There is no other HVAC guy I'm calling than Tracy with J & M Mechanical. He's responsive and great at what he does!

Reliable and honest.  Highly recommend Airtime cooling to anyone needing AC service.   Definitely the on time machine.   Never need to worry when Brian sends one of his technicians out.  Surely deserving of a 10 STAR rating.

Aaron showed up on Friday night, troubleshooting why the furnace kept shutting off for limit switch. Couldn't figure it out that night, made it a point to come back and get the job done. He figured it out Saturday morning and had the furnace back and running again.

M & R was my 2nd opinion. I'm glad I did that, because the other big name in town came in Thursday night, and told me the flue was clogged causing the stoppage. M&R told me they had the tools to clean the flue but wanted to re-diagnose just in case. 5-10 minutes in, Aaron told me the flue was clear, and he would continue troubleshooting.

CW came to repair my home AC this past Tuesday and installed a totally brand new Trane system by 2:30 P.M. today, Friday! The service was both personal and excellent. And, of course, the total contract price was $2k less than I had anticipated. I am ultra pleased with CW, their work, service and cost. I would recommend them to anyone! I got a bargain and am very pleased and satisfied!

My Air Conditioner (AC) stopped working last night and this morning I call this company because of the only review.  They do honor the $15 discount advertised on this site.  I was given a specified time (3-5 p.m.) and was called at 2:48 and was told that the technician will be at my home in 20-30 minutes.  Enrique showed up (within the time the office said he would) and introduced himself and then listen to what I had to say of the situation.  He went to investigate the problem and checked everything.  His analysis was spot on!  We were quoted a fair price for the faulty capacitor and then he promptly replaced the items.  During the repair service, Enrique gave me some advice on how to diagnosis problems in the future and fully explained how the system works!  After he replace the faulty part, Enrique checked the entire system from the unit to the air handler to the air flow in the vents.  Great customer service!  

I would recommend this company to anybody.  In March of this year I had George Brazil come out to assess my AC units and they said they were in great shape, but when they assessed my AC units at my rental home they were able to tell the capacitor was going to break and it did.  George Brazil could tell one capacitor was going bad on one unit but not the other????? Then they try to sell you an annual service program and if something needs repair during that time, you still have to pay for repairs just at a discounted rate (big deal).   I will use this company to asses my HVAC units in the future.

Jimmy the owner got a hold of me right away after I submitted a request for a new A/c unit. Every step of the way he was professional and super helpful. They came out and did an amazing removal of old unit and instal of new unit in a short time. I rarely review anything but these guys are the real deal! I highly recommend them!

We needed several repairs, including a new kitchen faucet. Robert was right on time for both the estimate and the repairs. While on his way, we were notified by text (the company contact Gabriella was friendly and responsive) with a picture and biography of Robert. He was very personable, obviously knowledgeable, and got right to work. Afterward, he cleaned up the mess. We are extremely happy with the work done, and will request Robert if we need any more plumbing help.

Ryan is very professional and I always have questions and Ryan is always eager to answer and have a smile on his face. When there are problems here at the house I call Desert mechanical and all of the employees are so wonderful.

Highly recommended for Cooling and Heating services! I just had a complete new system installed and I couldn't be more happier. The process was easy from start to finish. The prices were great along with the service I received. Personable, professional and reasonable.

Zero stars if I could. My home warranty company contacted them for a service call and they were nine days for a service call. In the middle of summer. In Arizona. Two schools of thought: yes it's probably busy out there, but any experienced company operating in The Valley knows how to adjust for the extra seasonal workload. Also, they never answer their phone. Don't waste your time!

I can't recommend Brett highly enough. I found his pricing to be fair and the customer service is top notch. Brett truly went above and beyond my expectations!!!

Justin from AC Doctors just left. He was courteous and professional and fixed my ac in no time. He was thorough and informative with my options. I felt like he was super knowledgeable and honest. Really appreciated the excellent service after dealing with a larger company a day before that made me feel like I paid twice as much for nothing!!!! So glad I found you guys on yelp!!!! Moved into a new home and needed some electrical work done. They finished in a reasonable time and the price was very fair. I'd definitely recommend them for my future projects!

A/C went out in the middle of the and had to scramble to find someone to come out that evening. After getting stood up by another company I called up Freddy and he was out at the house at 9:30pm to get it done for us. Got the needed part first thing in the morning and had us back up and running in no time. Freddy made it easy to communicate via text and he was a pleasure to work with. Highly recommend.

I contacted this company by phone after experiencing problems with a brand new unit that was installed by another company. It was a very complicated situation in which I had been told the manufacturer was replacing the unit. That never happened and after about 5 months I found True North Air Conditioning reviews on Yelp and Google and called. Mike (owner of True North) let me fully explain the situation on a weekend day (can't remember if it was Saturday or Sunday). I had actually called several companies that day and the calls just went to voicemail. Mike set an appointment to come see my unit found a leak and repaired it. A situation that I wrestled with for months was handled in just a few hours. I expected to pay 4 times what Mike charged me and he was more than fair. Mike has repeatedly followed up with me every 2 weeks or so to make sure everything is still satisfactory. I absolutely recommend True North Air Conditioning.

Called Kevin at Four Seasons to do a pre summer tune up on my A/C. He was professional, prompt, thorough, and honest. He didn't try to upsell me for something I didn't need and was very reasonably priced. I do recommend you give Four Seasons a call if you need a service or any other kind of A/C work done.

The BEST COMPANY EVER! Not only that they came right away as I was in an emergency situation but they had to wait for numerous obstacles to clear (obtaining a code to get a key from property management, then key not working and waiting for a locks man) so they can get to the fire raiser room in my building. I'm so impressed and absolutely blown away by how much Al and Steve went above and beyond that I want to recommend them to everyone! It turned out that the motor of my A/C had burned out that it will take few days to order a new one. Well, I own a fitness studio and I couldn't afford to shut it down, so they went and bought 4 huge industrial fans, set them up and brought them to my gym! I CAN'T TELL YOU HOW HAPPY THAT MADE ME! Thank you Al and Steve and company for being so awesome without even knowing me!

Had them replace a fan motor last year and was in May.charged me $800. For it.
Really. Later months later I had a different company look at my second unit and asked them how much for same motor.
$400. When you said you were not cheapest you were right.
I was taken but never again.
Stay away from this company.

They told us we were next on the list at 7am. They didn't get to our house until 1pm and told us he did 3 stops before us. Then had to go back to the warehouse to get the parts that we requested to have replaced.
