Best Heating & Air Conditioning/HVAC in United States

Tracy was very prompt and found some issues during a routine HVAC inspection and tune-up on two of my properties recently. Explained what was wrong. The bills were very reasonable. He is my go-to HVAC man for all my properties now.

Last night Brian came out to my house, even though it was the end of the day and all his guys had already gone home, to take a look at my air conditioning unit that stopped working. He was here within 20 minutes of my call. Then he had my system fixed and running again in no time. I appreciate that he went out of his way to fit me in and fix my A/C without any upsell or pressure. Great service. Thank you, Brian!!

I highly recommend contacting  M&M Refrigeration if you are having issues with you air conditioning. In short, Mathew is genuinely interested in providing excellent service.

We had our system stop working. My initial call was answered and had a technician show up within an hour. Diagnosed a fan motor needed to be replaced and reported the rest of the system checked out OK. Had the system working again in less than an hour for a fair price. A couple of days later, the same issue happened. Called again and this time Mathew arrived himself within 30 minutes. He determined he may need to use the factory spec motor, rather than the commonly used universal motor. He also suggested we replace the fan as well. This is where most companies would tell you how much more all this is going to cost. However, Mathew sent one of his technicians to pick up the factory motor and fan, which I am sure cost more than the original one that I paid them for. His technician arrived a couple of hours later. Had it installed quickly and it has been working well. There were no additional service charges and only charged for the fan.

I had my AC go out around 11pm. We had my daughters birthday party scheduled with a bunch of kids staying the night so I needed someone out quick! I looked on Yelp and seen the reviews so I called around midnight and left a message. I didn't expect a call right back but I did, they set up a time for first thing in the morning. Tech came out and made quick work of troubleshooting the issue. I have worked with AC units before so I pretty much knew what the problem was, but had to work on the other side of town that day. I was nervous to have someone look at it because of horror stories that I have heard AC companies ripping customers off. I couldn't have been more pleased to hear the low cost of the repair and timely matter that it was done! I would highly recommend this company and will be my primary service provider moving forward.

I had new flooring installed and was told that I had several valves that were leaking. I found Hansen Family Plumbing here and with so many great reviews I had to call. Meagan was very polite and courteous when I called and I had service the next day. Dishawn came out and did a fabulous job. He then brought to my attention that my water softener was no longer working. Another reason why the need for so many valve replacements. I am very grateful for him taking the time to help me and recommend a new unit.

We have used this company for the last few years and they always do such a good job. They recently installed a new AC unit which has been running very well, but we ran into a small issue a few months later. I called and told them what was going on and explained that it is not an emergency, so no need to rush. They still were able to get me an appointment very quickly - JD showed up on time, did some fast problem solving and communicated the issue very well. It's so nice to know we have a reliable team, especially during the summer months.

When they say they warranty their work, they really do! We needed a slight change to the original work (not an error, just some tweaking), and Dave came straight out to help. He found out that we were low on Freon, and that there was a leak from when the original builders installed our unit. He hooked us up with what we needed for a great price. AND fixed our leak for free!! Always such a relief to find great companies to work with. :)

Amazing young men, super intelligent and experts in the heating and cooling industry. We were thoroughly impressed and will definitely hire AC Doctors again should any issues arise. The techs quickly located the issue and got cool air running within minutes. They also performed a diagnostic and showed the unit was very healthy and in great condition. They were able to fix a concern with the unit cable that had been crusted from years of the AZ Sun. They replaced it for a low price and made sure it was thoroughly protected so the issue will not occur again. Thank you so much AC Doctors you guys are the lowest price and best service.

Moved into a new home and needed some electrical work done. They finished in a reasonable time and the price was very fair. I'd definitely recommend them for my future projects!

Do not recommend. At the time we thought it was great but now we're having the same issues with my ac again, come to the roof to check things out and this is how he left my ac unit. He left all the wires exposed and didn't tuck anything back away and now my ac has shorted again because he never tucked everything away from the weather. Now I'm out an ac unit again because he didn't know how to finish his job correctly.
$600 later and I still have a broken unit.

We decided to go with True North because of several reasons . We had 4-6 outfits quote and finally chose True North because of their ability to go through our options and listen to our questions. When installation day came it went so smoothly even as the weather was not helping. They came and completed our installation in a professional and timely manner. These people have pride in their company and the work they do. They have trust in each other also and this makes doing business with them very easy and assuring.

I had a huge problem and was getting frustrated with getting different answers from different AC companies.  Called and spoke with Kevin and he provided excellent customer service, I would highly recommend this company!

Our AC wasn't cooking the house on a Sunday. I called multiple companies who wanted to charge $99 just to come look at the problem and that amount was not going to be taken off the labor to fix the problem.

I first called American Cool and Heating and got their voicemail. I chose not to leave a message because I needed someone right away. However they called me back within a few minutes apologizing for missing the call. I told them my problem and a tech was out there within 30-45 minutes.

Once the tech arrived, they got right to work and diagnosed the problem and had everything fixed within an hour. Piece was extremely reasonable for the fix and the promptness of the work.

I will recommend this company to anyone I talk with and definitely use them again!

Great experience.  Installed a new AC unit.  Pricing was competitive and a better warranty then others.  Installation guys were awesome and professional.  Would recommend.

I brought a brand new air conditioner from this company in April before the heat wave hit paid for all the bells and whistles no financing cash. Then here comes Arizona heat wave and my brand new system does not turn on my house for 2 days has been 95 degrees so hot I had to go stay at a hotel. Called Goettl and received the answering service who stated someone will call me back 45 min later I receive a call back to be told we can't get to you today someone will be there the next day between 12-3pm then 5pm rolls around call back get answering service again wait 29 mire minutes receive call oh we are backed up but you are still on the list to be seen today Needless to say tech didn't arrive until 6:40pm only to tell me that the Brand new machine I just brought highest on there market was not installed properly.. Disappointed, disgusted is the only words I could come up with I will never recommend this company to any of my colleagues again. Horrible service and I'm still without a good working air conditioner
