These guys are great!  No hassle.  Low charge for service calls - I forget if it is $40 or $60, but either way, it's a good deal for an honest diagnosis.

Amazing company!! Keola, Brennan, Devan, and one other tech (didn't get his name, sorry!) all did phenomenal jobs when they came out to install our new unit and cleaned our ducts and vents. Everyone was thorough, highly efficient, accommodating, very professional and honest.  They had everything timed perfectly which was quite impressive lol Communication was made quick and easy thanks to Julia and Nicole.  They answered all of our questions, addressed all of our concerns and were able to schedule us quickly.  We can't say enough good things about this company.  They are our go-to AC company and would not recommend anyone else.  Thank you guys!

As a Real Estate agent for almost 40 years I've used several AC companies over the years.  But now I think I found my favorite go to for AC service!   Honest and fair!

I paid $330 for a yearly service contract. The tech man who came out told me that I needed 3 capacitors replaced. With a 15% discount, I was charged over $850. The tech told me that one of the 3 parts costs over $400. When I checked the prices for the parts myself on-line, I found they actually cost under $100 for all of them, and it took the man less than 5 minutes to do the job. That amounted to a total cost of approximately  $965 for just 1 hour of service. I immediately called the company and spoke with the manager. He was very pleasant and didn't argue with me. I told him that at the very least I wanted a refund of my $300 yearly service contract. He refunded $330 this morning and requested that I remove my negative review. Yelp wouldn't allow me to do this, so I am leaving this modification with 3 stars instead of 1.

I just have to say that I am happy with the service. Benny was here and got right to work.  I needed to switch out a ceiling fan.  I chose this company because it's local and open 24/7. So I thought what the heck let's give them a try. When I called he was really nice and helpful. He didn't try to nickel and dime me. He said he can make it within the hour. Now that's what I call service.  Benny also services ac so if you are looking for ac service I would highly recommend his company.  I feel he know what he is talking about he has been in business for 20 years. I definitely know who I will be calling when that time comes.

Trae and Mark did a fantastic job replacing our 4 ton unit located on our roof.  They were prompt and professional.  Mark set the expectation and both he and Trae more than delivered.  On top of that, their prices were very competetive!!  We HIGHLY recommend Top Tier to anyone in the market for a new AC/heat pump.

William responded to my inquiry promptly, I was able to schedule my repair within the hour of my initial request. William showed up right at the scheduled time and worked efficiently to fix my drain. I would definitely call them again for any future plumbing issues.

I worked for this company and they are refusing to pay up the last bit of money they owe me for a job that got completed and paid out. I wouldn't recommend these crooks.

We needed a new a/c unit which also included the gas heater. We received a quote from 2 other companies, each wanting a minimum of $8900. We are retired and just didn't have that in our budget.
We had used Mac's Air 3 or 4 different times since we moved here to the Province for maintenance and repairs, as he had received many good reviews on Next Door. Our unit is 15 yrs old and did give out on us last summer. He repaired it for $250 (condenser, I believe) but highly recommended we obtain a new unit by the summer of 2021. So I called Mike and within 48 hrs he gave us a quote for $5500 which included everything. It was installed within 10 days, though we told him we were in no hurry. The unit works super and is very quiet, along with being energy efficient. HIGHLY RECOMMEND

About a year after buying my house in Phoenix, we noticed water dripping from through the thermostat during a storm. (Yes, the thermostat!)

After determining where I thought the leak was, I ended up calling Dave. His guy Ivan came over to patch up the condensation drain pipe (I explained I was confident this was where the water was entering the house).

After spending a solid amount of time going to town patching up any possible leak on the roof, Ivan was ready to leave and had me sign the invoice. I asked if he had any concern about mold, since there had been a handful of heavy storms before we called Dave. By his own suggestion, he went up into the attic to inspect it.

While we were up there, Ivan noticed daylight coming in through the seal of the AC unit to the roof. The unit wasn't sealed correctly or possibly had shifted since being installed. Ivan pointed out that was the actual source of the leak. (And wasn't easy to detect from on top of the roof.) He went back on the roof and reinforced the seal.

I was very satisfied because Ivan wasn't at all in a hurry to get the job done and get out of there. His top priority was clearly doing the job right, and it's because he had that thorough mindset that we were able to identify the source of the leak. We've had storms since then with no further issues.

i left this co my number on a est for retainer wall. They never contact at all. I wouldn't recommend them now..How disappointed

Landmark Home Warranty sent another company to fix our air conditioner. Their guy tried to fix it, but after he finished, we still had the same problem. He came back, but couldn't figure out why it was still doing the same thing.

Decided to call North Mechanical and pay out of pocket to get the problem fixed right the first time. They sent out a young tech the next morning who has only been working for them for a month. After looking over the system for 10-15 minutes he figured out that the new fan had been mis-wired, fixed it and it worked fine. No new parts, so we were only charged for a service call.

Ohhh nooooo... they are shady!! They will break your stuff just to make you pay them to fix it... BEWARE!! They didn't realize i have cameras and got the whole thing on video!!
