Best Heating & Air Conditioning/HVAC in United States

This is long over due since he fixed our AC three weeks ago! We got a quote from Yelp for help when it was slowly getting warm and he came and fixed it that day. Also he was fair priced and on top of that he only fixed what was necessary and didn't pressure us to buy a new AC. He gave his opinion and said we should save for a new AC since it will last maybe another year. I appreciate the honesty and straightforwardness.

This is my first time using AirTime, and I couldn't be happier.  The first sign of a good company was the courtesy call 20 min. prior to the techs arrival.  Having dealt with AC companies & various other contractors before, I was ready for the sales pitch after my AC units were given their annual maintenance.  I was wrong! Shawn, the service manager that came out, was very honest with me. He made me aware that one of my units was very old, and didn't want me to waste my money on that unit because of its age. He informed me that the unit will need to be replaced soon, and the smart move was to save my money and prepare for a new unit.  He didn't try and sell me or scare me into purchasing a new unit on the spot or some nonsense repairs. Shawn told me what was needed and approximately how much longer I had.  I requested a quote on a new unit and he gave me a fair price that will be tough to beat.  Because of his honesty and professionalism, I will be going to AirTime for all my heating and cooling needs.  The gained a customer for life.  Not only that, but Shawn was great to my dog :)

With all that being said, I highly recommend AirTime for all your heating and cooling needs.  They are honest and very fair. You won't be disappointed.

We were thrilled with the service from M&R today. We had originally scheduled installation of a new smart thermostat this coming week, but then needed help with getting our AC working again after some chiller work on our condo building yesterday. Matthew immediately sent out a repair person -- who was amazingly good. He got us up and running, and also installed the new thermostat. He was friendly, fast and just plain good to work with.

We've already given the company name to two condo board members. But mostly, it's so great to have amazing, competent service!

This company was referred to us by our electrician as our A/C had been out for 36 hours, the company the home warranty referred was not available for Four more days! I called Brian in desperation, advising him of our situation.  Even though they were booked for the day he said he would get someone out to us today!  Only minutes after I hung up with him the technician called me and said they were on their way, I nearly cried.  Enrique showed up as expected and reviewed the situation.  They were very kind, courteous and professional while in our home, they advised me of the situation with photos taken of our unit.  They said they could repair it right away, and they did!!  So now, I am so thankful we called and received the recommendation because they were absolutely wonderful!  I absolutely recommend A Quality HVAC for their work, professionalism and compassion!  A+++

I've hired Hansen Family Plumbing a few times for various projects. Erik the owner is prompt to respond, efficient and knowledgeable. Robert, has always been on time, does great work and leaves my place clean. I'm not comfortable with plumbing jobs so Hansen Family are my guys!

Horrible clean up. The buyers of my house had them out to investigate the HVAC. The rep got up in the attic and left his blanket and didn't put anything back. To top it off insulation is now blowing through my vents which has never happened in the 2+ years I've lived here. Would not recommend this company.

Highly recommended for Cooling and Heating services! I just had a complete new system installed and I couldn't be more happier. The process was easy from start to finish. The prices were great along with the service I received. Personable, professional and reasonable.

From start to finish Kendra and her team were amazing. We've got a mini split unit in our garage that we've always had trouble finding somebody to maintain. One call to the office on a Friday afternoon and they say they've got 2 qualified technicians that work on mini splits. We can send Jared out Tuesday afternoon if that works as I live far in the East Valley around Gateway Airport. Perfect! I work full-time and run my own business and can't afford to take a lot of time off I asked if they could call me 30 minutes away. Jared text me when he was 30 minutes away.. We met at my house he was knowledgeable, professional and Pleasant to work with. He explain to me exactly what was wrong with my unit, we needed a new run Cap as well as we needed to recharge the Freon. He made sure the AC blowing into my garage was as cold as could be.
Thanks Jared and Kendra You guys saved us a ton of time and money, you came out the first time with the knowledge to fix the unit without having to go do research as to why the unit wasn't working or staying on like other companies have had to do in the past.

Brett, I can't thank you enough for going the extra mile today.  Today I called Arizona A/C Man after waiting for two days in this crazy Arizona heat to have someone come and look at my HVAC. One company Admiral Air Conditioning & Heat ,LLC came out and spent less than ten minutes total assessing my issues and said I needed an electrician and left $65.00 later. The next day Sun Belt Electric came out to resolve my issues, but didn't bring a ladder tall enough to accomplish the task.  They said they would find someone who could... they didn't.  I was extremely frustrated. I called Brett at 4:55pm and he arrived at my house by 5:30 pm. Seriously?!! Who does that? No one that is who!....no one gives that type of personalized service and quick response.  Brett was very thorough and very much unlike the other two companies who came out to resolve my cooling issues but couldn't. He had three different sets of ladders, all the tools and equipment needed to repair my HVAC and get it running again. The funny thing is, it wasn't my HVAC. Someone had taken shortcuts previously and had created electrical issues where none existed previously. Arizona A/C Man identified the problem, corrected it and charged me a small nominal fee for his efforts. Lastly, and this impressed me to no end, it was on the gusty, thunderous, stormy side today.  I would have understood fully if he would have suggested another date and time, but Brett went up on the roof regardless. Tonight at 11:11 pm I sit in an extremely cooled environment and ready for a great nights sleep! Thank you sir, for having integrity, a phenomenal work ethic and a sincere desire to help someone in need.

Our AC went out sometime between 3:30-4:15pm today while we were at the grocery store. Everything seemed fine but there was no air blowing out of most of our vents, and lukewarm air coming out of the kitchen vent. We were pretty stressed as this is a fairly new unit (replaced in 2017).

I hopped on to Yelp to find someone to come out and went with AC Doctors due to their reviews and their verified license. By 4:30pm we had a technician scheduled to arrive between 5-8pm. By 4:45pm I had a text message telling me who our technician was, along with his rating and a picture, and by 5:07 our doorbell rang.

Ian quickly checked our AC and diagnosed the problem (which was due to our own stupidity with a filter) and had our AC back up and running within minutes. We purchased our home 2 months ago and the sellers were supposed to fix the condensate line in our attic prior to close, but it was clearly not done by a professional. Ian was able to get that fixed and help prevent dry wall damage in the future.

Overall, this was a very positive experience, and we will definitely be using AC Doctors again in the future!

Moved into a new home and needed some electrical work done. They finished in a reasonable time and the price was very fair. I'd definitely recommend them for my future projects!

I reached out to Freddy's via Yelp after leaving a message with another A/C company with a 5 star rating on Yelp. The other guys never called me  back, but Freddy called me right away! He was friendly and asked if I was available that day. He came out that day, checked everything out, fixed the problem, charged me a fair fee and left. No B.S., just good old fashioned quality service with no price gouging.

We recently relocated from the East Valley to Carefree and called the A/C company that we had used prior to come out and service our A/C Unit and since they don't service the area I asked if they had another company they would recommend, and they recommended Four Seasons Home Services, and now I know why! Four Seasons Home Services has been the best A/C service company to deal with from scheduling to the service techs that came out, Carlos and Romario. I must say that I was very impressed with Carlos and Romario and the level of Professionalism, Attention to Detail and the willingness to go the Extra Mile in Customer Service! I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND this company to anyone, so much so that being a REALTOR I now know who my GO-TO Company will be and I will be recommending them to my clients who need A/C and/or Plumbing services! These days it's rare to come across a company that one can say is an honest company and that offers FAIR PRICES, well I can now (for once) say that! And most of all their front line staff, the face of the company if you will, are obviously hand picked by the owner, Kevin, with care to represent his company. I saw that demonstrated in Carlo and Romario, and even the employee who I'd been talking to on the phone, Britni. Your company now has now gained yet another advocate that will be highly recommending your services! I had a fantastic experience with American Cooling and Heating. I called on a Sunday afternoon in July and a technician (Al) was at my door in less than an hour. Al quickly diagnosed the problem with my air conditioner. I was pleasantly surprised when he told me that he had the part on his truck. Al fixed the problem in less than an hour and I was back to having a cool house!  The next day a manager (Scott) called me to let me know that he had talked to my home warranty company and was able to get everything paid for by the home warranty company. I can whole heartedly recommend American Cooling and Heating. They are fast, friendly, knowledgeable, and honest. Al and Scott are assets to the company. Thank you for making a bad experience (no air conditioning in Arizona in July) a great experience.

**Update: almost 3 weeks later:  I had a separate, unrelated issue with my air conditioner today.  I was so happy when my home warranty company, once again, said I could contact American Cooling and Heating to fix the problem. Scott answered the phone immediately and took the report. He dispatched Al again, who was out within the hour and fixed the problem with friendly, fast service. The repair cost was reasonable and once again, I don't have to worry about my air conditioner. Love this company and Al and Scott!!

Used Howard Air through Angie's List promotion. They came out, did an inspection, and came back to get my A.C. unit up to par even though it's 10 years past it's general life span. Explained to me everything that was wrong with it and were willing to fix the most important issues for a reasonable price.

We had them come out to give us a bid on a very basic 2.5 ton 14 seer AC unit. It is a second unit for a less populated side of the house so basic is all we needed. WOW as the salesmen said we are not the cheapest. That was an understatement. They are very experience. Like 4-5 thousand over our lowest bids from other countries companies. Not sure how they stay in business.
