Jerry the owner is one of the best in this market. He is fast responder, friendly, knowledgeable and fair.. I've lost my roof A/C in the middle of August heat wave of 110-115 temperature. Jerry did diagnose the problem, initiated a plan, got the parts and fixed it. All done fast and professional. High five to you Jerry, please keep up the good work. I highly 100% recommend his company to friends, families and neighbors. Call him if your AC fails, you'll be happy

Derek & his team are very knowable & able to diagnose issues that other HVAC techs have a hard time with. He has worked on several projects for me and has always done a fantastic job. I find Diamond Mechanical to be a very good HVAC contractor and recommend them to all of my clients.

Honest and very professional... Found myself a permanent a/c guy to take care of all my a/c repairs. Bills a/c was more than fair and very good at there trade.  after the other company less than professional services.  Bills is a go to for a/c heating repairs.

Sammy was able to fix our AC the same day we called him and his work ethic was impeccable. He was very professional and honest with us and he charged us a very reasonable rate. Just now Innovative Air Tech Garrett came to my home and did annual springtime maintenance on my home unit, and on the ductless splitter unit Innovative Air founder & owner Julius installed years ago on my guest house in the back yard.  

Garrett was professional and knowledgeable and completed all the work in this one call.  He made a minor correction that could have been a major problem in the weeks to come.

People like Garrett are the reason I recommend Innovative Air  Conditioning & Heating to colleagues.  Everyone at the company is great too, particularly Karen, who manages the office.  And with preventive maintenance like today I can rest easy for the coming summer

Our A/C died over the weekend. Thankfully we had a home warranty company (Old Republic) that helped out, but the initial contractor never responded over the weekend, so I requested a new one and ended up with Kilter. I'd never heard of them before so was a bit leery, but had my concerns eased a bit when I saw the other positive reviews here on Yelp. Steve, the general manager, was at my place (96 degrees inside!) within 4 hours of calling Kilter on a hot, probably very busy Arizona summer day. I have a 21-year-old system, and Steve got it working again promptly. Unlike most companies I've used, he never tried to sell me on anything. Just prompt, courteous service. He also stood out by not telling me how much my 21-year-old system ought to be replaced. In fact, he suggested I wait for 1-2 more years until there is hopefully some newer technology hitting the market that will be more efficient and cost effective. Very positive experience.

Just our luck, our air went out during the hottest time in Arizona. Our neighbor recommended this business. The owner Jorge came and work on our unit for most of the Saturday afternoon. Though he was not able to fix it with parts he had, he was willing to come back Sunday. As promised, he came early on Sunday and worked all morning to make sure we had air conditioning. Jorge is an honest , reliable and reasonable with pricing.  I cannot rave enough about this business and the owner.  I highly recommend him! He is a savior from the Arizona hot weather!

Honest to a fault great work they had it fixed up and solved in less than 15 minutes will be a repeat customer. So glad to find an honest ac company. They did an awesome job and earned my loyalty!!!

Chase (the owner) is truly a professional.  He responds quickly and gets the job done very well, timely and at a reasonable cost. He has always taken excellent care of our HVAC.  I highly recommend Top Gear to anyone needing scheduled maintenance, repairs, or a new heating and/or cooling unit!

After returning from Vacationing abroad. Came home to 100+ degree weather. Reached out to Alexis at Royalty Air, and to my surprise, set me up with a same day visit to check out my lower floor Ac unit. Unfortunately the compressor did not hold up. (Was an older unit) Alexis ordered me a new one. By the very next day he arrived and set it up. Top notch service all around. I will recommend Royalty Air to my friends and family.

After waiting  3 weeks for One Guard to resolve our AC issue I finally called Emery and could not be more satisfied.  They came out on Wednesday evening, installed the new compressor the next day.  They are highly proficient, expeditious and the customer service is beyond superb.  They will be our new AC contractor as long as we live in Phoenix.  Cudos to Emery

Our A/C Compressor went out. Our home warranty company sent us another vendor. Thy said the compressor was shot but convinced my wife to replace the entire 25 year old unit (outside of the warranty coverage). A few month later the original thermostat needed replacing. The other vendor wanted to charge $225 (even though they should have replaced it as part of replacing the A/C, and even then should not have charged us more than the $75 service charge had we called the warranty plan to do it. So we said no thanks, called the warranty plan, and they assigned Heat Slayer. They accepted that I told them the thermostat needed to be replaced and brought one with them and installed it in 30 minutes (I feared they'd first need the warranty company to approve their assessment, but no, they treated it as a done deal). Heat Slayer was excellent and I'd never hesitate to use them again.

Thad is a fantastic guy! He is honest and reliable. I would not hesitate calling him whenever you have trouble with your A/C. He doesn't charge an arm and a leg for repairs, either.

AirNow has replaced three AC units for me in the last two years. They have been consistently great to work with each time. When I had an issue that required follow up they were immediate to respond. The technicians are friendly, professional and always on time. I would not hesitate to recommend AirNow to anyone that needs HVAC service or replacement.

Run from these guys. Had two AC units & two air handlers installed when we purchased our home. We had to argue to have them to up the size of the second unit to match the house design (vaulted ceiling on west side vs lower ceiling on east, etc.). That should have been the 1st clue.
After the sloppy install we started averaging one service call every three months. This went on for two & 1/2 years. Things improved significantly once I wized up and started using someone else to service their mess. Now in year 5 1/2 the new service guys said we really need to move on to new units. Have confirmed this with two other companies. Same input - they look at the entire set up, look at our pile of paper work from the service calls and then shake their collective heads. Oh, and my wife looks at me like she wants to beat the crap out of me for throwing away so much $$$ & her time because she's been the one that has had to be there for the service calls.
Please don't be me. If you see their truck - run. Don't dial their number. Don't let them in your yard. Lock your doors.

Worst company in the world. Had them install a new unit and they replaced it twice . Didn't apologize just made excuses about You know parts go bad sometimes They had to come out 10 times before they got it right , YES 10 times and have the receipts to prove it.  They came out for almost a year  before they got it right. Replaced 2 units. No refund no discount. They won't even come back to service the unit anymore , they   will not talk to me. So no warranty , No customer Service . Terrible.
