This is long over due since he fixed our AC three weeks ago! We got a quote from Yelp for help when it was slowly getting warm and he came and fixed it that day. Also he was fair priced and on top of that he only fixed what was necessary and didn't pressure us to buy a new AC. He gave his opinion and said we should save for a new AC since it will last maybe another year. I appreciate the honesty and straightforwardness.

We just upgraded our 22 year old system and after getting 3 quotes we chose AirTime Cooling and Heating. In addition to price, responsiveness, customer service, technical knowledge and follow up along with great Yelp reviews and a recommendation from my neighbor, the decision to go with AirTime was easy. We just had a 2 week post installation follow up during which time one of Brian's team adjusted the drop down ladder in our garage which had to be removed for the installation. There was no question that Brian and crew did their utmost to make us happy with the process and I found the crew members to be very respectful which was much appreciated.

Matt came out on a Saturday and serviced my heat pump after a freezing, uncomfortable night.  Other companies never bothered even calling back but I am glad they did not.  Matt's skill and service were excellent and pricing fair.  He explained everything he diagnosed, corrected and why.   I will use him again and recommend him highly to all my friends and neighbors.

CW Air Conditioning and Heating is a great company!  They delivered everything they said they would!  They were professional and friendly!  The owner Chris was always available to take my calls and cares about his customers!  I highly recommend this company!

Had them come out to do routine service on our 2 1/2 year old Trane systems before the summer hits.  The technician was very professional, used his protective gear for COVID 19 precautions, and did a thorough job checking out and cleaning our units.  Price was competitive as well.  It is clear why they have great reviews (why I chose them!).

Contacted to troubleshoot a recent installation. Came out next day. Charlie was detailed orientated and communicated in layman's terms. Reviewed everything and more while resolving the issue. Would highly recommend.

I have a renter in my condo in Phoenix, and I live out of state.  The tenant called to advise of a leak in the bathtub faucet.  Yelp has not let me down so far so I searched and found this company.   I determined through Yelp that Eric has worked with out-of-state Landlords before and he had positive reviews overall.  Eric was very reassuring when I spoke with him and outlined what I needed to do.  I will outline for you how the process worked for me:

1) Thurs. 8/25:  a.  I sent a text photo of damage to Eric (owner, I think)
                         b.  Eric responded immediately with guestimate of the problem and quote.
                         c.  Tenant contacted Eric and scheduled appt for Fri. 8/26.

2) Fri. 8/26:       a.  Received telephone call from Robert (plumber) who indicated that he was at the site.  
                        b.  Received follow-up phone call to describe what he found and to confirm
                             the problem (which was exactly what Eric thought it might be) and to get
                             my approval to proceed.
                         c. Robert called to report completion of the task and I paid him via credit
                             card, and received the appropriate receipts.

Eric and his crew will be my go to pumber for this unit, the process was seamless.  The price was very fair and Robert took the time to detailed possible outcomes from the initial leak.  He recommended against replacing the entire Shower Valve Assembly ($700) because he believe that it would be unecessary at this time.  I can't say enough about Eric and his employee Robert and highly recommend them to you.

Highly recommended for Cooling and Heating services! I just had a complete new system installed and I couldn't be more happier. The process was easy from start to finish. The prices were great along with the service I received. Personable, professional and reasonable.

I highly recommend North Valley Mechanical for HVAC service.  The first company the home warranty assigned said they could not get to the property for four days!  I called the home warranty to have the work order reassigned.  I could not wait that long because the tenants had small children.  I called North Valley and they were able to get someone out the same day which is incredible.  The problem was minor (a broken wire) so it was fixed right away. I really liked the report, pictures of the label on the HVAC unit and the tech included the age of the unit. I know the home warranties don't pay much so I appreciate North Valley making this repair a priority.  From the office staff to the technicians the service was excellent.

I can't recommend Brett highly enough. I found his pricing to be fair and the customer service is top notch. Brett truly went above and beyond my expectations!!!

New AC Install: Very satisfied with the service! It was a fairly complicated install into our attic/crawl space. They were even here later than expected due to that, but managed to get the job done (and correctly) so we could have our new AC install completed for the night! We had put in for a rebate with SRP and they handled the paperwork for us promptly and correctly the first time and we got our rebate a few weeks later. We also received a nice little gift card in the mail today thanking us for the business, and OUR time. WOW! A little reminder on getting a free check up for the winter months approaching as well. What else can I say? We had gotten 8 bids on the new AC install and went with AC doctors and I am ONE HAPPY CUSTOMER! Thank you!!!!!!!!

Moved into a new home and needed some electrical work done. They finished in a reasonable time and the price was very fair. I'd definitely recommend them for my future projects!

I reached out to Freddy's via Yelp after leaving a message with another A/C company with a 5 star rating on Yelp. The other guys never called me  back, but Freddy called me right away! He was friendly and asked if I was available that day. He came out that day, checked everything out, fixed the problem, charged me a fair fee and left. No B.S., just good old fashioned quality service with no price gouging.

The owner Mike is prompt, courteous, quick to fix the problem, explained everything and has very honest prices. I couldn't be happier with the service.

We had our Air Conditioner replaced yesterday.  After getting estimates we chose Four Seasons Home Services.  Jorge / George and his team did a great job!  They were here on time.  He gave us updates every few hours!  They were friendly, efficient, professional and extremely knowledgeable!  They wore masks in our home.  They cleaned up every little thing.  I worked with Their dispatcher Roxanne and she was great!  She was friendly and keep me updated throughout the entire process!  Their customer service skills are top notch!  We highly recommend this company!

I Highly recommend Scot Morgan from American Cooling & Heating for replacing or repairing your A/C. He came out on 4th of July to replace two units that were over 20yrs old. Before we knew it we had 55 degree air coming out of our vents and the house is as cool as its ever been! Cheapest prices, best customer service and I couldn't be happier with their work!

I've had a horrible experience from the beginning. I called them because I had poor air flow through out my vents. Finally got someone to come out (Scott) to take a look and see what the issue was. He walked around the house and pointed out I needed more vents in my house. Ok? How does that help to increase airflow? He also said I need new vent covers. He never went into the attic to see the system/air duct. He just said he will put new flex duct work up there. Again ok? How do you know if you never actually inspected the system. He quoted me about 3k to do everything. Although I was questioning his diagnosis I figured since they were a big company they knew what they were doing. I should of listened to my gut instinct. After the job completion last year we still had poor air flow. They came out twice and said everything was fine. Really? Air is barely coming out of the vents. So this recent summer my A/C unit  (brand new) stopped working. I called another company to check it out. They said that my return line and duct work was under sized so my unit over heated and shut it's self off. Ok, wtf did I just pay 3k for!!! These guys were supposed to correct all this! I just gave up on this company because it was clear they have no idea what they were doing. So unfortunately I had to pay another 3k to get it done correctly. Now I have great airflow and my unit will not over work itself. So with this company I lost 3k and excessively high electric bills. Not that they care or anything because I did give them an opportunity to correct it which they refused to do. I can not recommend this company and I wish I could give them zero stars for the amount of money I lost.

Last week the air conditioning in my house stopped blowing cold air.  It was only circulating warm air.  I called Goettl and they sent a technician that arrived at my house in just under 2 hours.

A number of issues were found including needing two pounds of refrigerant and a new thermostat.  The air feels colder now than it has in a number of years.

I would recommend Goettl to my friends.
