We are selling our house and needed to fix a couple things with our HVAC unit. I contacted J&M Sunday night through Yelp and they scheduled me right away and were out first thing Monday morning. They checked out the things listed in our inspection report and addressed what needed to actually be fixed. Didn't pressure us into anything extra. Simple and affordable and fast couldn't ask for anything better!

We needed our thermostat replaced and were provided with several options. I was so impressed on how quickly AirTime was able to come out to do the job (next day).  The installer showed up on time, came wearing a mask and did an excellent job installing the thermostat, making sure our AC and heat were working, and made sure we knew how to use it. Excellent customer service - I will not hesitate to call AirTime Cooling and Heating again when I need service.

I highly recommend contacting  M&M Refrigeration if you are having issues with you air conditioning. In short, Mathew is genuinely interested in providing excellent service.

We had our system stop working. My initial call was answered and had a technician show up within an hour. Diagnosed a fan motor needed to be replaced and reported the rest of the system checked out OK. Had the system working again in less than an hour for a fair price. A couple of days later, the same issue happened. Called again and this time Mathew arrived himself within 30 minutes. He determined he may need to use the factory spec motor, rather than the commonly used universal motor. He also suggested we replace the fan as well. This is where most companies would tell you how much more all this is going to cost. However, Mathew sent one of his technicians to pick up the factory motor and fan, which I am sure cost more than the original one that I paid them for. His technician arrived a couple of hours later. Had it installed quickly and it has been working well. There were no additional service charges and only charged for the fan.

Our AC unit finally went on its last leg after 35+ yrs of serving us in AZ heat. We called at least 5 different places for quotes; had face to face with all who came, and decided to go with Chris W (the owner). He was professional, courteous, prompt and knowledgeable. He worked with us on getting a 3 phase unit installed as requested, unlike others who tried to sell us the 1 phase. His quote was what expected, no surprises after unit was installed. We are happy with the new unit and his professionalism. Highly recommended!

Our AC wouldn't turn on and Manny came out to take a look at our unit. He arrived promptly on the early side of hr 2 hour window they gave us. Called ahead before he arrived. Very friendly. First thing he did was ask if the batteries had been changed in our thermostat. Oops! A quick change of batteries fixed the problem and our AC turned on right away. He was very kind not to charge us for coming out. He did recommend we get our AC looked at (we've been neglecting it since 2018 when we moved in) but he was not pushy about it at all. I really appreciate when a business waives fees as a courtesy when something like this happens. We'll be reaching out to Arcadia Air and asking for Manny when we do need service!

This company is the best!  They spent some time on the phone to assess my needs and came out quickly. They unclogged our sinks and a toilet and also was able to install a faucet I had as a last-minute addition to the work I originally requested. They did a fantastic job and cleaned up everything.  It's so nice not to have to go in behind a company after they leave to do clean up. They left everything even cleaner than they found it!  It's been several months since I've hired them and the job they did is still great. All unclogged drains are remain  unclogged and free flowing. In addition to the fantastic work they did, the plumber was very professional and friendly. They came when they said they were going to be here without keeping us waiting with a huge window. I can't recommend this company enough. Hire them - you won't be sorry. I wish I found them much sooner! Great, family-owned business!!!

They came out on a Sunday thru my home owners warranty company. The rep was polite and efficient. Even though the AC had started working again, the rep still worked to diagnose what had happened and once found replaced the parts. I would recommend their service.

Brett, I can't thank you enough for going the extra mile today.  Today I called Arizona A/C Man after waiting for two days in this crazy Arizona heat to have someone come and look at my HVAC. One company Admiral Air Conditioning & Heat ,LLC came out and spent less than ten minutes total assessing my issues and said I needed an electrician and left $65.00 later. The next day Sun Belt Electric came out to resolve my issues, but didn't bring a ladder tall enough to accomplish the task.  They said they would find someone who could... they didn't.  I was extremely frustrated. I called Brett at 4:55pm and he arrived at my house by 5:30 pm. Seriously?!! Who does that? No one that is who!....no one gives that type of personalized service and quick response.  Brett was very thorough and very much unlike the other two companies who came out to resolve my cooling issues but couldn't. He had three different sets of ladders, all the tools and equipment needed to repair my HVAC and get it running again. The funny thing is, it wasn't my HVAC. Someone had taken shortcuts previously and had created electrical issues where none existed previously. Arizona A/C Man identified the problem, corrected it and charged me a small nominal fee for his efforts. Lastly, and this impressed me to no end, it was on the gusty, thunderous, stormy side today.  I would have understood fully if he would have suggested another date and time, but Brett went up on the roof regardless. Tonight at 11:11 pm I sit in an extremely cooled environment and ready for a great nights sleep! Thank you sir, for having integrity, a phenomenal work ethic and a sincere desire to help someone in need.

I want to thank AC Doctors sincerely for their amazing service year over year! Yesterday afternoon I had my yearly AC service appointment.  Esteban found there was a small explosion inside the unit that I was not aware happened. He worked for hours outside trying everything possible to fix it. In the end, my 30-year Trane was done. In less than 24 hours, Alex, Hector, and Juan had a new unit installed.  The price was way more than fair. The care they took with my home and just the all-around amazing moral code of this company is worth its weight in gold. I can't be more thankful for both teams!

Moved into a new home and needed some electrical work done. They finished in a reasonable time and the price was very fair. I'd definitely recommend them for my future projects!

This is an updated review, our AC stopped working in the middle of June in Phoenix AZ. After some research I found a company called Larson. They had good reviews but when I spoke to them I felt like they were trying to sell this contract that I didn't want so that's when I found Freddy's online. I called Freddy on a Sunday morning and he explained that he was very busy, he could maybe see us in the later evening but if something changed he would let me know. 2 hours later (early afternoon) he called and said he was close by and he got to us early! After a short period of time he explained to me that he had pinpointed the problem. It was my coil that had a leak. I told him that coil had been replaced recently by Collins Comfort and instead of trying to sell me so he could do the work, he mentioned that I should call Collins Comfort first. He told me that Collins Comfort should come out and fix it for free. So I called and he was right. Collins Comfort explained to me that all the labor, parts and work are free of charge but there is no coil at the moment and that my AC would be down until they could get the coil from the manufacturer. Collins Comforts Technician said that there was nothing they could do and to get a hotel until the coil arrived. After 2 days in a hotel, Freddy called me to check up on the AC. I told him what was going on and he said he would stop by the house later. He showed up to our house with a plan to do a temporary fix until our part arrived. Something that Collins Comfort never mentioned. Freddy treated us like family. Freddy was always thinking about the best interest of his customer. Freddy never tried to take advantage of us he always gave us the best advice for our pockets even if that meant him not getting the job! Freddy honesty and integrity is something very hard to find now days. Our AC is still working perfectly on this temporary fix while we wait on our coil that still hasn't arrived and Freddy just called me again recently to see how our AC is doing. Thank you Freddy! You saved us! You saved us a lot of money and you saved our home! I will always recommend you to all my friends and family!

True North Air has been wonderful!  Got home from work and could smell a plastic burning. Called them and they were there within 2 hours!  John was there with a mask on and very polite!  Unfortunately it was a motor that was out and still under warranty so we had to wait until the next day to get it approved. He had the part and was willing to do it that night (almost 10:00 PM). The next morning he was at the house early getting info to make calls and get it approved. HIGHLY recommend them!!

Purchased a Groupon online for an HVAC  inspection and cleaning. The technician Carlos arrived within the time window. Carlos was very courteous and explained everything he was going to do. He was extremely thorough with the inspection and coil cleaning (was here for 90 minutes!). Most companies would rush the job and try to upsell parts because it was a Groupon. Carlos did the opposite, and in the end told me my unit was in good working condition (amazing, because it is an older unit). Very trustworthy company as represented by the technician Carlos. In an ocean of shysters in this business, Four Seasons is more oyster with a pearl!

I called about 8 different HVAC companies on a Friday looking for someone that A. I could afford and B. could get my AC system installed within 24 hours! American Cooling and Heating met both requirements! I worked with Wayne from sales / estimating and gave him all my requirements via text over the phone. Now I have worked in the new home building industry for several years as buyer so I kinda knew what I needed. Wayne recommended a Frigidaire split system, 3.5 ton heat pump and air handler and we agreed on an out the door price. American Cooling and Heating beat everyone's price. A scheduler called me and we set up an appointment for early the next morning. American Cooling and Heating was swamped so they used a third party installation company that they are affiliated with called ASAP. The guys from ASAP showed up at 6:30 am right on time and did a great job installing the system. There was a slight problem with the original air handler they had but Wayne personally delivered a new air handler and got the job back on track. The professionalism and the level of customer service that American Cooling and Heating provided is unmatched in this industry . I would recommend this company to my Mother. They are that good! If your looking to replace your AC system or you just need service American Cooling and Heating and ASAP Cooling & Heating are the A-1 guys to go too.

I called them on sat Dec 29th due to my main furnace not working.. they scheduled an appointment for me between 12-6pm today the 21st.

at 5:30 i had not heard anything from them so was a little concerned.. i called and got the answering service and they sent a message to the on call tech. after hanging up with them. i double checked the email confirmation just to make sure it was scheduled for today and it was..... in 2019. so of course i was not going to get a phone call today.

The on call tech called me back and said due to it raining they couldn't send someone out. which if my appointment had been set up correctly i would have known about earlier so i wouldn't have wasted 6 hours of my day.. it had only started raining around 4pm so a good chance they could have gotten out here before it started raining.

Tomorrow is supposed to be in the mid 40's and i now have to sit around and waste another 6 hours.. and hope like hell it doesn't rain again

We had 2 Lennox units from 1995 on our house, bought in 2008. One of the AC coils failed in Jan 2013 due to corrosion. In the last 5 years of life for the old systems, we had zero issues. We called our home warranty company for repairs, and during inspections, found that the other unit was about to fail due to the same corrosion on the coils. It would have been $2000 each to replace the coils and the home warranty place wouldn't cover it since the units were so old already. We decided on new, more efficient AC units, received 2 quotes from Trane dealers, and Goettl put a flyer on our door so we called them too. In January 2013, we got 2 brand new Goettl 15 SEER units, air handlers, up-sold for insulation and attic vents, duct cleaning, the works. Goettl's price was higher than the other places by about $1000, but the sales guy was great, and sold the company and product reliability/reputation very well. Everything was installed about a week later with minimal damage (tech stepped between rafters and cracked ceiling in hallway), which was repaired quickly. Then the problems started... 1st issue was in September, just 8 months after install, on the unit cooling 3 bedrooms. The installer didn't remove the knockout for the condensate drain in the air handler, or level the drip pan correctly. Around midnight we hear water dripping in the hallway followed by a crash. The air handler had filled up with water, overflowed into the drip pan which didn't drain because the drain end was higher than the opposite end. The pan overflowed and soaked the drywall below until it finally collapsed. It was a big mess and left a massive hole in our ceiling. We couldn't get anyone out that night, so we cleaned up, set a bucket on a towel to catch the dripping water, and turned off the unit. A tech came out a day or so later and fixed the drain and leveled the pan, followed by ceiling repair guys coming out to repair/repaint the ceiling. In the meantime, like a dummy, I setup an annual service contract for $247, which included 2 annual tuneups for each unit as well as plumbing inspection (a whole new adventure of laughably high quotes for basic plumbing repairs). The 2nd issue, approx 8 months again, was with the same unit when it started getting warm outside. It was struggling to cool, and never shut off when it was over 90. We called to have it checked out, and there was a bad part inside the 1 1/2 year old air handler. No AC in 3 bedrooms for a week in June, awaiting the part. Tech shows up, installs the part, says everything checks out, and leaves. AC is still not cooling and still running nonstop. Power bill for that month was over $500, when it is normally $350. I called and spoke to a manager to get another tech out to finish what the other guy didn't... 2 more days. This was my favorite tech of any since he was very thorough, checked everything, verified that the air was the proper temperature coming out of the ducts, and didn't seem to mind me following him around the whole time. I wasn't letting him leave until I witnessed everything working right. The bedroom unit was approx. 3lbs low on refrigerant. That 2nd unit was just under 2lbs low and not cooling right either. Both fixed now, no service fee because of warranty repair, no charge for refrigerant, both units blowing crisp 55 degree air. Sooo happy, thinking we were finally done with issues... Not so fast... Another issue is here, just showed up today. 4:30am and the AC can't get below 78 degrees and is running nonstop... 95 degrees outside and has actually gone backwards to 80 (set at 76) degrees in the time I've taken to type this. Another call in and should see someone out there tomorrow, which costs me a half day off work so I'm there, again, to make sure it works right before they leave. This whole experience has been extremely (expletive delete) frustrating to have 2 brand new top of the line systems that we paid more than a competitor's price, as well as approximately $2500 in up-sale items, only to have multiple issues like this in just 2 1/2 years. If this was a car, I'd have gotten rid of it and got something different by now. We are now stuck with this setup, and are not looking at this business relationship with Goettl as positively as they are I'm sure.
