There is no other HVAC guy I'm calling than Tracy with J & M Mechanical. He's responsive and great at what he does!

I called up AirTime because it was that time to change out my 1990s AC unit on the roof. Brian the owner came out and gave me estimates on Trane and Carrier AC units. He was very easy to talk to, thorough, he took his time to answer all my questions and there was no high pressure sales pitch. I told him I was getting four more estimates that day. A week later, I received the 4 other estimates and none of the other AC companies could beat Brian's competitive price and work guarantee. I just had our AC unit installed today by Vince Prano. Vince called me the day before asked me questions and gave me a time to expect him. They came on time, wore masks, answered all my questions and was very efficient, clean and thorough with the job. Vince is a very nice guy and is OCD made me feel comfortable because I knew he would take his time and do things right. Brian has a great team! I would highly, highly recommend Airtime Cooling & Heating for their honest work, decent prices, and their guarantees on the work completed.

Matthew showed up on a Sunday to give me a price quote for a new unit after another company said it had to be replaced. When he showed up, he found out that it was a simple leak to fix and I didn't even need a new unit. He saved me several thousand dollars!

CW is a legit operation.  

It's been 2 years since I've had my ACs serviced and wouldn't you know, the Friday before a record heatwave of 117 was coming our way, one of my AC units decided it would be a good time to quit.

I called a trusted friend of mine to ask what company she uses to service the ACs of her rental properties here in town and she responded right away with a referral to CW.

Mike was dispatched within 30 min (I couldn't believe the response time) and spent time with me to diagnose the problem and explain to me the ins and outs of what he was doing, why, what to expect etc (I always have a lot of questions).  He fixed the failed capacitor in no-time and gave me an affordable bill for the service.

These are my go-to guys now for anything HVAC related.

I got an estimate from this company. I asked Abby a few questions over the phone yesterday about some other issues with my garage concerning insulation along with the air conditioning. Abby kept putting me on hold and asking her manager answers to my questions to make sure she gave me the right answers. That is fine with me since she was making sure she gave me correct answers from the manager themselves. But: She told me that the manager said the estimate they had given me originally would include everything we had discussed over the phone yesterday. I asked them to give me an updated estimate sheet that put that verbiage in writing. They sent that over today and they added over $1000 for services on top of that estimate I had yesterday. I called and asked them why they did that and that they didn't honor what the manager said yesterday about the estimate they already gave me being all inclusive. I was told the manager would call me back. The manager never called me back. They sent me some new estimate with a little discount but it was still $1000 over what they said was the estimate that would be all inclusive yesterday. I called them back to again ask why they didn't go or what they/the manager assured me yesterday through Abby. Abby assured me that the manager would call me after they got back from lunch. The manager never called me. I do not recommend this company; they do not stick to what they say including what the manager says. They also don't have enough respect for me as a potential customer to call me back. I had an appointment set with them to have them tuneup another AC in my house and I canceled that with them since I no longer trust and respect them. My neighborhood just joined next-door and we tell each other what companies to hire and what to avoid. I will be telling my neighbors to avoid this company. Hold these people accountable to what they say they; have no problem slapping on over $1000 to anything. And that is a manager's assurance they didn't stick to. Do not trust them. And it's too bad because John, the guy who came out to check the AC situation in my garage, was really nice-- but he's working for a company that doesn't stick to what they tell you. Be careful, avoid them.

Contacted to troubleshoot a recent installation. Came out next day. Charlie was detailed orientated and communicated in layman's terms. Reviewed everything and more while resolving the issue. Would highly recommend.

These are my go to guys for plumbing needs.  Every time I have called they were available and responded within hours or less.  They have installed a garbage disposal, dishwasher and cleaned out my drain.  Since Covid always maintained a safe distance and kept the job area clean.  I would not use anyone else.

They were responsive, thorough, and efficient. And their price for our new unit was thousands less than a competitor.

Highly recommended for Cooling and Heating services! I just had a complete new system installed and I couldn't be more happier. The process was easy from start to finish. The prices were great along with the service I received. Personable, professional and reasonable.

Brett was great....super responsive, very knowledgeable and extremely professional, also very affordable for a service call.... he assisted me in looking at my unit to verify its current condition as I am going through a home warranty claim and wanted a second opinion...you can't go wrong with the Arizona A/C Man!

Armando R.  Came out to service our a/c unit. He gave us a call before he came and let us know he was on his way. He was respectful and very helpful. He showed me some helpful tips on maintaining my unit. He recommended a few things for future, no pushy sales at all. Would definitely recommend him and the service.

Moved into a new home and needed some electrical work done. They finished in a reasonable time and the price was very fair. I'd definitely recommend them for my future projects!

Yelp wasn't kidding when it said Freddy replies to inquiries within 20minutes. Within 30minutes of posting an inquiry, he was at my door ready to check out our AC.  Freddy took the time to analyze the problem with our AC unit and got our issue fixed. He answered all of my questions and explained how our system is working.  His pricing is fair and over-all a nice guy. He's now my go to guy for my AC issues.

Even though it was late at night, Johnny showed up right on time, after what must have been a long day working in the heat. Nonetheless, he was cheerful, informative, and wore his mask the entire time he was at the property. The diagnosis was logical and straight forward. The price was exactly what was quoted. I even asked him to quote some additional work that was on my mind. We'll be certain to use True North Air Conditioning again.

Recently found this company Four Seasons Home Services though Groupon to tune up and inspect my home A.C. unit.  It was starting to give me a problem.  Four Seasons sent two of their workers Chris and Carlos come out to my home. They did a great job, super honest and hard working guys. My A.C. needed a new motor and I ended up getting a one year service with Four Seasons cause they did good work. I trust that they will do good job in future for me. I super happy with their service and recommend this company to my friends and family giving to give them a chance to prove their work for you.

I had a fantastic experience with American Cooling and Heating. I called on a Sunday afternoon in July and a technician (Al) was at my door in less than an hour. Al quickly diagnosed the problem with my air conditioner. I was pleasantly surprised when he told me that he had the part on his truck. Al fixed the problem in less than an hour and I was back to having a cool house!  The next day a manager (Scott) called me to let me know that he had talked to my home warranty company and was able to get everything paid for by the home warranty company. I can whole heartedly recommend American Cooling and Heating. They are fast, friendly, knowledgeable, and honest. Al and Scott are assets to the company. Thank you for making a bad experience (no air conditioning in Arizona in July) a great experience.

**Update: almost 3 weeks later:  I had a separate, unrelated issue with my air conditioner today.  I was so happy when my home warranty company, once again, said I could contact American Cooling and Heating to fix the problem. Scott answered the phone immediately and took the report. He dispatched Al again, who was out within the hour and fixed the problem with friendly, fast service. The repair cost was reasonable and once again, I don't have to worry about my air conditioner. Love this company and Al and Scott!!

Howard Air was called out this summer to fix a mid 60s AZ unit in our house. They arrived promptly, determined an ancient fan relay had died and replaced it for $300. (Another HVAC company in the Valley had told us this part was unobtainable and the entire system had to be replaced due to this part failing 2 years ago). We asked Howard Air, how bad is this AC unit? They told us it was well built, not efficient, and could continue to function for many more years.  

Last week the whole house fan that moves AC or furnace air died. Howard Air told us it could be replaced for over $1000, but they really had to look hard to maybe find the parts. We then decided it finally was time for an entire new system. After interviewing us, taking measurements of the house we had a very nice estimate. The installation took place in about 7 hours. All the old unit was hauled away, all the new unit boxes were removed. They really worked hard to not be intrusive.

No hard sales pitch from the estimator, we did not get a state of the art system, just a much more efficient system. We were able to buy exactly the level of system we wanted.

If it were possible to give no stars, I would.  If you need HVAC or plumbing services, keep looking.  Do not use Goettl.  I previously posted about my EXPENSIVE HVAC experience. I choose a 12-month same as cash option to pay for the new unit. I expressly asked Mike Lane, my technician, Austin, the Goettl finance guy, and the person from the finance company if I pay it off in one lump sum before the 12 month mark do I have zero interest? Can I pay it off in one lump sum close to the 12 month due date? The answer to both of these questions was yes.  Tonight I got a call from the finance company asking for my monthly payment. WTH?! I explained what I understood about the financing and was told I was all wrong.  I'll pay the amount I owe but I will NEVER recommend Goettl to anyone and will tell everyone or anyone that asks to run, not walk away from Goettl and get another service company.
