Best Heating & Air Conditioning/HVAC in United States

Tracy was very prompt and found some issues during a routine HVAC inspection and tune-up on two of my properties recently. Explained what was wrong. The bills were very reasonable. He is my go-to HVAC man for all my properties now.

Got same day service when other places couldn't provide it and a discount for mentioning Yelp. The tech was friendly, on time and even offered to wash my coils out. What more can you ask for?

My husband and I purchased a home in Fountain Hills, AZ that was 30 years old and understood the heating and air conditioning system  was the original system. The HVAC system was failing and we needed to replace the whole system, e.g. heat pump units, air handlers, ducting, etc..
We had read reviews that cautioned customers to be aware of contractors that would provide low bids to get the job and then have recommendations that were not included in the bid price.

We reached out to a few HVAC companies  so we could compare the bids for the job. We have had some issues with past contractors and after thoroughly screening  the various  HVAC contractors, we awarded the bid to M & R Refrigeration.
M & R Refrigeration is the only company that provided a detailed description of the services that would be provided in the bid price. The other two companies had several recommendations that were not included in the bid price, need I say more. Buyer beware!!
M & R Refrigeration (Matthew owner) had superior customer service, was very straightforward in answering our questions and was very reasonable priced.

This company deserves more than five stars. They didn't just replace our  heater and air conditioner, they built a new system for our house. Going above and beyond is a understatement. Matthew's staff were 3 of the nicest workers we've come across in a long time. Friendly, knowledgeable, and very clean. Truly a top rated company.

This is my new go-to AC/Heating contractor.

A year ago I had another company tell me that I needed to replace my 12 year old Trane heat pump because I had a Freon leak.  I'm not here much in the summer and I have a split system so I put it off.  When I came back into town in November everything was working OK and I got good heat out of that unit all winter.

I was due a servicing so I called CW based on their reviews and I'm glad I did.  Rick came out and spent almost 2 hours checking out and cleaning both heat pumps.  He couldn't find a leak and said everything was working fine and should continue to work OK for the foreseeable future.  

I like honest people.

GREAT SERVICE. I was desperate for a second opinion. I got an immediate response and great customer service. I especially like the way they send a pic of the technician before arriving. I am so happy I called! I hate that you just can't trust people now a days. The last company was horrible and tried to charge me $500 for a part I didn't need (I wrote a YELP review for them too). This company charged $59 for an initial inspection, fixed my problem and gave me great advice. Living in AZ is tough! Everyone needs a good reputable AC company to call. I suggest you do your research and read EVERY review.

Arcadia provided great service on a same day service call- it was even Father's Day. The problem was quickly diagnosed and service was completed at a very reasonable price. I would highly recommend and will be using again for all my HVAC needs.

This plumbing company is one of the best there is. Scratch that. They are the best there is! Let me make a long story short.  Water Heater blew up and needed replacing.  Contacted home warranty company who referred me to a plumber.They couldn't come until next day. No water in a house of 5 at this point.Plumber shows and must get approval from warranty company.  Approval granted on a Thursday morning which required an additional $450.00 co-payment but they couldn't come until Saturday to fix.  Still no hot water. Looked at Yelp and found 5 star rated Hansen Family Plumbing and requested a quote. 5 minutes later Eric got in contact with me a gave me a discounted quote. I asked when he could be at my house and he said an hour.  He transferred me to wonderful Meagan and gave her all my info.In less than 1 hour Michael showed up and repaired the Water Heater.  Within a couple of hours we had hot water again!  Thank you Hansen Family Plumbing,  You were responsive,courteous and professional. I could't recommend this company enough.  They are a diamond in the rough.One footnote to this story.  Eric called my home warranty company and negotiated a partial refund for the job.  Almost half to be exact.  Hansen Family Plumbing went above the call of duty and helped a family out of a tough situation! I will never call another plumber.

Anthony T. from North Valley Mechanical came to my house on 7/25/19 as part of a Fidelity home warranty claim for central air not working. I've had about 8-10 technicians come as part of home warranty claims over the past several years and it has almost always been a fiasco. North Valley Mechanical has by far been the best company I've ever dealt with. They came the same day on a 105° day. Anthony was extremely friendly, completely explained any issues, and assured me he'd fix any problems.
I specifically noticed Anthony's attention to detail which really stood out to me. I will never use any other company besides North Valley. North Valley and Anthony renewed my faith that there still are some great companies and technicians out there in the HVAC world, they are just hard to find at times. I have had my fair share of horrible HVAC companies, this is not one of them, they very much so are a step above the rest. I give them 10 stars and very highly recommend.

Brett was great....super responsive, very knowledgeable and extremely professional, also very affordable for a service call.... he assisted me in looking at my unit to verify its current condition as I am going through a home warranty claim and wanted a second opinion...you can't go wrong with the Arizona A/C Man!

I want to thank AC Doctors sincerely for their amazing service year over year! Yesterday afternoon I had my yearly AC service appointment.  Esteban found there was a small explosion inside the unit that I was not aware happened. He worked for hours outside trying everything possible to fix it. In the end, my 30-year Trane was done. In less than 24 hours, Alex, Hector, and Juan had a new unit installed.  The price was way more than fair. The care they took with my home and just the all-around amazing moral code of this company is worth its weight in gold. I can't be more thankful for both teams!

Moved into a new home and needed some electrical work done. They finished in a reasonable time and the price was very fair. I'd definitely recommend them for my future projects!

Legit company and amazing owner. Very quick and professional had my ac running within minutes and explained exactly what was wrong and gave me a few tips on how to take care of the unit outside. I will not go with any other company. Don't waste your time going to a big company on tv that will only tax u on their fees. This is your guy right here .Thank you Freddy!

Johnny was great, professional, arrived on time and was very friendly. Equally important we got various quotes from other companies and they were the most reasonable, honest and trustworthy. I highly recommend this company and if you're lucky enough to great Johnny I'm confident you won't consider doing business with anyone else.

I don't typically leave reviews but felt this company deserved it. I noticed about 4:00 in the afternoon that my AC was blowing warm air and the temp in my house was rising quickly as it was over 100 degrees outside. I left a message for the company that did my AC tune up a few months ago but didn't hear back from them right away (which is not surprising this time of year, but almost 24 hours later, I still haven't heard back). So I got on the NextDoor app. I called the first company I saw and they not only answered the phone but had a technician here within a few hours. The technician was friendly and super knowledgeable and extremely patient explaining the AC system to a very clueless individual (me). Lol!!!  I felt the price was more than fair and let's face it, when your AC goes out, you really are at the mercy of the people that can fix it. Bottom line, call Four Seasons. You won't regret it!!!

These guys did what the said they would do, when they said they would do it, for the price they quoted. Tim cleaned and checked the system, added coolant, showed me the ropes.
He was terrific and invited back for a beer whenever he's in the neighborhood. Thanks, guys!

Had a gentleman do the annual service on my AC all the way out in Buckeye and then a couple weeks later it broke down. Peter came out and replaced the part without charging me a service fee. They stand by their work and their word.

The intital customer service rep was not very helpful, in fact he was probably having a bad day and didnt care about my concerns. However his supervisor reviewed the call and reached out to me and fixed the issue with Goettle I was having.
