Best Heating & Air Conditioning/HVAC in United States

This is long over due since he fixed our AC three weeks ago! We got a quote from Yelp for help when it was slowly getting warm and he came and fixed it that day. Also he was fair priced and on top of that he only fixed what was necessary and didn't pressure us to buy a new AC. He gave his opinion and said we should save for a new AC since it will last maybe another year. I appreciate the honesty and straightforwardness.

My AC went out just as the heat started for the summer. Brian fit me into their busy schedule right away. Tom came to the house and gave me a complete description of what I needed, what work they would do and what to expect.  They even provided me with a portable AC to keep me comfortable until the new AC was installed. The workers came on time, were efficient and cleaned up everything before leaving.  Being a widow, Im always concerned of being taken advantage off. I'm very happy I chose AirTime and would recommend this company. Thank you Brian, Tom and the team.

After my request posted, within minutes I received a response and luckily I was able to have someone come out the same day. Richard was very thorough and professional. I appreciate having his level of expertise and knowledge. He pinpointed the issue and showed me what the problem was, luckily he had the part in his truck. Within minutes my unit was working again. CW Air Conditioning and Heating is a great company!  They delivered everything they said they would!  They were professional and friendly!  The owner Chris was always available to take my calls and cares about his customers!  I highly recommend this company!

I can not express in words the relief I have in finding a reputable company for hvac after 18 years in living in the valley. A quality air not only answered my questions via phone ahead of time as best they could (something every other AC company will not do) they also not only fixed my issue with my main air handler drain being plugged quickly & efficiently but as well took care of a once over on my unit since another company (ace air) did shotty work at an excessively repulsive price ($1200 for a capacitor & fan motor, I was without AC for 10 days waiting for the part causing me to have a seizure from heat stroke and a bill to pay off for over a year, They refused to warranty their work if I wouldn't sign up for their service plan, which I wouldn't since I didn't ever want them stepping into my home again.

As a single female alot of times we are left to feel like prey for the frenzied commision based vultures in the HVAC field & we are at their mercy 100% in blazing desert summers with animals & humans not able to sustain life without ac... Central Air settled the West. Let's make this industry honorable again.

A quality air is not a step in the right direction but a HUGE LEAP in the right direction... I wish more companies could be reminded of what ethics are.

Arcadia provided great service on a same day service call- it was even Father's Day. The problem was quickly diagnosed and service was completed at a very reasonable price. I would highly recommend and will be using again for all my HVAC needs.

I called Eric with a massive leak under my kitchen sink and he talked me through the fix over the phone -- turns out it was just a loose connection at my pull-out faucet.  He could have made an appointment to come out and charge me for a service call, but he didn't, and I SO appreciate that -- he saved me a ton of money and he will definitely be my go-to guy for any plumbing issues going forward.

I would like to take this opportunity to say how pleased I am with Desert Diamond Mechanical. They replaced my stand alone furnace and rooftop unit for a package unit. It took one crane, several technicians and one whole day to get my home up to date with the latest and greatest for my budget. They were pleasant, hardworking and polite. All in all, I'm gaining two closets and hopefully some cash in my wallet come summer!

Been a homeowner for 30+ years, and tried several A/C companies until I found North Valley Mechanical. I exclusively use this company because of their superb customer service. The office personnel and technicians are genuinely dedicated to customer satisfaction. I scheduled an appointment with my favorite technician, Lay, to perform preventative maintenance on my American Standard unit on March 8th, 2018. As usual, he was professional, efficient, personable, and patient with all my questions and concerns. I LOVE the peace of mind I have using North Valley Mechanical!

When they say they warranty their work, they really do! We needed a slight change to the original work (not an error, just some tweaking), and Dave came straight out to help. He found out that we were low on Freon, and that there was a leak from when the original builders installed our unit. He hooked us up with what we needed for a great price. AND fixed our leak for free!! Always such a relief to find great companies to work with. :)

These guys are amazing. Called them up at 11 at night. Super service... The work is very sincere and every item was checked and photographed. Every photo was reviewed and explained. Would call them again without hesitation.

Moved into a new home and needed some electrical work done. They finished in a reasonable time and the price was very fair. I'd definitely recommend them for my future projects!

A/C went out in the middle of the and had to scramble to find someone to come out that evening. After getting stood up by another company I called up Freddy and he was out at the house at 9:30pm to get it done for us. Got the needed part first thing in the morning and had us back up and running in no time. Freddy made it easy to communicate via text and he was a pleasure to work with. Highly recommend.

I reached out for maintenance for my ac units before the summer months.  They replied to my request promptly and gave a very fair quote.  The technician who arrived was so nice and thorough.  They did not attempt to up sell me on anything.  They said everything looked great and with the units and they were both in perfect running order. I would highly recommend this company.

We had our Air Conditioner replaced yesterday.  After getting estimates we chose Four Seasons Home Services.  Jorge / George and his team did a great job!  They were here on time.  He gave us updates every few hours!  They were friendly, efficient, professional and extremely knowledgeable!  They wore masks in our home.  They cleaned up every little thing.  I worked with Their dispatcher Roxanne and she was great!  She was friendly and keep me updated throughout the entire process!  Their customer service skills are top notch!  We highly recommend this company!

If you need a heating or cooling system, this is the place to go!!  Leadership always starts from the top down and Scot Moore runs his company with great integrity.  His men are proficient and knowledgeable.  I interviewed 3 others companies and their price was the fairest but also they were the only ones who wanted to do the job without cutting a hole in my ceiling - a little extra work on their part but a much better finished result.  I cannot say enough good things about their workmanship, response time and trying to give customers the best price.  5 Stars all the way.

After suffering through shoddy repairs from home warranty companies for years, we found Howard Air's maintenance contract. It's been awesome! They come out twice a year to service the heating/AC unit and keep it running. Before them, we'd have breakdowns every summer (and have to wait days for service in 100+ degree heat). Now we have a company that will send someone out almost immediately if we have a major problem. But the best news is - since we've started using them, we've only had a problem once (and they covered the labor since they had just serviced it)! Preventative maintenance works!

Even though our unit is old, they don't pressure us to buy a new one or do major upgrades. They clearly explain any issues and provide options, not requirements, for repairs. My only complaint is that they used to do hot water heater emptying on the plan, but it looks like they moved that feature to a more expensive package. As long as they keep the AC running in the summer, we can handle the hot water heater ourselves!

Had Goettl come fix a leak in our main line.  Was told we had a lifetime warranty that's why they had to charge $1800 to replace about 1 foot of copper. That was a year ago. Then the repair failed.  They come back and said they could only do temporary fix using a shark bite.  Now they want 7k to 12k to dig up more of the line .  So much for lifetime warranty. Doing things the Right Way? More like doing things for a much money as they can get.
Never again.
