Best Heating & Air Conditioning/HVAC in United States

We are selling our house and needed to fix a couple things with our HVAC unit. I contacted J&M Sunday night through Yelp and they scheduled me right away and were out first thing Monday morning. They checked out the things listed in our inspection report and addressed what needed to actually be fixed. Didn't pressure us into anything extra. Simple and affordable and fast couldn't ask for anything better!

We woke up to a warm house and found the fan on the unit wasn't working. Of course, it's Sunday so we are expecting huge fees and long waits. These guys were unexpected; first, they have Sunday hours, then they arrived within an 1.5 hour of my initial call and did not have an outrageous weekend fee! Super impressed and will use them again. Brad was great and had us in cooler air in no time

Responded in minutes, was over in an hour. Quickly identified the issue and had unit running when he left. This guy is no-nonsense and honest. It's been two weeks and the unit is still working great. Highly recommend!

CW came to repair my home AC this past Tuesday and installed a totally brand new Trane system by 2:30 P.M. today, Friday! The service was both personal and excellent. And, of course, the total contract price was $2k less than I had anticipated. I am ultra pleased with CW, their work, service and cost. I would recommend them to anyone! I got a bargain and am very pleased and satisfied!

I'm debating whether it is 4 or 5 star, but leaning towards 5. The most important things are the workmanship, availability, accuracy and professionalism. These were all aced with flying colors. You get what you pay for. It wasn't a cheap AC replacement. They were ready within an hour of my call to add additional refrigerant. They were available to reschedule as needed. They turned on a dime for me. They got me the energy rebate I requested, without me having to lift a finger. They worked directly with my insurance to make sure I was taken care of. They make detailed reports and can explain the more decisions. Even though I didn't need the extra thermostat at this time, it was included in the package. I had to ask for it when it came time to pay the bill. I think it was complimentary along with the install but they still itemize free things on the receipt. The complimentary refrigerant was left off the receipt, the only exception.

Arcadia provided great service on a same day service call- it was even Father's Day. The problem was quickly diagnosed and service was completed at a very reasonable price. I would highly recommend and will be using again for all my HVAC needs.

I called and got same day service. They came out and repaired my toilet I called about and also looked and did a quick fix on another toilet I had for no charge. Lenny was our guy and he was funny and cleaned everything up better than when he got there. I will definitely use them again in the future and recommend to my family and friends! I had my entire HVAC system (2 units) removed and replaced with Trane units. Desert Diamond was honest and up front from the beginning and provided a very competitive/professional quote. Cody gave me the original quote, he was absolutely great, he even took calls when off and kept his promises. The installation crew I couldn't have been happier with. They were neat, clean and professional. The quality of the work was unbelievable, and I am very picky. I absolutely love my new Trane units. Anthony recently came out for my first year inspection/tune up included in the installation, he was very thorough and polite. Today, Mario came to check on a slight rattle and quickly diagnosed and fixed it. Mario was very friendly, courteous and thorough. And lastly, the ladies in the office have always been very polite and have provided the best customer service I've ever experienced. That's very rare to find with an HVAC company. I very highly recommend Desert Diamond for any HVAC services.

Took advantage of an A/C pre-season tune up.   North Valley Mechanical was great.  The tech arrived on time and spent a good amount of time fully reviewing the unit.   He didn't try to sell me a bunch of stuff or repairs that I didn't need and told me that  my A/C was in good shape.   Thanks for your good service and honesty!

Dave came out on Monday gave me a great price on replacing my decrepit, forty year old evaporative cooler.  Told me he could do it that Wednesday. He was right on time, did a thorough and professional job. Saved me a lot of money compared to other estimates I received. He did everything he said he would do and he even dealt with an existing water issue that wasn't his responsibility and he was a pleasure to have at my home.

I contacted this company by phone after experiencing problems with a brand new unit that was installed by another company. It was a very complicated situation in which I had been told the manufacturer was replacing the unit. That never happened and after about 5 months I found True North Air Conditioning reviews on Yelp and Google and called. Mike (owner of True North) let me fully explain the situation on a weekend day (can't remember if it was Saturday or Sunday). I had actually called several companies that day and the calls just went to voicemail. Mike set an appointment to come see my unit found a leak and repaired it. A situation that I wrestled with for months was handled in just a few hours. I expected to pay 4 times what Mike charged me and he was more than fair. Mike has repeatedly followed up with me every 2 weeks or so to make sure everything is still satisfactory. I absolutely recommend True North Air Conditioning.

Hands down the best company you'll find. Honest work and great pricing.  The technician did a great job and was very thorough.  Explained everything in detail.  Took the time to explain every minor detail and at the end of the day earned a lifelong customer.  Britni was a pleasure to deal with for scheduling and pricing and Chris was the amazing technician that came out. Dont waste your time with other companies, go straight to this one!!!!

If you need a heating or cooling system, this is the place to go!!  Leadership always starts from the top down and Scot Moore runs his company with great integrity.  His men are proficient and knowledgeable.  I interviewed 3 others companies and their price was the fairest but also they were the only ones who wanted to do the job without cutting a hole in my ceiling - a little extra work on their part but a much better finished result.  I cannot say enough good things about their workmanship, response time and trying to give customers the best price.  5 Stars all the way.

Had a service contract with Howard Air for a couple of years and always found the technicians to be very competent, polite and efficient.  The reason I cancelled with them is because too often they would miss the appointment window - and most of the time they never called...I had to call.  I grew tired of the game-playing and didn't feel valued.  I figure they have their big jobs to grab first, but in the end, if you treat your contract customers this way, why should we be under contract?  Loyalty breeds loyalty.

Looked around the Phoenix area for an AC company. I own a few properties there and live in Las Vegas. Anyhow I was referred from my cousin who states that this is the best AC company in the industry so I figured I would give them a try despite some negative reviews. I called into the office and spoke to I believe a Veronica who was very nice and pleasant. Quite different from the other AC companies I tried as those companies answered the phone like a pizza shop (This is Howard Air) and were extremely unprofessional. I explained to Veronica that I own a few properties that I rent out in Phoenix and needed tune ups. She walked me through the entire process and I told her that I needed a solid time frame as I was coming in to get my units tuned up and leave. She locked me in for the first house from 8-10am and the second house from 10-12pm. My appt date was 9/15 as I showed up to my house at 8:30am (we all know businesses like this are never on time with time windows) I see a Goettl Truck parked in front of my house. I must say I was shocked as most companies if you are not home will leave a knocker and leave to reschedule. I was late, however the tech was STILL THERE, HOLY HELL.  I met the tech Tony G. He was very nice and presentable. When I asked him why he was still there he said we will always wait and be there for our customers. I was so impressed at that type of service answer I had to write this long review. I noticed that at the front door he stopped to put on booties, I told him he could just come in as I have tile and it didnt matter. He preceded to tell me that is there policy and would not bend. Again, showing a bit of integrity, really don't find that anymore. He went over what he was going to do then on to the job. Came back after about an hour and a half and went over all his findings. Told me about some loose wires he fixed for free and stated that my unit was fine. This couldn't make me happier, On to the second house. Again, at the door booties come on, and off when they go out, LOVE THIS SHIT. Second unit was a little more tricky as a blower motor was out. Of course my unit was bought in the 1800s and the part is almost impossible to find. This was the only thing I didnt like was that he warned me he might not be able to find the part till later. He called the shop and what do you know,  Some supplier way out in BFE has it. Of course I am thinking I will have to stay another day right?, NOPE. he has someone drive out to get the part and bring it over to install it. It might have taken 3 hrs, but I didnt have to stay another day as Goettl was sympathetic to my situation. The price was very reasonable and my air was working as it should. At this point I am so blown away by this company I asked if they had a maintenance plan? Of course I signed up both my houses for the next 2 years. As you can see not quite sure of other people experience to this company.  This is how most service companies should be ran and I am extremely happy to have service from Goettl. Ill be back in the spring for my summer tune up.
