Have used them two times now and they are great. Competitive pricing and don't try and up sell. Very honest on what they can fix and what you will need in the future.  Would highly recommend.

Airtime cooling and heating came in for service call, Josh was excellent.  He checked the unit, added R-22 freon, climbed in the attic to check the unit thoroughly.  He explained about the pricing of the r-22 freon and said in a few years as it gets scarce, the price for R-22 freon will increase.  What I like about this company, they do not work on commission so you are not told you need unnecessary work.  I appreciate that Josh took the time  to explain the unit, surge protector, coils and seers and tons on  my unit.  My unit is over 18 years old there wasn't any pressure to buy a new unit.  When I'm ready for another unit, I'll definitely will go to Airtime for a replacement unit.

A year ago I had another company tell me that I needed to replace my 12 year old Trane heat pump because I had a Freon leak.  I'm not here much in the summer and I have a split system so I put it off.  When I came back into town in November everything was working OK and I got good heat out of that unit all winter.

I was due a servicing so I called CW based on their reviews and I'm glad I did.  Rick came out and spent almost 2 hours checking out and cleaning both heat pumps.  He couldn't find a leak and said everything was working fine and should continue to work OK for the foreseeable future.  

I like honest people.

Mitch and Cary were on time, courteous and professional. We had them service our unit and fix a thermostat that we installed incorrectly. They were completely receptive to our new social distancing rules. Overall it was a great experience!

Our AC broke down on Sunday evening. Called 10 companies, no one could help. Arcadia air had us up and running in an hour. Professional, so kind and not sales-y. I am shocked that there are still people that care so much about their customers on a Sunday evening. Appreciated it so much and will recommend to everyone!

Our Goodman AC unit only 4 years old has been giving us problems for the past 2 years. Our Techs have been great in troubleshooting the problem each time. Even though the unit is only 4 years old the expense to find and fix  the problem would cost half the price of a new unit.  Our tech gave us detailed information and choices. Once we decided, on wether to fix or replace the unit they were quick to set up our replacement. We also chose a great maintenance plan to maintain our new unit.

I highly recommend North Valley Mechanical. My old AC stopped working and North Valley Mechanical got it running the same day with out over charging me. I got 5 quotes when my rental property needed a new AC. North Valley Mechanical gave us the best value by far. Kirk was professional and informative. After my experience, I suggested them to my sister and she was just as happy. I have used them for a few years now and have never had a bad experience. They went above and beyond at a low price for me and my family.

Brett, I can't thank you enough for going the extra mile today.  Today I called Arizona A/C Man after waiting for two days in this crazy Arizona heat to have someone come and look at my HVAC. One company Admiral Air Conditioning & Heat ,LLC came out and spent less than ten minutes total assessing my issues and said I needed an electrician and left $65.00 later. The next day Sun Belt Electric came out to resolve my issues, but didn't bring a ladder tall enough to accomplish the task.  They said they would find someone who could... they didn't.  I was extremely frustrated. I called Brett at 4:55pm and he arrived at my house by 5:30 pm. Seriously?!! Who does that? No one that is who!....no one gives that type of personalized service and quick response.  Brett was very thorough and very much unlike the other two companies who came out to resolve my cooling issues but couldn't. He had three different sets of ladders, all the tools and equipment needed to repair my HVAC and get it running again. The funny thing is, it wasn't my HVAC. Someone had taken shortcuts previously and had created electrical issues where none existed previously. Arizona A/C Man identified the problem, corrected it and charged me a small nominal fee for his efforts. Lastly, and this impressed me to no end, it was on the gusty, thunderous, stormy side today.  I would have understood fully if he would have suggested another date and time, but Brett went up on the roof regardless. Tonight at 11:11 pm I sit in an extremely cooled environment and ready for a great nights sleep! Thank you sir, for having integrity, a phenomenal work ethic and a sincere desire to help someone in need.

I was very happy with my technician Anthony Esposito today doing a routine maintenance service job for me. He was very informative and took the time to explain everything to me and show me pictures. He performed the work quickly and replaced the parts I was most in need of and didn't make me feel like I was being ripped off or having any unnecessary work done. He was honest and transparent about the condition of my unit and let me know what to be aware of in the future. I would recommend Anthony and I will request him to be the technician to come back to do yearly inspections on my unit. Thanks so much!

Moved into a new home and needed some electrical work done. They finished in a reasonable time and the price was very fair. I'd definitely recommend them for my future projects!

This is an updated review, our AC stopped working in the middle of June in Phoenix AZ. After some research I found a company called Larson. They had good reviews but when I spoke to them I felt like they were trying to sell this contract that I didn't want so that's when I found Freddy's online. I called Freddy on a Sunday morning and he explained that he was very busy, he could maybe see us in the later evening but if something changed he would let me know. 2 hours later (early afternoon) he called and said he was close by and he got to us early! After a short period of time he explained to me that he had pinpointed the problem. It was my coil that had a leak. I told him that coil had been replaced recently by Collins Comfort and instead of trying to sell me so he could do the work, he mentioned that I should call Collins Comfort first. He told me that Collins Comfort should come out and fix it for free. So I called and he was right. Collins Comfort explained to me that all the labor, parts and work are free of charge but there is no coil at the moment and that my AC would be down until they could get the coil from the manufacturer. Collins Comforts Technician said that there was nothing they could do and to get a hotel until the coil arrived. After 2 days in a hotel, Freddy called me to check up on the AC. I told him what was going on and he said he would stop by the house later. He showed up to our house with a plan to do a temporary fix until our part arrived. Something that Collins Comfort never mentioned. Freddy treated us like family. Freddy was always thinking about the best interest of his customer. Freddy never tried to take advantage of us he always gave us the best advice for our pockets even if that meant him not getting the job! Freddy honesty and integrity is something very hard to find now days. Our AC is still working perfectly on this temporary fix while we wait on our coil that still hasn't arrived and Freddy just called me again recently to see how our AC is doing. Thank you Freddy! You saved us! You saved us a lot of money and you saved our home! I will always recommend you to all my friends and family!

I had a fantastic experience with American Cooling and Heating. I called on a Sunday afternoon in July and a technician (Al) was at my door in less than an hour. Al quickly diagnosed the problem with my air conditioner. I was pleasantly surprised when he told me that he had the part on his truck. Al fixed the problem in less than an hour and I was back to having a cool house!  The next day a manager (Scott) called me to let me know that he had talked to my home warranty company and was able to get everything paid for by the home warranty company. I can whole heartedly recommend American Cooling and Heating. They are fast, friendly, knowledgeable, and honest. Al and Scott are assets to the company. Thank you for making a bad experience (no air conditioning in Arizona in July) a great experience.

**Update: almost 3 weeks later:  I had a separate, unrelated issue with my air conditioner today.  I was so happy when my home warranty company, once again, said I could contact American Cooling and Heating to fix the problem. Scott answered the phone immediately and took the report. He dispatched Al again, who was out within the hour and fixed the problem with friendly, fast service. The repair cost was reasonable and once again, I don't have to worry about my air conditioner. Love this company and Al and Scott!!

After suffering through shoddy repairs from home warranty companies for years, we found Howard Air's maintenance contract. It's been awesome! They come out twice a year to service the heating/AC unit and keep it running. Before them, we'd have breakdowns every summer (and have to wait days for service in 100+ degree heat). Now we have a company that will send someone out almost immediately if we have a major problem. But the best news is - since we've started using them, we've only had a problem once (and they covered the labor since they had just serviced it)! Preventative maintenance works!

Even though our unit is old, they don't pressure us to buy a new one or do major upgrades. They clearly explain any issues and provide options, not requirements, for repairs. My only complaint is that they used to do hot water heater emptying on the plan, but it looks like they moved that feature to a more expensive package. As long as they keep the AC running in the summer, we can handle the hot water heater ourselves!

I will never call Goettl for any reason ever again. I called at 9 am because my unit was not blowing cold air.They tell me the tech will be there between 4 and 8 pm. I get a call around 7 letting me know the tech will be late. Fine, no problem, I understand. At 8, they call to tell me the tech is on his way. An hour later at 9 pm, still no tech so I call them. The tech returns my call and says he is on his way but he is about 40 minutes away in Surprise when I'm in Mesa... why on earth would they have called an hour earlier to tell me the tech was on his way when he clearly was not??? When he gets there, he says there is nothing he can do tonight because my unit is frozen solid. He also says that THE PERSON ON THE PHONE WHEN I SCHEDULED THE APPOINTMENT SHOULD HAVE TOLD ME TO SHUT THE UNIT OFF SO THAT IT WOULD BE READY FOR HIM WHEN HE GOT THERE. I waited from 4pm to 10 pm in an 88 degree house just to be told there is nothing they can do because the phone staff didn't do their job. No thank you. Those radio commercials are such a load of bull. I wish I would have read the Yelp reviews before ever calling them because it looks like a lot of people have similar issues with these guys.
