Best Heating & Air Conditioning/HVAC in United States

Tracy was very prompt and found some issues during a routine HVAC inspection and tune-up on two of my properties recently. Explained what was wrong. The bills were very reasonable. He is my go-to HVAC man for all my properties now.

I first used AirTime for a maintence service and I was pleased with the service and recommendations that Travis suggested. After obtaining quotes from other companies and AirTime, I decided to purchase a new heat pump ac unit from them. Brian, the owner during the quoting process made it easy and was very professional,. The installation process was great and Brian followed up with us a couple of weeks afterwards to check-in. Overall, great experience and highly recommended.

The dreaded AC unit problem where it craps out at 10 PM. Called M & R and they came out in a VERY timely manner to get it back up and working. Could not have had a better experience! Highly recommend this company.

I had my AC go out around 11pm. We had my daughters birthday party scheduled with a bunch of kids staying the night so I needed someone out quick! I looked on Yelp and seen the reviews so I called around midnight and left a message. I didn't expect a call right back but I did, they set up a time for first thing in the morning. Tech came out and made quick work of troubleshooting the issue. I have worked with AC units before so I pretty much knew what the problem was, but had to work on the other side of town that day. I was nervous to have someone look at it because of horror stories that I have heard AC companies ripping customers off. I couldn't have been more pleased to hear the low cost of the repair and timely matter that it was done! I would highly recommend this company and will be my primary service provider moving forward.

I've hired Hansen Family Plumbing a few times for various projects. Erik the owner is prompt to respond, efficient and knowledgeable. Robert, has always been on time, does great work and leaves my place clean. I'm not comfortable with plumbing jobs so Hansen Family are my guys!

Isaac call before showing up was running early .  He was very polite answer questions, quick and efficient.  Even when I called for appointment, person that answered professional and polite great service all around. Great job!!  Will call Desert Diamond again in the future.

Highly recommended for Cooling and Heating services! I just had a complete new system installed and I couldn't be more happier. The process was easy from start to finish. The prices were great along with the service I received. Personable, professional and reasonable.

Because of our home warranty, we had to use this company to repair our a/c. Luckily our a/c was still functioning because they could not come out until the following week. The tech that came out hardly said a word to me, but before he left he told me that he was not able to complete the job and that an additional appointment would have to be made. I waited over a week to hear back from them. The same tech showed up, and completed the job. I didn't even realize he was using the gate outside because he was also walking through the house and using the patio door. He left the gate wide open, and my dog ran away! Thank goodness some wonderful people chased down my dog and called me before I even realized what had happened. They got the job done, but service was slow and we almost lost our dog because of them!

Brett was great....super responsive, very knowledgeable and extremely professional, also very affordable for a service call.... he assisted me in looking at my unit to verify its current condition as I am going through a home warranty claim and wanted a second opinion...you can't go wrong with the Arizona A/C Man!

For a place calling themselves the A/C Doctors, I was sent a tech with terrible bedside manner.
The tech was rude and dismissive of questions I had. I would not use them again.

Moved into a new home and needed some electrical work done. They finished in a reasonable time and the price was very fair. I'd definitely recommend them for my future projects!

This is an updated review, our AC stopped working in the middle of June in Phoenix AZ. After some research I found a company called Larson. They had good reviews but when I spoke to them I felt like they were trying to sell this contract that I didn't want so that's when I found Freddy's online. I called Freddy on a Sunday morning and he explained that he was very busy, he could maybe see us in the later evening but if something changed he would let me know. 2 hours later (early afternoon) he called and said he was close by and he got to us early! After a short period of time he explained to me that he had pinpointed the problem. It was my coil that had a leak. I told him that coil had been replaced recently by Collins Comfort and instead of trying to sell me so he could do the work, he mentioned that I should call Collins Comfort first. He told me that Collins Comfort should come out and fix it for free. So I called and he was right. Collins Comfort explained to me that all the labor, parts and work are free of charge but there is no coil at the moment and that my AC would be down until they could get the coil from the manufacturer. Collins Comforts Technician said that there was nothing they could do and to get a hotel until the coil arrived. After 2 days in a hotel, Freddy called me to check up on the AC. I told him what was going on and he said he would stop by the house later. He showed up to our house with a plan to do a temporary fix until our part arrived. Something that Collins Comfort never mentioned. Freddy treated us like family. Freddy was always thinking about the best interest of his customer. Freddy never tried to take advantage of us he always gave us the best advice for our pockets even if that meant him not getting the job! Freddy honesty and integrity is something very hard to find now days. Our AC is still working perfectly on this temporary fix while we wait on our coil that still hasn't arrived and Freddy just called me again recently to see how our AC is doing. Thank you Freddy! You saved us! You saved us a lot of money and you saved our home! I will always recommend you to all my friends and family!

Mike and the guys at True North are top notch. My old builder-grade AC system was on its last legs. I received a few quotes to replace my dual system, but True North's was the best. And Mike was very courteous and knowledgeable. When it came time for the system replacement, Mike and Johnny were very professional and thorough and did a great job! These guys are passionate about HVAC and know what they're doing. I highly recommend True North!

We had our Air Conditioner replaced yesterday.  After getting estimates we chose Four Seasons Home Services.  Jorge / George and his team did a great job!  They were here on time.  He gave us updates every few hours!  They were friendly, efficient, professional and extremely knowledgeable!  They wore masks in our home.  They cleaned up every little thing.  I worked with Their dispatcher Roxanne and she was great!  She was friendly and keep me updated throughout the entire process!  Their customer service skills are top notch!  We highly recommend this company!

Having been in AZ for 7 years and have been burned by multiple HVAC companies until I found Scot and American Cooling and Heating.  They replaced 2 units on our home and saved us nearly $10K.  The also cover our businesses and are awesome.  Everybody should work with them!

Yes, you do get what you pay for!  But in some cases you can get the same product(that you sell)for much much cheaper!  Your company happens to be one of those cases.  Smart people do research and find a better price.  Your profit margin is way too high! You can find some of the same ac units you sell for much cheaper.

UPDATE: I'm very disappointed, this is the third time I have made an appointment to get my (rejuvenation). I had 3 a/c units installed about 3 years ago in the beginning for your yearly check up I made an appointment and they were there. Now the last three times they would call and say they are running behind will get back to me. Then it gets to late,then I have to reschedule. I have 3 units and it takes a while to get them done. I had an appointment for today that I made a month ago, so I didn't hear from anyone. So I called to see when they were coming out, they put my on hold for a while then said I'm on a list to reschedule. I made the appointment a month ago and they are going to call me on the day to reschedule. And I pay $300. + a year for a membership. For what?  UPDATE: I rescheduled an appointment for 8/17 21 and I was dealing with Ernestine and she was very helpful, she said it will be from 10 to 1:00 pm and someone will call me the night before. i never heard from anyone , so the next day at 10 am i called to find out if they are still coming. they told me I'm on the schedule for 10 to 1, so at 1:15 haven't heard from anyone so i called they said you are on the schedule for 10 to 4 and someone will get there by then.  Again this is the fourth time this same thing has happened i payed 300 dollars for a membership and i have not even used it because they can not make there appointments. and if you ask to talk to a manager they tell you they cant switch you over they have to email one and they will call you back. well I'm still waiting from 7/29/21 and haven't heard from anyone.  And Michael A that responded how do you private message you, if you go on goettl web site and click on message it just goes blank.
