Have used them two times now and they are great. Competitive pricing and don't try and up sell. Very honest on what they can fix and what you will need in the future.  Would highly recommend.

Just had my installation completed today and couldn't be happier! I know I chose the right company. Brian was very knowledgeable and honest and did not try to up-sell me anything I did not need. He was always responsive in answering all my questions at any time of the day (and I had a lot questions!). I felt I got the best deal with the quality of installation you need when replacing an HVAC system. There was never any pressure and only facts and recommendations based off his experience. The Trane and SRP rebate helped make it affordable for me. The workers were very friendly, knowledgeable and cleaned up after themselves when finished. I know I will be taken care of if any issues come up in the future. Great job guys and I would highly recommend them for any HVAC needs you may have!

This is the first time I have ever written a review and the only reason I have decided to share my experience is due to the fact that it exceeded all expectations!!
First of all when I placed my first call to M&R I received a call back from the owner Matthew before I completed my voice message. Already an above average start.
Then (and the main reason for this review) is a tech by the name of Daniel Reyes showed up at my door. He arrived right on time and was very friendly. He answered all my questions (and I had a ton of them) and then he diagnosed my A/C issue. He quickly fixed the problem and then this is where he revived my faith in great service. I had left out my own ladder, vacuum and extension cord and while I was downstairs waiting on Daniel he actually wound up the cord, brought the ladder down the stairs for me and he even vacuumed below the attic entry. I couldn't believe it. The most impressive thing is he didn't announce multiple times what he had done. He just did it and wasn't looking for pats on the back. Incredible!! I would encourage any and all who need A/C service to give this company a call.
I hope if you took the time to read this review you will also regain hope that there are a few companies out there that still employ honest hard working employees like Daniel.

Enrique has been coming for years to service my 20 year old systems.  He keeps them running in tip top shape and doesn't try to sell me anything that is not necessary.  Monthly cost for this service is less than a one time charge to have the serviced once.  Plus there are other perks.  They are always on time, clean, and take all necessary precautions.  We are looking at replacing the system, and they are our choice to do it.

Arcadia provided great service on a same day service call- it was even Father's Day. The problem was quickly diagnosed and service was completed at a very reasonable price. I would highly recommend and will be using again for all my HVAC needs.

I found Hansen's Plumbing service via yelp and I'm so glad I did! The owner answered the phone and had a guy out a few hours later. I had multiple plumbing issues and Edward was able to fix everything beyond expectations. I was assuming the worse seeing water leaks and not having water running to the fridge in my kitchen and the problems were fixed very simply. I will definitely use them again in case of a plumbing emergency.

Desert Diamond is the best most trustworthy out there! I had multiple issues with my AC unit and had other contractors out (sent by my home warranty company) that couldn't fix the problems. Desert Diamond fixed it fast and were awesome to work with. So when the condensation line on my unit broke I called Desert Diamond to fix it. I called at 4:00pm and they had someone out here at 6:00pm the same day! My service tech was Steve Schilling and he was incredible. I trusted him to fix whatever he felt needed to be fixed. He was very honest about what really needed to be done without trying to up-sell me on anything. I was so happy with him and the company I now have a service contract with them to do all the work on my unit. I highly recommend this company and Steve for any HVAC work you need to have done. Not only can you trust them but they have the best prices around!

Highly recommended for Cooling and Heating services! I just had a complete new system installed and I couldn't be more happier. The process was easy from start to finish. The prices were great along with the service I received. Personable, professional and reasonable.

I had North Valley out to my house last week to do a full inspection and cleaning of my A/C.  

The technician spent a little over 2 hours at my house doing everything from going up in the attic to cleaning the unit outside.  The technician was very knowledgeable and took the time to explain everything to me.  For instance, I learned that every time a tech tests your refrigerant levels, they have to steal some in order to do the test.  So every test is decreasing the amount and causing your system to run low.  I had no idea!  This company was very straight forward and honest.

I signed up for their annual service contract.  It was one price and it covers 2 services per year.  I am definitely going to have them out again to make sure the furnace is working at its best this winter.

Can't recommend Brett highly enough - agree with all the other reviews. Great service; very knowledgeable, professional, nice/helpful and honest. Will be calling him with my future HVAC needs.

I was having issues for a while with my 14+ years old unit, that required yearly work to keep it working, but finally decided to install a new unit. Even though it was not the least expensive quote,  I decided to go with AC doctor because the service provided from the AC Doctor team is unbeatable. Their team was fast to respond to my needs and resolve my issues.
-Removed an old swamp cooler that was no longer in use and removed my old AC unit.
-Installed the new unit and setup.
-Patched up where the old swamp cooler unit was located.
-Communicated and completed on a timely manner.
-All personnel were professional and very knowledgeable and very happy with the service provided.

Moved into a new home and needed some electrical work done. They finished in a reasonable time and the price was very fair. I'd definitely recommend them for my future projects!

It's interesting how things work out..if you have followed my other reviews you could follow a timeline of repairs/installs I've had done to a recently purchased home. It's so hit and miss of finding a fair, honest, trustworthy and personable company. It's even more difficult to find these top-notch business professionals because there are so many paid fake positive reviews.

I chose Freddy's because they don't charge a fee to diagnose the problem. I can't encourage you enough, don't pay a company to come out to tell you what is wrong. Do you pay your mechanic upfront to diagnose a problem? Do you pay for your restaurant dinner before eating (Country Buffett is different)?

Freddy was responsive immediately via Yelp and then I called him and he was available within 15 minutes (this was at 6pm on 12/18/19.

He came to our property. He introduced himself. He had his equipment ready. He is like able. He listened to my concerns. He diagnosed the problem.

The price to repair the issue was a sticker shock because I was hoping it was something small but since we recently bought the house and most inspectors don't do a thorough job it's quite likely that our heat pump had never produced heat. After all it was installed by Hobaica (1 star).

However, the price quoted including labor was honest and fair. I know because the following day I spoke with a superintendent of a recognizable new home builder and he called his friend and the price quoted was lower than what the average price to normally repair things of this nature.

Freddy has a 1yr parts warranty, which is standard and 2 years on labor. He also shared his cost on yearly heat pump maintenance, which is below the market price.

I'm keeping Freddy's number and I'm happy to write this word of mouth review.

Glad to give my business to True North AC. They came in with the best price to do our pre season tune up on our unit. They said upfront there were no up-sale antics and that immediately got my attention. Along with the competitive pricing. Johnny was our technician and he was great! I sprang a very last minute time change on him as he was driving here to service our unit and he was able to accommodate my unexpected changes. He was so kind and very respectful. I feel like we got our monies worth. I plan to use this company for future maintenance! Thank you! :)

I wanted to give a huge kudos to Brittany for her customer service!  She was extremely pleasant and understanding.  Secondly, I want to thank Chris the service tech for being amazing.  The customer service and the whole experience with this company was amazing.  I won't use anyone else but this company.  We had an after hours issue and they didn't charge overtime rates as a lot of other companies do.  I will not use any A/C company but this one!  Huge kudos! Thank you

If you need a heating or cooling system, this is the place to go!!  Leadership always starts from the top down and Scot Moore runs his company with great integrity.  His men are proficient and knowledgeable.  I interviewed 3 others companies and their price was the fairest but also they were the only ones who wanted to do the job without cutting a hole in my ceiling - a little extra work on their part but a much better finished result.  I cannot say enough good things about their workmanship, response time and trying to give customers the best price.  5 Stars all the way.

Had a service contract with Howard Air for a couple of years and always found the technicians to be very competent, polite and efficient.  The reason I cancelled with them is because too often they would miss the appointment window - and most of the time they never called...I had to call.  I grew tired of the game-playing and didn't feel valued.  I figure they have their big jobs to grab first, but in the end, if you treat your contract customers this way, why should we be under contract?  Loyalty breeds loyalty.

I had been hearing the Goettl commercials for so long, that marketing really had me believing they were the best. When our A/C stopped blowing air and I couldn't find the paperwork or even remember the name of the company who installed it 7 years ago, I called Goettl. Thinking that we'd at least be dealing with someone who was thorough and honest.  The appointment was very easy to make even, though the soonest appointment wasn't until the next day, and the technician even showed up early (after confirming we were available for an earlier appointment), but it all went downhill from there. He told us our blower motor was shot and that it was unlikely we still had a warranty on the unit. First he claimed that he couldn't check for the warranty (after 5pm on a Friday night), and then he came back saying that he was actually able to check it but it was no longer active. He quoted us $3k to replace the motor, or $1.8k to put in a single speed direct drive motor that would get us by. We asked how much for a whole new unit and he said $15k or more, and I KNEW that the last one we had installed was under $5k. We ended up being able to find our old paperwork. That company came out within 30min of being called, on a Sunday, quickly verified that our warranty was still active and quoted a $300 fix. He couldn't get the parts on Sunday, but was in and out before 10am on Monday and our A/C is working perfectly, he even fixed a sat dish on our roof that he noticed was pulling up shingles. Never will I ever call Goettl again.
