Have used them two times now and they are great. Competitive pricing and don't try and up sell. Very honest on what they can fix and what you will need in the future.  Would highly recommend.

They were really great!  I spoke to them in the evening and Travis was at my house the next AM.  What a relief!  He identified the problem, fixed it and was out of there within the hour.  Very friendly and professional. Pricing was fair.

Aaron showed up on Friday night, troubleshooting why the furnace kept shutting off for limit switch. Couldn't figure it out that night, made it a point to come back and get the job done. He figured it out Saturday morning and had the furnace back and running again.

M & R was my 2nd opinion. I'm glad I did that, because the other big name in town came in Thursday night, and told me the flue was clogged causing the stoppage. M&R told me they had the tools to clean the flue but wanted to re-diagnose just in case. 5-10 minutes in, Aaron told me the flue was clear, and he would continue troubleshooting.

Enrique has been coming for years to service my 20 year old systems.  He keeps them running in tip top shape and doesn't try to sell me anything that is not necessary.  Monthly cost for this service is less than a one time charge to have the serviced once.  Plus there are other perks.  They are always on time, clean, and take all necessary precautions.  We are looking at replacing the system, and they are our choice to do it.

Anthony T. from North Valley Mechanical came to my house on 7/25/19 as part of a Fidelity home warranty claim for central air not working. I've had about 8-10 technicians come as part of home warranty claims over the past several years and it has almost always been a fiasco. North Valley Mechanical has by far been the best company I've ever dealt with. They came the same day on a 105° day. Anthony was extremely friendly, completely explained any issues, and assured me he'd fix any problems.
I specifically noticed Anthony's attention to detail which really stood out to me. I will never use any other company besides North Valley. North Valley and Anthony renewed my faith that there still are some great companies and technicians out there in the HVAC world, they are just hard to find at times. I have had my fair share of horrible HVAC companies, this is not one of them, they very much so are a step above the rest. I give them 10 stars and very highly recommend.

I had a few bids to replace the AC on my rental property and Brett came in way below everyone else. He reused the things he could to keep the cost down. He was easy to schedule with and super easy to deal with. Very friendly and answered all my questions. Highly recommend :)

Gerardo came to our house because of a complaint that our coil was dirty from an inspector. Of course it was not true but I was impressed by his knowledge of air-conditioning systems and he knew exactly what to do.

Listen, this guy is your guy. Best in the area. Responsive, quick, great price, and knowledgeable! He saved us from this crazy weather when our ac broke. We wasted money on a company that promised us making us priority and discount. All BS! Freddy responded fast and gave us the best service for our money. We had our Air Conditioner replaced yesterday.  After getting estimates we chose Four Seasons Home Services.  Jorge / George and his team did a great job!  They were here on time.  He gave us updates every few hours!  They were friendly, efficient, professional and extremely knowledgeable!  They wore masks in our home.  They cleaned up every little thing.  I worked with Their dispatcher Roxanne and she was great!  She was friendly and keep me updated throughout the entire process!  Their customer service skills are top notch!  We highly recommend this company!

In the dead of summer we noticed our air conditioning was broken. Being that it was around 8pm I figured there was no way we could get it fixed before morning. We called American Cooling and Heating and spoke with Tim. Tim asked us a few questions and then said he could be over in a half hour. After just a few minutes Tim had diagnosed the problem and provided a reasonable price to fix. In under an hour we had air again! We can't thank American Cooling and Heating enough and will definitely be calling them in the future!

When we purchased our home early in 2014, we had been informed by the home inspector that our HVAC system was over 15 years old and that we should expect to replace it in the future.  
During a recent cold snap, we needed warm air, but found our system would not function (glad this didn't happen when we needed the AC this past summer!).  Howard Air was called (they kindly bumped up our previously scheduled maintenance visit) and Bryan, our usual tech confirmed that our system was in need of expensive repairs (confirmed by competing bids we received over the next two days by other HVAC companies) or replacement.  

Bryan made arrangements for Scott Bird, a senior HVAC consultant to visit our home & provide a detailed analysis & presentation.  Scott arrived the next day and at the conclusion of his thorough inspection of our HVAC, roof & attic, gave us a detailed presentation of our options.  Scott (he has an engineering background) answered each of our questions and concerns. We decided not waste further money on an 18 year old system and went with a replacement. We received bids from a total of 3 HVAC companies and chose Howard Air as they best provided the best overall option for us. Scott also had one of their techs to provide emergency repairs (free of charge) to our old HVAC so we had heat until the new unit could be installed several days later.

The day of the install, the lead tech Kyle (courteous, professional) did an outstanding job with the rest of his team during the entire process.  We received a text and email with his photo and estimated (right on time) arrival.  They expertly removed our old HVAC and installed the new one with a huge crane (they were careful and did not damage our palm trees or roof) and carefully cleaned up when finished.  Kyle also provided detailed instructions (a booklet was included) on our new thermostat.

We are very satisfied with the way Howard Air professionally resolved our HVAC issue from beginning to end. Special thanks to Scott  & Bryan (you guys Rock!), Kyle (friendly & professional) and Amber (thanks for everything!) and also the emergency tech (that guy was great and I'm embarrassed I cannot recall his name.) at Howard Air!

Hook 'Em!

We had a strange problem where water was leaking out the side of our house every time we ran the AC. We didn't think anything of it until the stucco started crumbling and changing color. Red Flag. Called 4 HVAC companies that can be found on Yelp easily. All 4 of them told us that nothing can be done in order to have this old A/C fixed. Then, I found Goettl Good Guys. They really are some good guys. The person on the phone told us that they will send a technician in order to evaluate the situation and see if anything can be done.
The next morning Frank came to our house and, after about 10 minutes, he gave us a good news: the AC can be fixed.
He worked on it about one hour and a half, and, after he finished his work, our old AC was running like it used to: no leaking out the side of my house.
We are extremely happy with the service we received Goettl Good Guys are top notch! We highly recommend that you check them out for your HVAC needs.
