There is no other HVAC guy I'm calling than Tracy with J & M Mechanical. He's responsive and great at what he does!

I had been using another heating ac company for the last 10 yrs but recently had 2 catastrophic failures on ac units installed by them.I also noticed that over the last couple of years that that company was more interested in up selling me products  whenever it was time for  a tech to come out and do my annual unit checkups and most often not products related to the actual performance  of my units.After the 2nd ac unit failed I was in need of a new ac unit and researched a new company to do the install and subsequent maintenance.I interviewed 3 companies after looking at their reviews on yelp.The company that I chose to do business with was AirTime.The owner came out and gave me the estimate on my new unit and thoroughly explained the install and how he expected his company and employees to perform. After deciding to go with AirTime I have found that everything that the owner stated was true.I just had my annual ac service and found it to be more thorough than I believed it could be and best of all there were no up sales.Like the owner told me when I bought the new unit from him if we determine you need something for your units it will be because you  need it and we will not pressure you if you decide that now is not the time that you decide to have it done.I am quite pleased with this company and expect to have a long and pleasant relationship with it.

M & R Refrigeration, LLC is the best!  My A/C quit just as the heat hit Phoenix, AZ at 103.  The only thing coming from my A/C was blowing air.  A refrigeration company recommended by a home warranty company was contacted and appointment made.  They never showed at the appointed time 4-6 P.M.  At 7:15 they said they were running late...I cancelled.  Home Advisor came up with M & R Refrigeration, LLC. I called them and Ryan showed up that same day.  He was the most compassionate, caring person who saw my dilemma and took immediate action to rescue me by fixing what he could for temporary relief.  Both Mathew the owner and Ryan came back another day and worked from 10:30 in the morning all day until 3:30 p.m. to resolve the problem.  When I thanked them for their help their reply was We always try to do the right thing.  I can only say there are still some great caring people in this world.  If your A/C needs help you can't find a better company than M & R Refrigeration, LLC.  Mary Ann Runte - Glendale, AZ.

CW Air Conditioning and Heating is a great company!  They delivered everything they said they would!  They were professional and friendly!  The owner Chris was always available to take my calls and cares about his customers!  I highly recommend this company!

GREAT SERVICE. I was desperate for a second opinion. I got an immediate response and great customer service. I especially like the way they send a pic of the technician before arriving. I am so happy I called! I hate that you just can't trust people now a days. The last company was horrible and tried to charge me $500 for a part I didn't need (I wrote a YELP review for them too). This company charged $59 for an initial inspection, fixed my problem and gave me great advice. Living in AZ is tough! Everyone needs a good reputable AC company to call. I suggest you do your research and read EVERY review.

I couldn't be more happier with my experience. Jimmy and Michael came out to service my air conditioner and fix my nest system. They were both extremely friendly and knowledgeable. They figured out the problem very quickly with my nest (wiring issues) they were able to fix fast. My A/C runs great now too. The whole time they communicated and told me what was going on the whole time. I will definitely be using again. Very happy I found this company.

As a customer, when you get top tier customer service, others should know. Hansen Family Plumbing and Air is top notch.

We had an issue with the AC not blowing cool air so I called & spoke to Gabriella who was courteous & prompt. She was able to dispatch Luis & Andrew to our home in less than an hour. I know that may not always be as convenient but we're impressed & grateful, nonetheless.

Both Andrew & Luis were able to get it working with thorough explanations. They also gave feedback as to some  peripheral issues with the home layout. To wrap it up, they closed with a possible forecast down the line but didn't try to upsell us on anything. They said we should be good for this & next year.

If we have future AC issues, Hansen Family Pluming and Air is who we'll call.

Highly recommended for Cooling and Heating services! I just had a complete new system installed and I couldn't be more happier. The process was easy from start to finish. The prices were great along with the service I received. Personable, professional and reasonable.

I had Kirk and his team replace my two heat pumps in December 13.  They are very knowledgeable.  Worth any difference in cost.  I had three proposals and only N Valley understood my needs and suggested the right units and ducting properly.  We are saving 46% annually on our electric bills.  Much more comfortable cooling/heat.  Continue to get great customer service.  Thank you team North Valley!!

When they say they warranty their work, they really do! We needed a slight change to the original work (not an error, just some tweaking), and Dave came straight out to help. He found out that we were low on Freon, and that there was a leak from when the original builders installed our unit. He hooked us up with what we needed for a great price. AND fixed our leak for free!! Always such a relief to find great companies to work with. :)

Another outstanding service call from A/C Doctors . Great experience, to include the ease of setting up an emergency service  appointment on a very hot Sunday in June, to the very professional, informative and efficient service offered by the technician, Frankie. Repair complete, cooling in progress, will continue to recommend A/C Doctors all day long.

Moved into a new home and needed some electrical work done. They finished in a reasonable time and the price was very fair. I'd definitely recommend them for my future projects!

Yelp wasn't kidding when it said Freddy replies to inquiries within 20minutes. Within 30minutes of posting an inquiry, he was at my door ready to check out our AC.  Freddy took the time to analyze the problem with our AC unit and got our issue fixed. He answered all of my questions and explained how our system is working.  His pricing is fair and over-all a nice guy. He's now my go to guy for my AC issues.

Mike, the owner, is great. Honest quote on replacement TRANE AC syste. Showed up as scheduled, completed removal of old system and installed new TRANE in one day, 8 AM done at 5 PM. No surprises.

I purchased the Day and Night Heat pump and was very pleased at first and even left a positive review which i just removed.
Shortly after it was installed (actually this was  2 years ago) I decided to look in the attic where some of the equipment  is and realized that they did not put in the insulation which I had paid $400 for and the levelers that were supposed to go under the unit were not put on as well.
Then, after  1 month the thermostat was not working properly so they replaced it and i requested a manual rather than a programmable thermostat so it left a big hole in my wall and when they left the air was blowing cold and this was January so I told them and they assured me that it would soon be blowing warm air., It continued to blow cold air so I called shortly after and had to wait 2 business days for someone to come back and get the heat back on it.. (Just imagine 2 days without heat on cold days after paying $6500 for a new complete unit) ...................I expect more for the seller of a  brand new unit considering that Weather Master that I preciously used would come out within a day and sometime even the same day and I didn't even purchase a unit from them.

I had a fantastic experience with American Cooling and Heating. I called on a Sunday afternoon in July and a technician (Al) was at my door in less than an hour. Al quickly diagnosed the problem with my air conditioner. I was pleasantly surprised when he told me that he had the part on his truck. Al fixed the problem in less than an hour and I was back to having a cool house!  The next day a manager (Scott) called me to let me know that he had talked to my home warranty company and was able to get everything paid for by the home warranty company. I can whole heartedly recommend American Cooling and Heating. They are fast, friendly, knowledgeable, and honest. Al and Scott are assets to the company. Thank you for making a bad experience (no air conditioning in Arizona in July) a great experience.

**Update: almost 3 weeks later:  I had a separate, unrelated issue with my air conditioner today.  I was so happy when my home warranty company, once again, said I could contact American Cooling and Heating to fix the problem. Scott answered the phone immediately and took the report. He dispatched Al again, who was out within the hour and fixed the problem with friendly, fast service. The repair cost was reasonable and once again, I don't have to worry about my air conditioner. Love this company and Al and Scott!!

My service today was outstanding. They friendly and honest and told me the bare bones if my a/c problems and offered ideas and different solutions for me to choose from. I would call them again anytime I need heating and air service. Thank you Bryan. Medel. I am grateful for the excellent customer service!

I had them install a water softener and tankless heater a little while back, during the install they broke some gym equipment rather than moving it. It was easily movable and I had told them beforehand to come get me if they needed anything moved as I was home during the install

As an offer to make things better they put us on some kind of protection/service plan. We used this to get our AC checked before it got hot for summer. Their technician told us everything was ok. Our AC just died in the middle of the night and when I called them about it, they said they wouldn't be able to look at it for several days.

Awful company with awful technicians and awful customer service. Stay far away.
