Have used them two times now and they are great. Competitive pricing and don't try and up sell. Very honest on what they can fix and what you will need in the future.  Would highly recommend.

AirTime Cooling and Heating replaced my HVAC system in November 2020 and we have been very pleased.  

Brian was very responsive and informative and provided a very fair quote.  They also handled all the paperwork for SRP and manufacturer rebates.

Brian allowed us to make this big and expensive decision without constantly pestering us to see if we'd made a decision yet and I really appreciate that.

The installers showed up right on time and did an excellent job.  They kept me updated throughout the day with texts and pictures (I wasn't home.) When they finished, everything looked great and the only indication they had been there, was a comfortable home with new HVAC units.

They also cleaned the air ducts and dryer vents.  I could not believe the amount of lint in the dryer vent.  GET YOUR DRYER VENTS CLEANED!!

I will definitely recommend them to anyone who needs a new HVAC system.

M & R Refrigeration, LLC is the best!  My A/C quit just as the heat hit Phoenix, AZ at 103.  The only thing coming from my A/C was blowing air.  A refrigeration company recommended by a home warranty company was contacted and appointment made.  They never showed at the appointed time 4-6 P.M.  At 7:15 they said they were running late...I cancelled.  Home Advisor came up with M & R Refrigeration, LLC. I called them and Ryan showed up that same day.  He was the most compassionate, caring person who saw my dilemma and took immediate action to rescue me by fixing what he could for temporary relief.  Both Mathew the owner and Ryan came back another day and worked from 10:30 in the morning all day until 3:30 p.m. to resolve the problem.  When I thanked them for their help their reply was We always try to do the right thing.  I can only say there are still some great caring people in this world.  If your A/C needs help you can't find a better company than M & R Refrigeration, LLC.  Mary Ann Runte - Glendale, AZ.

Our zone damper motors/actuators began to malfunction. Chase diagnosed the problem and replaced the affected units the following day. He was very polite and professional at all times. I plan to use A Quality HVAC for all future issues.

Very upset about this company. They came through fidelity national home warranty. My A.C. went out on Saturday the 23rd of July 2016. I called fidelity and they were able to send someone out wensday the 27. I live in az. It's well over 113 degrees. When the technician came out, he first mentioned to my wife that it was the control board not working and made a temporary fix. After an hour it broke again.  By that time I left work early, called north valley mechanical to demand have it done right. Well technician came out 2 hours later and said it was the fan. And they have to order parts. Well now there saying there coming out until Friday the 29th. So yeah almost a week with no ac. This company was very unprofessional and rude when they had to come out the second time. I will never recommend this company or fidelity national home warranty.  Stay away from them if you need the work done right the first time.

Brett was great....super responsive, very knowledgeable and extremely professional, also very affordable for a service call.... he assisted me in looking at my unit to verify its current condition as I am going through a home warranty claim and wanted a second opinion...you can't go wrong with the Arizona A/C Man!

Our AC suddenly started blowing air that was not cool around 6PM last night. I immediately began to assume the worst and was afraid I could be looking at spending thousands on a new AC.

We bought the house in 2014 and the AC was only 2 years old but the fan motor went out weeks after we moved in so I've been unsure about the unit since then despite the relatively young age.

I scoured Yelp looking for an AC company I might be able to trust and decided to contact AC Doctors. I had a plumbing contractor I found on Yelp try to blatantly overcharge me hundreds of dollars so I tend to be a little apprehensive when looking for a new contractor.

So I made the call at 6:45 and spoke to Charlotte who was very nice and tried to put me a little bit at ease. She said they could have someone out between 7PM and 10PM which I was relieved to hear. She told me I'd get a text or phone call before the tech showed up.

At 8:45 I got both a text and call from Doug who said he'd be there in 15 minutes. Doug and his partner Nestor showed up right at 9PM.

After a short time on the roof, Doug came back and said I had a bad capacitor and we were looking at $266 to fix it, plus a $40 trip charge. He also showed me some pictures he took with his phone.

I was very happy that Doug and Nestor were able to fix it and have cold AC blowing again by 9:35.

So from my first phone call to having my AC fixed was less than 3 hours and I thought the price we paid, while far from cheap, was OK for this kind of quick and friendly service at night.

I will contact these guys if I have an AC problem in the future. I am probably going to have them come out once or twice a year to do a check up since this whole experience and the prospect of potentially having to buy a new AC scared the crap out of me.

Moved into a new home and needed some electrical work done. They finished in a reasonable time and the price was very fair. I'd definitely recommend them for my future projects!

Do not recommend. At the time we thought it was great but now we're having the same issues with my ac again, come to the roof to check things out and this is how he left my ac unit. He left all the wires exposed and didn't tuck anything back away and now my ac has shorted again because he never tucked everything away from the weather. Now I'm out an ac unit again because he didn't know how to finish his job correctly.
$600 later and I still have a broken unit.

Mike was a pleasure to work with. He was straightforward and professional. He & his crew replaced the original metal ductwork in my 50 yr. old home. They installed new flexpipe and relocated new registers and returns. They also removed old hardware and sealed the ceiling of a closet that once housed a furnace. My house is now evenly cool and much quieter. I will continue to use True North's service should I need HVAC service in the future.

I purchased the Day and Night Heat pump and was very pleased at first and even left a positive review which i just removed.
Shortly after it was installed (actually this was  2 years ago) I decided to look in the attic where some of the equipment  is and realized that they did not put in the insulation which I had paid $400 for and the levelers that were supposed to go under the unit were not put on as well.
Then, after  1 month the thermostat was not working properly so they replaced it and i requested a manual rather than a programmable thermostat so it left a big hole in my wall and when they left the air was blowing cold and this was January so I told them and they assured me that it would soon be blowing warm air., It continued to blow cold air so I called shortly after and had to wait 2 business days for someone to come back and get the heat back on it.. (Just imagine 2 days without heat on cold days after paying $6500 for a new complete unit) ...................I expect more for the seller of a  brand new unit considering that Weather Master that I preciously used would come out within a day and sometime even the same day and I didn't even purchase a unit from them.

We called American Cooling and Heating this morning because the fan motor on our AC unit was making a lot of noise. Brent was here within a half hour. We couldn't believe we had someone here that fast. He replaced the motor and did a wonderful job. We have finally found a company that we can count on. The price quoted was exactly what we were charged, We highly recommend American Cooling and Heating.

I had arranged for a service tech to come to the house to resolve a problem with our heat pump.  We scheduled for the 12-4pm window, and I was told that the tech would give me a call before coming.  Around 3:15 PM, I started getting nervous as I had not heard anything yet and it was nearing the end of the appt window, so I called the office.  I was told that the tech was on a call, and had 1 other appt before mine.  No ETA.  So I went home from work, expecting to see the tech sometime before I had to leave again for a 6pm soccer practice.  Of course, no tech and no call.  Sometime after 6PM, I did get a call from the office to let me know that the tech would still be over sometime later that night.  I explained that I was no longer at home so we'd have to reschedule.  I requested a first thing in the AM time slot as I could not afford to waste another day waiting for the tech, but the office told me that only 10-2PM was available on the requested day.  I declined and will find another HVAC contractor.  Look, I get that appts sometimes run over, and I did appreciate the call.  But when you inconvenience a long-term customer and don't fix the problem, isn't it just good customer service to make an extra effort to make things right?  Not with Howard Air, apparently :(

They are a friendly comping but not the best when fixing our AC unit. Their technician kept trying to up sale us a new AC unit. We wanted them to check our unit and reconnect the drop line for us, but he wanted to make bank for his buck. They charged up $130 dollars for nothing. Please don't waste your time with this company. Sure they have a great jingle, buy the quality is subpar.
