Best Heating & Air Conditioning/HVAC in United States

Tracy was very prompt and found some issues during a routine HVAC inspection and tune-up on two of my properties recently. Explained what was wrong. The bills were very reasonable. He is my go-to HVAC man for all my properties now.

So we thought these guys were going to be good. They had a great review on Angie's List, and good reviews on Yelp. The guy came and said we needed a new part and replaced it. We paid, and were grateful we didn't need a new air conditioner. Here we are about 10 days later with no air, and we need to get our units replaced. So basically, we paid them for nothing because they didn't fix the problem. They charged us to replace a part that didn't fix the unit. We have a brand new $300 part on a unit that doesn't work.

***update**** we contacted the owner Brian, and they sent someone out free of charge to do another repair and gave us a GREAT deal since the other issue didn't resolve the problem! We will continue to use them in the future for sure!!!! Great service!!!

Responded in minutes, was over in an hour. Quickly identified the issue and had unit running when he left. This guy is no-nonsense and honest. It's been two weeks and the unit is still working great. Highly recommend!

CW came to repair my home AC this past Tuesday and installed a totally brand new Trane system by 2:30 P.M. today, Friday! The service was both personal and excellent. And, of course, the total contract price was $2k less than I had anticipated. I am ultra pleased with CW, their work, service and cost. I would recommend them to anyone! I got a bargain and am very pleased and satisfied!

Enrique has been coming for years to service my 20 year old systems.  He keeps them running in tip top shape and doesn't try to sell me anything that is not necessary.  Monthly cost for this service is less than a one time charge to have the serviced once.  Plus there are other perks.  They are always on time, clean, and take all necessary precautions.  We are looking at replacing the system, and they are our choice to do it.

So pleased with this company!! Fair, honest, fast, friendly service. I couldn't have been more pleased. Highly recommend!! Thank you Jimmy!!

Totally impress with ac/heating unit service. Trey the service tech was very professional, extremally knowledgeable on ac/heating units. At my age I didn't feel like I was given a sales pitch just knowledge.

I had a few bids to replace the AC on my rental property and Brett came in way below everyone else. He reused the things he could to keep the cost down. He was easy to schedule with and super easy to deal with. Very friendly and answered all my questions. Highly recommend :)

We used A/C Doctors for the first time today and were very impressed by Eric the technician, and the company as a whole. The pricing was more than fair and honestly this was the 1st company that we've had out that actually cared about finding and fixing the problem versus taking a short cut and putting a bandage on the issue. We have a very old unit that needs to be replaced and when we are able to do so we will most definitely be giving AC Doctors our business.

Moved into a new home and needed some electrical work done. They finished in a reasonable time and the price was very fair. I'd definitely recommend them for my future projects!

Our ac broke down and i was going through yelp regarding about hvac repair and i saw this business and read all the review. So i gave him a call within 30 mins he showed did a diagnosis of our hvac unit  he was very knowledgeable and humble owner he knows how to treat the customer right and fair within 1 hour he got our ac fix and running and this was at 11pm he was still full of energy. I would recommend him to whoever is looking their ac getting fix or diagnose. Trust me he will get it done and leave you some tips how to take care of the unit. I was impressed by thier business as first time customer. No regrets at all

Labor day and the A/C is out at 4:30 in the morning!!! What do you do? Well, you scroll through Yelp looking for a local repair team that will help you with the heat as it continues to rise since the sun is now up. 5 calls placed and only 1 guy called me back. That was Mike!  Mike is a family guy and he said that had several calls already scheduled but would get me in today! Johnny called me 45 min ahead of time as promised, to let me know he was on his way. He showed up with a mask and was respectful and professional. My A/C issue was diagnosed and fixed at a reasonable price and I was back to cooling the house down to a balmy 77 in no time.  If you didn't catch it before.... they did this on Labor day and no other company called me back. Nice work gents and a huge thank you from the Rice Family!  Customers for life!

Called Kevin at Four Seasons to do a pre summer tune up on my A/C. He was professional, prompt, thorough, and honest. He didn't try to upsell me for something I didn't need and was very reasonably priced. I do recommend you give Four Seasons a call if you need a service or any other kind of A/C work done.

We called American Cooling and Heating this morning because the fan motor on our AC unit was making a lot of noise. Brent was here within a half hour. We couldn't believe we had someone here that fast. He replaced the motor and did a wonderful job. We have finally found a company that we can count on. The price quoted was exactly what we were charged, We highly recommend American Cooling and Heating.

We have had a good experience with two out of our three techs. The one tech way oversold repairs needed that the other two said were unnecessary. All three had differing opinions on the state of my residential HVAC system. Already put me at unease.

Final straw occurred today. We just closed on a new house and wanted Howard Air to do do a service check on the system. Had an appointment scheduled for this morning. About halfway through the scheduled timeframe, we decided to call and double check on when to expect the technician.

The lady apologized, but due to big jobs, they need to cancel our service appointment and we will be rescheduled for July 11.  A month later than our previously scheduled appointment.

No thanks. I need a company that can reliably service customers. Work some overtime to clear your backlog. Hire more employees if your customer base is that large.

We called them to do an A/C and plumbing checkup when they got here, they said our systems (A/C, water heater, and water softener- which is almost new) were at the end of their lives and needed to be replaced.

When we contacted another company, they said our systems were fine and the one thing that needed to be fixed on our A/C was fixed at minimal cost.

These guys just want to try to sell you a new system for thousands of dollars even when it isn't needed. Do not use them!!
