Watch out, fast professional repair ahead! Our oven was running cool and making the Holidays a baking nightmare! Reached out to several appliance repair shops to se if we could have a technician stop by.

Felix responded quickly and was able to have a tech out in under a week! Awesomeness! The technician, Kurt M., showed up and was very professional and courteous

He quickly verified what we had suspected, oven was 30 degrees low. Kurt was able to adjust the oven and it was spot on during a test run.

We appreciate having a working oven back in the mix and truly appreciate Felix and the whole team. From first contact the team was nothing but the bees knees! Highly recommend if you have something in the fritz!

Our heating went out in the coldest part of the winter, and our house got down to just at 60 degrees. I found Wise Mechanical and sent them an email as it was late at night. Joe, the owner emailed me back first thing in the morning. Kevin came out and spent over 30 minutes just looking at the wiring, as I watched. Did all the testing and thought it was the board.

Joe and Kevin came out to install the board and found it was just a switch on the side that had been turned off from the previous AC company that came out this last summer. They charged me for their time, and I happily paid.

I am thrilled I have found my heating and A/C company, and will refer them to my neighbors and friends. Joe stands behind his work, and is a very ethical family man with a son in the same school as my son.

I highly recommend Wise Mechanical for anyone looking to get their heating or air conditioning fixed!

James came by in the middle of summer- at 330 pm ( heat of the day) and got up on our roof and did an amazing job cleaning the coils - inside and out, checked my system and said said everything was working perfectly. Beat the heat! This family owned business is one of the best when it comes to heating, cooling and customer service! Would highly recommend this business to all my friends and family which means you should give them a call if your in the need for any of the services they offer!!

Saturday night (late) I was getting warm when I checked the thermostat to see if the central AC was on and yes it was, but it was blowing warm air. Oh no! So now my air conditioning decided the day it was 109 degrees to stop working

I called Sunday afternoon and spoke with Mark I  told him about the issue with my AC and he said the earliest he could get here was sometime Monday. I was fine with that even tough it was 98 degrees in the house. My wife and I were OK but a bit worried about our dogs and how they would take the heat.

Amy ( Marks wife called this morning to confirm that I would be home. Mark came around 12:10 asked a few questions, and went right to work. After diagnosing the problem, he came back, and told us what was wrong, what needed to be done, and the cost to have it repaired. I agreed to the repair. About 1 hour later he was done! I believe he was here for a total of thirty minutes and my central air conditioning unit is now working and blowing cold air. Happy dance!!!

He located, tested, and fixed the problem (Bad Capacitor) quickly and efficiently. I can sit back now and relax in my fully air-conditioned house and enjoy the cool air as I write this review.

PRICE: No hidden or extra fees for an estimate, just the cost of the repair.
SERVICE: Mark is very professional. Overall, this company was as good as you could ask for.  CONCLUSION:  They were prompt, thorough and affordable and Highly recommend. In fact Yelp readers: look no further, this is a quality, ethical, reasonably priced A/C service. Could not be happier.

Another company 'fixed' our 7-year-old air conditioning unit that wasn't cooling but had to be called back a few weeks later because it failed again.  The diagnosis the 2nd time was a shorted compressor, and the recommend fix was a whole new system.  The quoted price was absurd but after the tech 'spoke with his manager' the price was lowered to ridiculous and they didn't have time on their schedule for 10 days.  A friend recommended we call Rusty's and I'm sure glad we did.  Rusty's came out the next day and had our house cooling in no time - the compressor was fine.  Rusty's is knowledgeable, fair, trustworthy and efficient and I highly recommend this company.

I had an original separate company diagnose what was wrong with my ac it took them 3 visits before they told what was wrong with it and they charged almost triple the cost Overson did. he came over within 24 hours took a look and got me squared away. Will definitely only go to them for all my hvac needs

I recently purchased a home and needed a leak and pressure regulator installed. He was the only one that would even give me an estimate on how much the project could cost and was available in a good time frame. He was very knowledgeable and while he was completing the job found that the main valve was not working properly and was able to fix it at the same time. So far everything has been working fine and I have no complaints.

Homeadvisor.com estimates repairs to a home a.c. as follows:  A/C compressor repair hard start kit: $100-$250. Capacitor or contactor replacement: $90-$400. Home air compressor replacement: $1350-$1800, depending on size and type. Evaporator coil replacement: $650-$1200.

They replaced my compressor for $2,000.00. They had an opportunity to exceed my expectations and chose not to. I had a problem, they solved it.

I had a rental that suddenly had the air conditioning STOP WORKING when it was 120 degrees out.  They were referred to me by another air conditioning company (which is amazing) and I ended up dealing with the owner of the company who personally drove and got the unit and COMPLETED THE installation in less than 20 hrs. of getting my call.  They are EXCEPTIONAL and THEIR PRICING IS AWESOME!  I compared their pricing to another company, who was giving me preferred pricing and this company was only $50 more than the other company AND THEY DID MORE AND PUT A BETTER UNIT IN the home.  They are honest and gave GOOD VIBES from the very 1st call!  I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM.  Thank you DESERT FOOTHILLS AIR CONDITIONING!

A hot Memorial Day weekend and our air-conditioner goes out. Who do I call? Of course, Loe's appliance. Not only does he answer the phone on the holiday but he tells me that he is available to come out and diagnose my problem. Once the problem is diagnosed he says he'll be able to come out on the actual holiday!!!!!  How could anyone ask for more than that?

They offer a coupon in the magazine that comes in the mail.  It is to give your air conditioner a tune up.  I am pretty certain the goal is to get in the door so they can charge you for a service call and upsell you.  My units are only 3 years old and when the representative came out, he couldn't figure out which unit was for my upstairs and which one for my downstairs.  He then told me it was going to have to be a service call instead of tune up because he couldn't figure out which unit was which.  I said no way, that we could figure it out and he said it was still going to be a service call, at that point he said if I wasn't willing to do a service call that he was going to leave.  He didn't charge me for the call.  I think the problem is he must not get paid if he can't upsell me so he might as well leave.  I don't recommend them and won't be using them in the future.

Selena, excellent customer service. Mark, the owner explained questions I had very clearly pros cons of roof unit versus ground. Ed also super great guy, they are a good team. I know I am still in good hands since first working with them in 2013. In the future hoping they will be my only go to service for HVAC work. I highly recommend them!

He was very thorough and professional . Billy took the time needed to diagnose and and make necessary adjustments to allow my AC unit to operate more efficiently. To say the least, I was very impressed . Thank you Yavapai heating and air !!

These guys are hard sell and all talk. They sold and installed a brand new American Standard heat pump for $8500 in May at my home in Rio Verde. They never verified whether the heat worked or not. When I needed heat this winter, I discovered the unit they installed does not work. They do not stock the part for the unit and evidently cannot get one to replace it. Conlan tells me there is no ETA on getting the replacement part and offers no help other than offering me the phone number for American Standard. I am out of luck. I do not recommend these guys. Go to a reputable company.
