This is long over due since he fixed our AC three weeks ago! We got a quote from Yelp for help when it was slowly getting warm and he came and fixed it that day. Also he was fair priced and on top of that he only fixed what was necessary and didn't pressure us to buy a new AC. He gave his opinion and said we should save for a new AC since it will last maybe another year. I appreciate the honesty and straightforwardness.

My landlord called AirTime when my 20 year old a/c finally broke last week on a Wednesday.  We got 2 quotes - and Airtime beat them by $1800.  They got the quote to us right away and installed a brand new Trane unit today, Tuesday.  Vince was friendly and informative, had a great sense of humor and got the job done right!  5 star company!

A year ago I had another company tell me that I needed to replace my 12 year old Trane heat pump because I had a Freon leak.  I'm not here much in the summer and I have a split system so I put it off.  When I came back into town in November everything was working OK and I got good heat out of that unit all winter.

I was due a servicing so I called CW based on their reviews and I'm glad I did.  Rick came out and spent almost 2 hours checking out and cleaning both heat pumps.  He couldn't find a leak and said everything was working fine and should continue to work OK for the foreseeable future.  

I like honest people.

This company was referred to us by our electrician as our A/C had been out for 36 hours, the company the home warranty referred was not available for Four more days! I called Brian in desperation, advising him of our situation.  Even though they were booked for the day he said he would get someone out to us today!  Only minutes after I hung up with him the technician called me and said they were on their way, I nearly cried.  Enrique showed up as expected and reviewed the situation.  They were very kind, courteous and professional while in our home, they advised me of the situation with photos taken of our unit.  They said they could repair it right away, and they did!!  So now, I am so thankful we called and received the recommendation because they were absolutely wonderful!  I absolutely recommend A Quality HVAC for their work, professionalism and compassion!  A+++

Contacted to troubleshoot a recent installation. Came out next day. Charlie was detailed orientated and communicated in layman's terms. Reviewed everything and more while resolving the issue. Would highly recommend.

We needed water lines split in the bathroom to convert from a single sink to a double. Hansen beat the prices of anywhere else we looked and Megan and Erik made booking super easy to deal with. Our tech was Zack and I couldn't be happier. Really friendly, listened to us, did great work, and went above and beyond even fixing a hose bib that was not in the original scope of work.

I had some concerns that the HVAC company I'm under contract with (Farnsworth) was being less than honest when they recommended I have $800 worth of things fixed/serviced on my HVAC unit.  I called A/C Doctors for a second opinion as they have a good reputation and good reviews.  They did a thorough checkup of my system and found that only one item was a legitimate repair. They did find a fairly serious problem that needs fixing which my contracted company did not even mention. None of the other things that Farnsworth said needed fixing actually needed fixing.  So much for honesty!  I was very impressed with A/C Doctors and recommend them. They spent an hour (rather than 15-20 minutes--if that-- by the other company) going over the whole system and explaining, in detail, what they found and what needed to be done.

Moved into a new home and needed some electrical work done. They finished in a reasonable time and the price was very fair. I'd definitely recommend them for my future projects!

Do not recommend. At the time we thought it was great but now we're having the same issues with my ac again, come to the roof to check things out and this is how he left my ac unit. He left all the wires exposed and didn't tuck anything back away and now my ac has shorted again because he never tucked everything away from the weather. Now I'm out an ac unit again because he didn't know how to finish his job correctly.
$600 later and I still have a broken unit.

I called this morning Saturday the 2nd of April at 7:00 am and spoke the owner, I   Believe his name was Mike (not sure) but he got me scheduled for today to get a technician out to look at my heat pump, which was not blowing out cold air, he said he would have Johnny out at 10:00 today, which was wonderful.
Johnny called a half hour before his arrival at 9:30 telling us he was on his way. Once he got there he diagnosed the cooling problem, which was a motor that blew on the cooling condenser, it was old and Turning slow, he said he had the motor in his van and the price to replace it seemed reasonable, I was very pleased that I got my AC unit fixed so fast and for the great service, it was a pleasant experience, I have found a good company to survive my HVAC issues, owner was good and Johnny was very knowledgeable

We recently relocated from the East Valley to Carefree and called the A/C company that we had used prior to come out and service our A/C Unit and since they don't service the area I asked if they had another company they would recommend, and they recommended Four Seasons Home Services, and now I know why! Four Seasons Home Services has been the best A/C service company to deal with from scheduling to the service techs that came out, Carlos and Romario. I must say that I was very impressed with Carlos and Romario and the level of Professionalism, Attention to Detail and the willingness to go the Extra Mile in Customer Service! I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND this company to anyone, so much so that being a REALTOR I now know who my GO-TO Company will be and I will be recommending them to my clients who need A/C and/or Plumbing services! These days it's rare to come across a company that one can say is an honest company and that offers FAIR PRICES, well I can now (for once) say that! And most of all their front line staff, the face of the company if you will, are obviously hand picked by the owner, Kevin, with care to represent his company. I saw that demonstrated in Carlo and Romario, and even the employee who I'd been talking to on the phone, Britni. Your company now has now gained yet another advocate that will be highly recommending your services! I called these guys after my 3rd unsuccessful attempt at finding a trusting honest air conditioning company. My air was sporadically getting warmer throughout the day and then would cool back off. First company said I need a whole brand new unit, second company wouldn't even get on the roof. Shaun arrived exactly at 3:00, which is the time I asked and was very knowledgeable. He immediately got on the roof and checked out the unit and identified what he believed to be the problem(a disconnect valve). He was honest, genuinely nice, and completely fair! Never once did I think he was trying to upset me. I am so happy to finally have found a trusting company like this! There a few and far between! If you're looking for an honest air company.. Howard Air was recommended by a neighbor. I called and they came out within minutes and provided a very comprehensive estimate. Scott Bird was our go to guy. Excellent and knowledgeable man. We are going to move forward with Scott's estimate and will update our review afterwards but I'm anticipating it'll be as 5 Star as it's been thus far. Important to point out: I also requested an estimate for my mother in laws return box to be replaced. She had a new HVAC installed a couple years ago and although it's a great unit the installer never took the time to check out the return box. It was from 1964 and was pretty weird and non conventional in its shape requiring special filters. Scott Bird came out to estimate the replacement. Again, 5 star service. They did the job which was 100% perfect and left the job clean.

We scheduled and prepaid for yearly service.  We waited over a month for this appointment.  The day of the appointment we finally called to get a time and the lady on the phone said oh it's been cancelled.  No call,  nothing.  Seems like someone would call and tell you it's been cancelled and offer another appointment time.  We will get our money back and find a reputable company that has awesome customer service.  Word of mouth is awesome and i will spread the word of how inconsiderate and unprofessional Goettl is.  I gave them one star because there was not a  option
