I started off by requesting an estimate for a dryer repair through Yelp.com and Felix Appliance Repair (FAR) was quick to answer $89 and if they did the repair the estimate gets absorbed into the overall cost. We set the schedule, the technician gave me an advanced notice that he was on the way, and the technician (Joey) showed up on time. I like that the technician or company sends a picture of the tech coming out and a synopsis of his background. Although Joey was wearing a Golden Sword Service shirt (not sure what the relationship is with FAR) he was professional, communicated the issues well, ordered the part, and was able to fix the issue the next day.

I used this family-owned company 3 times and I trust them 100%! Jeremy and his father Jerry are really great, knowledgeable, and efficient!!!!

Great service from Nick and his company, I literally texted him nextdoor this morning, he responded very fast, and was at my house in 2 hours to fix our AC unit, now it starts and operates much better, much quieter. I have used  Wise Mechanical a few times for my air conditioning unit going out in the middle of summer. Both times, Joe was extremely prompt getting back to me and had the problem fixed within a few hours. He also seemed to be genuinely concerned about getting my system up and running as fast as possible so I could stay in my home comfortably. I would absolutely recommend Wise Mechanical and will use them in the future for any problems that may come up.

James came by in the middle of summer- at 330 pm ( heat of the day) and got up on our roof and did an amazing job cleaning the coils - inside and out, checked my system and said said everything was working perfectly. I had recently purchased a smart thermostat for our rental home & needed an AC professional to come install the unit as we were unable to do so ourselves.  Ecobee offers HomeAdvisor as an option to help look for technicians within your area that can help with the install.  Within 5 min of speaking with the representative from HomeAdvisor, I got a phone call and text from 480 Mechanical following up on the request.  I called back and was immediately able to schedule for a technician to come install the thermostat same day, as they had an available window.  From the time that I booked with the company to the time the technician arrived, I was updated on his ETA.  The service technician that installed our unit was Dominic.  Dominic was very informative and helped us understand the different functions of the smart thermostat that we had purchased.  He also gave us helpful tips as we are first time AZ residents. I highly recommend this company to anyone who needs professional AC assistance.

I have been using A & M Mechanical for all of my Heating & A/C needs over the years. I have found them to be extremely reliable and honest.  The level of customer service is one that is more the exception than the rule today. They are outstanding.  They are not the cheapest, nor are they the most expensive.  I feel that the pricing is within the industry standards.  What sets them apart, is their focus on detail and doing the job right.  When I refer them to my clients, that's exactly what I want them to do: Get it right, Be on time, Be Honest, and Be Fair Market Priced.  I get it all from A & M Mechanical.  I will continue to use them, and I would highly recommend them to anyone who has heating & A/C issues.

Another company 'fixed' our 7-year-old air conditioning unit that wasn't cooling but had to be called back a few weeks later because it failed again.  The diagnosis the 2nd time was a shorted compressor, and the recommend fix was a whole new system.  The quoted price was absurd but after the tech 'spoke with his manager' the price was lowered to ridiculous and they didn't have time on their schedule for 10 days.  A friend recommended we call Rusty's and I'm sure glad we did.  Rusty's came out the next day and had our house cooling in no time - the compressor was fine.  Rusty's is knowledgeable, fair, trustworthy and efficient and I highly recommend this company.

I had an original separate company diagnose what was wrong with my ac it took them 3 visits before they told what was wrong with it and they charged almost triple the cost Overson did. he came over within 24 hours took a look and got me squared away. Will definitely only go to them for all my hvac needs

Would give zero stars if possible because ZERO is exactly what we got from this company.  Spoke with Steve & per his request I sent him pictures and written details of about the job scope so he could prepare a relatively solid quote and let me know if the job was too big, too small, or something his company would take on.  Said he would get back to me with estimate.  Well, that never happened.  My husband gave him the benefit of the doubt because it was close to the holidays.  Nope, a month goes by and the holidays are over and still nothing.  No reply to my telephone voicemails, no reply to my text messages, no follow up contact whatsoever.  As I said to him in my text message of January 12, 2023, 'obviously our money is not green enough' for him.  And even with that, he did not have the decency to respond.  He obviously does not know the definition of Dynamic, but their business name is royal BS.

Sam responded right away and came on short notice and fixed everything quickly. He did a great job and went over how to prevent future problems with my pipes and my AC also. I will definitely be using this company going forward. Very affordable and very professional.

These guys are always great. I came home from vacation late last night to a warm house. I waited until the morning to give them a call and found that they now have a website that I can request service from them on. Within 5 minutes of placing a request for service I was called and an appointment was scheduled. Lee was at my house within the half hour, and had my house cooled off again to help us brave the 105 degree heat! I found that Lee was a straight shooter, and didn't BS me and try to run up the price, nor did he leave me wondering what was needed to be done to get the unit functioning again. This type of service makes a life long customer.

These guys were great, sent a message through Yelp and had a response that same evening (it was after hours on holiday weekend).  I sent a picture of my model and serial number of my GE profile refrigerator that was not making ice any longer.  He was able to message me the cost and scheduled the work to be done on Sunday afternoon for a new ice maker (I messaged him Friday evening).  I told him it was not a rush if he wanted to to it during the week but he said it was no problem and showed up on time and did the work quickly.  He even confirmed that my ice maker was bad before replacing the unit in case it was something else that was broken.  Super impressed with these guys and highly recommend them.

I am sure they did a pretty good job for my daughter. I was there. The tech was professional and informative. However, I copied my personal AC guy with the invoice and he said is was crazy high. So be sure to get more estimates. This was for a routine visit with a UV light installed and blower motor removed, cleaned and sanitized. And the regular checks.

What a pleasure to finally find a professional, knowledgeable and friendly service person. Jared was scheduled to estimate AC unit for garage/ workshop. He let me know 1/2 hr before his arrival. He was on time . Very professional to listen exactly what I was looking for. He offered suggestions which was backed up with knowledgeable information on the AC units which would work best. I had Yavapai come and do an A/C maintenance before the hot summer season. I have a unit going on 20 years and didn't want to have to buy a new unit if possible. Jose Gomez was an amazing technician that told me exactly what I needed to have done. Work was done promptly and now my A/C am ready for summer.

Truly disappointing experience with Discount Air.  We've had no heat in our home over a month now.  They came out and diagnosed our unit.  The parts are under warranty which we confirmed with the Manufacturer Ruud. They told me the parts house was telling them otherwise I called Ruud to confirm and cascaded that to them.  They were supposed to come out to our home on a Monday canceled day of.  Rescheduled for Friday and told upon getting here parts are not under warranty called ruud again they confirmed they are the tech just needs to submit a claim.  The owner won't take my calls and son is incredibly rude
