There is no other HVAC guy I'm calling than Tracy with J & M Mechanical. He's responsive and great at what he does!

All of the five star reviews are certainly deserved. Our unit went out yesterday while we were out of town. Got home to a really hot house! Got an AirTime recommendation from a neighbor, and along with all the Yelp reviews gave them a call early Sunday evening. Brian was everything everyone had said. Prompt, professional and willing to help. He called us back a short time later with an estimated time of arrival on Monday for his technician. Considering this is a time numerous units are breaking down due to the extended heat we were thrilled they could come the next day. Josh sent a text telling us he was on his way and arrived on time. He had us up and running in about 30 minutes. Very knowledgeable, explained what was wrong and gave an accurate quote. Highly recommend AirTime and will definitely use them again!

A/C went out on a Wednesday evening. We called M&R and they dispatched Tim to us within an hour. He identified the problem and fixed it right away. He had the part he needed and fabricated a special piece to hold it in place properly. He was so knowledgeable, pleasant and quick! THANK YOU Tim and M&R!!

CW is a legit operation.  

It's been 2 years since I've had my ACs serviced and wouldn't you know, the Friday before a record heatwave of 117 was coming our way, one of my AC units decided it would be a good time to quit.

I called a trusted friend of mine to ask what company she uses to service the ACs of her rental properties here in town and she responded right away with a referral to CW.

Mike was dispatched within 30 min (I couldn't believe the response time) and spent time with me to diagnose the problem and explain to me the ins and outs of what he was doing, why, what to expect etc (I always have a lot of questions).  He fixed the failed capacitor in no-time and gave me an affordable bill for the service.

These are my go-to guys now for anything HVAC related.

A Quality HVAC Services lives up to their name. I had a different company come out for a heating repair and they literally tried to charge me nine times more than A Quality HVAC charged me. What does this tell us? It tells us that A Quality HVAC is honest and didn't try to gouge me by making it seem like I needed a bigger repair than I did. Mitch was my technician and I specifically ask for him by name for all future maintenance. He is friendly, has integrity, and explains things clearly. These guys are the best.

Manny and the whole Arcadia Air team have been amazing. Thorough, friendly, and very informative! Highly recommend.

Our water heater broke. We called Hansen Plumbing. Preston was the technician that showed up.  He showed at his scheduled time which was very refreshing. He was very informative on what the problem was and told us exactly what we needed to get our hot water back. Within 3 hours, we had a new hot water heater. Preston was very kind and helpful. Don't go anywhere else.  In this day and age when the Heating and Cooling industry is full of companies ready to rip you off, it was a huge relief to find a company with integrity that walks the talk of excellent customer service.  I spent days without my AC when it died, asking various companies to come out to look at it, just to find the right company, and it was well worth it to find Desert Diamond.  Their front office staff are a joy to work with, and get to know.  When I had trouble scheduling other companies to look at my AC, Desert Diamond told me they would come out whenever I wanted.  I ended up deciding to replace the unit, and their technical staff are knowledgeable, and instead of a hand shake, installation, and goodbye, they spent time with me explaining the ins and outs, and I felt that I developed a working relationship with them.  And the two-year maintenance that is included let me know they truly believe in their products.  The owner, Carlo, is hands-on, and when one of his staff fell ill, and I expected the installation follow-up appointment to be rescheduled, he came out himself to do the inspection.  Did you notice I said follow-up?  Yes, Desert Diamond comes out to make sure everything is working as it should; no disappearing act for them.  I've never liked the vents in this house, but for 15 years, no one has offered a solution.  But during the follow-up, I received a recommendation that made sense, was priced right, and I felt that this company would be my partner for life.  The owner also did the initial inspection of my dead AC, and when I decided to replace it, he climbed on the roof and through the attic to ensure I would get the right load for my home, and that the ducts were in proper working order.  Don't settle for companies who walk in and write out an estimate in 10 minutes based on your existing unit, and then are gone.  I had some specific concerns regarding my existing unit, and Desert Diamond offered solutions, and I was pleased to add some inexpensive bells and whistles.  And now, two weeks after it was installed, my new AC is exactly what I wanted, quiet, and a large improvement over the old unit, even when it was new.  But more importantly, I now have a Heating and Cooling company that I can rely on, and in the Arizona desert, that's peace of mind.

They just completed a removal and install of my new unit on 3/24/22 and of the several HVAC companies that I received a quote for my AC removal and installation, North Valley Mechanical was hands down the best priced.  There were no extra charges or surprises that came about from the quote I received.  From the sales person, Jim, to the installers, they were all very honest and very professional.  They fixed the flaws from the previous installation.  I highly recommend!  Great Job NVM!!!

Brett was great....super responsive, very knowledgeable and extremely professional, also very affordable for a service call.... he assisted me in looking at my unit to verify its current condition as I am going through a home warranty claim and wanted a second opinion...you can't go wrong with the Arizona A/C Man!

We had a new a/c installed in July of this year, the whole process was
amazing.  When we received the bid it was very fair, they showed up the next day and installed the unit.  The installers were very professional and did a great job.  The follow up they do is amazing.  Could not have found a better company to work with.

Moved into a new home and needed some electrical work done. They finished in a reasonable time and the price was very fair. I'd definitely recommend them for my future projects!

Our ac broke down and i was going through yelp regarding about hvac repair and i saw this business and read all the review. So i gave him a call within 30 mins he showed did a diagnosis of our hvac unit  he was very knowledgeable and humble owner he knows how to treat the customer right and fair within 1 hour he got our ac fix and running and this was at 11pm he was still full of energy. I would recommend him to whoever is looking their ac getting fix or diagnose. Trust me he will get it done and leave you some tips how to take care of the unit. I was impressed by thier business as first time customer. No regrets at all

My Trane started blowing cold air, so I jumped on Yelp to request quotes for repair.  Out of 6 requests, John Michael S. was quick to respond, and had a Tech scheduled  the same day! Micah was very pleasant and efficient, & found that the Defroster Board has failed. John kept in constant contact with me on ordering the part, Cary kept me updated on the service , and Brent was very efficient in completing the install!  Thank you for taking care of the Warranty part ordering, reasonable service call charge, and giving me my warm house back!  I have your  phone # in my phone for future use!  Yelp  needs to offer  a 10 Star Rating!!

I wanted to give a huge kudos to Brittany for her customer service!  She was extremely pleasant and understanding.  Secondly, I want to thank Chris the service tech for being amazing.  The customer service and the whole experience with this company was amazing.  I won't use anyone else but this company.  We had an after hours issue and they didn't charge overtime rates as a lot of other companies do.  I will not use any A/C company but this one!  Huge kudos! Thank you

Our AC went out overnight and I called 3 companies that said they offered 24/7 service. I left voicemails at 4AM and received a call back just before 6AM from Alan at American Cooling & Heating. He was so kind right off the bat and said he could be to our house by 8:30AM...I said today?!. He said yes, ma'am, I'm going to finish my next job and I'll be over. Holy cows! So Al showed up right at 8:30 as promised, diagnosed the issue, talked to my over protective, watch out for scammers father over the phone, explained everything in detail to his satisfaction, fixed the problems and I'm sitting here in a cool house before 10AM! This company exceeded all of my expectations! We will be calling Al for a maintenance check in May and highly recommend him to everyone!

We called these folks originally to have maintenance done on our 2 units. While the Tech was there he presented us with the maintenance agreement options and after discussing the details decided on the Deluxe level for each unit.

A little over a month later, our upstairs unit stopped cooling and the 110 degree temps were coming! I called Howard Air at 7pm the night the unit went down and they were at my house at my request, after 3pm the next day.

The tech found the problem which was some burned contacts. Replaced the contacts and the wires, and I paid $0 for the whole thing thanks to the Maintenance agreement!

It paid for itself in one call!

All in all good experience with Goettl in Mesa AZ on a new AC.  AC went out and I had a couple people out to give me an estimate.  Unfortunately all companies quoted the repair at around 8k so I figured it was time to get a new one.  Goettl was on the higher side for a new unit but I felt like the unit they were selling was a slightly higher quality.  Plus they said they could get started on it same day.  Seeing as it's AZ in the summer that was a huge plus side to me.  I was also impressed with the customer service both from the technician and the team that did the install.  The install team (Geno & Omar) were very professional and communicated well with me.  They also did a great job cleaning up and taking care in my house.
