Best Heating & Air Conditioning/HVAC in United States

Tracy was very prompt and found some issues during a routine HVAC inspection and tune-up on two of my properties recently. Explained what was wrong. The bills were very reasonable. He is my go-to HVAC man for all my properties now.

Experience from start to finish was great. Received email confirmation of the appointment and txt messages from the technician when he was in route. Technician was kind and courteous while performing his duties. Received receipt via email. I will be scheduling another appointment for a rental property I have. Would recommend this company to friends and family.

My ac went out again after having a bunch of work done by three different people in a year.
It's a Sunday and I called 4 other people  Who were not available before finding M & R.  He came out within a few hours and fixed some fuze  That had been broken and Jerry rigged with tape by a prior person.  I will definitely use them again I didn't feel like I was being sold,  He was very straightforward and honest

Our AC unit finally went on its last leg after 35+ yrs of serving us in AZ heat. We called at least 5 different places for quotes; had face to face with all who came, and decided to go with Chris W (the owner). He was professional, courteous, prompt and knowledgeable. He worked with us on getting a 3 phase unit installed as requested, unlike others who tried to sell us the 1 phase. His quote was what expected, no surprises after unit was installed. We are happy with the new unit and his professionalism. Highly recommended!

I can not express in words the relief I have in finding a reputable company for hvac after 18 years in living in the valley. A quality air not only answered my questions via phone ahead of time as best they could (something every other AC company will not do) they also not only fixed my issue with my main air handler drain being plugged quickly & efficiently but as well took care of a once over on my unit since another company (ace air) did shotty work at an excessively repulsive price ($1200 for a capacitor & fan motor, I was without AC for 10 days waiting for the part causing me to have a seizure from heat stroke and a bill to pay off for over a year, They refused to warranty their work if I wouldn't sign up for their service plan, which I wouldn't since I didn't ever want them stepping into my home again.

As a single female alot of times we are left to feel like prey for the frenzied commision based vultures in the HVAC field & we are at their mercy 100% in blazing desert summers with animals & humans not able to sustain life without ac... Central Air settled the West. Let's make this industry honorable again.

A quality air is not a step in the right direction but a HUGE LEAP in the right direction... I wish more companies could be reminded of what ethics are.

We had an issue last night with our plumbing - toilets wouldn't flush, sinks and tubs backing up, etc. I've never had an issue with this before. I called Eric this morning, and it worked out where he was able to come out right away. For someone that has his knowledge, it was a pretty quick and easy fix, and literally within minutes we were back in business. Very nice, helpful, and most importantly, I wouldn't hesitate to call again for any issue.

We were desperately trying to get our AC company to call back. We ended calling DDM. We needed a tech to connect the electrical after our new roof was completed and within 2.5 hrs, Ivan was here, fixed our AC and recommended a follow up for PVC drain. So glad we found DDM and will call them again hopefully just for a season check up!

I have an interior, water sourced heat exchanger Trane unit. Very expensive to replace. North Valley tech Brett was very knowledgeable and professional. North Valley was my second opinion because I'd been told by another company
I would need to replace my HVAC unit because the heat exchanger was probably corroded and leaking. Brett performed a thorough inspection, replaced one electrical connection, flushed the under unit drain. He ensured it was operating properly.  Very pleased w their service and highly recommend this business. They waived the service charge and I only paid for the replacement part.

I can't recommend Brett highly enough. I found his pricing to be fair and the customer service is top notch. Brett truly went above and beyond my expectations!!!

I had a problem with my Hayward Pool Heater.  I asked my pool service contractor if he could fix it or had any recommendations.  He gave me the name and number of Pete at AC Doctors.  Pete took my call, answered my questions, helped me figure out what was needed.  It was a rather simple fix of swapping out a part and he helped me get the part number and the part.  He was responsive to my calls and called me back when he said he would. I was very impressed with the work and the service. While my interaction did not end up with a service call, he provided a tremendous, time saving service for me.  I would highly recommend.

Moved into a new home and needed some electrical work done. They finished in a reasonable time and the price was very fair. I'd definitely recommend them for my future projects!

Listen, this guy is your guy. Best in the area. Responsive, quick, great price, and knowledgeable! He saved us from this crazy weather when our ac broke. We wasted money on a company that promised us making us priority and discount. All BS! Freddy responded fast and gave us the best service for our money. Will be calling him in the future to continue servicing our ac.

I had an A/C emergency recently and found True North A/C. They came over within the hour even though it was already 10 pm. Johnny was awesome and explained everything that was happening with my unit and set up an install for the very next day. I needed a new A/C and in less than 24 hours, Mike was over, with a crane, and installed the new unit. They were great guys and clearly go out of their way to make sure their customer is being helped.

We are a company with 21 units and we use Four Seasons for everything from general maintenance to repairs and now as the units are quite old for replacements. They come out quick and get us taken care of with little disruption to our office. I have even switched to them for my personal residence!

I Highly recommend Scot Morgan from American Cooling & Heating for replacing or repairing your A/C. He came out on 4th of July to replace two units that were over 20yrs old. Before we knew it we had 55 degree air coming out of our vents and the house is as cool as its ever been! Cheapest prices, best customer service and I couldn't be happier with their work!

Howard Air - avoid at all cost. They're rude and incompetent.  I can't recommend them to anyone.

When they show up I think they do solid work. However after waiting for almost the entire appointment window I received a call to reschedule. Ok, s@!t happens. Rescheduled and on that repeat visit, no call no show. Two stars for the good work when they show up.
