Have used them two times now and they are great. Competitive pricing and don't try and up sell. Very honest on what they can fix and what you will need in the future.  Would highly recommend.

From the time I made the appointment for an estimate through the entire process of installation of my two new air conditioning units, AirTime was a pleasure.

The person that gave me the estimate was very thorough. He was the only one that got up in the attic to see what I had and what could be done to improve the temperature in my two front bed rooms. He explained the difference between single stage, dual stage and multi stage units and the expected cost savings and benefits/ cons of each. I chose AirTime based on him as they were not the cheapest quote I received.

The day of the install the company sent out two crews. Everyone was very polite, said good morning to all of us and explained what was happening. I was informed several times on what I had and what they were going to do to make it better and if I was ok with the change.

I was super happy with the end product and looking forward to this summer with my two new ac units!  Highly recommend AirTime.

Great experience with Oscar from M&R! Oscar was patient going over this long-term issue I've had with my AC. I've had several AC repair companies out to fix the same issue, and it never has been resolved. Oscar went over the function that delivers the cooling and explained where things that are going wrong and needs to be addressed. They responded the same day and in the evening. The visit was more consultative, than sales. I appreciate that from Oscar and his team. I highly recommend M&R to anyone looking for a knowledgeable, consultative and professional AC company!

Our AC unit finally went on its last leg after 35+ yrs of serving us in AZ heat. We called at least 5 different places for quotes; had face to face with all who came, and decided to go with Chris W (the owner). He was professional, courteous, prompt and knowledgeable. He worked with us on getting a 3 phase unit installed as requested, unlike others who tried to sell us the 1 phase. His quote was what expected, no surprises after unit was installed. We are happy with the new unit and his professionalism. Highly recommended!

My Air Conditioner (AC) stopped working last night and this morning I call this company because of the only review.  They do honor the $15 discount advertised on this site.  I was given a specified time (3-5 p.m.) and was called at 2:48 and was told that the technician will be at my home in 20-30 minutes.  Enrique showed up (within the time the office said he would) and introduced himself and then listen to what I had to say of the situation.  He went to investigate the problem and checked everything.  His analysis was spot on!  We were quoted a fair price for the faulty capacitor and then he promptly replaced the items.  During the repair service, Enrique gave me some advice on how to diagnosis problems in the future and fully explained how the system works!  After he replace the faulty part, Enrique checked the entire system from the unit to the air handler to the air flow in the vents.  Great customer service!  

I would recommend this company to anybody.  In March of this year I had George Brazil come out to assess my AC units and they said they were in great shape, but when they assessed my AC units at my rental home they were able to tell the capacitor was going to break and it did.  George Brazil could tell one capacitor was going bad on one unit but not the other????? Then they try to sell you an annual service program and if something needs repair during that time, you still have to pay for repairs just at a discounted rate (big deal).   I will use this company to asses my HVAC units in the future.

It was a beautiful spring morning when I heard my daughter say the last thing a parent never wants to hear.  There's water coming from the ground.  Sure enough, water was backing up out of our clean out pipe.  I tried to reason with it and I had a pretty solid argument, but it was a clog and couldn't be reasoned with.

I found Hansen Family Plumbing on Yelp with so many stars next to their name and called, hoping for any availability.  They could send someone that afternoon (between 2-5).

I received a text with our plumber's name and photo when he was on his way.  The plumbers who came out, Preston & Jordan, arrived at 2.  They did an assessment of the issue and got to work.  Preston did an excellent job of keeping me updated on their progress as they hit a snag and and to call a supervisor out who had different equipment.

The supervisor (sorry I didn't get his name) showed me the issue on his pipe camera.  Roots growing into the pipe and gave suggestions how to address the problem.

Excellent, friendly, and prompt service.  Would recommend.

Had a new unit installed yesterday and the unit worked well...woke up this morning and the new unit wasn't cooling.  I placed a phone call and within an hour, the service tech Mario arrived and like magic, he got the new unit cooling again.  Great company and super AC techs...thanks so much, I'm pleased that I chose the right company to install my new unit.

Wow!  My AC went out on a Thursday afternoon.  Couldn't find any company to come out asap to fix- all booked until Monday.  Outside was 109 degrees and inside of house was 100 degrees.  NV Mechanical came out that Friday and fixed it in 30 mins.   Super nice and professional. My husband, 4 kids, 4 cats and dog were happy again.  Love them!

I had a few bids to replace the AC on my rental property and Brett came in way below everyone else. He reused the things he could to keep the cost down. He was easy to schedule with and super easy to deal with. Very friendly and answered all my questions. Highly recommend :)

Moved into a new home and needed some electrical work done. They finished in a reasonable time and the price was very fair. I'd definitely recommend them for my future projects!

Do not recommend. At the time we thought it was great but now we're having the same issues with my ac again, come to the roof to check things out and this is how he left my ac unit. He left all the wires exposed and didn't tuck anything back away and now my ac has shorted again because he never tucked everything away from the weather. Now I'm out an ac unit again because he didn't know how to finish his job correctly.
$600 later and I still have a broken unit.

I've had my AC unit tuned up by a few companies over the years, but none of them has done a more thorough job than Brent with True North! He was on time, professional and extremely knowledgeable. He even managed to troubleshoot a problem I was having with my furnace. Highly recommend and this will be the only company I use going forward.

I wanted to give a huge kudos to Brittany for her customer service!  She was extremely pleasant and understanding.  Secondly, I want to thank Chris the service tech for being amazing.  The customer service and the whole experience with this company was amazing.  I won't use anyone else but this company.  We had an after hours issue and they didn't charge overtime rates as a lot of other companies do.  I will not use any A/C company but this one!  Huge kudos! Thank you

I had a fantastic experience with American Cooling and Heating. I called on a Sunday afternoon in July and a technician (Al) was at my door in less than an hour. Al quickly diagnosed the problem with my air conditioner. I was pleasantly surprised when he told me that he had the part on his truck. Al fixed the problem in less than an hour and I was back to having a cool house!  The next day a manager (Scott) called me to let me know that he had talked to my home warranty company and was able to get everything paid for by the home warranty company. I can whole heartedly recommend American Cooling and Heating. They are fast, friendly, knowledgeable, and honest. Al and Scott are assets to the company. Thank you for making a bad experience (no air conditioning in Arizona in July) a great experience.

**Update: almost 3 weeks later:  I had a separate, unrelated issue with my air conditioner today.  I was so happy when my home warranty company, once again, said I could contact American Cooling and Heating to fix the problem. Scott answered the phone immediately and took the report. He dispatched Al again, who was out within the hour and fixed the problem with friendly, fast service. The repair cost was reasonable and once again, I don't have to worry about my air conditioner. Love this company and Al and Scott!!

I've had a horrible experience from the beginning. I called them because I had poor air flow through out my vents. Finally got someone to come out (Scott) to take a look and see what the issue was. He walked around the house and pointed out I needed more vents in my house. Ok? How does that help to increase airflow? He also said I need new vent covers. He never went into the attic to see the system/air duct. He just said he will put new flex duct work up there. Again ok? How do you know if you never actually inspected the system. He quoted me about 3k to do everything. Although I was questioning his diagnosis I figured since they were a big company they knew what they were doing. I should of listened to my gut instinct. After the job completion last year we still had poor air flow. They came out twice and said everything was fine. Really? Air is barely coming out of the vents. So this recent summer my A/C unit  (brand new) stopped working. I called another company to check it out. They said that my return line and duct work was under sized so my unit over heated and shut it's self off. Ok, wtf did I just pay 3k for!!! These guys were supposed to correct all this! I just gave up on this company because it was clear they have no idea what they were doing. So unfortunately I had to pay another 3k to get it done correctly. Now I have great airflow and my unit will not over work itself. So with this company I lost 3k and excessively high electric bills. Not that they care or anything because I did give them an opportunity to correct it which they refused to do. I can not recommend this company and I wish I could give them zero stars for the amount of money I lost.

Installed a new water heater for me. At first, the system did not deliver all that had been promised. I called and they sent a tech right away. Still trouble. They put Victor on the job and he worked hard until the new system delivered hot water quickly. If you like polite, earnest staff and persistence to get good results go with Goetle.
