There is no other HVAC guy I'm calling than Tracy with J & M Mechanical. He's responsive and great at what he does!

Yes I'm giving this company 5 stars
After I called Chandler Air and George Brazil it was by far the best choice. I knew I had a huge problem with my Air conditioner.
But never go with the first guy it was sketchy when Chandler Air said I had a leak without  diagnosing  the problem and pretending to add Freon for Free then called his boss to give me a price for a new unit.
Unable to accommodate the correct size for my home and not give me proper information.
I called George Brazil  yes the sales person was terrific but all the add-ons and up grades were the highest over 10,000.00
No way could  I afford this company.
Air time was my last choose and got my business.
The price was just over 6,000 and I got the better unit and rebates as well. It was on there website.
The job was done on time in within my budget.
A few problems that they had to deal with  to install the new ac like a brick wall around my ac unit that needed moved.  They took care of this and a trim around the opening  of the ceiling to get up in the roof. Never a complaint or an extra charge.
They even balanced our the air flow in the south west of my home.
I'm 100 percent happy.
My home is more efficient than it was before.
It does make a difference. Because Air Time knows how to give great customer service.

This is my new go-to AC/Heating contractor.

A year ago I had another company tell me that I needed to replace my 12 year old Trane heat pump because I had a Freon leak.  I'm not here much in the summer and I have a split system so I put it off.  When I came back into town in November everything was working OK and I got good heat out of that unit all winter.

I was due a servicing so I called CW based on their reviews and I'm glad I did.  Rick came out and spent almost 2 hours checking out and cleaning both heat pumps.  He couldn't find a leak and said everything was working fine and should continue to work OK for the foreseeable future.  

I like honest people.

Had them come out to do routine service on our 2 1/2 year old Trane systems before the summer hits.  The technician was very professional, used his protective gear for COVID 19 precautions, and did a thorough job checking out and cleaning our units.  Price was competitive as well.  It is clear why they have great reviews (why I chose them!).

Arcadia provided great service on a same day service call- it was even Father's Day. The problem was quickly diagnosed and service was completed at a very reasonable price. I would highly recommend and will be using again for all my HVAC needs.

Fixed my sink for $183. Was fine I guess. I feel dumb when I deal with plumbing and electricity. I have no idea what they are talking about. Like talking with doctors. Bedside manner counts. Robert is a real pro. Knows his trade and craft. But I'll probably keep searching for a plumber who can break it down for me and explain it. You know? Maybe that doesn't matter but why use Yelp if you can't throw out a wish list.

Desert Diamond has earned my families trust today.  So in Oct 2019 we had a company out because we our unit wasn't cooling. I'm not gonna go into the details for time sake. The company quoted us a replacement part and said they did a temporary work around to last us till the repair. Well we put in on hold since it was October and planned to do it in the Spring. Spring came around and COVID hit, which occupied our minds. We forgot to follow up. Well fast forward to this week. Of course a few of our neighbors are having HVAC issues. And I saw this man from Desert Diamond on my neighbors roof working on the unit and it was well after 6pm on a Saturday. I walked the dog out normal route and on my way back saw the man getting his stuff in his truck. So I decided on a whim to ask him a for his card. I said hey I know it's late and I'm sure you want to get home with how hot it is but I live over there and we had a problem with our A/C a while ago, can I have your card he's like oh it's no problem It's no bother at all I'm gonna be workin a little while on this and then he brought me his card. His demeanor and response gave me those good gut feelings. So I called yesterday/Tuesday to be proactive for a 2nd opinion. They were able to schedule me the next day!! Yes!! NEXT DAY, in THIS season! I was shocked.

So he came today. I showed him the quote from 2019. Gave him some back story and the problem we had and what we were told. He then went on the roof. Came back down. And he gave us great news!!!! He said looking at it I don't see anything and I would feel uncomfortable telling you to replace it because it's working fine which took my by surprise. It was honest the honesty and integrity for me. He was very personable. He was doggie friendly and super knowledgeable. And I grew up with a HVAC/mechanic/military/ jack of all trades for a dad. We talked for a little while. And we decided to go with their 2 year  maintenance package!!! Home ownership is all fun and games until you live in AZ and your air goes out in the summer. And now I feel safe and comfortable we won't ever run into that situation because Ryan took care of us.

I'm here tooting their horn. I don't often do these reviews but I know that their industry is riddled with a bad wrap, everyone is looking for a trusted advice from and expert, so a lot of us just accept our date and go with it without doing more research. Then they find out they were bamboozled.

So I'm here to tell you if your looking for a great company, with fantastic ownership, honesty, respect, and great service people. THIS IS IT!!

Highly recommended for Cooling and Heating services! I just had a complete new system installed and I couldn't be more happier. The process was easy from start to finish. The prices were great along with the service I received. Personable, professional and reasonable.

Here is an update, following the Kirk's comment.
We receive the quote while the technician was on his way (he was like 5 minutes away from the house), so yes I approved: the guy was almost here and Glen said it was going to take a few hours when he came on a saturday morning to diagnose that the board had to be replaced. So I assumed it was the right price. I never received anything by email.

Understand my surprise when I see that it takes 5 minutes to replace the board and of course I called right after to understand what it is that cost 250$.
Kendra told me that Kyle will call me back to answer that question. He did: 10 days later.
Accusing me of refusing to pay a bill is HIGHLY offensive. I will never tolerate such offense. In private and in public. I am looking forward for your apologize.

I have always respected your technicians. I made sure they had plenty of water, and have always treated them with respect while on site.
I have full respect for the work anyone do, as long as done right, for the right price and in the right amount of time.
Understand that paying for a service that has not been completed is quite hard to do.

I can't recommend Brett highly enough. I found his pricing to be fair and the customer service is top notch. Brett truly went above and beyond my expectations!!!

I cannot recommend this company enough! I called on a Friday after being out of town 10 days to a OLD broken AC that was on its last breaths. My house was 95 degrees and I had to get the situation under control. Ian came right out first thing in the morning   before anyone else was able to. He presented to me with a fair set up, a workable finance plan, with a unit and parts that were immediately accessible, and had my house up and running with a new unit the next day. AC Docs installation techs (two great brothers) Luna and David were prompt, professional, and made sure everything was in proper working order when the job was complete. They never skipped a beat! Thank you AC Doctors, for relieving a HUGE head ache I've had for years! Highly recommend, thank you again!

Moved into a new home and needed some electrical work done. They finished in a reasonable time and the price was very fair. I'd definitely recommend them for my future projects!

Our ac broke down and i was going through yelp regarding about hvac repair and i saw this business and read all the review. So i gave him a call within 30 mins he showed did a diagnosis of our hvac unit  he was very knowledgeable and humble owner he knows how to treat the customer right and fair within 1 hour he got our ac fix and running and this was at 11pm he was still full of energy. I would recommend him to whoever is looking their ac getting fix or diagnose. Trust me he will get it done and leave you some tips how to take care of the unit. I was impressed by thier business as first time customer. No regrets at all

I needed a heat pump looked at in a hurry and fixed and they where quick to respond, reliable and let me know what was going on with the unit. Professional work.

I had to have my air conditioning units serviced before moving. Four seasons home services provided great customer service both over the phone and in person. I felt taken care of from the moment I received a call back to schedule my appointment. The two technicians; Carlos & Romario were vey patient in finding my residence (Not an easy address to find), they remained curteous and respectful in walking through the house with their equipment and communicated with me as they were completing the job. They both completed an honest job and worked diligently to complete the service and cleaning of my AC units. I would recommend these technicians and the company to anyone who needs to have a service completed efficiently and timely!

Sunday evening 7/09 we noticed our house temperature was getting warmer and our AC was blowing hot air.  Going outside to the compressor unit the fan was not rotating and with my limited knowledge of HVAC I knew that was not good.  Called our normal AC service - no answer.  Started going down the list in Google for 24 hr. emergency AC service.  Got 3 companies but all were totally booked through the night until Monday morning.  On the 4th try I got American Heating and Cooling. Scot said he could have someone out in an hour and the repairman was onsite in about 30 minutes.  In short we had several problems of bad capacitors, possible bad fuses, and a safety condensate drain switch that was malfunctioning.  They thoroughly checked everything and as of this writing Tuesday the AC unit is working great.  In writing this recommendation I checked the other 5 star comments on Yelp and can agree the service and support were stellar.  Scot even called back to ensure we were satisfied, etc.  Got to give this company a 5 star rating!  They now have all 19 - 5 star Yelp reviews   JGH

Howard Air was referred to me by friends & I couldn't be more pleased. In the past I had a few negative experiences with other companies. Today's visit was for maintenance only but I also renewed my annual contract. I'd like to give a shout out to Miguel, my service technician, who provided excellent customer service.....prompt, personable, professional & explained his findings in detail. Even the dogs liked him!
All in all, I am very pleased with Howard Air.

First off, it's tough to be in this industry and get a 4 or 5 star review. Unless things go perfectly customers won't feel satisfied. Not only that, they will generally use Yelp or other review sites as a way to describe negative experiences and rarely will share positive ones. I'm only writing this out because I feel strongly that Goettl could have handled my situation very poorly, BUT they ended up doing the right thing at the end. I have a few properties with AC units and have been using Goettl for the past 4 years to service and maintain them. I used to use Ace Air, but they  started high pressure selling me on things I did not want or need. I had Goettl come out two weeks ago to do a check up on my two AC units on my primary home. Everything was fine and the tech went on his way. 7 days later the weather warmed up and we started really using our AC. Mid day one of the units went out and stopped working. We called Goettl to come out and check it out again. Apparently the main circuit board had a surge and fried (literally burned up). The replacement was going to be $1000. This caused a lot of anxiety for us as we felt we did everything right, we took all recommendations from the Goettl techs, and the AC unit was only 5 years old. Technically the unit was not under warranty because we weren't the original owners. Fast forward, we placed a deposit on the $1000 fix (which would need to be ordered in) and now we had major concerns that this was happening to us, but we didn't have any control over the situation or any other option (a new AC unit would run $16,000+). We called Lennox and they said there was nothing they would do either as it was out of warranty. We call Goettl back and talked with their care team. They reviewed the situation again and agreed that we've done everything that was recommended and their tech was literally just out the previous week and this $1000 fix should not ultimately fall on us, the customer. They decided to make the fix and cover all costs. So, in summary, this is a tough business to make everyone happy and receive top level reviews. Mistakes, incorrect decisions, etc will happen, but at the end of the day--will the company do what's right (within reason)? In this case Goettl did and they earned a loyal customer.
