These guys are great!  No hassle.  Low charge for service calls - I forget if it is $40 or $60, but either way, it's a good deal for an honest diagnosis.

Nothing but quality service and advice from Chad,who along with his wife Nicole,own Paragon Service Pros. Currently have a service contact with Paragon,that is not only a good value and piece of mind but also offers some discounts as well. Recently had him and his team perform a HVAC duct cleaning,along with the clothes dryer duct cleaning,on our home. A nice difference in the air quality in our house. Called Aire Serv today after an issue with the AC not cooling.

Clayton stopped by an hour after my call and checked the system top to bottom. Told me what the cause was, and verified the system was in good working order. The price was very reasonable and service was quick and professional.

It ended up being my fault all along (change your air filters folks), but Clayton was happy to share his knowledge. Next time I need HVAC service, I'll give Aire Serv a call.

Julio and Terry were awesome. Any and all questions I had they were more than happy to answer and then some. It was a total learning experience in knowing how the units work and what does what. I highly recommend them to anyone!

I just have to say that I am happy with the service. Benny was here and got right to work.  I needed to switch out a ceiling fan.  I chose this company because it's local and open 24/7. So I thought what the heck let's give them a try. When I called he was really nice and helpful. He didn't try to nickel and dime me. He said he can make it within the hour. Now that's what I call service.  Benny also services ac so if you are looking for ac service I would highly recommend his company.  I feel he know what he is talking about he has been in business for 20 years. I definitely know who I will be calling when that time comes.

Trae and Mark did a fantastic job replacing our 4 ton unit located on our roof.  They were prompt and professional.  Mark set the expectation and both he and Trae more than delivered.  On top of that, their prices were very competetive!!  We HIGHLY recommend Top Tier to anyone in the market for a new AC/heat pump.

Williams handy man Billy will definitely be able to assist with any project you have. Very professional and takes pride in the work provided. Since I found him on Yelp ive hired him to do many projects (ceiling tv mounts, patio curtains, mirror hanging, etc)

My A/C broke down in 112 degree weather. It was almost 90 degrees inside. My home warranty company did nothing for 2 days and then said it would be 2 more days because they close on the weekend. So I went online and found Cactus Valley HVAC who was still open at almost 7pm. I texted and got an almost immediate response and within in minutes after that had someone scheduled to come out the same night - between 8 and 10. The owner, Richard, called to say when he was on his way, showed up with a very friendly attitude (not grumpy for having to work so late), knew what he needed to do and fixed the blower for my A\C very quickly. He also showed me the bad part. I am so pleased with this company and highly recommend them.

We needed a new a/c unit which also included the gas heater. We received a quote from 2 other companies, each wanting a minimum of $8900. We are retired and just didn't have that in our budget.
We had used Mac's Air 3 or 4 different times since we moved here to the Province for maintenance and repairs, as he had received many good reviews on Next Door. Our unit is 15 yrs old and did give out on us last summer. He repaired it for $250 (condenser, I believe) but highly recommended we obtain a new unit by the summer of 2021. So I called Mike and within 48 hrs he gave us a quote for $5500 which included everything. It was installed within 10 days, though we told him we were in no hurry. The unit works super and is very quiet, along with being energy efficient. HIGHLY RECOMMEND

My parents AC went out and we had Ivan come out on a Sunday. I have never had an AC company come out to my place or my parents that I felt was being honest, there are so many shady companies out there and I have to say, Ivan spent time figuring out what was wrong. Fortunately the part was under warranty, so we only had to pay for labor. It was cheaper than most companies wanted to charge just to show up. I got a few extra cards from him and will from now on use Clark heating and cooling.  I am the biggest skeptic when it comes to service, and I have to say I don't mind paying for a quality repair. And I did just that. Fair priced, quality service. My mother felt like he went above and beyond. Sad part is we had another company out less than a month ago. And they clearly overcharged my mother for the work. And the repair lasted a few weeks. Thank you Ivan I hope your boss knows what an asset you are to the company.

I agreed for him to come out to the house.  we discussed the job through messaging.  I sent him a lot of photos at his request.  He assured me he could do the job.  Saturday came and he sent me a text message that he would be done with his morning job in about an hour and a half and be heading my way, to my house.  He didn't show up and I heard nothing from him again.

Major disappointment. First, they were supposed to do our job 10 days ago. it took multiple calls to their office to finally get them to do anything after there initial diagnostic visit. In addition, they charged an outrageous service charge just show up the first time. then, as they needed to order a part,they then charged us another service call charge to install. The job took 5 minutes for their tech to do as they just needed to change out a minor part.

We used this company 3-4 years ago, and they were great. Very disappointing this time. So we will look for a new heating and cooling company for our future work. Do not recommend at all.

Horrible service, had a scheduled date to get a new AC installed they did a no call no show. Gave them a second chance so rescheduled they showed up 40 mins late then the guy was only here for 20 minutes with zero Communication. Then wanted to add on another $1,000 on top of everything else. Definitely glad I went with another company couldn't rely on these guys.
