Amazing team at AirTime Cooling and Heating!  Brian and his team worked tried to save our 12 year old AC unit  motor went out on a Friday night.  They even looked for an after market motor to try.   Didn't find one so they tried the factory motor.  It immediately burned out. No charge to us for trying it.  So we agreed and installed a new unit.  We were given 3 options in different price ranges.  Once selected installed the next day.  We are extremely happy with the results.   Professional and friendly crew!  Highly recommend  AirTime Cooling and Heating!  Home grown in Chandler AZ!

Had Matthew out to install new A/C unit. My house is old so it had some issues. He listened to my concerns and did a great job fixing everything. He is polite, easy to communicate with and always on time. Always responds to phone calls immediately. Worked with me on the price so I could get a more energy efficient unit within my  budget. He was good to reassure me about the warranty. Did not want a company to skip out on me. I trust Matthew and would feel  comfortable referring him to friends and family. I had several estimates and am so glad I found him.

A year ago I had another company tell me that I needed to replace my 12 year old Trane heat pump because I had a Freon leak.  I'm not here much in the summer and I have a split system so I put it off.  When I came back into town in November everything was working OK and I got good heat out of that unit all winter.

I was due a servicing so I called CW based on their reviews and I'm glad I did.  Rick came out and spent almost 2 hours checking out and cleaning both heat pumps.  He couldn't find a leak and said everything was working fine and should continue to work OK for the foreseeable future.  

I like honest people.

Enrique has been coming for years to service my 20 year old systems.  He keeps them running in tip top shape and doesn't try to sell me anything that is not necessary.  Monthly cost for this service is less than a one time charge to have the serviced once.  Plus there are other perks.  They are always on time, clean, and take all necessary precautions.  We are looking at replacing the system, and they are our choice to do it.

Our AC broke down on Sunday evening. Called 10 companies, no one could help. Arcadia air had us up and running in an hour. Professional, so kind and not sales-y. I am shocked that there are still people that care so much about their customers on a Sunday evening. Appreciated it so much and will recommend to everyone!

Sent and inquiry and left a voicemail to get a quote on a shower drain issue at the home and also to check on an outdoor drip line expansion, if that's something they do, and had no response.

Our Goodman AC unit only 4 years old has been giving us problems for the past 2 years. Our Techs have been great in troubleshooting the problem each time. Even though the unit is only 4 years old the expense to find and fix  the problem would cost half the price of a new unit.  Our tech gave us detailed information and choices. Once we decided, on wether to fix or replace the unit they were quick to set up our replacement. We also chose a great maintenance plan to maintain our new unit.

Highly recommended for Cooling and Heating services! I just had a complete new system installed and I couldn't be more happier. The process was easy from start to finish. The prices were great along with the service I received. Personable, professional and reasonable.

When ever I had an issue with my heating and air conditioner they will make it a point to take care of you quickly. I Personally recommend them.

Moved into a new home and needed some electrical work done. They finished in a reasonable time and the price was very fair. I'd definitely recommend them for my future projects!

Do not recommend. At the time we thought it was great but now we're having the same issues with my ac again, come to the roof to check things out and this is how he left my ac unit. He left all the wires exposed and didn't tuck anything back away and now my ac has shorted again because he never tucked everything away from the weather. Now I'm out an ac unit again because he didn't know how to finish his job correctly.
$600 later and I still have a broken unit.

Mike was a pleasure to work with. He was straightforward and professional. He & his crew replaced the original metal ductwork in my 50 yr. old home. They installed new flexpipe and relocated new registers and returns. They also removed old hardware and sealed the ceiling of a closet that once housed a furnace. My house is now evenly cool and much quieter. I will continue to use True North's service should I need HVAC service in the future.

I had a huge problem and was getting frustrated with getting different answers from different AC companies.  Called and spoke with Kevin and he provided excellent customer service, I would highly recommend this company!

We called American Cooling and Heating this morning because the fan motor on our AC unit was making a lot of noise. Brent was here within a half hour. We couldn't believe we had someone here that fast. He replaced the motor and did a wonderful job. We have finally found a company that we can count on. The price quoted was exactly what we were charged, We highly recommend American Cooling and Heating.

We've been working with The great people at Howard Air for about 2 years now.  The office staff as well as the technicians could not be more professional and helpful.  We recently had an emergency and they were awesome in responding and resolving our problem as soon as possible.  Highly recommend them.  There service is the best and prices are very reasonable!!!

The rejuuuvenation commercial sold me so I went online and scheduled one for 04/14. After clicking submit I waS greeted with Your all set! Appointment confirmed for April 14 between 2PM and 5PM.  You are going to be happy happy happy I thought Wow same day service, impressive! A short time later I receive a phone call from caller ID Sunny Plumbing. Upon answer I was greeted with someone who identified as Goettl. Immediatey I am greeted and the high pressure sales began. I have a Trane A/C with a gas heat pump unit and the caller informs me that for an additional $70 I could also get the heater side of my unit included in my rejuuuvenation. I immediately responded that your ad doesn't mention that only the cooling half of my unit is offered under the $129 but that this additional $70 will also come with a free this and a free that! In order to shut her up and move on I agreed to the up sale to $199. After all, doesn't make sense to have only the cooling side serviced.
Then she asks if she can run my credit card now and I authorized. Then she informs me that the website scheduling is for some reason not accurate and therefore her next available wouldn't be until mid-May! I told her this was unacceptable and one of two things had to happen; 1) Keep your appointment today as you promised on your website, or 2) Issue me an immediate refund. Well, she informed me that an appointment today would be impossible and that she would go ahead and issue me a refund, however due to bank protocols it would take 7 to 10 business days for my account to be credited. After wrangling with her and getting absolutely nowhere I asked for her supervisor. The supervisor came on and informed me of the same circumstances. After informing him that the inaccuracy of their web scheduler was not MY PROBLEM and warning him that if he either did not show up today as promised or issue me an immediate refund that I would be going to the BBB and the Arizona Attoney General as well as my reviews here and on social media I got his attention and got my same day appointment.
My technician was absolutely wonderful and 5-stars go to him! Too bad he works for this high pressure sales organization. Nick showed me a picture of my evaporative coils and informed me that they were very dirty. I replied yes but your are going to clean those with my Rejuuuventaion, right? Oh no sir, that will be an additional $520! Shouldn't the ad state this? Also I need additional space for my air return and thay can do that for between $2000 and $5000 depending on the options I select, but if I let them do it tomorrow they will give me like $200 discount off regular price.
So, to summarize, the Rejuuuventation is a SCAM and nothing more than a sales opportunity for a high pressure sales effort. Not only that, there are exceptions to what they do but they don't tell you this until they get in your door! Love Nick the tech but hate the FALSE ADVERTISING AND HIGH PRESSURE BUSINESS MODEL! Really disappointed!
