Best Heating & Air Conditioning/HVAC in United States
This is long over due since he fixed our AC three weeks ago! We got a quote from Yelp for help when it was slowly getting warm and he came and fixed it that day. Also he was fair priced and on top of that he only fixed what was necessary and didn't pressure us to buy a new AC. He gave his opinion and said we should save for a new AC since it will last maybe another year. I appreciate the honesty and straightforwardness.

I had my AC serviced in May 2022. The tech who came out was very professional and answered all my questions. I neglected my AC unit for, uh, many years lol. I compared my SRP electricity bill from last year and the monthly bill is substantially lower after servicing. Thanks!

Great experience with Oscar from M&R! Oscar was patient going over this long-term issue I've had with my AC. I've had several AC repair companies out to fix the same issue, and it never has been resolved. Oscar went over the function that delivers the cooling and explained where things that are going wrong and needs to be addressed. They responded the same day and in the evening. The visit was more consultative, than sales. I appreciate that from Oscar and his team. I highly recommend M&R to anyone looking for a knowledgeable, consultative and professional AC company!

This is my new go-to AC/Heating contractor.
A year ago I had another company tell me that I needed to replace my 12 year old Trane heat pump because I had a Freon leak. I'm not here much in the summer and I have a split system so I put it off. When I came back into town in November everything was working OK and I got good heat out of that unit all winter.
I was due a servicing so I called CW based on their reviews and I'm glad I did. Rick came out and spent almost 2 hours checking out and cleaning both heat pumps. He couldn't find a leak and said everything was working fine and should continue to work OK for the foreseeable future.
I like honest people.

Enrique has been coming for years to service my 20 year old systems. He keeps them running in tip top shape and doesn't try to sell me anything that is not necessary. Monthly cost for this service is less than a one time charge to have the serviced once. Plus there are other perks. They are always on time, clean, and take all necessary precautions. We are looking at replacing the system, and they are our choice to do it.

I couldn't be more happier with my experience. Jimmy and Michael came out to service my air conditioner and fix my nest system. They were both extremely friendly and knowledgeable. They figured out the problem very quickly with my nest (wiring issues) they were able to fix fast. My A/C runs great now too. The whole time they communicated and told me what was going on the whole time. I will definitely be using again. Very happy I found this company.

I called based on all the good reviews. The receptionist was super friendly, fast and gave excellent service. Our tenant called because her sink was clogged up and leaking. They were quick to get out there. I asked how much it would be. She said $149 or $209 for one sink to be unclogged, just depends on if they can get to the clean out. Very reasonable..plumber went out right away. Then he calls to let us know he can't do anything because the pipe in the wall is corroded and he needed access to the condo on the other side and that it might be anywhere from $500-1000 to fix. The neighbor wasn't home at the time, thank goodness. He left and we got a $149 bill which we paid. We called the HOA to see if they would cover the pipe in the wall since it was for both units. They sent out their plumber and he said the sink basket was broke and that was the problem and that he could fix it but would charge us as well. My husband, at this point, was upset, went and bought the $16 part and fixed it himself.
He called the owner to let him know what happened hoping they would refund something since their plumber did nothing and he said no...that was their service fee. I think they could have been more fair on this part...$149 is pretty high considering the plumber was there for about 10 mins and did not even diagnose the problem.

Highly recommended for Cooling and Heating services! I just had a complete new system installed and I couldn't be more happier. The process was easy from start to finish. The prices were great along with the service I received. Personable, professional and reasonable.

I have been using this company for several years to maintain my AC and Heater. They consistently send out experienced honest techs. The prices are fair and they will do whatever they can to get you squeezed in quickly. Last night my air went out, I sent a facebook message and had a response within the hour. The tech came out this afternoon and my house is nice and cool! I highly recommed this company!

After dealing with some 'difficult' HVAC companies, Arizona A/C Man has been nothing but awesome to deal with. Brett is super professional and friendly. A pleasure to deal with. He checked out our (failing) AC motor and eventually replaced it under warranty in very short order for a very reasonable price on the labor. No doubt that I will call upon them again in the future.

Dr. Gerardo did a semiannual health check of our HVAC systems today. He has excellent, polite, professional manners. He appeared to have done a thorough check of our systems and he carefully reviewed his findings with me at the end. He explained various aspects about the health of our systems, not just findings. My experiences with AC doctors has been positive every time they have health checked and serviced our systems over the past several years. I fully intend to continue to be their customer.

Moved into a new home and needed some electrical work done. They finished in a reasonable time and the price was very fair. I'd definitely recommend them for my future projects!

Between answering my initial email at 1030PM to being available on a Sunday to work on my ac system , I can safely say I am highly impressed. Professional, friendly, safety conscious and fairly priced. I would recommend his repair services to anyone who wants to be treated fairly and provided with professional and personable service.

We decided to go with True North because of several reasons . We had 4-6 outfits quote and finally chose True North because of their ability to go through our options and listen to our questions. When installation day came it went so smoothly even as the weather was not helping. They came and completed our installation in a professional and timely manner. These people have pride in their company and the work they do. They have trust in each other also and this makes doing business with them very easy and assuring.

Carlos and his partner came out on short notice after when we turned our unit on for the first time this season, only to find no cooling. The techs were friendly, efficient, and best of all successful! We have cool air.

I would give ten stars if I could. Al came out to our house and was professional, courteous and knowledgeable. He kept us posted on when he would be here and the extra communication was very, very appreciated. He thoroughly reviewed our situation and advised us on how to handle/avoid a freeze up (my terminology!) in the future. I will recommend them to my friends and family and I highly recommend you call them too!!

We purchased a new AC unit from Howard Air last summer. The sales and installation process were great, and the company did honor our contract (which is the only reason for the 1 star), but as soon as we needed maintenance, their customer service really went downhill. It honestly felt like the company had already gotten their money from us, so they could jerk us around as long as they wanted while we needed our AC unit fixed.
We woke up last Saturday to our AC unit being completely out - the thermostat was off and the fuse had been tripped and would not turn back on. The AC had worked great prior to the company coming out for a routine service call a couple of weeks ago.
We called Howard Air as soon as we realized the AC was out, at about 7 a.m. They told us they would not be able to even come look at the unit until 6 p.m. Mind you I am four months pregnant and have two dogs and the high was 110. Meanwhile we were able to track down another company that would have been able to send a technician within an hour, yet we could not have them fix the unit since we were under contract with Howard Air.
After several persistent phone calls and threats to return the AC unit, we were told to expect a technician between 12 and 3 p.m. We sat in the heat all day and a technician never showed up until 7 p.m. We called multiple times to get an update, and the receptionist was unable to tell us a realistic time to expect service, and could only tell us that the technician was busy on another job.
Once the technician did show up extremely late, he looked at the unit for about an hour and a half, only to tell us that the part that needed to be replaced would not be available until Monday. Well, Monday came and went, and again after several calls to get an update on service we were only told that the part was on backorder and the receptionist did not know when the part would come in or when we could expect our unit to be fixed. Finally on Tuesday we received word that the part was in and the unit was fixed later that day.
We are very fortunate that we had relatives we could stay with for three nights and four days. What are customers supposed to do who either don't have a place to stay or who can't afford a hotel room? Not to mention we should not even be having problems with an AC unit that was barely purchased a year ago!
I truly do not know how in this day and age a company can be so clueless as to 1) where their workers are and how long their current job is expected to take and 2) the status of an item they have ordered. I am completely dumbfounded at the lack of communication and customer service from the receptionist and company as a whole - we would not have gotten half the updates we did if we had not been calling them proactively. The least they can do is give their customers appropriate estimates and updates.
I don't know how they can keep up with demand or continue to schedule appointments when there is no communication between the office and the technicians, and they have no idea where their orders are or how long anything will take. Are the technicians just given free reign with no accountability? Do they not have any tracking capabilities on the items they are ordering? I find it hard to believe that they can stay in business with practices like this.
After the treatment we received, I would not recommend this company if you would like to receive prompt and accurate service. We do not plan on doing business with them in the future.

I called Goettl for an issue with AC. A technician by the name of Aaron Martinez came in. He was very polite and professional. He completed the job with no issues. He was tidy, kind, and to the point. I always use these folks and have been very happy with them!!
