I own a 2 yr old rental home in Buckeye and my tenants just moved in and said it wasn't blowing cold air. I live in SoCal, so I looked to yelp to find someone. I came across M&R and they had all great reviews so I reached out. Matt contacted me immediately and offered to go out the next morning. But my tenants weren't there and we scheduled it for Monday. Aaron showed up on time and verified the air wasn't cold, and asked if I wanted to do a freon leak test, at an additional cost, I said yes I had to get it fixed. I was hoping since it was a fairly new unit, that it would be a simple fix and hopefully not too expensive. Aaron called me back and said he found a leak at a elbow fitting and could get it fixed today. I thought great, a elbow, thought that it wouldn't be a huge expense. Well, that thought lasted about a  minute, Aaron broke down what he needed to do and the cost would be $1004. I about fell out of my chair, in no way did I think a elbow replacement would cost that much. Being I had tenants in there, it's obviously hot in AZ in the summer and that I would of had to pay $180 for the service call, I just had to get it done and pay the price. Although I was quoted about 4 hrs labor, for a elbow replacement, he was actually there about 7 hours. He called to say he was finished and it was blowing cold air. He told me he ran into a little trouble soldering the elbow because it was copper to aluminum. That did not make me feel confident in this repair holding up. But here's why the 3 star rating. In no way could I give a 5 because of the price, I just felt it was too much for a elbow replacement. I was going to leave a 4 star because Matt was prompt in responding and Aaron showed up and got the job done. But I had to drop to a 3 star because when I asked if this repair had a warranty, Aaron told me 30 days. I couldn't believe I just paid $1004 to replace a elbow that came with a 30 day warranty and he had trouble with the soldering....But he did say my AC unit wasn't quite level and he adjusted it for no cost since he was there. I know this review is long, but I wanted to give a accurate detail as to why. I don't like reading reviews with no substance and low ratings. Now if any AC repair person reads this and can tell me this was a reasonable cost to replace that elbow, I will happily adjust my rating

Great service always.  Chris arrived 20 minutes after my call--amazing.  Solved my problem and was so helpful.  One thing I don't have to worry about!

Mitch and Cary were on time, courteous and professional. We had them service our unit and fix a thermostat that we installed incorrectly. They were completely receptive to our new social distancing rules. Overall it was a great experience!

Our landlord used North Valley Mechanical last year for an AC problem that 4 other companies failed to fix or get right. The guys who worked on our unit, Derek, Ricardo & Tim were great. They were professional, knowledgeable, great problem solvers, and worked well as a team so as to fix our complicated and pain in the AC old AC problems. They were conscientious about any mess they were making and they were having fun doing their work too! I would recommend them for any AC job in the Phoenix Metro Area.

After dealing with some 'difficult' HVAC companies, Arizona A/C Man has been nothing but awesome to deal with. Brett is super professional and friendly. A pleasure to deal with. He checked out our (failing) AC motor and eventually replaced it under warranty in very short order for a very reasonable price on the labor. No doubt that I will call upon them again in the future.

These guys are amazing. I've used them in my rental home and my own home over the past 2 years. I have never had a bad experience. Most recently, Gerardo, spent over 6 hours diagnosing our AC correctly and saving us a ton of money. He was incredibly professional the whole time. I will use this company for all of my AC needs.

I can not be more pleased with how quick and efficient this company is. My air went out at the worst possible time, Sunday, July 4th at 11:00pm. Not being from AZ, single, and having trust issues with people trying to get over on me with fees, I called my prior supervisor. He gave me the name of this company and told me to ask for Johnny. This guy works quick and he had no problem with me hovering over him and asking questions especially since my home is only 4 years old.

Needless to say, I am currently sitting in a cool house, my bill was surprisingly affordable compared to the horror stories I've heard about and watched on YouTube and I knew that I needed to write this review.

If you are looking for a trustworthy, knowledgeable, quick, efficient, and friendly AC company, please look no further. Try Johnny, you will not regret it.

Word to the wise, let them at least service your AC unit. Take it from me, it's not good when your AC goes out in AZ in the middle of the night and it's 103 outside.

We recently relocated from the East Valley to Carefree and called the A/C company that we had used prior to come out and service our A/C Unit and since they don't service the area I asked if they had another company they would recommend, and they recommended Four Seasons Home Services, and now I know why! Four Seasons Home Services has been the best A/C service company to deal with from scheduling to the service techs that came out, Carlos and Romario. I must say that I was very impressed with Carlos and Romario and the level of Professionalism, Attention to Detail and the willingness to go the Extra Mile in Customer Service! I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND this company to anyone, so much so that being a REALTOR I now know who my GO-TO Company will be and I will be recommending them to my clients who need A/C and/or Plumbing services! These days it's rare to come across a company that one can say is an honest company and that offers FAIR PRICES, well I can now (for once) say that! And most of all their front line staff, the face of the company if you will, are obviously hand picked by the owner, Kevin, with care to represent his company. I saw that demonstrated in Carlo and Romario, and even the employee who I'd been talking to on the phone, Britni. Scot is the best. Finally found a respectable ac company on the valley. Very prompt and reasonably priced services.  He returns all calls and delivers on his promises. The best service I have received in the last 15 years servicing my properties!!

Had them replace a fan motor last year and was in May.charged me $800. For it.
Really. Later months later I had a different company look at my second unit and asked them how much for same motor.
$400. When you said you were not cheapest you were right.
I was taken but never again.
Stay away from this company.

Beware!  They advertise to clear your drain for $80 or it's supposed to be free. Well it's a classic bait and switch. After over an hour of listening about how bad my plumbing is, and how they couldn't clear it without some ridiculously expensive hydo jetting I paid the tech $80 just to get rid of him and I stilll had a clog.  Called another company next day and he fixed the problem in 20 minutes and gave me a 10 day guarantee. Lesson learned. Stay away from big companies that do major advertising !
