Best Heating & Air Conditioning/HVAC in United States

We are selling our house and needed to fix a couple things with our HVAC unit. I contacted J&M Sunday night through Yelp and they scheduled me right away and were out first thing Monday morning. They checked out the things listed in our inspection report and addressed what needed to actually be fixed. Didn't pressure us into anything extra. Simple and affordable and fast couldn't ask for anything better!

I strongly recommend AirTime Cooling for your next AC replacement. They were excellent on pricing, flexible on installation dates, had equipment in stock and most importantly they were a happy and very professional crew leaving my home as clean as when they arrived.

I got quotes for a new ac system from several ac guys.  M&R wasn't the cheapest but theirs was the best among the businesses with a credible and established local presence.  The crew was professional and I'm happy with the follow-ups.  If you don't have time to mess around M&R would be a good place to start.

A year ago I had another company tell me that I needed to replace my 12 year old Trane heat pump because I had a Freon leak.  I'm not here much in the summer and I have a split system so I put it off.  When I came back into town in November everything was working OK and I got good heat out of that unit all winter.

I was due a servicing so I called CW based on their reviews and I'm glad I did.  Rick came out and spent almost 2 hours checking out and cleaning both heat pumps.  He couldn't find a leak and said everything was working fine and should continue to work OK for the foreseeable future.  

I like honest people.

When my AC went out I called A Quality HVAC Services. I got someone on the line and a technician was at my house within the hour. Mitch was great and got my AC working again quickly. I would definitely recommend this company.

They really are the plumbing family you can trust! As a single mom on a budget, I had put off a bathroom project for over a year, thinking it was gonna be super expensive and take days. I finally decided to schedule the appointment to start the process. Zack and Chuy (Jesus) were here on time and finished the project in ONE day! They even took time to make my dog comfortable and let my toddler help before he left with Grandma. I will NEVER use another plumbing company. 10/10

I've had my heat pump serviced twice now in the past year by Desert Diamond, both times by Jeff.  He wore a mask, was professional and got the job done very quickly. He also took the time to answer my questions. The first visit was to replace a condenser pump (?) my air conditioning had been out for several days, I had an appt with a well known competitor that cancelled me for a larger job. I was desperate to get my unit fixed (august in phx)  Desert Diamond got the job done for me in two days. Wish I had called them first. They are now my Go to for service. Thank you guys. Shout out to the dispatcher she was grrreat !!!

On a HOT Sunday summer morning, I woke up to our AC blowing hot air. Causing major discomfort and inconvenience we immediately reached out to AC Doctors. They were able to give us a time slot for later in the day. Other companies we called didn't call us back or were closed. The serviceman who performed the job was friendly and quickly offered a company coupon to make the grand total for the job a little easier to manage. He was friendly and took the time to explain the issue. Even chatted with my roommates about other cooling tips. I am impressed with their professionalism and even more excited we were able to start cooling down within the same day.

Moved into a new home and needed some electrical work done. They finished in a reasonable time and the price was very fair. I'd definitely recommend them for my future projects!

Do not recommend. At the time we thought it was great but now we're having the same issues with my ac again, come to the roof to check things out and this is how he left my ac unit. He left all the wires exposed and didn't tuck anything back away and now my ac has shorted again because he never tucked everything away from the weather. Now I'm out an ac unit again because he didn't know how to finish his job correctly.
$600 later and I still have a broken unit.

Glad to give my business to True North AC. They came in with the best price to do our pre season tune up on our unit. They said upfront there were no up-sale antics and that immediately got my attention. Along with the competitive pricing. Johnny was our technician and he was great! I sprang a very last minute time change on him as he was driving here to service our unit and he was able to accommodate my unexpected changes. He was so kind and very respectful. We had our Air Conditioner replaced yesterday.  After getting estimates we chose Four Seasons Home Services.  Jorge / George and his team did a great job!  They were here on time.  He gave us updates every few hours!  They were friendly, efficient, professional and extremely knowledgeable!  They wore masks in our home.  They cleaned up every little thing.  I worked with Their dispatcher Roxanne and she was great!  She was friendly and keep me updated throughout the entire process!  Their customer service skills are top notch!  We highly recommend this company!

We went without our downstairs A/C for almost two days last week while waiting on our home warranty company to dispatch a repair technician who could service us without waiting several days or a company who would even call us back! When I decided to take things into my own hands I was SO thankful to come across American Cooling and Heating!!! I scheduled my service with Scott who was patient with me and all of my questions over the phone. Al was the technician dispatched to me and he called to provide an accurate window for service, was friendly, knowledgeable, and was only concerned with making the necessary repairs - no up selling or sales pitch of any kind. I will definitely be calling them again!!!

Howard Air - avoid at all cost. They're rude and incompetent.  I can't recommend them to anyone.

A very professional and knowledgeable service tech came and accurately diagnosed that my control board was bad in my heat pump. Unfortunately he quoted me $1400 to change it. I initially agreed until I found that the part cost $100 and was VERY EASY to switch out.

I went to a parts store, watched a 5 minute tutorial online, and completed the job myself in 10 minutes and for less than $100.

This is my first experience with Goettl. I chose to give them a call because I figured there was NO WAY such a large company with such a long history could be anything other than trustworthy. I was very wrong.

I will never call them again. Wish I had checked the reviews first.
