There is no other HVAC guy I'm calling than Tracy with J & M Mechanical. He's responsive and great at what he does!

Had Shawn out to the house. He diagnosed issue immediately and correctly and fixed it next day. Even had a part fail that he had installed and he came back out to fix next day at no charge. Very affordable and excellent service. Would recommend to everyone. He was not trying to up sell into things I did not need, he was only trying to fix my problem and make me happy with his service.

We own a home that we rent out when are not using it, and wanted to try preventing any problems from arising when we aren't around, so based on the reviews seen here, we had M&R out to do a preventative maintenance visit. Oscar arrived when he said he would, was very polite, and gave an explanation of what he would be doing. He invited me to watch as he went through things as well if I was interested, which I was since I am a bit of a DIYer. He explained as he did the electrical tests on all the motors and capacitors in both the heating and cooling systems. He found one capacitor that he said was out of specification and on its way to failure, but may still work for awhile. He gave us the option of replacing it now, or waiting to see if we could get some more time out of it. He gave us a reasonable price for replacing it now, which we decided to do rather than have to pay for a service call at a later date. Oscar washed out the AC condenser coils last to keep from dragging any mess that might have made into the house. Nice to see a service person taking those things into consideration. He ended the service by asking if we had any questions or concerns about our system, and stated that while our systems are older, they are both in good working condition, and would probably last quite some time yet. We would highly recommend this company, and Oscar in particular!

Our AC unit finally went on its last leg after 35+ yrs of serving us in AZ heat. We called at least 5 different places for quotes; had face to face with all who came, and decided to go with Chris W (the owner). He was professional, courteous, prompt and knowledgeable. He worked with us on getting a 3 phase unit installed as requested, unlike others who tried to sell us the 1 phase. His quote was what expected, no surprises after unit was installed. We are happy with the new unit and his professionalism. Highly recommended!

Had them come out to do routine service on our 2 1/2 year old Trane systems before the summer hits.  The technician was very professional, used his protective gear for COVID 19 precautions, and did a thorough job checking out and cleaning our units.  Price was competitive as well.  It is clear why they have great reviews (why I chose them!).

These guys responded very quick and came out same day to fix my AC problem. They gave a second opinion to a different company and fixed the issue.

I called Hansen Family Plumbing to install the flange and wax sealing for a toilet that was detached by another plumber. The previous plumber said that the toilet was missing the flange and it was outside his specialty. When I called Hansen Family Plumbing, the office staff was professional, friendly and accommodating. Dick with his assistant, Eric I think, came out earlier than scheduled, which I really appreciated considering the urgency! The team was very knowledgeable, professional and efficient on the job. They were finished in three hours ( they had to get some parts from a hardware store). I feel comfort in knowing that they guarantee for a year on labor and materials. Thank you for the great work. I highly recommend them for any plumbing work similar to this job! Great company to work with!

Isaac call before showing up was running early .  He was very polite answer questions, quick and efficient.  Even when I called for appointment, person that answered professional and polite great service all around. Great job!!  Will call Desert Diamond again in the future.

Highly recommended for Cooling and Heating services! I just had a complete new system installed and I couldn't be more happier. The process was easy from start to finish. The prices were great along with the service I received. Personable, professional and reasonable.

I purchased an American standard system through this company a year ago. It had worked beautifully until last weekend recently it just stopped working blowing warm air and when I looked inside it was frozen over like a popsicle. I got next day service and let me tell you it was excellent service. Within 24 hours The system was fixed running perfectly and the tech/owner did not charge (even though they could've)  for a visit. I highly recommend this company they carry great products and even better service

I couldn't be happier with the service, professionalism, and value I received from Arizona A/C Man when purchasing a new evaporative cooler.

Dave came out on Monday gave me a great price on replacing my decrepit, forty year old evaporative cooler.  Told me he could do it that Wednesday. He was right on time, did a thorough and professional job. Saved me a lot of money compared to other estimates I received. He did everything he said he would do and he even dealt with an existing water issue that wasn't his responsibility and he was a pleasure to have at my home.

I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Dave and Brett from Arizona A/C Man to my friends and family and will have them back anytime I need A/C or Evap service.

This rating would be 5 stars if someone would have told me to clean my coils the last time they came out.

I've been using AC Doctors for a 2 years; ever since I heard about the special, where they check on your system for around $40.

The first time, everything was fine ($40). The second time they said I should replace a part, so I did ($250). The third time everything was fine but they added some refrigerant ($40). The fourth time I had them replace my thermostat ($300+) .

The fifth time they said the blower motor needed to be replaced because the coils were so dirty it was working too hard (like blowing through a straw) to keep the house cool. So, I spent the $625 to replace the blower motor, but it was going to cost me another $250 to clean the coils. -The coils that no one ever mentioned the other four times they were out.

I talked to some other AC guys, and they all say the same thing: If they're checking on your system and the coils need to be cleaned they should do it as part of the check up, or at least put you on notice, so things like blower motors don't go out being overloaded. Also, it's pretty typical for coil cleaning to be considered a part of routine maintenance and check ups. Furthermore, coil cleaning is such a simple process that even the commercial guys don't charge corporations more than $70 to clean the coils.

So word to the wise, make sure they check your coils every time, and make them write down the condition the coils are in, because unless you're going to climb your roof and open up the machine (like they are supposed to do on check ups) you will never know if your coils are backed up with fuzz and dirt or not.

I can't say how long the coils were bad. It may just have been that the last guy didn't do the standard check when he replaced my thermostat. -but they were so bad that after the blower motor was installed it got hotter in the house and was over 91 degrees after midnight.

I do appreciate how they are always available and call before they arrive. The techs always are courteous and pretty quick with their work. I feel comfortable with them in my home and I'm willing to accept that the problem with the coils could have been an innocent mistake, even if everyone else tells me I'm being scammed.

Just make sure you have them double check everything.

Moved into a new home and needed some electrical work done. They finished in a reasonable time and the price was very fair. I'd definitely recommend them for my future projects!

A/C went out in the middle of the and had to scramble to find someone to come out that evening. After getting stood up by another company I called up Freddy and he was out at the house at 9:30pm to get it done for us. Got the needed part first thing in the morning and had us back up and running in no time. Freddy made it easy to communicate via text and he was a pleasure to work with. Highly recommend.

Our AC went out over the weekend and we weren't sure who to call. Our first call to another business left us quite unhappy due to their poor service. Luckily we found True North on Yelp. Based on everyone's review we decided to give them a try and hoped we'll get better treatment with them. Jamie over the phone was really nice and help explained their process. He informed us that they don't charge an extra weekend fee. They managed to send Johnny over to fix our AC sooner than expected (which we love since it's so HOT lol). Johnny was really nice. We appreciate that he allowed us time to decide on what to do, didn't rush us, checked on our warranty for the part, and fixed our AC quickly. The True North team's service is what really impressed us.

We hope we won't have to call on them about our AC unit anytime soon BUT when we need to, we'll be calling them again.

We are a company with 21 units and we use Four Seasons for everything from general maintenance to repairs and now as the units are quite old for replacements. They come out quick and get us taken care of with little disruption to our office. I have even switched to them for my personal residence!

My wife and I had been coddling our 22 yr old American Standard 5-ton for the last few years. We've had a few reasonable ($100-200) repairs over those 22 years, and a couple very recent $1000+ repairs. We knew we were living on borrowed time with this unit, so after looking, getting estimates, and saving up for the big bite...we settled on American Cooling & Heating in Gilbert AZ. Scot Morgan is the owner, and he's been in business in the Valley for about 30 years. His estimate was $3K less than the next best estimate, and the rest were higher. Even more amazing is the warranty from AH&C...so much better than all the others. Todd and his crew arrived early, started work immediately. They removed the old unit, along with a large MasterCool swamp cooler that was nonfunctional. They refabricated the plenum, installed a new electrical whip according to standard specs, installed the new Ruud 5-ton heat pump, ran a new evaporation drain, as well as new support timbers and resealing of the roof in that area. I've never seen a better, cleaner install of a new roof-top A/C unit!! They finished finished in a very reasonable time, and got my new ecobee thermostat set up real nice. Scot and Todd and their crews have it going on...I highly recommend them!

I am a new homeowner and on Saturday my air conditioner broke down. I left a message on the website and asked for a call on Monday morning. I waited until after 3 and called them. I spoke with Justin who read the note I sent 48 hours earlier but was unable to schedule me or discuss anything because he was unable to figure out how to get the scheduling program up. I asked to speak with his supervisor who Justin identified as Howard. Bill answered the telephone and said he would investigateand call me back.  Since I have little faith in anyones ability to use the telephone, I said I would wait. I asked for the owners name and was told the owner was Kecin Howard. Apparently this is a family business with little accountability to a customer. Do yoirself a favor and call a company who is interested in customer service, this company is not!
Maybe Daddy needs to buy another company for you, junior.

This is the WORST AC company in the Valley!!! Don't Believe their Radio Ads on them SERVICING the Customer because they DONT!!  I did believe and called them to repair two of my AC on my house that weren't cooling properly. AC is a HUGE issue in AZ and I have 3 kids at home so I don't trust that system to just anyone.. I have a home warranty on my house but NEVER go through the warranty company as they usually employ the least expensive contractors for the work. So I called Goettl to service my AC all out of my Pocket (not involving a warranty company at all) I set up appointment and they asked do you have a home warranty. I said, Yes but I am not going through them and explained above.. They said they CAN NOT service my home because I have a warranty in place... What the heck?? I am am trying to pay them my own mone out of pocket for whatever the bill is to fix the problem.. NOT going through any type of warranty at all but I do have one on the house that came with the purchase of the house I didn't even pay for it!.... I called back and talked with a manager (I believe) and he was RUDE and wouldn't let me talk when I did get a bit upset about the reason WHY a company would be rejecting my business when I wanted them to come out as I believed their radio ads, that the customer service experience is why the owner bought the business. DO NOT GIVE THIS COMPANY YOUR MONEY..... Hope this helps and i'm very sad to write this negative review and is my 1st one of 2018 of only 2nd negative review on Yelp in my life...
