Tracy was very prompt and found some issues during a routine HVAC inspection and tune-up on two of my properties recently. Explained what was wrong. The bills were very reasonable. He is my go-to HVAC man for all my properties now.

On time, thorough, efficient, honest and reasonably priced. Thank you. Will be doing business with this company in the future.

My A/C went out during the night (it's August) so at 3am I'm on Yelp to find a repair company.  I see the M & R is 24 hrs but I don't want to wake anyone up (it's not THAT bad), but I do call at 6 am.  And,  nice man answers and says he will have someone out around 8 am and Ryan shows up on time;  finds the problem, has the part on his truck, fixes it!  The part has a 5 year warranty, the service charge was SO minimal.  I asked some questions about other A/C needs and he was very thorough and patient and realistic.   They are a keeper!!

CW Air Conditioning and Heating is a great company!  They delivered everything they said they would!  They were professional and friendly!  The owner Chris was always available to take my calls and cares about his customers!  I highly recommend this company!

Enrique has been coming for years to service my 20 year old systems.  He keeps them running in tip top shape and doesn't try to sell me anything that is not necessary.  Monthly cost for this service is less than a one time charge to have the serviced once.  Plus there are other perks.  They are always on time, clean, and take all necessary precautions.  We are looking at replacing the system, and they are our choice to do it.

These guys responded very quick and came out same day to fix my AC problem. They gave a second opinion to a different company and fixed the issue.

We use Hansen for our three commercial buildings/ offices. We have large AC units that they help to manage on a quarterly basis. John and Mark have been out here quite a few times because our previous HVAC company didn't manage the units like they should have. Each time they have been responsive, communicative and honest about the work that needed to be done. I can't recommend them enough for the work they continue to do and their diligence to make sure our systems work properly.

This is a copy of your invoice. Your price for the capacitors is not on there since your tech wouldn't  write it down. I ask for a cleaning nothing more. Your tech went for the upsale right off the bat.  Did not service the unit at all. He quoted 453.00 per capacitor plus tax. I have no reason to lie. I get nothing out of that.  All I wanted was to get the unit cleaned nothing more. So my review stands.

Highly recommended for Cooling and Heating services! I just had a complete new system installed and I couldn't be more happier. The process was easy from start to finish. The prices were great along with the service I received. Personable, professional and reasonable.

Just thought you should be aware that the owner of this company has been reported to the insurance provider. He lies through fabrication of stories. My recommendation is to steer far away this this owner and do not let him near your home.

Eduardo did a phenomenal job today, he patiently completed a knowledge transfer on why my AC capacitor was not working.  My AC was fixed same day as my mom has multiple sclerosis and cannot be under any heat.  He was professional and friendly, because of Eduardo I would recommend AC Doctors.

Moved into a new home and needed some electrical work done. They finished in a reasonable time and the price was very fair. I'd definitely recommend them for my future projects!

Legit company and amazing owner. Very quick and professional had my ac running within minutes and explained exactly what was wrong and gave me a few tips on how to take care of the unit outside. I will not go with any other company. Don't waste your time going to a big company on tv that will only tax u on their fees. This is your guy right here .Thank you Freddy!

We needed to replace our AC units and we called True North AC and Mike came by and looked at all of our equipment including in the attic and gave us options for new units and quotes for all the options. He gave a great price and started the job a couple of days later. He was very personable and knowledgeable and went above and beyond to get the equipment installed and also redo the duct work that wasn't installed properly when the house was built. I would highly recommend Mike to do any AC work big or small.

I had a huge problem and was getting frustrated with getting different answers from different AC companies.  Called and spoke with Kevin and he provided excellent customer service, I would highly recommend this company!

We lost our air conditioning Friday night. Saturday was spent trying to get repair men to show and then actually know what they were doing. Once it became established we need a new unit, Sunday was spent dealing with slick salesmen or no show companies to give us a bid. Fortunately, I found American Cooling! A quick no nonsense call and I had a bid, and an appointment to install on Tuesday morning.
Shawn showed up promptly and began the disconnect work, the boom truck showed up promptly and switched the units out. Shawn finished the job professionally and was just a great guy! We are so impressed with Shawn as an installer and Scott as the owner. We highly recommend this company!

The service department is great , they get 5 stars in my book . The 2 star rating  is for the installing crew . Bait and switch is the best way to explain what I experienced . Professional salesman gave me a quote ,but on December 18 2015 , the 2 men that installed my new unit were sloppy , rushed the whole time , left loose ends , and the unit quit working the next day .   A service tech did come by the next day and got the unit running again .After looking at the unit on my roof and in the attic, it looked like the installers just gave up and left . After calling 3 times to find out when someone would be coming back to finish the job , it took 48 days for a tech to come by and complete the loose ends. The service department is great and will continue using them ,but unfortunately this installing crew is their weak link .

Called looking for a quote, call taker and her supervisor at a company that installs water softeners on daily basis would not give me an estimate.  This should have been a red flag but they seemed like a family company.  

2 guys showed up to give an estimate- then their supervisor called me and gave me a quote,  $4-6,000.  I said I would think about it which I don't think is inappropriate.  Supervisor then uses 1950's sales tactic- oh I was under the impression you wanted this done today, which I never said at any point.  I laughed and within 20 mins I had another company scheduled to come install my water softener.
