Best Heating & Air Conditioning/HVAC in United States

Tracy was very prompt and found some issues during a routine HVAC inspection and tune-up on two of my properties recently. Explained what was wrong. The bills were very reasonable. He is my go-to HVAC man for all my properties now.

After doing my own maintenance for the last 2+ years because of 'rip-off' concerns that I had with other 2 other companies (the guys that advertise all over town and on the radio...) (see my other reviews), I decided to outsource the work this year as I have ran out of time due to other obligations.  I called A.T. and spoke with Brian and we had a great conversation.  I realized immediately that I may actually be dealing with a reputable company for a change.  We agreed to set an appointment for the Full Maintenance Service for both of my units.  On the original day of the appointment, Shawn came to provide the service.  Due to an emergency on my part, I had to change the appointment as Shawn was standing at my door.  He was very obliging to my request and we changed the appointment to another day that would work better for me.  On that day, he arrived on time and got started right away.  He inspected my system thoroughly.  When he was wrapping up the call with me, he went through in high detail the results of his work/findings and he had some recommendations but he made it clear that they were superficial and not critical to operation or reliability of my 8 year old units.  Clearly, Airtime is in business to provide customer's with good, honest service and support and I want to thank them (Shawn and Brian) for pleasant experience that I had with them.  I will be a customer for a long time from here on out.

CW Air Conditioning and Heating is a great company!  They delivered everything they said they would!  They were professional and friendly!  The owner Chris was always available to take my calls and cares about his customers!  I highly recommend this company!

I'm debating whether it is 4 or 5 star, but leaning towards 5. The most important things are the workmanship, availability, accuracy and professionalism. These were all aced with flying colors. You get what you pay for. It wasn't a cheap AC replacement. They were ready within an hour of my call to add additional refrigerant. They were available to reschedule as needed. They turned on a dime for me. They got me the energy rebate I requested, without me having to lift a finger. They worked directly with my insurance to make sure I was taken care of. They make detailed reports and can explain the more decisions. Even though I didn't need the extra thermostat at this time, it was included in the package. I had to ask for it when it came time to pay the bill. I think it was complimentary along with the install but they still itemize free things on the receipt. The complimentary refrigerant was left off the receipt, the only exception.

I had Kevin, with Desert Diamond, come out for a tune-up of my system today.  This was the second time he has been out in a month's time frame.  The first time was because I installed a new thermostat myself and found that it was cycling too often.  I couldn't figure out why.  Keven determined that nothing with the system was wrong and that the giant hole behind the thermostat was causing the problem.  He suggested I get the entire system looked at and tuned up at some point in the future.  So, I finally got around to having that done and Keven showed up again.  He only found a few minor things that I could easily take care of myself.  He didn't try and oversell me or convince me to let him do it which I actually really appreciated.  Bare in mind my unit is 22 yrs old and while he did mention that fact to me, he didn't try and sell me a knew unit.  He just suggested I keep that in mind.  Honestly a great experience, on-time, friendly, informative and listened to my findings as well.  I would highly recommend these guys.

We have unique HVAC units here in the condominium complex where I live in Scottsdale, and I can't say enough about the folks at North Valley Mechanical!   Jared at NVM takes care of my HVAC and does it efficiently and thoroughly - couldn't ask for more!   Tried another HVAC tech service after I first moved in, but they had never worked with a unit like mine and really did no maintenance at all, but charged me premium prices of course!   I switched to NVM as all my neighbors use them, and couldn't be happier!!  I highly recommend them!!

I couldn't be happier with the service, professionalism, and value I received from Arizona A/C Man when purchasing a new evaporative cooler.

Dave came out on Monday gave me a great price on replacing my decrepit, forty year old evaporative cooler.  Told me he could do it that Wednesday. He was right on time, did a thorough and professional job. Saved me a lot of money compared to other estimates I received. He did everything he said he would do and he even dealt with an existing water issue that wasn't his responsibility and he was a pleasure to have at my home.

I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Dave and Brett from Arizona A/C Man to my friends and family and will have them back anytime I need A/C or Evap service.

Our upstairs AC went out and we called AC Doctors at 7:15pm - someone was out around 11:30pm that evening to fix it. We so appreciated the timely response and level of professionalism that was given. Thank you for saving us during this hot Arizona summer!

Moved into a new home and needed some electrical work done. They finished in a reasonable time and the price was very fair. I'd definitely recommend them for my future projects!

Our ac broke down and i was going through yelp regarding about hvac repair and i saw this business and read all the review. So i gave him a call within 30 mins he showed did a diagnosis of our hvac unit  he was very knowledgeable and humble owner he knows how to treat the customer right and fair within 1 hour he got our ac fix and running and this was at 11pm he was still full of energy. I would recommend him to whoever is looking their ac getting fix or diagnose. Trust me he will get it done and leave you some tips how to take care of the unit. I was impressed by thier business as first time customer. No regrets at all

I'm going to give this company a five star rating for handling my emergency service call after hours. I called them a 3pm requesting for emergency service call for my home AC repair. They showed up at 645pm, They responded after another AC company gave me crappy service. Johnny was awesome and got my unit back on in 10 mins. I appreciated their after hour rush service call. We recently relocated from the East Valley to Carefree and called the A/C company that we had used prior to come out and service our A/C Unit and since they don't service the area I asked if they had another company they would recommend, and they recommended Four Seasons Home Services, and now I know why! Four Seasons Home Services has been the best A/C service company to deal with from scheduling to the service techs that came out, Carlos and Romario. I must say that I was very impressed with Carlos and Romario and the level of Professionalism, Attention to Detail and the willingness to go the Extra Mile in Customer Service! I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND this company to anyone, so much so that being a REALTOR I now know who my GO-TO Company will be and I will be recommending them to my clients who need A/C and/or Plumbing services! We went without our downstairs A/C for almost two days last week while waiting on our home warranty company to dispatch a repair technician who could service us without waiting several days or a company who would even call us back! When I decided to take things into my own hands I was SO thankful to come across American Cooling and Heating!!! I scheduled my service with Scott who was patient with me and all of my questions over the phone. Al was the technician dispatched to me and he called to provide an accurate window for service, was friendly, knowledgeable, and was only concerned with making the necessary repairs - no up selling or sales pitch of any kind. I will definitely be calling them again!!!

Eric Ruiz was the technician that came out.  He was very knowledgable, hard working, kind, and overall an impressive worker.  He came over to do a one-year check on our new A/C unit.  Hope I see him again any time we need work done on our unit.
