Best Heating & Air Conditioning/HVAC in United States

Tracy was very prompt and found some issues during a routine HVAC inspection and tune-up on two of my properties recently. Explained what was wrong. The bills were very reasonable. He is my go-to HVAC man for all my properties now.

I really like this company and here's why:

-Punctual, presentable and professional technician
-Staff took the time to explain what was wrong with the unit and why

- Was recommended to us by word of mouth (to me, the best form of advertising)
-Reasonable rates

My A/C went out during the night (it's August) so at 3am I'm on Yelp to find a repair company.  I see the M & R is 24 hrs but I don't want to wake anyone up (it's not THAT bad), but I do call at 6 am.  And,  nice man answers and says he will have someone out around 8 am and Ryan shows up on time;  finds the problem, has the part on his truck, fixes it!  The part has a 5 year warranty, the service charge was SO minimal.  I asked some questions about other A/C needs and he was very thorough and patient and realistic.   They are a keeper!!

Our AC unit finally went on its last leg after 35+ yrs of serving us in AZ heat. We called at least 5 different places for quotes; had face to face with all who came, and decided to go with Chris W (the owner). He was professional, courteous, prompt and knowledgeable. He worked with us on getting a 3 phase unit installed as requested, unlike others who tried to sell us the 1 phase. His quote was what expected, no surprises after unit was installed. We are happy with the new unit and his professionalism. Highly recommended!

Enrique has been coming for years to service my 20 year old systems.  He keeps them running in tip top shape and doesn't try to sell me anything that is not necessary.  Monthly cost for this service is less than a one time charge to have the serviced once.  Plus there are other perks.  They are always on time, clean, and take all necessary precautions.  We are looking at replacing the system, and they are our choice to do it.

These guys responded very quick and came out same day to fix my AC problem. They gave a second opinion to a different company and fixed the issue.

Received a second quote from Zach at Hansen plumbing for Re-routing a broken pipe underneath our foundation. The quote was a lot lower than our first contractor. Zach did a great job! He was thorough and very professional. Shortly thereafter we decided to use them for Duct work. John came out, quickly provided us a quote and completed the job. He also made it right when a few things didn't go as expected.

Nothing but stellar things to say about this company! Josh and Martin (I believe these were their names - if not I'll correct) were excellent. Our AC broke last week (it was from 1997) and we needed a new one. They were on time, respectful, efficient in their work, and updated me on their progress the entire time. This may not relate to everyone, but in my past, as a woman, I haven't had the best experiences with guys who install/repair appliances for me. That was absolutely not the case with Desert Diamond. I never felt talked-down-to or disrespected in any way. They were phenomenal and I'm so glad we have a new AC in it before summer arrives. Thank you!!

Just had my first experience with North Valley for a service call on my AC. All interactions were very high quality. Great communication and good use of technology - seamless and easy experience. The people were top notch and service oriented.

After dealing with some 'difficult' HVAC companies, Arizona A/C Man has been nothing but awesome to deal with. Brett is super professional and friendly. A pleasure to deal with. He checked out our (failing) AC motor and eventually replaced it under warranty in very short order for a very reasonable price on the labor. No doubt that I will call upon them again in the future.

Our AC went out sometime between 3:30-4:15pm today while we were at the grocery store. Everything seemed fine but there was no air blowing out of most of our vents, and lukewarm air coming out of the kitchen vent. We were pretty stressed as this is a fairly new unit (replaced in 2017).

I hopped on to Yelp to find someone to come out and went with AC Doctors due to their reviews and their verified license. By 4:30pm we had a technician scheduled to arrive between 5-8pm. By 4:45pm I had a text message telling me who our technician was, along with his rating and a picture, and by 5:07 our doorbell rang.

Ian quickly checked our AC and diagnosed the problem (which was due to our own stupidity with a filter) and had our AC back up and running within minutes. We purchased our home 2 months ago and the sellers were supposed to fix the condensate line in our attic prior to close, but it was clearly not done by a professional. Ian was able to get that fixed and help prevent dry wall damage in the future.

Overall, this was a very positive experience, and we will definitely be using AC Doctors again in the future!

Moved into a new home and needed some electrical work done. They finished in a reasonable time and the price was very fair. I'd definitely recommend them for my future projects!

We returned from an out of town trip to find that one of our air conditioning units wasn't working. It was a great experience working with Freddy's; they were very responsive, communicated well, and fixed the issue.

What is great about this company is that they are responsive.  We had our air conditioner go out, and they were the only ones that could do it in a reasonable amount of time.  We did have a problem initially but we texted them and they were out and fixed it right away.  Plus they are super nice.  The unit works great now and I am confident they can fix anything going forward.

I purchased the Day and Night Heat pump and was very pleased at first and even left a positive review which i just removed.
Shortly after it was installed (actually this was  2 years ago) I decided to look in the attic where some of the equipment  is and realized that they did not put in the insulation which I had paid $400 for and the levelers that were supposed to go under the unit were not put on as well.
Then, after  1 month the thermostat was not working properly so they replaced it and i requested a manual rather than a programmable thermostat so it left a big hole in my wall and when they left the air was blowing cold and this was January so I told them and they assured me that it would soon be blowing warm air., It continued to blow cold air so I called shortly after and had to wait 2 business days for someone to come back and get the heat back on it.. (Just imagine 2 days without heat on cold days after paying $6500 for a new complete unit) ...................I expect more for the seller of a  brand new unit considering that Weather Master that I preciously used would come out within a day and sometime even the same day and I didn't even purchase a unit from them.

Nothing but great things about this company!!

Our AC wasn't cooking the house on a Sunday. I called multiple companies who wanted to charge $99 just to come look at the problem and that amount was not going to be taken off the labor to fix the problem.

I first called American Cool and Heating and got their voicemail. I chose not to leave a message because I needed someone right away. However they called me back within a few minutes apologizing for missing the call. I told them my problem and a tech was out there within 30-45 minutes.

Once the tech arrived, they got right to work and diagnosed the problem and had everything fixed within an hour. Piece was extremely reasonable for the fix and the promptness of the work.

I will recommend this company to anyone I talk with and definitely use them again!

Called for a tune up and was told this service is $129.  When I asked what the tune up covers I was told they don't know they just make the appointments.  Then I tried the chat and was told the same thing.

What a great company! Our heat went out on a Sunday morning 2/17 and they sent David out right away. He was Great! he took photos of the items that needed to be taken care of, explained everything to us and even set us up with their service plan for additional savings. The plan includes 2 cleaning a year on the heater and A/C and plumbing inspection, water heater cleaning and free rooter service once per year!!!! These are things that we need to have done anyway and the cost of the plan is way less than the services paid for just calling in! What a savings! He got our heater up and working in no time at all, and brought back photos of the completed work! He was professional and friendly! I work in property management and deal with a lot of service professionals and this was by far the BEST experience I have ever had. Thank you Goettl and David... We will not use anyone else!
