Best Heating & Air Conditioning/HVAC in United States

This is long over due since he fixed our AC three weeks ago! We got a quote from Yelp for help when it was slowly getting warm and he came and fixed it that day. Also he was fair priced and on top of that he only fixed what was necessary and didn't pressure us to buy a new AC. He gave his opinion and said we should save for a new AC since it will last maybe another year. I appreciate the honesty and straightforwardness.

Extremely happy with the new A/C system Brian and team installed.  In giving me the quote, Brian pointed out many areas where the original installers took short cuts (original system that came w/the house) and explained how they would remedy these downfalls.  Brian's quote came in very competitive, and Brian was very knowledgeable about SRP's rebates, and was able to take the rebate off my end price (I didn't have to do the paperwork to get the rebate).  In the end, their price came in a little lower than what Brian actually quoted due to some changes in what was installed.  Bottom line, Brian could have just charged me the same but actually charged us less.  Super pleased w/the professionalism of the team.  All the guys working were very knowledgeable as I asked different questions along the way.  In the end, a new A/C system is not cheap, and Brian and team did a great job.

This is truly a 5 Star company. They have all friendly people and always charge less then I expect. Today they came out, same day service and got me up and running for my 25 guests tonight. On a Saturday at 5:30 pm still happy, still friendly, looking clean, and not in a hurry. It was less then 150$ Thanks guys you saved my game!

GREAT SERVICE. I was desperate for a second opinion. I got an immediate response and great customer service. I especially like the way they send a pic of the technician before arriving. I am so happy I called! I hate that you just can't trust people now a days. The last company was horrible and tried to charge me $500 for a part I didn't need (I wrote a YELP review for them too). This company charged $59 for an initial inspection, fixed my problem and gave me great advice. Living in AZ is tough! Everyone needs a good reputable AC company to call. I suggest you do your research and read EVERY review.

I couldn't be more happier with my experience. Jimmy and Michael came out to service my air conditioner and fix my nest system. They were both extremely friendly and knowledgeable. They figured out the problem very quickly with my nest (wiring issues) they were able to fix fast. My A/C runs great now too. The whole time they communicated and told me what was going on the whole time. I will definitely be using again. Very happy I found this company.

First of all, I agreed to an early-morning appointment to accommodate their needs. I believe it should be more about servicing the customer. Then, what should have been a simple faucet replacement that couldn't possibly require more than an hour, took more than 2 hours. It seems to me that the repairman they sent lacked the knowledge needed to do an efficient and timely job.

We have used this company for the last few years and they always do such a good job. They recently installed a new AC unit which has been running very well, but we ran into a small issue a few months later. I called and told them what was going on and explained that it is not an emergency, so no need to rush. They still were able to get me an appointment very quickly - JD showed up on time, did some fast problem solving and communicated the issue very well. It's so nice to know we have a reliable team, especially during the summer months.

Twice this summer I have had AC problems. First, my drip pan (I think that's what it's called?) was leaking in the attic and we had water coming out the top pipe on the outside of our house. I called first thing in the morning and the leak was repaired by that evening! This was back in early august, and I was happy with our service. Last night, our house stopped cooling. We called at 11:30 pm and quickly got an answer. The tech arrived earlier than expected and fixed our capacitor and the house feels great again! Both techs that came to our house were great (Jesus and Julio). And the problems were fixed for far less money than I expected so pricing seems fair. I hope I don't have any more problems any time soon but I will call you guys again if I do! Thank you!

Moved into a new home and needed some electrical work done. They finished in a reasonable time and the price was very fair. I'd definitely recommend them for my future projects!

We returned from an out of town trip to find that one of our air conditioning units wasn't working. It was a great experience working with Freddy's; they were very responsive, communicated well, and fixed the issue.

Mike, the owner, is great. Honest quote on replacement TRANE AC syste. Showed up as scheduled, completed removal of old system and installed new TRANE in one day, 8 AM done at 5 PM. No surprises.

We are a company with 21 units and we use Four Seasons for everything from general maintenance to repairs and now as the units are quite old for replacements. They come out quick and get us taken care of with little disruption to our office. I have even switched to them for my personal residence!

I would give ten stars if I could. Al came out to our house and was professional, courteous and knowledgeable. He kept us posted on when he would be here and the extra communication was very, very appreciated. He thoroughly reviewed our situation and advised us on how to handle/avoid a freeze up (my terminology!) in the future. I will recommend them to my friends and family and I highly recommend you call them too!!

Of course the AC would die at 530pm at least it's during the week! We spent hours calling around searching for a company to come out asap. Everyone was scheduling a week out! A WEEK in AZ summer temps 113-120? NOPE, NOPE, NOPE!
Howard Air said they'd be here the next day by 12noon. By god there was a knock at my door at 1030am! Shawn was pleasant, professional and immediately began to investigate. Shawn diagnosed the problem within 20mins, he explained everything and our options; no price gouge, no sales just facts. It's 12noon now, Shawn is gone and the AC is blowing cold. All is right in the universe! Kudos to Shawn for the superior customer service and a big thank you to everyone at Howard Air who made my swift resolution possible!

I would like to update my review of Goettl since the last time Goettl has got ahold of me to fix the issue of what I was experiencing. As of  yesterday they sent out a crew to fix the problem I was having with their system. I just wanted to say that they did a great job everything works awesome. If everything would have been done like this when originally installed I would have definitely gave 5 stars only 4 because it took 3 weeks, a number of calls and original disappointment before it was done to satisfaction. I still believe that they have one of if not the best products on the market especially for area we are in. Yes I would recommend them and they did fix the issue at no extra cost to me.
