Best Heating & Air Conditioning/HVAC in United States

Tracy was very prompt and found some issues during a routine HVAC inspection and tune-up on two of my properties recently. Explained what was wrong. The bills were very reasonable. He is my go-to HVAC man for all my properties now.

5 star rating for price, installation and followup.

Richard checked the mini-split for signs of freon leakage and tightened the leaking connector. System did not require full evacuation/recharge so was simply recharged and tested ok. Indicated that if it turned out that there was another (undetected) leak there would not be another freon cost when it was recharged. Good straight forward discussion - pleasant manners.  Nice to see these days.  I'll be a returning customer for annual check-ups!

CW is a legit operation.  

It's been 2 years since I've had my ACs serviced and wouldn't you know, the Friday before a record heatwave of 117 was coming our way, one of my AC units decided it would be a good time to quit.

I called a trusted friend of mine to ask what company she uses to service the ACs of her rental properties here in town and she responded right away with a referral to CW.

Mike was dispatched within 30 min (I couldn't believe the response time) and spent time with me to diagnose the problem and explain to me the ins and outs of what he was doing, why, what to expect etc (I always have a lot of questions).  He fixed the failed capacitor in no-time and gave me an affordable bill for the service.

These are my go-to guys now for anything HVAC related.

Had them come out to do routine service on our 2 1/2 year old Trane systems before the summer hits.  The technician was very professional, used his protective gear for COVID 19 precautions, and did a thorough job checking out and cleaning our units.  Price was competitive as well.  It is clear why they have great reviews (why I chose them!).

Manny and the whole Arcadia Air team have been amazing. Thorough, friendly, and very informative! Highly recommend.

Called for a pretty bad shower faucet leak, plumber wasn't confident he could repair without breaking due to corrosion and gave options and estimate. Appreciated him being up front about it. Wish we would have known about the $99 service call fee up front. Not mentioned anywhere. Happy to pay something but feel like $99 for 15 min, and no repair done, is a bit steep.

Andrew was on time and very professional. He explained everything that is to be done in plain terms. Found some problems that need to be corrected. Laid out three systems with prices, and what rebates are included. Excellent company representative.

We have unique HVAC units here in the condominium complex where I live in Scottsdale, and I can't say enough about the folks at North Valley Mechanical!   Jared at NVM takes care of my HVAC and does it efficiently and thoroughly - couldn't ask for more!   Tried another HVAC tech service after I first moved in, but they had never worked with a unit like mine and really did no maintenance at all, but charged me premium prices of course!   I switched to NVM as all my neighbors use them, and couldn't be happier!!  I highly recommend them!!

Doug and Ernesto(?) Showed up before the scheduled time frame which was a relief! They had the issue resolved very fast and I'm not going to pass out in the 115 degree heat! Whooooo hoooo. I am a happy customer!

Moved into a new home and needed some electrical work done. They finished in a reasonable time and the price was very fair. I'd definitely recommend them for my future projects!

I reached out to Freddy's via Yelp after leaving a message with another A/C company with a 5 star rating on Yelp. The other guys never called me  back, but Freddy called me right away! He was friendly and asked if I was available that day. He came out that day, checked everything out, fixed the problem, charged me a fair fee and left. No B.S., just good old fashioned quality service with no price gouging.

We recently purchase our new home and knew we would need HVAC services right away. The owner was prompt , responsive, and upfront about costs. He arrived on time, and was able to accomplish all repairs in a timely manner. He came back the following day to follow up on some other issues we were having and gave us a descent estimate on a complete replacement on our entire system. We look forward to working with him again soon and would recommend him to friends and family.

Called Kevin at Four Seasons to do a pre summer tune up on my A/C. He was professional, prompt, thorough, and honest. He didn't try to upsell me for something I didn't need and was very reasonably priced. I do recommend you give Four Seasons a call if you need a service or any other kind of A/C work done.

If you need a heating or cooling system, this is the place to go!!  Leadership always starts from the top down and Scot Moore runs his company with great integrity.  His men are proficient and knowledgeable.  I interviewed 3 others companies and their price was the fairest but also they were the only ones who wanted to do the job without cutting a hole in my ceiling - a little extra work on their part but a much better finished result.  I cannot say enough good things about their workmanship, response time and trying to give customers the best price.  5 Stars all the way.

Would install another AC from them again.

I've only used Goettle for my AC unit. Not only has Goettle shown me that they are a team-driven, professional, courteous, customer-oriented business; their employees are some of the most well trained and friendliest techs you'll ever meet. Take my man Q for example. Not only did he take sincere steps to ensure that I was satisfied as a customer, he understood that by being honest about the work he was doing for me and my family, that he was simply doing the BEST HE COULD which is EXACTLY what I needed and what we all need or can expect from anyone.

I am personally a fan of Goettle because of employees like Q.  I will always express to my friends and family that Goettle techs and therefore Goettle as a whole are the best HVAC ambassadors in the valley.

I give four stars only because I was scheduled for a routine visit in June, and I didn't actually get service until the time of this post. We've had an emergency in the past, they took a day to get here. When they got here they did outstanding work.
