Tracy was very prompt and found some issues during a routine HVAC inspection and tune-up on two of my properties recently. Explained what was wrong. The bills were very reasonable. He is my go-to HVAC man for all my properties now.

Sean came out within an hour of us calling (on a Saturday afternoon in August!). He got our unit running again and was very professional and courteous. Pricing was very good and they were very transparent about all charges. We will definitely use them again and would highly recommend them.

One month ago Matthew and his associate Aaron arrived first thing in the morning to install a ductless a/c and heating unit in my 720 sq. ft. garage in Scottsdale.  The goal was to reduce the 110F+ furnace temperatures inside during summer to make the space a usable workshop and to reduce heat damage to the many rubber parts in my old machines.  Matthew helped me spec the appropriate unit and also advised on insulation issues.  The work was completed by the evening.

This was a 'turnkey' installation, meaning that M&R Refrigeration did all the procurement, installation and related electrical work.  I procured attic insulation separately and insulated the insides of the garage doors myself.

The whole experience showed this contractor to be of the highest integrity and skill.  Pricing was fair and competitive. Everything was done exactly as promised, with strict compliance with the timetable.  There was no damage to exterior stucco or internal drywall. Communication was clear and the pre-inspection process was done carefully to ensure that there were no surprises when it came to installation.

It is 100F outside as I write, and I am returning to the garage in a few minutes to turn some wrenches in 76F comfort.

M&R's work comes with a 10 year hardware and a 10 year labor warranty.

These guys are alright. They did okay with my unit replacement. Good for getting right out here and getting it repaired in fairly good time.

Jimmy the owner got a hold of me right away after I submitted a request for a new A/c unit. Every step of the way he was professional and super helpful. They came out and did an amazing removal of old unit and instal of new unit in a short time. I rarely review anything but these guys are the real deal! I highly recommend them!

Sent and inquiry and left a voicemail to get a quote on a shower drain issue at the home and also to check on an outdoor drip line expansion, if that's something they do, and had no response.

I was finally one of the unlucky Phoenix residents that had an air conditioning problem in the middle of summer. I always dodged that bullet until this year so I didn't know how much it would temporarily change your life until corrected. Mine crapped out on a Sunday. I called six A/C repair companies. All six said they were available 24/7. Of the six, I received voicemail on three. None of the three have called me back yet, and my initial call was a week ago. Two of the remaining three took my info and said someone would get back to me asap, which again, never received a call back. The last one was Desert Diamond. The person on the phone actually took action by taking my info and telling me the tech would be at my house. Same day visit !!! The tech, Matt was wonderful. He diagnosed the problem correctly, ordered the part, and returned to install it and get the A/C running again by Tuesday. Advise for all consumers out there - when in dire need of help, use Desert Diamond when the chips are down. Matt and team will come through for you !!!

Highly recommended for Cooling and Heating services! I just had a complete new system installed and I couldn't be more happier. The process was easy from start to finish. The prices were great along with the service I received. Personable, professional and reasonable.

One of our two a/c units was running poorly and appeared to be low on coolant. We called North Valley Mechanical today and they sent someone out by the afternoon. Lyle, our tech, was terrific. Easy to talk to and happy to explain. He checked out our system and showed us exactly what needed servicing and why. He also showed us how to avoid the same problem later. He also helped us by rolling the cost of the service into a 1-year maintenance plan that was only slightly more expensive. Super good and thorough service.

Dave came out on Monday gave me a great price on replacing my decrepit, forty year old evaporative cooler.  Told me he could do it that Wednesday. He was right on time, did a thorough and professional job. Saved me a lot of money compared to other estimates I received. He did everything he said he would do and he even dealt with an existing water issue that wasn't his responsibility and he was a pleasure to have at my home.

I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Dave and Brett from Arizona A/C Man to my friends and family and will have them back anytime I need A/C or Evap service.

I love how you get text message updates as to arrivals with pictures of the technician! This is very comforting. They tech was knowledgeable and friendly.

Very happy with their work and equally impressed with the service provided. My capacitor went bad overnight on a Saturday/early Sunday.

After requesting them to come out early Sunday, they showed up an hour sooner than expected, (Did I mention it's Sunday?) which is a great thing  when the AC isn't working and you've got 2 small children at home.

I'll be keeping them as a service provider for sure!

Purchased a Groupon online for an HVAC  inspection and cleaning. The technician Carlos arrived within the time window. Carlos was very courteous and explained everything he was going to do. He was extremely thorough with the inspection and coil cleaning (was here for 90 minutes!). Most companies would rush the job and try to upsell parts because it was a Groupon. Carlos did the opposite, and in the end told me my unit was in good working condition (amazing, because it is an older unit). Very trustworthy company as represented by the technician Carlos. In an ocean of shysters in this business, Four Seasons is more oyster with a pearl!

I Highly recommend Scot Morgan from American Cooling & Heating for replacing or repairing your A/C. He came out on 4th of July to replace two units that were over 20yrs old. Before we knew it we had 55 degree air coming out of our vents and the house is as cool as its ever been! Cheapest prices, best customer service and I couldn't be happier with their work!

Wayne from Howard Air is exceptional. Super professional and never tries to sell you things you don't need. He came in, put on shoe covers, was really friendly, fixed the problem and left. Done! And btw, I made an appointment online the night before and they were at my home the very next day. Excellent customer service!!!! HIGHLY recommend.

DO NOT sign up for the monthly service plan like we did. That simply means that anytime you have an issue, you will be placed squarely at the very bottom of their list since they already have your money.

Then, to make matters worse, they would rather bump you off that list at the last minute and schedule someone else since you're already going to pay them no matter what. Basically, the opposite of how it should work. They will schedule you several weeks out, then cancel the day before and offer an appointment several more weeks in the future. Other times, they simply won't show at all.
