Have used them two times now and they are great. Competitive pricing and don't try and up sell. Very honest on what they can fix and what you will need in the future.  Would highly recommend.

I'm debating whether it is 4 or 5 star, but leaning towards 5. The most important things are the workmanship, availability, accuracy and professionalism. These were all aced with flying colors. You get what you pay for. It wasn't a cheap AC replacement. They were ready within an hour of my call to add additional refrigerant. They were available to reschedule as needed. They turned on a dime for me. They got me the energy rebate I requested, without me having to lift a finger. They worked directly with my insurance to make sure I was taken care of. They make detailed reports and can explain the more decisions. Even though I didn't need the extra thermostat at this time, it was included in the package. I had to ask for it when it came time to pay the bill. I think it was complimentary along with the install but they still itemize free things on the receipt. The complimentary refrigerant was left off the receipt, the only exception.

Jimmy and the crew are great professionals and always try to do the right thing highly recommended I've refers numerous friends to them and they have always taken care of them with urgency integrity and professionalism can't say enough about them give them a call

Zack, Erik, and the crew did a great job of replacing our main sewer line. It was not an easy repair but they had the right people and equipment to complete it promptly. Highly recommended!

When they say they warranty their work, they really do! We needed a slight change to the original work (not an error, just some tweaking), and Dave came straight out to help. He found out that we were low on Freon, and that there was a leak from when the original builders installed our unit. He hooked us up with what we needed for a great price. AND fixed our leak for free!! Always such a relief to find great companies to work with. :)

Moved into a new home and needed some electrical work done. They finished in a reasonable time and the price was very fair. I'd definitely recommend them for my future projects!

A/C went out in the middle of the and had to scramble to find someone to come out that evening. After getting stood up by another company I called up Freddy and he was out at the house at 9:30pm to get it done for us. Got the needed part first thing in the morning and had us back up and running in no time. Freddy made it easy to communicate via text and he was a pleasure to work with. Highly recommend.

I am very pleased with the work and professionalism of True North Air...The service technician was great. I felt he gave an honest diagnosis on the condition of my unit. I even got a chance to talk with the owner, no high pressure sales job, he took the time to explained everything thoroughly and politely. I'm very glad I choose  True North Air and will feel confident calling them again.

Our AC wasn't cooking the house on a Sunday. I called multiple companies who wanted to charge $99 just to come look at the problem and that amount was not going to be taken off the labor to fix the problem.

I first called American Cool and Heating and got their voicemail. I chose not to leave a message because I needed someone right away. However they called me back within a few minutes apologizing for missing the call. I told them my problem and a tech was out there within 30-45 minutes.

Once the tech arrived, they got right to work and diagnosed the problem and had everything fixed within an hour. Piece was extremely reasonable for the fix and the promptness of the work.

I will recommend this company to anyone I talk with and definitely use them again!

This company is the best. We were in Phoenix at our daughters home and noticed that her AC wasn't working very well. After trying two other companies that got great Yelp reviews but disappointed, my husband found Howard Air. Did we ever get lucky. Every person we dealt with was professional, courteous and responsive. Our salesperson Steve was the nicest guy sales guy you will ever meet - genuine, caring, very knowledgable and not pushy. The installers were also extremely respectful. In addition to all of this, a 10 year warranty on everything - parts, labor, what's not to like.

I called to book a service, but their wait time was WEEKS away. As it was just a service I decided to wait.  The night before the service was due they called to say their technician was tied up and they were cancelling.  I had to wait WEEKS again and the afternoon before they were due ... yes you got it!  They cancelled again.  I took two days off work for nothing (the same as my pay).  I complained and the rather unhelpful representative said I will get someone senior to call you  Yep, you guessed it again - they were too cowardly to call.  Now two days pay down and an a/c that needs service, and I have to start looking for another company.
