Best Heating & Air Conditioning/HVAC in United States

This is long over due since he fixed our AC three weeks ago! We got a quote from Yelp for help when it was slowly getting warm and he came and fixed it that day. Also he was fair priced and on top of that he only fixed what was necessary and didn't pressure us to buy a new AC. He gave his opinion and said we should save for a new AC since it will last maybe another year. I appreciate the honesty and straightforwardness.

Brian gave us a great price on 2 new units after ours died on us.  His team was able to get them both of them installed in one day much to my wife's relief.  We had been using a different company prior to this but with the service we received there is no reason to go back.

Richard checked the mini-split for signs of freon leakage and tightened the leaking connector. System did not require full evacuation/recharge so was simply recharged and tested ok. Indicated that if it turned out that there was another (undetected) leak there would not be another freon cost when it was recharged. Good straight forward discussion - pleasant manners.  Nice to see these days.  I'll be a returning customer for annual check-ups!

These guys are alright. They did okay with my unit replacement. Good for getting right out here and getting it repaired in fairly good time.

Arcadia provided great service on a same day service call- it was even Father's Day. The problem was quickly diagnosed and service was completed at a very reasonable price. I would highly recommend and will be using again for all my HVAC needs.

All I can say is thank you to the entire crew at Hansen Family Plumbing.  My wife and I started out doing a shower remodel. While taking out the fiberglass shower pan, we discovered that the cast iron drain pipe was broken , rusted through, and very brittle. We got bids to replace the p-trap under the shower hoping the damage would stop there. We agreed to have Hansen Family Plumbing  do the work . The day of the appointment we received a text that Dick and Jesus were on their way. They arrived on time and were wearing masks. They were very polite and always explained what they needed to do, and the cost associated to it prior to doing any work. Unfortunately after several hours of digging, Dick informed me that it was much worse than originally planned. My wife and I always knew that this could get ugly. The house was made over 50 years ago and other friends of ours in similarly aged homes had needed to replace the entire system. Dick had reccomend that we consider doing the same in this situation. He said he would work on drawing up a bid and would email it to me the following day. Eric and Dick patiently emailed, texted, and called us over the next few days to walk us through the bid and the process that was required. We authorized them to do the work. As promised it took 3 days of ripping out concrete and digging in the dirt to pull out section after section of broken pipe. I can't remember how many times they would come out and say here is another reason you replaced the whole system. After all the work was done they walked us through everything answering questions  we had. Before this we had a plumber for small items, but seeing their work ethic and how much they worked with us, I am just going to call Hansen Family Plumbing going forward.

Ryan is very professional and I always have questions and Ryan is always eager to answer and have a smile on his face. When there are problems here at the house I call Desert mechanical and all of the employees are so wonderful.

Brett, I can't thank you enough for going the extra mile today.  Today I called Arizona A/C Man after waiting for two days in this crazy Arizona heat to have someone come and look at my HVAC. One company Admiral Air Conditioning & Heat ,LLC came out and spent less than ten minutes total assessing my issues and said I needed an electrician and left $65.00 later. The next day Sun Belt Electric came out to resolve my issues, but didn't bring a ladder tall enough to accomplish the task.  They said they would find someone who could... they didn't.  I was extremely frustrated. I called Brett at 4:55pm and he arrived at my house by 5:30 pm. Seriously?!! Who does that? No one that is who!....no one gives that type of personalized service and quick response.  Brett was very thorough and very much unlike the other two companies who came out to resolve my cooling issues but couldn't. He had three different sets of ladders, all the tools and equipment needed to repair my HVAC and get it running again. The funny thing is, it wasn't my HVAC. Someone had taken shortcuts previously and had created electrical issues where none existed previously. Arizona A/C Man identified the problem, corrected it and charged me a small nominal fee for his efforts. Lastly, and this impressed me to no end, it was on the gusty, thunderous, stormy side today.  I would have understood fully if he would have suggested another date and time, but Brett went up on the roof regardless. Tonight at 11:11 pm I sit in an extremely cooled environment and ready for a great nights sleep! Thank you sir, for having integrity, a phenomenal work ethic and a sincere desire to help someone in need.

I contacted AC Doctors today to inquire about getting an AC tune up.
I explained to the girl on the phone how my AC is blowing cold air, it just seems to be struggling to get my small condo down to the temp I desire. She then agreed with me, this is not an emergency situation.
So I am unclear as to why the first suggestion from her was to schedule to have a salesperson come to my home to sell me a whole new AC unit.
After declining this suggestion, her next suggestion was 3-10 year maintenance plan. Neither of these suggestions fit my initial request.
Clearly this company is looking to get all the money they can out of you, not actually help with what you need.

Moved into a new home and needed some electrical work done. They finished in a reasonable time and the price was very fair. I'd definitely recommend them for my future projects!

I'm know Freddie for a long time and supper proud of him opening up his own shop. I only used licensed contractors and Freddie is licensed with the state.  So you know he did everything right and didn't cut any corners.  And he will not do that with your either.  He is a loving father, faithful husband and caring business owner.  

I would put Freddie up against any company out there and promise you he would outperform them!!!

We needed an Ecobee installed at our new older house. Having previously installed one, we attempted to install the new thermostat, but the wiring did not match the instructions. Johnny came out and was able to quickly get it installed and running at the price of a service call. Very happy with the service. Will definitely call again.

Called for AC unit not cooling. They came out quickly and right when I requested. Excellent work, at a VERY reasonable and fair price.  Jorge Gutierrez is awesome. Thanks for the quick work and getting us up she running again!!

I called about 8 different HVAC companies on a Friday looking for someone that A. I could afford and B. could get my AC system installed within 24 hours! American Cooling and Heating met both requirements! I worked with Wayne from sales / estimating and gave him all my requirements via text over the phone. Now I have worked in the new home building industry for several years as buyer so I kinda knew what I needed. Wayne recommended a Frigidaire split system, 3.5 ton heat pump and air handler and we agreed on an out the door price. American Cooling and Heating beat everyone's price. A scheduler called me and we set up an appointment for early the next morning. American Cooling and Heating was swamped so they used a third party installation company that they are affiliated with called ASAP. The guys from ASAP showed up at 6:30 am right on time and did a great job installing the system. There was a slight problem with the original air handler they had but Wayne personally delivered a new air handler and got the job back on track. The professionalism and the level of customer service that American Cooling and Heating provided is unmatched in this industry . I would recommend this company to my Mother. They are that good! If your looking to replace your AC system or you just need service American Cooling and Heating and ASAP Cooling & Heating are the A-1 guys to go too.

I have not had the AC serviced in two years. The AC is a roof unit on top of our three story condo building.  I called Howard Air a couple weeks ago for a seasonal checkup. I was told the techs were extremely busy but they scheduled for today.

Howard Air Tech Stuart arrived and did his inspection. I honestly was expecting a gloomy report since our AC is 14 years old. He showed me the check list where everything was well within specs. Then he went up on roof and cleaned the dust from the evaporators fins with a portable water tank. Once again everything checked ok.

Stuart kidded with my grandkids as he wrote up his inspection report and was a very friendly even though it was 100 degrees outside and heaven knows how hot in the roof. Great representative for Howard Air.

This is the second time I've used Howard Air. Previously the tech told me my A Coil was very dirty but told me I could  easily clean it myself and save money OR he clean it but would have bill me. He explained how to clean it and I cleaned it myself.

I feel very confident calling Howard Air for future needs.

Kevin performed our AC checkup today; he was polite, conscientious, and knowledgeable, and communicated well as to his findings and actions. Goettl has installed and serviced multiple AC units for us over 10 years. We've always been pleased with their service and technicians, and remain so.
