Best Heating & Air Conditioning/HVAC in United States

This is long over due since he fixed our AC three weeks ago! We got a quote from Yelp for help when it was slowly getting warm and he came and fixed it that day. Also he was fair priced and on top of that he only fixed what was necessary and didn't pressure us to buy a new AC. He gave his opinion and said we should save for a new AC since it will last maybe another year. I appreciate the honesty and straightforwardness.

CW came to repair my home AC this past Tuesday and installed a totally brand new Trane system by 2:30 P.M. today, Friday! The service was both personal and excellent. And, of course, the total contract price was $2k less than I had anticipated. I am ultra pleased with CW, their work, service and cost. I would recommend them to anyone! I got a bargain and am very pleased and satisfied!

A Quality HVAC Services lives up to their name. I had a different company come out for a heating repair and they literally tried to charge me nine times more than A Quality HVAC charged me. What does this tell us? It tells us that A Quality HVAC is honest and didn't try to gouge me by making it seem like I needed a bigger repair than I did. Mitch was my technician and I specifically ask for him by name for all future maintenance. He is friendly, has integrity, and explains things clearly. These guys are the best.

I couldn't be more happier with my experience. Jimmy and Michael came out to service my air conditioner and fix my nest system. They were both extremely friendly and knowledgeable. They figured out the problem very quickly with my nest (wiring issues) they were able to fix fast. My A/C runs great now too. The whole time they communicated and told me what was going on the whole time. I will definitely be using again. Very happy I found this company.

I've had my heat pump serviced twice now in the past year by Desert Diamond, both times by Jeff.  He wore a mask, was professional and got the job done very quickly. He also took the time to answer my questions. The first visit was to replace a condenser pump (?) my air conditioning had been out for several days, I had an appt with a well known competitor that cancelled me for a larger job. I was desperate to get my unit fixed (august in phx)  Desert Diamond got the job done for me in two days. Wish I had called them first. They are now my Go to for service. Thank you guys. Shout out to the dispatcher she was grrreat !!!

I am not a Yelper, so what I am saying is coming from authentic enthusiasm for this business.  Kirk and this entire company are first class.  They are honorable, trustworthy and thorough. They go the extra mile for you, and back up their work, no matter what.  I will NEVER use another company for AC needs.  You shouldn't either.

After dealing with some 'difficult' HVAC companies, Arizona A/C Man has been nothing but awesome to deal with. Brett is super professional and friendly. A pleasure to deal with. He checked out our (failing) AC motor and eventually replaced it under warranty in very short order for a very reasonable price on the labor. No doubt that I will call upon them again in the future.

We have used AC doctors for years and have never been disappointed. The pricing is competitive, their technicians are always polite, well-educated and professional. I wouldn't go with any other HVAC company, these guys have a solid super positive corporate culture that shows. Integrity, straightforward, quick response times, very helpful office staff who provided reminders.

Moved into a new home and needed some electrical work done. They finished in a reasonable time and the price was very fair. I'd definitely recommend them for my future projects!

We returned from an out of town trip to find that one of our air conditioning units wasn't working. It was a great experience working with Freddy's; they were very responsive, communicated well, and fixed the issue.

Mike was very honest, he worked hard, carefully, and quickly. He came into the middle of a project that another company botched and he was able to assess the situation, guide me on the best steps moving forward, and execute the work in a timely manner since I was working on a tight clock due to the damage I had. The work was started and finished much faster than I thought it would be given the size of the project, and my house has been feeling great ever since. He even cleaned up after!! I'll definitely have True North back out to finish up the rest of the work that (thankfully, for my wallet) can wait for later.

Hands down the best company you'll find. Honest work and great pricing.  The technician did a great job and was very thorough.  Explained everything in detail.  Took the time to explain every minor detail and at the end of the day earned a lifelong customer.  Britni was a pleasure to deal with for scheduling and pricing and Chris was the amazing technician that came out. Dont waste your time with other companies, go straight to this one!!!!

Terrific service and unmatched price.

I had my rooftop AC replaced. I obtained 7 quotes.

I obtained several quotes from the AC companies that advertise heavily on TV. Not surprising their quotes were significantly higher (to cover their advertising costs).

I also obtained quotes from AC companies with strong online reviews. Only one company came somewhat close to American Cooling's price but couldn't match American Cooling's warranty.

American Cooling is run by Scot. He picks up the phone when you call. All the other companies I called had a dispatch person answering calls.

Scot has an extensive background in designing and installing large commercial AC jobs. So, residential work is very simple for him. He patiently answered all my questions and promptly responded, even on weekends. I'm so glad I went with Scot's recommendation on unit size and unit type. He didn't try to up-sell me (to make more money) and he didn't try to down-sell me to make a quick sale.

I would trust Scot to replace my elderly mom's AC and highly recommend him to my friends. He relies on word of mouth for business, not advertising. So, he has a strong interest to make sure his customers are happy.

Scott requires his installers to text him a complete set of photos of the finished work before the installer can leave. Scot makes sure the work is done right. He did just that for me. As soon as the work was done, Scot registered my unit.

My new AC unit is 4 months old now and it's keeping me nice and cool during this hot summer.

If you read this far... here's a tip. All AC brands, including Trane, use the same parts. Trane's advertising makes it seem like they're a premium brand.  As a result, they're able to charge a premium price. Scot does installs Trane. He quoted me the best price on a Trane unit but he quoted me an even better price on a RUUD unit. Very glad I went with the RUUD unit.

Wayne from Howard Air is exceptional. Super professional and never tries to sell you things you don't need. He came in, put on shoe covers, was really friendly, fixed the problem and left. Done! And btw, I made an appointment online the night before and they were at my home the very next day. Excellent customer service!!!! HIGHLY recommend.

Absolutly stay away. They are preying on the notion that service calls are expensive and that there advertising will make you not second guess them. I paid extra and got a second opinion as soon as I was told I would need a new 4 ton unit at roughly $3000 higher than average market. A total of over $10500. Then when question about it, he never sent an estimate for a new system, but all the sudden there were repairs that could be done.
The repairs were done, by another company, who said I absolutely don't need a new system. Then showed me what was wrong, in the pictures he took. I was also informed that he didn't really clean a damn thing.
Call Precision Mechanical. They just finished up, and I'm already feeling a significant difference in the temperature... and its 10 a.m. It should be getting worse, not better lol. Trust your instincts, Goettl is way over priced, and there Techs are commissioned. Enough said.
