Best Heating & Air Conditioning/HVAC in United States

Tracy was very prompt and found some issues during a routine HVAC inspection and tune-up on two of my properties recently. Explained what was wrong. The bills were very reasonable. He is my go-to HVAC man for all my properties now.

They just installed two new units replacing the 18 year old units.  Excellent service, great price, and really fast!  Did the whole job in less than a day.

Matt came out on a Saturday and serviced my heat pump after a freezing, uncomfortable night.  Other companies never bothered even calling back but I am glad they did not.  Matt's skill and service were excellent and pricing fair.  He explained everything he diagnosed, corrected and why.   I will use him again and recommend him highly to all my friends and neighbors.

They quoted me $8k for a new system that I had to have and said it was the only solution.  Called someone else and it turned out to be just a bad condenser fan motor and he fixed it in 2 hours for minimal cost....watch out!

Contacted to troubleshoot a recent installation. Came out next day. Charlie was detailed orientated and communicated in layman's terms. Reviewed everything and more while resolving the issue. Would highly recommend.

I've had my heat pump serviced twice now in the past year by Desert Diamond, both times by Jeff.  He wore a mask, was professional and got the job done very quickly. He also took the time to answer my questions. The first visit was to replace a condenser pump (?) my air conditioning had been out for several days, I had an appt with a well known competitor that cancelled me for a larger job. I was desperate to get my unit fixed (august in phx)  Desert Diamond got the job done for me in two days. Wish I had called them first. They are now my Go to for service. Thank you guys. Shout out to the dispatcher she was grrreat !!!

Our landlord used North Valley Mechanical last year for an AC problem that 4 other companies failed to fix or get right. The guys who worked on our unit, Derek, Ricardo & Tim were great. They were professional, knowledgeable, great problem solvers, and worked well as a team so as to fix our complicated and pain in the AC old AC problems. They were conscientious about any mess they were making and they were having fun doing their work too! I would recommend them for any AC job in the Phoenix Metro Area.

Dave came out on Monday gave me a great price on replacing my decrepit, forty year old evaporative cooler.  Told me he could do it that Wednesday. He was right on time, did a thorough and professional job. Saved me a lot of money compared to other estimates I received. He did everything he said he would do and he even dealt with an existing water issue that wasn't his responsibility and he was a pleasure to have at my home.

Our ac broke down and i was going through yelp regarding about hvac repair and i saw this business and read all the review. So i gave him a call within 30 mins he showed did a diagnosis of our hvac unit  he was very knowledgeable and humble owner he knows how to treat the customer right and fair within 1 hour he got our ac fix and running and this was at 11pm he was still full of energy. I would recommend him to whoever is looking their ac getting fix or diagnose. Trust me he will get it done and leave you some tips how to take care of the unit. I was impressed by thier business as first time customer. No regrets at all

Got a quote from them which was extremely competitive for the same band others offered (specifically Trane).  It was a hard choice between True North and who I went with (parents ended up knowing the other guys).  Plan on recommending True North and calling them for service needs in the future.

Recently found this company Four Seasons Home Services though Groupon to tune up and inspect my home A.C. unit.  It was starting to give me a problem.  Four Seasons sent two of their workers Chris and Carlos come out to my home. They did a great job, super honest and hard working guys. My A.C. needed a new motor and I ended up getting a one year service with Four Seasons cause they did good work. I trust that they will do good job in future for me. I super happy with their service and recommend this company to my friends and family giving to give them a chance to prove their work for you.

These guys did what the said they would do, when they said they would do it, for the price they quoted. Tim cleaned and checked the system, added coolant, showed me the ropes.
He was terrific and invited back for a beer whenever he's in the neighborhood. Thanks, guys!

Don't hire just any HVAC contractor

Trying to hire a quality HVAC company takes time. Between phone calls, meetings, research, and quotes, a lot of your valuable time is taken away.

When my 20 year old HVAC started to fail, I made exhaustive phone calls, researched reporting bureau's, contacted Arizona Registrar of Contractors, and spoke with a dozen contractors. I was so glad,  after all my hard work I came across Scott, with Howard Air

Scott was professional in every sense of the word. Scott came out to my residence, gave my AC Unit and Duct work a thorough inspection,  and provided me with  a written estimate of the work that needed to be completed.

My experience with Howard Air  was exceptional, from my estimate to the completion of the job.

The entire team was very professional and addressed all our concerns. They made sure every precaution was taken to keep my home clean. The technicians were professional, knowledgeable, and kept me informed on their progress. They did a great job installing the unit.

My dealings with Goettl were great from the initial contact through the actual service. I sent a text requesting to make an appointment at about 7 pm. I received a phone call by 8 pm. Unfortunately i had fallen asleep. I also received an email lettong me know they had received my text and would like to set up n appointment at my earliest convenience. I received a call at 6:30 AM the next morning to schedule an appointment. The   representative I spoke with was pleasant, and very helpful. I also received acall about an hour before the technician arrived to confirm the time the tech would arrive. The technician that showed up was Russ who was very friendly and even arrived with gifts. A little stuffed toy of the owners dog Sadie, and a flashlight and explained why the gifts were brought. I was very impressed with his professionalism, and the time he took to explain what he was going to do and what he had found when he was done. They had pictures of everything so you didn't just have to take his word for it. He wasn't pushy but was very thorough in explaining and recommending services. You did a great job Russ thank you. I would recommend Goettl to everyone. I also have a plumbing technician coming out next weekend to flush the water heater and check all the fixtures and water pressure. All for one $80 fee. Great deal!! Thanks Goettl!! I will update after the plumbing check up. And after the first maintainance check up in six months.
