Best Heating & Air Conditioning/HVAC in United States

This is long over due since he fixed our AC three weeks ago! We got a quote from Yelp for help when it was slowly getting warm and he came and fixed it that day. Also he was fair priced and on top of that he only fixed what was necessary and didn't pressure us to buy a new AC. He gave his opinion and said we should save for a new AC since it will last maybe another year. I appreciate the honesty and straightforwardness.

AirTime Cooling and Heating replaced my HVAC system in November 2020 and we have been very pleased.  

Brian was very responsive and informative and provided a very fair quote.  They also handled all the paperwork for SRP and manufacturer rebates.

Brian allowed us to make this big and expensive decision without constantly pestering us to see if we'd made a decision yet and I really appreciate that.

The installers showed up right on time and did an excellent job.  They kept me updated throughout the day with texts and pictures (I wasn't home.) When they finished, everything looked great and the only indication they had been there, was a comfortable home with new HVAC units.

They also cleaned the air ducts and dryer vents.  I could not believe the amount of lint in the dryer vent.  GET YOUR DRYER VENTS CLEANED!!

I will definitely recommend them to anyone who needs a new HVAC system.

Matt came out on a Saturday and serviced my heat pump after a freezing, uncomfortable night.  Other companies never bothered even calling back but I am glad they did not.  Matt's skill and service were excellent and pricing fair.  He explained everything he diagnosed, corrected and why.   I will use him again and recommend him highly to all my friends and neighbors.

Our AC unit finally went on its last leg after 35+ yrs of serving us in AZ heat. We called at least 5 different places for quotes; had face to face with all who came, and decided to go with Chris W (the owner). He was professional, courteous, prompt and knowledgeable. He worked with us on getting a 3 phase unit installed as requested, unlike others who tried to sell us the 1 phase. His quote was what expected, no surprises after unit was installed. We are happy with the new unit and his professionalism. Highly recommended!

Enrique has been coming for years to service my 20 year old systems.  He keeps them running in tip top shape and doesn't try to sell me anything that is not necessary.  Monthly cost for this service is less than a one time charge to have the serviced once.  Plus there are other perks.  They are always on time, clean, and take all necessary precautions.  We are looking at replacing the system, and they are our choice to do it.

Contacted to troubleshoot a recent installation. Came out next day. Charlie was detailed orientated and communicated in layman's terms. Reviewed everything and more while resolving the issue. Would highly recommend.

I would definitely recommend Hansen Family Plumbing!  I did not have to wait for a callback, they answered the phone.  I told him what was happening and he gave me 3 estimates on the phone.   They came the next day and when he thought they might be a few late they called to tell me.   By the way, they were not at all.   He fixed my garbage disposal
& cleared up the clog in a matter of minutes.   He explained how he thought it could have happened.  Professional & friendly.  They are the one plumbers I will call in the future.

Matt was awesome! My home is older and wiring in my nest thermostat was not working out for me. Matt came and knocked it out quick. Professional and confident. I feel good about summer coming and even set up for them to maintenance my AC on a couple times a year. Couldn't be happier and would recommend!

Twice this summer I have had AC problems. First, my drip pan (I think that's what it's called?) was leaking in the attic and we had water coming out the top pipe on the outside of our house. I called first thing in the morning and the leak was repaired by that evening! This was back in early august, and I was happy with our service. Last night, our house stopped cooling. We called at 11:30 pm and quickly got an answer. The tech arrived earlier than expected and fixed our capacitor and the house feels great again! Both techs that came to our house were great (Jesus and Julio). And the problems were fixed for far less money than I expected so pricing seems fair. I hope I don't have any more problems any time soon but I will call you guys again if I do! Thank you!

Moved into a new home and needed some electrical work done. They finished in a reasonable time and the price was very fair. I'd definitely recommend them for my future projects!

Between answering my initial email at 1030PM to being available on a Sunday to work on my ac system , I can safely say I am highly impressed. Professional, friendly, safety conscious and fairly priced. I would recommend his repair services to anyone who wants to be treated fairly and provided with professional and personable service.

Purchased a Groupon online for an HVAC  inspection and cleaning. The technician Carlos arrived within the time window. Carlos was very courteous and explained everything he was going to do. He was extremely thorough with the inspection and coil cleaning (was here for 90 minutes!). Most companies would rush the job and try to upsell parts because it was a Groupon. Carlos did the opposite, and in the end told me my unit was in good working condition (amazing, because it is an older unit). Very trustworthy company as represented by the technician Carlos. In an ocean of shysters in this business, Four Seasons is more oyster with a pearl!

The A/C froze up at 11pm  last night, I called several companies that said open 24/7 these were the only ones to call me back.  After quick consult, noting that the system was thawed out and back up and running Al   was willing to come by but told me without the system acting up it would be hard to diagnose, suggesting a service appointment to give the system a thorough checkup.  I really appreciate the fact he could have ran up a charge for a visit, instead gave professional advice.  Will be scheduling a checkup soon

Yep! It's time for Service Maintenance again in order to get ready for the summer by Howard Air technician (Waymond).  He cleaned, inspect to make sure all the components are working properly.  We are very happy to have Waymond doing the maintenance for the three properties.  Yes, we request for him when time to do the maintenance.

If anyone is looking to get a new A/C system, I would recommend to do business with Howard Air, this company is honest, fair, and they are dependable when system is not working.

100% satisfaction? Try 0%. I always thought Goettl was a solid brand and company. I bought my first AC unit in AZ from them 18 years ago. Apparently a lot has changed since then. My recent experience has been horrible. I called and scheduled our annual checkup. There was an error message coming up on our thermostat that wasnt causing a lot of problems at the time but I asked the technician what might be causing it. He said it was the capacitor and I paid to have it replaced. Well, three days later and my AC was not working at all with that same error coming up. A second technician came out and fixed the issue temporarily but did not address the root cause. Also I had to beg to get them to send someone out in a reasonable time considering the AC was not working and it is over 100 outside. Since then we have been limping along trying what that 2nd person showed us to keep it running. Well, tonight it stopped working all together. I sat on the phone for 60 minutes listening to hold music while someone could get to my call. No one ever picked up and it disconnected at 60 minutes! What great service. It is over 100 degrees and they cant even answer the phone for people with no AC. I have spent the night researching the issue amd found the fix to be very simple. Something the most rookie technician should have spotted without charging me for the wrong part or requiring three trips to fix. This is a horribly run company!
