Best Heating & Air Conditioning/HVAC in United States

Tracy was very prompt and found some issues during a routine HVAC inspection and tune-up on two of my properties recently. Explained what was wrong. The bills were very reasonable. He is my go-to HVAC man for all my properties now.

I'll be honest, I did not have a company in mind, so I went to Yelp and read some of the other reviewers. I decided to give AirTime a shot and really felt as if I hit a bullseye.

AirTime did an excellent job from start to finish. Making an appointment was a breeze and my technician, Grant, was awesome. He was polite courteous, and knowledgeable. He took the time to thoroughly explain what was going on with my situation and laid out all of my options.

Was very impressed by Grant's professionalism; sometimes you get that sleazy feeling that the technician is going to try sell you this and that, but I never felt that. He came off very honest and genuine in my opinion.

This was definitely a 5 star experience and would highly recommend them if you have any a/c or heater issues.

My AC went out and I messaged them and they came the next morning and fixed it fast! Aaron T. Was very nice and explained what was going on and even explained to my husband on the phone so we understood! Thank you so much! We'll definitely be returning customer when we need it!

CW came to repair my home AC this past Tuesday and installed a totally brand new Trane system by 2:30 P.M. today, Friday! The service was both personal and excellent. And, of course, the total contract price was $2k less than I had anticipated. I am ultra pleased with CW, their work, service and cost. I would recommend them to anyone! I got a bargain and am very pleased and satisfied!

Good people - extremely professional and take the time to actually inspect everything and then walk you through what they found so you can understand. Not the cheapest I found out there, but chose them because they were the most professional and transparent and I wasn't disappointed. Bryan made sure everything was taken care of through the whole process.

When I called Desert Diamond I requested that an AC technician troubleshoot a recurring problem with my AC unit.  As the outside temp increased to 100 deg , the compressor would shut off intermittently and the air handler would continue to work.  Mario, the AC tech, arrived yesterday afternoon and most importantly he LISTENED to my description of the problem.  When he tested the unit's capacitor he noticed an irregularity that was only visible for a few seconds and then its functioning was back to normal.  With no pressure placed on me to purchase a new capacitor, he indicated that it could be contributing to the problem.  I authorized replacement of the part.  The result was amazing.  The home is cool, the AC compressor is working well and I'm a happy customer.  Thank you Desert Diamond for hiring this competent technician who listens!

Highly recommended for Cooling and Heating services! I just had a complete new system installed and I couldn't be more happier. The process was easy from start to finish. The prices were great along with the service I received. Personable, professional and reasonable.

I have nothing but good things to say about this company. Derek and Rashard are absolutely fantastic technicians. Straight shooters and no non-sense. I had 2 other companies come out (sent by my home warranty) that absolutely bs'd me on my issues. My previous AC unit was a 1993 model and all other companies would put bandaids on it, it would work for a couple of hours and then crap out. Finally when I was fed up and told my home warranty to send out someone that knew what they are doing they sent out North Valley Mechanical. Rashard showed up diagnosed my problem and said, I can keep putting bandaids on it but the unit NEEDS to be replaced. I was relieved that someone was finally honest with me. We gave them the go-ahead to get a new unit. The day of the install they showed up early (8am-9am) show up time and had the entire job completed by noon. If you need quality work done look no further. And to their supervisors, give those dudes a raise, a paid day off, or something. Those are 2 quality journeymen that deserve all the accolades in the world.

The technician that covered our appointment, Gerardo, was incredibly professional, courteous and thorough; he was very patient with us in making sure that we understood what he was seeing and what the cause could be. He showed us pictures/videos of his finding every step of the way and kept us informed. We will definitely be requesting him personally next time we need anything done. Spending money on repairs is never fun, but he really made us feel at ease and gave us the reassurance we needed to know we were not being asked to spend anything more than what was needed. His knowledge of A/C work is top notch.

Moved into a new home and needed some electrical work done. They finished in a reasonable time and the price was very fair. I'd definitely recommend them for my future projects!

It's interesting how things work out..if you have followed my other reviews you could follow a timeline of repairs/installs I've had done to a recently purchased home. It's so hit and miss of finding a fair, honest, trustworthy and personable company. It's even more difficult to find these top-notch business professionals because there are so many paid fake positive reviews.

I chose Freddy's because they don't charge a fee to diagnose the problem. I can't encourage you enough, don't pay a company to come out to tell you what is wrong. Do you pay your mechanic upfront to diagnose a problem? Do you pay for your restaurant dinner before eating (Country Buffett is different)?

Freddy was responsive immediately via Yelp and then I called him and he was available within 15 minutes (this was at 6pm on 12/18/19.

He came to our property. He introduced himself. He had his equipment ready. He is like able. He listened to my concerns. He diagnosed the problem.

The price to repair the issue was a sticker shock because I was hoping it was something small but since we recently bought the house and most inspectors don't do a thorough job it's quite likely that our heat pump had never produced heat. After all it was installed by Hobaica (1 star).

However, the price quoted including labor was honest and fair. I know because the following day I spoke with a superintendent of a recognizable new home builder and he called his friend and the price quoted was lower than what the average price to normally repair things of this nature.

Freddy has a 1yr parts warranty, which is standard and 2 years on labor. He also shared his cost on yearly heat pump maintenance, which is below the market price.

I'm keeping Freddy's number and I'm happy to write this word of mouth review.

We recently purchase our new home and knew we would need HVAC services right away. The owner was prompt , responsive, and upfront about costs. He arrived on time, and was able to accomplish all repairs in a timely manner. He came back the following day to follow up on some other issues we were having and gave us a descent estimate on a complete replacement on our entire system. We look forward to working with him again soon and would recommend him to friends and family.

Hands down the best company you'll find. Honest work and great pricing.  The technician did a great job and was very thorough.  Explained everything in detail.  Took the time to explain every minor detail and at the end of the day earned a lifelong customer.  Britni was a pleasure to deal with for scheduling and pricing and Chris was the amazing technician that came out. Dont waste your time with other companies, go straight to this one!!!!

In the dead of summer we noticed our air conditioning was broken. Being that it was around 8pm I figured there was no way we could get it fixed before morning. We called American Cooling and Heating and spoke with Tim. Tim asked us a few questions and then said he could be over in a half hour. After just a few minutes Tim had diagnosed the problem and provided a reasonable price to fix. In under an hour we had air again! We can't thank American Cooling and Heating enough and will definitely be calling them in the future!

Had a gentleman do the annual service on my AC all the way out in Buckeye and then a couple weeks later it broke down. Peter came out and replaced the part without charging me a service fee. They stand by their work and their word.

Very disappointed in the service I have received from Goettl. I had a new hot water heater installed by Dayton exactly 1 year ago. Fast forward to a couple days ago and my hot water heater is not working--the pilot light won't stay lit. Come to find out Dayton sold the business to Goettl, who no longer has a plumbing department in my area but is coming sometime in Q4.

I have had several calls with them only getting as far as the receptionist and being told I would be contacted by the manager John, but he never called back. Every conversation there is some vague answer like he has a vacation coming up but I'm not sure when, he might be in the office Monday and I have yet to talk to him. I was told my manufacturer's warranty would cover parts and labor, but no other plumbing company will do the labor to fix my water heater. So basically within 1 year of a brand new hot water heater I am stuck paying someone else to fix it and I haven't even been able to talk to the manager about it because his receptionists are running interference.

The kicker was that on one call with a receptionist I just asked for an email with my warranty information. She said she would send it. She never did so when I called back a few hours later asking for it, she sends my invoice and acts like I'm the dumb one for asking where the warranty information is. Then she realized she sent something else and when I asked for the warranty information, I got the I'll have John call you line again--which he never did.

Very poor service and no backing of a brand new product I bought new with warranty parts and labor a year ago.
