Update August 2020- Had an issue with our unit blowing a fuse yesterday in the 116° heat- Brian was immediately responsive and was able to send Vince out to check it and resolve it for us quickly. I am grateful for the great customer service once again!

We just had our entire A/C replaced by Vince and he was great!! He was friendly, efficient, and communicated everything so I could understand. I had a slight issue with payment- an extra charge came up for using a credit card that was not mentioned to me beforehand by a prior tech, and Vince immediately got on the phone with Brian his boss and they were able to resolve the issue for me. I really appreciated their willingness to provide great service on both fronts!

We bought a new home in 2014 and as new home owners never realized that our upstairs AC unit wasn't working as intended. We figured our warm 2nd floor was just a result of having two floors in the AZ heat. However, last year we finally had a company come out and check our unit. They recharged the unit and told us there was a leak but never bothered to find it. That particular company used a product that is supposed to seal leaks internally but as we've found out since, this is a  very bad idea and can lead to many issues down the road. Despite the unscrupulous application of the internal sealant, the upstairs was cool for the first time ever and we thought our problems were solved.

Fast forward to this summer and here it is hot upstairs again. I called a new company, one of the largest in the valley, to come offer us some advice. Of course after paying my $80 trip fee to get them out, I was quoted an exorbitant amount of money to repair the unit with no attempt made to locate the obvious leak. I told this company I would think about it and tried to figure out how we could possibly make the financials work to get the unit fixed.

This is where M&R comes in. I had called a couple places today based on reviews to try and get some insight into my troubles and make sure we weren't being  raked over the coals. Matthew returned my call promptly and was very helpful even on the phone insisting that the costly repair I was quoted probably wasn't even necessary. Matthew came out the same day I called him and got to work searching for the leak before even mentioning charging me for any services. Matthew spent a good  couple hours looking over our unit and was able to locate the slightest leak that was the obvious culprit of our warm 2nd floor. Based on the last service calls I have had I had never seen anyone that committed to looking for a the issue. Matthew was able to repair our unit for a good price and even guaranteed us that if the fix wouldn't work there would be no charge.

I can't thank Matthew enough and we will be continuing customers of his because of the time and effort he put forth helping us today.

CW came to repair my home AC this past Tuesday and installed a totally brand new Trane system by 2:30 P.M. today, Friday! The service was both personal and excellent. And, of course, the total contract price was $2k less than I had anticipated. I am ultra pleased with CW, their work, service and cost. I would recommend them to anyone! I got a bargain and am very pleased and satisfied!

This company was referred to us by our electrician as our A/C had been out for 36 hours, the company the home warranty referred was not available for Four more days! I called Brian in desperation, advising him of our situation.  Even though they were booked for the day he said he would get someone out to us today!  Only minutes after I hung up with him the technician called me and said they were on their way, I nearly cried.  Enrique showed up as expected and reviewed the situation.  They were very kind, courteous and professional while in our home, they advised me of the situation with photos taken of our unit.  They said they could repair it right away, and they did!!  So now, I am so thankful we called and received the recommendation because they were absolutely wonderful!  I absolutely recommend A Quality HVAC for their work, professionalism and compassion!  A+++

Our AC broke down on Sunday evening. Called 10 companies, no one could help. Arcadia air had us up and running in an hour. Professional, so kind and not sales-y. I am shocked that there are still people that care so much about their customers on a Sunday evening. Appreciated it so much and will recommend to everyone!

I've hired Hansen Family Plumbing a few times for various projects. Erik the owner is prompt to respond, efficient and knowledgeable. Robert, has always been on time, does great work and leaves my place clean. I'm not comfortable with plumbing jobs so Hansen Family are my guys!

Service is 5 star!!!   Ivan Flores is such a fantastic tech and genuinely nice person!   Serviced my mini split system in my garage and even found a potential leak source which may be a warranty item!!!    It was my second time using Desert Diamond and I'm so impressed .... And I'm not an easy person to impress !   They have my business for sure !!!!

Few days ago I had a problem with condensation spilling over into the ceiling in our bathroom. Prior to start the ceiling repair I decided to call the A/C Doctors to diagnose/repair any issues with my a/c unit.  Julio V. and other technician arrived on time and were able to unclog one of the condensation lines which might had caused the ceiling damage.
Both technicians were very professional and took the time to answer many questions about the system.  They were straightforward when it came to the price of the repair which I believe was fair.
I highly recommend them.

Listen, this guy is your guy. Best in the area. Responsive, quick, great price, and knowledgeable! He saved us from this crazy weather when our ac broke. We wasted money on a company that promised us making us priority and discount. All BS! Freddy responded fast and gave us the best service for our money. Will be calling him in the future to continue servicing our ac.

We are planning on redoing the ducting in our home in order for a remodel. The owner (Michael) came over to give me an estimate to remove the metal ducting in the ceiling that causes the ceiling to be less than 7 ft high in some areas of the house. Michael was on time, gave me an accurate time that he would be here (called 30 mins before) and was very professional and personable. My project will not take place until October 2020, so we are just planning it now. There is also a challenge in the remodel where the current returns go underground. The shelves above those returns are not used and we want to open up that area as floor space. Michael came up with a great idea to relocate the blower/furnace from the current storage area off the patio to the attic which would allow us to abandon the return and place that ducting in the attic.  I have not yet received all the quotes yet, but True Norths estimate came in at a very fair price. I would recommend this company so far.

I wanted to give a huge kudos to Brittany for her customer service!  She was extremely pleasant and understanding.  Secondly, I want to thank Chris the service tech for being amazing.  The customer service and the whole experience with this company was amazing.  I won't use anyone else but this company.  We had an after hours issue and they didn't charge overtime rates as a lot of other companies do.  I will not use any A/C company but this one!  Huge kudos! Thank you

I Highly recommend Scot Morgan from American Cooling & Heating for replacing or repairing your A/C. He came out on 4th of July to replace two units that were over 20yrs old. Before we knew it we had 55 degree air coming out of our vents and the house is as cool as its ever been! Cheapest prices, best customer service and I couldn't be happier with their work!

Howard Air is like dealing with a Used Car Sale Person. They will tell you everything you want to hear as they gouge you on products you don't need. The following happen with my estimates and follow up questions I had for Howard Air.
Was told I needed both my condenser pads replaced at $125 each for $250. As they weren't level and would void the warranty. I followed up in email on why they needed to replace. The sales person said because they will crack with the new system. So which was it? Actually all that needed to be done was level the new unit on the condenser pad.
I have two Nest thermostats, was told there not compatible to the Trane unit. That I would need two new thermostats at $500 each for $1,000. When I emailed the sale's person his response was it would void the warranty by Trane. I contacted Trane customer service and was told it would NOT void the warranty. The Nest are compatible for two stage A/C units. Once agin the sale person forgets the reason why he's taking advantage of you at your home estimates and follow up email question.
Howard Air wanted to charge $176, for dry wall repair for removing the trim for attic access. That insert for the attic is one piece that come's out and goes back in. But they wanted to gauge me for another $176, for something I didn't need.
I asked for a break out on the estimate for all charges, which they refused to do. They give 10 year labor warranty, which I wanted to know what that cost was.
They offer 72 months 0%interest, which is nice for $302 per month. I asked if they could take $900 off the estimate. Which they agreed at 36 months for 0% interest at $580 per month. WOW $900 less and they change the financing so greatly. Reminds you of what a Used Car Sale's Person does.
Howard Air is not there to help the customer, only to make all $$$$ they can from you the customer.
If you want a company with INTEGRITY, call someone else!
