Best Heating & Air Conditioning/HVAC in United States

Tracy was very prompt and found some issues during a routine HVAC inspection and tune-up on two of my properties recently. Explained what was wrong. The bills were very reasonable. He is my go-to HVAC man for all my properties now.

We just upgraded our 22 year old system and after getting 3 quotes we chose AirTime Cooling and Heating. In addition to price, responsiveness, customer service, technical knowledge and follow up along with great Yelp reviews and a recommendation from my neighbor, the decision to go with AirTime was easy. We just had a 2 week post installation follow up during which time one of Brian's team adjusted the drop down ladder in our garage which had to be removed for the installation. There was no question that Brian and crew did their utmost to make us happy with the process and I found the crew members to be very respectful which was much appreciated.

I cannot say enough good things about Matthew at  M & R refrigeration! They are a small family owned business. We called his company at 8 o'clock on a Sunday night because our AC failed when it was over 100 degrees. He came out in 20 minutes and recharged our AC and then came back and replaced the coil that was faulty within three days. I had my AC go out around 11pm. We had my daughters birthday party scheduled with a bunch of kids staying the night so I needed someone out quick! I looked on Yelp and seen the reviews so I called around midnight and left a message. I didn't expect a call right back but I did, they set up a time for first thing in the morning. Tech came out and made quick work of troubleshooting the issue. I have worked with AC units before so I pretty much knew what the problem was, but had to work on the other side of town that day. I was nervous to have someone look at it because of horror stories that I have heard AC companies ripping customers off. I couldn't have been more pleased to hear the low cost of the repair and timely matter that it was done! I would highly recommend this company and will be my primary service provider moving forward.

Our AC wouldn't turn on and Manny came out to take a look at our unit. He arrived promptly on the early side of hr 2 hour window they gave us. Called ahead before he arrived. Very friendly. First thing he did was ask if the batteries had been changed in our thermostat. Oops! A quick change of batteries fixed the problem and our AC turned on right away. He was very kind not to charge us for coming out. He did recommend we get our AC looked at (we've been neglecting it since 2018 when we moved in) but he was not pushy about it at all. I really appreciate when a business waives fees as a courtesy when something like this happens. We'll be reaching out to Arcadia Air and asking for Manny when we do need service!

Hansen came to the rescue after too many attempts in searching for a company that said no to us for installing a whole home filtration system and filter in our garage. At one point, we seriously thought we would never get this part installed, and we'd just returned it and called it a day. We almost gave up! When Dishawn came to our house and inspected the area, he immediately said he could complete the project in a couple hours! My jaw dropped because he's is the first technician who said YES, this can be done!! Anddd it's done! We are so happy with the result! Thank you so much!

My AC hasn't been working for a few days now. This is the second company I have called for a quite for the repair. Steve Schilling  was at my house within an hour of my call and was very professional. The other company had misdiagnosed a leak, Steve was unable to fine said leak and was able to fix the unit by replacing refrigerant. I would recommend desert diamond and Steve to friends and family.

Highly recommended for Cooling and Heating services! I just had a complete new system installed and I couldn't be more happier. The process was easy from start to finish. The prices were great along with the service I received. Personable, professional and reasonable.

Dave came out on Monday gave me a great price on replacing my decrepit, forty year old evaporative cooler.  Told me he could do it that Wednesday. He was right on time, did a thorough and professional job. Saved me a lot of money compared to other estimates I received. He did everything he said he would do and he even dealt with an existing water issue that wasn't his responsibility and he was a pleasure to have at my home.

I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Dave and Brett from Arizona A/C Man to my friends and family and will have them back anytime I need A/C or Evap service.

Moved into a new home and needed some electrical work done. They finished in a reasonable time and the price was very fair. I'd definitely recommend them for my future projects!

Yelp wasn't kidding when it said Freddy replies to inquiries within 20minutes. Within 30minutes of posting an inquiry, he was at my door ready to check out our AC.  Freddy took the time to analyze the problem with our AC unit and got our issue fixed. He answered all of my questions and explained how our system is working.  His pricing is fair and over-all a nice guy. He's now my go to guy for my AC issues.

Mike was True to his word.  We worked with him from out-of-state so were apprehensive.  The quote was done quickly and the HVAC replacement was done to accommodate our schedule and needs.  The job was completed as promised and as quoted.  Strongly recommend True North A/C!

Purchased a Groupon online for an HVAC  inspection and cleaning. The technician Carlos arrived within the time window. Carlos was very courteous and explained everything he was going to do. He was extremely thorough with the inspection and coil cleaning (was here for 90 minutes!). Most companies would rush the job and try to upsell parts because it was a Groupon. Carlos did the opposite, and in the end told me my unit was in good working condition (amazing, because it is an older unit). Very trustworthy company as represented by the technician Carlos. In an ocean of shysters in this business, Four Seasons is more oyster with a pearl!

Our home AC stopped working and we needed someone to look at it fast.

Within an hour of calling, Al from American Cooling and Heating and was knocking on the door.

The air had started working again while were waiting for him so he checked everything and found that a condenser was leaking and had shorted out. He replaced it and had everything back to together within 15 minutes.

Al was extremely knowledgeable and professional and did not try to sell me anything I didn't need as I'm sure some other companies would have.

It's nice to find a company  that go above and beyond for their customers.

American Cooling and Heating is now my AC guys for as long as I live in the Valley.

I recommend them to anybody who is needing AC work done.

James (A great HVAC tech), can with a relief damper for our zoned AC system that Chas Robert originally installed. James was magical and has our system working better than ever. Chas Roberts left our HVAC system in bad shape, we purchased the home new, one side of our home really had No AC on the east side of the 1st floor, a zoning mix up that stopped 2 of our 3 zones without heat. Today James replace a bypass damper and now we have AC on the first floor on the east side. The only thing needed now is to have our AC unit changed in the attic as Chas Robert installed in backwards. Howard Air has a great Service Manager, Art Schieffer, and most of their technicians our top drawer. I am sure the technicians are all good, we just have not worked with them all. Stephen and James really stand out in my mind, as these two helped us out the most.

Well, the Rejuvenation is not so much.  The only thing they did was to clean the coils on the outside unit and then try to tell me that the AC unit in my brand new Manufactured Home was at least ten years old.  In fact, in the pictures that they emailed to me, the manufacturers label clearly shows that the AC was manufactured in May of 2018.  I even ran the serial number with the manufacturer and they verified that the label was correct.  On top of that, my AC is working perfectly and I simply wanted to have an annual preventative maintenance done to prevent future problems.  Once the technician texted the pictures to the owner of the company, they came back and hit me for almost $1,000.00 of cleaning services.  Excuse me, but isn't cleaning part of a Rejuvenation?  Of course I refused to sign up for this bait & switch tactic.  I am a Director of Service for a Major Company with over 150 locations Nationally.  This is very poor business practice.  The final straw, they sent me a request for a survey that was supposed to go directly to the owner.   I filled it out and got an automatic response that said how sorry they were for their less than Stellar performance and that someone would reach out to me soon.  SURPRISE... no one ever did.  If Andrew the Technician wasn't such a nice guy, this would have been a one star review.  He was on time and he was clean, careful and conscientious.  I should have offered him a job!
