Jerry the owner is one of the best in this market. He is fast responder, friendly, knowledgeable and fair.. I've lost my roof A/C in the middle of August heat wave of 110-115 temperature. Jerry did diagnose the problem, initiated a plan, got the parts and fixed it. All done fast and professional. High five to you Jerry, please keep up the good work. I highly 100% recommend his company to friends, families and neighbors. Call him if your AC fails, you'll be happy

Full disclosure here, I have not had any HVAC work done by this company. However, I've just completed a business transaction with Derek. This young man impressed the heck outa me. He did what he said he would do, was honest, and concerned for my welfare as well in addition to being responsible and respectful.

Honest and very professional... Found myself a permanent a/c guy to take care of all my a/c repairs. Bills a/c was more than fair and very good at there trade.  after the other company less than professional services.  Bills is a go to for a/c heating repairs.

Fantastic service! Sammy was timely, professional, and thorough.  When our AC wasn't working properly, he came out within an hour of calling him (on a Sunday, no less). He fixed the issue and followed up with us to make sure everything was working properly. So refreshing to work with a professional who was knowledgeable, responsive, and service-oriented. Highly recommend!

Just now Innovative Air Tech Garrett came to my home and did annual springtime maintenance on my home unit, and on the ductless splitter unit Innovative Air founder & owner Julius installed years ago on my guest house in the back yard.  

Garrett was professional and knowledgeable and completed all the work in this one call.  He made a minor correction that could have been a major problem in the weeks to come.

People like Garrett are the reason I recommend Innovative Air  Conditioning & Heating to colleagues.  Everyone at the company is great too, particularly Karen, who manages the office.  And with preventive maintenance like today I can rest easy for the coming summer

One of our two 18 year old units stopped working a few weeks ago and Kilter was available to come out almost right away. The tech that came over was very friendly and professional. The second unit failed this last Friday and Kilter was not available until the next day so we had someone else come look at the issue and misdiagnosed the problem completely. He told us we had heat pumps and that it would make more sense to just replace the units. The guy was very friendly, seemed knowledgeable and genuine, so we trusted him and spent the rest of the weekend getting quotes on replacement. When Brett from Kilter came over, he first asked to look at the issue rather than jump right into providing a replacement quote. He, along with the others who came, confirmed that it was NOT a heat pump, AND, he figured out the true problem was not a refrigerant leak but a bad circuit. He replaced the circuit board and saved us from unnecessarily spending $7k+ to replace that unit. We know we will need to replace them soon, but having the time to really shop around and plan it out is all thanks to Brett's mindful and honest service. HIGHLY recommend calling him FIRST!

Just our luck, our air went out during the hottest time in Arizona. Our neighbor recommended this business. The owner Jorge came and work on our unit for most of the Saturday afternoon. Though he was not able to fix it with parts he had, he was willing to come back Sunday. As promised, he came early on Sunday and worked all morning to make sure we had air conditioning. Jorge is an honest , reliable and reasonable with pricing.  I cannot rave enough about this business and the owner.  I highly recommend him! He is a savior from the Arizona hot weather!

My dad is a 78 yo gearhead living in deep rural Maricopa. During the first summer blast of 118 days, his AC was working hard. Too hard. So, I used Yelp, found Scott and my dad, a very particular former Top Fuel driver and corvette builder, was impressed with Scott and his honesty about parts snd such. I asked my dad if he'd use him again for service and install. His immediate reply was Hell yeah, Scotty! When my dad can talk mechanical stuff, he's impressed, and Scott was open and clear with my sad. He appreciated Scott's time here.

Chase (the owner) is truly a professional.  He responds quickly and gets the job done very well, timely and at a reasonable cost. He has always taken excellent care of our HVAC.  I highly recommend Top Gear to anyone needing scheduled maintenance, repairs, or a new heating and/or cooling unit!

After returning from Vacationing abroad. Came home to 100+ degree weather. Reached out to Alexis at Royalty Air, and to my surprise, set me up with a same day visit to check out my lower floor Ac unit. Unfortunately the compressor did not hold up. (Was an older unit) Alexis ordered me a new one. By the very next day he arrived and set it up. Top notch service all around. I will recommend Royalty Air to my friends and family.

Although I chose another company because Emery didn't meet my requirements for the type unit and price I was looking for, I found them to be honest and very responsive. Their representative was patient and knowledgeable.  The information that they provided was accurate and complete. I would trust them to do what they promise. I wish them the best!

My gosh. Thad is amazing. His work ethic is unmatched. He was even patient with our yip dog. (Ug!) He really saved the day for us. He gave us an new AC system and got everything working. He even came back to make sure everything was working correctly.

Thad is the most helpful guy as well. To make sure we had AC restored he worked almost 12 hours straight! ...Up in our very hot, stuffy attic!

Run from these guys. Had two AC units & two air handlers installed when we purchased our home. We had to argue to have them to up the size of the second unit to match the house design (vaulted ceiling on west side vs lower ceiling on east, etc.). That should have been the 1st clue.
After the sloppy install we started averaging one service call every three months. This went on for two & 1/2 years. Things improved significantly once I wized up and started using someone else to service their mess. Now in year 5 1/2 the new service guys said we really need to move on to new units. Have confirmed this with two other companies. Same input - they look at the entire set up, look at our pile of paper work from the service calls and then shake their collective heads. Oh, and my wife looks at me like she wants to beat the crap out of me for throwing away so much $$$ & her time because she's been the one that has had to be there for the service calls.
Please don't be me. If you see their truck - run. Don't dial their number. Don't let them in your yard. Lock your doors.

I have used Fountain Hills AC & Heating for the past few years for preventative maintenance. However, I am extremely disappointed that the company did not find or notify me that our evaporator coils had extreme rusting and deterioration. The coils have been rotting for quite a long time. The house is only 5 years old as is the AC unit. Once my system failed I found another local company who could come out right away to get my AC running again. This is when I was notified of the issue and was explained that had the preventative maintenance been done properly, this could have been rectified prior to the failure. I could have saved money and the time my AC was down had Fountain Hills properly completed their inspections. I have requested a partial coverage or refund of their services and was told no. I would not recommend  Fountain Hills AC & Heating!
