, explained everything thoroughly & made the situation painless. He did a great job & I highly recommend 480 Mechanical.

They installed new AC unit for me.
It is a small business owned by Taps, who does everything from repairs, to quotes to installation himself (assisted by one assistant). So you just deal with same person throughout the process.
It was much easier to work with him as a result, compared to one of the highly rated small business for AC installation in yelp. The other large company charged me $75 just to come over and tell me that they would need to do a much more expensive testing to find source of leaks!

Tap's quote for new system also significantly lower than the other business. They did quality work, and also came by to do a free inspection of the heater before it was needed for the winter.

Another company 'fixed' our 7-year-old air conditioning unit that wasn't cooling but had to be called back a few weeks later because it failed again.  The diagnosis the 2nd time was a shorted compressor, and the recommend fix was a whole new system.  The quoted price was absurd but after the tech 'spoke with his manager' the price was lowered to ridiculous and they didn't have time on their schedule for 10 days.  A friend recommended we call Rusty's and I'm sure glad we did.  Rusty's came out the next day and had our house cooling in no time - the compressor was fine.  Rusty's is knowledgeable, fair, trustworthy and efficient and I highly recommend this company.

I had an original separate company diagnose what was wrong with my ac it took them 3 visits before they told what was wrong with it and they charged almost triple the cost Overson did. he came over within 24 hours took a look and got me squared away. Will definitely only go to them for all my hvac needs

I just bought my first home and knew I wanted the bathrooms remodeled as the rest of the house was really modern and cool but bathrooms were really outdated. I received quotes from 5-6 different contractors to do the work and Chris and Steve at AZ dynamic builders honestly gave me the best price and more importantly did the BEST job on my remodel.  I am obsessed!! They were super responsive to respond texts when I had questions about what to buy and what would look good.  They were a pleasure to work with.

We had a water heater leakage and called The Neighborhood P&A and they were very nice and quick.  They took care of everything.  I really appreciate Sam contacting me before he arrived and set everything up.  He was prompt and the estimate was with integrity and itemized!    No surprises and I did not have to overpay.  Definitely will utilize the company and his services as it is hard to find honest and friendly people that keep their word out here in AZ.

These guys are always great. I came home from vacation late last night to a warm house. I waited until the morning to give them a call and found that they now have a website that I can request service from them on. Within 5 minutes of placing a request for service I was called and an appointment was scheduled. Lee was at my house within the half hour, and had my house cooled off again to help us brave the 105 degree heat! I found that Lee was a straight shooter, and didn't BS me and try to run up the price, nor did he leave me wondering what was needed to be done to get the unit functioning again. This type of service makes a life long customer.

Hired this company to check out my AC units for preventive maintenance. Jason came out and proceeded to perform test on air flow and temperature. He directed my attention to the upstairs unit, which had air blowing out from the cabinet instead of through the duct. He said there was a gap in the back of the unit which do to the tight space he couldn't completely fix but could attach a piece of sheet metal to help reduce this loss of airflow.
Having done this you could tell that it did help and made a difference in the other rooms.
Now to the price. I was pleasantly surprised that the charges were very reasonable. Although I did not require refrigerant. That can be costly.
Jason was knowledgeable answered any questions I had and I appreciated that he treated my questions with respect. He was great and I would highly recommend this company and will keep their contact info handy for the next seasons service.

So thoroughly impressed with this guy!  Our fridge went out Saturday night and Sunday we were frantically trying to find someone open to help. Loe's appliance answered on Sunday and although we were outside his service area he walked us through our problem and offered a simple solution where we could get the part and easily completed ourselves. Above and beyond!!

Robert came out and explained everything wrong with my ac he showed us pictures and explained it all that i needed a new ac he was able to get that done within days of service. they came out and put new ac on my roof everything was easy from start to finish  Robert and emergency air was great

In the end, we didn't go with Brewers ONLY because the AC unit we wanted was not in stock. The sales technician took time to look at existing vents and duct work to ensure a high quality estimate. Explained everything to us in detail. When I suggested buying a slightly lower quality unit so I could work with him, he told me the other deal was good and he would take it.

Integrity usually implies quality.

The heating unit that was installed by Y P &H  4 1/2 years ago started acting weird.  They sent JOSE GOMEZ out to check.  After checking everything on heater and it was good, he checkeD thermostat.  It was bad.  Looking  at warranty  of 5 years still  had time so he called manufacture Honeywell and arranged a replacement for free.  He also drove across town to pick it up anD then came back to install.  None of that was his job,  but h wanTed to make sure we had heat and were satisfied with his service.  Thank you Jose!  I will ask for you by name next time!  M. My experience is the complete opposite of either here.  Recently sold home and bought condo in Fountain HIlls.  Condo has original Trane XE1000 split unit.  AC still working but called Discount Air for maintenance and estimate to replace.  Not a matter of if but when.  The son came out and provided an estimate which seemed fair.  However, after looking at the units, I was told it was not heat capable.   Outside AC unit was air compressor only and no heat strips in heater.  Say what?   Called the home inspector who had his AC guy come out.  Switch behind thermostat needed to be flipped and panel in split system in attic needed to be opened and heater turned on.  Worse thing was that I emailed the company about this and absolutely no reply.  While I have read nothing but good things about this local company, I would not use them again.
